Come into your local store today.
She seemed to be referring to something specific there, but I don't know what it was.
Well, it was.
Yeah.
I have no idea.
It's unclear.
There's no direct evidence that she was referring to something directly.
No direct evidence.
No direct evidence.
There's evidence, but no direct evidence.
No direct evidence whatsoever.
There's also no direct evidence that anyone has ever tried to steal a home by just stealing the home's title.
There's no proof of that whatsoever.
Now, certainly a lot of people have been convicted over it.
And a lot of people have come home in the middle of the day and seen their house being bulldozed, or they've been evicted from their home, or they've just had to deal with tons and tons of agonizing paperwork and maybe never get thousands and thousands of dollars back.
That's what happens with home title theft.
This is one of the fastest growing crimes in America.
And if you want to protect your equity, if you want to protect your most valuable assets, you need home title lock.
Home title lock puts a shield around your home's title.
The instant they detect activity or tampering, they help shut it down fast.
So first things first, you need to verify that you aren't already a victim of home title theft and don't even know about it yet.
Find out for free with sign up when you use the promo code Beck at home titlelock.com.
The promo code is back at home titlelock.com.

You got no room to compromise.
We gotta stand together if we're gonna survive.
Stand up straight and hold the light.
It's a new day, our time to rise.
What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
This is
the Glenn Beck program.
Well,
we've heard it from the New York Times now.
Republicans have found no evidence of financial wrongdoing or corruption by the president.
But they say they've received enough information to warrant more investigation.
The New York Times, all the news that's fit to print, will give you the real story in 60 seconds.
Sometimes in life, we put up with things we just can't stand because
we don't think there's any other way to do it.
Pain is like that.
I know, because I used to live in pain
in my hands all the time.
And I couldn't pick up a pencil.
I couldn't write.
I couldn't type.
I couldn't paint.
I couldn't do all the things.
I am learning to play the piano.
Now, I'm out of pain in my hands.
Relief Factor, the three-week quick start is now $19.95.

Speaker Kevin McCarthy opened up an impeachment inquiry into President Biden, working to appease far-right lawmakers who have threatened to oust him if he fails to
accede to their demands for deep spending cuts that would force a government shutdown at the end of the month.
So the New York Times is saying they're only
McCarthy is is only doing the inquiry because of the spending bill.
Now, that is a possibility, I want you to know, because McCarthy has said on Fox about a month ago
that,
you know, if we don't, if we don't get a bill,
we don't get a spending bill.
I mean,
we're going to have to cut and shut down everything, including any kind of inquiry or impeachment hearing.
Oh,
I get it.
Uh-huh.
Yeah.
I'm not playing that game.
Mm-hmm.
You want to shut down the impeachment inquiry because you have to shut down the government?
You don't have to do that, but you don't scare me.
I don't care.
I don't care.
I don't expect you actually to do anything anyway.
So
what do I have to lose?
These are empty threats from empty suits.
For those of us who aren't playing a game, who actually believe
that
I don't care who it is,
I don't care if it was Donald Trump or if it was
Joe Biden.
I don't care if it was Ronald Reagan.
If they break the law,
they should be
impeached or imprisoned
if they break the the law.
Not witch hunts.
Not witch hunts.
And not small little laws that are, you know, like honestly, Bill Clinton,
he should have paid some price for perjury.
Now, at the time, I thought he should be impeached because he lied to the American people.
How much money did we spend?
How much time did we waste on that?
But I, honestly, I think Hillary missed the biggest chance in the world.
You know, she should have just thrown his suitcases out on the lawn.
Well, that would probably be, and he's president, so she couldn't.
She should have just packed up a suitcase, left the White House, and say, I fully support him as president of the United States, but we have our issues with our marriage.
And he lied to me.
She would have been the most popular person in the world, but she didn't.
This isn't isn't that.
What this impeachment is all about, and this is not an impeachment proceeding, this is an impeachment investigation.
So now federal investigators can,
the
Congress has the ability for warrants to look into all of it, where they were boxed in.
Now they have full authority to look into anything they want to look into.
That's important
because we're not just going on some hunt at the beach with a metal detector.
We know specifically what we're looking for.
When you're going in and taking Donald Trump, what they did was they found the guy and then they said, let's find a crime.
This is,
there is a crime going on here.
Now, is the president directly involved?
Well, I don't know how you say he's not.
How do you possibly say that?
We've looked into the business ventures.
Now, I don't say us.
I mean the
Congress has looked into it.
We've had several whistleblowers.
Investigations have shown that Joe Biden lied.
This is the first one.
Well, he's just, he doesn't know.
He lied over and over again when he said I have no knowledge of my son's business deals more specifically
I've never discussed it with my son ever
Okay, we know that's a lie because now we have eyewitnesses from even the head of burizma holdings the Ukrainian energy company
According to the intelligence, according to eyewitnesses,
he was involved in, what was it, under 100 meetings, I think they were saying, under 100 meetings.
He would just pop in with business associates in the middle of a business deal.
Let's just be safe.
Under 1 million meetings.
Right.
We can be safe on that one, I think.
Okay.
Apparently,
Jolkevsky, he's the guy who is with Burisma.
He has 17 audio recordings of conversations with the Bidens, two of which purportedly involve Vice President Joe Biden.
So that would be a problem.
The WhatsApp message, included in the testimony by the IRS whistleblower, further indicate Joe's involvement in Hunter's business affairs.
One message sent to Chinese businessman Henry Zhao, Hunter threatened to use his father's political power to exhort unfulfilled promises and assurance from Zhao.
I'm sitting here with my father, and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.
Hunter also said he had an ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret.
The man sitting next to me and every person he knows
will make your life a living hell if you don't meet our demands.
Now, maybe...
Maybe that was Hunter, you know, in a drug rage and he wasn't sitting next to his dad.
That is a possibility.
And they're denying it's even real.
So like, this is a perfect thing to investigate.
Yes.
Right.
We need to find the answer.
Obviously, if that is real and he was in the room, that's a massive problem.
Wouldn't you want that?
Because this is easy.
All you have to do is just geo-track the message.
And I believe we know it was in the house.
It came from the house, but they won't tell us if Joe Biden was there.
That's, again, easy.
Why wouldn't, if you were innocent and you weren't there, why wouldn't you say, yeah, I was, you know, over here.
I was at the other house.
I was on the beach.
I was at the White House.
Why wouldn't you say that?
Easily provable.
Easily provable.
But still, even if he was in the same house doesn't mean he was sitting next to each other.
But it is smoke.
Then you have Devin Archer, who testified to at least 24 times that Joe spoke with his son's business associates.
And this has credibility because the White House changed the narrative after that testimony.
I never discussed any business dealings.
Now I've never been in business with my son.
That's a huge difference.
Also, the vice president used his office to coordinate with Hunter Biden's business partners about Hunter's role in burisma.
There is an FD 1023, that's for confidential sources, containing intel from a, quote, highly credible, confidential human source that is offering further evidence that the then vice president was instrumental in the firing of Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Barisma, and he was paid $10 million,
the Bidens were, for his role in firing the prosecutor.
Okay,
we know he fired the prosecutor.
We know he lied
on videotape to a panel, what, at the Foreign Affairs Council or whatever it is.
And he was talking about it and saying, look, you know, Barack knew it.
Brock was with me.
This guy had to go.
No, that's not true.
The White House now has had to produce the records that show the White House wanted Shokin, said he was fine.
State Department said he was fine.
The EU all said he was doing a great job.
So he lied.
Why?
Then a review of bank records conducted by the House Oversight Committee confirmed that at least, at least nine Biden family members, including children, received millions in diluted payments from foreign companies
before,
during, and shortly after Joe's vice presidency.
What
are the Biden children, I mean the children children, what are they getting
and what are they providing?
When they say there is no evidence, there's lots of evidence.
Now, that doesn't mean that, I mean, I believe this is so.
I talked to Megan Kelly yesterday.
I said, Megan, you're an attorney.
I'm not.
If I looked at this, I would say this is an open and shut case just on what we have.
And she said, oh, my gosh, yes.
Then you have the testimony of the IRS whistleblowers.
Federal prosecutors concealed critical documents from tax investigators probing Hunter Biden while officials from the Justice Department sought to undermine the IRS's investigative efforts.
One of the whistleblowers had previously alleged in May that his investigative team had been removed from the Biden tax probe at the behest of the DOJ.
In addition to the alleged interference in the IRS tax probe, the DOJ also sought to give legal immunity to Hunter regarding
charges filed against him earlier this year.
It was a Delaware judge who said, I'm sorry, have you ever done a deal like this ever before, DOJ?
Not that we can recall.
So you have
the lies.
Okay,
that's one thing.
Then you have the Biden family, not just Hunter.
They're trying to just make this about Hunter.
You have nine family members
having as many as 22 offshore accounts, some of them held by children,
funneling millions of dollars.
We need to know what those offshore accounts do.
You have now, I think the number is 250, 200,
I mean, I can't even keep up with it.
where the Treasury was alerted by banks saying this is money laundering.
and it was all tied to those offshore accounts that went to the Biden family.
Now, if Grandpa didn't know this,
is the whole family in this and the only one that's clean is Grandpa?
And if that's true, how come the DOJ is doing everything they can?
to thwart any investigation.
I don't know, guys.
I don't think this is, you know, I lied about sex.
This certainly isn't about a perfect phone call.
In fact, that perfect phone call, which he was impeached for,
was regarding this.
This was the Trump phone call.
What the hell was happening with Burisma?
All kinds of criminal activity was going on.
Do you have any information on that?
That's what that was all about.
Everything you know about Ukraine is a lie.
Everything you think you know about Ukraine is a lie.
The American people need to know, one,
are our highest officials and our highest offices up for sale?
Can you buy it?
Can you buy it?
I hope to God the people of America say no, or we become, I don't know, a third world country.
We become Venezuela.
That's the number one thing.
The second thing that you really need to know is,
is our Justice Department,
is our IRS, is everything just a weapon now of the guy who possibly sold his office?
Can we trust anyone in the White House?
Anyone in the Justice Department?
Anyone?
Is there anyone there?
All of this needs to be decided, and it is really
important
that we come to an answer.
Even if Joe Biden walked out today and was hit by a bus, this needs to be investigated and needs to be cleared because we must send a message.
This
will not stand.
If it was done,
I don't want any kangaroo courts.
I want equal and
blind justice for all.

