'All Hands on Deck': It's Time to Show Target We've Had ENOUGH | Guests: Adam Curry & Chris Schandevel | 5/26/23

2h 7m
As Memorial Day approaches, Glenn speaks on the horrors the families of our fallen heroes have experienced and the ultimate sacrifice some have paid for this country. Glenn outlines more crimes from the Biden family and Hunter, but Washington, D.C., appears too busy prosecuting Jan. 6 attendees. As the Target boycott unfolds, Glenn lays out the three different types of conservatives and their reactions to the boycott while challenging his audience to stop shopping at Target during Pride Month. Senior counsel for Alliance Defending Freedom Chris Schandevel and Dr. Leslee Cochrane join to discuss a major legal win in California allowing doctors to opt out of providing medically assisted suicide. Co-host of “No Agenda” Adam Curry joins to discuss a possible UFO spotted over a California military base. “How to Become a Federal Criminal” author Mike Chase discusses the craziest ways one can become a federal criminal without knowing it.

For a limited time at McDonald's, get a Big Mac extra-value meal for $8.

That means two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun, and medium fries, and a drink.

We may need to change that jingle.

Prices and participation may vary.

We've all heard the phrase, put your money where your mouth is.

It's time to do that.

Time to stop talking about how unfair the Chinese government has been when it comes to trade and send them a message with our wallets.

But we can't buy things here in America if they're not made here in America.

This is where companies like American Giant come in.

They are bringing manufacturing back to the U.S.

We used to make, what, 95% of all clothing sold in America was made in America.

Now 97% is made overseas.

So they got a

factory that was closing down.

The guy who now is the founder and head of American Giant, he saw this and he was like, we can't let this business go out of business.

So he retrained the staff, restocked the factory, brought in new machines, and it is, they make some of the best clothing in America.

They do.

With the same high-quality standards, we used to make things.

We gotta stand together if we're gonna survive.

Stand up, stand, and hold the line.

It's a new day, our time to rise.

What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

This is

the Glenn Beck program.

Hello, America.

Those of you listening on our national broadcast,

as well as Pluto TV and

Blaze Radio and TV Network and YouTube this hour.

Hello to all of you, wherever you are.

I believe that the Bubba effect is about to be seen and rear its ugly head.

Something has changed, and the Biden administration with the Justice Department is getting bolder and bolder.

I have some things that you need to hear, but before that, I just want to take a couple of minutes just to take a breath on Memorial Day and put things into perspective before we begin.

In 60 seconds, there's a raging battle in this country for the hearts and the souls and the minds of our children.

You pay attention to the news.

You see pieces of it all the time, and those pieces are adding up fast.

The best way to fight bad information is with good information, and that's where the Tuttle Twin books come in, and they provide this good information for kids.

They're entertaining for kids and adults,

but they're also filled with fundamental core values and knowledge about the history and foundational principles of America.

Things that our kids and grandkids desperately need to hear as much and as soon as possible.

The one other thing I really like about the Tuttle Twins is they're hardbound.

It is so

important

that you have hardbound books that reflect the truth of America and our principles.

Get this for the summer.

You'll get a bundle of 13 books from the Tuttle Twins, 35% off this bundle, plus 12 Rules Boot Camp, that's their latest, based on Jodern Peterson's book, for your kids.

So it's tuttletwinsbeck.com.

Get started now, tuttletwinsbeck.com.

So, before we begin,

I thought it would be important

to give you

a time to reflect

on what everything really means.

I hope that you've never experienced the story I'm about to tell you, but I also know there are thousands that have.

And if you will, try to imagine this in the first person through the eyes of someone I'm about to describe.

Your son has been in the United States Marine Corps for what seems like forever now.

Only you

and those that have their children deployed into a war zone know just why it seems like forever.

What begins as extreme worry and then turns to panic, then helplessness, then all time seems to stop.

It's as if you're stranded in the loneliest cold of winter with no daylight to help tell you the passage of time.

It's just you, your worry, and no end in sight.

It comes over you in an instant.

What you don't know yet is the most precious thing you hold dear, your son,

just fell in combat 60 seconds ago.

Military protocol is exact.

And as you're busy carrying out your day, this is what's happening behind the scenes.

First, a death notification.

It has to be executed within eight hours.

A discreet attempt to locate you, the next of kin, is initiated.

So the officers chosen to deliver the notification arrive at the right place at the right time.

Three individuals are typically chosen to arrive at your home.

An officer, at least one rank higher than the deceased, a chaplain, and someone capable of delivering medical help should the next of kin pass out or worse.

These are the three individuals that you will see as you open the door.

One of the officers asks you your name.

Then he asks permission to enter, as per DoD protocol, he then asks you to sit down.

You know what he's about to say.

And then he says this.

The Commandant of the Marine Corps

has entrusted me to express his deep regret that your son, John, was killed in action on Friday, March 26th.

The Commandant and the Marine Corps extend their deepest sympathy to you and your family in your loss.

Some branches of the service do it a little bit differently,

but this is the standard DoD protocol for telling someone their loved one has just died in combat.

This is the nightmare that thousands have had to endure.

Thousands fear could happen to them at any time.

This is Memorial Day weekend.

Two years after 9-11, 312 parents experienced what I just described in 2003 alone.

In 2007, 847 military men and women died in combat.

In 2008, 352.

In 2009, 346.

And the list and the numbers go on and on.

And our Gold Star families have suffered every single tragedy.

Memorial Day weekend

kicks off at the end of today.

I don't know what you have planned.

You're probably making plans for maybe a three-day getaway.

Or maybe just staying at home when there's a barbecue with friends and neighbors planned.

Swimming for the kids.

Hot dogs, hamburgers.

If you're going away, maybe a sweet Airbnb.

The works.

It's a three-day weekend.

I'm not trying to be a downer here, but there is a sacredness to Memorial Day that most of us just cannot understand.

Ask a veteran that survived and now feels guilty for the life he was spared when others were not.

This weekend, be there for a Gold Star family.

Let them know that they're not alone.

Share their grief.

Ask about their son.

Memorial Day is for reverence in honoring those who sacrificed everything to ensure the American way of life endures forever.

Greater love hath no man than this:

that a man lay down his life for his friends.

This weekend,

remember the honor the love of country the families

together they represent the absolute best of all of us

all right

The reason why I wanted to start today with remembering those who honor the Constitution and have laid down their life

for the Constitution in defense of the Constitution

is because the worst thing we could do

is now violate the principles and the Constitution, the laws that have been established for equal justice.

We cannot dishonor the sacrifice

in anger or rage.

And you're going to be probably a little angry here.

First of all, let me give you the latest from Comer.

The House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer says an

informant file that he is seeking from the FBI links President Biden to a $5 million bribery scheme while he was president.

Comer revealed the size of the alleged bribe for the first time Wednesday in a letter to the FBI director Christopher Wray threatening him with contempt proceedings if he doesn't share the file pursuant to the May 3rd subpoena.

The informant tip is dated June 30th, 2020.

Comer wrote an additional clue in the mysterious allegation that triggered a guessing game due to the Biden family's extensive consulting work in countries where the then VP held sway.

In a remarkable coincidence, and remember, this is a guessing game.

Ukrainian officials held a press conference in Kyiv on June 13th, 2020, 17 days before the FBI tip-off, where they showed $5 million in cash allegedly offered as a bribe to end an investigation of the natural gas company Burisma.

Burisma employed the first son, Hunter Biden, from 2014 to 2019, and an executive firm met with vice president on April 16, 2015 at dinner in Washington.

Now, the cash seized by Ukrainian officials in 2020 was paid in American $100 bills that were put on display and and matches the amount that Joe Biden allegedly received years earlier.

