Why Ukraine Joining NATO Would Mean WAR with Russia | Guests: John Graves & Sen. Mike Lee | 4/23/24

2h 8m
President Biden had a “good people on both sides” moment when asked about anti-Semitic pro-Palestinian protests. Remember when the media went nuts when it thought Trump said that (although he didn’t)? 1930s-style anti-Semitism is making a return, so will we have the courage to stand up against evil for what’s right? Financial expert Carol Roth joins to explain two odd financial trends: There has been the EXACT same number of jobless claims for about five weeks, and somebody is buying up a ton of gold. Is our government involved in any way? Attorney John Graves joins to preview this week’s Glenn TV special, which will explore whether the 2024 election will be secure. Kjerstyn Pledger, a mom from Utah, joins to expose how “furry” culture has taken over her son’s middle school. Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) joins to warn that if NATO lets Ukraine join, it would practically mean war against a nuclear Russia.

I want to talk to you about Lear Capital.

I was in South Carolina last night giving a speech and talking to some really great Freedom Caucus people, people who are really standing for the Constitution in the state house.

Things are in trouble.

We are in trouble all across the country, and we need to start standing up for things that make sense.

And one of the things that doesn't make sense

is our spending.

It is out of control.

The price of gold, they're now talking about going over $30 or $3,000, $3,500.

That is crazy.

Crazy.

It's up over $2,000 now.

Please protect your dollar, protect your wealth.

Your dollar is losing money every day.

800-889-3070.

800-889-3070.

It's Lear Capital.

Call them today.

Today's day together

if we're gonna survive

stay the straight

and hold the line.

It's a new day, a turning to rain.

Welcome to the fusion of entertainment

and enlightenment.

This is the Glenn Beck Program.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.

Things are a little out of control.

Who would have seen it coming?

Who would have seen it coming in the campuses all around the country?

Do not dismiss these as foolish students.

This, we've seen this movie before.

In fact, we've seen this movie at Columbia University in the 1930s.

I'll give you a little bit of the history coming up in just a second.

First, it's hard to know

what you need to feed your dog these days.

You walk down the dog food aisle, you see a hundred different types.

Although most of them are just variations of the same thing, the majority of dog food is kibble food, and it has had all of the healthy stuff cooked out.

So it has a, you know, two and a half, two-year shelf life.

You don't want that for your dog.

Your dog needs all the same healthy stuff that you need: vitamins, minerals, probiotics, omega oils, and I hate to say it, the green stuff.

You know the drill.

That's why there's Rough Greens, R-U-F-F-Greens.com.

If you go there now, you'll get your first trial bag free.

They just want you to make sure that your dog loves it as much as Uno and Stu's dogs do.

It is free bag.

It's a trial bag.

You just pay for shipping.

You call 833GLENN33.

833-Glenn33.

It's roughgreens.com slash peck.

Well, hello, Stu.

How are you?

Wonderful, Glenn.

Yourself?

I mean, things are going so well.

How could I be anything other than wonderful?

Amen, brother.

Amen to that.

Can't imagine, you know,

things getting any better, especially at Columbia University.

Yeah.

I'm thinking about getting my tent out.

I'm going to drive on up.

Yeah.

I'm getting that tent city.

Lots of good stuff going on.

Looking to get sexually assaulted.

Yeah.

So at any time, I can get that done.

I do want to say that, you know, the sexual assault thing is, you know, fine.

But it's, it's, I mean, it's going to, sure, that's a part of life.

Okay.

I learned from the president that why focus on the negative.

Here's President Biden about what's going on in Columbia University yesterday.

And the anti-Semitic protests on college campuses.

I condemn the anti-Semitic protests.

That's why I've set up a program to deal with that.

I also condemn those who don't understand what's going on with the Palestinians and how they're being removed.

Should the Columbia University president resign?

I didn't know that.

So now, wait a minute.

Hang on.

I think what I heard here was,

you know, there's fine people on both sides.

Very fine.

Yeah, very fine.

I call them very fine people.

Very fine people on both sides.

It's almost like

what happened with Donald Trump, except when Donald Trump said that, he was a Nazi.

He was a Nazi sympathizer.

He was reaching out to the Nazis.

Nowhere do I read that how he's a Nazi, how Biden is a Nazi for saying the same thing about the same kind of people that were calling for the death of Jews.

It really is fascinating.

You pointed this out

just before we came on the air, and I can't believe the parallels.

It's exactly the same thing.

It's just a left-wing version.

And I listened to tons of coverage on this and watched and read a bunch of coverage on this over the past 24 hours.

And

now that I think of it, the entire tone of the coverage was they're very fine beef pill people both sides.

Very fine people on both sides.

It was like, oh, yes, you know, yes, some of these Jewish students have been walking down the street and being attacked.

And, you know, one

woman said that she was trying to go to class and someone came up to her with a sign that said, we hope Hamas comes here next.

Oh.

And then they went to a protester on the Palestinian side who said, look, we know there's been some bad incidents, but we're just here peacefully protesting.

No, amen, brother.

There's no question as to whether that was appropriate to do

to cover, because I don't remember on, let's say, during Charlottesville when they found people in the crowd who were like, Yeah, I don't know what these

nut jobs with the tiki torches are.

I'm just here for the statue thing.

There's another case like that that comes to mind now.

It wasn't just Charlottesville.

It was, oh, what was it?

Thinking, thinking, calculating.

Oh, January 6th.

Oh, yeah.

I never heard anybody say, well, yeah, but there were some grandmothers grandmothers in there and some nice people there, and that's not what they were doing.

There were some really bad people there.

We should condemn them, but not the others.

I don't remember that.

No, I don't remember that either.

There's what, 100,000 people at the speech, and all of them seem to be painted with the very broad stroke.

Broad stroke.

That's awful.

Yeah.

You know who does that?

You know who used to do that?

Who used to love to do that?

Yeah.

Hitler.

Oh.

Yeah, he used to do that all the time.

We we went right to hitler yeah well because seemingly the his ideals are living on today uh very and seemingly in all these protests i i i i i i'm not gonna tolerate anymore is people saying oh you know you're bringing up hitler of course you're going right to hitler hitler yeah

because you're saying exactly the same things that hitler said you are basically quoting me

at every one of these protests so absolutely that crazy absolutely that's a that's a funny way we hope hamas comes here what do you mean by that You want the rape?

You want the killing, the slaughtering, the burning of children, the chopping off of heads?

Well, we heard.

Is that what you're looking for?

Just yesterday

of

Long Live October 7th.

I mean, maybe they just had something else going on that day on October 7th.

We don't know.

You know what?

It could be anything.

I think the press should find out because I think they could find somebody that said, no, we were just talking about that wonderful, wonderful concert that was happening.

There you go.

It could have been the music because there were good things that day.

Right.

And some bad things.

And a couple bad things.

Yeah, a couple thousand bad things.

Yeah.

You know, you know what this looks like at Columbia University.

Well, first of all, let me, can I just play the very,

this guy was locked out of Columbia.

He's a, he's an associate professor, and he was locked out from the campus because they were afraid, you know, it would get out of hand.

So he was just standing on the street in front of Columbia,

and he was speaking.

And I just want you to hear what he had to say because it's very radical.

Very radical.

And you will keep showing up.

And next time you show up, bring two friends, French, bring five friends, bring ten friends.

Jewish and non-Jewish friends.

We need to make the world understand that being Jewish in public is a safe thing and it shouldn't be something that's contested.

We are not fighting just for the Jews,

we are fighting for everyone.

We are fighting for the rights of African Americans, we are fighting for the rights of Hispanics, we are fighting for the rights of women, the LGBTQ, and the trans community.

We are fighting for for everyone

because it always starts with the truth and it never ends with the truth.

So I am here for all of you.

Well, you can see why Columbia University locked him out of...

They deactivated his key card so he couldn't get back into the university because he's an extremist, clearly.

The hatred exclaimed, but don't just take that as the entire movement.

Because there's some very fine people on the other side as well.

Let me take you way back into the time machine of 1933, New York City.

In 1933, Hitler has come to power.

The Nazis begin taking Jewish students and expelling them, dismissing the Jewish professors from their universities.

You're not German enough.

And the campuses across Germany, Nazis and their sympathizers, they start burning the books, you know, written by Jews and perceived enemies,

including, it was weird, on that list of books to burn was a book by a Columbia professor, an anthropologist named Frank Boas,

but he was Jewish, so they had on their list to make sure they burn his books in the universities in Berlin.

Now, just months after the first book burnings, Columbia had a president, Nicholas Murray Butler.

He welcomed Hans Luther in.

He was the German ambassador to the United States, and he said, You got to come to Morning Heights.

I mean, you guys, you're crazy cats over there.

You're being misunderstood.

You got to come over here.

And then he told all of the students at Columbia, you respect him.

He deserves the greatest courtesy and respect.

