The fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
This is
the Glenbeck program.
Well,
hello America.
something was released.
It comes from the DNI, aka Tulsi Gabbard's office.
It is one more step towards, yeah, Barack Obama, yeah, looks like he did do something wrong.
We're going to give you all the evidence and try to walk you through this because this is significant again, but I don't think people really understand what was released last Friday.
So we're going to try to bring you up to speed on all of this in just a minute.
It does matter.
First, let me tell you about rough greens.
You've ever watched a dog eat grass?
Yeah, it's not exactly because they're like, I love salad.
Put a salad down.
They don't want it.
Dogs instinctively look for what their diet is missing.
They're smarter than we give them credit for and sometimes, you know, a little sadder than we notice.
When a dog starts slowing down, not chasing the ball anymore, stopping halfway up the stairs and just sitting there, it's easy to blame age, but sometimes it's nutrition.
Most kibble food, it's dead.
It's been cooked, preserved, stored, shipped until there's nothing left in it.
You wouldn't want to, you wouldn't serve this to your kids.
Why would you serve it to the other member of your family, your dog?
Rough Greens has a nutritional boost you add to your dog's meals loaded with vitamins, minerals, probiotics, enzymes, things that are alive, real living nutrients designed by vets to bring your dog's food back to life.
And when that happens, your dog comes back to life too.
Get a free jumpstart trial bag for your dog today, $20 value.
You get it for free.
You just cover shipping.
Go to RoughGreens, RUFFGreens.com, RoughGreens.com, or call them at 214-Rough Dog.

Hello, Stu.
Hey, Glenn, how are you?
Good.
Did you get a chance to read the latest from the DNI?
I did go through it.
It's interesting because it's obviously a story that's years old now, and it's like I'm trying to remember all the beats of it a little bit.
I mean, maybe we should go through that timeline of what happened, but there's some pretty big breaking news today.
Yeah, so this was embargoed.
We got it early this morning, and it was embargoed until, I think, 7 a.m.
Eastern time.
So we've taken the last hour and a half when we opened it up and really tried to go through it.
And we're doing a show on this tonight.
So we're going to take you through the whole timeline.
It'll be a great chalkboard for you to be able to understand it because this does matter.
And I'll explain why tonight fully, but I'll also do that here as we go along.
So
what is your understanding of what was released on Friday?
I think maybe it's it's just better to go through the timeline rather than going through my miss because
I find myself, and I don't know if everyone else is like this or not, but I find myself combining bits and pieces of this story with other things that I remember from that era.
And then, like,
I feel like piecing this all together really needs a step-by-step.
Okay, so that's what we're going to do out of the chalkboard tonight.
So, you'll really be able to understand.
But let me take you through
in a rough way what this is all saying.
Okay.
We know that the FBI had the,
what do you call it, the hurricane
fusion GPS.
That's the steel dossier.
We know now that the steel dossier was completely discredited.
Remember, the steel dossier said he was over giving golden showers, you know, with hookers in Moscow.
It had all kinds of just horrible craziness in it.
And it showed that what they were trying to say before the election was that he's going to be beholden because Putin has all of this stuff on him.
Okay.
And this was all paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign.
And they had it.
They gave it to the FBI.
The FBI saw that it was Christopher Steele, who had been wildly discredited in the intelligence community.
He used to be, I think, an MI5 guy,
and then was caught lying to the FBI and in a bad way.
And so they're like, no more.
We cannot use him anymore.
He is not a reliable source.
So when they get it, they look at it and they're like,
really,
there's nothing.
We can't do anything with this.
That's why it was not released before the election, because the FBI had it and they were like, there's nothing here.
here.
However,
that gave them enough to be able to go to the FISA courts and say, there might be something here, Judge.
There might be something here.
Now, they had to, literally, an FBI lawyer doctored the evidence to be able to get it across the line with a FISA court.
And this is proven in a court.
Proven in a court.
He doctored actual documents and made it say the exact opposite of what it said because otherwise they wouldn't have gotten the warrants for the FISA court.
And he was either convicted of this or pled guilty.
I don't remember which one.
I don't know, but he was.
It's not like a thing in that we're just making an accusation.
No, no, no, no.
No, he actually doctored a document.
Yeah, and what he did should have given him five to eight years, but the judge was Bozeman.
The guy in Washington, D.C., the federal judge who has been trying to obstruct Trump on all, you know, you can't, you got to, you got to stop the plane, you know, mid-flight and turn it around.
That guy, that's the guy who was the judge on this.
He was found guilty, and then the judge said, I don't remember what it was,
you know, 400 hours of community service and, you know,
parole.
So it was nothing.
It should have been five to eight years, but it was a slap on the wrist, but convicted.
of it.
So
they have it and it's discredited.
And the CIA and everybody else knows this is not reliable.
It's not released except in whispers because of that.
So you heard, you know, some people saying,
some are reporting that there is a bank
in Russia that is being pinged by Donald Trump's bank here.
We don't know what that means.
Well, that was in the Steele dossier.
And no one could pin it down.
They just had word from official sources in the FBI
that
some documents exist that show that this might be happening.
Okay.
So it's just a whisper campaign, all done through official channels for Hillary Clinton.
Okay.
So they get the FISA, they find that nothing with Papadopoulos, and so they stop buying with him.
They go to Carter Page.
There's nothing there.
And so Donald Trump wins.
This is a shock to the system.
system.
Everyone expected Hillary Clinton to win.
So it's a shock that he wins.
Now there's a presidential daily briefing called the PDRB, presidential daily briefing.
It is something that comes to the president.
It says, this is the latest on Intel.
This is the latest what's going on.
And once you are a president-elect, you get that PDB.
Okay.
Michael Flynn would have also gotten that
PDB, and so they would have read it.
So
Donald Trump, I mean, Barack Obama is told, hey, there's a presidential briefing coming out tomorrow about Russia, and it's going to show that they didn't try to interfere electronically.
Really important.
They didn't interfere electronically at all.
They were not capable of doing anything that the media had been saying that it might have happened through official sources and whispers that they are doing this.
But also there was the whispers because of the discredited steel dossier that they were doing all these things to help Donald Trump get elected.
So knowing that this now is going to say this and Donald Trump's team is going to have it, the president says, don't issue that presidential daily briefing yet.
I want to have a meeting on it tomorrow.
So Brennan then puts out an email to the people who prepare this and say, don't prepare this.
The president
wants to go in a different direction.
We're having a meeting tomorrow.
So the daily briefing is scrapped.
They have a meeting, and President Obama says, I want this to read that they were
trying to
hurt Hillary Clinton and help Donald Trump.
Okay?
Forget about the other stuff.
So this is where Obama's like, oh, apples and oranges.
You know, we never said, well, I know.
You never printed the stuff about
the tech in that briefing because you wanted now to focus it.
That showed nothing.
You wanted to now show, wait a minute,
they were helping him win against Hillary Clinton.
But there was no new evidence, none.
In fact, Comey from the FBI said,
there's nothing here.
Even Clapper was hesitant to do it.
It was Brennan that was like, got it.
And when you say apples to oranges,
this is their excuse from
the last release of documents, right?
The last release of documents had a piece in there where it said,
We have no evidence of Russians going after voting machines and altering votes.
Correct.
And what they're saying is it's apples to oranges.
Of course, we still believe that.
What we were saying was they had propaganda efforts to help Donald Trump.
Correct.
And they're saying those are two different things, so we're okay.
It's not just propaganda because USA Today, I could give you this later on the show.
USA Today did something on their propaganda and said there was no propaganda.
What they were trying to do was sow Discord.
They were doing mainly race-based stuff.
And they were just pitting.
They were taking one side, one
tweet would be, you know, against Hillary Clinton, the next one would be about Donald Trump.
We remember about that at the time.
Right.
And so all they were trying to do was sow discord.
All right.
Now,
once
President Obama said, I want the presidential briefing, I want this added to it,
there was pushback because there's no new evidence.
On what evidence are you going to do this?
And you want us to produce this right now?
I mean,
we don't have anything new.
How are we going to produce this?
Brennan said, not a problem.
They're going to use the steel dossier.
Remember, discredited.
FBI knows it's discredited.
The CIA knows it's discredited.
They know it comes from Hillary Clinton's campaign.
And
if that hadn't have been discredited, they would have used it prior to the election, okay?
Because it was damning.
But now they're desperate because he's in.
So now use whatever you can.
So now they say that, well,
they were trying to throw it to Donald Trump.
They were trying to hurt Hillary Clinton.
Well, there's no evidence of that at all.
In fact, what the Steele dossier says is that Donald Trump was, you know, giving hookers a golden shower in Moscow?
And so they have all of this dirt on him.
And what they're going to do is he's going to be a puppet.
Remember that?
He's a puppet.
That was their essential argument.
Correct.
He's a puppet because he's so dirty, and the FSB has all of this dirt on him that only the steel dossier knows about.
And he's going to be a puppet.
of the regime.
That's what they're trying to say.
But again, only the discredited steel dossier is saying that.
So during the day, nobody has reported on any of this stuff.
Nobody has reported on it.
The minute that
that meeting is over, that night,
the New York Times is working on a story.
that say
intelligence officials now say
that the Russians were trying to throw the election for Donald Trump.
So, surprise, surprise, all of a sudden, the same day,
this narrative that Obama just said he wanted in the presidential briefing is now in the New York Times.
So, it now begins to open the door.
Credible officials are starting to talk about this.
Okay?
You now have information
that
shows that Brennan's
advisors,
the intelligence officials, came into his office, high-ranking intelligence officials, came into his office and said, we can't do this.
There's nothing new.
This violates all of our principles on how we collect
information and how we process.
It's moving too fast with nothing new.
We can't do this.
Brennan listens to three of them.
Now, there is their objections objections in writing that we now have.
And he says, well, you just don't have the information that I have.
But he never reveals what information he has.
Until, I mean, to this day, he has never said what information he had that
his number two and three and four
were objecting to and saying, well, no, then show us that information.
How are we doing this?
Okay.
So he never says anything.
Now the new information that comes out today.
Do you follow this so far?
Yes.
And by the way, you can follow along with these actual documents.
They're up at Glennbeck.com.
Okay.
So
now the new information today,
I'll give it to you in 60 seconds.
First, let me tell you about PragerU.
Remember the first time somebody really challenged what you believe, not mocked it, not shut it down, but ask a question that made you go, wait a minute, I don't know.
