You need the right mindset and willingness to grind. So let's get into it.
First, you got to focus on the fundamentals. Before I built multiple businesses, guys, I started small.
My first side hustle didn't have flashy marketing or cutting edge technology. I used what I had, my knowledge, my drive, and a phone that makes calls, okay? And my feet.
The key to master the basics, you got to know your product. You need to know your market and you need to know how to sell.
Tools can help, but they'll never replace your hustle and your skills. Second, leverage relationships, not tech.

Perfect is for later. Too many people get stuck waiting for the perfect setup before they start.
So let me tell you something. Perfection is the enemy of progression.
So use what you got, learn as you go and upgrade along the way. Your million isn't in the tools.
It's actually in the action that you guys take. So what's the bottom line here? Making your first million isn't about what you have.
It's about what you do with what you have. Focus on the basics, build strong relationships and take action every single day.
