Let me tell you about American Financing.
There is some real trouble coming.
We're going to try to get to the economy today if we have time.
There's so much going on.
But please, please, please, everything I've talked to you about for the last 20 years is happening now.
It's kind of frightening.
Kind of wish I was wrong, don't you, Stu?
I usually do, yes.
Yes.
Anyway,
right now, you need to get a hold of American Financing and find out how they can help you on any of your credit cards.
Believe me.
Oh, I've got a rant on credit cards here in a second.
But
credit cards,
the cost of credit cards are going to go up big time.
We're being impoverished right now, honestly.
Call American Financing today.
See if they can help you on any of these things.

Got no room for the capitalized.
The other stand together if it goes away.
What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
This is the Glen Beck Program.
Hello, America.
Welcome to the Glen Beck Program.
It is a full-on governmental onslaught to try to intimidate you or to make you so mad you just want to do something crazy.
Well, I want you not to be intimidated, and I want to want to make sure that we're all on the same page of doing something crazy will end freedom, not just here in America, but the entire world.
Nikki Haley is going to join me.
Something happened to her.
She's suing the New York Attorney General's office after they leaked the Stand for America's tax return with all of the names of the donors.
That was meant to intimidate people.
That's all that was about.
She's going to talk about it.
Oh, and Joe Biden.
Yeah.
He's serious.
No, I'm not joking.
I'm going to take away your guns, but I'm not going to take away your guns.
I respect the Second Amendment, but you people who believe in the Second Amendment are crazy.
Uh-huh.
Crazy Joe.
We begin there in 60 seconds.
Michael wrote in about his experience with Relief Factory.
He says, I'm a professional musician and I depend on my hands for a living.
That said, I have had severe arthritis set in for 25 years and I've tried everything.
Nothing worked until I found Relief Factor.
It takes away the pain and I love it.
Thank you.
Michael, I've been where you are, not from arthritis, but having pain in my hands so bad that I couldn't move them.
Relief Factor, it helped me.
It helped Michael.
Maybe it will help you.
70% of the people who try it go on to order more, so try the three-week quick start.
Just take it for three weeks as directed.
It's not working for you in three weeks, most likely not going to work.
But 70% of the people order more month after month.
It's relieffactor.com, 1-800, the number 4-relief, 1-800-4-RELIFEF, 1995, relieffactor.com, one-eight hundred for relief, relief factor, feel the difference.
All righty, let's let's look into my
gosh,
let's look into the president.
What did he say yesterday?
Cut five, a six, please.
I'm determined to ban assault weapons in this country.
Yeah, determined.
Yeah,
I did it once before.
Yeah.
And I'll do the difference.
And he'll do it again.
For many of you home, I want to be clear.
It's not about taking away anybody's guns.
In fact, we should be treating responsible gun owners as examples of how every gun owner should behave.
Yeah.
I have two shotguns at home.
It's a long story, but I'm not opposed to guns.
But I support the Second Amendment, and I support the Second Amendment.
But the Second Amendment, as one of the most...
One of the most conservative justices in history, Justice Scalia once wrote,
like, quote, like most rights,
the rights granted by the Second Amendment are not unlimited.
Right.
By the way, if you'd like to treat gun owners, legal gun owners, with respect
and point us out as examples, you could start with me, Stu, almost all of our friends.
And we voted for Trump.
Isn't that weird?
What happened there?
Hold on just a second.
Because let's say I have
two
AR-15s.
Now, I lost them in a boating accident.
No one needs an AR-15 for someone.
No one needs it.
But you might need two.
Yes.
That's what they never, they always leave that off at the end.
Well, I want one for everybody, a member of the family, but they're so dangerous.
I only have
two.
Well, you had to.
Yes, thank you very much.
So anyway,
I'm a legal gun owner.
I have weapons of war.
I've never shot anybody, shot myself.
My children haven't done anything.
They're locked up in a safe.
We know exactly where they are.
No one except my wife and I have the combination of the safe.
What
are you going to say something nice about me, Joe?
Come on, no joke.
I'm not kidding, folks.
Really?
I mean it.
Now,
he did did say something that I thought was,
I mean,
oh,
I just find this funny.
He tried a new joke out
last night.
Here it is, cut nine.
By the way,
how many, my dad used to love to hunt in the Boconos when we lived in Scranton?
Sure.
Okay.
How many deer bear wearing Kevlar vests?
He's never said that.
Wait, play it again because you got to hear the audience roar.
By the way,
how many, my dad used to love to hunt in the Poconos when we lived in Scranton?
How many deer bear wearing Kevlar vests?
Huh?
Listen to that roar.
Not a joke.
No, we know.
Wait,
wow, it was so funny.
I thought it was a joke, but he's serious.
There weren't bear deer.
There weren't any.
There's no joke here.
There weren't any deer wearing Kevlar Kevlar vests.
His dad never saw it.
And he used to hunt.
Wow.
That's incredible.
Yeah, that is
an incredible speaker he is.
And you know what?
I have to tell you, the Second Amendment is all about hunting, okay?
Because that's a sport.
And I should be able to have a sporting rifle.
You know what I mean?
I should be able to have my sport.
Now,
I don't know why they didn't put croquet
or cards.
You know, I don't know what they played back then.
You know, spittles and dicks.
I don't know what they used to play, but maybe that was one that they would play a parlor game.
Oh, do you have any more Spittles and Dicks?
And you're like, I don't know what that is.
It's a game.
It's a card game.
Okay.
You didn't know it's a card game.
Yeah, it's a card game.
There you go.
I'm pretty sure.
Oh, sure.
I'm pretty sure.
I'm going to take your word for it.
Not going to look it up on the internet, that's for sure.
You got to look it up.
See if it actually exists.
Just look up Spittles.
All right.
I think it's a card game.
Maybe somebody in the audience knows what Spittles and Dicks is.
But anyway, that's what they would be playing.
But that's nowhere to be found in the Bill of Rights.
Isn't that weird?
No, I put any other sport.
Wait, no joke?
No joke.
No joke.
It's not in there.
No joke.
It's not.
Spittles and Dicks is not in there.
Okay.
It's
weird.
It's weird.
Now,
he thinks it's extreme if you think the Second Amendment is there for the reason they put it in there.
Listen, this is cut seven.
And for those brave right-wing Americans who say it's all about
keeping America's independent and safe, if you want to fight against the country, you need an F-15.
You need something a little more than a gun.
You know, it's funny.
It's funny.
It's funny that he would say this on the anniversary of the disaster of pulling out out of Afghanistan.
Do they have F-15s?
Well, they do now.
They do now.
They do now.
Yeah, they do now.
No joke?
Yeah, no joke.
No joke.
No joke.
I thought you might be joking there.
No.
Because how would the people in Afghanistan get F-15s?
But that's right.
We just left them.
We just left them.
Yeah, that's right.
We just left them.
So, you know, if you want to fight the United States, you need an F-15.
Well, that explains why I guess you left all of those planes and everything there.
But the second thing is, is they lived in caves.
Yeah.
They had guns and homemade bombs.
They seemed to do pretty well.
I don't know about you, but you surrendered to them.
Explain the fall of, you know, every empire with this analysis.
Right.
Right.
And that's what we have.
Well, but we didn't all have that.
We have F-15s and Rome didn't have those.
Yeah.
I suppose that's the way.
Think of every modern empire that has gone into.
Think of ancient.
Think of everyone.
They had gone into Afghanistan.
Rome had gladiators.
They had all of these Roman legions.
Nothing.
What?
Are you going to have a legion?
Well, you kind of fell for it.
I hate this point because it's so stupid.
And it's supposed to give you this mental picture of you walk out
on your front stoop and down the driveway comes a tank or an F-15 coming at you.
And what are you going to do?
All you have is a gun.
It's like, guys, that's not how this works, right?
They don't go door-to-door with F-15s.
Now, this situation, we hope, would never face.
However, look at Afghanistan.
Look at Iraq.
It's called asymmetrical warfare.
How did we do with the helicopters we had
when Jimmy Carter was president?
What did we do in the jungles of Vietnam?
Yes.
Against people who are hiding behind trees.
Correct.
Door-to-door warfare against a country with 450 million guns is a lot harder than you're making it seem.
Especially when probably more than half of the armed forces are from red states.
They weren't going to be able to do that.
I mean, if you say, hey, by the way, I want you to go kill mom and dad there in Kansas, I think a lot of them are going to be like.
No, I don't think they're the extremists we should be worried about.
You know what I mean?
By the way, this is why, unlike the rest of the world, we don't have a new weekly constitution.
We seem to keep the one we have for hundreds of years.
Why?
Because there's a way to protect those rights.
We hope we never have to do these things, right?
We hope that never comes to that.
But having 450 million weapons pretty much guarantees it never comes to that.
Oh my gosh.
You are, you're an extremist.
You're an absolute extremist.
No joke.
No.
No joke.
Whoa.
You're...
Not a joke.
You are pushing for spittle and dicks to be put into the...
Why is it happening?
Just saying, no joke, man.
No joke?
No joke.
Do we have the clip of him talking about the speed of bullets?
Because this is scientific fact.
Do you realize
the bullet out of an AR-15
travels five times as rapidly as a bullet shot out of any other gun?