And so, now, at the same time, Columbia was doing this, Cambridge, the dean of the Harvard Law School, he accepted an honorary degree from the University of Berlin.

He was there over in 1934, and he returns from a trip, and

he got that special honor from Berlin.

And he came back to assure people there is no persecution of Jewish scholars or of Jews happening in Germany.

You know, for those Jews who have lived in Germany for any length of time.

That's an odd thing to say.

Butler, back at Columbia responded because there was some criticism on campus, the spectator

and other student groups

he had to respond to.

He emphasized that Columbia's relationships with the German universities, strictly academic, no political implications at all.

And he then mocked the protests.

that were standing up against the university saying, hey, you know, there's bad things happening with Jews.

And he's like, this is just academic.

We have nothing to do with any of the spooky stuff from the Nazis.

And then he said, quote, may we next expect to be told that we should not read Goethe's Faust

or listen to Wagner's Ring cycle or study the picture galleries at Dresden because we so heartily disapprove of the present form of government in Germany.

Now, by the way, he was a longtime admirer of Benino Mussolini as well.

And in 1934, he fired Jerome Klein.

That's a weird

name, isn't it?

Klein.

You know what I'm saying, right?

So we know why he was fired.

He was a young member of the fine arts faculty,

and he signed an appeal against the Luther invitation.

and

he was fired.

Also, Robert Burke, a Columbia College student, he was expelled because he was participating in a 1936 mock book burning and anti-Nazi picket on campus.

So

you couldn't picket the Nazis,

you know.

But you could go to the big rally at Madison Square Garden, held by the Nazis.

They loved that.

That was great.

So

what I think I'm trying to say is, why are we surprised?

Why are we surprised?

Harvard was disturbing as well.

There was a warm welcome extended to Ernst Hoffenstagel.

Ernst Hoffen Schegel here, yeah.

He was

He came to the commencement in 1934.

He was a Nazi leader, good, good, close personal friend of Hitler.

And

Harvard, well, a lot of people were like, hey, Mr.

Raw and Schegel maybe shouldn't be here, yeah.

Harvard, they loved it.

The students loved it.

The faculty, they were delighted.

In fact, the president of Harvard wrote, it's truly shameful.

It's truly shameful that

the most prestigious, prominent university is coming under attack, you know,

for this.

Now, they're just trying to influence young minds.

And, you know, we're not for the Germans.

But we're not for the Germans either.

Right, isn't that right, Mr.

Lofstegger?

Here's the problem.

I can't believe in 2008, I said several times, the hatreds of the past that we saw in the 1930s are going to come back with a vengeance.

We are going to see the same things that happened in Europe in the 1930s happening on our streets.

And if we don't stand up and stop it,

if we don't choose to be, to never forget,

never again is the promise we made to each other.

We're going to make the Nazis, with our technology, we will make the Nazis look like rookies.

It's up to America now to decide.

I personally think I haven't spoken to Mr.

Hoffenschnagel,

but

I personally think Jesus is coming.

Kind of soon, probably.

Glenn, there are very fine Hoffenschnagels on both sides.

On both sides?

Yes, really.

On both sides.

So there were the Kill the Jews Hoff and Schlesinger Schnegels.

And then the

Hoff and Schnegels.

Yes.

Okay.

You got it.

All right, good.

Or you're a historian.

Yeah, okay.

So I would just say that maybe we should make a choice.

I'll make that really clear for people in 60 seconds.

Hang on just a second.

First,

do you see that the numbers that came out on

how many abortions Planned Parenthood did last year.

Yeah,

it wasn't a low number.

Wasn't a low number.

It wasn't a low number.

And they're very proud of that.

But they can do better.

They can this year.

We can break that record and kill even more babies.

It's wonderful.

Now,

the way to stop that would be to protest or drive around in your fetus truck or whatever.

I mean, at least you're out there pitching.

No offense, but I don't think it's the most effective form of changing people's mind what is

is actually listening to the mothers most of these mothers are afraid they are powerfully alone everyone in their life is telling them to abort the child uh everybody in their life is saying it's not really a child at this point

if you go into a pre-born you're a you're a

you know future mother and you go into a pre-born

they'll give you a free ultrasound because of somebody like you.

They're $28 a piece.

And when they show the mom with a free ultrasound, the baby, and she hears the heartbeat, she doubles the chances.

That's doubling the chances that mom picks life.

Then they just talk to her and talk to her about, you know, you're not alone.

We're here for the first two years of the baby's life for you and the baby.

That's how we change things, being more Christ-like.

Dial pound250, say the keyword baby.

Pound250, keyword baby, or go to preborn.com slash beck.

I don't know what Mr.

Hoffen Schnegel says.

He probably says kill the baby.

I think you should just hit pound250, keyword baby.

Maybe give to preborn.com/slash beck.

Sponsored by pre-born 10 seconds station ID.

Okay, so I just got this out of the museum.

I'll describe it for you for those of you who are, maybe I'll have Stu describe it for you.

If you happen to be watching the blaze, you can see that it is

what, Stu?

Oh, you're moving the candle.

You don't want it to burn.

Yeah.

Flag lover.

You know what that is?

I mean,

it looks like I've seen that flag on the back of a pickup truck.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.

It's from Syria.

It's an ISIS flag.

And, you know, I brought it in today because I don't know.

Maybe we should hang it up behind us because I'm seeing a lot of these on the streets of America now.

I'm seeing these black flags flying, which is, of course, everybody on the left knows those are this is the people that want to take care of moms and their children they love each other they're preaching tolerance they love the jews and i'm thinking you know if we have people on the streets here in america that are closing things down and becoming more and more uh violent sure there's some good people mixed in there holding the flag but i think we should be concerned I think we should take a stand

I think we should

I don't know.

Again, I'm just throwing this out there.

Where's the church leadership?

Where's the Martin Luther King?

Where are you?

Where are you?

Come on.

I know you're out there someplace.

You're probably going, no, it's not me.

Yeah, probably is.

You know, Martin Luther King didn't want to do it either.

But

he was talked into it.

I think God can be pretty persuasive.

I know you're afraid.

I know what this means.

You know what this means.

But as the Jewish professor said a little while ago, courage,

what courage is, is you're not a hero because you stand up and I'm not afraid.

These people, I've read their stories.

They were all freaked out of their mind.

Martin Luther King knew what was coming.

Courage, what makes a hero a hero is standing up in spite of your fear, knowing that there is something

more important

than your life the way you had it planned.

There is something more important than your job.

If you're not doing something today that has eternal ramifications, why are you doing it?

Why are you doing it?

To survive?

What?

This?

This world?

The way it's going?

I mean, we don't have the Huffing Schneigl family.

Yeah, we can have them come by.

Maybe.

Maybe they'll play something on that big Ricola horn.

All right, the war in Israel isn't looking like it's about to end anytime soon.

Between the direct conflict that they're facing with Iran and the proxy conflict Iran is having with them through Hamas and Hezbollah.

Oh, and by the way, our State Department came out yesterday.

I think this was very supportive and said, Yeah, I believe there's evidence of crimes against humanity.

I think there's something going on there.

Our state.

Anyway, would you like to stand on the right side?

Of course I do.

I would like you to reach out to the IFCJ, that is the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.

These are the people that are standing together, no matter what their faith, because they know never again

is now.

We're trying to buy a whole bunch of shelters for the bus stops where, you know, people get on the bus to go to work or their kids are going to school at the bus stops.

You know, what's really encouraging is

I was in South Carolina last night, flew out to give a speech,

and I was with some just some great people that are supporting people like the Freedom Caucus.

And

by the way, if you have a Freedom Caucus in your state, support them.

But what I come back with is a message of real hope that I got from the audience and talking to people there.

The people who are awake are wide awake.

They know what time it is.

Pat just walked in, Pac Ray from Pac Ray Unleashed, and Pat just walked in and he said,

Isn't it weird that

we're back here again?

We're repeating the past.

It's like 1937.

Right.

With the anti-Semitism again.

And we knew this was coming.

Pat, how long have we been talking about this?

We knew this was coming, but it is so weird.

And now the people who are dead asleep are on the wrong side or moving in that direction.

But the people who are awake.

are very awake.

They're like, um,

I think this is evil.

Oh, you mean you disagree with the people?

No, no, I think this is evil.

You know, there's no real, you know, I listen to these people that are, you know, talking about the Palestinians, and there's, you know, there's the ones who say, river to the sea, kill all the Jews.

And then there are the reasonable ones who are like, look, we just want.

No Jew to live in this area.

Yeah, maybe they can all go back to Poland.

Right.

I mean, is that

do we have to kill them all?

I don't know.

I'm kind of out on that.

You know, so there's that back and forth, you know, and that wide, diverse kind of

like the diversity in the Democrat Party that goes all the way from socialists to communists.

It's like that kind of diversity.

Right.

So it's a big 10.

It is a very big tent.

