We got no room to cop and bite.
We gotta stand together and succumb to somebody.
Stand up, stand, and hold the light.
It's a new day, our time to rise.
What you're about to hear
is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
This is the Glen Beck Program.
Hello, America.
Welcome to the Glen Beck Program.
Wow,
there's a lot going on again
this day and over the weekend.
And of course,
we're going to talk about the new king of it.
No, we're not going to talk about any of that.
We don't give a flying crap about any of that.
We begin in 60 seconds.
Spent far too many years of my life dealing with terrible pain in my hands.
And one of the favorite things that I do is paint.
I'm painting a really beautiful painting now
but that was out of question for a while because I couldn't even hold a pen in my hands for more than a couple of a couple of seconds or really about a minute and my hands would completely be in pain and I'd have to put the pen down,
let alone pick up a paintbrush.
Eventually, my wife got so sick of hearing me whine about things, she's like, try Relief Factor.
Just try it.
I'm like, I've tried everything else.
She said, try it or else.
And so I was like, okay, honey.
Yes, dear.
So I tried it for three weeks and it worked for me.
Will you just try it, please?
Try it for three weeks.
It's only $19.95.
A trial pack.
It's not a drug developed by doctors so it doesn't, you know, zonk you out.
It's relieffactor.com.
Call 1-800-4RELIFE, 1-800-4RELIF or ReliefFactor.com.
Feel the difference.
Hell hello, Stu.
How are you?
Glenn, happy Monday.
Happy Monday to you.
What'd you do this weekend?
It's fascinating.
I don't know what a great storyteller you really are.
I wasn't prepared for that question.
Am I supposed to remember things I've done in my past?
Yeah, no, not really.
Not really.
So we are
looking at quite an interesting weekend just here in Texas.
We had a shooter
pretty close to here, you know, about a half hour or so.
This is
a mall outlet area.
Now, I've been to every mall outlet area in Texas, I think, so this is
not to be notable, but I have been to this place where this occurred before.
And it was,
you know, it's just like your typical outdoor giant mall that has over 100 stores in it.
It's really an outdoor mall, has over 100 stores.
And somebody decided to pull up in all black and just start taking people out.
Thankfully, there was a police officer nearby on an unrelated call and came over and ended it relatively quickly, but still a devastating day and a scary day.
There was another mall nearby here that had a,
you know, basically something else happened and everyone's freaked out because everyone's on edge.
And so they evacuated another separate mall, turned out to be nothing.
But that's the sort of feeling now that people have.
And look, it's scary.
It is.
It's really, really difficult to stop, though.
Really, really difficult to stop.
Well, we know that he had mental issues, so he probably should have been on medication or, you know, institutionalized.
But of course, it's the gun.
It's always the gun.
Well, no, also it was the car this weekend.
We had eight people killed, nine people injured after somebody takes their car and ran into a migrant shelter in Brownsville, Texas.
Yeah, it's interesting.
That one, too, has been reported.
It's still being reported both ways that it may have been an accident.
It also may have been a drunk driver, they think.
It also may have been gang-related.
Yeah.
Gang-related.
So we don't know what that one is.
So far,
we don't think that it is white supremacy.
It was either a drunk driver, gang-related.
Accident.
They're trying to say the shooting was white supremacy, though.
Except the guy was Hispanic.
Yeah.
And I'm trying to wrap my arms around this.
In fact, I got this from the Daily Beast.
Okay.
This is from the Daily Beast
in 2021.
Okay.
La, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
The FBI began monitoring a Facebook chat group in 2019 called right-wing death squad because of violent rhetoric.
Wait, there was violent rhetoric in the group right-wing death squad?
Yeah, I know it's hard to believe
anybody these days.
One of the quotes, I have access to 300,000 pounds of ammonia.
I just need a container to store it in.
Okay, that might be a tip.
You know, that might be.
But if you don't have a container, where is it if you don't have a container to store it?
I have
no idea.
I'm just carrying it around in my pocket.
I don't know.
I don't know.
This is one of the quotes that we could lift from the court documents that are not filled with expletives about African Americans from one of the men from Arkansas.
With the current state of of the world, they have become severe pests.
They must be eradicated completely and utterly.
Racism isn't real.
Whites are the only humans.
This guy who was in trial,
he was a guy that
wanted to be Timothy McVeigh.
Similar sentiments were expressed in the group with hate-filled messages about Jewish and Hispanic people.
So
there seems to be a problem
with this particular group with
all people
except apparently white people.
And again, you're saying there's a problem with the group right-wing death squad?
Yeah.
Wow.
Yeah, it's weird, isn't it?
It's a stunner.
Yeah, it's weird.
It's weird.
It's weird.
It's weird.
So
they want to clean up the white community.
And we need a new world tomorrow.
And
the S word for Hispanics
and the N-word for blacks
need to hang from trees.
End quote.
And this is so this wasn't the person you're talking about.
This isn't the person.
No, this is the this is the
This is the article about this group when another guy was arrested in 2020.
Okay.
Okay.
So he was arrested.
Daily Beast wanted everybody to know this white guy was after Hispanics and blacks and Jews and anyone of any color whatsoever.
Now,
now
you can be Hispanic
and a member of this group.
Wow.
So I don't know if they expanded their,
you know, their membership.
Maybe they took the Daily Beast criticism seriously at right-wing right-wing death squad and they were like you know we ought to be more open
we are not as open as we should
look we should just be accepting right-wingers who want to cause death and why do we care about the color of skin amen you know
bringing people together opening doors ridiculous it is so ridiculous
well and i think too like you've you mentioned this many times glenn that racism is a human problem it's not a white problem and you know like there's this thing in the media that they like to do and act as if other races other than white people as if they don't hate other races other than white people.
Like, you know, there's, there's a lot of tension between the Asian and black communities in certain cities, for example.
There's a lot of this that goes on.
Hispanics and blacks have their own issues separate from white supremacism.
But because the media has no prism to look at this other than just blaming right-wing extremists and white supremacists every single time, they run into these cross-the-streams moments where their coverage makes no sense.
You know, look, it's possible for Hispanic people to dislike black people too.
It's wrong, just like it's wrong for white people to do it.
You shouldn't hate people.
You shouldn't make any decision based on the color of somebody's skin.
That's just stupid.
Unless, of course, you're looking for affirmative action.
Then, of course, it's completely okay.
Or if
it's Ibram Kendi and anti-racism, then all your decisions can be made on skin color.
But other than that, you shouldn't make decisions based on skin color, Glenn.
And that's something that we've stood by.
I've stood by that principle the entire time here.
I know it's changed.
I know the trendy thing to do with the opposite has been pretty much, you know, don't judge people by the color of their skin, but the content of their character, which doesn't seem to be real popular.
But I still stand with it as well, Stu.
Now, let me give you,
just let me throw this question out.
Do you believe the government and the media
when the media comes out and says, we've scrubbed the internet so you can't see any of this, and then they come out and go, this Hispanic man
just loved to be a part of this white power group.
It's hard to
trust anything that they're saying on the right.
Correct.
Especially when they don't give us the evidence.
Yes.
Yes.
And it's strange, too, that so far they have a really good batting average on white supremacists, but they can't find anybody who's bombing a church
or an abortion clinic because, quote, it happens at night.
Love that.
It's dark.
It's very dark.
Hard to see people.
Sometimes they wear black.
Yeah.
Now, they can't seem to find that.
They can't find the Supreme Court leaker.
Can't find that person.
It was dark.
They leaked it at night.
Did they?
No.
Okay.
So they did it during the day.
Well, yeah, they did it during the day.
Okay.
Well, maybe the story came out during the day.
Maybe it was leaked at at night.
Okay.
You can't use it.
Well, it's daytime someplace in the world.
It's always daylight someplace in the world.
So we couldn't find that.
We can't seem to get to the bottom of the Hunter-Biden thing.
But what evidence do we have?
And we can't see the entire laptop.
We can't see the evidence on the Las Vegas shooter.
Still don't have a clue on that one.
And Nashville.
Yeah, that one's weird.
Yeah.
Can't see that manifesto, even though we have it.
Like,
we can speculate about what the Allen, Texas shooters manifesto was, because they're going to go online, they're going to find some
social media posts.
But we can't.
Not only can we not get
the actual information on the Nashville manifesto and see it, they won't even really tell us what's in it.
No.
There's not even like a hanging on it.
This one.
That's what it says.
This one, no manifesto.
This one,
they know this Hispanic is part of
a huge white supremacist.
That's the answer.
That's what you need to know.
Okay.
I'm just trying to get my
arms.
Well, let's talk about some real crimes.
How about the Marine Daniel Penny?
You know?
Now, we have the full videotape.
The full videotape.
I don't know if you've seen it yet, but it shows him choking the guy out and then putting him in what is called the recovery position.
So he didn't just choke him out like, yo,
he put him in a recovery position.
Or to contrast it with George Floyd, where that didn't end for a very, very long time, this person was obviously trying to bring back the guy he had choked to subdue him during the attack.
