It all started because the Associated Press was angry that Trump didn't want it in the Oval Office or on Air Force One anymore. So the Associated Press, one of the furthest left, least connected to reality, most annoying fake news outlets in the world, a news outlet that so perverts language and so powerfully perverts language that it actually forces other journalists who don't even necessarily work for the AP to follow its silly rules, calling men, women, calling foreigners, Americans, and so on.
They were really irritated that President Trump didn't invite them to every special
super secret gathering of journalists. So they decided to sue the Trump White House.
And a judge came out and said, look, you want an emergency stop on President Trump's ban of the Associated Press from a few different places, but I see no reason to do that. You, the Associated Press, have no right to be in the Oval Office whenever you want.
You have no right to be on Air Force One whenever you want. Where are you talking? Where does that come from? And that led the Trump White House to say, hold on, you're right.
They don't have any right. For too long, the liberal journalists have declared some sort of right to determine who is in the press room, who gets access to the president, but they really don't have any right to that.
We have right to that. We're the White House.
We're the ones who determine which journalists we meet with. So actually, you know what? Forget about the White House Correspondents Association.
From now on, the White House press office is determining who gets in and who does not. Caroline Levitt, press secretary to the Trump, to the Trump, to the president.
Take it away. As you all know, for decades, a group of D.C.-based journalists, the White House Correspondents Association, has long dictated which journalists get to ask questions of the president of the United States in these most intimate spaces.
Not anymore. I am proud to announce that we are going to give the power back to the people who read your papers, who watch your television shows and who listen to your radio stations.
Moving forward, the White House press pool will be determined by the White House press team. Legacy outlets who have participated in the press pool for decades will still be allowed to join.
Fear not, but the White House press team will be determined by the White House press team. Legacy outlets who have participated in the press pool for decades will still be allowed to join, fear not, but we will also be offering the privilege to well-deserving outlets who have never been allowed to share in this awesome responsibility.
Just like we added a new media seat in this briefing room, media outlets who have been here for years will still participate in the pool, but new, I said, this is an opportunity not only to reset the relationship between the citizen and the state, but to reset the relationship between the citizen and the press. The media, which are
supposed to be the go-betweens between the people and the government, said right now they don't have much audience, they've lost a lot of their influence, and they've exposed themselves as being deeply dishonest. So on neither count do they fulfill their obligations.
The whole point of the White House press corps,
the whole point of the media
is to accurately report the news so they can actually convey what's going on in the White House to the people. And to ask the questions that the American people care about.
To accurately reflect what the American people want. But the American people don't want what the legacy media are offering.
That's why they're tuning them out. That's why even outlets like the New York Times and the Washington Post admitted that this past election was the podcast election, the independent media election.
People are tuning out the old establishment media. So I said, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
They're down. You got to kick them while they're down.
You kick them while they're down not just to be cruel or unjust or something like that. You kick them while they're down because they are corrupt.
They have taken too much power. And part of what the people voted for in November is booting these kind of corrupt people out of the room.
Love that she's doing that. Great, great stuff from the White House Press Secretary, Caroline Leavitt.
And this was elevated even a little bit higher.
This was not just a decision made by a communications staffer. President Trump addressed this himself from the Oval Office.
And also on Air Force One, it's really, it's trending on X. People are talking about it.
Well, we're going to be now calling those shots. As you know, we won that lawsuit right there.
See the Gulf of America, which is a beautiful name. Most people agree.
I don't know. It's, you know, AP has been terrible.
I think they're radical left. I think they're third rate reporters.
I know the specific young lady that works on the account is terrible. She's a radical left lunatic as far as I'm concerned.
They don't treat us fairly. That's number one.
And number two, they had no right to do that. This is the Gulf of America.
And if you look at that shoreline, look at that shoreline. Look, from Florida, well, most of it is, it's called America.
And a vast majority, like big numbers. So I'm just admiring it as I look at it.
I'm getting teary-eyed. I'm getting teary-eyed.
It's so beautiful, the Gulf of America. He says, we're calling the shots now.
