Israel takes out Hamas leaders' holdup in Qatar.

Nepal's prime minister steps down amid violent riots, and the Trump administration looks into whether race was a factor in the Charlotte stabbing.

I'm Daily Wire executive editor John Bickley with Georgia Howe.

It's Tuesday, September 9th, and this is Evening Wire.

Israel carried out what it called a precise strike today on the senior leadership of the Hamas terrorist group in Qatar.

Daily Wire reporter Tim Pierce has more.

Key leaders of Hamas have been safely living in Qatar, away from the war in Gaza, since launching the terror attacks on Israel in 2023.

But on Tuesday, the Israel Defense Force says it took some of them out in a precision strike in a plush neighborhood of Doha, a longtime haven for the terror group's senior command.

The targets were known operatives tying to planning of the October 7th massacre.

Meanwhile, Qatar responded by condemning the attack, calling it a blatant violation of all international laws and norms.

The IDF said in a statement that prior to the strike, measures were taken in order to mitigate harm to civilians, including the use of precision munitions and additional intelligence.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has made clear that it was a, quote, wholly independent Israeli operation.

The strike comes just days after President Trump gave his final warning to Hamas to hand over the rest of the hostages or face consequences.

Russia is again ramping up strikes on Ukraine, this time killing over 20 civilians who were waiting in line to collect their pensions.

At least another 21 were wounded.

Ukraine's President Zelensky called it systemic terror, urging the U.S., Europe, and the G-20 to respond.

The strike hit in the embattled Donetsk region where Moscow has pressed its grinding offensive.

Russia offered no immediate comment but has long denied targeting civilians.

Tens of thousands have reportedly died since its invasion began in 2022.

Nepal's prime minister is stepping down after violent protests swarmed the capital city of Kathmandu.

Demonstrators torched government buildings and even set fire to Prime Minister K.P.

Sharma Ali's private residence.

The mobs are furious over corruption, economic hardship, and a now withdrawn social media ban.

At least 19 people were killed in clashes with security forces.

Protest leader Sudan Gurung called the resignation a victory, telling supporters the future is ours.

Nepal now joins Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, where street uprisings in recent years have toppled governments, fueled by disillusioned young people demanding change.

The suspect in the brutal North Carolina transit stabbing is facing federal charges.

Daily Wire reporter Zach Jewel has more.

The 34-year-old repeat offender is charged with one count of committing an act causing death on mass transportation.

Attorney General Pam Bondi says, quote, they will seek the maximum penalty for this unforgivable act.

This comes as Harmit Dillon, Assistant Attorney General for the DOJ's Civil Rights Division, says says that her office is looking to see if there is any racial bias in the city's law enforcement policies, as well as in the motivation behind the unprovoked stabbing death of a Ukrainian refugee.

The 23-year-old victim, Irina Zarutska, was returning from her job at a local pizzeria when suspect DiCarlos Brown Jr.

allegedly stabbed her repeatedly in the neck.

Here's Dylan speaking to Benny Johnson.

I am looking at other cities for their race-based prosecution and know if there are law enforcement officials in Charlotte who have information about similar race-based arrest patterns, prosecution patterns, or plea agreements in that city that favor one race over the other or others, then we would very much want to hear about that because that would be a due process and equal protection issue and illegal under our federal civil rights laws.

President Trump is citing the murder as evidence of failed leadership in Democrat-led cities.

In a brief Oval Office address posted on X, Trump said Americans have been forced to put up with savage, bloodthirsty criminals accusing left-wing judges and politicians of embracing catch-and-release policies.

We saw the results of these policies when a 23-year-old woman who came here from Ukraine met her bloody end on a public train.

She was slaughtered by a deranged monster.

who was roaming free after 14 prior arrests.

We cannot allow a depraved criminal element of violent repeat offenders to continue spreading destruction and death throughout our country.

We have to respond with force and strength.

Bostonians vote today for the city's mayoral primary.

Democratic Mayor Michelle Wu is seeking re-election and is heavily favored to win, but she faces three challengers, with the closest rival being Blue Dog Democrat Josh Kraft.

Kraft is the son of billionaire Robert Kraft, owner of the New England Patriots.

The remaining challengers are 80-year-old Navy veteran Robert Capucci and Cape Verde native Domingos de Rosa.

The general election is November 4th.

A new House bill would close a loophole that lets millions of illegal immigrants work in the U.S.

Daily Wire senior editor Joel Needler has more.

A Texas Republican introduced legislation Tuesday that he says would protect millions of American jobs from illegal aliens.

