ABC Wednesdays, the Golden Bachelor is all new.

Hi, Mel.

Hello.

Former NFL star Mel Owens is looking for his second chance at love.

I'm hopeful that I'll find true love.

But these women are in a league of their own.

Mel has never been exposed to women like us.

I don't know how he can handle it all.

The Golden Bachelor season premiere.

To love, happiness, and fun.

Wednesdays, 9-8 Central on ABC, and stream on Hulu.

Jimmy Kimmel returns.

The U.S.

is reportedly mulling sanctions on the International Criminal Court and TPUSA's American Comeback Tour continues.

I'm Daily Wire executive editor John Bickley with Georgia Howe.

It's Monday, September 22nd, and this is Evening Wire.

Jimmy Kimmel's late-night show will return tomorrow night.

The program was polled last Wednesday ahead of Kimmel's plan to triple down on his criticism of conservatives after the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

But now Disney says after some thoughtful conversations with the left-wing host, they're letting him back on the air.

The company said they suspended the show to, quote, avoid further inflaming a tense situation at an emotional moment for our country.

The decision was made because they, quote, felt some of the comments were ill-timed and thus insensitive.

It's not clear, however, if all ABC affiliates will actually be showing it.

The largest of those, Sinclair Broadcasting, has said in the past that it would not go back to running Kimmel's show until the late-night host fully apologized.

The United States is reportedly considering sanctions for the International Criminal Court and a decision could fall as soon as this week.

The step is being considered in response to the court's investigations into claims of war crimes against the U.S.

and Israel, neither of which is a member of the ICC.

The Trump administration has already placed sanctions against certain ICC judges, but the latest round under consideration would hit the entire court, a severe escalation and economic blow to the institution.

President Trump is expected to sign a deal with TikTok this week.

Under the deal, the app would be jointly owned with Chinese ByteDance retaining a 20% stake.

The app operations will be based in the U.S.

and housed on Oracle servers with the U.S.

company providing data security.

Existing owners and new backers like Oracle will control 80%.

The new seven-person board structure will also limit Chinese control, giving ByteDance one seat.

President Trump gave Fox News a sneak peek into who will be involved.

They're very well-known people, and Larry Ellison's one of them.

He's involved.

He's a great guy.

Michael Dell is involved.

I hate to tell you this, but a man named Lachlan is involved.

Yes, a very unusual name, Lachlan Murdock.

And Rupert is

probably going to be in the group.

A couple of others, really great people, very prominent people.

And they're also American patriots.

You know, they love this country.

So I think they're going to do a really good job.

Most importantly, the news structure will prevent China from accessing American user data and it will forfeit control of the algorithm.

The U.S.

government will also receive a multi-billion dollar payout for brokering the deal.

FBI Director Cash Patel says the Bureau remains committed to answering every question about the Charlie Kirk assassination.

Daily Wire White House correspondent Mary Margaret Olihan has the story.

Patel released a statement Sunday stressing that the investigation remains active and that his agents are chasing down leads on everything from text messages to suspected accomplices.

He confirmed the Bureau is also reviewing Discord chats, how the rifle was smuggled to campus, and strange hand gestures near Kirk just before the fatal shot.

Patel dismissed online rumors about a plane turning off its transponder, saying it was just incomplete flight data.

He added, the entire FBI mourns Charlie Kirk, and we will not rest until justice is served.

Patel was among those in Arizona this weekend where close to 100,000 mourners gathered to honor Kirk's legacy.

Over 100 million people streamed the tribute to Charlie Kirk on Sunday.

That's according to the executive producer of the Charlie Kirk show, Andrew Colvett, who announced the figure on social media Sunday.

And he added, that's just what they know about.

Over 100 million people just heard the gospel proclaimed again and again by speaker after speaker.

Truly remarkable.

Here's Colvet doing just the same at the memorial last night.

Our hearts are grieving, but we do not grieve as the world grieves.

Because it says in scripture, O death, where is your victory?

Oh death, where is your sting?

Christ has overcome death.

Meanwhile, TPUSA's American Comeback Tour continues with its first event today since the assassination of Charlie Kirk less than two weeks ago.

Daily Wire senior editor Joel Niedler reports, The American Comeback Tour event is being held at the University of Minnesota this evening and will be hosted by Daily Wire's Michael Knowles.

