Speaker 1 NBA fans, the race for the Enron's NBA Cup is on.
Speaker 1 Let the games begin. 30 teams will start, but only eight will advance.
Speaker 1 And only one champion will capture the cup.
Speaker 1
To finish first, they'll have to put the pedal to the medal. Who will capture the cup? Well, let's see what happens on the court.
Basketball is back.
Speaker 1 It's the final week of Enrich NBA Cup coupe on ESPN, NBC, Peacock, and Prime. All right, I don't want to talk to you about the Burna Launcher.
Speaker 1 Stu came over to the house, I don't know, a couple weeks ago, and
Speaker 1
we were doing target practice with the Burna Launcher. And, you know, he was a little upset that, you know, he was beaten.
Smoked, really. Smoked by me.
That's not at all what occurred.
Speaker 1
And it was on video. Yeah, it's on video, and I urge people to see it.
Did you win? Did you win?
Speaker 1 Did I win? Did there was no winning or
Speaker 1 it was not a competition? It was. Why would we have to win?
Speaker 1
You don't do competitions in pimp jackets, which is what you were wearing. Oh, my gosh.
Oh, my gosh. I can't.
I mean, the lies that come. Don't listen to him.
Listen to the good people of Burna.
Speaker 1 B-Y-R-N-A.com/slash Glenn. It's actually really fun to target practice in your own backyard because there's no sound that is coming from it.
Speaker 1
But this is very complimentary to any firearm that you have. My wife has them.
My older kids have them. Powerful deterrents like tear gas and kinetic rounds.
Speaker 1 And if I had mine right now, I would consider hitting him with tear gas. Just
Speaker 1 more lies.
Speaker 1
More lies than in Congress coming from this guy. Burna, proudly American, made in Fort Wade, Indiana.

Speaker 1 Oh, oh, oh,
Speaker 1 stay the straight
Speaker 1 and hollow the line.
Speaker 1 It's a new day, a time to rain.
Speaker 1 Welcome to the fusion
Speaker 1 of entertainment
Speaker 1 and enlightenment.
Speaker 1 This is the Glen Beck Program.
Speaker 1
Hello, America. Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
Do you know why we're so divided in the country?
Speaker 1 I mean, I've come up with a lot of reasons, but only really one thing has changed, and I'm going to demonstrate it with the testimony from her yesterday in Congress about President Biden and the records.
Speaker 1 We're only really, it's being, all of this is caused by one thing
Speaker 1 I'll share it in 60 seconds first all the sleepless nights you toss and turn Stu and I we were just talking about this taking our burner launchers out and we were we were you know having a little competition and Because that's why we timed it Stu that's why we timed it
Speaker 1 I mean, I don't know what are you still talking about this?
Speaker 1 Why? Yeah, yeah, because we were on just off the air and we were talking about it and and go ahead.
Speaker 1 Why would we time our runs why would i know this is a different commercial i just want to i'm confused why yeah don't it's well it's very simple all you have to do is answer the questions just go watch the video just go watch the video and you'll see that i won
Speaker 1 how did you win yeah i beat you in the top
Speaker 1 by i you
Speaker 1 see
Speaker 1 well this goes to prove my point here in just a second um but i'm not going to be able to sleep forever because of the the lies, the lies that he tells.
Speaker 1 So, anyway, if you want to get some sleep and you have a big fat lying liar like the liar here, Steve Liar Bregier, he even fakes his first name, Stu. No, his real name is Steve.
Speaker 1
Now people know who's lying this whole time. Oh my God, yes, they do.
Do they know?
Speaker 1 Anyway, just like the regular relief factor that you take for pain, Relief Factor Sleep is 100% drug-free, so you'll get a good night's sleep, even if you're thinking about the lying liar that you work with.
Speaker 1
I know from experience it works. The difference, you'll feel it in the first night.
First bottle is 1995, it's 100% drug-free.
Speaker 1 Unleash the power of great sleep by calling 800, the number four relief, 800, the number four relief, or go to relieffactor.com.
Speaker 1 Okay, so I
Speaker 1 want to start with just the just the people yesterday who
Speaker 1 I guess were asking questions
Speaker 1 of the FBI agent, Hur, that
Speaker 1 was the guy who wrote the report about Joe Biden and his records and
Speaker 1 whether he committed a crime or not and why he should be prosecuted or not prosecuted. Okay.
Speaker 1 First,
Speaker 1 let me start with Jim Jordan, the cut we just played from Jim Jordan.
Speaker 3
Mr. Hurr, why did he do it? Why did Joe Biden, in your words, willfully retain and disclose classified materials? I mean, he knew the law.
I think you told us, Mr. Hur.
Speaker 3
Page 231, you said this. President Biden had strong motivations.
That's a key word. We're getting to motive now.
Speaker 3 President Biden had strong motivations to ignore the proper procedures for safeguarding the classified information in his notebooks. Why did he have strong motivations? Because,
Speaker 3 next word, because he decided months before leaving office to write a book.
Speaker 3
To write a book. That was his motive.
Mr. Hurr, how much did President Biden get paid for his book?
Speaker 4 It may be $8 million if he wrote.
Speaker 5 $8 million.
Speaker 3 Joe Biden had 8 million reasons to break the rules.
Speaker 3 Took classified information and shared it with the guy who was writing the book. And the next thing you say in your report is, quote, such a record would buttress his legacy as a world leader
Speaker 3 you know what this is it wasn't just the money it wasn't just eight million dollars it was also his ego
Speaker 3 pride and money is why he knowingly violated the rules okay now
Speaker 1 what was trump in trouble for what was the big argument that trump was releasing this classified information that he had on files. Do you remember what it was? He said something to somebody.
Speaker 1 He was talking to a reporter.
Speaker 1
It was a biographer, right? Right. Yeah.
Right. And what happened?
Speaker 1 Gosh, he was talking about plans of Iran. He said, he said, and if
Speaker 1 people only knew, I mean,
Speaker 1
look, it's right here. Yeah, and he said, yeah, someone, was it Millie wanted to invade Iran or something to that effect? And so he's holding up a document.
This is what's alleged. We don't know.
Speaker 1 But what's alleged is that he held up a document and said, Look, here it is. Here's proof of it.
Speaker 1
Didn't hand it to the reporter, didn't read it to the reporter, didn't send it to the reporter. He just said, It's right here.
Okay?
Speaker 1 That's why Donald Trump has got to go to prison.
Speaker 1 Now,
Speaker 1 what did Joe Biden do with all of these documents?
Speaker 1 Well, you just heard he was paid $8 million.
Speaker 1 He was holding on to them so he could show that he, you know, what he did as vice president and make sure that he looked good. That would be pretty much the same charge, except without the $8 million,
Speaker 1 right?
Speaker 1 Except Donald Trump allegedly only held the document up.
Speaker 1 Listen to, what is it, cut
Speaker 1 12.
Speaker 1 Cut 12.
Speaker 6 Biden, this is a quote, Joe Biden risked serious damage to America's national security when he shared information with his ghostwriter.
Speaker 6 Shared it with his ghostwriter, the guy who was helping Joe Biden get $8 million.
Speaker 6 And oh, by the way, Mr. Hur, what did that ghostwriter do with the information Joe Biden shared with him on his laptop? What did he do after you were named special counsel?
Speaker 4 Chairman, if you're referring to the audio recordings that Mr. Zwanitzer created of his conversations with
Speaker 4 those files into his recycled bin on his computer.
Speaker 6 Tried to destroy the evidence, didn't he?
Speaker 2 Correct.
Speaker 6 The very guy who was helping Joe Biden get the $8 million, the $8 million Joe Biden used, the motive for Joe Biden to disclose classified information, to retain classified information, which he definitely knew was against the law.
Speaker 6 Okay.
Speaker 1 So we've established already
Speaker 1 because of Hunter Biden's records that Joe Biden will sell America out. It's just a matter of price and negotiation.
Speaker 1 Here we have $8 million.
Speaker 1 Now,
Speaker 1
if you're not offended by that, if you don't think that that's bad, what he did, then you cannot go after Donald Trump. Donald Trump didn't share the information.
Joe Biden talked openly about it,
Speaker 1
apparently either sent or showed the documents. Okay.
So one way or another, It's pretty much the same thing.
Speaker 1 Except the guy who had the information,
Speaker 1 the reporter, unlike the reporter with Donald Trump, he didn't try to hide anything. He didn't try to destroy his records.
Speaker 1 As soon as the special investigation started on Joe Biden and this guy was appointed, what happened?
Speaker 1
The reporter tried to get rid of all of the evidence. That's obstruction of justice.
Now they say Donald Trump tried to obstruct justice.
Speaker 1 Great. So what do we have here?
Speaker 1 What do we have here?
Speaker 1 We have the same exact charges, one motivated by money, and I think the other one motivated by, I've been screwed and I've got all of this evidence here that shows that it's them, not me.
Speaker 1
Both of them are wrong. One has some righteous indignation to it.
The other is just money.
Speaker 1 But both of them are against the law, right?
Speaker 1 Here's why our country cannot function anymore.
Speaker 1 There is no
Speaker 1 principle or value to truth. None.
Speaker 1 The truth only matters when it's convenient.
Speaker 1 And you could say that about both sides.
Speaker 1
I mean, here's the, that's the case. Both of them did the same thing.
Different motivations, but both of them did the same thing.
Speaker 1 How many on the right would be absolutely fine with a conviction on Trump doing it if Joe Biden received the exact same
Speaker 1 conviction and punishment?
Speaker 1 I would be. If it's a crime
Speaker 1 everybody should be treated exactly the same
Speaker 1 now the reason why this special prosecutor didn't
Speaker 1 say that it was a crime or no I didn't say that
Speaker 1 decided not to prosecute is because it is his job do I waste all this money or not
Speaker 1 Is it likely to end in a conviction? And he said, no,
Speaker 1
it wouldn't. Because the jury would most likely hear him and see him as a really nice old man who's just kind of befuddled at times.
Do you think that the jury in DC would see it any other way?
Speaker 1 Because I don't.
Speaker 1 I'd like to see the prosecution. But you know that it wouldn't end in anything.
Speaker 1 But should he go through it? Yeah, I do think he should.
Speaker 1 You know, we don't give any special benefits for people because of their age, usually.
Speaker 1 If they're incompetent, then he should be declared incompetent to serve as president. If he's not capable of testifying, then he shouldn't be capable of doing his job.
Speaker 1 Of course, then again, maybe that's why the Democrats selected Joe Biden, Because,
Speaker 1
ah, it's just Joe. We all know Joe.
He's been around for a long time. And so people will just give him the benefit of the doubt.
Oh, I think that's absolutely why he was selected.
Speaker 1 He's going to return us to normal. You know him.
Speaker 1 He's just a Union Democrat, but he's an old-time Democrat. They knew that he was a doddering old fool, that they would be running the White House, so so it was good for them.
Speaker 1 He'd do what he was told,
Speaker 1 and America would give him a lot of rope.
Speaker 1 And here's America giving him a lot of rope again.
Speaker 1 I want to show you how corrupt things are.
Speaker 1 I want you to play,
Speaker 1 let's see, cut.
Speaker 1 Hang on, sorry.
Speaker 1 This is such an amazing piece.
Speaker 1 Cut five.
Speaker 8 So this lengthy, expensive, and independent investigation resulted in a complete exoneration of President Joe Biden.
Speaker 8 For every document you discussed in your report, you found insufficient evidence that the president violated any laws about possession or retention of classified materials.
Speaker 4 I need to go back and make sure that I take note of a word that you used, exoneration. That is the word.
Speaker 5 It's not a word. I'm going to continue with my part of my task as I said.
Speaker 8 I'm going to continue with my questions. I know that the term
Speaker 4 whether sufficient evidence existed such that the likely outcome
Speaker 8 of conviction. I know that
Speaker 8
willful retention has a Mr. Hurr, it's my time.