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, and this is very important, said at the press conference that three Kyiv bureaucrats, including the current and former tax official, were arrested and a million dollars of additional money was offered to an officeholder working as a middleman.

The anti-corruption prosecutor said at the press conference conference that Biden Jr.

and Biden Sr.

do not appear in this particular proceeding.

Two and a half weeks later, however, the document shows up at the FBI

and it was created or modified on the 30th, or I think I said the 20th.

The Oversight Committee has not confirmed the country where President Biden allegedly accepted a bribe of $5 million as vice president, but a source previously told the Post that the allegation is not believed to deal with China.

And so we're going back to a guessing game, and this is really important.

Innocent until proven guilty.

We don't know what's in any of this.

But

it's not China.

So that leaves Ukraine and Russia that we know of.

It's unclear what policy decisions would have or could have been made by Biden in exchange.

Biden allegedly plugged U.S.

support for the national gas industry in Ukraine days after his son Hunter Biden secretly joined the board of Burisma.

This is according to the former White House stenographer Mike McCormick.

He is a guy who I believe voted for Obama and Biden and only came to the forefront recently because Biden was talking about a flight he was on and witnessed firsthand and said, no, none of what he just said was true because I heard him talk about it before we even landed.

We will find out.

I believe this Congress will hold anyone who is obstructing justice

with contempt and they have the votes if everybody sticks together to actually put that person in behind bars because of the contempt of Congress.

But it will take the Congress to vote on it.

All right, so now

here's the next one.

So we just told you, FBI is hiding and refusing to let this be released

to the Oversight Committee.

Biden's DOJ

has decided on charges for

Rachel Rowlands.

Now, she is Sorospacked backed massachusetts da

she has been caught lying under oath she has been caught aiding uh in the election of somebody that she wanted to which is against the law but she also provided false information and spoke with the press

in collusion with this Democratic candidate.

All of these things violate ethics and the law.

The DOJ has just decided on charges and they are zero.

They have decided to not prosecute on any of these charges.

At the same time, the Oath Keepers founder, Stuart Rhodes, who did not bring a weapon to the Capitol, did not enter the Capitol, did not harm anyone, wasn't arrested for a year after January 6th,

was sentenced to 18 years

for seditious conspiracy for January 6th.

Now,

I don't know.

I wasn't in the courtroom.

But if you're going to

do these kinds of things,

you should make sure the DOJ is doing it blindly.

to all sides.

Again, I don't know Stuart Rhodes and what he did.

However, 18 years seems a little steep, but it may be appropriate.

My problem with this is I don't believe you can get a fair trial from this Justice Department in Washington, D.C.

That is not a jury of your peers.

They're pulling from a pool that 95% of the entire population voted for a Democrat and vote blindly for Democrats every time.

This is not a safe space.

I will not enter Washington, D.C.

or the triangle again until this is cleared up.

Only because I'm not doing anything wrong, but I'm not sure that they wouldn't trump something up and then give it to a corrupt DOJ, and then I'm sitting there with a jury of my peers in Washington, D.C.

I don't think so.

That's my problem with this.

The retired firefighter who put his feet up on Pelosi's desk, sentenced to 4.5 years in prison.

Now, this guy is,

he's a dirtbag.

Okay.

He says, I got out of control, blah, blah, blah.

But he's the guy who went in and he wrote a nasty letter to

Nancy Pelosi.

Okay.

Now, he does all of these things.

Four and a half years?

Here's my problem.

You want to give him four and a half years.

Okay.

But why has no one been charged for burning a city down?

When if you started a fire and burned one person's business to the ground,

Why is it that you serve no time?

You're not even charged.

And if you sit behind Nancy Pelosi's desk and write a nasty ass note, put your feet up on the desk, why do you get four and a half years?

Is her office more important than that small mom-and-pop business that was struggling to keep their head above water in a city that is not Washington, D.C.?

This entire thing is corrupt because it is not

it's it's not putting into context that all men are created equal and that we are a nation of laws and not of men.

There seem to be some that are more equal than others.

Those people in Congress.

I will tell you that I don't remember January 6th fondly.

I was it I watched it with my head in my hands.

Swear words on my lips and tears in my eyes when I watched it.

I think the whole thing was an abomination,

but so is this.

To be for justice

doesn't mean

you're for the Cretans that broke the windows, clubbed police, or did any of that stuff.

But you're letting a a DOJ official.

I'm sorry, you're a Soros-backed Massachusetts DA.

The DOJ is letting them go,

yet on the same charges

with the document scandal at Mar-Lago, they had a SWAT team there.

It's the same law they say was violated.

And one of those

was throwing an election.

The other one was

apparently top-secret documents that I think the people who mow my lawn might have a top-secret document from the White House, from some president in the past as well.

Justice must be blind.

We continue in 60 seconds.

The Glenn Beck program.

Now, this may come to a shock, as a shock to most of you, but I am not an expert on everything.

I know, I know, hard to believe.

But there are some things I'm completely clueless about.

And one of those things is really anything having to do with operating life.

I have no idea, for instance, or had no idea, how to find a real estate agent.

I just, I wanted somebody I trusted, you know, that was in there and I knew they were the best and they had my best interest and they were really good.

That's what I wanted.

How do you find that?

Well, that's what my company that I set up with my brother and I about, I don't know, seven, 10 years ago, realestate agentsitrust.com.

We set this up so we could recommend to you the best real estate agents that we could find in the country.

So if you're moving, we have a whole team of people that just vet to look for the best practices and the best in your area.

So you're moving, tell us where, tell us what you need.

We'll find the right agent, realestate agentsitrust.com.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.

So

I saw a headline on Monday from Media Matters.

Quote, Blaze TV's Glenn Beck defends a a white nationalist Charlottesville demonstrator.

And it was picked up everywhere.

I didn't mention it to you

at the time because I don't really care what people say about me.

I already made my bed.

I get it.

If you were with me last Thursday, you remember that I brought up the story about a Vermont resident named Ryan Roy who marched in Charlottesville, Virginia way,

way back in 2017.

He has now been indicted in 2023.

What was he charged with?

He's charged with a Class V felony.

Can you look that up?

How many classes are there?

I think that's the lowest, is it not?

A Class 5 felony for burning an object with the intent to intimidate.

Now, in Virginia, you can understand because this is the Klan.

This is the South.

They have all of that history.

This law was written against the Klan.

So people would, if they were burning a cross, you could get them on a felony.

Okay.

Now, in 2017,

the county prosecutor didn't seem to think that it was a big deal.

declined to press charges against the Charlotteville protesters.

But then George Soros dropped nearly $2.5 million

backing the far-left prosecutors in Virginia in 2019, 5,000 of which went to the new county prosecutor, who vowed, as a campaign promise, to bring charges against Charlotteville protesters if elected.

He said, and I quote, there's a law, a burning objects law, that say they can be prosecuted, but our prosecutors not doing that.

Now, this is the same law that refuses, or the same group of people in the same state that refuse to prosecute Hunter Biden

for known

provable on videotape drug crimes.

There's a law about burning objects.

That law say it can be prosecuted, but our prosecutors not doing that.

Now, as I outlined in last week's Blaze TV special in the reckoning of the Biden crime family,

apparently, if you're a Biden, you can smoke crack while filming yourself driving down a street in Virginia.

Nobody seems to care.

So, why is this Charlottesville protester being charged nearly six years after the fact?

In Virginia, there's no statute of limitation on felonies.

So, that got me wondering, any felony?

Any felony?

Huh, what about smoking crack in a car?

So I asked you,

and I showed you the video of Hunter being very proud to be driving his brand new Ford Raptor along Old Dominion Drive in Arlington, Virginia, while smoking crack.

Third-party sources have confirmed it's on videotape.