What began as a conversation between Michael and Charlie is now a special tribute to Charlie and an open forum for Q ⁇ A.

Knowles announced last week that the event was still on, writing, quote, the enemies of civilization will not succeed at killing Charlie's mission.

They will not even succeed at killing his tour.

You can watch the event streaming live on Daily Wire Plus this evening at 7.15 p.m.

Eastern.

The Trump administration announced its findings on autism during a highly anticipated press conference Monday.

Here with the details is Daily Wire reporter Amanda Prestijakimo.

President Trump and Secretary Kennedy announced that Tylenol use during early pregnancy is linked to autism.

Rates of the disorder have skyrocketed in recent years, now affecting 1 in 31 children in the U.S.

An August review from Mount Sinai and Harvard researchers seems to tie Tylenol to this increased risk.

However, the CEO of KenView, which makes Tylenol, has denied the association and maintains that Tylenol is a safe option for pregnant women.

The administration also announced that phalonic acid could help treat autism symptoms.

A major storm system is churning in the open Atlantic and is expected to create surges along the mid-Atlantic coastline.

According to the National Hurricane Center, the swells are likely to cause life-threatening surf and rip current conditions from North Carolina to the Jersey shore.

Hurricane Gabrielle was upgraded to a Category 3 hurricane this morning, reaching a wind speed of 120 miles per hour.

The storm is currently traveling north toward the east coast, but is expected to veer back into the open ocean before making landfall.

Gabrielle is only the second major storm this hurricane season, which runs from June through November.

The United States carried out an airstrike on a drug boat headed toward the Dominican Republic over the weekend.

Here's Daily Wire reporter Tim Pierce with more.

Dominican authorities on Sunday said it was the first joint Dominican-American operation against narco-terrorism in the Caribbean Sea.

The United States has carried out at least three strikes against suspected drug smugglers in the Caribbean this month.

In this case, Dominican authorities reported Sunday that they recovered cocaine from the wreckage of the vessel, which was suspected of carrying around 2,200 pounds of the drug.

It was not immediately clear if the Dominican Republic's Sunday announcement was connected to a Friday statement from President Trump on a U.S.

strike that destroyed a drug speedboat and killed three smugglers.

A 13-year-old boy is fighting for his life after being shot in the head outside a Dunkin' Donuts in New York City.

Police say the gunmen opened fire just after 8 a.m.

at the Dunkin' Donuts in Queens.

The shooter, described as wearing a white hoodie, white sneakers, and carrying a black backpack, ran off.

The team was rushed to Cohen Children's Medical Center, where he remains in critical condition.

The motive isn't clear, but the shooting happened just blocks from several schools.

A New Hampshire wedding turned tragic Saturday night when a gunman opened fire on the reception.

According to eyewitness reports, 23-year-old Hunter Nado shouted, Free Palestine, before allegedly firing six shots, killing one guest and injuring six others.

Nado is now in custody and faces murder charges with more charges expected.

Officials say the shooter's motive is still unclear.

California Governor Gavin Newsom has signed a bill into law making it a crime for law enforcement to hide their faces while on the job.

Daily Wire immigration reporter Ginny Terror has the details.

The new law bans masks and disguises for local, state, and federal officers while conducting official business, unless they're undercover or in a situation that requires tactical gear.

Newsom used the signing to take aim at federal immigration raids in Los Angeles, where ICE officers were recently spotted masked.

Here's the governor taunting ICE agents.

ICE?

Unmask.

What are you afraid of?

If you're going to go out and you're going to do enforcement?

Provide an ID.

Tell us which agency you represent.

Provide us basic information that all local law enforcement is required to provide.

DHS officials call the move reckless.

Warning assaults on ICE agents have surged 1,000%,

and masks are often the only thing protecting officers' identities and families.

California joins a growing list of states weighing similar restrictions.

And a new king of beers has been crowned, knocking Modelo off the throne.

Michelob Ultra has officially taken the top spot as America's top-selling beer.

Executives credit its meteoric rise to aggressive sports partnerships, from the NBA and PGA Tour to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Data shows Ultra now leads both retail shelves and bar taps, ending Modelo's short-lived reign after Bud Light's 2023 collapse.

Launched in 2002, Michelob Ultra built its brand on active social lifestyles, and now it's sprinted straight to the top.