Thank you.
Speaker 1 When is it the witness's time?
Speaker 1 When is it the witness's time? Everybody does this every time.
Speaker 1
Every time. They just filibuster.
She, and this is the worst I've seen. The filibuster that she's doing, she's not asking him a question and then not allowing him to answer.
She is
Speaker 1 making a statement
Speaker 1 formed as a question that is inaccurate.
Speaker 1
You exonerated him. No, I didn't exonerate him.
So everything after that
Speaker 1 should be dismissed.
Speaker 1 He did not exonerate, but we don't care about principles, values, or truth.
Speaker 1 And when the government, when the body that is elected to protect the Constitution, which is why are governments established among men,
Speaker 1 to protect the rights of the people,
Speaker 1 When the government doesn't recognize those rights, when it no longer recognizes the truth
Speaker 1 that all men are created equal and endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights
Speaker 1 it doesn't matter
Speaker 1 we'll never agree
Speaker 1 let me play one more
Speaker 1 cut six
Speaker 7 you are a member whatsoever in you are you are a member of the federalist society are you not? And fair. Are you a member of the Federalist Society?
Speaker 4 I am not a member of the Federalist Society.
Speaker 7 But you are a Republican, though, aren't you?
Speaker 4 I am a registered Republican.
Speaker 7 Yes, sir.
Speaker 1
Okay, so stop for a second. Stop for a second.
What's the Federalist Societies do? People who actually look at the Constitution
Speaker 1 occasionally.
Speaker 1 Are you a member of the Federalist Society?
Speaker 1 Do you mean the society that is built to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States?
Speaker 1 No, I mean the Federalist Society. No, but that's what they do.
Speaker 1
It's an accusation. It's a smear to say he's part of a society, which he claims he's not.
I'm sure he's not. Why would you deny that you were a member of the Federalist Society?
Speaker 1 It's a very highly respected institution.
Speaker 1 He's saying to him, Do you believe in the Constitution as written? That's the charge.
Speaker 1 Then he goes on and says, but you'll admit that you're a Republican,
Speaker 1 since when is that a crime?
Speaker 1 Now, I just to lighten things up, I just want to remind you who Hank Johnson really is.
Speaker 9 Guam.
Speaker 9 So
Speaker 9 24 miles long, about seven miles wide at the least widest
Speaker 9 place on the island and about 20,
Speaker 9 about 12 miles wide.
Speaker 9 My fear is that the whole island will
Speaker 9 become so overly populated that it will tip over and
Speaker 9 capsize.
Speaker 9 We don't anticipate that
Speaker 1
putting too many marines on Guam. It could capsize the island.
And he thought it through.
Speaker 1 That's who is the defender of truth yesterday.
Speaker 1
Let me tell you about my pillow. I don't know what it's like sleeping on a cloud.
Sort of imagine this, you know, a bit like falling and screaming myself.
Speaker 1 But, you know, for the comparison for sleeping in sheer comfort.
Speaker 1 You know, maybe, maybe, I think a better way to describe what it would be like is to talk about the Giza Dream Sheets or the My Pillow that you have on my bed and on your bed hopefully forget the clouds that's what comfort feels like when you sleep giza dream sheets are made from the most comfortable cotton in the world it's what i sleep on i love these they they are inexpensive and they are the best i think especially for the price but i don't know if you could get anything more comfortable at a much much much much higher price i really don't queen size set 59.98 king size set $10 more with the promo code BEC Deeply discounted.

Speaker 1 10 seconds station ID.
Speaker 1 Alrighty, so could we please play cut one?
Speaker 1 Change the subject.
Speaker 10 We're doing a number of things to ensure that we're keeping track of the situation and we're prepared.
Speaker 10 At the moment, we have not yet seen large numbers, what we would characterize as a maritime mass migration, but we are alert to that.
Speaker 10 We are alert to that possibility. I think you're right that the driving conditions in Haiti could very well press more people.
Speaker 10 So we've recently approved some additional assistance that we can provide to the Coast Guard.
Speaker 10 I think that that has now fully been approved. We'll be providing notifications if we haven't already.
Speaker 1
Okay, so they're worried about now mass migration into places like Florida because of Haiti. Also, U.S.
Marine Fleet anti-terrorism security team has just been deployed to Port-au-Prince in Haiti.
Speaker 1 So we have that, another country crumbling during this administration, and we're sending the Marine Fleet, the anti-terrorism security team. So
Speaker 1 that's good news. I want to talk to you about something tonight.
Speaker 1 For two decades, the UN and every other big government institution, nobody cared, nobody said a word about mass migration or open borders. Never.
Speaker 1 For 20 years, the word migration, barely mentioned in any of the major priorities list.
Speaker 1 But then something
Speaker 1 happened.
Speaker 1 The Millennium Development Goals.
Speaker 1 Virtually zero mention of migration. In 2015, they rebranded it to the Sustainable Development Goals.
Speaker 1 Now,
Speaker 1
you can't count how many times that it is mentioned. The UN incorporated mass migration into all 17 of their sustainable development goals.
Why? Open borders, mass migration.
Speaker 1
We expose it all tonight and give you the truth. Tonight, my Wednesday night special at 9 p.m.
Eastern on Blaze TV, 9.30 Eastern on my YouTube channel, youtube.com slash Glenn Beck.
Speaker 1 This is happening all over the world.
Speaker 1 Why? It's not just America.
Speaker 1
Glenn Beck. One of the things I value the highest in my life is trust.
I want people to trust me and I want to be able to trust people. And it's hard.
It's hard.
Speaker 1
After you've been burned several times, it's really hard. Those things are really important when the stakes are high.
Like, for instance, an easy one when you're trying to buy or sell a home.
Speaker 1 The process is so complicated with so many moving parts that you need to trust the real estate agent.
Speaker 1
And that's why I started a company with my brother years ago called Real Estate Agents I Trust. And it's not called Real Estate Agents You Can Trust.
It's that I trust because it begins with me.
Speaker 1 If I can trust this agent, if I know my people are really doing
Speaker 1 rigorous and regular checks on all of the people that we might recommend to you, then I know I can trust them. And if I can trust them, you can then say this is a real estate agent I trust.
Speaker 1
The name says it all. Realestateagentsitrust.com.
Whether you're moving across the street or across the country, we can help you with the right real estate agent. realestateagentsitrust.com.
Speaker 1
We have a new shirt at stewdoesmerch.com. This one is Joe Biden, elderly man with a poor memory.
Get yours, stewdoesmerch.com. The code is stew10 to save 10%.
Speaker 1
Welcome to the Glenbeck program. We have Barry Matt Lautermilk on with us.
Barry is a congressman from the great state of Georgia.
Speaker 1 He is on the House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight that is currently working to clean up the mess of Liz Cheney and her January 6th committee. Barry joins us now.
Speaker 1 Barry, I've got several things I want to cover with you, but let's start with the Liz Cheney thing. You told me on the phone once,
Speaker 1 and I read it in your report, that
Speaker 1
did, they were informed that they had to turn over all of the records, all of the testimony, and they didn't. In fact, they tried to delete it.
Then they said they didn't know about any other files.
Speaker 1 Then, when you found the files, they were locked and they said, Oh, we don't know anything about a password.
Speaker 2 That's correct.
Speaker 2 And
Speaker 2 you're right, man. Is it a
Speaker 1 is it a, I mean, has that happened before?
Speaker 1 I mean, is this normal when you switch?
Speaker 2
No, it is not normal. And there are clear rules in the House of Representatives of what should be preserved, what has to be preserved, and what you don't have to preserve.
If let's say there was
Speaker 2 you interviewed somebody that was totally irrelevant, they had nothing to say. I mean, you're just like, whoops, we should have never even talked to you.
Speaker 2 That's something you probably don't have to preserve, especially if you didn't use their testimony. But anything that's relevant or exculpatory,
Speaker 2 then, or even, let's say, the transcript or the videos of your interviews are something you definitely have to keep.
Speaker 2 And we know for a fact because they admitted they discarded the thousands of videos because every person they interviewed, they videotaped. And this is extremely important.
Speaker 2 And of all the information that they didn't keep or they hid or they deleted, these are the most critical.
Speaker 2 And they totally got rid of all of those videotapes and admitted that they did because they said, hey,
Speaker 2 you've got the written transcripts of these. Well, first of all, We didn't have all the written transcripts.
Speaker 2 They sent some to the White House, some to Homeland Security, which we're still working on getting.
Speaker 2 And there were some documents, and we still don't know what those are, that they deleted from the hard drives. They told us they were giving us four and a half terabytes of digital data.
Speaker 2
We got less than three terabytes. That's why we started, that's why we hired a forensics team to look at these hard drives.
Maybe there's something corrupt. Maybe there's something missing.
Speaker 2 And that's where they recovered these password-encrypted documents that have been deleted.
Speaker 1 So, Barry. Right.
Speaker 2 When I asked the chairman, he says, I don't even know what you're talking about, much less know the password.
Speaker 1 So, Barry, if I did this and I was under investigation and I did this,
Speaker 1
I would immediately go to jail. Obstruction of justice.
I would go to jail. All of us would.
But nobody in Congress ever seems to worry about that.
Speaker 1 There doesn't seem to be anything that sends anyone to jail. Why?
Speaker 2 Well,
Speaker 2 we're going to see what
Speaker 2 is available.
Speaker 2 One argument is the speech and debate clause, but that is to protect you from
Speaker 2 lawsuits or legal action for what you do in the course of your business
Speaker 2 being a legislator. I've already been threatened with
Speaker 2 being subpoenaed or sued just for revealing the truth, but I'm protected under the speech and debate clause because we have a real legislative purpose in what we're doing. Correct.
Speaker 1 The Congress and the Senate and the President need protection as they are pursuing pursuing their job.
Speaker 1 So if you want to make a claim on the floor, you can make a claim and nobody can sue you, et cetera, et cetera. But we're not talking about that.
Speaker 1
We are talking about the willful destruction of things the people of the United States paid for. We paid millions of dollars.
And
Speaker 1 if they don't classify things to keep us away from it and to keep many of you guys who have oversight away from it, then they just seem to destroy it. That can't stand.
Speaker 2
It cannot. And this is kind of treading new territory.
I don't know that anything to this level,
Speaker 2 I shouldn't say it hasn't happened before, but never been exposed.
Speaker 2 And so
Speaker 2 there's so much more investigation that we're doing.
Speaker 2 I don't want to really opine on what could happen in the future because we may uncover a whole lot more that even adds on to just how obstructive that they they really were.
Speaker 2 And you also have the issue of, well, you have most of the members of that committee are still in Congress, but you do have Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger and some others that are not.
Speaker 2
They're not currently protected by some of those same things. But it also gives us the ability of those that are in Congress, we do have certain actions that can be taken.
within the body.
Speaker 2 So there's a lot of questions there. And what I've told our team is, let's just keep digging, let's keep investigating, Let's keep
Speaker 2 going down the path we're going because right now we have literally informants coming out of the woodwork. Now that they've seen what we're doing is we're doing it in an unbiased manner.
Speaker 2 We're just trying to get to the truth.
Speaker 2 And we even have folks who,
Speaker 2 let's say, would more lean toward Democrats that are coming to us saying, I've got information. I don't like Donald Trump, but I hate the injustice that that I see being done.
Speaker 1
Right. And this isn't all about Donald Trump.
This is about the railroading of American citizens like I've never seen before.
Speaker 1 It was Jim Jordan yesterday issued a letter on behalf of our journalist, Steve Baker, to the United States Attorney Matthew Graves and is demanding.
Speaker 1 all of the documents and communication in internal to know why this guy was treated differently than the New York Times. Are we going to find anything on this?
