Speaker 1 It's pure chaos for the Democrats. We'll talk about it coming up, plus your predictions for 2024 and more, and even some good news, all
Speaker 1
coming up today on the Glen Beck program. It's Justin Barkley in for Glenn, wrapping up the year and getting ready for a big one, no doubt.

Speaker 1 It is, I've been telling you, sheer chaos. It is a bit of a circus.
Speaker 1 By the way, that's partially intended. That's partially what they want.
Speaker 1 Don't get this twisted. That is part of what all of this is all about at the end of the day.
Speaker 1 It is about sort of creating a circus chaos-like
Speaker 1 environment. Send me the clowns, send me the clowns.
Speaker 1 That's
Speaker 1 a big part of what we see
Speaker 1 happening with all of these.
Speaker 1 We're going to dig into deep, deep dive on some of it. Julie Kelly will be joining us coming up in the program second hour this morning.
Speaker 1 But let me start with yesterday. It is Justin Barkley in for Glenn today on the Glen Beck program
Speaker 1 from the beautiful state of Michigan heard on Wood Radio. News Radio Wood 1300 and 1069 FM at Grand Rapids and in Detroit on the brand new News Talk Superstation, 9.10 a.m.
Speaker 1 Last night on CNN,
Speaker 1 she was out in full force, this radical Secretary of State from Maine.
Speaker 1 Just so you know, what happened in just a short amount of time yesterday is we had heard previously, Colorado, their Supreme Court had come out and said, yes, we believe Trump should be off the ballot here.
Speaker 1 And then yesterday, in a surprise swing, after Republicans in Colorado asked the Supreme Court to take this up, they were going to challenge it.
Speaker 1 After that happened,
Speaker 1 the Secretary of State in Colorado came out and said, well, you know, you're going to err on the side of caution. We're going to allow him to be on the ballot unless the Supreme Court says otherwise.
Speaker 1 So that came out yesterday. Piece of good news, right?
Speaker 1 But then.
Speaker 1
Yeah, but wait, there's more. Yeah.
But then,
Speaker 1 sort of unexpectedly, in a twist of the circus, another clown, this radical Secretary of State from Maine comes out. And yeah, she says, hold my beer.
Speaker 1 I'm going to outdo the one in Colorado.
Speaker 1 And here she is trying to justify and explain why a Secretary of State believes she has the right to deny the will of the people or the chance for the people to even have their voices heard.
Speaker 21 Again, I am so mindful, and I said this in my decision,
Speaker 21 that it is on me.
Speaker 1 So condescending. I said it in my decision.
Speaker 1 I'm so mindful.
Speaker 1
These people are so full of themselves. But listen, that might be their downfall.
Don't get upset. Don't get freaked out.
Don't panic. We're not there yet.
We're just watching this unfold.
Speaker 1 Now, there are some things we do need to consider, and we'll talk about that coming up. But just
Speaker 1 go with me on this and take a little bit of
Speaker 1 joy in knowing that it is sheer chaos and pandemonium inside the radical left, the Democrat Party right now, because she's mindful.
Speaker 21 Again, I am so mindful, and I said this in my decision,
Speaker 21 that it is unprecedented.
Speaker 22 No Secretary of State has ever deprived a presidential candidate of ballot access based on Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
Speaker 1 She is reading from a prepared set of notes, by the way. Something I could tell you watching.
Speaker 1 But she's just, now she's almost giddy in the fact she gets to be the first to do it.
Speaker 1 Now, you wonder why, Madam Secretary, nobody's done that before. Why do you think that is?
Speaker 1 Because it's illegal.
Speaker 1
There's no basis in law for anything that she's doing. That doesn't matter.
You know the left. You know how they operate.
You know how this is going to play out. At least you should by now.
Speaker 1 I've been paying attention to any portion of this. You know how this is all going to go.
Speaker 1
She doesn't care about the law. None of them have ever cared about the law.
They don't care about what's right. They don't care about justice.
I mean, you want to illustrate this point?
Speaker 1 There is nothing better to illustrate. They don't care about the causes and the people they claim to care about than watching what happened last week.
Speaker 1 When Christians in Nigeria, that is Africa for those folks playing along.
Speaker 1 Listen,
Speaker 1
let me just give you the explanation of what happened. Christians were massacred in Nigeria by Muslims last week.
And guess what?
Speaker 1 Not a bit of coverage on this, not a peep from any of these people that say they care about humans. Oh, and Black Lives Matter?
Speaker 1 What about those black lives?
Speaker 1 The folks on the left only care about one thing and one thing only. That's power.
Speaker 1 It's control. It is about progressing their agenda, and that is their grasp on power, their grip on it, and control over you.
Speaker 1
The little people, they don't care. They don't care about the causes.
They don't care about you.
Speaker 1 It's all a charade. It's all and we're, by the way, getting a front row seat to it all right now.
Speaker 1 I'm just very mindful that I had to do something that's unprecedented.
Speaker 22 But no presidential candidate has ever engaged in insurrection.
Speaker 1 And in fact, this one hasn't either, which is wild because you know what's what's also interesting, Miss
Speaker 1 Sheena Bellows, I think is her name,
Speaker 1 Madam Secretary, there has been no court to rule that
Speaker 1 yet. I'll put the asterisk on it yet
Speaker 1 because it is a very good, in fact, this is part of why there is so many people on the left right now that are just pulling their hair out is as much as you think they might be celebrating what she's doing, there are people within the Democrat Party who know
Speaker 1 they know what time it is, and they've got a full plan and a strategy worked out, and she's going against it. She's bucking it.
Speaker 1 Don't doubt me on this. She is stepping out and bucking the plan, and there are people that are going to start coming for her.
Speaker 1 This is going to get reversed at some point because she is getting way too ahead of herself.
Speaker 1 In fact,
Speaker 1
she's going too far and too soon, in my estimation. But they just just can't help it.
They can't handle themselves. They just lose control because you know what? Nobody knew.
Speaker 1 Nobody knew had a clue who Sheena Bellows was
Speaker 1
a few days back. Well, she had a fail run for Senate there in Maine.
Did not,
Speaker 1 though, the people, they just squarely rejected her.
Speaker 1
She had a failed run for Senate in Maine. She is a nobody, a no-one.
And And guess what? That's the way she was going to stay
Speaker 1 before she stepped out. Each one of these people is
Speaker 1 trigger happy. They're itching right now
Speaker 1 to get out there and be the one to take Trump down. Can you imagine the accolades? What might come if they are the one that can slay the giant?
Speaker 1
That's what she's doing. That's what this is all about.
That's why she's come out doing what she does. That's why you're seeing this right now.
Speaker 1
And there are people in the Democrat Party that are happy. There are folks on the left that they don't care.
Trump deranged Fitzyndro. Any bad news for Trump.
Speaker 1
They're excited that there are smart people. There are strategists.
There are tacticians. There are people that are behind the scenes who pull the strings.
Speaker 1 The Obama's people in that camp. The people that are telling basement Joe what to say and do every time they prop him up and send him out like we can at Biden's.
Speaker 1 Those are the people that are upset right now because they're saying, what are you doing?
Speaker 1 Why do you think the Secretary of State in Colorado came out and backed off ticking Trump off the ballot?
Speaker 1 Why do you think that happened?
Speaker 1 They don't do anything that's not smart and calculated and
Speaker 1 fully thought out and whatnot.
Speaker 1 They really usually don't.
Speaker 1 They take their time on this. Why do you think she came out and did that?
Speaker 1 Because
Speaker 1 the folks in Colorado, the Republicans there have played it very, very smartly.
Speaker 1 They have calculated, say, well, first, you know, look, if that's the way it's going to be, if you're going to kick him off, Supreme Court, we're going to do a caucus instead of a primary.
Speaker 1
That'll be that. That'll solve that.
Then they say, well, you know what? Now we're going to take this to the Supreme Court. We're going to challenge this.
We're going to do that.
Speaker 1 And so then knowing that the Supreme Court would have to chime in at some point on this and probably pretty quickly, rather soon, because we've got primaries starting in days.
Speaker 1 Did you see California ruled just yesterday that California said they're going to keep Trump on that? California, of all places.
Speaker 1 And you know what kind of wacky nut jobs they, not all of them. I know you get some good people in the People's Republic of California.
Speaker 1 But you know that there are, they have their, I mean, they are the leader.
Speaker 1 in the country in fruits and nuts, and there's a reason for that. But you understand.
Speaker 1 The folks in California came out and said, oh,
Speaker 1
he could be on the ballot. It's okay.
It's all right.
Speaker 1 So why all of a sudden
Speaker 1 does this gal from Maine decide she's going to jump the gun and go rogue?
Speaker 1 As I just told you,
Speaker 1 there are people behind the scenes pulling their hair out right now.
Speaker 1
Why did she do it? Because you're going to see more and more of this. There are people that will not be able to control themselves.
And that
Speaker 1 is an advantage. That is a good thing because they don't, as much as the Republicans don't seem to have.
Speaker 1
I mean, make no mistake. Folks on the right don't seem to have it all together at times as well.
Many, many times. In fact, far too more than I'd like to
Speaker 1
even admit. But it's true.
The people on the left have lost it.
Speaker 22 And been disqualified under Section 3 of the 40.
Speaker 1
Yeah, there she is. Something's been disqualified.
Nobody's been disqualified yet. And by the way, this thing she's doing is completely illegal.
Speaker 1 So
Speaker 1
there's going to be more about this in the coming days. And I want to talk to you about it as well.
You can join the program today.
Speaker 1 Want to hear your predictions because we're going to be talking about 2024 predictions again today. And we've got some from Glenn.
Speaker 1 We've got some cuts from Glenn. And
Speaker 1 I think you're going to hear more in the coming days of what he sees coming in 2024.
Speaker 1
But I've got one or two of my own as well. So I want to fill you in.
Coming up this morning, 888-727, back, 888727BECK is the way to do that. We're back in just moments.
Speaker 1 In for Glenn today on the Glenn Back program, I'm Justin.
Speaker 24 If you want to improve your shooting accuracy, you need a Mantis X.

Speaker 27 Get your Mantis X at mantisx.com. That's mantisx.com.
Speaker 1 So here you have it.
Speaker 1
By the way, there's a timeline on all of this. Maine Secretary of State NBC News, this is the headline.
Top election official rules Trump Trump ineligible for 2024 primary ballot.
Speaker 1 Now, in Michigan, just days before, the state where I'm at,
Speaker 1 the Supreme Court, there was a lawsuit filed by a crazy wild leftist activist who wants Trump off the ballot in the primary. The Supreme Court said, no, no, no, we're not going through with that.
Speaker 1 This is the Michigan state Supreme Court. And by the way, a left-leaning Democrat
Speaker 1
favored court. They said, no, we're not going to do that.
Now,
Speaker 1
the activist and the court even left it up. Say, this is just a primary.
We'll see what happens down the road. See,
Speaker 1 even the Supreme Court can't necessarily, well, they could weigh, and I guess they could get involved right now, but without a conviction,
Speaker 1 without a court somewhere, somehow there's a conviction that this is a fact now, a legal fact that he is.
Speaker 1 guilty of insurrection, which don't even get me started. How can you be insurrect against the government when you are the government? I mean, he's the government at the time.
Speaker 1 They're claiming that he was involved in insurrection.
