Instead, tell your customers four weeks, then deliver in two.
Set realistic expectations, then blow them away with the results.
Second, make people feel like they got more than what they paid for.
In every business I run, I look for ways to give people more value than they expected.
A surprise bonus, extra support, or a faster than promised result.
These things create long-term loyalty.
People remember when you exceed expectations and that's how you create lifelong customers, guys.
Lastly, this is how you build an elite reputation.
Look, the best businesses don't need to chase clients.
Clients chase them.
Why?
Because they deliver at the level that no one else does.
If you become known as the person who always delivers more than promised, your name is going to spread like wildfire.
That's how you build a brand that lasts.