American Financing NMLS 1-82334, www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org.
Well, I tell you, I don't know if you've done your bills lately,
but if you have, there is a new report out that shows exactly what inflation is costing you, and I'll tell you about it coming coming up in just a minute.
It is much worse than anybody is talking about.
It is happening and Americans are feeling the squeeze.
It's not just you.
It's everybody is feeling this.
Now, what do you do about it?
Well,
cut your spending back.
I know you know all of these things.
I don't need to tell you that.
If you feel trapped and you own your own home, the average person has, I think, $10,000 worth worth of credit card debt.
Many people have $20,000 of credit card debt.
If you are looking at 20, 25% interest rates, which is not unusual now,
you're never going to pay that thing off.
If you can get that interest rate down to about 7%,
think of the money you'll save.
And if you have your home and you want to refi and get this mortgage,
use a bit of that mortgage to pay off those credit cards, to give you some breathing room.
You save the average person $700 a month.
Plus, you might be able to skip two mortgage payments
and
you might be able to close as little as 10 days.
It's all from American Financing.
Find out if this is right for you.
It's not right for everybody.
American Financing, 800-906-2440.

CNN says this is the most predictable investigation in American history.
Is it?
I really want to talk to people who
actually believe there's no
crime here, that this is all fake somehow or another, made up by the right.
That's impossible because no one believes that.
Even the people saying it don't believe there's no evidence.
That's why I want to talk to them.
I just want to know how you got there.
I don't want a confrontation.
I don't want to try to change your mind or anything.
I just really want to know how you got there.
And I think there's a difference between
proof that
would get you through a court of law and evidence.
Yes.
Right.
Like this is something where we have a lot of evidence indicating something went wrong.
You might, you can fairly argue that it hasn't been completely proven in a court of law, but this is the process to get there, right?
I mean, it's not a court of law.
Of course, impeachment's not a legal matter as much as it's a political matter.
But still, it is one of those things where you have to go through this process.
And how many times have Republicans asked for more documents?
access to these emails where he's using a pseudonym on thousands of emails again like why would you be doing this?
But they want to get access to those emails and they can't get them.
Well, now they can.
And the reason why they want access is because some of the incriminating emails on Hunter Biden's laptop, which we now know is true, include some of those synonym emails.
So we know that this is Joe Biden.
There's a couple of emails that have that Joe Biden, that fake Joe Biden address.
So he CC'd on them about Hunter's business and others.
We want to see all of the things that he wrote.
And I don't care if it's, honestly, I don't care if he's cheating on his sweet Jill.
I don't care.
I don't need those.
I don't want those.
I want to know if this president and his family have found a way to enrich themselves.
Gang, he sold you out with the current amount of money that they made.
They sold us out for like 35 bucks a head.
Everybody in America, your president believes, is worth about 35 bucks.
He sold you.
He sold his office
for $35 a head.
I don't know.
I think that's a little outrageous.
I want to know if that is true.
And if it is true, I don't want the next guy coming in, Democrat or Republican, being able to game the system like this.
We are over as a nation, over as a nation, if this kind of corruption can happen.
Because once it does, if you don't stop it,
it's all you'll get.
It's all you'll get.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
Tonight, at nine o'clock, I'm going to show you the three biggest lies about Ukraine.
We begin talking about the impeachment.
So, we'll give you the latest lay of the land on the impeachment and what that's all about, which really is all about Ukraine.
When you understand
what is happening,
I believe now I cannot prove this at this time, but I believe
it is probably
there.
It is likely,
or at least very feasible, that this is what's happening.
This is a payoff to Zelensky and all of the other cronies.
Keep your mouth shut.
We'll support you.
Why else would you send all this money over and not a single
accountant to the most corrupt country?
in the world.
I'm going to show you the dirty laundry the mainstream media doesn't want to talk about.
The corruption that goes straight to the top to their hero, President Zelensky.
Don't miss this special tonight at 9 p.m.
Blaze TV and at 9:30 on your YouTube channel.
It's youtube.com/slash Glenn Beck.
It's debunked the three biggest lies about Ukraine.
I have been
working on on
myself
lately to become a better man
than I have been.
And
being able to figure out
we have got to come together.
And I don't know how to do it with people who,
you know, it's easier to come together when you agree on certain principles.
And I'm wondering if we agree on certain principles anymore.
Because Because we can argue about anything unless one side is trying to destroy you or others and go against everything you stand for.
I can't sit down at a negotiating table with Vladimir Putin and say, hey, let's just all get along.
I don't know how to do that.
Unless I just say,
you know, we'll all get along.
You stay on your side.
We'll stay on our side.
Okay.
But I can't do business.
I don't know how to negotiate with somebody who wants to burn our cities down to the ground.
I don't know how to negotiate with somebody who wants to thwart the Constitution.
I don't know how to have that conversation.
But we've got to learn.
I've been rereading
Dale Carnegie's
How to Win Friends and Influence People.
There's a lot in that book.
But as I've been listening to it, it was written in 1955 and then updated.
But
as I'm listening to that book, I'm like, I don't know if those people exist anymore.
You know, where you can be friendly and
be honest and really pay attention to them.
And, you know, when you have a problem, you go to them and
you are a good, decent person and you appeal to their higher.
angels.
I don't know.
I mean, I meet them all the time.
But if you listen to the press, they don't exist.
And I don't know if that's true.
I don't know what is true.
Yesterday was 9-12.
And what was it?
13 years ago, we started something called the 9-12 project.
And it is something that made Rupert Murdoch very, very nervous because he thought I was going to use this to control the world.
And I'm like, he's like, what are you doing?
Organize all these people.
I'm like, nothing.
I'm actually not organizing it.
They're organizing all these things.
Well, what are you going to do with all that?
Nothing.
I'm just trying to make the place a better place.
And here's an idea.
But I was going over the nine principles and the 12 values.
And they're still rock solid, I think.
The principles.
Do you believe America is good?
Now, I think now I have to separate my
government from her people.
But I do believe America is good.
I believe in God, and I believe he's the center of my life.
And
he's what's given us all of this opportunity.
I still believe, third one, I must always try to be a more honest man than I was yesterday.
I'm still working on that one.
Four, the family is sacred.
My spouse and I are the ultimate authority, not the government.
Think of that.
That was written 13 years ago.
The family is sacred.
My spouse and I are the ultimate authority, not the government.
Five,
still we were just talking about this.
If you break the law, you must pay the penalty.
Justice is blind, and no one is above it.
6.
I have a right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, but there is no guarantee of equal results.
7.
I work hard for what I have, and I'll share it with who I want to.
Government cannot force me to be charitable.
8.
It's not un-American for me to disagree with authority or share my personal opinion.
Oh, it is now.
Nine, the government works for me.
I don't answer to them.
They answer to me.
If we can just
believe these things, can we still come together on those things?
Can you get your neighbor to agree to those things?
Can you bring the Bill of Rights over to your neighbor?
And not their first time, but just, you know, after you've, you know, become friends or whatever, can you bring the Bill of Rights to them and say, hey, I'm just trying to think, because everything is changing so fast.
Can we talk through these?
Because
is there a right to press?
Is there something that the government should be able to stop?
Just have these conversations openly.
Don't teach.
Listen.
The values.
Honesty.
We have a real problem with that.
Reverence.
Is there anything?
I mean, I saw,
what's his name, Fetterman, come out yesterday from the Capitol in shorts and like a jogging shirt.
And I thought, good man,
do you have any reverence for anything?
Anything?
Third, hope.
Boy.
America's running low on this.
And we lose everything if we lose hope.
And that's one of the things they're trying to get you to lose.
There's no way out, no way out, no way out, there is no hope.
There is.
The fourth one is thrift, meaning that, you know, we should be thrifty in our government and everything else.
But there was something that was missing on this list that I
I'd like to replace because I think it's much more important, and that is grace.
Nobody understands grace anymore.
And you'll have
the conversation, Christians have always had this conversation.
You can't earn grace.
You can't do anything to earn the forgiveness you're so freely given, yada, yada.
And I agree with that.
There's no way to repay that.
However,
That's the grace given to us.
Here's where I'm struggling right now.
I so desperately want to give grace
to everyone else,
especially those who are
inflicting pain and
all kinds of unconstitutional rules on everybody else.
I want to give them grace.
That doesn't mean I excuse.
It doesn't mean I don't stand up.
It just means
they don't have to earn that.
Can I at least give them the benefit of the doubt?
And we try on this program all the time.
I think we give people more benefit of the doubt than any other political show
on radio or television or newspaper or online.
But you can't earn grace.
Why do we
not accept people
for where they are, especially when they begin to turn?
Why do we have to say, see, I told you, see,
that's not grace.
Grace is given freely to everybody equally, and forget about the past.
Let's move on from here.
Humility is our biggest problem.
We're so arrogant.
We think this is going to be like this forever.
It's never been like this.
this.
Charity.
You know, I haven't seen a stat that we are the most charitable people in the world.
I haven't seen that stat.
I don't know why I haven't seen it.
Can you look that up?
See if anybody has done that stat.
It used to come out all the time.
Americans are the most charitable in the world.
Are we still?
I think we are, but are we still?
The seventh value is sincerity.
You can't have a conversation with anybody unless you're sincere, unless you're sincerely interested in them, unless you're sincerely, you can't change anyone's mind unless sincerity is there.
That I truly want to understand how you got there.
So I'm really into this right now, just this one.
I really, and maybe we can do this tomorrow, just clear out everything else.
And I just want to talk to people
who disagree with me on things.
And I truly want to understand how you got there.
I don't know.
Maybe you changed my mind.
I don't think so, but maybe.
Moderation.
Boy, we are not moderate in anything anymore, are we?
We're not moderate in our lifestyle.
I was listening to some
music from the 80s.
And remember, you know, this is when Al and Tipper Gore came out and said,
we've got to put a rating on all of these albums that are coming out.
They are so, so sexualized.
And this guy is riding with me and he's like,
you know, back in the 70s and 80s, you guys had such great music.
And I'm like, right, I know.
But then we started talking about it.
I said, you know, just the lyrics alone,
they're not all about, you know,
something happening in your butt.
All songs today are about that.
Pretty much.
The only thing that can happen.
It is pretty much something about your butt, what it's doing, what's being done to it.
Right.
Something.
Something.
The ninth is hard work.
Boy, think of that.
Did we not lose that much of our country?
Just lost that seemingly overnight.
Courage.
It's the only one I think
on the rise.
I'm seeing courage on the rise every day.
In some places.
Overall, though?
Would you say that?
It's the only one that I see growing.
Personal responsibility.
And along with humility and hope, the one we don't make it if we don't have is gratitude.
Almost every single problem that we have right now is because we are so ungrateful.
I didn't get it.
I wanted it right now.
I can't have what they have.

