Let me tell you about grip six.

You have grip six socks?

Yeah, I do.

Yeah.

They're great, aren't they?

They're awesome, yeah.

They are, when you think of wool socks, I think of

not stretchy, things that kind of

scratchy, and the things that ride down your leg and they're at the ankles.

You need some of those old-timey shock garters for your legs.

Not now.

This is modern wool and the way they weave it into socks, it'll keep your feet warm in the winter, cool in the summer.

They are fantastic socks.

And it's American wool as as well, American source.

They don't, there's not a lot of places that do that.

No, and it's all American.

Everything about this.

We are trying to highlight businesses that are 100% American.

And Grip Six is one of those.

So if you're looking for belts or wallets or socks or whatever, go to gripsics.com/slash Beck.

That's gripsix.com/slash Beck.

We got no room to cop and bite.

We gotta stand together, it's a coincidence.

Stand up, stand, and hold the light.

It's a new day, our time to rise.

What you're about to hear here is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

This is the Glenn Beck program.

Lots to say, a lot to say.

And we have Donald Trump's attorney on, the guy who's taking this to court.

Really, really credible guy, Alan Dershowitz.

Everybody on today's program to comment what happened yesterday and so much more in 60 seconds.

One of the things you learn when you have a dog is just how much of a give and take relationship it really is.

They keep giving and giving and giving and we keep taking it.

We just keep taking it.

We love our dogs.

The affection, the loyalty, the companionship, the amusement, the laughs we have had because of Uno.

We want to give him the very best.

Now we feed him kibble food.

You know, it's that scientific stuff that the vet

recommends.

And then we went to the vet and we said, we don't know if this has all the stuff needed.

Well, it's kibble food, so of course not.

Okay, well, how about if we sprinkle this on the food, and it's rough greens?

And she looked at it and she's like, this stuff's fantastic, absolutely.

Oh, okay.

All right.

That would have been good to know.

You know, when it was a problem, but.

Donald Trump's campaign fundraising is breaking records thanks to a lavish fundraiser hosted by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg and the Democratic Party this according to the Babylon B sources say that the as Trump arrived at the New York courthouse for a fundraiser yesterday morning his campaign raised millions of dollars from energized citizens eager to support the only presidential candidate indicted by a Soros-funded DA.

Quote, at this point, if someone hasn't been indicted by a corrupt Soros DA, can you even trust that person?

said local Trump voter.

Experts say Trump's indictment will firm up his base of supporters who believe the country is run by corrupt, out-of-touch bureaucrats who also happen to be satanic pedophiles and alienate him with kooky conspiracy theorists who think that America's leaders can be trusted.

At publishing time, it had been revealed that half of the donations to the Trump campaign came from Democratic activists who are desperately hoping he runs again.

You know, we are defined now by our enemies.

This is a time where, where it is a badge of honor, oh, the school board hates you.

Oh.

The school librarian thinks that you're a Nazi.

Oh, boy.

Congratulations.

Congratulations.

Oh, the New York DA hates you.

You've, by pointing that out, you've been called an anti-Semite?

Congratulations.

Yeah.

Congratulations, sincerely.

There's something to that.

I mean, I know Babylon B is a satire site, but like

you kind of like,

if a Soros-funded DA came out and said, you know what?

We looked at Ron DeSantis and totally clean, clean as a whistle.

Go ahead, feel confident voting for him.

I'd be very nervous.

He'd be very nervous.

Very, I'd be like, what's up with that?

He's in bed.

All right.

Let me tell you what happened yesterday, yesterday, and I'm going to use it by substituting Stu for Donald Trump.

Here's what happened yesterday in court.

In the attempt to cover up a crime, Stu committed a crime.

In the attempt of covering up a crime, Stu committed a crime.

In the attempt to cover up a crime, Stu committed a crime.

Now,

Also, I'd like to say that in the attempt to cover up a crime, Stu committed a crime.

But I'm not done.

In the attempt to cover up a crime, Stu

committed a crime.

Wait, but what crime was I trying to cover?

Great question, Stu.

Thank you.

I wasn't even done.

I have 35 of those charges.

Oh, okay, and they're all very different.

Let me just skip to 28.

In the attempt to cover up a crime, Stu committed a crime.

Wait, what crime, though?

Yeah, okay, that's exactly what I would expect somebody who hates George Soros to say.

Hey, that's what happened yesterday.

Yeah, he didn't even tell us what the crime was.

What is the crime?

What is the crime?

He only told us what crime he supposedly committed when he was covering up the crime that he would not tell us what it was.

Correct.

Which is amazing.

We would like to define the crime, please.

Could you define

the crime?

Now, some people say it's a campaign finance

crime.

Well, is it?

Because the FEC turned it down.

The feds turned it down.

Even the corrupt Justice Department turned this down.

But you picked it up, and that's a federal crime.

Unless, somehow or another, in Alvin Bragg's head, well, states.

You got to go to the Constitution for this one.

So I know this definitely did not happen.

States are in charge of the vote and the election.

So states should be the one.

Really?

It's still a federal crime, though.

Still a federal crime.

That would not make any sense.

They know they have nothing on that.

Well, it's a tax crime.

The tax crime.

Forget about the favorite.

Yeah, tax crime.

How is it a tax crime?

Wait a minute.

Wait a minute.

Wait a minute.

I've heard you should pay your fair share.

And I've even heard it's patriotic to pay your fair share.

And we've heard for years and years that Donald Trump will not pay his fair share.

He will not pay his taxes, this guy.

So this is apparently the tax crime.

He paid

more taxes by paying

Cohen

all of the

quote, bribe, which wasn't bribe,

he paid that as income back to him.

So he actually paid more taxes than

he should have.

This guy that they've been begging for him to release his tax records for the entire time he's been in the public eye, just so they could prove that he does not pay his taxes, have now tried to put him in prison for paying too much taxes.

That's legitimately what happened.

Yeah, but

it was the payment of those extra taxes that was the attempt to cover up the crime.

Yeah, that's what they're trying to say.

And if you don't know what happened in the situation,

Cohen paid $130,000 to good old Stormy.

And then the actual.

I mean, who has it?

Who has it?

Sincerely.

She's expensive, apparently.

And so

then to reimburse Cohen, instead of giving him $130,000, which would have been a reimbursement for an expenditure, but would have had to been, you know, their accusation is it would have had to been you know, recorded in a certain way that may give away that they paid off a porn star.

So instead, what they did is they paid him a salary

of, I think it was around $400,000.

And the thought there was you give him basically double the money so he can pay taxes and still maintain the amount he gave to Stormy Daniels.

So they didn't want to give him the exact amount.

They gave him more than that.

And they gave him a bonus on top of that, I think of $60,000 just for, I guess, good tidings.

So that's basically what they're saying is that because he was actually not giving him a payment for work done, instead they were just repaying him for the expenditure that they shouldn't have overpaid him because that man,

too many dollars went to taxes.

That's legitimately what they are trying to get him to do.

Right.

Too many dollars.

Too much in taxes.

I mean, this is,

I didn't think there would be anything here.

We said it before, right?

No, this is less than we said over and over again.

We haven't actually seen the indictment, we haven't seen the charges, and we hold out, you know, maybe they have something that we have.

Oh, they do

in the attempt to cover up a crime, Trump committed a crime, but no, he didn't, right?

Like, and not to mention, even

if it's past the statute of limitation, let me explain it more clearly for you.

In the attempt to cover up a crime, which we don't know about,

he paid too many taxes.

Okay?

Now, how do you feel, America?

Now, how do you feel?

Now, for those of you who might think, well, this is a Soros DA, and are we going to be able to get justice?

I just want you to know the judicial system is fair and honorable and honest.

Let me tell you a little bit about the judge.

Now, you might have heard Donald Trump say, well, this judge is against me.

And And you're like, okay,

what?

He didn't vote for you?

Is that how he's against you?

No?

No?

Huh?

According to the FEC, you know, the people, the Federal Elections Commission, the ones who decided not to prosecute Donald Trump because they didn't find a crime,

the judge donated three times to Act Blue.

in the summer of 2020.

Now, if you don't know what ACT Blue is, congratulations, you're not part of

the Alliance for the Dark Lords and the Siths.

Act Blue

is the funder or the mechanism that all of the lundered money goes through, you know, for progressive things.

So he has donated three times to Act Blue.

in the summer of 2020, once on July 26, when the judge donation, according to the FEC, was earmarked for President Joe Biden's 2020 presidential campaign.

The other two contributions were pledged to the Progressive Turnout Project.

This is a left-wing PAC that rallies voter turnout for Democratic candidates.

And

STOP Republicans.

Now, that doesn't sound partisan at all.

So he's funding, quote, Stop Republicans,

which

their whole thing is dedicated, quote, to resisting Trump and the Republican Party.

But it doesn't stop there.

No.

His daughter, Lauren, previously worked for Kamala Harris.

Now, she was part of the failed 2020 presidential campaign.

So I don't know if we say she's just a partisan hack

or just stupid.

I mean, who worked on that campaign?

She is now the president of a consulting company that proudly lists the Biden-Harris campaign as its client.

It's just.

Oh, my gosh.

You can't make it up.

You can't make this up.

You can't make this up.

So she went to SUNY, the college, the crazy liberal

Clowerden Piven college in New York.

She has now deleted her LinkedIn page, which listed her pronouns, confirmed she graduated from SUNY in 2011.

And the account also showed in 2019, she worked as the director of digital persuasion for Kamala Harris for the people.

Digital persuasion.

Wow, what a euphemism.

That sounds like propaganda or brainwashing.

Currently, she serves as president of authentic campaigns, a consulting digital advertising.

Now you go from digital persuasion

to authentic campaigns.

Oh yeah, there's no

there's no psychosis there.

There's no split personality there unless they're doing exactly the same thing.

This is an online fundraising agency that's raised

$250 million for progressive campaigns.

Could I just ask, do we have any things like this that I've never heard of?

You know, I've never heard of authentic campaigns before.