We're calling the shots. The American people elected us.
The majority of Americans, voters, elected us. They gave us a unified government.
They don't want you anymore. They don't want the liberal media.
They don't want the Democrats. They don't want the careerist bureaucrats who are going to undermine the elected people.
We're calling the shots. He goes, and it's all because of the AP.
And as President Trump points out here, it even predates the lawsuit. Because you got to ask yourself, well, hold on, why did the AP get kicked out of the Oval Office and Air Force One? Oh, it's because the AP refused to refer to the Gulf of America as the Gulf of America.
The AP manipulates language. They try to control the political order by controlling how all the journalists write.
They control how all the journalists write by trying to insist on left-wing euphemisms. You call foreigners Americans.
You call men women. You capitalize the B in black people.
You lowercase the W in white people, as if to say black people are better than white people. Really nasty stuff in there.
the ap they said we will not we will not follow this executive order and refer to the gulf of america as the gulf of america drum points out he says look at the coastline look it's mostly an american coastline it's the it's the gulf of no we will not do it okay well you just you pushed it a too far, AP. And now the White House Correspondents Association has no power.
The White House is calling the shots and the relationship between the people and the media and the government has been reset. Thank you.
Thank you, AP. I'm actually grateful to you.
Now, speaking of booting people out of places, Democrat Representative Pramila Jayapal is furious that President Trump is booting illegal aliens out of America. Pramila Jayapal says this is an attack not only on the rights of people, it's an attack on our economy.
Because, and you've heard this line before, if we kick out the illegal aliens, who's going to pick our grapes? We can't let them continue their lies and their distractions we can't let them deport the millions of families across this country who have been doing the work that keeps our economy going every day we can't let them scapegoat and criminalize immigrants who contribute who are our neighbors our, our churchgoers, our community around us that we deeply love. Immigrants are us.
Immigrants are us and we all deserve respect and dignity. If you look at the food that's on your table, think about who picked it.
If you look at your homes, think about who built them. If you look at your vulnerable elders and your kids, think about who's taking care of them.
I don't think illegal aliens are doing any of that for me. Maybe some of my food, although I don't know, I got my eggs from my buddy and colleague over here.
I actually, so the argument, as far as I can tell, the argument from this sitting Democrat representative is that we need a surf class of people who are paid off the books and under the minimum wage in order to pick our food and clean our toilets. Which is an argument you hear from the establishment, Chamber of Commerce Republican class, and increasingly you hear it from Democrats.
We need a slave class that does not really have a lot of political rights in order to give us cheap labor so that we don't need to clean our own toilets or go go out and pick the grapes and the cotton okay so fine what is what is the the broad thesis from those claims the broad thesis is putting human rights and dignity and all the rest of it aside, that illegal aliens are good for the economy. And that just isn't true.
Senator Eric Schmidt had a great point on this. He says, they aren't coming here to contribute to our economy.
They are illegally coming here to take from it. And Senator Schmidt has some Great charts that he's posted.
Here's one, welfare use based on legal status of the household. And you can see between U.S.
born, legal immigrant, and illegal immigrant, you see any welfare, people taking any welfare, 39% U.S. born, 52% legal immigrant.
That's bad. That actually gets to my point, which is that for my whole life, practically, we've been given two options on immigration.
The left says we need more illegal immigration. The right says we need more legal immigration.
But actually, if you look at opinion polls, Gallup, Harvard, Harris, most Americans believe we need less immigration overall. And actually, when you get down into numbers, most Americans believe we need drastically less immigration, legal and illegal.
And maybe that's one of the reasons why. 52% legal immigrant households on welfare.
59% illegal immigrants. So by far, the illegal immigrants are most likely to make use of welfare.
Then you get into what specific kinds of welfare, cash. It actually flips.
The lowest is still U.S. born, but then the legal immigrants are the most likely, followed by the illegal immigrants.
Then you go to food, by far the least likely U.S. born, then legal immigrants, then illegal immigrants.
Medicaid, by far the lowest U.S.-born, then legal immigrants, then illegal immigrants. Kind of levels out on housing.