Speaker 1 Nobody believes that any of this is going to change a darn thing, which is frightening, quite honestly.
Speaker 2 Well, I can anticipate what the FBI is going to say, and I've got some personal theories about this, but they're going to say this is an active investigation, so we can't provide you.
Speaker 2 Of course, of course.
Speaker 2 Which is
Speaker 2 potentially, let me just say this, potentially, one of the reasons that they've done this is is so certain information that he was working on can't be
Speaker 2 subpoenaed or that won't be provided to Congress. That's one theory of why they've gone after him and not the others, because he was on to something.
Speaker 2 Look, my dad, a World War II veteran, used to tell me all the time,
Speaker 2
you took the most incoming fire when you were over the target. Correct.
So the fact that this has been done to Steve Baker, you know, as a red flag to me is he's onto something.
Speaker 1 Yeah, and
Speaker 1 I know one of of the things he's working on, I believe you do too, and that has to be sewn up.
Speaker 1 If it's false, then it's false and shouldn't be spoken of. But if it's true, it is
Speaker 1
one of the worst things. I think it's regime changing.
And I use the word regime intentionally.
Speaker 2 I agree with you on that. And
Speaker 2
people don't go to these extreme measures to cover up something that isn't real. Yes.
I mean, there's got to be there there or they're not going to go to this level.
Speaker 1 Tell me, let me switch subjects again. TikTok, this bill is going through Congress today, and Stu and I
Speaker 1 look at it, I think, the same way. We're for free speech, and I don't like regulating anybody.
Speaker 1 However, these guys are intentionally taking us down. However, is this a Trojan horse that can be used against people like us down the road?
Speaker 2 I'm in the same position as you guys.
Speaker 2 I think there is something that needs to be done with TikTok because what people need to understand is this application is owned and operated by the Chinese Communist Party for one thing,
Speaker 2 and it's to disrupt
Speaker 2 the Americans,
Speaker 2 our culture, to influence the culture, but more importantly, is to
Speaker 2
spy on Americans. Exactly.
Divide us and get information. Look,
Speaker 2 some of the people who are defending TikTok are already upset about the amount of data corporate big tech is taking from American citizens every day without their knowledge. And in
Speaker 2
my estimation, unconstitutionally and illegally. But yet they're defending TikTok, who's doing the same thing, and it's going to an enemy of the United States.
I know.
Speaker 2
So we have to be very careful because I also don't trust the government. I know that we will take any law to the extreme and try to use it.
So I think
Speaker 2 it's important to take the step. And I think under this legislation, which forces the divesture of
Speaker 2 TikTok from the Chinese Communist Party, and look,
Speaker 2 I want to protect Glenn Beck and the Blaze and every other, even the liberal media.
Speaker 1
I would say the same about the Bailey Beast. which I do.
Exactly.
Speaker 2 But I don't think that we have to provide that same level of protection to the china communist party
Speaker 1 uh
Speaker 2 what complex times we live in now i think it is it is just yeah i just uh it definitely is okay and one of the one of the reasons glenn that we're going to such efforts to expose the truth is because we have
Speaker 2 never before in american history has there been this much distrust of America, of our own government, of the people in the government.
Speaker 2 And I think as bad as we are, we're still the best it's ever been. And there's nothing we're going through we haven't been through before in this country and overcome.
Speaker 2 We've got to get our eyes back on our cause of liberty and justice, things that our founders
Speaker 2 have envisioned for this country.
Speaker 2 We have to have a healthy distrust for our government. That's what keeps us free.
Speaker 2 But the people also have to know that there are still people here that want you to know the truth of what happened, because if we don't know the truth, we won't stop the same thing from repeating itself.
Speaker 2 And when you look at this thing that Liz Cheney did, it isn't just the false information they put out, but when you look at like Cassidy Hutchins' testimony that they took hers, hook line, and sinker, without even questioning it.
Speaker 2 Two months later, they interviewed the driver of the SUV, who was supposedly the one that Trump tried to take the steering wheel from.
Speaker 2
They didn't even ask him about that event when they interviewed him. You would think of anybody that would ask that.
He had to interject it himself that that never happened.
Speaker 1 They also only referenced Pipe Bomb five times in almost a thousand-page report.
Speaker 1 They're not asking the questions on the Pipe Bomb.
Speaker 1 And that doesn't make sense.
Speaker 2
Five times, but they mentioned Donald Trump 1,900 times. 1,900 times.
And the president of the United States was not even part of their tasking from the resolution that established the committee.
Speaker 2 The security failure failure at the Capitol was, and they didn't hardly address that whatsoever. This was designed from the beginning to legislatively prosecute Trump and to push a false narrative.
Speaker 2 You can see it all the way through from the documents that they tried to keep from the American people, which is any exculpatory information that they suppressed,
Speaker 2 documents that they deleted, and the questions they didn't ask people that they were afraid would contradict other information they got that they liked. That is not a real investigation.
Speaker 2 That is just cherry-picking, trying to find whatever will support your predetermined narrative. That's not the way our system is designed here in the United States.
Speaker 2 So our job is just to put the truth out there to the American people and let them decide. Thank you.
Speaker 1
You know, what really happened. Yes, thank you.
Barry Lautermilk, he is from the great state of Georgia. We'll talk again, Barry.
Thank you. Keep your head up.
All right. All right.
Speaker 2
Bye-bye. Thanks, Glenn.
Keep up the good work.
Speaker 1 He's been remarkable on on this, and he's a pit bull that just is not going to let go. And there's a few of them in Congress like Barry that are really,
Speaker 1 I mean, I think they have their heart in the right place. Let the chips fall where they may.
Speaker 1 I just want to know what the truth is. Right now, credit card balances are at an all-time high, and there is no sign that that's going to change anytime soon.
Speaker 1 A lot of Americans are getting absolutely buried in high-interest credit card debt, but there is good good news if you're a homeowner.
Speaker 1 Interest rates have dropped into the fives, which is the lowest they've been in a long time, and that's a lot lower than your credit card rate.
Speaker 1 American Financing can help you get your home's value and help you get out of the
Speaker 1
high-interest debt. They never charge any upfront or hidden fees.
That's just one of the reasons why they have over 7,200, 4.7-star reviews.
Speaker 1 They have
Speaker 1
been helping people like you save real money. The average person last year that called from this show saved $826 a month.
It's like a $10,000 raise.

Speaker 1 Welcome to the Glen Beck program.
Speaker 1 You know, obviously, if I were in Congress, I would be doing a lot more research on this TikTok thing.
Speaker 1
So I am flying by the seat of my pants on whether or not to say yes or no. I think it's a close call.
I just have such distrust for the government that I don't like it. And yet,
Speaker 1 I know exactly what China is doing with it, and it is a danger. It's why we were performing very well on TikTok, because they didn't censor anything unless we talked about Hunter Biden and China.
Speaker 1
That's the only thing that TikTok would ever censor. So we were doing very well on TikTok, but we shut down our account and walked away from it because it is, it's not good.
It's not good.
Speaker 1
And you should self-regulate. All TikTok in your home should be deleted.
I know that's hard. I got kids.
I know.
Speaker 1 But it should be deleted.
Speaker 1 But Brendan Carr, who's FCC commissioner, he says that it is very, very specific to China and TikTok and
Speaker 1
is a good bill. And he's been trustworthy on a lot of different things.
Yeah, he's been a great strong defender. But Massey, who is also a strong defender, says the opposite.
Speaker 1 Yeah, he thinks it's going to dive more into websites and other things, and there's some reason to believe maybe it's written too broadly in that sense.
Speaker 1 I mean, I think it's, I think, conceptually, it makes sense that you can
Speaker 1 let the Soviet Union open up a new
Speaker 1 television station. Exactly.
Speaker 1 But that doesn't mean the language isn't important.
Speaker 1 It's being voted on today and being debated in Congress now. It's the TikTok bill.
Speaker 1 We'll have more coming up.
Speaker 1

Speaker 12 It's a new day, a time to rain.
Speaker 12 Welcome to the fusion
Speaker 12 of entertainment and enlightenment.
Speaker 12 This is the Glen Beck Program.
Speaker 1 Hello, America. Welcome to the Glenbeck Program.
Speaker 1 Crime is through the roof in our cities, and I know that President Biden tells us it's safer than ever, but you know the truth, and I want to tell you why it's happening and what we do about it in 60 seconds.
Speaker 1 It's official, Joe Biden is curing cancer with the mRNA vaccine.
Speaker 1 Stu, have you checked that website?
Speaker 1 Has joebidencured cancer.com? Yeah, check it,
Speaker 1 he said it last week that he's curing it with yeah let's see mRNA so is it official yet floating uh has joebidencured cancer.com no no cancer still exists as of this moment okay all right well makes me want to put mRNA in everything I mean doesn't it make you want to do that I mean even if it's just just you know on his word that it's going to cure cancer let's have it in everything or not or not that might be a really bad thing uh i don't have to worry about the mRA mRNA vaccines or experimental stuff, you know, in the food that I feed my family, at least in meat, because I make sure that I'm not buying imported meat.
Speaker 1 And even if it has that little flag on it,
Speaker 1
that doesn't mean it's from America. It means it can be just be cut in America or wrapped in America.
And mRNA is going in a lot of meat in America. Well, Good Ranchers is committed to transparency.
Speaker 1 They believe you have a right to know exactly what's in your food, and they're not afraid to show you.
Speaker 1 They're amazing supporters of this program, and I support them because they're supporting the ranchers of America.
Speaker 1 And I don't think people really understand how close to the line we are of losing our farmers and ranchers.
Speaker 1 No one else is being as loud and active on this issue as Good Ranchers, and it's because they genuinely want to provide you with the best beaten beef, chicken, and pork in America.
Speaker 1
Go to goodranchers.com, use the promo code Beck, and you're going to get a free Easter ham today. It's goodranchers.com.
Promo code Beck.
Speaker 1 Say no to MRNA. Good Ranchers, American meat delivered.
Speaker 1 All right, I wanted to talk to you about crime and things that are happening in our cities, and I have quite a few examples of it.
Speaker 1 But first, I have to give you an update on something that I talked about on Friday. On Friday, I told you that we were at
Speaker 1 Mercury One and my history collection.
Speaker 1 We had just purchased purchased
Speaker 1 a very, very rare
Speaker 1 uniform, prisoner uniform,
Speaker 1 from
Speaker 1
a prisoner's family in Auschwitz. It's very rare because it was the hat, the pants, the cloak, all matching numbers.
We know exactly who it was. The guy survived.
And it was just
Speaker 1 sold in auction.
Speaker 1 We bought it at an auction in Poland
Speaker 1 and
Speaker 1 it was sent to us via Federal Express.
Speaker 1 Now,
Speaker 1 as we find out now, it was actually
Speaker 1
the problem of the auction house. They misnumbered or sent the wrong information with it.
So when it went through customs, it was stopped.
Speaker 1 And then we got a notice, I think on Thursday, that it had been lost in the system.
Speaker 1 And needless to say, that was not a good thing. Irreplaceable comes to mind.
Speaker 1
This is extraordinarily rare and important because it's not a Jewish star. It is a political prisoner.
This guy was a political... He was in with the red star, or sorry, the red triangle.
Speaker 1 And that means that you were against Hitler and you were either for capitalism or communism, and you had to go away because you just wouldn't shut up.
Speaker 1 Friday, I just asked if you would pray for its whereabouts.
Speaker 1 Well, the chairman of the board of FedEx, somebody or he, somebody in his office or some, or maybe him, heard me talk about it and reached out immediately, put us in charge with the client manager.
Speaker 1 And this is something that you get if you have something
Speaker 1
that is lost or stolen, you reach out and ask for client managers. Reggie Whitley was assigned to this case and he found it.