It's a very big tent.

So, by the way,

on tomorrow's television program,

a show that, I don't know, Stu, would you say we're concerned about at all?

You know, Glenn,

I am, I am unaware as to anything that's going to be on the show tomorrow.

But you're

deeply involved in that.

I'm not.

Oh, you don't know.

I don't know anything.

I don't have any idea what's even happening.

So, therefore, like, for example, if there was a legal action taken, I would not be involved in it.

I'm to that level.

Can I tell you something?

I, you know, who's going to come on and actually promote the show in about an hour.

We have an attorney coming on to actually promote the show and tell you what we're doing to our own.

Normally the hosts would do the promotion, but the host might not be entirely accurate.

And you know what?

The opinion of the host may not be the same as the opinion of

the show

that's on a network.

It's not necessarily reflecting of the network or, you know,

Glenn Beck, Beck, Stu Bregier, any of our writers,

really anybody.

We don't know how this show got on the air.

We don't.

It's happening tomorrow.

And let me just, let me read this very carefully.

Do you feel like our election is more secure this year than it was in 2020 or 2022?

Voter confidence is at dangerous lows.

One ABC poll

revealed that only 20%

trust America's voting system.

20%.

This week,

they say it's my Wednesday night special, but I wouldn't categorize this as my Wednesday.

It's a Wednesday night special.

It's on Wednesday.

It is.

I'm going to show you the why America has lost faith in our elections.

The craziness that happened in 2020 is now being pursued at the federal level.

I'll show you what's going on.

Weirdness going on in every alphabet agency, including the USDA and Social Security.

They're all out drumming up new voters.

Something Something that they won't, the White House will not divulge to even Congress.

But anybody holding them in contempt?

That's outrageous.

What's next?

You're going to protest that Mr.

Hoffen Schneeger is getting an award?

This week's show, a little different,

got a tip on something very, very odd.

It's something that we have spent a couple of months researching, making sure.

It's a vulnerability on the electronic side of our voting system.

Now, that has been alleged, and the allegation has made it all the way to the Supreme Court.

And this

little piece of that case that was just heard in front of the Supreme Court a couple months ago is

out in the public record.

And so, when we found found out about it,

we began to look into it.

And

it's very disturbing.

Why haven't you heard about this?

I mean, all I want is a secure election.

I think that's all that you want.

I think that's all that, you know, your regular Democratic neighbor wants.

Just fair.

I think you deserve to know about it.

I'm going to reveal that alleged vulnerability.

I don't know how it's alleged.

But I don't know anything about the show anyway.

Alleged vulnerability.

This week, I'm going to reveal the video of someone demonstrating that alleged vulnerability.

This is, I think, a 90-minute broadcast.

No idea if we can broadcast it any place other than the Blaze.

If it is, it's probably going to be removed.

I'm not sure if we're even going to try.

It's a 90-minute special version of the Wednesday night special.

You do not want to miss.

We could really use your support on this one.

We'd really appreciate it if you subscribe to the Blaze.

Go to blazetv.com/slash Glenn.

This one

has been extraordinarily expensive.

And

if people take my words and they twist them,

it's trouble.

It's trouble because we live in a very litigious society.

I don't think there's any evidence that's ever happened to you before.

You know, people

seem to twist your words for some sort of negative impact on your life.

No.

So again, whatever the show is on Wednesday, which I'm not familiar with because I was not involved in it.

Well, anyway, I'm just reading this from the attorneys.

I don't even know what they're talking about.

just reading it.

It's a 90-minute special version of the Wednesday night special that you don't want to miss.

Go to blazetv.com slash Glenn.

Use the promo code secure2024.

We are not just going to show you the problem.

The solution is there.

And we just need you to know about it and spread the word.

There's action on this one.

This is not something that you're going to watch and go, oh, well, thanks for telling me that.

Now what?

There's real action that can be taken on this one to secure 2024.

You'll get $30 off your subscription.

Remember when we had confidence in our elections?

Yeah.

That they were safe and secure.

Yeah.

And valid?

Yeah.

And now.

Nobody does.

Democrats don't.

Yeah.

Republicans don't.

Who believes this?

This is really, really dangerous.

And you know what bothers me?

I am so sick and tired of hearing about

well the safety and security of the nation is at stake.

We are all lights are flashing red, just like on 9-11.

By the way, borders completely secure.

By the way, we don't know who's in the country.

You know, hey,

I just found this picture of 180 people that came through that are on the terrorist watch list, but we're serious about your security.

No, they're not.

We're serious about making sure that the integrity of the voting system is there.

Then tell me, why can my bank transfer?

I could go into my bank if I had, you know, $500,000 in the account and I could go, you know what?

I want to send this to Fargo,

North Dakota.

to Bill's Bank of North Dakota.

And they would say, well, what's the number?

And you'd give them the number.

And they would take $500,000 and they'd put it on what they like to call the wire.

And they wire transfer that to North Dakota.

And Bill calls up and he's like, I call, and I'm like, Bill, call me as soon as you get that because I don't trust this system.

And he calls me right up and he's like, Glenn, we got the $500,000, you know, here in North Dakota if you ever need it.

Somehow or another, we have the technology to do that securely,

but we haven't figured out yet how to send your choice for president securely yet.

That's weird.

Although

at one point we did have...

Remember with paper ballots, you would find out that night.

Somehow we wrote it down, somebody counted it, and then we quickly got the results.

As soon as they started, now it's electronic, and it takes months.

As soon as they started telling us, well, you know, we might not know that night.

Mm-hmm.

Yeah.

I was born in 1964.

Yeah.

Where I think they were using an abacus,

and we always knew the first night.

Always.

I mean, unless it was really, really super tight.

Now it's like

Chicago is still counting.

It's been 1,400 weeks.

But we think we can tell you now Ford

may have won the election against Carter.

We're not sure yet, but we'll get back to you in a few weeks.

It's that bad.

It is.

It is.

I mean, Kennedy beat Nixon by, what, one vote or something in every precinct?

I think it was a vote per precinct average.

And we knew, I think, the next night, the next day.

It wasn't something that they sweated over for weeks, that's for sure.

So, how do we know that in 1960 and we can't do it today in 2024?

Yeah, especially with all of our technology.

And, you know, what's really super, super exciting is I'm to the point now where I just want my thumbprint to be my vote, you know, and not an electronic.

I'd like to take like a little piece of paper and say, who do you want for president?

Put your thumbprint on the face of the president.

We make it very, very easy.

And then you go in and you stick your thumb in a bottle of, let's say, purple ink.

And you put your thumb and I want that one.

You turn it in.

And we know you can't vote a second time because

you have

purple ink on your thumb.

Now, I got this system from the very, very sophisticated

minds in Iraq.

I mean, I'd rather have that system.

I'd rather have that system.

Yeah.

Seemed to work pretty well.

Well, the problem here is it would be racist if we asked people to show us your thumb.

So is your thumb.

What?

I now need to show some identifier.

What about the thumbless?

Thumbless.

What about our society?

What if I can't show it to you?

It's like racism.

The unthumbed.

Yeah.

There's a lot of those.

A lot of unthumbed out there.

Yeah.

Unfortunately, what about access?

Unfortunately for Republicans, most of them vote Democrats.

And what?

Only primates can vote now?

Is that the deal?

Is that what we're saying?

Exactly.

Good point.

That's just wrong.

Thank you very much.

All right.

Solved another problem in the world.

Back with more in just a second.

You're listening to the swinging sounds of Glenn Beck.

Sit tight, boys and girls.

We'll be right back after these messages.

Could you put up full screen number seven, or I think this is maybe a video, cut number seven?

This is

Yaleys at Yale blocking entrance.

No authority.

They're all

Listen to this.

They're singing.

It's incredible.

We are going to block a Jew.

Or something like that.

I couldn't understand the lyrics.

No, it was funny.

It was, I mean, obviously you know this, but it was we will not be moved.

Yeah.

And it's like, and they're moving.

They're moving to prevent the movement of a Jew.

Right.

As they're singing this peaceful protest.

It's so crazy.

It's okay.

You know, it's weird.

In the archives, look at this.

This is the kind of same thing.

This is

the Nazis hand in hand to prevent a Jewish student from entering the building.

Huh.

They will not be moved.

Ross, Rouse.

So it's...

You're a little too good at that.

My last name is Beck.

It is.

Yeah.

It is.

Yeah.

Although there was a good Beck, a general Beck over there that was really good, you know, stood up, tried to actually kill Hitler.

I'm

really positive I'm related to him.

I don't know for sure because I've never wanted to look into it, but

I'm sure that's the family that I come from.

Of course.

Either that or the side that was just sniveling cowards.

More likely.

Yeah, that's for sure.

Probably the general.

Yeah, probably.

Nope.

So man, the billions of dollars are just sloshing through the system now.

We've we've got hundreds of millions of dollars to subsidize solar panels,

but it's the Biden administration.

