Speaker 8 This is a real photo right here here of Donald Trump's hand. Donald Trump is deteriorating before our eyes.
He's quite literally rotting on the outside and on the inside right now.

Speaker 8 Now, we've previously had press conferences from the White House where they said that the real issue here is chronic venous insufficiency, which they claim is not a serious issue.

Speaker 8 But Donald Trump has continued this week to show massive deterioration and dementia-like symptoms.

Speaker 8 I want to share with you earlier this week when Donald Trump asked where President Stoob of Finland was, and he was standing right or sitting right across from.

Speaker 8 I mean, quite literally, Stoob was right there. Listen to Donald Trump say, Where's Stoob? Is President Stoob here? Stoob is right in front of you, Donald.
Here, play this clip.

Speaker 10 President Stoob of Finland, and he's

Speaker 12 somebody that, where are we here?

Speaker 12 Where?

Speaker 12 I'm right here. Oh,

Speaker 12 you look better than I've ever seen you look.

Speaker 12 But you've done a great job, and we wanted to have you here.

Speaker 8 And Donald has been doing this a lot lately, like just the other week when Donald Trump failed to recognize the congressman standing right behind him. And he's like, Where is he? Where is he?

Speaker 8 Oh, there you are. And then the congressman's like, Oh, I used to be a Navy SEAL, so I was hiding.
Here, play this clip.

Speaker 11 Thrilled to be joined by the bill sponsor, Congressman Derek Van Orden. Where is Derek?

Speaker 13 Derek? Hello, Derek. I didn't see you back there.

Speaker 13 My Navy SEAL stuck up. I see you.

Speaker 13 Mike, how are you, Mike? Mr. President.

Speaker 11 These two gentlemen are

Speaker 11 terrific. They are

Speaker 13 working together, and they've been working together, Mike, a long time on this.

Speaker 11 So I just want to thank you both, and I'll ask you to say a couple of words.

Speaker 8 And of course, you have Donald Trump zigzagging on the red carpet that he rolled out for Vladimir Putin. Trump could not even walk in a straight line right there.

Speaker 8 Don't forget that, what was it, two weeks ago or so, Donald Trump went to the roof of the White House and started saying he was building nuclear weapons on the roof. Remember that?

Speaker 8 Here, play this clip. Mr.

Speaker 15 President, what do you want to build?

Speaker 4 What are you trying to build?

Speaker 15 What? Sir, you say. Do you approve nuclear missiles?

Speaker 4 You're saying more missiles?

Speaker 15 Are you building missiles?

Speaker 15 What? Come on, man.

Speaker 15 I'm taking over all of Gaza, sir.

Speaker 8 And when Donald Trump was on the roof, let's not forget also also that he was also saying

Speaker 8 that

Speaker 8 he bought everything here. He like pointed around to the White House.
This is mine. This is my money, he said.
Very bizarre stuff play this clip.

Speaker 14 On the roof of the White House, he's taking questions. Or he was just a few moments ago.

Speaker 9 Let's listen in, please.

Speaker 15 Looking good, Peter.

Speaker 15 Are you going to call up?

Speaker 8 And then remember when Donald Trump dropped the paper, which he claimed was a deal with the United Kingdom?

Speaker 8 Remember, he thought Kier Starmer, the Prime Minister of the UK, was actually the European Union. And then Trump dropped blank pieces of paper on the floor at the G7 and he couldn't bend down.

Speaker 8 Here, play this clip right here.

Speaker 16 We just signed a document.

Speaker 17 This is

Speaker 8 sorry about that. This is it.

Speaker 19 Very important document.

Speaker 15 A little windy idea.

Speaker 17 We just signed it and it's done.

Speaker 4 And so we have our trade agreement with the European Union.

Speaker 17 And it's a fair deal for both.

Speaker 8 And then, what was it? On Friday, yeah, Friday, Donald Trump held up the photo of himself and Vladimir Putin. And he was like, look, everybody, it's me and Putin.
Look, look at us.