So why does all of this stuff matter and matter that you stand?
I want to make something very, very clear.
When I'm talking about being kind to one another and listening to one another,
I mean that in our personal lives
where we live, the people online.
But do not take that as being a softy.
We must stand up and be very, very clear.
No lies.
I'm not going to back your lies.
I'm not going to just sit by idly and accept what you're saying to me because you've proven yourself, government, as a liar.
Three stories I have for you next hour.
CIA tried to pay off an analyst to bury the COVID lab leak findings.
It's from another whistleblower.
Then you have feds tried to coerce me into implicating Donald Trump, says the guy who got 22 years.
And in California, they've quietly disavowed the medical misinformation law,
and no one knows how the law was changed.
Hmm.
What's up with that?
The Glenn Beck program.
I'm a pretty good shot,
and
I used to go to the gun range quite often.
I don't, quite honestly, because it is so, it's like, it's just like setting money on fire now.
And, you know, I care about my precious ammunition, but I need to keep my shooting up.
It's a perishable skill.
You need to be accurate.
If you're not familiar with your gun, if you're not at ease with your gun, you're not going to be able to do anything with it.
94% of shooters improve their shot within 20 minutes by using something called Mantis X.
It's a Bluetooth device.
You put it on the barrel of your gun right underneath and you shoot either dry fire or live fire.
It connects to your phone or your iPad or whatever, and it will show you in real time exactly what you're doing to that barrel.
And then it shows you how to fix it and correct it.
You will, I mean, I was blown away at how good of a shot I was after not being in a range for about a year and a half and only using Mantis X.
I couldn't believe, I think I was a better shot than the last time I went to the range.
Start improving right now with mantisx.com.

What makes us different?
Three words make us different.
And it's not we the people.
Three words make us different and put us at the top.
And we are at the edge of losing it.
And once you lose it, it's gone forever.
You don't put...
Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall.
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall.
We're Humpty Dumpty.
And all the king's horses and all the king's men could not put Humpty Dumpty together again.
That's what this means.
If you break this thing apart, you're not putting it together no matter what.
You're not putting it back together.
What are those three words?
I'll tell you in 60 seconds.
Patricia lives in Michigan, and for quite a while, she was convinced that the pain she was living with was just a product of her getting older.
Damp and rainy days were the worst.
Sometimes if the weather was bad, she could barely function at all.
She started to get really depressed about it.
Then she heard me talking about relief factor she writes my pain is gone i don't have trouble on rainy days anymore well great you can move to seattle all that inflammation just went away no i'm kidding patricia don't don't move to see