Maybe it was a a teacher who refused to toe the line.
Maybe it was a friend who had been reading something different.
Maybe it was your own kid coming home from school and asking, you know, why haven't you told me America's the bad guy?
And you're like, wait, what?
And then they produce some evidence that you hadn't heard before.
And if you're smart, you went, I don't know.
I have to look that up.
I don't know that story.
Either way, you felt that shift.
It was a moment where you realized, if you don't teach them, someone else will, and you don't have the answers.
Well, this is why PragerU exists, Not to tell people what to think, but to give them a fighting chance to think at all.
They have hundreds of videos on history, economics, and values, and PragerU is free.
It is powerful, one of the most important tools we have to turn the culture around.
I am proud, proud to partner with PragerU.
Dennis has done one of the best things, you know, as a public service, I think anybody has done.
Prager U exists now because of him and because of you.

It is free and just takes a few minutes.
You can teach them the truth before it's forgotten.
You will also see on that page something that I am working on with them and will be released soon from PragerU.
Go to PragerU.com slash Glenn.
Remember, use the slash Glenn or it will take you to their main page, which does not relate to a lot of this stuff.
PragerU.com/slash Glenn.
10 seconds and back to the show.
Okay.
What's released now today are new documents.
So Obama responded yesterday and said, it's apples and oranges.
You know, there's no evidence of anything.
I think this is why Tulsi Gabbard waited.
I think they were were waiting for the response from President Obama, and I think Donald Trump tried to goad him into that response by saying he needs to go to jail.
So he responds and says, This is there's nothing.
This is all old news.
Well,
here's some news.
What was released today, about two hours ago, is additional information.
Remember, their premise was that
Putin and Russia wanted Trump to win and was was helping Trump.
Let me show you the documents that they actually had,
the compromising material that Russia supposedly had on Trump, the stuff that fueled the headlines about the golden showers and everything else.
You know about this, but it was garbage intelligence.
Unverifiable fragments, okay, rumors.
But post-election, John Brennan overrules and he says, nope, that's exactly what is happening.
They just, Putin just wanted Trump to get the GOP nod,
et cetera, et cetera.
But no collaboration.
Here's what they did have.
They have a document that was released today, the real compromising material that Russia had, and it wasn't on Trump.
It was on Hillary Clinton.
The document details the SVR, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service.
They have reports from 2016 on the hacking of the DNC.
They allegedly had intel that Obama and the Democratic leaders were extraordinarily alarmed.
First about, see if you've ever heard this, Hillary Clinton's health.
Remember when we said her health?
Remember when she passed out or dropped, you know, she was getting into a car?
We're like, there's something wrong here.
What's wrong?
And they said, no, she's just tired and there's heat.
Apparently, the intel now
showed that Obama and the DNC were extraordinarily alarmed about Clinton's health, calling it a potential serious negative impact on her chances.
And they outlined type 2 diabetes, ischemic heart disease, deep vein thrombosis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Plus, listen to this, intensified psycho-emotional problems, uncontrollable fits of anger, aggression, and then cheerfulness.
That one's weird.
I've never seen that, but allegedly also they say that she was on heavy tranquilizers daily.
She was obsessed with power and afraid of losing.
And
Russia also knew about alleged secret meetings where Clinton allegedly offered State Department favors to religious groups for campaign support.
All of the ethical standards, galore.
They knew about all of this, including something from the FBI.
I'll tell you next.
This is Glenn Beck.
So every family has a house that lives on in a memory.

I received
a what's called embargoed
document early this morning, and it was embargoed until about two hours ago.
And so we've spent the last two hours trying to go through it and understand what it says.
And it's from Tulsi Gabbard.
And it is explosive document.
And you're going to understand
how important this document is in just a minute.
And I'm going to show you tonight on chalkboard.
I'll lay all of this out on a chalkboard tonight because it's hard to follow just by talking about it.
Yeah, it's going to be, it would be helpful to have the chalkboard.
And by the way, you can also get the exact documents onlineglenbeck.com right now.
So before you go on to the new information, though, I'm trying to see if I trace this back correctly.
So before the election,
Trump
is,
there are these accusations against Trump, which are in the Steele dossier, that everyone has inside the government, and they have already said there's nothing here, right?
These are discredited.
They
then then have a very surprised election result.
So they were not planning on necessarily using this.
They didn't think they had to.
Yes.
But then they lose the election.
And now, afterward,
they are trying to think about how to thwart Donald Trump as he becomes president.
Get him out of office or at least just shut him down.
Shut him down.
They are planning.
on releasing a PDB to the president, which would be on record to everybody, including Trump and Flynn,
That says nothing there with the Russians.
There's nothing there.
Electronically.
Electronically.
Nothing there.
And
they then
are, before that comes out, Obama or
Obama.
It was Obama.
No, it was Obama.
It's on record.
We have a document.
That he said, look, let's delay.
Let's have a meeting first.
Don't put that in writing.
They have some meeting.
They decide in that meeting that they are
going to present this instead as actually the Russians are trying to help Trump.
And the evidence for this is the Steele dossier.
Correct.
Which they all knew had been discredited or it would have been released earlier.
CIA and FBI have problems with this.
They express those issues in writing and say, hey, this is
what new information.
What new information do we have?
In writing, Brennan says, we don't have any new information.
We're moving forward anyway.
This is what the president wants.
Correct.
That
new
briefing finds its way into the New York Times the next day
from quote-unquote intelligence sources.
Probably Brennan.
Lays the groundwork for everything that happens afterwards.
Correct.
Okay.
So now Obama says yesterday that, you know, there's nothing here.
There's nothing new.
Apples and oranges.
You're comparing different things.
Okay.
Well, that all falls apart when you see what they didn't put in.
Remember, what they did was they said, Russia was in the bag for Donald Trump, and he's going to be a puppet because they have so much dirt on him, as found in the steel dossier, okay?
But here's what we did have.
And this is the released memo.
You have to read just for history.
You have to just look at it because there's probably only 25 people in the world that had seen this document, okay?
Before today.
Before today.
This document, there are only five paper copies.
It is so top secret that it was not allowed to be put on any kind of digital format.
And it was all kept in the highest level safe, okay?
Donald Trump saw it at the end of his administration.
This is the document that he said, I want that released.
And then they didn't release it.
Remember, on his last day, he's like, I want this.
I declassify it and I want it released.
And then after he left office, they didn't declassify it and they didn't release it.
And it is also most likely the document that they were looking for when they went to Mar-Lago.
Because that Mar-Lago raid made no sense.
Made no sense.
This happens all the time.
Every president, as you saw with Joe Biden, what, three days later, he had stuff in his garage that was top secret.
They were looking for something in particular, and what they were looking for is this document.
This document now is at Glenbeck.com, released two hours ago.
This is the highest level of top secret we have.
So what's in the document?
The document details SVR, which is the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, and the reports from 2016 from Russia about the hacking of the DNC.
Remember, they were hacked and nobody could figure out who hacked them.
And there was never anything about it.
And everybody was like, what?
That's no big deal.
No big deal.
Why was that no big deal?
Do you remember that?
And nobody seemed to care about it.
It was like, really, no big deal.
Well, in this report, it shows it was a very big deal because out of that hacking,
the Russian Foreign Service, at least this is the information they got from Intel on the Russian Foreign Service, that they had the intel now that Obama and the Democratic leaders were, and I'm quoting, extraordinarily alarmed about Clinton's health, calling it a potential serious negative impact on her chances.
Type 2 diabetes, ischemic heart disease, deep vein thrombosis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Plus, listen to this, I'm quoting, intensified psycho-emotional problems,
uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness.
That last one is, I mean, I would have said this has no credibility at all.
I've never seen her cheerful.
She was also, according to the intelligence that they got from the Russians based on the DNC hacks, she was allegedly also on heavy tranquilizers every day, obsessed with power and afraid of losing.
Russia also knew about the alleged secret meetings where Clinton allegedly offered State Department favors to religious groups for campaign support.
Ethical standards, ethical scandals galore, including pressure on the FBI over her email probe via high-ranking DOJ official.
Russia had all of this, all of this.
And then we had the steel dossier
from a discredited FBI source
that said Russia has pictures of him giving golden showers.
Now, they are saying the steel dossier, which they had already discredited, Obama says, go back.
They said, we have no new information.
Go back and use this and show that Russia was trying to get Trump to win.
He was trying to help Hillary Clinton lose because he had all this dirt on on Hillary Clinton, on Donald Trump, so he could be a puppet.
But the facts show the exact opposite.
Now, does this sound familiar?
This is what the left always does.
Whatever they're accusing us of doing, they're doing.
The Russians actually had all the dirt from the DNC hacking.
or at least we believed they had it from this official Russian report, that they had all the dirt on Hillary Clinton.
Now, if Putin was really trying to win,
why wouldn't he drop these nukes?
Why wouldn't he have pushed these things out?
Instead, they seek milder stuff.
And they are trying to undermine democracy overall.
They're trying to split us.
They're not electing Trump.
They're trying to divide us.
They don't, they think Hillary Clinton is going to win and they think that this is going to be good for them because they have all of this stuff.
They're also, according to sources, they're also kind of afraid of her because she seems unstable.
Okay.
So
what does Obama do?
He says that Russian actions showed they have a clear preference for Trump, but they admit all of the reports from Putin's advisors warning a Trump win could mean a Republican Congress hostile to Russia.
Remember, we said Donald Trump is more, he's stronger on Russia than any president has been since maybe Reagan.
What are you talking about?
He likes Russia.
He's really strong against Russia and compared to anybody else.
Remember, Hillary Clinton was like, I'm going to do a reset.
The steel dossier is then shoehorning, being shoehorned in to this document as additional reporting on Putin's intentions.
Despite the CIA vets who are going into Brennan's office, on the record, we have documents proving that they went to and said, you can't do this.
This is DNC opposition research, unverifiable hearsay, fabricated claims.
regurgitated media stories.
You can't do this.
Steele has been fired from the FBI because he was lying to the FBI.
And you can't, you're going to, you're going to misrepresent it as legitimate intel from an FBI source with a layered network and admit all bias, all the payments, all of the sub-sources that are unknown and unvetted.
And we are going to also not include the stuff that we know they have from the DNC hack about Hillary Clinton.
Brennan's response to his team is, yeah, but on Donald Trump, doesn't that ring true?