Speaker 1 That won't
Speaker 1
matter. Facts, you know, these people.
Facts don't matter. Truth, logic, common sense.
Don't let it all get in the way.
Speaker 1 Facts don't matter.
Speaker 1 So, this is
Speaker 1 this is
Speaker 1 this is all this is why they're upset because there's a timeline to this.
Speaker 1
They don't want him off these ballots in the primary. They want Trump on the primary ballots.
And there's a reason for that. Many say the reason is they want him on the primary ballot.
Speaker 1 They want him as the Republican frontrunner because there are a lot of people that believe the situation here is that Trump and his base is the polling I just saw yesterday, even more so, that every time he was charged with something, he got more and more popular.
Speaker 1 Every time Trump was charged or there was some phony charge, something that was cooked up against him,
Speaker 1 every single time
Speaker 1 he got more and more popular.
Speaker 1
And Democrats like this because they want him. They believe they can damage him enough.
In fact, they believe they can take him out altogether.
Speaker 1 But they can prop him up as the primary way.
Speaker 1 I mean, look how far it is. It's not even close.
Speaker 1 You look at some of these others, and of course, we've still got Iowa and we've got all these other states and things are going to start heating up here shortly.
Speaker 1 But as a polling appears right now, and some of these polls, they could be, if this, again, let me put the disclaimer, if they are to be believed, because it's a poll again.
Speaker 1 But these polls
Speaker 1 could be propping up Trump, could be a push in order to get him, to get folks to be confident enough to go out and vote for him. That could be part of this operation as well.
Speaker 1 This is what people are saying. So I'm telling you, just giving you the details on this,
Speaker 1 the idea is that
Speaker 1 he would be the Republican nominee, and then they'd be able to take him out in the general because they think, again,
Speaker 1 there's a reason for some of this, by the way, okay?
Speaker 1 You're watching it happen right now.
Speaker 1 Right now, Mayorkas and the rest of them are down at the border. They're trying to negotiate and get a deal done, and they want to close that thing down a little bit.
Speaker 1 You've seen gas prices start to come down.
Speaker 1 They're going to start telling you every day and in every way on all the mass media mainstream channels, they're going to be telling you that the economy's not that bad. Interest rates are going down.
Speaker 1
Things are looking up. Look at Biden.
He's gotten us out of this mess. They're going to tell you that over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.
Speaker 1 And you tell a lie enough times and people start to believe it. That's what they're banking on.
Speaker 1
And they believe that they might be able, Biden still might be able to pull it off against Trump. But if he doesn't, they got a Plan B team lined up.
They've got Plan B ready ready to go.
Speaker 1 Switch him out, throw a fresh face, gruesome Gavin Newsom in there, maybe the Wolverine Queen Gretchen Whitmer in Michigan. Who knows?
Speaker 1 It doesn't matter where the face is because it's really about the people, the system, the people pulling the strings behind the scenes, the ones who are orchestrating the destruction, the chaos, the insanity.
Speaker 1 So that's that,
Speaker 1 who am I talking about? I'm talking about all the Obama holdovers, all the people that were in his administration and now in Biden's.
Speaker 1
There's a reason Obama never left D.C. when Trump was president.
You remember
Speaker 1 the first president to ever get a, you know, got a home there in D.C.
Speaker 1
Stick around. Wanted to see what was going on.
Wanted to be a part of the action.
Speaker 1 Here's the subhead from NBC. The decision by Maine's Democratic Secretary of State likely to fuel similar efforts in other states after Colorado's top court disqualified Trump from its ballot.
Speaker 1
So they're saying they hope this is something that picks up steam. But wait a minute.
There are Democrats behind the scene that says, don't get off the timeline here.
Speaker 1 We want him to be the primary winner. We want him to be the nominee.
Speaker 1 We don't want to really get him off the ballot or cause any issues until later on. And it doesn't matter whether they really pull him off ballots or not.
Speaker 1 That's not really what they're trying to do here. It's all about causing chaos, budding the name.
Speaker 1 They want to affect and impact those independent voters and go Trump. Oh,
Speaker 1
I don't know about that guy. I just want all the chaos, the noise to stop.
Just make it stop. Make it all go away.
Speaker 1 Well, here's the news. It never will.
Speaker 1 We must face it. We must face reality, but fight on
Speaker 1 with clarity. And I'll tell you how to do that coming up after this.
Speaker 1 The Glenn Back program.
Speaker 34 Your home is so much more than the place you live.
Speaker 35 It's an investment tool as well.
Speaker 36 And you can put that tool to use and access the equity that you have as cash to pay off those high-interest credit cards.
Speaker 14 Did you know the average credit card rate now is hovering around 25%?
Speaker 39 Some people are paying in 30-plus every single month.
Speaker 40 I mean, it's insane.
Speaker 8 If you're not paying that debt off in full every month, those fees are adding up and you just can't let that happen, which is why you need to look at your spending, spending, your financing, your debt.
Speaker 40 Better yet, let American Financing do that for you.
Speaker 7 This is a family-owned mortgage lender, they're not a bank, you're important to them.
Speaker 32 There's no pressure, no upfront, or hidden fees.
Speaker 42 If you call them today, you might be able to close in as fast as 10 days and even delay two mortgage payments.
Speaker 19 They're saving homeowners just like you an average of $826 a month.
Speaker 45 That could be life-changing.
Speaker 44 So, call today, 800-906-2440, 800-906-20440, American Financing.net.
Speaker 48 American Financing, NMLS, 1-8-2334, www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org
Speaker 48 Glenn Beck.
Speaker 50 Avoiding the woke mainstream messaging in favor of truth. More Glenn Beck in a moment.
Speaker 1 All of this noise and nonsense, all the chaos, some by radical leftists. This one, Secretary of State in Maine.
Speaker 1 Is it all for nothing?
Speaker 1
Well, I just went through the full story. She goes on MSNBC.
She goes on CNN. She goes on all these different
Speaker 1 cable news networks to brag about what she's done and how she's going to suspend Trump from the ballot in Maine. And then,
Speaker 1 thanks to one of the crack folks here uh at Lance back in the headquarters in Dallas says hey did you see this out of red state they've got this article where they show she in her note in her notice and she had written this down she suspended immediately suspended her decision
Speaker 1 yes you can't make this up well then why are you going on all these and then nobody's reported this either
Speaker 1 She says she's immediately suspended the decision and this is based on
Speaker 1 well, you know, there might be more for us to consider here
Speaker 1 I will suspend the effect of my decision until the Superior Court rules on any appeal
Speaker 1 and then she goes on to tell because the main court might have to weigh in on this and then of course the Supreme Court U.S.
Speaker 1 Supreme Court says given the compressed time frame the novel constitutional questions involved the importance of this case and impending ballot preparation deadlines I will suspend the effect so just like in Colorado so
Speaker 1
two things happened. Somebody got a hold of her.
Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait a second. You got to slow your roll here, Missy.
Speaker 1 You're messing with her timeline. Or
Speaker 1 there was another situation where she just said, well,
Speaker 1 I'm going to get a little PR publicity out of this and let it ride.
Speaker 1 Either way, this is what you're dealing with. Radical, wacky, kooky folks on the left who don't care about what they say they care about they don't care about you they don't care about democracy
Speaker 1 you know well we're defending democracy the guy who's attacking democracy is the one we're going to take off about that's what that that's
Speaker 1 there are 13 states that want to do this they say they're looking at doing this and this is all in the
Speaker 1 guise of the chaos in the circus leading up to all this. The question that I have to ask, and I think we'll ask coming up next after we talk to Julie Kelly: is, you know, what did they get?
Speaker 1 What are the chances they're going to get that insurrection conviction or something along those lines? I haven't been charged with you, but
Speaker 1 what are the chances that that happens? What are the chances that they do get what they want? And
Speaker 1
all of this as it pertains to the election interference. Make no mistake, folks.
This is what this is: election interference. Call it what it is
Speaker 1 in the 2024 election. What are the chances that that happens here?
Speaker 1 And then what is the plan?
Speaker 1 What is the plan?
Speaker 1 What do we do moving forward?
Speaker 1 We just hope and pray that people see through it all?
Speaker 1 Good questions.
Speaker 1
Look, I want to go actually to some good news here because I think you deserve some good news. In fact, there are some bright, shining moments.
Earlier, I told you.
Speaker 1
All of this is designed to make you feel hopeless and helpless. You can't do anything.
The chaos is everywhere, and there's nothing you can do. So just sit back and take it.
Speaker 1 That's what it's all designed to do and make you angry. And of course, I'm not an angry person.
Speaker 1 I've been accused, I guess, by some of the folks on the left and weirdos that I am, but I couldn't be happier.
Speaker 1
You know, I am concerned, and I hate to see what's happening in our country, but I know the answer is within all of us. In fact, that's the way the founders set this whole thing up.
You and I
Speaker 1 are, we're intended to be the ones who hold off
Speaker 1 the hordes of leftists, the people, the commis and Marxists, the people that want to destroy this country, the enemies
Speaker 1 and our way of life. And we're the ones who have to hold our government responsible.
Speaker 1 In fact, there are people all across the country doing that just now.
Speaker 1 In fact, I want to introduce you to three of them who are fighting back in ways.
Speaker 1 that
Speaker 1
I think you and I could probably do too. It's not always easy, but it is simple.
And the solution, as I said, is closer to home than it is in the swamp. So let's start.
Let's see. Where should we go?
Speaker 1
I want to start with Matt. Let's go to Matt on the phone lines.
Matt Cully is with us right now. Matt is actually in Maine.
Matt, what part of Maine are you in right now?
Speaker 51 I'm about 25 miles north of Augusta, the capital, where this Shannon Bellows case is going on.
Speaker 1 Okay, okay. So I got to ask you about that since we have you on the phone from the great state of Maine.
Speaker 1 What do you make of all this? Because I know Maine's kind of an interesting state. It's a mixed bag there in a lot of ways.
Speaker 1 But what would you,
Speaker 1 what do you make of this, this nonsense for her?
Speaker 56 Well, Maine's, it's, it's kind of a diverse state, and along the I-95 corridor, southern Maine is all liberal, and it starts at
Speaker 57 literally exit 52.
Speaker 56
North of that is all you know blue collar. People are just in an uproar about this.
It's all over Facebook and people are just really fed up about what's going on.
Speaker 56 Ms. Bellows really is out of touch with what's happening and
Speaker 59 people need to see that for what it is.
Speaker 1 Any truth that she has? Well, I know she has further political aspirations. Any truth that she wants to run for governor?
Speaker 56
I don't believe so. She tried to run for, I believe, senator.
She got,
Speaker 56 you know, she got handed pretty badly on that.
Speaker 56 I don't believe she, you know, do very well in that at all. I haven't heard anything about it.
Speaker 1
All right. And before we get into the meat and potatoes and what we're going to talk about today and why I had you on, the good news.
Say, can you say lobster for me real quick?
Speaker 58 Lobster.
Speaker 1
I love it. I love it.
Spelt L-O-B-S-T-A-H, by the way.
Speaker 1
There you go. I love it.
So now we know you really are from Maine. So, Matt, tell me what's going on in your state,
Speaker 1 because you're in an interesting situation.
Speaker 1 People across the country find themselves in a very similar spot and they've found ways to fight back. And it sounds like you are too.