How can you not screw that?

I mean, you can't screw that up, right?

I mean, well, yes, you can.

You can give them to the places where the sun doesn't shine.

So he's done that.

He's also done another bailout.

for the privileged, those who went to college and got their PhDs.

A good percentage of them make over $300,000 a year, but hey,

I know you're going out to shovel rocks today.

Just be grateful that

you're paying some rich guys college bill.

And of course, the federal rebates are coming in now,

part of the Inflation Reduction Act.

What they're going to do, they have $8.8 billion.

They're going to just start giving it away.

So you'll have that money to spend and that will not affect, that will reduce inflation.

I mean,

I can't see how

it could possibly do anything but increase inflation.

But this is the federal government and their Inflation Reduction Act.

It's coming.

Yeah, hopefully by this summer.

There's some weird things going on, and Carol Roth is here to talk about the economy in 60 seconds.

Someday in the future, we won't have cell phones anymore.

No, we'll all have that implant in our brain and we'll be able to

think of a person and we want to call them.

And then the system will recognize we're still thinking about a person that's been unpersoned.

And so that memory of that person will be erased.

It'll be great.

But under our new robot overlords, we'll be free.

Slavery is free.

Freedom, don't forget that.

Meantime, let's just make do with what we have, except you don't have to pay as much if you're with Patriot Mobile.

And in fact, they're fighting kind of against that kind of future, you know, where you're a slave.

They're America's only Christian conservative mobile company, and their mission is to passionately defend our God-given constitutional rights and freedoms and to glorify God always.

So they built this phone company where they'll give you great service.

They'll give you you a better price.

They'll give you the same coverage because they're on the same three networks that everybody else is on.

And

in their spare time, they take some of their money and they fight with us at the school board meetings and everywhere else.

They are everywhere.

Carol Roth, a former investment banker and author of the book, You'll Own Nothing, Jah Vergenagel, and you'll like it.

Carol Roth is with me now.

Hi, Carol.

How are you?

I'm living in a George Orwell novel, Glenn.

How are you?

It is crazy.

Have you heard the

new Audible rendition of 1984?

I have not.

Okay, it's got big actors in it, none of which I can name at this point, but I recognize just their voices.

The guy who played Moriarty and Sherlock, if you ever saw that on the BBC,

with, okay,

anyway,

it's got great actors.

You have to listen to it, Carol, because if you listen just to the first 20 minutes, it's honest to God, you listen to it and you're like, oh, we are living here right now.

It's crazy.

We are.

It's one of the books that I go back that in Animal Farm, I have them together in a volume and go back and read them every couple of years just to refresh and go, oh, yeah, pretty much this is tracking.

And I really, every day, some piece of news comes out and go, yep, this is pretty much where we are.

Yeah.

When you listen to it, though, listen to the new Audible.

It just came out last month.

It is.

fantastic.

And when you hear it, it's different than reading it.

When you hear it, you're like, oh, I've heard that.

I heard that news report just the other day.

I've heard my friends say that just the other day.

All right.

So let's talk about the economy a couple of things.

First,

the reports are from CNBC that something is happening with our jobless claims number for the last five or six weeks.

It's been exactly 212,000 new jobless claims, which, you know, could happen,

but

the odds are against that.

Do you have any thoughts on the jobless numbers?

Yeah, I mean, my first thought is it's very difficult for the Fed to be data dependent when we cannot depend upon the data.

And this is something that you and I have talked about.

I've written about this for the Blaze.

We have a lot of things that are happening with the data

and have for years, but it's gotten much worse under this administration.

Part of it is that people and entities don't want to respond to these surveys.

So they're they're getting fewer respondents.

So they're not only having more biases in the data they do collect, but that means they have to run them through their scrubbers in a fun way.

So as you said, for five out of six weeks, they got the exact same number of initial jobless claims.

These are people who for the first time are going out and applying for unemployment.

So it was sort of a proxy for people losing their jobs.

But we're talking about like they didn't even vary by a couple thousand.

I mean, it was the same exact number.

Now, if you go in and you dig through the data and you look at the state-by-state data, that has varied.

If you look at the non-seasonally adjusted data, that has varied.

But when they put their seasonal adjustments on it, which is really the way that that's reported out, it comes out exactly the same.

And I think that really speaks to what they've been doing with the models over and over again is they're like, yeah, this just sounds like a good number we like 212 000 let's just roll with that for like five out of the next six weeks and see if anybody cares you love statistics too well what are the odds of that very low glenn yeah very low all right unless you're as carol says seasonally adjusting it intentionally to that number they're right okay yeah so we know that somebody is there going hey we could do a little casino out of this too you know what i'm saying

all right good so we gotta i got the note they liked 212 they wanted to come in like not 210 they wanted to come in exactly at 212 again

what does that

fudging with that number what does that affect

I mean, all of this is really how the Fed is supposedly making their decisions, right?

They're making big decisions about interest rates and monetary policy.

Supposedly, based on this data, the market is supposed to be making decisions about the economy and unfortunately what the Fed is going to do or not do, depending on this data.

And it's not just this piece of data.

It's every piece of data.

I mean, we know that the inflation numbers are way understated.

We know that the jobs numbers have all kinds of weird things going on, including as you look underneath the hood, the number of full-time jobs versus the number of part-time jobs.

We're losing full-time and gaining part-time.

You know, that the initial people who are filing for unemployment, you know, are exactly the same.

So it's really just kind of speaks to the fact that everybody's doing whatever it is they want.

And this idea that the data matters at all is pretty much shown to be an absolute sham.

So at the same time, they can't get their data

straight and reflect what's actually true.

They're collecting data on people unlike ever before.

Glenn, you turn me on to these

deep dives, and every time I do, it does not come back with good information.

I swear, every time I email you, I swear you look at it and go, oh, no.

I do.

I'm like, oh, no.

Okay, here we go again.

So this is really bad.

We've been talking about the CTA BOI rule that did come out of FinCEN and the Treasury that's targeting small businesses.

I'm going to Congress next week, by the way, with almost 450 statements from small business to try to oppose this mass data collection.

But wait, there's other mass data collection.

And apparently this has been going on for quite some time.

And a new lawsuit has brought this to light.

So this goes back all the way to the Obama administration.

And I know, shocking, right?

And I don't know if you remember back in 2010, there was a, what was called the flash crash of the market, where all of a sudden the market just took a dive.

And then, you know, a few minutes later, it kind of regained.

And they had blamed that on some sort of algorithm, some hedge fund algorithm.

So they used that opportunity at the Securities and Exchange Commission, which is an administrative agency.

It does not have, you know, powers to do this via Congress.

And they said, well, let's use this crisis and make sure it doesn't go to waste.

And what we're going to do is we're going to create this rule that allows for the collection of data on every single trade that happens.

But it's not just, you know, kind of blind data.

It is what brokerage it came from.

It's who, you, me, whomever, made the trade, and all kinds of data.

So they are putting together this mass data collection system.

It is called the Consolidated Audit Trail.

It is managed by all of these sort of self-regulatory organizations.

So, you you know, quasi-private entities, the FINRAs, the New York Stock Exchanges and whatnot.

They have all of our data on everything that we're doing anytime that we trade, and nobody's giving them authorization to do that.

Can I tell you something?

Let's look at the sunny side.

All of those amazing traders, and I use that word, you know, with all of the meanings, the amazing traders in Congress that are just getting rich,

We'll know all of their trades.

We'd be able to go, wait a minute, hold on.

What do you mean?

Because we'll know everything about them.

And I'm sure that's how that data is going to be used.

Right.

Who's we, though?

Like, you and I aren't going to know that.

No, I know.

But all the people on the inner circle are going to know this data.

And it just the thing that pops up for me here is all of these mass data collection efforts are all about getting a peek into our wealth.

The CTA BOI with small businesses, you know, who owns these small business assets, this consolidated audit trail, you know, who has stocks and, you know, and equities and making trades in the market.

If we go back to the concerns and, you know, Elizabeth Warren and President Biden talking about confiscating wealth, well, now they have a much better snapshot of what's going on and who is attributed to what thing because they're putting it in a database.

Not to mention, Glenn, think about the security concerns here, not just internally, but externally from cyber attackers, from people who now know who you do your brokerage business with and what securities you have.

I mean, this could potentially threaten somebody coming in, having the requisite data and going in and pretending to be you and attacking your own wealth.

This puts so much at risk.

It is completely unconstitutional.

So we're very very happy that a group that NCLA has actually taken to, I think it's the district court in Texas, a lawsuit on this.

And hopefully, we'll get

another pushback.

But it's just time and time again where all of these agencies and groups that have no business doing this are going out and collecting data at a mass scale.

And they're saying this one is potentially the biggest mass collection scheme since the NSA.

So

you can look at the glasses half empty, like Carol is, or you can look at the glasses is half full.

