It's actually about the people. The entrepreneurs who win aren't just great at selling products.
They're great at building relationships and a network. So let's go ahead and dive into the art of building a business through connections.
First, you have to be authentic. What does that mean? That is your foundation.
People can tell when you're just trying to sell them something. People don't want another pitch, guys.
They want to feel seen, heard, and valued. When I started building my first businesses, I wasn't focused on transaction.
I was focused on relationships. Be real, be honest, and you got to lead with value.
That's how you earn trust in this world. Second, be intentional about networking.
Connections don't just happen for anybody, guys. You guys got to go to events.
You got to reach out to people who admire and show up where the opportunities are at. But look, here's the trick.
Don't just take, take, take. You got to give.
