No, We Should NOT Be Tired of Winning | 11/29/24

2h 5m
Are you tired of the winning yet? Justin Barclay fills in for Glenn today and discusses how it feels like the world is heading more toward peace, even though Donald Trump has not yet even been sworn in for his second term as president. An unlikely source for winning is a new Apple ad that will make you think someone is chopping onions, but it signals that we are back, America is back, and we have had enough of the toxic woke ideology. We may have won the first battle, but the war for the future of our country is just beginning. Father Calvin Robinson joins the program. He has been watching what is happening in Europe and what is headed America’s way unless we turn the tide here. Democrats are still wondering how they lost so decisively in this year’s elections. Pollster Richard Baris joins the program to discuss what he saw in the data that led him to believe that Harris was never ahead of Trump and how Trump’s momentum helped swing the congressional races in Republicans' favor. Is the shift in minorities voting for Trump this year something that the Republicans will see going forward? Trump and his Cabinet picks continue to receive threats, as they were either subjected to bomb threats or swatted this week. But that didn’t seem to shake the former president. Lara Trump joins the program to discuss Thanksgiving at Mar-a-Lago and the path forward for Trump and his transition team despite all the pushback.

It's a beautiful thing.

And it may just be the beginning.

He hasn't even put his hand on the Bible yet.

You know what else we got on a Black Friday?

We got a brand new album out home for Christmas.

Out now, Cheyenne Grace.

You can get it at shyandgrace.com.

Also, GlennBackChristmas.com.

I've been listening to it this morning.

It's really good, I got to tell you.

And I have, I've really enjoyed hearing Glenn talk about

the whole journey with his daughter.

And, you know, as a father of two little girls myself, I kind of just,

I don't know, I just kind of get wrapped up into that.

Watching

his sort of reaction to her going through the process of making the album and

just sharing that has been really,

it's been really cool.

So cheers to her and success today on that launch of the new album, CheyenneGrace.com, Glennbeckchristmas.com, along with some other great gifts.

The best part, you don't even have to leave your home.

Like where I'm at, it's Justin Barkley.

I'm broadcasting from Michigan, the Frozen Tundra, both WOOD Wood Radio and Grand Rapids and WFDF,

9.10 a.m., Detroit's News Talk Superstation.

I do shows on both, and the snow is flying.

So the best part today, if you want to do your shopping, you don't even have to, you don't have to leave the house, which is kind of nice.

So, I don't know about you, but are you tired of winning?

It seems like

it felt a little different.

I don't know about you, but it felt a little different.

We didn't have,

there was no, and we kind of have a split family gathering as far as the political sides.

There was no tension.

And I looked at my wife last night after it was all said and done.

I said,

you know,

I don't think the election came up at all.

Wild.

I couldn't imagine.

Because I think everybody was prepared and bracing for what might happen.

Not like we've ever had any real tense moments there.

There might have been a few here and there at the table before, but usually it's not about that.

It's about,

well, it's about my wife's 97-year-old grandmother doing what 97-year-old grandmothers do and saying whatever she wants, whenever she wants.

And you know what?

When you're 97,

I think you reach that age.

You're entitled to do that.

But we didn't have any of that.

It was very peaceful.

And speaking of peace,

it seems as though we're headed in a direction where we have some really good things happening.

As I said earlier, you're tired of winning?

Well, we've got massive

already news about peace breaking out in various different ways.

Putin even saying at one point, he liked a reset with the U.S.

That's before Biden tried to drag us into World War III.

But

we have multiple places where it seems as though things are coming together.

Now, I saw this morning, I don't know if you have heard this yet, but Biden is out sort of criticizing President Trump's plans for tariffs.

But the tariffs are already getting results.

Tariffs are already getting traction.

I don't know if you saw, but Mexico, talked to the president of Mexico, and she's agreed that she's going to try her best to stop the caravans.

Now, the left and the media is spinning this.

It's like, because nothing nothing is changing.

She's saying nothing has changed.

Well, we'll see the fruit.

We'll see the results.

We'll see the reaction and what actually happens

in the next coming days.

We'll be able to keep an eye on all of it.

Now,

we're also hearing from Canada, where Justin Castro-Trudeau

is saying that he is going to work with President Trump on immigration, border security, and more.

So these things are are already happening.

It is undeniable.

The winning is already beginning.

And I just wonder how much we're going to see.

In fact, there seems to be a shift.

I think it's even broader and bigger than just the

political scheme of things, right?

Because what we have been seeing happening for the last several years anyway, it was much broader and much bigger anyway as well.

Culturally, we're already seeing a shift.

How many football players did the Trump dance yesterday on Thanksgiving?

How many have done it in the past weeks and how many will do it this weekend?

How many other sports?

Do they feel comfortable doing that?

It's okay.

People, they feel comfortable

really displaying their conservative sort of,

I don't know, maybe populist

opinions.

through interpretive dance

the trump dance which i find kind of interesting as well.

You know, I just watching all of it,

and I'm really,

I'm just kind of, I don't know, I'm encouraged by it.

I'm just completely encouraged by it to see it all come together.

Now, with all of that being said, I'll say this, I'm cautiously optimistic because from here, right, from election day until

inauguration, that day that he puts a hand on the Bible,

we've got a long way to go.

This is going to be one one of the most

opportunistic, I'd say, time periods in the history, not just this nation, but the world.

And our prayers ought to focus on that.

We ought to be praying for peace.

We ought to be praying for President Trump, who I don't think he's left Mar-a-Lago much at all since Election Day, other than to go to the UFC fight.

I don't think

he's left at all, which I think is a smart move.

But even Putin has come out in recent days saying, by the way, it's just not safe.

There's a very real risk, he says the FBI, CIA, or Democrats

may make another attempt on Putin, on Trump's life.

In fact, he's come out and said that earlier.

Now, regardless of what you think about Putin, I mean, I think all of those things are very obvious, is that they'll,

the left, that is, will do nothing.

They will stop at nothing.

There's nothing they won't do

to try to keep him from taking office and keep him from being effective.

How do you know that?

Well, we've seen that.

We know by experience.

If you've been paying attention

to any of this stuff,

you know the last

almost 10 years now,

that's what it's been since day one.

I mean, they've tried everything.

It was Russia, Russia, Russia.

impeachment, the law fair,

and eventually

the assassination attempts failed.

Thank God.

But they've tried everything,

all that they could, and they have failed the entire time.

In fact, they failed so bad it's resulted in one of the largest presidential election wins that I can remember, right?

I mean, certainly you think back to

Reagan,

but

this one felt a little different.

It was a little, I think, even bigger, maybe not necessarily in the number of states, but you win not only the Electoral College, the popular vote, and then there's this like cultural thing that happens.

We're going to talk about this during the program today.

Laura Trump joins us.

We'll talk about what's going on with her, maybe what Thanksgiving is like at Mar-a-Laga.

So she got to enjoy the festivities there yesterday.

But I also want to talk about what's happening inside the family because, again, there are other stories, as I mentioned, Trump cabinet picks targeted with coordinated bomb threats and swatting.

These other headlines, as I mentioned, that we've got to march until Inauguration Day.

There's quite a bit that we face.

And then once he's in,

there is the fight that will continue.

So

what I've been saying, and I believe this to be true, is that this election, this was not, this was not, the war isn't over.

This was just one battle.

And the fight, the real fight, well, it's just getting started.

It's just getting started.

This is where the real work begins.

This is where the rubber meets the road.

What do I mean by that?

Well, it took a lot to make this victory possible.

You know,

the most obvious to me was divine intervention.

I've been talking about this election with a friend of mine for a while now, and one of the things is

he's kind of chicken little.

The sky's always falling, saying, I don't think they're ever going to let him win again.

And it's, you know, the fix is in.

And I say, well, understandably, yes.

And as Trump made the point,

it's got to be too big to rig.

Too big to rig.

That's the only way he was going to make it through.

Divine intervention.

But how many times throughout this nation's history have we seen that?

Ever since the very inception?

In fact, before we ever even became a nation, God has had his hand

on this land and its people and the purpose that it serves.

You know,

none of this was lost on me during the entire election.

I would often say, look, this isn't just about the next four years.

This fight that we're in, this election is about the next 250.

And we're still in it, folks.

But I will tell you this.

It's not just about America either.

Because what they're going through

throughout the rest of the world, particularly Europe,

in the UK today, in fact, we're going to talk to somebody coming up here at the bottom of the hour that'll give us a

direct view into what what they're facing and what is coming our way he warns america this is

up next on the agenda unless you're able to turn the tide we may have taken that first step in that direction

but how america goes i think so goes the rest of the world how it goes here because if we're able to get this immigration issue under control and i don't think there's anybody better to do that if we're able to get the debt under control if we're we're able to cut the fat like they want to do, if we're able to do these things that

need to be done, quite frankly, just to just to get the nation back on track, right?

