Speaker 9 All hell is breaking loose in the streets of the United States as Donald Trump's Gestapo ICE agents are attacking and disappearing migrants and citizens.
Speaker 9 This is among the most important videos I think we do here at the Midas Touch Network, where we document what is taking place across the country as it is caught on camera.
Speaker 9 Here's what I want to share with you first. How ICE detained a volunteer firefighter after 30 years of service in the United States.
Speaker 9 His application for citizenship was still being processed, but he always insisted on serving his community.
Speaker 9
ICE agents swooped into the neighborhood and handcuffed him on his way to work as a firefighter. You will hear him cry out for his wife in the video.
His name is Guilton Guamariga.
Speaker 9 He has no criminal record. He's lived in the United States since fleeing Ecuador at the age of 15.
Speaker 9 His wife and three children hope he will be allowed to complete the application process at his home in Porchester, New York. But this is the type of people that Donald Trump's Gestapo is attacking.
Speaker 9 Here, play this clip.
Speaker 10 ICE agents swooping into a neighborhood in Westchester County and detaining a husband and father as he left the house for work. He's a volunteer firefighter and has lived in the community for decades.
Speaker 10 Tonight, I would assume supporters Safon Kim with his family's fight to get him back.
Speaker 12 The tears rolling down Rosa Shagui's face, bursting through the floodgate that is now her broken heart.
Speaker 12 Since she was 15 years old in Ecuador, she and her husband were inseparable until ICE agents detained him last week as he left his house in Porchester, headed to work.
Speaker 12 With his hands cuffed behind his back, 43-year-old Milton Guamarigua can be seen yelling his wife's name, but Rosa never heard his cries. No idea at the time what was happening.
Speaker 12 Guamarrigua works as a marble stone installer and is a volunteer firefighter in Porchester. The father of three volunteers because he is undocumented, so he can't be paid.
Speaker 12 But his family says he serves his community because he wants to be more. He was recently trying to go back to college to get a degree in IT.
Speaker 14 My younger sister, who's eight, she asked for my father every single night and we lied to her and told her that he's on vacation or like a work trip and for that reason he's not able to come home.
Speaker 12 Jocelyn admits her father crossed the border illegally when he was 15 years old but she says in the almost 30 years since he's been here, he has never gotten into any trouble.
Speaker 12
She says he is not a violent criminal. We reached out to DHS but have not heard back.
His family says he is currently being held at Calhoun County Correctional Center in Michigan.
Speaker 12 They say he was in the process of applying for his citizenship and they hope he'll be allowed instead to complete that process and be released.
Speaker 14 Honestly, it's hard not to break down because I know my mom's already struggling a lot and she has my two younger siblings that are both still in school
Speaker 14 and we're just trying to honestly figure out how we can make everything work until my dad comes out and hopefully comes home.
Speaker 12 In Porchester, Stefan Kim, Channel 7. Eyewitness News.
Speaker 9 Now the next video I want to share with you involves ICE arresting a mother outside of an elementary school during morning drop-off with her two kids in the back seat.
Speaker 9
You don't think something like that can happen in front of the school, said one parent. Another parent said she's scared by the news, even though a U.S.
citizen, because she looks Mexican.
Speaker 9
And if you look Latino, you get attacked by Trump and ICE. He hates Latinos and Mexicans.
He just attacks you. Arrests like this have a corrosive effect on schools.
Speaker 9 One study found that immigration raids have led to a nearly 25% drop in school attendance across parts of California.
Speaker 9
The principal confirmed that the two children left in the back seat were students at Camarina Elementary School in Chula Vista, California. Just think about that.
They take the mom. The kids are left
Speaker 9 in the back seats in sweltering 100-degree weather. Here, play this clip.
Speaker 3 Part of this road was blocked Wednesday morning. Parents trying to drop off their kids at school watched as ICE agents handcuffed a woman just a block away from the playground.
Speaker 3 Video shows immigration enforcement agents in bulletproof vests getting out of unmarked cars with flashing police lights near Camarena Elementary in Tula Vista.
Speaker 1 I'm surprised that they even chose to do it at that time in that area.