Speaker 56 Yeah, I mean, the state of Maine is in a pretty precarious situation with
Speaker 1 these Chinese...
Speaker 56 companies and establishments coming in buying up properties. Our situation is they're buying up homes and doing these pot
Speaker 56 growing establishments and they're all China-based.
Speaker 56 You go to the council members and they say, oh, it's not a big deal. You cite sources and they say, oh, that's not a legitimate news organization.
Speaker 56 So they're always trying to discredit you as asking questions.
Speaker 58 And that's where we're at.
Speaker 56 And you can't get any transparency through your government,
Speaker 56 local, state, or federal, on the issues that we're looking at. So we've really stepped it up and tried to find out, hold people accountable transparency-wise with
Speaker 56
what we're looking at from our town. And we have several of these houses in our town, and it kind of follows the I-95 corridor right up through the state.
There's about 300 of them in there.
Speaker 56
The main wire has been doing a great investigative job on this. They're wonderful doing it.
It's just that we have no representation from our local politicians or state.
Speaker 1 We've seen this here in Michigan, where the Chinese Communist Party-linked battery company wants to put in a plant here
Speaker 1
where they will make these electric batteries. And, of course, the citizens here have stood up.
They've fought back.
Speaker 1
They've actually won some battle. Just the fact that people are getting involved, I think, is a win.
But they've won some battles. The war is not over.
China. But they have won some battles.
Speaker 1 And this is not very. So, what are you guys facing again? What is it exactly? Is it farmland or is it trying to put a battery plant or a factory or something like that where you are?
Speaker 60 No,
Speaker 51 marijuana has been a major booming industry, and the Chinese are buying up all these residential homes and converting them into illegal groves.
Speaker 51 And there's over 300 of them that the Chinese have bought in Maine.
Speaker 1 Wow.
Speaker 51 And to go in and say what's going on with that piece of property, you just met with resistance or I don't knows or, you know, that's fake news or something like that.
Speaker 54 They're all chase them back back and you can find out who owns them. And they're all Chinese-based companies and names.
Speaker 1 Is Hunter Biden involved in this at all? I have to ask.
Speaker 53
No, I mean, he could be. I don't know.
He's probably over there hanging out with them as well.
Speaker 1
Come on, man. You know, this is a very serious subject.
And it's just that these are illegal. So there's crime involved in this.
There could be violence involved in this,
Speaker 1 obviously.
Speaker 1 But any time you've got the Chinese Communist Party involved or any foreign entity involved in coming up and buying buying up either farmland or properties,
Speaker 1 homes in this case,
Speaker 1 there's a lot of concern. National security concern there, obviously crime, obviously issues with
Speaker 1 the things that could be going on there. But there are all sorts of things that I think the thing that this shines a light on the most is that, you know, the people.
Speaker 1 whether it be folks there in Maine or in Michigan or across the country, they're finding out that they just can't trust their elected officials, whether they're the people in D.C.
Speaker 1
or their state capital, even closer to home in these townships. A lot of these people have just sold them down a river and they're not paying attention until now.
No, not at all. Nothing at all.
Speaker 1 Yeah, they're being forced to now. Now they're kind of their arm is being twisted a little bit.
Speaker 1 Matt, I appreciate you taking the time to give us the update about what you're doing and how you're fighting back. What would you say to anybody who's listening to this?
Speaker 1 Because these are, look, these are small-town America stories this is what's happening in places all the country country they may be small towns but these are big victories because people are rising up what would you say to folks who are listening today to give them a little bit of inspiration as we head into the new year
Speaker 56 um as far as michigan goes they've helped us out a lot in maine hold your town councils accountable they can be replaced Every election has consequences, period, full stop.
Speaker 56 You can get them replaced and recalled. It's a lot of work, but it can happen and you can change the course of direction with votes.
Speaker 1
We are praying for you and hoping for more victory and news coming from Maine in the near future. Matt, thank you so much.
I appreciate you being here with us today on the Glowbeck program.
Speaker 1
Thank you. You got it.
Coming up, I got more stories. There's, in fact, a couple others that I want to introduce you to.
This story is about small town folks with big victories.
Speaker 1
And why is this important? Because, again, as I say, you're feeling hopeless and helpless. You're reading the headlines all the time.
You're not hearing about the wins.
Speaker 1 You're not hearing about what people are actually doing to fight back and why it matters and how it works.
Speaker 1 You're just constantly told that there's nothing, by the way, this is all from the corporate press, the people that are all behind this.
Speaker 1
There's nothing you can do. So just sit back and take it.
Well,
Speaker 1
I don't know about you, but I don't intend to do it. Not on my watch.
Not if I can help it. So more of the good news, the stories you won't hear anywhere else, right after this.

Talking small towns, big victories. This is what it looks like all across America.
Joining us right now, Bruce Baker and Amanda Piker. Bruce is from Michigan.
Speaker 1 Amanda from Illinois, but they're both facing a Chinese Communist Party-linked battery company trying to build in their areas, and they're fighting back. They're fighting the same fight.
Speaker 1 And I got to tell you, we've seen some victories here. Amanda, appreciate you joining us today on the Glen Back program.
Speaker 1 We don't have a lot of time here, but what are you facing and what are you doing to fight back?
Speaker 23 Hi, thank you for having me today.
Speaker 23 We are facing a Chinese lithium battery plant pretty much directly in our town. There are homes and schools and daycares less than a half a mile away from this plant.
Speaker 23 Some of these are within 1,200 feet.
Speaker 1 What has the response been from people there in Illinois?
Speaker 23 Well,
Speaker 23 basically, we don't want it in our town. The people have come together, and we have fought back fierce.
Speaker 23 We have created a website, we take donations, we fundraise, and we were able to hire Robbie Duby from Eklund and Blando to represent us.
Speaker 23 And on December 22nd, we filed suit in the Kakeke County Circuit Court.
Speaker 1 What can people do?
Speaker 1 If they want to help you, I know you said you got a website. What can people do?
Speaker 23
Our website is nogoshen-illinois.com, where we have have most of our information posted. We keep meetings up to date.
There is a link to donate through PayPal. And we also have a PO box.
Speaker 23 We have been able to raise about $40,000 in just a few months in order to fight back.
Speaker 1
Give that website again because the number is going to go up today. I know this audience, they want to support.
What is that website?
Speaker 23 Yes, sir. The website is nogoshen-illinois.com.
Speaker 1
Bruce Baker is facing the same fight against the same company in Michigan. It's like a coordinated attack.
Bruce, you guys have seen some victories too.
Speaker 1 I know you have a website where folks can donate as well, but tell us what you've seen and, of course, why you're optimistic and how people can fight back. We only have about a minute here, though.
Speaker 62
Sure. Yeah, Justin.
So
Speaker 62 we were effectively able to recall five out of the five township board members who are eligible to be recalled. We did a clean sweep of
Speaker 62 those five.
Speaker 62 And so that was a big success.
Speaker 62 But it's not over yet because
Speaker 62 a lot of paperwork was put in place.
Speaker 71 They had a lot of traction.
Speaker 62 And so we're now looking at what can the township board, the newly elected one, because the previous board, they just weren't listening.
Speaker 62 to the residents and to the voters. And so
Speaker 62 we were able to flip that board. And so now
Speaker 62 that board, the new board is going to be fighting
Speaker 62 to get Goshen to not come to Green Township in Macosta County. And
Speaker 62 we have a legal battle as well.
Speaker 1 Bruce,
Speaker 1 let me give folks that website, Protect Macosta, M-E-C-O-S-T-A, ProtectMacosta.org.
Speaker 1 Protectmacasta.org.
Speaker 1 But you're hearing real life Americans fighting back and winning. This is the Glenn Back program.

Speaker 1 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment. This is the Glenbach program.
Speaker 1 So is he on or is he off? Conflicting and confusing information coming out about Trump and the status on a ballots in places like Maine, Colorado, Michigan, even all across, I think, 13 states in all.
Speaker 1 Threatening to take him off the ballot because you know that's democracy.
Speaker 1 The fight continues what is coming next and of course in some of those court cases that president trump is facing julie kelly joined us coming up to discuss she's been following it all along with the latest in january 6th the folks who are still dealing with all of the things they're dealing with in the injustice system we'll talk about it all coming up your predictions for 24 as well justin barkley today in for glen on the glenback program we're back after this
Speaker 1 So
Speaker 1 go through the
Speaker 1 list of what happened yesterday. Again, just so you know, Colorado came out, the Secretary of State there after you seeing,
Speaker 1 you know, the Supreme Court there saying that they were going to kick Trump off the ballot.
Speaker 1 Then the Colorado Secretary of State said, no, we're just going to let the Supreme Court decide on this. He'll be on the ballot unless they say different.
Speaker 1 Yesterday, we get this story about the Secretary of State from Maine,
Speaker 1 the maniac Secretary of State, Sheena Bellows, has come out and said, we're going to boot Trump off the ballot here. She goes on CNN, she goes on MSDNC.
Speaker 21 I am so mindful, and I said this in my decision,
Speaker 21 that it is unprecedented.
Speaker 22 No Secretary of State has ever deprived a presidential candidate of ballot access based on section three of the 14th Amendment.
Speaker 1 But looks like she's not going to do it either. Now, that's a story.
Speaker 1
We've heard this story. This is going to happen.
It's going to happen. But today,
Speaker 1 I'm not hearing this report anywhere else. She, in her order, or the, I don't know, you can't even call it an order, but in her statement.
Speaker 1 She said she's suspending that decision immediately.
Speaker 1 In her words, she says, until the Superior Court or the Supreme Court or somebody else weighs it. So, what the heck is going on here? Because it's hard to keep this circus straight.
Speaker 1 These monkeys are out of control. And I got to tell you,
Speaker 1
you know, like I said, trying to make sense of it all is a full-time job. Thankfully, we have Julie Kelly for some of that.
Julie Kelly joining us now.
Speaker 1 I know she's been staying up to date on the latest with President Trump and some of the charges that he's facing, the January 6th folks that are locked up as we speak now as well.
Speaker 1 And this story as well. Julie, I appreciate you joining us today on the Glen Back program.
Speaker 75 Hey, Justin, thanks so much for having me on.
Speaker 1 Absolutely. So, did I get this right? I mean, did she make a much ado about nothing essentially? She's suspending this thing.
Speaker 76 That's what it sounds like. I mean, never, first of all, never trust an up talker.
Speaker 53 She talks like a 14-year-old girl.
Speaker 76 So that alone is disqualifying.
Speaker 1 You are so right.
Speaker 76 This is the same sort of narrative, optics, imagery, you know, sound bites that we've all been tormented by for almost now three years.
Speaker 76 But look, what the Colorado Supreme Court did, and now the main Secretary of State, what they're doing is filling a void, a vacuum of news,
Speaker 76 because the January 6th trial of Donald Trump is now basically on hold. So too is the classified documents trial in southern Florida.
Speaker 76 We are supposed to be inundated with news right now about jury proceedings and motions being filed about witnesses and exhibit lists and etc. etc.
Speaker 76 None of that is really happening because it's on hold pending the appeal of Judge Chutkin's immunity, denying Trump immunity in this matter in Washington, D.C.
