Speaker 1 My name is Charlie Kirk. I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic.
My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth.

Speaker 1 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable. But if the most important thing is doing good, you will end up purposeful.
College is a scam, everybody.

Speaker 1 You got to stop sending your kids to college. You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible.
Go start a Turning Point USA college chapter.

Speaker 1 Go start a Turning Point USA High School chapter. Go find out how your church can get involved.
Sign up and become an activist. I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade.

Speaker 1 Most important decision I ever made in my life. And I encourage you to do the same.
Here I am. Lord, use me.

Speaker 1 Buckle up, everybody. Here we go.

Speaker 3 The Charlie Kirk Show is proudly sponsored by Preserve Gold, the leading gold and silver experts and the only precious metals company I recommend to my family, friends, and viewers.

Speaker 5 All right, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.

Speaker 7 I'm Andrew Colvett, executive producer of this fine show.

Speaker 8 And join to my left, a little lopsided today, Blake Neff.

Speaker 4 Honored to be with you all.

Speaker 11 And what an evening it was last night.

Speaker 7 So much going on.

Speaker 11 There was

Speaker 15 this, I mean, the world exclusive, the first time Erica has gone on camera in an interview, Erica Kirk, Charlie's widow, of course.

Speaker 19 Actually, that's not true.

Speaker 10 She came on this show

Speaker 21 for a few segments just to talk about the future of this show and how we are continuing on in Charlie's honor and legacy.

Speaker 21 But really, this was the first time network television live prime time with Jesse Waters.

Speaker 24 And it was...

Speaker 12 It was, I've, I've gotten so many texts.

Speaker 25 I've gotten so many people just saying how how remarkable her courage and her bravery is.

Speaker 24 And I can tell you that the interview happened in this room right here where we're sitting.

Speaker 25 They did it right there.

Speaker 23 The production team, our amazing production team, by the way, who's just been tremendous throughout this whole process, cleared out a lot of our own gear and made room for Jesse's team to get in here.

Speaker 31 They did the interview right there.

Speaker 28 I sat against that wall during it.

Speaker 32 There was a number of

Speaker 21 Fox's production team in here, and I watched it happen live, and I knew it was going to be a really incredible, incredible

Speaker 24 moment for the world to see. Because I will tell you,

Speaker 23 live and in person,

Speaker 34 I was pretty much a wreck when it was happening.

Speaker 14 And I actually asked Jesse after the interview, I said, How did you keep it together?

Speaker 28 Like, I saw him there.

Speaker 15 He was like sitting there stoked, and he's like, he's like, I had to emotionally prep in advance to make sure that I was not going to break down or get emotional.

Speaker 36 You can kind of tell because he actually, like, the way he asks his questions is a little robotic almost. Yeah.
You could tell he was sort of disassociating.

Speaker 6 But that's exactly what he said he did.

Speaker 23 He had to disconnect himself from his own emotions.

Speaker 24 And he said, even still,

Speaker 9 she almost got him a couple times.

Speaker 16 And he's like, I don't even know how I got through that interview.

Speaker 23 It was that difficult. And I know Erica, after it happened, basically collapsed.

Speaker 31 I mean, you know, she is brave. She is courageous.
She knew she had to,

Speaker 20 I mean, if I could just, a little inside baseball here, I've gotten personally for Erica probably like 60 what you would call reputable interview requests, like big

Speaker 25 outlets, you know, reporters. I mean, there's probably hundreds more than that, but like

Speaker 19 legitimate journalists that have wanted to interview Erica.

Speaker 21 And so she sort of knew that this was going to have to happen at some point.

Speaker 23 And I think Jesse Waters did a phenomenal job, hat to the whole Fox team.

Speaker 19 It was very classy, very, very professional, very respectful.

Speaker 7 But Jesse went there.

Speaker 10 He went into, like, he asked all the questions.

Speaker 37 Let's show the clips.

Speaker 39 Let's do it.

Speaker 6 Well, actually,

Speaker 6 I just want to.

Speaker 39 Okay, yeah, go ahead.

Speaker 18 You picked the first clip.

Speaker 6 Let's do,

Speaker 36 you know, let's just do the most basic one. Let's do

Speaker 36 clip 250.

