Speaker 1 it's Friday podcast. A lot of the show devoted to what was revealed in the Epstein binder yesterday.

Speaker 1 Liz Wheeler got one of those binders and walks us through how it all happened and what she was told. And then a word that I have never used

Speaker 1 in the way that I have today

Speaker 1 is used

Speaker 1 in a very careful and methodical way because it is the appropriate word.

Speaker 1 And a word that needs to be used if we are going to clean this mess up. All on today's podcast.
When I put food on my table for my family, it's important to me that A, it's good food.

Speaker 1 And I don't mean that it just tastes good. It's got to be really good quality.
And it starts with the meat. Every cut of meat from Good Ranchers, beef, chicken, pork, raised right here in the U.S.

Speaker 1 It's free from hidden additives like antibiotics, hormones, even seed oils. It's just meat.
I know, that's crazy.

Speaker 1 And they're upholding the values of tradition because when you shop with good ranchers, you're directly supporting local farms and ranches in the United States.

Speaker 1 When you go to the grocery store, 80% of that stuff is not from America. I don't care if it has a flag on it.
That is a red herring.

Speaker 1 You're directly supporting local farms and ranches in the U.S. when you shop at goodranchers.com.
These are the people who have been feeding Americans for generations now.

Speaker 1 And good ranchers, and by shopping with good ranchers, it actually helps keep them in business. Right now, you can get free ground beef, chicken breasts, or wild-caught salmon in every box for a year.

Speaker 1 You choose plus $25 off when you subscribe to Good Ranchers. It's not too late to start this new year's off right.
It's Good Ranchers.

Speaker 1 Go to goodranchers.com, use the promo code Beck, and claim your $25 off and free meat in every box for a year. That's promo code Beck at goodranchers.com.
American Meat delivered.

Speaker 2 You're listening to

Speaker 2 the best of the Blenbeck program.

Speaker 1 You know, I just want to say this before we go to Liz Wheeler. Stu and I are talking about what happened yesterday off the air.
And I know Cash Patel quite well. I vouch for him.

Speaker 1 I know Dan Bongino quite well. I vouch for him.

Speaker 1 I've known him for years when he was the body man for Obama.

Speaker 1 I know Donald Trump quite well, and I vouch for him.

Speaker 1 The only player in this that I can't vouch for, and it's only because I don't personally know her, I've never had any interaction with her, is Pam Bondi.

Speaker 1 And that's the one piece that just doesn't feel right to me because of what she said on Fox the night before. It doesn't fit.
Now, Liz Wheeler was invited to the White House.

Speaker 1 I told you a little bit of the story, but I'm going to give her the floor because I want, Liz,

Speaker 1 you have the time that you need to tell this story and I'm not going to interrupt you but tell us exactly what happened because you were there in the Oval Office yesterday

Speaker 3 I was and thank you for having me this morning Glenn you know I people are very mad about what happened yesterday and honestly I don't blame them for being mad I am I am also very mad about what happened yesterday right because We all expected to get the dirtiest dirt that we have ever gotten, the corruption of the government, the Epstein files.

Speaker 3 We were promised this. We expected this and we didn't get it.
Hang on just a sec. We didn't get it.

Speaker 1 Hang on just a sec before. I'm sorry, I have to interrupt.
But you have another reason because you were at the White House, but you didn't know that's what you were asked to be there for.

Speaker 1 So you are carrying, you looks like you're carrying water for the White House when you were just there and they call you in and say, oh, here's the deal, correct?

Speaker 1 I feel like if it's, if it's nefarious, you've kind of been used.

Speaker 3 Well, let me get to that because I think when I tell the narrative story, it will make clear. We weren't actually at the White House for that purpose.
The Epstein files is not

Speaker 3 why we were called in. We were called in to be given access to the most powerful people running our country.

Speaker 3 We met with almost every cabinet secretary, with the vice president, with the president himself, with all of the staff.

Speaker 3 We were given access as new media figures to replace the legacy media who has lied to us and demeaned us for all of these years. They are no longer going to be rewarded for doing that.

Speaker 3 So we were given the access to these people.

Speaker 3 But again, let me tell the narrative.

Speaker 3 I want to make sure that everyone knows what happened because

Speaker 3 people are angry and rightfully so because they felt like they were subject to a bait and switch, which

Speaker 3 was not the intention, I think, on anyone's part, certainly not on my part. So we were invited to the White House and we were in meetings with all of these different cabinet officials.

