How Russiagate makes Watergate like "Child's Play" ft. John Solomon
Russiagate has been running, one way or another, for a staggering nine years, and only now are we finally putting together how sinister its origins were. John Solomon has been tracking this saga from its very beginning. John joins Charlie to explain how the Russiagate nothingburger has slowly transformed into the exposure of a vast criminal conspiracy against the American people. Will Barack Obama be indicted? How far does the conspiracy go, and how far can the Trump admin go to take it down?

Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here live from the Bitcoin.com studio.
I have a very timely interview I did with my friend John Solomon.
We talk a lot about what's happening in the news, Russia Gate, Obama, Brennan Clapper.

Buckle up, everybody.
Here we go.
Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
I want to thank Charlie.
He's an incredible guy.
His spirit, his love of this country.
He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
That's why we are here.
I moved what was supposed to be a podcast to right here for dinner with the great John Solomon.
Give it up for John Solomon, everybody.
Thank you.
Thank you.
And the reason I wanted to do this is that I wanted to make sure everyone had the opportunity to be able to participate in this conversation.
John Solomon is an award-winning investigative reporter, the best in Washington, D.C., especially on the RussiGate stuff.
And a question that we got multiple times throughout today, John, is, so when are people going to start going to prison?
Yeah, that's the question.
And so, John, fill us in.
What have we learned in just the last couple of weeks when it comes to RussiaGate?
And then we'll kind of go into the path forward.
Great.
Yeah, thank you.
And it's just an honor to be here with all of you.
You're all patriots, and everything that you and Charlie have achieved have turned this country and Gen Z back towards common sense.
And so, all of you tonight,
I applaud your great work.
I see it, and I see the impact as I look out over the country and I travel.
Without Charlie and without what you've done, this country was headed down a very slippery abyss.
And I think we've saved it at least for a while.
So
for a while.
We bought some time.
We bought some time.
That's right.
But the war is still ahead of us.
There is a lot we've learned in the last couple of weeks.
It's worse than even I thought when I set out in March of 2017 with Sarah Carter to unravel what we knew was a fake scandal.
The night it all started was I was coming off a Sean Hannity hit.
It was about 11 o'clock at night.
Pulled into my house.
My wife was already in bed, and there was a blue car with its flashers on, U.S.
government license plates, and two guys get out of the car.
They meet me in the driveway, and they say, Are you Mr.
Solomon?
I'm thinking, I must be arrested or something.
I'm in trouble now.
And they said, we just want to let you know that what you were talking about on Sean Hannity tonight is the tip of a very large iceberg and you need to drill through it.
And I'm like, what in God's name are you guys talking about?
It was a story about unmasking and violating people's civil liberties.
And I said, we can't tell you much because most of it's still classified.
But what we do know, or what we can say to you, is that the most awesome powers of the United States were turned against their people to carry out a political dirty trick.
The CIA, the FBI.
And that's all we can tell you.
And I'm like, well, thanks.
That's pretty broad.
I don't know where I'm going to go with that, but we'll start.
And I ran in the house, wrote an email at two in the morning to Sarah Carter, and that's what set us on this eight-year journey to get us the truth.
What is the scandal?
If you're in an elevator and you got a minute to tell somebody who doesn't know what it is, what is it?
It is the weaponization of our intelligence community and our law enforcement community to carry out a series of political dirty tricks.
Now, political dirty tricks have been around as long as politics has been around in America.
The 1790s had some doozies and the 1850s had some doozies.
So political tricks in politics are fine, but when you begin to use the powers of the United States government, intelligence community, the military, the FBI, you have crossed a Rubicon that we've never crossed before in American history.
We came close in Watergate, those of you old enough like me to remember Watergate.
The moment the Republicans turned on Richard Nixon was when they heard that tape where Nick Richard Nixon contemplated.
He didn't do it, but he contemplated using the CIA to stop the FBI from investigating the burglary.
The mere contemplation of using the CIA to
investigate or thwart a political scandal was enough to oust a president of the United States who had just won the election a couple of years earlier.
We are so far past that point now.
This is Watergate looks like children's play to what we've learned.
At the end of the day, the United States government was manipulated and used by the Democratic Party to repeatedly protect themselves from their own scandals.
Hillary Clinton had two.
Clinton Foundation, a pay-to-play scandal, and moving her emails onto an
unclassified server and jeopardizing national security.
Hunter Biden, Joe Biden had a griff scandal and it began in Ukraine.
Obviously, it was in China and many other places.
And then Joe Biden had classified documents in his garage and his office.
And each time they discovered their liabilities, they kicked in a machinery to project a scandal onto the Republican, which always turns out to be Donald Trump in this case.
So the two Hillary scandals gives us Russia Gate.
My early stories in 2019 on Hunter Biden in Ukraine gives us impeachment.
A lot of things that fall out from it.
And by the way, that whistleblower's complaint is completely bogus.
We are going to get that declassified.
You're going to realize how silly a document that was.
But we went through an impeachment based on a false story.
And then they found a lot of people don't put this together, but it is two to three weeks after they discovered that Joe Biden had classified documents in his home in Delaware, the beach and the garage and the home or the office at UPenn in Washington that the White House, and it's very important to know this, the Biden White House instructed the National Guard to sick the FBI on Donald Trump.
So it's a wash, rinse, repeat scandal.
A dirty trick, if it was done just with political operatives, would be
just another chapter in American politics, but by bringing in the FBI, the Justice Department, the CIA.
And at every twist and turn, the government manipulated data, manipulated intelligence, manipulated civil liberties, manipulated the laws to carry out this series of dirty trips.
And the big news,
the news that I think will ultimately answer the question, will we get any accountability, is in March, Cash Patel, the new FBI director, sat down with a career team of agents and he wrote what we call the grand conspiracy case.