I mean, Carol,

if bad guys can know who's got what, what brokerage firms, et cetera, et cetera,

we won't need to go through this whole puppet show of we need more money for war in Ukraine.

The Ukrainians can just, the really bad guys can just hack in and take the money.

We don't need Congress anymore as a middleman.

And we'll know who the bad guys are.

The Ukrainian government and ours.

And they'll have a record, except for all of the cyber attacks.

Yeah, exactly.

All right, back with Carol in just a second.

I asked her a question on

gold and weak dollar, strong dollar.

There's this weird kind of theory going around and it doesn't sound like it's going to be good for you or me.

Car shield.

You know why it takes so long for your car to get repaired when something goes wrong?

I know, you think it'll repair it.

its long process.

That's really not.

Something far worse.

You see, they have to go find that mechanic because right now he's out back in his giant money vault, swimming around in the gold coins like Scrooge Meduck,

and just laughing maniacally at all the money that, well, he's not making as much as, well, everybody along the chain are making.

Chips, they're very expensive now.

So, Carol, I wrote to you because because I was reading this.

I always send you these things and I'm like, is this bad?

Is this good?

What's happening here?

And I sent one to you, and I still don't know if you think this is something that's coming our way.

I read more about it last night after you sent back some stuff.

Some volumes that I sent back.

Right.

And what the question was, is somebody's buying up an awful lot of gold.

And we don't know who it is.

We know China is doing it.

Russia is doing it, but we don't know who else is doing it.

And I mean, it's a lot of gold.

And the theory is, is if the central banks or whoever buys up a lot of gold, they can then say gold is worth

$5,000 an ounce,

if I get this right.

And then that devalues the dollar, right?

How does this work?

I don't get it yet.

so, so, there's a lot going on, and so we're just going to tech a piece of this today because I feel like this is going to be an ongoing conversation.

But basically, the US dollar, I know this is going to come as a surprise to you all, is actually strong in certain places.

It's not strong when you go to the grocery store, you try to pay your rent, or you try to buy some gas, but versus other currencies in the market, it is strong.

And as we know, certain things like commodities and oil are priced in dollars, and so a strong dollar creates all kinds of issues.

However, there are other countries who are struggling with this, and they don't necessarily want to strengthen their currency too much either.

So there's sort of an odds at play.

And we know that one of the ways they've been trying to do the get around this is by using gold and central banks have been loading up on gold.

So do you remember, Glenn, back, I think it was like the 80s, there's something called the Plaza Accord.

And this is where a bunch of countries met and they all sort of agreed: hey, we're going to change the ratio of our currencies.

It's actually been one of the things that

many people have said has created some of the issues for Japan over the years because they were part of this.

Now, have you noticed that Janet Yellen all of a sudden is going out and panically, she's sort of meeting with China, she's meeting with Japan, she's meeting with all these other

institutions and countries all of a sudden, right ahead of when there was this big meeting of the IMF.

So the theory is that maybe it was the treasury or a proxy of the treasury, and this is going on econ circles based on some

pseudo-insider Washington information.

The treasury has actually been buying up gold.

And the idea is that if China doesn't want to raise its currency against the dollar, but it has a lot of gold.

And oh, by the way, the people of China have been buying gold.

In fact, there are websites up where they can go and they can

buy lots of gold.

Maybe that's a way to weaken the dollar because

now before your dollar bought

a year and a half ago was $1,700

to buy an ounce of gold.

Now you need almost $2,400.

Maybe one day you need $3,000.

And so this is kind of an early stage step to the broader thing that you were talking about: is that if gold continues to increase over time,

obviously that's not great for the US dollar, but the fact that everybody's got lots of US dollar-denominated debt, including guess who, us,

you know, could be, you know, some factor or way around this and part of this global financial.

There is also a push with some circles to devalue the dollar because it would help us with manufacturing and sales overseas, but that's a massive transition and really hurts the American worker and everybody else if we significantly devalue our dollar.

Yeah, I mean, this is the huge sort of pain point trade-off.

You know, everybody talks about reshoring manufacturing and that we're going to compete in all these areas.

We have about 40 times.

Yeah, China is like four to five times more, uh, cheaper than us in every regard.

We're more expensive.

So we need to find a way to manage that playing field.

Well,

Carol, thank you very much.

We'll talk again.

Appreciate it.

Carol Roth.

You can find her book, You Will Own Nothing,

and

understand

exactly what's going on in our world.

We're at a time where I think this is the biggest heist in

the history of mankind.

Anyway, more in just a second.

Stand by.

Glenn Beck.

We are living in unbelievable times.

And what Carol and I were just talking about with gold,

let me urge you to do the same.

The value of our dollar is dropping by the day.

It's only a matter of time.

And i believe whoever is in office is going to look at the devaluation of the dollar uh and try to make hay with that um if you want to protect your wealth please consider gold or silver silver is still really easy cheaper way to get in and would be a lot easier to

use for trade and buying things if god forbid things shut down for a while but please find out if this is right for you.

And head over to Blazetv.com.

The promo code Secure2024.

30 bucks off Blaze TV.

Tomorrow night on the Blaze,

we are doing a very dangerous show.

We're going to show you the truth, but

the truth revolves around some very powerful

and very well-moneyed and litigious groups of people.

And if

our information is misunderstood or twisted,

it will be extraordinarily damaging to not only this show, my voice, but also the blaze itself.

And this is, I've done a billion shows.

I did shows on George Soros,

a week expose on him.

And we haven't spent as much time with attorneys as we have on this show.

We want to be very careful, and I also want to be very careful.

I got a call from a friend.

This is how it started.

I got a call from a friend who said, Glenn, you have to talk to John Graves.

I said, who's John Graves?

And he said, John Graves, he is a

CEO.

He is a software guy

and an attorney.

And I said, okay,

what does he want to talk about?

And he said,

the stealing of the election.

And I said, I don't.

I'm hanging up the phone.

I do not want to live in 2020 anymore.

Okay.

I don't want to hear it.

We had Sidney Powell on, and we said to her, she was on one time and I said, you call me when you have the evidence,

but don't come on and say that you have evidence if you don't have evidence.

And now

it doesn't matter except to secure the elections.

And he said, that's why you need to talk to John Graves.

And I said, why?

And he said, because

this came up in a Supreme Court case,

the people who know what they're looking for will see this, and this could screw up all of our elections.

And he said, he didn't want anything to do with it, if it was going to be about relitigating 2020 or if it was just speculation.

He said, but there is a very dangerous weakness in the system.

And now it has been exposed.

It is out in the open because it's in the Supreme Court case that's just being heard now.

So I called John.

We had a long conversation and then I passed him on to our researchers and our attorneys and everything else.

And we have an amazing show for you tomorrow.

And we also have the solution.

to the problem, which is very rare that you get just the problem and the solution.

John Graves joins me now.

Hi, John.

Hi, Glenn.

Thanks for having me.

You bet.

Did I set that up to your satisfaction on the way you feel?

Yeah,

I would agree with all of that.

I've been a skeptic on the whole software thing for a lot of reasons.

And I don't think you or I or the guy who introduced us, any of us, are focused on stealing the election or the past.

My thing has been, how do we get fair and secure elections in this country?

And part of the reason I was skeptical is I own software companies and database companies.

And I thought, well, there's so many things that are irrefutable.

If you just tell the truth about Hunter Biden,

it's a different election outcome.

And that has nothing to do with software.

If you stop Zuckbucks funding half a billion, there's a different outcome.

That has nothing to do with software.

You require signature verifications instead of all these mail-in ballots and drop.

So So I had like five reasons why there were problems in the election, and none of them had the word software in them.

And I thought nobody's going to get a deep dive.

Nobody's going to get anything.

And even if you do, politically, what are you doing going backwards?

But when I found this evidence, at first I thought this can't be right

because I know enough about it that

what they found in this software really alarmed me.

And I was concerned about everything you just said.

But I was also concerned, what happens if we don't have a solution and people just get demoralized.

Oh, my gosh.

That's the problem.

What's really disturbing, John, is now I'm describing this on the air, and everything has been run through attorneys as an alleged weakness.

But

I have seen this,

I've seen people

use what we're going to show tomorrow and go in and change things.

Yep.

So

it's not an alleged weakness.

We're not casting

any

intent or ill will or anything.

It's just it is a weakness that is there.

How it will be used or if it would be used is a different story.

That's right.

Is that right?

That's exactly right.

And that's what I tell people when people

have a theory or there is a problem like this, and this is pretty clear if these allegations are true and and the systems for 2024 have this,

it's a very serious problem because you can change things and cover your tracks.

But there is a workable solution by this November.

And so that's kind of where I went into motion is like, let's find a way to take every person, a regular person like me, who is out here going, I just want fair and secure elections.

We live in a world where when Hillary loses, she blames software and the Russians.

When Trump loses, he blames all kinds of things, including software.

