Netflix has a new, monstrous story to tell.

Driven by isolation, psychosis, and an all-consuming obsession with his mother, he committed crimes that would haunt Hollywood for decades.
The third and most harrowing installment of Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan's anthology series.
Watch Monster, the Ed Gein story, streaming now only on Netflix.

That video was captured in downtown Chicago.
Over the weekend, Donald Trump sent hundreds of ICE agents to terrorize the community.
If you're wondering, what did the individual do that ICE chased him in that fashion?
He just criticized ICE for being there, no physical contact at all.
And on that basis, ICE charged at him.
And you saw the individual on the bicycle being able to get away.
I want to give a hat tip to Christopher Sweet, who captured these videos and others that I'm about to share with you.
He runs Greystack Media.
He's on the ground in Chicago, Illinois.
And I'm grateful that he has allowed us to share these videos with you.
Here's another image as well from Chicago, Illinois.
From yesterday, you'll see ICE operating in downtown Chicago to try to terrorize that peaceful community there.
Here, play this clip.
And here are more scenes as well as Donald Trump and ICE try to terrorize the peaceful community in Chicago, Illinois.
Let's play it right there.
One of the things we're learning as well, you know the immigrants who were shot at the ICE detention center by that deranged individual
over
about last week.
One of the immigrants who was shot at that Dallas detention center, his name is Miguel Angel Garcia Medina, and he's clinging to life support.
His pregnant wife was shocked to find that the Trump regime was keeping him shackled to his hospital bed.
And again, the shooter shot just the detainees, not the ICE agents.
And then the Trump regime tried to act like this was all about attacking ICE and they tried to say radical leftist groups to further divide the nation further divide the nation while Donald Trump is out there boasting about all of the gold that he has in the Oval Office.
Now it's also unclear if we the taxpayers are paying for all of this gold throughout the White House but Donald Trump has posted the following some of this is an actual post from his social media account some Some of the highest quality 24 carat gold used in the Oval Office and Cabinet Room of the White House.
Foreign leaders and everyone else freak out when they see the quality and beauty.
Best Oval Office ever in terms of success and look.
It's this one account, Blue Georgia, writes.
Multiple victims in a church shooting.
And this is what Trump is posting as we commented on the Midas Touch network.
Can you just focus on on protecting people's health care that you're trying to rip away?
You're boasting about 24 carat gold in the Oval Office that taxpayers are likely paying for.
You're boasting about 90,000 square foot golden ballrooms, potential UFC fights in front of the White House, you taking golden carriage rides in the United Kingdom as they basically rolled out the Disney princess experience for you, $20 billion billion bailouts of Argentina, while Argentina then immediately undercuts the U.S.
soybean market and sells cheaper to China after the U.S.
gave Argentina a $20 billion bailout.
You've got Donald Trump taking in all this money for his companies and getting richer and richer and richer.
And he's bragging about 24 karat gold and we are on the eve of a government shutdown right now.
There were two shootings that took place over the weekend, and as we learned the identity of these shooters, the two gunmen who carried out the mass shootings this weekend were white male veterans with semi-automatic rifles.
Donald Trump didn't really address it other than
saying that the attack on the Mormon church in Michigan was an attack against Christians, is what Donald Trump wrote.
As Shannon Watts writes, will the GOP call for the removal of white male veterans AR-15s?
This account in Maine goes, America has failed its veterans.
It is a disgrace.
And he goes, radical idea.
Maybe instead of giving Argentina a $20 billion bailout and another $6 billion to Israel for their ethnic cleansing of Gaza, we can put $26 billion into grants for states to invent in mental health services.
Crazy, I know.
You know, the Trump regime is getting rid of mental health services, supporting the proliferation of these weapons of war throughout the world.
And just a reminder for you as well, here were the individuals for these two mass shootings involving U.S.
combat veterans who were the shooters in the 24-hour period over the weekend.
Someone who changed his name to Nigel Edge in North Carolina and someone named Thomas Sanford at the Mormon Church in Michigan.
You saw him with his truck with the two American flags in it.
People are responsible for their actions, but there's no doubt we failed our veterans in many ways as a country, John Jackson writes.
And you see some of the shootings that have taken place just over the past week.
It's truly, there's with the proliferation of weapons and mental health issues going on in this country, it's like Trump is okay with this war.
going on against American citizens and against people of this country right now.
If you take a look at who the individuals are, you'll start to see a commonality here from the recent shootings that have taken place recently and over the past few months as well.
As noted, we're heading for a government shutdown.
Donald Trump has agreed this morning where he will meet with Hakeem Jeffries, Democratic leader in the House, and Chuck Schumer, Democratic leader in the Senate.
I want to show you though, and also MAGA Mike Johnson, Speaker, is going to be be there, and Senator Thune, the majority leader in the Senate, Republican MAGA from South Dakota, whose farmers are getting crushed right now by Trump's tariffs against, well, they're going bankrupt right now in South Dakota.
I just want to share with you how Face the Nation on CBS framed this.
This is how they framed it.
They go, Trump tells...
the reporter, the government is likely to shut down this week unless top Democrats address his concerns on immigration and health care and says both parties are now at a stalemate.
Quote, I just don't know how we are going to solve this issue, he says.
Let me show you how they reported it, though, because Donald Trump is making up just a lie.