And they've raised $250 million.

Do we have anything like that?

Like, do we have

John Adams for sticking it up their butt?

Do we have that pact or anything?

That's right.

Yes.

John Adams for sticking it up their butt.com.

They raised $250.

A video of Smiling Harris being greeted by a crowd of supporters is the autoplay on the site's landing page.

Also, Biden-Harris' campaign logo is at the top of its client roster.

Authentic campaigns have won a collection of accolades, mostly for its work on the Harris campaign, while Lauren was awarded the coveted 2020 Rising Star title, considered one of the most prestigious honors in the campaign world.

Whoa.

The president of

Authentic Campaigns is Lauren Merchin.

Wow, that's the daughter of the judge.

In a pair of Truth Social posts, Trump said, yeah, he's a highly partisan judge that hates him.

I don't think that goes far enough, Don.

I don't think that goes far enough.

This is clearly

a partisan political move, and the judge is bought and paid for.

I don't know how you don't get at least him to recuse himself

or a change of venue, but I don't think you will.

Now, here's the extra super special part.

Alvin, you know him, one of the chipmunks also now running the New York DA.

Alvin

said,

I'm just thinking there's a parody song in there someplace with all the crime going on and somebody just going, Alvin!

Anyway,

Alvin

is

making sure that all this is on the up and up.

And so

the next time the court will meet on this subject

is January of 24.

Now, they're telling him early because, you know, the Iowa caucus is happening in January of 24.

If this isn't so obvious of what's going on,

they clearly want Donald Trump to be the candidate.

They clearly want him to be the candidate.

They also clearly don't want him to be the candidate.

This is why I always say,

you know, don't play these little games.

Don't play these little games.

Just do the next right thing.

Because the last time they played this little game, and they were like, we'll outsmart them.

We'll show America how stupid he is we'll put Trump wall-to-wall coverage didn't work out as you thought it would I have a feeling this might not work out the way you think it will either

but we'll see we're gonna have his

attorney on have you do you know who his attorney is

I yes

a little bit about him yeah let me tell you about this guy coming up in 60 seconds first relief factor

what is it like walking through the front door every morning knowing that you're about to face another day living with pain?

As you walk through your front door to your car, you're like, oh, geez.

At least I was.

I'm like, God, I just got to get back home.

I have not forgotten what it is like to live with pain every single day.

You can't sleep.

You can't do the things you want to do.

You eventually just kind of like give up and you're like, whatever, I'll just, whatever.

I don't want to live my life that way and i don't think you do either the three-week quick start is 1995 from relief factor it's a trial pack i took the challenge from my wife who said just try it please i really did not think it would work it did and i still take it every day relief factor.com relief factor.com 800 the number four relief 800 the number four relief it's become like uh i don't know ibuprofen or or tylenol Tylenol in our house.

It's like something, ache in pain or whatever.

And somebody says, you have a relief factor?

Yeah.

Relief Factor.

ReliefFactor.com.

Call 800, the number 4 relief.

800, the number 4 relief.

Relief Factor.

Feel the difference.

10 seconds.

Station ID.

Okay, so

the attorney that Donald Trump has hired, you know, he doesn't have, sometimes it's like, okay, you know, I have the best people.

Do you?

Do you really have the best people?

Because I don't think you do.

But this guy, he has hired the right guy, Joe Takapina.

And

let me just give you a little bit of this guy's credentials.

Country's most respected high-stakes trial attorneys.

He's in that crew, having successfully tried more than 100 cases in his distinguished career.

He frequently represents high-stakes civil.

He's prevailed extraordinary, 39 out of the 40 trials that he has led after moving private practice, unmatched string of successful verdicts.

He is known as a fierce litigator.

He has represented athletes, politicians, actors, executive musicians, judges, law enforcement officials, other celebrities, including the NFL Team Washington Commanders and and team owner Daniel Snyder, Michael Jackson, Alex Rodriguez,

Meek Mill, YG, Sean Hannity, Don Imus, American singer Ni Yo, who I love, Emmy Wardwin.

You're a huge Ni Yo guy.

People don't even realize that.

People don't know.

People don't know.

You follow him around that entire tour that one year.

Right.

Now, listen to this.

Listen to this.

He has also

been honored by the National Italian American Bar Association, been named Humanitarian of the Year by Reverend L.

Sharpton's National Action Network, received the Man of the Year award from New York State's Commission for Social Justice,

has been named to Billboard's list of top 100 power players in RB and hip-hop.

He also consistently has been named New York Super Lawyer, an honor given to attorneys who exhibit excellence in practice, and

has earned the Martindale Hubble's AV Preeminent Rating, the highest accolade any attorney can obtain from their peers.

So this guy is either a plant from Al Sharpton,

or this guy is really good and

has all of the things that the left should love,

and yet he's defending Donald Trump.

And I will say I'm glad to hear that because

Donald Trump's done a lot of good things.

Picking lawyers not always a strong suit.

Can I start with a piece of evidence number one here?

Michael Cohen.

No, no, he's very well respected now.

Oh, yeah, now he is.

Now he's on MSNBC all the time.

Yeah, he's on MSNBC.

He's on CNN.

They love the guy.

This guy who blatantly lies for a living.

Yes.

Right.

Like, this is just who, by the way, who he was also when he was working for Donald Trump.

He's just always been this guy.

And the fact that now MSNBC has found this strange new respect for Michael Cohen.

He's got to bring him on all the time.

May I just say,

in Michael Cohen's defense, because I'm going to defend the DA brag.

He said yesterday, and I think this is true, letting Trump off, quote, would normalize crime.

Letting Trump go.

This is why he had to do it.

Because we can't normal.

We can't normalize crime.

This from the New York Soros District Attorney.

All right.

While technically not impossible, it is really hard to have a bad day when you're walking around really comfortable pair of slippers.

Really comfortable pair of slippers.

I got to get a couple of pairs because you can wear these anywhere.

And, you know, the ones that I have look like kind of the indoor slippers, but I like to wear them with my kids.

If my kids have done something wrong, oh,

you know what?

Let's go to the mall.

Hey, can I drop you off with your friends?

I'm just going to wear my slippers.

Anyway, my slippers, they're really comfortable and they don't necessarily have to look like the pair that I have.

They're all-season slippers and they're $25 now.

They have a four-layer design that you're not going to get from any other slipper.

It's patented.

The layers ensure extra comfortability and durability, which means you can wear them anytime.

They are really comfortable.

Go to mypillow.com, mypillow.com, go to the Radio Listener Square, grab a pair of the all-season slippers for $25.

You need to use the promo code BEC and the promo code Beck at checkout 800-966-3117.

800-966-3117.

All right, head over to Blazetv.com/slash Glenn and use the promo code GLEN.

You'll save 10 bucks off Blaze TV.

Tonight on the Wednesday night special on Blaze TV, I'm going to analyze everything that is happening with Donald Trump.

Plus,

no sugarcoating.

Do you remember the video from China a few months ago of President Z having his political rival forcibly removed on live TV?

Do you remember that?

Any Democrat or any member of the mainstream media that condemned that or expressed shock is now applauding, I mean with sadness in their heart, what's happening to Donald Trump.

And you know what?

You can kindly sit down.

We don't buy your bullcrap anymore.

Do we recover from this?

Are we past the point of no return?

Are we a banana republic?

I'll give you the answers tonight.

I'll connect the dots and show you who might be some of the orchestrators behind all of this.

Federal funds were used in this probe against Trump, and the people with ties to the Biden DOJ have their fingerprints all over this.

Also going to take a look at the 34 felonies that have been lobbed at the president.

34 felonies when only a couple of years ago they couldn't find one.

And the one and only, the great one, Mark Levin, joins me tonight to discuss what all of this means.

Do we get to hear about his dinner?

Yeah, I'm going to ask him.

Oh, yeah.

Because he had dinner with Donald Trump.

I think right when he found out or right after he found out, he was a family.

He was either with him at the time or it was like the next day i think yeah it was really close i mean he had he has insight on that that nobody else has joe biden's america banana republic donald trump tonight wednesday night special join me mark levin 9 30 on the youtube channel youtube.com slash glenn beck or live for blaze subscribers at 9 p.m only on blaze tv and may i ask if you would join us and become a member of blaze tv things are going to get very dicey,

not only for you

economically, and I know that, and that's why we're doing everything we can to keep our price.

Our price has not gone up in 12 years.

It's been a long time.

Right.

And

do we not understand what inflation is?

We should be jacking these prices through the roof right now.

We do, but we're very concerned about you.

And we would ask that you would join us because not only is it going to be tough financially, I believe

there are things in the future that will cut our communication directly with one another.

And we need to be able to contact you.

We need to be able to talk with you.

And you can do that by joining blazetv.com slash Glenn.

Use the promo code Glenn, and you will save.

All right.

I'm going to go into some of the

some of the people that have been

let go in Manhattan a little later on, but I have a few things that I do want to

address with you.

First of all, on the Trump thing, could I ask anything that you have, that you find, any flyers,

anything besides newspapers, but if you are listening to us in New York and you got a flyer, you're picking something up, or you can see an anti-Trump poster or put him in jail, anything like this, will you please send it to me for our library collection?

Most people don't know we not only collect the old things, but we're trying to collect all of the things that are happening now.

So anything, again, besides newspapers, anything that you see that is maybe even a book that is from your library.

I mean, don't take it from the library and send it to us.

I don't want to be sitting here.

Glenn Beck committed a crime and he was covering up while he committed that crime.

And then he paid too much in library overdraft fees.

But you have curriculum, books, or anything like that today that show how crazy our country has become and the things that are being pushed on us.

Please send it so we can keep it in our vaults as we

protect the story of America and those who are trying now to destroy us.

Also, on that front, we are taking the part of the library.

You will see it's about 1%

of the library that you will see.

Yeah, maybe 1% of the library.

It's 12,000 square feet.

We're taking it on tour in only two stops.

If these two stops are successful, because you have no idea what it costs to take $75 million worth of artifacts

on the road.