To stop the bleeding and to get us where we need to be, to make America great again.

If we're able to do those things, we'll be a shining,

bright beacon, a city on a hill, you know, that can show the rest of the world what's possible.

They'll have no choice.

I believe it's possible.

And I believe what we're facing today today is that fight.

I know that

God is still on the throne.

And by the way, that's the only reason we're here today, I believe.

Multiple

July 13th,

if you look back on what happened that day and how we were spared,

there's no doubt in my mind.

The nation would look

much different today.

Things would be much darker

if that

assassination attempt would have been a success.

but God.

But it wasn't.

And so as we were

encouraged, we'll continue to fight, fight, fight.

And I'll tell you what that looks like.

And some more examples of how we're already winning.

Matter of fact, there's one example that I want to share with you next that

I don't think

you would see coming in a million years.

It's an example from a very unlikely place

on Black Friday.

It's a commercial.

I'll share it with you

after this.

It's the most wonderful time

of the year.

With the kids jingle belling and everyone telling you, be of good cheer.

It's the most wonderful time of the year.

Here it is from Cheyenne Grace.

Fantastic new album, Home for Christmas.

It's out now, cheyennegrace.com, Lingbackchristmas.com.

And I'll tell you, it's probably another example of what I was just talking about, how the tide has turned.

Here's an unlikely source from all places on Black Friday.

It's Apple.

When I saw this, I just,

I'm telling you, I was blown away.

And for multiple reasons.

No, somebody's cutting onions in here was my first thought.

I'm not crying.

You're crying.

This just knocked my socks off, and I think it will for you.

It is

the most pro

family

commercial I have seen in an inclusive and natural way done

in the longest time.

A mother, a father, and a child.

By the way, not that it matters, but they're all white.

It's a heterosexual family.

There's no like agenda being shoved down your throat or anything crazy like that.

But I was absolutely blown away when I saw this.

And I'm going to describe for you some of it as it plays here because you're not going to be able to see.

But it starts in the living room, the Christmas tree.

I got it last week.

I think I know what it is.

Are you serious?

Mom brings a package to the daughter sitting across the room, and it's a long package.

Dad looks on from across the room, this chair.

When you start to hear that, he can't necessarily hear as well as he'd like to be able to hear.

Everything's kind of muffled.

And we flash back.

And this is where it starts to get you.

It's a little girl, probably about the age that my little girl is.

She's four years old.

Opening another gift, and then there's another flashback, another couple of

just memories of this little girl's life talking to her dad.

He can barely hear.

Now we're back in the present.

She's got the guitar that she just unwrapped that mom gave her.

Dad's sipping on his coffee.

She starts to strum.

John,

listen.

Light the fire.

He opens the AirPods and puts one in, and everything becomes clear.

You place the flowers in the vase.

On the screen, the words say the new hearing aid feature on AirPods Pro 2.

Today.

I'm so excited.

Here you've come, Haley.

Now all those memories.

Happy

But they're crystal clear.

I am a robot.

What is that meaning?

Everything is easy because of

I love you.

Bye-bye.

You

Who's cutting the onions?

One of the best dads I have seen in I can't tell you how long.

And the tears streaming down my face right now.

It's not just because I've got a little girl, two of them.

My tears aren't just for my daughters.

My tears are for my country.

We're back.

We're back.

It's just our responsibility to stay on track.

More on that, what the responsibility looks like.

And we'll be back.

Right after this, Justin Barkley, in for Glenn today on the Glenn Beck program.

Glenn Beck.

You know, hindsight is always 20-20, and that is especially true with investing.

Oh, almost 30 years ago now, I bought my first gold with Lear Capital, and that investment has quadrupled.

Now, I wish I really would have spent some more on that and not listened to all the naysayers.

You know, I'm all about education, and that's why I choose Lear.

They have a new report on the U.S.

debt, de-dollarization, and gold.

It was written to help you make intelligent decisions on how to protect and grow your wealth.

There's even a section on how to protect your IRA and 401k.

After reading this report, I urge you to buy gold.

Call Lear.

And if you already own gold or silver, you might want to consider getting some more or consider gold for the first time.

Lear is the company that I trust to help you secure the one hard asset that has stood the test of Get started.

We are

there.

If there's any doubt, we are there and we're there in a hurry.

The ad I was talking about earlier today, Apple.

Light the fire.

You place the flowers in the vase that you bought this today.

Apple ad for the hearing aids

feature on the AirPods

has taken the internet by storm today.

And

it really

is encouraging because

it shows,

gosh, what has always been there.

You know,

they have lied and they have gaslit us and they have made us feel like none of this

was real.

But you know, it was always there.

The flames just needed to be fanned a little bit.

The embers were still burning here in America.

And we are back.

Father Calvin Robinson joins us now.

Really interesting story about Father Calvin.

He originates in the United Kingdom.

He is now in Michigan, of all places.

He's in the United States.

And in fact, in my own backyard,

we're going to talk about why he's here and his warning for America.

That's originally really what I wanted to talk to him about today, along with the latest news today, Assisted Dying Bill, the Assisted Suicide Bill, as

they have it in the UK, just passed after

this historic vote.

What that means and more coming up.

But Father, welcome in.

Appreciate you taking the time to be here with us today on the Glenback program.

It's an absolute pleasure.

Thank you for having me on.

And you're right.

America is so back.

The Apple commercial was fantastic.

Talk about wholesome, pro-family inclusivity in a natural way.

You know, no LGBT or BLM agendas, just straight up mother, father, child, pro-family, white and heterosexual at that too.

I mean, what do you think?

Because I feel like as a western, I'm not the only one.

There's so many of us, I think, that have felt this way

and love our families.

And

is that what we saw, just an absolute rebuke, this mandate that's come from this election against all of these things?

Absolutely.

For so long, the media has been portraying this message that it's racist or some kind of ism or phobia to just be in favor of the traditional American family, the nuclear family and the extended family.

And that's always been a good thing since time immemorial.

But for some reason, the media over the last couple of decades has been saying, no, no, no, you have to be more inclusive.

You have to be more diverse, you have to be more equitable.

And of course, within a family structure, you can't be any of those things because you get the family you're given, whether you like it or not.

And so, you have to love them.

And the message that we should be telling people is that actually we need more families, we need bigger families, we need more loving families, we need more faithful families, we need less divorce, fewer abortions, and we need to just grow the nation with good people.

Father Calvin Robinson with us now.

So, we can tell if you

can hear, tell by the accent, he's not from around here originally.

Tell us how you ended up in the States.

And I know you've been, I should have said welcome back because I know you've been on Glenn's program before.

You've seen Father Calvin on Tucker's show before and a number of different places.

But how did you end up back here?

It's a good question.

I got called here.

There was a church out here that said we're looking for a priest and we think you might be the guy.

And I was like, well, I don't really know much about Michigan.

Why would God be calling me to Michigan?

And I came out and visited and fell in love with the people and fell in love with the place and prayed through it and discerned that the Holy Spirit was indeed calling me to Michigan.

And so now I'm here.

I've left behind London where I've been for 20 years, which is always a difficult thing to do.

But I think I've been called to a different time and a different place.

And there's a mission here.

There's a fight here to be had for sure.

It's amazing to be living through this start of the new golden age of America as American people said no to the death cult, said no to the people that hate the Constitution and said yes to America first and yes to being Christian and all the things that the world has always looked to America to be.

It's nice to see America finding its confidence back and to be here.

It's a privilege to be here at that moment in time.

I think what we're witnessing here is that America was at a precipice or a crossroads or a fork in the roads.

And thank God America chose the prayerful path over the convenient death path.

And so the future is really, really bright.

And I'm hoping to help be a little bit, little tiny part of that and helping make this country great again.

Father Calvin, you end up here and

you are installed the very day

that you go through that process here at your new parish.

You end up at the Tucker.

Tucker Carlson show and Kid Rock is there.

And not only do you end up there at the show, but you also subsequently end up backstage.

And then eventually there's this video flying around right now where it's Tucker and Kid Rock and they're singing and clapping.

And there's this tall

priest in the back with like a traditional sort of outfit on.

And you, you know,

I noticed or recognized you right away.

Hey, there's Father Calvin.

But Kid Rock singing about Jesus.

And no wonder the internet kind of went wild.

What was that moment like?

This happened the very first day you were, you basically were installed here.