Speaker 40 You told your children that Charlie was going on a work trip with Jesus.

Speaker 40 Are they still asking, where's daddy? Yes, my daughter continues to ask, but it's really sweet because I keep explaining to her a few things.

Speaker 40 And I said, if ever you want to talk to Daddy, you just look up to the sky and start talking to him. He can hear you.
I told her, I said,

Speaker 40 you know,

Speaker 40 Daddy,

Speaker 40 Daddy is in heaven. She goes, you think I could go sometime?

Speaker 40 I said, baby, we will all go one day.

Speaker 40 We will all go one day.

Speaker 14 Yeah, I mean, I don't know about you, Blake, but the kid clips specifically, I just, a lot of people clipped them up, put them on social media, but I just, there is something crazy hard to watch about the kid clips.

Speaker 4 Anyways, keep it going.

Speaker 36 Let's do, you know, a lot of these actually go well just in order.

Speaker 36 You know, she talks about, oh man, there's so many of these.

Speaker 43 Let's do

Speaker 36 just her talking about how she found out about things because there have been evil people trying to

Speaker 36 do nasty stuff about this. Let's do 361.

Speaker 40 We saw the hats being flung. I put my phone down.

Speaker 40 And it was on silent, so I had no reason to look back at it. When I moved my mom, I went back to grab my phone, and that's when Mikey started calling me.
Called me within seconds.

Speaker 37 I

Speaker 36 called Erica.

Speaker 42 I just remember it rang like three or four times. I didn't know what to say.
Those are the words that will change someone's life forever, and you have to be the one to say it.

Speaker 42 That was the first time I've ever called her during a campus tour stop.

Speaker 40 And so Mikey called me, and I'll never forget him just being like, Charlie's been shot.

Speaker 40 He's been shot. Get the kids.
Get security. Get the kids.
Get the kids. He's been shot.
I sprinted out of her treatment center and just collapsed in the middle of the parking lot.

Speaker 41 Yeah, do we want to address this?

Speaker 24 Because, you know, we've talked about it before, but I mean, basically, and I have some experience with this too, because Charlie had told me,

Speaker 10 you know, from time to time, not as much as he

Speaker 7 told Mikey, but he did tell me, like, listen, if anything ever happens, you call Erica.

Speaker 27 And, you know, especially like,

Speaker 28 you know, when we were out at these events, like, he would say, hey, just let Erica know, you know, and sometimes it would almost be joking.

Speaker 15 Like, and

Speaker 24 so, anyways, Mikey, you know, basically is standing next to Charlie's side when it happens.

Speaker 23 He turns around, puts his fingers in his ear, and walks away.

Speaker 20 And he, he instantly, I think, just like the noise of that place was so crazy.

Speaker 23 He ends up calling his wife.

Speaker 2 They call Erica.

Speaker 29 They tell Erica.

Speaker 2 And that moment, you know, I think the thing that hit me when Erica said that is that Mikey, and Mike, I think Mikey said it, said he never had called Erica during an event.

Speaker 36 Yeah, that never shocked me, and yet it makes sense. Yeah.
Kind of, why would he? Because he's busy.

Speaker 2 Like, Mikey's whole job at these events was to take social media videos and get it out to all the social media teams of Charlie coming up to the crowd and Charlie coming up, throwing the hats.

Speaker 21 And we put them out on social media, and they, you know, people loved seeing that because I think it was inspiring for people.

Speaker 23 So that was Mikey's job.

Speaker 29 And,

Speaker 28 anyways,

Speaker 11 the fact that he never called her from an event was

Speaker 24 because there was no need to, you know.

Speaker 25 Let's keep going here.

Speaker 36 Let's do, you know, this is another one I thought was interesting.

Speaker 36 She's saying

Speaker 36 that she's just not going to ever actually look at the video herself. Let's do 377.

Speaker 40 There's certain things you see in your life that mark your soul forever. I don't want my husband's

Speaker 40 public assassination to be something I ever see.

Speaker 40 I don't want my kids to ever see that.

Speaker 40 And for people who actually enjoy watching that, which is quite literally sick,

Speaker 40 what if that was your father

Speaker 40 or your brother or your sister?