Speaker 76 So now you have Democrat operatives stepping up to fill the void, the vacuum of news created by the suspension of both of these trials so far.
Speaker 76 And look, I think most Americans have caught on to this, that this is purely outside of the boundaries, obviously, of the law, but also
Speaker 76
outside of the boundaries of normal American politics. And I'm sure, I know our side finds it offensive.
I'm sure a lot of independents do as well.
Speaker 76 But this is not a healthy political party of the Democrats. And it certainly speaks to their fear that Donald Trump could beat Joe Biden next year.
Speaker 1 You know, that is interesting. And I, you know, I have to ask you because you are somebody who has
Speaker 1
made some points before. You said that they are, and I believe this is true because the left is not about, they don't care about the law.
They don't care about any of these. They arrested Trump.
Speaker 1
They arrested Bannon. They arrested Flynn.
They arrested Giuliani, Navarro, Roger Stone, all of them. They're trying to get Trump off the ballot.
They changed the voting laws,
Speaker 1
trying to to make all of these things happen. They work with big tech behind the scenes, all of these things happening.
And they're calling Trump and folks who are conservative.
Speaker 1 And I don't even know if it's conservative anymore, just people of common sense and attached to reality.
Speaker 1 And well connected to it, they're saying that we are the threat to democracy, which is wild to me. But they will stop at nothing.
Speaker 1 To your point, you've said before, you think they're only going to arrest him, but they're going to throw him in jail.
Speaker 1 Do you think, because essentially what all of this hinges on is a sort of charge for insurrection and eventually a conviction. Do you think they're going to get that?
Speaker 76 Well, look, the four accounts in Jack Smith's January 6th related indictment, of course, none of them are for insurrection or even seditious conspiracy yet. I will add that qualifier yet.
Speaker 76 Right, right.
Speaker 76 Jack Smith has a mess on his hands, not only because the trial date now, March 4th trial date is in jeopardy, very unlikely that is going to actually start on March 4th because of this immunity appeal moving forward.
Speaker 76 But Justin, two of the four counts in that indictment are now before the Supreme Court.
Speaker 76 The legitimacy of obstruction of an official proceeding, this 1512 C2 that I've written about extensively, really started writing in March of 2021,
Speaker 76 and then another conspiracy count related to obstruction. Half of his indictment now is in real jeopardy as the Supreme Court is going to finally review how the Department of Justice and at least 15
Speaker 76 DC judges have weaponized that statute against more than 300 January 5th defendants, including Donald Trump.
Speaker 76 So his indictment there is in real trouble.
Speaker 76 Now, what I sort of suspect, Justin, is that some of this theatrics from the Colorado Supreme Court and now out of Maine and other areas is to give Jack Smith some juice to seek what's called the superseding indictment against Donald Trump, finally indicting the six unindicted co-conspirators, bringing something like seditious conspiracy charges against Donald Trump.
Speaker 76
I would not be surprised. I've predicted this for a while.
It hasn't happened yet.
Speaker 76 But now with half of his indictment in jeopardy, now with, you know, he can go to a grand jury and bring what the Colorado Supreme Court ruled, even though it's on hold, or, you know, certainly the main Secretary of State, and add some
Speaker 76 bogus, but it doesn't matter in front of a D.C. grand jury, same people who would be on a D.C.
Speaker 76 regular jury, all Democrats, and seek a superseding indictment and really continue to escalate this thing through 2024. I would not put it past Jack Smith, the Department of Justice,
Speaker 76 or certainly
Speaker 76 Judge Chutkin allowing something like that to happen in her courtroom.
Speaker 1 So certainly they have a timeline.
Speaker 1 And whether or not they get convictions or whether or not any of this plays out, some of it, that doesn't really even matter because what they're trying to do is muddy the water enough as they can when it comes to the general
Speaker 1 that this would affect him. But
Speaker 1 what, you know, I guess when I look at these things, I have to kind of look at all the possibilities.
Speaker 1 We're doing predictions. The last few days here, we had
Speaker 1 Catherine Harridge on Meet the Depress the other day came out, or was it, no, it was
Speaker 1
the CBS show. She came out and said, Deface the Nation.
She said, well, we've got a
Speaker 1
black swan event that may be coming in 2024. I think we've been living in one for the last few years.
It's been ongoing. But
Speaker 1 I just thought, well, let's, okay, let's open up the phones and hear from the people. And I'm going to do that here in a little bit if you want to call N88727 back.
Speaker 1 But, Julie, I want to get your prediction for 2024. If you have something that you think stands out the most, certainly we've been hearing partially how you think some of this could play out.
Speaker 1 But if you, there's something that's just in your gut that you feel strongly about, 2024, what do we have to look forward to?
Speaker 1 And it could be about this or it could be about something altogether different. If you can hold on the line, I'm going to give folks a chance.
Speaker 1 I want you to think about that, chew that up a little bit, and we'll come back and get your prediction for 2024 after this. Sound good?
Speaker 1 It is.
Speaker 1 And certainly, we are
Speaker 1
unprecedented times. the new norm.
I hate all of that too, but there is no denying that
Speaker 1 we are in some
Speaker 1 certainly some interesting and some wild timings here, folks.
Speaker 1
That is a fact. Okay, quick break, and we're back with Julie Kelly, who joins us next.
I'm Justin Barkley, in for Glenn today on the Glen Beck program.
I mean, it's insane.
Speaker 8 If you're not paying that debt off in full every month, those fees are adding up and you just can't let that happen, which is why you need to look at your spending, your financing, your debt.
Speaker 40 Better yet, let American Financing do that for you.
Speaker 16 This is a family-owned mortgage lender.
Speaker 7 They're not a bank. You're important to them.
Speaker 44 So call today, 800-906-2440. 800-906-2440.
Speaker 40 AmericanFinancing.net.
Speaker 46 American Financing, NMLS, 1-8-2-3-3-4.
Speaker 48 www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org.
Speaker 1
All right. Here's that number for folks listening in.
That's 888-727-BEC. That's 888-727-B-E-C-K.
What do you see coming in the next year in 2024?
Speaker 1 We had some good ones over the last couple of days, but Julie Kelly joining us right now.
Speaker 1 I know that you've got your ear to the wire, ear to the ground on a lot of this stuff. You are paying more and closer attention than a lot of people are.
Speaker 1 Julie underscore Kelly 2 on X, if you want to follow her. But
Speaker 1 what are you seeing? What is your prediction? Look into that crystal ball. What do you see coming that your gut tells you about 2024?
Speaker 75 I think you are going to see a more rapid unraveling of the January 6th narrative.
Speaker 75 This is, as we know, the key, you know, the animating campaign issue for Democrats and for Joe Biden, because, because, of course, it extends out to what you just said, the bogus claims that Trump supporters or the right poses some dangerous threat to the country.
Speaker 75 So, everything is going to be tied to January 6th.
Speaker 75 In the meantime, Justin, you have things happening at the Supreme Court, not just the possibility that the Supreme Court will come back, perhaps even unanimously, and unleash a well-deserved, over
Speaker 75 long-deserved thrashing of the Department of Justice and the entire DC court system for allowing these individuals to be prosecuted for obstruction, be held in pretrial detention on that charge, and then sentenced to excessive prison time.
Speaker 75 That is just one aspect. Obviously, the Supreme Court will come down on a ruling on presidential immunity that will be a landmark decision that will set
Speaker 75 the course for this country, whether former presidents can be criminally prosecuted for things that they did while they were in office. That will be a landmark ruling as well.
Speaker 75 And of course, related to January 6th, is it okay for a president, as we know every president has done if they've lost to the opposing party, look at claims of voting fraud or try to shore up what was the most unstable election in American history, 2020?
Speaker 75 So that is going to be related to January 6th also. But there are also things, Steve Steve Bannon, obviously his conviction for contempt of Congress
Speaker 75
now is before the appellate court. They're considering that.
If they uphold his conviction, that will go to the Supreme Court.
Speaker 75 The use of terror enhancements at sentencing for January 6th defendants also will be before the Supreme Court.
Speaker 75 So now you have these convictions and what the courts have been doing to January 6th defendants finally making its way to the Supreme Court.
Speaker 75 And they will decide whether this has been, overall, a lawful criminal prosecution, which it has not, or so outside the bounds of what statutes and sentencing guidance were supposed to do,
Speaker 75 that they have abused their power, not just to DOJ, but these judges on both the district level and circuit court level as well. We could have a huge upheaval.
Speaker 75 especially if the Supreme Court comes back and reverses DOJ on this 1512 C2.
Speaker 75 There have to be calls for mass resignations and retirements at the Department of Justice and court system if that is the case.
Speaker 75 Also in Congress, I really truly believe that Representative Barry Lautermilk, who with Speaker Mike Johnson's consent, is slowly doing this rolling production. of security video from January 6th.
Speaker 75 I also believe that he is going to accelerate his own investigation, not just into January 6th, but the committee for destroying and concealing evidence that they produced during their quote unquote investigation.
Speaker 75 So that is my prediction for 2024, aside from all the other lawsure that's going on, what's happening with Jack Smith.
Speaker 76
And that's why they're so desperate to nail down the insurrection narrative. because they see it unraveling in the court system.
They see it unraveling in the media.
Speaker 76 They see it unraveling in Congress. Justin, you know this is a big issue for the base, for the Republican base.
Speaker 75 They want accountability for what's happened to now more than 1,200 Americans charged for January 6th, with new arrests announced every day practically,
Speaker 75 and certainly what's happened to Donald Trump and some of his associates. So I think this is why they're scrambling to kind of piece this back together and sustain it.
Speaker 75 because it's completely collapsing in the public square everywhere except on the far left and you know cable news like msnbc and cnn
Speaker 1 What about some of these folks that are being held? Do you think these folks, the January 6th, the folks that are being held in some of the worst conditions?
Speaker 1 I saw Congressman Louis Gomer talking about this the other day, saying, you know, we, and he was a judge at one point, saying, you know, we don't hold, we don't punish people.
Speaker 1 I mean, if
Speaker 1 the guy that stabbed two teenagers in New York City the other day, Grand Central Station, has been released.
Speaker 1 These criminals, real violent criminals, are are running the streets in cities all across this country.
Speaker 1 And they've got people locked up awaiting trial who were just walking around the grounds of the Capitol that day.
Speaker 1 Now, certainly there were some other folks that were involved in other things, too, but this is a fact, and it's abhorrent. Are these people going to get justice?
Speaker 1 Are they going to be released if all these things happen?
Speaker 75 You know, I believe in my gut that they will.
Speaker 75 You already see judges in Washington, including the new chief judge, James Bossberg.
Speaker 75 Yes, that James Bossberg of the FISA court, who are delaying sentencing for either convictions or plea deals on this obstruction count.
Speaker 75 Look, these judges know, and some of them have said in court, including judges who have refused to dismiss the count against January 6th defendants, they knew this was headed to the Supreme Court.
Speaker 75 They expressed doubt in their own courtrooms that the DOJ was accurately applying 1512-C2, but they didn't care because they are part of promoting this abusive retaliatory prosecution.
Speaker 75 And I'm talking about Trump judges too.
Speaker 75 In fact, Dabney Friedrich, a Trump appointee, she was the first judge to give her imprimatur on DOJ's use of 1512-C2. There's only one judge.