Speaker 3
It was around 8 a.m. on Wednesday.
The cars on the road filled with kids waiting to get dropped off at school.
Speaker 15 Yeah, it was just surprising. I was like, wow, it's happening right here.
Speaker 3 Ashley Cena says she saw ICE agents pull over and detain the driver of a white Tesla.
Speaker 15 I saw them pull out a lady from her car and she was in handcuffs and just brought her over to the the SUV.
Speaker 3 Cena says there was a little boy and girl in the car talking to agents. Tula Vista Elementary School District confirmed the children are students at Camarana Elementary.
Speaker 3 The district says it's providing resources and support for the children but could not confirm their location.
Speaker 1 You don't think that something like that would happen like on the way to school in front of the school? I mean, this is a very nice neighborhood.
Speaker 3 The superintendent sent out this letter to families in the district, emphasizing this incident happened outside school property.
Speaker 3 The letter reads, there are protocols in place that limit law enforcement from accessing school campuses.
Speaker 3 It says officials are only permitted to interact with students if there is an immediate threat to campus safety.
Speaker 15
I know they've been around. People, you know, posted on the Ring app that ICE is, you know, at the Target or the Walmart.
And so, I mean, they're just doing their job.
Speaker 3 Federal law currently allows immigration enforcement. near schools, churches, and hospitals, but agents are required to provide a warrant in certain private areas of campuses.
Speaker 3 Pearla Shaheen, ABC, 10 News.
Speaker 9 This next video I want to play for you involves ICE detaining a U.S. citizen, a five-and-a-half-month pregnant mother of twins.
Speaker 9
Then agents attempt to blackmail her, saying she'd only get released if she gives info on her husband. You may recognize her.
Her name is Sabrina Medina.
Speaker 9 She's the same woman who had her house raided by ICE back in June when Christy Noam was shooting those cosplay videos of herself. Noam was outside waiting for the photo op.
Speaker 9
Medina said of this recent encounter with ICE, I told my daughters to run. They already used my mom against me.
Could you imagine what they'll do with my daughter? Here, play this clip.
Speaker 16 There is Sabrina Medina, and that is where a five-and-a-half-month pregnant mother was just released. Now, as you take a look at this picture, let us remind you of what took place back in June.
Speaker 16 That is when Sabrina, 28-year-old who says she is a U.S. citizen, claims she was showering when ICE agents suddenly entered her home.
Speaker 16 Not only that, Homeland Security Secretary Christy Noam was there with ICE agents outside of the home.
Speaker 16 Now, they said they wanted her undocumented husband, who did serve time for a violent offense, but we don't know exactly what that violent offense was.
Speaker 16 That day, she was questioned, not released. Now, listen, again, we are just learning this as we are going on air as she tells us what happened today when she was taken away by ICE agents.
Speaker 17 He said that they're after my husband because he doesn't have papers and he has a criminal record from nine years ago. And they told me that if I turned my husband in, I was going to get released.
Speaker 17
There's several departments looking for your husband. And she's like, and this is outrageous.
She's like, it's already been so much that he's not even caught already. And we need to get him.
Speaker 16 Turn him in.
Speaker 17 Turn him in and we'll release you.
Speaker 17 And I was like, I don't know where he's at.
Speaker 17
Then she told me, think about it. She's like, think about it.
He's going to be your best bet because if somebody else gets him, he's going to get hurt. My daughter, I told her to run.
Speaker 17 I told her, run, and they were like, how could you do that? I'm like, you guys are not taking my daughter. Imagine they're trying to use my mom against everything.
Speaker 17 Imagine what they would have done with my daughter.
Speaker 16 So again, as you look at this live picture right now, this is Sabrina speaking with NBC4 as well as our partner, Telemundo52. You may have a lot of questions.
Speaker 16
Some of them we still cannot answer for you. We can tell you that Sabrina did tell us that her daughter did run into the arms of relatives.
Her daughter is okay.
Speaker 18 I can't even begin to imagine all of the money that I've spent on skincare and beauty products over the years to battle issues like acne, damaged hair, and eczema, change in hair color, rashes, etc.