Speaker 40 There's a perspective shift there. We're human.
Life is fragile.

Speaker 40 And

Speaker 40 there is so much beauty in this world.

Speaker 40 Why would you waste any portion of your life looking at something so evil?

Speaker 36 And, you know, one last one, because I really wish we could play all of these, but I really like this one. Let's play 379.

Speaker 46 Would Charlie have forgiven his killer?

Speaker 40 He's in heaven.

Speaker 40 And he sees everything full picture.

Speaker 40 And I truly believe that if the Lord,

Speaker 40 which this does not happen, but if the the Lord gave him an option

Speaker 40 to return back to earth,

Speaker 40 and if the Lord said, this is what your death is going to be the catalyst for,

Speaker 40 do you want to go back

Speaker 40 and exchange it?

Speaker 40 He'd say no.

Speaker 40 Whoa, he'd say no.

Speaker 33 You know, it's interesting.

Speaker 34 In the days after it happened, I had like three different people tell me that they had sort of like almost a vision or a picture in their mind of that exactly what she was describing.

Speaker 21 I just finished watching one of the most powerful news series I've seen in a long time, Truth and Treason, now streaming on Angel.

Speaker 11 It's the true story of Helmuth Hubeiner, a teenager in Nazi Germany who dared to stand against one of the most terrifying regimes in history, armed with nothing but a typewriter and the truth.

Speaker 28 He printed anti-Nazi leaflets exposing the lies of the Third Reich.

Speaker 33 He knew the risks.

Speaker 11 He knew it could cost him everything, but he did it anyways because when you see tyranny, silence is not an option.

Speaker 38 This series is gut-wrenching, yet deeply inspiring.

Speaker 23 Helmuth's courage speaks just as powerfully today as it did then.

Speaker 21 Angel Studios, the same team behind The Sound of Freedom and Homestead, has done it again, telling stories that celebrate truth, faith, and freedom.

Speaker 3 These aren't just good films, they're cultural reset buttons. When you join the Angel Guild, you don't just stream entertainment, you help create it.

Speaker 7 Visit angel.com/slash Charlie to join the Angel Guild and stream Truth and Treason Today.

Speaker 28 Be part of the movement that Amplifies Light.

Speaker 20 So, Erica Kirk, we're going to keep playing these clips from her first exclusive interview with Jesse Waters.

Speaker 19 I thought it was tremendous, a triumph.

Speaker 23 My congratulations to the entire team that was involved and to, of course, Erica, who comported herself so bravely and gracefully. Let's keep playing the clips here, Blue.

Speaker 36 Yeah, so let's do. We want to hit is

Speaker 36 Riley pointed this out. We should, a lot of people have sent us stuff.
They've sent us things into

Speaker 36 the office, into the studio. And I think, you know, they might wonder how that's gone.
And so Erica actually showed Jesse what we've been doing with that. So let's play 363.

Speaker 44 Oh, my goodness.

Speaker 37 I know.

Speaker 47 Everyone's sending

Speaker 46 all of this here?

Speaker 47 They received tens of thousands thousands of letters, cards, gifts, personal Bibles, paintings, and more.

Speaker 40 A lot of this is from when people came to the campus, the Turning Point USA offices, and left it outside the gates. Also, a lot has been mailed.
I mean, it's just unbelievably humbling.

Speaker 40 But this is all

Speaker 40 mail. I told them not to throw anything away.
I want every single card saved for my kids.

Speaker 40 And

Speaker 40 for when, if the day gets hard at your desk,

Speaker 40 you come into this mailroom, and I want you to come in, and I want you to pick up any of these cards, and I want you to read it so you can put into perspective why you work here.

Speaker 36 Oh my gosh.

Speaker 36 You need to stop in there.

Speaker 39 I haven't actually gone in yet.

Speaker 36 Yeah, I haven't gone in yet. I know.
I know it is there. I should go by later today.
We have one more thing that we want to flag. Jesse asked, do you think they have the right guy who did this?

Speaker 36 Let's do 385.

Speaker 46 Do you think they've caught your husband's killer?

Speaker 40 We have one of the

Speaker 40 most incredible teams

Speaker 40 for this case. I would never wish it upon anybody to have to go through what we are going through.

