Welcome to the fusion
of entertainment and enlightenment.
This is the Glen Beck Program.
Hello, America.
Welcome to the Glen Beck Program.
It is Monday.
So, New York, they decided they were going to go after President Donald Trump politically and teach him a lesson.
And they fined him $355 million, sorry, $300 million.
$355 million he's got to pay in cash could wipe out his entire stockpile of cash.
What are they doing this for?
To get him to stop running.
Well, he's introduced some ways to make some of that money back, and I don't think he'll pay for it when it gets to appeals, but we'll see.
It was a victimless crime.
Now,
Hochol has come out and said, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute.
No businesses should lead the state because you're different than Donald Trump.
Oh, wait a minute.
We're different than Donald Trump?
So you're saying this was a witch hunt?
Why are other businesses different from Donald Trump?
Hmm.
We begin there in 60 seconds first.
If you're looking to buy or sell a home or both, someone says, you know, I know a person.
Most of the time, what you need to do is run.
I got a guy.
Let me tell you, the person in question probably dips his or her pinky toe into the real estate business by watching YouTube videos, you know, after getting home from a long day sacking groceries.
You want the very best, somebody who has done this, somebody that is surrounded by the best professionals that know all of the best business practices and know how it really knows how to advertise.
So there are people already at their website ready to buy your house.
Go to RealEstateAgents I Trust.com.
That's a service provided by me, my company, my brother and I started about 10 years ago.
Realestateagentsitrust.com.
You just go to the website, you tell us where you're buying, where you're selling, and we'll find the best real estate agent in your area.
Now, these are people that we already know, have already vetted.
So, if we don't have one in your area, I'm sorry, but it takes us a long time to vet people, and we won't recommend anyone to you that we don't trust ourselves.
So you can trust them.
The name says it all: RealestateAgents I Trust.com.
That's RealEstateAgents I Trust.com.
Well, hello, Stu.
How are you?
I'm wonderful, Glenn.
Everything's going perfectly in the country.
It's going to be interesting to just sit back and watch how this all works out.
Isn't it?
Yeah, we're probably going to be a happy ending, John.
Yeah.
New York judge find Donald Trump and the Trump organization $350 million on Friday.
According to the New York Times, Justice Arthur Engeron ruled the former president is liable for conspiring to manipulate his net worth.
Now, let me just say,
this is what happens all the time.
This is something that is a victimless crime because the bank even testified we know that.
People do that all the time.
That's why we have a whole division that goes and verifies.
We'd be a pretty bad bank if we just took everybody's word for it.
We have a service that goes out and verifies, and then we come back and say, All right, is it this?
Is it that?
And then they look at the person borrowing the money.
In Donald Trump's case, they testified he has always been a great risk, and he paid the entire loan off.
So there is no victim here.
But they decided to prosecute anyway, and they did it just to run his bank account and make sure that he doesn't have enough money to run for president of the United States.
This is really sick on what's going on in this country.
Now, Hokul has come out and said New Yorkers who are business people have nothing to worry about because they're very different than Donald Trump.
Yeah, they're not running for president against the progressives.
She said she all but admitted that her attorney general, Letitia James, the civil case of Donald Trump, was a partisan affair.
In an interview with a local radio host, Hochul told other New York business owners that they have nothing to worry about and they will not be targeted by the Attorney General's office.
Well, why?
If this is a crime and it's good for Donald Trump, why wouldn't you be checking into all other businesses?
Why would you go on the air to say this isn't going to affect any other business?
Why?
Because she's afraid that other businesses will now know, oh, wait a minute, if I'm on the wrong side,
then the state can come after us.
This is why America has been successful for so long.
We have a justice system that you can count on.
You don't have it changing back and forth.
You don't have,
you don't have to play the game with the state.
Our laws were written into stone.
And if you play by the laws,
you're fine.
They can't get you on a witch hunt like they can in third world countries.
So, you know, if they railroad, Donald Trump, they can certainly railroad you.
I was just up in Connecticut, and unfortunately, Connecticut, I think, you know, God bless these guys who are still standing up, but there's no way Connecticut's lost.
New York is probably lost.
And I'm not one to balkanize the country.
I think this is really bad.
We have to stay and fight for as long as we can.
But there is something to say to fall back and reinforce.
I'm going to show you today that in the next four years, Texas will be lost
if we don't wake up in Texas right now.
Once you lose Texas, you've lost the Republic.
It's like losing California.
Not going to get that one back.
If you lose Texas, you lose the country.
And it's going to happen before 2024.
And I'll tell you why and what to do about it if you're in Texas.
But it is time to reinforce.
It's also time to take a stand.
One of the best things I have heard in a long time, and I'd love to talk to truckers.
If you're a trucker and you're going to participate in this, I'm not going to ask your name.
Just
call us up, 888-727-BECK.
If you're one of the truckers that are refusing now to drive to New York City after the $355 million fraud ruling on Donald Trump.
A conservative social media influencer and trucker who goes by Chicago Ray posted a video clip in which he claimed some of his colleagues are going to stop making deliveries to New York City to protest the ruling.
I've been on the radio talking to drivers the past hour and I've talked to about 10 drivers and they're going to start refusing loads to New York City starting on Monday.
So does that include any drivers that are listening listening to me now, 888-727-BECK?
They're going to refuse to make deliveries to New York
and
maybe other states, but they're starting with New York City.
I don't know how far across the country, how many truckers are going to start denying loads to New York City, but I'll tell you what,
they can just keep doing this and they'll find out.
Trucker said the bosses aren't going to care if we deny the loads.
We'll just go someplace else.
Do you know how hard it is to get into New York City?
He said, screw that.
I'm, boy, I'm editing here like crazy.
He speaks like a truck driver.
He said 95%
of truckers support the former president, which has been viewed now by 4.6 million people, received more than 50,000 likes just since Friday.
And this story broke, this story was out yesterday in the New York Post.
I think
this is the way to do business.
This is the way to fix things.
And I said this before.
You want to fix Coca-Cola?
The Coca-Cola distributors.
Those are all local.
Those are all local.
If somebody says, you know what, I'm not going to take Coca-Cola and calls the local distributors, they're done.
Coca-Cola is done.
The same thing with New York City.
New York City is, I mean, I just talked to somebody who said, you know, they're really starting to change.
It's really a different city.
And I'm like, yeah, well, yeah, murder rates up.
Everything is up.
I wouldn't live there.
I don't know anybody who would live there.
But it's getting really bad.
I'm not going to mention the name of this restaurant, but there was a kind of a cheers kind of bar in New York.
And it was run by a Jewish guy.
And he put up the American flag and the Jewish flag on October 7th.
And a lot of his patrons
said, you know, this is outrageous.
How dare you?
You know, we're not coming here again.
And he said, fine.
And they're still up.
And it's now becoming this conservative cheers.
It's kind of becoming where all the conservatives are hanging out.
The problem is, there's not enough conservatives in Manhattan to keep that place going as it was before when everybody would come.
but it's time that the other side feels the effects of of what they're trying to do
california is doing passing all kinds of laws that are going to affect us
well i don't want to play by the california laws that's why i don't live in california
i'd like to have the sunshine I'd like to have the weather.
I'd like to have the beach.
I don't because their people that they vote in are insane.
So let California be California.
They can do whatever they want, but they've learned that if they pass bills, then it will affect other businesses.
And it is time for those businesses to say, well, then
I'm not going to do work in California.
What would happen if one refinery said, you know what, I'm not going to make gas for California.
This blend that they have done, I'm not doing it anymore.
We can save so much money and I'll apply that money to make our gas from our refinery for the rest of the country cheaper.
You think that refinery would have a hard time?
I don't think so.
I don't know because I don't know the numbers.
The same thing with the truckers.
They're going to get truckers to do it.
But who?
And how much will it cost?
Now, the truckers are going to be called all kinds of names, but you know what?
It's time somebody stands.
It is time people that can make a stand peacefully and peacefully resist.
And that's what the trucker boycott would be.
Peaceful resistance.
I don't have to take your loads.
And what will happen?
The government will become more oppressive.
Yes, you have to take the loads.
And what will that do?
Wake even more people up.
I don't think medicine should ever be, if you're a truck and you have to carry medicine into New York, carry medicine into New York.
But everything else.
888-727-BECK, apparently we have a lot of people on the phone.
We're going to take a quick break.
If you're a trucker,
tell me your thoughts on not trucking things to Manhattan.
We'll do that coming up.

Rob, you're a truck driver in Pennsylvania.
Do you deliver much to New York City?
Well, I delivered...
About a month ago, I delivered eight times to the five boroughs.
Okay.
And
are you going to continue to do it?
No, sir.
I've already told my dispatch that under no circumstances will I be crossing that bridge again.
I won't go into New York State,
much less the city.
So
what was Dispatch's
reaction to that?
Do you get any heat?
No,
I actually got, oh, another one.
It seems like about between 20 and 25 percent of our drivers have refused to go into take any loads into New York State anymore.
Now, will that make a difference, 25%?
The thing is,
I work for a multinational company, huge company, and they will resort to using outside drivers and paying more.
How do you feel about that?
Everybody's a whore at the right price, price, Ben.
We've established what you are.
We're just haggling over price.