Okay, I'm going to give you a hint on what those are by giving you these three stories.
Let's start here.
Senior-level CIA officer told House committee leaders that his agency tried to pay off six analysts who found SARS-CoV-2 likely originated in the Wuhan lab if they changed their position and said the virus jumped from animals to humans.
It's according to a letter sent Tuesday to the CIA Director William Burns.
Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic.
The Chairman Brad Wenstrup from Ohio Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, Chairman Mike Turner, also from Ohio, requested all of the documents, communications, and all pay information from the CIA's COVID discovery team.
According to the whistleblower, at the end of its review, six of the seven members of the team believed the intelligence and science
were sufficient to make low-confidence assessment that COVID-19 originated from a laboratory in Wuhan, China.
One out of the seven said, no, I actually think it jumped.
The whistleblower further contends that to come to the eventual public determination of uncertainty, the other six members were given a significant monetary incentive to change their position.
Wow.
Know what three words are yet?
How much would you sell
your opinion on something that important?
How much would it cost to make you go, yeah, you know what?
Okay, I'll go along.
How much money would they have to give you?
Next story:
The repeal provision that has been slipped into the Medical Board of California reform bill in the recent weeks.
They can't find anyone who will take credit for throwing it in.
California's COVID-19 medical misinformation law, which threatens the license of doctors who deviate from a fluctuating scientific consensus in conversations with patients.
Nobody liked this.
It's right in front of the appeals courts right now.
It was signed in law a year ago.
Now
they're passing another law, and there's a provision that was added to Senate Bill 815, which makes changes to the Medical Board of California.
And nobody knows where this came from.
The lawyers for a set of doctors who have received the preliminary injunction against the law in January said, we've talked to all sides.
Nobody was talking about changing the law, nothing.
Thursday is the last day to vote on bills.
It has to be passed by both chambers.
No opportunity for public input or debate.
Nobody.
They're asking.
The press has reached out.
Who reversed that?
No one.
Now, somebody obviously did.
And what was their intent?
Why
did somebody sneak something into a bill
and then want to cover their tracks so no one knew it was them?
Why?
Do you know the three words yet?
Former Proud Boys leader, Enrique Tario, claimed federal prosecutors tried to coerce him into implicating former President Donald Trump in the January 6th Capitol riot.
Last week, U.S.
District Judge Timothy Kelly sentenced Tario to a record high of 22 years in prison, despite the fact that he wasn't even in Washington, D.C.
It's not that he was not in the Capitol or on the Capitol grounds.
He wasn't even in Washington.
He said, quote, I don't know what instructions I would give to somebody at that point.
I'm not speaking.
I have no function.
So there was no communication when he was asked about, well, how did you coordinate it all?
I don't even know.
Tario revealed federal prosecutors tried to coerce him into implicating Trump during a phone interview from the D.C.
jail to the Washington Post.
I was looking and seeking what the plea offer would look like, right?
They didn't want to give me a number.
I need a number.
To me, the most important thing is, you know, when do I get home to my family?
Instead, Tario said, the prosecutors asked him what role the then President Donald Trump played in getting the Proud Boys to attack the Capitol.
He said the prosecutors, accompanied by FBI agents in the Miami jail where he was being held at the time, showed him messages that he exchanged with a second person
who in turn was connected to a third person
who then connected to Trump.
Tario said, I don't even know the third person.
I don't, I mean, what are you talking about?
He refused to name the people who prosecutors say allegedly connected him to Trump.
He said they weren't trying to get to the truth.
They were trying to coerce me into signing something that's not true.
He said prosecutors in Miami last fall did not ask him about Roger Stone, a longtime Trump confident who was an acquaintance of Tario's.
Ali Alexander, promoter of Stop the Steal.
He said the federal visitors didn't ask him questions about his knowledge of January 6th beyond the theorized connection to Donald Trump.
There was never an open-ended question after that.
Prosecutors did later offer Tario a deal 9 to 11 years if he pleaded guilty to seditious conspiracy.
He said no.
So what are those three words?
I mean, I could go through again the impeachment.
I could go to the escape killer in custody after two weeks on the run.
Who is that guy?
Why was he in prison?
Who is he?
The reason why the United States is as successful as it always has been, Why people put their money from overseas into our banks and our businesses.
Why we've always been a safe haven from the rest of the world.
Rule of
law.
That's it.
That's it.
Our Constitute, the average Constitution, lasts 17 years.
Let me say that again.
The average Constitution historically lasts 17
years.
We've had one since 1776.
And for as screwed up as things have become prior to the year 2000.
We all knew that there were, you know, lobbyists and special deals cut and everything else, but we didn't stop it.
And now you are seeing
what happens when there is no rule of law.
The guy in Pennsylvania, how is that a rule of law?
Question: He was tried and went to prison, then he escaped.
No, no, no.
Shouldn't have been here in the first place.
He came across the border.
He was an illegal.
Came across the border.
Rule of law.
It's easy.
The Proud Boy leader.
How did he get 22 years?
He wasn't even there.
Well, because they had to create a think crime.
They had to go on a theory that somehow or another he coordinated things from out of state, even though they had zero evidence.
That case should have been thrown out.
But see, we're going after ideas now.
We're going after
the, you know, bad orange man or bad MAGA group or whatever it is.
If you're part of that idea, if you like those ideas, well, then you must be bad.
So we can do what we need to do.
The ends justify the means.
There is no rule of law.
How is it that California, they should not pass this bill?
And
I'm for the actual addition to the bill in California.
I don't want anybody to be able to lose their license because they disagree with a consensus.
No.
But who changed that?
And why?
Why?
The CIA.
We have
the worst pandemic that we've had since when?
1918, maybe.
Our reaction to it made it much, much worse.
And we still don't know any of the answers.
We had a law.
You cannot
do gain of function research.
Can't do it.
Can't do it.
It's against the law.
Our CIA, our Pentagon, our doctors at universities and Fauci's people,
they did it.
They did it over.
And Fauci knows that because in an email that Rand Paul has, in that email, he talks about before anything happens that this is gain of function, the gain of function work that we're doing.
Well, so they knew.
But they wouldn't tell you.
I have no problem.
If somebody makes a mistake, I have no problem.
But if somebody makes a mistake, and they shouldn't have been doing it in the first place, those people, because of rule of law, need to go to jail.
You can't predict anything.
Money comes here.
Business comes here because it's predictable.
You play by these rules, and it doesn't matter who you are.
You can't bribe the judges.
The government won't have it in for you.
That's what made us successful.
Justice was blind.
It's no longer that way.
That is honestly why the impeachment and the investigations in the COVID
origins, the investigations into January 6th, they are not what the media tell you.
They're just not.
It's not political.
It's not anything.
It should be the number one priority of every American.
I don't care how you voted.
You could love Joe Biden.
You should be for that because you would want, I mean, the impeachment of Donald Trump, we did the homework.
Now, the media didn't, but we did the homework and we showed it to our audience.
If you're new here and you didn't know, I can show you that he was innocent of anything that they said he was doing.
Innocent of it.
Joe Biden should have that same opportunity, shouldn't he?
Because if Donald Trump would have done something to break the law, he should have gone to jail or at least been impeached.
If Joe Biden is
laundering money through his family and using the office of vice president or president to help our foreign adversaries
and now laundering money through Ukraine, it has to stop.
Otherwise, there is no rule of law.

Here's a state
where the rule of law seems to matter.
And I can't believe it's New Mexico.
The New Mexico Attorney General came out yesterday and said he will not defend the public emergency order by the governor restricting gun rights.
He said, I recognize my statutory obligation as New Mexico's legal chief, legal office, chief legal officer.
to defend the state officials when they are sued in their official capacity.
My duty is to uphold and defend the constitutional rights of every citizen, and that takes precedence.
I do not believe this emergency order will have any meaningful impact on public safety, but more importantly, it does not pass constitutional muster.
Now, here is something that happened yesterday that, again, they deserve praise for.
I have no idea because I don't watch CNN anymore, and maybe she's very popular.
Um, but there was an interview done on CNN with the governor of New Mexico,
And she was talking about, you know, gun violence and everything else.
And
she was asked by Poppy Harlow, I don't know who she is, but Poppy Harlow said,
okay, so, but
do you have the constitutional right?
And she said, quote, it's not for police to tell me what's constitutional or not.
Really?
Okay.
Did you check with your own attorney general?
But Poppy said,
okay, well, I mean, you keep saying you have the right, but where is that right?
Then she tried to dodge that question.
She's talking about abortion rights and the NRA and Supreme Court rulings and everything else.
And Poppy had had enough and she pulls out, no, remember, this is CNN.
This is today or yesterday.
This is in our world currently.
She pops out the New Mexico Constitution.
This is a fact.
Most Americans do not know their state has a Constitution.
That's how bad things are.
This woman on CNN
pulls out the New Mexico state constitution and she reads, New Mexico Constitution, I looked it up last night.
Article 2, Section 6 says this: No law shall abridge the right of citizens to keep and bear arms for security and defense.
No municipality or county shall regulate in any way for any incident the right to keep and bear arms.
Are you not in violation of both the U.S.
Constitution and your state's Constitution?
She said, well, you're reading that very narrowly.
No, no, I'm just reading it.
It doesn't need to be interpreted.
It's pretty clear.
Finally, she said, what if a Republican governor of a state declares a health emergency and unilaterally outlaws abortion in that state where the legislature had not done so by statute?
Following your logic, would that be sound?
She said, well, no, that's that.
What I'm doing is protecting everyone's rights.
And they would be restricting rights.
No,
no, you are restricting rights as well.
And by the way, in that one, you're just restricting.
In
the abortion one, you seem to forget that there's the right of the child.
But I digress.
Congratulations to the county sheriff, John Allen.
Congratulations to the Chief of Police.
Congratulations to the Attorney General of New Mexico.
And I can't believe I'm saying this, but Poppy from CNN.
I don't even know who you are, but I think I love you.