Me and Jesus.

Oh, yeah.

I love that.

The Holy Spirit was moving in that moment.

It was wonderful.

Kid Rock is a lifelong Christian, and I think he's grown stronger in his faith for all that he's got, which just tends to happen to a lot of us, to be honest with you.

And we were having some great conversations about faith and family, the things that are most important to him, but that are most important to most Americans, I believe.

And he just broke out in this song.

And I just felt the spirit.

And we started singing and dancing, and we were just really moved in that moment.

And it's been viewed now by a couple million people online, which

I thought it was quite embarrassing to see myself dancing.

But people seem to see some joy in it.

And I think

joy in the Lord, rejoicing in our salvation is always a good thing.

And it's kind of catching, isn't it?

We're building a momentum here in America.

There's a new revival happening.

People are finding their faith, their confidence, their joy, exuberance again.

And it's just, it's, it's marvelous to behold.

Yeah, some real, some real joy, not the phony manufactured kind.

Yeah, that's a good thing.

So, we never have to hear that cackle ever again, do we?

So, what would, and, and that's joy, too, really, if you think about it.

What does it take to hold on to this?

Because, as you mentioned, as I feel, we've turned a corner here.

Um, a very important moment.

But, as as I said earlier in the program, this is where the real fight begins.

What does that look like?

So I think

America was saved that day that the assassination attempt failed.

I don't necessarily think it was Donald Trump that was saved, although in the literal sense it was, but in the metaphorical and spiritual sense, it was America that was saved.

I think it was saved from civil war, saved from years of upheaval.

And America had a choice at that moment to continue as it was or to return to prayer.

And I genuinely believe that more Americans were praying from that moment until now than have been for a long time.

It's a country that has been moved by prayer.

And because of that, America was saved in the long run.

And that means that

Kamala Harris may have been pushing for liberalized abortion and all this kind of death stuff that should be the core of her focus.

Tim Waltz was saying things like free speech isn't always free speech, so very anti-constitutional.

You could have had a government that was anti-life and anti-constitution, and that would have been awful.

And I'm not saying Donald Trump is perfect, but he is certainly a Christian and recognizes, especially since his assassination attempt, that he is serving someone greater than himself.

And that's important for any leader.

I would hope that all our leaders are servants' leaders, because that's the model that Christ showed us works best.

Anyway, America was saved from death and embraced life because of prayer.

And so to hold on to it, we can't take it for granted.

We have to keep praying.

All of us have to pray and keep that life of prayer up, not just for ourselves, not just for the American nation, but for the leaders of America too, that they may keep Christ in their hearts in all things, be Christ-centered, and make sure that they're serving the people and serving God in everything, in every decision that they make, in every policy that they install, in every piece of legislation that they write.

Christ has to be at the heart, the mind, and soul of every legislator.

Father Calvin Robinson, when we come back, if you can hang on for a moment, there's this new bill, the assisted suicide bill, death bill in the UK that just passed today.

Historic vote, and it's got a lot of folks, particularly those concerned with life, really, really

on edge because

of a number of reasons.

I want to walk through that.

Again, your warning for America, I think, on full display in this bill's passage today.

It's no coincidence.

I want to talk about it, what it means.

If you can hang on for just a quick moment, we'll take a break and be back right after this.

Home for Christmas out now, cheyennegrace.com.

All available, Glenn BeckChristmas.com with other great gifts.

Guest Father Calvin Robinson joining us now on a historic and

day that many are watching, the Love Life, Assisted Suicide Bill passing here in the UK.

Father, I know you've been watching it closely.

One of the things that I saw was a quote that I just thought was fantastic.

As one can think about this, and as someone who I know has dealt with this before, had a friend who was in a very, very tough situation, had cancer, thought there was no hope, and was in lots of just torturous pain,

had talked about possibly doing this.

And I could see the suffering that he was going through and could sympathize with that.

On one hand, libertarians might say this is something that folks ought to have the ability to do.

But this quote really makes you think about it in a little more in-depth

from a priest in the UK who says, when does

this pressure on vulnerable people at some point go from being the right to die to becoming a duty to die?

In other words, you're too much of a drain on the system.

You're too much of a bother.

And not just duty, when did eventually, I guess, the third phase is that the mandate, climate change and everything else, or whatever it might be,

that's led us to the situation where well you're next on the list

and it takes god out of the picture so firstly god is the one who dictates when we are born and when we die the human life is from natural from from conception till natural uh conclusion but the problem is we don't always know when that natural conclusion will be.

Natural death could be when we are suffering and in grave illness, or it could be after that.

You know, God performs miracles every single day.

How many people, even secularists secularists or atheists that don't recognize christ how many of them recognize the fact that people that they know and love have been brought back to full health and it's been miraculous as they would call it even though they don't recognize it's god's hand like the the amount of times the doctors say prepare yourself you have six months left and then six years later the person's still telling that story and so we can't discount the fact that god is a living god he's active in his creation and it's on his say whether someone is removed from this earth or not and if we jump to conclusions and assume well this is is it, this is going to be nothing but suffering for you now, you may as well end it.

We don't know what may have been to come.

But also, of course, I don't trust the state.

I don't trust a socialized healthcare system either, because they put monetary values on the human life.

And so no state or national health service should ever have the ability or the authority to end human life because it is state-sanctioned, not state-assisted, it's state-sanctioned killing, essentially.

It's saying that that vulnerable people can't be killed by the state.

And you're right, that the pressure will come left, right, and centre.

It will come from families, maybe unconsciously, when there are big, large families in need of the mother or father's home, or that the tax situation is terrible in the UK, the inheritance tax and all of that is under debate right now too.

Or it costs too much to keep grandma or grandpa in the care home, the monetary burden.

There are always family burdens.

But then there are also also state burdens, too.

The state will say, well, this treatment is available.

Yes, but we don't offer it like other countries do because it's too expensive.

What we can do is we can end your suffering here and now today.

We could kill you off.

Father, we're running out of time.

We could talk about this, I think, an entire show.

You're right.

I pray for the folks in the UK as I believe this is going to be another historic moment.

But I'm also optimistic as America can get itself back on track, so goes the rest of the world.

Where can folks find you and stay up to date with the latest?

Well, I tell you, things are turning.

We're going to talk about why and how

as we talk next with Richard Barris.

He's the People's Pundit.

He's a pollster.

He's going to go through the numbers with us and tell us what's really going on, what happened in the last election, and of course what it means moving forward.

Biden's inflation is so bad.

One of the things I think you can take away ⁇ Biden's inflation is so bad you can't even buy an election for a billion dollars anymore.

Justin Barkley in for Glenn today on the Glenn Beck program.

We're back after this.

You know, hindsight is always 20-20, and that is especially true with investing.

Oh, almost 30 years ago now, I bought my first gold with Lear Capital, and that investment has quadrupled.

Now I wish I really would have spent some more on that and not listened to all the naysayers.

You know, I'm all about education, and that's why I choose Lear.

And I brought me some corn for popping.

The lights are turned way down low.

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

Holding for Christmas out now, cheyennegrace.com, Glenbeckchristmas.com, along with some other great gifts.

I already got it downloaded to my phone.

I was enjoying it this morning on the way.

And I got to tell you,

it is the season.

I'm ready for it.

And, you know, one of the things I think that we're ready for is to start going through this election.

Look, they're already doing this on the left.

You can imagine

that's just sort of the panic, the sheer and utter frantic panic that's happening in the left, right?

What exactly happened?

Several different stages of grief we're already starting to witness and see play out.

And in fact,

the Nile, and that's a big one.

We've seen that already.

Already saying that Elon rigged it with his space lasers.

I just, you can't make some of this stuff up.

Richard Barris joins us now.

Maybe he can help us shine some light.

Not that we want the left to understand it completely other than to say, hey, maybe.

I mean, everything you were doing was wrong.

I don't know that we want them to get it right, but Rich, maybe you can help walk us through what they missed and what we need to pay attention to because

this isn't it.

We've two years from now, we've got more work to do.

And of course,

in 28 as well, welcome in the People's Pundered, Richard Barris.

Hey, thanks for having me.

It's good to be here.

I'll tell you, it wasn't Space Laser.

It wasn't Space Laser.

Oh, okay.

So, Rich,

I just shared this

over on X, and

Eric Dottery had tweeted this out.

The most accurate national pollster of 2024 was Rich Paris.

And so you got it right.

Many others weren't even in the same.

I'm not even going to say the same page.

They weren't even the right book.

They probably weren't even in the right library,

some of these folks.

What was it?

Yeah, that's true.