Speaker 3 And Pam Bondi, the attorney general, comes into the room with Cash Patel, the FBI director, and they talk to us about what they've been doing.

Speaker 3 They give us some glimpses of what's happening behind the scenes. And Pam Bondi then brings a stack of these white binders, these intimous white binders that say Epstein files phase one on them.

Speaker 3 And when we saw these binders, of course, all of our jaws dropped. And we had the same assumption that this was going to be the juicy stuff.
This was what we've been waiting for.

Speaker 3 And almost immediately, Pam Bondi says, wait a second, this is not juicy. You're not going to find in these binders what you think you're going to find in these binders.
Let me explain.

Speaker 3 And immediately, she holds up that letter. I posted that letter on my X account.
It was widely reported yesterday.

Speaker 3 And says, this binder is filled with 200 pages of Epstein files that was given to me by the FBI when I made the request upon the request of the president, because he was fulfilling his promise, to declassify and release the Epstein file.

Speaker 3 I asked the FBI, give me the the files. They brought me these 200 pages, put them on the desk, and assured me that this was all the files that they had.
And Pam Bondi relates to us.

Speaker 3 She's like, it seemed weird. I smelled a rat because this is all the files.
This is all we have. And she's like, and I repeatedly made requests to verify, are you sure this is all the files?

Speaker 3 And I was assured that this was all the files. And she's like, you will find in this binder that it's a nothing burger, that we have most of this information already declassified and redacted.

Speaker 3 I do believe there's a few things in there that hadn't, but it's nothing salacious. It's just a contact list of phone numbers.
It's nothing and flight logs, stuff we already have.

Speaker 3 And she said, the scandal is that last night, after it was clear that I was going to release these documents, I got contacted by a whistleblower from within the SDNY, which of course is part of the Department of Justice, part of the FBI.

Speaker 3 And this whistleblower told me that the SDNY was hiding potentially thousands of more documents about Epstein because they did not want her to release it.

Speaker 3 Now, this, of course, if true, is the scandal of the century. Yes.

Speaker 3 That there are deep state agents, swamp creatures in the swamp, in the FBI, in the SDNY, that are defying the President of the United States, defying the Attorney General, defying the director of the FBI.

Speaker 3 That is

Speaker 3 breathtaking.

Speaker 3 I mean, I'm at a loss for words and how breathtaking this is to see the swamp.

Speaker 3 Now, you and I know, Glenn, everyone with us today knows that just because you cut off the head of the snake, just because you replaced the top political appointees at an agency, it doesn't remove immediately all of those who would wish to subvert the will of the president.

Speaker 3 That takes time.

Speaker 3 And so the fact that we have concrete evidence in the form of this tangible binder that they gave this to Pam Bondi and told her, this is it, this is a smoking gun, when it is a nothing burger, that is a huge story.

Speaker 3 The entire SDNY should be fired. This price should be absolutely raised.

Speaker 1 I agree. So So put a pin in that for a second.

Speaker 3 That's what happened in the secure briefing room at the White House. We were then,

Speaker 3 we met with other presidents. We went into the Oval Office.
We talked to President Trump.

Speaker 3 We talked to Secretary of State Marco Rubio. We talked to HHS Secretary RFK Jr.

Speaker 3 And then, of course, we weren't allowed to have our phones on us during this time in the West Wing. They were in a secure box downstairs.

Speaker 3 We were told that we needed to leave this secure briefing room because the UK Prime Minister was coming and they were going to take us out the back of the White House and downstairs to get our phones.

Speaker 3 We were of course really excited because we had just gotten a coin from the president personally and he was showing us the portraits in the Oval Office. I mean it's a surreal experience to visit this

Speaker 3 central place of power and we were really honored to have been there as I think anyone would be.

Speaker 3 So we go out back, excited to get our phones, because as soon as we get these phones, we're going to dive into these binders.

Speaker 3 We know that there's nothing really in them but we have this letter this huge story to break that previously would have been given to the legacy media but it was given to us about the SDNY

Speaker 3 but as we're going out the back door we're we're rushed a little bit by white house staff and I personally found this funny because I'm a history nerd we're told hurry hurry the British are coming the British are coming because we needed to be out of the way of the of the hallway for the UK prime minister now being the political nerds that we are we all thought that was really funny once the last time someone shouted the British are coming in in in the White House.