Third-party sources have confirmed the law.

It is a felony.

Now, during last week's reckoning special, I read you an email we received from the Virginia Attorney General.

He's a Republican.

We asked him, will you look into this crime?

He said, thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work for the Attorney General's schedule, so we'll have to decline.

Oh, really?

Did AI, did Siri write that one?

Because it sounds like a bad AI response.

Now, I'm not satisfied with that answer.

I bet you're not either, but I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt because maybe it's outside of his legal purview of jurisdiction.

I will not give the benefit of the doubt to the Arlington County prosecutor, another George Soros

official.

This is the county where Hunter's alleged crack crime took place.

Okay, George Soros gave her campaign nearly $1 million.

So we reached out to Governor Glenn Younken about it

and

said this.

This is what he said.

Because the local prosecutor in Arlington is a Democrat, we are aware there will be no

political will to try and take on the president's son.

However, Americans are fed up with two-tier justice system.

Actually, this is what we wrote.

Two-tier justice system, one for the elites, one for regular Americans.

No other citizen would get away with committing these alleged crimes in Virginia.

Why would Hunter's crimes go ignored while Vermont residents is charged in a 2017 Class V felony?

Quick response from the governor's office.

His spokesperson said, it's another example of

George Soros influenced prosecutors not doing their job.

Well, we know that.

But will the governor

provide any additional heat?

I do not want the governor to

violate the law.

I don't want him involved in things he should not be.

But the governor has the bully pulpit.

Now, it is hard to fight the millions of dollars that George Sorrells uses to buy these prosecutors.

But I am tired of feeling alone.

I am tired of feeling like the only one.

Now I get home, I talk to my friends, and they all say the same thing.

They're like, this is insane.

And then they throw up their arms and go, well, what am I going to do about it?

I don't pay attention anymore because it's all garbage.

You're going to be in the trash compactor

with the Wookiee, and you're going to be smooshed this time.

You have to get involved.

Now, I want everyone, all the listeners, all the viewers in the great Commonwealth of Virginia,

and everyone in my audience, if you haven't gone to the ReckoningGuide.com, get a free copy of the dossier.

If you're in Virginia, you will find the contact information for the Arlington DA.

You need to flood her office lines, flood the social media, do not,

do not

make threats.

This is a constitutional battle

and we must take it to the court system.

You have no idea.

You can win on these things

if we have

our wits about us

and go through the court system.

Politely tell her you don't care who fills her purse strings.

She is accountable to the people of Virginia and the laws of the state just as you must obey the law, so must she.

Justice is blind.

Justice holds no man over another.

Justice doesn't care if you're poor or George Soros.

It doesn't matter if you voted for Trump or Biden.

Justice is blind.

What's amazing to me for people

who have sold and peddled this lie, this claim they're fighting for justice,

it is amazing to me how clear it is they do not want justice.

They're looking for something else.

Revenge.

Possibly.

So where does that leave us?

Well, we can be mad.

We could be mad.

Or we can be determined.

When we did the reckoning, we showed you this is the legal path.

Now, the left, how are they fighting?

They are fighting in the legal court system.

They just pull all the purse strings.

But that is in Virginia and Arlington.

That's not everywhere.

There are crimes all over this country, including in red states.

Why is no one

picking up this mantle and saying, I will do it?

We must exhaust every legal avenue.

And by the way,

I've always thought attorneys sucked.

But you suck more than I even thought.

Are all of our attorneys just caring about their good status or their big firm?

Where are the attorneys in this country that are willing to sacrifice their jobs or their status for the ideals and ideas that America has always strived for?

Where are you?

In a state such as Virginia that allowed bigotry and double standards and legal persecution of one entire group of people for so long.

And then you fought so hard to remove the double standards, to remove the legal persecution.

You're now going to return and build the same kind of structure or allow it to be built in your name, in your state, the structure of discrimination and hatred again, if you throw away everything that you in Virginia have worked so hard to achieve,

then you

in your silence

will again choose the path of Jamestown and all the evils of the past return.

And just like before, the deceivers are wrapping the lies in poison in moral terms.

We're looking for justice.

Justice is blind on earth.

The only one that can actually

meet out real justice, perfect justice, is God himself.

And your God

on the left is not the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

And that is who I serve.

My first principle is, and loyalty is to him.

My first passport is to the kingdom of God.

My second is to the United States of America.

So I will do nothing to violate my first passport.

I will not lose my first citizenship in defense of my second citizenship.

But I know the Declaration of Independence.

I know the Bill of Rights.

I know the Constitution was written by men with the help of the finger of God.

If you can find a better

A better mission statement, then we hold these things to be self-evident, that all men are created equal and endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights and governments are instituted among men to protect those rights.

If you can find a bigger and better

mission statement than that, show it to me.

I will follow and gladly, gladly abandon this system which is now so corrupt.

But I don't see anything grander than that.

I don't see anything harder than that.

I don't see anything more glorious and God-given than that.

Damn us all, and we will be.

If you don't stand up in your pulpit,

if you don't stand up as an attorney,

and if we all don't stand up as citizens in peace,

with the full armor of God, The most important thing, our feet are shod in the sandals of peace and the gospel.

you don't do it you will lose your country

all

hands

on deck

We're glad you're here.

By the way, if you want the dossier,

you can find this now

at thereckoning,

reckoningguide.com.

It's thereckoningguide.com.

And get on the phone.

There's something else that we I think

we're on the verge of

something here.

And I think right around the corner, something is changing

both good and bad.

The government is becoming much more

oppressive and obvious.

They don't care anymore.

By the way, today, if you have

a pistol brace,

I think tomorrow you are a felon if you haven't destroyed it or given it, turned it in.

Today's the 26th.

So isn't it the 30th?

I thought it was, I thought we had a few more.

Oh, yeah, okay, you're right.

The 30th.

So you're going to be a felon.

Thousands of Americans will be felons in two weeks.

There is also something coming on the good side.

I think there is...

a God movement that is happening.

But I also think that there is people are fed up and they're fed up with these corporations.

Bud Light was the first one, but it was the easiest one because you can just tell the bartender, not that tap, that tap.

You don't have to do anything different.

You go to the store, you open up to buy beer, you just avoid buying that one.

This one,

Target, is different.

It's harder to replace.

It is harder to replace because it's not just one product.

It's a store that a lot of people really like.

But I want to give you an update on this because I believe if you want to stop ESG,

the best thing you can do

is

put BlackRock in the hot seat because they're losing billions of dollars for everybody who invests with BlackRock.

And that's happening.

And I'll give it to you

What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

This is

the Glenn Beck program.

Hello, America.

Those of you listening on our national broadcast,

as well as Pluto TV and

Blaze Radio and TV network and YouTube this hour.

Hello to all of you wherever you are.

I believe that the Bubba effect is about to be seen and rear its ugly head.

Something has changed and The Biden administration with the Justice Department is getting bolder and bolder.

The best way to fight bad information is with good information.

And that's where the Tuttle Twin books come in.

And they provide this good information for kids.

They're entertaining for kids and adults,

but they're also filled with fundamental core values and knowledge about the history and foundational principles of America.

Things that our kids and grandkids desperately need to hear as

much and as soon as possible.

The one other thing I really like about the Tuttle Twins is they're hardbound.

It is

so

important

that you have hardbound books that reflect the truth of America and our principles.

Get this for the summer.

You'll get a bundle of 13 books from the Tuttle Twins, 35% off this bundle, plus 12 Rules Boot Camp, that's their latest based on Joderard Peterson's book for your kids.

A discrete attempt to locate you, the next of kin, is initiated, so the officers chosen to deliver the notification arrive at the right place at the right time.

