Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here live from the Bitcoin.com studio.
We reflect on the Democrat National Committee's meeting, land acknowledgements, and more.
And then the head of U.S.
Marshals joins the program and then we react on Cracker Barrel, the story that has made a lot of headlines.
Email us as always freedom at charliekirk.com and subscribe to our podcast.
That's the Charlie Kirk Show podcast page.
Buckle up everybody.
Here we go.
Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
I want to thank Charlie.
He's an incredible guy.
His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
That's why we are here.
The Democrats are trying to find their way forward.
I really want to talk about this summer meeting that they had recently.
You see, the Republican Party, we certainly have problems.
We have been fighting.
We got to get rid of this blue slip problem.
We got to figure out what we believe on legal immigration.
But large and part, our party is a party that represents families, parents, entrepreneurs, moms, maha, workers.
What does the Democrat Party represent?
Increasingly, the Democrat Party represents a very
elite, coastal, college-educated oligarchy and a government-addicted minority.
Basically, people that are so addicted to government benefits that they need to vote for the Democrat Party for them to sustain their lifestyle.
The
New York Times recently did a story about voter registration data, and it's incredible.
30-plus states plus Washington, D.C.
allow for partisan voter registration.
Between 2020 and 2024, Democrats lost 2.1 million voters in those states.
The Republican Party gained over 2.4 million.
In Pennsylvania, the very well-known battleground state, Democrats had registration advantage of 517,310 among active voters in November of 2020.
As of this summer, it's only 53,303 voters, and we are waiting for the Arizona voter registration report.
And North Carolina Republicans erased roughly 95% of the registration advantage that Democrats held in the fall of 2020 by this summer.
Voter registration
is an early indicator.
Voter registration is like a mini poll in time.
We knew that we were going to have a rockier 2020 election as we started to see some of the voter registration numbers come down in the summer of 2020.
And this is a shout out to all the important work that Turning Point Action is doing: registering voters.
And by the way, we're going to scale the voter registration operation even more.
We want to register hundreds of thousands of voters.
You see, the left they like to attack us a lot, and they say, Charlie Kirk is just a podcaster and he's a college debater.
Well, you know, we do all of those things, but little do they know actually how successful we are at the clipboard and tennis shoes, the grassroots type work that we cannot keep our eye off the ball.
Every single day, we are registering new voters at Turning Point USA.
Every single day, we are registering new voters at Turning Point Action.
This is from the New York Times the other day.
Illinois is going to lose electoral votes.
California is going to lose electoral votes.
By the way, this is one of my favorite charts.
You know, Gavin Newsom's out there screaming into the sky.
California is this amazing state.
And he's, you know, saying in all caps, he's trying to do the Trump thing and doesn't do it very well.
All of these statistics, all of this data can be manipulated, but there's like three or four stats that can't be manipulated.
Just keep this up on screen for all of you to enjoy.
Why are people leaving the blue states and moving to the red states?
Very simple.
Like, you don't have to overcomplicate it.
You don't have to have some sort of macro economist.
You don't even have to talk about tax rates.
Why are people leaving California, Illinois, New York, and Rhode Island, and they're going to Texas, Florida, Utah, and Idaho?
And it's not all because of the weather.
California legitimately has God's heavenly climate given to the United States of America.
California is our gift from the cosmos when it comes to serene weather.
If you are leaving California, you actively are doing so because of high cost of living, crime, or just a declining quality of life.
So coming into 2030 census that President Trump wants to redo and will be done in 2030, Illinois is losing population, New York is losing population, California, Rhode Island, they're all so much so, they're going to lose significant electoral seats.
Texas is gaining population, Florida is gaining population, Utah and Idaho.
By the way, shout out to our Mormon friends, Utah and Idaho.
They're building desirable states.
However, we're going to have to do a couple segments and a couple little specials.
There is a little purple Utah trend that we're going to have to keep our eyes on.
Utah is not necessarily going to be the red state of the future if we do not stay vigilant there.
By the way, those blue states are also where immigrants almost always automatically end up.
California, New York, and Illinois almost are always the obvious points of arrival.