And I got to tell you,
Speaker 1 this is so important
Speaker 1 because I was thinking last week, how do I ever send a package? Because I had just sent a package of some other rare piece that needed repair. I had flown it myself.
Speaker 1
I had gone to New York just to deliver it, to make sure it was safe. I gave it to people that I didn't know were going to send it overseas, and they did.
And they sent it UPS.
Speaker 1 And what can Brown do for you? I don't know. Lose or steal
Speaker 1 precious items.
Speaker 1 When I found out about it, the response was, yeah, that's happening a lot lately.
Speaker 1 Well, that's happening a lot lately?
Speaker 1 That's, I mean, can you stop that from happening because I ship with you from time to time
Speaker 1 so nothing happened
Speaker 1 and that is in somebody's pocket or on their shelf or I don't know where
Speaker 1 because they're having a problem with theft at least with this one
Speaker 1 merchant
Speaker 1 FedEx
Speaker 1
got on it immediately. It wasn't stolen.
And that's what I was afraid of because of the last experience I had with UPS,
Speaker 1 that it was stolen. And
Speaker 1 I thought,
Speaker 1
this thing's going to be, nobody will know what this is. This will be destroyed.
And it is a tremendous piece of history.
Speaker 1 So thank you, FedEx. I know exactly who we will trust to
Speaker 1 send anything.
Speaker 1 for repairs or from auction houses or anything. Thank you for giving me some semblance of trust in something
Speaker 1
in today's world. Thank you to the chairman and also Reggie Whitley, the client manager.
Here it is, by the way.
Speaker 1 This is just the tunic. If you're watching us on Blaze TV,
Speaker 1 you've seen these in
Speaker 1 every film.
Speaker 1 And it has the red triangle and 31259.
Speaker 1 Just a tremendous piece of history that was about to be lost.
Speaker 1 All right, I want to talk to you some more about crime and theft and what's happening in our country.
Speaker 1
However, every day I like to start the, you know, start my day with some scripture reading and some prayer. And today was Ephesians 4, 28.
And Stu, listen to this. The thief must stop stealing.
Speaker 1
Instead, he should make an honest living by his own efforts. This way he'll be able to share with those in need.
And I could have stopped reading there, but I no.
Speaker 1 Let no harmful language come from your mouth, only good words that are helpful in meeting the need, words that will benefit those who hear them.
Speaker 1 Don't cause grief to God's Holy Spirit, for he has stamped you as his property until the day of final redemption.
Speaker 1 Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, violent assertiveness, and slander, along with all spitefulness.
Speaker 1 Instead, be kind to one another, tender-hearted, and forgive one another, just as God in Christ has forgiven you. So I read that and I thought,
Speaker 1 good night, everybody.
Speaker 1 What can you possibly say? But I'm going to say it and try to remember to be not bitter, enraged, angry,
Speaker 1
no assertiveness and slander. This is going to be impossible to do.
The Missouri AG, who is a friend of the program, Andrew Bailey, has said that a 15-year-old suspect
Speaker 1 should be tried for murder and maybe an adult
Speaker 1 instead of juvenile. You have the video? I don't know if I want to see it.
Speaker 1
Play a little bit of it. You've seen this.
It's gone around. It's from a teenage fight.
Two teenagers. Yeah, I want to see it.
That's enough.
Speaker 1
Terrible. Terrible.
Dashing her head into the concrete over and over and over again. Okay.
Speaker 1 These are high schoolers. High schoolers.
Speaker 1
She was transported to the hospital in critical condition. The suspect was arrested.
She's been held by the St. Louis County Family Court on assault charges.
Speaker 1 In a statement, the AG said this is evil and a complete disregard for human life, and it has no place in Missouri or anywhere. The criminal should be charged and tried as an adult.
Speaker 1 If the victim dies, that offense should rise to homicide.
Speaker 1 Well,
Speaker 1 he's right. Amen.
Speaker 1 But why is this happening? There is a split
Speaker 1 in our souls right now. There are people that just do not care.
Speaker 1 They don't care about human life. They have no empathy for anyone.
Speaker 1 It is the spirit of an Antichrist. I mean,
Speaker 1 it is the opposite of everything that is good.
Speaker 1 Why?
Speaker 1 Why is that happening? By the way, there was an adult parent that was there at the fight and did nothing.
Speaker 1
That person should be tried. Only one teenager stepped up and tried to stop the fight, and they were pulled away by the other teenagers.
So that's a sick group of teenagers.
Speaker 1 All of them should be tried for something.
Speaker 1 But the one who did it
Speaker 1 should be tried as an adult
Speaker 1 because these crimes are not kiddie crimes anymore. They're
Speaker 1 brazen and ugly
Speaker 1 and and heinous. The way they are carried off without any regard, it's heinous.
Speaker 1 Let me give you another story. Retail giant that runs the Fulton Transit Center in lower Manhattan wants out of its deal with the MTA
Speaker 1 because crime is scaring all the tenants away.
Speaker 1 They say they shouldn't be held to this lease anymore because no one
Speaker 1
wants to come in and experience theft, property damage, bodily harm, or threats. And they say they can't get people to even work there, let alone come shop there.
So we want out of the lease.
Speaker 1 Taco Bell, multiple locations in Oakland. They're shutting down.
Speaker 1 They first shut down the indoor, you know, eatery.
Speaker 1 It was only for drive-through. Then somebody broke in, took a chain, put it around the safe, and pulled it it through the window with their car.
Speaker 1 It's been one place has been robbed once a month for the last four months.
Speaker 1 So then that place started taking just
Speaker 1
credit cards. There's no cash, no cash in our Taco Bell.
That didn't stop.
Speaker 1 They started getting the people who were in line and robbing them.
Speaker 1 And the people are a little sick of it.
Speaker 1 Knife wielding. New York City bandits steal more than $200 in paper towels.
Speaker 1 They walked into a drugstore.
Speaker 1
It's 10 o'clock in the morning. They pull 20 packs of paper towels off the shelves.
And somebody inside tries to stop them. One of them pulls out a knife and says, back off.
They do.
Speaker 1 They're caught a couple of streets later. The guy with the knife was let go.
Speaker 1
The homeless man who was the partner, he was arrested. Don't know if he's out on bail.
Well, there's no bail, so he's probably definitely out.
Speaker 1 Then you have a San Diego mom, California mom of three.
Speaker 1 that has been accused of masterminding an organized crime ring that stole nearly $8 million worth of makeup from stores like Ulta, Max,
Speaker 1 Ulta Max, TJ Maxx and Walgreens,
Speaker 1
and then resold it. If you look at the picture of this story, Stu, that's her garage.
Look how amazingly well stocked it is.
Speaker 1 She has texts back and forth to all of her
Speaker 1 gang, and they were like, She's like, I got orders coming in she was selling it all on amazon
Speaker 1 amazon worked with the fbi she's in jail but my wife uh who spends approximately 47 of her days in makeup stores um was at a makeup store locally with my daughter and they were looking at stuff and uh two women walked in with giant black plastic bags yep and filled the plastic bags in front of all of the employees with makeup and then just walked out.
Speaker 1
And everyone was like, what the hell just happened? And we were not allowed to do anything. That was the employees told her.
It's amazing. So why is all of this happening?
Speaker 1 Now let me tell you two stories about citizens who are doing something about it.
Speaker 1 And then I'll explain
Speaker 1 why do we have to go there?
Speaker 1 What's this all about?
Speaker 1
I'll do that in 60 seconds. First, let me break and tell you about Relief Factor.
If you're in pain all the time, please try this.
Speaker 1
I know this sounds ridiculous because I thought it was ridiculous too. I'm like, listen to them talking about it on the radio.
Oh, that's ridiculous. And I never thought it would work.
Speaker 1
Relief Factor is not something like ibuprofen that you just take and then you're like, I have a headache. I want to take some Relief Factor.
This is something you take every day. Okay.
Speaker 1 This is a natural supplement and it strengthens your body to reduce inflammation and that's where most of our pain comes from it's also where a lot of our disease comes from as well so it's really healthy for you 100 drug-free over a million people have tried it about 70 of them go on to order more month after month because it works for them and their pain it's 1995 comes with relief factors feel better or your money back guarantee so give it a try visit relief factor.com or call 800 the number for relief 800 the number for relief when you feel the difference you know it works.
Speaker 1 ReliefFactor.com. 10 seconds, station ID.
Speaker 1 In Connecticut, in Hartford, Connecticut, armed citizens have formed a group called the Self-Defense Brigade and have started to patrol the violent areas of Hartford, Connecticut.
Speaker 1 The mayor doesn't like it.
Speaker 1 Cornell Lewis, the founder of the Self-Defense Brigade, said, we're legally armed and we're just patrolling. The people on Garden Street came to us and asked for our help.
Speaker 1 Garden Street has a lot of gun violence and the group members legally carry as they walk around the violent parts of the city.
Speaker 1 The Self-Defense Brigade on Saturday was patrolling and even cleaning up Garden Street in Hartford's North End.
Speaker 1 It's important that we come out here because we believe we have to keep the community safe and keep the community clean. I'm going to come back to this story in just a second.
Speaker 1 Let me give you what they're doing on the other coast. Business owners, prompted by Jose Ortiz, the owner of La Perla, Puerto Rico Cuisine,
Speaker 1 Told the local news that his restaurant has been robbed at gumpoint twice in just the past two years. He says business has dropped by 25% because customers don't feel safe in the area.
Speaker 1
We're not the only ones, he said. We're all in the same boat all across the city of Oakland.
The city needs to immediately, effectively do something about it.
Speaker 1 The order to pressure the city to address the crime problem, he is now saying he's trying to get other businesses in Oakland to agree to stop paying their taxes.
Speaker 1 We're proposing not paying taxes to the city until they give us the services that we deserve and are paying for.
Speaker 1 He's right.
Speaker 1 He's right.
Speaker 1 However, that one's going to be hard.
Speaker 1 Let me go back to
Speaker 1 Connecticut.
Speaker 1 The mayor is against these people
Speaker 1
and is saying that they shouldn't be there. They have no right to do that.
We're taking care of the city. Well, you're obviously not taking care of the city.
Speaker 1 So what is the important part of this?
Speaker 1 The important part part is in this sentence. It was important to come out here because we believe we have to keep the community safe and keep the community clean.
Speaker 1 They are cleaning up the city on Saturday afternoons and then
Speaker 1 walking the city at night to make sure it's safe.
Speaker 1
Cleaning the city. Nobody cares about anything.
There is nothing of value anymore, whether it's human life,
Speaker 1 whether it's stuff,
Speaker 1 whether it's relationships, there's no meaning to anything.
Speaker 1
We have to find meaning in things. Our whole country has become like tenement buildings.
And they go down because nobody really owns them. Nobody owns them, so nobody really cares.
Speaker 1 Why is the city or why is this slumlord not fixing this?
Speaker 1 Well, because he doesn't have your help.
Speaker 1 People will usually take care of things that they own.
Speaker 1 I'm not sure that's true anymore.
Speaker 1 We have to restore meaning.
Speaker 1 And the best way to keep our places safe
Speaker 1 is the broken windows theory. You're more likely to throw a rock through a window pane on a house that is decrepit and all broken.
Speaker 1 The average person will do that if they see all these things broken and nobody cares about it. But the average person will never pick up a rock and throw it through a window of someplace that's nice.
Speaker 1 It's the broken windows theory. You start with the small stuff.
Speaker 1 In our case, places like Oakland, you gotta find a way to convince cops to come back to work for you. I don't know why they would,
Speaker 1 but somehow or another, you have to more people.
Speaker 1 Glenn Beck.
Speaker 1 I know I wouldn't pay my taxes if that's the kind of service I was getting.
Speaker 1
Unless you got a crystal ball you haven't told anybody about, and call me if you have one. I don't know what the future holds.
None of us do.