Well, no, that's not facts.
That's an opinion.
That's advocacy.
Doesn't that ring true?
That's not the way.
And they point this out.
That's not the way.
That's a violation of how we do Intel.
So
Obama orders the new guidance,
limited coordination, no broad peer review at all, and to publish before Trump takes office.
This is a coup.
This is a lie.
This was all manufactured.
Now, Obama denies all of it, but
today
only five copies existed, only in paper, and they were all in the most confidential safe of the United States government and released two hours ago that show all of this.
So
why hide the part about Clinton?
If you were actually doing something,
you could say, we have this from the Steele dossier, but we also have this that we know Russia has on Hillary Clinton.
But they don't do that.
Instead, they say, Trump's a Russia puppet
and completely leave out that what they're really wanting is to be the puppeteer of Hillary Clinton.
It's all released today.
You tell me,
does
this matter?
Does the president, the former president of the United States, instructing the CIA to change course,
to allow them and encourage them them to leave out really important facts, use something that had already been
discredited, and then within a few hours, before any of this had been done, start a whisper campaign and leak to the New York Times that
CIA officials are now looking into some pretty serious charges about Donald Trump.
This was planned and coordinated, and it goes all the way to Mar-a-Lago
because this is the document they thought he might have.
They had to get rid of this document.
They did not want him to release this document.
But don't worry, if we get it out of his hands, which he didn't have, if we get it out of his hands, well,
we'll put him in jail, so he'll never be able to tell this story anyway.
And DNC, uh, the DN DNI, Tulsi Gabbard, comes out today and releases this document.
It's all at glennbeck.com, and we'll have the full chalkboard on this tonight at 9 o'clock, only on Blaze TV.
All right.
Remember when you were a kid and you hated bedtime, you'd kick, you'd scream, you'd negotiate a hostage
release just for five more minutes?
I remember that.
I mean, I remember asking, you know, going down, it's late at night, and I just wanted to stay up a little, and I'd ask my mom really important questions.
But mom, I have a really important question.
And she knew what I was doing because my kids did it to me, and I knew exactly.
However,
now I love bedtime.
Sleep is wasted on the youth.
It really is.
Think about bedtime in the middle of the day.
Yeah, I do.
Here's the problem.
You're not sleeping well.
You lie there, you stare at the ceiling, you wake up three times in the middle of the night, you try to count sheep, you've tried breathing exercises, and nothing.
If you want real restorative sleep, the kind that makes you feel human again, you need to try Z Factor from the makers of Relief Factor.
It's a sleep supplement designed to help you fall asleep and stay asleep and wake up from that, you know, sleep without hangover or, you know, anything you get from other sleep aids.
By the way, this is really top-shelf stuff and it's cheaper than the other sleep aids.
Z Factor works to support your body's natural sleep cycle, so get the rest you really need.
Z Factor, you're going to get 46% savings.
It's 95%.
Sorry, it's $19.95.
It's a 30-day supply.
The first time Z-Factor buyers are going to get that, so you can just try it for 30 days.
ReliefFactor.com or call 1-800-4 Relief.
That's 1-800, the number 4, relief.
You know, the left's got a roadmap
straight off a cliff.
Let's take the right trail.
Glenn Beck returns shortly.
Unless you're in like Europe, you know ice is important, okay?
And pebble ice just hits different.
There's something just deeply satisfying about that soft, chewable texture.
You know what I'm talking about.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, God.
I got a pebble ice machine like five years ago.
It's like private air travel.
It is.
I mean, it's like,
it's that good to have in your house.
You're like, I am successful.
Yes.
That is exactly how it feels.
The Chef Man Pebble Ice Maker is a compact, portable version of this, and it is awesome.
Game-changing.
It doesn't require a water line.
It just fills the tank, you turn it on, and you enjoy up to 33 pounds of fresh Pebble Ice a day.
Yes, it fits neatly under most kitchen cabinets, which is where I keep mine.
Just as great, though, at your office, at a home bar, out on the patio during a summer barbecue.
It is awesome.
Whether you're just entertaining guests or just trying to survive the heat, Pebble Ice has become the unexpected star of the show.
And it is true, Countertop Ice Maker delivers it fast, consistently, without any hassle.
It's just perfect.
I love it in my soda.
It's incredible.
It is well-built, it's easy to use, and it is built to last.
It makes the perfect gift for someone that you care about.

But anyway, G writes in, Glenn, how can a person with no heart have pulmonary pulmonary issues?
Good point.
Johnny, none of this means a damn thing if there are no arrests and jail time.
True.
Kenneth, when the balloons fell at the DNC, her reaction should have been a sign of all of this.
It was weird.
Scott, Brennan will just pull an Ollie North and take the hit.
No one else will be touched.
Michael, send Hillary Biden and Obama to alligator Alcatraz.
I would say that's a pretty good idea.
Oh my gosh, you want them eaten by alligators?
No, only if the bad guys try to to escape.
What do you have a problem with electric fences and razor wire now?
It's the same thing, except we save money on razor wire.
I'm just saying.
This is Glenn Beck.
We have Alan Dershowitz coming up as
Jelaine Maxwell apparently is going to be testifying.
And Dershowitz says she is the Rosetta Stone to all of this.
Anyway, imagine explaining to your kids that the lights are out because the internet wanted a snack.
It's basically what we're dealing with.
Massive AI data centers consuming energy like it's a buffet line, all while the power grid, built decades ago, tries to keep up.
And the Department of Energy says blackouts could jump by 10,000%
over the next couple of years.
So it's not what if anymore, it is when.

This is
Hello, America.
Welcome to Wednesday.
We have a big show tonight.
We're going to explain what Tulsi Gebbard just released,
an extraordinary secret memo.
Only five copies of this existed on paper in the most secret vault.
I believe this is what Mar-Lago, the raid, was all about, but it is pretty damning
on what happened back in 2016.
And, you know, I actually think Donald Trump goaded
Barack Obama into saying something yesterday because this proves, hmm, no, not so much.
But we'll talk about that tonight.
I got chalkboards for it.
Blaze TV, 9 p.m.
I have
Alan Dershowitz on because there's another story that broke yesterday that it looks like Jelaine Maxwell is going to now possibly testify in front of Congress.
on what she knows.
And he says she's the Rosetta Stone.
So we're going talk to him about why would we even listen to her and what does she have?
What does that mean she's the Rosetta Stone?
Alan Dershowitz coming up in just a second.
First, let me tell you about Patriot Mobile.
You know, the other day I was thinking, your cell phone company knows everything.
It knows you better than you think.
I mean, they know where you go, what you text, who you text, you know, what you Google.
They know who you vote for.
And
if you're with one of those big mobile phone companies, they're taking some of the money that you send them every month, even though they know, you know, you, and they pass it on to organizations that actively oppose the values you believe in.
It's like paying somebody to boo you from the front row.
There is an alternative, Patriot Mobile, America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
They support the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the unborn, our military, our police, the Fourth Amendment.
I mean, I think they're a little sketchy on the third, you know, the quartering of soul.
Anyway,
they love the Constitution and they put their money and their time where their mouth is.
And they use the same 4G and 5G networks the big guys do.
In fact, they'll help you find a plan that fits your needs and your budget and make switching easy.
If you believe in faith, family, and freedom, you don't have to fund the other side anymore.
Make the switch today.
Go to patriotmobile.com slash Beck or call 972 Patriot.

Alan Dershowitz, professor emeritus of the Harvard Law School, host of the Dirth Show, Show, and the author of a new book called The Preventative State.
We got to do a podcast with him on this.
It's a really great book, Preventative State.
Alan, welcome to the program.
How are you?
Good.
Always a pleasure to be on with you.
Thank you.
So I heard you the other day say
Jelaine Maxwell is the Rosetta Stone.
Yep.
What do you mean by that?
She's known him longer than anybody.
She was his girlfriend.
Him with everybody.
She traveled the world with him.
She made all the arrangements for people to come visit him, to fly on his plane, to go to the island, to go to his home in New Mexico, to go to his home in New York and Paris.
She has records that will show who he was with.
She knows everything.
She knows more than anybody.
I probably know.
After her, I probably know as much as anybody else because I was his lawyer and I told him he had to tell me the truth about everything if he wanted to get the best possible deal.
And so I assume he did tell me, for example, if he had been a spy for the CIA or for the Mossad, I would be the first person he ever told because that would have helped him get a better deal.
And of course, he told me he was not anything like that.
But she knows much more than I do.
So if she is willing to disclose everything, then I think we'll get to the bottom of this and know who's innocent and who's guilty.
But how can we possibly trust her?
She's gone through all of her appeals.
She's facing, you know, she's in jail for 20 years.
I mean, you're in that situation.
Well, you never trust.
You always verify.
What you do is you ask her for leads.
You say, where is the information?
And then she has to provide it.
It's not going to be her word against anybody else's.
It's going to be she's providing information.
She may have a written record.
She may have travel records.
The records may be in England.
They may be in a vault somewhere.
But
it's always
distrust and verify when you're dealing with anybody in prison.
So
the government knows how to make deals.
I've participated in deal making for years.
I think it was Abby Hoffman who once said, in the halls of justice, the only justice is in the halls because that's where the deals get taken.
And so it's constantly the case where mafia killers are having reduced sentences in exchange for information about their bosses.
Corporate thieves are given immunity or given reduced sentences in order to turn in.
Look, when I used to teach criminal law at Harvard Law School, I would tell them: if you're going to commit a crime, there's one rule: always commit a crime with somebody more important than you are so that you can turn them in and they can't turn you in.
It's the name of the game.
Let's make a deal.
And so there's no reason not to make a deal with Ghelane Maxwell.
She's already served five years, which is longer than anybody has ever served for this kind of a crime.
But I mean, wait, she was grooming a thousand girls.
Well, there's no information about no evidence about that.
The evidence is that she
arranged for people to come and give massages.
We don't know whether she was aware of the nature of the massages because he kept his own life private.
But even if so,
you know,
look at you know, Sean Combs, how much worse he did, and he's going to, you know, probably get far less less
than five years.
Five years is a lot of time for a woman in her 60s.
And if you can exchange a couple of years
of freedom for all the information that you need, it's probably a deal that's worth it.
So why hasn't she done this
before?
And
why did she get 20 years when others don't ever see that?
Because she got Jeffrey Epstein sentenced.