You know, there was a period you know, after they did the switcheroo, they replaced Biden with Harris, and she got glowing media coverage.

And it erased on, you know, Real Clear Politics and all these other sites, it erased what was a very clear trend for a period of about a month and a half.

And the idea was, could they keep her afloat long enough and, you know, to trick the American people long enough to give her a narrow win?

I mean, this was some real kind of experiment we were witnessing.

The truth is, in our polling, she was was never ahead.

She wasn't ahead nationally.

She was, and I mean, some of these battleground states were very close at times, but it was more like statistical noise.

It was more like distortion in the data than it was that she had any real lead.

He was always a favorite here, and what they pulled was, you know,

I don't know what the proper word is here, but what they pulled is basically criminal.

I mean,

maybe it should be, but it was criminal.

It was deception.

And the race had been pretty consistent the entire time.

And there are just things that happened over the period of these last four years where Americans, you know,

they wanted the economy they had with Trump back.

They thought the left was going too far culturally.

So, you know, swapping out Biden for Harris at the last minute never did address their core concerns and what was always at the top of their mind when choosing who the next president would be.

Richard Barris with us now.

It's interesting, as you said, that you never showed her leading at all.

You know what?

You're not the only one.

Apparently, her internals,

we found out the other day, never showed her leading at all, too.

And this is the criminal part, I think, more than anything, is that they were out telling everybody that, oh, no, she's leading.

She's doing great.

And not just the public and they try to get the media to go along with it and lift it.

But they were telling their donors this, too.

And they raised about a billion and a half.

They raised a lot lot of money telling people,

just lying to them.

Yeah, ball-face lies.

I think it was only Mark Halperin who had said when David Plough made that claim about the, we had the comedian at the Madison Square Garden, you know, make

a joke that was

a fell-flat, off-color joke about Puerto Rico.

And they acted as if this was a huge shift in the dynamics of the race that suddenly all of the Hispanic voters who we had seen moving to President Trump and over years, this didn't happen overnight.

You know, this trends don't happen overnight.

They happen, and you see it chipping away, chipping away, chipping away until there's a cascading effect.

In 2024, we really hit that point where it was a cascading effect, not only with Hispanics, but other non-white voters that Donald Trump had been appealing to over these last couple of years, in these number of years.

And they acted as if this was some huge change in the direction of the race.

David Plough goes out and tells all of these reporters, you know, our data showing showing that this joke is it.

It did it.

This election is going to swing our way because of this joke.

And not a single reporter said, David, let me see the data set.

Show us the proof, David.

You know, I mean, they just took him as a serious guy, Obama's guy, and they took him at face value.

But I actually don't know that that's the case with everyone.

You know, a lot of people in my business, these election forecasters and so-called modelers, they know every, you know, they talk to people.

We all talk to each other.

And there is no way on planet Earth that they didn't know her internals had her down.

Folks, if the people's pundit in North Carolina knew what Harris's internal polling showed in Michigan, then believe me, the Nate Collins and the Nate Silvers and all these other guys that pump out trash year after year, they knew too.

So there's no, you know,

there's being wrong and then there's being deceptive.

And I'm telling you, there was deception here.

I just saw this today.

I guess it was an NBC poll.

Since we're fresh off of the big holiday that was yesterday,

and today, the Native American Heritage Day, let's talk about this.

They said Native Americans voted for Trump 68%

of the vote.

That's an incredible number, if that's real.

Yeah, and we had, we were seeing some numbers like that as well.

Also with Asians, vote, numbers that

I almost didn't want to trust.

You have to trust your own data, though, and that's what it really comes down to.

You can't put your finger on the scale because you see something that maybe you question or you're skeptical of.

And

at the end of the day, this happened.

He did win Native Americans.

And there was evidence to suggest that this was happening.

In the primaries in a state like Arizona, for instance, when you have the Navajo areas come in, the weakest for Joe Biden, he was getting only around 80% of the vote in his own primary in those areas.

And Trump was getting in the 90s compared to other parts of Phoenix where, you know, he, let's be honest, I mean, there's just still some Republican areas where Trump, it's a different coalition.

You know, so

he'll do actually weaker in those areas than so, you know, we'll call them new MAGA areas.

And you could see it in a state like Arizona, clear as day, in the most Hispanic.

areas around Maricopa, even though they have anywhere voting.

In the most Hispanic areas around that county, he did better.

In the Navajo areas, he did better.

So, you know, we just saw things like that.

There were little hints along the way that what we were seeing was real and to stay the course.

And that happened.

And

Hispanics are, of course, a huge story, but look at a state like Nevada as well.

You know, Washoe County, we did see this massive shift with some of these communities, these Asian communities in states like Nevada, and that happened.

He basically tied with Hispanics and barely won Asians, which is just think about that, folks.

That's remarkable compared to 2020 when our own polling had Trump losing Asians to Biden anywhere.

But 60-40, 65, 35 kind of margins.

So these are massive changes in voter preference that we don't typically see in America.

It's really something it's special.

I mean, I really don't know how else to put it.

Richard Barris with us right now, the People's Pundit.

And Richard,

the most

accurate pollster of 2024.

Let me ask you this.

I want to see how accurate we get about the future here.

I've been hearing a lot about Hispanic voters and that the Democrats were bringing folks into the country.

This is just sort of a theory, that they're bringing these folks into the...

country trying to rush and that that they would benefit democrats if they could get these folks to vote etc in the short term but then there was question about the long term, that long term, that these voters may shift and trend conservative, essentially helping Republicans.

Well, I want to ask you, what we just saw,

is this a trend?

Are we headed this way in the future?

Was this just a one-off?

Was this just an anomaly?

And if you can hang on, we'll take a quick break and I'll get your answer right after this.

By the way, CheyenneGrace.com for the latest Home for Christmas, the new album out today.

Also, Glenbeckchristmas.com.

So, Rich Barris with us, the People's Pundit.

And the question is, Rich, all of this that we've been seeing, seeing, hearing about Hispanics moving to the right, in fact, all these states, everything moving to the right.

Is this a trend?

Is this where we're headed?

Or is this just a one-off and an anomaly here?

Well, that's a great question.

And I think that the answer depends on how Republicans govern, what they do if they want to repeat 2016, where, you know, let's face it, there are these actors,

the old guard in the party,

that resist doing in it

what Republicans told their voters they're going to do every year during election season.

And there's a group that every, you know, people from the Glenn Becks to the Rush Limbaughs to the, you know, everyone over the years, and we know this is a problem, a long-term problem with Republicans, where a problem that Democrats don't have, by the way, where they campaign on things.

And then there's a guard like the McConnell's, and I'm not, you know, name-dropping to be mean here, it's just the truth where they don't stay the course they don't do or support the policies that they tell voters they're going to support when they get to DC or when they get in power and I really do think that a lot of this you could see it around the map a lot of Republicans did underperform Donald Trump with these key groups so there's something there that these voters are saying that look we want to go in this direction and you have to take us there we trust him a little bit more than we trust you guys you got to earn it

I was talking with somebody the other day about this, and he said, you know, that they were, they didn't marry them, they dated them.

And I actually gave it a little bit different, a little bit more specific.

I actually think they're just flirting with the Republican Party right now, and they need to give them a reason to stay with them.

And they have been traditionally, Hispanics have been a traditional swing vote in the past.

Before the Great Recession, they were much more of a swing vote until they went to Democrats in much bigger numbers.

And I think, you know, you were talking about immigration.

It would be, and maybe this cycle is that pivot cycle, but I have long said that this could be the biggest political irony ever.

You know, they imported these people hoping that they would be their voting block, you know, an underclass voting block.

But, you know, two generations go by, three generations go by, they see how Democrats behave, they see how they act, and they undergo what we call political masterization.

And they don't stay that way forever, just like the ethnic Italians, like where my family came from.

They did not stay in the inner city machine forever.

Irish Catholics, they didn't stay in the Tammany machine forever, right?

So

things change, and they don't share the same values with Democrats.

And Republicans need to keep them, though, and prove to them that, you know, we don't just say this, we mean it, and they'll stay.

But that is a big question.

It remains to be seen if Republicans will do that.

Do you think if you're looking at what these folks, what they say they wanted, wanted, what they say they voted for, was it the policies?

Was it that

sort of that shift to the right?

Or was it the fact that the other candidate was just absolutely dead on arrival?

Yeah.

I mean, we saw this with both Joe Biden and Kamal Harris.

They were both struggling with Hispanics and specifically

black voters under 45.

They were both struggling with them.

So I think

there's another element to this election that was always going to be difficult for Democrats to overcome, regardless of who they picked as their nominee.