They have to work hard to lose population.
So think about it.
They're losing native-born population in addition to piling immigrants on top of those states.
The article points out that the nonpartisan Brennan Center says that California, New York will lose even more than the New York Times predicts.
If you just want to send one picture to your friends, if you want to win any Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas debate with your relatives, take a picture of the screen right now.
It is a conversation ender.
Why is it that the states that used to have America's three greatest cities, LA, Chicago, New York, as you can see exhibited right there,
why is it that they are losing congressional seats and Texas, Florida, Utah, Idaho are increasing?
What is that all about?
And their answer is always, oh,
it's because it's cheaper.
Well, yeah, it's cheaper in Texas.
It's cheaper in Texas because they don't have as big of a government in Texas.
It's cheaper in Florida because they don't have as big of a government in Florida.
And by the way, if you are leaving California for Dallas, you're giving up a little bit of a, you know, let's just say Santa Barbara is kind of nice this time of year.
And now this enters the Democrat summer meeting with this as a backdrop.
And again, take a screenshot of this, text it to your friends.
This is as good as it gets.
It's real empirical data.
By the way, this trend was happening 10 years ago and it's only further accelerating because so many of the general population, they're not looking at the day-to-day conversation on Twitter.
They're just kind of living their life.
And the fact that millions of people are leaving the blue and going to the red tells the entire story.
It paints the entire picture.
The Democrats had their summer meeting.
A perfect connection.
This is the Oakland mayor.
You know, they're really going down to like double-A and single-A baseball.
The Democrats, they look at their roster and they're like, boy, we got to really retool.
So, this is basically like their single A baseball first baseman.
Oakland Barbara Lee, the Oakland mayor.
This is who they think is going to be the new triumph.
Yeah, when I think of success and I think of a desirable city, I think of Oakland.
Play Cut 323.
Now, Donald Trump, you know, he trashed Oakland.
He lied about us.
But Oakland is not afraid.
We embrace all residents, including our immigrant communities.
Okay, so I'm sure there's some wonderful people that live in Oakland.
Oakland is a terrible place.
Oakland is not safe.
It's not clean.
Oakland is actually a very dangerous place.
It's a very dirty place.
I've been to Oakland many times.
And I'm sure there's wonderful people that live in Oakland.
But it is one of the liberal hellholes of this country.
So she's one of the keynote speakers at the DNC meeting.
And it's very poorly run.
And what does she care about?
Foreigners.
Here is the Minnesota DFL, which is the equivalent of the Democrat Farmer Labor.
I believe that's it.
DFL.
It's a very radical element of the Democrat Party.
It's uniquely Minnesotan.
Blake would know all about it.
Treasurer Lindy Swamik.
Let's play cut 325.
The DNC acknowledges and honors the Dakota Oyate, the Dakota people, who are the original stewards of the lands and waters of Minneapolis.
We still live in a system built to suppress Indigenous people's cultural and spiritual history.
Oh, you guys are into indigenous land.
That's fun.
Let's apply that to the land of milk and honey, the land of Judea and Samaria.
Look, it's very easy to mock.
I do want to segue into the land acknowledgement thing for a second because I don't think we talk about land acknowledgements enough.
It's basically saying you don't even get to have a country.
The sinister, evil undercurrent of land acknowledgements is basically, if I say it we could just take it from you.
I want to talk about that as we continue to see the trend of people leaving the blue and going to the red.
I used to think I knew what I was getting at the grocery store until I found out that over 4 billion pounds of meat were imported into the United States just last year and it can still be labeled like it's from here.
And that had me questioning everything.
Like, what am I even eating?
And if the labels can say product of the USA when the meat's not even raised here, what other labels are tricking me?
That's when I started looking for something I could trust and I found good ranchers.
All their meat is 100% American, raised on local farms and delivered right to my door.
And the quality, truly incredible.
I myself am a subscriber and the benefits are amazing.
I get $25 off every box, free shipping, and a free gift in every order for life.
I've gotten bacon, they're seed oil-free, chicken nuggets, and even wagu burgers, and I love that I can swap the gift each month to try something new.