But there you have it. It's a drain on the economy.
The Federation for American Immigration Reform, FAIR, estimates that the net annual cost to America of illegal immigration is $150.7 billion annually. That's net.
So that's taking out, illegal immigrants do contribute something to the economy, but they take stuff out of the economy too. The net is they take $150.7 billion.
Nate Hockman pointed out on X yesterday that deporting 10 million illegal aliens would reduce the national debt by more than $1.3 trillion, which means, as he pointed out quite rightly, mass deportations are a fiscally conservative policy. You've heard the Libs try to argue from human dignity and human rights, and the conservatives can easily knock that down.
We can say, look, Fusion and Amnesty International point out that 68% of women and girls who cross that border illegally are raped or otherwise sexually assaulted on the journey. You think that's good for their dignity? You think that's good for their rights? You have to interact with criminal cartels, many of whom have face tattoos and worship Satan, in order to cross that border illegally.
You think that's good for human rights and dignity? Countries have basic laws. When you violate really basic laws, you think that's good even for your dignity and you think you have a right to that, to violate the basic laws of a country? Ridiculous.
Get that added. Those arguments are stupid.
So then the Libs say, well, no, no, but it's just good for the economy. It's not good for the economy.
It is a massive drain on the economy. What's the argument for it? I'll tell you the argument for it.
The argument for it is Democrats get unlimited votes. That's at least their view, and they have good reason to think that.
Democrats get unlimited votes, and Democrats and Chamber of Commerce Republicans get a slave class to pick the grapes and clean the toilets. That's the argument.
No human dignity factors into that. No human rights factor into that.
And overall to the country, no economic benefit factors into that. There's so much more to say.
First, though, go to livegood.com slash Michael. Why are so many supplement companies charging ridiculous prices for products that are not really that special? That doesn't make any sense, but I just discovered a company called LiveGood.
They offer premium quality products without the ridiculous markups. They have a great team of natural health experts creating these formulas.
They are able to offer them at the lowest prices that you will find anywhere. I really like the hydration pack.
They have a lot of great stuff. They have organic super greens and multivitamins.
They have collagen. They have weight loss products.
They even have skincare, all top quality stuff at prices that won't break the bank. I, however, sometimes, you know, even when I was sick, I had the flu or whatever.
Sometimes you feel a little dehydrated. Sometimes you go out with some friends, as I did last night, have a couple Coca-Colas.
The hydration pack, really, really good. There's a reason that this is the fastest growing supplement brand out there with over 1.5 million satisfied customers.
Ready to make the switch and start saving? Let me make it even easier. Use our link.
You can save an additional 10% on your first order on top of their already low prices. Livegood.com slash Michael.

Do not miss out on this opportunity to invest in your health without overspending. Speaking of immigrants, I got bad news.
I teased this at the end of the show yesterday. There's a foreigner who's been in our country for a long time.
He's super annoying. And I really wish the first Trump administration had deported him, but they haven't.
And now he's vowing to stay in the United States. I speak of leftist British talk show host, John Oliver.
I mean, it's a suboptimal time in human history, this. No.
And America, shining city on a hill. And you are a recent citizen.
Yes. Congratulations.
Thanks very much. How do you feel? Are you still going to stick it out or are you going to head back to England? Oh no, I'm sticking it out.
I'm going down with the Titanic. I'm sticking it out.
Yeah, yeah. And then you hear that little dig at his new country.
He's a new country, right? He's an American citizen. And already he's just poking his country.
His putative country. Oh no, I'm going down with the Titanic, this awful ship.
Suboptimal time in America. Yeah, yeah, it's really terrible.
Everything's bad. Trump's Hitler.
Mango Mussolini. You know, everything's going to pot.
They're all racist and sexist. The whole country's terribly evil.
So then Colbert, his former colleague at The Daily Show, says, yeah, okay, so are you going to leave? He goes, oh, no, I'm certainly not going to leave. I've been begging to become a citizen of this sweet little lotto ticket for years oh yeah of course he's not gonna leave no this is this is why the arguments you hear from the libs specifically on immigration are so preposterous because the libs tell you this country's evil it's imperialist it's racist it's sexist.