He was attempting outwardly to make sure he didn't die.
That's why you have a recovery position.
Am I right?
I mean, I haven't choked that many people out, but I mean, that's what I understand.
That's exactly what it means.
Now,
there was protests in New York.
Lots and lots of protests.
Got very
dumb protests.
We should point out
incredibly stupid.
Justice says incredibly
stupid things.
Well, and it's just like this idea, this idea that it's murder.
And, you know, like,
look, they may find
that the New York law does not look favorably on on what he did I don't know I'm not an expert on New York law but what I will say you know why we're not because we moved away from there because we were smart yeah kidding move away from New York
I was born there and I do not live there for a reason
but like you know they may come up with something they could get this guy on.
I don't know.
I mean,
we don't know all the facts of the case yet, though.
I think we know enough to say for certain that he and the black guy who was helping him were not out to murder black people all day.
It was not a, hey, let's go out and just execute black people for no reason as it's being portrayed in the media.
And
I'm sincerely suspicious of the motivation of the black guy who was actually helping subdue the guy, of his motivation of trying to murder black people that day.
It just seems like an odd thing for him to wake up on his to-do list.
That black man is in the same white supremacy.
Is he in right-wing death watch?
Right-wing.
Yeah.
That's why.
Yeah.
So, I mean, it's,
you know what I'm saying?
That must be pretty clear.
It's so stupid.
That they are opening up their, you know, their
roles for volunteers and members.
They're just opening up and saying, look, we're not going to let all blacks in.
We're not going to let all Hispanics in.
Just the ones that are the ones that hate blacks and Hispanics.
It's so stupid.
And it's so, it so exposes the left for what they're doing here.
Like, this man meant nothing to them a week ago when he was out on the subways, like the lunatic that he was, sadly.
He had all sorts of mental health problems.
He had a very long record.
Long record, over 40 arrests.
They kept letting him out anyway.
He went through a very traumatic experience.
Earlier on his life, he saw his mom murdered.
You know, terrible.
Look, the guy's had a terrible life.
He was a Michael Jackson impersonator.
I mean, can you imagine?
And then it went downhill from there.
Really?
I mean, you know, it's just.
You don't ever really recover from that.
Yeah.
Like, you just think that once you're,
things went downhill there.
Like, if you were a Harvey Weinstein impersonator, I would assume business got bad there for a while.
And maybe the same thing happened with him.
Don't know.
Bottom line is he should not have been on the streets.
He should not have been on that subway.
He should not have been put in the position where he was
threatening people on this train.
And all of left-wing society and media abandoned him until he was useful.
Until that moment, he was useful, which was, by the way, coincidentally the moment he died.
Back in a second with more.
Just want to throw this out there.
Mother's Day is coming up in less than a week.
Just want to throw that out there, guys.

Now, I grew up in Washington state, and please don't hold that against me.
I had no choice in the matter.
But I grew up mainly in a small little town north of Seattle called Mount Vernon.
Then when
my mother and dad got a divorce, I moved down to a little town called Sumner, Washington.
And then after my mom passed away, I moved up north, close to the border, in a town called Bellingham that used to be liberal,
but then went
insane.
Listen to this story.
A town which once prided itself as being the most hippie in Washington has taken drastic action to outlaw drugs after statewide decriminalization led to spiking crime and child overdose deaths.
This proudly liberal city of 92,000 has been pushed to its limit, with the fire department responding to 223 overdoses, that's two and a half calls per day, between January and April 12th.
Among the dead are two teenagers and a five-year-old who had overdosed on fentanyl in March and found dead by police by police with foam coming from her mouth.
This is a town that I grew up, I spent my high school years.
I and my friends would go to other friends' houses and their parents, who were hippies, were smoking pot in the living room and we'd walk in and every time whoever's house it was, they'd go, I'm sorry, my folks are probably getting stoned.
I'm sorry, just ignore them.
I mean, it was upside down, upside down.
A man was sitting on the curb in a parking lot with his head bowed.
That's because everybody is on
some sort of drug and they're just whacking people out.
Police officer went up to the man.
See if he was okay.
He had been dead for at least 12 hours sitting publicly, and no one
even noticed
this.
You've got people slumped over their shopping carts.
Well, they have now decided that enough is enough.
And so they're going to make it a crime to inject, ingest, or inhale hard drugs in public.
Yeah, they're going to go.
They're going to go.
They're going to go there.
Yeah.
They're going to say, we're going to draw the line.
No more hard drugs are to be injected or inhaled
in public or ingested.
No more hard drugs.
Now that is going against the state.
This hippie village called Bellingham, Washington decided,
you know what?
Maybe this isn't a good idea.
Hmm.
Yeah.
Is it perhaps possible that they're trying to forget that you lived there and that is like the cause for all this drug use in the area?
No.
I don't think so.
Nobody ever talks about that.
Nobody knows that they've hidden that.
No, they've hidden that really well from the population.
So, what happened?
It was the death of the five-year-old.
How about
the death of children
all over the country.
I mean, do we have to have five-year-olds die before we recognize what the problem is?
How many towns have to be destroyed before we look even at our border as another problem?
The Glenn Beck Program.
This week we move towards Mother's Day and I want you to consider contributing to an organization that cares deeply for moms.
It's called Preborn.
It's a network of clinics that exist to offer love, life, and support to expecting mothers who are scared and alone and who are being pressured to make the ultimate choice, whether to let their unborn child live or not.
Pre-born, they rescue babies from abortion every single day by providing moms free ultrasounds, letting them see that person inside their bodies and hear that precious heartbeat.
And it works.
For $28,
you could be the difference between life and death for a baby.
This Mother's Day, you can help bring life to both mother in need and an at-risk baby.
One ultrasound costs $28, the cost of dinner just to save a life.
You kidding me?
Five ultrasounds, $140.
Taking care of mothers and children, saving lives.
Preborn.com/slash Beck or hit pound250 keyword baby.

Sponsored by Preborn.
If you're sick of what the media has been doing and you need to be a member of Blaze TV, go to Blazetv.com slash Glenn and use the promo code Glenn.
Okay, I'm not an attorney, but I am a doctor and a thinker.
So I would
like to ask Pat Gray from Pat Gray Unleashed, Stu Brigier from this show and also Stu Does America, every night, 8 p.m., Blaze TV.
Wow, you didn't give it the time of my show.
That seemed unfair to me.
Unequal.
You know what?
He is, you might be.
Are you white?
Yes.
Okay.
Yeah, there's got to be something.
That was the deal.
He doesn't like white people.
So I thought, and now I no longer do, the three of us make up one decent mind.
Here's the question.
Oversight Chairman James Comer said Sunday that Republicans are planning a press conference for the middle of the week that would cover alleged misconduct beyond charges for tax and gun-related crimes that federal prosecutors are reportedly considering against President Joe Biden's son.
My message to the Department of Justice is loud and clear.
Do not indict Hunter Biden before Wednesday.
For the life of me, I can't figure out why.
I mean, I guess they're saying they're going to bring additional information.
Yeah, but why not indict him on that?
And then also, you know, when he presents the information, also indict him on something else.
You can't have more than one indictment.
I'm a little confused on why he would be indicted at all.
We just heard from his dad
that he didn't do anything wrong.
Leave him alone.
Yeah.
Yeah.
My son has done nothing wrong.
And does this affect your presidency?
Yes.
First of all, my son has done nothing wrong.
I trust him.
I have faith in him.
And it impacts my presidency by making me feel proud of him.
What?
Oh, man.
That's what he said.
Yeah.
That doesn't make any sense.
Why?
What do you mean it impacts?
That's exactly what I'm doing by him being proud of making him feel proud of him.
And like, look, you could say a lot of things about Hunter Biden.
Like, I don't know what the left-wing defends.
I can't find a real defense as to what he's done, but like, if a person who
hooked up with a stripper and gave you a grandchild out of wedlock that he's now ignoring
cocaine, opening doing
hookers, video multiple times, what do you mean he's done nothing wrong?
Like, I can understand you might think he's being also politically persecuted, right?
Because you think, oh, right-wingers are after me or whatever, but like, he clearly has done a lot of things wrong.
Yeah.
He wrote a whole book about it.
No, he's done nothing wrong.
Really?
He's done nothing wrong.
Yeah, I mean, openly smoking crack,
you know, weighing crack on your little scale.
Yeah, texting people racial,
all sorts of attacks and slurs,
you know, referring to Asian as quote-unquote yellows.
Don't send me any yellows
when he was requesting hookers.
I mean, like, there's just...
There's a lot of stuff you could say he's done wrong.
I mean, you might still say that you think Republicans are being too tough on it, but like it's hard to deny that
the wrongdoing is there.
Yeah.
Well, not if you're Joe Biden, okay, and who is a perfect father.
You know, just shower with your kids from time to time.
Anyway,
now, while Hunter is having a problem,
so is his best friend, Devin Archer.
His last bid to avoid jail
is tomorrow, and his appeal is being heard in a courtroom in Manhattan.