And that is people had fresh in their memory how it was under Donald Trump, how the country was, how the economy was, how foreign policy was.

And it was an A-B, a very traditional A-B test, right?

You have to choose A, or you have to choose B.

And yeah, of course, we have third parties, but people were able to make that comparison.

You know, so we had a very unique situation.

Trump did, you know, could, and he did, end up pulling a Grover Cleveland.

And people were telling us, you know, things are better under Trump.

Inflation wasn't crazy.

I could afford things.

You know, people don't use technical terms.

They say, you know,

eggs are way too much money.

Gas is too much money.

Rent is too much money.

Whatever in their world is happening with them.

That's how those are the terms they speak.

And, you know, the common theme, the common theme throughout was that Donald Trump didn't have these problems economically.

They were in a better position.

They had more money in their pockets.

And that was something that was going to be very difficult for them to overcome because, you know, they could say what they want, and we know what they did.

He's Hitler.

You know, he may have had a better economy, but God, he's Hitler.

They just didn't care about any of that because they remembered that he wasn't Hitler, right?

They kept talking about the rest of democracy, but at the end of the day, what did he do?

He left, and Joe Biden became the president.

So these things

didn't land because all they remembered was how much better it was in this part of the economy or foreign policy, whatever it was that they were concerned with.

And immigration was a huge one.

As it turns out, most Hispanic voters do not favor illegal immigration.

Waves and waves and waves, endless waves of illegal immigration.

They absolutely do not.

And that was always a myth.

And, you know,

we just saw it play out this time.

But I, again, I think that it was going to be an issue whether it was Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, or Barack Obama.

Really, I think at this point, anyone would have struggled because they governed poorly.

I mean, that's something people aren't discussing.

They governed very poorly, and people were hurting, and they didn't want to acknowledge it.

They just refused to acknowledge their grievances.

So eventually, voters are going to punish you for that.

And that's what they did.

Richard Barris, the people's pundit.

Rich, where can folks find you online and stay up to date with all the latest?

Yeah, I'm on X,

And you don't have to go out and deal with the traffic, the hassle, or any of the other stuff.

And obviously, you know, these days, I think we're paying a lot more attention to where our money's going, what it's funding.

And, well,

quite frankly,

I think we all, we should have been doing this a long time ago.

But, you know, it is, it's, it's been wild to watch how a lot of that has,

a lot of that has shifted, anyways.

And

boy, now more than than ever.

Now more than ever.

Hey, this story

is, well, it's a wild one.

I'll tell you that much.

It's a warning.

It's a warning from Putin, who says that Trump will find a solution to the ongoing conflict.

He still believes Trump, Trump's, this is talking about Russia and Ukraine, by the way.

Trump's life is still in danger after multiple assassination attempts.

Trump warning the deep state's actions have been uncivilized, this was Putin rather, warning the deep state's actions have been uncivilized and that their behavior is too low,

even for Russian gangsters

who don't bring family members into business.

Based on these statements,

well, I'll just let you take a listen to what some of this.

I don't know how much is

President Trump, a smart

and experienced person, will come up with a solution,

especially given that

he has

gone through quite an ordeal of

fighting to reclaim the Oval Office.

Well, probably just like me, you are amazed not by the fact

that absolutely uncivilized means had been used against Trump all the way up to assassination attempts, numerous assassination attempts.

And I think he's not safe even now.

The history of the United States has known many

cases, but I think President Trump is a smart person and

a cautious one, I hope.

What amazed me most

is that in fighting him, not only

Trump was subjected to humiliating court procedures,

accusations, and so on, but his family was attacked as well.

His children were attacked.

Gangsters don't do this in Russia.

Now,

there's a certain amount of this.

Well, all of it, really.

Critics will say, well, that's Russian,

that's Russian propaganda.

Well, yeah, it's right out of the mouth of Vladimir Putin.

I mean, obviously, you take whatever he says with a grain of salt.

He's not a saint, but he's also not telling us anything we don't already know.

We are in the most critical time right now,

from here until the day that he puts his,

essentially, puts his hand on

the Bible and is sworn in.

We've known that.

We get it.

We ought to be more,

you know, we're cautiously optimistic, but we ought to be more

concerned and in prayer

and considering those things, I think, on a daily basis.

What's Trump doing?

I'm sure he thinks about it.

I'm that, you know, not

pronouncing.

I'm sure he thinks about it.

But last night at Mar-a-Lago, what was he doing?

He was at, well, he went to Thanksgiving dinner

with the family.

And to be a fly on the wall in this room would have been something because there's Elon Musk at the table, Musk's mom, of course, and Melania and Baron at that table, too.

And there's a moment where Trump is sitting with Elon and they're at the table and

they're like dancing the YMCA.

Trump's pounding the table and pounding it off.

I am seeing

with IMCA.

It just, it's one of the funnier things.

But this is, this is kind of the,

well, the, the, the fun of the

Trump family, the Trump administration, certainly the Trump campaign.

He's got serious work to do, but

there are some moments that are not so serious, I think.

And boy, they got a lot of celebrating that they're doing,

that they're doing as well.

Going to talk a little later on, hour three with Laura Trump.

She was there last night, too.

Got to talk to her about what went down at the Thanksgiving celebration at Mar-a-Lago and how all of that,

what the mood is like there.

Particularly the story, it dovetails along with what we know about the threats on Trump.

There are threats on Trump's cabinet.

And I don't,

I have a friend, a

connection, I guess I would say, with a member of the

of the last cabinet.

They had to deal with some of the similar things.

But I don't think we're going to, I don't think any, we've seen anything like this,

like

we're going to see.

Trump cabinet nominees appoints, he's targeted with violent un-American threats.

Nearly a dozen of Trump's cabinet nominees and other folks folks appointed TAP for the incoming administration were targeted Tuesday night with violent un-American threats to their lives

and those who live with them, prompting a swift law enforcement response, according to the reports, Fox News Digital.

The attacks range from bomb threats to swatting, according to Trump bands transition spokeswoman and incoming White House press secretary Caroline Levitt.

One of the officials issued a statement describing his incident as having involved a, quote, pipe bomb threat with a pro-Palestinian themed message.

All of the rent of mobs are going to be amped up and ramped up.

The things that we saw happening on college campuses, I think, up and to and through Inauguration Day,

just imagine.

That's you're going to see the chaos they want to orchestrate, manufacturing the streets.

Now, here's what I would,

here's what I would caution against,

particularly for these individuals.

The precedent has been set.

The left came after the right, and particularly Trump

and others in ways like we've never seen before.

So the precedent has been set.

Now, I'm not all for tit-for-tat, but I am for law and order, and I am for calm and peace and not chaos.

And I think what

you may see,

and we've already seen, by the way,

one of the guys that I got to tell you is my favorite, the whole list of folks that is,

is Tom Holman.

Quite a contrast from the current Borders are.

The incoming Border Czar has words.

For elected officials, mayors, governors, etc.,

they're not threats.

They're promises.

He has words.

And this guy,

I would not bet against him.

So the response to those people will be swift.

And I believe it will be strong.

And I would say likewise, the response will be swift and strong to those that are looking to be a part of any chaos.

you're in it this is a new time the the first administration i don't know that they went hard enough on some of the folks they were trying to win an election

blm and the insurrection that was taking place in fact that's a word now that we've pulled that out of the the dictionary now that we've used that hurt it so much

Look what they've done to the lies of some of these folks that were just at January 6th, just there.

You've seen the videos.

Many of them were walking calmly through the stanchions of velvet ropes there in the Capitol building.

And it was violence into it.

I think some of those folks ought to be held accountable, but they all ought to be freed.

Because the law has not been equally applied.

You see what's happened to folks on the left.

I mean, heck, they give them an award.

They give them a medal or some sort of

flacker or celebration if they were to do some of the same things that were done on January 6th.

But I'm telling you, because that genie is out of the battle, the toothpaste is out of the tube, these people that are calling in the threats, these people that are enacting threats yesterday at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade,

I just think it's a new day.

And what we could see coming, I don't know that

they're ready for.

In fact, let's hear from homan i may be the best one-liner in the history

of uh

of conversations had just the other day talking about what he plans and what will happen to the governors and to the mayors if they try to get in the way of this mass deportation effort the effort to clean up the criminal activity that's taken place

just

i i i'm telling you this guy means business and uh in fact you'll you'll hear it coming up after this.

So, you got a quick break.

We'll talk about that.

Again,

there are people losing their minds because of this stuff.

There's some epic videos floating around of breakdowns, but the answer to it all, we'll give you that as well.