I got it.
I got it.
Yeah, that's it.
Well,
I'm selling my days a mile at a time.
People will, you know, they'll bump the price
until it becomes an inevitability.
I'm actually unloading right now in Primus, New Jersey.
Well, thank you for taking a stand on this.
I appreciate it.
Is it growing, or does everybody in the trucking business know about it now?
Now, you know,
there's a lot of guys
that I've spoken to that
they look at it and they say, well, if I have a choice, there are some company drivers, there are smaller companies.
Our fleet, just out of the DC that I work at, our fleet is probably 225, 250 trucks.
There are smaller carriers,
a guy's got 12 trucks under him, and he'll tell his guys, you either get that load delivered or your car find another.
Yeah, and there are some guys who, trucking right now is hot.
You can't buy a good truck driver.
We have a lot of people coming in from other countries that barely know how to operate a truck.
They're given credit for, if they say they had a commercial driver's license in their country for 20 years, the United States will give them credit for driving commercially for 20 years.
So they'll come over here, never having driven driven anything more complicated than a moped.
They'll get into a tractor trailer.
These big companies test them
and they'll put them in a rig.
And these guys will do anything for 50 cents a mile.
Wow.
All right.
Thank you.
Go ahead.
Yeah, right now
you can't get enough drivers out there to satisfy the demand.
I hope it remains that way.
Thank you so much.
Roger in Alabama.
Hello, Roger.
Yeah, hey, I
drive into the city
probably a couple times a week delivering fresh seafood from the Gulf, from Louisiana and Alabama, Mississippi.
And
for me to drive into New York City, it's just, it's a pain, but it pays well.
But so I'm not going to do that anymore.
And as far as being able to recoup the loss for, you know, me, you know, I will be able to find loads going anywhere.
Finding loads
I own my own truck and I own my own trailer and I book and I book my own brake so finding loads is easy um what some of the other uh
drivers might be talking about is the the drivers that are coming around that have no experience that are willing to drive into uh the city who will have a terrible time i mean you new york city if a bunch of independent truck drivers start doing this new york city will feel a pinch real quick but it really won't hurt the trucking industry you know at all because there's such a demand for drivers The experienced drivers who are independent, own their own truck, and own their own trailer and run their business well, they won't have a problem with us.
And I got to tell you,
if you don't survive the fuel problem from a couple years ago, we can survive this.
And
it won't hurt New York City.
I have to tell you, if you don't know, if you've never driven in New York City, especially with an 18-wheeler, you're screwed.
I mean, it is really tough to get around.
I don't know how you guys do it in New York.
I really don't.
Well, some of the new inexperienced guys, they can't.
That's just it.
They cannot do it.
They just can't.
You know, they're crashing in the bridges and tearing up the neighborhood.
They just can't do it.
I've known some people that had five and ten years' experience that have trouble driving through the city.
It's not easy, but it can be done.
But it's not going to be done by me no more.
Just like California.
I don't drive to California anymore.
I don't take drugs to California.
I don't take clothes out of California.
And I pretty much, the Northeast is, they're, I'm sorry, I ain't doing them.
So, Roger,
what is the feel on how many it will take to be able to affect New York?
I don't know of the number of how many
it will take, but the length of time will surely take effect.
Because even if they still get goods into New York City by some of the stab drivers, it's going to cost a lot of money.
A lot of money.
Because
they're going to feel the loss of the, because it's more than just groceries.
Yeah.
Groceries is everything that's sold in a store.
I know.
Comes to New York City on a truck.
Yep.
Yep.
All right.
Thank you so much, Roger.
Love to hear from you.
If you're a truck driver and you've decided you're not going to be delivering to New York anymore, 888-727-BECK.
888-727-BEC.
Glenn Beck.
I want to talk to you about a group that I've worked with for a very long time,
but now I'm introducing them to you on the air International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
Israel is
our historic and spiritual ally.
We trace the roots of our faith to that land and to those people.
It makes them our brothers and sisters, literally, and they've been caught up in a war that they didn't start.
Families and towns have been torn apart.
Situation on the ground is really dire.
I talk to people over in Israel all the time.
They say it is just a nightmare, a nightmare.
The people are holding strong, but they feel very alone.
The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, that's the IFCJ, is right there in the middle of it every day.
They're making sure the essentials are there, food, medicine, emergency supplies.
The need is great, and that's why I've partnered with IFCJ today.
Visit supportifcj.org to help.
Every donation is urgently needed to help the people of Israel.

Welcome to to the Glenbeck program.
We're glad that you're here.
So, Trump was fined $350 million on Friday.
This was purely political.
This was a kangaroo court.
They were just trying to financially cripple the president.
It was a
victimless crime,
a crime that the bank said happens with everybody all the time.
That's why they have their own
people.
And quite honestly, it's a joke if you think that Mar-a-Lago is only worth like $30 million.
It's not.
It takes, it spans the whole point.
It's spent, no, no, no other place that I know of does that, has that kind of history, location, and land.
To say that thing is worth $20 or even $50 million is a joke, an absolute joke.
Houses sell down the street, away from there for $100 million.
Are you crazy?
But anyway, they find, and now truckers are starting to say that they are not going to deliver things to New York in their own personal protests.
I agree.
Let me go to Scott in Massachusetts.
Hello, Scott.
Hey, Glenn.
Yes.
First time, long time.
Thank you.
Hey, yeah, I'm not going to New York City.
It costs $100 and some odd bucks.
I think it's $130 to cross the bridge that I can look down through the potholes and see traffic on the layer below.
And then you get in there, and the last time I made a delivery there, I got a,
it was in Manhattan, and
my truck takes up six parking spaces.
And I haul construction materials, so they're going to...
They're going to take it up to the top of the building, right, for the roof, styrofoam insulation.
So they told me hey park here on the side of the road in manhattan
so i had to double park so the cops came along gave me a ticket 250 ticket for parking and 250 for uh
block in the bike lane i'm like what the heck so the same thing happens in dc they'll actually the fbi i've dealt with the fbi and the police and they say just move up somewhere else and it's you know it's no problem there.
So, yeah, no, I don't need to go to New York.
You'll get the scrubs and the dudes that haven't done it, haven't been working a long time in there.
And let's be honest, that'll be even better.
Yeah, it will be.
These guys can't turn and they can't back up.
So you're going to have accidents.
You're going to have traffic tied up.
You got guys that can't back up and can't turn.
You know, this is their first car.
Let them have them.
Scott, thank you very much.
Let me go to Jason.
Jason, you're in Maine?
Yeah, so I'm on my way to New York as we speak.
I got a load of lumber on that's going over to
over by right off 84 over by Fishkill Hill.
But I'm not, I know, ever since day one, since I started driving a truck, I never, I refused to go to New York City.
It's a big pain.
But I've been looking at this and I've been trying to figure out if there's any truth to it.
So I'm glad I couldn't wait till this morning to listen to you to see because a lot of times you'll hear things like this and you don't know how much truth to it is.
But I'm a 100% Trump supporter and I have no shame in admitting it.
And I have no problem not bringing this truck.
I get that's the blessing that maybe being owner operator, I don't have to take any loads that I don't want to.
But like the other guy was seeing the other guys, sometimes they don't have an option.
It's their job.
So it will hopefully make an impact and hopefully it will
make a statement that, you know, hey, we're not going to tolerate this because something needs to be done, Glenn.
I mean, every time I listen to you every day of the week, you and Steve, it just I mean, you and Stu, it just
you gotta ride your first
Right, exactly.
And you just want to beat your head against the wall.
So
it's a matter of: are we there at a place to where we can say to one another, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor?
Don't break a law.
Don't be a part of
anything illegal or immoral, but take a stand and say, I'm not participating.
I mean, this is what Martin Luther King did.
I'm not participating.
I will not comply with this.
And the way New York, Washington, D.C.,
and quite honestly, Georgia are using and manipulating the court system
and
trying to, and Colorado is doing the same, trying to do,
to
cut a guy out from the people.
So he can't run for president, let the people decide.
They say they're for a republic or democracy.
They're obviously not.
And when you are abusing the financial and the
legal system the way they are, it takes a group of people who can make a difference to stand up.
And I'm thrilled to hear so many truckers doing that.
Jay in Ohio, line nine.
Hello, Jay.
Hey, how's it going, Glenn?
Good.
Yeah,
every Monday I get loaded here in the Columbus area, and I head to Manhattan, and that's not happening today.
Really?
And
what did your bosses say?
It's funny because he's very liberal, but he, like, pretty much everybody in his company is not.
Yeah.
And so he's got, and I told him, and he's like, and he kept justifying.
It's like, well, I mean, they are, you know, they're doing the whole thing where, you know, every vehicle crosses over, gets taxed and everything and stuff like that.
So so it helps out in the long run i'm thinking
okay cool glad i have your permission but i wasn't gonna do it anyway so so how many so how many people
around you or in your company are are doing it
um there's two other drivers that go to not not exactly manhattan but they go to the onto long island and stuff
and they're kind of hem high and audit and stuff so i mean it's they're not a big company right you know, but it's, you know, I've been with this company for 10 years, so it's, it is what it is.
And I was like, eh, that's fine.
I have no problem.