Speaker 40 To have seen the autopsy report,

Speaker 40 to have seen

Speaker 40 the different

Speaker 40 evidence portions that have been collected.

Speaker 40 I trust our team.

Speaker 45 Yeah, and I will just say that, you know, I'm not next of kin.

Speaker 21 You can't comment on everything either, Blake.

Speaker 24 You know, and I think that leaves a vacuum.

Speaker 9 And there's bad actors, there's, and frankly, there's good actors too that really care about Charlie and getting justice for Charlie that have come into that space and are inserting, I think, doubt or questions.

Speaker 23 Some of it's good faith questions, a lot of it's bad faith questions.

Speaker 41 But I will just tell you, the team is like,

Speaker 8 this is a rock-solid case.

Speaker 45 They have a ton of evidence.

Speaker 24 And, you know, I noticed our friend Jack is even circulating on social media, Jack Pisovic, the affidavit that, you know, even shows that the parents turned him in.

Speaker 34 And he confessed to them.

Speaker 31 And it was, you know, apparently

Speaker 30 this young guy was.

Speaker 23 potentially about to commit suicide, so the family tried to intervene and make him turn himself in.

Speaker 5 So, I mean, all of the, the i know that there's a lot of noise out there i know there's a lot of noise blake would you say there's a lot of noise

Speaker 36 there's a lot of noise there's a lot a lot of noise and on one level it's like i don't and a lot of stuff that's also just inaccurate i mean she mentioned she's getting you know getting the call and then i saw that online and all these people saying oh wasn't she there when it happened and they're changing their stories no the story has never been that she was there i think people have told a false story i've noticed a lot of people just assumed that she was there or it just became clear it was very common for people to say like he was shot to death in front of of his children.

Speaker 36 I think there were even AI videos where they run up.

Speaker 6 That's not true.

Speaker 36 That's weird stuff, but no, like she was never the story.

Speaker 15 She was planning on going, and then Charlie told her, Stay home with your mom because her mom had doctor's appointments that day and take care of the kids.

Speaker 34 You need to be home for your mom and for the kids.

Speaker 36 So she was like, Okay, I'll stay.

Speaker 24 And I'm really grateful that she wasn't there. I'm grateful I wasn't there.
And my heart is like with you know the team that was there.

Speaker 5 And, anyways, there's, I know there's a vacuum, but like, let me just assure the audience, I don't know if my words mean anything when people are out there stirring so much chaos about this, but

Speaker 38 the case is very good,

Speaker 10 and there will come a time, this whole trial is going to play out.

Speaker 9 And we should play that clip, by the way, about cameras in the courtroom, because I thought Erica's point was so well made.

Speaker 7 It's like Charlie's assassination was

Speaker 13 everywhere.

Speaker 34 I mean, I can only imagine billions and billions of views, right?

Speaker 14 He didn't get a say in that.

Speaker 41 And so, how dare anybody, you know, suggest that there shouldn't be cameras in the courtroom?

Speaker 8 Like, let the world see.

Speaker 6 Let the world see.

Speaker 23 And with all the intrigue, and again, I say this, I know there's a lot of good faith people that just want to get justice for Charlie.

Speaker 7 Well, so we have nothing to hide.

Speaker 41 There's nothing to hide in this case.

Speaker 35 Let the cameras see.

Speaker 21 Let them in.

Speaker 11 Let them see.

Speaker 28 Many of us are hopeful about the direction the country is headed, but after years of abuse and mismanagement, things could fall apart at any moment.

Speaker 20 That's why I and Americans from all walks of life have taken action to prepare for what's coming next.

Speaker 14 And that starts with having an emergency food supply.

Speaker 11 Storing food in your home is the right thing to do because we're living in crazy times, which explains why so many people are preparing.

Speaker 11 Right now, you can get ready too with a three-month emergency food kit from My Patriot Supply.

Speaker 17 It comes with delicious foods like creamy stroganoff, honey wheat bread, and mushroom rice rice pilaf.

Speaker 38 The entire kit offers over 2,000 calories a day. This food kit lasts up to 25 years.