Cheyenne Grace

What must I do

home for Christmas

And it's out today, cheyengrace.com.

Also at GlenbeckChristmas.com.

Lots of other great gifts there as well.

And a fantastic album.

I've been listening to it this morning before I hit the air.

You can download it and enjoy just in time for the holidays.

We're here.

Whether you're shopping, you're dashing through the snow,

whatever you're finding.

You know, that's always the thing about Black Friday.

I've been keeping an eye out, and through the years, we haven't seen any,

not that I've seen reported yet.

They may have happened, but I'm just not seeing them make the rounds yet of the fights or anything.

Is Black Friday still a thing?

That's a good question.

Maybe we'll

ask that question.

Love to hear from you today, too.

Triple 8, 727-BEC, 888-727-B-E-C-K.

Open the phone lines.

At first, Tom Holman.

And man, oh man, Tom is a guy.

This is a guy I would not cross the incoming borders are with the clear and

very,

very certain, strong

one-liner on what may happen to mayors and governors who get in the way of the American government doing its business.

Mandate from the people to move forward with these mass deportations.

But look, me and the Denver mayor, we agree on one thing.

He's willing to go to jail.

I'm willing to put him in jail.

Oh, boy, I tell you.

I can't get enough of that.

I can't get enough of that.

This is

the definition of leadership.

They'll call this toxic masculinity, but I would say the absence of this is actually

toxic masculinity.

It's the opposite.

This is how and this is why,

but this is how you deal with these situations.

You never have a Lake and Riley.

You never have a Jocelyn Nungere or any of these people that lost their lives in horrific ways

if we have leadership out front and on display and strength.

It's strength through peace,

not just abroad, but here at home as well.

Strength through peace that

makes certain that

we don't have to deal with, go through some of the things.

It restores law and order, common sense, truth, logic, and common sense.

That's it.

Law.

But look, me and the Denver mayor, we agree on one thing.

He's willing to go to jail.

I'm willing to put him in jail.

Yes.

Because there's a statue.

It's Title VIII,

United States Code 1324, III.

And what it says is, it's a felony if you knowingly harbor and conceal an illegal alien from immigration authorities.

It's also a felony to impede a federal law enforcement officer.

So if we don't want to help, that's fine.

He can get the hell out of the way.

But we're going to go do the job.

President Trump has a mandate for the American people.

We've got to secure this country.

We've got to save American lives.

And I find it shocking any mayor of a city would say, and President Trump's made clear: we want to concentrate on public safety threats and national security threats.

I find it hard to believe that any mayor or governor would say they don't want public safety threats.

I love it.

I'm here for it all.

Folks, strap up.

We got more to go coming up on the Glenn Beck program.

Just get in for Glenn today.

Hey, the winning has already started.

It's called the Trump Effect.

And in fact, we're already starting to see that take place.

But as optimistic as we are, as hopeful we are for the future and where the country is headed, we got to get there first.

President Trump has to lay his hand on that Bible on Inauguration Day, and I know we're counting down the moments.

So we'll talk about that and what is happening.

the days up until that day.

Laura Trump joins us right after this.

Fantastic stuff.

Well, we have been talking about the Trump effect and the winning that's already started.

I want to talk about some of those things.

But some of the other stories that are in the news, as I mentioned, we've got to get there first.

Today we've got Putin warning.

At the deep state, they'll stop at nothing.

Well, this is something we've already kind of known.

Our prayers continue for President Trump and his family, but also

you've got this other story out there about the folks in the cabinet and the appointees being targeted and threatened as well.

So we're going to touch on those things in our conversation.

Joining us now, Laura Trump, with the latest.

We appreciate you taking the time.

Happy Thanksgiving.

And it looks like you guys had a fantastic night last night.

Yeah, well, good morning.

And I'm listening to that beautiful music.

I guess we can all officially start playing Christmas music.

My kids will be thrilled.

Yeah, we had a great Thanksgiving with the family and our newest additional family member, Elon Musk, and Mother May.

We had a very nice time.

You know, it's so funny.

There's that clip floating around this morning.

This Elon sitting next to President Trump, and they're doing that.

YMCS twin.

He's pounding on the table.

And then Elon puts his arms up in the air.

They're all smiles.

Baron kind of looks, I don't know, he's surprised, oh no, here we go.

He's got a

little more straight face, but it looks like it was a fun night last night.

Before we get into the serious stuff, let me ask you, what is Thanksgiving like at Mar-a-Lago?

Well, it's a beautiful affair, lots of delicious food.

And honestly, this Thanksgiving, obviously a lot of excitement and just really positivity.

I think the feeling we had there,

you know, for our Thanksgiving is probably the way a lot of people across the country felt this year probably for the first time in a long time and and we really it was a really fun you know time to be around family but there are a lot of faces in there you might be familiar with Sylvester Stallone was sitting just to the right of us and you know you look around the room and you see a lot of faces you might recognize but listen it's probably also like a lot of people's Thanksgivings which is that we enjoy one another's company we laugh we share stories and obviously you put on a little village people and do do a little YMCA dance, some Trump dance, if you have a little bit of extra time on your hands, which obviously we did.

You know, and look, there's

a lot to be grateful for this year.

None of this is lost on us.

We realize, and I think a lot of people,

there's a bit of divine intervention throughout this last year and the election.

You know, for President Trump to make it as far as he did, though they tried everything, they had every trick in the the book from the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax to impeachment, the law fare, which we've got good news on that front as well, is kind of winding down

in all of this.

And then the assassination attempts.

I mean,

none of this should be lost on us.

And obviously,

you hold a closer situation as family in this scenario.

But I think we almost lost, not only did we almost lose him, but we almost lost the country.

I don't think people realized how close we came.

Absolutely.

I couldn't agree with you more.

I always say not only did Donald Trump get a second chance on that day in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13th, but our country really got a second chance.

Because if you really consider the implications of what that would have meant, had that bullet actually successfully hit my father-in-law where it was targeted, we would be in a much different place right now.

And not just in probably the country, but really in the world, I think.

And it's a terrifying prospect.

I always say Donald Trump was made for such a time as this.

And

I meant that initially as though I know this is the person who can do the job needed to bring this country back.

But after that day and after the two failed assassination attempts, you know, you have to look at this and say, God really did have a hand in so much of what we saw happen over the past several years in our country and certainly in the past several months as it relates to my father-in-law.

So I think I agree with you 100%.

And I think anyone who wondered if miracles happen and if God exists got an answer that day on July 13th.

And there's no doubt about it.

So that brings us to today where I said, you know, we've already seen some great things happening.

I want to touch on some of those here in just a little bit.

The Trump effect is in full speed ahead.

But

let me ask you, we've got a couple of stories.

Putin coming out and saying that President Trump's life is still

hanging in the balance because of the fact that he believes that there are bad actors that are willing to do whatever it takes.

And this is something I think that

it's unfortunately, but it's not even shocking anymore.

We're fully aware of this, and we continue.

to pray for him and your family and the country.

But also,

it's not just him.

There are now the folks have been appointed.

There are people in the cabinet that have just been nominated that are learning.

They've been aware of this, but they're learning firsthand what this is all about and what they're in for.

Unfortunately, as we've got these latest stories that some of the folks have been targeted, coordinated bomb threats, swatting, and some of those other things.

Yeah, and it's

unfortunate, obviously, on all fronts.

I think you're right, I think when it comes to to Donald Trump, we probably all realize that this is,

you're going to see more of this, not less of this, because, look, I think when you start shining light in dark spaces, it makes some people very uncomfortable.

Anyone who had something to hide, probably very upset right now, probably understands the implications of what it might mean for Donald Trump to fully be sworn in and start getting Doge involved and start having people work alongside of him in the administration who have the same goals at hand, which is literally to save this country and turn things back around, give it back to we, the people.

And anything nefarious, any nefarious activity that has occurred, really expose it.

And I think that that's a problem for some people.

And yeah, this is something we should never see in the United States of America.

You should never have a president.

who has his life almost taken twice and threats continue.

But I think it really probably speaks to the fact that Donald Trump is doing something that's necessary.

and the bad actors out there will continue to be bad actors.

They'll continue to threaten his life.

I can tell you the safety and security around my father-in-law has really been stepped up since

the two incidents that we saw happen.

And

we as a family feel very good about things and where they are as it relates to his protection.

But you shouldn't have people nervous about taking a cabinet position or going to work in a presidential administration.

It is really unfortunate that we found ourselves in this space.

space, but I think that's why Donald Trump right now is so necessary because we have to expose these things.

We have to get in there.

We have to fix the problems in our federal government and obviously anything on the world stage that can be rectified as well.