Out of any other gun.
That is weird.
That's not even close to true.
Not even
close to true.
Like they just did a they just did a deal on the velocity of
bullets.
And by the way,
it's pretty much bullets.
Guns just do the same thing.
They hit the back of the bullet and then it explodes the powder and then it shoots out.
So it's the bullet, not the gun.
No joke.
No joke.
No joke.
joke.
No joke.
So anyway,
they just did a
study of the fastest guns, fastest ammunition, and
AR-15s are not even in the top 10 or top 20.
You're acting as if he's trying to say something true.
You are acting as if he's trying.
to say something that has a factual basis behind it.
So you're saying
he's not trying.
He's not.
He's not even trying.
He's just trying to scare people.
Well, no, he owns two shotguns, and he knows how to deal.
You want to scare somebody off, you go out to the back porch and you fire off your shotguns.
Why does he have shotguns?
What's he going to do against an F-15?
I don't even know.
I mean, that's...
I don't know.
No joke.
No joke.
It is no joke.
He's a joke, but that was not a joke.
We should call him because I bet he played Spittle.
Yeah, I'm sure he did play that game.
He did, yes.
I'm sure he did.
Okay, let me tell you about our spot.
I've got some good news for you today.
Oh, wait, wait, wait, wait.
Before I break, because I'd like to put all of the good news into
one happy place.
So let me just get this out.
By the way, New York lawmakers have asked MasterCard and American Express to flag gun store purchases.
Now, why would they do that?
Why would they do that?
50 legislators from New York said, Can you just flag these for us?
And
MasterCard said, well, I mean, you know,
purchases made at a gun store fall under miscellaneous or durable goods, you know, but I mean, we do have in, you know, we have vendors like gas lighting fixtures, musical instruments, fireworks, party supplies, luggage.
Maybe we should have gun stores.
Well, maybe you shouldn't.
Maybe you shouldn't.
And here's why.
I mean, I'm just, you know, remember, they're saying law-abiding citizens have nothing to worry about.
Nothing to worry about.
They're just, they just want these financial institutions to step up and join the fight against gun violence.
That's all they're trying to do.
That's it.
And I know a lot of criminals that go in with their MasterCard to buy guns.
You know, they're saying, excuse me, that's a American Express black card.
You can't deny that one.
You know what I mean?
I want me me a gun.
That happens all the time.
Now,
here's the problem.
This would be a firearm registration.
This would be a centralized list of who has guns.
And we've always been against that.
You know why?
Because then the government knows exactly who has guns and who doesn't.
Define we.
We've always been against that.
I know we as a, if you're defining it, me and you.
Americans.
Okay.
Americans.
Americans, right?
Yeah.
But not these people.
Not these people.
Not these people.
No, not these people.
So I don't know what exactly they're for.
All right.
Good news coming up in just a second.
If you're not worried about what the Federal Reserve is doing to our economy right now, hey, let me help you out.
Let me give you some good news.
The Federal Reserve, the Central Bank of London, they're talking in parliament because they're hitting 20% inflation, 20%.
percent um they're talking about now revoking the control of the money printing by the central bank of england
but somehow me thinks that they're doing it so the government can print more money i don't know
anyway if you're not worried about what the federal reserve is doing to our economy right now it uh it may be that you don't know enough about the federal reserve know your enemy believe me the Federal Reserve pretty much qualifies as an enemy to your wallet.
There is no better time to teach your kids about it.
The Tuttle Twins has a book about money and inflation and the Federal Reserve.
It's free again for the next couple of days.
It's really, really important.
Tuttle Twins and the Creature from Jekyll Island.
Now, this is a kids' book, but that's actually the name of a very scholarly book on the founding of the Federal Reserve that is terrifying.
This one's not so terrifying.
Hey kids, I want to put you to sleep.
I'm going to talk to you about the Federal Reserve.
Believe me, they won't go to sleep.
The creature from Jekyll Island, Tuttle's Twins version is great for kids.
It shows how the Fed creates inflation, how it works, how our money system works, and what the Fed actually does.
TuttleTwinsBeck.com.
You'll learn a lot from it as well, most likely.
TuttleTwinsBeck.com.
While supplies last, you can get this free copy of the Tuttle Twins and the creature from Jekyll Island.
It's tuttletwinsbeck.com.
10 seconds station ID.
Hey, Stu,
these fast bullets that we've been talking about, I'm very concerned about them.
You are.
Well, Joe Biden is very concerned about faster bullets.
Isn't it true that a faster bullet
would be more likely to go directly through the body?
It goes right through you.
It just cuts right through you.
Which you'd think would sound bad.
But here we go.
No joke.
No joke.
I think it might be worse if you had a slower bullet that would hit and tumble through the body and create more damage, right?
Isn't that true that you're not going to be able to do that?
Have you ever fallen off a cliff?
Have you ever fallen off a cliff?
You go right straight to the ground.
Okay.
But if you're tumbling.
It's a lot better.
That's not the way.
Like you land on your feet, you kind of tumble over and you.
It's kind of funny when you tumble.
Is that really the way this works, though?
Really?
Yeah.
Huh.
Yeah.
Let me give you an Ohio grand jury.
They have just affirmed the stand your ground law
in Ohio.
They refused to indict a man who shot his daughter's ex-boyfriend.
Apparently, it's like, you know, 11 o'clock in the morning.
And
James Rail, he stood on the front porch of his ex-girlfriend's house.
They had been apart for a while.
And apparently, he stood on the front porch for about 40 minutes, rang the doorbell repeatedly, then left, then came back and then began trying to break the door down.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the door was this guy's daughter, who
James Rail was looking for,
and
her dad.
And he stood on the other side of the door and he said, hey, leave our property.
I am here.
I have a gun.
And do not open the door.
I have a gun and I will shoot you.
Well, they were on the phone with 911 and everything else.
Well, he tried to open the door.
And so dad shot him, killed him.
And the grand jury said, huh?
Guess it sucks to be him.
Maybe he shouldn't have tried to open the door.
That to me is good news.
Common sense has played a role there.
There is also
some good news that is coming from the
election.
Did you see that Warnock in the latest poll is now behind
our good friend, Herschel Walker?
That's very good news.
Very good news.
It's interesting.
I've been hearing him with the buzz of a potential presidential candidate, Warnock.
Yeah, I have heard that too.
It's bizarre.
Like, what they try to do to elevate these guys is crazy.
It's just crazy.
That is what they've been saying lately.
Blake Masters from Arizona, he's in trouble trouble because he spoke the truth.
I mean, in a funny way, he was like, oh, well, maybe that explains why our economy is doing so well.
Being sarcastic, he attached the deal that they were concentrating at the Treasury and the Fed
on race.
And they're just, you know, that's the most diverse group of people they've ever had.
And so the New York Times grabs it and they're like, look at this racist saying he's blaming people of different colors on the economy.
He's saying this guy's too stupid.
No, that's in your head, man.
We all knew what that meant.
It meant, oh, really?
You're concentrating on diversity?
How about you concentrate on, oh, I don't know, the economy.
So he's over the target.
I think that's going to play well for him.
Play well for him.
Did I mention his name is Blake Masters, Arizona?
You should check him out.
The Glenn Bach Program.
American Financing NMLS 182334, www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org.
So every day, the U.S.
dollar gets just a little bit less valuable, which means that your spending power goes a little bit further down.
It's not really that prices are going up.
It's that your dollar can't afford it anymore.

This is the Glenn Beck program.
Welcome to it.
We've got a couple things going on today.
I'm going to give you an understanding of the First Amendment
in a way that I don't think you've ever heard.
And it is vital that you understand this.
They just passed in the California Assembly, and it's going to Gavin Newsom's desk, and they keep saying, if he signs it, of course he's going to sign it.
The state is going to be the arbiter of all truth now.
And when it comes to doctors, that is terrifying.
Something else is going on.
You're being intimidated and harassed.
And they're trying to set examples of why you shouldn't get involved.
Nikki Haley is with us.
She's a former U.S.
Ambassador to the United Nations, former South Carolina governor, and founder for Stand for America.
And there was a problem with the Attorney General's office in New York York with Stand for America.
They accidentally leaked some documents.
Nikki is here to tell us all about it.
Hello, Nikki.
How are you?
Hey, Glenn.
Thanks for having me on.
You bet.
You bet.
So tell me what happened.
You know, basically,
we have a, you know, a policy organization that we go out, we send out newsletters every day to over 3 million people.
We talk about anything from the fact that it's wrong to make someone who doesn't go to college pay for someone that does go to college.
It's, you know, that we need term limits, that we can't, $30 trillion in debt is a problem, and spending more is not going to help the inflation situation.
Why men shouldn't be playing in girls' sports.
We talk about all kinds of things.
We hit Biden.
We hit Pelosi.
We hit Gavin Newsom.
We hit anyone that has liberal policies and we talk about conservative solutions.
So we've had this for about three years.
It's called Stand for America.
And all of a sudden we get contacted by a news organization that says, we have a copy of your tax return, which is supposed to be completely confidential, just like personal tax returns are.
And we're going to release all of your donors off of it.
Well, we said, okay, send us the copy that you say you have.