You know, he would have gotten the 20 years had he stayed alive, but because he died,
somebody had to be held responsible.
And so she got a sentence way in excess of what she would normally get.
If he had stayed alive, government would have made a deal with her.
She would have gotten no time.
She would have testified against him, and
he would have gone to jail for the 20 or maybe 30 years, life imprisonment because of his age.
And she would have gotten nothing.
But because she had nobody to testify against, he was dead, she got prosecuted, convicted, and sentenced to the 20 years.
So normally she would not.
Usually people who are in that position are the ones who testify.
So
you say a grand jury
would not lead to anything, but this might?
This would, definitely.
Grand jury wouldn't, because grand jury testimony is always tailored in the narrowest possible way to provide just the minimum information necessary to indict.
They don't want to give the defendant other information.
So I don't think you're going to find much in the grand jury, but you will find a lot in the information that has been sealed by the three federal judges.
But let me tell you what you're going to find.
You're going to find a lot of false accusations.
Let me give you an example.
Give you an example of two women.
One is named Sarah Ransom.
And during the run-up to the 2016 election, she wrote, I don't know, 50 or 60 emails to Maureen Callahan at the New York Post in which she swore that she had videotapes of Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump, Richard Branson all having sex with children.
They investigated and found out it wasn't true and she eventually admitted it was totally made up.
So if you're going to produce the names of the people she accused, you have to also produce what her background or take another woman named Maria Farmer.
She was on CNN the other day as if she was the angel Gabriel testifying truthfully.
But she has a history of lying and making up stories about people.
She's also a Holocaust denier.
She has emails, I have them in my possession, in which she said there were no Jews killed in the Holocaust, the Jews killed everybody else in the Holocaust.
This is a nut case.
And she is the one that CNN is interviewing without giving any explanation about her background.
So what's happened is we've heard one side of the story.
We've only heard the accusations.
We know that there are accusations against Bill Richardson, the former ambassador, against George Mitchell, against Ayud Barak, against the granddaughter of Jacques Cousteau.
What we don't know is whether any of these allegations are true.
Now,
do you know?
I mean, I know you can't say anything because of, but have you seen evidence of things?
Yes, of course.
I have.
Of course I have.
And I know, for example,
a few obscure people who nobody ever heard of.
And there's very substantial evidence that maybe they did have consensual sex with young girls,
maybe some above the age of consent, maybe some below.
Yes, there are such records,
but they're not a famous people.
I know
involving Donald Trump or Bill Clinton or Bill Gates or any of the people who have otherwise been accused whose names are well known.
I don't know of anything that would corroborate that.
I know of a lot of false accusations by people who shouldn't be believed.
But if you're going to release the names of the accused, you have to also release the information about the accusers because there are many accusers out there who never met Jeffrey Epstein.
They just collected money by making false accusations and their lawyers collected money.
So this is a deep scandal, which is complex and gray area.
And although obviously the villain of the piece is Jeffrey Epstein, there are other villains as well.
There's also some mixed stories.
There are women who were were victims and then they became perpetrators.
They went out and solicited 14 and 15 year olds for Jeffrey Epstein and got paid to do it.
So, you know, there's a lot of gray area here.
And if we're going to get to the whole truth, we've got to make sure we get to the whole truth, including the role of some of the people who have made accusations.
So if she testifies, it will be behind closed doors.
It would have to be.
I think initially it would be behind closed doors, but then you would have have ⁇ look, I want everything
from day one, I want everything to be out there.
I don't think anybody should be protected here.
Let the public decide who's telling the truth, but only after they hear all the information.
When they hear that, you know, Maria Farmer is an anti-Semite, a Holocaust denier, and that she accuses, you know, Jewish people of doing terrible things, then you ask yourself, maybe she has a motive.
You know, she doesn't believe that the Holocaust occurs.
Maybe she didn't believe that
there were false accusations, too.
She made false accusations.
She lied herself, as well as Sarah Ransom.
So let's get to the bottom of everything, every single thing.
Is this going to happen?
If a deal is made with Glene Maxwell, it will happen.
If you're her attorney, what are you saying you hold out for?
Commutation, time served,
probation, maybe
something that gives her something in exchange for her giving away all this information.
Ellen, Alan, always great to talk to you.
We have to schedule you for a podcast for your book, The Preventative State.
Yeah, we'd love to do it.
Thank you so much.
I'll be back.
Thank you so much.
Alan Dershowitz from The Dirs Show.
What do you think of that, Sue?
I mean, I think he, I don't know how he does it.
I don't think I could be, well, I know I couldn't.
I couldn't be an attorney and then know that guy is dirty, dirty, dirty and not say anything.
I couldn't do it.
It's tough.
He's the attorney in this case.
Yeah.
So he's talking about it in a way that an attorney talks about it.
And I understand.
And he's also, by the way, been
by all appearances, falsely accused of terrible things.
And there were problems with these witnesses.
The idea that Jillian Maxwell went out and just was recruiting 14-year-olds for massages and had no idea what was going on
is completely insane to me.
I, I don't, I don't, again, I, I understand what the point he's making, but man, I, I, if we care about 14-year-olds being sexually abused, a deal cannot, cannot result in Jelaine, Ghelane Maxwell, whatever her freaking name is, uh, having, uh, being released or having some super light sentence.
I mean, I don't, I don't think five years is a lot at all.
In my opinion, again, he's the lawyer.
He's much smarter in these matters than I am.
To me, it is absolutely not enough.
And 20 years is not enough.
And
it can go longer.
Because I don't believe that she didn't.
There's no way she didn't know.
She was, he just started by saying she knows everything.
She was a girlfriend.
She was a confidant.
She knew.
Again, he's in a tough spot here because he has attorney-client privilege.
He was the defense attorney in this case.
So I understand that his lines, but I'm just taking it out of that context and talking about my own moral views here.
Yeah, and
I don't think it helps.
I mean, it would be good to have all the information, but I don't think it's not going to solve anything, especially if it's behind closed doors.
It's not going to solve anything.
Because I would say if this were reversed and it was Joe Biden or whatever, and Hunter Biden was rumored, Hunter Biden's on that list.
And then she comes up and Joe Biden's in office and he gives her a pardon and she says, even truthfully, Hunter Biden's not on that list.
Do you buy it?
So put yourself in the shoes of the other side.
They're not going to buy that.
I mean, I'll fight on that ship that Donald Trump did nothing with 14-year-old girls.
I'll fight on that ship until the day I die.
I just do not believe that.
But
I don't think it's helpful for her to come out and say, and he definitely wasn't a part of it.
Yeah, and I'm pretty skeptical.
Anything that Ghelaine Maxwell says is going to change anybody's opinion or outcome or get us any more information.
I don't think she's trustworthy at all.
Trustworthy.
She was telling 14-year-old girls it's going to be okay.
I believe me.
There's no, I have no credibility.
However, the one way we can make sure that we worsen the situation of making sure that people who do these types of things, grooming and more, are
are not punished,
the one way we can be sure we're going the wrong direction is to make sure someone we know did this has a lighter punishment that's the one thing we can all come together and say we should not want i don't
know what i don't know what she was charged with i don't know what the evidence was i haven't looked into her case um so i mean his point may be for what she was charged with don't charge
He was basically saying what she was charged with is worth about five years, but what she got was his sentence.
And I could see that being,
the way he laid that out made sense that she, because in reality, if Epstein was alive, she probably would have cut a deal.
I wouldn't have been happy with that deal, though.
No, but I don't think that's what he was saying.
He wasn't saying...
Yeah, that she would have cut a deal to make Epstein's,
to make sure we got a conviction more on Epstein.
Yeah.
And therefore, she would have had a lighter sentence.
It might have been five years or less.
And that's probably true.
And I would have been, Epstein was the main target, so I would have been maybe okay with that.
But bottom line is they both should be in prison prison for a very, very long time.
And again, I understand he's got legal lines.
I mean, Alan Dershowitz cares about these legal lines a lot more than I do.
You know, he can't say the things that, you know, he's an attorney in this case, but we can say them.
And I'm, you know, frankly, not thrilled with a deal with Ghalain Maxwell
for any reason.
I can't imagine one I'd be happy about.
Not at all.
Not at all.
All right, let me tell you about Good Ranchers.
You know, your wife asks you to eat clean.
I get it.
I get it.
So, you know, take the big hamburger out in the pizza in the driveway and just hose it down.
I think it would ruin the flavor, but at least it'd be clean, honey.
I don't know what you even mean by that.
But
she's like, no, know where your meat is coming from.
Well, I know where my meat is.

Tonight, a special on Blaze TV.
It's the Glenbeck Wednesday night special.
How many chalkboards have you seen me do on RussiaGate?
How many scandals did we talk about that now are all seemingly connected?
How many Susan Rice emails have we exposed, did we look at over the years?
How many handwritten notes describing meetings in the White House have we exposed over the years?
You may have missed some of this, but it is all tied in, especially to what was just released.
I can't tell you how important what was released today is.
There were only five paper copies of the document the DNI released today.
Tulsi Gabbard released a document, five copies, the highest level of security.
It's now been declassified.
It was in the highest level of safe, not allowed to be electronic.
I believe this is what they were looking for when they went to Mar-a-Lago.
They thought Donald Trump had a copy of this.
This is what was supposed to be released.
On his last day out, he said, I declassify this.
I want it released.
They held on.
Well, if you read today, what's in that, we talked about it in the first hour of today's podcast.
You missed it.
Go back wherever you get your podcast.
And we go through all of it.
The document is at glennbeck.com.
So go there now, glennbeck.com, and make sure that you see she dropped the mother load today.
And
there's a lot of dots to be connected.
And it's hard to do unless you see it on a timeline.
So we have a timeline with a chalkboard.
We're going to take you through.
It all leads directly to the Obama White House and Barack Obama.
We're breaking out the chalkboards tonight, many of them.
In fact, there's more of them now since he released this this morning.
We're going to take everything and lay it out and show you this mass conspiracy.
It starts tonight, Wednesday night special, Blaze TV and on my YouTube channel, youtube.com slash Glenn, the Russiagate Conspiracy Timeline, a complete guide to expose everyone.
This is Glenn Beck.
So, you know, that human evolution poster, you know, where the people, the ape slowly turns into a guy standing upright?
A lot of people are dealing with pain right now, and that is living everything in reverse.
You know, used to walk tall, back straight, you know, chest out, looking like a Greek statue.