And he looks at this period as one ongoing conspiracy, just like the mob would skim profits off of casinos all across the world, and eventually we took down the mob.
Those of you who've watched the movie Casino know about that.
Just like we took down the cartels that they operated for 10 or 20 years, we built large conspiracy cases and that's how we brought down those criminal enterprises.
Cash Pacelle decided to look at what Hillary did, what Obama did, what John Brennan did, what James Comey did, and all the way all up to Jack Smith.
as a criminal enterprise, one ongoing conspiracy.
What are the crimes?
The crimes are to obstruct justice, keep Hunter Biden from being investigated by those IRS whistleblowers that I introduced to America a couple years ago,
keep the FBI repeatedly from investigating Hillary Clinton,
and keep Joe Biden from facing liability when he took all those documents.
That's the first crime, obstruction.
The second crime is the deprivation of civil liberties.
They're going to take the 1960s civil rights laws.
and turn them around on the Democrats and say, you're just as bad as the cops that used to beat black people during during the 60s.
And we're going to take those laws and we're going to charge you with depriving Donald Trump and everybody else who was injured
as a criminal civil rights violation.
And that's where we're at.
So that's super helpful.
Let's go back in time.
What I'm seeking to understand is how much of this was prepared before the election of Donald Trump, and how much of it was then prepared during that transition period between Trump winning in November of 16 and inauguration in January 2017.
Great question.
So when I wrote my book in 2020, we turned up an amazing document, and I think it explains everything.
So Hillary Clinton is getting ready.
Remember this date, November 29th, 2015.
It'll be the start of the conspiracy.
She commissions a poll to figure out of all the scandals that the Clintons have had.
They had a lot of scandals, right?
They had the White House Lincoln bedroom.
They had Vince Foster.
They had Whitewater.
They had
the China fundraising scandal, for those of you old enough to remember that.
So, and then they had the email scandal.
And she did a poll to find out which one of those is going to be my biggest impediment to the presidency, and it blew them away.
It came back, and it wasn't any of those.
It was the Clinton money book by Peter Schweitzer and the notion that they were cashing in through their foundation, particularly with Russia.
And at that moment, she put in motion in December of 2015 an effort to find Russia dirt on any Republican.
And nobody thought in December of 2015, Donald Trump was going to be the guy.
So they looked at everybody.
In fact, they were looking at Carter Page and George Papadopoulos when they were advisors to other candidates.
They were just looking to hang a Russian shingle on the Republican campaign house so that she could negate her liabilities.
She really wasn't worried about, remarkably,
the email scandal, probably because she knew the fix was in with James Comey.
So that poll drives the entire strategy.
out of the blue.
Donald Trump wins unexpectedly.
And July 5th is another date to remember.
July 5th, 2016.
I'm going to give you three dates to remember.
November 29th, 2015, 2015.
That's the first one.
That's when the switch is flip.
July 5th is the day that Hillary Clinton has decided to flip the conversation from her emails.
And two things happen on that day.
James Comey comes out and waves a magic wand that's not his to wave, saying, I absolve Hillary Clinton in the email scandal.
And that same morning, as that press conference is going on, all the way across
the pond in Great Britain, Christopher Steele walks in the first remnants of his Steele dossier, and that begins a process.
And then a few weeks later, the Obama administration intercepts the Russians intercepting Hillary.
And they realize, oh my God, Hillary's got the scheme and the Russians know about it.
And they make, I think, a really remarkable decision.
They decide to double down on it and they're going to go in on it with him.
And you can hear the Russians intercepting Hillary Clinton's people talking, saying the FBI is going to investigate this and make this fake story that we've invented.
a criminal investigation to make the American people believe that Donald Trump really is a stooge of Vladimir Putin.
And that goes through the summer and fall.
And then Hillary loses.
The American people don't buy it.
And quite frankly, the Democrats were a little inept.
They couldn't get the story out.
They went to the New York Times.
New York Times frustrated them a little bit.
But then Hillary loses, and Hillary cannot, in her mind, and nor can Obama for his legacy, acknowledge that they lost because their policies didn't work or they didn't work hard enough.
They didn't go to Wisconsin enough.
So they decide they're going to hang the Russian shingle twice on the White House now.
And now the story is going to to be Donald Trump won unfairly
by Vladimir Putin putting his thumb on the scale.

There's so many questions I have here, but
let's pull one of those threads to an immediate news item, and then we're going to go back.
So yesterday, President Donald Trump flew across the American continent all the way to Anchorage, Alaska, to try to end a Russian-Ukrainian war.
And you could make the argument that that Russian-Ukrainian war would probably never have happened if they would not have done this operation within our government.
Do you agree with that?
100%.
To make that case, because that you're talking about the American Intel operation that then created a cascading sequencing of events that led to a completely unnecessary war
because we had the invasion in 2014 as well.
Right.
So the storyline is that the Democrats decided when they came in in 09 that they would do better than George W.
Bush and they would woo Vladimir Putin.
And they threw everything at Vladimir Putin you could imagine, including substantially risking our national security.
They did not only gave him uranium one, which is a story that I spent a lot of time reporting on and found the famous whistleblower, Doug Campbell, who came out in 2018, but they also made all of our utilities across America dependent for the next 25 years.
from 2011 forward on Russian uranium.
So if the Russians wanted to turn America dark, they just turned off that uranium.
We would not be able to process enough uranium.
So, they put our national security at risk, and they did it at a moment when the FBI knew Russia was engaged in a bribery scheme in our uranium industry in America, and they just let it go through.
Then, Vladimir Putin realizes, I got everything I need out of these dumb-dumbs in Washington, so I'm going to go do what I want to do now.
I don't like this whole talk about NATO and Ukraine.
He goes into Crimea.