And we look at it, and on the last page, it's stamped by the New York State Attorney General's office.
The New York State Attorney General released this tax return to try and intimidate conservatives.
And Glenn, they have done this.
I have said this for as long as I can remember.
Republicans are too nice.
They're too nice.
When something like this happens, they whine, they complain, and then they turn around and it happens to someone else.
Well, we are not going to do that.
We are suing the New York State Attorney General's Office.
We are calling on Merrick Garland to investigate the New York State Attorney General's office.
And we're going to make sure we fight back.
It's not going to be cheap.
It's not going to be easy.
But if we don't do it, at some point, this has to stop.
And I hope that every conservative listening today will join us in that fight and go to standforamerica.com and let's say no more.
Let's show them that when you mess with us, you've messed with the wrong person.
Are you going to sue Politico?
Because Politico was the one that released the names, correct?
Yes, so that is also something that we're looking at.
You know, they've obviously said, oh, these are First Amendment rights, but we are also looking at what it's going to take to sue Politico.
We're going to sue
definitely New York State Attorney General, definitely going after Merrick Garland to have to answer for this.
We are looking at suing Documented, who is the one who got the information from the New York State Attorney General and gave it to Politico.
And we're looking at what we're going to do to Politico.
We're looking at every actor that put their hands on this.
I mean, they would never, ever, ever publish the dark money network of Arabella advisors.
Never.
And
there's so much money running through that dark network.
Democracy Alliance, they would never even think about doing this.
They're only doing it.
None of those.
None of them.
None of those have ever been leaked.
Right.
And yet they have gone after President Trump.
They have gone after the NRA.
They've gone after pro-life groups.
And now they're going after us.
Anyone that gets that is a thorn in their side, they turn around and think they can intimidate us just by doing something like this.
It takes a lot more than that to intimidate us.
So let me ask you, Nikki, do you think the
intimidation will work to some degree?
I haven't met them yet, but are there people who are saying, you know what, I'm not going to get involved.
I don't want my name on a list.
You know, I mean, we have, you know, we have Stand for America PAC, which is a political organization.
We have hundreds of thousands of donors, and we publicize all of those because political organizations, by law, you do that.
Policy organizations, typically donors, they care about policy.
They just don't want to get into the political mess.
And so this was a way of trying to do that.
Everyone, we contacted every donor before this happened to let them know.
And every one of them said, we support you.
We appreciate what you're doing.
You go out there and fight.
And so, you know, we all, I was very proud of, you know, how our donors handled this.
And it's not about the donors themselves.
It's about the fact they don't want us talking about what's right.
They don't want us calling out the truth.
And they don't want us to expose them for what they really are, which is running our country in the ground.
Well, I hope you
make progress
in this lawsuit.
This is so dangerous.
It is, honestly, they have weaponized the government in states where they control, and they've weaponized the federal government.
And they think that somehow or another, that's going to help them win.
I don't think so.
I think this wakes America up.
Well, and keep in mind, this is a violation of state tax law and a violation of federal tax law.
So if nothing is done to them for this, where will they go next?
I mean, at some point, something has to give.
And every conservative out there who has complained about the Biden administration, complained about these liberal attorney generals who are getting involved in things to hurt conservatives, everyone, don't complain about it.
Do something about it.
We need you to go to standforamerica.com.
We need your voices to be loud, and we need to let them know we are fighting fire with fire.
And I think that's something that Republicans have not done well.
It is time to turn the corner on that because if they can do this to us, they can do this to everyone else.
And rule of law matters.
It matters.
And the Democrats have decided they're going to break it anyway if it fits their narrative.
We've got to make them be held accountable for this.
I have, you know, this is one of my complaints with the Republicans that are currently in office, and not all of them, obviously, but the people like Mitch McConnell.
I don't even know what they're running on.
I mean, I think they're just running on, we're not those guys.
I think that's what Mitch McConnell's plan is.
Well, and, you know, I'll tell you, if you're tired, you need to leave.
That's why I'm such a fan of termites.
But if you're going to represent the people, you have to be willing to do the things that are uncomfortable to do.
You have to be willing to go into the fight and say, we're going to fight for freedom.
We're going to fight for the rule of law.
We're going to fight to get our country back.
And we're not going to stop until it happens.
And when the Democrats play dirty, guess what?
That's politics.
You play dirty right back with them.
What do you
do it?
You'll legal.
Fight dirty legally.
Fight strong.
Yeah, you know, I mean, look,
I went up against China and Russia at the United Nations.
It wasn't easy.
It wasn't always nice.
But you do it because you know you're fighting for good.
You're fighting for the right thing.
You're fighting for truth.
You're fighting for a better way.
And that's what this is about.
Republicans, their policies lift up everyone, not just a small group of people.
They lift up everyone.
And that's why we fight as hard as we do.
Democrats don't like it because, believe it or not, they fight for elitism.
They fight for lining their own pockets.
They fight in a way that's corrupt just to fit their narrative.
And we're calling them out on the fact that they're not doing that.
Don't tell me that minorities are incapable of getting an ID to go vote.
They're perfectly capable.
Yes, we call them out when they're against voter ID.
Don't tell me that parents are incapable of picking the school that their children should go to.
We call them out when they're against school choice.
Don't tell them they're being fair when they're taking, you know, students who didn't go to, people who didn't go to college and telling them, oh, now you have to pay for those that did go to college.
It's wrong.
It's criminal.
And so, yes, we call them out, but we call them out because that's the truth.
And that's what I've always done is fight for the truth.
And that's why we're going to fight for it again on this, because we will not be intimidated.
We will not be bullied.
And every conservative out there, don't complain about it.
Do something about it.
We all need to be united in this.
Nikki Haley,
former ambassador to the UN and governor, and you were a Tea Party candidate, if I'm not mistaken.
I was, yes.
Do you sense this is a wave election like it was with the Tea Party?
I hope so.
You know, three months ago, I would have told you yes.
Four months ago, I would have told you yes.
It feels shaky now.
I know we're going to win the House.
The Senate is going to be iffy.
I'm going to try as hard as I can.
I am out there.
We have endorsed 50 candidates.
We're going to be all over the country September and October helping these people get over the finish line.
But it's going to take all of us to do this.
It's really that important.
And what I don't want to see and what we're seeing is Republicans are, you know, you hear the media saying, oh, but this isn't a good candidate or that's not a good candidate.
You know what?
Every one of our Republican candidates is better than the Democrats.
Yes, exactly right.
We have to fight for that.
Exactly right.
So we'll be there for Herschel Walker.
We're going to be there for Dr.
Oz.
We're there for Sarah Palin.
We're going to continue to be there for all of these conservatives because honestly, we need their voice.
We do.
We need their fight.
We do.
And I'm going to be there to fight with them.
Nikki, thank you very much.
Nikki Haley.
She is the founder of Stand for America.
You can find more information and join the fight at standforamerica.com.
I'm assuming you don't have to see the guy standing on the street corner with a sandwich board that says end of the world is near to know that things are kind of in rough shape right now.
If you haven't given any thought to preparing for bad situations,
now might be a good time.
I mean, just My Patriot Supply can help you with that.
Right now, My Patriot Supply is taking $250 off the three-month emergency food kit.
It's the lowest price since 2019.
Unlike a lot of companies out there, My Patriot Supply is fighting for you, and they want you and your family to be well prepared no matter what happens.
I've been stocking up on My Patriot food for,
well, I was, and then I had that horrible boating accident.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
And some of it was just sucked into space.
It was so weird, Stu.
It happens.
It happens to a lot of Americans.
It's weird.
And I'm going to miss it because it was delicious.
And, well, but now I can go and I can get it at even a better price because I can save $250 today by going to preparewithglen.com.

The Glenn Back Program.
Rob Schneider called me
last night, and he was like, man,
you say you love America and the left just hammers you to death.
I know.
A lot of attention on that podcast.
A lot of people talking about it.
We'll get to that a little later on in the program.
But if you missed the podcast with Rob Schneider, it was so good and so sincere.
At one point, he's talking about where we have to go and how we have to return to love and
God and everything else.
And he breaks down and cries.
I mean, it is really a powerful interview and very funny.
Rob Schneider, the podcast from, you can find it on YouTube or Blaze or wherever you get your podcast from Saturday.
Now he's doing that after you made it cool.
Now he's crying for his country.
It's so cool.
It is so cool.
It is so cool.
Can we talk about what Nikki Hilly was talking about at the end?
Because
this is a big narrative in the media right now that the left has this incredible momentum in this election.
It's all turning around.
The Republicans look like they were going to win.
And it's not true.
Yeah, I mean, you know,
there's not no evidence of this.
Correct.
Right.
Like, Biden's approval rating has bounced back a few points.
A couple of these special elections have leaned more Democrat than you might have expected.
But a special election's tough.
There's not a huge turnout for it.
People are not focused on the election.
It's a localized situation.
It's not nothing, but
those couple data points do exist.
But I mean, we've been talking about these Senate races for a while, really before a lot of other people have been talking about them.
We've been talking about the Herschel Walker race with Raphael Warnock, where Walker has been typically three, four points behind in that race.
There's now two polls out over the last couple of days where he's leading.