If you're worried about committing to a subscription, don't be.
I can pause, delay, or cancel if I'm busy traveling or something else.
It's super simple and doesn't lock you in.
Thousands of my listeners have already made the switch to Good Ranchers and left nothing but great reviews.
Their food is so good.
I literally have Wagu burgers waiting for me when I go back home tonight.
Go to goodranchers.com to see all what the fuss is about.

goodranchers.com.
Welcome to the table.
So let's go a little deeper on this land acknowledgement thing.
If you don't know what a land acknowledgement is, it's again, this is at the Democrat Party.
I mean, we should make fun of them, but at the core of the Democrat Party is this dark, depressing energy.
It's inherently nihilistic.
It's so about unraveling civilization.
They are an anti-civilizational force.
Now, is every Democrat an anti-civilizational toxin?
No, but the party itself is an anti-civilizational cancer.
It is a toxin.
And this is why they're losing voter registration data so much, because they might not love the Republican Party.
And trust me, I got a lot of problems with the Republican Party.
But generally, if you look at this as a macro view, if you look at this year over year, our movement is getting better.
We're getting stronger.
We're getting tougher.
Our voices are getting elevated.
We are becoming better understanding of the issues.
We're going deeper.
We are talking more about family.
We're talking more about Jesus.
We're lifting people up more.
And so overall, yes, we have our little infighting, but I actually think that little infighting at times, and I try to not engage in a lot of it, I think it makes us stronger.
I think it makes us tougher.
I think it makes sure that we know what we believe, what we believe.
We're getting better at getting out root causes.
The Democrat Party is so self-loathing, depressing, anti-Western, anti-American.
So a land acknowledgement.
I don't even know where this started.
I remember hearing this about 10 years ago.
This started from the Native American community, the indigenous population, as they call it, indigenous people, okay, which of course they were poorly treated many times throughout the 1800s.
Everyone can acknowledge that.
But right now, they're still in the United States of America.
They have an entire part of the government dedicated to them, the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
And without a doubt, if you want to see the saddest, most depressing, one of the most just dark places in America, just go to a Native American reservation.
And it's not because of the people.
There's some wonderful people there.
I've been to Shiprock.
I've been to parts of Navajo Nation.
I've been to the parts right near the border.
The alcoholism, the drug use, and the government dependency.
Anyway,
so
you take a step back
and you have these land acknowledgements.
So the DNC, the major political party in America,
started their event.
And the Minnesota Minnesota DFL treasurer Lindy Swamik, acknowledging the Dakota Party, saying the Dakota people who are the original stewards of the lands and waters of Minneapolis, and we still live in the system built to suppress indigenous peoples' cultural and spiritual history.
First of all, you don't know that.
The Dakota people could be lying to you.
They could have cut the scalps of the Iroquois people.
So you think it's the Dakota people, but maybe history is just written by the victors.
So first of all, you just don't know.
And this idea that all the indigenous Native American people were super peaceful before we came here, it's called scalping for a reason.
In fact,
one of the most violent quasi-genocidal events ever recorded in archaeological history was in the southwestern United States.
These tribes fought all the time.
You see, there's this mythology that has come into our discourse, which is it's the white man that made everyone super violent.
Early human history is violence.
Not just violence, but horrific torture.
There is a reason, I'm not saying it's justified, but there is a reason why in the Declaration of Independence, indigenous people were called savages.
They were.
Literally, you can read it in the Declaration of Independence.
Literally, it's called savages.
They are called savages.
Not a word that I necessarily would have chosen, but it is what it is.
Civilization is why you can have a nice life.
It is civilization that tamed humans, gave you antibiotics, gave you elevators, gave you stoplights, gave you air conditioning, gave you surgery, gave you the ability to,
if you have a headache, I'm going to take an Advil.
It also gave you the rule of law, separation of powers, consent of the governed.
The indigenous population had none of that.
We came here and we built something new.
We came to a barren country with a very violent, quote-unquote Indian domestic, I don't love the word Indian, even though the ridiculous part of the government is called the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
And should we acknowledge that, okay, we didn't treat them as well as we should have?