If we can at least break even, we want to take this on the road throughout the country.

But these first two stops we'll decide.

I'm going to give you the second stop.

It is in southern Idaho

later coming in the next few days.

But I want you to go to unitedwepledge.org slash tickets.

St.

George is this amazing, I mean, I think it's the most conservative county in the country, but it's not just conservative.

It's not like, oh, yeah, we're all Republicans and screw the Constitution.

These people are Constitution Bill of Rights kind of people.

And they're doing something on the July 4th week.

I think they're erecting the Ten Commandments statue that have been taken down everywhere because now you can.

And so they're putting that in front of, I think, their courthouse or their new county building.

And we're holding 10 days of this amazing museum.

Also, David Barton and his son will be there.

Tickets for that will go on sale.

They're going to do something else.

They'll be at the museum, but then a couple of days, they're also going to be doing a family seminar, which is the history of America from Columbus to about 19, well, really kind of today.

in one day.

And it is something that will make your head hurt.

It will move so fastly.

You bring bring notebooks and come.

You find all these things at unitedwepledge.org.

Also, there are special things to do.

We are trying to raise money.

And so I'm not getting any of.

My wife keeps looking at me going, we keep spending money

and you don't make any money on this.

And I'm like, right.

So maybe we should figure this out.

So we're going to figure that out.

It's a good plan.

The government's been doing it for a while.

It's been working out well.

They have been.

I'm kind of on that government plan, I think, now.

But we're trying to raise money for United We Pledge.

And I'm also this summer trying to help build a library and a school in Idaho.

And so all of my proceeds, everything will be going to that for the museum.

But check all these things out.

United, We Pledge.

It is the week before July 4th and the week of July 4th.

Please bring your family and join us.

You will learn more about American history, the good, bad, and the ugly, than you've ever learned in your entire life combined.

I guarantee it.

All right, a couple of things also that you need to know before we get back to the news of the day and Trump.

These are things that you will be informed on, that no one else will be informed on.

We are watching the end of the dollar,

and nobody probably has even told you this except for this program, but China and Malaysia are getting together now to discuss an Asian monetary fund, quote, to reduce dependence on the U.S.

dollar.

This is kind

of

important

to reduce the dependence on the U.S.

dollar.

What does that mean?

Once the U.S.

dollar, most people in your circle of friends do not understand this.

We are the world's reserve currency.

It used to be that it was all backed by gold.

Nixon got us off of gold.

Then we were put on a standard of a petro dollar, meaning you can only buy oil from OPEC in US dollars, which meant every country in the world that needed oil

bought US dollars and put them in their banks like gold.

And they had to continue to buy our dollars to be able to buy oil.

That's what kept our economy the strongest in the world.

Everybody had to have our dollar.

Well, China, Russia, and Saudi Arabia now are moving to get rid of the dollar.

The petrodollar is dead.

It just hasn't, people don't realize it yet.

When this happens, and it's going to happen fast,

we will be Venezuela.

And you will have to explain this to your friends.

By the way, Russia is asking the BRICS nations.

This is also in today's show prep at Glenbeck.com.

Russia wants BRICS nations to explore a new trade currency as well.

The Federal Reserve says the rates are going to have to go above 5%.

Yay!

Loan demand.

Listen to this.

Loan demand

grinds to a halt is what the headline says.

Sales crater in the aftermath of the bank crisis.

If you look at

what has happened,

the loan

volume is down now by 20%.

It has come to a complete stop.

That means the U.S.

economy is coming to a complete stop.

People are not borrowing money to do business.

Gas prices are going to go up in the next couple of days.

And what are we talking about?

We're talking about no one is above the law when we all know that's not true.

Everybody, it seems, is above the law, unless it's you, unless you're a conservative.

But if you have, if you are in a giant corporation, if you've done something wrong at a bank, if you have done something wrong in government, and you are part of the cabal, and I include Republicans in that, you're fine.

You're totally fine.

You are above the law.

That's what we're talking about, but we're only talking about it in the ways of, this is just political maneuvering.

What we have to talk about is the Bill of Rights.

We have to talk about who we truly are.

This is why I want to put that museum on the road all next year, while the campaigns are going on.

Next January, I would love to have that in Iowa.

So people can remember who we are.

What's worth fighting for?

What are we fighting for?

I'm not fighting for a candidate.

If you think a candidate is going to come along, whoever your candidate is, from Kamala Harris to Donald Trump to

Ron DeSantis, whoever it is, if you think they're going to come and save the nation,

you're mistaken.

You're mistaken.

This nation belongs to us.

I was driving in today, and don't ask me why.

I was having a conversation with a guy I drive in with, and

I was listening to some Eric Copeland, Aaron Copeland.

And he's the guy,

he's a, it doesn't matter.

Anyway, he wrote Fanfare for the Common Man.

He's a very American composer.

And

we were talking, because the guy I was writing with is Scottish.

And I said, tell me the thing that screams England.

I played Ho Down by

Aaron Copeland.

And I said, could this be from any other country?

No.

I said, tell me the thing that is English.

And he said, rule of Britannia.

And I'm like, okay, well,

but that could, if you listen to it, because I did, we listened to it, and I'm like, that could be, that could be from

Austria.

I mean, that could, that just sounds like classical music.

Then I played Fanfare for the Common Man, and he said,

only America.

This is only America.

And it got me thinking,

Rule Britannia is about, we'll rule the waves and the king and all of that garbage.

Fanfare for the common man

is about the common man.

It's about you.

It's an American song that heralds the common guy.

This is why Star Wars is so

connects with people at the very end.

It's almost a fanfare for the common man.

Remember the scene where

Han and Luke come in and they're getting the medal and then, you know, the Wookiee is like,

they pin it to him.

that's that's who we are

that's who we've always been we're not about the king or the princess we are about Hans Solow

we are about Luke

we're about the common person

and that is what we have forgotten

It's the individual that animates this country.

It's why they're trying to stop Donald Trump because he wants to empower you.

And they have to twist it so much that that is their definition now of fascism.

No, it is not fascistic to say the government should have little power and the people should be empowered.

More in a minute.

Say you decide to sell your home and move to another one, like you didn't have enough stress in your life.

right now moving

Selling buying is dicey you need to make sure you have the person that knows the neighborhood knows your area knows what the houses should sell for that you are selling and then I don't care if you're moving across the country or across the street a real estate agent on that end that knows how much those houses are really worth and can get you the best deal on both ends.

This is where our network of real estate agents comes in.

We look at real estate agents all over the country.

And if we don't have one in your area, we will not recommend one.

This is a serious deal for us.

We take this really seriously.

Realestateagentsitrust.com is a service you can go to.

You can just say, I'm moving from here.

I'm selling my house.

I'm buying a house in this area.

I need somebody that you recommend.

We'll try to find for you somebody that's already on our list because it takes months to vet these people.

A real estate agent we think will do the best job for you.

Realestateagentsitrust.com.

That's realestate agentsitrust.com.

This is the Glenn Beck program.

You see how they're trying now to

fashion Ron DeSantis?

This is the Democratic attack.

Who's Ron DeSantis?

He's a failed governor.

He is?

He's a threat to Social Security and Medicare, a corrupt authoritarian, and his policies are extremist.

He is out of touch with the voters on every issue.

Then why did he win by 20 points?

I mean,

Democrats, Independents, are you this stupid?

Because I don't think so.

I don't think so.

I mean, I don't buy into the crap from the Republicans either, but you're not this stupid, are you?

All right, I want to talk to you a little bit about sweat block.

I'm on day four right now, in case you're curious.

Yeah.

Last several days, done the show multiple times, had stage lights on me, had to watch my big fat face in a movie last night on an IMAX size screen.

You want to talk about sweat?

That'll make you sweat.

No, I'm not, I don't have a problem with it because I have sweat block.

Sweat block was developed by a Harvard sweaty doctor who was always with sweat tacos, honestly.

And he's like, come on, man, I'm a scientist.

I should be able to stop this.

And he did.

It is unbelievable.

One of a kind, sweat block.

Use the wipes 20% off at sweatblock.com, sweatblock.com you put them on and you're good for six seven days it's incredible sweatblock.com sweat block wipes you can get them now use the promo code beck and safe you can also find them on amazon

It's a new day, our time to rise.

What you're about to hear

is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

This is the Glenn Beck program.

Hello, America.

Alan Dershowitz is going to be joining us next hour.

He's a household name.

He's known as probably the best high-stakes attorney in the country, maybe the world.

The other guy who's not a household name yet, but he is one, he is in that class, Joe Takapina.

This is the attorney for Donald Trump leading

this case.

He's on with us in 60 seconds.

Standby.

Tyler writes in about his experience with American Financing.

He said, I got to tell you, the guy who helped us was Craig.

He was so great in securing a lower interest rate for a refinance.

The entire process was quick and easy.

I was contacted quickly.

My questions were answered.

And I was able to defer two months of payments and the closing happened at my house.

It's fantastic, Tyler.

Thanks for writing in.

American Financing can help you refinance your mortgage, consolidate your debt, especially if you have high-interest credit cards.

They're saving the average person about $695 a month.

In fact, that is the number that they're saving on average.

If you start today, you could delay up to two mortgage payments, giving you some additional breathing room.

Call American Financing now at 800-906-2440, 800-906-2440, AmericanFinancing.net.

American Financing, NMLS, 1-82334, www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org.

American Financing.

Let me tell you, last hour in the podcast, I gave you this guy's credentials.

He is, just to save time, one of the most respected high-stakes trial attorneys in America, Joe Takapina, and he joins us now.

Joe, thank you so much for coming on.

Thanks, Glenn.

I'll tell you off the bat, I don't think I'm going to be able to help you.

I heard you say, maybe I can help you figure out this.

I can't help you at all.

I really, I can't figure it out to the life of me.

Okay, so is this a,

when he was charged with, what, 34, 35 felonies, it's the same charge.