It's phobic. Black men are being, ethnic minorities, period, are being chased down in the street by racist, murderous, bloodthirsty whites, including law enforcement, just gunning them down execution style.
No marginalized person is safe, and that's why we must permit all the marginalized people to stay in America. Whoa, what? That was terrible for them.
You should be flying the planes to get them out of here. It's so dangerous here.
It's so terrible. It's the Titanic.
Get them the life rafts. Please get them back to Venezuela.
Get them back to Columbia. Oh, no, except no one really believes that.
No one really believes it's the Titanic. No one really believes that it's racist and sexist and blah, blah, blah.
Oh, yeah, no, I'm definitely going to stay. It's a good deal, man.
I'm making a lot of money. Get to do whatever I want.
Yeah, it's really great. Well, I hate this place.
So anyway, now he's a citizen. I guess it's going to be harder to deport him.
Although, I don't know, there's got to be some tool available to the president, right? I don't know. I'm just saying, Tom Homan, look into it.
I'm glad you're looking into Colony Ridge. I'm glad you're looking into Aurora, Colorado.
I'm glad you're deporting the face-tattooed people. But if you have a moment, Mr.
Homan, please look into John Oliver. didn't Obama murdered a U.S.
citizen? Didn't he used a drone and zapped an Al-Qaeda terrorist who was a U.S. citizen? Hey, don't clip me out, Media Matters.
I am not suggesting anything about drones with John Oliver. You can even put him on a nice, cushy commercial airline.
I just want him deported, okay? I want to be very, very clear about that. All I'm asking is that you deport the liberal talk show host, British gadfly, now US citizen.
Now, we've got some better show business news. Kathleen Kennedy, the woman who destroyed Star Wars, is reportedly stepping down at Lucasfilm.
There's so much more to say. First, though, go to netsuite.com slash Knowles.

Now, I haven't paid attention to the recent Star Wars movies or Disney generally because I am an adult. But one of my producers is not an adult.
That would, of course, be Professor Jacob, who's a huge Star Wars fan. So he gave me just a little refresher on how Kathleen Kennedy has destroyed Star Wars.
Disney acquires Star Wars. Kathleen Kennedy comes to head it up.
She then created a girl boss character, Rey, who was great at everything and could beat up men and was just totally unbelievable.
You know, Luke Skywalker takes multiple movies, like three movies to figure out how to be a Jedi.
But this chickie figures it out in like two seconds. Then she brought back Emperor Palpatine,
which according to my Zoomer associate producer, destroys Anakin Skywalker's
destiny fulfillment and then lets the chickie, know kill him uh spoiler alert then she put a lesbian kissing scene in the final uh installment of the trilogy which then she also did she also put like a trans clone trooper in another one of the star wars shows she created that show the acolyte which has like a negative 15% score on Rotten Tomatoes
and everyone hated it. It was super lib and it had communist lesbian witches in it.
And it led
Star Wars to accurately depict the Kennedy tenure at Lucasfilm in a few simple words,
make it lame and gay.
Put another gay diverse woman in it. Make it lame.
No, what's going on with my spouse? No, it's not the case. lame and gay! Sure, yeah.
Well, let's try that. Again.
Kathleen Kennedy is down on set right now ruining the new Bambi movie. Any diverse woman in it, make her gay! Bambi's a baby deer! Baby deer, put a chicken in, make her gay! We've sent her away to have lunch at Spago.
There you are, Miss Kennedy, the linguine and clam sauce. Uh, excuse me, I believe I asked you to put a chicken in this and make her gay.
We've sent her away to have lunch at Spago. There you are, Miss Kennedy, the linguine and clam sauce.
Excuse me, I believe I asked you to put a chick in this and make her gay. Yes, the chef was a little confused what you meant by that.
It means put a chick in the linguine and make her gay. And I want it late.
So that was it. That was the Kennedy tenure.