Speaker 13 Who knows what our country will look like then?

Speaker 11 But when that day comes, you'll be ready.

Speaker 33 Now, hear from Charlie in his own words.

Speaker 3 Just go to mypatriotsupply.com/slash K-I-R-K and join millions of Americans who are preparing today at mypatriotsupply.com/slash Kirk. That is mypatriotsupply.com/slash Kirk.

Speaker 20 I want to bring in our first guest of the day, Kurt Schlichter.

Speaker 10 Kurt, you're a senior columnist at Town Hall.

Speaker 9 You have a new piece out, actually, that we're going to get to in just a second.

Speaker 38 But, you know, we've been going through clips of Erica's interview,

Speaker 20 the first, the exclusive first, with Jesse Waters last night.

Speaker 5 And we're getting to a couple more pieces.

Speaker 29 And

Speaker 23 we'll get you in on the reaction for this.

Speaker 8 But there's a clip just talking about, you know,

Speaker 8 Blake, you set it up. You set it up.

Speaker 36 Oh,

Speaker 36 you want the one on

Speaker 36 cameras?

Speaker 16 Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 36 I believe that i is 374.

Speaker 46 The defense wants to ban cameras in the courtroom.

Speaker 36 How do you feel about that?

Speaker 40 There were cameras all over my husband when he was murdered.

Speaker 40 There have been cameras all over my friends and family mourning.

Speaker 40 There have been cameras all over me

Speaker 40 analyzing my every move, analyzing my every smile, my every tear.

Speaker 40 We deserve to have cameras in there.

Speaker 40 Why not be transparent?

Speaker 40 There's nothing to hide. I know there's not because I've seen what the case is built on.

Speaker 40 Let everyone see what true evil is. This is something that could impact a generation and generations to come.

Speaker 26 Kurt, why don't you, you're a lawyer.

Speaker 41 You know, I thought she did beautifully there.

Speaker 7 I think, you know, it's so true.

Speaker 5 I mean, we've all been so scrutinized in the aftermath of of this.

Speaker 15 You know, so we're victims as well because, you know, we lose our friend, our boss, our colleague, and then everything has been scrutinized

Speaker 45 since 9-10 and her most of all.

Speaker 48 And so bring us into that courtroom.

Speaker 11 What is the deliberation even

Speaker 23 about cameras or no cameras?

Speaker 30 Explain that to us.

Speaker 49 Clearly, for some reason, the defense doesn't think it's going to be to their benefit to have cameras in the courtroom. And look,

Speaker 49 I defended people in civil cases. I also brought cases.
I get it. And it is important that we protect the rights of this accused person.
After all, if he's found guilty of what he did,

Speaker 49 he's likely to get the death penalty. And if he's guilty of it, he'll deserve it.

Speaker 49 I think every American has a right to see how justice is done. Trials are public.
You can go there. I don't understand why you can't have cameras there.
And yes, sometimes lawyers play to the cameras.

Speaker 49 Okay, they play to the jury all the time. That's why you have a judge to say, calm down, counsel.
This is a serious matter.

Speaker 49 I expect you to behave like a serious attorney with the appropriate level of respect and the appropriate level of dignity that this situation demands. Look, Eric is absolutely right.

Speaker 49 The American people have a right to see this evidence. They have a right to see if it proves him guilty.
They have a right to see if the state can't make its case.

Speaker 49 Again,

Speaker 49 we are attempting, as a government, we're attempting to take the life of this man. He's up for the death penalty.

Speaker 49 He should be up for the death penalty if he can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt to have done what he did. Now,

Speaker 49 do I believe that the evidence is very strong? I believe it's very strong. I believe he's very likely to be convicted.
That's not the point. The point is

Speaker 49 that when we do something like this, we,

Speaker 49 the people, we have nothing to hide.

Speaker 49 We have nothing

Speaker 49 that we don't want everyone to see.

Speaker 49 So why not have cameras in the courtroom? I think it's an important lesson. And it's important to tell the American people why

Speaker 49 this person allegedly did what he allegedly did.

Speaker 40 We want to see it.

Speaker 49 We want to know.

