Focus on keeping customers long-term instead of just making one sale. Second, automation is key here.
So if you're relying on manual effort for every dollar, your business will always be fragile.
Set up systems, guys, whether it's automated lead generations, sales funnels, or a team that handles fulfillment.
The less your business relies on you specifically, the more predictable your income becomes. And lastly, track and tweak your numbers.
Look, if you don't know your customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and conversion rates, you're flying blind. The businesses that scale predictably know their numbers and adjust fast.