Speaker 3 But once we get outside, we see that there's a gaggle of press essentially in the bushes to the side of the White House.

Speaker 3 And the looks on their faces, so sour, so dour, so astonished to see us because it wasn't a publicly announced meeting per se.

Speaker 3 And

Speaker 3 they were kind of like, what the heck are you guys doing here?

Speaker 3 And so we were, again, giddy from having been in the Oval Office, having just come out of a meeting with RFK where he was telling us some remarkable things he's working on.

Speaker 3 and they were curious about what we were holding. Now, this is a very important part of the story.
We had not been told up to that point that there was any sort of embargo on this information.

Speaker 3 It was our impression at that moment that within about two minutes, we would be able to break the story of the SDNY stonewalling Pam Bondi.

Speaker 3 And so when the media was so sour and bitter that we had gotten this binder, yes, we were kind of laughing at them.

Speaker 3 We were holding up the binders binders in defiance, saying, you know what, you've been relegated to the bushes because you lie and you smear and you gaslight the American people, and we are the media now.

Speaker 3 And

Speaker 3 that was the background of that picture.

Speaker 3 Now, within about two minutes of that picture being taken, we were told, please don't report on the binder itself or the story about the SDNY until 3:30 in the afternoon because they didn't want the press conference between Donald Trump and the U.K.

Speaker 3 Prime Minister to be solely focused on the SDNY Epstein files story.

Speaker 3 So all of a sudden, we are in this situation where the press has gotten photos of us with these binders that appear to be real Epstein files, and yet we knew that they were not.

Speaker 3 And we begged for the embargo to be lifted. The process of that embargo being lifted was frankly botched up.
That should have been, I mean, it was an error

Speaker 3 on the part of the White House not to allow us to go ahead and do that. We, of course, were being respectful of that embargo because we were just given an exclusive story.

Speaker 3 But what happened then is pictures of us

Speaker 3 holding the binders were the only things that we were allowed to post at that moment.

Speaker 3 But we thought we'd be able within about five minutes of those posts, just getting people's attention, to tell what the real story is. And yet the embargo wasn't lifted.

Speaker 3 And so it created this situation. And I cannot even tell you how frantic I felt in this situation, Glenn, because it appears to be a bait and switch.

Speaker 3 And my goodness, that's the last thing that was ever intended. I was frantic behind the scenes telling the White House, you have to let me tell this story.
You have to let me release this.

Speaker 3 Do you know what this looks like publicly?

Speaker 3 But unfortunately, it was at least over an hour before we were able to do that.

Speaker 3 And so in the interim, everyone in the country, understandably so, assumed that those binders were full of Epstein files and they felt like we were withholding information from them.

Speaker 3 They felt like we were engaging in clickbait. They felt devastated and used when they found out there was nothing in it.

Speaker 3 And again, honestly, I'll be blunt. I totally understand why people are pissed off because I am too about that.

Speaker 1 I am too.

Speaker 1 I'm pissed off for you and also as a citizen of America.

Speaker 3 Yeah.

Speaker 3 Yeah, and I think I think part of the thing that outrages me about this is like, okay, so basically it was a bad comms decision that led to a really significant story.

Speaker 3 I don't want to call it being overlooked because when I posted on X last night or yesterday afternoon, I was on a plane and said, here's the real story.

Speaker 3 I mean, as of right now, I think it's been, it's been viewed by 46 million people. So, I mean,

Speaker 3 we know, I mean, these are our people on X and in the conservative, in the conservative media sphere and American people. They, they,

Speaker 3 they're our people. They know us.
We know them. That we've been through everything together from COVID to January 6th to the vaccines to the assassination attempt.

Speaker 3 They know that we're seeking the truth. They know that we are that, and I don't, I don't even know why I'm using the word we.
They know that I am an honest broker.

Speaker 3 They know that I would never intentionally do this.

Speaker 3 And that's why I'm just telling this story because the real story here is getting pushed to the side. The real story is the scandal of the SDNY.
And that's the part.

Speaker 3 that I actually want to focus on because what happens from here on out is actually the important part. We have now identified that there are people trying to subvert the president from within the FBI.

Speaker 3 So what happens now? What does Cash Patel do? What does Pam Bondi do? What does President Trump do? Are those Epstein files really there? Are we going to be given those Epstein files?

Speaker 3 What happens from this moment forward actually sets the course for the rest of the administration and signals to deep staters in administrative agencies whether they can defy the president and the attorney general and the FBI director and get away with it or not?

