Look, I get it. When you're building your dream, it's easy to let it consume your life.
But here's the thing. If you're not careful, your business will become your boss instead of your vehicle for freedom.
So let's go ahead and talk about how to control that and make your business work for you. First things first guys, build systems that actually work without you.
Look, if your business relies on you being involved in every detail, you're not running a business. You're running yourself into the ground.
You basically created yourself a job. Early on when I learned the power of automation, delegation, and creating processes that let my business run like machines without me, the less your business depends on you, the more freedom you'll have to focus on growth.
Second, you gotta set boundaries, and you gotta stick to them, guys. Look, you can't pour from an empty cup.

It's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day grind but always ask yourself this one question am I working in my business or on my business your job as a leader is to keep steering the ship guys not to get stuck scrubbing the decks you got to stay laser focused on the long-term goals and don't let distractions just pull you off course okay so here's the thing guys, your business should be a tool to create freedom, not a trap that takes it away.
You got to build systems. You got to protect your time and you always got to keep your vision in sight.