Speaker 75 who dismissed this count saying that it did not apply and that's Carl Nichols, another Trump appointee, and that's how it's gotten to the Supreme Court.
Speaker 75 So
Speaker 75 I do believe that justice is going to finally prevail for these people. It will be too late for a lot of them though, Justin.
Speaker 75 I mean, you already see some people who were convicted of 1512C2 who are already being released from prison after spending months over a year in pretrial detention, then sentenced to four years in prison.
Speaker 75 Now they're finally getting out.
Speaker 76 Where does Matthew Perna, who killed himself in February of 2022 after he pleaded guilty to 1512C2 thinking he was doing the right thing, and killed himself after he found out DOJ would seek years in prison for that charge?
Speaker 76 I mean, this has been so destructive. And that is why when the Supreme Court, and many people firmly believe that they are going to reverse how DOJ has used this, and this
Speaker 76 upholding, very tenuous upholding of it by the DC appellate court,
Speaker 76 This is going to,
Speaker 76 this should send a thunderbolt to the Department of Justice and the federal courthouse in Washington.
Speaker 1 From your lips to God's ears, Julie Kelly, where can folks follow you and catch up with you online and all the writing and good work that you do?
Speaker 76 Thanks, Justin. At my SubStech, Declassified with Julie Kelly, also Real Clear Investigations, and of course, Twitter, Julie underscore Kelly too.
Speaker 1 Julie Kelly, thank you for taking the time. Back with your predictions coming up next.

Speaker 50 As the mainstream media perpetuates the left's insanity, we're helping you fight back one truth at a time. More Glenn Beck next.
Speaker 1 Well, we are looking at a brand spanking new year and all that it holds right in front of us. What
Speaker 1 is that?
Speaker 1 2024. I will tell you that one thing is for certain.
Speaker 1 All of the chaos, the craziness, and the insanity that we've seen in the years
Speaker 1 prior here will
Speaker 1 certainly
Speaker 1 be a part of what we're facing in the year to come. But
Speaker 1 how wild will it get?
Speaker 1 That is part of the question, right? Want to hear from you today?
Speaker 1 I started filling in for Glenn on Wednesday
Speaker 1 this week, and we were talking about predictions. Wanted to give you an opportunity to weigh in.
Speaker 1 I love this audience.
Speaker 1 There is no more informed,
Speaker 1 more articulate audience. And of course, there is no one who knows
Speaker 1 this stuff, right?
Speaker 1 The news, what's really happening. There's nobody more connected to reality than folks who listen to this program.
Speaker 1
And so I opened up the phone lines. And boy, we've had some doozies.
Let me do that again today. Here's the number, triple-8-727-BEC.
That's 888-727BECK.
Speaker 1 888-727-B-E-C-K. But I also am available on the email, justin at justinbarklay.com.
Speaker 1
And boy, like I said, we got some real interesting predictions. It is the end of the year here.
We're wrapping things up in 23, moving ahead to 24.
Speaker 1 What are your predictions? What do you see coming?
Speaker 1 You don't have to give me more than one. You can just give me one's fine.
Speaker 1 Good news, too, is included in this.
Speaker 1 Now we got a lot of sky is falling, chicken little, you you know, everything's on fire because of course that is, you know, there, there is a good deal of truth to that.
Speaker 1 But I want to, I also want to open the door for some of the good things that you think may be on the horizon as we face the next year. I think you look, my goal.
Speaker 1 Whenever I do any, my show,
Speaker 1 which airs mornings in Detroit, on Detroit's News Talk Superstation 9, 10 a.m., before Glenn's show, 6 to 9,
Speaker 1 and when I'm on in West Michigan on Wood Radio, uh, I, I, my goal is always, no matter what I'm doing, to make sure you have all of it, the good, the bad, and the ugly, so that you can make the best decisions for you and your family.
Speaker 1 So, I don't, I'm not going to shy away from any of the most
Speaker 1 serious predictions, but I also welcome in some of the good news, some of the things you see, the optimism you see on the horizon, the hope.
Speaker 1 Those things are important. In fact,
Speaker 1 you know, I'm not the only one.
Speaker 1 I'm not the only one that thinks there ought to be
Speaker 1 a little more hope and that we ought to focus
Speaker 1
on some of that. And in moments, I'll give you an opportunity to hear what Glenn has to say about it all actually coming out.
And I'm sure he'll be talking more about this in the coming days.
Speaker 1 But back to the story, if I can, got some more audio bites that are coming in. The sound from
Speaker 1 Maine's maniac Secretary of State, Sheena Bellows, who's come out and said she's taken Trump off the ballot.
Speaker 1 And then immediately in her press release or letter that she put out, said, No, no, I'm immediately suspending this. But even though she went on seeing that, MSD and seeing the rest of them,
Speaker 1
she did all that. By the way, just listen to this because this is another aspect somebody shared with me.
Think about this. Listen to what she has to say here.
These are secretaries of state.
Speaker 1 Now, I know they run
Speaker 1
like here in Michigan. They're elected.
They run as partisans. They are.
In fact, she is a democrat she is a leftist hack
Speaker 1 but we are we are supposed to believe
Speaker 1 that these individuals are above and beyond reproach these are the people that look that they
Speaker 1
They are going to uphold the law. And of course, you can't even criticize them because they're not going to get into politics and all that.
But of course, they're fully entrenched in it.
Speaker 1 We're supposed to believe that these people would never cheat.
Speaker 1 Now, we have a secretary of state in Michigan, goes by the name of Jocelyn Benson.
Speaker 1 She wants to run for governor here next time around.
Speaker 1 So she's trying to play her cards right. Jocelyn Benson is the most lawless Secretary of State in the history.
Speaker 1 of the great state of Michigan, in my humble opinion.
Speaker 1 Multiple times
Speaker 1
she's lost in court cases and rulings. In fact, one judge ruled, we're told 2020, the most secure, the most safe, the most effective.
Oh, that was something else.
Speaker 1 We're told it was the most secure election of all time
Speaker 1 in 2020.
Speaker 1 In fact, a judge has ruled that she broke the law. A lot of the issue and a lot of the question surrounding the election of 2020, the mail-in voting, the mail-in ballots.
Speaker 1 Now, we
Speaker 1 know for a fact what I'm about to tell you is not crazy, wacky, tinfoil hat wearing, come down into the bunker with me conspiracy theory stuff. No, this is a fact.
Speaker 1 A judge ruled that she broke the law when she told clerks, that's local clerks,
Speaker 1 that they didn't have to inspect
Speaker 1 the absentee ballots or the absentee ballot signatures that came in.
Speaker 1
They didn't have to verify. So essentially, that's leaving the door wide open for fraud.
We now know, also, that happened in the state at the same time.
Speaker 1 While all this was going on, there was a massive operation from Democrat operatives. It took place not only here in Michigan, but all throughout the country as well and throughout the state.
Speaker 1 But they were busted in a little town of Muskegon, Michigan, where a clerk found somebody delivering. They were going out, part of this operation, going out and registering people to vote.
Speaker 1
These are absentee voter applications, and many of them were fraudulent. They are found to be that they were the same handwriting on every single one of them.
Go back, look this up. I think, was it
Speaker 1 Gateway Pundit?
Speaker 1 They did a lot of reporting on this. In fact, it's local news channel did reporting on it back in October of 2020.
Speaker 1 So the attorney general here, who's gone out and charged 16 different alternate electors, she's going after people right and left, her political opponents.
Speaker 1 The same kind of people that are up to Donald Trump, President Trump right now, trying to charge him with all these things. These are the same folks.
Speaker 1
She hasn't dealt with this individual who was out there in this operation. They knew the whole time.
They knew.
Speaker 1
They knew what was going on. They knew the game.
Passed it along to the Department of Injustice and the FBI. And apparently Bill Barr sat on it.
Speaker 1
Nothing was done. They knew what was happening, and nothing was done.
Nothing has come out of this.
Speaker 1 So you have this operation happening where they're registering falsely addresses that weren't real, handwriting that matched on multiple ballots.
Speaker 1 It's the same person filling the thing out over and over again. And then you got a Secretary of State here in Michigan telling people, oh, no, no, no, don't look at the clerks.
Speaker 1 Don't look at those signatures. We don't care.
Speaker 1 And we're supposed to believe that the Secretary of State in Maine and the rest of them and these Democrat, leftist, progressive enclaves, we're supposed to believe that their election and every election that they
Speaker 1 oversee is nothing but fair and honest.
Speaker 21 Again, I am so mindful, and I said this in my decision,
Speaker 22 that it is unprecedented. No Secretary of State has ever deprived a presidential candidate of ballot access based on Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
Speaker 22 But no presidential candidate has ever engaged in insurrection and been disqualified under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
Speaker 1 Including the one that she's targeting and trying to take off the ballot.
Speaker 1 It's so shifty. It's so shady that even CNN's own legal analyst says this won't cut the mustard.
Speaker 2 Is were the processes, were these hearings fair? Did they comport with due process? And I think there's a question there with regard to what Maine did.
Speaker 2 Because if you look at the hearing, and she details this in the ruling, they heard from one fact witness, a law professor.
Speaker 2 She based her ruling on a lot of documents, but also YouTube clips, news reports, things that would never pass the bar in normal court. She's not a lawyer, by the way.
Speaker 2
It's a smartly written decision, clearly consulted with lawyers, but this is an unelected. She's chosen by the state legislature.
Elected by the state.
Speaker 2
Chosen elected by the legislature, but not democratically elected. Not a knock.
That's just the way it's set up in Maine. And this hearing, look, it doesn't have to be a criminal trial.
Speaker 78 We don't have to have all the protections.
Speaker 2 But I think the argument you'll hear from opponents is, one, not up to the states to do this. This is why we have all different decisions from all different states.
Speaker 2 And two, the procedures, we're not up to snuff.
Speaker 1 It is phony baloney, in other words. Even CNNs, legal analysts saying, it is a show of excremental proportions.
Speaker 1
There's no getting away and getting around it. That's just a fact.
All right. I'm going to get your predictions 2024, and we'll even hear from Glenn coming up.
You want to join N 888727 back?

Speaker 1 Predictions for 2024. We're wrapping up the year here and put, as I put this, sort of the
Speaker 1 sort of the seal the deal here and the closing, finishing touches on everything. We are looking forward to 2024 and what might be on the way.
Speaker 1
It's Justin Barklay in for Glenn today on the Glenn Back program. I appreciate being able to spend the time with you.
I tell you, this is an honor.
Speaker 1 Every time I have the fortune to sit down, it's just a blessing to be able to spend time with this audience. And of course, I look forward to it each time I get to fill in and sit in this chair.
Speaker 1 It is an honor. But
Speaker 1
one of the bigger parts of that is the audience. It is the folks that listen to this program, just like you.
You are in touch with reality like none other. You know.
Speaker 1
You know what's up and what's down. We don't have to have discussions on what a woman is or anything.
Look, we're just plain old-fashioned common sense, but the truth is alive and well here.
Speaker 1 But you also have a firm grasp on
Speaker 1 what may be coming. And of course,
Speaker 1 I don't think that's hard to do when you have the ability to think critically and you are aware. And more and more people are waking up.
Speaker 1 But it is programs like this that are making that happen. And
Speaker 1
that's why I wanted to ask you what your predictions are for 2024. And there are going to be some good ones.