Now we shuffle into the kitchen like gollom looking for, you know, the ring.
Pain will change you.
It changes how you walk, how you sleep, how you show up for the people who matter.
And the worst part is that you start to think, this is just it.
This is how life is now.
Like your warranty expired on your 40th birthday.
That's that.
But then somebody hands you a relief factor.
And it's not a magic bean.
It's not a band-aid.
It's research back natural to fight the inflammation that is causing most of our pain and our disease in our body.
And it...
It works.
It works for me.
Hopefully it worked for you.
It works for about 70% of the people who try it.
It will help you
evolve back out of the ape and back into the upright man.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
David Barton is on with us here in just a second.
He is, somebody, one of his guests, a representative from Texas, was on because Texas, and I think it was...
One of Barton's guests?
No, I'm sorry, one of Joe Rogan's guests
was taking David Barton down because of what he's trying to do and what we're trying to do about putting the Ten Commandments in classrooms.
And I think it's Arkansas and Texas have passed a law, we told you about it a couple of days ago, where the if, if the public provides a copy, and it's got to be a certain kind of copy, of the Ten Commandments, it has to be posted in the classroom.
So we've put together something where you can get 30 copies.
The average school has about 30 classrooms.
You get 30 copies exactly the way the law dictates it has to be.
It's a dollar per copy, and you just bring it to the classrooms, and they have to post it.
Well, this
one particular representative in Texas just said David Barton is a clown and all these kinds of things, doesn't know what he's talking about.
David is pretty well versed versed in
constitutional history.
I'd like to see a little debate between the representative and David Barton on the Constitution, but we're going to take him to task on this and see if the facts hold up.
We'll do that coming up in just a second.
The DNI released today, about a couple of hours before we went on,
a bombshell revelation about Barack Obama.
I personally think, well, I know Donald Trump knew it was coming out today,
and I think that's why he goaded President Obama into speaking because it just proves what Barack Obama said is untrue.
And it is literally a bombshell.
We're going to talk about it tonight.
It's available at Glennbach.com, but it is probably the big story of the day.
But I want to talk directly to
Democrats, to people who don't vote like I do.
Okay.
Is there anything that is a line?
What if this story is not about Donald Trump?
It's not about Barack Obama, but it's about a line that no government, yours or mine, is allowed to cross.
Because
what has been revealed, and not by fringe blogs, not by right-wing media, but somebody who used to be a Democrat voted for
Hillary.
Did she vote for Hillary in the end?
I think she did.
She voted for Hillary Clinton, I think, in the end.
But she was a Democrat, a loyal Democrat,
now is a director of national intelligence and somebody who you just cannot argue loves the country and will serve the country.
She is in the most dangerous position outside of the presidency of the United States.
She is the one that stands in the doorway of all of the spooks in America.
And these are people who will just kill people in the middle of the night and go have a sandwich afterwards.
And what she revealed
is that top intelligence officials under Obama knew there was no credible evidence of a Russian vote tampering in 2016.
If you listen to today's podcast or you watch tonight's show, you'll see that I know that people are saying, well, no, it's apples and oranges.
It's really not.
And today's release proves that.
They knew that the public information or the information that they had did not match the facts.
They changed the official assessments.
They held back things that would have shown that actually the puppet probably would have been Hillary Clinton, and Russia knew that because of the DNC hack.
And
they didn't change all of this to uphold democracy, but to shape it.
Not to inform the people, but to steer the people.
And they've done it over and over and over again.
So let me ask you, if Trump done this, if
his intelligence department rewrote intelligence to frame Biden, would you say that was justified?
I'm asking our side.
I wouldn't.
Would you?
No.
No.
No.
If the facts aren't there, the facts aren't there.
I want to know the truth and I want to be able to trust the people who are sitting there with a button.
So
I would say if Donald Trump had done this to try to thwart Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden, it would have been a coup.
In fact,
you on the streets would call it fascism, and you would be right if he did it.
So why is it different when the facts target the people you
like?
When does the truth become optional?
Because I don't believe it does.
To be on the right side of history, the truth is never optional.
Because when you make exceptions, that's when
real freedom and democracy fails and falls.
You know, he's a rapist.
He's a Nazi.
He tried to overthrow the government.
Now, maybe you believe that.
You know, I don't know.
I don't think so, but maybe you're right.
But even if...
all of that were true, it still would not justify lying to the public, changing intelligence, weaponizing that intelligence, and undermining due process.
Never, because you don't have, you have a dictatorship.
You have an out-of-control government.
You cannot become the things you despise to stop the things you despise.
And if you think that they will do it just this time and not other times, they're showing the pattern.
And if you think they won't do it to you, they always do.
This is a warning from history.
You know,
in the Roman Republic at the very end, citizens were told that Julius Caesar had to be stopped for the good of the Republic.
So emergency powers were all granted.
Rules were broken, exceptions were made.
And then when the threat was gone, the power
remained.
It didn't go away.
All those exceptions, saw those rules.
And there you have the fall of the Roman Republic.
Weimar Germany, both the left and the right believed the other side was destroying the country.
See if this sounds familiar.
So they violated every democratic norm they claim to defend.
And in that mutual rage, the middle collapsed.
And in that vacuum, Hitler rose.
And then they were in trouble.
Well, now half the country doesn't trust the elections.
The other half doesn't trust the dissent.
And
both sides think the other side is not just wrong, but evil.
This is one of the things that is coming out in these documents.
This is what the Russians were actually trying to do, to pit us against each other so we tear each other apart.
So what happens when truth no longer matters?
Only team matters, only punishment?
Well,
I think you know.
When you read a headline that confirms your side is right, do you feel relief?
Do you feel, you know, glee that the other side is hurting?
Because if you feel the pleasure that the other side is hurting, you've already left the Republic.
And I know that's hard.
But I want to ask people who don't vote like me.
I'm not asking you to vote like me.
I'm not even asking you to believe me.
I'm asking you to care when any side, your side, my side, left, right, center, uses power dishonestly.
And separating from all the other times.
I can agree with you.
Yep, this has been going on.
Both sides are doing.
But unless we stop and say this cannot stand, we start fresh today.
This cannot stand.
And I stand with you, if Donald Trump or anybody on the right violates the Constitution or violates what our democracy is built on, I'm with you.
We cannot go back in time.
We have to, we can't change, we can't worry about the future.
We can only take care of the now.
So, what are we going to do right now?
Forget about the past, forget about the future.
What can we do that is right
right now?
Because once the story stops being about politics and starts being about us,
we can
see the problems clearer.
But when the truth no longer matters,
power doesn't need to ask our permission ever again.
And that's what we're all trying to avoid, isn't it?
So I would just ask, because honestly, I'm at a point in my life,
and I think you're there too, I don't trust anybody.
I don't trust anybody.
And, you know, so many people in the country would say, I don't trust you, and I'm not asking for your trust.
I am just a guy like you trying to figure out what the hell is going on.
Now, I probably have more information than the average Joe because I've done this now for 25 years or 30 years, just investigating stuff.
I have a team that is well trained, that looks into all these things, that I, that I,
we fight with each other because we know what we want to believe and we're like, wait, stop it.
When somebody on the team is like, yeah, but this makes more sense.
Yes, but does the evidence say that?
Or does your gut say that?
And that's when I'll say, here's what my gut tells me.
I don't say this is the truth.
I say, here's what my gut tells me.
Something seems wrong and here's what I think is happening.
That's not true.
That's speculation.
But when I can show you the facts, you've got to deal with the facts.
And nobody wants to deal this document.
In your lifetime, Stu, have you ever heard of a top, top, top, top secret document where it could not be held
digitally and only five copies were made.
They were in the top, see the highest level security safe.
And only maybe a handful of people ever saw this document.
And it was released relatively in real time.
This is not something from 1960.
This is something from 19 or from 2016.
Have you ever seen a document like that released?
Ever?
I mean, I think the whole point of it is we're not supposed to see those documents, right?
Yeah.
Yeah.
This is, yeah, and this was a, this oversight investigation and referral was September 2020 when it actually was released.
It was put together.
But it was, it was on the 2016 election.
Yeah.
So, I mean, it's really new
in that in that that context.
And how do you dismiss it without reading it?
That's what's going to happen.
Because I'm looking up at the news.
I'm not seeing anybody covering this.
I don't see the cable news companies covering this.
Fox probably has,
but I'm not seeing anything on MSNBC.
I'm not seeing anything on CNN.
They are doing what they did.
with the Hunter laptop.
They are doing what they did to the Hunter laptop story,
as I am sure they were encouraged to do this time by the same people that told them, you don't need to cover the Hunter laptop story.
This is disinformation.
I can guarantee you, no, I can't.
Most likely, it is exactly the same players
that called about the Hunter laptop story.
that is calling them and saying there's nothing here.
And those players are the ones named in this
document and these documents that have been released.
And yet the press will continue to listen to them.
You must not.
It doesn't mean you change your mind.
It just means you've at least opened your mind enough to read the document from
another point of view and go, let me give this a fair shake.
I mean, I read Andy McCarthy's stuff.
Andy McCarthy, who I really respect, when he says this is nothing.
Okay, I took that on and said, okay, Andy, I respect Andy.
I know he knows what he's talking about.
What is his case?
I just think he's wrong on this.
And a lot of people think he's wrong on this.
You know, I listened to Matt Taibbi.
He is one of the best reporters out there.
He has done so much.
He was also a Democrat.
And he's like,
I think I might be on the wrong side because of what the Democrats are doing.
It didn't change his policy once.
It was like, I can't stand with people who I think are very, very dishonest.
So watch tonight.
The chalkboards are coming out in full force tonight to explain this whole timeline in a way that I don't think anybody has really explained it.
It all makes sense to you tonight.
9 o'clock only on Blaze TV.
Also, I guess you can get it on my YouTube YouTube channel, youtube.com/slash Glenn Beck.
Don't miss it.
The Wednesday night special, 9 p.m.
Eastern, 8 p.m.
Central.
All right.
Let me tell you about the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
Everyone has a line, the point where you just can't scroll past.
You look away or move on.
For some, it's the image of a mom huddled in a dark basement.
holding her child as bombs fall outside.
For others, it's the elderly man in Jerusalem, too frail to flee, sitting in silence with no food, food, no water, nowhere to go.
Wherever your line is, the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews is probably at that line, addressing it on the ground right now.