I mean, it's, it's a, it's a hassle, and, you know, and the traffic's gone awful.
So, yeah, it's crazy there.
Um, Jay, thank you so much.
God bless you and uh remain standing.
I'm interested to see how this grows.
Does it grow?
Is it put out?
Are people threatened?
You know, the good thing is, truckers are so needed right now.
Oh,
you can't, you know, work for that company.
I imagine there are other companies that are hiring truckers.
And I'm sure you can find one that
is more like-minded than others.
And there are lines that get crossed that wind up changing the dynamic of any competition, right?
And this is one of them, I think.
For a long time, this would be totally off limits, right?
We have a presidential race going on.
You're not going to take one state and just outwardly politically attack this guy, try to rip him off ballots, ruin his companies, do all these things.
You let it play out and let the people vote.
And that has now been disregarded.
And it is, it's now,
you know, the choice is either sit back and just become a victim of this
or you do something within your own power to change the dynamic.
And that's what truckers look like they're doing today.
So you have, have like the left does this all the time.
They've done it with bathrooms.
We're boycotting the entire state.
Well wait, what?
Right.
You know, commerce is really important.
Right.
I mean, it's a fundamental principle of the United States that interstate trade, interstate commerce, not the crazy way they've tried to use the commerce clause, but interstate commerce is really important and fundamental to this.
Are you worried about that at all?
If we just all start targeting each other's states?
No, it's individual choices.
They do this all the time.
They target, you don't think Texas has been targeted?
They target this all the time.
Mutually assured destruction is the only way to stop this stuff.
It's the only way.
But you don't want to be them.
No, I don't.
Is this the same as what they're doing?
Because I don't feel like it is.
No, I don't think so because theirs is organized top-down
and they do it many times through the state.
State's not going to do this.
We're not going to do that.
We're not traveling.
Don't travel anymore.
And they could get away with it because only the state employees they're talking about.
You, as a citizen, can go to wherever you want to go.
But they do this all the time.
And,
you know, we just keep taking it.
And I'm telling you, there's a couple of things.
Voter fraud, and I'm going to talk about this in Texas next hour.
Voter fraud is going to
to decide who America is going forward.
We have to stand up for the right one man, one vote, and secure voting.
And you're about to lose Texas, and I'll tell you how next hour.
But you've got to stand up for a few things that are critical.
One of them is the courtroom.
You cannot have these kangaroo courts.
I'd like to see the truckers take on the District of Columbia as well.
Because the District of Columbia,
like everybody's in on it.
Everybody is.
You've got the congressmen there.
You've got the senators there.
You've got the White House there.
You have the FBI there.
You have the court system that has been so bastardized.
I mean,
why would you go in to Washington, D.C.
at this point?
Really, honestly, why would you go in?
There's nothing there, nothing good.
You know, these places that are taking the law and distorting them
and working it their way
in a very anti-democratic or republic sort of way.
No, I don't, I'm not going to help you.
I will say that it seems like these efforts are best
or most successful when they're focused.
And if you start trying to broaden something like this too early,
you can lose momentum.
No, you're not necessarily suggesting anything additional.
No, I think what they're doing with New York is spot on.
New York,
this ruling on Donald Trump is ridiculous.
It's absolutely ridiculous.
Oh, it is.
And
what's the normal thing here?
Because even if you say that Donald Trump is guilty of this,
What's the normal situation?
A moderate fine, a few hundred thousand dollars, maybe?
And I know you're saying there's no no victim.
They'll make the case that, well, even if you try to do something that doesn't have a victim, if you're breaking the law, you're breaking the law.
If they had a case that he was saying that Mar-a-Lago
was $350 million and it was only worth $5 million, then you might have a case.
The details are laughable on this one.
Laughable.
I'm just saying, even if you want to say there's some technical violation, which maybe in somewhere in the case, there's something.
I don't know.
And if it's
screwed the bank, if they screwed the bank, if the bank didn't get their money, if they defaulted on.
That's actually the way it would go.
That's when this would come up.
Right.
I mean, look, you can make the case that whether the bank
worked with Donald Trump for decades.
I know.
But they knew him.
The reason, a big part of the reason they even ask you for your own assessment of these details is if you have an issue later on, they can back out of it.
They can change the agreement because they can say, you didn't successfully give us this information.
They never depend on that information.
They'd be stupid.
Especially at these numbers.
I mean, it would be absolutely ridiculous.
They don't just believe your income.
How many pieces of documentation do you have to have when you go in there to get a loan, even for a house, which is obviously known as a good investment?
It's
the whole case, it's absurd.
It's obviously a political shakedown attempt.
And, you know, like the word,
the election stuff we've been talking about for while you mentioned election fraud.
I know we're going to talk about that next hour.
The other word that a lot of people will use is rigged, right?
And, you know, again, like, rigged has a different connotation to every person, right?
Like, the idea that, well, you can't bother going voting, going out to vote because the election is rigged is a really bad idea.
You should not listen to people who say that.
In this situation, that was interesting.
If you're rigging an election to make it so you're the only one
on the ballot, if you're rigging the Super Bowl so that you go to play and the other team can't participate, I don't know what else you call that.
I mean, you might say it's a legitimate rigging, but it is a rigging because the other person you're competing against can't compete.
I know, and they're trying to do it to Robert F.
Kennedy and anyone else.
And anyone else that's running against them.

The new sick twisted freak wear is out.
The t-shirts, the hats, the sweatshirts, they're all great.
They actually all have the same logo on it.
Can you actually see the freak flag?
Fly your freak flag.
Can we get a shot of that by any chance?
Okay.
They just introduced the, there it is, the freak flag.
It has the skull and cross bones and STF sick twisted freak, which is, if you've been listening for a long time, is an endearing thing that I call the audience.
And it has the crown above the
skulling bones.
The reason why, this is my personal logo, if you will, and my ranch logo.
And it has a crown above, and it's a colonial thing, and it means no king but Christ.
And
now people look at it and they're like, well, what is that?
He's the king of death.
No,
it means all mortals, I don't care if they have a crown or not,
they're not my true king or ruler, no king but Christ.
And you can get that logo now on the new sick twisted freak wear.
And you can fly your freak flag.
I'm assuming this is up today.

This is the Glen Beck program.
Hello, America.
Welcome to the Glen Beck Program.
You know,
the situation has been very dire for a long time, but there are moments
and locations of bright spots.
What's happening to Hollywood and their grip on the stories we tell each other and the stories we tell our children, that is beginning to slip away.
A few years ago, we had nothing on our side.
Nothing.
And in the last 10 years, we have built studios, we have built information centers, we have started to
take the story of America and the stories that our children needs to hear, and we have taken back the control of those, and we're making really good products.
I want to tell you about the latest step to save your children and make sure that your sanity is saved.
With Disney gone, who stands in the gap?
Who could you possibly trust?
We'll tell you in 60 seconds.
First, I want to tell you about an American hero and his family.
It is a Sergeant Army, U.S.
Army specialist
Donaldson.
He lost his legs and two fingers when he was hit by an improvised explosive device while he was on duty in Iraq.
His name is James Donaldson.
And James, he was sent home.
He had a lot of difficulty adapting to his own home with his circumstances.
And that's when Tunnel to Towers Foundation stepped in.
They gave him and
his family a free mortgage,
a specially adapted smart home.
There's no mortgage on this.
It has not only allowed James to live a more independent life, but according to him, it's also helped him be a better husband and father.
Since the events of 9-11, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation has been committed to supporting America's heroes and their families.
Will you help in that sacred duty?
Donate $11 a month to tunnel to towers at t2t.org.
Do your homework on this organization if you don't know them.
I think it's 95 cents of every dollar goes to
the cause, which is extraordinarily high.
Tunnel to towers at t2t.org.
That's t, the number2t.org.
Kirk Cameron is in with us again.
He's actor and producer, and he's got something to announce today.
Hi, Kirk.
How are you?
Hey, doing great.
Good.
Great to see you.
Good to have you.
Thank you.
I'm hearing you talk about the rebuilding of parallel economies and channels for the rebuilding of society and
the restoration of family and this country.
And I'm so excited to be talking with you because you've done such a great job of that right here with Mercury and the Blaze and all of that.
And I feel like I may be on the brink of maybe one of the most important projects I've ever worked on.
And that is I've partnered with Brave Books and together we are making a brand new one-of-a-kind children's television program.
Love it.
So the power of story is just unbelievably strong.
And some of the new studies and articles that I've just been reading about is unbelievable.
You know, numbers of children who are now identifying themselves as either gay, lesbian, transgender, bisexual, non-binary, queer is now up like 4,000%.
It's doubled in Gen Z from the millennial generation, and it's just spiking crazy.
It's because of the story that they are hearing all the time.
So check out this interesting study.
They took 140 undergraduate college students, broke them into two groups, and said, you guys read Twilight, the book series about vampires, and you guys read Harry Potter, Sorcerer and the Stone, about witchcraft and magic.
And after about a half an hour, they asked them these questions.
And the people who read the Harry Potter,
they
rated themselves higher in their abilities toward telekinesis than the rest of the general population.
The ability to move stuff with their mind.
And those who had read Twilight believed that the length of their teeth was longer than the length of the general population's teeth.