The Commandant of the Marine Corps

has entrusted me to express his deep regret that your son, John,

was killed in action on Friday, March 26th.

This

is Memorial Day weekend.

Greater love hath no man than this,

that a man lay down his life for his friends

this we can

remember the honor the love of country

the families

together they represent the absolute best of all of us

The reason why I wanted to start today with remembering those who honor the Constitution and have laid down their life

for the Constitution in defense of the Constitution

is because the worst thing we could do

is now violate the principles and the Constitution, the laws that have been established for equal justice.

We cannot dishonor the sacrifice

in anger or rage.

And you're going to be probably a little angry here.

First of all, let me give you the latest from Comer.

The House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer says an

informant file that he is seeking from the FBI links President Biden to a $5 million bribery scheme while he was president.

Comer revealed the size of the alleged bribe for the first time Wednesday in a letter to the FBI director Christopher Wray, threatening him with contempt proceedings if he doesn't share the file pursuant to the May 3rd subpoena.

The informant tip is dated June 30th, 2020.

Comer wrote an additional clue in the mysterious allegation that triggered a guessing game due to the Biden family's extensive consulting work in countries where the then VP held sway.

In a remarkable coincidence, and remember this is a guessing game,

Ukrainian officials held a press conference in Kyiv on June 13th, 2020, 17 days before the FBI tip-off, where they showed $5 million in cash allegedly offered as a bribe to end an investigation of the natural gas company Burisma.

Burisma employed the first son Hunter Biden from 2014 to 2019 and an executive firm met with vice president on April 16, 2015 at dinner in Washington.

Now, the cash seized by Ukrainian officials in 2020 was paid in American $100 bills that were put on display and matches the amount that Joe Biden allegedly received years earlier.

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, and this is very important, said at the press conference.

That three Kyiv bureaucrats, including the current and former tax official, were arrested and a million dollars of additional money was offered to an officeholder working as a middleman.

The anti-corruption prosecutor said at the press conference that Biden Jr.

and Biden Sr.

do not appear in this particular proceeding.

But

it's not China, so that leaves Ukraine and Russia that we know of.

It's unclear what policy decisions would have or could could have been made by Biden in exchange.

Biden allegedly plugged U.S.

support for the national gas industry in Ukraine days after his son Hunter Biden secretly joined the board of Burisma.

This is according to the former White House stenographer Mike McCormick.

He is a guy who I believe voted for Obama and Biden.

and only came to the forefront recently because Biden was talking about a flight he was on and witnessed firsthand and said, no, none of what he just said was true because I heard him talk about it before we even landed.

We will find out.

I believe this Congress will hold anyone who is obstructing justice

with contempt.

And they have the votes, if everybody sticks together, to actually put that person in behind bars because of the contempt of Congress.

But it will take the Congress to vote on it.

All right.

So now,

here's the next one.

So we just told you, FBI is hiding and refusing to let this be released to

the Oversight Committee.

Biden's DOJ

has decided on charges for

Rachel Rowlands.

Now, she is soros-spacked Massachusetts DA.

She has been caught lying under oath.

She has been caught aiding

in the election of somebody that she wanted to, which is against the law.

But she also provided false information and spoke with the press

in collusion with this Democratic candidate.

All of these things violate ethics and the law.

The DOJ has just decided on charges and they are zero.

They have decided to not prosecute on any of these charges.

At the same time, the Oath Keepers founder Stuart Rhodes, who did not bring a weapon to the Capitol, did not enter the Capitol, did not harm anyone, wasn't arrested for a year after January 6th,

was sentenced to 18 years

for seditious conspiracy for January 6th.

Now, I don't know, I wasn't in the courtroom.

But if you're going to

do these kinds of things,

you should make sure the DOJ is doing it blindly to all sides.

Only because I'm not doing anything wrong, but I'm not sure that they wouldn't trump something up and then give it to a corrupt DOJ and then I'm sitting there with a jury of my peers in Washington, D.C.

I don't think so.

That's my problem with this.

The retired firefighter who put his feet up on Pelosi's desk, sentenced to 4.5 years in prison.

Now, this guy is

a dirtbag.

Okay.

He says, I got out of control, blah, blah, blah.

But he's the guy who went in and he wrote a nasty letter to

Nancy Pelosi.

Okay, now he does all of these things.

Four and a half years?

Here's my problem.

You want to give him four and a half years.

Okay.

But why has no one been charged for burning a city down?

When if you started a fire and burned one person's business to the ground,

why is it that you serve no time?

You're not even charged.

And if you sit behind Nancy Pelosi's desk and write a nasty-ass note, put your feet up on the desk, why do you get four and a half years?

Is her office more important than that small mom-and-pop business that was struggling to keep their head above water in a city that is not Washington, D.C.?

This entire thing is corrupt because it is not,

It's it's not putting into context that all men are created equal and that we are a nation of laws and not of men

There seem to be some that are more equal than others Those people in Congress

I Will tell you that I don't remember January 6th fondly.

I was

it I watched it with my head in my hands.

Swear words on my lips and tears in my eyes when I watched it.

I think the whole thing was an abomination.

But so is this.

To be for justice

doesn't mean

You're for the Cretans that broke the windows, clubbed police, or did any of that stuff.

But you're letting a DOJ official,

I'm sorry, you're a Soros-backed Massachusetts DA,

the DOJ is letting them go,

yet on the same charges

with the document scandal at Mar-a-Lago, they had a SWAT team there.

It's the same law they say was violated.

Hmm.

And one of those

was throwing an election.

The other one was

apparently top secret documents that I think the people who mow my lawn might have a top secret document from the White House, from some president in the past as well.

I have no idea, for instance, or had no idea how to find a real estate agent.

I just, I wanted somebody I trusted, you know, that was in there and I knew they were the best and they had my best interest and they were really good.

That's what I wanted.

How do you find that?

Well, that's what my company that I set up with my brother and I about, I don't know, seven, 10 years ago, realestateagentsitrust.com.

We set this up so we could recommend to you the best real estate agents that we can find in the country.

So if you're moving,

we have a whole team of people that just vet to look for the best practices and the best in your area.

So you're moving, tell us where, tell us what you need.

We'll find the right agent, realestate agentsitrust.com.

It's your last day to save 30 bucks off your annual subscription to Blaze TV.

Blazetv.com slash Glenn.

Promo code is fed up.

Welcome to the Glenbeck program.

So

I saw a headline on Monday from Media Matters.

Quote, Blaze TV's Glenn Beck defends a white nationalist Charlottesville demonstrator.

This law was written against the Klan so people would, if they were burning a cross, you could get them on a felony.

Okay.

Now, in 2017,

The county prosecutor didn't seem to think that it was a big deal, declined to press charges against the Charlotteville protesters.

But then, George Soros dropped nearly $2.5 million

backing the far-left prosecutors in Virginia in 2019, 5,000 of which went to the new county prosecutor, who vowed, as a campaign promise, to bring charges against Charlotteville protesters if elected.

He said, and I quote, there's a law, a burning objects law, that say they can be prosecuted, but our prosecutors not doing that.

Now, this is the same law that refuses, or the same group of people in the same state that refuse to prosecute

Hunter Biden for

known

provable on videotape drug crimes.

There's a law about burning objects, and that law says it can be prosecuted, but our prosecutor is not doing that.

Now, as I outlined in last week's Blaze TV special in the reckoning of the Biden crime family,

apparently, if you're a Biden, you can smoke crack while filming yourself driving down a street in Virginia.

Nobody seems to care.

So why is this Charlottesville protester being charged nearly six years after the fact?

In Virginia, there's no statute of limitation limitation on felonies.

So that got me wondering, any felony?

Any felony?

Huh, what about smoking crack in a car?