Now,
his attorneys and his friends, apparently, are telling Archer to accept that the Bidens have thrown him under the bus and that a presidential pardon is just not going to happen.
And they've urged him to save himself by using the only currency that he has.
And that is,
I was there.
I saw it all.
And yeah, there is something wrong.
Okay.
Apparently,
he was holding out.
But the case on Tuesday,
you have the appointment of Judge Sullivan, Richard Sullivan.
It's a three-judge panel in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
And that's kind of bad because Judge Sullivan is actually a Trump appointee, not an Obama appointee.
So
this guy might be, you know, less amenable to bribery
or whatever else is going on in this thing.
So now you have Archer and Devin Archer may
come out and
spill the beans on
Hunter Biden and Joe Biden and verifying, again, along with another witness, that this was money that was going right to Joe Biden.
It's bad.
It's going to be a good week, maybe.
You think something will come of it this time?
I'm a little skeptical on that.
I'm hopeful,
but
are the Republicans strong enough to really track this thing down and keep it up?
We'll see.
I mean, they have some limitations on their power to do that, but still, I mean, at least they are pursuing it, it seems.
It does seem.
Wait Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute.
That's why he doesn't want them to indict.
I think I just figured it out.
Okay.
He doesn't want them to indict because
if he indicts, they'll say, we've already indicted him.
But if he hasn't indicted yet, and then they indict him for these things or for the, you know, just the tax evasion and the gun thing.
Then
the government can say, the Republicans can say, what, all of this evidence means nothing to you.
You had a chance to see it before you had the indictment.
I think that's why.
Just a little perception game.
Yeah, because you could definitely see the media saying, look, they've already indicted him.
Why are they still coming after him?
You could see that sort of.
Well, you would imagine, I mean, if this was,
just think of this.
Just the gun charge should put him in jail, in prison, for a fairly long time.
I mean, that's a felony, what he did.
And it would put you in jail, me in jail.
Anybody who's looked down about it, we'd be in jail for a very, very long time.
And they're not seemingly even taking that seriously.
And I thought the left loved gun control.
I thought so, too.
I mean, like, this is one thing the left loves to do is they love to pass new laws about guns, but then not actually enforce the ones that already exist.
This one's pretty clear.
It's one that I think most of the country already agrees with.
It's common sense gun reform or
common sense gun law.
We don't need to reform it.
It already exists.
You know, you can't break those laws.
And if you do, you get in trouble for it.
That's at least how I feel like everyone else has to live.
I don't understand.
Unless you live in an inner city where you can get arrested 40 times and then go on a subway and harass people and everyone's going to be on your side.
I don't know.
Oh, by the way, I think think it would be funny to prove that out.
You should go up to New York and get arrested 40 times.
Do you think they'd let me, do you think I'd get arrested 40 times, Glenn, or do you think after one or two?
I think after one or two, I'd never hear from you again.
And that's honestly like kind of the way it should be, right?
You know, I mean, you can go too far perhaps on some of these things, but like
there should be no person in America who's been arrested 40 times.
That shouldn't be a thing.
Well, not and running around loose in society.
But like, you shouldn't get to 36, right?
Like, there's no 37 because you're in prison already.
Right.
What is the number?
Like, the guy who was deported five times and then comes back again
used to be three strikes, you're out.
Right.
And then that's been viewed as this hateful policy.
Three strikes and you're out.
I mean, look, that seems reasonable to me, but when you want to make it five strikes and you're out, we want to change it.
I mean, they're putting ghost runners at second base in baseball.
I guess we can change the
rules however we want.
That's a joke for people who actually watch baseball, Glenn.
But still, it's like,
it's something where you think, okay, you want to make there's some reasonable expectation that you're not constantly having run-ins with the police.
Like that is just, that's a basic thing.
You shouldn't be getting arrested this many times.
There shouldn't be an opportunity to do to complete a mass shooting after you've been deported five times.
That should not be a thing because after one,
the next time you don't get deported again, so you can walk back over the border again.
You're put in prison.
Isn't it amazing that the guy who shot a bunch of people, what, two weekends ago, who had been deported five times, that story just kind of went away.
Comes and goes.
Comes and goes.
No big deal.
And yet, the guy who's a Hispanic, they are busy trying to make into a white supremacist.
Yeah.
I mean, it's amazing.
Yeah, it is.
Just amazing.
And on the week where our border is just going to be overrun, I mean,
you cannot keep a culture.
Our culture will be over soon.
You can't keep an American culture
with a country that doesn't know its own history, has no regard for the law whatsoever, and you're bringing people in from all over the world in this kind of number
and just dumping them into society.
You don't survive as a nation.
They're going to be praying for the country to be talking about Hunter Biden's indictment, honestly,
because that's going to be much.
This border situation is a massive national crisis that could happen.
It's supposed to happen Thursday.
Yeah, this could be the biggest crisis of my lifetime for the nation.
And they keep saying this, like, we've had a year to prepare.
Yeah, you have.
You've had more than a year to prepare.
What are you going to do with that preparation?
I can't believe they're even saying that.
Well, they're sending 1,500 troops down there to be stenographers and secretaries.
Oh, that's good.
So that'll be good.
They can write down all the credits.
They can write down all the stuff of the numbers of people flooding across the border.
That'll be good.
Wow.
Yeah.
Can we get AI to do that and then maybe let the people
no?
No?
No.
What if we send them with abacus, with an abacus, and they just kind of no.
It's got to be the military, and they have to have a pen in their hand.
Okay.
And
they have write it by hand.
The pen is mightier than the sword, Pat.
By the way, I don't know if this has anything to do with any of this, uh, but Biden's overall approval rating
kind of, kind of, kind of, kind of low.
Yeah, but that's according to the right-wing publication, the Washington Post.
You're right, you're right.
Yeah, uh, who is better at handling the economy?
54% said President Trump, 36 said Biden.
The overall approval rating is
36%.
Yeah.
36%.
That's good.
That's his lowest ever.
Yeah, yeah.
Trump beat Biden 64 to 33 on the assessment of the two being good enough in physical health.
Trump beat Biden again 54 to 32 on having the mental sharpness to serve effectively in office.
On trustworthiness,
on trustworthiness, the numbers were flipped with Biden beating Trump 41 to 33.
That is incredible to me.
Did you see in
his statement on these numbers, he said, well,
to MSNBC, well, I just have to tell you, I mean, I think my record stands.
Oh,
it does.
It does.
I think my record stands, and I have proven myself to be honorable.
Yeah,
honorable.
That was fascinating.
It was.
Yeah.
No, I
you keep using that word.
I don't think that's what that means.
Uh, we have a series of qualities that we look for in a person if we're going to do business with them.
By the way, thank you, Pat Gray, from Pat Gray Unleashed, which can be heard here on the Blaze right before this broadcast every day.

Welcome to the Glenbeck program.
We're glad you're here.
We were just going over this poll for Joe Biden.
It is
really not good for a guy who's planning on running for a second term.
Yeah, I mean, first of all, Biden has maintained a small lead in most polling over Trump in a general election matchup.
This one has him down seven points.
It has a 30-point drop in approval among black Americans for Biden, 82% down to 52%.
Now, there's some reason to be skeptical about a big drop happening from poll to poll in one demographic like that.
Like, you don't want to to necessarily depend on those numbers.
But another poll came out as well that mentioned the, you mentioned the mental acuity difference.
Right.
That's a that's a remarkable one because people, I think, forget the fact that Joe Biden is 80, but Trump is also, what, 76?
Yeah.
And you'd think if it was age,
it's not.
That it would be close.
It's not.
It's not.
It's not.
And I think it is with younger people.
I think if you're in your 20s or 30s and you see this going on, you're like, you know, nope, these guys, neither of them relate to me.
Neither of them relate to what the world is like today.
I think that's the only thing that age plays into, except for
and that's different from age.
Yes.
Right.
We've talked about this before.
Alan Dershowis has been on this program.
We had one of the founders of, was it Home Depot that was on and again, totally.
Yeah, he was like 91.
91.
He sounded way more on top of things than joe biden does and what's fascinating about this is that you see that there is a hopelessness there on the left with democrats where they also admit that he is not it does not look sharp but think about this if you're the administration glenn
ever since joe biden started running people have said this about him And they've had years to try to come up with a way to make him not appear to the American people to be a guy who's completely lost it.
And they have come up with nothing.
Got to put him back in the basement.
Yeah, and that's the plan.
I got news for you.
The basement campaign is back.
Yep.
Yes, he made it.
He did a video announcement for his re-election campaign, and then we haven't heard word one from him really since.
It'll be that as the campaign, and they'll just highlight Donald Trump and try to get everybody to hate Donald Trump and vote for Joe Biden by default.

this week because the border has been on fire.
We're about to pour gasoline all over this situation.
We have Ken Paxton, the

What is the plan this week?
Next.
Navigating through your finances can be really tricky work, especially if you have a lot of assets.
If you've got a home, for example, knowing whether or not to refinance a mortgage and when is the kind of thing that can seem rather complex.