There's a direct line from
what we call the reset, which turned out to be a disaster.
It wasn't a reset, it was
a death knell of a computer,
to the first incursion.
And then the second incursion, you can directly trace from that November 29, 2015 to
the beginning of 2023 when he, or 2022, when he invades Ukraine again.
Two Ukraine invasions by Russia, both driven by policies of the Democratic Party.
In between that, the Democrats did not want Donald Trump to outdo them on Russia.
They didn't want the story to be they got taken advantage of and fleeced, and Donald Trump came in and was a man and stood up to him and got a better deal.
And so, a lot of what goes on in that period in the manipulation, the Russophiles, as we call them, the people that were working with the Democrats, was to find any reason to make it impossible for Donald Trump to have a relationship with Russia because it would be an epic achievement in his first presidency.
So, there's a direct dot at line, and the fallout in 23 is at, you know, what did Vladimir Putin say yesterday?
I would never have invaded Ukraine a second time if Donald Trump was president.
Why?
Because Donald Trump would have taken his call in the period in between.
Joe Biden made a decision to just ice Vladimir Putin, and that's not leadership.
That's a risky game and it costs the Ukrainians maybe a million lives.
What I'm getting at is that everybody, this crime is beyond just the fact that Trump, you're talking about maybe a million people dead in eastern Ukraine.
This is a crime that
has carnage over the planet, right?
All with the root that we hate Donald Trump and we're going to use the American Intel apparatus against it.
So let's get more.
Do you have a thought on that really quick, John?
If not, no.
So let's get more specific.
So let's start going through some of the names.
We'll go from the least controversial to the most controversial.
Okay.
John Brennan.
Yeah.
What role?
First, who is John Brennan?
Is it true that he is or was a communist?
What was his role in
creating this entire coup and scheme?
And what do we have that's publicly available?
Because I know that you know a lot that is not publicly available that could reasonably
make him subject to indictment?
There's a period where he does
play with the Communist Party of America and the communist elements here in a group out in California, which I think Karen Bass was also involved with.
It's true.
He was a community.
He was a member of the American Party.
There is some question, though, because if you look at the overlap, his CIA career is occurring around the same time.
So one of the things to be potentially, just to be fair to the guy, it's possible this was his early cover as he was practicing to be a CIA officer.
Entirely possible.
Or he could have just been a communist because he seems to have associated with some of them since then.
In 1998, he is the CIA station chief when
Riyadh is bombed and we had the Cobar Towers where we lost a lot of American lives.
And the FBI is trying to show Iran did that.
And there's no doubt Iran did.
I eventually got a secret cable that Bill Clinton sent the Iranian president saying, I know you did it, but I'm not going to tell the American people.
John Brennan was the guy helping Bill Clinton suppress the evidence coming out of Riyadh that the Iranians were behind that attack.
So you get a sense of what his ideology is, even as he's a senior CIA officer.
He comes up and he's the counterterrorism director after 9-11.
He's working in the Bush administration, and then he works his way up to being CIA director in the Obama years.
And
before Democrats loved him, they hated him because in 2015, in an effort to stop the CIA from being fully embarrassed on the torture scandal, on the waterboarding scandal, he hacked in, just think about this for a second, the CIA hacked into Congress's computers and stole and deleted information so that Congress, and it was a Democratic chairwoman at the time of the intelligence committee, Diane Feinstein.
So the Democrats hated him, and then suddenly he becomes a choir boy to the Democrats in 2016 because he's one of the boys that flips the switch on Russia collusion.
And so, throughout this entire process, Brennan,
in the new files that Tulsi Gabbard put out, what did we learn about Brennan's role?
Or let me put it differently: what did we now have confirmation of that we already knew?
We kind of knew.
We knew this.
Yeah, but we were called conspiracy theorists, but now what do we know dead to rights?
All my conspiracy theories have come true.
Just wait a couple years.
I have a t-shirt.
It literally says that.
He's the man who tells President Obama at the end of July of 2016 that Hillary's been caught laying out the scheme and the Russians know it and they let it go on anyways.
He's the guy after the election that it's very important to understand how manipulated the CIA's intelligence.
I've been covering the CIA for 35 years.
I've never seen an episode as...
jaw-dropping as what they do in December of 2016.
All right.
The first Russia collusion didn't work.
Donald Trump still became president.
So Russia collusion 2.0 starts.
And the way they're going to do that is they're going to literally flip the career intelligence agent's conclusions that Vladimir Putin did not pick a winner or loser in the election.
He stayed neutral and just tried to sow chaos, which is the normal plan for Russia.
Correct.
And by the way, in November 29th, it's amazing.
There we are, back to November 29th.
November 29th, 2016, one year after Russia collusion starts after the poll, Congress is briefed that Vladimir Putin did not pick a candidate in the election.
That's after Trump won.
After Trump won.
So it's a post-election review.
All 17 intelligence agencies are part of it at the time.
They're in unanimity.
And there's a reason why they were so certain that Vladimir Putin didn't pick a candidate.
This gets lost in the media.
I've been trying to harp on this a lot.
In early October, Russian active measures stopped.
The month when most Americans would be making up their mind, if you really want to help a candidate, you would go all all down on your active measures in October of 2016, because that's when people make up their mind.
They pulled out of the American election.
They had bullets they could have fired, intelligence bullets they could have fired at Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.
About her health.
Health, and they had more on the Clinton Foundation, and they chose not to use it.
So the intelligence community's assessment is rock solid.
And they're about to
brief President Obama, giving the same intelligence.
And Obama says, I don't want to hear that.
No, no, no, no.
Tell them to do it over.
And John Brennan does the do-over.
And to do the do-over, when you look at the stuff that
Hillary or that Tulsi Gabbard gave us in the last few days, I mean, we're doing backflips.