Speaker 1 If you have, you know, a set of working eyes, you can probably see what probably is coming our way, and you should be prepared for it. You should have, you know, your
Speaker 1 firearm, something to protect your family. You should also protect your soul, but you also need to prepare so your family has something to eat.
Speaker 1 You can get that from MyPatriot supply. They have literally helped millions of American families prepare for whatever might come their way.
Speaker 1 Many of them start with a three-month emergency food kit, and there's 22 food and drink varieties, so you're not going to get bored with anything, and it's 2,000 calories a day.
Speaker 1
Stock up on all of the food your family needs at mypatriotsupply.com. Let me just give you a, hey, you should do this and have your family prepared by summer.

Speaker 1
Your car is spying on you and you don't even know it. This is a bizarre story.
It's another horse on the highway. Things that just you don't see.
And
Speaker 1
yeah, we would have said, wow, that's crazy. That can't be true.
But now they seem to happen every day. A horse on the highway story coming up in just a second.
Speaker 1
Also, Carol Roth is going to to be talking about your money, your dollar, and your job in about 30 minutes. But I wanted to get Brandon Herrera on.
He is running for the U.S. House.
Speaker 1 He is from Texas, San Antonio area,
Speaker 1 and he is known as the AK guy.
Speaker 1 And I wanted to talk to him because one of the things that I find fascinating is at a time when we are in the most amount of danger from foreign adversaries
Speaker 1 and from crime in our history, I think. These two at the peak right now.
Speaker 1 And the government wants to disarm all of the citizens. Why?
Speaker 1
When I just told you a story about how the police are not protecting the streets and so citizens who are legally carrying are going out and patrolling the neighborhood. Amen.
Good.
Speaker 1
But last week, the president said that he was going to ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines. And we have Brandon Herrera on, Brandon Herrera for Congress.com.
Brandon.
Speaker 1
Hey there, Glenn. How you doing? Very good.
Very good.
Speaker 1 This is your hot topic, is it not? Second Amendment?
Speaker 2
Yes, sir. This is kind of something that I've been an advocate for a long time.
I've been fighting the ATF for, I mean, about 10 years now.
Speaker 2 So this is something that, unfortunately, government regulation when it comes to firearms is kind of an expertise of mine.
Speaker 1 Well, the president said that he's going to reinstate the assault weapons ban because that was so helpful the last time we had it.
Speaker 2
Of course. He said he's going to do it again.
And it's like, well, you did it in 1994. It lasted 10 years.
Speaker 2 And it was a great case study on how an assault weapons ban and a magazine ban would play out in the United States. And what the data showed is that it had no impact on crime.
Speaker 2
It had no impact on homicide. It was a market failure.
The only thing it did was the thing that we said it was going to do, which is restrict the rights of law-abiding citizens.
Speaker 1 So, you know, we're looking at a
Speaker 1 well, there's the TikTok vote that just happened on the floor. That's one of the few votes that I have seen.
Speaker 1 that are and debates that are happening on the floor.
Speaker 1 And it came and went quickly.
Speaker 1 Most everything else is being done by regulation, where you'll just wake up one morning and all of a sudden something that was legal is now illegal and you're a criminal if you don't know it.
Speaker 1
And there's no debate in Congress. There's nothing.
How do we stop this out-of-controlled government?
Speaker 2 Well, that's one of the major issues I have with the way that the ATS and other three-letter organizations operate, is that they legislate without having the authority to legislate.
Speaker 2
They legislate by redefining things or making these quote-unquote rules. There was never a bill put before Congress.
There was never a bill that was signed by a president.
Speaker 2 They had no right to turn it into law. That's why these organizations need to be reined in because government will always give you, it's almost like water taking the shape of its container.
Speaker 2 Government will always
Speaker 2 take as much power as you let it have. And
Speaker 2 we've got to rein them in.
Speaker 1 But how are you going to do that? Because really the problem that, you know, we all scream at Congress and we all scream, you know, at the president, whatever.
Speaker 1 But the real problem is the civil service. It's not just
Speaker 1
at the cabinet level and these agencies. It's the ones that are not necessarily political appointees, but the ones who work there forever and are protected by unions.
How are you going to reduce them?
Speaker 1 For sure.
Speaker 2 And it's the problem is it's something that the people have no direct recourse for because these were not elected people.
Speaker 2
They weren't voted in. They're just government bureaucrats.
And that's why you've got to hit them where it actually counts. You've got to hit them in the pocketbook.
Speaker 2 You have to start defunding these organizations because
Speaker 2 they'll take as much as you'll give them, and then they'll use it against you. So if they're going to play that way, we need to start taking them to the piggy bank.
Speaker 1 Yeah, how concerned are you about what's going on with Ukraine?
Speaker 1 Where Where do you stand on that?
Speaker 2 Well, it's definitely a convoluted subject, and it's gotten more murky as things have gone on.
Speaker 2 What I don't love is the United States single-handedly paying for a proxy war when we have, you know, we were told that $8 billion
Speaker 2 was too much to protect our border. Spending $150 billion to a border none of us will ever see seems to be pretty easy.
Speaker 1 Well, I tell you, there's, hang on just a second, there's something in
Speaker 1 today's audio that I think actually works on the last two questions.
Speaker 1 Let me play,
Speaker 1
where is it? Hang on just a second. Let me play this cut.
Just happened yesterday.
Speaker 1 Cut three, please.
Speaker 13 Today, the United States is announcing an emergency package for Ukraine. using cost savings from previously approved Pentagon contracts.
Speaker 13 The package includes munitions and rounds to help Ukraine hold the line against Russia's brutal attacks for the next couple weeks, which I have the authority to do without
Speaker 13
asking Congress for some more money right now. But I've asked them for a lot more money.
And
Speaker 13 so we're, but it's not nearly enough what I'm announcing today.
Speaker 1 Okay. If you could translate that from old person that should not be the president speak
Speaker 1 into
Speaker 1 regular old English, he again is sending more money. And it seems like this happens all the time, where you vote on something in Congress,
Speaker 1
they send it over, and then he's just with some other foreign leader and he's like, you know what, I'm going to send another 20 billion. I'm going to send another 5 billion.
It's like,
Speaker 1 how is this happening?
Speaker 1 And it's so close.
Speaker 2 You know, we're using, you know, we're using budget cuts and finding places where we can cut spending.
Speaker 2
Yes. And then we're going to send it to another country.
No.
Speaker 2 So close.
Speaker 1
But I don't think we're actually saving any money at all. I mean, it is, it's incredible.
I had an idea the other day.
Speaker 1 I'd love to bounce this off of you because I know you're against cutting Social Security, right? And Medicare.
Speaker 2 Yes, ideally, there's ways you can increase the top line without cutting the bottom line.
Speaker 1 Okay.
Speaker 1 What do you think of this? Once you hit 70, you shouldn't pay any taxes anymore. You've paid them your entire life.
Speaker 1
Give them a break. Give them a break.
What do you think of that?
Speaker 2 Yeah, I mean, you'll rarely find an argument for me when it comes to cutting taxes in general. I mean, taxation in a perfect world, you know, taxation is theft and we wouldn't need it.
Speaker 1
Yeah, I agree. I agree.
All right. Thank you so much for
Speaker 1 when is the runoff for you?
Speaker 2 So the runoff is May 28th. So we're going to have a pretty uphill fight until then.
Speaker 2 You know, we're taking on one of the best-funded Republican incumbents in the state of Texas, but they told us we couldn't make it to a runoff either, and here we are.
Speaker 1 Yeah, and you have another guy out of the way, and I doubt that guy's votes
Speaker 1 are going to your opponent.
Speaker 1 I hope. No, we actually
Speaker 2 have a good relationship with the other candidates that were in the race, and I think it's very clear it's all hands-on deck against Tony Gonzalez.
Speaker 1
Yeah, good. Thank you so much.
Appreciate it. Brandon Herrera, U.S.
House candidate here from the great state of Texas. Brandon Herrera, who is
Speaker 1 a great fighter. Oh, wait, Brandon, are you there?
Speaker 1 Hang on. Is he still there?
Speaker 1 Is he there? Brandon? Yes, sir. I got to ask you one other thing.
Speaker 1
You have not necessarily been the most supportive of Donald Trump running. How are you going to get the people? You need to have the people who support Trump.
And you also
Speaker 1 you know are going to be in Congress and hopefully working together with the president
Speaker 2 absolutely and you know that's it's really it's funny because this this narrative that I didn't support Trump kind of came out of left field because I worked for the man's campaign in 2016 I voted for him in 2016 I voted for him in 2020 and I'll vote for him again this year So it's kind of strange that people are coming out saying that I wasn't supportive of him.
Speaker 2 I've had my concerns about things that, you know, certain policy things, like when it came to the bump stock thing, but I think that just comes down to having good advisors.
Speaker 1
Yeah, okay. Yeah.
Because we had a problem with that, too. We thought it was unconstitutional and it's not, but you just don't do that.
Speaker 1 So, but as long as he's doing the constitutional things, you're good, right?
Speaker 2 Yeah, and that's something that I think is important is that, you know,
Speaker 2 while I support Trump, I support the agenda that he's pushing. No politician should be worshipped to a degree that you're willing to sacrifice principles.
Speaker 2 So it's like, if you're going to vote against the Constitution, I'm sorry, I have to fight you on that issue.
Speaker 1
Yeah, well, I'd be the same way. Brandon, thank you so much.
Appreciate it. Awesome.
Speaker 2 Appreciate it. Go ahead and sit there.
Speaker 1 Let me talk to you about Pre-Born, our sponsor. Nearly 65 million innocent babies have been aborted since Roe versus Wade.
Speaker 1 Now that Roe is gone, there's still a lot of work to do, and it's getting worse because Planned Parenthood is,
Speaker 1 you know, pushing the
Speaker 1
prescription drug that will just kill the baby and the abortion clinic becomes that girl's bathroom. Imagine how traumatizing that is.
And then to have to go back to the scene of that crime every day?
Speaker 1 My gosh. 65, I think, percent of the people who have abortions regret it and wish they didn't do it, wish they had another choice or felt they had another choice at the time.
Speaker 1 Most of them feel alone and abandoned and they buy into the easy lie that it's not really a baby. It is.
Speaker 1 And by introducing and expecting mom to her unborn baby through free ultrasound, pre-born doubles the chances that mom will choose life.
Speaker 1
They've rescued over 280,000 babies through love, compassion, and free ultrasounds. And every day they rescue 200 more.
And you know what's great about this?
Speaker 1
The same with the moms. 280,000 babies.
Yeah, and so 280,000 moms too are not living with that regret their whole life.
Speaker 1 If you have the means, would you consider a leadership gift to save babies in a big way?
Speaker 1 The cost of an ultrasound is $28.
Speaker 1 If you have $5,
Speaker 1
they really need it and would welcome that. But if you make a donation of $5,000, you'll sponsor Pre-Born's entire network for 24 hours, helping to save 200 babies.
Donate pound250, pound250.
Speaker 1 Say the keyword baby, pound250, keyword baby, or go to preborn.com slash beck. That's preborn.com slash beck or hit pound250 and say the keyword baby sponsored by preborn.
Speaker 1 You're listening to the Glenn Beck program.
Speaker 1 For over two decades, the global left, the UN, virtually every other big government institution didn't give a crap about mass migration and open borders.
Speaker 1
In fact, if anything, the countries were against it. For over 20 years, the word migration, barely mentioned in the UN's major priority list.
In 2015, the Sustainable Development Goals came out.
Speaker 1 It's right around the time of the Paris Accords.
Speaker 1 Those goals came out, and
Speaker 1 how many times is migration mentioned?
Speaker 1 All 17 goals of the
Speaker 1 Sustainable Development Goals, all 17 of them now mention migration. Why?