Welcome to our Attorney General of the Great State of Texas, Ken Paxton.
Hi, Ken.
How are you, sir?
I'm doing well.
How are you?
You know, I could be better.
We could not be looking at a border that is about to
just crush, just crush us as a state and as a country, I think.
All planned.
All planned by this administration.
There's no accident here.
They've dismantled everything that worked with the Trump administration, all federal laws that prevented illegal immigration, and they've basically partnered up with the cartels to make all of this happen.
There's no other way to put it.
How do you stand by they
partnered with the cartels or practically partnered with the cartels?
Because they knew, I'm not saying they signed a written agreement or a contract.
I'm saying on day one, Joe Biden said, I'm not deporting anybody.
He sent the message to the cartels, hey, you guys can make some money here.
Every person they bring across the border, they make $8,000 to $12,000 on.
And so not only can they do the human trafficking, but it also signaled to them that Border Patrol was going to be busy processing as many people as they could get there.
And that would open up the border for other trades like drugs.
So they implicitly knew: hey, we have an opportunity here.
We can build a network, not just in Mexico, but across Central America and across the United States, because we'll have the billions of dollars to build the infrastructure.
And Joe Biden is not just creating a problem for right now, he is creating a problem for the future, which is not only we have a lot of people here that we don't necessarily want here because they may be criminals and because they're here illegally, but we also are going to have a cartel network built up during the Biden administration that's going to be hard to deal with.
So, what is our plan?
So, you know, we continue to file our lawsuits and to fight in the court, but we also, I know Abbott's sending National Guard troops to try to stop people from coming across the border, which is a big step because that's usually what the federal government does.
But the biggest problem we have is the cartels don't try to run around Border Patrol.
They bring them directly to them.
It's not like the old days where they were hiding.
They are going to Border Patrol.
They say one word.
It's the word is asylum.
And then then the border agents transport around the country
for the Biden team.
So even our National Guard is nothing more than just a holding station.
Yeah, well, and it sounds like Abbott's going to send them back, but it's just a small percentage of the total because everybody knows.
That's why I said this is a partnership.
The cartels know where to bring people.
This is not like the rest of the history of our country where people were hiding from Border Patrol.
No, the Border Patrol is just
a part of the agency of the illegal immigration process now.
They are basically employed to
continue more illegal immigration.
That's what the Biden administration has employed them to do.
They're not what they were created to do.
They're not doing anything that Congress asked them to do.
They are doing what Joe Biden tells them to do, which is illegal.
Okay, so.
I mean, our state is at stake.
I mean, I can't take it with these states up north.
New York is, you know, saying that you're collapsing their economy.
Chicago is saying Texas is collapsing their economy because they shipped up.
How many have we even shipped up?
A few hundred, a few thousand.
I mean, it's ridiculous.
Yeah, it's ridiculous.
We're getting 2,000 across a day.
Well, wait, wait, and Glenn,
when Trump was in office, remember,
they were complaining that he was protecting the border.
And that's why they said, well, we'll be a sanctuary city.
Correct.
Well, guess what?
That was easy to say, right?
I mean, hypocrisy at its highest.
Easy to say that when you knew Trump was protecting you.
But then when you actually get a few hundred or a few thousand, now the reality sets in and you basically just lied to us
and said something wasn't true, which is you don't really want those people.
So what are we doing about it?
As I mean, you pump this many people into Texas.
We've already changed the balance.
We're about to lose our culture, as is because so many people have moved in legally.
But you start changing Texas with this kind of influx, you don't hold on to the culture of Texas very long.
No, I mean, it's a reality, and it's unfortunate because we're confined by this case that was decided by Justice Roberts and Justice Kennedy under the Obama administration that said that we don't have the right to put laws in place to control illegal immigration, even if the federal government won't do it.
And
I'm hoping that this
thing that the Abbott's doing with the National Guard, we'll get sued over and we'll go back to the Supreme Court and say, hey, look, you can't let us be in this position where the federal government can pass laws, then not enforce any of them, do just the opposite, and then we have to sit around and let all this bad stuff happen to our state.
It cannot be the law.
And what if they don't sue you?
We'll continue to fight with the Remain of Mexico because that's really
the key case.
If we can win that that case,
the asylum stuff has to stop.
That's the loophole that they're using to get most of these people in.
How many people do you have
in National Guard coming down compared to?
I mean,
I think, well, it's Abbott.
I think it's 1,500.
I mean,
it's not what they need.
They need 100,000, right?
They need more than we have.
We don't have that many.
Okay.
The next question I have is: if you have
a firearm
and
you have the it has the pistol grip and the stabilizing brace, what do you do?
Because the courts don't seem to be moving, and I think that's up the end of this month, isn't it?
Yeah, and the reality is, I mean, we've asked for an injunction because clearly
it's made up.
There's nothing in law, and certainly the Second Amendment that lets them do this.
So I'm still optimistic that we're going to get a ruling.
A lot of times we get rulings last minute on issues like this when there's a deadline.
But you have thousands of people just in Texas that this will make them a felon.
What do they do with their gun?
I mean, they can't wait till the last minute.
I mean, what do you do?
Should you sell it?
Do you turn yourself in on the last day?
Do you dismantle it?
Honestly, that's a great question.
i don't have an answer for it all i can tell you is exciting
well it's yeah it's ridiculous to create a crime that
you know
that relates to the second amendment that people have already purchased these things they've had them for their for you know decades and it's yeah it's just it's it's insane
and this is unit's unworkable ken i mean i know you know this this is all unworkable you can't when
there is no law anymore.
There is no law.
It's frustrating.
It's probably more frustrating to me because I'm in fighting every day in the courts trying to enforce our constitutional requirements, our laws.
And, you know,
it takes a long time and it's challenging when you get a court that says, no, we're just going to ignore that.
I mean, because then there is no law.
If the Constitution allows the President of the United States to have an agency, just make stuff up, you're right.
We're not in a constitutional republic anymore.
That's a whole different problem, which we're seemingly headed towards.
So, the governor's office said that they are putting up razor wire barriers, et cetera, et cetera.
Is that going to be tolerated by the feds?
So far, they've never stopped us from doing it.
They've got that, you know, look, most of those people just turn themselves into Border Patrol.
So,
we're doing this.
It makes it harder for people who can't turn themselves into Border Patrol.
Can you imagine how bad they are?
But most people, people, 90%, probably just walk across the border with cartels, drop them off, cartels get their cash, and then the Biden administration does the rest of the deal for them.
That's what I'm saying.
There's a partnership.
It is an absolute,
it's an absolute partnership between the cartels and the Biden administration.
And the Biden administration knows exactly what they're getting.
They're going to get lots of crime.
They're going to get lots of trouble, drugs, people dying.
They want it.
The FBI, which I don't trust,
the FBI has come out and said that this shooter was a white nationalist over the weekend here in Texas, and yet he was Hispanic.
Are you following this at all?
Do you get any inside briefing or anything?
Yeah, we got none of that from I was in a briefing yesterday.
I got nothing like that.
So
wait, what do you mean you got nothing like that?
Nobody told us in that briefing.
I'm not not saying it's not true, but nobody in the briefing brought up any detail.
We were meeting with law enforcement.
I'm not going to get into the specifics of who,
because they're not comfortable releasing information right now because they still feel like they don't know enough.
So the fact that they would release something like that, I don't trust the FBI at all.
That's just scary that they would come out.
Holy cow.
Because the group I'm with, I mean, there were federal agents there, there were state agents, and nobody was
ready even to tell us
many of the details because they don't want to get it wrong.
So the FBI is not already saying that.
Here we are again, turning this into politics, which is seemingly what the FBI has become,
is an arm for the left.
And any update on the El Paso
deaths with somebody driving their car into the crowd?
Yeah, I mean, I don't have any more than what you and I are both reading.
Obviously, a horrible incident, but that, again, it doesn't get covered like a shooting does because, you know, Joe Biden's not going to make that an issue when it's really he's creating the problem.
I've heard this morning that there's a possibility that that was gang, but also could have been drunk driving.
We have no clue yet.
I have no clue.
I don't know anymore.
I think what happened in Uvalde where information got out that wasn't accurate, that was said by, you know, law enforcement.
I think they're being very careful these days about not saying anything until they absolutely know that it's true.
FBI is not.
Well, the FBI is political.
They're political law enforcement sort of law enforcement.
Can we trust the local FBI?
Some of them are great people.
They're just, you know, the whole thing's been politicized starting with Obama.
And now so many of those people are told to do certain things.
I've seen people leave the FBI because they can't handle the politics.
They realize that they're being asked to do things now that are not law enforcement.
They're political.
And, you know, I have friends that have left the FBI for that very reason.
So do I.
Ken, thank you for everything.
We'll be watching what you guys do this week.
trying to hold our state together.
We have to.
Where else is there to go?
I know.
There's no place.
No place.
Thank you so much, Ken Paxton.
Thank you.
The Texas Attorney General.
I don't think people really understand
how dire the situation is going to get this week.