We are doing
Barnum's High Wire Act would be pretty proud of what they did.
First, we're going to get rid of 14 of the 17 agencies so they can't weigh in.
We'll just take the three that have our stooges at the top, Jane Comey at the FBI, John Brennan.
They really, I didn't know.
Oh, they cut out 14 of the agencies.
They would have never gotten it done.
The 14 would have held held the line.
This is completely against protocol.
Oh, yeah, absolutely.
And then they just, protocol wasn't even in their language at the time.
They know the Steele
dossier has been discredited, but it's the only document in the possession of the United States government that even hints that maybe Vladimir Putin was trying to help Donald Trump.
Now, it's been discredited.
By that time, Steele's been fired by the FBI for leaking.
The CIA has told the FBI Steele had been compromised by Russian intelligence.
If anyone was colluding with Russia, it might have been Christopher Steele and Hillary Clinton's campaign.
And the third thing they learned is that the FBI did a spreadsheet of every sentence in the Steele dossier, and they couldn't corroborate a single thing, and they had debunked a large number of the statements.
So in December, they know the Steele dossier is worse than a comic book for intelligence, and they're going to put that into the
intelligence assessment and say, just us three kings, all the rest, you guys, don't get to weigh in on this.
Oh, we've come to an entirely different assessment, 180 degrees.
Vladimir Putin really did do it.
And then from there, they want to hamper everything that Donald Trump, Donald Trump is trying to get a Putin summit very early in his presidency because he feels like he can reboot the relationship.
They're leaking everything he's done.
Every conversation that classified and intercepted is leaked in the Washington Post and the New York Times.
We have some pretty good ideas who that is.
And at every step,
they take out his national security advisor on the most bogus of account, Michael Flynn, General Flynn.
And they're just trying to make sure that Donald Trump can't have that moment.
Charlie Kirk here, crime is skyrocketing.
You may already own a firearm, but before you face the financial and emotional weight of pulling the trigger, consider Burna.
Burna's less lethal launchers fire tear gas and kinetic rounds designed to incapacitate attackers for up to 40 minutes, giving you time to escape and call for help without deadly consequences.
I use Burna.
My family all has them, and now meet the new Compact Launcher, an amazing product.
Sleek, slim, and hits like a sledgehammer, but the size of a smartphone, it's perfect for concealed carry.
Comfortable, discreet, and confidence-building.
It fires at 400 feet per second with 41 joules per square inch of stopping power.
That's enough force to halt a threat cold without the legal and moral complexities of lethal force.
What I love about Burna is they're proudly American.
Over 80% of their compact launchers components are sourced in America, and each unit is hand-assembled in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Best of all, Burna is legal in all 50 states.
No background checks ships directly to your door.
Trusted by hundreds of police departments and government agencies around the world.
Visit Burna to learn more.
That is BYRNA.com.
What you are talking about, John, let's just take a step back, and then I do want to get to one more specific, but I think we should go macro for a second.
Sure.
What you're talking about is the subversion of the entire United States Constitution.
Sure.
In a way that we have never seen in the history of the Republic.
I mean, you want to talk about an insurrection?
This is an insurrection against the American people that was thwarted at multiple times.
And there's, please.
You had a great session
the last interview you did.
Sean McGuire.
Sean McGuire.
Sean's here somewhere.
I think he does a great job.
Great job, Sean.
Brilliant, brilliant analysis.
About four months ago, before I started identifying for the Trump administration where the documents were that I thought we could get, and I've been driving a lot of these document releases.
In fact, President Trump committed to some of them in an interview interview with me about two or three weeks ago, and that really sped up the process a little bit, which is great when the boss says declassified.
I sat across from an intelligence agent, now retired, very senior, and he looked me in the eye and said, the truth of the matter is we took the playbook for psychological operations and information warfare that we would use against our enemies, and we turned it against the American people to undo the 2016 election and to make sure they didn't elect Donald Trump in 2020.
Now, that is a senior intelligence officer with more than 30 years of experience, a patriot who served in some of the most dangerous parts of the world.
And he understood that the tactics of making something fake look real were ripped right out of our intelligence community's
psychological operation and information warfare.
Our intelligence agencies not only harmed Donald Trump, they were harming the American public, the national security interests of the American public.
It would would have been in our interest to have a deal with Putin.
We wouldn't have had the second war.
In infinite ways.
So the Intel operation, the Intel community, this is what gets people really fired up, myself included.
Sure.
Which is this should not be able to stand in our country, period.
There should be people in like Guantamano Bay over this stuff, right?
I mean, the fact that we put up...
with the idea that you can use the CIA and the FBI to then just, oh, we don't like your president, American people.
Sorry, we get to decide.
I'm sorry, everyone.
That's not a republic.
That's not elections.
That's not the U.S.
Constitution.
That's an oligarchy.
And that is a bureaucratic dictatorship.
And so we were called a, we were called conspiracy theories.
There's that I said.
We finally got to the bottom of it.
And remember, everybody, you want to talk about a stolen presidency?
They stole time away from Donald Trump because they took his NSA advisor away from him.
They took time away from him.
He had to fight Bob Mueller.
How many of you guys went to dinner parties and to friends?
Oh, Donald Trump's a Russian agent.
How much mental energy did we waste on this garbage that was a lie and it was all intentional?
Because they didn't care.
It was about slowing it down, throwing sand in the gears.
And they thought it doesn't matter.
They said, if we get found out eventually, the ends will justify the means.
That's right.
And so what I'm getting at is, praise the Lord, Donald Trump got back in the Oval Office, and we're in charge.
The guy that originally made RussiaGate happen, revealed it, Cash Patel, he's in charge of the FBI.
We got Dan Bongino there.
So I want to try to just drill down on something, John, which is you're talking about these specific cases that could happen, but are grand juries impaneled?