Yes, should we acknowledge that there were sins that were committed?
Absolutely.
But a land acknowledgement basically says this land is not your land.
It is the reverse of the song that we are taught growing up.
The song is, this land is my land, this land is your land.
It is unwinding that this is our nation, even though there was nothing here.
In fact, you know what?
The only acknowledgement I could agree with?
We should do a land acknowledgement to God.
God created the heavens and the earth.
Ex ni, he lo.
He spoke order out of chaos.
Land acknowledgements are more than just cringe.
People say, oh, they're just performative.
It's a lot darker than that, everybody.
It is a mind-conditioning tool.
It is a prerequisite.
It is a harbinger.
It's a canary in the coal mine for what they call an anti-colonizational event.
These are the people that won't go to church, but they'll chant indigenous pagan incantations.
I'm sorry, Western civilization is a good thing.
I'm glad our ancestors came here and I'm proud of what they built.
TikTok has helped U.S.
businesses contribute over $24 billion for the U.S.
economy.
That's real money flowing into small businesses.
Like Arizona Taco King, who went viral on TikTok and hit $1.3 million in sales in their first year, now they're hiring more staff to keep up.
Or Bluff Cakes, who started as a home baking side hustle and became a national cookie brand, or the She Mechanic, whose business tripled in just a year with help from TikTok.
Now she's in a bigger space with a bigger team.
TikTok is helping small businesses thrive, and now that's adding up to more jobs, more growth, and over $24 billion flowing into the U.S.
economy.

Joining us now is Gaddy Seralta, Director of the U.S.
Marshals.
Mr.
Seralta, great to see you and thank you for the great work that you are doing.
The takeover, you did a takeover of Washington, D.C.
You're helping facilitate it and you've done a bunch of patrols.
Just walk our audience through what exactly is happening on the streets of Washington, D.C.
You're a law enforcement guy and the dramatic change since President Trump authorized the federal takeover of our nation's capital.
Thank you.
Thank you for having me here, Charlie.
It's quite an honor to be on your show.
Thank you.
What we
are doing here is we are uh coordinating with 20 different uh uh federal law enforcement agencies to assist the Metropolitan Police Department in effectuating a crime surge, or I should say an anti-crime surge, uh crime prevention surge.
Um that has uh netted uh some pretty impressive results.
Uh the one I like to talk about the most is the 115 guns.
uh taken from the hands of folks that should not have guns, uh the criminal element, if you will.
You know, it's hard to quantify how many lives we may have saved
in doing that.
And President Trump has
entrusted the United States Marshal Service to coordinate this impressive law enforcement effort with all the other federal agencies.
And we're honored for that.
What are you hearing on the ground?
And is it correct now that is it 13 days without a murder?
Again, if we missed a murder last night, I don't want to misspeak, but i believe it's 13 straight days is that streak still still going it was it was uh 12 straight days um and uh and we did have a homicide last night we're still looking into it because uh the man was found with uh
with a a a wound to his torso in the middle of the high uh the the hallway of his apartment building so uh you know we're still looking into that to see uh see what impact or what exactly happened there that's too bad so that's why i asked the question the way i did however 12 straight days is a remarkable accomplishment let's play some piece of tape here and i i know that you guys did a ride along and the press has kind of come with let's go to this one here uh let's go to stephen miller play cut 304 please no police officer working in the city can remember a time in their lives when there has been no murders you can work at the police department for 20 years 30 years your whole life we've checked the records no one can even find a record of being murder-free for as long as you've been murder-free under President Trump's leadership.
The street criminals here in Washington, D.C.
were doing business directly with the transnational criminal cartels, the foreign terrorist organizations.
So not only was the city being run by these criminal thugs, but they were working with some of the most dangerous terrorist organizations on the planet to traffic weapons and drugs into this city.
And what we are covering every day is shocking to us, And we look forward to sharing all the results with you.
But President Trump, your leadership, has uncovered some of the great public safety scandals of our life.
And now, because of you, people are safe and free for the first time ever in the city.
