Hot Rod
Dragster!
Hot Rod and Dragster!
Fun!
Men!
Rock!
Oh yeah!
In a parallel universe, in 2011, the bugle came to an abrupt halt.
Hot Rod and Dragster were instead born in an explosion of fuel, sweat and pheromones.
The show translated from satire to hot guy funk rock, bro bands and the audience went wild.
Three years later the show pivoted once more to crypto.
This was also fantastic.
People cried.
Then there was the happening.
Hot Rod struck out one last time.
And Dragster, well...
Dragster is now in prison.
F ⁇ with stuff.
But anyway, in this this universe, however, the Bugle continued.
And after a brief hiatus, Andy Zaltzmann returned with a new lineup of comedy co-hosts, including Zoltor the Merciless, Randy Zaltzman, Sweet Zaltzy Sweet, Big Boy Zaltzer, and Dirty AZ.
No, no, hang on, sorry, sorry, that's another dimension.
In this universe, where we are here,
the bugle continued and it has run and run and it has now been downloaded hundreds of millions of times and is funded entirely by its audience.
Yes buglers, yes you.
Go you.
So what's the point of this intro and can we stop the music?
No?
Okay.
Well
we'll keep...
No for
sake.
Right.
So anyway, what's the point?
Okay, the point.
I can't remember what the point is.
The point.
The bugle lives.
The bugle lives in this universe.
It lives and it's great.
And this October, it will be 15 years old.
15?
15 years old?
There's going to be a number of things announced to coincide with this, but the point of this minicast is to announce a UK and Ireland tour coming to October starring Andy Zaltzmann and a range of other great people with dates in London on the 15th of October, Birmingham, UK on the 27th of October, Glasgow, Scotland 30th of October.
and Dublin, Ireland 3rd of November.
Tickets are on our site now.
Please come, bring birthday presents if you like.
Will Andy do pun runs?
Will I remember my passports?
Oh, by the way, yeah, I'm producer Chris.
F you buglers.
This is me who's taking this over because Andy's at the cricket and forgot what day it was.
Anyway, never forget to tell people that you love them.
You just can't say it too often.
And buy tickets.
Tell people you love them and buy tickets.
Goodbye.
Hot Lord,
Blackstone.