Okay.
All right, that's good.
And so you know, this normally happens the closer you get to a race.
We're early on this.
I've said this.
But it looks like
the polls are starting to tighten.
Yeah, I've said like October, early October is when I really expected some of these races to start tightening.
And it seems like it's already happening.
The Blake Masters race was an eight to 10 point race.
Now the latest poll has him down four.
That's momentum to the conservative side.
Dr.
Oz, there was a poll two weeks ago that had him down 16 points.
There was another one that had him down 13 points.
Another one that had him down 11 points.
The last couple of polls have him, I think, down four and five, which again, that doesn't mean
striking distance.
All within striking distance.
All of them.
Eric Schmidt in Missouri, who we, you know, one of our favorite candidates out there, is up double digits.
You know, these are, this is just a sampling, right?
I mean, but there's not, there's not a lot of bad news.
The Ron Johnson race in Wisconsin, which had showed him down five or six points, now has him down two.
Now, look, Johnson should win that race.
And I, and if there's any place where you can make the argument that polling has sucked over the past couple of cycles, it's been there.
So you could make the argument
that maybe he's even leading that race because the polling has just not worked in Wisconsin at all.
But you look across the board,
I don't see this panic.
I don't understand why It's like they want to set this narrative.
Yeah, they do.
They want to set this narrative that, number one, this is turning towards Democrats.
They've got all this momentum.
Everyone get on board.
And number two, they really want to paint
the picture that the reason this is happening
is because of abortion.
And
if you're against abortion, you're going to get punished politically.
They want to set that dynamic up.
So Republicans next time are like, look, I can't do anything about abortion because look what happened last time.
We had this wave election going, and then the Democrats wound up winning because of the abortion thing.
That's what they want Republicans to think about.
Correct.
And first of all, look,
we're talking about millions of lives here.
So you want to throw away, if you have to throw away a couple midterm elections to get that done, I'm completely fine with it.
If that were true, I would take the deal.
I just don't think it is.
No, I don't either.
I don't think that's how the situation is.
I don't think they felt that way.
I just don't think they felt that way.
And, you know, when you put, when you actually have Joe Biden out campaigning for you in Pennsylvania, that's not good.
That's just not a good sign.
No, it's not a good sign.
But don't believe what you're hearing.
They're trying to beat you down and discourage you.
Just know that.
Know that.
Their agenda is not the truth.
The truth has no agenda.
So live there in the truth.
But you should be optimistic as long as you're doing everything you can.
Make sure you're doing everything that you can to get out to vote, to spread the word, to get other people out to vote, because the government is doing that this time.
The Glenn Back program.
Home title theft is another one to add to the list, unfortunately.
It's a growing crime.
If you take steps to protect yourself, however, you can avoid worrying about it.
And if you go to Home Title Lock,
this is the easiest way to do it.
You just go to home title lock.com and simply enter your address.
It's a free, no-obligation home title scan.
They'll look at your title and say, okay, someone's screwing with your title, or hopefully you're in the clear.
And then you can protect yourself going forward with Home Title Lock because if they access your title, they can forge their name, they can borrow against your equity.
You don't want this to happen to you.
Stop it before it starts with Home Title Lock, home title lock.com.
The code is radio.
You can enter your address for the free no-obligation home title scan.
It's a $100 value.
It's free right now if you go to home titlelock.com.
Code is radio, home titlelock.com.
The code is radio.
Speaking of radio, the radio show starts here in just the same.
Wow.
What a transition.
Thank you.
Hall of Fame worthy.
Not
got no room to compromise.
We gotta stand together, it's the corner survived
Stand up straight and hold the line
It's a new day of time to rise
What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment This is the Glen Back program
Hell, hello, America.
Welcome to the program.
This is a program that is trying to
challenge you to be better today than you were yesterday.
Stronger, more hopeful than you were.
Put things into perspective.
I have faith, I have hope, because
I know the truth.
I know God is the author of truth, and I know who the author of lives are, and I ain't going to bend to that.
We have to pick a badge of merit winner and we ask you to do that at Glenbeck.com.
This week we're looking at three people.
Dana, she runs a nonprofit for children in foster care.
The toughest cases she adopts herself.
She's amazing.
Francine is our candidate number two.
Francine comforts the elderly in their final hours even when her coworkers are ignoring them.
And finally, Michael was nominated by his children for his commitment to being a strong role model for boys who don't have one.
You can read the entire nomination, the full stories of these amazing people at Glenbeck.com and make sure you vote.
We give that away tomorrow.
All right, the FBI.
Boy, they have their hands full.
Diaries, laptops, crack cocaine, hookers, and those evil terrorist parents that are standing up at school board meetings.
What is a modern day FBI to do?
We're going to to talk about some of those scandals and any progress on them with Peter Schweizer.
Next.
You know the pain you've been living with?
Yeah, that pain.
Despite all your efforts down through the years, you just haven't been able to get rid of it.
I know
what it feels like.
What if I told you out there's something out there that might, maybe a 70% chance, would help you get rid of the pain?
It's called Relief Factor.
It it helped me get my life back.
I started taking it and three weeks later,
I'm telling myself, no, it's a coincidence that I'm taking this and I'm starting to feel better.
I was starting to feel better.
When I stopped taking it after the third week, I felt, oh, how much it had already helped.
And it just got better and better and better.
Try the three-week quick start.
Developed just for you at $19.95, a dollar a day.
It's a trial pack.
Hundreds of thousands of people have ordered Relief Factor and about 70% of them go on to order more.
That says everything.
ReliefFactor.com, ReliefFactor.com, or call 800, the number four relief.
800, the number four relief, 1995, relief factor.com.
Feel the difference.
Oh, man.
I am
thrilled to have the one and only Peter Schweizer on with us.
Hello, Peter.
How are you?
Hey, I'm great, Glenn.
Good to be with you as always.
Thanks for having me.
You bet.
You are the president.
Not that you don't know this, but let me introduce you.
The president of the Government Accountability Institute, the author of Red Handed, and the co-host of The Drill Down.
Peter, I wanted to talk to you about a couple of things.
First of all,
have you ever seen anything like
what the FBI is currently doing with the National Archives to Donald Trump?
Anything like it?
No, no, nothing like it.
And it's really truly bizarre, Glenn, because if you look at the issue that is at stake, which is the handling of these classified materials,
we had a run at this in 2016 with Hillary Clinton.
And, you know, it's worthwhile remembering some of the details.
I mean, let's remember she had this server that was not authorized, not even known by federal security officials.
She was found to be storing dozens of top secret and other secret materials on that server.
They didn't know about it.
When they discovered it, she had her lawyers go through and delete the emails that she felt should be deleted.
The FBI concluded that her server had been penetrated by a foreign intelligence service.
And then she destroyed the phones that she had been given as Secretary of State.
That is all very consistent in the sense of the issue of what we're dealing with Donald Trump, which is the National Archives claiming that these materials, it's not being handled properly.
But instead of handling it the way that they did with Hillary Clinton, which is to engage with her lawyers, try to work it out.
Of course, they let her get away with a lot of stuff.
That's not what they did here.
They were engaged with Donald Trump's lawyers, and then they conducted this raid.
And it's important to point out, by the way, Glenn, that the Department of Justice and FBI have always had kind of a policy as it relates to election years and not taking sort of deep provocative actions, you know, 90 days or so before an election.
They certainly did it in the case of the raid on Donald Trump.
It was very visible.
It was very clear-cut.
What do you think this is about?
What do you think this is really about?
I think it's about a combination of things.
I think, number one, there's no question that there are certain elements of the FBI, particularly at the Washington headquarters, that are smarting at how it was revealed that they sort of jerry-rigged the Russiagate investigation.
I mean, remember the revelations.
You've talked about them regularly.
The misconduct by senior FBI officials.
First, you have Peter Strzok making all those comments to his lover about Donald Trump and his despising of Donald Trump and his supporters.
Then you have documents that go to the FISA court that have been altered.
Then you have clear evidence, the procedures weren't being followed.
That's deeply embarrassing to a law enforcement agency like the FBI that is supposed to be all about process.
They have a process to deal with every investigation.
They did not follow it, and then they tried to cover it up.
That is institutionally embarrassing, particularly to FBI senior officials who have been there for 25, 30 years and were running the show at the time.
So I think that is a component of it.
I also think more broadly speaking,
there's just a lot of institutions in Washington, D.C., apparently including now the National Archives, that don't like Donald Trump.
And they have a separate set of rules for him than they do for people like Hillary Clinton.
And here's the problem, Glenn.
You're a student of history.
You can probably expound on this better than I can.
If you look at the decline of civilizations, or if you look at the loss of freedom in countries, absolutely elections are important.
Even more important is when the judicial system favors certain people and is used to go after other people.
When you undermine the judicial system in that way,
you are in a very, very precarious situation.
Well,
when you pack a court, that's the end.
There's no country that has ever recovered from packing of the court.
But we are approaching everything else in our judicial system.
It's becoming just
quite amazing.
Let me ask you, Fauci
just
said, I'm going to leave before January.
I think hoping that
since the Republicans are going to have the call to have a power to call a committee together and look into Fauci and others, that he was like,
I'm on a beach someplace.