Does any reporting show that?
If so, what are the jurisdictions?
And when are we going to start to see perp walks and indictments and people in federal prison for the rest of their life?
Yeah,
I don't know that.
I have no passion on this guy.
I understand the passion.
Your passion is right where the American people are.
Four grand juries are currently gathering evidence.
It doesn't matter the jurisdictions at this point, because they're just simply gathering where people are to make it quick and fast.
At some point, I believe they'll roll them up and they'll take them to Fort Pierce, Florida, and put them under the U.S.
Attorney in Miami, who's a rock star in the legal community.
I like that.
Yeah, that's good.
Yeah, and by the way, for those of you who don't know what Fort Pierce is, that's where the raid on Donald Trump was litigated.
And that's where Judge Eileen Cannon is.
And so there's a sweet irony to the fact that that's where the boomerang may end up.
But how could that be jurisdictionally?
Because you're going to look at what Jack Smith did and what the raid, actually Jack Smith wasn't there when they raided Donald Trump's house, but all the litigation he did there is the final act of the conspiracy, right?
It's the same conspiracy.
Hillary has a problem, Russia collusion.
Hunter Biden has a problem, Ukraine impeachment.
Joe Biden has a classified document problem.
Donald Trump's going to have a problem.
And the ludicrousness of it is Donald Trump was probably almost almost certainly the Supreme Court would have ruled.
He would have had the right to take those documents with him.
He's an ultimate declassifier.
He just said, I thought I declassified him.
I waved my hand over it.
It's done.
That's all you have to do as a president.
I know of a president.
George Bush was sitting in, George W.
Bush was sitting in the room.
He's a world later, and he decided, hey, I'm just declassified right now.
I'm telling these guys this.
He just did.
No penalty.
So the idea that they were going to bring this charge against Donald Trump for the classified document, it was only, only to protect the fact that Joe Biden.
What did they do?
They waited to Donald Trump was indicted.
Then they they said, Oh, we forgot to tell you.
Joe Biden had those documents in his house.
They kept it a secret.
That's what they've done.
So the final act of the conspiracy is the cover-up of Joe Biden's classified documents by charging President Trump.
And then you work your way back.
And it's just a wash, rinse, repeat cycle: obstruction of justice, protect the Democrat.
Remember all the things that the IRS whistleblowers told us about protecting Hunter Biden?
Look at the document I just got on Wednesday.
What does Sally Yates, the Deputy Attorney General, tell three separate FBI offices of career agents who have predicated criminal evidence that Hillary Clinton was doing pay-to-play, shut it down.
Donald Trump's out in the campaign yelling, lock her up, and the Justice Department's telling the FBI agents who could lock her up, shut it down.
That is a quote, direct quote in the FBI's documents.
That's obstruction.
And so that you're looking at two crimes, obstruction to protect the Democrats, and then every person who went through this process and spent millions, civil liberties have been piloted.
Totally.
So now let's get to the big news-catching item.
I personally don't know if it's a good idea to indict him or not.
Barack Obama.
Was he calling the shots?
Was he really doing this?
Was this an administrative state play?
Like walk us through Barack Obama's involvement, awareness, and understanding of this grand conspiracy.
So there's really only three entrances that we know of so far, but they're pretty important entrances.
Barack Obama is the first guy to find out that Hillary Clinton's been intercepted, approving a plan to hang the fake shingle, Russian shingle, on Donald Trump's house.
He's the first person told by John Brennan.
We have John Brennan's notes.
It's very clear what the president was told.
He doesn't stop anything that happens under the color of his authority and under the power of his administration from that day to January 20th, 2017 when President Trump.
So is he culpable?
I think most people look at that and say, that's kind of a buck stops at the top.
The second thing he does is he orders the reimagination, if we can call it that, the re-fictionalization of the intelligence assessment to make it look like Vladimir Putin was helping Donald Trump, which would prevent Trump from having any success and put a paw over the beginning of the presidency.
And then I want to go back to another date, January 5, January 6th.
We know January 5, January 6th, that's the Democrats' favorite days, right, in 2021.
But all the distrust that boiled over that day goes back to a day, January 5, January 6th, 2017, because Barack Obama presides over a meeting in the Oval Office, the most sacred office that we have for the presidency.
And sitting around him is Joe Biden and Sally Yates and some of the FBI clowns.
And they're trying to figure out how they can keep Mike Flynn under investigation.
Because on January 4th, after an exhaustive investigation, the FBI career counterintelligence agents decided that Mike Flynn was totally innocent.
They hadn't done a single thing wrong.
The next day, Barack Obama calls a meeting.
The FBI is told, don't close that probe.
And they sit around all day like, well, maybe we'll throw the Logan Act at home.
Maybe we can just just lure him into an interview.
The senior most FBI agent in that meeting came back and he wrote notes.
These notes will forever be burnished in my mind.
What was our goal today?
To get the American people the truth or to get an innocent man to lure it into an interview where we can catch him into a fake
lie and prosecute him.
He understood.
They wrote that down?
Those are the notes I broke in 2020.
Bill Preestap, assistant director of the FBI.
Writes that.
Who are these people?
If you're going to do that, you don't write it down.
People who clearly were in a lot of torment because they had never, in their 30 years, careers, seen this sort of manipulation of the FBI and the intelligence committee.
So January 5, January 6th, 2017 is one of the great crossover moments in American history.
It's up there with Nixon sitting in the Oval Office saying, let's use the CIA to cap the FBI, and maybe they won't be able to get this burglary figured out.
That was a hypothetical.
This was a literal.
Oh, it happened.
They carried out.
They do lure.
Have you ever watched James Comey's interview?
He's sitting around smirking.
I knew I could sucker those guys, and I did.