If you didn't see the pictures and the video from El Paso last week, you have no idea.
You know, and for
a few thousand people to be shipped up to New York and for them to say, oh, it's a state of emergency.
We can't handle it.
Well, what do you think Texas and Arizona and Nevada and even California are doing?
I mean,
all the other states that are not border states,
what are you complaining about?
We are on the verge of losing our states.
And far as I'm concerned, I mean,
you're a sanctuary city.
I think we could raise enough money to just have buses go all the time, night and day, to those sanctuary cities because why is texas paying for it why is arizona paying for it californians you're on your own
you voted that nonsense in
but
we didn't
And they are they are pushing through here because they know it will change the demographics.
They know that it will change the culture of Texas, but it's going to change the culture of the entire country.
And that's not necessarily a bad thing.
It doesn't have to be an all-white culture.
What it does have to be is an American culture, one that understands the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence and the things that we do here that have always made us different.
Man, there's going to be a reign of terror on this country with this many people coming across
and us not knowing how many people have come from China or overseas that wish us ill
god have mercy on the souls of all those in Washington that are either knowingly executing this or standing by silently

I mean, what's going to kill us?
What's going to kill us first?
There's a lot of options right now.
I know.
I don't think America understands what's coming this week.
I think this week is the, with
Title 42 week is what this week is to me.
And this thing ending, I mean, you're already seeing places like El Paso in a state of emergency over the biggest group to ever cross over in a group in history just happened this weekend.
That's nothing compared to what happened, at least what is expected to happen.
And over and over again, the administration is telling you something honest, which we should know.
They don't normally do this.
They're telling you something honest, which is they've had over a year to prepare for this.
So whatever happens this week will be an indication as to how positive their preparation has been.
And I will say, you know, even if everything goes swimmingly on Thursday,
they're already in a position where so many people have crossed the border, their preparation looks like a disaster.
Even if it just ended the way it is now, you'd be able to do it.
But all they're doing is processing paperwork.
They're sending down the military to process people.
They're not saying we're going to stop them and turn them around.
We have 10,000 people at our border just here in Texas.
We have two every day here that
we are processing.
That's not counting the ones that get across.
That's just the ones that are processed.
They're going to process 10 every day now, just in Texas.
Those numbers right?
I don't know.
I mean,
a lot of these numbers are coming out, but over the past 14 days, this is nationwide, 106,511 people who Border Patrol observed crossing illegally and stopped or apprehended, plus 36,583 people who Border Patrol observed crossing illegally but were unable to stop for a total of 142,194.
And that's before Title 42 is gone.
And look, Title 42 is not the right way to control the border.
It was a good idea in the early days of COVID, right?
It was, it's a COVID era restriction.
We all know the COVID emergency is over.
Right now, the Biden administration has held on to this, not because they believe the COVID emergency is there, because this is the only way they can deal with the border at all.
So now that's going away, which it should go away.
We should just actually enforce
the border and the laws that exist.
Instead, they want to do neither.
And so it's sick of them putting more laws and restrictions on the average person and then turning around and letting our cities become Gotham and lawlessness,
have protests that turn violent where they burn a billion dollars worth of American goods and cities,
kill people left and right, let the border just hemorrhage, and we have to worry about new laws they're creating for us, the people?
This is unsustainable.
Unsustainable.

Do you remember a couple of of weeks ago we told you about a small community that is trying to keep a communist
company out of the farmland, out of this particular area?
The city is very excited because it's going to cause so many jobs, but it's a communist
country
or company, and it is coming from China.
It's full of a lot of really bad things in their charter.
So people had a little rally.
Well, the woman who said you can use our farm to rally on suddenly gets a knock on the door from what's called Medard,
which is what exactly, Stu?
The
of course Medard is the Michigan Department of Agricultural and Rural Development, which of course works to assure food safety, protect animal and plant health, sustain environmental stewardship, provide consumer protection, enable rural development, and foster efficient administration operations through service, partnership, and collaboration.
Oh, wow.
I like those three.
But they have armed forces, too.
So, the woman who has had the knock on the door, an investigation from one complaint, Lori Brock, joins us now.
Hello, Lori.
Hi, Pair.
How are things?
You know, we're hanging in there.
That's not good.
That's not good.
So, Lori, you held a rally or you allowed a rally to happen on your farm.
Are you, how close will you be to this plant?
Directly across the street.
Oh, good.
So, that's good for your property value.
And so,
they're going to move across the street.
And you say
that
you have had several people malign you.
The company, the VP of Goshen has made remarks that you say are are slander, as has the town supervisor, right?
Yes, Jim Chapman's the town supervisor and both he and uh Chuck Thielen, he's the vice president of Goshen, have publicly and uh privately told people that I um my farm is located on an industrial zone and shame on me for building there.
And uh you wouldn't want to use her as you know, the whole, oh, not a good realtor because that's what my profession is because I don't even know the zoning, you know, ordinances.
And my property is absolutely on agricultural land.
And so, but they've gone after everybody that speaks out against them in some way or another, and they try to discredit you.
So this has been ongoing.
And so the latest attempt has been to use Medard.
Now, what was the accusation that brought these people out?
I got a call on Monday.
I guess the complaint was filed the Monday after I had the rally on the farm.
No, what a coincidence.
Coincidence, yeah.
And so they came out and they said that I had, you know, the farm
was a blake condition and that it was in, you know, bad shape and we had manure runoff into the pond.
And,
okay, my farm, I take impeccable care of it.
If you talk to anybody that was at that rally, there is no way that there was anything like that on our property.
I have
20 horses and a few rescue animals, and I have 145 acres.
So it has plenty of room for the amount of animals that we have.
This was just pure harassment is what it was.
But
they didn't send me a citation.
They called me and said that, you know, that my farm was there.
They were starting a full investigation onto my farm and that they would be there on the following Thursday, which was last week.
So on that Thursday, Ambassador Pete Hookstra showed up to help me.
And he showed up and we had some TV
people there as well.
And the lady that came to do the investigation only pulled into the driveway.
And she said, you know, Lori, there's no complaint here.
She goes, your farm's beautiful.
There's no, absolutely no issues at all.
We're closing the file.
And I invited her up.
I said, why don't you come up here?
We'd like to talk to you.
And she absolutely declined and wouldn't come up.
And I said I had a letter from our representative, Thomas Kuntz, because he felt that this was an overreach of government power and that they were weaponizing the government against me because I'm asking tough questions against
Goshen.
We have a huge threat of lithium dust, and it's a communist-operated factory, and they won't answer any environmental questions whatsoever.
In fact, when I brought it up in a board meeting, one of the
directors of Greentownship threw my request for environmental information into the trash.
So it's just been a nightmare.
I mean, absolutely.
But they did say that they were going to file an investigation on them for the misuse of power.
Whether that goes anywhere, I don't know, but I'm glad that at least someone was sticking up for us.
So who is going to launch an investigation?
It's like when the police are bad, well, we're going to launch an investigation on ourselves.
Who is.
It wasn't him.
It was Representative Thomas Kuntz
was asking for an investigation to be started against MDAR.
Okay.
And for the, you know, and he sent it in.
He actually gave me a copy to give to the lady, but she wouldn't come up the driveway to get it.
So we emailed it to her.
Now, is that because she knew that there were people waiting for her, or why did she not come up the driveway, do you think?
I don't know.
She said that
she took one look at the farm and said that there was definitely no complaints whatsoever.
Wait, she said that at the gate?
Yeah.
She never got out of her car.
Wow.
Yeah.
So she never,
it was like a, it was just, I believe in my heart it was just a harassment call just because I'm standing against them and I'm speaking out loudly against them.
And every time that Chuck Sealen, you know, we did a radio interview and I caught him lying to me repeatedly.
And, you know, from the communist part to the community support to the hourly wage, they've lied about everything.
And he doesn't like it because I pointed it out publicly.
So how do they answer?
I mean, the communist part is really pretty amazing.
I mean, they have in their own,
you know, I guess, handbook or constitution, you know, for the company
that they have to, they abide by the rules of China,
and they even have to have an outreach, a communist party outreach within the country, within the company and for the children.
Yes.
We found all of that and when we did the radio interview with them, we brought it up to them and they denied it.
They've denied it strongly for two months even though we had the bylaw or their association bylaws.
They've denied it until it went on, I believe it was on Fox News and
when we showed the article
that talks about the communism, at that point, Chuck Thielen says, oh, okay, well, it's just, you know, it's in there, but it doesn't really matter.
And
just trust us, we're never going to use that.
And we're not going to follow that.
And I'm like, yeah, I don't trust anything you say.
You know, I'm like, you can say that, but we don't, you have lied to us repeatedly about this whole project.
So we don't, we don't feel any trust with you at all.
So does he, does he think that the Communist Party of China doesn't mean those things?
That's what he said.
He said that's a boiler point and it's just in all of it.
And we shouldn't pay attention to that.
Yes.
I'm like, I agree.
Because they mean it.
Yeah.
Right.
We don't mean that.