There are going going to be some dire ones. But I want to hear the good, bad, and the ugly.
Speaker 1 I think that's the best way that each of us can make the best decision for our families and the folks we care about. Let me go to Matt in Michigan, who is up first in my...
Speaker 1
current home state of Michigan. Matt, appreciate you joining us today with your 2024 prediction on the Glenn Beck program.
What do you see coming?
Speaker 79 Well, I see a couple of things, actually, but
Speaker 79 with I think it's going to be a clean sweep in all three of the branches.
Speaker 79 And I really look for Trump to carry almost a landslide. I think people are just so sick of things right now that any kind of change at all would work.
Speaker 79
But the twenty seats up for grabs or thirty three seats, I believe, in the Senate. And with twenty of them being Democrats, I think that's good.
I don't think that's going to be a little turnover.
Speaker 79 I think that's going to be
Speaker 79 with the Republicans taking it by three or four seats.
Speaker 59 So
Speaker 1 let me ask you, Matt,
Speaker 1 I love to think that it would be a clean sweep, but I'm not. I can't bring myself to
Speaker 1 say that I'm necessarily that
Speaker 1
naive. I got to ask you that.
What do you think has changed? What swayed voters or what do you think has changed? Assuming, let's say it was rigged
Speaker 1 like Trump says in 2020, what has been fixed or what has been changed to allow that to happen in 2014? Well,
Speaker 80 I think one of the things is like 22, we thought it was going to be a red wave, and it turned out not to be, and I think for the number one reason of abortion.
Speaker 80 So I think abortion's going to be on the back burner.
Speaker 1
Now, you know that. You know that, and I know that, but you know who knows that even more so? It's Democrats.
So we're seeing them bring that up, and they want to make that front and center again.
Speaker 1 And especially in some of these battleground states, they're trying to get these initiatives done.
Speaker 1 What makes you think they're not going to pull that card out again?
Speaker 80 Because I just don't think that that's what people are worried about right now. Right now, they're worried about 10 million.
Speaker 80 people in their country walking. I don't know if you've seen it in Michigan, but I have here in Shelby Township.
Speaker 71 Asking for food and,
Speaker 80 you know, and that's going to only get worse. It's not going to get better.
Speaker 1 I agree. And, you know, and Matt, I don't mean to, but
Speaker 1
I got to cut you off just a little bit here because you and I are on the same page. But that's because you and I are in touch with reality.
But let me ask, because you know, not everybody.
Speaker 1
is in touch. Oh, no, did he, did we just lose him? I was going to ask the question.
Okay, so here's the question.
Speaker 1 If we get Matt back, or for you to ponder as you're listening, because I didn't mean to cut him off altogether, but here's, here's what, here's the question I want to ask.
Speaker 1 You and I know that the border's wide open, that, and Michigan's one of the states, one of the top, you know, I think it's 5'10 that they're bringing folks to.
Speaker 1
We know that we have crime through the roof. We know that we have major issues, the economy.
Oh, it's the economy, stupid. Think about the economy right now.
It's more expensive for everything.
Speaker 1 I just saw a meme posted online that says your bill is ready to be viewed. And the person said, what if I'm not ready to view it?
Speaker 1 So,
Speaker 1
look, we can either laugh or cry about this. But seriously, everything is more expensive.
But my question is this. You and I know this.
Speaker 1 But what about the folks on the other side of the aisle, the other people that don't listen to the same radio programs? They don't consume the same podcast media that you do.
Speaker 1 They're not in touch with reality. What about those folks?
Speaker 1 Just a look, it's a fair question to ask. I want to get into that too.
Speaker 1 When we come back, we'll get more of your predictions after this good, bad, and ugly Justin Barkley in for Glenda Day and the Glenn Back program. This is the Glenn Beck program.
Speaker 1 Got no room to compromise.
Speaker 1 We gotta stand together, it's the corner survived.
Speaker 1 Stand up straight and hold the line.
Speaker 1 It's a new day of time to rise.
Speaker 1 what you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment. This is the Glenback program.
Speaker 1 We've heard of all kinds of catastrophe and the Black Swan event.
Speaker 1 Maybe even some good things coming our way
Speaker 1 for 2024. Despite all of the negativity, all the darkness that we face, and there's plenty of it, maybe there's a reason to hang on to hope.
Speaker 1 What's coming in 2024? We'll hear from you, your predictions, and even Glenn.
Speaker 1
I think I may have a solution for everything we face too. Coming up, we'll get into all of it.
Justin Barkley in for Glenn today on the Glenn Back program back after 60 seconds.
Speaker 28 Your home is so much more than the place you live.
Speaker 35 It's an investment tool as well.
Speaker 36 And you can put put that tool to use and access the equity that you have as cash to pay off those high interest credit cards.
Speaker 14 Did you know the average credit card rate now is hovering around 25%?
Speaker 38 Some people are paying in 30 plus every single month.
Speaker 40 I mean, it's insane.
Speaker 44 So call today, 800-906-2440. 800-906-2440 AmericanFinancing.net.
Speaker 46 American Financing, NMLS, 1-8-2-3-3-4.
Speaker 47 www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org.
Speaker 1 Yeah,
Speaker 1 we are hearing about all of the stories that are happening, swirling around us right now.
Speaker 1 The border will remain a big one in 2024, unless the Democrats are able, somehow, Biden is able to wrangle it and put the brakes on. You know,
Speaker 1 they've been the ones behind it.
Speaker 1 They have been the ones who are
Speaker 1 pushing for all of this, but they're starting to see some backlash.
Speaker 1 And that may be one of the things that you see shifts a little bit in 2024. Even the Democrat mayor of New York City, Eric Adams.
Speaker 81 We're seeing the erosion of the quality of life that we've improved on in such a short period of time of this administration. And we have been impacted.
Speaker 81 For many months, we were able to keep the visualization of this crisis from hitting our streets, but we have reached the breaking point.
Speaker 1 Breaking point? This is language being used,
Speaker 1 folks all across the spectrum. Chicago mayor, even wackier leftist,
Speaker 1 Mayor Brandon Adams, said they are on the verge of collapse.
Speaker 82 If in Chicago, anywhere else in the country,
Speaker 82 the public good is already stressed.
Speaker 82 Whether it's our transportation system, our healthcare system, our education system, you know, all of these systems are already stretched to meet the demands of families who have been here.
Speaker 82 You know, over the past seven months, it's been
Speaker 82 an incredible strain on every aspect of city services and in Chicago or anywhere else in the country.
Speaker 82 The public good is already stressed.
Speaker 82 Whether it's our transportation system, our healthcare system, our education system, you know, all of these systems are already stretched to meet the demands of families who have been here.
Speaker 1 And then you add everyone else into the mix and you get what they got right now, which ain't good.
Speaker 1 Even CNN is talking about how big of a problem this is
Speaker 1 for Biden right now.
Speaker 1 This is why Mayorkis is down there with the rest of the folks in Mexico trying to work some of this. Can you put the brakes on this?
Speaker 1 Can there something you can do to help us, you know, through the election year here?
Speaker 78 Blue states are seeing the most google searches related to illegal immigration as more americans say it's a top issue what do voters think about immigration right now yeah it's becoming a real top issue here so the top issue facing the nation look the economy is still number one it was number one in august it's number one now but take a look at the immigration slash border security it was just at 11 in august look where it's hopped to now 19 so it's closing in on the economy in a number of different polls i've looked at immigration and border security is running a closer second place to the economy as we had in the 2024.
Speaker 78
And you might be thinking, Phil, okay, this is just Republican voters who are feeling this way. No.
But I want you to take a look here because I think this is rather interesting.
Speaker 78
The most Google searches for migrants by state. Look at all these states, Phil.
They're all blue states. Illinois is one.
New York is two. Massachusetts is three.
New Jersey is four. Colorado is five.
Speaker 78 And of course, there's been a lot of talk about the migrant crisis in both Illinois and New York.
Speaker 78 And it seems like even voters in those states, very blue states, states that Democrats win in general elections, are they've had enough.
Speaker 1
They've had enough. So what you're going to watch and see in 2024, my prediction is they're going to try and tell you over and over again, now the economy's back on track.
Look at everything.
Speaker 1
We've got interest rates coming down. Gases drop.
You're seeing the price of gas drop right now.
Speaker 1 The price of things at the grocery store probably ain't going anywhere because
Speaker 1 it's kind of baked in. And once it goes up, do you ever see it come down?
Speaker 1 No.
Speaker 1 But they're going to tell you over and over and over and over, lie and lie and lie in the eye, over and over again, through the mechanism of the mainstream media machinery.
Speaker 1 They're going to tell you that it's fine and everything's good and Biden's got us back on track.
Speaker 1 And they're going to try and get these pictures and the video that we're seeing of people coming across the border off your TV screens.
Speaker 1
That is going to be the big goal because those are the two biggest issues that they are facing. And Biden owns it all.
He owns it.
Speaker 1
He owns it all. Just a couple of my predictions there for 2024.
I got more coming up. I'd love to hear from you.
Even some good news.
Speaker 1 We'll get to Bob in Kentucky first with your predictions on the Glenn Beck program, 888-727-BEC. Bob, you're on.
Speaker 79 Good morning.
Speaker 83 How are you?
Speaker 1 Morning, great.
Speaker 57 Let's talk about government spending and waste. The Infrastructure Act that is set to release billions of dollars to states starting next year when our
Speaker 58 supply chain is not ready.
Speaker 57 We've already talked about a shortage of workers.
Speaker 79 We've been putting people to school, getting degrees, but we've not been putting people to blue-collar trades and filling up the trades.
Speaker 55 But yet we're going to spend billions of dollars on infrastructure, broadband investment, and there is not enough supply chain.
Speaker 57 The debacle of COVID, shutting down factories is still plaguing us today.
Speaker 57 Ordering equipment and tools takes years to get, but yet next year we're supposed to start this big program.
Speaker 1 Do you see a breakdown further than what we say? What do you see coming, Bob?
Speaker 71 I see a waste. I see a lot of opportunity for fraud
Speaker 71 and this government money to flow into hands of people that aren't going to actually spend it.
Speaker 71 They're going to show effort, but they're not going to complete the work because they can't complete the work, and it's just going to be another failed government program.
Speaker 1 Yeah, well,
Speaker 1 you don't have to have a crystal ball for that one, but Bob, I do appreciate it. Thank you very much.
Speaker 1 That's par for the course of these bloated government projects and programs.
Speaker 1 And we're going to spend more and more money. And again, where does it come from? I saw the other day, governor here in Michigan, free lunches for the kids and free breakfasts and free, free, free.
Speaker 1
And then I saw another state where they said, we're getting rid of this. We're passing a law where you can't say free.
Well, no, that wasn't a state. What was
Speaker 1 Milaya down in Argentina? Said we could get rid of that word free because it's not, it's not true.
Speaker 1 You mean the farmers gave the food that make these lunches free?
Speaker 1
No, no, no, no, no. You and I paid for it.
So taxpayer funded would be the
Speaker 1
better word for that. Dan in Oregon is up next with a big prediction for 2024.
Dan, what do you see coming?
Speaker 52 First, the good news.
Speaker 52 There's lots of good folks in this country who believe in righteousness, and there's hope.
