Speaker 2 What's up, everybody? Welcome back to the Level Up Podcast. I'm Paul Alex, and today we're going to be talking about something that separates the winners from the ones who get left behind.

Speaker 2 The art of knowing when to pivot. Because let's be real, sticking to a plan that isn't working isn't discipline.
It's actually stupidity. The most successful entrepreneurs, they don't quit.

Speaker 2 They know when to shift. So let's talk about how to recognize that moment.
First, look at the data, not just your emotions. Too many people hold on to a failing idea because of ego.

Speaker 2 They put in the time, the money, and the effort. So they refuse to change course.
But winners, they make decisions based based on results.

Speaker 2 So if something isn't working and the market isn't responding, it's time to adjust. Second, a pivot isn't a failure, it's a strategy.
Look at Netflix.

Speaker 2 They started with DVDs by mail, but they saw the future was streaming. So they pivoted before they got left behind.
If they stuck to their original plan like Blockbuster, they'd be dead.

Speaker 2 Real entrepreneurs adapt. Lastly, trust your instincts, but validate with action.
So if you feel deep down that your business needs to shift, test it. Don't overthink.
Just take imperfect action.

Speaker 2 The worst mistake you can make is staying stuck because you're afraid to change. You have to adapt or get left behind.
Look guys, what's the bottom line?

Speaker 2 If you're not getting results right now, don't just work harder. You have to work smarter.
Know when to push forward and know when to pivot and know when to evolve. Okay.
