I'm your host, Paul Alex.
I went from being a comp to an eight-figure entrepreneur that helps average people like you and me make money every single day.
I created this podcast to help you get motivated and to crush your goals. Let's win together.
Remember, I have your six. Get ready to level up right now.
What's up, everybody? And welcome back to the Level Up Podcast. I'm Paul Alex, and today we're going to be talking about one of the biggest reasons why entrepreneurs get stuck.
They don't know how to delegate. Look, Look, I get it.
You build your business from the ground up. You know how everything works.
And you think no one can do it as well as you.
But look, here's the truth. If you don't learn to let go, you will never scale.
First, stop being the bottleneck.
If you're the only one making decisions, running operations, and handling customers, your business will always be small. You have to empower people to take responsibility.
Second, hire smart, then trust your team. Too many entrepreneurs micromanage because they don't trust their people.
If you hire right, you won't have to hover.
Give them clear expectations, then let them execute. Lastly, focus on what moves the needle.
Your job isn't to do everything. It's to drive growth.
The more you delegate, the more time you free up to actually build and scale your business. Bottom line, if you refuse to delegate, you're choosing to stay small.
Let go, trust your team, and watch your business explode. Thanks for tuning into Love All Podcast.
I'm Paul Alex reminding you, stop doing everything yourself, start leading like a real CEO and keep leveling up. Thanks for listening up to the Level Up Podcast.