I don't think that's going to work.
I hope it doesn't.
I hope they get him.
If he was lying, I want to get to the bottom of it.
Absolutely.
But do you think that
what we know about Hunter Biden, do you think people like Mitt Romney and you would get anybody if you won the Senate and the House decided to go with impeachment just based on the things that we know,
do you think there's more to be found there and it would be enough to impeach Joe Biden?
Yes, I think it would.
And here's the interesting thing, Go ahead.
Wait, wait, not just to impeach.
Wait, wait.
I do want to make sure I'm clear on this.
Not just impeach, but remove.
That's another question.
I do think that the evidence is clearly there.
And I think what if we have these hearings in the House with Hunter Biden, and by the way, it's interesting to note, Glenn, the left, I think, overreached as they often do.
Because remember, there was an individual named Steve Bannon who was just charged with contempt of Congress.
So what happens when the House calls Hunter Biden next year and he refuses to show up?
I mean, you've got a problem there if you are on the political left.
But my view is this has always been not a story about the hookers, about the cocaine, about the drug abuse.
And it's not even been a story just about Ukraine and Russia.
For me, it's always been about espionage and about the fact that Chinese intelligence has their claws into this family.
And all you have to do is is look at, very simply, the four businessmen that Hunter Biden received tens of millions of dollars from in China.
They're all directly linked to the highest levels of Chinese intelligence.
And that ain't a coincidence.
And by the way, it would have been pretty easy for Hunter Biden to discover who these individuals are.
We were able to do it based on public records.
He could have done the same thing.
So the point is, that puts it into a different category.
The problem that you have with elected officials like Mitt Romney is they really do view
high elected office as a club.
And I understand, Glenn, you want to have camaraderie, right?
You want to try to get along with people.
You want to try to have a sense of common purpose, but you can't gloss over major crimes and major security threats.
That club thing is ridiculous.
If Rush Limbaugh would have been corrupt and doing all kinds of things that would hurt our country, every talk radio host in America would have turned on him.
Would have turned on him.
Yeah, and the reason, and the reason is, by the way, is because by him doing that, it would have been horrible for the club.
Exactly right.
That's the way that Mitt Romney, unfortunately, does not see it.
So, yes, I do believe that there's going to be grounds there.
I think for Anthony Fauci,
the question, and I, you know, it talked about this a little bit in the red-handed, let's just try to get to the bottom of this question of where this virus that shut down our country, that killed a million people, where it actually came from.
And what we know for a fact is that Fauci, very early on, immediately jumped in, not as a scientist or as a medical professional.
They wouldn't do that, as a bureaucrat, and immediately declared, no, no, no, this had to be naturally occurring.
This is not allowed.
I mean, he immediately killed that.
He needs to stand before the American people and explain why, because here's here's a guy who has declared himself as science.
So you explain to us why,
and we need to get to the origins of this.
To this point, right now, here today, Glenn, as we are talking, going back to 2020 when the virus started, there has not been a single congressional hearing in the House of Representatives on the origins of the COVID virus.
There hasn't been one in the Senate either.
That is shocking to me, shocking to me.
If you view this as a war, almost a million Americans have died we've had this huge damage to our civil liberties and to our economy and nobody in responsibility in Washington wants to know how this war started or who's responsible it's ridiculous so I hope they make that a priority and Anthony Fauci needs to answer questions under oath not rushed not with a five-minute rule but very specific questions he needs to answer about why he tried to cover this up because you'll notice Glenn the conversation is shifting.
A lot of people are coming out of the woodwork now and saying there is mounting evidence that we've talked about all along that this was man-made and created in a lab.
More with Peter Schweizer here in just a second.
If you haven't read Red Handed, you need to.
All of the people in Washington that are just taking money from our enemies.
It needs to be stopped.
We'll talk to Peter Schweizer a little bit more.
I've got two questions on Joe Biden that I think are disturbing coming up in just a second.
American Financing, NMLS, 1-82334, www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org.
So there's a lot more to a mortgage refinance than just a lower rate.
It is an opportunity to access your home's equity.
Now,
you have probably more equity in it than you had three years ago, and that equity is going to go down as your home price falls down.
Now, this can be used to fund home improvements.
I would really recommend you pay off any high-interest credit cards before the rates rise yet again, and they're going to continue to go up.
All of these things are possible when you give American Financing a call.
Please call them.
American Financing, it's a family-run,
family-values kind of company.
I've been in business with them for probably 15 years.
American Financing will do right by you, and they don't take kickbacks from the banks and all of the people that are on the team that are going to answer your phone call.
They're salaried.
Nobody gets bonuses for getting a new person on the line.
So call 800-906-2440.
They really want to do right by you and put you in a situation to where you can weather the coming storms.
800-906-2440, AmericanFinancing.net, 10-second station ID.
So, Peter, I find it amazing that we haven't had time to look into, you know, the
laptop of Hunter Biden.
The FBI just has not had the time to do that.
They haven't had the time to finish the Durham report.
And yet, boy, they arrested a couple of people who were accused of stealing
Joe Biden's daughter's
diary, which they said wasn't real for a very long time.
And I'm all for putting people in jail who stole something.
They shouldn't have stolen it.
However, that is disturbing if you know what was inside of that diary.
Yeah, and look, I mean, nobody obviously knows exactly
if this is her diary.
I mean, I haven't done any forensic work on it.
Maybe other people have.
But again, it goes back to this larger issue, Glenn, which is he's president of the United States.
His family is engaged in these financial relationships with Chinese officials who are linked to the CCP.
And now there's a document floating around that may or may not be accurate that apparently has some very salacious, damaging things to Joe Biden.
You know, are foreign intelligence agencies aware of this?
Do they have copies of this?
Has this been used as leverage against Joe Biden?
I mean, these are the kinds of questions that used to be asked during the Cold War.
You know, we we have an entire counterintelligence apparatus that is supposed to look into this stuff and explore it.
And yet it's sort of head-in-the-sand kind of mindset in Washington, D.C.
It doesn't matter what the vulnerabilities or the possible points of leverage that foreign intelligence services have on this president, we're just going to pretend they don't exist.
And that's the part that is truly shocking to me.
And you're quite right.
The priorities of the FBI when when it comes to these issues, I know for a fact, because it's been reported back in 2020 that Tony Bobolinski shared his materials with the FBI.
There's no evidence, and I have it on pretty good authority, that nothing has been done with that material.
And now you have this FBI official who reportedly the whistleblowers identified as slow walking or suppressing the investigation of Hunter Biden.
The reporting's been, Glenn, is that he resigned and he's retiring and he's getting his pension.
I mean, you know, that's the
sick what's going on.
And could I mention a name that nobody's heard for a while?
Durham.
Where the hell is the Durham report?
Yep, the Durham report and also the Hunter Biden grand jury.
And, you know, what could be going on is, again, they violated it, you know, in blazing glory with the Trump raid.
But the DOJ has had this policy that
90 days or so before an election, you're not going to come out with something that's damaged.
That may be what's going on with the grand jury because I do have some people that are aware of what's going on and that seems to be there's been a lot of activity.
They're kind of quieting things down.
But again, what people are looking for, Glenn, is consistency.
If you're going to have a 90-day rule, it should apply to a grand jury.
It should apply to the Durham investigation.
It should also apply to major FBI
operations where they show up with guns and the media is present in these dramatic raids.
And it's the inconsistency, the fact that the different rules apply to different people in the same circumstances, which is, I think, what has angered people the most and has made people very distraught about the course that our country has now been on for a while.
Trevor Burrus, Jr.: With the amount of money that our government is spending now, Peter, and I know this is really what you've been,
this is what started you on so many of these journeys, was the waste and the corruption of our public funds.
I really think when somebody looks into all the connections and where our money has gone in Ukraine, my gut tells me it is a massive scandal waiting to be uncovered.
But
with the amount of money that we're spending,
the amount of money that can be being funneled into dark kinds of things is astounding.
It is.
There are numbers with lots of zeros at the end.
Lots more zeros than you and I are ever going to see or that a large number of people in Texas together are ever going to see.
Yeah, it's a huge problem.
And look, when it comes to Ukraine, in my mind, it's really possible to believe two things at the same time.
Number one, Vladimir Putin is an aggressor that has moved into neighboring Ukraine and he's created this humanitarian crisis.
And number two, the Ukrainian government is corrupt.
And we are going to pour billions of dollars in there that is going to end up in overseas accounts.
We know Zelensky's already done this.
This has been done by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists.
They got access to overseas bank accounts that government officials have had that have been arranged through shell companies.
Zelensky has some of those.
We know that the people that backed Zelensky coming to power, particularly an oligarch named Kolomoyski, is deeply corrupt and has been implicated in siphoning off billions of dollars of USAID.
So what you're saying is already happening and it's a tragedy.
Peter Schweizer, thank you so much.
We'll talk to you again.
Peterschweizer.com and grab his book, Red Handed,
or listen to the podcast, The Drill Down.
Peter Schweizer.
Back in a minute.
The Glenn Bach program.
How would you like to take, I don't know, 10, 15 years off of your appearance and without having to go under the knife and get work done to accomplish it?
That's what people report when they use GenuCell products.