What are you learning as the head of the U.S.
Marshals?
What actually is working for this dramatic drop in crime?
Well, actually arresting people.
That's something that wasn't happening here in Washington, D.C.
with any consistency.
There's still a lot of work to do.
The D.C.
Council here,
unfortunately, has humstrung the law enforcement efforts.
That is something that President Trump and our very tough AG
Pam Bandi are working on.
You know, there's a revolving door process here, Charlie.
You know,
there's no cash bail.
I mean, there's no accountability if you commit a crime.
They let you right out.
I mean, they're overworking these cops.
And
essentially,
President Trump Trump has unhandcuffed law enforcement here by bringing in law enforcement that are not bound by those silly rules and
anti-peace and quiet rules that this D.C.
Council has.
Let's go to cut 314.
This is a longer clip, but it's very, very important.
This is Fox's Alexis McAdams, who rode along with you to make D.C.
safe again.
And listen carefully to the end of the clip.
The wanted man who says, quote, the judge is going to say we will put him on a three-day hold.
And then once the three-day hold is up, he never shows up.
Basically, he's bragging and he is saying that he'll be out in no time.
These are repeat offenders.
Everybody, this is what the Democrat Party has done, running our inner cities with crime.
I think crime is the number one issue in America and remains to be.
Play cut 314.
You see that White House right behind me?
Well, we only went a matter of blocks to make some of these arrests as the Trump administration continues their crackdown on crime.
And they sure were busy here in the nation's Capitol Watch.
Cameras rolling as we spent hours in different parts of Washington, D.C.
And there were two men arrested when we were there rolling up in high crime areas as the team served warrants for suspects wanted for a long list of violent crimes like what?
Well, robbery, carjacking, assault, just to name a few.
And these people were just all walking around D.C.
They were not in custody.
One man wanted in connection with an armed carjacking in Maryland told us that, why are you sending me back to jail?
I won't even be there very long.
The judge is literally gonna say we're gonna put him on a three-day hold.
Then once the three-day hold is up, Antaron never shows up.
I'd have been over DC jail six times for this same warrant.
They never show up.
DC jail has to release me.
They release me.
It's the same thing every fing time.
The same thing every time.
And that clip is chilling.
I can't quite understand what the young man is saying there.
I think he's saying, every time I show up, the judge is not there so we're just releasing these violent criminals repeatedly back on the streets is that correct that that is correct charlie uh um he he is in particular discussing to a uh a warrant that he has that they don't give enough time for for the the law enforcement agencies to extradite him to the jurisdiction which is in maryland um So that's what he's referring to.
However, that's a perfect example.
That is the most to hold them.
Three days.
We had to fight to hold people for 48 hours just to process them into the federal system.
I mean, it is a broken system.
It is a system that needs to be looked at.
And it's just not working.
Yes,
I think, I mean, I beyond agree with that.
Let's play another piece of tape here.
By the way, what he was saying in the tape, they never show up.
He has to release me.
They release me.
It's the same thing every year.
So this is like an annual tradition for this carjacker.
He just kind of does this and they release me.
Let's go to another piece of tape here.
This involves you.
Let's play cut 318, please.
Gaddy Seralta, he's the current director of U.S.
Marshal Service.
He was sworn in earlier this month, and he is running point for 20-plus agencies.
Is DC safe?
Well, we're on our way there.
We're working on it.
As you can see,
we still have work to do, but we've only been at this about two weeks.
What would you tell other people across across the city that think they might be able to get away from you and your team?
Oh, they're not going to get away.
What I would suggest is that they turn themselves in.
So, I mean, your background, you began your law enforcement career in the Miami-Dade Police Department.
You have an amazing career.
You were the police chief for Palmetto Bay.
And
you know crime.
What is the best way to handle a situation like DC?
Forget the D.C.,
you know, kind of holding your hands behind your back and kind of preventing you.
I'm sure you now have a clear operational picture of what DC needs.
Does D.C.
need more social workers?
Does it need more cops?
Does it need more enforcement?
If you were now to write a prescriptive document to make sure crime dramatically goes down in DC, what would that be, sir?