Speaker 8 Look how good we look together. Very strange stuff right there, indeed.
And then in that same day on Friday, Donald Trump couldn't stand up.

Speaker 8 And so he was throwing MAGA hats at people who were working construction at the White House, and he was saying, Here, take these MAGA hats, but notice he can't stand up. Really weird stuff right here.

Speaker 8 Here, play this clip.

Speaker 19 Thank you, I appreciate it.

Speaker 15 This is what they really like. I like him.

Speaker 20 I respect children too.

Speaker 8 Remember, Donald Trump's been struggling to get up on the, on Air Force One, and he keeps on tripping over himself. Here, play this clip.

Speaker 8 Before Donald Trump went to Alaska, he kept on calling Alaska Russia. Do you remember that? Here, play this clip.

Speaker 10 And it's embarrassing for me to be up here. You know, I'm going to see Putin.

Speaker 24 I'm going to Russia on Friday.

Speaker 8 I don't like being up here talking about how unsafe and how dirty and disgusting this once beautiful capital was and then earlier this week donald trump when he was saying that he was going to federalize elections and he was going to stop mail-in ballots because putin told him to stop mail-in ballots remember donald trump said that um whenever he would go into a voting booth people would ask him for a license plate huh play this clip when you go to a voting booth and you do it the right way and you go to a state that runs it properly you go in they even asked me they asked me for my license plate for identifying.

Speaker 20 I said, I don't know if I have it. They said, sir, you have to have it.
I was very impressed, actually. And wasn't it?

Speaker 8 I mean, so Donald Trump wants to shut down the Smithsonian. You get where I'm coming with these receipts.

Speaker 8 Donald Trump wants to shut down the Smithsonian right now and get rid of basically the African-American Museum. But this is what he said about it during the first term.
Let me show you.

Speaker 21 I had the privilege of visiting the National Museum of African American History and Culture right here in Washington, D.C.

Speaker 21 It's a new, beautiful Smithsonian museum that serves as a shining example of African Americans' incredible contributions to our culture, our society, and our history.

Speaker 21 It also tells of the great struggle for freedom and equality that prevailed against the sins of slavery and the injustice of discrimination.

Speaker 21 The work and love of the people who helped create such a masterpiece is a testament to the legacy of so many leaders it honors.

Speaker 8 Can I remind you as well that during the first term, Donald Trump was rushed to Walter Reed under very mysterious circumstances?

Speaker 8 And then you had this doctor who was a former President Obama's doctor was wondering if it was basically mini strokes that were taking place. Let's play this clip.

Speaker 25 His inability to say words sometimes worries me tremendously. He is having trouble word finding when he said United Zheji instead of United States.

Speaker 25 These aren't words, these aren't slips of the tongue. These are words he can't find them.
And this is happening over and over again. Comedians joke about it, but it's not a joking matter.

Speaker 25 I think there is a neurological issue that is not being addressed. And if he had an MRI of his head over there, I would be very pleased because I think he needs it.

Speaker 26 Is that something that could have happened in the two-hour time he was there?

Speaker 25 Yes, it certainly could. And

Speaker 25 the worry that I have is that maybe he's having small strokes. And, you know, we had that once before in the White House when Woodrow Wilson was president.

Speaker 25 His inability to find words is peculiar and has not been explained. And I think one has to think of it as a possible neurological issue.

Speaker 27 What's the wildest scam anyone's ever tried to pull on you? I've seen everything from long-lost relatives suddenly asking for money to spoofed phone numbers that look exactly like my bank.

Speaker 8 Now, here's the official explanation by Caroline Levitt. So you can see what she said very recently.
So you can just hear what she had to say here. Play this clip.

Speaker 26 Many in the media have been speculating about bruising on the president's hand and also swelling in the president's legs.