Speaker 1 We are seeing the fallout in every Western nation and capital. The borders are open all over Europe.
Speaker 1 They're open all over here in the West and being encouraged, being plotted and planned by NGOs and everybody else. Why?
Speaker 1 Why is every Western nation being pushed to the brink?
Speaker 1 Or could that be the point?
Speaker 1 A great reset to bring other countries into parity, a complete redesign.
Speaker 1 Tonight, I'm going to show you the open border mass migration fallout. Government think tanks, mainstream media, they're weaponizing all of this and covering it up.
Speaker 1 But after crime after crime after crime, atrocity after atrocity, the facts are pretty clear. And I'm going to show you all of it tonight on our Wednesday night special at 9 p.m.
Speaker 1
on Blaze TV and 9.30 Eastern on my YouTube channel, youtube.com slash Glenn Beck. You don't want to miss it tonight at 9 only on Blaze TV.
By the way, there's a loophole in the voter ID laws,
Speaker 1 and North Carolina is starting to see
Speaker 1
that their voter ID thing can let just about anybody vote. There's a great story today from the Federalist about that.
You should read. It's in my daily email newsletter today.
Speaker 1 And try this one on for size.
Speaker 1 Not a single Democrat, none of the Democratic witnesses in a congressional hearing yesterday would say that they believe only citizens should be able to vote in federal elections.
Speaker 1 No Democrats. None.
Speaker 1 I don't know. I think that's probably a big difference that maybe we should all talk about.
Speaker 1 Maybe that's a big difference that the GOP should be highlighting.
Speaker 1 None of the Democrats
Speaker 1 will say that voting is for American citizens only.
Speaker 1
I don't know. As Mike Lee asked one of the witnesses, it's just basic yes or no.
Yes or no? Do you believe
Speaker 1 that only citizens of the United States should be able to vote in federal elections? Well, we don't really have a position about non-citizens voting. What?
Speaker 1
The country does. The government does.
You may not, but it's clear. It's all really, really, super, super clear.
By the way, something is coming out tomorrow or the next day, today, Wednesday.
Speaker 1 Something is coming out tomorrow, and it is something that
Speaker 1 I heard about
Speaker 1 about a week ago, and I've been doing some
Speaker 1 research on it. I'm not sure sure where I stand on it,
Speaker 1 but
Speaker 1 I'm not sure if it's true,
Speaker 1 there is something big and good that we can do about making sure our elections are rock solid.
Speaker 1 But I need to talk to some more of my computer expert friends. to see if what is, I think, going to be announced tomorrow is right or wrong.
Speaker 1
People have been making all kinds of claims lately about, oh, the election was stolen. Yeah, I know.
I heard that from Hillary Clinton and then Al Gore, too. I've heard that for a while.
Speaker 1
We'll have that information for you coming in the next few days. The Glenn Beck program.
Let me talk to you a little bit about Rough Greens.
Speaker 1 How often do you think about the food that you're giving your best friend?
Speaker 1 I mean, I used to just scoop it out of the bag and put it in there.
Speaker 1 Come on, buddy, let's eat. And he'd look at me like, no, not again.
Speaker 1 Is it time to eat again and then i'd have to force it down his throat you know uh he just didn't like eating now he's getting really old he's slowing down he's oh
Speaker 1 today was the first time i saw him get up and with a sign of a hip problem he's a german shepherd he's 12 almost 13 and uh that's really old for a purebred german shepherd and i think it's because i've been feeding him rough greens i'm not feeding him i've been putting rough greens on his dog's food and he loves it he loves it.
Speaker 1
He eats it. And I think he's lived a longer, healthier life because of rough greens.
I am sad to see my friend slow down so much.
Speaker 1
And I am so grateful to Rough Greens because I think it made a huge difference in his life. Roughgreens.com/slash Beck, R-U-F-F-Greens.com/slash Beck.

Speaker 14 It's a new day, a turn to rain.
Speaker 14 Welcome to the fusion
Speaker 14 of entertainment
Speaker 14 and enlightenment.
Speaker 14 This is the Glenn Beck program.
Speaker 1
Hello, America. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
Well, Congress just voted and they banned TikTok. And China says banning TikTok is an act of bullying.
Speaker 1
We'll get into that if we have time this half hour. Also, we want to talk to you about your dollar and your economy.
I don't think people really understand yet that the White House budget,
Speaker 1 even though the White House has honestly with a straight face, tried to pull this off, saying that $16 trillion
Speaker 1 of borrowing of debt over the next 10 years is being responsible.
Speaker 1 That's,
Speaker 1 I,
Speaker 1 I mean, how dumb are we? It's no longer, how dumb do they think we are. Honestly, gang, how dumb are we?
Speaker 1 This isn't just going to go away. This is something our children and our grandchildren are going to pay for.
Speaker 1 We used to have generations like mine that would stand up at this point and say, you know what? I'm going to take on the hardship so my kids don't have to. We're doing exactly the opposite.
Speaker 1 And that chicken is coming home to roost. And we'll give you that with Carol Roth, the state of our economy and some
Speaker 1
new quote guidelines. Not laws, but they'll put you in jail if you disobey these guidelines.
Some new guidelines for our economy. We'll give that to you coming up in 60 seconds.
Speaker 1 Who do you do business with? Says a lot about you.
Speaker 1 You know, if you're hanging out with somebody,
Speaker 1
you know, that's Hunter Biden, I don't have great respect for you. You know, it's like, okay, I kind of know who you are.
Same thing with businesses that you do work with.
Speaker 1 You know, there was a time where people were like,
Speaker 1 is that a Target bag you're carrying?
Speaker 1
And it just showed you, yeah, I'm the kind of person that I care and I care a lot, but I'm busy. And I got to get my stuff at Target.
When you have Patriot Mobile, it says something about you too.
Speaker 1 If you are with one of the big three, you know you're getting charged too much. You know that they're giving, most likely, they're giving money to the left hand over fist, and that's your money.
Speaker 1 And they're with Verizon, they are, they're giving money to Planned Parenthood.
Speaker 1 It says a lot to you because all you have to do is switch to Patriot Mobile. You'll get a better price.
Speaker 1 You'll stop giving your money or supporting a company that's giving money to the enemy of our country, really.
Speaker 1 And it's simple. In fact, you get free activation when you use the offer code Beck.
Speaker 1
PatriotMobile.com slash Beck. That says a lot about you.
PatriotMobile.com slash Beck. Or call them now, 972-Patriot.
972-PATRIOT.
Speaker 1 Carol Roth, the author of You Will Own Nothing and former investment banker and good friend of the program,
Speaker 1 is here to, I guess we should start with the
Speaker 1 presidential budget that is insane. Carol, it's insane.
Speaker 15 I keep calling it the budget of horrors because it takes the American dream and it turns it into the American nightmare, Glenn. And there are two pieces I think that we should discuss.
Speaker 15 One is the just top line insanity of it, the fact that we are at this precipice where we have this fiscal foundation that is crumbling.
Speaker 15 We're on an unsustainable fiscal trajectory, yet there is no seriousness about fixing it. So that's one piece we should delve into.
Speaker 15 The other piece, which I think may be even more important, is that this gives you a glimpse into the democratic agenda, which is incredibly nefarious.
Speaker 15 And they are trying to come after not just your income, but your wealth.
Speaker 15 This is in the budget, all of these proposals for straight up wealth taxes and wealth grabs and i don't know that enough attention is being given to that so i wanted to handle both of those okay so let's go with
Speaker 1 let's go with the wealth tax first how are they coming after wealth
Speaker 15 So they are actually within this budget proposing a wealth tax.
Speaker 15 And if you go to one of Biden's quote-unquote fact sheets, I love the fact that they just straight up lie and they call it a fact sheets.
Speaker 15 They're repeating one of their favorite lies, which is that billionaires only pay an 8% tax rate, which I'm sure you're thinking you hear that like I am. Wow, that's great.
Speaker 15 How do I get in on that 8% tax rate? That is a straight-up lie.
Speaker 15 This tracks back a couple of years when the White House did a study and they looked at all of billionaires' income, including unrealized gains in their stock.
Speaker 15 That means their stock has appreciated, but they have not sold it. And they said, well, if we were to tax that, what kind of a rate would they be paying? Well, they would be paying 8%.
Speaker 15 Well, that's not how taxes work. Tax works on income,
Speaker 15 not on wealth.
Speaker 1 Tax cannot work that way.
Speaker 1 If they start taxing somebody's unrealized wealth, that means as your house gains in value, you have to pay that tax. Are they going to pay you back when it dies? No.
Speaker 1 You can't tax it that way.
Speaker 15 Of course. And so what they're doing, and this is nefarious, and this tracks what I laid out, and you will own nothing, is they're saying, well, we're just going to do this.
Speaker 15 for billionaires, that we're going to go ahead and we're going to start taxing the wealth of billionaires to make it more fair.
Speaker 15
And once you concede, because a lot of people will go, oh, well, you know, that sounds good. They've got a lot of money.
What does it matter to them?
Speaker 15 Once you give up that it is okay to do that, that property rights don't matter, that the government has the ability to confiscate your wealth, which is what it is, and that is not constitutional currently, but that is what it is.
Speaker 15 Then they're going to say, well, you know what? We don't have enough and we need to save Medicare and we need to save Social Security.
Speaker 15 So we're going to come after your wealth and that is your pension, your 401k, like you said, your house. And this is how we lose everything that creates wealth.
Speaker 1 So I just have to disagree with you because there's not an example, for instance, Woodrow Wilson coming out and saying that we're going to create a national income tax, but it's only going to be on the millionaires and it will never go higher than 7%.
Speaker 1 And within two years,
Speaker 1 it was on the millionaires a little higher than 7.
Speaker 1 It was 95%.
Speaker 1
And then... That wasn't enough money, so they had to go down.
And now we all have a personal income tax, and it never went away. You open this door.
Speaker 1
It was millionaires in Woodrow Wilson's time. It's billionaires this time.
What Carol just said is 100%
Speaker 1 provably true.
Speaker 15 Yes, and not only just the straight up wealth tax, but also the inheritance tax. So this is something, again, that I flagged.
Speaker 15 There's about $84.4 trillion that is set to turn over in the next couple of decades. The big chunk of that is from the middle class, and they want access to that money.
Speaker 15 So another thing that they're throwing in here, Biden says, well, we're going to stop with this, you know, the inheritance, you know, giveaway.
Speaker 15 And when you pass money down, yeah, I know, when you pass money down, you know, instead of that going, some portion of that going tax-free to your heirs, that we're going to change that.
Speaker 15
But again, don't worry, guys, this is just for the richest until it isn't. And then on top of this, Glenn, this is even more fun.
They want to raise the capital gains rate.
Speaker 15 So this is the amount that you pay on money that you put at risk that you've already been taxed on, right?
Speaker 15 So this is when you go and you buy a stock or you buy a house and it appreciates in value because you are risking that money and you've already been taxed on it and you don't know if that gain is, if there's going to be a gain or if there's going to be a loss, there's a risk involved to incentivize that.
Speaker 15
They have a lower rate. for income that's earned on that.
Again, just going after people who make a million dollars, but they they want to put that at the ordinary income tax rate.
Speaker 15 What that does, that not only eases up capital allocation and is going to completely change the opportunities that we have, but again, once that comes down, that is the way that you create wealth as an individual.
Speaker 15
You have to own assets. You get the opportunity for those to appreciate and you get a break because you've taken that risk.
They're trying to take all of this away.
Speaker 15
And everybody's very caught up in the headline number, which is insane. But this is the flash forward.
This is a glimpse into what the Democratic agenda is going to be.
Speaker 15 And by the way, Galen, this is not just the president. This is Congress because Congress is the one who ultimately is going to pass this.
Speaker 15 We cannot be voting for Democrats because this is what they want to do.