And so what that's telling us is story has not only the power to ignite your imagination, but teleport you into other realms of belief and shape your reality.
And then you want to identify with the characters you like.
And that's what these kids are doing.
Hollywood has given our generation a national identity crisis and put ideas in their mind and tapped into people's
instinct to want to emulate those heroes.
And if we're not controlling the stories, if we're not at least telling the best stories, we're not giving our kids a chance.
So we think it's important to be the ones telling the stories to our children.
That's why God gave children to parents, not to Hollywood, not to public schools, not to the government.
And we need to tell the stories.
And that's why I'm leaning in to this brand new children show.
If you don't think think that stories matter, ask yourself why is the number one priority to destroy the American heritage story?
Why?
Because it's how we survive.
You can talk about anything, but you tell a great story.
You identify with it.
You begin to live it.
You understand the world around you.
The American story has been dismantled, and now the human story is being dismantled.
So what's the name of the show?
So this show is called Adventures with Iggy and Mr.
Kirk.
And it's so cool because it's a live-action children's show.
So think of like the timeless biblical moral values of Mr.
Rogers' neighborhood, only greatly modernized, high energy, with embedded, beautiful, animated stories inside,
together with humors and humor and surprise guest stars at every turn with every episode.
So what is the age you're targeting?
This is for little kids.
I would say from like three and four up to like seven and eight.
So this is to
go directly against Sesame Street?
This, in fact, we've got one of the puppeteers who created Iggy the Puppet, who worked on Sesame Street with Jim Henson and the Muppets.
Wow.
And is one of the guys who is an apprentice to the creator of elmo and so we've got this phenomenal team uh
and and so like i said it's a mixture of live action together with with muppet puppet stuff and animation and the animation is going to be telling stories uh that take place on freedom island and they're teaching lessons about first and second amendment they're teaching lessons about the fruit of the spirit love joy kindness peace also gender reality and the dangers of socialism and crt These are all embedded into this television show, which is unique to our generation because Mr.
Rogers didn't have to warn children about
and explain to them that elephants cannot be birds.
But we do.
We do.
Because we have
a vulture named culture.
in our stories that are warping reality for the animals on Freedom Island and
getting them to identify in ways that will destroy their family and their community.
And so children are going to learn these principles.
They're going to be pulled together into family time and families are just going to love it.
I think this could be the most important project that I've worked on.
I think it is.
Where do you watch it?
Well, we're going to record the first two seasons.
And then we're going to air five of them on YouTube, Rumble, everywhere where it's free.
And then we're going to invite people to come into the family and see all of the episodes.
And in order to do this,
we've got to raise funds to pay for this.
We want to do what the chosen did.
We don't want to tie ourselves to Hollywood or to some big streaming platform that's going to have strings attached to their money.
We answer to the audience only.
That's right.
We want to build this ourselves.
And so we need to raise the funds.
We need to make it.
I'm all in.
We've got the team.
We know just what to do.
And we're now announcing it today on your program that we are launching a children's show called Adventures with Iggy and Mr.
Kirk.
And
so how do you get involved?
How do people
yes, so people can get involved?
Go to watchbrave.com.
Watchbrave.com.
Brave Books and I, we're the ones who have been going to the libraries, reading the kids' books,
Contra, the Drag Queen story hours.
We've been challenging Scholastic and their pornographic woke machine that is indoctrinating kids,
finding alternatives for schools and their book fairs.
And now Brave and I are making this TV show.
So if you want to help us, we need your help.
We can't do it without you.
Go to watchbrave.com.
I tell you, it is,
it feels like we get our head handed to us almost every day.
Something else, and they have infiltrated everything.
And they laid quiet for a long, long time.
But when you look at, especially in this industry, your industry, my industry,
the last 10 years, people have not been sitting on their laurels and doing doing nothing about it except whining.
It's a reason why they are talking so much about disinformation and misinformation and trying to, you know, silence people like you, silence people like me.
Anybody who disagrees with the administration or the woke left, they're going to try to destroy.
Look at the difference between what we were producing 15 years ago and what we're able to produce now.
It's totally different.
I mean, I think
we've looked at these defeats and these setbacks, and we don't take enough time to go, yes, but look what God's doing.
Look what is happening.
Yes.
Yes, boy,
I agree.
You mentioned setbacks.
When I look at history,
I see that it is often during the times of the setbacks that people, you know, they grab their head and they say,
what have we done?
Oh my gosh,
I didn't think this would happen this quickly, this fast.
Well, you know, it's been kind of a slow fade for a while.
And now all of a sudden, the light bulb goes on and people say, we've got to do something.
And I think that great awakenings have happened about every 50 years.
You go back and you look through history.
We've had a couple in this country already, and they happen during times of moral decline, spiritual apathy, political corruption, and economic collapse.
I think we're there right now.
What if this national setback is really a divine setup for a spiritual comeback led by the family of faith?
It has to be.
It has to be.
I mean, you know, Billy Graham told me once, he said, Glenn, I said, where's the next Billy Graham?
Billy?
Where's the next Abraham Lincoln?
Where's the next George Washington?
He said, Glenn, it's not going to happen that way.
He said, the Lord's going to talk to individuals this time.
He's tired of people like me getting getting credit, he said.
So he's going to talk to individuals and they're all just going to do their little part.
And he said, pretty soon the lights come on and you will see a mosaic of something that could have only been done by the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
Isn't that amazing?
Oh, man.
I love that.
I love that visual illustration right there.
And I believe it.
God often.
As I look through the scriptures, seems to use nobody's from nowhere with nothing to offer, but a heart fully fully surrendered to him and they do their thing in the corner and then god amplifies it in the open yeah you know it's it's amazing you look at joseph you know the the the runt of the litter and he gets thrown into a pit and sold as a slave and he ends up in prison and then he's he's second in command to the whole world and saves everybody right you know or king david whatever it's uh i've seen it in my own life where
I try to do it my way and God will let you.
When you think you can do it yourself, he'll let you and then you'll figure it out eventually
and everything that I did that was bad that I thought God could never forgive me for he's made those things in some ways a strength that I understand people who are in that place in their life I can speak to those people in a completely different way and it's amazing to me how God
there's just no waste and anybody who's saying that well I can't be redeemed or I have nothing, you really do.
You really do.
You just have to surrender.
Yeah, I think so too.
I'm still learning that.
I'm 53 years old.
I've been in Hollywood my whole life.
And
as a producer and as a writer, I tend to try to determine outcomes of the audience so that we're successful with our projects.
And I'm realizing that I'm really, God is a much better script writer than I am.
He's much better at producing and determining outcomes than I am.
I just have to play my role well.
If I could, if I learn that lesson, I think I'm going to have a better marriage.
I think I'm going to be a better dad.
And I think I can do more for my country.
And it's a lot easier.
It's so much easier than fighting for your way.
That's right.
You know?
All right.
Back in just a minute.
More with Kirk Cameron in just a second.
First, let me tell you about the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
This is a group of people that I've worked with for a very, very long time.
If you know me at all, you know that
I'm at least a Christian that says never again
means in my lifetime, never again.
And so I love it when Christians and Jews are working together to help each other.
We have seen some miraculous things on Israel and that I can't speak about, but Israel helping the Christians in war-torn areas.
It's remarkable, and someday the story will be told.
Right now, Israel is having a problem, and the International Fellowship of Christian and Jews, the IFCJ, needs your help.

10 seconds, station ID.
So what is it going to be like going up against the television, children's television workshop?
Well, you know, I feel like we're kind of standing on their shoulders, or at least Jim Henson and the Muppets and Mr.
Rogers and all of that stuff.
But I just heard Elmo talking about transgenderism.
And it's like, what?
What is happening?
Yeah, yeah.
And we've been showing people exactly what's actually been going on.
You have Gonzo in a dress.
You've got Elmo talking about this.
I think
over the last several years, there has been an increase of of about 255
regular series characters for children that are either lesbian, gay, transgender, bisexual, non-binary.
It's really amazing.
And children
between the ages of six and 17
who are identifying with those categories of identities and who are actually showing up in the ER with suspected suicide attempts because of their anxiety and depression, all that stuff is all going up.
And this has been happening since COVID.
Just in the last three, four years or so, we've been seeing this massive increase.
And
all of it is just
greatly destabilizing to our society because they're upending the fundamental realities of the family and identity.
Did you ever think you'd live in these times?
I mean, you did.
You did the,
what was it, Left Behind series.
Yeah.
You did that.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And more and more every day, it's like, maybe Jesus is coming.
I mean, it seems like, did you think that your life would live in a time like this?
I'm not saying it's the end times, but a time like this.
Yeah.
Well, I don't think it's the end.
I think we're just getting started personally.
But that's another conversation.
It's making me think of when Frodo was asking Gandalf,
I never thought I'd live to see these times.
And I don't want to.
I don't want them.
I don't, right.
I don't want these times.
And essentially, Gandalf was saying, Frodo, that's not ours to determine.
All we have to decide is what to do with them.
It's our response to these times.
And God has put us here on the stage of the world at this time.
For this purpose.
And he said, it's not our job to master all the tides of the earth.
We can't stop all the evil.
Even if we could in our lifetime, there's more that would come.