Speaker 49 This has changed the course of America's history. All right,

Speaker 49 this is a crime,

Speaker 49 and all crimes are devastating to their families. But this also hurt us in a country

Speaker 49 in a way only a political assassination can hurt us.

Speaker 49 So we have a right

Speaker 49 to know exactly what's going on, to know. that our prosecutors are doing their job, to know that this person's given the right to a complete and full defense

Speaker 49 to get all the facts out that he thinks are important while we get all the facts out that we think are vital.

Speaker 49 So there is no good reason in my mind for a judge in this case not to allow cameras in the courtroom. Again, if he's afraid that

Speaker 49 people are going to grandstand,

Speaker 49 You know, there's not a good trial lawyer out there who hasn't had a judge say, simmer down, Mr. Schlichter.
You're getting over your skis. This is a trial,

Speaker 49 not a performance art, not an interpretive dance. Present your case.

Speaker 37 Yeah, well, that's what you should do.

Speaker 28 I think that's really well said.

Speaker 11 And, you know, one of the things that

Speaker 23 I worry about some of this stuff is it overshadows all of this amazing outpouring of love and support and just the tremendous groundswell of students and support for Turning Point.

Speaker 7 But we got to do it. I mean,

Speaker 6 when the trial ends up happening,

Speaker 23 you better believe that this show is going to be covering it in detail.

Speaker 23 We're going to be watching every move.

Speaker 7 This is going to be front and center for us.

Speaker 11 So we have to just confront the grim reality that is facing us.

Speaker 23 But I mentioned the fact that we have this outpouring of

Speaker 7 love and support, and we've had these campus tours.

Speaker 38 I mean, Charlie's vision was always to have these arenas packed with students.

Speaker 7 That was his vision.

Speaker 45 And it's happening.

Speaker 7 And last night at Auburn, we had Eric Trump, Lara Trump, Benny Johnson, Coach Tommy Tuberville, all out in Auburn.

Speaker 11 And it was an amazing, amazing event.

Speaker 22 And then, you know, lo and behold, President Trump calls in in the middle of it.

Speaker 23 I want to play this clip just because

Speaker 34 it's just a phenomenal moment.

Speaker 30 Play Cut 359.

Speaker 30 Hello.

Speaker 50 So we have the most beautiful crowd of people, thousands of thousands of people at Auburn University. They are incredibly enthusiastic, and they absolutely adore this country.

Speaker 50 They adore God and they adore you.

Speaker 50 Well, I want to just say hello to everybody. I hope Eric is doing a good job, and Laura's doing a good job.

Speaker 51 But I just want to pay my respects to Charlie and Erica. These are two incredible people, and Erica, I've spoken to her often.
She's just a spectacular person, and

Speaker 51 she's going to start where Charlie left off. And we love Charlie.
He's looking down on us right now, all of us. And Erica, you just, you're there someplace, and you just take care of yourself.

Speaker 51 We're We're with you all the way, and we're with the great people that my son and Laura are speaking to.

Speaker 9 Yeah, beautiful, beautiful moment there.

Speaker 8 I mean, this is, I love this clip.

Speaker 32 Kurt, make sense of the aftermath here of all of this outpouring and what we're seeing across the country because it does end up playing into our politics, our culture, and this moment we're living through.

Speaker 49 Well, look, this is the first time I've had a chance to be on the show since this disgusting murder.

Speaker 49 So

Speaker 49 I haven't said any of this stuff. But,

Speaker 49 you know, I had

Speaker 49 the effect of this was enormous. I had people who were not political coming up to me because they knew

Speaker 49 I was.

Speaker 49 They knew I had been on Charlie's show, just telling me how sorry they were, including very liberal people. Just how sorry and disgusted they were.

Speaker 49 This was something that affected our country

Speaker 49 in a way that

Speaker 49 really hasn't happened since maybe the death of Martin Luther King,

Speaker 49 the death of RFK.

Speaker 49 This showed that there was something deeply wrong in the country, with at least some section of the country. And

Speaker 49 I expect nothing from the degenerates who celebrated this.

Speaker 49 They're disgusting people. They have to live with themselves and they have to answer

Speaker 49 in another place at another time.

Speaker 49 What really struck me was how normal American people

Speaker 49 reacted as you would expect normal people to react.