Speaker 52 Let me give you a little background. I specialize in critical thinking.
Speaker 52 Three years ago, I thought, hey, the one thing we get really important, let's get some integrity back in the elections. Of course, that didn't happen.
Speaker 52 Now, moving on to my black swan event.
Speaker 52 I've been talking about this for a long, long time and now other people are saying, oh yeah, gee, there might be terrorists.
Speaker 61 Well, yeah, duh.
Speaker 52 And here's what I think the terrorists are going to do.
Speaker 52 Our country's never been so vulnerable
Speaker 52 in many, many ways, from the economy to energy to everything. But
Speaker 52 I think, think, you know, and it was demonstrated there on the East Coast a couple years ago, some Yehus with 30 caliber rifles, I think, shots.
Speaker 51 Transformer.
Speaker 60 Hey, why'd Set Powder?
Speaker 52 All right. So imagine
Speaker 52 you have
Speaker 52 thousand, tens of thousand operatives, terrorists.
Speaker 61 They're already equipped and they've got their mission.
Speaker 52
They're all assigned various substations around the country. They're pretty vulnerable.
And, you know, so you got small teams.
Speaker 52
They go to a substation, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, shoot all the transformers. That's all you've got to do.
Run a.30 caliber slug into a transformer.
Speaker 1 Yeah.
Speaker 52 And they take out thousands and thousands of transformers.
Speaker 52 All right, well, we got hundreds of replacements.
Speaker 53 That ain't going to help.
Speaker 1
And if you want to replace them, I know, because I got a friend who works in this field. It all comes from China.
And it'll take years and years to get done, and it's going to leave us in the dark.
Speaker 1 Bob, I appreciate your prediction.
Speaker 1 This is a very
Speaker 1 real concern, and Bob is absolutely right to be thinking about it. I just wish the folks in power would be thinking about it and taking it a little more seriously as well.
Speaker 1
Another prediction or two headed your way coming out. Plus, we got breaking news out of Ohio.
88-727-BECK is the phone number. Breaking news out of Ohio next.
Speaker 1 Justin Barkley in for Glenn on the Glenn Beck program. Sona!
Speaker 15 Your car is like an extension of you, am I right?
Speaker 64 It goes wherever you go, from work to the gym, picking up the kids, dining out, visiting grandma.
Speaker 20 So when your car breaks down, it's kind of like you're breaking down.
Speaker 67 At least you will from the cost of fixing it.
Speaker 26 Am I right?
Speaker 14 But fear not, because Car Shield has your back, like they've had mine with my trucks up at the ranch.
Speaker 67 Don't worry about how much it's going to cost to fix your car when it breaks down because you'll have a protection plan like I do with CarShield.
Speaker 6 It covers more than 5,000 parts from alternators to big-ticket items like transmissions.
Speaker 66 You pay by the month with no long-term contract commitment, and the cost will never go up thanks to CarShield's price lock guarantee.
Speaker 15 No matter how many claims you file, no matter what happens with inflation, you're stuck on the side of the road.

Speaker 1 Breaking news out of Ohio, Governor DeWine, their Republican, has announced that he will veto
Speaker 1 a bill that would ban the gender-affirming
Speaker 1 care, as they call it, or treatments for my this is all of the hormone therapy, all of the NIPTUC, all of that stuff
Speaker 1 for kids. The wine says he will veto its House Bill 68 after speaking with physicians
Speaker 1 and families impacted. I've also listened to youth, he says, and parents, parents who have told him, if not for this treatment, their child would be dead.
Speaker 1 It is child abuse.
Speaker 1 And I just don't see any other way around this.
Speaker 1 That is
Speaker 1 a very unfortunate decision by a man who
Speaker 1 is a Republican, masquerading as a Republican in the state of Ohio.
Speaker 1 Look,
Speaker 1 this is pretty simple to me. Your kid can't get a tattoo.
Speaker 1 Can't get a piercing in the state of Ohio without parental consent at the age of 18. You know, these are things that are pretty simple, pretty standard.
Speaker 1 We would not allow that to happen to a minor in any other way.
Speaker 1 So, why would we allow any other permanent things that could do permanent damage to children to be done before they've been able to actually
Speaker 1 make their final decision on things? And how many people have we heard from over and over again
Speaker 1 when they have said, I went through with this, I did this, and it was
Speaker 1 it was the worst decision of my i regret it
Speaker 1 chloe i i can't remember chloe's last name one of the folks who was out there talking about this very vocal about it
Speaker 1 i've actually um i don't know if we've got the is the guest uh
Speaker 1 is the guest ready we got adam
Speaker 1 who has a
Speaker 1 similar story oh we'll get that a bottom of the hour here coming up in uh in about 10 minutes or so but that's similar story a dad who's fighting this fight out in California.
Speaker 1 I just can't imagine. And he's been going on and on and on for years now out in California
Speaker 1 dealing with this and has lost custody. Can you imagine as a father losing
Speaker 1 custody of your child in a situation like this?
Speaker 1 The world has gone crazy.
Speaker 1 But look, let's get some good news and predictions as well. David is in New York with some good news.
Speaker 1 Maybe a positive prediction, I'm hoping. Dave, you're on the Glitback program.
Speaker 85
Yes, sir. Thank you.
Love the show.
Speaker 85 I watched an interview with Charles Schultz, the writer of The Peanuts.
Speaker 85 And he said that the common man,
Speaker 85 the one that takes out his own trash and mows his own lawn, will be the one that helps this country continue being this country. He will just get up out of his chair, take care of his own business.
Speaker 85 And I grew up watching the Waltons.
Speaker 85 And I think that every town, every county has a John Walton in him. Just that wise guy that quietly gets up and takes care of his family, his job,
Speaker 85
and quietly votes. Nobody knows if he's a Republican or Democrat.
Just got that common sense, right and wrong.
Speaker 85 You would not know
Speaker 85 what party he's from.
Speaker 85 You'll never question if he's racist.
Speaker 85
He will open doors for ladies. That will all come back.
I don't know what event will send it back,
Speaker 85 but this country is a great country.
Speaker 85 And
Speaker 85 I just feel that it's just going to continue.
Speaker 85 That's just my prediction.
Speaker 1
Dave, from your lips to God's ears, I certainly hope so. Thank you.
I don't, that's a good question. What will
Speaker 1 make that what will make that come back? What could fuel that? You know, Glenn was talking about that. We got a clip here, some of the best of the best from last year and predictions, etc.
Speaker 1 Glenn actually was talking about this,
Speaker 1 and this didn't happen on the program. This happened while he was out,
Speaker 1 I guess, talking
Speaker 1 to folks doing the
Speaker 1 tour with the covenant that he was discussing,
Speaker 1 you know, what may be
Speaker 1 on the horizon and
Speaker 1
his calling and how it shifted. And it has a great deal to do with that hope that the caller just talked talked about.
I want to play some of this.
Speaker 1 I don't know how much we're going to be able to get to, but I'm going to play some of this before the break for you. Here's Glenn.
Speaker 11 Two weeks ago just ended last Friday.
Speaker 63 And
Speaker 77 I'm not sure yet, because while I knew I had to show up,
Speaker 1 he got a little
Speaker 35 mushy with me and is like, you figure it out.
Speaker 15 And I think what he's telling me is something that I have prayed for for a long time.
Speaker 11 I think he's releasing me from my calling,
Speaker 77 my calling to warn.
Speaker 63 There's a new calling coming, and it is hope.
Speaker 77 All those that could hear the warning have heard the warning.
Speaker 49 It's time now to join with people
Speaker 49 and focus.
Speaker 1 He wins.
Speaker 1 I don't know what that means for us, but he wins.
Speaker 1 He has us.
Speaker 11 The one thing I got in all those last two weeks is, I know you.
Speaker 1
I got you. I got you.
Let it go. You know,
Speaker 32 when Satan, you know, comes up to the Lord, it's not like the Lord is like, oh, I'm going to meet Satan again today.
Speaker 11 You're dismissed.
Speaker 1
That's good. All right.
You're dismissed.
Speaker 1
I got to tell you, this is absolutely. I know this is right.
In fact, I felt the very same
Speaker 1 way for quite some time now.
Speaker 1
We've got to give people hope. Not talking about false hope.
I'm talking about real hope and the truth. And look,
Speaker 1 I've got another clip later on that I think will put a cap on this program today.
Speaker 1 The solution.
Speaker 1 The solution to it all
Speaker 1 of how we get things back on track.
Speaker 1 where that all plays out. That's coming up a little bit later on on the Glenn Beck program, but telling you the solution, just like the caller just mentioned,
Speaker 1 sort of like what Glenn just mentioned.
Speaker 1 It is, it's partly God, it's us, it's us leaning into the call, leaning into all that God has planned for us and the nation, then our own lives, but also the nation. And it's us
Speaker 1 putting faith to our feet and having the courage to walk it out, because it's not always easy,
Speaker 1 but it's simple. And as the college just mentioned,
Speaker 1 if the same folks that take out their own trash mow their own lawns and do everything that they do to keep this country moving on a daily basis, just get up out of our chairs and we would just
Speaker 1
do whatever it is that needs to be done on a daily basis, the call that God's laid before you, and you'll know it. You ask him.
If you're not sure, ask him what what it is.
Speaker 1 We'll get this country back on track. The Glenn Back Program.

Speaker 50 Avoiding the woke mainstream messaging in favor of truth.
Speaker 1 Can you imagine, as as a parent,
Speaker 1 being able to see your kid and for years as
Speaker 1 they are toyed with and
Speaker 1 all sorts of things beyond your control, and the government has stepped in and said that you're the problem.
Speaker 1 That is what's happening to a man out of California, and he's dealing with it right now with his child. Adam Veena joins us right now with this story that is heartbreaking.
Speaker 1 Adam, I saw your story and heard a little bit about it and thought it deserved a spotlight so that you could share what's happening and folks could come alongside you and support.
Speaker 1 And not only that, but be aware of what's happening out there because it is an important story. Thank you for joining us today on the Glen Back Program.
Speaker 1 Yeah, thank you.
Speaker 83 Thank you for having me. I appreciate you taking the time out to
Speaker 83 listen to my
Speaker 83 story.
Speaker 83 It's been a wild roller coaster for myself for the last
Speaker 83 four years.
Speaker 83 It started, my son is now five years old
Speaker 83 and it started, he started, his mother started dressing him in
Speaker 83 girls' clothes at two years old.
Speaker 83 And
Speaker 83 I spoke out against it to her and I thought it had stopped. But on my son's third birthday,
Speaker 83 is when he told me that his mom had bought him a pink princess dress. And I got down on one knee and looked him in the eyes and I told him, hey, buddy, you're a boy and boys don't wear dresses.
Speaker 55 And he said, okay, daddy.
Speaker 83 We went back to cake and ice cream for his birthday.
Speaker 83 And a couple days later,
Speaker 83 it was really, really bugging me, really bad, because this wasn't the first time. This was the second time that it had happened.
Speaker 83 And
Speaker 55 I sent out
Speaker 83 46 consecutive text messages to her stating that he's a boy, not a girl. Stop dressing my son in girls' clothes.
Speaker 83 Never once in any of those text messages were there any threats of violence to him or her, nor has there ever been any physical violence to my son or to her.