But what we can do is everything in our power while we have breath to uproot evil and plant seeds of truth and goodness.
It's one of my favorite scenes.
And if we do that, our children will have a fighting chance.
Right.
Are we the people to do that?
Are you seeing?
I mean, for a long time, Americans have just not seen.
So a lot of people just don't think this is going to happen.
It's always going to be like this.
It's always going to be great.
Are you excited?
You are?
I'm excited, Glenn, because I think that a different character is developed during different times.
What's that thing?
You probably know it where it says, like, good men produce
good times.
Good times produce weak men, weak men produce bad times, bad times produce strong men.
So maybe we're in the bad times to produce the strong men.
You're seeing that.
I mean, I'm looking at you.
You're a strong man.
And I'm looking at other people who are,
they're summoning that inner courage that I think
we were born to manifest, courage and bravery.
And it's not just to do like, what, Time magazine or whoever says it, you know,
no, it was Biden who said something like, you know,
the boys who turn into girls are some of the bravest people I've ever met.
Right.
And it's like, wait, wait a minute.
That's not bravery.
There may be other good terms to describe that, but bravery and courage is the willingness to do what's right before God, regardless of the cost to self.
And I'm seeing people who are beginning to demonstrate those kinds of things because they realize there is so much at stake.
The alarm bells are going off.
Their conscience is on fire, and they know that this has happened on our watch.
And we need to be the ones who come up with the solutions.
Well, you didn't say it yourself, but you're a strong man, and
produce good times and part of that you'll produce new
strong men and that is what he's doing with children's programming now.
Just go to watchbrave.com.

See if you feel compelled to help out.

It's basically basically just been the stuff came out and everyone kind of speculating about why he did these things and

He is the Attorney General for the great state of Texas.
And there's some, we're going to lose Texas in the next four years.
Mark my words, next four years, if we don't change one thing in Texas.
Right now, the Attorney General is no longer allowed to bring up any case
of fraudulent voting.
He's not allowed to prosecute it.
Here's the problem.
He always has been.
The Attorney General, going back to history, that's been the job of the Attorney General.
But because of dark money, it has now changed to where it goes to the Court of Criminal Appeals, I think it is.
Yeah, Court of Criminal Appeals.
Nobody in Texas even knows what this court is, but it is.
It's all Republicans, but in Texas, that means nothing.
And they are the weak
Republicans.
And now they have just said that only district attorneys can do that, but all of the district attorneys of any big city in Texas where the vote will really matter are Soros attorneys
and leftist district attorneys.
So
what's going to happen?
We'll talk to him about that and so much more coming up in
just a second.
How was your weekend, Stu?
My weekend was wonderful.
Yeah.
You know, um we had the uh i mean
we're just getting into that season now of uh we're beginning here in texas they they start playing baseball outside it in february yeah so uh we're doing that and and it's gonna be 80 this week though isn't it It's supposed to hit like 80 this week.
It's crazy.
Which is awesome.
Yeah.
And I'm in step 44 of the daddy-daughter dance circuit.
My grandchildren went to that too.
It's amazing.
I love it.
It is awesome.
I have so much fun.
Enjoy every second of that before you know they're like, dad.
I know.
It's so close.
She's 11, but so I've got a little
bit of time, but like, gosh, man, it's like you think about these things going away and it's just soul-crushing.
Wait.
Just wait.
It's so hard.
Everybody who has kids that are older than me just is like, hey, your life is going to get a lot worse.
Just so you know, it's coming soon.
No, it gets worse when teenage years.
It seems like it gets worse and then it gets better.
Is that what I should expect?
Yeah, but then it kind of gets sad too because you're like, they're not,
they're, you know, they're off on their own, and so they're not with you anymore.
There's a time in the teenage years you were like, I want them gone now.
Right.
Who will just take them?
I don't need to sell them or anything.
This is how will just take them.
This is how arranged marriages got started.
Yeah.
Started, I'm pretty sure.
Like teenage years came in.
They're just like, ah, just take anyone, who wants to take her?
Just take her.
But probably not the best policy.
No.
Not the best policy.
It doesn't really make make dad real popular either.
No.
In the family with arranged marriages.
The New York governor, Kathy Hochul, apologized Friday night at an event.
Apparently, earlier in the week, she said, if Canada had attacked New York the way that Hamas attacked Israel, the U.S.
would have wiped out Canada.
Now, she finally says something I agree with, and she apologizes for it.
Of course.
I mean, you know, I would hate that to happen, but if that were the circumstance and Canadian, the Canadian government came and just slaughtered, raped, and killed, yeah, yeah, I think we probably, Canada would be no longer Canada.
It would just be a much larger America.
Yes, it would.
It would.
So why is she apologizing?
I guess, you know, people, I guess, are, you know, offended, but.
You know, you got to call out Hamas for what it is and what they did for what it is.
You know what, though, do you, if you're a Democrat?
My understanding of the Democratic Party today, like that's a very old school Democrat thing that Hochul did there, which was like, okay, when it's really obvious, let's side with Israel.
Like, that is old school.
You know, Rashida Tlaib voted present the other day
on a bill that just condemned the rape.
But can you imagine?
Like, again, what does that mean?
Right.
Like, it's not an actual,
like, it's not going to do anything.
Rape's already illegal in this country.
We have no control over the country, uh, role rules over there.
It is illegal there as well.
But just a statement, which I think the vote final vote was 418 to nothing.
Just a statement saying, by the way,
Hamas really shouldn't have been doing all that raping and murdering over there.
She voted president.
I know.
You imagine how radical your constituents are if you can't, you have to play the fence there.
Yeah, and I don't think it's with her.
I don't think it's her playing the fence to please her constituents.
I believe she's she.
got to play the state.
She is.
If she could get over there and get a horde of people to commit another set of crimes similar, she may just wind up taking that job instead of the congressional job she has.
That's how bad she is individually.
I mean, and maybe you could take some positive out of that vote and say, well, there was very little.
Very little opposition, right?
At least there wasn't a lot of, at least the entire squad didn't even vote.
And even she only went to present.
I kept saying to like, people like, can you believe this with Rashida Talib that she voted president?
I was like, that's an improvement from where I thought she'd be on that bill.
I was like, she's only president?
I thought for sure she'd be on the other side of that issue.
Yeah, okay.
Let me let me talk to you about
one other thing, New York.
The truckers have,
some of them have said they are no longer going to deliver to New York City, possibly even New York,
because of what New York City did to Donald Trump.
This was was a ridiculous court case.
Even Hochul came out.
She pretty much admitted it by saying
other businesses in New York don't have to worry about that.
Trump is different.
Why?
Why is Trump different?
What do you mean by that?
So they've decided that they're not going to deliver goods.
We have Chris in Georgia, who you've been delivering goods to New York City for how long?
About 15 years.
15 years.
Into the city or all of New York?
All of New York.
Okay.
And what are your thoughts on it today?
I'll no longer be going to New York.
We're non-force dispatch, so I can choose where I go and I'm going to Georgia instead.
So are you hearing this from a lot of because I've had one truck driver call in today and say I was excited to listen to the show today because I wanted to hear if it was just me and just a handful of people or if this is a big deal.
Well, I hadn't heard about the boycott until you mentioned it.
Yeah, I personally made that decision when I heard the
announcement last week.
But
yeah,
it's not right.
No, it's not right.
It's not right.
And this, I think, is the kind of thing that Martin Luther King would have done.
This is a peaceful protest.
It's all of the individuals choosing for themselves.
I'm not just talking, I'm not going to, I'm not going to support that kind of
activity and not doing it.
I commend you for it.
And it shouldn't hurt the truck drivers at least at first, right?
Because there's a shortage of truck drivers.
You can drive wherever you want, pretty much, isn't it?
Well, yes.
You know, there's, yeah, that's a
that's a that's a tough one.
Just
might be more to that.
Go ahead.
Well,
it's hard to put into a short statement, but But there's people
who will who will go to New York.
Sure.
You know, they don't care about the politics.
They have no intentions of staying in this country.
They're here short term.
And that's a whole nother story.
But
personally,
this will include points beyond New York.
I will no longer be going to Connecticut, Massachusetts.
And Loves coming back.
You know, I just I'm not going to partake in any of it.
I prefer to run the western states.
I don't go to California, same reasons.
But
how about Colorado?
Well, that's a tough one.
And
my company's from there.
All right.
Hey, thank you very much, Chris.
I appreciate it.
God bless.
Thank you, Gwen.
Yeah, I'm interested to see how this works out.
I mean, this is a group of people that can make a huge difference.
And we as
a population, they know
we don't ever do anything.
You know, the minute a state says, no, boys have to go to boys' bathrooms, girls go to girls' bathrooms, which is completely common sense, they go crazy, they boycott the state.
It usually has no effect.
Truckers, however, can do that.
And it will make a difference because it's already hard to move goods.
And if you're not, especially in Manhattan, there's only 10 roads in, 10.
And you're a trucker, you have to go between, I think it's 11 p.m.
or midnight to 5 a.m.
And if you're a trucker and you've not driven in New York City, oh, it's going to be a nightmare, a nightmare.
But sending the message, hey, return to the rule of law.
We don't hunt people.