Every single creative idea that came to her, she said, yeah, okay. Well, that's a good idea, but I want you to put a chick in it and make her lame and gay.
And that's exactly what she did. So how are the trades reacting? How are the liberal media reacting to this? This is my favorite headline.
This is from IndieWire. It says, if the Kathleen Kennedy era at Lucasfilm is ending, its legacy is unfulfilled promises and unfair expectations.
Ask yourself this. Is there any way Kennedy's tenure could have succeeded? The answer to which is, yes, had she not ruined Star Wars.
Yeah, that's all she had to do she had one of the most valuable properties in popular culture and all she had to do was not ruin it by forcing leftism down the audience's throat all she had to do was not insist every single time on putting a diverse woman in it and making it lame and gay. That's all she had to do.
She could have coasted. The prequels, you know, like Jar Jar Binks and Qui-Gon Jinn and all that stuff, those were not exactly Casablanca, okay? Those weren't the greatest movies ever, but they did very, very well.
They don't even have to be good movies. They just have to not be offensively bad and constantly disconnected from reality.
And she couldn't do that.
this woman, she became the president of Lucasfilm after the Disney acquisition in 2012.
She had a long career in show business. Okay, you can't even really call her a DEI hire because she co-founded Amblin with Steven Spielberg in 1982, I think it was.
But she was kind of Spielberg's assistant. And when she finally got the reins herself, she blew it.
She's not exactly a DEI hire, but she sort of is. And her hiring was a sign of the times.
2012 was peak insufferable millennial era, Obama era, rise of woke identity politics. That was really when it was peaking.
You saw the lag of that in popular culture more like 2016, 2017, but it really reached this fever pitch of a groundswell of momentum in about 2012 in the middle of the Obama era. And so you get Kennedy at Star Wars, and she's going to make everything lame and gay.
And then just as her hiring was a sign of the times, her firing is a sign of the times. Kennedy is going out at the same time Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are going out, at the same time as the Associated Press is going out of the Oval Office, at the same time as the DEI policies are going out of corporate America, at the same time as the DEI departments are going out of universities and government agencies.
It's a sign of the times. These things come in waves.
It's not just that Trump gets elected in 2016. It's that Trump gets elected and the Brits vote for the Brexit and Orban in Hungary is popular and has a lot of power and Maloney gets elected in Italy and other right-wing parties are rising in Europe, even though there's institutional pressure to keep them down.
And it's a sign of the times. This is a big sign of the times.
I don't really care
that much about what happens to the 500th Star Wars movie, but I do care what is happening in the culture. And Kennedy leaving is good news.
Now, speaking of putting a chick in media and making her gay, there is an ex-account that went viral yesterday. It's an account called ex-bisexual who posted this.
I'm just going to read the posts that went viral. Had a straight dude come to my place and he was so impressed by the simplest things.
Art on the wall, rugs, a $40 knife block set. Dudes are so effing lame and pathetic lol, they for real need a mommy to take care of them their whole lives.
Now this woman, in her bio, she says she, her, or her pronouns, she's at University of California, Santa Barbara, Psych and Brain Sciences. This should be a woman who has real insight into psychology and how the brain works.
She goes on, next post, just to clarify. A lot of people said, you know, he just said your home is nice.
Why are you attacking him? She goes, just to clarify, it's nice to compliment someone's home. But I'm more speaking on the fact that he was so shocked by very simple household items.
It just never ceases to amaze me how so many men don't know how to keep a basic home without a woman helping them. That is only amazing.
That is only surprising if you don't understand that men and women are different. And men and women have different strengths, and men and women have different inclinations.
When I was living as a bachelor with roommates, we probably didn't have a knife block set. If we did, it was, someone probably gave it to us, and it was probably missing like half the knives.
And we probably didn't clean up that well, and we had around and we ate pizza all the time and yeah that's true because we didn't have a woman in the apartment if we had a woman in the apartment it probably would look nicer we probably would have pictures on the walls laundry probably would have gotten done a little bit that's true sometimes people on the left they make fun of me there's a clip of me that went viral where i said i don't know how to washing machine in my home. And I don't.