That's not the way the law is supposed to be practiced by the top law enforcement officer in our land, but that's how they practiced it.
They knew they were luring him into a perjury chap.
So that's where Barack Obama's liabilities are.
There is no chance that any federal court is going to allow an indictment of Barack Obama from anything he did inside the presidency.
No chance.
Because of the presidential immunity.
The immunity rule is pretty clear.
Almost any act that you take in the office of the presidency, you're going to have significant immunity.
And the only resolution is the constitutional resolution of impeachment.
And it'd be kind of meaningless to impeach him since he's been out of office for nine years.
Have you ever heard anyone say this is unconstitutional?
Do you assume it's just hyperbole?
Have you taken the time to study and understand the Constitution so you know for yourself what is and what isn't constitutional?
That's why I'm so excited that Hillsdale College is offering a brand new free online course called The Federalist.
The Federalist papers were written primarily by Alexander Hamilton and James Madison.
Together they explain how the U.S.
Constitution established a government strong enough to secure the rights of citizens and safe enough to wield that power.
And today it's our responsibility to pay attention, to be vigilant, and you might say, in order to preserve and protect Republican self-government.
Hillsdale's online course on the Federalist includes 10 lectures, each about 30 minutes long.
You could take the course at your own pace.
There's no cost to sign up.

What bothers so many people, though, is that, I mean, Peter Strzok is still as a professor at Georgetown.
Yeah, sure.
And
Andrew McKinney.
He's teaching ethics, by the way.
Isn't that amazing?
He's teaching ethics at Georgetown.
That is kind of funny, isn't it?
That is exactly what I would expect.
You fail up in this
machinery.
American higher education.
I want to give people a little bit of hope.
There is a scenario where Barack Obama ends up just like Mike Flynn.
He's going to be walked into his own perjury trap because he isn't immune from a subpoena.
He's not immune from a subpoena.
And they'll tell him, you're immunized because the immunity rule says you're immunized.
So you must testify.
You can't claim your Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination.
And then he's got to sit there and decide, am I going to tell the truth and tarnish my legacy or tell a lie and have these guys jam me up and charge me with perjury or 301 or 101 charge of lying to the FBI?
Who would conduct that interview?
Probably the special prosecutor or the lead prosecutor or the FBI.
But we don't have a special prosecutor.
You don't need one yet.
You don't need it.
Any FBI agent could say, I got to go at this point, we have to ask the president questions.
And it's happened.
You saw Joe Biden submitted to interviews.
Bill Clinton did some interviews.
It didn't work out too well for him.
It got him impeached because he lied.
That's the danger for Barack Obama.
So he's got an oxym's razor sort of potential dilemma above him.
If the Trump Justice Department has the courage to treat this like a criminal case and not come into a thousand million excuses that Republicans usually come up for when they're judged.
Keep in mind, most of the cases that expired and most of the decisions to decline prosecution on Russia Gate occurred in Donald Trump's first presidency under Bill Barr, Jeff Session, and a guy named Rod Rosenstein.
Yeah, they were a waste of time.
The first term, we didn't know what we were doing.
It was all over the place.
But let's kind of piggyback on what you just said.
You said, if the Trump Department of Justice, I know the president wants what we want.
Sure.
But from your reporting and your conversations, both private and public,
are we just going to see pageantry or are we going to see real action?
To be determined.
I mean, listen, I'm a reporter.
I don't have a crystal ball any more than anyone else in this room.
The Justice Department had a very bumpy start under Pam Bondi.
We have to be honest about that.
They couldn't even do something as simple as get the Epstein documents right, right?
And that was literally, it wasn't a big deal.
It was like a really easy thing to do.
They don't know where most of the documents are.
I've been telling them where they're, and they dig them up, and that's why I get them.
But they're, you know, Cash Patel has a pretty good sense, but I'll give you a good example of, you know, warning signs.
I still think they're going to hopefully get this right.
The pressure is going to be too much.
They got to get it right.
Yeah, but also, you know, they're also now policing DC and they're also, you know, rolling up millions of illegal aliens, many of them criminals.
You know, the Justice Department is doing an awful lot, and it shrunk itself down to get a lot of the deep staters out, and the Senate has been very slow to fill those positions.
So they're really understaffed.
So they may even have the intention to do it right, but they may not have enough mass to get it right.
But I'll just give you one example.
I break the big story about James Comey on Wednesday, and that story is that The guy that he brought in to be a special government employee admitted that
James Comey told him a leak and they were leaking.
And it's a little ambiguous about whether he leaked classified information because when the guys asked the question, he said,
I didn't do it if you give me a discount.
That's a pretty interesting answer.
If you need the discount on the truthfulness of your answer, you're probably not telling the truth.
I think that's the way most of us, certainly the way the FBI took it.
They didn't prosecute that guy anyways.
But we now know that James Comey, the FBI director, and I, but there's an amazing segment in the documents.
And it goes like this.
Mr.
Richmond, that's the guy that was leaking
for Comey, said that James Comey never told him to leak, but, and then there's a giant black spot for like seven or eight paragraphs.
Gone, just redacted.
So I called and say, oh, we think that's grand jury.
And I'm like, no, I'm pretty sure that's not grand jury.
I'm going to tell you what I think is in there.
I think it's a Postal Service inspection set of agents that interview these guys.
They look like, oh, yeah, you're right.
So they're in the process of now unredacting that.
But I was lucky enough to catch that.
But will other people catch that as you go down?
This one, we don't know, right?
So there is a question of skill and competence, bandwidth, whether we'll get to this.
But the president clearly is intent on doing it.
And he said to me in the interview, this is really fascinating about President Trump.
One, I will never interfere with the FBI.
I will not do what Barack Obama and those Yahoos did.
Two,
I'm pursuing this for one reason and one reason over.