We don't find a person and then find the crime.
If there's a crime, so be it.
But we don't do it based on who you are.
And I think the truckers could make a real go of this, but we'll see.
It's up to them.
We'll be watching it.
You and I have some very, very basic but very important things in common.
We're here today because our moms chose life.
And that's a gift that maybe we don't think enough about in our daily lives, but it's a gift that all of us alive
have in common.
Abortion takes that gift away.
And pre-born is doing everything they can to prevent abortions by introducing an expecting mom to her unknown baby through free ultrasounds.
Remember when I said, Stu, this is 30 years ago, I think we could solve abortions if there was like a window into a woman's womb.
Well, that's an ultrasound, and especially the way they're getting now, you can see everything.
The unborn child doubles their chance at life when mom sees and hears the baby and the heartbeat.
Already, Pre-Born has rescued over 280,000 babies through love, compassion, free ultrasounds, and every day they rescue 200 more babies and their mothers.
One ultrasound is $28, the cost of dinner.
You could sponsor five ultrasounds for $140, helping rescue five babies' laws.
Any amount will help.
All gifts are tax-deductible.
100% of your donation will go on to saving babies.
So donate now.
Maybe you do it once a month.
Just dial pound250, say the keyword baby.

You're listening to the swinging sounds of Glenn Beck.
Sit tight, boys and girls.
We'll be right back after these messages.
Alrighty.
Well, let's see.
The gods of the copybook headings returning.
Let's see here.
First, we have
the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.
You remember them.
They were honored with the Community Hero Award by the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Now, this is going to come as a surprise to you.
On Friday, one of the drag queens who dresses up like a nun with the Brew City Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence was arrested in connection with child porn and sexual exploitation of a child.
Are they limiting his choices again?
Yeah, again, they are.
They are.
Unbelievable.
Four counts of possession with child pornography and four counts of sexual exploitation of a child.
Now, here's where it gets good.
He is the human resource director of Outagame County, Wisconsin, Adam Westbrook.
And he was taken into custody about three o'clock on Friday afternoon.
This is after the police department and the State Department of Justice executed a search warrant in his home.
But the great thing is, he was taken in,
but his husband was not taken in.
No formal charges there.
I guess he was totally fine.
But he's a teacher in the local school district,
the husband.
Oh, great.
So that's good.
That's really good.
Well, Glenn Love always wins.
You know, we say that over and over again.
And love is about to win on this child porn purveyor in prison over and over and over again.
So congratulations on
the British government health agency has declared that drug-induced milk from trans women, from
biological males, is just as healthy for babies as breast milk from a female mom.
And who doesn't think that that's true?
Oh, okay, I didn't realize it was everybody that didn't think that was true.
Really wow.
Yeah.
What are you, nuts?
You nuts?
They can tell you anything, but the truth in the form of the gods of the copybook headings will return.

Texans have no idea how close they are to losing the state to the left.
They have no idea.
And if they don't wake up to a couple of very critical facts,
if they don't do something about it, we will lose Texas within the next four years.
That's not hyperbole.
I believe that to be absolute fact.
I'll explain with Ken Paxton, our attorney general, in 60 seconds.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, welcome to the program, sir.
How are you?
I'm doing well.
Thanks for having me back.
Yeah, we have so many things to talk about, but I think the most important thing that I want to get to first is the Court of Criminal Appeals.
Texas is a weirdo state, and most states, I think 48 of them, don't have this.
It's like a Supreme Court, if I'm not mistaken.
But what is its jurisdiction?
What do they do exactly?
So we're very, you are, we are a little weird.
I think there's only one other state like us that has a bifurcated system where half the well, some of the cases go to the Texas Supreme Court, all the civil cases.
And if you have on your final appeal for a criminal case, it's the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.
So it's split, and most Texans are not aware of this nine-member court that is all Republican.
And most Republicans, even the most educated, don't know who's on that court.
So
this is becoming very, very, very important, and especially, and you'll know this in really deep red states, states like Utah.
Just because it says Republican does not mean they're Republican.
In Texas, a lot of times Democrats just switch to Republican because they know they can get elected with an R behind their name.
And then you also have these horrible Republicans who are, you know,
Republican in name only, as we know to be rhinos.
And that's who's really on, there's some that are good, but there's a few of these guys on this court, and it is stopping the Attorney General's office now from prosecuting any kind of election fraud, which is a new thing, is it not, Ken?
Yeah.
So this statute was passed by the legislature legally under their constitutional role to pass legislation and direct the Attorney General to do whatever they wanted to do.
And they did that in 1951.
We prosecuted, literally, we had almost a thousand cases being prosecuted when they struck this down two years ago.
It was suddenly struck down out of the blue and they made the argument that it was unconstitutional, violation of separation of powers because I'm in the executive branch for me as Attorney General to be in court.
If they're right,
every court prior to them, every case, really every attorney general in the country is violating the Constitution and has since the founding of our country.
If this nine-member court that voted 8-1 suddenly out of the value to strike this law down.
How did that happen?
I think, honestly, it's nine members.
Nobody knows who they are.
We have one good one, Kevin Urey, and they waited until two days after the filing deadline two years ago to run against them.
So we could not
put up candidates last time.
So they got a two-year pass.
They thought we'd forget about it.
They thought they'd have me out.
And because George Soros has put his DAs in the liberal counties, I believe he is is funding, along with a group called Texas for Lawsuit Reform, funding these candidates to ensure that we can't prosecute voter fraud in Texas.
Okay, so
there's a three-prong approach going on here in Texas to turn Texas blue.
The first thing is George Soros coming in and getting the DAs in all of the big counties.
The second thing is get rid of our attorney general and get somebody that won't fight back.
And the third thing is the Court of Appeals.
And
I could probably flip those last two and make the Court of Appeals and then coming after you and trying to get you out as
the final step.
They've already got now the first step done.
They have the Court of Appeals now.
They failed on getting rid of you.
But
if this doesn't change in the Court of Appeals, you can't bring up any
fraud charges for anything in Houston, Dallas, or wherever it is.
But these main DAs are the only ones that can bring up fraud charges.
Well, if they're Soros people, that's not going to happen.
They are Soros people.
I've watched Soros unelect Democrats that were prosecuting all kinds of different crimes.
He came in and put progressives in who won't prosecute much of anything, including voter process.
So they've got that piece in place.
I believe right now they have Court of Criminal Appeals in place, and they're coming after me again.
I have another trial, just like Trump, in April, that has been sitting there for nine years, and the Court of Criminal Appeals moved me out of my home county, which is Republican, to Harris County, which is Democrat, and Democratic judges all the way up, and obviously Democratic jury.
And why did they do that?
Because after nine years, they decided they still need to get rid of me because the impeachment didn't work.
The election, the attempted knocking me out in the election, and even having having the federal government come after me, none of that's worked.
It is amazing to me,
this legal warfare.
And I heard about this maybe eight years ago, that they were starting to look into ways to go against
anybody who stands against them with the court system.
And I thought, well, that's interesting, but we'll, you know, we have, you know, we have judges and we have juries and everything else.
It doesn't matter.
If they pick the court, it doesn't matter.
That's exactly right.
And think for this, for these criminal cases,
they've moved me into Harris County where my chances are much less at winning.
And especially if we have a Democratic jury pool and Democratic judges and then the Court of Criminal Appeals has the final say, I would say my chances aren't very good.
And I think they've done the same thing to Trump.
They put him in very liberal places like New York or Fulton County.
where the process is slanted against you heavily.
And it makes it, and it's also obviously very expensive.
Trump has resources that I don't have.
So that's the other thing.
They try to drain you financially so you cannot fight.
And unfortunately, it's not just the Democrats.
This is the Karl Rove slash Bush wing of our party.
And it involves the Dick Weakleys of the world, the Texans for Lawsuit Reform, and other liberal groups that seem like they're Republican, but they're not on our side.
So the Texas for Lawsuit Reform, correct me if I'm wrong, used to be
conservative.
It was a conservative group.
But
now the billionaires are involved, and Dick Weakley is one of them.
He's a construction guy, if I'm not mistaken.
And
he and Carl Rove and another guy,
gosh, what's his name?
Dennis
Calabrese.
Calabrese.
These three kind of really
make the meat of the Texas lawsuit reform.
One goes out, raises a lot of money.
A couple of them do, actually.
The other guy guy is the strategist.
And if I'm not mistaken, didn't Calabris, didn't he go?
He was part of the no bail
action, wasn't he?
Yeah, so he was helping work for the, I think it's called the Truman Foundation.
Oh, no, Arnold Foundation.
Yeah.
Very progressive group on criminal matters.
And he was working with them until he was accused of tax evasion, went to federal prison.
But then he also was sued by the Arnold Foundation for taking some of their money.
And there was a judgment against him for, I think, $8.5 million.
And then suddenly, that judgment gets paid, and he's back working with Dick Weekly and Texans for a lawsuit reform.
Who paid that $8.5 million judgment?
I have no idea.
It was all
maybe it was Hunter Biden's art friend.
You can guess.
Yeah.
Okay, so he goes back to work.
Now he's for embezzlement.
He's a criminal for embezzlement.
He was part of the move to get all of these, all the bails dropped.