It's in our stuff, stuff, but we don't mean it.
I know.
So, Lori,
how is the fight going?
You know, it's tough.
We thought
we've done very well as far as turning some people against them.
And one of the Big Rapids Township
has voted to
say no to the rezoning because last week they were trying to rezone hundreds of acres into industrial from our agriculture and forestry land into industrial.
That came out and they said that they weren't going to, you know, they were voting against it.
Right after that they pulled the zoning off of the
docket for the meeting on Thursday.
But we all still showed up and there were probably three to four hundred people there that were against it talking to the zoning commission saying, please don't bring this here.
We don't want it here.
We don't need the jobs.
They keep saying we need jobs and we don't.
I brought them a, I did a bunch of research and there's almost 1,800 jobs available in Acosta County right now that aren't being taken and that are absolutely, anybody can go on Indeed and look it up.
And so all their arguments for pushing this company into our community don't make any sense at all.
And then them to try to build this, they said the Goshen plant was first going to be half a million square feet, then it was a million, then two million, then two weeks ago it was 3 million square feet.
Now in an article just written a couple days ago, Jim Chapman, the township supervisor, said 5.5 million square feet.
I mean this thing is just growing and growing, and they don't have any environmental reports.
They haven't filed Cepheus reviews.
We've got nothing to go on.
And it's really frustrating for all of us because we don't want them here, and they're not following any of the rules.
They've not told the truth about anything concerning this plant.
It's truly remarkable.
Lori, thank you for standing up in your own community.
I really appreciate it.
I would hope that, I don't know how you vote, but I would hope that there's people that voted for both sides
or, you know,
differently than, let's say, me that are standing with you.
Is that happening?
You know, the one thing I can say is that whether you're Republican, Democrat, liberal, it doesn't matter.
We're all in this together and we all don't want them.
And our numbers are growing every day.
I mean, the more we get this out in front of everybody, the more people that are coming to our meetings and the more we're pushing back.
And I just got to throw this out there.
If anybody wants to help us, we're trying to raise money for legal costs, and you can text N-O-G-O to 801-801, and that would help us tremendously because we have a huge fight on our hands, and we definitely need legal help for sure.
And it is what, what, text again?
It's N-O-G-O, like NO-GO
to 801-801.
801-801-NOGO.
Thank you so much, Lori.
I appreciate it.
Oh, my God.
Thank you for having us on.
I appreciate you.
You bet.
God bless.
All right.
As these companies
tie into our governments, and that's exactly what's happening there.
As they tie into our governments,
they're going to jam more and more stuff down our throats.
And, you know, I don't want to hassle in my life, but I certainly do not want to stand with the companies that are doing everything they can, quite honestly, just to dismantle us piece by piece.
And there are companies now, the phone companies, that are doing their own part of it.
Get out of the big three mobile carriers, please.
Would you try Patriot Mobile?
America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
They have dependable nationwide coverage on all three major networks, so you get the best possible service in your area and you aren't simultaneously helping fund the destruction of our country.
They actually stand for the sanctity of life, religious freedom, the Second Amendment, are military veterans, first responders, and they have a hundred percent U.S.-based customer service team that makes switching incredibly easy.
So, do yourself, do your country a favor, switch today.

Do you remember the name Nick Adams, Stu?
Yeah, for sure.
He was the guy
2014, 2015.
Somehow or another, we got a hold of him in Australia.
Yeah, that sounds right.
And he was a huge, huge fan of America.
And he was like, What the heck are you guys doing?
And he wanted to come over.
The Obama administration tried to keep him out.
He had a green card.
Then it was canceled.
And this audience
got him in, really put pressure on the Obama administration.
So he got his green card back.
He's just become an American citizen.
And he has started something called FlagUSA, flagusa.org.
And I was speaking at their dinner,
what was it, Saturday night.
And it went out to Tampa, Florida, and
it was just such a great collection of people.
And I want you to go to flagusa.org
and go to
probably shop.
Let me look here.
Yeah, shop.
And it'll take you to the resources.
They have these booklets for teachers and for parents on the Constitution, on the Declaration of Independence, on the Federalist Papers,
Citizens' Guide to the Electoral College.
They have it in Spanish.
They have teachers' guides,
critical race theory, you name it, including topics at the dinner table for your kids or your grandkids.
You can order these books, and they're just,
they're like, I don't know, old Boys' Life magazine almost, or kind of that heavy stock like highlights used to be.
I don't know if you even remember those.
But flagusa.org.
And I think the Constitution was written with the help of Scalia in his office.
So it is right on the money.
And all it does is just teach what's in the Constitution, what's in the Declaration of Independence, and why it's important.
And we have to repair this.
We are so bad at learning our own history.
We're never going to save it if we don't know what we're trying to save.
Yeah, the left always tries to paint us as anti-immigration.
But I mean, I often find immigrants are the best at this.
Oh, yeah, because they appreciate the country more than sometimes Americans do.
Yeah, and not people who are just coming for a job.
Right.
It could be be people coming from Germany or China or Mexico that just want a job and they're coming over here and they don't really care.
Those people who look at us and go, man,
I want what they have.
That's the right, that's the way to do it.
Right.
Not desire for jobs or money or just, you know, convenience.
The ability to chart your own course, which I'm not sure.
I mean, it's really, it's crazy.
People who are 25 years old, they don't remember, they don't remember an airport without security.
You know?
Yeah, that day.
25 years old.
I do remember it, and it feels weird that it occurred.
Like, you could just walk up to the gate, get off the gate, and then your parents would be standing there.
I remember that.
I remember that.
I remember the America that was in the
60s, 70s, and 80s.
And that was a different place.
As far as freedom goes, we still had the same kind of problems, but people in your own local community, you were free without all this federal government regulation.
There is a huge difference.
We've got to know what those rights are that we're losing quickly.
Flag, flag, go to flagusa.org.
Go to shop and grab these booklets for your family, for the neighbors, kids, for the teachers you know.
Grab them now.

That's the answer.
People are still asking, what is happening and what do we do about it?
The answer?
In 60 seconds.
Life is
not just a series of stories with a happy ending.
Thing you might not think about as you go about your day and spend a ton of time online on all your devices is the fact that it only takes one time for a cyber criminal to get your information and ruin everything.

So we all know we live in a time of crisis.
We haven't seen anything anything like this since the Civil War.
Our nation has faced really tough times,
but I don't think anything as critical as today.
Because it's not like the Civil War.
It's not North versus South.
It's neighbor against neighbor.
And we are being flooded this week.
Just this week alone.
The border is going to change.
And I hope America sees and wakes up to what's really happening.
I have no problem with immigrants.
I have a problem with people who come here illegally and aren't here
for the freedoms that we enjoy.
Americans believe that governments are instituted of God for the benefit of man
and that he holds us accountable
for our acts in relation to them, both in making laws and administering them.
And those are for the good and safety of society.
We don't believe that a government can exist in peace except when our laws are framed to secure each individual's free exercise of conscience, the right and control of property, the protection of life, and governments will necessarily require civil officers and magistrates to enforce the laws of the same
and they're supposed to minister administer the law equally.
Justice sought out and upheld by the voice of the people.
But something's happened.
We've expected to maintain our freedom
and those political institutions that were founded upon faith in God and the belief in the existence of actual truth, eternal truth, moral laws.
God has endowed men with certain inalienable rights, and no legislature, no majority, however great, may morally limit or destroy those rights.
The function of government is to protect life, liberty, and property.
And anything more or less than this is a usurpation.
I really believe that the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence came through a group of men
who believed in God and were inspired by God.
And it is a covenant.
It is a solemn contract between the peoples of the states
and the officers of the government.
And we have a duty to obey under God the eternal moral laws that are all in our founding documents.
When you actually compare what's in the Constitution to what's in the scriptures in the Bible, you'd be amazed.
It's all from the scriptures.
But today, all of these things that we have taken for granted, I remember after 9-11,
we all came together and I expected that.
I thought everybody was together.
And then a few years later, everybody started to turn.
And you're like, wait, what happened?
I thought we were all together.
Because
so many people did not believe the things
that Americans have always believed, the things that we always found self-evident.
The government just became about expediency.
The government has condoned the breakdown of law and order.
Law enforcement alone is at a breaking point.
The police force, they're quitting.
All kinds of cities have massive vacancies, and who's going to join?
Not only the cities are looking for recruits, but our military is also looking for recruits.
Who wants to join?
Both of them being demoralized
in the hostile attitudes of the politically minded.
Cops are being demoralized by
grabbing somebody off the street, taking them in, and then just they free them.
Some of the hardest criminals, most hardened, they're released as soon as they're arrested.
Which shows the police what?
We care more about the criminal rights than the people's.
Edmund Burke said, he was a statesman from England.
He said, men are qualified for civil liberty in exact proportion to their disposition to put moral chains upon their own appetites, in proportion as their love of justice
is above their vanity and appetites.
Society cannot exist
unless somebody puts a governor, a regulator on our appetites.
And in America, that bargain has always been you,
me,
nobody else.