I said to the audience this morning, it's like if I said about my, my producer

that in an attempt to cover up a crime, Stu committed a crime and saying that 35 times and never defining what the crime was.

Boy, that's a pretty great assessment of this charging instrument.

I will tell you that.

I mean, never saying what the the crime was so you know look there's no legal requirement to do that they charge and you know this is a misdemeanor false line business record which Glenn is he didn't it's not even close to have happening there's no false line business records but even if you want to go down that road it's a misdemeanor the statute of limitations are long gone on that you would have to then cobble that together with another crime which would also be a misdemeanor um to to make it a felony so in other words to aid and abettor or conceal another crime and of course doesn't list what the other crime was maybe it's drunk driving or something who knows?

But most likely, it's violation of federal election laws because this was a federal campaign.

And if you know anything about federal election laws, and apparently that office doesn't, it's very clear that this is not something that falls under a violation of the federal election commission's laws.

It's just not.

And that's why they never brought charges against them.

You know, that's why they, I mean, this is a personal expenditure, a personal civil suit that was settled, you know, like, you know, when Bill Clinton paid Paula Jones $800,000 for an alleged sexual assault, not like a consensual relationship.

That was the same thing, but never was that was he, you know, charged with crime.

Hillary Clinton apparently, you know, spent $100 plus thousand dollars on the steel dossier, right, for her campaign.

She used campaign money for that.

That campaign used campaign money for that.

And you know what they classified as?

This is going to be as ironic as anything.

legal expenses, which obviously it wasn't.

But so what did the FBC do?

She doesn't get indicted like Donald Trump does.

She paid a fine of $100,000,

you know, her campaign.

So it's really, the double standards are so,

so incredibly obvious to anyone with a brain.

And the fact that we're here is only because this man's running for president again.

This happens to be the leading Republican contender, and because it's Donald J.

Trump, that's the only reason we're here.

Okay.

So let me just tick off a couple of quick questions here and see if you can help me answer.

With campaign finance,

the FEC turned, passed this down, said there was nothing there.

So is it possible that they're checking the Constitution and Bragg is like, wait a minute, we're the ones that actually run the elections.

The state owns it.

And so he's coming up with some state campaign violation?

Yeah, it's not a state campaign, but even if he did, identify it.

Say what you're talking about, because we have no idea.

We should be left guessing at this point.

And here's the bottom line: regardless of whatever the

twisted legal theory is, there is no crime.

You know, Donald Trump actually did everything right here.

Here's someone who came to him, tried to extort money from him, okay, for a consensual relationship she claims.

I'll go over later.

She said she never had an affair with him, and Donald Trump adamantly denies it, but then said, I need that money, or I go to the press.

Okay, that's extortion 101.

Then, then he pays that money with personal funds to resolve it.

And by the way, he only did that after his lawyer, the convicted fraudster and liar, Michael Cohen, resolved this without President Trump's knowledge at first.

He took out a loan, a home equity loan to finance this civil settlement.

And then

later, Bill Donald Trump for it.

He's the one who signed the settlement agreement.

Donald Trump didn't even sign this agreement with Stormy Daniels.

Okay.

And then later did it.

And that's just to appease and get closer to Donald Trump.

He wants to be in the White House in the worst way.

Okay.

So let me go to the crime then that they say the other thing they're throwing around is this a tax crime.

And what they're claiming is, if I understand, you haven't heard that one yet?

I haven't heard about it.

Go ahead, Trevor.

Let me hear what they're saying.

From what I understand, they're saying that Donald Trump, I think, overpaid his taxes because he paid attorneys' fees to Cohen, and that included the whatever it was, $130,000 or whatever that payoff was.

You paid him in salary.

You paid him in a retainer instead of paying him reimbursement for that.

Right.

So he actually paid, you know, payroll taxes or, you know, paid the, you know, the taxes that you would pay if you're, you know, if you're paying an employee.

So, Lynn, I know how smart you are, and I'm a big fan of yours.

Do you understand how much you stuttered during that?

No, no, there's no way to make sense of it.

I'm just trying to give good.

I'm just trying to understand what they're saying.

Right, exactly.

It's hard.

I know, I know, I know.

It's so hard to even articulate it because it's like, what?

Here's, let me just say this.

He never made a tax filing with those documents that they claim are false because he never took a tax deduction.

So again, we limit our, seriously, we're going to talk about selective prosecutions.

They're going to actually allege he, he

actually

overpaid taxes for someone else, therefore it's a tax crime.

A lot of people in this country get charged with crimes for overpaying their taxes.

Yeah, I mean,

another legal theory, right?

Very novel.

I mean, it's just, it just gets better and better and better.

It's really okay.

But, you know, it's a joke.

So, this would be a joke if I thought we could get fair trials.

But I'm not sure you can get a fair trial in New York.

He has been,

Donald Trump is the worst.

He went from the king of New York to the worst, you know, worse than Hitler and Mengele combined to New Yorkers in New York City.

Plus, you have a judge that should have recused himself.

I mean, the actual information on the judge and his daughter is staggering.

Can he be, can you get a change of venue or at least a new judge?

Look, here's the thing.

We are going to be making ferocious motions in this case.

They're going to cover every angle to get this ridiculous case thrown out of court.

It doesn't belong in court.

We are going to obviously consider whatever legal motions, include a recusal or change of venue, if they're appropriate.

You know, look, the

appropriate, don't you think the recusal of the judge?

I mean,

that's a conflict of interest.

Crazy.

You would think,

and these facts came out, you know, yesterday.

Apparently, his daughter works for the vice president.

But

again, again,

we have to be very methodical in our attacks here.

We don't want to do anything with a knee-jerk reaction.

We don't want to make emotional decisions, and we'll do all the research and everything we need to do.

We have obviously several months to make these motions, and we're going to take our time and do them right because you have one bite at this apple, and there is no scenario where we're going to miss anything.

And any angle that we can take that legitimizes our legal attacks on this case, I know it's going to be successful because I don't think this case is ever going to see a during Glenn.

I really don't.

It shouldn't see a jury.

But we would need to have intellectually honest judges to make sure that that happens.

And hopeful that we're going to have one here.

I talked to Annie McCarthy yesterday, former prosecutor, and he said, you always know it's a weak case when you start to repeat the same charges

and you just keep stacking them on.

He said, that's the first thing that you were taught in law school.

Don't do that.

That's crazy.

Have you ever seen the same charge 34, 35 times?

Is this unprecedented or not?

No, it's not really unprecedented, but it is a sign.

I agree with Andy.

It's a sign of weakness.

I mean, there's been several indictments where they stack up charges.

I mean, it's one act.

It's one scenario.

It's one

factual scenario that they're alleging is a crime that is not a crime.

I understand

if Donald Trump If this were truly a campaign expenditure, okay, Donald Trump would have then had had the right to pay with campaign funds because it would have been a campaign expenditure right

it's not and he couldn't have paid with campaign funds but do you glenn for a second understand

the amount of people that will be baying for donald trump's scalp had he paid this personal settlement with campaign funds oh my gosh i mean they would be losing their mind they were saying that's that's a fraud it's it's not a campaign expense it's a personal so he was damned if he did damned if he did correct um They pushed the next, I guess the next trial date is January 24, right smack in the middle of the

Iowa caucus.

Is that unprecedented to wait that long?

That was just a coincidence.

That was a coincidence, I'm sure.

Right.

Sure of it.

I'm sure it.

Well, no, it's not.

Actually, it should be longer.

You know, when you have a case of this complexity and this, you know, this is sort of a case of personal oppression in many ways.

You know, what I will say is this.

We have a situation where we have to do motions.

We're not back in court till December 4th, so there should be no trial in January.

We want the trial day to be pushed off even a little further because we have to make sure we're touching every base here and fighting on every legal point that we could bring forth to challenge the sufficiency of this indictment.

So there's no rush to get to trial here.

But again, I'm hopeful that we don't even get to that point.

I really am.

But no, it's

a trial doesn't normally happen within a couple of months.

This is a case where we don't even go back to court for our next status conference and decisions on motions until December.

I have to ask you this question because I've had a very good legal firm for quite some time and they were the best on freedom of speech issues.

And

they've dropped me because, you know, they have Google and everybody else.

And while they didn't say that, they just said, you know, we've got some other clients and we just have to really, I've been with them for 15 years.

I know exactly what what was going on

you I'm in reading you know your history you're an amazing attorney

but this is

let me ask this question humanitarian of the year Reverend Al Sharpton's National Action Network man of the year award from New York State's Commission for Social Justice

You are positioned in a place

where a New York attorney probably should be.

you're taking on the enemy, Donald Trump, as your client.

Are you not concerned?

I mean, thank you for being John Adams, but are you not concerned about

flushing your career down the toilet in New York?

No, no, no, no.

That's listen.

I follow my own constitution.

My knees don't buckle.

I do what I think is right.

When I took this case, it's because I realized how outrageous it was.

And the rule of law law is in danger in this country.

And for me,

if I didn't have the courage to take this case, then I'm good for nothing.

If you can't be willing to fight someone like this, and now listen, it's for that exact reason.

I'm not in one of those big corporate law firms where, you know, I mean, I know a lot of firms were in touch just because they were worried about the fallout with other clients.

What I did was, look, I represent a lot of people who are politically opposite to Donald Trump, right?

That being said, I've spoken to some of them.

I let them know

this is, you know, it's something I believe in.

And look, I'm a litigator, and that's what I do.

I litigate.

I'm not, you know, I'm not this campaign lawyer.

I'm not out there, you know,

doing things that would be against what I would normally do as a litigator.

Sure.

When I represent someone on the far left, I do the same thing.

I litigate.

I don't get involved in all the collateral issues.

I fight the case and make sure that that justice prevails.

I mean, we used to all agree on the Bill of Rights, and I don't think we do anymore.

No, no.

And it's amazing that the justice system is now being weaponized the way it is.

We have crossed a Rubicon that is going to be forever, forever damaging to this country's administration of justice.

And that's what scares the hell out of me.