I already got my vengeance.
I won the election.
Do you think I have, there's nothing more I could possibly do to drive the Democrats insane than having won this last election?
But I don't want another president.
That's the key.
I don't want another speaker to face what I face, the corruption.
Because if it does, we've lost the greatest constitutional republic and it's now a permanent banana republic up with the Latin American banana republic.
And as far as the bandwidth, what I'm going to recommend to them privately is, guys, how many documents are there?
500,000, 600,000, right, John?
It could be more.
So, okay.
So
they're not thinking creatively enough.
Upload all of them into an AI large language model processing.
Sure, there you go.
I'll upload it and type in, I want to indict John Brennan.
Tell me how.
Click.
It'll read all the documents, and 20 minutes later, you'll have an indictment written.
You think I'm kidding.
Like,
we don't need 50, you know, 500, you know, Georgetown law grads to, you know, leak and delay.
To be honest with you.
Put into a large language model, write the indictment, and
indict these traders.
Some of the modeling that I've done to project what I think my reporting would be has been done by artificial intelligence, taking the current timelines
and then say, what don't I know?
What's missing?
What doesn't make sense about this?
And artificial intelligence is pretty darn good at finding gaps and identifying places to look.
And I'm being half facetious.
But you're not.
It's actually a great question.
We don't, like this whole excuse, we don't have manpower.
Guys,
we need like a Marshall plan to get this done because this is not about Trump.
This is the most egregious violation of a shadow government that emerged from the surface.
You're right.
And then we don't have elections.
At that point, it'll be the end of all elections.
So, John, we have a couple of minutes remaining.
I have two big things I want to chat about.
The first of which, what are some non-Russia gate abuses of things that you want to see people be held accountable that can be held accountable?
I know this ties into the Auto Pen situation, too.
So, I personally think we should test the Auto Pen and still indict Anthony Fauci because I think Fauci, for what he did, he lied to Congress.
We got him dead to rights.
And by the way, there's a big question.
Did Biden, we know Biden didn't sign it, but did Biden direct it?
Did he know about it?
The guy that was operating the Auto Pen said not really.
So there's some murkiness there.
But, John, where else should we be looking in the pursuit of justice?
I think the ACBLU investigation could be one of the most significant investigations.
It is ongoing.
It started with my reporting a year ago.
There are true things going on both in Congress and in the Justice Department.
I think that'll be a significant one.
I think making an example of Letitia James and Senator Schiff
for their outrageous behavior,
they're going to see what real criminality looks like when they get indicted for defrauding mortgage companies.
And that's important because that's a little thing that matters to American people.
I play by the rules with my mortgages.
I didn't claim two homes, and most people don't even have two homes to claim.
And it really rips their rawhide when someone can go in and get a 3% mortgage by claiming both of their homes of of their primary residence.
That's one for the common people that would score and really resonate downstream.
So Act blew that one.
I think we need to reopen the Ukraine impeachment entirely.
I think for history's sake, Ukraine impeachment is another Russia collusion, but no one's taken the time except me to start unraveling it.
We've unraveled a good part of it.
Put out that whistleblower's
complaint against Trump and me.
I was named in the whistleblower complaint.
And I know, because in 2022, the Justice Department came to me and I said, I got bad news for you.
You guys think Rudy Giuliani, the Russians gave me this.
Here's my documents.
Like, oh, my God, we gave it to you.
The FBI gave it to you.
I'm like, duh, yeah, that's why I was so confident.
The American public doesn't know that yet, that Ukraine impeachment and the stories that I did that led to Ukraine impeachment were based on internal FBI documents.
They were trying to indict Hunter Biden and no one would let him do it, just like they wouldn't let the FBI agents indict Hillary Clinton.
But I think you can bring all those witnesses back for history's sake and be able to say a current or future Congress, we repudiate that impeachment finding because it was based on false testimony.
It is the same psychological operation as Russia Clusion.
I think those are the three biggest areas.

I like the BLM one too because the whole country was so obsessed about racial justice.
And a lot of people that were good-intentioned gave money to Black Lives Matter and that money was stolen.
It was $100 million that was just fleeced.
And by the way, where did all those billions of dollars go from the corporate actors that said they were going to give money to BLM?
It's gone.
Poof.
It did not improve a single young black kid's future.
And I also like the SPLC, Southern Poverty Law System.
And Antifa.
I think Antifa needs to be taken apart.
It is a foreign operation masquerading with Americans as frontmen and front women.
But being able to show the foreign influence that...
trains and funds those people.
There are evidence that some of the Antifa people are trained in Cuba, evidence that they've gotten support from Venezuela and Iran.
We should dig into that and find out if that's true.
I don't want to accuse anyone of anything until we get into it, but that roadshow is the ignition point for every protest that the Democrats are going to throw at us the next three years.
If you take that out and you treat that as a criminal enterprise, you're going to save the American people and cities a lot of carnage and burnage and unnecessary harm to their communities.
So you'll be doing American favors a preemptive favor if you take them out.
Two quick final questions.
Number one, what is something that this administration is doing really well that you wish more people knew about?
Countering China and separating what Joe Biden put as a very powerful marriage.
Joe Biden, in all of his brilliance, and I say that with a lot of Irish grin on my face,
managed to drive Russia and China together.
Now, the good news is Donald Trump figured out very quickly that Putin chafes at the idea of being she's.
I won't say what he thinks he is, but it rhymes with which.
You'll get the idea.
He's really chafing.
And that is what Donald Trump has been doing to start to move Putin towards this deal.
And people say, is there going to be a deal?
Absolutely.
For only one reason.
Putin cannot stand being under China's thumb.
And he feels like he's being raped every day.
And I think Donald Trump knows that.
Remember in the art of the deal, know
your opponent's biggest fear and his biggest want.