Speaker 18 But I recently realized that I was completely overlooking the most fundamental step, the water I shower in.

Speaker 9
Now here's Sabrina Medina and her mother being arrested by ICE. Both are U.S.
citizens. She is five and a half months pregnant with twins.
Speaker 9
Her other daughter managed to run away and find safety with other relatives. This raw footage was obtained by LA Taco.
Here, play this clip.
Speaker 16 Why is she being detained?
Speaker 16 Are you okay? What's your name? Michael Parker.
Speaker 6 But your name is
Speaker 16
Michael Parker. Okay.
You know what I'm talking about Mondo?
Speaker 1 Armando? At the perfect exposure gallery.
Speaker 1 Can I have a phone number?
Speaker 1 No, it's fine. It's fine.
Speaker 1 Are you okay? No, I'm not. What happened? Oh, they decided that they were tricky? Why? Why?
Speaker 1 Because I actually get your trick number to the one that's not. Why is she being detained?
Speaker 1 Who has my phone?
Speaker 1 You fucker! Then you let her get up? What's wrong? What does she do?
Speaker 1 Let me get my button.
Speaker 16 Let me get my butter. Ma'am, are you okay?
Speaker 9 Now, just as a reminder, this is the local news coverage of some of the first ICE raids back on June 12th, 2025. I have never heard that Christy Noam is going to be at somebody's house.
Speaker 9 A whole team, a lot of people like raiding my house like it was a show, Sabrina Medina said. This is what happened back in June, and then she just had this interaction again.
Speaker 20 Play this clip. Never heard that Christine Noam is going to be at somebody's house, whole team, a lot of people like raiding my house like it was a show.
Speaker 21
Sabrina Medina showed a surveillance video of agents searching her Huntington Park home at 6 a.m. this morning.
She captured Secretary Christine Noam in the streets with agents.
Speaker 21 Other video shows Noam with members of her team putting vests on as agents moved into Medina's home and the home across the street.
Speaker 13 I could tell that she was doing a full camera crew production. She was getting hair and makeup done.
Speaker 21 So she was putting on a show uh for people and i i really object to that that's really not what our government should be doing la county supervisor janice hawn who served with gnome in congress came to the neighborhood and said these operations are frightening families and children we have kids on this block so i'm i'm calling on her to stop these raids in our county they had guns and the other soldiers they don't want to put their guns down agents caught medina as she was in the shower and demanded she come out throughout the whole process they have to see me naked you know i'm getting changed i feel humiliated i'm pregnant i i'm scared i'm shaking like what's going on what's gonna happen to me i feel like a criminal now sound four months pregnant i'm due on november 26th pregnant with twins she says agents were looking for her husband jorge sedania who she says is undocumented and did serve time for a violent offense she did not want to tell us what offense she shared this photo of him with the condition we blur his face she says he wasn't home this morning he had left last night after they argued overseeing federal agents surveying their home.
Speaker 20 I thought my baby was going to come. I thought that with all this scaredness, my sugar was going to drop.
Speaker 20 I thought a lot of things, you know, I was very scared.
Speaker 21 I should also point out that agents handed Medina a complaint, not a warrant. Medina still let them inside her house.
Speaker 21 We are told that actually we're not quite sure if any arrests were made at any of these two operations. We did reach out to DHS for comment and I'm not her back.
Speaker 9 Now, in this next clip, you'll see ICE tearing down security cameras at a business in Burbank. They shatter the windows, they break down the doors to enter into the business.
Speaker 9 They said it was a wellness check, but this is the pattern that ICE uses called wellness checks as a pretext to access homes, schools, and businesses to disappear people to concentration camps.
Speaker 9 Here, play the clip.
Speaker 1 Look, there's some ICE agents, and they're trying to arrest people when they're not supposed to.
Speaker 1 ICE agents told somebody that they have to come out of a building. Right here in Burbank, California, never to leave, but in this country, we have ice agents right here in our own city in Burbank.
Speaker 1 They're trying to storm a person getting some illegal immigrant that didn't do anything wrong but live here and was an American.