Speaker 1 This is open rebellion revolution.

Speaker 1 This is way beyond insubordination. I'm going to talk about this here in a minute.

Speaker 1 But there's only one thing the president can do. And I expected Pam Bondi to do something this morning.
She set a deadline of 8 a.m. Well, 8 a.m.
Eastern Time is long gone now.

Speaker 1 And I'm wondering, is she on a plane going to New York?

Speaker 1 Are they going to begin arresting or shutting that down?

Speaker 1 You cannot play footsies with people who are

Speaker 1 defying the president of the United States and also

Speaker 1 protecting those who have committed some of the most heinous crimes. You can't do it.

Speaker 1 Or

Speaker 1 you're going to lose control.

Speaker 1 My question to you is,

Speaker 1 I don't know Pam Bandi.

Speaker 1 I think I've met her a couple of of times, but never, you know, I don't have a relationship with her at all. So I don't know her.

Speaker 1 The thing that bothers me is she was on Fox the night before saying that it was sitting on her desk. She was going to release it.
It wasn't everything

Speaker 1 that you were looking for, but she had read it. And you can't believe the grotesque things that have happened.
The way she...

Speaker 3 Did you say that? I didn't see that clip. A couple of people have mentioned that to me.
Forgive the interruption. Did she say the night before that there were

Speaker 3 things?

Speaker 1 me get the, let's get the whole thing and play it because it is, I don't know if that's my memory or if that was something that I read. I watched it in real time.

Speaker 1 And she did say it wasn't everything that you had hoped, but, and I don't remember what she said, you have the whole clip, play it.

Speaker 4 You said last week that you have the Epstein files on your desk.

Speaker 4 When can we see them and what's taking so long to release them?

Speaker 5 I do. Jesse, there are well over, this will make you sick, 200 victims.
200. So we have, well over, over 250 actually.

Speaker 5 So we have to make sure that their identity is protected and their personal information.

Speaker 5 But other than that, I think tomorrow, you know, the personal information of victims, other than that, I think tomorrow, Jesse, breaking news right now, you're going to see some Epstein information being released by my office.

Speaker 4 What kind? Are we going to see who was on the flights? Are we going to see any evidence from what he recorded? Because he had all of his homes wired with recording devices.

Speaker 5 What you're going to see, hopefully, tomorrow is a lot of flight logs, a lot of names, a lot of information. But

Speaker 5 it's pretty sick what that man did.

Speaker 1 Let me tell you about American financing. If all goes even mostly to plan over the next few months and years, we might really start to see a booming American economy return.

Speaker 1 The odds are at least more in our favor than they were in the last few years.

Speaker 1 I want you to imagine what it's going to look like for you, especially if you're either out of debt or well on your way toward being out of debt.

Speaker 1 This is where American Financing can come in and literally change your life and the lives of your family.

Speaker 1 For over two decades, American Financing has been helping people just like you get to where they need to be, and they could help you and your family as well. So give American Financing a call.

Speaker 1 You might be surprised at what options you didn't even know you you had, from mortgage refis to other forms of debt consolidation, even accessing the high equity that you have in your home to pay off high interest debts.

Speaker 1 American Financing, it could be saving you hundreds of dollars a month, maybe as much as a thousand. It's American Financing at 800-906-2440, 800-906-2440, or go to AmericanFinancing.net.

Speaker 1 Now, back to the podcast. You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.

Speaker 1 I want to be very exact on what I am saying because what I'm about to say I mean

Speaker 1 and I am choosing the words carefully because these are some of the most dangerous words or most powerful words in our country.

Speaker 1 We have been standing at a crossroads for a while now. And it's not a crossroads of our choosing.
It is the crossroads of necessity.

Speaker 1 In November, we made our first choice

Speaker 1 which road we wanted to travel. The people voted and the selection was made and the winner was pronounced by the Electoral College and the popular vote.

Speaker 1 And it was such a shock because this man was supposed to be Hitler. Every tool was used against him, but he campaigned and told us exactly what he was going to do.

Speaker 1 He was going to stop the corruption, arrest the bad guys, secure our borders, get Elon Musk to follow the money and streamline the government. He was going to fire much of our government.

Speaker 1 Trump said he would also release those things that were withheld for reasons that seemed to be only to protect the wealthy and powerful. Epstein was part of that promise.