So look, this will not deter anyone.

I know the people he's chosen to serve alongside of him in this administration are tough people.

They understand the task at hand.

They understand what needs to be done.

They will be ready to go on day one and they will not waver at all because they're taking their cues from the one at the top.

That's Donald Trump.

And, you know, if he's standing strong, I believe they all will as well.

Yeah, let's talk about some of those big things that are already happening as the Trump effect is already under swing here.

So Laura Trump joins us right now.

What are some of the things that obviously are standing out to me or the peace deals?

that are sort of already kind of falling into place.

We've had an absence of leadership over over the last four years.

And the moment that a leader arises on the stage, things just sort of fall

back into place.

We've seen Putin call for a reset with relations in the United States.

We've seen gas prices fall.

Those are just to name a few.

But this is serious, and I think it ought to show us right now

maybe

the difference of where we've been versus where we're headed.

Well, there's no doubt about that.

It's about 180 degrees in the other direction.

We saw that over the past several years.

Obviously, everybody has felt that if you didn't see it, but you're right.

The Trump effect, I think, is real.

Look at the stock market.

Look at the way the economy has already started to respond because Donald Trump will be the 47th president.

You know, you just touched on some of the problems around the world, these wars in the Middle East and in Europe,

you've seen people come to the table and want to have peace talks, literally reaching out to Donald Trump before he even takes the oath of office to be the 47th president.

And it's interesting because all of the people, all the Middle Eastern leaders who've reached out to my father-in-law have all said the same thing to him.

They all said they want the war to stop.

They want the killing to stop.

They want peace, and they know that he's the person who can bring peace.

And it's incredible when people who are coming at something from very different positions understand that the one thing they have in common is Donald Trump and his ability to do this.

Look, he did it in the first term in office.

You had historic peace agreements in the Middle East with the Abraham Accords.

But I think what you've seen happen in this shift is because you're right, a total vacuum and absence of any sort of leadership on the world stage as it relates to the United States is a huge problem.

We stabilize the whole world.

When we are strong, the world is stable.

When we are weak, the world is destabilized.

And you've you've seen that happen exactly in that way since Joe Biden and Kamala Harris took over the White House.

Now, before Donald Trump's even in there, you've seen caravans coming up through

Mexico to the southern border start to break apart and turn around.

You see that the Mexican president is now saying, okay, well, wait a minute, maybe I do want to help out a little bit here in terms of turning some of these people around who are coming to the southern border.

You've seen so much movement in the right direction in just the weeks after Donald Trump's election.

And I think that it's because people understand when Donald Trump draws a line in the sand, he means business.

You don't cross it because you don't even want to test out the possibility on the other side.

That's what four years of strong leadership will get you, peace through strength, all the great things for our economy and our country.

And I think the world leaders are sitting up, taking notice.

And whether you're our allies or our adversaries, you're paying attention.

And the Trump effect is real.

And it is to the benefit of the American people.

I've got another question for you, but first I need to find out.

Can you hang for a second?

Oh, absolutely.

Here I am.

All right.

We've got to take a quick break

and then we'll be right back.

And this question has to do

with you and kind of with the future.

So I want to talk about that right after this.

We'll be back after this quick break.

It's Justin Barkley in for Glenn today on the Glenn Beck program.

All right,

I guess I gotta take that back.

I said I had one question, but

I actually have two questions for Laura Trump, who is with us right now.

Laura, thank you for holding.

Thank you for joining us today.

So, okay, first question

is about you,

and the next question is about your family.

So, first of all, you know, there's a lot of talk now as Senator Rubio's going to go serve as a Secretary of State in capacity.

That leaves that Senate seat open in Florida.

Talk about who that might be that fill it.

And I know that your name's been mentioned.

Would you be up for that challenge?

I think you'd make a great senator.

Oh, that's so nice.

You know, it's funny because about a year ago, I had no idea that I would ultimately serve as co-chair of the RNC, which I have since being elected by the 168 members back during our winter meeting last year.

But, you know, here I am, and it was something I was honored to do.

I was proud to do it, but there was a lot that I had to think about.

You know, I have two young kids, and I did hesitate to decide to take on this role and this position but I ultimately did it for my kids.

I never wanted to leave anything on the table and say hey what if I had done this would this election have gone differently and was obviously proud to do it.

You're right my name has been floated as a potential replacement but look that's up to Governor Ron DeSantis.

He ultimately makes that appointment and I'm sure he will choose the best person for the job.

It is something that I would consider.

I would certainly take into account a lot, but I've been honored to serve in my capacity thus far.

And if there's some way that I could do more for our country, look, I don't think any of us in the Trump family would say anything different than what I'm about to, which is that we've been honored to play a small role in the history that we've all seen happen in the past nine years since my father-in-law came down the golden escalator to announce he was running for president.

And if this is God's plan for me, then I'm open and we'll see how it goes.

But ultimately, that will be up to Governor Ron DeSantis.

Well, I like that answer.

We never know

where God's going to take us next.

I mean, I know you know that, probably.

Seen that up close and personal more than anyone.

All right.

So here's a little more.

This is a little more of a,

well, it's a different question altogether.

It's about your family.

I'm looking at your feed over on X and the picture of your precious children last night with grandpa and

just wondering what kind, because people don't get to hear and see, and I wish they did.

A little bit here and there

has leaked out through the years, but what kind of grandpa is he?

We know him to be the commander-in-chief, and we know him to be, you know, the mogul and all that.

But what kind of grandpa is he?

Well, this is the thing that I agree with you.

I wish more people knew this side of Donald Trump.

And you can tell a great grandparent because the grandkids always want to be around that person.

And that is exactly how my kids are with my father-in-law.

The second they know that they're going to get to see grandpa, everyone is excited.

They always want to be with him.

And it's very natural.

You know, my daughter loves to run up, jump in his arms.

You saw her at the convention, you know, right after the butler situation, crawled up in his lap there while my husband was speaking.

And he's great.

He's fun and he loves to give them candy and stuff I don't need in my house.

Like he gave them a bunch of giant MAGA hats the other day that now they're trying to fit in my car and take everywhere with them.

But look, I believe one of the reasons he fights so hard and the reason that he's done all the things he's done is ultimately for his grandkids and for the future of this country.

You know, it's so much bigger than him and always has been.

And he's a very natural grandparent.

They love being around him.

They have a great time.

My son loves to go golf with him.

My daughter likes to bring her stuffed animals on a golf cart.

Not so much a golfer

thus far, but we will see.

But it's the best.

And

we're blessed to be able to have them in our lives and live close enough that they get to see them a lot.

Laura Trump, thank you so much for being here with us.

Follow her on X.

And I love your program to the right view over on Rumble.

Thank you so much for taking the time.

Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas.

And we're saying Merry Christmas again.

So right back at you.

Get back.

Give our best to Eric.

All right.

We're back after this.

More Glenn Beck next.

He's got a sleigh full, it's not gonna stay full.

He's got stuff to drop at every step of the way.

Everybody's waiting for the man with the bed.

Cause Christmas is coming again.

He'll be here

with the answer to the prayers that you've made through the year.

Cheyenne Grace, home for Christmas.

You've done everything you should.

Out today at CheyenneGrace.com, Glenn Beckchristmas.com.

And we've been listening to the album this morning.

And it's fantastic.

I like that big band jazz.

I just

like that sound.

And there's lots of that in this.

And

I remember Glenn talking about going and

getting it produced and using the

folks, the musicians, the orchestra that they did.

And it's just turned out fantastic.

It'll be one of your favorites that you'll use through the years to give you sort of a set the tone for your Christmas.

Fantastic news.

In fact, we've got

a couple of things I want to try and get through here that I had left over

throughout the show.

So there's been a couple of stories.

Biden's Grim Thanksgiving message

for mainstream media.

It's not the dark, remember the dark winter.

Oh, it's a dark winter of death.

No, it's not, it's not one of those.

In fact,

it is the message for the mainstream media, a warning, a grim Thanksgiving message that Biden

apparently delivered

in the mainstream media's fight against

alternative media.

Well, you know, Elon Musk says

you are

the media now.

In fact, he just tweeted, you are so much more than the media now.

President Biden lamenting

exceedingly small number of people are tuning into the mainstream media now, warning journalists that they have a tough job ahead in a message for worried Americans.

What is your message to them?

Zen Nantucket.

Look,

you'll have a very tough job.

I'm not being solicitous.

A really tough job.

Think about it.

If we had, I remember a couple weeks ago the survey done, how people feel about where they are.

62%,

35% thought they knew pretty well.

