They leave bad leaders. Okay.
So if your team feels like they're just another cog in the machine, they're going to look somewhere else. Celebrate their wins, recognize their contributions, and invest in their growth.
When I scaled my business to over 100 employees, I didn't just hand out paychecks, guys. I shared my vision and made sure that my teams knew they were part of something bigger.
People stay where they feel appreciated. Look, okay? So second, give them room to grow.
The best talent doesn't want to stay stagnant, guys. They want opportunities to learn.