Now, I've been talking to you about Genucell for years, and that's because it really works.
My wife and my mom both use Genucell.
They love it.
We give it for gifts all the time.

Boy, America, you need to know the truth on how oppressed Lizzo really is.
She's very oppressed, and I'm going to expose that oppression next.
This episode is brought to you by Progressive Insurance.
Do you ever find yourself playing the budgeting game?
Well, with the name Your Price tool from Progressive, you can find options that fit your budget and potentially lower your bills.

Now, not everybody is up on their
Lizzo
rap, if you will.
But
I'm, you know,
I'm from the mean streets, just...
just west of South Lake, which is weird.
West of South Lake, what's that?
But it's their mean streets.
Mean.
Mean, mean streets.
Ugly.
And I have to tell you.
You're going to be a hardened criminal to survive out there.
Wow, you ain't kidding.
And everybody's all up in everybody's physicial, physicial,
all up in that area.
In that entire vicinity.
I'm worried about the oppression of Lizzo.
You know, she just won a, I don't know, MTV Music Award, which who knew that was still something.
And
she's won that music award and immediately great too.
Oh,
wow.
Man, I can understand why she's a big celebrity.
She is a big celebrity.
Huge, huge one.
But she's oppressed.
And I just would like to point out to her, you cannot claim oppression if you made money on this.
Where the hell, my phone?
Where the hell, my phone?
Where the hell, my, where the hell, my phone, huh?
How I'm supposed to get home?
Uh, where the hell, my phone?
Where the hell, my phone?
Where the hell, my, where the hell, my phone?
I mean, she made money.
Okay, 215, the lights come out.
How is she supposed to get home without her phone?
I mean, how is she supposed to get home without her phone?
Well, they found her phone.
They found her phone.
Yeah, she thought it was.
She actually, it was tragic.
They thought it was a tumor there for a while, but it had fallen in.
It was an old flip phone.
She lost it years ago, and it went into one of the folds of fat along with a cheese sandwich.
And it just kind of
looked like a tumor, but when they removed it, they were like, ah,
found your phone.
So.
Now, was that before or after she released the song?
I hate to think it was an inauthentic.
No,
she didn't know.
Oh, she didn't know at the time.
She didn't know.
You don't get warnings like that, you know, that, oh my gosh, you have a tumor.
Wait, no, it's a phone and a cheese sandwich.
Now, I will say this,
Glenn, you seem to be making some reference to her weight being excessive in some way.
It's beautiful.
And first of all, we should note that both of us are
Adonis type figures, and it's difficult for us to understand people who can't control their eating.
I don't remember.
I do not remember.
I was sitting on my couch last night having a bag of chips
and dip and thinking to myself, that very thing.
I don't understand people who can't control their eating.
It's kind of disgusting to me, you know, as a person with such immense self-control.
I find it personally revolting to see people who are even the slightest bit overweight.
Me, too.
I just don't understand it.
I hate it.
But I am told that Lizzo does work out.
She teaches a Peloton class.
She teaches.
Teaches a Peloton class.
Peloton.
Now, if you remember, there was the time.
I did not think that metal was that strong.
I really didn't.
Right.
And this is, first of all, should be a commercial for Peloton.
You say, hey, if they ran the commercials and said, hey, Lizzo teaches a class, it holds her up.
Right.
It's obviously very sturdy.
That would be a good ad campaign.
Where's the seat go?
That's that's let's move on.
Let me go to.
I think we should note that, remember, Peloton got criticized because they put a very attractive woman on a bike.
Yeah.
And she was, she was, uh,
she got it as a present.
And they, and everyone criticized them for that.
And no one criticized them for for having Lizzo teach classes.
Could it possibly be that this is part of the reason their stock is down 85%?
Yes, because there you go.
Thank you for making the point.
Oppression.
Oppression.
Let me go to Justin Haskins, who is joining us.
He is the co-author of the great book still available called The Great Reset.
He is also the Heartland Institute editorial director in stoppingsocialism.com, and he has been working with several teams around the country trying to stop ESG.
There is some new research out that is really
quite disturbing about our public pension funds.
And we welcome Justin now.
Hi, Justin.
Hi, Glenn.
How are you?
Good.
Well, I haven't lost a phone and a cheese sandwich in any of my folds lately, so I'm pretty good.
No, you know,
I just got to say, this whole lead-in to this ESG pension discussion featuring Lizzo is, I've never had that happen before.
This is
a radio hall of famer.
Exactly right.
Exactly right.
A lot of the audience goes for chiropractic adjustments from the whiplash that they get on this program.
Anyway, so tell me what's happening with the pension funds because we've been worried about
BlackRock and all of those guys, but the pension funds
are showing something really truly remarkable.
Yeah, that's right.
There is this incredible study put out by Morningstar, which is a financial services company that actually supports ESG.
So they're not on our side of this issue at all.
And what they did was they looked at public pension funds.
Those are pension funds that are funded by taxpayers, directly or indirectly.
So if you're listening to the show right now, you have contributed.
It's very likely you have contributed to one of these pension funds.
And what they did was they looked to see how these pension funds were voting in ESG shareholder shareholder resolutions.
So when companies have an ESG resolution that comes up,
a corporation,
if you own stock in that company, and that includes pension funds, you can vote in favor or against these shareholder resolutions.
And these ESG resolutions are usually favoring very far left-wing causes, okay?
like battling climate change or misinformation on social media platforms, things like that.
And what they did was they looked at pension funds to see how they were voting.
And what they found was that in 90% of the vote,
90% of the time, public pension funds were voting in favor of these ESG-related resolutions.
Okay, now wait a minute.
I just want to put this into perspective here.
So this is your public pension fund.
You have any kind of pension that you're getting from the state or whatever, a teacher, whatever.
These are your public pension funds.
They're voting 90% of the time with ESG.
The ESG focused funds, so the ones where people are like, I want ESG, I'm intentionally putting my money there, I believe in all this, are only voting with ESG standards and all that crap 85%,
85%.
So your regular pension fund is outdoing the ESG
funds on ESG.
Yeah.
Yeah, that's exactly right.
And some of the biggest champions of ESG that get all of the press, and rightly so, like BlackRock and State Street Global Advisors, they're at 74% and 66%, respectively, for those two asset management companies.
So publicly funded pension funds but from taxpayers are far more likely to support ESG than even BlackRock or State Street or, like you said, an ESG fund.
So and this isn't a small amount of money either.
In just the states that were covered in the study, which are not all the states because of availability of data, it was 14 million workers covered through these pension funds with 3.4 trillion, trillion with a T assets under management.
So they're using trillions of dollars in assets in order to promote left-wing causes.
And it's not just in Democrat-run states.
It's all over the country that this is happening.
Now, Democratic states are worse.
Their pension funds, 98 times out of 100, they're voting with ESG.
Split state pensions are 85, but it only goes to 80 with Republican states.
Yeah, that's right.
The red states, according to this study, are
eight times out of 10 voting in favor of these ESG metrics.
And to give you an example of an actual shareholder resolution that some of these supposedly freedom champions of freedom are voting in favor of in red states.
There was an ESG resolution put up for Facebook, now Meta, that was trying to battle misinformation, okay, and make it extremely difficult for misinformation to be allowed on the platform.
Now, of course, everything you and I believe, Glenn, is misinformation, according to Facebook.
We already know this, right?
So this resolution comes up for a vote.
And among among the many pension funds that voted in favor of this, the vast majority of them voted in favor of it, of the many pension funds that voted in favor of this resolution with Facebook, you had the Florida retirement system,
the Employees Retirement System of Texas, the teacher retirement system of Texas, the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System, the Nebraska Investment Council, the North Dakota State Investment Board, et cetera.
So in all of these red states, some of them deep red states like Nebraska and North Dakota, where Republicans have a 30-something point advantage in some of these places, they are voting in favor of silencing people on Facebook.
Think about how insane that is.
It's insane.
Okay, so what do people do about this?
How do we stop this?
The primary way to stop it is to get state governments to put policies into place either through executive action or ideally through the state legislature.
Through the legislature, please.
Yeah, we're not going to promote ESG causes in the state using publicly funded dollars.
It's not going to happen.
There are several, there are many states,
two dozen states or so that have been looking at this issue, that are trying to put laws into place.
Some places have done some of this, like in West Virginia.
I know you've had Riley Moore on a bunch of times.
They've done a lot of good stuff there.
In Utah, Marlowe Oaks.
Texas has actually passed a law on this, a limited law.
And Florida recently, Governor DeSantis came out and said, no more of this in the state of Florida.
We're done doing this in the state of Florida.
He's good.
He is so good.
Oh, he's very good on this issue, and he's taking the lead on it nationally, and that's exactly what we need.
We need someone like Ron DeSantis taking the lead.
So that's what needs to happen.
But it's only happening in a handful of states right now.
And even in some of those states, they're only focused on the E in ESG.
They're only focused on stuff related to energy and oil and natural gas and climate change and all of that stuff.
And that's important.
But what about silencing people on Facebook?
Where's the law preventing that?
States are not doing enough on that issue.
And the S and the G is what's going to get the average person.
I mean, the E is going to cause all kinds of energy problems.
And I mean, it is why.
