Confidence, guys. But here's the truth.

Most people don't get it. Confidence isn't something you're born with.
It's actually a skill. And like any skill, you can build it.
So let's go ahead and break it down on this episode.

First, confidence comes from action, not thoughts. Too many people sit around waiting to feel confident before they make a move.
That's actually backwards.
Speaker 2 Confidence comes from showing up, from taking the first step, even when you're unsure. That's called imperfect action.
Speaker 2 When I started on my first business while I was working in law enforcement, I had zero experience, but I took action anyways. Each step I took built my level of confidence.

You don't think your way into confidence. You actually earn it.
Second, stack small wins. Confidence isn't built overnight, guys.
It's built through consistent victories, no matter how small.