We need to live in a country where whoever loses says, you know what?

I lost a fair fight.

I lost a fair and secure election.

That's what my passion is.

It is the only thing that will hold us together.

If we lose our faith this time around, it's done.

It's done.

And everything is stacked against us trusting this election on both sides, either side.

That's right.

And so we have to do everything.

And this is, tomorrow night is a show that is not just for people who vote for Donald Trump or vote for conservatives.

It is one who votes for Bernie Sanders or Bill Clinton or Joe Biden.

We all should be very concerned about the vote.

And

we have the documentation and we will take you through.

This is a 90-minute special tomorrow because we want to be very, very careful.

And you're with me

on set, are you not?

Yes, yes.

I am, yes.

Right.

And then we're going to present the solution tomorrow night as well.

And then I'd love to have you, John, come and spend maybe at least an hour with me on radio the next day to talk about the solution.

Because this,

if this is heard properly, if we present it properly, and you

follow the system that we think will change things, and it's both Democrat and Republican, and nobody's being accusatory,

it will change.

It will change.

And if it doesn't,

then you know.

And you at least know.

Yes.

Have you found anyone, John, that has

a reasonable explanation on

no, what you're seeing here is not that?

No, I haven't.

They had three cybersecurity experts that were eminently qualified, including people who had tested these machines.

And basically, they were giving up their career to go public with their sworn statements under penalty of perjury.

So I engaged several cybersecurity people that I've known.

I have a lot of programmers that work for me, but I hired people that were specialists to say, am I crazy?

This looks pretty troubling.

And haven't found an exception yet.

Everyone agrees it's pretty basic problems of what they found.

And there's some of these systems that are out there now.

It's not even just an allegation.

they're in the public domain so a cyber person can go look at this and and make their own decision yeah and so that was the thing that was so concerning to me it's one thing um i mean it's still really really bad if that exists but it's another thing that it's been exposed and is in the public record now in a case Because if you know what you're looking for, if you were following that, you could go find it and you could possibly change the election.

That's correct.

Yeah.

And so, and so there are solutions to it.

You can, you know, the citizens, the people in charge of elections are the county officials.

And so

the solution is we created a tool to connect a voter to that person.

And we're going to be talking about that on the show.

And

how many counties are there that this would be

a concern?

Over 722 counties, about 50 million people.

There are 3,143 counties in America, and at least 722 plus use this.

Some counties split between different programs.

But part of what we're asking is: hey, go look at all your counties.

Just because this is on here, this could be not known on some of the other ones.

And it's very simple to just do

what I'm calling a bipartisan inspection.

We don't need a five-year audit.

We don't want one side looking.

Just walk in there with the video, show the database, and make sure you got a Democrat and a Republican standing there.

We want both sides to say, hey, we want a fair election.

That's what we want.

And we want it to be secure.

Tomorrow, you will see this on my Wednesday night special.

It is a special 90-minute version

because we not only are going to really explain in a deep sort of way what the problem is.

We're going to show you what this problem creates if we don't fix it.

And then we offer you the solution.

And it is very, very clear.

I would urge you,

if you work for the county,

that you find your commissioner, election commissioner, and make sure they're watching it.

Invite them over to your house or whatever.

Watch it.

It doesn't matter of Republican or Democrat.

This is not a partisan issue.

And

you don't have to take my word for it.

We're going to show you everything you need to know to check it out for yourself.

So

please join us.

This one is a little

frightening because

if people take it wrong, we misspeak.

See, Glenn, as we've said many times, from the river to the sea is a phrase of aspiration.

It is.

It's about coming together in peace and getting rid of all the Jews on the land.

We can't have peace with the Jews still.

You're right, obviously.

You're right.

I mean, there will come a time when the rocks will scream out.

Quick, there's a Jew behind me.

Yes, I was reading the same thing.

It's great.

I love that.

So you're screwed.

You know,

what I also really appreciate is we don't want want no two-state

coming from students at Columbia University.

It's weird because I've been told over and over again they do want that.

They just want a peaceful solution with a two-state solution.

But none of the people on that side ever seem to want that.

You missed it, Stu.

Remember, these are Columbia University students.

They're smarter than you.

We don't.

want no two-state.

So they want a two-state.

So double negative.

They're saying they want a two-state.

So because I'm trying to find out just the popularity, because if you did a poll on this, for example,

just a couple of different solutions, the two-state and the final.

Which one do you think

they would

which one wins in that particular?

So there's two solutions.

Yeah, there's the two-state solution and the final solution.

Which one do you think in that crowd would be victorious?

I think probably the, what was the last one?

The final?

Yeah.

Yeah, probably that one.

Yeah, yeah.

That's kind of a bad name, though.

For some reason, it makes me think of other things.

Maybe just call it the last solution.

The last, yeah, the last solution.

The solution at the end of the tracks.

We don't want no Tuesday.

We want the final solution.

I don't want to chant it, but they do.

If they felt they could get away with it, they would.

They would.

They're already chanting

So, but you know, these are peaceful people.

Peaceful.

Peaceful person.

Mostly peaceful.

Well, the Senate is about to vote on more foreign aid for Ukraine.

Yay!

I hope the senators have flags too that they could wave.

Screw America, our borders are spending.

I got a Ukrainian flag I can wave after a vote.

Oh my gosh, I can't take it.

We're going to talk about that coming up in just a second.

And something that,

if it's happening in this community, it's guaranteed to be happening in your community.

And the school and media, everybody's trying to deny furries.

Furries, like rabid furries, furries, kids who are acting like animals,

literally.

And one of them, I'm a dog, I'm a dog, I'm a dog, I'm a dog.

You're not a dog.

And

this furry just bit the teacher.

Well, that's what you would expect from a dog.

Not a middle school student, surely.

But they're not really, they're not students.

They're furries.

Oh my gosh, this is a crazy story.

And it all ties back to the same stuff we've been going over.

but again if it's happening here it's happening where you live and you you've got to stand up we'll talk about that with a mom in 60 seconds first

mother's day is coming up and this year why not give those special women in your life the gift of added protection yeah there's nothing there is nothing better than a mom with a gun Now,

Kirsten Pledger is on with me.

She is a mom who

has students at the Mountain Ebo Middle School.

She's been fighting against furries along with many other people at Utah Middle School.

Now,

I thought it was important to bring this story to you because it's in Utah.

And whatever you might think of Utah,

you know one thing,

they believe

in God.

And,

you know, they're very, very conservatives.

If you've ever met, you know, people in a Mormon community, it is like stepping back in time just a little bit sometimes

because it's just a good, solid, you know, family-rooted community.

If it's happening there,

you won't believe what's happening in your school.

Kirsten, welcome to the program.

How are you?

I'm good.

Thanks.

Thanks for having me.

You bet.

So you're a mom of four.

Yes.

You're a hairstylist.

Yep.

Salon is in your house.

Your husband and you also have an HVAC company.

You're involved with your kids.

You're an advocate for adoption.

Why are you getting involved in the furry thing?

Well, because I have heard, I mean, my son has been complaining about it for a really long time now.

How is he complaining about it?

Complaining that it's distracting, kids chewing on sticks in class or licking themselves in class during a lecture or kids bringing tennis balls to school and throwing them down the hallway for the dog furries to chase.

Furries rubbing up against them, scratching them, spraying them in the eyes with Febreze, barking at them.

At first, I didn't know what to think.

Okay, hang on, hang on, just hang on just a second.

One of those things didn't belong.

I mean, the tennis ball, the stick, the licking themselves.

I got it all.

Spraying with Fribrees.

What is that all about?

I have no idea but they are spraying kids in the eyes with Fribreeze oh okay but just in the eyes I'm assuming I'm assuming like a cat sprays or something I'm I'm not positive okay

all right so

this this has been going on for how long

I've known about it for a few years now.

In Nebo School District, I've known about it for about two years.

Okay.

Now, your son is in sixth grade, and they say that, you know, this is just kids being kids.

I'm sorry, but my father and my grandfather, if I were dressing up, licking myself, chewing on a stick, they would have looked at me and said, what the hell is wrong with you?

Exactly.

They're not four.

They're in sixth grade.

And

he says it's distracting.

I've heard that at this school, there's one teacher that had been bitten by a furry.

Is that true?

I have no idea if that one's true.

Okay.

It wouldn't surprise me.

I know kids have been bitten by the furries.

And what are the teachers in the school?

Because

the Tribune, which is a wreck of a newspaper,

they said none of this is happening.

And the school says this is nothing to worry about.

none of this is happening.

Why are they saying that?

Honestly, it doesn't surprise me.

Bullying and drugs are two of the things that have been a major issue with the Nebal School District for a while now.

And it makes me sad that anyone would bully, but kids,

as you know, kids are kids, and us parents can only lead by example and teach our kids to be kind and unless we're going to hold their hand for the rest of their lives 24-7.

But the school district is not helping

by not even acknowledging any of this is happening.