Speaker 26 So in the effort of transparency, the president wanted me to share a note from his physician with all of you today. In recent weeks, President Trump noted mild swelling in his lower legs.

Speaker 26 In keeping with routine medical care and out of an abundance of caution, this concern was thoroughly evaluated by the White House medical unit.

Speaker 26 The President underwent a comprehensive examination, including diagnostic vascular studies.

Speaker 26 Bilateral lower extremity venous Doppler ultrasounds were performed and revealed chronic venous insufficiency, AB9, and common condition, particularly in individuals over the age of 70.

Speaker 26 Importantly, there was no evidence of deep vein thrombosis or arterial disease.

Speaker 26 Laboratory testing included a complete blood count, comprehensive metabolic panel, coagulation profile, D-dimer, V-type, natriotic peptide, and cardiac biomarkers.

Speaker 26 All results were within normal limits. An echocardiogram was also performed and confirmed normal cardiac structure and function.

Speaker 26 No signs of heart failure, renal impairment, or systemic illness were identified. Additionally, recent photos of the president have shown minor bruising on the back of his his hand.

Speaker 26 This is consistent with minor soft tissue irritation from frequent handshaking and the use of aspirin, which is taken as part of a standard cardiovascular prevention regimen.

Speaker 26 This is a well-known and benign side effect of aspirin therapy. And the president remains in excellent health, which I think all of you witness on a daily basis here.

Speaker 26 So the president wanted me to share that note with all of you. I'm happy to take further questions on it.

Speaker 8 Now, here's the video that we made at the Midas Touch Network to try to highlight whether or not Donald Trump had dementia-like symptoms here. Play this clip.

Speaker 23 And my stupid people, when I wanted to refute it, they said, sir, don't dignify it with a

Speaker 25 refruttle.

Speaker 18 Have you been noticing peculiar behavior recently in someone you know?

Speaker 23 Terry Diet Barrett.

Speaker 18 Someone who mixes fiction and reality?

Speaker 23 The late, great Hannibal Lecter.

Speaker 23 He's a wonderful man.

Speaker 18 Perhaps someone of advanced age you have known for years.

Speaker 23 Did you just see Maduro Venezuela?

Speaker 18 It's an unbelievable Venezuela. Of course, we all have our goofs.

Speaker 18 But consistently odd behavior can be a sign of frontotemporal dementia, a degenerative disease of the frontal, and temporal lobes of the brain that dramatically impairs cognitive function.

Speaker 18 And there are some key signs to look out for, like slurring words.

Speaker 24 Failing New York Times by

Speaker 18 an anomalous, really an anomalous struggling to find the correct words is another sign.

Speaker 24 The Mueller report, I wish, covered the oranges, the oranges, the oranges of the

Speaker 24 investigation.

Speaker 18 You may also notice someone veering into incoherent ideas detached from reality.

Speaker 23 You know what I'd do if there was a shark or you get electrocuted? I'll take electrocution every single time. I'm not getting near the shark.

Speaker 18 Or an inability to complete simple sentences.

Speaker 23 Saudi Arabia and Russia will repeat the

Speaker 18 other notable symptoms include impaired motor function such as a wavering limb and decreased balance often accompanied by a signature lean or arched stance.

Speaker 18 If someone you know is demonstrating several or all of these symptoms, they are seriously unwell.

Speaker 18 As a matter of safety, they must be relieved of critical responsibilities and disqualified from any position of authority. Remember, frontotemporal dementia is a degenerative disease.

Speaker 18 Cognitive function will never return and will only deteriorate further. Don't ignore the signs.

Speaker 8 Here is what Donald Trump's former doctor,

Speaker 8 Dr.

Speaker 8 Jackson, had to say here, play this clip.

Speaker 28 There was an incident recently where the president appeared to slur his words while giving an address.

Speaker 28 Did you look into what the cause of that might have been at all?