So I asked you,

and I showed you the video of Hunter being very proud to be driving his brand new Ford Raptor.

along Old Dominion Drive in Arlington, Virginia, while smoking crack.

Okay.

George Soros gave her campaign nearly $1 million.

So we reached out to Governor Glenn Young

about it

and said this.

Why would Hunter's crimes go ignored while Vermont residents is charged in a 2017 Class 5 felony?

You're going to be in the trash compactor

with the Wookiee.

And you're going to be smooshed this time.

You have to get involved.

Now I want everyone,

all the listeners, all the viewers in the great Commonwealth of Virginia,

and everyone in my audience, if you haven't gone to the ReckoningGuide.com, get a free copy of the dossier.

If you're in Virginia, you will find the contact information for the Arlington DA.

You need to flood her office lines.

Flood the social media.

Do not,

do not

make threats.

This is a constitutional battle.

Justice doesn't care if you're poor poor or George Soros.

It doesn't matter if you voted for Trump or Biden.

Justice is blind.

What's amazing to me, for people who

have sold and peddled this lie, this claim they're fighting for justice.

It is amazing to me how clear it is they do not want justice.

They're looking for something else.

Revenge.

Possibly.

I've always thought attorneys sucked, but you suck more than I even thought.

Are all of our attorneys just caring about their good status or their big firm?

Where are the attorneys in this country that are willing to sacrifice their jobs or their status for the ideals and ideas that America has always strived for?

Where are you?

In a state such as Virginia that allowed bigotry and double standards and legal persecution of one entire group of people for so long,

and then you fought so hard to remove the double standards, to remove the legal persecution.

You're now going to return and build the same kind of structure or allow it to be built in your name, in your state the structure of discrimination and hatred again if you throw away everything that you in Virginia have worked so hard to achieve

then you

in your silence

will again choose the path of Jamestown and all the evils of the past return and just like before the deceivers are wrapping the lies in poison in moral terms we're looking for justice Justice is blind on earth.

If you can find

a better mission statement, then we hold these things to be self-evident, that all men are created equal and endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights, and governments are instituted among men to protect those rights.

If you can find a bigger and better

mission statement than that, show it to me.

I will follow and gladly.

gladly abandon this system which is now so corrupt.

But I don't see anything grander than that.

I don't see anything harder than that.

I don't see anything more glorious and God-given than that.

Damn us all, and we will be

if you don't stand up in your pulpit,

if you don't stand up as an attorney,

And if we all don't stand up as citizens in peace

with the full armor of God, the most important thing our feet are shod in the sandals of peace and the gospel you don't do it you will lose your country

all

hands

on deck

back in a minute

I really don't feel like talking to you about a good stake right now

We're glad you're here.

By the way, if you want the dossier,

you can find this now

at the reckoning,

reckoningguide.com.

It's reckoning guide.com

and uh get on the phone there's something else that we i think we are uh we're on the verge of

something

here

and i think right around the corner something is changing

uh

both good and bad the government is becoming much more uh

oppressive and obvious.

They don't care anymore.

By the way, today, if you have

a pistol brace, I think tomorrow you are a felon if you haven't destroyed it or given it, turned it in.

Today's the 26th.

So isn't it the 30th?

I thought we had a few more.

Oh, yeah, okay, you're right.

The 30th.

So you're going to be a felon.

Thousands of Americans will be felons in two weeks.

There is also something coming on the good side.

I think there is a God movement that is happening.

It is harder to replace because it's not just one product, it's a store that a lot of people really like.

But I want to give you an update on this because I believe if you want to stop ESG,

the best thing you can do

is

put BlackRock in the hot seat because they're losing billions of dollars for everybody who invests with BlackRock.

And that's happening.

And I'll give it to you

This is

This is an amazing story.

At high school debates now, at the national tournament, so these are the best debaters in the country, judges are making their stances clear.

Students who argue, quote, capitalism can reduce poverty or Israel has the right to defend itself will lose.

Wait, what?

What?

There is one of the judges.

This is national.

She is a national debate champion.

She says, before anything else, I include being a debate judge, I'm a

Marxist, Leninist, Maoist.

I cannot check the revolutionary proletarian science at the door when I'm judging.

I will no longer evaluate and just never vote for the rightist capitalist imperialist position on arguments.

Examples of this argument of this nature are as follows.

Fascism good, capitalism good, imperialist war good, neoliberalism good, defenses of U.S., otherwise bourgeoisie nationalism, Zionism, normalizing Israel.

I won't accept colonialism is good, U.S.

white fascist policing good.

And if you use illegal aliens, no person is illegal, you automatically lose.

That's not a debate.

Wow, that's great.

Well, we're going to use illegal alien in

the next segment here.

We're going to use it a lot.

Because I believe aliens are here and I don't think they have our permission to to be here.

Adam Curry joins me in 60 seconds.

First, let me tell you about a life that you have helped save.

It starts with Lillian.

She was in a very dark place when she found the pre-born clinic on an internet search and reached out.

The choice that she faced was beyond difficult.

She came in, she felt she was completely alone.

She didn't think she had anywhere she could turn.

She didn't want to

make the decision she felt she had to make, but she was making it.

The client advocate at Pre-Born reminded her that even if she believed there was no one else to turn, she could turn to God.

She got an ultrasound and the advocate introduced her to her little baby and

Lillian decided to not abort the baby.

And now they continue to help her even after her daughter Zara was born.

Since then, Lillian describes Pre-born as her safe place.

This is the compassionate care that we should be giving moms.

This is what Pre-Born does.

Expecting mother meets her

unborn baby through an ultrasound, she is much more likely to choose life for that baby.

It takes $28 for an ultrasound.

By the way, that podcast is off the charts.

Off the charts, good.

You know, it was a lot of fun.

And you're a very gracious host.

Your staff is so wonderful.

And really, I think we could just talk without cameras or microphones or anything.

We just talk anytime about anything.

I love it.

I know.

And we don't necessarily agree on everything, but that's totally cool.

I mean, I find you a smart, reasonable human being.

And I learn something from you every time.

Anyway,

one thing that we didn't get to in the podcast, which by the way, Adam Curry is the podcast this weekend, wherever you get your podcast tomorrow, also on YouTube and Blaze TV.

It's already there.

The one thing we didn't get to is something that I just can't figure out

in two directions.

One,

if 15 years ago, 20 years ago, we would have said,

yes, and spokespeople from the Pentagon have verified that aliens

are circling the planet and tracking our nuclear sites, and we even have a piece of alien technology.

That would have been a big deal.

But now they're saying this and nobody cares.

And I don't know if you're just so focused on other things, if people don't believe it, if we should believe it.

What's going on with the alien thing?

Oh, well, it's interesting you say 15 years ago because that's literally about the timeline when I started with no agenda and when I started looking into

conspiracies,

so-called conspiracies.

And I really decided pretty quickly that I'm not a conspiracy theorist.

I'm a conspiracy therapist.

And this whole, this whole idea, and actually, I did a lot of, I was living in the UK at the time, and I was very into aliens and

the tall blondes and the grays and all of this stuff.

And I flew to places to meet people who claimed to, you know, know an alien.

And I never got any confirmation whatsoever.

And you're right.

That's also, I think, because the media is so,

you know, everything is media now.

It's not just Walter Cronkite saying, hey, look,

these pilots are saying that they've seen UFOs.

So I have looked into this, and

there's part logical explanation, and then there is, of course, a conspiracy that goes along with it.

And what we've seen

since, I think, 2014 is a lot of radar images, you know, the tic-tac.

We've seen

radar images from submarines where things appear and then disappear.

And

we've seen actual footage, they say, from

fighter pilots and Navy and Air Force pilots recording these things, doing things that are way beyond technology, at least that we know of.