Mike Lee next.
Real true defenders of our Constitution and the rule of law are becoming more and more bold in what they will say
because they know that it is a rigged game and I'm guessing have tried to fix it for a very long time and have no other options other than to just spill the beans clearly.
Mike Lee is a good friend of mine.
He's also the senator from the state of Utah
and he has been speaking out about the corruption in Washington and especially the spending for years.
He just did a tweet thread here that is remarkable.
Let me just give you a couple of them.
The formula has been quite consistent for years.
A tiny group of leaders, which I refer to as the law firm of Schumer, McConnell, McCarthy, and Jeffries, privately negotiates a draft spending bill.
Some would say with more input from lobbyists than most members of Congress.
That bill is kept as if it were highly classified secret until days, sometimes hours, before a spending deadline.
That is, the moment the government will run out of money, resulting in a shutdown unless Congress passes another spending bill.
It's not unusual for some powerful lobbyists to know more about what is in the bill prior to its release than most members of Congress.
As soon as it's been released, allowing most members of Congress to see it for the first time, lawmakers in both chambers are told you've got to pass this right now without any changes in order to avoid a shutdown.
Lawmakers who want time to read and amend the bill and remove excessive and inappropriate items in the bill or add new items wrongly omitted from it are told that would be nice but there just isn't any time for that.
Lawmakers are told essentially you've got two options here.
You can vote for the bill or you can vote against it.
Yes or no?
No amendments.
Your choice, but know this.
If you oppose this bill, you're going to risk causing a shutdown and you'll be blamed if that happens.
Thus, many members quickly acquiesced to these intimidation tactics, uttering as if reciting a mantra, rehearsed phrases like, this bill isn't perfect and the process was totally unfair, but I voted for it anyway because I care about the troops and I hate shutdowns.
What a hero.
Never mind that the bill spends too much money.
Never mind it funds countless things like voting yes,
countless things those voting yes publicly oppose.
Never mind that for all
most of Congress knows the bill might fund giant monuments to Benedict Arnold, King George III, and Millie Vanilli.
They're in.
Nobody wants a shutdown, literally no one.
And it's bad for the country and Mike Lee is here to tell us what to do about it.
Hello, Mike.
It's good to be with you.
And that was the most extensive quote tweeting at base Mike Lee has ever received.
Thank you for that.
You're welcome.
You're welcome.
Well, you are,
I mean, you're not one to
name names usually.
You're much more,
I don't know, kind.
than naming names and pointing fingers, and you like to try to get along with everybody as much as you can while still standing for principles.
This,
you are exposing the whole game and naming names here.
Why?
I'm doing it because it's destroying our country, and I've done everything I can internally.
Normally, the way I like to solve problems in any organization, including for the United States Senate, is to work internally to persuade people.
I've done this for years, and the process has continued the same.
And so
it's important to make sure that people understand this and to make sure that the American people demand something better, something different from those they elect to make their laws and to spend their tax dollars.
This is unacceptable.
And it is, make no mistake, this is what has landed us to the point where we're $33 trillion in debt.
This doesn't happen by accident.
It happens through this magic formula, which needs to end.
But here's the thing, Glenn.
What I point out in this thread is that this will continue because it works for those who engage in it.
It especially works for the
law firm, as I call it,
and the apparatus of appropriators surrounding the law firm.
It works for them.
They grow more powerful every time they do this.
But that power is accrued at the expense of the American people, especially the hardworking poor middle-class Americans everywhere.
whose tax dollars are spent recklessly and whose own dollars spend
have less buying power every single year because of that excessive spending.
It will continue until people no longer vote for crap like this.
And so that's why it's so important to talk about it, because people need to reach out to their senators and their congressmen and say, do not ever, ever vote for a spending bill that you haven't read, haven't had the opportunity to understand, have the opportunity to debate
under the light of day and amend to improve the bill.
It's really funny because that's what Barack Obama ran under.
He said, you're going to be able to read the bill.
You're going to be able to know what's in it.
Transparency, transparency, transparency.
And he's the guy who started
this kind of spending and rushing these bills through without any debate, without any amendments,
and just one lump sum.
Didn't the House?
I thought the House was supposed to pass like 12 different budgets or 12 different budgets for, you know, defense and one for Homeland Security, et cetera, et cetera.
Did they do any of that?
Yeah, so they were supposed to do that.
They promised to do that.
They should have done that.
And so far, they have passed only one.
The one that they've passed is called the Milcon VA bill.
It deals with
veterans' issues and military construction.
So what I'm advocating for is that since the House has passed that, that's the one that we should take up in the Senate.
We should take that up and debate it and discuss it over here.
And if the House passes more, we take those up and debate, discuss, and pass whatever we can pass out of those.
We should do that as the House passes this.
If they need more time, we can perhaps give them some extensions of a few days or a few weeks at a time while they complete their work.
But we should never, ever return to this practice that I've seen played out over the last decade or so.
This is unacceptable.
So
this is why we have the huge deficit.
This is why spending is out of control.
This is why the government has has money to do all kinds of really bad things because nobody is it's just all lump sum stuff.
And it keeps growing every time we pass a bill.
Every year, the same thing.
So
what can be done here, Mike?
First of all, is there something that the House and the Senate can do to make sure that I don't care if you close down the government, you know, just make sure that people get the money, you know, the Social Security and
our pay is going to our soldiers, et cetera, et cetera.
But Marresta government, I don't really give a flying crap if you close it or not.
I prefer you do.
Is there anything that we can do for essential spending, pay our bills?
Yes.
There are things that we can do on that front.
And there are a number of legislative proposals that I've advocated for for years to deal with this kind of situation.
One that I really like is a bill called the End of Government Shutdowns Act.
My friend and colleague Ron Johnson, the senator from Wisconsin, has been pushing this for a long time, and I stand with him in that.
It would do essentially as you described, explaining that if we reach the end of a spending period and there isn't
a new spending bill passed,
that the bare essentials that you described would continue to be funded, but that you'd start to see
some
cuts that we gradual ratcheting down of government spending over time such that the default is not a full shutdown but the default is you have gradual cuts that are imposed unless or until Congress can come up with other spending.
You see, it's these scare tactics.
It's the combination of the spending cliff, the expiration of the spending deadline, coupled with the fear of being blamed for a shutdown that causes people to be willing to vote for things they would never otherwise vote for.
And so we should pass reforms like that.
That would help a lot.
Look, I mean, just look at what has happened over the last decade.
We have increased our national debt substantially
over the last
by
$12 trillion just over the last few years.
And this is crippling the American people.
The economic numbers out today reflect that.
The inflation numbers that come out on a regular basis show what happens when we have no break on the spending, when we have no limit to what we spend because we just print more money.
Milton Friedman used to describe this as the true rate of taxation because that's the true cost of government.
When you spend too much, it's just a backdoor invisible tax.
Mike,
maybe I'm too cynical here, but
I worry that McCarthy started this impeachment inquiry
as
a,
I don't know, carrot and a stick for those who are standing for the budget, because what he's going to say is, well, we're going to have shutdown government, which will mean we're going to shut down this inquiry.
Am I being too pessimistic?
Yes.
Cynical?
I do worry about that, too.
The reason I worry about that is that starting about two weeks ago, I started seeing members of Republican members of Congress going on TV saying things that sounded kind of like that, saying
if we have a shutdown, it could shut down investigations into the Bidens and so on and so forth.
Now, look, again, be clear, no one, literally no one wants a shutdown.
We should do everything we can to avoid a shutdown.
That is not the objective and it's something that we try to avoid.
But to use that as a scare tactic to say that we absolutely positively must pass any spending bill that the Democrats demand, that's like walking into a car dealership and saying, I'm going to buy this car, darn it.
I don't care how much you charge me.
I will not leave without buying this car.
That's how you get taken to the cleaners.
That's how you end up walking away with like a $150,000 Toyota tercel
is when you do stuff like that.
And that's the way we do it here, especially as Republicans.
So we have no business saying that.
And we can walk and chew gum at the same time.
There's nothing that would stop Congress from continuing its inquiry into the Bidens
if the government tragically were to shut down.
And so, look, if we can get to a good deal, we should pass that deal and avoid a shutdown.
But there is absolutely no reason to use that as some kind of an excuse to not do our homework here because it simply isn't true.
Okay, so Mike, you said, tell your elected lawmakers in Washington to oppose any spending bill that they haven't the opportunity to read, comprehend, debate, and amend.
Do you guys even listen to the phone calls that come in anymore?
Does that do anything?
Well, I do.
I don't know who else does what, but I regularly check in with my staff to find out what people are saying.
And I know I'm not alone in that, not in the House, not in the Senate, not among Republicans, Democrats.
If we call and say,
do not pass a continuation bill, do not pass any of these bills unless you've read it
and you've discussed it and you've not done this in a hurried way.
We don't want any of this.
We want you guys to do what you're supposed to do and actually write a spending bill or several of them and pass that.
And we don't care.
We'll stand behind you if if the, as you call them, the law firm
shuts down the government, we will stand with you.
Right?
Exactly.
And that's a great way of putting it.
I would add to that, at least in the Senate, look, each House is a little bit different, but in the Senate, there's no excuse ever for people voting for a bill, not only if they haven't read and had the opportunity to debate in public, but also each member needs to have had an opportunity to offer amendments and to vote on amendments to improve the bill.
And there's no reason why they can't do that in the House, too.
Because that's the thing.
Part of what's so pernicious about this goal is they write this thing in secret.
Well, with the help of lobbyists, to be sure, but in secret.
It's guarded as a state secret within Congress.
And then they roll it out
in this hermetically sealed case and say, you can't touch it.
You can't penetrate.
You can't change anything about it.
You can't amend it or improve it.
You can't cut anything or add anything.
It's done.
That's wrong.
And if they do that to us, we should vote no.
Now, keep in mind, this is not too much to ask, nor is this even asking for a specific budget amount.
Hopefully, we will get to the point where we won't spend more than we have but this is the best first step toward getting to that point we will never get to the point where we stop spending too much unless or until members vote no without the adequate opportunity to read understand debate and amend each bill mike thank you appreciate it thank you senator mike lee on the budget and this is going to be the battle for the next uh few weeks and of course you're an extremist if you think that we should actually you know what they're doing is the same thing there's got a group of five people who are the elites and they're telling everybody else what they have to do take it or leave it you're an extremist if you don't i want to uh remind you that there are now 38 000 u.s veterans experiencing homelessness our heroes on the week of september 11th The anniversary, the people who signed up to protect and serve us, these people are now living on the streets, sleeping under bridges, lacking the basics that you and I enjoy.
I don't want the government to do more.
I want us to do more.
The Tunnel to Towers Foundation is committed to helping these people who have sacrificed so much for our countries and our freedoms.
The Homeless Veterans Program, providing housing assistance and services to vet who meet the program's requirements, last year they helped out over 500 veterans.
This year the number is expected to be over 2,000.
We can't let those who honorably served our nation suffer this fate.
Can you help?
Will you help?