What do they mean about the direction of the country?

35%, only 35% of the floor.

Moving in the right direction.

I think there's an explanation for that.

I mean, think about it.

What do you know?

It's not a crisis in the press.

I mean, it's, you know,

for that is that you turn on the television, you don't see a lot of good news.

Even the stuff is good news, they don't see any silver.

Well, you don't really have a lot of good news.

You haven't left us with a lot of good news to report here.

Biden, I mean,

I don't know what to tell you.

Come on, man.

And so, if you turn it on the TV, everything looks bad.

Yeah, it's a dumpster fire.

Well, it has been anyway.

Now the tide is turning, but, you know, there's a reason for that.

And now you have, as you're going with the numbers, the exceedingly small number of people watching mainstream television and reading the newspapers.

Let's get the number.

They're not getting anything.

Well, they're not getting any truth.

You know,

it's filled with lies and propaganda.

And the tide's shifting and turning on that, too.

And they're way down.

So

where do you get your news?

And

how do you know what you're getting is not just what you're looking for as opposed to what's happening.

Not because of you.

I'm not main critical stress.

I talked to too many of you privately.

You've been around a long time.

And

you've got a whole job.

Anyway, I don't think

I want to make sure this transition goes smooth.

I want to make sure it goes smooth.

And all the talk about what he's going to do and went through, I think there may be a little bit of internal reckoning on his

part,

what he's been doing.

So, it'll be amazing to see it.

I just,

they'll never get it.

These people will never get it.

He won't get it.

He can't get it.

Or they refuse to get it.

Whatever it is, they just, the mainstream media is going to have a reckoning too.

They're going through it as we speak.

The numbers are collapsing with MSTNC and CNN and whether Elon buys either one of them or even cares about them anymore.

I mean,

there's an opportunity out there.

And I do believe there's an opportunity on a mainstream network for people to do news

and just

give us the news.

Yeah, we could take opinion too, but let us know when that's opinion and leave the rest of it.

There's bias in everything.

But for the longest time, the mainstream media was telling us that there was no bias in what they were doing, and they were openly, blatantly biased.

The whole thing was a lie.

All of it's been a sham, and the people have seen through it.

It's their own fault.

The reckoning

is here.

It's no longer coming.

It's here.

It's happening as we speak.

And that's the same for newspapers, too.

The exact same for newspapers.

But we can see through all of it now.

Our eyes are open, many of us.

Some of us still have a ways to go, right?

I think some of them you're never going to wake, just never going to happen.

But

everyone has their moment.

I don't want to call it red pill, but it's just that moment where they go, ah,

gotcha.

That's what was happening.

And I think there's more and more coming in the days ahead.

We're going to keep an eye on these things, obviously.

You're seeing meltdowns happening.

And I think

they have an opportunity here.

I think they realize they've lost the plot.

Earlier today, I played this spectacular commercial from Apple.

And I'm not saying that Apple's a perfect company at all.

Can't say that at all.

What I can tell you is

this ad that they've put out for the holidays is

not going to play the whole thing, but

it is a just heartwarming tear jerker, but in a very good way.

And again,

we talked about this early.

Somebody cutting the onions with this ad.

This was, this was just,

it just, it hit the spot, not only because

it was so refreshing to see a wholesome sort of pro-family advertisement.

What is that?

But it nails who we are as people.

It nails who Americans are.

I love you, Baba.

And I think more and more people

are going to have to see, because I think

we have now hit the tipping point.

The pendulum swings back and forth.

I think we've hit the tipping point with the massive mandate.

The numbers of people that came through in just ways that we never expected

stood up and said, We don't want any more of what they're selling.

We don't want it.

And they're going out of business right and left.

So they're going to have to change.

You see Apple making this move with this ad that just

pulls at your heartstrings

as this little girl, this man's daughter, strums her guitar strings.

By the way, you want to see the ad, I put it up and

it's on my social.

You can find me everywhere at Mr.Justin Barklay and JustinBarklay.com.

I put something called the stack where I put stories that we talked about throughout the day and whatnot.

I put it up there so you can see that.

As well as some of the other things that we're talking about.

But this is, to me, really

the proof.

We've had some big wins.

This isn't it.

Now we've had some meltdowns too, but eventually those people may

come to grips with the good news.

By the way, Walmart, the DEI, have you seen the stuff with Walmart?

Robbie Starbuck has done an amazing job with some of these companies and getting them to

shift course.

We've got so many things to be grateful for.

I mean, we have seen the tide turn and momentum shift in ways that I don't know that some of us could have even imagined.

We're experiencing it all right now.

In fact, I got a few more I'll go through.

Take a quick bake, and we're back right after this, just an in for Glenn today on the Glenn Beck program and Beck Friday.

We're all feeling pretty good now about where our country is headed, I think.

I am concerned because, you know, that's when we let our guard down and bad things happen.

But hopefully, we all know history and it reminds us that our enemies will never stop scheming to thwart success.

That's why I always prepare for emergencies no matter how comfortable and how good life will get.

The only brand that I rely on for my security and safety in an emergency is My Patriot Supply.

Whether that be their emergency food kits, their solar power generators, water treatment systems, they are the best in the business.

And right now, you can get their four-week emergency food kit for $50 off.

Their four-week emergency food kit includes some of my favorite meals.

The creamy Alfredo pasta is so good.

And addicting snacks like banana chips.

With warehouses located all across America, MyPatriot Supply can send you a four-week emergency food kit in little as one day.

So go to mypatriotsupply.com.

Oh, the weather outside is frightful, but the fire is so delightful.

And since we've no place to go,

let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

Make sure you're doing your shopping.

Whether you're running here or there,

dashing through the snow, you can do it online.

And while you do it, I'd suggest

picking up the Home for Christmas album from Cheyenne Grace.

Glennbeckchristmas.com, CheyenneGrace.com.

lots of other great gifts there as well.

But

get it

while you can and put it on.

And I don't know.

It's finally, I think, clear to put the tree up.

Although we put ours up a little while back, but

it's finally.

I think you're in the clear.

So you gotta put the tree up, put the music on.

Something will make you feel good.

Well, you know what else make you feel good?

You get frustrated.

You don't like the way things have turned out, particularly this election.

There's always this

group of liberal white women.

They gathered to scream out into the void, out into the abyss, out into Lake Michigan, in fact, near Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The story

goes like this.

Left-wing voters held a group scream.

session on a beach following Donald Trump's election victory.

Dozens of people gathered near Milwaukee,

some of them throwing their heads back or doubling over as they did so to scream at the top of their lungs.

This footage from November 9th, four days after that trouncing.

One couple embraced afterwards while others laughed self-consciously.

A woman wearing a plaid shirt and a blue woolly hat spent significantly longer time screaming than her companions, bellowing at the lake's choppy waters with their smartphone in hand.

So

if you're ever feeling frustrated,

there's always an opportunity to let it out.

I'm all for it.

I'm all for it.

Now, some people might criticize these individuals.

I don't.

Not a pink hat in sight, not a shaved head either.

Now, I don't know if they've decided to change that.

They've made a different decision the days following, but this is a,

I don't know if it's a productive or a constructive lease.

It was something.

This is the person that caught this.

It's a great way to

get it all out.

And I'll leave you with this.

Senator Kennedy on the folks that

are criticizing President Trump or

they don't,

they don't see eye to eye with him this year.

These people are goofy.

They have the right to their opinion, but they're just goofy.

They hate George Washington and Thomas Jefferson and Abraham Lincoln and Dr.

Zeus and Mr.

Potato Hit.

They think our kids ought to be able to

change genders at recess.

They carry around Ziploc bags of kale to give themselves energy.

To me, teach his own.

To me, kale tastes like I'd rather be fat now these people are entitled to their opinion but they have an unwarranted sense of moral and intellectual superiority they think they're smarter than and more virtuous than the American people and they think we're not real people but we were and we are real people and in this last election we got real mad

and we sent a message clearly unequivocally

and And my message to all

my friends and my enemies in America is happy Thanksgiving and stay deplorable, my friend.

There it is.

Happy Thanksgiving and

stay deplorable.

To me, kale tastes like I'd rather be fat.

Well, there it is.

When you get mad, vote.

And folks, the fight is still on.

Even though the voting is done, the fighting continues through prayer, through engagement, staying informed, staying involved at the local level.

A lot of times

more than ever before.

That's the place that matters most.

And I guess if things get to be too much this holiday season with the hustle and bustle, remember, you can always gather with your screen group near the water and let it run.

It's been a pleasure, always an honor, filling in for Glenn.

JustinBarkley.com.

Make it a great one.

God bless.