I barely know how to turn the thing on and off. But why should I? She says, I'm amazed.
It never ceases to amaze me how so many men don't know how to keep a basic home without a woman helping them. Sure, but you could just as equally say, it never ceases to amaze me how so many women don't know how to negotiate a contract.
Which is why women actually make less money than men is because they don't know how to negotiate a raise or why women don't know how to negotiate to buy a car. They don't know how to get the right deal.
It never ceases to amaze me how women don't even know how to check their own oil. It never ceases to amaze me how women don't know how to kill a spider in the bathroom without screaming.
It never, I don't know that actually none of that amazes me because men and women are different. You know, we talk about what is a woman and gender dysphoria and the confusion of men and women.
But look, a lot of people talk a good game on the, on the right even, and on the center left, but they don't want to take it all the way. They don't want to recognize that the, the gender dysphoria, my friend Tim Gordon was making this point the other day, the gender dysphoria sets in the moment that you entertain any kind of feminism.
So you don't have to be chopping your body parts off to be engaging in gender dysphoria. The moment that you say, I think men and women can do exactly the same things.
And of course, women should be in military combat. And yeah, of course, women should be fighting fires and carrying people out over their backs.
And of course, hold on, no. And of course, men should be like baking pies and doing the laundry all the time.
I just don't think sometimes, but I don't think men are inclined that way. Men and women are different.
The apartments of men and women living alone are going to look different.
Yeah.
And it's okay.
It's okay for the guy to go out there and bring home the bacon and negotiate the contract and change the oil.
And it's okay for the woman to bake a pie and do the laundry and make your home look really nice and put the nice pictures on the wall.
It's okay.
Do you really believe men and women are different?
Then you should not be amazed by these things. It doesn't take a degree in psychology and brain science to know that.
The question that has everyone talking right now, what did you do last week? No idea why this is causing so much drama, but fine. Here is what we did last week.
The entire Daily Wire gang went back to DC for Backstage Live at CPAC. Ben Shapiro and Chris Ruffo broke huge news when they leaked tapes exposing Department of Education contractors supporting sex tapes in schools.
I faced off against 25 LGBT LMNOP trans activists in what Jubilee called their most explosive debate yet. Matt Walsh released Clearing the Air, the behind-the-scenes look at the number one documentary of the decade, Am I Racist? And that list is just to be compliant with Doge's ask.
We just want to make Elon happy. Seems simple enough.

My favorite comment yesterday is from Matthew Richardew richard 8514 who says joy reed is now black history that's true i guess that's right we're in black history month joy reed is constantly talking about race and so i guess that's fitting the joy reed show is now officially black history i know people are going to say after my rant about the ex-bisexual girl, they're going to say, but Michael, I know a man who keeps a very good home. And he's probably a homosexual.
But even if he's a straight guy, you say, yeah, I'm sure there's some guy who's really, I actually know straight guys who keep a neat home. Sure.
They're going to say, Michael, I know women who are good at negotiating contracts or changing the dollar. You know, me too.
Me too. I know some of the best business professionals I know actually are women.
But they're pretty rare. Okay, they're kind of the exception that proves the rule.
And if you won't even acknowledge that there is a rule, that there is a trend, that there is a pattern, then you're just denying that men and women really are. Then you're just accepting the trans ideology, albeit in a more subtle way.
But speaking of job qualifications, Dick Blumenthal, Democrat senator, is furious over some news that we actually haven't talked about on the show yet, namely that my friend, Dan Bongino, who I know many people in the audience and in the chat right now absolutely love, Dan Bongino was appointed deputy director of the FBI, which is great. The only bad thing about it is that means that his very popular show will not be able to continue until, I don't know, until he leaves the administration or something.
But this is great. A big deal for Dan.
Huge congratulations. He's a terrific guy.
This is wonderful news.
Everyone's happy other than Democrats on Capitol Hill like Dick Blumenthal, who had this to say.
And Senator, what do you make of Dan Bajino potentially to be the deputy of the eye director? it would have been inconceivable that a person with his background would be head of the premier law enforcement investigative agency in the world.