Don't tell me what's moral.
Don't tell me what's right and wrong.
Take care of your own house.
I'll take care of mine.
But when we, when none of us have a regulator or enough of us have
taken and rotted all of the things that underpin that in each of us and our families, then
we can't be free.
You cannot be free.
For the first time in my life,
I'm not worried about America being
destroyed by some global power,
the Russians, nuclear bombs.
Our civilization.
No.
All of humanity
dies when we no longer care.
Americans lose their freedoms when nobody cares anymore.
We have one of the biggest things to happen to mankind of all time,
of
all time.
AI.
Do you hear your friends really talking about it other than in a passing sort of way?
Hey, have you seen the new chat GPT?
It's pretty cool, huh?
Our country, if we surrender our freedom, it will be because of Americans.
And it won't be just the work of the subversive and criminal Americans.
It'll be those Americans who think they're fine, think they're American.
Yeah, I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing, but not really.
Lincoln was asked, at what point then is the approach of danger to be expected?
He said, quote, if it ever reaches us, it must spring up among us.
It can't come from abroad.
If destruction be our lot, we ourselves must be its author and finisher.
As a nation of free men, we must live through all time or die by suicide.
Well, have you seen the rate of suicide in our nation?
If America is destroyed, it may be
destroyed by the Americans who still salute the flag, sing the national anthem, are there for the patriotic parades, cheer on the 4th of July.
Those people who are normally great Americans.
But they are Americans that fail to comprehend what is required to keep our country strong and free.
We're lulled away into a false sense of security because we think the government's job is to keep us safe.
It's not.
Great nations are never conquered from the outside unless they are rotten deep to the core.
Our greatest national
problem today is not the erosion of soil or air.
It's the erosion of our national morality, the erosion of traditional enforcement of law and order, the erosion of truth,
verifiable eternal truths.
Theodore Roosevelt said,
the things that will destroy America
are prosperity at any price.
We're there.
People don't care.
Just make money.
Peace at any price.
Safety first instead of duty first.
The love of soft living and get-rich, quick theory of life.
That's Roosevelt.
All those things are affecting us.
We have exalted security and comfort and ease above freedom.
If we dwelled at length on the things that are disturbing in the American society today,
we could become discouraged.
Many of us are.
There's all kinds of things that
we're on fire.
Riots, inflation, crime,
more federal intervention, more laws
are schools.
The men of power and prestige and great influence in the political structure of America
have permitted the concept of freedom of speech
to be expanded to include subversion, intimidation, sedition, incitement to riot.
They have condoned the distortion of academic freedom to encompass the adulteration of young minds with all of these socialist, communist, crazy, anarchist doctrines.
The disintegration of our educational system.
It is the great men of power and prestige and great influence that have allowed freedom of assembly to mushroom into
mob rule, riot, insurrection, burning of cities, all being called by those great men and women of power, prestige, and great influence as a peaceful protest.
We may not be able to
change the course of those in authority here in the United States.
They may be on a suicidal course.
I mean, they are.
We've already, that ship's already left the dock.
We may not be able to turn that ship
because we have to replace them by men of will.
We can't hope
to be a nation of peace and order.
order.
We need to have it in our own life.
We need to seek true justice under the law,
true opportunities
to serve.
We have to have a renewal of the spirit of our forefathers, an appreciation of the American way of life, of strengthening of our character.
America doesn't need more guns.
America needs more guts.
The guts to stand up, say the things that you mean, mean the things that you say,
and know the difference between right and wrong, truth and lies.
Our national character is the core of our national defense, and our national character has been lost.
Before anybody in Washington talks about guns
and how they have to be removed,
before they talk about any other problem,
we should be talking about the lack of guts.
More in a minute.

Welcome to the Glen Beck program.
I was reading a bunch of quotes today,
and
I saw this, and I wanted to pass it on.
I do not choose to be a common man, it is my right to be uncommon.
Now, think just think of that by itself and all of the different meanings to that.
We are now.
I was,
I saw a clip on the news this morning, I think, and they were like, and the king of England was crowned and I'm whoop-de-doo.
But it showed his son kneeling, pledging fealty.
And
that's something that we don't think of here in America.
You've never bend a knee and pledge fealty to somebody.
Except we do every day.
We're asking now, not us, but the left is asking you to kneel down and pledge fealty to whatever it is those leaders of the left want you to do, say, believe, and fight for every day.
And it's not in your interest, it's in their interest.
But you will bow to them and pledge fealty.
Or just like the kings of the past, if you didn't show up to do that you were dead
what's the difference
you can't choose
you have to choose to be a common man not an uncommon man
that's not America that's not who we are That's not what we were
born to be.
We weren't,
we didn't come here
to be told what to do and to be kept safe and to be coddled.
We came here to explore.
We came here,
we came here to change everything.
And now the old world and the ideas of the old world where somebody else knows better than you is dragging us back into a place where you have to pledge loyalty and fealty to the crown, whatever that crown might be.
The Glenn Beck Program.
It's funny, I was thinking about the crown.
I think, you know, whether that be a king or a drag queen today.
Land of Lakes, Florida, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation is building a community called the Let Us Do Good Village, which will have about 100 homes for their program participants.
Two families already moved in,
a Gold Star family and a family of a severely injured hero that served the nation.
More houses are being built, and it's a really special place where people are going to be able to come together and heal.
It's a place where children can grow up and experience life together.
And it's all thanks to an amazing donation of the land on which it sits.
And of course, thanks to your generosity, the houses are being being built.
The Let Us Do Good Village.
It can be just the first of many communities like it.
This is your opportunity to help America's greatest heroes and their families heal together and grow together.

welcome to the glenn beck program we're glad you're here courage is the word of the day courage
I disagree, Glenn.
I think the word of the day is fealty.
Fealty.
Yes, you just used the word fealty, which is the word I really like.
I don't know why.
It's just one of those words I come back to from time to time to describe.
It's weird because I never think of it.
And I, I,
Game of, was it Game of Thrones or whatever?
Uh, you know, they were always pledging fealty.
Fealty.
And then when I saw it with the, the, I don't know, the coronation thing, you know, and the sun lays out fealty, I thought, oh my gosh, this is just such ancient bull crap.
But it's not.
It's not ancient bull crap.
It's constant today.
And you had mentioned at the end of that
great rant about how fealty is something that
is foreign to us in America.
Literally foreign.
Because we don't have a crown, but we do have drag queens.
We do have drag queens.
Which you have to.
Go ahead.
Amazingly, as you said that, it reminded me of an article I read of.
This is about Dee Snyder, the guy from Twisted Sister.
We covered it.
He was all kinds of trouble.
Yeah, he went out and he made a comment about how when he was younger, he sometimes felt pretty and he was glad his parents didn't jump to any rash conclusions.
And he said that kind of joking in response because I think what he said was, look, we shouldn't be doing this with our kids.
What do you want to do?
We shouldn't be responding to the kiss guy who said that.
Okay, yeah.
So he was kind of just backing up the kiss guy.
And, you know, the idea that you shouldn't maybe transition when you're four, you know, it was crazy.
I know.
Well, anyway, he got thrown out of the Pride celebration.
He was planned, he was going to be like the big guy there.
The song, We're Not Going to take it was the the the anthem of the san francisco pride celebration or whatever it was this is a guy obviously twisted sister and i remember when the song came out i mean it was controversial in a way because he was dressed kind of like as a woman and like it was one of those things kind of yeah i mean i don't know exactly if he was he was a beautiful woman
he was very beautiful
anyway he says uh he has a new post out and he says uh i was not aware the transgender community expects fealty
and total agreement with all of their beliefs that any variation or deviation is considered transphobic, he wrote in a Facebook post.
So my lifetime of supporting the transgender community right to identify as they want and honoring whatever changes they make in how they present themselves to the world isn't enough.
So I hear I'm transphobic.
Yes.
Really?
Yes.
And the answer to that is yes.
Yes.
That's how this works.
Yes.
Yes.
That's why you go.
You are.
You're a transphobe now.
And have you noticed how things are changing?
Let's go to New York and the guy who choked out
the Michael Jackson impersonator and the guy who had serious mental illness.
Yep.
Been arrested 40 times.
Right.
And real trouble.
He and other people on the train, the Marine comes up and he starts to choke him out.
Other people, white and black,
hold the guy down.
Then when he passes out, the Marine puts him up in the recovery position, as it's known.
Okay.
Well, he died.
So now there's riots.
I was listening to, I don't remember, NPR or New York Times or something, a podcast this morning on the way in, and I heard them talk about the former U.S.
Marine that came in.
Wait a minute.
Why do you say it that way?
Because I would read that as a former U.S.
Marine came in to help.
Thank God there was a Marine, a guy who knows
we're going to choke somebody out, Stu.
You know how to do that?
I don't know how to do that.
I barely get out of bed.
Right, right.
So a Marine, and they're using this now as a slam.
If you are a former Marine.
You've got issues.
You're probably a racist.