Speaker 1
Oh, my God. So let me ask you.
The budget came out, and his budget for next year, I think, is what was it? $7.4?
Speaker 1 Stu? $7.3 trillion.
Speaker 1 $7.3 trillion.
Speaker 1 It was $3 or $4.2 trillion two years ago, three years ago. It's now
Speaker 1 $7.5 trillion. You know, that's a pretty remarkable number in case anybody doesn't know.
Speaker 1 But it also said that he's raising taxes by $5.5 trillion. Is that over 10 years? Is that over a year? It wasn't clear.
Speaker 15 So, the proposal looked like that is over a period of time.
Speaker 15 However, as we know, these statements, when they put these budgets together, they assume that everything is going to work in the same way.
Speaker 15 And the proposals that he's put forth to raise taxes will do things that slow down the economy that will actually lead to lower taxes.
Speaker 15 Just like when you had the Trump tax cuts, when people said, oh my God, that raised the revenue that was received, because that's how this works.
Speaker 15 There's some fungibility here. And so you have to do what makes sense.
Speaker 15 And you want to have those dollars in people's hands, making productive decisions in the economy instead of non-productive wealth transfers between the government. It's a different scenario.
Speaker 15 So this estimate that he's that if everything goes perfectly, that they're going to even be able to raise if all this went through is kind of silly to begin with.
Speaker 15 And it still doesn't cover the spending. And that's the part that's really scary.
Speaker 15 Like you said, the headline that he has goes up to 45.1 trillion within a decade, which is actually lower than the CBO's projections, which I think are conservative.
Speaker 15 So this is complete fantasy land, but it just shows that there is no fiscal responsibility. There's nobody who's coming in to say that we're going to change this.
Speaker 15 And this means that we're going to be dealing with ongoing inflation, ongoing taking away of your
Speaker 15 purchasing power in a best case scenario.
Speaker 1 I don't think Donald Trump is, I mean, you know, he's not worried about debt because he believes you do the things that, you know,
Speaker 1 increase your revenue and then you don't have to worry about debt.
Speaker 1 But this debt, at what point, Carol,
Speaker 1 does this fall apart? At what point? We have the largest debt ever accumulated on human earth
Speaker 1 of all time.
Speaker 1 And
Speaker 15 all countries, we're number one.
Speaker 1 Right, we're number one. We all realize this and realize it is absolutely impossible to pay this debt back.
Speaker 1 What is the real cost of this? How long do we have before
Speaker 1 everything is crushed by it?
Speaker 15 Well, like I said, it's not impossible to pay it back. You hit the nail on the head when you talked about increasing revenues.
Speaker 15 What we need is an increase in productivity, and we need it fast, and we need it
Speaker 15 with a furious pace.
Speaker 15 Unfortunately, we don't have a president and we don't have a Congress that is removing barriers and doing the things that is going to create this, you know, so-called productivity miracle.
Speaker 15 So in the absence of having that productivity or, God forbid, some mass event that, you know, impacts the population where all of a sudden they don't have to pay out these promises anymore, What they're going to be left with is just issuing more debt.
Speaker 15 And unfortunately, you don't have the ability for people to continually absorb that at any particular given price. Based on where we are, debt to GDP, we don't have that much wiggle room.
Speaker 15 I wish I could tell you the exact number.
Speaker 15 There's not this exact spot where we got to X, but we are certainly, you know, I was saying we were inching closer to this and people were saying, we're not inching towards it.
Speaker 15
We're like running full speed. Yeah, we're running full speed ahead.
We need to get serious.
Speaker 15 And unfortunately, anytime somebody tries to have this realistic conversation, there's always the political talking points because people don't want to hear it and they want what was promised to them.
Speaker 15 But you cannot get what was promised to you and have it mean the same thing. They are going to basically inflate, inflate, inflate.
Speaker 15 And so you may get your quote unquote million dollars and find that your million dollars, you know, equates to buying a loaf of bread one day. And unfortunately, that's the path that we have.
Speaker 1 Well, I tell you, you know who we owe this money to is the Federal Reserve, which is the banks. The banks in America we own apparently all this money to now.
Speaker 1 They're the major funder for everything we're doing.
Speaker 1 Why don't they just, well, because it's on every citizen's head. It's on every citizen's head.
Speaker 1 So what's going to stop them when it comes time to collect to say, you're sorry, you're going to have to give me your house.
Speaker 15 Well, and that's why it's so scary for us to see this flash of what's in front of us, seeing in the budget these proposed wealth taxes. They are telegraphing to you that this is part of the plan.
Speaker 15 This is the way that they are going to get themselves out of the promises that they've made that they cannot fulfill.
Speaker 15 They are going to come and take your money and say that it's for your benefit and they're saving Social Security and they're saving Medicare and the government is here to help you.
Speaker 15
Well, we've seen what the government help has done to the middle and the working class over the past several years. We literally cannot afford any more government help.
They are showing you this.
Speaker 15 You need to wake up everybody that you know, even the people who don't believe, if they don't understand, Glenn and I will talk till we're blue in the face and try to explain this over and over again.
Speaker 15
I will do videos. We'll do explainers.
We'll write up pieces, but people have to understand that at the end of the day, there's only so much math.
Speaker 15 We've talked about this before, only so many ways that you can raise revenue, only so many ways you can pay for things. There are certain promises.
Speaker 15 At the end, that equation has to balance, and it is way out of whack right now.
Speaker 1 All right, Carol, hang on just a second.
Speaker 1 We'll continue the conversation in just a second because of the new guidelines that the government is putting on small businesses and businesses and truckers and everybody else.
Speaker 1 What happens when that really takes effect?
Speaker 1
We'll continue with her in 60 seconds. Lear Capital is my sponsor.
Lear Capital has been dealing in gold and silver for a very long time.
Speaker 1 I bought the very first time I bought gold, and I had forgotten about this, is when Rush Limbaugh told me about it. And I bought, I wish I would have had the money to buy a lot, but I didn't.
Speaker 1 And I bought it from Lear Capital.
Speaker 1 Please, if you're hearing what she's saying now, please
Speaker 1
protect yourself. Protect yourself with physical precious metals, gold, silver.
I don't know what the future is going to bring. I have no idea, but I know I don't want all my money in
Speaker 1 stocks or in treasuries
Speaker 1
or in cash. Please call Lear Capital today.
The number is 800-957 Gold.
Speaker 1
800-957-GOLD. They'll credit your purchase or your account with $250 towards your purchase just because you're a listener of mine.
So call them today, 800-957-GOLD. 800-957-GOLD.
Speaker 1 10 seconds, station ID.
Speaker 1 So
Speaker 1 President Biden, again, another student loan forgiveness. Another $1.2 billion just in the last couple of weeks.
Speaker 1 This is the most expensive set of unsanctioned and illegal, unappropriated, unapproved spending in the history of our country.
Speaker 1
It's insane. It will cost us in the end more than half a trillion dollars.
That's theft.
Speaker 1 Nobody has approved this. That is theft.
Speaker 1 Last week, and I know we talked about this, Carol, but last week, a couple of things came to the forefront. The Supreme Court said that this report yourself
Speaker 1 to the Treasury's
Speaker 1 illegal gains or criminal division
Speaker 1 is unconstitutional. But the Treasury Department said, yeah, but only for the company that sued.
Speaker 1 What?
Speaker 15 This is crazy. So, yes, we've been talking about this, and I know a number of your listeners have been contacting me because this is a huge panic.
Speaker 15 This is a mass surveillance operation that only targets small businesses because all the big businesses have been exempt from this. So, it's primarily small businesses, as well as others.
Speaker 1 But small, small businesses, only
Speaker 1 under 20 employees.
Speaker 15
20 employees and 5 million in revenue, but it's also any other reporting entity. So, I'm hearing things like housing associations are caught up.
But anyway, as you said, this is part of the treasury.
Speaker 15 It is the financial crimes enforcement network. And one of the small business advocacy groups went through the process ensuing, saying this is blatantly unconstitutional.
Speaker 15
And it got to one of the federal district courts in Alabama. And the Supreme Court of Alabama said, absolutely, this is unconstitutional.
you know
Speaker 15 just straight up this is ridiculous and so the treasury came out and said like like you said,
Speaker 15 I'm sorry, but
Speaker 15 the enjointment was only for the plaintiff. So we won't at this point require their collection of data, but we're going to require everybody else's collection.
Speaker 1 Since when has that ever applied?
Speaker 15 It is just the most egregious thing I have ever seen in my life. So this is on the top of everybody's mind.
Speaker 1 If you are an existing small business with a reporting entity, because this is about reporting entities, you have till the beginning of next year but if you are brand new it's 30 days okay this is craziness and people don't know what it means and you know we spend all that money for a 40 million dollar website for Obamacare but no ads on this and this makes you a criminal that can go to prison for 10 years
Speaker 1
if you have an LLC and you're not reporting yourself to the criminal division of the treasury It's insane. Fascism, anyone? Glenn Beck.
More in just a second.
Speaker 1 If you consider your dog to be part of the family, that means
Speaker 1 you love him and you just have so much affection for him. I'm just thinking of my dog Uno,
Speaker 1 who
Speaker 1 I have to shout across the room, food, time to eat, because he's just so deaf and blind.
Speaker 1 I love him so much. Anyway, we've been feeding him, you know, his regular kibble food.
Speaker 1 But a few years ago, we started putting the vitamins and minerals and antioxidants and probiotics and the omega oils that you get when you put on top of the kibble
Speaker 1
rough greens. And I have no scientific proof.
I just have my gut and what my eyes tell me. Uno is the oldest by far German shepherd we have ever had.
Speaker 1 He is the healthiest.
Speaker 1 Even, you know, the others died at least a year before
Speaker 1 he is now.
Speaker 1
And he's healthier than they ever were. And I swear to you, it's Rough Greens.
Give this to your best friend, Rough Greens, R-U-F-F-Greens.com/slash Beck or call 833-Glenn33. Do it now.
Speaker 1
It is time to get on board with Blaze TV. Just go to blazetv.com slash Glenn and subscribe now.
Use the code Glenn, and you'll save 20 bucks.
Speaker 1 Again, another horse on the highway.
Speaker 1 The Treasury Financial Crimes Enforcement Network is looking to collect your information on the beneficial ownership information that you have to report.
Speaker 1 And
Speaker 1 I'm just, I'm there at finsen.gov/slash B-O-I facts.
Speaker 1 And
Speaker 1
I have no idea. No idea.
And
Speaker 1
I'm the one. I'm one of them that has to do it.
Stu, your wife has an LLC, right? Yeah. Do you have an LLC? I believe, I don't remember if it's structured that way, but it was.
Yeah. Yeah.
Speaker 1 I believe that. So anyone with an LLC, even if you're not using it, you have to file, right?
Speaker 15 Yes, it is every reporting entity so if you're a singer single member LLC an S Corp you know whatever C Corp whatever kind of structure you have if you're not exempted which means you don't have 20 employees or $5 million in revenue or fall into one of their other categories that they exempted you know somebody like a hedge fund of course is not included because why would they be right yeah there's no money laundering Right.
Speaker 15 So if you have a reporting entity, and that's why I said it sounds like there are other reporting entities like housing associations that may get caught up because they file something with their state.
Speaker 15 So if you're a reporting entity, you have to file.
Speaker 15 And I don't know if you noticed on that FinCEN slash gov slash BOI homepage that the first alert they had is a fraud alert because of course people are taking advantage of this and trying to because nobody knows anything about it.
Speaker 15 So let me tell you about the media. First of all, thank you for being a platform for truth and one that supports small businesses because we've been talking about this.
Speaker 15 But none of the mainstream media has done anything to alert people to this.
Speaker 15 However, Glenn, when the state of Alabama Supreme Court said that we're going to rule this unconstitutional, what did they say? This is a blow to corporate transparency.