He's a podcast ideologue without any obligation to head this investigative agency with profound and far-reaching power over people's lives to enforce the law and also to potentially misuse the law i'm getting some real glass houses vibes from dick blumenthal here dick blumenthal wants to talk about people's qualifications and credentials the most notable fact about dick blumenthal is that he lied about serving in vietnam that's the that is the name one other thing Dick Blumenthal is that he lied about serving in Vietnam. That is the, name one other thing Dick Blumenthal has ever done in politics.
You can't, even if, let's say you're a, I know there are many Democrats who listen to the show. Name me one thing Dick Blumenthal has ever done.
You can't. The one thing that people know about Dick Blumenthal is he lied about going to Vietnam.
He lied about his qualifications, his credential, his military service. That's it.
Meanwhile, tell me about Dan Bongino. I'll tell you about Dan Bongino.
Dan Bongino was a New York police officer. So he was an officer in the premier local law enforcement agency in the United States.
He was then a secret service agent. He has got federal experience in law enforcement, protecting people like the president of the United States.
He's a career cop. And the worst attack that you can make on Dan Bongino is he's a good communicator.
He's persuasive. That's the worst attack.
It's the same attack they made on Pete Hegseth. So why is Pete Hegseth not qualified to be the head of the Pentagon? He's got degrees from Princeton and Harvard Kennedy School.
He has served in the military with honor for decades. He walks the walk.
And oh, your problem with Pete Hexeth is he's persuasive and handsome and famous. People like him.
That's the knock on him. That's the attack.
And it's the same attack on Dan Bongino. This man, he's an ideologue.
Hold on. What he means by ideologue is Dan Bongino has a coherent view of the world and knows what he thinks.
And he's on a podcast. Yeah, he's very popular.
People like him, and they find him persuasive, and he's a good communicator. He's not qualified.
He's not qualified. He's been in law enforcement for most of his career at very impressive levels from the local to the federal, to the White House.
Seems like he's a perfect pick. Now, Da Nang Dick over there, Da Nang Dick Blumenthal,
I don't know that he, that he's a perfect, maybe he is a perfect pick for a U.S. Senator because so many members of the U.S.
Senate really have no credibility or integrity. I'll tell you one thing.
You want to talk to me about integrity and credibility? Dan Bongino's got a lot more of it than old Danang Dick Blumenthal, no question about it. Now, speaking of job qualifications, many people were tagging me in a video clip last night uh this video clip came from msnbc they were asking by someone who apparently bears a passing resemblance to me was going off on her employer for firing joy reed here we have my clark kent rachel maddow there is no colleague for whom i have had more affection and more respect than Joy Reid.
I love everything about her. I have learned so much from her.
I have so much more to learn from her. I do not want to lose her as a colleague here at MSNBC.
And personally, I think it is a bad mistake to let her walk out the door. It is not my call, and I understand that, but that's what I think.
I will tell you, it is also unnerving to see that on a network where we've got two, count them, two non-white hosts in primetime, both of our non-white hosts in primetime are losing their shows, as is Katie Fang on the weekend. And that feels worse than bad, no matter who replaces them.
That feels indefensible, and I do not defend it. My doppelganger going to the wall over the firing of Joy Reid.
This is next-level stuff. You see this sometimes from MSNBC.
When MSNBC hired Ronna McDaniel, you saw a bunch of the hosts on NBC attacking the network for hiring the former head of the Republican National Committee. We were not consulted.
We do not support this. This person will not be on our shows.
Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski and all these people, we oppose what the network executives did. Okay, that's one thing.
Rachel Maddow here is saying that her bosses are racist. That's what she said, which is the worst accusation on the left.
Doesn't really work as much on the right anymore because they've been dishonestly calling us racist for so many decades. We just kind of brush us off.
And we keep winning more racial minorities over to our side. So we forget about that.
But on the left, it's still a big deal. She said, you should not have fired Joy Reid.