Speaker 1 That's what America, like it or not, left-wingers and the press, that's what America voted for, that agenda. And the president is executing it in an unbelievable fashion at hyperspeed.

Speaker 1 He is doing exactly what he told us he would do.

Speaker 1 We asked, if anything,

Speaker 1 please.

Speaker 1 Please, just create an administration that is not going to play the same game over and over. Tell us one thing.
I'm on team average American.

Speaker 1 And then betray everything you told us you were going to do. And so far,

Speaker 1 he's given us the people and he's given us the action that he said he would.

Speaker 1 Far too long, we have let shadows just go. They've lengthen across our institutions

Speaker 1 that we've entrusted with our liberty. We've just seen them just start to go into darkness and

Speaker 1 we would ring the bell, but nobody would do anything about about it. For far too long, we have whispered words like corruption and betrayal, and they have become more and more

Speaker 1 open.

Speaker 1 But there are a few words that

Speaker 1 really,

Speaker 1 at least me, I haven't even whispered them. But the time for clarity for me arrived yesterday afternoon.
It's been building for the last 20 years. It picked up steam with the Biden bribery scandals.

Speaker 1 The way it was all covered up and then excused. An old man, he was just confused.
Too confused to stand trial, but not too confused to have his finger on the button.

Speaker 1 The cover-up of that, which is now laughingly being exposed by Jake Tapper, the man who insisted over and over, this isn't senility, it's just a stutter. Really? Was it?

Speaker 1 Today,

Speaker 1 we have to use new language.

Speaker 1 The word that I avoid like the plague because it is the only one mentioned, the only crime mentioned in the Constitution, and it comes with the punishment, death, is treason.

Speaker 1 And I use that word today not as a casual accusation. I understand the constitutional reality, but we cannot

Speaker 1 We can no longer ignore that part of our Constitution.

Speaker 1 So let me begin laying this case out with what the word treason means because unlike many people on the left, I believe words matter, especially this one.

Speaker 1 Constitution, Article 3, Section 3, defines treason plainly. Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them or adhering to their enemies, giving them aid or comfort.

Speaker 1 Only crime mentioned specifically in the Constitution.

Speaker 1 That should show you this is a testament to its gravity. And to convict, according to the Constitution, it demands two witnesses to an overt act or a confession in open court.

Speaker 1 And the punishment is death at the discretion of the courts. History shows most times mercy has prevailed, but just as mercy is not

Speaker 1 a weakness, justice is not

Speaker 1 optional.

Speaker 1 Treason is a word that you do not use lightly. It is a blade, the last one you pull out, and it is forged in the fire of betrayal.

Speaker 1 It is sharpened by the oaths that have now been broken, apparently, if this is true, what they say.

Speaker 1 It is an oath broken by those who swore to protect and defend the Republic and the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Speaker 1 So let me ask, let's take an inventory of what we've seen, just really a lot of this in the last week.

Speaker 1 Bureaucrats, unelected, unaccountable, funneling your hard-earned dollars,

Speaker 1 your tax dollars that you practically practically sweat blood over.

Speaker 1 You send it into Washington and these unelected, unaccountable bureaucrats have funneled them to radical revolutionary NGOs

Speaker 1 who are intentionally designing systems to destroy the fabric of America and freedoms, not just here, but all over the world.

Speaker 1 They are housing, let's just say, the threat of what happened on our border with your tax dollars spent on five-star hotels in New York City for those threats.

Speaker 1 They have come after Texas for busing these people to their beloved sanctuary cities, claiming Texas has no right. All the same time,

Speaker 1 they're lecturing us. Texas has no right.

Speaker 1 They have shipped people all over the country in the middle of the dark. And we find out this week that they allowed the TSA at airports to board people with no other ID

Speaker 1 other than an arrest warrant.

Speaker 1 The FBI,

Speaker 1 disobeying President Trump's order to turn over the names, the recordings, and the videos of one of the most vile crimes on our books, one that has gone...

Speaker 1 gone in circles for years.

Speaker 1 They've withheld them, apparently.

Speaker 1 Do those records even exist? Don't tell me we don't have the tapes. Don't tell me we don't have the evidence.

Speaker 1 We mounted a case and threw somebody in jail who was, who hung themselves with paper sheets. And then on top of that,

Speaker 1 his partner, literally in crime, is still in prison. What?