The Glen Beck Program.
Welcome to the Glen Beck Program.
Next hour, the economic news.
It's not good, but you already know that.
But let me tell you the truth about what the actual numbers are.
You will understand why your dollar is not making it to the end of the week or the end of the month.
In the 1960s, 95% of the clothing that Americans bought was made right here in America.
It was a different country, different time.
Then we started shipping all kinds of jobs overseas, and then we lost the ability to even make these things.
About 10, 15 years ago, there was a factory
that was going under and it was the, it was the lifeblood of the community.
And the guy who started American Giant started it to save that factory.
He's like, we cannot lose these skills.
We can't lose these factories.
We can't lose these towns.
So he began in 2012 a clothing factory in North Carolina.
And he invested in it, retrained everybody, brought new machines in from overseas, brought old machines back from Japan, back to America where they belonged, and they make the best clothing now.

Chronic migraine is 15 or more headache days a month, each lasting four hours or more.
Votox, Anabotulinum toxin A, prevents headaches in adults with chronic migraine before they start.
It's not for those with 14 or fewer headache days a month.
It prevents on average eight to nine headache days a month versus six to seven for placebo.
Prescription Botox is injected by your doctor.
Effects of Botox may spread hours to weeks after injection, causing serious symptoms.
Alert your doctor right away as difficulty swallowing, speaking, breathing, eye problems, or muscle weakness can be signs of a life-threatening condition.
Patients with these conditions before injection are at highest risk.
Side effects may include allergic reactions, neck and injection, site pain, fatigue, and headache.
Allergic reactions can include rash, welts, asthma symptoms, and dizziness.
Don't receive Botox if there's a skin infection.
Tell your doctor your medical history, muscle or nerve conditions, including ALS Lou Gehrig's disease, myasthenia gravis, or Lambert Eaton syndrome, and medications, including botulinum toxins, as these may increase the risk of serious side effects.
Why wait?

This is
the Glenn Beck Program.
Hello, America.
Let me ask you if words
have meaning.
Do words matter?
I contend they do.
I've just recently decided I'm not ever going to use the word cisgender or any of that
because
that word, that's a new word used by the left.
They made it up at night, I think, you know, having some slumber party in, you know, in Berkeley.
And
it makes you immediately verify that you're buying into their other kinds of genders.
No, there's male and female.
Period.
That's it.
Male and female.
Period.
So do words matter?
Well, Well,
I want to take on the words extreme, extremist, and terrorist.
Do they matter?
I'll tie it to the news in 60 seconds.
I want you to picture in your mind's eye the perfect real estate experience.
You have it?
Does the person helping you buy or sell your next home or both walk into the house, shake your hand, You know, then get a confused deer in the headlights kind of look?
Or does she walk in the door or he walk in the door, shake your hand, and then immediately take charge of the situation, listen to you first, and then get down to the business of helping you in the best way possible.
Maybe they have a huge Rolodex.
Something needs to be fixed.
You know, what we really need to do is make sure that the front yard looks right, curb appeal, whatever.
And they have the Rolodex of the people that can actually do that.
And they have the best practices in today's world that actually will help your home sell fast and for the most amount of money.
And they can negotiate.
And as I said, they listen to you, but they also don't think you're an extremist because they're a lot like you.
They listen to this program.

This is my company, and these people don't work for me, but we monitor and we vet six ways to Sunday to make sure they're the best of the best.

Stu, define the word extreme.
What does it say?
Extreme, reaching a high or the highest degree, furthest from the center or a given point.
There you go.
All right.
Give me extremist.
Extremist.
A person who holds extreme or fanatical political or religious views, especially one who resorts to or advocates an extreme action.
Okay, hang on.
Extreme political or religious views.
Especially one who resorts to or advocates extreme action.
Do they have any examples on that?
I'd like to know what extreme action is.
Is that terrorist?
Look up the word terrorist.
What is terrorist?
Terrorist.
A person who uses unlawful violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims.
Unlawful violence or
and
intimidation is the way they phrase it.
Intimidation.
Especially against civilians in the pursuit of political aims.
Okay.
Here's why I want to bring these up.
And I just, I want you to
remember, if you believe this, I do.
Words matter.
If you can change people's words and their language, you can change everything.
That's why they have replaced so much of our language, and we all are just saying it.
First, let me give you the lay of the land, what you're facing.
The last time America saw a drop in household income, as large as we did in this last year, Barack Obama was president.
The change,
according to the Census Bureau,
the change in real median household income,
it fell 2.3%.
That's the worst decline since 2010.
That means what you actually are bringing home.
You know, they say, oh, jobs, we're creating all new great union jobs and pays going up.
But what you're actually taking home is down by 2.3%.
And that's before taxes.
If you calculate the taxes and the subsidies subsidies handed out, so not only what they take, but what they give,
household income fell 8.8%.
8.8.
Real median earnings of all workers, which includes part-time and full-time workers, declined 2.2.
Median earners of those who worked full-time fell 1.3%.
Now,
they're wondering why Biden's numbers are so low.
Like it's like it's I don't know, like it's a Cheshire cat where it's whose stripes are only appearing in a tree once in a while.
It's really easy.
People are getting poorer because inflation is eating away at your income.
Family household income fell even more than the median, dropping 2.9%.
Older Americans saw an an income decline of 2.1%, worse than the 1.4 decline for people under 65.
So families and the elderly have suffered the most.
Native-born incomes, you're born here in the United States, you fell 2.5%.
But if you weren't born here in the United States, you edged up 0.2%.
Region that was hit hardest, what a surprise, the Midwest.
Incomes fell by a stunning 4.7%.
In the Northeast,
median households fell 3.8%.
In the West, 3.2.
And in the South, income trickled down to
by 0.1%.
Why is that?
Why is that?
Why is the South doing so well?
Weather?
Maybe taxes?
Governments kind of doing what's right for the people, maybe?
Not so crazy all the time?
Okay.
Now, I want to talk to you about extremists.
I want to talk to you about extreme, extremists, and terrorists.
The House Freedom Caucus and conservative groups held a press conference Tuesday,
opposing any deal to continue government spending at its current levels hours before the House reconvened after a week-long recess to tackle the task of keeping the government open past September 30th.
The White House, eager to stave off a shutdown, has proposed a clean extension of the current spending levels.
So you know
the spending levels that we're spending right now this year,
we were supposed to be a trillion dollars over what we had.
So we were going to add a trillion dollars to the debt.
But somehow or another, we spent an additional
trillion dollars.
So we are $2 trillion
adding to the debt.
That's the current spending.
Do you find that reasonable?
Let me take you back.
Why is your income going down?
Why are these things happening?
Why is it that you are looking at the grocery store and
you're looking at the price of eggs and milk and you're saying, what the, now gas,
you can kind of understand because that goes up and down.
But all of the stuff in the grocery store, how come
the paper towels and the toilet paper are smaller?
I mean, they're even cutting them now so they're not as wide.
So it's not as big, but it's also not as wide.
How come that's going down and yet the price is going up?
How come I'm getting less for my dollars packaged?
I'm not getting the same product I had, and I'm paying more money.
Because your dollar isn't worth as much.
That's why when people talk about you're going to understand hyperinflation, at some point, you're going to understand hyperinflation.
And we don't want to learn that lesson.
That's what Venezuela went through.
And nobody wants to talk about this.
Nobody wants to think about it.
Oh, I know there's somebody in their car right now going, I don't want to think about that.
You must think about this.
You must.
Because if you don't, it's guaranteed to happen.
What causes that?
Out of control spending.
So the White House doesn't want a shutdown,
but they'll just continue with
a clean bill, exact same spending levels.
Well, with the addition of $40 billion in Ukrainian aid, some disaster relief, some border funding, you know.
But other than that, it'll be clean.
Okay.
So you're $2 trillion in debt more this year, and we're another $2 trillion next year.
All in four years.
I'm sorry, all in two years.
The more money they spend, the higher the inflation, the less your dollar is worth.
Now, in story after story,
the Republicans who are standing up and saying, no more.
We cannot continue this.
We're not going to have a gun held to our head.
We have time right now to work out a budget.
but that's not what's happening the budget is being made behind closed doors and then what do those leaders
McConnell Schumer McCarthy Jeffries what do those leaders do
those leaders who think they know better than everyone else that you elected
You sent them to Congress.
They get the blame.
But are they to blame on this?
Because they don't have a choice.
Now they're called terrorists.
They're called extremists.
An extremist is the furthest from the center.
How many people do you know that are actually fighting for
no budget to actually, you know, pencil put to paper and work this out?
How many people do you know that are saying, pass it in the middle of the night and no one read it?
Do you know anybody, left or right?
Do you know anyone?
Because I don't.
Do you know anybody who says we can continue, besides the current administration, we can spend
like it's raining money.
Just keep spending.
$2 trillion a year, it should be $3 trillion a year.
Do you know anyone?
that thinks our current level of spending is good.
I don't.
Do you?
If you do feel that way, I want to hear how you got there.
I really do.
I'm not going to make you feel stupid or anything else.
I just want to know
how you got to that thinking.
And it would be refreshing to hear because I don't meet those people.
I don't know who those people are.
I think those people are the ones furthest from the center.
And then what do they do?
Well,
they try to intimidate people.
They are currently telling our Congress members that you elected to do this job.
Those four
people
are telling the 431
exactly what they have to do.
You have to pass this right now.
This is coming in two weeks.
You have to pass this right now.
We've already worked it out.
No amendments, no reading it.
Just pass it right now.
Or
you're going to get the blame for the government shutting down.
Now.
You're on the road.
You're going someplace.
Important.
You love your car.
You got to get to the place.
But your car starts to overheat.
And your car blows a tire.
Two tires.
Now, you could keep going,
but you could blow the engine and you'll destroy the rims.
So you won't have a lot left when you get there.
Nobody wants to stop the car.
Nobody wants to wait for the tow truck.
Nobody, nobody, everybody wants to go to wherever it was you were going.
Everybody.
But who's the unreasonable one?
The one that says,
I don't see any problem.
Keep going.
Keep going.
Or the rest of the family who's like,
no, we're not going to have anything left, Dad.
I mean,
as much as I'd like a new car, can we afford a new car?
No?
Then maybe we should stop.
Even the kids, no, stop.
Stop the car.
This is dangerous and it's going to put us in a very bad situation.
And if we do it, we may never be able to make another trip.
Who's the extremist here?
I don't want to shut down the government, but quite honestly, if you want to save America, it is better for them to do absolutely nothing than put us another $2 trillion
in debt.
Remember, if I pay you, what was it, a dollar a second, that's $31 million by the end of the year.
And it only takes you to get to a trillion dollars.
If I pay you for every second of every day of every year, it only takes you 32
billion years.
No, million years.
32 million years.
I don't know.
I'm thinking that maybe we shouldn't spend that money because I don't know how we're going to ever earn that money.
And I'd like something left for my children.
Back in just a second.
You have a choice as to what you're going to feed your family, given the best isn't always the easiest thing, especially with food prices being as high as they are right now, and food prices are going to go up.
If you would subscribe to Good Ranchers, their monthly meat boxes, you are going to get right off of the top two years of free ground beef.
That's 144 meals you don't have to pay for.
And the extra values?
Well, Good Ranchers spends their own money to provide 10 meals per box to Americans in need.
And there is a growing number of Americans in need.
So, over the course of just your subscription, because of your subscription, they will give out 240 meals to those who need it.
It's the right spirit.
It is great meat.
It helps our ranchers, and it will save you money because you lock in your price.
You lock in your price for two years.
You're a member.
You're not going to get the inflation.
That's a fantastic thing.