I mean, now, so, you know, okay, it's Donald Trump today.

Tomorrow, it's some Democrat in Texas who a Republican prosecutor decides, hey, you know what?

I saw what they did in New York.

I'm going to use the power of my office, prosecutorial discretion, which is so overwhelmingly powerful.

I'll go after him.

Joe, there's no, I mean,

there have been crimes committed by Hunter Biden in three different states

that are red states.

Why wouldn't the district attorney take those on?

Exactly.

I mean, and that's the point.

It's a clear political play here, and that's what really, really troubles me.

I watched him try and pretend yesterday that this was just something he would do against

any

single person.

You know, it would say, yeah, we charge people with these crimes ultimately.

Yeah, you charge people with false fine business records, which is a misdemeanor.

You know, seven years later, which the statute of limitations would be gone on, and tying it to a federal election campaign violation when you're a state prosecutor that the federal authorities have said there's no violation for.

Yeah, all the time you guys do that.

Absolutely.

I mean, I hear these disingenuous things.

I'd also charge people with false business record charges all the time.

Yeah, false business record charges based on what?

I mean, it's, it's, it's, it's so disingenuous.

It's not even funny.

Joe, I hope you're right that this will never see

a courtroom or a jury.

We wish you the best.

Pass on our best to Donald Trump.

Thank you.

I absolutely will, Gwen.

Thank you for having me on.

God bless you.

Bye-bye.

Joe Takapina, he is the attorney for Donald Trump and

a good, a really good attorney.

Feel good having this guy representing Donald Trump.

None of them gave us the freedom of being without pain like Relief Factor does.

Thank you.

Yvonne, thank you.

Thanks for listening.

Thanks for writing in.

I'm glad both of you got your life back.

You know, we were talking earlier about, you know, retirement at 65 with Social Security.

I don't think I'm ever going to retire.

I'm dropped dead at the microphone or at an event or something.

And that would be scary for the kids, wouldn't it?

But

you don't retire.

I mean, 70 is not like the 65 when my grandfather retired.

Tonight, Wednesday night special on Blaze TV.

We are going to talk about everything that is happening with Donald Trump.

And we're not going to sugarcoat it.

The video, if you remember, from China just a few months ago where President Z had his political rival forcefully removed on live TV.

Do you remember that?

How awkward he knew he was going to be disappeared and sitting right next to President Z,

he is told to get up and they escort him off and that's it.

And he doesn't want to leave.

No, he's looking at Z going, what are you doing to me?

What's happening?

That's authoritarianism.

And make no mistake, that is

what happened yesterday is the American version of that.

And any member of the mainstream media that condemned that

expressed shock.

Oh, my gosh, look at that.

You're now applauding what's happening to Donald Trump.

You have zero credibility.

Tonight, I'm going to be joined by the one and only Mark Levin.

Yeah, they're still doing new episodes.

There's still production costs and everything.

This is like one of those things you'll see on Amazon, and you'll think, 10 seasons.

How the hell did this even happen?

It's kind of like Milton in Office Space where they just keep paying him.

They haven't like discontinued the checks, but he just still keeps showing up.

Stu is on with his show at 8 p.m.

Then I'm on at 9 tonight.

I was at the premiere of Nefarious last night, and Ted Cruz was there.

Also, Chip Roy was there.

I talked to them both separately, and they had kind of the same chipper, upbeat attitude about, you know, where America's headed.

We are,

we're in real trouble, real trouble.

And you know what doesn't make that better?

Seeing a movie called Nefarious, if you're Glenn Beck and you're in the last scene, there is nothing like seeing yourself when you're way out of whack on your weight

with just a close-up of your face for like five minutes.

My face, I saw it on like an IMAX size screen.

My face was like maybe a bus and a half big.

It is

unbelievably a bad idea to do that.

I've said, you know, because of George Soros, I've said, I'm definitely not suicidal.

But if I'm watching that, if you find my dead body and that was just on repeat on my screen someplace,

I might have been.

I might have been.

Wow.

I can't even.

That's not a case.

Dude, it's bad.

And it was like, you know, I don't know, 180K.

So like each pore in my face was like a canyon.

Oh my gosh.

It was just, anyway, great movie, by the way.

Great movie.

How was your acting performance?

This is one of your...

Oh, my gosh.

I mean,

acting is my life.

So I did.

I had to play.

It was a stretch for me.

I played myself.

Wow.

And I don't know.

I was a little, I think I, I think I was pretty close to, you know, the way you see Glenbeck on Glen Beck TV.

Except it's just enormous.

So you'll be distracted.

You'll look at it.

Honestly, my wife grabbed my hand like, oh my God, when you came on.

Oh, she tried to soothe you when you saw me.

No, she was shocked.

She was like,

what is that?

Oh my gosh.

And all she said was,

that's not really a good thing to have your face that big.

That's all she said.

She really said that.

Yeah, she really said that.

And I said, oh, I know.

And that was it.

And then we didn't talk on the way home.

I think she was just like, anyway.

She was on divorce.com.

She was like, how did I let this happen?

What was I thinking?

Wow,

that's got to be disturbing.

I got to say, I think that probably happens to a lot of people.

It's probably why all these Hollywood people are so obsessed with how they look.

I mean, this must be in their head

constantly.

You can't, you don't ever, you'll never, I'll never forget that moment.

It'll be like, oh my gosh.

Okay.

Let me just talk quickly about the film.

Cheyenne went with us.

And it is, I think they're deeming it as a horror film.

Okay.

I think that's what people are calling it.

But there's no blood.

There's no guts.

It is rated R, but there's no swearing.

There's no sex.

There's nothing.

It's just talking.

It's all that happens.

And no naughty words at all.

It is as disturbing, I think, as

the exorcist was with all the special effects.

There's no special effects in this.

It's just so true.

At one point, you know, it's like the screw tape letters.

And one point,

this psychiatrist is talking to the demon.

And

he's like, what what do you mean?

These are your glory days as demons.

Are you crazy?

I mean, we've never been better.

You can love who you want to love.

You, you know, hate crimes.

We punish people for that.

There is no such thing now because of hate speech rules.

And the devil just laughs.

And he's sitting there in chains and he just, he starts to laugh.

And he's like, you know what's so crazy about this?

We didn't have anything to do.

That was you guys.

We didn't even come up with those things.

That was all you.

Thank you.

Brilliant.

I mean, it's really, it's an amazing story.

Anyway, you can find tickets at whoisnefarious.com.

Now,

we do have some problems in the country, but I would like to take this week and remind you that these problems are not going to be solved by the the next president or some other guy who's like, I'll save you.

I just finished untying Nell from the railroad tracks.

Okay, I don't think you're going to be able to save us.

All of our issues can be overcome by God.

That's it.

There's no politician, no law, no single person we can rely on.

You can't even really rely on America anymore.

And you know, I love America.

I fight for America.

But

at the end of the day, I've kind of given up on America.

And really, all my eggs are in the God basket.

And I suggest you join me there.

I'm asking you to fast on Friday to pray for the spiritual oppression in our nation to be lifted.

I think

if you haven't read Jonathan Kahn's book,

The Return of the Gods, you should.

He's absolutely right.

Absolutely right.

We are worshiping ancient evil gods.

And the only way to have that

for us to have a chance, I actually was at the movie theater.

Priest is there, and I'm talking to him.

And he's like, I just saw this as a screener.

I had to come and support it.

And I said, so you're a priest, what parish?

He said, actually, I'm an exorcist.

And I'm like, ha,

okay.

And he said, this is probably the most realistic exorcist movie I've ever seen.

He said, this is the way it is.

He said, you know, there's no supernatural.

I'm, you know, crawling on the ceiling and things like that.

He said, it's this.

And he said, it puts you into a lose-lose situation.

If you are the person possessed, you're lose-lose, no matter what you choose.

And I said, that's weird because I feel like as American citizens, we're in a lose-lose situation all the time.

If we do this, they'll do that, and that's bad.

If we do this, they'll do this other thing, and that's just as bad or worse.

Lose-lose.

And he said, yeah, you have to realize that's a game.

That's a game.

And most of it is in your head.

You have to play a different game.

When they were trying to exercise demons in the New Testament, Matthew was like, hey, dude, I mean, saying to Jesus, but I'm, I'm, you know, give me some latitude here.

Hey, dude, what's the deal?

We've been, we've been trying to exercise and we're like, hey, get out of them.

They're like, God, never.

And they come to Jesus and like, okay, that was a little terrifying.

Why isn't this working?

And, you know, then he gives the,

oh, you stupid humans, what is wrong with you?

Again, paraphrasing.

And he says,

you have to fast and pray.

The only thing that will break this is fasting and praying.

And by the way, in case you know or don't know, that doesn't mean diet.

That means pray and don't eat

and pray and don't eat and pray and don't eat and then do good works on that day.

That is the fast that I'm asking you to do on Friday with me.

I don't know if it's going to be just me and my family.

I hope you would join me.

I hope you would

stew, not eat in front of me.

That would be helpful.

You know what I have buffet day for Friday, too?

I can't cancel it now.

I've already got the deposit in.

There's more.

There's more.

You have it brought in, too.

It's a traveling buffet.

It's a traveling buffet that's going to be set up in the studio.

Pancakes, waffles,

an omelette stand.

We do have a cook in the studio.

That's why you don't love America that much.

Anyway, for more information about this, go to glenbeck.com, glennbeck.com.

Please read it, join us, send it and share it with friends, and join us this Friday.

And try not to be in a grumpy mood.

My wife is like when she fasts,

I mean, I want to say to the Lord,

Lord, you made her.

You know she gets hangry.

You made me.

You know, I don't like it.

I don't like being around her when she's hangry.

Can you do something something about this or can you excuse her from the fast?

I'm just saying.

Is that real?

I've never seen her angry before, for any reason, and in my life.

Oh, we have a code now.

We have a code.

We're out something.

We're doing something.

She'll say about 20 minutes.

And I'll be like, okay.