Even

that's just evidence of a long-standing problem with them denying all this.

They have photos and videos and seeing it with their own eyes.

To me, it sounds like this is social and emotional learning in practice.

They want to teach our children to reorder their values and their beliefs, even the idea of what is true truth.

It's like, to me, it's like exposure therapy, getting them to tolerate and accept a lie.

And they're making accommodations for some kids that are,

that's called centering around the marginalized.

So, it's so bizarre.

Has your son said anything in class or complained at all?

Like, hey, you know, he's chewing on a stick.

It might not be the best idea, but it's really distracting.

Yeah, we've had a number of students who have complained or told the principal, vice principal,

dean of students, teachers, and they continue with just be kind to them, just be kind, just be nice.

Even if I have one student who was eating lunch with her friends and one of the cat furries came out and started rubbing on her leg and just telling her over and over again to stop, her not stopping and finally getting upset and saying stop,

She and her friends had to leave the lunchroom because they weren't being nice to the furries.

Oh my gosh.

It's ridiculous.

I feel like they're just trying to downplay it, trying to say that our children and us adults are lying.

And with the turnout and how this has gone viral and the turnout of our protest,

with how many people have come forward and come to me and sent me hundreds of stories and pictures and videos, there is no way that this is just some made-up thing.

So

it took an awful lot of courage to come on the show with me.

Yeah.

I mean,

you know, I hope you felt safe that you weren't going to, you know, but I mean, just because your son and now you're using your name and everybody's going to know.

And

are you afraid of blowback at all?

Yes, there's always the chance of blowback.

I haven't received any personally yet,

but I believe in standing up for what's right and standing up for my children.

I will always stand up for my children and do what is right and protect them.

You know, I've talked to some House members and Senate members from the state of Utah, this a few years ago, and I said,

you know, what is going on with the schools?

And I was told over and over again, the problem is the teachers' unions spend so much money and lobbying and everything else, and the parents don't call for the other side.

So they're only hearing

from parents when it's bad

and, you know, when it's something that they've done because they were in bed with the teachers' unions, but most times it's just a few parents, and the teachers' unions are everywhere.

And these, the people that told me this were very frustrated with it.

And they said, the biggest thing that people can do to help us, help them, is to call and make sure that your legislators in your state know exactly how you feel and how you feel honestly about these teachers' unions because they're the ones that are running everything.

They're the ones that are on the front lines.

They're the ones that should be saying, you know, your sixth grader thinks they're a cat and they spend their time licking themselves in class.

And it's a disturbance to other students.

And quite honestly, you might want to have that checked.

There's something wrong here.

Exactly.

I mean, I don't care if you're black, blue, purple, green, a fish, a cat, or a dog.

It doesn't matter to me.

You can identify however you would like.

But when it's a disturbance in class or when you're bullying or hurting other students,

that's when I have a problem.

This shouldn't be in the schools at all.

Schools, I don't believe politics or any of that should be in schools.

I feel like those are for our kids to learn.

And those type of things are for kids to learn outside of school.

Just like I said earlier, exposure therapy.

Get them to tolerate and accept the lie.

Kirsten, pleasure,

pleasure.

I have to disagree with one thing you said there because I've always been like, I don't care, and I don't care what color, religion, or anything else you are, unless you're trying to kill people.

Then I kind of care about your religion.

But,

you know, we can no longer have this

toleration of, you know, you want to call yourself a cat.

You can call yourself a cat.

Now, in, you know,

you can do that, but I'm not going down the road and identifying you as a cat.

I will not call you by your pronouns, you know, little Miss Kitty.

You're not a cat.

And quite honestly, the more you keep up with this, the more unhealthy I think you are and the more damage you're doing to the other kids.

I'm sorry, but we need to be respectful and tolerant of other people.

But when it comes to the truth, we must stand for the truth.

That's how we got into this place that we're dealing with

furries.

It's crazy.

No, I completely agree.

I don't, I feel,

I mean, people are people, they're going to do what they want to do, but forcing us, forcing others that don't believe in the same beliefs you have or this identity craziness that's going on in our world right now,

getting upset with them or judging them for not believing in the same thing as you is, I feel is wrong.

I feel it's a two-sided coin.

You're being a hypocrite.

Yeah, well, you don't judge them.

And, you know, you're going to hell.

You don't judge them.

You're not their judge.

But you are someone who is supposed to be discriminating in all the good sort of ways that Word used to have.

Discriminating tastes, where you could discriminate good from evil.

There's no good fruit from the tree that teaches kids they can be dogs,

you know, elephants, or the opposite sex.

Tell me the good fruit that comes from that tree.

There's nothing good that comes from that tree.

And we have to start saying that.

There's nothing good.

There is no good that comes from this.

Stop it.

When kids use their imagination, that is entirely different

than insisting that they're a cat and they're in sixth grade.

No.

Right.

No.

Forcing that, forcing that upon the kids is just helping the kids learn, like, oh, okay, this is acceptable.

This is okay.

This is the normal.

And it's not acceptable.

It's not acceptable.

And it's also teaching our kids to be quiet when they see things that aren't right.

We have to teach our kids to stand.

I'm sorry.

He's chewing on a stick, which is is very disturbing and quite honestly, not healthy for him.

Could you please tell him no chewing?

I can't believe I have to say this to you, adult, as a sixth grader, but can you please tell him no chewing on sticks in class?

Right.

And I do know there are teachers that stand with us.

And it's sad because they have to also look at this as this is their career.

This is their livelihood on on the line.

If they stand up and say something, what's going to happen to them?

And

that's what I really do feel for.

I used to feel that way, Kirsten, and I still, I have sympathy for the teachers who

feel this way.

But let me just speak to the teachers that might feel that way.

You know, what's going to happen to you if you speak out?

Well, let me ask you eternally, what is going to happen to you if you don't speak out?

And these children

who are the most vulnerable among us, you are allowing them to be misled and down this path where, again, no good comes.

I appreciate your fear.

I do.

I really do.

I know how frightening it is, but you have an eternal responsibility to the truth, especially when it comes to children.

Kirsten, I admire your bravery.

Thank you so much.

And we'll continue to follow this story.

I hope there is action taken in this school and this nonsense stops.

Thank you.

Great.

Thank you so much.

Yep.

God bless.

That's not what you agreed to.

That's not why you were sent here.

You were sent at this time.

Think of this.

This time, I happen to believe we're in, you know, the hour is growing late, shall we say.

And I believe that

we are here to prepare the way for the Lord.

And this is not stuff I've talked about endlessly for the last 25 years

But I think the time is coming.

I just have to tell you

what my phone

screen looks like right now.

Four or five halls

about furries

and parents dealing with furries.

And then I have Mike Lee on the phone.

And I have a decision to make.

And

it's a hard one.

It is a hard one.

We're going to have to come back to the furry thing

because apparently a lot of people have experience with furries.

Their kids have experience with furries in school.

So we'll come back to that maybe tomorrow or the next day.

Mike Lee joins us now

from Washington, D.C.

There is a vote coming up for Ukraine.

And, you know, Mike Lee just loves Vladimir Putin.

And so he's against that.

Ukraine bill.

Hello, Mike Lee.

Naturally,

I don't know how to say good day to you, sir, in Russian, but I'm still working on that.

I'm sure Vladimir can point that out to me.

Right.

$95 billion.

It only will take 41 senators to stop it.

There are 49 Republicans in the Senate.

But you saw what happened in the House.

They had Ukrainian flags.

It was disgusting, Mike.

Yep.

Celebrating a foreign flag on U.S.

soil in

the legislative chamber of the United States government seems kind of odd to me, but not nearly as odd as the fact that we're shelling out $95 billion

with a B at a time when we don't have that money, so it's borrowed, which means we're going to print it, which means it's going to contribute even more to inflation.

It's already causing Americans to have to show up an additional $1,000 every single month just to put food on the table and keep a roof over their heads.

This is an insult to the American people.

When you ask the American people what they want about this, overwhelmingly they say no.

I mean, look,

regardless of what you think about what's going on in Ukraine, and I intensely dislike Vladimir Putin, I would love for Ukraine to win this battle.

But do you know, Glenn, we've spent $113 billion plus on this war already.

Why are we sending another $61 billion

to that effort when Europe hasn't stepped up?

We've given more than any other nation on earth, every other nation on earth combined.

And this is in the backyard of our European allies, who, by the way, we've been backfilling their security needs for decades through NATO.

This is their problem more immediately than it is ours.

We shouldn't give another dime, especially while our own border is not secure, while we have a $34.5 trillion debt, and while Europe still hasn't paid up

a sum not just equal to, but greater than what we've put in so far.

This is shameful.

I heard somebody in the house say

that

their border is our border.

No, it's not.

No, it's not.

Our border is our border.

Their border is their border.

I mean, we are not getting any money to protect ourselves.