So there's lots of words that are just being thrown around that mean nothing.
Yesterday, I told you about Susanna,
yeah, Susannah Gibson.
She's a nurse practitioner running in her first election cycle, and she is running for the Virginia General Assembly.
And
it came out, she's, you know, her website shows her with her dog and her scrubs because she's a nurse practitioner with her dog, with her dog, her husband, and her children.
Looks like a beautiful family.
She is running as you.
However,
we,
as we told you yesterday, she's kind of not you.
I mean, unless you are selling your sexual activities online to people who will send you tokens of some sort on chatterbait.
She has
done all kinds of things for tokens
and said all kinds of things.
Like last year on September 11th, she talked about how much she likes to be hit.
She likes to be choked.
She will do
pretty much and has done
pretty much everything.
Well, I haven't seen the actual videos.
I'm glad that we know about it because
she is showing herself as somebody who has family values and is just like you.
I'm sorry, unless I'm the only one not making porn videos and you're welcome.
You're not the average person.
Now, she's come out yesterday and she says that this is a sex crime against against her.
That somebody would reveal that she's doing this on a website.
That is a sex crime and it will not stop her.
Now,
I don't know how that's a sex crime.
I mean, I know there's a sex crime involved or could be because one of the things she said that she wanted to do was go to a hotel, leave the door open, so when the room service person came in, she would be naked and seen on the bed.
Well,
I don't know, but I'd have to check with me too, but I think me too on that one, right?
That's not a sex crime.
To expose what you're doing in public, to expose what you're doing.
Would you like to know that about your teacher?
If that was happening with your kids' teacher, would you like to know that that's who she is?
May not change anything.
Would with me, but may not change anything.
But it's kind of good information to have.
Oh, okay.
All right.
Well, okay.
You're into threesomes and everything.
Okay.
All right.
Well, I know who you are.
Okay.
Thank you for that.
Shouldn't you know?
How is that a sex crime?
Let's.
Let's stand up for women and not redefine sex crimes.
The Glenn Beck program.
So your grocery bill is a lot higher than it should be.
Of course it is.
74% of your fellow Americans are also feeling this squeeze.
74%.
And that's not because Bidenomics is not only underperforming, it is taking a direct hit at your personal finances.
It is that inflation reduction bill that was designed to create more inflation by printing more money.
Wall Street Journal says this is not a passing cloud, but a storm warning warning for 2024.
You need to be asking yourself, for the sake of your whole family and your financial future, you've saved your whole life.
What's that going to be worth in these uncertain times?
Please take 10% of what you have.