Speaker 1 They're breaking down the person's door
Speaker 1 to somebody's break.
Speaker 9 Now, here's another image of one of the new concentration camps going up across the United States. They call it Fort Bliss, but it is a concentration camp, nothing bliss about it in El Paso, Texas.
Speaker 9
This is what they're building the same way they have the Alligator Alcatraz camp. Here's the Fort Bliss concentration camp.
This one's in Texas. Alligator Alcatraz, of course, is in Florida.
Speaker 9 Let me show you this.
Speaker 9 ICE is now dressing up as construction workers to kidnap laborers across the country as part of their Operation Trojan Horse is what they're calling it, where they're pretending to be other professions.
Speaker 9
Then they jump out. and then they arrest people and beat them and then put them into concentration camps.
So here's ICE dressed up like a construction worker in Brewster, New York.
Speaker 9 The agent admitted to being federal law enforcement and threatens more on the way, dressed in disguises. Here, play this clip.
Speaker 7 Yeah, what agency?
Speaker 7 What agency?
Speaker 7 What agency are you with?
Speaker 7 What agency are you with?
Speaker 7 What agency are you with?
Speaker 7 It is my business.
Speaker 7 I am a citizen.
Speaker 1 Okay.
Speaker 1 Okay.
Speaker 9 And then going to West Coast, from East Coast to West Coast, here you have the Trump Gestapo in Penske trucks as part of Operation Trojan Horse in MacArthur Park.
Speaker 9 20, 30 ICE agents loaded in the truck. They jump out and they start chasing migrants, beating them, pummeling them to the ground, and throwing them into concentration camps.
Speaker 9 Never to hear or speak from their families potentially ever again. Play this clip.
Speaker 9
And here they are grabbing the necks of migrants and treating them like they're animals. Although, animals should never be treated like this either.
Here, play this clip.
Speaker 9 And finally, here's one of those other, quote, wellness checks or welfare checks on first graders. ICE raided a Los Angeles elementary school.
Speaker 9 Disguised federal agents told school staff they had the parents' permission to take kids out of class. They then tried to ID the kids to go after the
Speaker 9 unaccompanied minors who may have crossed the border. Here, play this clip.
Speaker 11 Lingering fear in the LA USD community after an unusual and disturbing visit.
Speaker 11 Several federal agents from the Department of Homeland Security showed up at two elementary schools this week demanding to talk to students.
Speaker 11 What happened next was or has Superintendent Alberto Carvalhing school workers and demanding answers. Eyewitness News reporter Sophie Flay explains.
Speaker 22 What interest should a Homeland Security agent have
Speaker 22 in a first grader?
Speaker 23 On Monday, multiple Homeland Security agents showed up at two elementary schools in Los Angeles, according to LAUSD Superintendent Alberto Carvallo.
Speaker 23 These agents were stopped, questioned, and turned away by principals at Lillian Elementary and Russell Elementary Schools, both in the Florence Graham neighborhood.
Speaker 22 They wanted access to the students to determine their well-being. Based on, according to the agents, the fact that when they entered this country, they entered as unaccompanied minors.
Speaker 22 It is well known that these students are under the care of relatives.
Speaker 23 According to Carvallo, the agents claimed they were not part of immigration and customs enforcement.
Speaker 22 They conveyed to both principals that the parents or the legal guardians in charge of these children had provided them authorization for access to these kids in school.
Speaker 22 That is absolutely, blatantly untrue.
Speaker 23 These agents asked specific questions about students ranging from first to sixth grade. The superintendent says they arrived in unmarked vehicles and wore casual clothing.
Speaker 22 When the principals attempted to write down details about their IDs, they quickly hid their IDs.
Speaker 23 All parents from these schools were notified about these incidents. Ahead of the November election, LAUSD staff were trained in protocols to protect students from federal agents showing up at schools.
Speaker 14 We wonder if this may happen at more schools if they simply will ram through. So we are having to really lean on the principals, the workers, the teachers.
Speaker 9
That's what's going on in the United States of America. That's what's happening.
Full-fledged fascism in the United States. It's horrifically dangerous here in the United States.