Well, this technology actually has been discussed openly.

And it's, again, notice that the footage we're seeing is radar footage.

It's not cameras that are taking a picture of this thing flying and you know at unbelievable speeds, going under the water, et cetera.

It's radar footage.

And it was a Harvard professor who in the 70s

started talking about this.

His name is Professor Robert Duncan.

What this really is,

this particular phenomenon, which I can speak to, they're directed energy weapons.

And I'm not talking about laser beams that melt you or anything, but much more like a laser pointer in the sky.

And they excite the electrons in the atmosphere.

So this ionization that takes place.

And this shows up on radar.

And this is military technology that was created to make a fleet appear all of a sudden.

So the concept was...

You make this, all these ships appear all of a sudden.

Our adversary, wherever they would be, would see this, would get their fighter planes in the air and go off and try to attack them.

Then they disappear.

And then we would come in from the other directions and attack that flank.

And

it really is nothing more than that.

It's really good technology because it actually leaves radar traces.

It's almost like a laser pointer in the sky.

And if you think about that, tic-tac, like you're the cat in the fighter plane.

You look at your radar, you see this thing, and it goes under the water and all over the place, and it does things that seem

impossible.

Now, the conspiracy part of this is something called Project Blue Beam.

Have you ever heard of that?

No.

So, Project Blue Beam,

the idea, and this developed over over time as well, is that this very technology would be used to create the voice of God.

And it could be used two ways.

One, to bring the whole world together, you know, New World Order, everybody all focused on one thing, which would either be the common enemy,

oh, the aliens are coming, or

the voice of God, which you could also, you can use the same technology to create sound waves, which would bring a message to unite the world.

And I'm pretty steadfast in believing that this is what this is about.

Now, why people aren't freaking out about it?

There's so much to freak out about.

No, I know, I know.

People are obsessed with Target.

Yeah, I know.

But Target versus alien life that is here

seems,

I would tip the scales towards the alien life thing.

But

I just can't figure it.

I just can't figure it out.

And

why is the government making such a big deal, the Pentagon and the leaks, and then the officials coming out and saying what they are, Congress, and then no one picking it up?

It just seems really odd.

Yeah, I can

speaking to the military and Congress.

That to me would be the bluebeam part of it, saying, hey, you know, let's get everyone either A, very afraid, which is kind of the model, you know, oh, aliens,

or let's unite everybody under one common voice of God, you know, like Reagan, you know, like everyone together.

Why people don't care about it?

I mean, that literally just has to be because we're so used to fake everything.

We're looking at screens all day that is not reality.

We see imagery that is, you know, created by you know, AI, call it Photoshop, AI, whatever you want.

We see, I mean, we're so used to things that are just not real.

I think we've become anesthetized against it.

They're like, eh, whatever.

Yeah, we can handle that.

Bring us an aliens.

Maybe people will be happy to see it.

Let me take you to some news today.

Comer in the House Oversight Committee says that

there is a $5 million bribe that Joe Biden took.

The FBI has a case on it.

It's open.

They've buried it.

He is saying, I'm going to hold you in contempt if you don't release those documents because of a whistleblower.

The DOJ has dropped charges against the Soros-backed Massachusetts DA, who was caught lying under oath and meddling in an election.

Highly illegal.

She was going to be resigning her post.

DOJ has dropped all charges on that.

Then you have Stuart Rhodes, the guy from Oath Keepers, who, you know, I don't think is a good guy, but he didn't bring a weapon, didn't enter the Capitol, didn't harm anybody, wasn't arrested for a year, and he got 18 years

in prison.

I think we have a problem

with our DOJ.

Is this fixable?

I know we talked in the podcast about

your uncle and the CIA.

And so we went in pretty deep on

what the CIA has been responsible for in the past, and I hope people start to care about it.

But is this too far gone?

Well, the sooner, as we discussed in the podcast, the sooner we all realize how captured everything is, all of our institutions, the sooner we can realize that not only can we change it, we actually have the power to change these things.

Even Congress,

by definition of superpower, I'm not saying that you need to to get money out of politics, but also these institutions are also completely captured.

I mean, even just to get on a committee, you need one or $2 million to give to your party.

I mean, you get that by raising money.

You get that by pandering to

certain audiences, et cetera.

Nothing will change unless we seriously understand that we have all the power within our hands.

I know it sounds like a very simple thing, but we can, I mean, look, we're able to, through crowdfunding, create devices that we want.

We're able to create the media that we want.

We're slowly starting to realize, and I think Tucker Carlson was the tipping point in my mind, that media,

mainstream media is over.

It's done.

It's totally.

It's irrelevant.

The Blaze is a fantastic example of that.

In fact, I think...

you know, people are like, oh, well, Elon Musk hired Tucker.

I don't think so.

I think Tucker's going to pay Elon Musk.

I think it's the other way around.

This is the new model.

It's about the distribution that you have in your own hand.

And people are,

in one way, they're splitting off and getting into the smaller groups, which I think is just fine.

But when we realize how much power we have to support our own media, to support our own institutions, to homeschool our kids, whatever we want to do, the sooner we will realize that we also have the power to elect people that we actually want and who will make change.

With that comes the important chevron decision.

Have you been following this, the Chevron deference case that's going to the Supreme Court?

Yes.

This is this, I mean, it's kind of, they've tried to do it before, but it's very interesting if this, and this is a different Supreme Court, obviously,

if they overturn this chevron deference, that means that ambiguous laws that Congress creates, it can be for any agency, which should be EPA, but it can also be DOJ, it can be the EPA, we're already seeing things changing there.

That Congress will either have to clarify it or the Supreme Court and federal courts can step in and say, no, you're overstepping your boundary.

You're not following the law.

And the toughest one will be the Department of Justice, of course.

Adam, hang on just a second.

I'm going to take a one-minute break back with Adam Curry.

He is our guest on the podcast this weekend.

It is.

It's nonstop.

We cover so much ground.

You don't want to miss it.

You can get it wherever your podcasts are found starting tomorrow and on YouTube.

It's already available on Blaze TV.

There's a reason why the right to keep and bear arms is the Second Amendment.

First is you have a right to speak.

Second is you have a right to defend yourself and that speech.

It wasn't for hunting.

Yeah, a lot of people are surprised by that.

It wasn't for sports.

A lot of people like to hunt and use it for sporting.

That's not what they put it in there for.

Otherwise, bowling could have been an amendment.

For the love of Pete.

Anyway, it's so expensive to keep yourself trained, and it is your responsibility to keep up with practice if you are carrying a weapon.

It's expensive.

There's another way.

Mantis X.

This is not just a target practice thing.

This is high-tech, easy-to-use system.

It started with the Marines.

It's widely used by the military now.

And it helps improve your shooting quickly.

It's It's not only it watches what, whatever, you don't need a target.

You can sit in your house and you can aim at the TV once.

You know, you can aim at the corner of the house.

It doesn't matter.

But as you pull that trigger, it measures what is happening to the barrel and the trigger.

And so most people improve dramatically within the first 20 minutes because it shows you in real time and then recreates exactly what you're doing and tells you here's how to correct it.

Adam, I sense something is changing in the country.

on a couple of things.

One,

there's a God movement going on, which we spend a lot of time talking about.

We did.

The other things that I think are changing,

there's an awakening of people like on ESG or with transgender stuff.

People are just like, okay, I've had enough of this.

But there's also something changing on the darker side, which is the government is getting more and more bold.

It doesn't seem like they care at all.

What do you make of the situation we're in right now?

Well, as you know,

about a year ago, a little over a year ago, I got saved.

And so for me, it seems very apparent, you know, these are not inherently evil people, but the enemy is at work.