Ever thought in America I would have to do shows, and I have a feeling I have to do many, many, many, many shows on the rule of law.
I thought we all got it, but apparently not, because now people are being indicted, people are being prosecuted, people are going to jail for things that they shouldn't be necessarily going to jail while others are doing far worse and they're just walking away.
I want all the bad guys who break the law to go to jail.
Equally, equal and blind justice.
I will tell you right now, I am not a fan of impeachment.
I am a fan of this impeachment with Joe Biden.
I was not a fan of Donald Trump's impeachment.
Why?
Because they didn't have anything.
Remember, they kept saying, well, you wait until you hear, wait until you see the proof.
Okay.
Now let me be consistent.
I am also against the impeachment that the Republicans are doing in Texas.
They're taking on Ken Paxton.
And if Ken Paxton did something illegal, then take him out.
But this is not it.
They're impeaching him with no evidence.
And this, I believe, coming from the Bush people, but I could be wrong.
Somebody who's really been following this closely is Sarah Gonzalez, and she is the host of News and Why It Matters here on Blaze TV every day.
Hello.
How are you?
Hello.
Good to see you.
I'm good.
So
I was shocked when I started seeing the the actual trial in the Senate.
Shocked at the fact that this seems like a Stalin show trial.
Yeah, and it was done very quickly, rushed through in a holiday weekend.
And in fact, I want to borrow a term that I heard used in this trial, which is there are no coincidences in Austin.
And there are a lot of things that make you go, hmm, during this whole entire process.
For starters, there was no Republican in the Texas House who called for Ken Paxton to be impeached until right after Ken Paxton called on Dade Phelan, Speaker of the House Dave Phelan to resign after the video, you recall the video that surfaced of him allegedly seemingly being severely intoxicated on the House floor.
No Republican,
no Republican called for Ken Paxton's impeachment until Ken Paxton called out Dade Phelan.
Now, remember, this is the same Speaker of the House Republican, I use the air quotes, Republican Speaker of the House, who assigns Democrats to committee heads, committee chairs of very powerful committees, yet refuses to act on school choice, refuses to act on banning Chinese ownership of Texas land, refusal to act on border security.
So doesn't really sound like a conservative fighter to me.
No.
Does not at all.
So let me give you some more very curious timing.
Let's go back to where we were at the time that these accusations allegedly occurred.
So they're in 2020, right?
And the so-called whistleblowers are still employed at the OAG, but they had retained an attorney by the name of Johnny Sutton.
You may recall Johnny Sutton.
He has a very long and sordid history of, I would say, being very corrupt, siding with illegal aliens versus Border Patrol agents, but he did work in multiple Bush administrations, very, very closely connected to the Bush family.
Now, okay, well, that's no big deal.
No, of course not.
So again, we're back in 2020
and these OAG whistleblowers are forwarding information to their attorney, Johnny Sutton.
And curiously, the same day that they go to the FBI with these accusations, George P.
Bush.
who had let his law license expire for 10 years, renewed his law license.
And now, of course, we know the rest of the story, which is months later, he went on to announce that he would be running for Attorney General of the state of Texas.
Now, I find this outrageous
that you would infer
that maybe, because I mean, they paid Sutton, right?
I mean, he's working for.
Oh, well, it's funny that you mentioned that because there is a clip that I would like to play for you
of an exchange between the defense and just one of the whistleblowers explaining some of that payment plan or lack thereof.
Okay, yeah.
From your office email, you forwarded grand jury subpoenas that were supposed to be secret to your counsel, Johnny Sutton, correct?
That's partially correct, yes.
And to be clear, you've never paid Johnny Sutton a dime, have you?
Not yet.
You have some type of pro bono deal with him?
No.
Who's paying for him?
We haven't agreed on a fee arrangement yet.
We've agreed to discuss that in the future.
Wait.
Let's let that sink in for a second.
This man who's a former assistant U.S.
attorney, he's with the Ashcroft law firm, I believe.
It's in multiple states.
He's represented you for three years and you haven't agreed on a fee arrangement yet.
I want to make sure I understand.
That's right.
Haven't paid him anything.
Haven't paid him anything.
He's never sent you a bill.
No, sir.
Sounds like a great guy.
Can I tell you,
even I mean, I am
classified as an elite.
I had to hire an attorney, a very expensive attorney, recently, and it was something I had to do.
But you know what my second question or my first question after, hey, would you represent this case?
You know what my first question was after that one?
How much do you charge?
You don't, three years?
That's insanity.
Well, and what attorney do you know who would be happy to just do all of this hard work on a case for three whole years without some form of payment being promised or even discussed?
What What attorney do you know, let alone one of the top, you know, most expensive attorneys in the state of Texas.
So, how is this going to end?
Well, Glenn, I don't have, obviously, my faith in the House, in the Texas House, is lost, but I do have faith in the Senate.
We only need 10 to 10.
And seven have already said.
Yeah,
there were six, I believe, who
voted in favor of dismissing certain charges.
And
there was eight at one point.
So I don't think it's too much to to expect that once the senators actually saw the case, they'd see no evidence.
None, like literally.
Right.
Like, you know, that's what they're saying about the case with Joe Biden.
Well, they don't have any evidence.
I mean, literally no evidence.
None.
And I mean, do they even suggest what the crime was?
No.
No.
I mean, it's, it's a bunch of accusations that basically, at the end of the day, the evidence that they show is this.
Ken Paxton was the boss of this office, asked his subordinates to investigate certain things that he found to be wrong, that the FBI was doing.
Right.
His subordinates didn't do it.
Right.
And they are saying, as if it's so bizarre.
I can't believe that he believed that the FBI might be doing something wrong, that they, somehow or another, he believes that they're not trustworthy.
Right.
Damn right.
Yes.
Yes.
And that tells you, really to me, that tells you all you need to know about these whistleblowers.
They have, do they have strong credentials?
Sure.
But at the end of the day, they are bureaucrats who have been in the bureaucracy for so long they refuse to question the integrity of an agency that we have seen weaponized against half the country.
And they think it's insane.
to suggest that the FBI could possibly be corrupt.
It's almost as if they've been asleep for the last four years and haven't paid attention to, oh, I don't know, Operation Crossfire Hurricane.
Yeah, I don't think they have.
So Dave Phelan, he is the Speaker of the Texas House.
This guy should be impeached himself for this because
you don't give somebody this kind of power and have them abuse it in this way without
some sort of
penalty.
And it should be, he's either removed or the people remove him.
This is the house, so it's every two years, right?
I believe so.
So they're all coming up for election.
Andrew Murr, he's the house manager.
Is he kind of the leader of?
He is.
He is.
And he has a mustache that very much annoys me.
Okay, well, not for the mustache reason,
but he should be replaced.
Jeff Leach is also one of the managers.
We have Briscoe Kane is another one.
And what's Charlie's last name?
Charlie Guerin.
Yeah.
These guys, they're going to be up for re-election in very, very red parts of Texas.
There is no reason John Cornyn should go back to the Senate in a very red area of Texas.
There's no reason that these guys, and I'm telling you, I mean, you have much more on this than I do.
I just have this feeling.
I was reading an article earlier this week and I'm reading about it and I'm like, this is Bush.
And it wasn't anything in the article that said that.
It just like felt it.
This is Bush.
These are the same guys like McConnell and they got to go.
Got to go.
Could I also add to that, Glenn?
I can't stress how important this is to the country because if they are successful at doing this,
if they are successful, this will become the blueprint for the entire country so that the globalists and the establishment can remove duly elected officials that we, the people, put into office because we wanted them to fight for us.
And this will be the blueprint to remove them anyway.
Yeah, that's what they're doing to the House caucus right now, the Freedom Caucus.
They're saying they're extremists.
They're terrorists.
This line of Republicans have always hated the Tea Party and their values.
That's just the truth.
They are progressives.
They believe they know better than you.
And if this kind of stuff can go on, you know, you think you're just dealing with it with Donald Trump.
You're not.
You're dealing with it with January 6th.
You're dealing with it with Donald Trump.
You're dealing with it here.
If we don't teach the lesson, don't you dare do this.
If somebody breaks the law and you have evidence, bring it.
But not this.
Not this.
Thank you so much.
Thank you so much.
I'd urge everyone in Texas, call your senators, tweet them, email them, let them know that this cannot stand.
You know, it's weird.
I called mine,
what, yesterday, was it?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Or yesterday or the day before.
And
this has never happened to me, but I'm like,
can I talk to the senator?
No.
No, he's really busy.
Okay.
Can I leave a message?
Sure.
Left a message?
I've not heard back from him.
I mean, you know, that's great.
I mean, you know, he's probably really busy, but I've never experienced that as one of the biggest talk show hosts in America.
I've never, I've never experienced that.
So it was a new thing for me, which I, uh, I'm, I'm grateful.
Um, so, Sarah, thank you so much.
Thank you.

Welcome to the Glenbeck program.
Glad you're here.
How much time do we have here, Sarah?
Okay.
I might be able to do more than one story here.
Stu, I've got four stories that
we have veteran has his jaw torn off by a grizzly bear in Montana that he was fighting with his fists.
It's an amazing story.
Indiana man recorded voicemail by mistake of himself,
of him killing his mom's boyfriend.
Oh, my God.
Not too smart.
Then we have the human collie.
I don't know if you've ever seen the human collie before, but that's a fascinating story.
But Toko is the name of the human collie, a person who lives in a dog suit.
Are you saying there's only one human collie?
Well, the famous one, I guess.
And he's come out and said, I want to meet a girl dog.
And
that's nice.
Yeah.
And then the HR manager accused of sending a worker, an HR manager, sending a co-worker a shape, I mean, a cake shaped as a male body part.
Okay.
And is now being sued.
Apparently, HR managers should know better, but
got time for maybe one story.
Which one?
I'm very interested in leaving a voicemail as you're murdering someone.
How did that happen?
An Indiana man locked in his own 85-year sentence after accidentally record.
Recording the murder of his mother's boyfriend in a voicemail.
Cody Allen Wade, 33, was handed a hefty punishment on Wednesday as he was found guilty of the 2020 killing.
He had left a voicemail on his mother's phone in the seconds before he stabbed her boyfriend four times.
He forgot to hang up the phone.
Hey, mom, just hanging out, you know, talk to you later.
I'm going to kill you.
Oh, my God.
Oh, my gosh.
Can you imagine?
And the poor mom hearing the voicemail of her
loved one being murdered
by her other loved ones.
This is where the story gets really weird.
Okay.
Okay.
It's weird already, right?
Would you agree?
It is a little weird.
Now let's take it to 2023 levels.
Okay.
His mom was also present to witness
her son killing her boyfriend.
I don't understand the story.
Oh, was this one of those things they were trying to cover?
Like he was going to kill the boyfriend and she wanted to have like an alibi.
You know, she wasn't there, but then she was there.
No, that would make sense.
That's not happening.
That's not what happened.
So she's not being accused of anything here.
Nope.
That's good.
Nope.
So she was there.
She was there.
Maybe he was trying to mislead her that he was like, hey, why did he call her?
Well, no, saying, hey, I'm...
I'm downtown right now.
And then he was really like right outside.
And then he came in and surprised them.
i don't know i don't know there's i can't understand news stories anymore no i don't i don't i don't understand news stories at least i'm kind of clear on who the gender of these three people yeah that i'm clear on like that's a woman yeah i'm clear on that i'm clear on that well unless they don't want to dead name the guy because maybe he i formerly was a woman right now
i wouldn't even know how you wouldn't know you wouldn't know i wouldn't know you wouldn't know but hey safety tip after you're done leaving a message hang up the phone especially if you're about to murder somebody.
Just a good safety tip.
We'll see you tomorrow.