And I

mean, if I had lights and siren, I would go to wherever she wants to go to get food before that 20 minutes is up because she gets hangry.

Really?

Oh,

don't be around her.

Don't.

No, I would expect you to be a little bit more.

Oh, my kids too.

The kids are like, oh.

Yeah.

Don't be around her in the morning.

Don't be around her when she hasn't eaten.

Don't be around her when she's around me, I think, is what I realized it could be.

Maybe it's something entirely.

All right.

Let me tell you about Legacy Box.

You know that I am preserving American history, but there is only so much that I can do and that you can do.

We need every single person in America saving their history.

Yesterday, I was putting together some exhibits for the museum that we're bringing on the road this summer, and I was going through all of our

wounded knee photographs, and they're so faded they can just barely be made out.

That's as good as it gets.

I mean, I have some of the best photographs out there of it, and they're so faded.

We have got to preserve our own history.

There's going to come a time,

I hope I'm wrong, but there's going to come a time by 2050, people aren't going to believe we went to the moon.

They may not even believe that we flew on airplanes the way we did.

You have to preserve all of this history, all of the trips that your family has been on throughout the years, all of raising your kids on the videotapes and everything else.

Get it

put onto some digital format that you can save.

Now, I like it on a thumb drive, but you know, I'd also get it maybe on a C D as well.

I mean, you decide, but please, please preserve this history.

Legacy Box is the best way to do it.

And for a limited time, Legacy Box is running a $9 videotape sale.

That's 65% off.

There's never been a better time.

You've got a bunch of videotapes.

This is the Glenn Beck program.

So, I want to tell you right now,

in no uncertain terms, in this country, and let this be a lesson, in this country, no one, in fact, let me say it this way, no one is above the law.

Yeah.

That's right.

Donald Trump.

Yeah.

Well, except for James Clapper.

I mean, he's

probably, but he's in a very important, and John Brennan.

Yes.

Both of them.

Yeah, for sure.

They're definitely both in.

And Eric Holder.

Eric Holder, he was above.

Lois Lerner, she was

above the law, for sure.

But other than that, there shouldn't be anybody in America.

Well, Hillary Clinton.

Hillary Clinton.

Well, sure.

She should be.

Yeah.

And James Comey.

Yeah, and Bill Clinton.

Yeah.

And Nancy Pelosi.

And all the Clintons.

And all the Pelosis.

Right.

And Tony Podesta.

Yes.

They're above.

Yes.

They, obviously, there's exceptions to every rule.

And Adam Schiff.

Well, sure.

Yeah, he's definitely.

sure.

Yes, Eric Swalwell.

Right.

100% above the law.

But other than that, there's almost no one.

There's, well, Merrick Garland.

I think he's

a law.

He is the law.

You're right.

He's like science, which reminds me, Anthony Fauci.

He's above the law.

Well, yes, he is science.

All of these people.

You put science in jail?

Yeah, you're not going to put science.

You're not going to put science in jail.

No, he's above it.

So there's several thousand others we we could name, but other than those people.

I want you to know you are not above the law.

No, you aren't.

If you are listening to this program, you're

definitely not.

In fact, you're on a list.

I mean, unless you go to New York and you want to steal some stuff from like a Walgreens,

then

maybe,

maybe.

I mean, here are some things that would have kept Alvin Bragg too busy to go after Donald Trump, but he decided, no, these, this, no one is above the law, like Harold Gooding.

He has

15 convictions to his name, 14 failures to show up in court, and more than 70 arrests just for theft alone.

He's not in jail.

He's not in jail.

But he did show up that you said 15 times.

He showed up that once.

Michelle McKelly calls herself a professional booster.

She actually said, you all are stopping my hustle.

She said that to the cops on her 97th arrest.

She's only three short of 100, and then she gets, I think, a free one.

Right, right.

Well, her 101st arrest, she got a $5,000 bail

because it was also second-degree assault after she kicked and bit and scratched and spit on two New York City police officers.

But they're going to be fine.

William Rowland, 30-year rap sheet, robbery charges dropped

by Alvin Bragg, a career criminal, 30 years of crime, decided to steal $2,000 worth of medication from Dwayne Reed.

He just took a big, giant plastic bag out and just went and just emptied all of the shelves there in the lower east side.

And

a female manager said, hey,

do you need help with that?

Bringing that big bag to the counter.

And he brandished a knife.

Thank God it wasn't a gun.

Charged with first-degree robbery, criminal weapons possession, but

it was petty larceny.

It was dropped down to that.

And Jamel Pringle, arrested more than 150 times, 150 times.

He's never had to offer up any bail.

According to the judge, he has, quote, frequent flyer miles.

His rap sheet, he said it would take me all day to go through this rap sheet, 167 arrests,

but

he's out.

I have a tough on crime stance, Glenn.

Yeah.

And I'm a little bit out of the mainstream, perhaps, but

I think once you get to 165 arrests, there should be a larger punishment.

And I know

$400.

Yeah, $400 to get out.

Yeah, I'm thinking you go to $550 there.

Really?

Yeah.

Look,

I know it's controversial.

I don't care.

Hanging judge.

The hanging judge is what.

Anyway, there's a long list of these.

These are all in the show prep today.

You might want to

check those out.

We have got to prepare for a different world.

And, you know, even with the,

you know, you're in a car accident and somebody's bleeding.

What do you do?

I don't know.

Do you even have a first aid kit?

We live up on a ranch and we have guns and we're, you know, rattlesnakes and everything else.

And, you know, we have a regular

first aid kit.

My MyMedic is redesigned everything.

This is not your typical first aid kit.

It's a new day, I'm tired to rise.

What you're about to hear

is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

This is the Glenn Beck program.

So last hour of the podcast, we had the

lead attorney for Donald Trump, and it was pretty eye-opening.

Now let's hear from Alan Dershowitz, a Harvard Law School professor emeritus.

He is the host of the Dersh show.

He's also the author of Get Trump.

He's a guy who's never voted for Donald Trump,

but he defends the Bill of Rights and the Constitution.

What is it going to take for Americans to both sides get away from these parties and understand

neither side is serious about the Bill of Rights?

What does this case even look like to Alan Dershowitz?

We'll find out in 60 seconds.

All right, nobody knows what the future holds.

However, there are a lot of disturbing things that are going on, especially with the U.S.

dollar.

China is courting Malaysia now and talking about getting away from the US dollar as a reserve because it's becoming too risky.

These things happen and we are in real trouble real fast.

We make it through it, but it's going to be very destabilizing for a while.

May I suggest, if you are somebody that wants to be prepared for any eventuality, a snowstorm or a zombie apocalypse,

My Patriot Supply.

My Patriot Supply is there with their three-month emergency food kit.

You got to have at least three months of emergency food.

Everybody should have this.

You can get now one for each member of your family, and you'll get $200 off each of the kits, 2,000 calories a day, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks, all of it.

Alan Dershowitz is with us.

Hello, Alan.

How are you?

I'm doing good.

It's not a happy day for America, for the rule of law.

You know, what I have fought for for 60 years as a teacher, as a civil libertarian, as a legal activist,

suffered greatly yesterday from

that just reminds me of countries other than our own.

It was a terrible day.

So I just talked to Joe

Takapina, and

do you know him?

Doesn't he teach at Harvard?

No, I don't know.

I've never met him as far as I know.

I've watched him on television, and he has a very tough job ahead of him because a Manhattan jury, remember, this is the same people.

These are the same people who voted for Bragg on the promise to get Trump, and now they're being asked to serve on a jury to help Bragg get Trump.

This case has to be moved out of Manhattan to Staten Island or to an adjoining area, but it can't be tried in Manhattan because no judge, no juror will want to have their finger pointed to them and saying, oh, my God, this is the person who freed Donald Trump in Manhattan?

The toxic hatred of Trump in Manhattan is so great that

people won't talk to me because I defended him on the floor of the Senate.

Isn't that bizarre?

I mean, the guy was like the king of New York for a long time, forever.

And he becomes president, and they hate his guts.

Let me talk a little bit about the judge.

The judge, according to the FEC, donated three times to Act Blue.

One of them was earmarked for Joe Biden's 2020 presidential campaign.

The other two were for Progressive Turnout Project

and Stop Republicans, which is dedicated to, quote, resisting Trump and the Republican Party.

His adult daughter worked for Kamala Harris, her failed campaign.

And now she's part of a, or I think she runs a consulting

company that lists Biden Harris at the top of their client roster.

Should this guy not recuse himself?

Look, I think any elected judge of Manhattan should recuse themselves and send the case to an area where a person who does justice for Trump can walk proudly down the street and not worry about being attacked or worry about

being condemned or his children or his family condemned.

What happened to me after I defended Donald Trump?

And so it shouldn't be in Manhattan.

I don't want to hold people responsible for their children's actions or have children held responsible for their parents' actions, But

this is a judge who should not be presiding over this case and it should not be held in New York and it shouldn't have a New York jury.

The legal issues in this case are monumental, statute limitations.

The indictment doesn't charge a crime.

It simply doesn't charge a crime.

You know, the theory that Bragg is putting forward is so absurd.

What it says is if you pay hush money, $130,000, to make sure that an alleged adulterous affair doesn't become public to embarrass your wife, your family, your business associates, and voters,

then you have to disclose it immediately on a corporate form.

You have to say the reason I paid hush money was to prevent from coming out something that I'm now going to put on the record.

Nobody in history since Alexander Hamilton paid hush money has ever, ever, ever disclosed the reason why he paid the hush money on a public forum.

And that's what all essentially the 34 34 charges, sliced like a salami slice then,

allege.

They're bookkeeping cases.

You know, I kind of hoped, because I'm more of a supporter of the American Constitution than of Donald Trump as a candidate.

I kind of hoped maybe there was a smoking gun there.

Maybe I've been wrong.

But it turned out to be weaker than I even thought.

You know, in my book, Trump, I went through all of the allegations.

I went through all of the allegations against him.