Speaker 1 We condemn those people to those that was their life over flight logs and what was released yesterday

Speaker 1 it's a lie it exists or it did

Speaker 1 now we also find out yesterday that members of our CIA and Intel organizations are threatening to sell or release state secrets if they're fired If their power isn't preserved.

Speaker 1 Well, okay, I don't know about you, but our nation's security is not a bargaining chip in their game of self-preservation.

Speaker 1 Anyone who would even think about threatening our safety and our security and the secrets of our republic to preserve their little fiefdom are certainly the very definition of the word traitor.

Speaker 1 One who commits treason.

Speaker 1 Prosecutors in in the Southern District of New York. They are now supposedly clutching the Epstein files.

Speaker 1 Evidence, hear me, evidence of the most unspeakable crimes against the innocent, refusing now to release them to the Department of Justice, defying the Attorney General and defying the President of the United States.

Speaker 1 They have also siphoned billions, if not trillions, of dollars through fraudulent schemes.

Speaker 1 The oaths to protect the Constitution disregarded like yesterday's newspaper that you just wrapped the fish in.

Speaker 1 When the duly elected leaders of this nation issue lawful constitutional orders,

Speaker 1 some now in the deep state are folding their arms and saying, nah, no, not only are we not going to obey those orders, you can't even fire us. Or we'll release secrets.

Speaker 1 This is not the definition of insubordination. When it comes to the safety of our nation and upholding the laws, the highest laws of the land that

Speaker 1 is spelled out in the Constitution, it's not insubordination. It's not a policy disagreement.
It is rebellion against the very framework of our government.

Speaker 1 A framework they raised their hand to swear to protect and defend.

Speaker 1 If that's not treason, I don't know what is.

Speaker 1 Let's take and actually measure this against the standard. To levy war.

Speaker 1 What does that mean? Well, you can levy war. It doesn't necessarily mean cannons and barricades.

Speaker 1 You can mean a war of subversion,

Speaker 1 a war of defiance against the constitutional order.

Speaker 1 To give aid and comfort to enemies doesn't mean that

Speaker 1 you're cradling them in your arms and then sending them band-aids. I mean, I guess it could.
It also doesn't mean you're arming a foreign foe. It can be shielding domestic criminals and predators.

Speaker 1 Rapists, groomers, those who prey on our children.

Speaker 1 Remember what we're talking about here, because I want every Republican, Independent, Democrat, anyone who is preying on our country or the world's children to go to jail.

Speaker 1 They are now being protected under the guise of privilege or power.

Speaker 1 When you withhold

Speaker 1 evidence of heinous crimes like this, when you obstruct justice at the highest of levels, when you undermine the will of the people expressed through their constitutionally elected representatives, you're not just breaking the law, you are breaking the trust of a nation, you are eroding the foundations of the republic, you are an enemy to the Constitution of the United States.

Speaker 1 My friend, you are a traitor and you are committing treason.

Speaker 1 However,

Speaker 1 before we get to the death penalty,

Speaker 1 before I

Speaker 1 well,

Speaker 1 let me just take the death penalty because that is the

Speaker 1 sentence.

Speaker 1 If you are convicted of treason, the sentence is death. Okay?

Speaker 1 I don't like the death penalty, generally speaking,

Speaker 1 because, I mean, I didn't create that life.

Speaker 1 I don't, I'm not comfortable with the, you know,

Speaker 1 power to destroy that life. Now, the catch for me has always been, it's innocent life that we protect.
All right, still.

Speaker 1 But if we're going to do the death penalty, which I agree with, I'm just uncomfortable with, and I think we all should be at least uncomfortable with it, it should be for the most heinous crimes.

Speaker 1 And one of the most heinous crimes I can think of is raping children, engaging in sex slavery. That rises to the death penalty.
But if it is even possible to be worse than that,

Speaker 1 it would be protecting those who engage in that satanic rite.

Speaker 1 especially when it is done to preserve your or their power or wealth.

Speaker 1 Death penalty.

Speaker 1 It's a heavy thing. It is a final thing.

Speaker 1 But it is a tool

Speaker 1 of justice.

Speaker 1 And the Constitution and the courts hold that authority guided by evidence and reason, not emotion and vengeance. There are acts so egregious, so destructive to the soul of this nation, the founders

Speaker 1 saw fit to name them and set them apart.

Speaker 1 There are some betrayals that cut too deep to ignore. That some enemies, foreign or domestic, threaten the very survival of liberty, and they entrusted you and me, the people, to recognize them

Speaker 1 and name them. You're streaming the best of the Glenbeck program, and you can find full episodes wherever you download podcasts.
So I thank you so much for listening.