Well, that would be to unhandcuff the police
and
to hold individuals.
I think the biggest thing right now is
the no-cash bail.
It's you're essentially grabbing violent folks, putting them in jail, right?
That's the cop's job.
And then they're releasing them the same day, hours later.
I mean,
that will never work.
And then
to add to that,
the court system here,
if it's not federal,
you know,
they are giving probation
to these individuals that are super violent, you know, folks that have been caught with guns once, twice, three times.
I mean, I saw a driver of violence that had been arrested 15 times, you know, and not held, obviously, at least 14 of those times.
I don't know if he's in custody still, but that's what we're looking at here.
We're looking at individuals that are consistently released.
The laws here are made for the criminals.
So the first prescription would be fix the laws in D.C.
In Washington, D.C., former MPD chief Robert Conti said the average homicide suspect has been arrested 11 11 times
before committing a homicide.
11 times.
Is that consistent with some of what you are seeing firsthand during your short takeover at D.C.?
Yes,
I would add
11 times and probably three or four of those times with a firearm.
Really?
Wow.
I mean, I just, again,
this is a choice and President Trump deserves enormous and repeated standing ovations for having the courage and the care and the concern.
And to see the Democrats pushing back against it, they are just pro-criminal at its core.
I wish it was more complicated than that, but that's what they're doing.
Mr.
Serrelta, thank you for your great work.
Head of the U.S.
Marshals.
It is Gaddy Serrelta, director of U.S.
Marshals.
Thank you so much.
Thank you for having me.
God bless you.
Thank you.
You see, you just got to love guys like that.
He was a police officer, did the beat, ran a police chief, and boom, it's elevated U.S.
Marshals, keeps his head down, is just doing the job.
That's what you need.
You just need guys that have done the actual work for 20 or 30 years, and they go, and it's no nonsense.
It's straight to the point, just frontline warriors, just stoic, strong.
And that is professional.
I love that.
Staff the government 3,000 guys like that.
Yes, sir.
Here are the orders.
We're not going to pander to criminals.
Here's my unit.
Here's the plan.
We're going to get it done.
Operationally secure.
I just, I love it.
I think that that is missing in so much of prior administrations.
I'm third President Trump.
I could tell you you, there's tons of guys like that in the administration.

I've resisted this story for quite some time because there's a lot happening in this nation right now.
But this one's getting a lot of attention.
And I certainly have strong opinions about it.
And it's a lot more than a logo.
So Cracker Barrel has changed their logo from the one that we've always been used to to this just
really
vanilla.
i mean that's like the typical risk averse corporate rebrand on the right where the other one feels very traditional you kind of pass it down
and people are kind of freaking out and so this was cracker bell or cracker barrel's response they say oh cracker barrel's gone woke that's probably true and they have this long ridiculous letter if the last few days have shown us anything it's how deeply we care about cracker barrel we're truly grateful for your heartfelt choices what is and this is the most offensive part of the entire thing.
Let me tell you.
What has not changed and will never change are the values that this company was built on.
Hard work, family, and scratch-cooked food made with care.
Hold on, time out, time out, time out.
If you guys were going to fix something, make it so that your food is actually digestible.
The logo thing is completely irrelevant to me.
If you or guys are going to go do a corporate rebam brand, bring in maybe a team, like bring in Paula Dean.
I think Paula Dean would be a great rebrand.
At this point, only Sidney Sweeney can save you.
You guys have completely messed this up.
There is only a single way out of this hellhole that you have dug.
That's right.
Only Sidney Sweeney can save Cracker Black.
At this point, they should just basically go to their bank, whoever
has their line of credit, and say, we need $250 million.
Why?
We're going to pay Sidney Sweeney whatever it takes to
go eat fried chicken and our
disgusting food.
Now, people say the pancakes are good.
I don't know.
Have, listen, cracker barrel.
I'm giving you some free advice.
Go borrow 200, whatever it takes, and go make her honorary chair and have her just sit in a rocking chair.
In fact, what you should do is you should say the first 1,000 guests every Saturday, get a free Sidney Sweeney
bobblehead or something.