And I concluded that this one in New York is the weakest of all.

They're all weak.

Right.

This is the weakest of all.

But it was even weaker than I wrote about in my book.

So when you read my book, Get Trump, realize that it's worse than

I laid it out in the book.

It's just an awful, awful thing.

So,

Alan, and I ask you this as

a friend, and I don't want to.

This is an honest question.

Sure, please.

What is it going to take

for people who vote for Democrats traditionally to do what you've done and wake up and say, you know what, right is right, wrong is wrong.

I may not like this guy or I may not like this, but we're destroying our country and the rule of law.

When are people, and I mean this from anybody from

Mitch McConnell,

to Nancy Pelosi, when are people, the American people, going to stand up and say, neither one of you is serious, neither one of you take your oath seriously, and you want to get to the bottom of things, what's it going to take?

Yeah, no, you're right, and there is

blame on all sides.

Yesterday, something somewhat positive did happen.

Some Democrats, even on CNN,

said this is a weak case.

And that took some doing.

And I think.

But it's not just a weak case.

It's a case that is weak that is throwing our country onto the steps of a banana republic.

Yeah, and people won't say that.

People won't go the step further and say, not only is the case weak, but it should never have been brought.

It's a violation of legal ethics to bring a case like this based on the credibility of a man who you have to know will lie to the jury because he doesn't know how not to lie.

Right.

And And you just can't make up a case like this.

You know, the Torah, the Bible, instructs judges on only two things.

One, don't take bribes, obviously.

The other is low takhtir pun him.

Do not recognize faces.

Never do justice based on who the person is because that's injustice.

And that's what's happened here.

Bragg, a Democrat, runs on a platform of getting Trump to help his head of his party, Joe Biden, become elected president.

He succeeds.

He gets elected.

Then he gets Trump.

And now he wants to have the very people who voted for him on that platform decide whether he succeeded in getting Trump.

Can you imagine a distortion of justice worse than that?

And on top of that, you look at the indictment, there's nothing there.

There's no there there.

The idea that a person has to pay money, hush money, to avoid an extortion, and then has to disclose it.

Why would anybody ever have an NDA?

Why would anybody ever have a payment of any money?

It's so illogical.

And I think any good lawyer could persuade a New York jury of that if it isn't Donald Trump.

But when it's Donald Trump, people turn off their minds.

That Trump syndrome is really there.

I know it.

I know it from my own experiences.

I write about it in my book, Get Trump.

I explain what happened to me when I defended the President of the United States on constitutional grounds, one of the proudest moments of my life.

I was the oldest lawyer ever to defend the president in an impeachment case in front of the Senate.

And I lose my friends.

I lose family members.

I lose clients.

I lose opportunities to write for the media.

And you can imagine a judge.

wanting to do the same thing.

You know, a verb has been formed.

People have said to me, we don't want to be Dershowitz.

We don't want to have happen to us what happened to you.

So we're not going to become lawyers for Trump.

We're not going to write op-eds defending the Constitution.

We're not going to speak up on behalf of what America is all about.

We're going to just be silent.

One of my best friends for years said, Alan, you're right about everything you're saying.

Why can't you just shut up?

Why do you have to say it?

Why do you have to help Trump?

And I say, I'm not helping Trump.

I'm helping America.

Just be quiet.

People will love you if you be quiet.

But if you speak out, they'll never talk to you again.

If you're quiet, you lose your soul along with your country.

This is everything that I thought America was.

The little guy who just kept his nose to the grindstone and did things right.

He stands up against Goliath and says, no, what you're doing is wrong.

And the country is supposed to root for the little guy.

But now

this machine that is a public-private partnership of God only knows what is crucifying the little guys.

And people are cheering.

Yeah, and people are remaining silent.

As Edmund Burke, the great philosopher, political philosopher, once said, for evil to prevail, all that is necessary is for good people to remain silent.

And that's what I'm seeing.

I'm seeing silence in the face of injustice.

I cannot remain silent.

I have to tell you, I get pressure from my family, from my wife, from my children.

Alan, stop already.

You've done it.

You've earned your keep.

But stop defending Trump.

And I keep saying, I'm defending the Constitution.

I can't stop defending the Constitution.

I've been doing it for 60 years.

I'm writing a new book.

I wrote this book called Get Trump.

I have a new one I'm working on called The New McCarthyism of the Hard Left.

Oh, my God.

I'm going to be fighting against this no matter what it takes.

I'm almost 85 years old.

I hope the good Lord gives me the energy to write another 10 books.

And I'll keep writing as long as they keep defiling the Constitution.

I'm not going to remain silent in the face of this kind of

bigotry.

And it's so un-American.

It's so much like, I lived through the old McCarthyism.

You know, I lived through the civil rights movement where I was told when I went down south, if you spit on the sidewalk or put out a cigarette on the sidewalk, they will indict you for the felony of destroying government property because they're targeting you because you're a civil rights worker.

And now Bragg is emulating, emulating the Jim Crow sheriffs in the deep south who wanted to target people who were trying to fight merely for civil rights and to end segregation.

It's a terrible model to follow.

Alan, can you hang on for just a couple of more minutes?

Let me take a quick break for one minute, tell you about Car Shield.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.

You know, I just give me a second here to find something, Ellen.

You made me think of.

Thomas Payne today.

These are the times that Trimen's souls, the summer soldier and the sunshine patriot, will in this crisis shrink from the service of their country.

And this is what I wanted to read to you because

But he who stands by it now deserves the love and thanks of man and woman.

Thank you.

Thank you, Alan, for standing up and defending the principles of our country, not the people.

Well, I appreciate that, and I'm inspired by Thomas Paine.

As you walk into my house in New York, I have a wall.

On the the wall is Thomas Paine and

the first cover of his book.

On the wall is an early copy of the Declaration of Independence.

On the wall is a letter from Abraham Lincoln, a letter from Thomas Jefferson, a letter from Adams.

These are the people who inspire me every day.

I cannot walk into my house or out of my house without passing by.

Alexander Hamilton's letter, without passing by the letters of the great founders of America.

As Madison said, if men were angels, men and women were angels, we wouldn't need laws.

But we need laws.

And now the laws are being broken down by men and women who are not angels.

So I'm going to keep being inspired by the great founders of America, as I am inspired by the great founders of morality, Moses and Abraham, and by my own Jewish tradition.

But I'm an American, and I care deeply about America, and I just don't want to see it destroyed in the name of get Trump.

That's what's going on, this Trump derangement syndrome.

People who are intelligent and thoughtful about other issues.

You mentioned, by the way, I'll just mention something else.

I

came up with this Trump derangement syndrome 10 years ago before Trump.

At that time, I called it the Israel derangement syndrome.

You can talk to people about any subject and they're rational.

You mention Israel and they go crazy.

They go absolutely crazy.

And that has now spread to Trump.

So these are two issues issues that I care about deeply, the Constitution and Israel.

And in both cases, people will not have rational discussions with me.

And rationality is the essence of democracy.

So let's go back.

In your book, Get Trump, you talk about the cases that they're working on now.

You say this is the weakest.

First,

if you could quickly,

how do you think this case is going to end up?

Is it going to go to trial or is it going to be dismissed?

And the other, I think, three or four cases that are against him,

they're going to come up between now and the election.

And how does this all work?

Do any of them have a chance?

Go ahead.

Well, this case will be one, but not immediately.

There's a possibility they could make a change of any motion.

It will be denied and that could be appealed or the statute of limitations.

But otherwise, it will have to run its course and that will be, you know, two appeals, et cetera, and that will take us through the election.

I think there'll be a conviction in this case if it's tried in New York in front of a New York jury.

Wow.

Yeah,

it's the weakest of the four cases.

The strongest is the Florida case, although Trump will defend it on the ground that he, in fact, declassified the material.

That will be a question of fact, and that will be a question of politics because, as I say, in Get Trump, how can you go after Trump if you don't go after Biden and

all the other people, Hillary Clinton and Pence, who have had a classified material in their possession.

And, you know,

I said at the time, why was Joe Biden's attorneys going to the Penn Biden Center?

Why were they the ones back?

Because we find out today that the White House knew about this for months before, months before.

It will be very hard to credibly prosecute Trump without looking into these other cases.

The Atlanta, Georgia case, I think, is a slam dunk for Trump.

He says, find.

It's on tape.

Find.

He doesn't say make up, concoct, invent.

He says find.

The dictionary defines find.

Something is there.

It's lost.

And you have to find it.

His instructions were, there may be votes that have been uncounted.

Look for them.

If you find them, count them.

Perfectly okay.

That can't be the basis for a criminal prosecution.

And the same thing is true in Washington, D.C., when he told the crowd, I want you to protest peacefully and patriotically.

That doesn't mean violently.

That doesn't mean enter the Capitol.

By the way, I'm defending somebody in that case, a young law student, who entered the Capitol because he was waived in by the police.

So it's a very complicated case on January 6th, but President Trump can't be held responsible for that.

He said peacefully and patriotically.

And so this is the weakest of four weak cases.

But, you know,

the grand jury will indict a ham sandwich.

So you might get indictments in Washington or in Florida or in Georgia.

And President Trump's going to have to defend all of these cases with his legal team.

And he's probably, this is going to be the first campaign in history where voters will actually vote on whether they think Trump's guilty or not.

This is crazy.

Yeah, yeah.

We should be voting on the economy,

on foreign policy, on all the important issues that matter to Americans.

But

the anti-Trump people, the get-Trump people, have turned this into a referendum on our justice system.

Alan Dershowitz, get the book, Get Trump.

Also, you can find his program, his podcast, The Dirse Show, wherever you get your podcast, as always.

you know i asked alan dershowitz about a half hour ago what is it going to take for people to say enough is enough

i i cannot believe more people are not standing up about the pornography that is being spoon-fed our children.

The sexual deviancy,

the brainwashing, and the mutilation of our children.

Gang, that is what we're talking about.

Stop using,

you know, DIE and all of these, all of these newfangled terms.