Speaker 22 I did. Yeah, we talked about that.
And actually,

Speaker 22 one of my ENT consultants was involved in that. We evaluated him.

Speaker 22 We checked everything out, and everything was normal. We even went so far as to do an ultrasound of his parotid glands and a few other things.
And there was absolutely no

Speaker 22 clinical findings that would suggest. I think the reason for that was.

Speaker 8 Yeah, I mean, I'm not really sure

Speaker 8 that that's what the mini-strokes were. Definitely not mini-strokes, he says.
Definitely not mini-strokes.

Speaker 8 And then remember Donald Trump's doctor, Dr. Borstein, or Henry Bornstein, was basically saying that Donald Trump was the person

Speaker 8 who wrote his own medical reports at the time. Here, play this clip.

Speaker 29 We ran into Dr. Harold Bornstein right here, right outside his office on Park Avenue.

Speaker 29 And he told us in no uncertain terms, and this is the quote, Aaron, he dictated, he being Trump, he dictated that whole letter.

Speaker 29 I didn't write that letter, meaning that Trump dictated what he wanted to go into it. And essentially, Bornstein wrote it up.

Speaker 29 He did say, he compared it to the movie Fargo, and he said, it takes the truth and moves it in a different direction. Think about that.

Speaker 29 Now, Bornstein tells us that he was in a car with his wife when he was on the phone with then candidate Trump in December of 2015.

Speaker 29 And she was going through with Trump what he could say and what he couldn't say. Trump was dictating what he wanted in that letter and Boyston was saying, okay, you can say that, you can't say that.

Speaker 29 He then came here to the office. He wrote it up.
Trump's office later picked it up. He said around 4 p.m., Aaron, we have reached out to the White House, but we have not gotten a response.

Speaker 8 And then during Donald Trump's first administration, he raided

Speaker 8 his own doctor to get those medical files. Here, let's play this clip right there.

Speaker 26 Exactly were they looking for?

Speaker 30 Well, his medical records, his pictures, anything they could find. We must have been here for 25 or 30 minutes.

Speaker 30 It created a lot of chaos. I couldn't believe anybody was making a big deal about a drug that's to grow to grow his hair, which seemed to be so important.

Speaker 30 And it certainly is not a breach of medical trust to tell somebody they take ropeia to grow their hair. What's the matter with that?

Speaker 8 And let's not forget that, you know, Donald Trump would go around bragging about passing cognitive exams all of the time, like he does in the Oval Office now.

Speaker 8 I passed a good cognitive, I passed a good cognitive here, playing this clip.

Speaker 17 Very low IQ, President.

Speaker 19 And by the way, I took my cognitive exam as part of my physical exam, and I got the highest mark. And one of the doctors said, sir, I've never seen anybody get that kind of move.

Speaker 19 That was the highest mark.

Speaker 17 I hope you're happy with that.

Speaker 19 Although they haven't been bugging me too much to take a cognitive. But I did do my physical and it was released.
I hope you're all happy with it. I notice there's no question, so probably you are.

Speaker 17 But the cognitive, they said to me, sir, would you like to take a cognitive test?

Speaker 3 I said, did Biden take one?

Speaker 17 No.

Speaker 19 Did anybody take one? No, not too many people took them. I said,

Speaker 15 what about

Speaker 19 Obama? Did he take one? No, he didn't take one either. I said, let me be the only one to take one.

Speaker 17 But I've actually taken them three times already.

Speaker 19 I like taking them because they're sort of... They're not too tough for me to take.

Speaker 8 Well, again, just take a look at the hand right there one more time. I mean, that looks absolutely brutal.
brutal, brutal, brutal.

Speaker 8 I mean, and again, you can judge for yourself the zigzagging on the red carpet. He can't walk straight.
He can't stand up. You know, what the hell is this guy even saying these days?

Speaker 8 He's talking about nuclear weapons on the top of the White House. Anyway, let me know what you think.