Just Sidney Sweeney sitting in a rocking chair, slow motion.
At this point, it's the only thing that can save you.
And the ad shoots itself.
What are you guys doing with a corporate rebrand?
And this thing is just ridiculous.
And by the way, they have a whole LGBTQ alliance.
Okay, let's just be honest.
Can we put this LGBTQ thing up?
When I think of Cracker Barrel and I think of the type of person that goes to Cracker Barrel, which, of course, I bet our audience loves Cracker Barrel and a lot of people do.
I can almost guarantee you the homosexual kind of community is not gravitating towards Cracker Barrel.
Maybe the juice bar, of which doesn't exist in Cracker Barrel,
probably some sort of other, you know, uppity
metropolitan restaurant.
I tried to eat at Cracker Barrel once, and it was very difficult.
It's so unhealthy.
It's just like overwhelming.
Their whole theme is country and they just transition to modern city.
The people want country.
The one thing I will say that was always appealing about Cracker Barrel, you walk through the gift store, you know, it's
old and traditional, and it feels like a,
yeah, exactly.
It feels like you're going back in time and maricana and you get fried chicken with a side of an angioplasty.
And, you know, it's really,
it's really country hospitality.
And you're driving endlessly, you know, from Chicago to Springfield, Missouri, and then you just pull off to the side of the street or off the highway, and there's Cracker Barrel.
And now it's trans Cracker Barrel.
Now it's something completely different.
And
so apparently, the truth has come out.
The key woke reformer in the company was also part of the advisory board at the human rights campaign, of course.
The CEO of Cracker Barrel even admitted the logo change is, quote, about being a place for everyone, as if having a white man on the original logo was somehow bad.
Again, I just, I want to be very clear.
If you are, the NFL is doing the same thing with these ridiculous cheerleaders.
And yes, men can be cheerleaders, but men should not be go-go dancers at football games.
Big difference.
Nothing more masculine than a man holding up a woman who has to go do some sort of a flip.
Not masculine when a guy's doing go-go dancing at the Minnesota Vikings football game.
But listen.
If you were going to Cracker Barrel already, you got to get Maha in order.
Okay?
Because nobody goes to Cracker Barrel to lose weight.
I get it.
If you want to do it and, you know, kids love it, I'm sure there are worse options.
But only Sidney Sweeney can save you at this point.
Okay, I want to play that.
This is Benny Johnson, who I believe made this.
It's the new Cracker Barrel ad.
It's not real.
It's AI.
Play cut 338.
Here at Cracker Barrel, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion.
That's why we are going one step further to ruin our brand.
We are investing millions of dollars into replacing all of brown pegs in the peg game to bright, colorful pegs.
Also, we're changing the rules.
The white pegs are not allowed to move or jump anymore, leaving the colored pegs to do whatever they want.
We call it down with the cracker.
It's about being fair in an unfair world.
Are you down with the cracker?
Benny, that is well written, my friend.
That is hilarious.
Down with the cracker.
President Donald Trump issues his statement, Cracker Barrels should go back to the old logo, admit a mistake based on customer response, the ultimate poll, and manage the company better than ever before.
They got a billion dollars worth of free publicity if they play their cards right.
He's so right.
Very tricky to do, but a great opportunity.
Have a major news conference today.
Make Cracker Barrel a winner again.
Remember, in just a short period of time, I made the United States of America the hottest country in the world.
One year ago, it was dead.
Good luck.
By the way, President Trump is exactly right.
And so the little Cracker Barrel mafia that is running their C-suite right now.
By the way, we saw the same thing with Bud Light.
It is left-wing coastal elites that then have to go run middle America companies like Target.
And
listen, this is the key.
They might be like, well, we can't pander to Trump.
If you're running Cracker Barrel, you want to pander to Trump.
Trust me, if there was a Cracker Barrel poll, President Trump wins 90% of people that go to Cracker Barrel.
No joke.
Traditional Americana.
Now, again, if you were running kind of like a juice cleanse bar in
Brooklyn, I'd say, okay, probably not take the Trump advice.
