Speaker 3 Marjorie Taylor Greene rose to prominence as one of Trump's biggest defenders and more recently has become one of his biggest critics.
Speaker 3 In an 11-minute social media video that blasts Republicans, House leadership and attacks by the president, she says she's had enough.
Speaker 4 And I do not want my sweet district to have to endure a hurtful and hateful primary against me by the president that we all fought for, only to fight and win my election while Republicans will likely lose the midterms.
Speaker 3 Green is now one of a record 40 House members and 10 senators, mostly Republicans, who've indicated they do not plan to return to their seats after the 2026 elections.

Open enrollment is happening now on healthcare.gov. 22 millions of people are facing down huge premium spikes if enhanced Affordable Care Act subsidies go away.
NPR's Selena Simmons-Duffin reports.
Speaker 5 Republicans and Democrats appear divided over whether to continue the enhanced premium tax credits beyond December. Those have kept Affordable Care Act plan premiums down for several years.
Speaker 5 In a recent Senate Finance Committee hearing, Republican Chair Mike Crapo of Idaho explained why he opposes extending the enhanced subsidies.
Speaker 3 We cannot simply throw good money after bad policy.
Speaker 5 He says the enhanced subsidies paper over rising health costs and enable fraud. Democratic Senator Raphael Warnock of Georgia responded that the health care system is like a patient in the ICU.
Speaker 3 We need to stabilize the system before we can explore innovative treatment options for long-term care.
Speaker 5 The deadline for enrollees to pick a plan that begins next year is December 15th. Selena Simmons-Duffin and Pierre News, Washington.

Speaker 2 President Zelensky's office said Ukraine was ready to work as quickly as possible to achieve real peace. The BBC's Joe Inwood reports.
Speaker 6 The 28-point plan, as it stands, is seen by many as demanding the complete capitulation of Ukraine. President Zelensky has strongly suggested he cannot accept it, but that there is room to negotiate.
Speaker 6 That process will take place in Switzerland, according to one of his chief aides, over the coming days, where high-level Ukrainian and U.S. delegations will meet.
Speaker 6 Plans to see Ukraine give up swathes of territory and limit the size of its armed forces will no doubt be discussed.