And every New Yorker, I mean, we lived in New York for a long time, rode the subway numerous amounts of times.
Every New Yorker has been in that position where
you're sitting in a subway train, you're in a tunnel under the earth.
Yeah.
You are
in a metal tube, trapped.
Doors won't open.
Doors don't open.
There's nowhere to go if they do.
And there's no one in the car that can save you.
Yes.
And you have a homeless, crazy person.
Or just a crazy person.
Yeah, it's true.
He could be homed.
He might not be unhoused, but usually the unhoused part of it is
true.
And they're crazy and they're losing it and they are screaming at you or a woman or a child or threatening you.
And it doesn't.
It doesn't just sit there and like, look, if it gets to a certain level, obviously you have to step in and do something physical, but you sit there and you just pray to yourself, please don't let this escalate to that level that something has to be done.
And if something does have to be done, hopefully there's a former freaking Marine that can come in here and do something about it.
Correct.
Hopefully, there's a
police officer.
Everyone who lives in New York has ridden that subway, especially lately, or you haven't run it.
You haven't been on it intentionally because you know how dangerous it is.
It doesn't have to be a crazy homeless person.
It can just be a really bad gang or gang member.
It is terrifying.
at times to ride the subway.
Most times during the day, in the old days, it was fine, but there would be times that you'd be coming home for doing something late at night and you could be alone.
You could just be a couple of people and there'd be four or five people that you have no idea.
I don't know who they are.
They look kind of sketchy.
You know, they could be, they could be monks or they could be gang members.
You don't know.
And if something starts to happen, all you're praying for is get to the station.
Please get to the station.
Please get to the station.
Because we should point out, they've disarmed us.
Yes.
They've taken all the guns away from the people who could just do something about this legally.
So, your main quality, my main qualification sitting there to handle this situation is that I've seen all the Rocky movies multiple times.
So, I mean,
I'll try to recreate one of them.
I'm not a guy who throws hands all that often.
Yeah.
You know what?
I grew up in suburban Connecticut.
Not a lot of fighting going on.
So you want to step up and do something about it.
You might be forced to.
You don't want to be put in that position.
You hope and pray that it de-escalates or you get to the next stop, which Glenn, I bet you've done this too.
I have gotten off of subways in areas
that are not good areas.
I've gotten off into stations just to get off that train.
Yes.
Because the train feels more dangerous than whatever questionable area you're about to stop.
Because you're alone.
Because you don't know what the hell is going to happen.
Just get the hell off of this train.
Hopefully the next one doesn't have a crazy person on it.
And this is the problem.
When the government doesn't protect you, do you not have a right to protect yourself?
If you and others feel threatened, you don't want to kill the guy, but if he happens to die because he was either sick or on drugs or had a condition that you didn't know about or you just went too far, I don't know how to choke somebody out.
But if I and the others on the train are like, this guy's out of control, man, bad things could happen.
I'm fine, but you're going to have a group of people who weren't on the train trying to tell me what I should be afraid of.
And that if I stand up because somebody is either hassling me or others or the whole train, that I'm supposed to just sit there and take it, that's not American.
That's not American.
It's not American.
It is.
It's absolutely not American.
And you know what else isn't American?
Is the fact that they have taken multiple societies across this country and turned them into lawless catastrophes.
Catastrophes.
No, we should never be able to say the sentence that he was arrested 40 times.
Oh, I
do.
I was at the airport.
Insanity.
I was at the airport yesterday.
I was flying back from Tampa.
I had to give a speech on Saturday.
And so I'm standing at the airport and I'm waiting in line and I'm just looking at all the flights.
And the first one was Austin,
then Charlotte.
And I was like, well, maybe Charlotte.
I was just thinking, would I go to any of these cities?
You know, let's not go home.
Let's, you know, you ever do that.
You're like, hey, let's go to the Caymans.
You know, you're not serious, but you just play that.
And so I'm looking at it.
I'm like, well, maybe Charlotte.
That was the last town I saw that I wanted to go to.
I'm looking at it and I'm like, San Francisco, Seattle, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, New York.
None of those.
None of those cities.
And this guy who was
who died in this incident,
he has been completely abandoned by left-wing society.
He has been, here's a guy who has all sorts of mental problems, should have been in
being given care for mental health, was not.
Here's a guy who should have been in prison.
And right, he would have been in prison and he would have been more protected in prison because at least he would have been able to be protected from himself and get the treatment he needs, perhaps.
Instead, he's left out in a society to walk around, to terrorize the community, which he was taught by progressives that that was okay.
By not putting him in jail 40 times, he becomes more and more convinced that it's never going to happen.
It doesn't happen.
He's fine.
What he's doing is okay.
So he does this, and he is one of the thousands and thousands of people that are totally forgotten by the city, that mean absolutely nothing to every one of these activists who've been talking about it all ever since this occurred.
And he meant literally zero dirt, nothing to them till the second he died and they could exploit it for racial purposes.
And you know what's amazing?
He's the same kind of guy that they would probably say should have been aborted in the first place because
he had no chance.
So abort him.
They don't care about his death then.
They don't care about his life.
They only care to use it when he dies at the hands of somebody just trying to protect themselves.
And honestly, if this exact incident played out the exact same way, except instead of the white man with the chokehold, it was the black man who was also involved in helping restrain the guy.
But he said if he was the one that did the chokehold, this would be
a local crime story.
If this were, and it's just as easy, if it would have been a black Marine,
they might have mentioned it, but it would have been a Black Marine choked him out, and it was a good thing.
Maybe, maybe, maybe, maybe.
It'd be a local story mostly.
The worst thing
that would happen was it would just be ignored.
They just want so desperately to take these lines.
I thought it was color of skin and exploit them for every little bit.
And politics, I have to tell you, I thought it was fascinating fascinating what
Ken Paxton told us today.
I had Ken Paxton on.
I asked him about the shit.
Now, he's the attorney general.
I asked him about the Texas mall gunman, who the FBI now is saying they think he held neo-Nazi views.
Really?
He was a white supremacist?
He was a Hispanic.
And I said, Ken, what evidence do they have?
And he said, Glenn, I was in a briefing yesterday, and I think he said this morning.
And
no agency brought that up.
No agency is even saying that.
Where did the FBI get that?
I asked him, do you trust the FBI?
He said, no.
You trust the local FBI?
No.
That's the Attorney General of the state of Texas.
He said, some of them.
There's some good people.
Yeah.
But he generally trusts them as an institution anyway.
Correct.
That is.
Quite a statement.
That is an amazing statement coming from an attorney general.
Will that make the news?
Maybe,
but only in the way to make the Texas Attorney General look like a bad guy, like he's trying to overthrow the government.
Guarantee it.
Well, let's talk about Goldline.
Hey, how's that dollar doing today?
Huh?
Is that
right?
Goldline has a special this week week to prepare for what I like to call the coming debt ceiling carnage.
The carnage is coming.
Did you see Janet Yellen?
She was talking about how, well, it would cost a constitutional crisis if they, you know, just said,
don't worry about Congress.
She said, quote, Congress just has to do its job.
Congress.
Secretary Yellen is doing its job by trying to stop the out-of-control spending that's going to end the dollar that you know very well is true.
Oh, these people.
Anyway, she said it'll just put us into a tailspin.
Hmm.
So it'll work out for you guys, too, that way.
Hmm.
Goldline's popular one-quarter-ounce Mayflower Gold rounds are available after being out of stock for almost a month.
With every quarter-ounce gold Mayflower acquired, you're going to receive one brilliant uncirculated Silver Kennedy half-dollar at no extra charge.

This is the Glenn Beck program.
Okay, I have a goal for tomorrow.
I have a goal on who I want.
I want Rockland County executive Ed Day on the program tomorrow.
He has
Adams, you know, the mayor of New York, he has saying, he's saying now he's going to ship all these people to Rockland County.
And Rockland County is like, you're not shipping these people to us.
No, they were shipped to you.
You're a sanctuary city.
Rockland County is not a sanctuary county.
Right.
And he said, so we're not doing it.
He said, you picked the wrong person to fight with.
And
he's putting the county sheriffs to block any of the buses that are coming in.
It's incredible.
It's amazing how fast, too, the left will run from illegal immigration the second they're actually faced with it.
Correct.
They will blame us for all the hatred and all the racism.
Oh, you guys just don't want people who don't look like you
until the second four illegal immigrants show up in any one of their states and they all freak out.
These towns on the border are getting thousands every single
day.
And their population centers are like there's some towns that have a population of 20,000 and have 10,000 people on the streets.
What are they supposed to do?
What are they supposed to do?
Sit back and eat it is what the government is telling them.
Now, you can't do that to New York City.
We don't have the money.
Yeah, you don't have the money.
Yeah.
You have Wall Street.
Jeez.
You have plenty of people.
Tax them some more.
No.
Or how is that working out for you, New York?
They're all leaving and coming to Red State.
I know.
All right.
We will see you tomorrow.
Same Becktime, same
Beck Channel.
Aaron Reed, I remember Aaron Reen.