And there's good things about this because the enemy, and with that, I'm literally talking about Satan.

The enemy always overplays his hand, always.

And as long as you look out for that, that's where you can jump in and stop things.

You know, we have an incredible overlap between the Blaze and

the No Agenda Show.

People often watch and listen to the same thing.

And I got a note this morning from someone that just want to share with you.

He shared Matthew 24, verse 6.

He says, and you will hear the wars and threats of wars, but don't panic.

Yes, these things must take place, but the end won't follow immediately.

And it put me so at peace, Glenn.

I'm like, oh yeah, of course.

We're all getting spun up over stuff.

But as long as we have our eyes open and we're aware,

people who

are not followers of Christ, they will start to see the idiocy of what is going on.

I mean, this is a perfect example.

Bloodlight, Target.

I think Walmart's on deck,

the North Face.

And that is also credible.

Yeah, the North Face, the Cooking Brand, yeah.

This is all part of

really a financial movement.

And I always

look at the banks and the money, you know, for the love of money is the root of all evil.

This whole ESG movement

is, by definition, about stock prices and investability.

And it's now hurting companies.

They are hurting themselves.

It's self-inflicted.

And what's so funny or just crazy about it is you take a target.

where,

and it's not just Christians, but people who just have their eyes open are saying, no, no, no, no, you're not going to, you're not going to do this to my kids.

If you're an adult, you do whatever you want to do.

That's fine.

But the minute Target doesn't take a stand and say, oh, no, we're all for LGBTQ plus, then they get boycotted on the other side as well.

It's a lose-lose situation.

And I know one thing, marketing people are

afraid.

They're afraid, and it's going to change.

And once you hit the money, once you hit Wall Street,

that's when real change comes.

So I'm delighted

that people are just standing up and saying, no, no, no, no, no.

And that's not a religious thing.

That's just purely a human thing.

As I said earlier today, Chip and Joanna Gaines, we know who they are.

They should comment on this.

Are you comfortable with what's happening in a store that you have partnered with?

You got to get people to stand up and speak out with love,

but with truth.

And when you do that, the truth will set us free.

Adam Curry Curry on the podcast, Get It Tomorrow, wherever you get your podcast and on YouTube.

Thank him for me, will you?

Billionaire Stanley Drucken Miller said that he is shorting the dollar.

Okay, that's really good.

The two typically move in the opposite direction, the dollar and gold.

Okay.

He said the move to gold is his only confident trade, in which he sees as the most unpredictable period of his career.

A couple of months ago, the Chinese won surpassed the U.S.

dollar as the most used currency for Chinese cross-border transactions.

It's a really big deal.

You know, how does somebody go broke?

over a long period of time and then all of a sudden?

How do we lose our dollar status over a long period of time and then all of a sudden?

I don't know when that all of a sudden is happening, but the long period of time is growing old.

Well, in a couple of weeks, uh, you could be a felon if you have one of those evil guns that for years have been totally legal.

You know, the one with the pistol braces.

If you have one

and you haven't told the government, even though I would never tell the government,

if you have one of these, which were perfectly legal until Biden came in and was like, hey, what do you think?

We can take away some guns.

If you don't destroy that pistol brace,

you're going to be a felon.

A felon.

That's awesome.

Now, how many of these pistol braces are out there?

Because we've talked about it for a while, and you know, they're kind of, you know, it's a niche kind of thing, I think.

Yeah.

Yeah.

So how many do you think?

What would be a lot if you saw if you know how many felons is the government going to make overnight?

A few hundred thousand.

A few hundred thousand.

Well, you're close.

40 million.

40 million of these braced weapons are in circulation today.

That's more than AR-15s.

40 million felons.

The good thing is they can't arrest us all because they don't have the prison space.

Yay!

Yay!

Do you believe that?

No, I did not know the number was that high.

I still don't even, I will be honest, don't even understand what these weapons are.

Like, I don't know.

I'm going to bring my friends in.

I'll show you.

Your friend has a weapon like this?

My friend has a weapon like this.

He might be a felon, soon you know.

But not here in Texas.

Here in Texas,

they did have some sort of stay for Texas, Mississippi, in Louisiana.

And I know you're disappointed now, Glenn, because now you can't be the federal criminal you wanted to be.

I wanted to be.

You have a real desire to check out the inner workings of the federal prison system.

Oh, you got that right.

And I want you to know you don't have to be completely disappointed.

Really?

Yes, because there is.

There's another way.

I can commit another felony.

Oh, there's so many.

There's so many ways for you to get into federal prison.

Wow.

In fact, there's a book that outlines exactly how to do this.

It's called How to Become a Federal Criminal: an Illustrated Handbook for the Aspiring Offender.

This is Mike Chase, right?

Okay, I think he meant this to prove the point that we have way too many laws, but I think it was almost tongue-in-cheek.

It's not like how to really become how to go to prison.

You could use it that way.

I think he meant it tongue-in-cheek.

I think Soros DAs could use this.

Mike, welcome.

Hey, Glenn, thanks for having me back.

You back.

I'm actually offended.

I'm offended that you think it was tongue-in-cheek.

I spent all this time illustrating the best ways to become a federal criminal, and you think it's a joke.

I mean, this is hard work.

Well,

I will say transporting a dirty or leaky egg.

Oh, yes.

That makes me a criminal?

Yeah, no,

it is called a restricted egg in true classic federal government form.

They've given it a highly technical name.

But if you read the code and you get right down to it, what they've prohibited and made a federal crime is just moving around in quote interstate commerce with a dirty egg.

And the definition of a dirty egg, in case you're confused, is actually written down in a separate regulation, and it is an egg with dirt on it.

So that that clarifies it for all of us.

An egg with dirt on it.

Now, do I have to cross state lines for this to be a weapon of mass destruction?

I have great news for you.

Yes.

that the federal government, in all of its wisdom, has developed the notion of interstate commerce to not require interstate anything.

And so that goes way back to a Supreme Court decision.

Yes.

Wickard versus Philburn.

Yeah.

And basically it says, look, it's in state.

It could still be interstate because, you know, look, everything is ours and everything affects everything else.

And so all of these federal regulations that you would think require interstate movement really don't.

They just

isn't important enough for the federal government to get interested in.

Right.

Okay.

So if I go to the store and I accidentally

break an egg on the way to the car and I don't call in the hazmat team to get rid of that egg, I just transport it to my house.

I'm a federal criminal?

Your first call should be to me, Glenn.

I will represent you free of charge anytime and break an egg.

But yeah, and then I will come and we'll, you know, we'll do a proper session.

We'll make you a high-level cooperator on the cracked eggs at your local grocery store.

I remember there was something in your book about

spoons.

I thought immediately my grandmother would be

a massive federal criminal because of her little...

She has to have these little World's Fair spoons.

No, a mini spoon.

A little mini spoon rack.

Look out, Mr.

Felon.

It's true.

It was the first thing I thought of, too, is like, who has miniature spoons?

And it's always grandmothers.

I guess it's a dying breed.

But you're right.

It's been a federal crime for a long time to mail or transport a miniature spoon because the government is convinced that unless you can affirmatively prove otherwise, in other words, the burden is on you to prove a legitimate use for your miniature spoon, they presume it's because you're going to use it for drug use.

And in fact, there was this robust testimony before Congress when the law was getting passed by a woman named Joyce Malepka.

And she said she was so proud to announce she had just gotten off the phone with the CEO of McDonald's, who had promised to stop distributing the McSpoon coffee stirrer

because this would stem the tide of people using it to snort cocaine.

So

it was still forever a federal crime to transport miniature spoons.

I have to tell you, now this would be wrong to do, and maybe even a federal crime.

I don't know, but you would know.