Speaker 1 If you missed the first part of this hour, make sure you get into the podcast because I'm making a case on treason, which I have never made before

Speaker 1 that I can remember. Yeah, kind of a big deal.
You usually very much stay away from this sort of thing. So, I mean, I'm interested to see where this goes.
So

Speaker 1 let me pick up on what we have seen because we have watched those in power twist the rule of law into a weapon against the innocent. while shielding the guilty over and over and over again.

Speaker 1 The Biden laptop, innocent whistleblowers who just told the truth, destroyed by our FBI and DOJ, only to find out later that those whistleblowers were correct, that the FBI and DOJ had known those things were true for years.

Speaker 1 But it didn't matter to them. It protected their power.

Speaker 1 We've seen medical professionals now not just run what I believe is the largest medical experiment at scale and a scale that Mengela would have never imagined and forced the twisted cures after creating the curse of COVID, all in the name of their God, money and power.

Speaker 1 But those same trusted medical

Speaker 1 professionals then

Speaker 1 committed treason, I believe, against the most sacred and the precious among us, our children. They began to butcher and mutilate children under the banner of progress.

Speaker 1 Prosecutors have targeted parents who dare protect their children, and bureaucrats amass wealth and influence by selling you out.

Speaker 1 Now, when it comes to the Epstein files, the tapes, the documents, the proof of evil locked away not to protect justice, but to protect the powerful. That's not incompetence, that is not negligence.

Speaker 1 This is a calculated assault on everything that we hold dear.

Speaker 1 I have always said when you negotiate or when you are serious about something, never ever threaten. Make promises.
So this is a promise, not a threat. This is a certainty.

Speaker 1 Those in the deep state should understand things have changed. The American people are waking up and every day more eyes are open.
More voices will rise and join the voices of those who are awake.

Speaker 1 More hearts burn with the realization that this cannot stand.

Speaker 1 And this administration, this clear-eyed, resolute administration, is unlike anything I have and I think most people have seen in their lifetime.

Speaker 1 They will not and must not play the games of the past. They will not and cannot negotiate with those who barter our future for their own gain.

Speaker 1 They will and must not look away from the crimes of people,

Speaker 1 the powerful people that are protected by a corrupt division or agents of the FBI.

Speaker 1 They will and they must end the game that this country has been playing for the powerful and the elites, not on some levels, but on every single level. It must come to an end.

Speaker 1 So.

Speaker 1 I believe

Speaker 1 based on,

Speaker 1 well, if I were president,

Speaker 1 based on what we've seen with the FBI, just on this, let alone all the other things we've seen just in the last week, that today,

Speaker 1 because there was an 8 a.m. deadline, or perhaps this weekend,

Speaker 1 you should see the first steps, the arrests at the highest echelons of the FBI and DOJ, not out of spite, but out of duty.

Speaker 1 These people should be perp walked if this is true. Handcuffs on those who think that they are untouchable, not as vengeance, but as justice.
The rule of law and the Constitution demands it.

Speaker 1 The Constitution itself requires it.

Speaker 1 And I think we the people deserve it.

Speaker 1 And if it doesn't happen when our FBI is in open rebellion,

Speaker 1 then

Speaker 1 come come next week we need to demand why?

Speaker 1 Why isn't this happening? If they're in open rebellion, why haven't you shut that office down?

Speaker 1 And listen, if you are one of those people who have chosen the path of defiance, hear my promise to you clearly.

Speaker 1 You continue down this road at your own peril.

Speaker 1 Times have changed.

Speaker 1 You are not the rulers of this country. You are its servants.
The country doesn't belong to you.

Speaker 1 It belongs to us, all of us, both Republican, Democrat, and yes, even those smart enough to lead the way away from those two impostors and become independent, beholden only to the truth and to the Constitution and her people.

Speaker 1 This people, we the people, the first in human history, created a constitution that you swore to uphold, not to subvert.

Speaker 1 You've mistaken your positions for power,

Speaker 1 your influence for

Speaker 1 invincibility.

Speaker 1 But the tide has turned.

Speaker 1 The American spirit, no matter what you did to it, battered,

Speaker 1 beat it up. It's not unbroken.
In fact, it is rising to meet you.