And then you navigate between those two pillars.
That's what he's doing with Putin.
All right.
Save a few million of your men so you can have babies in the future.
And you won't have to be she's guy.
Oh, if you don't do this, I'm going to sanction all your oligarchs.
I know they're holding all your money vlad and you're going to be a poor broker for the next 30 years and don't think the democrats are going to give it back when they come in they tried that once they're not doing it a second time that's how he got vladimir putin to that moment yesterday two days ago in alaska but the ability to divorce them is a really significant moment in foreign policy.
We have been hanging over an abyss of a foreign policy crisis with China and Russia and Iran all together in the North Korea, the nuts in North Korea.
The ability to start to divorce that evil empire from each other, separate them them is a huge strategic advantage.
It's why the Marxists and the mainstream media are rooting against this.
I mean, no one thought they were going to sign a peace deal yesterday.
Zelensky wasn't at the meeting.
Let's be honest, right?
But they're out there.
Oh, it failed.
It failed.
It actually has succeeded.
That's why Voldemir is coming here on Monday.
And it's why NATO is having an emergency meeting.
Donald Trump has moved this to a place.
But the agenda is not just to end the war.
It's to create that divorce between China and Russia that would create the greatest superpower that could potentially knock us off our purchase.
And they're not nearly as natural allies as people think.
They think they're natural allies.
They're actually not.
Geopolitically, they're at odds.
Okay, so final question, John.
This is a group of donors and investors that are very generous to Turning Point USA and Turning Point Action.
What would your message be to how
what donors should hear and know about the conservative movement, place capital, what's working, what's not working, kind of give it, because you're very involved in that space as well.
Yeah, we can't forget the lessons of the 24 election.
We have to run as good a get-out-the-vote operation for early voters as we ran in 24.
About 4.2 million people voted in 24 that hadn't voted since 16, and almost all of them voted early.
You cannot stop that.
I know the RNC is going to want to do it, and they're already stripping a lot of the people away from that machinery to bring them into the administration.
Big mistake.
You have to run an early voting.
Early voting will be around until the day we outlaw it.
And if you don't run it, it's like not putting your quarterback and running back in and try to score a touchdown with your football team.
It doesn't happen.
That's number one.
Number two is
being lulled into a sense of complacency.
You should be more alarmed today about where we are than before the 24 election.
The 24 election was a blip of an opportunity to slow down what the left is doing.
But if you want to know what's on the horizon for us, just look at what's on the streets of Ireland right now.
Look at
the thought crimes being prosecuted in
Great Britain right now.
Thought crimes.
Someone sitting on the sidewalk silently is arrested for a thought crime.
The London police have a unit that looks at social media posts all day to figure out who they can arrest based on what they posted.
Radio for Europe has to be reversed.
We have to go to
Hungary and broadcast freedom into Great Britain because the West has become like the Soviet Union.
And that is what the left in this country is intending to do.
Donald Trump is a blip on the horizon.
They have a Chinese patience to carry out their plan.
And people ask me all the time, what are we in, John?
What is this?
And I've said this a few times.
I might have said it at your last donor conference, but I can't say this enough.
We are in a war over truth.
And if we lose that war over truth, if they're able to convince people that men and women are the same and they can be in the same sport, there's no difference, and men can have periods and have babies.
And if they can convince us it's a good idea to keep the border open and let murderous
felons out the next day, and that's great for public safety.
They will have eventually, their goal is to eviscerate the ultimate truth upon which this country is born.
And that truth is, we were endowed by our creator with inalienable rights.
They want, the government wants to take those inalienable rights away from us.
The first and second amendment, our speech, our freedom, our religion.
If you don't believe it, The left's friends in Europe are doing that right now.
Europe is the testbed.
We used to be the testbed for Europe.
It's been flipped around.
But what's on the horizon?
There is, I think, a short-term problem I just want to put on the table.
Not my problem because I'm actually cash positive.
But we were able to reverse a lot of this because we created an alternative media system.
Most of the, almost all of the conservative media sites that you read every day that now get around the media and educate tens of millions of people, none of them are commercially viable.
None of them.
And they are on donors, but donors have other priorities.
And at some point, we have to sit down as a conservative movement and figure out how we're going to solve the fact that sites that have tens of millions of readers and viewers a month can't even make enough money to keep their electricity on or pay their reporters.
Because if that system goes away, the barkers are gone.
And when the barkers are gone, the only truth that will be out there will be the fake truth that we had to swallow in 16.
So this is a major problem.
And you're all big thinkers.
I have a big thing I'm working on.
We'll announce in a few weeks.
You'll get to see what that is.
It solves it for a few people, and it does create a potential model for how you get to be commercially viable.
There's only four commercially viable
news sites on the conservative side.
Fox News, Big Boy, Big Banana.
Daily Wire got a lot of investment money.
Good for them.
They're doing good.
Epoch Times, which is a subscription base and gets a good lot of support from the Falong Gang, a sect in China.
And then Justin News.
Every other...
almost every other media that I can find is on some large subsidy of three to ten million dollars.
It's not sustainable.
You want to put your money into winning elections and changing policy.
We've got to fix this before that ecosystem.
There's been some collapse this year in the conservative movement.
There are a lot of layoffs of reporters.
Not in my place, thankfully, thank God.
But we have to solve this.
We've got a plan.
Some of us are working on.
It'll save a few of them and it'll create a model for how you go about doing it.
I'm all about if you can't build something that people pay for, then you shouldn't build it.
So we're going to show, taking little adjusted news and build it bigger, how you do it.
But it's a large problem.
If they fall off quickly, or if the next IRS goes after the donors and that sucks their money away, you're going to lose this entire amplification system that allowed us to reverse all the stuff we talked about tonight.
John Solomon, you're terrific.