I'm very tempted

to go to a, you know, some sort of a secondhand store where they got plenty of these things from all of our grandmothers and then just drop them in a car of somebody who I really don't like.

Then

whistleblow

and have that spoon confiscated.

You know what I'm saying?

Yeah, I mean, I think we should probably check Biden's garage.

There's probably a a collection of miniature spoons that are going to be a little bit more.

Well, they won't arrest him.

Yeah, but they won't arrest him.

He can have all the spoons.

He could do a video of him mailing individual spoons to every resident in America, and he wouldn't get busted.

My guess is, too, if Hunter Biden has a bunch of miniature spoons, they actually probably are used for drugs.

Yes, I'm saying.

Probably.

Probably.

They have an ability to wave their hand and say, these are not the spoons you're looking for.

So, you know what's amazing is this is the way, and people don't understand this, this is the way dictators become dictators and all-powerful.

There's so many laws on the books.

You know, just show Stalin used to, or Stalin's KGB head used to say, show me the person, I'll show you the crime.

And

that's exactly right.

Right.

So,

I mean, if they want to get you, you you don't really have to because even like with the epa and everything that they've just thrown all these things on the books

you could they could get you for anything

well that's exactly right i mean it it actually doesn't matter what's a crime and what's not a crime anymore because my book and my project has always sort of identified that There virtually is nothing that isn't a crime.

We have so many regulations, 300,000 federal regulations that have a criminal penalty associated with them, that

what actually happens is Congress and the regulators, they abdicate all of their crime-making authority to the prosecutor, to the enforcer.

So every single criminal prosecution at that point is a product of prosecutorial, quote, discretion.

But that becomes a problem because there's no uniformity.

There's no actual, you know, what it says on the seal.

That's not justice.

That's win, you know?

And so

that becomes a state problem because they can pick the defendant first and then figure out the crime later.

So, is this why you started writing this?

Oh, absolutely.

I mean,

I started writing it because when I was writing sentencing memos for folks that had been prosecuted, I started trying to point out to the courts and say, look how ridiculous it is that my client is facing 20, 30 years for this because he could just as well be facing 20 or 30 years for, you know, transporting miniature spoons or bringing a dirty, you know, rake across state lines or throwing away melons without having a good reason.

Sluts.

Wait, wait.

Splat?

Oh, yeah.

Oh, yeah.

The Produce Destruction Act.

If you have melons, interstate melons, and you throw them away for no good reason, that's a federal crime.

Oh, man, I am tossing all perfectly good melons

into

Susan Sarandon's dumpster this weekend.

But that's exactly it.

I I mean,

the problem was I wanted to illustrate, and I dedicated my book to Congress because I think, you know, it's a funny book, but the jokes are all theirs.

And I basically wanted them to know, you know, you have to actually see in illustration form what you've done.

Because I don't think the lawmakers know what they've done, but they have unleashed this monster federal code.

Well, I think, I mean, that's why the Reigns Act, if it's kept in the

bill for the budget, that was something that I know Mike Lee has been pushing for, and he got it in the bill.

Hopefully it will stay there.

That and the Chevron case is, they're huge because it forces that lawmaking ability back to Congress.

So if you're stopped and you're charged with leaky egg,

it'll go to the Supreme Court and it'll be thrown out unless Congress

says, yeah, we want to keep that law, right?

Well, that's right.

And look, in his quote on the back of my book, Mike Lee said the scariest part of the book is how many of these crimes were created by bureaucrats, not Congress.

Right.

So this all represents a, you say Congress, but this is all a massive departure from what the Constitution said Congress should do.

Article 1, Section 1, right?

They are the lawmakers.

But they said, no, you know what?

Give it to the executive branch.

They'll figure it out.

And there you have Senator Mike Lee is saying that he finds the scariest part of this, the fact that the agency bureaucrats, whose names you don't know, you've never met these people, they're the ones making the crimes, not even Congress.

So, you know, I saw that Biden, the DOJ, dropped all charges against the Soros-Packed Massachusetts DA because she was lying under oath.

She was interfering on an election, all things that we know she did, but they've just decided, the DOJ has just decided they're not going to charge her with that.

Meanwhile, they are charging a guy who had a lit torch

because it's illegal to have

a lit object in Virginia that could intimidate.

And,

you know, he's not, I'm not saying he's a good guy, but wait a minute.

Hang on just a second.

And it's all up to the prosecutors and their discretion.

This is completely out of control.

Can you get a fair,

for instance, in

Washington, D.C.,

I don't think you can get a a fair trial there.

Can you?

Well, I'll tell you, D.C.,

when I was just becoming a lawyer, I clerked for the U.S.

Attorney's Office down there.

And I remember watching jury trials in the district.

And I will say that they had one of the highest uses of jury nullification of any place.

But that's a far cry.

That's sort of the day-to-day criminal prosecution.

When it comes to the political prosecution that you're talking about, I think that the opposite is true.

You are seeing a much higher conviction rate and you're seeing a much higher prosecution rate of people for what are purely political reasons.

And so

I tend to agree.

So on the one hand, yes, in D.C., you're going to see a lot more people using jury nullification, which is a good thing.

It's basically jurors taking the law back into their own hands and saying, we disagree with this.

But on the other hand, I think that the wide perception, and this is something I warned about in a Wall Street Street Journal op-ed back in 20, I want to say

18.

I said the rise of political prosecution is going to be completely unchecked, and it is going to be, you know, more prosecutions we hear about are going to be political ones.

Oh, sure, already there.

Yeah, we're there.

I've only got about 20 seconds.

So, from DEF CON 5 to DEF CON 1, where are we on the scale of danger with

the FBI and DOJ?

No, we're there.

I mean, we're there because

all that matters is trust in the justice system.

And I think that's at an all-time low.

So when that's at an all-time low, DEF CON is at an all-time high.

All right.

Thank you so much.

God bless.

And

thank you for letting me know if I travel with a dirty egg.

It could be the slimmer.

Yeah.

I was sent up the river with my dirty eggs.

Glenn, we just got this in from Lynette.

She says, dead serious, currently traveling from Iowa to Nebraska with eggs I didn't wash yet.

A couple are pretty dirty.

Where do I turn myself in after I deliver them to my 80-year-old mother?

Just give us your address.

Stop your car.

Give us your GPS coordinates.

We'll send in the feds.

Jackie wrote in recently about her dog's experience with Rough Greens.

She said, we ordered the sample bag of rough greens you were talking about, and our Chihuahua loves it.

Yep, yipee.

She used to take forever eating her food.

Now she gobbles it down and actually begs for her food every night.

Her energy is up.

She runs up and down the stairs

This is the Glenn Beck program.

Well, if you missed the show today, you missed a lot.

A lot.

I mean, not this show, but, you know, a show.

If you missed, I'm sure there's somebody that's doing a show that's really, really good that you're like, man, I wish I would have heard that.

There's a lot of content being produced every day somewhere where it's probably pretty good.

And once in a while, I mean, maybe it'll happen on this show,

not by intention, purely by accident,

because

we've kind of given up, you know?

My son came up to me.

It seems like society has given up.

Why not us?

He's like, my son said, Dad, you know what I want to be when I grow up?

And I said, eh, it doesn't matter.

No, I'm kidding.

That's a

stole that joke, but you steal from me.

You've stolen twice.

Anyway,

the

great show.

We start with Memorial Day weekend, and you should just check that out on the podcast.

It'll be right at the beginning of the podcast.

It is Memorial Day weekend, and that is to remember those who have fallen in the service of their country before you have the hot dogs in the pool and everything else.

And put on your white pants for the first time.

Remember those who have fallen.

Reach out to a veteran gold star family.

Ask them about their son or daughter that has been lost.