Speaker 1 And this time, because it knows exactly the evil it's dealing with, especially if you are covering the crimes of sex with minors, we understand that is evil.

Speaker 1 This administration, backed by the will of the majority of those who voted, will not flinch. You think Donald Trump's going to flinch? You think Donald Trump's afraid of you?

Speaker 1 Donald Trump will act legally, constitutionally, but decisively to restore what you seek to dismantle. Imagine this.
Evidence goes missing all of a sudden. Tapes vanish.
Files are shredded.

Speaker 1 What happens? What happens? Do you think this president does nothing?

Speaker 1 If that happens, this president has every right and in fact the duty to demand accountability and then put those people up for trial. But I believe, for the first time in my life,

Speaker 1 I believe that trial should be a trial of treason.

Speaker 1 If it is proven that you aided and abetted the worst of humanity, that you shielded those who preyed on the defenseless, betrayed your oath for either your personal gain or for someone else's elite privileges, then treason isn't just a word, treason is a charge.

Speaker 1 And the courts, not the mobs, not the machines, will weigh the evidence. Two witnesses, an overt act, that's the bar.
Cross it, and the consequences are yours and yours alone.

Speaker 1 No one should interpret anything I've said

Speaker 1 as trying to create fear. Mm-mm.

Speaker 1 I've been very careful in what I've said because this is about clarity.

Speaker 1 Evil must be stopped and you don't stop it with chaos or mobs. You stop it with constitutional order.
You don't do it with vigilantes.

Speaker 1 You do it with the law, the Bill of Rights, the Constitutions, the principles of liberty. They're not suggestions.
They're the bedrock of our nation.

Speaker 1 And for those people who wage private wars, split off from the chain of command, think that your little office in New York can get away with defying the president, the DOJ, and the head office of the FBI, you are mistaken.

Speaker 1 You can't defy the president and attorney general. And if you do, you have made yourself a domestic enemy of that constitutional order.

Speaker 1 To those who understand their oaths, soldiers, lawmen, citizens, our duty is clear. Act within the law, uphold the Constitution, and let justice flow like a river.

Speaker 1 If it's an unlawful, unconstitutional order in America, you are encouraged, in fact, you are charged with the duty to stand against it.

Speaker 1 But hiding or, God forbid, destroying evidence of crimes this heinous is not just unconstitutional. It is a crime against nature and nature's God.

Speaker 1 The safety of our children is not your bargaining, Chip.

Speaker 1 Where the rule of law isn't a privilege for the connected, where the government answers to the people,

Speaker 1 not the other way around.

Speaker 1 That was an idea. That was an experiment.
That was a dream.

Speaker 1 It's not a dream. dream.
It's reality. And we're never there perfectly.

Speaker 1 But the more awake we become,

Speaker 1 the better we get. To the statist, to the revolutionaries, to the criminals who have forgotten their place,

Speaker 1 you will feel the full weight of your actions because this administration is not about social justice. This administration is about equal justice.

Speaker 1 And it's not because we seek your destruction or because we disagree with you politically.

Speaker 1 It's because we demand our country's survival. You had your turn.
You had your time to run the country as if it were yours, but it never was yours.

Speaker 1 It is ours to protect and ours to reclaim.

Speaker 1 So here's the promise that I think the President has already made, but I'm hoping that we're going to see it in action in very bold ways here in the next few days.

Speaker 1 This ends now.

Speaker 1 The game is over. The American people, guided by a resolute administration,

Speaker 1 will

Speaker 1 constitutionally

Speaker 1 see justice done, not with malice, with resolve, not with excess, but with precision. If arrests come, if charges follow, if treason is named, it's not going to be a spectacle.

Speaker 1 It is going to be a reckoning. A reminder that liberty isn't free.
Oaths are not optional. That betrayal has a price.

Speaker 1 For those of you who are thinking about, well, you know what, I'm going to stand, just know this.

Speaker 1 You should turn back now

Speaker 1 or face what's coming.

Speaker 1 The choice is yours. The outcome is inevitable.
This ship will right itself. We will protect our children.
We will restore the Republic.

Speaker 1 And we're going to do it together, both Republicans, Independents, and Democrats. We will do it constitutionally.
We will do it legally. But we will do it unflinchingly.

Speaker 1 The dawn has come.

Speaker 1 It is a new day for America. America.

Speaker 1 Those who oppose the Constitution or

Speaker 1 violate their oath,

Speaker 1 your day

Speaker 1 is coming soon.