We have a real and present danger because of our own border.

Everything that I'm reading, I don't even know.

I don't even know what this is about, Mike, other than money laundering,

sending money over there and it's, you know, all going to oligarchs.

We are

funding this thing.

We're sending the message that we want war.

We are talking about bringing Ukraine in and making them part of NATO,

making other states part of NATO that is kind of a red line for Vladimir Putin.

And now I read today, I think it was Poland, that says they're ready for nuclear missiles in Poland.

What do you think Vladimir Putin is going to do?

Exactly what we would do if you put those in Acapulco.

First of all, Glenn, you're wrong about the border issue.

We all know that Kyiv is just a few miles away from Baredo.

So

you're mistaken there.

But look,

the idea of adding Ukraine to NATO is itself

an idea about declaring war, the United States declaring war against Russia.

Because Ukraine, of course, is at war with Russia.

And if we brought Ukraine into NATO, we would have an Article V obligation to fight Russia.

So let's just call this what it is.

Those conversations are about

declaring war with a nuclear-armed adversary.

Now, look, I know that Russia,

economically and militarily,

is not on par with the United States.

Nonetheless, their nuclear arsenal is.

Their nuclear arsenal is massive, in part because they've cheated on us like crazy for decades on our nuclear arms treaties.

And consequently, you've got to tread lightly in this area.

And nothing says the opposite of tread lightly quite like declaring war on a nuclear-armed adversary.

It is insanity.

It's insanity.

We are in so much.

If we don't turn this around with elections in the House, the Senate, and the White House,

if we don't turn this around, we're done.

We're absolutely, this is these actions are the actions of madmen who are,

I mean,

if I was being charitable, would say they're just horribly wrong at everything they do.

But

I mean, I just don't know how to

explain it.

And then the Republicans, I mean, what happened to Johnson, Speaker Johnson?

I've always heard he was a good guy.

He was devout.

He really understood the Constitution.

And he is just like, I mean,

he is part of the Borg.

Well, he's Churchill.

The CNN literally, literally called him Winston Churchill.

He had his Winston Churchill moment.

Wait, wait,

let me give you the CNN headline.

By passing Ukraine aid, Johnson became an unlikely Churchill.

Yeah.

Last I checked, Glenn, Winston Churchill defended and protected his country while it was under attack and threatened with invasion.

He didn't send America, British treasure to another continent and call that

border security for his home country.

This is absolutely crazy, but this is part of the fantasy land that we live in.

A lot of these guys want to think of themselves as Churchill, and they think this is the way to do it, by printing money we don't have and putting on the backs of hardworking Americans who are made incrementally poorer and a lot less safe every time we do crap like this.

All right.

So we want you to call your senator today.

Call your senator.

You call all 50 or 49 senators from the Republicans

and respectfully, nicely, kindly,

tell them not to spend this money in Ukraine.

And I will tell you, I've talked to a lot of people.

There are more and more good guys up on Capitol Hill.

They're still outnumbered, but there are more really good, dependable guys.

And I hear from them every time.

When the audience calls, it makes a difference.

So please call

and tell them, no, no more spending money on Ukraine.

No.

Spend it on our border.

Keep us safe.

What are you doing?

Stop it.

One other thing I want to talk to you about, Mike, is I don't understand.

The president just doled out, I think it was another $7 billion

in the last couple of days on

relieving student debt.

30% of that money, I think, is going to people that make over $300,000 a year.

What the, how,

how

do you, when somebody says no no to the Supreme Court and does it anyway and says, I know I don't have this power, and the Supreme Court just told me I have this power, but I'm not stopping.

What has to happen to get a president who thinks he's just the king from spending our money and giving it to people who don't deserve it?

They took out the loan, not me.

So in the first place, I think

the most obvious answer is

don't elect to the presidency someone who's manifestly unfit for office.

There's also a deeper question that we all need to assess, which is

decades of congressional forfeiture of fundamentally legislative authority to the executive branch have to a degree empowered this kind of action.

Whenever we enact vague, loosey-goosey language that gives a degree of discretion to the president and the bureaucrats who work under him in the executive branch, we're handing over a loaded gun to people who we have to assume will from time to time behave as imbeciles.

And so we've got to reverse that trend.

Yes, it's lawless what he's doing.

Yes, he tried to do it under a different

legal theory a while back and was shot down by the Supreme Court.

But as soon as that happened, it's a sad commentary on the law in our country that

without a hint of hesitation, he just said, okay, well, I'll find another legal mechanism by which I can do it.

I don't believe he'd have the authority to do it last time.

I don't think he has the authority to do it this time.

But we've got to clean up our laws so that we get rid of any kind of vague delegation of power to the president because they can't be trusted.

This is why we can't have nice things, and this is why presidents shouldn't be given vast discretion.

On both sides.

Senator, isn't it true that, I mean, when you have a thing like the student loan situation where he's ignoring the Supreme Court and just trying to jam all this through, he's did this with

the eviction moratorium as well.

Aren't these examples of specifically what the founders were talking about when they were introducing the idea of impeachment?

I mean, I understand the pragmatic limitations of that politically with something like this, but like, isn't this, shouldn't this be included in the impeachment inquiry?

Yes, without question.

And, Stu,

you're right, except remember with the new definition of impeachment that we have after last week,

basically nothing's impeachable.

I mean, you can lie to Congress knowingly, intentionally, under oath, and according to new Senate precedent set by Senate Democrats last week, that's not impeachable.

So, too, if you take legislative authority that commands you to do X and not Y, and you instead do Y and not X, and that is also not impeachable.

So it begs the question, what's impeachable anymore?

I don't know.

According to the Senate Democrats, nothing is.

So this is really troubling and yet another reason why we've got to focus on who we elect as president.

I hope to shout we elect Donald Trump as president this fall.

And I hope to shout we elect a new raft of lawmakers, not just Republicans, but Republicans who understand the vital pressing need to right-size our federal government, to restore the vertical protection of federalism and the horizontal protection of separation of powers.

There is no other way to save our republic than that.

And yet that gets far too little attention from Republicans these days because they're too damn busy spending money on wars that aren't ours with money we don't have.

Mike, 30 seconds.

Any comment on

the Trump case going on in New York right now?

This is just a sad display of lawfare, of the weaponization of our legal system.

There isn't anybody who thinks this would be going on, were he not the presidential frontrunner from the Republican Party.

They would never be doing it.

And so

speaking of things that need to go differently in elections, I hope to shout that the people of New York will see this as the embarrassment to the empire state that it is, and see this as something that does not bode well.

If you have a business in New York,

I wonder how long you can handle this, knowing that, you know, sure, Donald Trump is a target today.

Who will be next?

Yeah.

And they can take a misdemeanor and make it into a felony, a misdemeanor that the statute of limitations has run out on, and somehow or another make that a felony and bring you into court.

No one's safe.

No one is safe.

Thank you so much, Mike.

I appreciate it.

Senator Mike Lee.

Thank you very much.

You bet.

I have some great news for you.

You know how you thought you were going to have to use that second-rate real estate agent who barely knows what they're doing?

You know, just to help you make the biggest financial transactions of your life.

Now you don't have to because we started a company.

I started a company with my brother about 10 years ago.

And we're not going to get you just a good agent in your area, but the one that we really feel is the best agent in your area.

If you're moving to a different town or a different state, guess what?

We'll hook you up with the best agent in that area as well.

Look, buying and selling a home was hard before the housing market went crazy.

There's so much work and there's so much rests on the people that you're doing business with, the people that they have contact with to make sure that they have the best business practices.

They're going to charge you the most efficient price and also get the most amount of money for your home.

Selling and buying, they're on your side.

Years ago, I started Real Estate Agents I Trust.

We've been going strong ever since, and we have helped listeners in this audience through billions of dollars worth of home sales.

Realestateagents I Trust.com.

The name says it all.

Real Estate AgentsI Trust.com.

You're listening to the Glenn Beck program.

You know, I have never

seen a better nickname for anybody

that I think is better than

calling Joe Biden Daddy Warbucks.

You know, that comes from little orphan Annie, Daddy Warbucks, because that's all he is.

He's the sugar daddy that is spending, sending

war bucks

overseas, everywhere, everywhere, creating war by sending all the dollars over to Iran, all of that policy, sending all of this money over for Ukraine.

And look, I don't have a problem with the Ukrainian people at all.

I cheer for the Ukrainian people.

But where is the progress on this?

Are we flushing good money down after bad?

Gave him $100 billion and they weren't able to move the borders an inch.

Right.

So now we're going to give him another $100 billion or $95 billion

where we know at least $20 billion of that, at least $20 billion of that, is all in bribes, payoffs, corruption.

At least $20 billion of the $95 billion that we're sending over will go to really bad figures.

Who's getting that money?

What is that causing more terrorism, more war, more destabilization in the world?

I don't know.

Where is it going?

Glenn Beck program.