For over 40 years, this organization has been a lifeline to the most vulnerable people in Israel.
Holocaust survivors, refugees, orphans, families living in war zones.
They're there with food, warm clothes, heaters, medicine, whatever is needed.
Whatever is needed right now.
And they do a great job of it.
And they can bring the love of Christians for Jews because
of people like you.
Will you make a gift?
No matter how small, it's not just charity, it is action.
It is a statement of solidarity.
It is a statement of who you believe and who you serve.

You apply for a home equity loan expecting a quick approval, but the bank says something's wrong.
According to their records, you don't even own your home.
And that's how most people find out they've been hit with home title theft.
This is a popular scam because it's easy and the rewards are big if you're a criminal.
They use AI tools to copy your signature and fake a notary stamp and submit forged paperwork to your county clerk.
It only takes a few bucks and no one really verifies the thing.
County can process it like it's business as usual and you don't get a phone call, you don't get an alert, you get nothing.
Your home is something that's really important to you.
The title to that home is not something that you probably think about all that often, but if you don't have control over it, it's going to make your life a living hell.
These thieves can borrow against your equity.
They can take out huge loans.
They can vanish, and you're left to clean up the mess.
And it gets worse.
Many people don't even know about this fraud until that moment we talked about at the beginning of this.
It's like, holy crap, like, what's going on?
That's where home title lock comes in.
They get a free home title history report to see if your title has already been targeted.
Are you already a victim of this?
And they lock it down with million-dollar triple lock protection.
It means hour monitoring.
It means instant alerts.
It means legal support up to a million dollars if fraud does somehow happen.
We know AI is changing the world, but you don't have to let it change the name on your home's title.

Welcome to the Glen Beck program.
It's Wednesday, our Wednesday night special.
You do not want to miss
today.
Don't miss it at nine o'clock tonight.
We have David Barton coming up in just a second.
A guest was on the Joe Rogan show, you know, called him all kinds of names.
And
a deeply discredited, self-taught historian.
I love it.
If you don't have the credentials, you haven't gone through the right university.
Even though David has, I believe, his doctorate in education.
But if you don't have the right university, or if...
Worse yet, you disagree with the universities today, you're suddenly a hack.
David has the documents to back it up, and it's all about the Ten Commandments.
They'll talk about that next.
This is Glenn Beck.
We have David Martin in for in just a second.
Can't wait to talk to him about the Ten Commandments.
But first, let me tell you about Jace Medical.
In the middle of a crisis, the last thing you want to hear is, yeah, sorry, we're out of that.
When the medication supply chains break down, whether from a natural disaster, a geopolitical shock, or just bureaucratic incompetence, that's what people hear.
JACE Medical is your backup plan, and you'll be glad you have made that backup plan.
They're going to send you a JACE case.
It's a customized supply of prescription emergency medications prescribed by real doctors and shipped directly to your door.
Now, not just antibiotics.
They also offer now long-term supplies of critical daily meds for blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, and everything else.
You just fill out a simple form online, licensed doctor reviews it, and if you're approved, the meds are on their way.
No lines, no hassles, no, sorry, we're out.
Because in an emergency, that's the last thing you should be running out of: is the life-saving medications that you need.
So go to jace.com, j-ase.com, enter the promo code Beck at checkout for a discount on your order.
That's promo code Beck at jas.com.

This is
the Glenbeck program.
Welcome to the program.
You know, a couple of weeks ago, maybe it was last week, I did a monologue on the Ten Commandments and how important the Ten Commandments are.
They are the basic building block of our civilization.
And if you, you don't have to be religious to believe the Ten Commandments, and I broke it down in non-religious terms what each of them mean to a civilization.
And if you reject them, well, then you start to dismantle that civilization, especially if your civilization was built on the original lawgiver, Moses, and the Ten Commandments, which we were.
Like it or not, sorry,
that is our stock.
David Barton has been testifying in front of state houses and
now Texas and Arkansas now are required by law, largely because of the work he's done,
to
have the Ten Commandments posted in every school classroom.
Now, the state doesn't provide it.
You have to provide it.
So if, and it's very specific,
the measurements and everything else.
And so we have gotten together and we've printed a bunch of these.
There are 350,000 classrooms just in those two states.
And we're asking people to go to restoringamericanschools.com.
For a dollar a piece, for $30, you can cover 30 classrooms.
And you adopt a school, you send it, and they must be posted in the classroom in those two states.
David has some information that there might be a third state joining very, very soon.
This is, we're just at the beginning of doing the repair that has to be done to our classrooms, and you start with the Ten Commandments.
Now, David has gotten a lot of heat and been, oh, so wildly discredited, like every Tuesday, every Wednesday, they go after David Martin.
But I decided to let him make the case why the Ten Commandments are so important.
He joins me in 60 seconds.
First, let me tell you about their capital.
Imagine you're in a rowboat, sky's turning dark, the winds are picking up, and you can see the storm coming fast.
Now you might be a great
robot pilot, but
I'm sure you are.
But the storm doesn't care how good you are.
It's going to take you off course no matter what and maybe even sink you.
And sometimes it's just smart to drop anchor and ride it out.
But that is what physical gold does.
It drops your anchor until the storm is passed.
Our economy is not exactly a picture of stability right now.
And with inflation, debt, election uncertainty, global conflict, so many people have their entire retirement tied up in paper.
Please don't be one of those people.
Lear Capital will help you add physical gold or silver to your portfolio.
Actual metal.
It's easy to hold.
It's a way to protect your purchasing power, to preserve your wealth, and to bring a little sanity back into an otherwise very volatile and crazy world.
So I want you to call Lear Capital today at 800-957 Gold, 800-957-Gold, get your free $4,200 gold report, which I remember a year ago I said that and I thought, wow, $4,200 gold, that's never going to happen.
We're $3,400 now.
Ask about getting $15,000 in free gold or silver with qualifying purchase.
It's Lear Capital, 800-957 Gold.
David, welcome.
Hey, Glenn, good to be with you.
Good to be with you.
Okay.
So
you were speaking
in front of the House here in Texas, and there was one
representative, a Democrat, who is,
some people say, is going to be the reason if Texas ever goes blue, it'll be because of this guy.
And he was just arguing that you are just a religious zealot and that you don't know what you're talking about.
You're just trying to indoctrinate our children into your religion by having the Ten Commandments posted in classrooms.
You know, that's a great way to get off the subject, is to start attacking personalities, which is what they do, because they can't win on the subject.
Okay.
On the subject matter itself.
And it's James Talaferos who you're talking about.
So
he said this is unconstitutional and un-American.
Two things.
Un-American,
sorry, the very first textbook ever used in American schools has 40 questions for first graders on the Ten Commandments.
And that was used all the way through the 1930s.
So we're talking two and a half centuries of Ten Commandments in first grade classrooms, and it's un-American?
I don't think so.
And by the way, here is that little book.
This is the 1777 version.
And it went all the way way to
1930s, yeah.
That's strange.
That's a progressive era, isn't that strange?
Yeah, it's strange.
So the questions there start with like 41.
Question 41, you go up through question 80.
The preface to the Ten Commandments is in their words, I am the Lord thy God,
which has brought thou out of the land of Egypt
and out of the land of bondage.
What did the preface to that commandment teach us?
This is a first grade.
This is a first grade.
This is first grade.
This is first grade for a couple of centuries.
Dude, for answer the first grader question.
So that one.
What did the preface teach you?
Come on.
Come on, first grader.
So much.
So much.
It's crazy.
It's crazy.
Here's your next one.
That's McGuffey's Readers, 120 million sold across two and a half centuries, Ten Commandments and McGuffey's Readers.
This is a second reader.
So now we're in second grade, and we're having the Ten Commandments taught there.
Do you have it marked in there?
I don't have it marked in there.
But it's the same kind of thing.
It's the same thing.
It's all the way through.
And so book after book after book.
And here is a...
But wait, did they have to memorize the date the Ten Commandments were found?
Yeah, exactly.
Memorize this date on the Ten Commandments.
Forget about the Ten Commandments, but it was found on this date.
Gosh.
We used to get the core things right.
I know.
That's why we taught it for school.
So to say it's un-American,
sorry, that doesn't hold up.
Unconstitutional.
You know, we had that debate with him that night in the legislature, and it clearly is the opposite direction.
The Supreme Court came back and said, look, we went through 50 years of getting things wrong on religion.
We're back to what they call the history and tradition test.
If you can show something is historical and traditional, the court said, we're going to assume that it's constitutional.
There's not many things you can show to be more traditional and historical than Ten Commandments.
It honestly makes sense because the guys who wrote the Constitution
for generations were putting this into their classrooms.
They were teaching this.
I think it's so important
to not look at this as a religious document.
I mean, it is, but not to look at this as a religious document, but just as a document of society.
If you don't have, you know, thou shalt not have other gods before thee,
before me,
that means, you know, that could be your car, that could be your job.
That means
don't worship anything except for a real truth.
You know what I mean?
Truth.
Don't worship
people or anything else.
That's a good safety tip.
It's good, and it is interesting, even looking back at Founding Fathers, how often they talked about the Ten Commandments, the basis of our culture.
And you have to have a common morality for any nation to exist.
And so here's one from John Adams.
He says, if thou shalt not covet and thou shalt not steal, two of of the Ten Commandments, were not the commandments of heaven, they must be made the inviable precepts in every society before it can be civilized or made free.
If you don't live by these precepts, you can't be a free society.
And so we have that from so many founding fathers, James Wilson.
And you know what?
We see this now.
Thou shalt not covet.
That means don't say, look at those rich people over there.
Look what they have.
Take it.
That's what this stops.
Well, it stops a lot more.
We actually have 300 court cases that cite the Ten Commandments as the reason for our laws.
And the one you just said, don't covet, that was actually cited by federal courts as the reason the takings clause was put in the Constitution.
The taking, you can't take it.
You can't just take it
without paying for it.
Without paying for it.
Because that's all based on I covet that.
I want that.
I'm going to take that.
Even the government can't take it unless it pays for it.
And so the government is to be bound by the Ten Commandments as well.
Case after court case saying that?
Oh, yeah.
We have
just kind of quick things.
Here's Here's 300 court cases, but California, this is a court in California.
The laws against defamation come out of the Ten Commandments.
Here's a court in West Virginia.
The laws against election fraud are based on the Ten Commandments.
How?