Cracker Barrel's audience is conservative
southerners and decent people.
Conservative likes Trump.
Conservatives like Trump.
And liberal Southerners don't care.
Let me just read this ridiculous.
This thing reads like a struggle session.
Love Cracker Barrel.
We take our responsibility seriously.
We know we won't always get away everything right the first time.
Well, we know that when I try to eat your food, my goodness.
Anyway, but we'll keep testing, learning, and listening to our guest employees.
At the end of the day, all right, that's it.
Can we put this up on screen?
This is this is this is this is marketing malpractice.
This is just as this is as bad as it gets.
Can we put this up on screen?
Whatever this says,
this is complete marketing malpractice.
Anybody who writes at the end of the day should be completely terminated and exiled to being
a
working for the TSA.
I want to know who this person is, and and they should have to wake up at 5 a.m.
and make sure you don't have water in your
backpack.
At the end of the day, oh my gosh, can you be more cliche?
It means nothing.
That statement means nothing.
Nothing.
Bill O'Reilly taught me that, and a friend from Chicago.
Why would you help?
What does end of the day mean?
Our promise is simple.
Always find comfort.
Okay, community, sort of, and country hospitality.
That's true, here at Cracker Barrel.
Uncle Herschel wouldn't have wanted it any other way.
Well, then why'd you get rid of him?
Thank you for caring so much.
No, I actually don't care that much.
Cracker Barrel has cared about me.
I literally don't care about Cracker Barrel at all.
I have gone there a couple times and I needed peptobismol and pepsid and like an enema just to like get rid of it.
It was all like a combination of antihestamines and pepsid.
It was just the whole thing was just overwhelming.
And come and see for yourself the country hospitality that makes Cracker Barrel feel like home.
Love Cracker Barrel.
Cracker Barrel's audience is decent people.
They're conservative.
They're Christian.
And they're in a lot of trouble.
Self-inflicted.
I do, I would love to kind of see the corporate board meeting when they decided to go through this.
You know, oh, yeah, let's go get rid of the one thing that people remember us for.
The stockholder should oust the CEO.
This thing's going to go down.
I don't know anyone that wants to go there, but Trump is right.
They could pivot and have a major thing.
What they should do, in addition to the Sydney Sweeney thing, is they should not just put back the logo.
They should give out like free t-shirts with the logo.
They should embrace it and be like, whoa, we messed that one up, just like how we mess up half the time we serve you food.
It would be so relatable because no one likes the food at Cracker Barrel.
I'm sure someone does, but
well,
maybe you guys do, but I just say, I find it inedible.
Anyway, if it's not broken, don't fix it.
If they were going down, do more of why people like you.
Don't do less of it.
Don't go in some sort of direction.
And in what planet is pandering to a small San Francisco audience the right.
Can we put this up here?
I'm going to get, you know, strike for bullying.
So let me just put this up.
I don't have to say anything.
This is the person who made the decision.
I don't have to say any words.
You see, I'm just looking, viewing, not commenting.
No bullying going on here.
This is the person who took Uncle Herschel from you.
Right there.
I just, I have so much I want to say, but I can't say it.
She seems lovely.
The CEO put ideology over business, and instead of honoring the values that built the brand, she decided to chase the DEI and rainbow activism, and she's destroying what hardworking Americans love about Cacker Barrel.
And I think what people love about Cracker Barrel is that it's indulgence food.
Again, that's just not how I'm wired.
Every time I eat indulgence food, I feel like I need to get on a treadmill, go for a hike.
It's a throwback, and there's something beautiful about that.
And it feels like the country we're losing.
And that's the final point.
Why are people so mad?
Because in a world where everything is changing, a lot of people thought that at least I had Uncle Herschel.
And they said, why am I going to go spend $80 to go take my three kids out for breakfast at Cracker Barrel if that too?
is going to change.
That too is going to metamorphosize.
That too is going to transform.
People are saying no more.
Their stock price is down.
So, my advice for all of you is: don't go to Cracker Barrel.
Find some other place to go become a type 2 diabetic.