Congressman Brandon Gill's Protection Act would strip the executive branch of authority to grant work authorization to illegal immigrants.

Gill said that his bill would stop future administrations from using federal law to hand out jobs to people who illegally crossed into the country.

Gill told the Daily Wire, quote, President Trump has done more for American workers and their families than any other president.

He added that it's, quote, crucial that we prevent any future administrations from doing anything to stand in the way of their success, including using work permits to usher in more illegal immigration.

South Korea is sending a chartered plane to Atlanta to bring home illegal immigrants swept up in last week's massive ICE raid at a Georgia battery plant.

About 300 South Koreans were detained, along with nearly 200 others, in what Homeland Security called its largest single-site enforcement action ever.

President Li Jae Myung says Seoul will press Washington for a, quote, reasonable resolution.

As part of Trump's tariff deal, South Korea has pledged tens of billions of dollars of investments in American manufacturing.

Treasury Secretary Scott Besant is warning that a Supreme Court ruling against Trump's tariffs could trigger a trillion-dollar economic disaster.

Besant said the U.S.

could be required to pay up to $1 trillion in refunds to importers if SCOTUS rules against the tariffs.

That could also crush America's economic leverage, saying that such a decision would cause a significant disruption.

The Treasury Secretary added, however, that the administration must follow the court's ruling.

Trump's so-called reciprocal tariffs on dozens of countries went into effect in early August, but an appeals court ruled in August that Trump abused his authority under the emergency powers he cited to impose

Economists say the weak data makes a Federal Reserve cut next week almost inevitable.

But if inflation climbs, the dreaded word stagflation could return to the headlines.

A whistleblower has revealed an apparent abortion scandal involving underage girls at a high school in Fairfax County, Virginia.

Here with the details is Daily Wire reporter Amanda Press DiGiacomo.

Zanida Perez, an ESL teacher at Centerville High School, says a social worker was arranging and paying for minors to obtain abortions without parental knowledge or consent, which is required by Virginia law.

One of the underage girls was allegedly five months pregnant and said she wanted wanted to keep her baby, but felt she had no choice but to abort.

Perez reportedly brought her concerns to school administrators seven times.

However, district officials never addressed the allegations, and Perez says she experienced bullying from administrators.

GOP Governor Glenn Youngkin has directed state police to open a criminal investigation into the matter.

The DOJ is investigating an incident at Texas A ⁇ M University where a student was asked to leave class after pushing back on radical gender theory.

The student confronted Dr.

Melissa McCool during a children's literature class.

I'm not entirely sure this is legal to be teaching and this also very much goes against not only myself but a lot of people's religious beliefs and so I am not going to participate in this because it's it's not legal.

I'm not convinced that your

proposal will be effective in stopping me from teaching things so biologically true.

It was like we have the legal and ethical authority, building professional expertise in this classroom.

I'll be leaving.

Yeah, no, I am.

I am.

Texas State Representative Brian Harrison obtained video of the encounter and shared it with the Daily Wire.

Hermit Dylan called the videos deeply concerning.

In a post on X, she said the DOJ Civil Rights Division will, quote, look into this.

The Trump administration slammed the legacy media on Monday for suggesting that ICE was conducting raids at schools.

Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security Tricia McLaughlin told the Daily Wire that law enforcement will be deputized to use common sense when pursuing adult targets and that schools would not automatically be sanctuary spaces.

McLaughlin said, quote, the Trump administration will not tie the hands of our brave law enforcement and instead trusts them to use common sense.

If a dangerous illegal alien felon were to flee into a school or a child sex offender is working as an employee, there may be a situation when an arrest is made to protect public safety, but this has not happened.

The comments come in response to legacy media headlines like the following, the New York Times, what if ICE agents show up?

Schools prepare teachers and parents.

And the Washington Post published this one.

This back-to-school season, educators prepare for ICE encounters.

And NBC ran an article that reads, the impact has been real.

ICE raid fears keep students out of classrooms.

A fan feud turned bloody at an NFL game on Sunday.

Viral video shows that a woman wearing Houston Texans gear got into a shouting match with a female LA Rams fan in the stands.

Two men stepped in to break up the confrontation, but things ended up getting even more out of control.

A male Rams fan shoved the female Texans fan, and the situation escalated into kicking, punching, and beer pouring.

The female Houston fan posted a video from the outside of the stadium with blood visible on her hands, legs, and face.

I'm still bleeding from the altercation.

I just want this documented your answer needs more for London news.

I mean, the worst part is the beer pouring, obviously.