Speaker 49 That they were appalled, that they were ashamed that

Speaker 49 someone would do this in our country.

Speaker 49 An outpouring of caring and concern for Erica and the kids and everybody who

Speaker 49 Charlie touched.

Speaker 49 You know,

Speaker 49 it's easy to become hopeless when something terrible happens,

Speaker 49 when you face incredible evil, which is what this was,

Speaker 49 including the aftermath

Speaker 49 with all the people

Speaker 49 cheering it on.

Speaker 49 Maybe sometimes you forget that decency and good

Speaker 49 are out there and that they're stronger. than evil.
You're not a strong person because you're celebrating this. You're weak.
You're pathetic. You're You're disgusting and despicable.

Speaker 49 And I don't want to think about those people. I want to think about the decent people and I want to think about what Charlie did.
And I want to think about his legacy. And I got to tell you, and

Speaker 49 I've watched you and I've sent you some texts telling you, you know, hey, keep it up. You're doing great because you guys are.
And I've been watching Erica.

Speaker 49 And I got to say, If they thought they were going to snuff out this movement by murdering Charlie,

Speaker 49 When Erica,

Speaker 49 as Erica goes forward, they're not going to know what hit him.

Speaker 23 Yeah, she's an incredible person.

Speaker 23 She's an incredible person.

Speaker 30 And by the way, I just want to play this really quick because, you know,

Speaker 30 I said this, I think, last night on Sean Hannity's show that, you know, Erica's always had my love and appreciation and my support. And

Speaker 8 I saw them dating.

Speaker 30 I saw them get married. I was at their wedding.

Speaker 23 But watching her move, you know, step by step in the aftermath of this with such grace and courage and strength has really been, I mean, I just have to say, one of the most tremendous things I've ever seen.

Speaker 23 Play Cut 251.

Speaker 41 Do you feel safe?

Speaker 40 What are they going to threaten me with? Going to heaven sooner to be with my husband. And I don't say that to be reckless.
I do not. I do not say that because I'm out in the streets like.

Speaker 40 Here I am, come find me. And it's not at all.

Speaker 40 It's a fearlessness that's rooted in the understanding that that

Speaker 40 I will have my day and my time, whenever that is, when the Lord knows that

Speaker 40 I've completed my mission. And I'm not afraid.
Charlie wasn't afraid either. We never lived in fear.
If we did, we wouldn't get anything done.

Speaker 15 Amen.

Speaker 7 This is from Christopher.

Speaker 17 Hello, Charlie Kirk Show.

Speaker 23 I watched the interview last night.

Speaker 2 Difficult for me to watch, very sad, but I watched it.

Speaker 35 Erica is a strong and holy woman.

Speaker 23 All of us fans and followers love and support her.

Speaker 31 Thanks for all you guys do.

Speaker 15 Come to Long Island when you can.

Speaker 39 Okay, we will.

Speaker 27 I love Long Island, actually.

Speaker 35 This is from Nancy. May the dear Lord watch over Erica and the family.

Speaker 29 My husband and I loved Charlie and loved listening to what he had to say.

Speaker 23 I watched the interview last night.

Speaker 35 Erica Kirk is a beautiful, brilliant woman, and love her so much.

Speaker 15 There are no words to express the sadness we have felt right along with her.

Speaker 23 A big hug to her and the children.

Speaker 22 Prayers for Erica's parents, Charlie's parents and sister.

Speaker 9 And that was from Nancy.

Speaker 30 God bless you.

Speaker 35 Johnny says, Can Staten Island secede from New York City?

Speaker 8 That's a whole other thing.

Speaker 36 You know, it really should have been part of Jersey all the time, apparently. Like, being part of New York State is kind of some territorial theft.

Speaker 36 Like, if you you look at it on a map, it clearly is like

Speaker 36 it sits right up against New Jersey, and it's pretty far from the rest of New York. But I might start a giant war in New York with those comments.

Speaker 29 Yeah, well, you might. The online chatter is going to perk up.

Speaker 10 All right, Kurt, you've got a new piece out in Town Hall that is

Speaker 38 it's in perfect Kurt Schlichter fashion.

Speaker 6 It says Tuesday night sucked.