Because you're stealing.
You're not supposed to steal, and you're taking somebody else's votes.
And so you're not supposed to be stealing.
And that's what election fraud is, is stealing.
Then you have
the takings clause.
We talked about that one.
Here's one in Florida, white-collar crime.
They say the laws against white-collar crime and embezzlement.
Is that stealing again?
Stealing.
And they even say the modern forms of cattle wrestling are laws against cattle wrestling on the books about stealing.
So there's so, I mean, 300 court cases cite the Ten Commandments, and somehow we're not going to let kids see what's been cited over 300 times in the courts as the basis of our laws.
He said to you that this was
idolatrous, exclusionary, and arrogant.
And he referenced Matthew 6, 5, which if I'm not mistaken, Matthew 6, 5 is like, hey, when you pray, pray in your closet.
Keep it on the down low.
You don't want to point.
How does Matthew 6, 5 apply to putting the Ten Commandments in your classroom?
Well, let's go back to the first part, too, because
it's idolatrous.
This is back to Are You Smarter Than the First Grader?
Remember that book you had a minute ago?
So
the first grade, it points out that the first and second commandment prohibit idolatry.
Yes.
So how is the Ten Commandment idolatrous if it prohibits idolatry?
I mean, that's kind of...
Maybe because you're making a graven image of these things.
I don't know.
Who knows what progressive thinking is because it's not logical.
But within that framework, it clearly is.
All right, let's take the thing you just mentioned, go into your closet to pray.
How come Jesus prayed so often in the open and did miracles in open and did his teachings in the open?
Because it's all about motives.
Don't pray to be seen.
And Jesus didn't do what he did to be seen, but he was not private in what he did.
His whole ministry was public.
And you can't,
you know, you could say the same thing about
their religion of progressivism.
You know, why do they do that?
It's not because they're
doing anything other than they believe that you have to teach these things.
You have to teach them.
So kids, you know,
these ideas are not just passed on naturally.
You have to teach the right things or teach the wrong things.
But that comes from teaching.
You can't just hide these and expect the society just to get it.
Oh, you can't.
And I think it's interesting that, you know, as Talafera was quoting that one verse from Jesus, in Matthew 19, Jesus told the civil ruler, the rich young ruler, to keep the commandments.
So there's an instruction to the civil area, keep the commandments.
And so that came from Jesus.
And so where Talafero tries to say religion is on one side and government's on the other and the two should never meet.
If you're going to, and he gets into something where he talks about you need parental consent for this kind of stuff.
So my question is, do we need parental consent to read George Washington's farewell address?
Because it's pretty religious.
Do we need parental consent to read the Mayflower Compact because it's pretty religious?
Do we need parental consent to do Patrick Henry's Give Me Liberty, Give Me Death?
Because it's really religious.
How about Franklin's speech at the Convention?
Really religious.
This is crazy stuff.
This is why communists always snuff out the religion first.
Communist and fascist snuff the religion out because those are the people that will stand for principles.
That's right.
Because they believe it comes from God, a higher purpose, and they have a responsibility, and you can do what you want to them, but a lot of them end up standing and saying, you're going to have to kill me because I know who I serve.
You know, even the story you were covering earlier with all the stuff that's come out now about what was happening to Russia,
I'm going to go back to the Ten Commandments on that because if you're God-conscious, it changes your behavior.
It does.
You and I know that we're going to stand before God and answer for what we do, and we're not going to do the stuff that they did because it doesn't matter whether the the FBI gets us.
It's God that's going to get us on that.
And so it changes behavior.
You have a much more civilized nation when you have that.
It's interesting in the time frame when we were teaching the Ten Commandments for all those centuries.
If you go back to New York, and James Kent, founding father, he was in charge of the courts of New York.
He talks about how just disappointed he was on how much crime was in New York.
Over a 16-year period, they had eight murders over a 16-year-old murder every other year.
And that's a crime wave back then.
Think about how different the culture was.
Man, you get 16 murders in a weekend easy on one street corner pretty much in New York City.
And it's so different.
And that God consciousness makes a real difference in people's behavior.
The farther we get from God,
the more hollowed out.
our children have become.
That's right.
There's no purpose in life.
If you take away God,
you really take away purpose.
And you can fill it with, I got to save the planet, you know, but that all rings hollow.
That all rings hollow.
All right, back with David Barton here in just a second.
Let me tell you about the Berna Launcher.
Somewhere between doing nothing and, you know, using a firearm, there is a third option people don't know really exists.
It's called the Berna Launcher, and it might be the most important tool you never knew you needed.
It's not a gun, but it's also not a toy.
It does not require a permit because it's non-lethal.
But make no mistake, it will put down somebody who is
approaching your wife at a gross at a gas station.
It'll put them down on the ground for 45 minutes.
That launcher fires high-speed pepper or tear gas rounds, and it stops an attacker for 45 minutes dead in their tracks without taking their life, without you going to jail, without second-guessing yourself for years after.
It is a perfect solution for people who want to stay safe without crossing the line they might regret.
And it's legal in all 50 states, which means you can protect yourself and your family with no background check, no paperwork, and no waiting.
Right now, I want you to go to burna.com, byrna.com, get yours today, or use a retail store locator to find the nearest location offering live demonstrations, including select sportsman's warehouse stores, Burna Retail Stores, and Authorized Premier Dealers.
That's Burna BYRNA.com.
Go there now.
10 seconds and back with you.
So, so, uh, what's his name, Tallarico?
James Tallarico.
Yeah, Tallarico, um, the Texas
representative that you were up against in the Texas House.
And by the way, he lost, and the argument for the Ten Commandments won in Texas.
Now, it is required to be posted as long as the public provides the Ten Commandments, and it has to be done in a certain way, certain size, et cetera, et cetera.
They have to be posted if the public presents the Ten Commandments in the way the law directs.
So we have,
there's a whole group of groups that are working towards this.
We've put together the Ten Commandments exactly as the law outlines, and you can get them.
Right now, all you have to do is just go to the website.
It's restoringamerican schools.com.
RestoringAmerican Schools.com.
Right now, there are 350,000 schools in the two states that have already passed this.
This is Texas and Arkansas.
And you said.
And Louisiana has already passed it a year or two ago.
And now it looks like last night Kentucky is coming online with this.
So Louisiana, why are they not including that?
They have a different poster size required by their law.
So Texas and Arkansas passed the same law essentially.
It requires a 16 by 20 poster, which is what you get for a frame, like a hobby lobby, Walmart, whatever.
So each one is different in how it goes at it.
The Ten Commandments in Kentucky, actually, this is what led to the Supreme Court that took the Ten Commandments down out of Kentucky.
So they're going back up with what the Supreme Court took down.
Is this from that era?
When is this from?
This is 1980.
This went up 1979 in Kentucky, and the court took it down in 1980.
So this is what led to the whole Ten Commandments thing in the Supreme Court, which the court has now backtracked from and said history and tradition.
But that's what was in Kentucky.
And going back in soon, hopefully.
Hopefully soon.
When will we know that?
The Attorney General has has ruled that it's fine to start displaying it now, so we'll see what they do in Kentucky, how they're going to navigate that.
But there's 23 states that have laws to put the Ten Commandments back up that are in some form of process along the way.
So we think over the next session or two, we'll see a bunch of states do this.
So, David,
why can you object to a rainbow flag
and not the Ten Commandments?
Why is the Ten Commandments okay, but a rainbow flag is?
Again, you go back to the Supreme Court, history and tradition.
What's the history and tradition of rainbow flag?
Well, Noah.
Noah, that's right.
It is not what it means now.
So you're really looking at the whole sex ed thing.
You know, Tallarico makes a thing about sex ed and parental consent.
No, that's introduced in the 1970s.
That's progressive stuff.
The other was introduced in the 70s as well, but it was the 1770s.
And so there's a big difference in history and tradition with one against the other.
He also said, well, this, I mean,
you're not respecting differences.
You're saying this is an endorsement of a religion.
What about those who have different beliefs?
Yeah, those who have different beliefs need to have the same common moral value system, or they'll find themselves troubled for stealing or killing or all the things the Ten Commandments say not to do.
We enforce that value system in our laws.
Again, 300 court cases on the Ten Commandments, that's embedded in the laws.
What these guys are doing progressively is not embedded in the law.
They would love to have it embedded in the law, but it's just not the history and tradition, and that's what makes the difference on this.
And, you know, even for eighth-grade trips, they take eighth-grade trips to Washington, D.C.
schools do.
And I guess they're going to have to cancel that because they go see the Supreme Court.
And I've stood in the Supreme Court, and I've counted more than 53 depictions of the Ten Commandments in the U.S.
Supreme Court.
Oh, I know.
Do we have to have parental permission for that?
I know.
And then go out the door and go left and go to the Library of Congress.
There's Ten Commandments there.
And go across the street to the House chamber.
There's Ten Commandments.
You go to the Senate and Moses is right above the Senate chair.
I mean,
over D.C.
I know, I know.
It's just historical and traditional.
David, I cannot thank you enough for what you and Wall Builders does.

David, as always, God bless you.
Thank you.
Gotta be with you, bro.
This is Glenn Beck.
I want to imagine just for a second that you live in a fairy tale.
You got a gingerbread house, a cottage in the woods, and surrounded by a babbling brook.
And
the brook is orange soda and a fence made out of candy cigarettes.
You get the idea.
Anyway, twice a year, like clockwork, you have to scale the rickety old ladder and scoop out the leafy
gunk with your own bare hands,
cleaning your gutters, and it stinks.
And it's, I mean, that's the real world.
I mean, unless you had to go up and you got like, I don't know, gummy bears out of the gutters, then I'm interested.
Otherwise, I don't want to be on a ladder, you know, cleaning out the leaf buildup.
And if you don't, it is really a problem for your foundation and for your house.
Luckily, there is Leaf Filter, stainless steel micro mesh that keeps out the leaves, the pine cone needles, even the roof grit.
It attaches to your existing gutters, and once it's installed, you never have to clean them again.
You can just start eating the house.
Don't spend your summer worrying about gutters.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
So I'm just looking at this book.
This was originally published, I don't know, back in, I think, the 1800s.
And this is for elementary school.
Catechism on the Constitution.
I don't think I could answer these questions.
Okay.
And I know put on the spot, like I'm about to do to you, I, of course, would be able to answer all of her.
Are you going to make me look like an idiot?