Speaker 83 But she was able to gain a temporary restraining order on me, which put me
Speaker 83 on a restraining order against my son
Speaker 83 and herself.
Speaker 83 And
Speaker 83 once it got into the court system,
Speaker 83 it seems like it has completely spiraled out of control
Speaker 55 for me, for his grandparents.
Speaker 55 And
Speaker 55 I don't know,
Speaker 55 I don't know what to do.
Speaker 83 I've had a lot of support, but the court system has, and the attorneys and the therapists have
Speaker 83 destroyed me.
Speaker 83 and more importantly, they've completely and completely brainwashed my son.
Speaker 83 The California courts ordered a gender assessment to be done on my son, which I spoke out against, and they continued with that.
Speaker 83 When I requested to sit in on the assessment, to be physically there as his father to ask my own personal questions, that was denied.
Speaker 83 I requested a child therapist to sit in, not to sway left or right on this situation, but just to figure out what questions and how they were going to determine whatever they were going to determine.
Speaker 83 And that was denied. And I was also denied a physical phone call with the doctor from Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.
Speaker 1 What are you...
Speaker 1 What is any hope on the horizon for you? I mean, all of this just seems insurmountable. I know as a father, I never stop fighting for my kids.
Speaker 1 What's on the horizon here?
Speaker 60 My attorney,
Speaker 60 the new attorney that I have now is absolutely amazing.
Speaker 60 But
Speaker 60 the chips are, I mean, we are actually up against,
Speaker 60 I'm David, and we're up against the Goliath, which is the state of California, because what they
Speaker 60 believe what she is doing and what the therapists and the doctors and the attorneys are doing to my son is right. I mean they refer to my son in court as my daughter.
Speaker 60 My son now has she-her pronouns at five years old and he goes by a girl's name. I have never once been sat down as the father to my son to ask what I think is going on with him.
Speaker 60 It has been 100% one-sided. And mind you, the
Speaker 60 Children's Hospital of Los Angeles stated that my son has gender curious. He's never been diagnosed with gender dysphoria, but yet the system is still treating my son as if he has gender dysphoria.
Speaker 60 And
Speaker 60 I say it every time I talk to people that
Speaker 60 the system has treated my son from A to Z.
Speaker 60 They're not treating my son A, B, and C and D. I mean, most doctors or therapists should
Speaker 60
treat something A, B, and C and work their way way up. But in my son's case, they just went from A to Z with my son.
And now I have no physical contact with my son.
Speaker 60 I haven't,
Speaker 60 man, I'm
Speaker 60 a, sorry.
Speaker 60 I miss my son.
Speaker 60 I miss my son.
Speaker 60 I hate the system, what they've done to my son, man. I really do.
Speaker 60 Sorry, they've completely destroyed my little boy. My little boy was a, I asked my mom and my dad, his grandparents, every single day that I missed something with my son Aiden.
Speaker 60 And they tell me every single day he was a normal and perfect little boy that wanted to do normal little boys things.
Speaker 60 Never once did we as a family ever get an inkling that my son Aiden wanted to be a girl. That's why I know that this has...
Speaker 60 This has been groomed and
Speaker 60 this has been forced upon my son.
Speaker 60 Because there's no little boy, there's not one person in this country that can tell me that a two-year-old up to a five-year-old knows the difference between male and female.
Speaker 60 There's not a five-year-old in this world that knows the difference between male genitalios and female genitalios unless it has been forced upon them.
Speaker 60 And that's what they're doing to my son. At five years old, my son is now considered full transgender at five.
Speaker 60 I mean,
Speaker 84 I tell people all the time, man,
Speaker 60 I could have a billion dollars sitting in my bank account, and I could hire the greatest law firms and the greatest attorneys and spend a billion dollars on attorneys,
Speaker 60 but it doesn't seem it's going to change anything because of the state that we're living. Everything is so stacked against me
Speaker 60
in this system. My attorney, when he asked to talk about the gender, they are allowed to talk about the gender in court.
But as soon as my attorney starts to
Speaker 60 fight what they're saying on gender, the judge out of Los Angeles says, oh, I'm not here for a gender debate. And my attorney goes, well, wait a second.
Speaker 60 You just allowed them to spend 10 minutes talking about it, but I can't spend 10 minutes on my own to talk about it.
Speaker 60 So that's what we're up against. That's what we're up against, man.
Speaker 60 Sorry,
Speaker 60 I keep speaking, and I'm not allowing you to speak right now.
Speaker 1 Adam,
Speaker 1 I am speechless.
Speaker 1 I'm at a loss for it. I can't imagine as a father of my own two children, what you're going through.
Speaker 1 I can't imagine a day without one of my little girls, let alone the amount of time that you've had to go without your boy.
Speaker 1 If he's listening right now,
Speaker 1 what would you say to him?
Speaker 36 I love you, buddy.
Speaker 52 I've missed you a ton.
Speaker 60 Mom and grandma and grandpa miss you.
Speaker 60
I don't care about anything else, man. All I want to do is hold my son.
And they've completely taken away my father's rights. They've completely taken away my parental rights.
Speaker 60
I pay for his medical and dental and vision. And I requested to ask how a doctor's appointment went.
And they called the police on me because it was a restraining order violation.
Speaker 1 How can people listening help you, Adam, because they know they're going to want to?
Speaker 1 Is there a way? Is there a way to donate to a legal fund or something or make phone calls? What can people do?
Speaker 1 So
Speaker 60 it's difficult me to ask for help. I've always been very independent, but
Speaker 60 this fight is just not
Speaker 60
for me. It's for all the kids in California or across the United States.
This is not a
Speaker 71 left or a right issue.
Speaker 60 They're coming after our kids full force.
Speaker 60 But
Speaker 60 there's a give send go out there that Lindsay Graham, the Patriot Barbie, set up for me. She's been absolutely amazing helping me with this along with Mom Army Seek.
Speaker 60 It's gives.com forward slash save Adam's son.
Speaker 1 Save Adam's son.
Speaker 1 Adam, will you come back on and tell us
Speaker 1 any updates that come of this? And of course,
Speaker 1 we're going to know that there are going to be so many people praying for you and your son today after hearing this story.
Speaker 1 The power of prayer, please don't give up.
Speaker 1 I know it's important.
Speaker 60
I can't give up, man. That's my son.
What kind of father would I be if I gave up on him, even though the chips are stacked completely against me
Speaker 60 living in California?
Speaker 60 I can't give up.
Speaker 1 If there was ever any question, what is at stake in this this nation as we move forward,
Speaker 1 hopefully that would be put to rest today after hearing Adam's story and the story of his son. Thank you, Adam.
Speaker 60
Thank you, man. I appreciate you.
Thank you so much.
Speaker 1 God bless.
Speaker 1 Folks, I just, I cannot imagine
Speaker 1 what he's going through.
Speaker 1 And this kind of thing is
Speaker 1
set to become the norm. The path path that we're on right now, the current trajectory.
Maybe
Speaker 1 there's a way out.
Speaker 1 Maybe there's a solution.
Speaker 1 It may not be easy,
Speaker 1 but I'll share it.
Speaker 1 Next,
Speaker 1 Justin Barclay infraglen.

I didn't see it coming. Life can be so unpredictable.
After losing my dad, it made me think about my family if something were to happen to me. The mortgage, car payments, and all the other bills.
Speaker 86 Even things like our annual summer vacation would be out of reach. I had heard about life insurance through Ethos and how easy it was to get coverage.
Speaker 1 They were right.
Speaker 86
I knew it was time to stop putting it off and get life insurance right now. I got on my computer and went to ethoslife.com.
In just 10 minutes, I was covered. And boom, family protected.
Speaker 86 Thanks to Ethos, my family won't have to worry about the bills if the unpredictable happens to me.
Speaker 87
Ethos, fast and easy online term life insurance. Up to $2 million in coverage with no medical exam.
Some policies as low as a dollar a day.

Speaker 1 I don't know how to wrap up a show like this or wrap up a year like the one that we've had, but I'm going to attempt to do that here in the next
Speaker 1
few minutes. It's Justin, Justin Barkley, filling in for Glenn today on the Glenn Back program.
And I'd love to connect with you.
Speaker 1 In fact, if we haven't already done so, I'm all over social media at MrJustin Barklay
Speaker 1 and at justinbarklay.com, B-A-R-C-L-A-Y.
Speaker 1 Great opportunity to talk with folks the last few days of predictions. And I will tell you this.
Speaker 1 I'm not a psychic,
Speaker 1 not a prophet. I don't have a crystal ball.
Speaker 1 I'm not Miss Cleo going to read your tarot cards or anything like that, but I can tell you, if we keep doing the same thing we keep, we've been doing, we're going to keep getting the same results we've been getting.
Speaker 1 And so
Speaker 1 if you don't like where you are in your life, if you don't like where things are in this nation, it may be time
Speaker 1 for some change.
Speaker 1 And I'm reminded of what happens when a nation turns its back on God and it ain't good and we've been there for far too long.
Speaker 1 Maybe it's time
Speaker 1 that we humble ourselves and turn back to him.
Speaker 1 Ask for forgiveness.
Speaker 1 As a nation in our own lives I can't tell you where that is for you I know I got work to do
Speaker 1 Lord knows I got work to do
Speaker 1 but I'm trying
Speaker 1 as a father of two little girls
Speaker 1 beautiful wife I try every day to be a little bit better I ask God every day before I come on
Speaker 1 the radio, especially when I fill in for Glenn,
Speaker 1 what do you want me to say?
Speaker 1 What do you want me to do?
Speaker 1 I pray, I beg, guide my
Speaker 1 lips, my tongue, my hands, my feet.
Speaker 1 Your will, not mine.
Speaker 1 But I know that in order for
Speaker 1 the words to come out right,
Speaker 1 In order for the things to happen right in my life, that I've got to to give some of it
Speaker 1 more of it every day, I'm learning
Speaker 1 to him.
Speaker 1 I've got to do the work, I've got to walk it out, but I've got to ask him where it is that he wants me to go and just take that step. You know, I've learned obedience, just taking that first step.
Speaker 1 So many doors can open up.
Speaker 1 I just read a story, it's probably one of the best stories I've read.
Speaker 1
It's truly good news. It is a Christmas miracle.
A 10-year-old Taylor Reamer.
Speaker 1 His Christmas wish list was simple.
Speaker 1 He didn't want the brand new toys or the video games or any gadgets or gear. He just wanted
Speaker 1 to live.
Speaker 1 See, Taylin didn't want to die before the end of the year.
Speaker 1 And this year, he got his wish.
Speaker 1 And then some.
Speaker 1
The large tumor in his head all but disappeared. Doctors were baffled.
The experts often are.
Speaker 1 When it comes to times like this, when you feel like you're up against the wall and there's nothing else you can do and you're hopeless and you're helpless and it's all lost.
Speaker 1 Everyone will tell you to throw in the towel, but 10-year-old Talon didn't. His parents, his family never did.
Speaker 1
They never stopped fighting. They never lost hope.
And I'm asking you to do the same thing for a country who's got cancer-riddled all through it right now. You know, the tumors are real.
Speaker 1 The experts may have counted us out, but God,
Speaker 1 he's still on the throne.
Speaker 1
And maybe it's time we all turn. Back to him for the answers to get this country back on track.
God bless you all. Make it a great year.