Speaker 26 Now get over it.

Speaker 14 Tell us what the takeaway should be from the debacle that was Tuesday night.

Speaker 49 Well,

Speaker 49 the takeaway is: don't go jump off a bridge, okay? You have bad nights in elections. All right.

Speaker 49 I am old. I remember the 1972 presidential election, which worked out pretty well for us.
McGovern was totally humiliated. And I was in second grade.

Speaker 49 And believe me, I lorded it over all the other kids in my class because I was in California and a liberal area and they were commies.

Speaker 49 But

Speaker 49 there have been a lot of great nights. 1980, when Reagan won, 94, when we took back the House for the first time in what, 40 years, 2016, 2024, great nights.
And there are bad nights.

Speaker 49 2012 was a bad night. Okay, 2006, bad night.
Yesterday, or two days ago, bad night. Okay,

Speaker 49 we got creamed, and there's no other way to put it.

Speaker 49 But if I have to get creamed in an election, I'd rather it be the off-year election in a couple of blue states rather than a midterm or heaven forbid, a presidential.

Speaker 49 Who was going to win? Well, look, I predicted it. The Democrat states are likely to elect Democrat governors.
Wow, I got it right. Now, I don't want to minimize what happened.

Speaker 49 Because we did learn some stuff. We learned that we're having trouble turning out some of the new members of the America First Coalition.

Speaker 49 Hispanic numbers went down. Young people went down.
Young women have just gone completely crazy. They're all over all these communists.
But

Speaker 49 it doesn't mean just because you can get information out of a bad night,

Speaker 49 you know,

Speaker 49 that's... That's the silver lining on the cloud.
Look, don't be happy about it. We could have done a lot better.
And there are mistakes that we made.

Speaker 49 But, and it's important,

Speaker 49 we need to take the lessons that we've learned. We have 363 days until the midterms.
Midterms are very important.

Speaker 49 These Democrats have gone completely insane. Well, actually, I don't think they're insane.
I think they're just flat out evil.

Speaker 49 And who knows what they'll do to our country if they get any power? They'll certainly stop Donald Trump from fixing the problems they created.

Speaker 49 So we've got to get serious and we've got to go and we've got to fight and play to win next time. I don't think we did that this time.

Speaker 5 Yeah, I mean, you know, it's an interesting takeaway here.

Speaker 2 I agree with you on the we lost a lot of the

Speaker 14 young females, young people in general, went the wrong direction.

Speaker 24 But in places like New Jersey, what's interesting is that, you know, Chitterelli got 100 and I believe 120,000 more votes than he did in 2021.

Speaker 14 It's just that Mikey Sherrill got, I think, 400,000 votes more than 2021.

Speaker 9 And so than the Democrat candidate did.

Speaker 8 So, you know, they are definitely, and we find ourselves, we talked about this last week, we find ourselves at a bit of a nader

Speaker 7 with President Trump's support.

Speaker 38 And I think we need to take that advice and we need to take the learnings and the lessons, refocus our efforts on

Speaker 38 domestic pocketbook issues.

Speaker 11 And really, you know, perception is reality, Kurt, that we have to show and tell the voting electorate that we're focusing on domestic issues.

Speaker 36 What do you think?

Speaker 37 30 seconds.

Speaker 49 Events come up. All right.

Speaker 49 Hamas decided to invade Israel.

Speaker 49 They had to be destroyed. Iran was about to get nuclear weapons.
It had to be stopped. There are drug runners bringing fentanyl up here and killing 100,000 Americans a year.
They have to be stopped.

Speaker 49 But you're right. We want to focus on domestic issues, and we can.

Speaker 49 The economy's getting better slowly but surely. We're going to get rid of the guy at the Fed.
We're going to be able to lower interest rates. People are going to be able to buy houses.

Speaker 49 It's going to happen. It happened last time with Trump.
I remember when I was young. It happened with Ronald Reagan.
Everybody said, You can't, he can't bring it back.

Speaker 49 They always bring it back, and that's what Donald Trump's going to do. It's the economy's back.

Speaker 13 Kurt Schlichter.

Speaker 41 Talk to you soon.

Speaker 1 Audios.