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, because honestly,
when you're like that, when you're put on the spot,
it's so hard to do.
But that's the way this was the test for like eighth grade, and you had to answer the question in full.
Never argued I've been up to an eighth grade level at anything.
No, I know, I know, I know, I know.
Let's be clear.
So, uh,
I mean, it is, let me see, it's about the president and his powers.
Does the president,
what powers does the president have?
Oh, shoot, now I just lost it.
See, I can't even quit.
I can't even figure out how to use the damn book.
Yeah, I thought the questions would be hard.
I didn't think reading them would be hard, though.
Shut up.
That's surprising.
Just shut up.
I'm about to look like an idiot.
I'm allowed to make fun of you for a couple of minutes.
Yeah.
Let's see.
I can't find it now.
What is the amount of the president's salary?
That is the sum of money paid to him by the United States every year?
$1.
No.
Well, that's what Donald Trump took.
That's what Donald Trump does.
There you go.
I nailed it.
But it is fixed currently at $400,000 every year.
Well, that book
couldn't have been
produced back in the 1700s.
No, no, no.
This is an updated version.
May he receive any other money from the United States or from any one state?
Wait, that was a question?
What was it again?
Yeah, yeah.
May he receive any other money from the United States or from any one state?
I'm going to go with no.
Only
by the United States for certain expenses.
He is expressly forbidden to receive any other sum of money from the United States or any state during his presidency.
I give myself a check mark on that one.
Why?
I do too.
Why?
Well, I mean, I think the kind of standard reason would be because we don't want him being bought off by some of the states, which probably would happen.
That's good.
Okay.
Let's any state allow him money.
He might be led to favor that state more than others.
And listen to this.
If he was offered to receive other sums from the United States, he might, listen to this, he might amass so much money as should make him a dangerous citizen to a free country.
Hmm.
That's an interesting statement.
Really interesting.
Almost all of our presidents have that much money now.
Does a president take any oath before he enters office?
Yes.
What is an oath?
A
heartfelt promise.
Okay, a solemn calling upon God, who knows the hearts of all men, who will call every man into account for the conduct in this world to bear false witness that a man stays true or that he promises that he means to perform.
What is the president's oath of office?
You know this one.
I sure do.
And that's why it's like a gimme putt.
I
can actually tap it.
I, Ronald Reagan.
I can solemnly swear
to uphold
faithfully execute
and uphold the Constitution.
No, there's no...
Just execute.
No, there's no upholding.
No, no, no upholding the Constitution.
No.
No.
No.
I shall faithfully execute the office of President of the United States and will, to the best of my ability, preserve, preserve, protect,
and defend
the Constitution of the United States.
Right.
But they always end it with.
So
help me God.
So help me God.
Is that part of the oath?
So help me God.
I mean, I'm trying to piece this together really through context, which is, you know, David Barton was just in here.
I'm going to go yes.
No, it was actually added by George Washington.
He read the oath and then he said, so help me, God.
And now every president since has said that yesterday.
If Washington did it, it counts.
What powers belong to the president?
Oh, God.
This shows you how dumb we really are.
You're listening to this for information.
You're a dummy.
Because look at us.
The power to spy on your enemies during a campaign.
No,
that's not in there.
That's the first one.
No?
Nope.
Are you sure?
Yeah.
Come on.
His number one.
Power to rename sports franchises.
No, well,
no.
Commander-in-chief of both the Army and Navy, every officer of both and highest to the lowest, is obliged to obey his orders.
Right.
Are the officers of the militia obliged to obey them?
A very sad question.
I'm so used to your house.
Yeah.
Are officers, let's not make it militia.
Are the officers of the National Guard obliged to obey?
Yeah.
Yes.
Whenever the militia is called out in service of the United States or at other times, they're under the command of the governors of their own states.
Does he have any other powers?
Yes.
What are they?
He sure does.
Give me one.
Give me one.
The powers of the President of the United States outside of just Commander-in-Chief.
He gets to write unending executive orders.
No.
That's not in there.
That's not in there?
No.
Are you sure that's not in there?
Well, it's not yet.
Pardon.
Pardon for the pardon power.
That is
pretty much unchallenged.
Let's see.
May the president do this in all cases of offenses in the United States.
Can he pardon anybody?
From federal crimes.
Yes,
with a couple of minor exceptions, right?
There's something to do with
there is one really minor exception exception in there about his own dealings, right?
Impeachment.
Okay, yeah.
He cannot overturn impeachment.
Okay.
What other powers does he have?
Well, the laser eyes, right?
That can overtake the title.
No, that's that's later.
I think that was added later by Virginia.
Okay.
But I'm not really sure.
He has a solemn power, that of making treaties for the United States and with other nations.
Right.
But those are usually need to be ratified by the Senate, right?
Is nobody joined with the president in this power?
No, I'm reading.
Or may he make any agreement he thinks fit with other nations?
This power is so great and weighty that the Constitution will entrust it to no one man.
Even the president cannot make a treaty without the consent of the Senate of the United States.
Nor is it sufficient that the majority of the Senate agree to.
Two-thirds of all senators who are present when the vote is taken must agree to the treaty before it is binding to the United States.
If only Glenn, someone would think of
some sort of plan to help the education of people to learn civics like this, then you wouldn't get on national radio and have no idea what you're talking about.
Right?
If only someone
weren't so damn dumb.
If there was just someone that was teaching all of this
in a fun and entertaining way, wouldn't that be cool?
That would probably not possibly be not possible.
No, no, not in the age of AI either.
No.
It's not going to happen.
Actually, that's what the torch is all about.
I mean, all of this stuff is going to be part of the torch.
And I mean, it's going to be really,
really exciting
because it will do it in a way that is fun and entertaining and doesn't make you feel stupid because you'll most likely be alone.
And if you do it with your kids, you'll already have all the answers and you should have learned it, you know, from the torch before you introduce it to your kids.
So you don't look like we just looked.
You know what I mean?
That's not a good thing to show your kids.
You're like, no, I knew that.
Sure, I knew that.
Dad didn't know that at all.
But, you know, the biggest thing that,
you know, I was singing about this last night.
That
I've done a million monologues on how much I hate hippies, right?
I hate hippies.
It's a central part of our content for a couple decades.
In some ways, it is core to my mission, the hatred of hippies.
And the reason why is because
think their parents, their parents were the ones who fought in World War II.
Okay?
They fought in World War II as kids.
Then they came home.
They had seen such horror shows over there that they just wanted their kids not to have to worry about any of that stuff.
You want ice cream?
You know who didn't have ice cream?
Germans.
They didn't have any ice cream.
I want you to have ice cream.
They went, they came back after fighting a war.
They went directly to work.
They built this massive, massive industrial might
and changed the world with everything they did when they got home.
And then their kids turn on them and they're like, oh, that sucks.
We don't want any of that.
And then they start turning on the country and say, this sucks.
This is a monstrous place.
I like communism.
And they are, you know, free love, smoke dope.
all of this stuff.
And we hate, we want to overthrow the United States.
Can you imagine how
the greatest generation felt about their kids at that moment such a betrayal right
then they grew up and they had said at one point don't trust anybody over 30.
but when they got to be 30 they said trust us you we're the only ones you can trust and now they're 70 80 years old and they're still with their with their skeletor hands still crawling from the grave trying to make sure they never let loose of that power they have They have spent all of our children and our grandchildren's money.
And you know who's going to have to pay for their retirement?
My generation.
Okay?
The generation born in
64, 65, and beyond.
That's who has to pay for them.
We're now paying for their retirement, if they would ever retire.
But the ones who have power, They're not retiring.
They want to make sure they rule from beyond the grave.
They spent all the money, they lived their life, they lived high on the hog, they blamed the country and everything else for all of their mistakes.
Look at what's happening with Stephen Colbert.
Stephen Colbert, you bet wrong, dude.
And you live at a time when television is not being used the way it used to be used.
And what are you doing?
You're blaming the country and you're blaming Donald Trump when that has nothing to do with it and you know it, but you want to sow dissent.
And it is the same thing the hippies were doing.
And the older generation taught that to his generation and to, honestly, Generation X.
And so they're all screwed up.
They hate the country.
They don't understand it.
They were completely misled.
And I hate hippies because I had to clean up after them in the 70s.
This is why we don't have nice things, kids, okay?
Because of that group.
And then they just, Hillary Clinton says she's the same person she was in 68, but in 1968, that Hillary Clinton would have hated the Hillary Clinton that is there now.
But somehow or another, she and her others have all convinced themselves, yeah, we're still that, you know, 1968 version of, you know, freedom.
They're not.
They're not.
So we have to clean it up.
But what's more is it is our responsibility.
I so believe in the young generation.
I so believe 15 to 30 year olds, they're going to change the world.
They know something's wrong.
They've seen the 35-year-olds and they're like, that's not true.
All the stuff they're doing, that doesn't lead anywhere good.
And they know they've been lied to and they are searching for the truth.
And I think our job, my generation's job, is to pay for the hippies.
As they're now old and we got to make sure that they have retirement because it's the right thing to do, even though I don't want to do it, I'm going to do it.
And then tell them, sit down.
You have had enough.
You've had enough.
You have stolen from my children and my grandchildren.
You've had enough.
And then, while you're sitting there holding them at bay, turn around and say to the next generation, don't listen to them.
Don't even listen to me.
Continue to search for the truth because you're the generation that is going to fix it.
You are the generation that is going to rediscover the truth.
And you're not going to come up with what we would have come up with.
It's your turn and stop listening to people who say you'll never make it.
The system's rigged against you.
No, it's not unless you believe it is.
I know it's not.
I grew up poor.
I worked hard 40 years of my life before I started to see any success at all.
And I could have whined about it.
I could have said, you know, the whole system is rigged against me.
It was a lot harder to make it back then because there were fewer opportunities.
But
I won the lottery and I worked hard.
You can do it.
Life is not against you.
Life is for you.
You just have to believe it.
And everything in this society is teaching you, don't believe in yourself.
You aren't good enough.
You're not prepared enough.
Everything's set up against you.
They're coming for you.
Don't believe it because you're the generation that is going to change the world.
My job and my generation's job is to keep saying that to you.
Go for it.
Keep pursuing the truth.
Keep learning.
Keep questioning everything because you're about to change the world and save the world.
Back in just a minute.
By the way, that's our mission at the torch, and you'll understand more on that in the coming weeks.