No one watched her show, but you should have kept subsidizing this money pit anyway, because I really liked all of the vile things she was saying about men and white people and Christians. And frankly, the fact that you fired her is evidence of your racism.
Got to give a hat tip to Steve Guest for finding that clip. And I got to give some applause to Rachel Maddow.
I am loving this show. I'm loving it.
I feel I can take some credit for it. You know, on account of the...
Anyway, we don't need to, but you've never seen us in the same room at the same time and this is what i want to see i want to see the democrat tv hosts screeching about how the democrat tv executives are racist i want to see the base screeching about how the democrat party leadership is feckless and out of touch. And I just want to see the dog fight.
That's what I want to see. And that's what I am seeing on the left, is things are crumbling and the people get increasingly desperate.
Now, speaking of lesbians, LGBTQ identification in the United States has risen to 9.3%. Almost one in 10 people identifies as LGBTQ.
However, when you drill down by generations, Gallup polling shows almost one in four Zoomers identifies as LGBTQ, which is actually a more conservative estimate than we saw a year or two ago from NBC, which said that almost 30% of Zoomers identified as LGBTQ. So you look at the generations.
Back in the 90s, something like 1% or 2% of Americans identified as gay or lesbian. Transgenderism hadn't really been invented yet.
At least it wasn't really really a known thing and then the other 57 letters in the in the initialism those were those were non-existent but but if you look the silent generation still identifies at about that percent 1.8 even with all the propaganda 1.8 of the silent generation of joe biden's generation identifies as LGBTQ. When you go to the boomers, it's not much higher.
About 3% of boomers identify that way. Gen X, it's a little bit higher, not much.
Gen X, 5.1%. Then you get to the millennials and it triples, almost.
That's the gay bomb, was the millennials. What did I tell you though? It was when the millennials, when they really started to come of age,
was like 2012, middle of the Obama era, and they all went gay.
The millennials identify as LGBTQ at 14.2%,
but they are downright repressed and straight
compared to the Zoomers who identify at 23.1%, according to Gallup.
When I did my episode of Jubilee, the Surrounded show, one of the prompts that we debated was that LGBTQ identity is a social contagion. Not saying that no one is born with certain eccentric desires, not saying that those ancient Greeks didn't get up to some weird stuff back in the days of Plato and Aristotle.
Those things happened. But the LGBTQ identity would seem to be a little bit of a social contagion here.
This is backed up by some science. By the way, there's a study on this in 2018.
But regardless, how do you explain? How do you explain going from 1.8% to 23.1% of identifying as a little bit light in the loafers? Is it the microplastics? I guess that's one explanation. Is it the chemicals turning the frogs gay? Or is there a social aspect? It is obviously the latter because you don't even need to become some religious fundamentalist to understand this.
You can just look at basic philosophy and anthropology. Human beings are mimetic creatures.
I've mentioned to the thinker Rene Girard on the show many times. Rene Girard, whose central idea is mimesis, the notion that human beings get much of their behavior and even their desires by imitating others.
You want the Rolex watch not because you know anything about watchmaking, not because you want to tell the time accurately. You can tell the time more accurately with a $15 Timex watch.
You want the Rolex watch because someone else that you like or admire or want to be like has the Rolex watch. That's why.
You are imitating not only the behavior of that person, but even the desires of that person.
We imitate each other.
That's how you get that number, which is why culture, indoctrination in the schools.
This is why the left wants to put gay porn in kindergarten.
That's why they want to put genderqueer in elementary schools, is to cultivate these kinds of desires.
Because that speaks to their basic anthropology, which is that men and women aren't really different, and we can be as gods, and we can control everything, and we don't need to follow any kind of traditions or transcendent moral order, but we can recreate the whole world anew, and we can maximize our individual autonomy and all the rest. I mean, there are hours of philosophical discussion that underpin those kinds of real political actions, the drag queen story hour and all the rest of it.
But I guess if you disagree with me and Rene Girard and philosophy and religion and all the rest, just what's the alternative explanation? How do you go, how is it now almost one in four, maybe more, identify as LGBTQ? I can't figure that out.
Today is Woke Wednesday.
