Okay, it says infrared sauna detox weight loss.

Okay, I'm gonna go in.

I'll text you when I'm done.

This season on The Dream, we're looking into a world that is perhaps even murkier, muddier, some might say goopier than multi-level marketing.

The world of wellness.

I

woke up out of my sleep tonight with the idea that I should try to do wellness.

I just set the microphone down and I was like

thinking about taking a nap and then I remember why I hate sweating

because now I have to go take a shower before I can take a nap.

Like, how do people ride their bikes to work in the morning?

You guys just sit around all gross and sweaty in the office all day?

That's disgusting.

We'll talk to believers.

And so the oils actually have an active frequency.

And so when they touch your body, the reason that they're therapeutic is because of the way your body responds to those frequencies.

What kind of person wants to do that?

Someone who wants to make a lot of money and try to become believers ourselves.

They're gonna like spin me around in circles and make me dizzy and then lay me down and put these ear seeds on and be like, oh, you're rebalanced.

It's vegetarian.

It's vegan.

I don't care.

Come on, do it.

Take a sip, please.

For the show, for the show.

For the show.

Yeah, I didn't like it.

You didn't taria.

Sorry, I just left the tuning fork

session and I don't even feel like making any jokes right now.

It was

so...

I don't know.

I'm feeling emotional.

I don't want to say upset, but she was still questioning the decision to have the C-section.

And she asked me, well, what would have happened 100 years ago

if I was in this situation?

And I looked at her and I said, You and the baby both would have died.

Well, I think the best case scenario is that we're spending billions of dollars a year on substances that don't do anything.