Speaker 15 This is going to make it harder to fight the cartels. You tell me what cartel and what money launderer is self-reporting to FinCEN.
Speaker 1 Well, let me also say this. We've been talking about a giant crime family that is money laundering for a long time.
Speaker 1 But because it was 10 for the big guy or 5 for the big guy, he doesn't have to report this because he's already over $5 million.
Speaker 1 So
Speaker 1 if you're a small time,
Speaker 1 small-time money launderer, then you have to do it. But if you're an honest money launderer,
Speaker 1 you don't have to file if your money laundering is over 5 million. Unbelievable.
Speaker 15 Well, that's the thing that's really frustrating. They have tools that alert them to suspicious activity.
Speaker 15 There are suspicious activity reports from the banks, which the Biden family had, you know, well, over 100 of them, I think on a combined basis.
Speaker 15 And they did nothing to look into potential money laundering.
Speaker 15 So if there is suspicious activity or there is something that looks, you know, awry, they have ways ways to go through the courts to go after that, you know, particular entity.
Speaker 15
The ones who are massive criminals aren't going to be reporting to FinCEN. So all this is, is a mass surveillance program against small business.
And the penalties, as you said, are insane.
Speaker 15
It's not just for not reporting, but it's if you don't update. So a woman gets married and changes her name.
You move, you get a new driver's license because the other one was out of date.
Speaker 15 You don't let FinCEN know, They can send you to jail.
Speaker 15
Why this was ever passed? And oh, by the way, Trump did veto this and it went back to Congress and they overrode it. And nobody has done anything to fix this is.
absolutely insane.
Speaker 15 There are 33 million small businesses in this country.
Speaker 15 Why are they being put under a microscope and saying you are criminals, you're financial criminals, and we are going to hold your feet to the fire if you don't let us track you? It is insane.
Speaker 1
I got to tell you, I'm just looking at this website. It just scrolls and it just keeps scrolling and scrolling and scrolling on what you have to do.
I mean,
Speaker 1 this is as bad as the IRS, if not worse, because none of us have ever done any of this before.
Speaker 1 You don't even know, can somebody else, is there an organization out there that can help file this? So you're,
Speaker 1 I mean, the bureaucracy is crazy.
Speaker 15 So that's part of the challenge: there are accountants and lawyers who are trying to get on top of it, but because everything is so vague and confusing, even they aren't entirely sure what to do.
Speaker 15 So again, my recommendation is if you have an existing reporting entity, this, you have until January 1st of next year.
Speaker 15 I personally, with my LLC, I am not doing this until the very last minute because we're working very hard. We're talking with lawmakers.
Speaker 15 We're trying to get it overturned, at least delayed, so that we have a little breathing room to try to do something. But the problem is that if you start a new business, Glenn, you only have 30 days.
Speaker 15 And I have heard some rumblings that
Speaker 15 whatever it is that they're collecting this information is that they don't have a formal database built yet. Go figure, right? And so that information is incredibly vulnerable.
Speaker 15 And that impacts the ability to start businesses in this country. So if you're starting one and you have an entity, if you don't have a reporting entity, you don't have to file it.
Speaker 15 What does that mean?
Speaker 1 A reporting entity?
Speaker 15 That's an LLC or something that you have to file information with your state to let them know that you're a business.
Speaker 15 There are certain people who act as sole proprietors who don't have a business around them or an entity around them. Like you said, an LLC, an S Corp, a C Corp, and the like.
Speaker 15 But if you have that reporting entity, that's where you're getting caught up in this. And
Speaker 15 um, it is just absolutely egregious, nefarious, and affront to small business.
Speaker 1
I have a friend who has just this week started a new business. Guarantee you, he knows nothing about this.
And because he's starting a new business, he has 30 days. 30 days,
Speaker 15 or he can be fined. He can be thrown in jail.
Speaker 1 Is it $500 or $800 a day for every day after 30 days?
Speaker 15 Yeah, it's some incredible amount per day.
Speaker 1 And up to 10
Speaker 1 years in prison.
Speaker 15 Civil and criminal penalties for not reporting or not, again, not updating your information. It's not just the first, it's not like you do this once and you're done.
Speaker 15 You have to remember this anytime you do anything that changes any of the information that would be collected in the system.
Speaker 1 You know, Stalin said, show me the man, I'll show you the crime, or his Stasi chief said that.
Speaker 1 That's what this is. I mean,
Speaker 1 everybody is with all of the new guidelines and regulations and everything else, there's no way you can keep up with all of these things.
Speaker 1
And I think they're intentionally designed to be able to say, sorry, dude, you're a criminal. You did this.
Bye-bye.
Speaker 1 Because you know people who are connected are never going to have a problem from the treasury financial crimes enforcement network.
Speaker 15 Yeah, and if you are really concerned about massive corporate transparency or massive scale laundering cartels, then you would be exempting the small businesses and you would be focusing on large companies that have the financial resources and the capabilities to do reporting like the publicly traded companies do.
Speaker 15 But it's exactly the opposite.
Speaker 15 So what other conclusion could we possibly draw that you want to surveil what small businesses are doing and do everything you can to hold them down and basically continue to transfer wealth from Main Street to Wall Street.
Speaker 1 So when is when
Speaker 1 is somebody can the group that now has filed and they said it was unconstitutional,
Speaker 1 they can't file because they don't have standing to kick it up to the Supreme Court, right?
Speaker 15
So I am not a lawyer. I don't play one on TV.
I don't know what the procedure is.
Speaker 15 You have to ask a lawyer about that, but there are certainly a number of people who are looking into additional lawsuits.
Speaker 15 There are some lawmakers who are looking into trying to get this overturned or at least delayed to give again some time to rethink it and see what can be done.
Speaker 15 But in terms of the court, I couldn't believe it's unconstitutional, but it's only unconstitutional for this person who filed the lawsuit.
Speaker 1
I've never seen anything like that. Have you ever seen anything like that before? No, I know.
No, no.
Speaker 1 I mean,
Speaker 1 I will, I'll file for a federal lawsuit. I mean, anybody
Speaker 1 you'll join me?
Speaker 1 I mean,
Speaker 1
I have no expertise in this. I have no idea.
I mean, but let's do it. I can't.
Speaker 1 This government is completely out of control.
Speaker 1 If they can do this, and then they also have said, you know, there's no gig workers anymore. Carol, what is that going to do to the grocery shelves when you can't get private drivers to drive trucks?
Speaker 15 I mean, this is insane, and it goes against the complete shift in the economy.
Speaker 15 One of the great things about technology is it gave people flexibility, Glenn, flexibility to work the way you want to work. And that's the wonderful thing about America.
Speaker 15
Not everybody around the world gets to choose what they do for a living or how they work. And more and more people want work-life balance.
They don't want to be an employee.
Speaker 15 They want to make their hours.
Speaker 15 And in fact, when they go out and they survey, like from the government surveys on down and they survey independent contractors, the majority of people don't want to be employees.
Speaker 15 They love being independent contractors and they make at least as much, if not more, than if they were an employee.
Speaker 15 So the fact that we have the Department of Labor who went around Congress and said, we are going to change the way that independent contractors are classified.
Speaker 15
We don't want to have these standalone people. We want them to be employees.
We want them to be in unions. It's all about big business.
It's all about making the unions happy.
Speaker 15 And it is against capitalism and your own choice, your work, your choice for the people who are so obsessed with choice and everything. Why would you not have a choice in how you present your labor?
Speaker 15 You and I agree on something. What's the government have to do with getting in the middle and going, I'm sorry, I don't like the way that you guys decided how you want to work.
Speaker 1 And let me ask you this, too. You know,
Speaker 1
Biden is working so hard to get labor unions to grow. And these kinds of things make you say, I don't want to be an owner of anything.
I just want to be a worker.
Speaker 1 I don't want to stick my head out for any risk at all. That's what this does.
Speaker 1 Then, as they squeeze and squeeze and squeeze and you don't really have any rights, people will want to join unions, but the unions are in bed with the people that are squeezing you.
Speaker 15 It's the great consolidation.
Speaker 15 It's taking away that freedom, that choice, that capitalism that underpins America, what it is that made us successful, that productivity that we talked about that's going to allow us to continue to grow and at least have a chance to save this country's fiscal foundation.
Speaker 15 They want to do everything they can to put up barriers. They want to put up barriers to work, to earning a living.
Speaker 15 Like if you said this to somebody 10 years ago, 15 years ago,
Speaker 15 they look at you like you were in a bizarro world. Why would somebody
Speaker 1 people did when we talked talked about it two years ago that it was coming?
Speaker 1
They looked at us like that'll never happen. Well, here it is.
Here it is. Carol, I got to run.
Thank you so much for everything. Thank you, bud.
Carol Roth, you can find her website, CarolRoth.com.
Speaker 1 Her Twitter is Carol JS Roth.
Speaker 1 And she is a former investment banker and the author of the book, You Will Own Nothing.
Speaker 1 We tell you about our sponsor, while Capitalism Still is Alive. Whether you're a gun owner or not, I want you to consider getting a Burna launcher today.
Speaker 1 This is better than carrying a taser and certainly better than pepper spray. It could save your life and the lives of your family.
Speaker 1 It is a non-lethal alternative to safeguarding your home that will send potential threats running in the opposite direction.
Speaker 1 It is legal in all 50 states, no permits or background checks required, and can be used by all age groups over 18. The Burna launcher is a powerful deterrent.
Speaker 1 It sends tear gas or a kinetic round in a 60-foot range and one shot can incapacitate an attacker for up to 40 minutes and you don't even need to hit them.
Speaker 1
As long as you hit within five or six feet, you're going to incapacitate that attacker. Every situation which you're in and your family is in danger isn't the same.
Your response has to change.

Speaker 1 Minute Made Zero Sugar tastes so amazing, you've just got to say great taste and zero sugar, and Minute Made Zero Sugar sells itself.
Speaker 1 Great
Speaker 1 taste. Zero Sugar sells itself.
Speaker 1 You know, the mainstream media has been on a crusade to make Donald Trump into a crime, into a criminal, a bad criminal,
Speaker 1 and then make him look bad for, you know, running
Speaker 1 if he's free. There was a story in the New York Times that said, indicted and running for office, it didn't begin with Trump.
Speaker 1 American politics has a long history of candidates who were indicted or convicted of crimes and sought office again. Really? Is that normal?
Speaker 1 I asked my staff to look at all the countries that embody or claim to embody similar ideals as our own. Ideals of freedom, democracy, republicanism, individual rights, freedom of speech.
Speaker 1 The list included the United States, Canada, the UK, France, Australia, New Zealand. We even threw in the socialist Scandinavian countries in there just for good measure.
Speaker 1 So how many of these freedom-touting countries have indicted or imprisoned their executive leader?
Speaker 1 The list is pretty small, pretty small, and the reasons are not comparable to Donald Trump. In the 17 and 1800s, most of this is French Revolution, you know,
Speaker 1
Napoleon and revolutions and everything else, so that doesn't really count. Jefferson Davis.
Jefferson Davis in the 17 and 1800s is the first one you can find.
Speaker 1 Davis was imprisoned in Fort Monroe in Virginia for two years after the Civil War. Okay?
Speaker 1
He was the president of the country that broke away and started the Civil War. Bad guy.
Do you know that he was never tried for treason?
Speaker 1 He was released on bond in 1867, offered a pardon,
Speaker 1 but he refused because he was still loyal to the Confederacy.
Speaker 1 Really?
Speaker 1
Wait until you, I'm going to give you this whole list tomorrow. It is unbelievable what they are doing.
And it just shows we are becoming and are a banana republic. And this election is so crucial.
Speaker 1 So crucial. You've got to get out and get everyone you know to vote.
Speaker 1 The Glenn Beck Program.