The only thing that Democrats have said is that they want to make sure that the Affordable Care Act tax credits that you most likely utilize if you're not on Medicaid or Medicare, if you're on a plan because of Obamacare and the Affordable Care Act, which is tens of millions of people, the costs of your monthly premiums are likely reduced because of these tax credits.
The Democrats are just saying, can we not destroy Medicaid and can we please keep these tax credits in place?
Don't let them expire.
Trump and MAGA want those tax credits to expire because they don't care.
That's the sole issue here.
You'll hear a lot of noise, but Donald Trump's like, oh,
my concerns are that the Democrats want to give all the money to illegal aliens and they want to give it to transgender and they want to give it to...
What are you even talking about?
What does that mean?
Transgender for everybody?
So let me just play for you this clip, but just even look at the framing about how CBS does it because it's premised on a lie.
And I hope the Democrats call that out during their meeting.
Here, play this clip.
Our Robert Costa spoke this morning to President Trump.
Bob, top leaders, both parties, both sides of the Capitol are coming to the White House.
Did the president tell you he thinks a shutdown can be avoided?
A shutdown looks likely at this point, based on my conversation this morning with President Trump.
He says both sides are at a stalemate.
Democrats want to extend health care subsidies that were part of the Affordable Care Act, but President Trump Trump said his focus on health care is on preventing undocumented migrants from having access to any of the U.S.
health care system.
Now, it's illegal for any non-citizen to have that sort of access, but President Trump says we're not going to have it, quote, we're not going to allow it in terms of moving forward on any discussion unless the Democrats come to his side on health care and don't focus on the subsidies.
But based on my conversations with top Democrats, that's not going to happen.
So President Trump told me, quote, I just don't know how we are going to solve this issue.
That makes a shutdown quite likely.
And inside the White House, sources are saying President Trump actually welcomes a shutdown in the sense that he believes he can wield executive power to get rid of what he calls waste, fraud, and abuse.
And there is that memo, as you mentioned, that says the government is ready to have mass firings if a deal isn't struck.
Governor Newsom has been brilliant, I think, in calling out Donald Trump and MAGA's lies.
Governor Newsom posted this chart right here that Senator Thune from South Dakota, the majority leader in the Senate, the number one Republican in the Senate, he goes, may want to look into Trump tariffs.
And you'll see right here the U.S.
soybean sales to China right around April.
What was that?
When Donald Trump declared Liberation Day?
That's when all of a sudden you see China no longer buying.
soybeans and it's other stuff too, corn and other produce.
But soybean farmers are being hit the hardest because China's their biggest market by far, and China knows exactly the buttons to push.
In contrast, Donald Trump, he's focused on a TikTok subsidiary and getting China's approval for that so his rich oligarch friends in the United States can control the TikTok subsidiary, get more rich, and can try to control the algorithm.
That's what Trump's focus is on while throwing the farmers under the bus.
If you actually cared about the people and actually your voters, Donald, you wouldn't be focusing on the TikTok deal.
China knows exactly what it's doing.
They're dangling TikTok in front of you, which by the way, our Senate banned.
So you've given up the leverage to talk about soybeans and produce that our farmers,
agriculture, are getting absolutely decimated and screwed right now.
China knows what it's doing.
And again, what was Donald Trump doing yesterday?
Again, while these shootings were taking place and while farmers are suffering, we're on the verge of a shutdown.
He posted a video about a QAnon conspiracy called MedBeds, like medical, M-E-D, B-E-D-S.
And QAnon claims that there's super secret alien technology.
It's like an MRI machine, but it's called a medbed.
And you go into this like a tanning bed, a medbed.
All your issues are cured.
Cancers,
whatever your diseases are, you come out of the med bed 100% healthy.
Donald Trump posted an AI video of himself, Lara Trump, and Fox.
I'm not going to play it again.
It was all AI saying that he would be rolling out med beds, a super secret alien, like from outer space alien, alien technology.
for people med beds that's utterly deranged can you imagine if biden or obama or someone talked about med beds?
It's legitimately crazy stuff.
Here's Senator Thune, just so you see for yourself, from South Dakota.
He was on Meet the Press.
Here's how he talks about South Dakota farmers suffering right now.
Here, let's play this clip.
Why should American taxpayers bail out farmers who are hurting because of the president's tariff policies?
Well, look, I think that the farmers, and I represent a lot of them, and they want nothing more than open markets.
There are markets right now that aren't open to some of our commodities.
As a consequence of that, we've got a big harvest coming in here in South Dakota, corn and soybeans, and no place to go with it.
So what the President has said is, I'm going to support and I'm going to help our farmers.
And so we are looking at.
I'm a member of the Senate Ag Committee, have been for some time, and we're looking at potential solutions to make sure that we can help support farmers until some of those markets come back.
I think part of it is that the President's trying to achieve with his trade policy reciprocity with countries that have been taking advantage of us for a long time.
And I think most of us support that.
I think a lot of our farmers support that.
They are anxious.
They want to see markets opened up.
And so I have, when I speak to the president and his team about this, I always reiterate the importance of keeping agriculture front and center when you're negotiating trade deals.
But at the end of the day, our farmers are probably going to need some financial assistance this year.
And a lot of the revenue coming in off the tariffs is what they would use to provide that.
Oh, there you have it, folks.