Why is a so-called conservative group and conservative like Dick Weekly,
why are they bringing him in?
Well, that's a good question, except if you look at where they're headed now.
I mean, they've focused on taking out Republicans.
They tend to fund now.
They'll fund Republicans, but they give them so much money that they're beholden to them.
And they're not necessarily a conservative group anymore.
Their original purpose was to stop lawsuit abuse.
And now they branched into all kinds of things.
They're They're supporting, they're putting millions of dollars behind the Speaker, who's controlled by the Democrats.
And then
they give
all of his people
millions of dollars, and they control the Texas legislature.
And it ends up not representing the voters because now the voters don't even need their money.
The House members don't even need their money because so much of it's coming from Texans for lawsuit reform and a group called ART, Associated Republicans of Texas, which Carl Rove is very involved with.
So
they all work together.
Carl Rove, we know him quite well.
He's always a great helper.
All right.
So who are the judges that are going up for election this year?
And this is going to be a tough one because nobody knows what the Court of Criminal Appeals is.
When you look at judges,
you don't know who these judges are nine out of ten times.
And people will look and they'll go, I don't know.
It's a Republican.
It's an Independent.
I don't know.
I'll vote for the, and you just guess.
So you got three people coming up, and Texans have got to know these names.
That's exactly right.
I think this is the most important election I've ever been involved in.
I mean, even my election.
These three judges, if we can't turn this court, we will not be able to prosecute voter fraud, and we will be Georgia, we will be Arizona, we will be Wisconsin.
We will have the same result.
I was able to stop that with my great team last time, but this is where we're headed in the next couple of years years if no one that cares about voter fraud actually gets to prosecute it.
And so Gina Parker, the three people that we want to elect, Gina Parker, Lee Finley, and David Schenck.
And I'm going to repeat them one more time.
Gina Parker, David Schenck, and Lee Finley.
And it starts, voting starts February 20th, but it is this coming Tuesday, early voting, and March 5th
is the final election.
So this is really critical that people on your show from Texas spread the word.
And if you're not from Texas, realize if we don't hold on to Texas, I mean, we are in trouble nationally.
We can't win elections nationally.
This is the number one thing that people say to me, you know, Glenn, if we can't go after voter fraud, if we can't clean it up, and I mean clean it up on our side, if there is any or their side, just fair voting.
If we can't prosecute this, if we can't go after it, then we have no trust in the elections.
And how do you have a republic?
Well, you don't.
You don't.
In Texas, this is the solution to this.
If you can get three people, Gina Parker, Lee Finley, and David Schenk, if you can get those three onto the Board of Criminal Appeals, Court of Criminal Appeals, there's a chance that this thing can be overturned.
And the Attorney General, didn't you have almost like 400 cases?
of voter fraud here in Texas going on.
So we had over 600 counts that we were prosecuting at the time they struck it down.
All those got dismissed.
We had 392 investigations that had to be halted because of this decision out of the blue with no, you know, totally surprising us.
So no, we are not prosecuting.
There's not a single case that I know of in Texas now being prosecuted, not a single voter fraud case by a single DA in this in this state.
Maybe there's one, maybe there's two, but I can guarantee you they are not.
This is not being prosecuted in Texas anymore.
God, that's bad.
That's really bad.
That's really bad.
But we can fix it.
If this election goes the right way, then we'll still be down 5-4, but we'll be sending the message to the legislature, fix this, and the Court of Criminal Appeals will realize we're coming to get the next ones if they don't fix this decision.
Well, the same money behind these guys, if this is accurate, would be the people behind the Speaker of the House, who is just a nightmare, a nightmare.
That's exactly right.
That's exactly right.
And you're going to see money spent on these races for the first time by the other side because they know that we're getting the word out.
And so you're gonna see these TV ads supporting these incumbent Texas court coronal fields judges we've I've never seen money spent in these races but we're gonna see it and Texans for lawsuit reform and other groups affiliated with them are gonna be involved Stu we need some something like a jingle for Gina Parker Lee Finley and David Shank
I need some we need something I don't know how I don't know how you make those names stick, but we need a jingle that we can play every day.
I'll work on that.
Yeah.
You'll work on that?
Okay, good.
We'll work on it too, Ken.
I don't know how.
You, as an audience, can somebody come up with something catchy that helps people remember?
Because you got a week.
You've got a week to do this.
All right, back with Ken Paxton on the border in 60 Seconds Standby.

Wow, I don't know how you're going to remember these names.
Gina Parker, Lee Finley, David Schenck.
Okay, let me talk to you about a couple of other stories that are in the news today on Texas.
One is
a court, I don't remember, it's not the Fifth Circuit Court, it's another court that is saying that Texas doesn't have the right
to
arrest or turn around people at the border.
And the judge seemed very hostile to Texas.
Can you tell me about this case?
Yeah, so this was a case filed by first the ACLU, which you're very familiar with, and then the Biden administration, which you're also familiar with, alleging that Texas doesn't have the authority.
We passed a bill this last session.
The legislature, the governor, signed it, that allows us to deport people that come into our state.
And that's what they see this over.
And we make the argument, look, if the federal government is not going to follow federal law, they're not going to, if Joe Biden is not going to follow the Constitution and protect our people, we have the right to protect our people.
And there's no way that Texas or any other
any other state would have joined the union if the deal was,
the federal government is not going to protect you.
And by the way, if we don't protect you, you're not allowed to protect yourself.
There's no way that anybody joins the union if that's the deal.
And so we're all continuing to fight this.
Look, they filed it where they wanted to file it.
They picked the court.
So not surprised by that result.
We'll appeal it to the Fifth Circuit, and hopefully we'll draw a good panel that understands the law and understands the Constitution.
You may not, however.
This particular judge said, I don't see Texas at war.
There is no invasion.
Does invasion have to mean war?
I think it's pretty common to understand that we're being invaded.
I mean,
you can work around the word, but I think the common understanding of invasion is exactly what's happening.
The cartels are not our friends.
The Chinese are not our friends.
They're importing drugs.
They're importing crime.
They're building networks into our state and into our country.
They're costing us lives, kids.
They're costing us lots of higher crime, and they're costing us a lot of money that we don't necessarily have have to keep paying for millions of people crossing the border every year okay there's an invasion i've got i've only got about uh 90 seconds there's a third case tell me about that one
okay so we actually uh we have the shelby park case which got combined with the wire cutting case so we are still in the middle of that case we we lost an injunction at the supreme court but that injunction did not say anything about us it basically we can still put wire up we can still put fences up and i can guarantee you this, we're going to keep putting them up even if the federal government comes onto our property and cuts them down.
And didn't Biden sue you guys?
And
which lawsuit is that one?
Okay, so they sued us over the
election.
I mean, over the
border bill.
That's very confusing.
Over the boarding bill that we just talked about, where we're deporting.
They sued us over that.
I sued them after I came back from the little impeachment rest.
I sued them over the wire because I didn't think they had the the right to come out of our property and cut it down.
So
that's our lawsuit.
Okay.
And then we also have the buoy case that they sued us over that we're still in the middle of as well.
My gosh.
I mean, this is just the time and money that all of us are spending right now, even the average American citizen, just on common sense things is ridiculous.
I mean, it's destroying us.
It really is.
All right.
Ken, hang on because there's something else that is going on that we want to talk about.
Ken Paxton, the Attorney General of the great state of Texas, joins me next.
The
importance of the Attorney General.
Every state must have a great attorney general.
We'll explain a little more and introduce you to one next.
Glenn Beck.
All right, let me tell you about the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
Just a few months ago now, October 7th, Hamas began a war with Israel that continues to this day.
I mean, Hochul herself said,
if Canada had done this to New York, Canada would not exist today.
And it's true.
If they had done something that bloody and awful,
they wouldn't.
We would have responded.
And now we're trying to stop Israel from doing this.
It's nuts.
It's It's absolutely nuts.
And most people know it if they think about it.
They know that to be true.
But you've had real upheaval in Israel with the citizenry and the medicine and the medics and everything else.
The need is great in Israel.
That's why I've partnered with AFCJ.
Visit support the IFCJ.
Again, that's the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
They need your help and need your support.
Give as generously as you can.
Your gift will be matched matched to double in impact and help provide twice the support.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
You know the role of the Attorney General and how important it is.
The Attorney General and the Sheriffs are the last line of defense,
and we've lost a good one in Utah.
Sean Reyes is not going to run for re-election.
And Ken Paxton is making an announcement today of who he is endorsing in that race.
Ken?
Yeah,
as you know, I'm a huge friend and fan of your current Attorney General, Sean Reyes.
Yes.
And I've spent a lot of time.
He's helped me a lot.
I've helped him.
We've worked together to fight the federal government.
We've gone against big tech, big pharma.
And so it's really important to me to have good attorney generals across the country.
We don't have enough of them.
We don't have enough Sean Reyes's.
So I talked to a lot of people in Utah.
And so I've decided to endorse Rachel Carey, who works in the office and who knows what's going on.
And I believe will continue the legacy of Sean Reyes and I think she'll be a great ally of Texas.
Thank you, Ken.
I appreciate it.
Rachel Terry is with us now.
She is a candidate.
There are five or six people that have just popped up and are all running for it.
