So, what do this animal

and this animal

and this animal

have in common?

They all live on an organic valley farm.

Organic valley dairy comes from small organic family farms that protect the land and the plants and animals that live on it from toxic pesticides, which leads to a thriving ecosystem and delicious, nutritious milk and cheese.

Hey, folks, Aaron here.

Welcome back to another edition of Deeper Lore.

This is a bonus episode designed to serve as a topical guide to the most recent episode of lore.

Over the years, I've learned that a lot of folks do have special favorites that they revisit from time to time, but most people enjoy listening to episodes on a certain topic.

It's common to hear a brand new episode and have it spark an interest in finding other episodes that might be related to that same topic.

But with over 300 episodes to sort through, it can be hard to track down specific ones.

Because running a podcast for a decade has a way of building up a pretty massive catalog of options.

So this bonus episode here is my attempt to offer a guide for folks who want to go a bit deeper into the lore, thus deeper lore.

So this week in episode 271, Chill Seekers, we learned about a really cool hybrid of the worlds of exploration and spiritualism.

No pun intended, I swear.

It's all the spooky spiritualist concepts that you probably already know, like seances, mediums, and remote viewing, but added on to the wild and dangerous practice of Arctic exploration.

As you would expect for a podcast that's been running for so long, this isn't the first time we've covered the world of spiritualism.

So here are three older episodes that will pair up nicely with this week's brand new one.

First up, episode 37, Passing Notes.

This classic and personal favorite of mine was our first step into the world beyond the veil, and the story it explores is both entertaining and terrifying.

Plus, this was one of the episodes that was adapted for television in the first season of our Amazon series.

So check it out.

Next, download episode 84, A Family Affair.

Among the many players in the world of spiritualism were the Eddie family, who opened their home in Vermont to audiences that were eager to experience the unexplained.

This one is a powerful lesson in truth and fiction, and I think you'll really love it.

And finally, I recommend you go listen to episode 215, Mind Over Matter.

This episode explores the spiritualist mediums who managed to break into the mainstream, becoming celebrities that commanded wealth and power throughout Europe and America.

I think you'll really love the spooky drama in this one.

So, there you go.

Follow up this week's brand new episode with a trip into the past.

Episodes 37, 84, and 215 are waiting for you in this podcast feed.