Have you seen what's happening in
England with their energy costs?
You know,
they didn't take that Trump pause with the Paris Accords.
So they're ahead of us.
But
what's happening over in England is outrageous, outrageous.
And that is going to affect all of us.
Look, this will impoverish all of us.
If your goal, your stated goal is you will own nothing by 2030.
How are you going to get the Western world that was built on ownership, how are you going to make that happen in seven years?
You have to make it so you can't own anything.
You'll be impoverished.
They'll take it from you.
You'll have to sell stuff.
They'll sick the IRS off onto you.
You won't have anything left.
And that's by design.
It's got to stop.
It's got to stop.
Yeah, without a doubt.
And the genius of, in a very sort of evil, maniacal way, the genius of the great reset, which is what you're describing, is that in America and in places where we have constitutional protections in place to prevent the government from doing these kinds of things to us, you now have government working hand in hand with private corporations and businesses who are not beholden to those same rules and constitutional guidelines.
who are now doing the dirty work on behalf of the government in order to limit people's rights.
And this is, stories are coming out about this literally every single day.
In fact, just yesterday on theblaze.com, I saw a story, just browsing the website, I saw a story that was titled, New York Lawmakers Ask MasterCard and American Express to flag gun store purchases.
That is the great reset.
That's what it is.
They want MasterCard and they want American Express and other credit card companies and other servicers to do the dirty work for the government because the government can't get these laws passed.
It's terrifying.
Thank you so much.
Justin, we are making huge inroads on this, though, don't you think?
Without a doubt, we have seen more progress on this issue in the past six, probably eight to ten months, than we've seen in the previous 20 years.
Yeah, it's remarkable.
It's a huge inroad.
It's remarkable.
And much the thanks to
you and the research that you did for the book, The Great Reset.
Great Reset is available everywhere.
It's my latest.
Justin is my co-author.
And it is a remarkable look at what is all true.
By the way, we are not even allowed to say the words The Great Reset on YouTube.
Can't say those words.
Mr.
Brilliant Radio Hall of Fame here named his book after it.
Now he can't even say the title of his own book.
So here's what I would suggest.
You get the book while you still can get the book.
The Great great reset available everywhere.
And there you have it.
Another example of why Glenn Beck is in the Radio Hall of Fame.
He's not in the author's Hall of Fame, let's be clear.
Pam wrote in about her dog's experience with Rough Greens.
She said, Winston, my six-year-old Shelty, is a picky eater.
I've been very impressed because he will pick the dry food with rough greens over his wet food any day.
And that's saying a lot.
It would take him two days to eat a cup of dry food before.
Now he gobbles it down.
and he's been on the product now for three weeks.
I'm so happy.
Well, Pam, you watch.
I mean, it was for me the first thing, only thing really I wanted out of it was that my dog would eat.
My dog wolfs it down as well.
But wait until you start seeing the changes over the months with your dog.
They're remarkable.

Oh man, this is so good.
Once again, count them.
How many times do you hear stories like this?
A new one from CNN.
Mealworms cooked in sugar may be the perfect ingredient for carnivores and others looking for meaty, protein-rich, and sustainable seasoning.
Oh, I've always wanted my seasoning to be meaty.
Researchers
are hoping that soon you'll be hearing, would you like some mealworm powder to help season your food at the dinner table soon?
This is the American Chemical Society's fall meeting.
The research that is happening now in Korea is a response to the dietary demands of a growing global population and the looming climate crisis.
Everybody's going to be eating bugs.
Yay!
Well,
it'll be something to do because we won't have any electricity or anything to be able to do absolutely anything except bow to our overlords.
By the way, we have Alex Epstein on with us.
He is the author of a great book called Fossil Future.
He's joining us next.
It is time to seriously
consider how prepared you are for financial hard times.
Because believe me, they're already here.
I've been saying this for 20 years, and this is the first time in my career with Stu, because I hired Stu to be a skeptic.
I hired him because he's a good balance for me.
He's like, okay, all right, no Scradamas, slow down.
But the things that are going on now are actually frightening you now.
You're not frightening.
You're starting to say, I think I should be much more prepared than I am.
Yeah, no, I think you should be prepared anyway because you can't predict every little thing that's coming around the corner.
But the more and more this stuff happens, the further down this road you need to be.
So believe me, that bad times are here.

Let's go to Alex Epstein, who is with us now.
He is the author of Fossil Future.
Hello, Alex.
How are you?
Hey, Glenn, great to be back.
I have to tell you, I've been waiting for weeks for this interview
because you are the guy.
You not only, in your new book, you not only give us the way out, what we should be doing, but you're actually describing what's coming.
It's insanity to
cut our legs off before we have another chair.
You know what I mean?
We are turning off all of our energy supply, and it can't be done this way.
I mean, one thing I talk about throughout Fossil Future is this phenomenon of fossil fuel benefit denial.
We hear a lot about climate change denial, but the real denial is the huge benefits benefits of fossil fuels, which provide 80% of the world's energy in a world that needs far more energy.
And yet we're talking about rapidly eliminating fossil fuels without any evidence of a viable replacement.
And that has been the insane strategy that you're talking about.
Yeah,
go through some of the benefits of, because everybody's like, oh, fossil fuels, okay, I get it.
Petroleum.
So you get your cars.
Yeah, I mean, the real benefit of of fossil fuels, as I talk about in chapter 4, is a livable world.
I mean, people talk about, oh, I'm worried that fossil fuels would make the world unlivable.
But you have to recognize first that fossil fuels are the only reason why the world is livable as you know it.
So the world naturally is a very deficient and dangerous place.
It's very low on resources and it's very high on threats.
We, in what I call the empowered world, experience the world as an abundant and safe place, but that is a very unnatural phenomenon.
Specifically, it's a phenomenon of being able to use machines to radically expand and amplify our productive abilities.
So, expand means we can produce things using machines powered by low-cost, reliable energy that we simply can't do with our physical bodies, like provide an incubator that can save a baby's life.
And then we also amplify our abilities.
We can do things like run a carbine harvester that can reap and thresh a thousand times more wheat than a really good manual laborer can.
So, we only exist in this abundant and safe world by the grace of all of these machines doing work for us.
And that only works to the extent energy is cost effective, which means low-cost, reliable, versatile, meaning being able to power any type of machine, and scalable.
So providing energy for billions of people in thousands of places.
And what we're seeing with this energy crisis is when you make energy less cost effective, everything becomes less cost-effective.
And you see Europe afraid of winter, which is an embarrassment, and you you see real threats of starvation around the world.
Now, people you hear in America will say, well, it's not going to happen here.
That's just because Europe screwed up somehow, and I don't want to think past that.
They actually just didn't take the pause on the Paris Climate Accords, right?
So they're just a little ahead of us.
Yeah, well, nobody is following the Paris Climate Accords.
In a certain sense, we are following it more than they are, but nobody is really following it in terms of rapidly eliminating CO2 emissions.
But this is what's scary, is that the net zero agenda has maybe had 1% to 2% success in terms of slowing the growth of fossil fuels.
Because fossil fuels are still growing around the world, mostly in
underdeveloped places that are less restrictive.
But in general, fossil fuels are still growing, but they're shrinking in what I call the empowered world, the freer parts of the world.
And even that is causing an energy crisis because energy is so important and it's so desperately needed.
So people don't really understand what it means not to have energy.
Over in, I think it was Scotland,
Amazon and Microsoft shut down some server farms because they just couldn't get the enough electricity.
We are a...
a country and a civilization that is reliant on our technology, not just our engines, but also our technology.
And if you don't have the power, you can't keep it at today's standards.
But I don't know if anybody's noticed this.
What's happening in the technological world is only getting bigger
and more invasive in our lives, not smaller.
We need more electricity in the future, not less.
For sure.
So this is something I talk about in chapter five of Fossil Future, which includes talking about, you know, it's an expanding pie in terms of the need for energy.
The biggest reason is just most people are very energy poor in the world.
We have 6 billion out of 8 billion people who use an amount of energy that you and I would consider unacceptable.
We have 3 billion people using less electricity per person than a typical American refrigerator.
We have a third of the world using wood and animal dung as their primary fuel for heating and cooking.
So we have that.
But then
as you're pointing out, the parts of the world even that are empowered, we're finding new ways to use energy.
And particularly in the realm of information technology, we have rapid growth.
And
what you're finding with some of these tech companies, it's really tragic or in a certain sense shameful, is they are huge consumers of electricity who are rightly using more electricity, and yet they're huge boosters of the idea that we can get off fossil fuels rapidly.
And one way they do this that's particularly insidious that I talk about in chapter six on alternatives is they claim to be 100% renewable.
And the literal way they do do this is they pay grids to give them credit for everyone else's solar and wind and to give everyone else the blame for their coal, gas, and nuclear.
So this is really shameful.
And it's promoting all the wrong ideas, even though the world needs more energy and their exhibit A of why.
Trevor Burrus: Can you talk a little bit about, I mean, the problem with our information system that we have now where people believe global warming is a catastrophe.
And yet we have more information now or access to more information than ever before.
Yeah, I have a term I coined called knowledge system to really capture the set of institutions.
We often call it the media, but that's too much of a simplification.