You are teaching sexual craziness.

You are teaching pornography and evil.

You are teaching mutilation of children's bodies.

All of us, Republicans, Democrats, 10 years ago, we were all lockstep against that.

No one has made a good case for it.

Why aren't we standing up?

I want to tell you something that happened in Oklahoma yesterday.

Ryan Walters, in fact, I'll have him tell the story.

Ryan Walters is the Oklahoma state superintendent.

I've met this guy.

I think the world of him and his wife, they are true blue

Bill of Rights defenders and defenders of family.

And Oklahoma is trying really hard to be Austin, Texas.

Oklahoma, you don't want to be Austin.

Come to Austin and see.

That's your future.

You don't want that.

Okay, Ryan Walters is here now.

Ryan, thank you for being on here.

The Oklahoma State Superintendent, you're like the head of the schools, right?

Yes, sir.

Okay.

Thanks for having me on, Glenn.

And I know we got to talk a little bit about this, but yes, sir, you know, I won an election, went to all 77 counties in Oklahoma.

It was clear parents are concerned about what's being taught to their kids.

We got all these examples of books pushing transsexualism on kids, books pushing graphic pornography in the earliest of grades.

So in my agency, we passed rules that said, look, you cannot have sexually explicit material in front of kids in classrooms and school libraries.

And by the way, if you have conversations with kids about sex, about gender transitioning, you have to tell the parent.

And we have, of course, the Democrats are fighting this, but we have some Republican representatives

fighting me on the issue.

And yesterday, an opinion from our attorney general came down blocking the enforcement of our rules in the state of Oklahoma.

And so I'm going to continue to fight to make sure that this is out of our schools.

But I'm telling you, it is amazing to me that we are having folks stand up against common sense, which is our kids should be focused on the basics and not become a

socialist pyramid for the most radical leftists.

So

let me clarify something that Ryan has said.

So he put this in and you, if you had pornography in your school library and it was clearly defined, you were going to start pulling funding from these schools, right?

Yes, sir.

We were going to pull their accreditation, which then could pull their funding, yes, sir.

Okay.

So

you don't put pornography in the library, and it's clearly defined.

Okay?

Don't do it.

When he went, correct me if I have any of this wrong because this is what I've heard and, you know, you're too nice to throw people under the bus, but I'm not.

From what I understand, you went to the Republicans in the state house and many of them told you to calm down.

Is that right?

Well, we have some that, you know, when they questioned me on whether these materials were actually in schools, I emailed them 50 pages of pornographic material that have been sent to us that are in schools, and I was told they were very offended.

Some didn't like the fact that we sent that into their government server.

And I said, hey, you know, you think you're offended.

Can you imagine the parent or grandparent that brought this, that their five-year-old, you know, their six-year-old brought this home from school?

Talk about being offended.

Unbelievable.

And those are Republicans.

Yes, sir.

I mean, you know, we've got a teachers union in the state of Oklahoma that has funded some Republican candidates.

And yet, they say, hey, you need to calm down.

This isn't, hey, this isn't really going on.

Then I show them where it's going on.

Well, it's not going on that much.

Well, you know, so why don't you just cool it?

Why don't you?

And I go, guys, parents do not want their kids to be exposed to this material in schools.

15 years ago, you wouldn't have seen anyone defending this.

And somehow, now we are in a

red state and allowing this to happen.

This should not happen in any school.

I said, if it's happening in one classroom, that's one too many.

We have to protect our kids.

Okay, I want you to know.

I'm going to talk right directly to Oklahomans here.

You do not understand what you're playing with if you haven't gotten involved yet.

They are destroying our children.

We are,

without knowing it, without anybody planning this, we are engaging in ancient evil worship.

where we sacrifice our children to sex and death.

This is Old Testament stuff and it is evil.

And the way it has gotten through is in these red states, Texas is a problem.

Utah is a problem.

Idaho has this problem.

Oklahoma has this problem.

Red states have this problem.

You just think you're fine.

But the teachers unions are so well funded.

And if you're in a red state, they'll they'll find those wishy washy spineless boneless

Republicans and they will pour money their way you need to make it extraordinarily clear in your house in your Senate in every single red state

if you are taking money from the teachers union you're not on my side And I'm sorry.

I mean, there's lots of unions and lots of different examples of, you know, SEIU is a really bad union.

Teachers Union, it is the reason that we have these problems.

If you are a teacher and you are a member of the teachers' union and you don't have to be, but you're voluntarily sending them money,

I'm sorry, you're a teacher I don't trust.

You're a teacher that I will campaign to get fired.

Because if you're not logical enough to stop sending your money to a group of people whose agenda is political and to corrupt our children,

no sympathy for you.

I'm sorry.

There are no middle ground.

You can't play the middle ground in this.

Our children are at stake.

So yesterday, this uh that he's a Republican, is he not?

The Attorney General?

Yes, sir.

Okay.

I want you to call the Attorney General.

I'm sorry to have you as a witness of this, Ryan.

You have nothing to do with this.

I call on you to call the Attorney General's office today

if you're in Oklahoma.

And if you believe this,

we don't want any kind of pornography or any of this crap in our schools, period, period.

I have been told over and over again from Republicans who constantly are beaten into the ground by the teachers' unions that the reason why they always lose is because the Republicans that do have a chance of a spine don't stand up because they don't feel the people have their backs.

So you've got to call all of them and say, hey, you taking any money from the teachers' union?

Hey, how do you feel about the thing the Attorney General did?

And then you make it very clear to them.

No threats, nothing, nothing.

You cannot play that game.

You just be very clear.

You answer to me.

You are a representative of me.

Mr.

Attorney General, you are to protect and defend the people and the Constitution of Oklahoma.

I don't think that this is part of that.

Maybe you do and we disagree.

But I want you to know I will campaign against you.

I will stop giving money to the GOP until you stop allowing this to happen to our children.

I'm sorry, Ryan.

Anything else to say?

Well, Glenn, I appreciate you and your work.

And, you know, and this is the reality is that the radical left is trying to turn kids against their family.

They're trying to turn kids against this country.

And frankly, they're trying to turn kids against against their faith.

That's where this is all based in.

We know it.

We've seen it in Marxist theology.

That is where the left is headed.

If we do not aggressively take them on and get common sense and the values that this country was founded on back in our education system, this will be a country forever lost.

And this is the opportunity, and this is to me their endgame scenario.

They're going to take our kids, turn them against their families, their country, and their faith.

I will do all all I can in my power to fight against this in the state of Oklahoma.

We have to keep our red states in line with our country's values, and they are coming after our kids, and we've got to protect them.

Do not sit down.

Do not sit down ever.

Thank you so much.

I really appreciate it, Ryan.

Oklahoma, you better wake up.

You better wake up.

And every single red state, you think you're safe, you're not.

They are the

fox is in the henhouse.

Let me read something that

I just shared with

Alan Dershowitz.

This is at the time when we had lost every battle in the first eight months of the American Revolution.

Washington hadn't won a damn thing.

Our army is just down to a few stragglers.

And everybody was excited in the summer.

Yeah, let's take on the king.

And now no one was around.

And Thomas Paine wrote, These are the times that try men's souls.

The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country.

But he who stands by it now deserves the love and thanks of man and women.

Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered.

Yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph.

What What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly.

It is dearness only that gives everything its value.

Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods, and it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as freedom should not be highly rated.

Britain, it writes, but I would say our schools, our school boards, our justice system, our king in Washington wants to bind us in all cases.

And if being bound in that manner is not slavery, then there's not such a thing as slavery upon the earth.

Do not shrink from these times.

You were born at this time because you have a voice to be offered.

You may not think you make a difference, but believe me, by sitting this out, you will make a difference for the other side.

May hell come with it.

But I will not turn my back on the Bill of Rights

and the decency of of what men should be.

I will not turn my back on our children.

Will you join the fight?

Back in a minute.

Somebody who has joined the fight.

Glenn Beck is talking.

He's building an army.

He wants everybody.

Patriot Mobile.

Patriot Mobile has joined the fight.

They were at the movie premiere last night.

I saw them.

They're so great.

They are doing everything they can to not only provide great cell service for you.

I mean, they're on the same cell towers as all of the big three networks, okay?

You're going to get the same great coverage, okay?

No matter where you're at, same dependable nationwide coverage from all three major networks, those same towers, except you're not paying them.

You're paying Patriot Mobile, and you're going to pay less, and you're going to get better service.

You're going to get more.

And you're going to get people who are standing with us and fighting with us.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.

Listen.

You're talking about your

everyone needs to step up and do something about this.

And like, I know in my head that's right and important, right?

But I do find myself in these moments where I see, we were talking off the the air about 17 states are now coming up with trans

refugee bills, which like California, if your kid gets to those states, they can have doctors treat them for absolutely anything and you have no rights.

Yeah.

And when I hear stuff like that, I

have the

passion that you have, right, to stand up and do something.

And then I also have a secondary thought that competes with it, which is,

I just need to like

lock down my little circle.

I need to do what I can to keep my family, my little thing safe.

I'm never going to be able to solve all this.

It's crazy.

The world's crazy.

I'm just going to do everything I can to keep my little thing as solid as possible.

And

that is what I'm calling you to do in action.

But I'm also asking you to make sure that you reach out and you tell these weasel-ass Republicans: enough is enough.

If you don't stand up and

help those who are forming a spine, but it's not set in place yet.

They feel alone.

They get beat up.

Nobody has their back.

They feel.

And then when they go out into the community, they get beat up.

And it's like, no, no, no.

We have to decide, look, I am looking for you to be strong on this issue in the state.

You get this pornography and this trans crap out of the school.

Get it out of the schools.

And if you're not there, you're not my guy.

And I will run against you, or I'll find somebody that runs against you, and I'll organize my whole neighborhood against you.

That's what you have to do.

You just get your circle of influence rock solid and you let them know.

And you find the ones that are fighting with you and support them with all you have.

Tonight, the truth on what's happening with Donald Trump.