This is so important that each state gets their attorney general right.
If you fail to do this, you can, you, you're just not a help in the fight.
Rachel, welcome.
Thank you.
Good morning.
I'm very excited to be with you and Attorney General Paxton this morning.
Yeah.
So
what is it that you have been doing?
So I've been an attorney for the past 20 years, spent most of it as a litigator, handling some of the biggest cases in the state's history, anything from representing coal mine operators to universities in significant Title IX cases.
Now I am the director for the Utah Division of Risk Management that handles all of the insurance, all of the claims, and oversees all the litigation defense for the state of Utah.
What are the big things that are coming our way that you want to focus on if you're the Attorney General?
Well,
this is a big race, as A.G.
Paxton indicated.
And as you've mentioned, having the right Attorney General really matters because we're at a critical tipping point in fighting the federal government.
Federal overreach is everywhere.
and it's felt very personally here in Utah.
If you live anywhere in southern Utah, it's present in your everyday life as the federal government is shutting down access to public trails, to access to energy, to everything in their lives.
In some of the counties, they're owned by the federal government.
Over 90%
is owned by the federal government of their lands, making it very difficult to manage those counties.
We see it in education, federal overreach in education.
As someone who litigated Title IX cases, I saw this constantly in trying to
provide advice and support to educational institutions as the federal government bureaucracy continually change the definitions applicable in Title IX.
And then in our energy policy.
And then certainly on the border.
I am so grateful to be able to be endorsed by Attorney General Paxton because the border fight impacts all of us.
We're all border states now.
And if elected, I will stand and fight with him on the border issues, on federal overreach issues to protect the United States of America and the citizens of Utah.
You know, I used to ask this of politicians, but I think it's more appropriate for, well, anybody right now, but
attorney generals, you're going to come under attack like nobody's business.
How's your soul?
What's the worth of your soul?
I am so glad you asked that.
You know, I have teenage kids.
I have twins.
They're 13.
And my husband and I have discussed this very issue when I told him I wanted to run for attorney general.
I sold it to him like this.
I said,
what if I apply for a job that doesn't pay any more than what I'm making?
And
I have to ask strangers for money to get it, and people are going to be really mean to us.
And he said, I'm in.
I'm in.
And
it is a significant race.
In Utah,
there's a Senate race to replace Senator Mitt Romney, and that's taking a lot of the energy in the states.
But what I want people to know is that the Attorney General race is more important to their daily lives because
Congress is broken.
They're not getting the work done.
Who's getting the work done?
It's our Republican Attorneys General.
I want to point back to something you'd said on a previous show.
You'd said
what we need is a strong conservative law firm to fight these fights.
And that's exactly what our Republican Attorneys General are.
Our job is to fight this fight and to fight this incredible administrative state that is changing the very ground underneath us without any oversight from Congress or the President.
They've abdicated
these important roles to bureaucrats.
I'm a bureaucrat myself currently,
but I in the state of Utah have significant oversight by the governor's office and the legislature, and unfortunately Congress isn't doing that.
So the Attorney General and me as the Attorney General will fight to protect Utah, to protect conservative values across the country and be that conservative
law firm, the conservative voice for the country.
Rachel, I'll tell you, and I would tell you this privately, but everything I say, you know, is always on the record.
If you have a single
fingernail of
a skeleton in your closet,
it will be found and used against you.
And
I would recommend if you haven't already, I'm sure you have, but get everything out.
You can't have anything.
No one could, whatever you want,
they will try to offer to you.
And it will be very tempting.
Everything that you're afraid of, if they can't get you with what you want, they will scare the hell out of you with everything you're afraid of.
You cannot be afraid of anything.
Yeah,
that is true.
As someone who has been deep in the trenches of litigation, I've felt that.
This is a next level.
This is next level.
And
I'm prepared for that.
I hope my family is prepared for that.
I don't think you can ever be truly prepared for that.
In terms of,
you know,
there is a huge temptation in politics, and I can see it from those who I know who are in this space.
You get exposed to
a lot of money, a lot of fun activities.
The reason why I'm prepared for that is, one, my faith.
I go to church every Sunday.
My family is very devout.
And the second is my family.
I have 13-year-old twins.
I don't have time for the nonsense of the political space that
wants to offer me things.
All I want to do is to go to work for the state of Utah and then come home and do carpool and go to my kids' sporting events.
And I want to be the most boring attorney general that the state of Utah has ever seen because
all I'm going to do is to work for the state
and stay out of the news for anything other than winning.
Honestly, that's the way Mike Lee has made an impact.
He's just boring as snot.
There's nothing happening with...
You're not looking for a scandal for him because nothing's happening.
Can I ask you?
Yeah.
Well, if I may, I am going to come clean about one tiny political fib.
So on my website, it says that I love hunting.
So the truth of the matter is, is my husband
is obsessed with hunting.
It's his favorite thing in the world.
And I love him.
And therefore, I love hunting.
There are all kinds of taxidermy in my house.
God bless you.
I have gone, and an activity that requires you to get up at four in the morning and sit quietly in the cold is not actually for me.
Yeah, good, good.
I'm glad we cleared that up.
Now clear the air.
I've cleared the air.
Can I ask you something?
This may be unfair, and feel free to say so because you have no reason to be following this other than curiosity, and I'm asking your professional opinion.
What do you think of the case of Donald Trump and the $350 million
settlement?
I think it's outrageous.
One of the biggest complaints, and that's a fair complaint in our nation today, that people feel is that there are two tiers of justice,
one for the rich and the powerful and the liberal, and one for everybody else.
And we've seen that play out over and over again over the last four years.
And that has to stop because our country
is built on trust.
Our foundation is trust.
If people believe that the judicial system still works for them,
then we're safe from tyranny and anarchy.
When they stop believing that it works for them, then we fall into chaos.
And so when cases like this happen, it's very troubling because it only reinforces people's greatest fears that the system doesn't work for them, that it's stacked against them, and then people will take justice into their own hands, which is deeply dangerous and will destabilize us as a country.
So
my goal is to return us to
a system where it's equal justice for all
under the law.
Rachel Terry is her name.
When is the race?
When is the vote for this?
So in Utah, we've got a caucus convention system.
I am a convention-only candidate, which means I did not pay to get on the ballot, which is what you can do with signatures
on the primary ballot.
So I'm going to convention on April 27th.
Our caucus is March 5th.
Everyone should, every Republican should show up to their caucus on March 5th.
They can find out where to attend on precinctportal.org and run to be a state delegate so they can meet me and vote for me at the state convention on April 27th.
And I'm confident we'll make it through.
I'll make it through the convention and be on the primary ballot on June 25th.
Good.
I hope so.
Thank you so much, Rachel.
I appreciate it.
Her name is Rachel Terry.
She is a candidate now for Attorney General in Utah, just endorsed by the Attorney General of Texas on the program.
Thanks, Rachel.
I appreciate it.
Bye-bye.

Use the promo code, no, slash Glenn, promo code free speech, and you'll save 36 bucks.
That's great.
It's great.
Sounds wonderful.
36 bucks.
That's uh, we could use that money right now.
You know, we, you know, the cover, the country is spending a decent amount of money,
$20 million
to maintain a super yacht
seized from a Russian oligarch in 2022.
Yeah.
Now, among the money there is $360,000
a month in crew.
Yeah.
Now, you might know the super yacht world better than I do, Glenn.
Not really.
No.
Certainly,
not this big.
No.
But, like,
well, I know you don't have.
I'm not saying you have a yacht.
I'm just saying that, like, you know, like, you, I like,
I like looking at really expensive cars because it's fun.
I'm not saying you have this.
Yeah.
But, like, I can understand you need some level of crew to maintain a yacht like this.
Yeah, the one thing about all boats is
they always are trying to sink.
Yes.
Always.
The maintenance is why I would never get a boat.
It's just
too frustrating.
Correct.
But like $360,000 a month seems like a significant amount of crew for a boat that's not going anywhere.
It's a super yacht.
How big is it?
It is 348 feet.
Yeah, that's a pretty big boat.
That's a pretty big boat.
$300 million price tag.
Yeah.
And we're maintaining it.
But again, $360,000 a month?
Like, can't you do a skeleton?
Is that a skeleton crew?
I have no idea.
Okay.
I have no idea.
Then 100, 75.
If we're paying for the crew and everything, I think we should give it away.
There should be like a powerball every month.
Hey, this family from Arkansas gets a week on the boat.
I love that idea.
You know, you should get something.
They're paying for it anyway.
And then $75,000 a month in fuel?
Like, isn't it just docked?
I mean, I guess you can't.
I don't know.
It might be one of those things.
You got to just turn it on once in a while just to make sure it turns on.
I think we should sell it.
Yeah, maybe not.
You know, when you're in debt at your house and your wife is like, we should sell the boat.
Right.
Yes.
And you can't pay any of your bills.
We're in that situation.
This is every Dave Ramsey show ever.
I don't know.
Sell a 360-foot yacht.
But
can I at least put it this way to you, Glenn?
For almost everybody in this audience, every dollar dollar you will ever spend in your entire life on taxes won't even pay for a fraction of the boat's maintenance.
But good news, IRS says taxes refunds down 25% this year.
Oh, good.