The set of institutions that are designed to give us expert knowledge and guidance.
And I think one key thing is that you have these different phases by which knowledge is acquired and transmitted.
And so there's the research phase.
But we don't just get things from the research.
The research needs to be synthesized by institutions and then disseminated.
And then ultimately, we evaluate what do we do about it.
And with something like climate, what you see is the actual research has quite a few biases,
but that research, even as it exists today, in no way justifies this idea of climate catastrophe and certainly in no way justifies the idea of rapidly eliminating fossil fuels and replacing them specifically with unreliable solar and wind.
And yet we get this narrative that, oh, the scientists say we need to get off fossil fuels and replace them with 100% renewable.
That doesn't follow at all.
And so what's happening is we are getting a distortion from what I call the knowledge system.
The institutions we're trusting to get expert knowledge, they're distorting the actual state of the research to the point where we're being told that fossil fuels have no benefits and yet reality is proving they have huge benefits and losing those benefits is catastrophic.
Alex,
put this on
I mean, you've been warning about this for a long time.
Put this on what's coming in some sort of scale that people can understand.
What is life like in 2030 if we continue down this path?
What's it like in 2024, 26 if we continue down this path?
I think there are two versions of this that we need to contemplate.
One is less realistic and one is more realistic.
So the less realistic one is the one where we all pursue anything resembling net zero, where we all seek to reduce our emissions without a viable replacement.
And certainly there's nothing resembling a viable replacement by 2030, particularly because you're basically not allowed to build nuclear now.
So
if everyone did that, it would be like much, much, much more extreme than what Europe is experiencing right now.
And you're just seeing it, you know, their power bills are going up by a factor of four.
All these shops are shutting down.
You just see the whole economy crash because it's interdependent.
And energy is the industry that powers every other industry.
So the price price of energy determines the price of everything.
So you just see prices skyrocketing and things crashing.
So there's that happening on a global scale everywhere.
But the reason I say it's unrealistic is, let me ask you, do you think China's going to participate in this, Glenn?
No.
Do you think China's going to rapidly lift?
No, they're going to.
Is Russia going to?
No.
They're going to love this.
They'll be providing oil for any country that is not adopting this insanity.
And so this is one of the things I warn about in chapter 11 of the book,
which I call unilateral disempowerment, which Europe is exhibiting right now, which means the freer countries decide, hey, we're going to restrict our emissions,
we're going to lower our fossil fuel use.
But what happens then is you empower often the less free places like China and Russia.
And China in particular loves using huge amounts of coal to produce huge amounts of unreliable solar and wind that then ruin our economy and our way of life.
Like that's great for their ambition of becoming a global superpower by 2049.
So that's what I think is the most realistic is that we kind of sacrifice unilaterally and we make ourselves much less secure, much more dependent on powers that do not wish us well and that are not pro-freedom.
Tell me what we lose besides freedom.
Tell me what the average person's life, how is this going to impact?
How is this going to change their life?
Well, I would just ask, have you ever been really poor?
Yes, he has, Alex.
He has.
I've seen it.
I've seen it in action.
I have.
No, I'm just saying, like,
you know, most of us even who have had success have had periods where we didn't have much money.
I've certainly had that in my life.
And, like, it will be much, much worse than that.
I mean, this is the thing, because you have the element of just becoming much poorer, which people experience even with modest rises in gasoline prices.
You cannot afford as much.
But part of it's not just, so it's this combination of you become poorer, but also you are in a society that is disintegrating and so what you're like look at Sri Lanka and other places where you have these riots What happens is the decline is not this just smooth thing where okay I made a hundred thousand dollars and now I make sixty thousand it is chaos.
I mean you just look around the world every time you have these fuel price crises It is it is chaos and it's not like America is in a particularly stable state right now politically
that we don't this is not what we we need.
Now, the nice thing is we have all the physical resources in the world to produce enough energy for a lot of people to have a good life.
Like this is totally a political, I mean it's cultural beneath that, but it's a political phenomenon.
So we can produce a lot more fossil fuel.
We can produce nuclear energy.
We can pursue what I call energy freedom.
And that's a lot of my work right now, besides, you know, making clear this idea of a fossil future is promoting energy freedom policies so that we can get there and also get to new alternatives.
So I only have about a minute left, and I want to ask you about your energy freedom because you're saying, let us build nuclear power.
Let us, you know, real promising alternatives.
Let's
release the hounds here.
Let us do our work.
Chances of that, I mean, I'm starting to see people love nuclear energy more than I've ever seen it since I was a kid.
I know.
That's an exciting development.
So, reality, you know, this crisis, they're helping us open people's minds.
If people want to check this out, go to alexepstein.substack.com and you'll see near the top the energy freedom platform.
I should say, you know, I used to have no influence at all on DC, and now I work with something like 300 staffers on policy in different ways.
So I'm optimistic that there's a real appetite for a new energy policy that gives us all the energy we need in the present and promotes the positive evolution of energy going forward.
Alex, thank you so much.
Thanks for all of your hard work.
Founder and president of the Center for Industrial Progress and the author of a great new book.
It's called Fossil Fuel.
Oh, sorry, Fossil Future, the real story on energy that no one else will tell you about.
And it is important that you hear it so you know what's going on.
Alex Epstein.
All right.
What do you know about the Fed?
The Federal Reserve,
biggest bank in the country, basically, one that Congress first created, then handed all of our power over for them to create money.
And it's a bank.
It's a private institution.
It's not a government thing.
Does this sound like a bad idea?
Turns out, yeah, it was.
Today's inflation is eroding our money's purchasing power, and it's going to continue that as long as the tax and spend politicians and the Fed keep printing more money.
You need to understand how the Fed and how inflation works.
I listen to these people in Washington, D.C.
They don't even have a clue as what causes inflation.
No idea.
You have to know, and there's never a better time to teach your kids about it as well.
Tuttle Twins.
I called the Tuttle Twins people and I asked them if they would make this available one more time.
Tuttle Twins and the Creature from Jekyll Island.
It's a kids' book, but honestly, you'll read it.
And unless you've read The Creature from Jekyll Island, you're going to learn a ton in this.
It explains where the Fed came from, how it works, how it contributes to inflation, what inflation is, and how to fight it.
And it's great for adults and kids, but it's a kids' book.

All right, this isn't good.
One of China's largest developers said the country's property market has tumbled into a severe depression.
Using some of the strongest language yet to describe the year-long downturn and the financial pain that it has caused, Country Garden Holdings, for which years ranked as China's top real estate developer by contracted sales, reported a 96%
drop in first half profit after selling a third fewer homes than it did a year ago.
You know, it's really weird.
We think about buying homes.
It's not like buying a home in China.
You go to a state-run bank and you get a loan for a house.
Then you go out and you look for a contractor and you're making, you don't.
When you sign on the house for them to do it, you're making the payments and it might be five years before you get that house.
The problem with this has been is these contractors have gone under and there are no houses.
And so you have millions of people in China going, wait a minute, I've paid five years and the banks aren't paying anybody back.
There's nobody, you know, and that's the Communist Party.
No one's paying these people back.
There is no money, they say.
Well, there is no house either.
This is exactly what happened with Volkswagen in Germany.
And Volkswagen after the war was in a legal fight, I think until like 1963 or 65, trying to get people's money back because there was a savings plan.
You just contribute X number of dollars to Volkswagen every single paycheck and you're going to get the people's car.
Well, unfortunately, a little guy named Hitler decided that Volkswagen wasn't going to make those cars.
He was going to make the war machine and use that money to make the war war machine.
So, after the war was over, so many Germans went and had a class action lawsuit.
Well, you're not doing that in China, you're not doing that.
What causes a man to stand in front of a tank?
That's one thing.
What causes hundreds of thousands of people to stand in front of a tank?
Well, this
they have no money.
China, their housing market is now in a depression.

Hey, welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
Tonight, on my Wednesday night special, The Emerging Parallel Economy.
Blurring of government and big tech and big finance, the left-wing ideology has created this woke industrial complex, and it's a complex that does not tolerate any kind of dissent.
It is,
it's a religion.
You play ball, or you will go and stand in front of the Grand Inquisitor and all of the cheering crowd as they dissect you.
It is insane left-wing crusade.
It's continuing, and if it continues at this current pace, half the country will soon be locked out of the economy.
So what are we going to do about it?
Well, dollars and dissent, countering woke destruction with a new economy.
That's tonight at 9 p.m.
only on Blaze TV.
And if you think it's crazy that, you know, oh, you're going to lock them out of the economy.
California legislature just passed a bill that will punish doctors and other medical professionals for spreading purportedly false information about COVID-19 vaccines and treatments.
Why is this happening now?
Why is this happening now?
Because I don't think this is about COVID-19 vaccines
and treatments.
This is a doorway.
So wait a minute.
So if my doctor says, listen, I don't trust
that COVID-19 vaccine, I wouldn't take it.
You know what?
I'm going to recommend you do this.
They can lose their license.
So we have the state
telling you or telling your doctor what he can or cannot say about a product that the state is a co-owner in.
That's not good.
I want to give you just a little refresher course
on our founder, 1798, I think, is the Sedition Act.
Sedition Act was finally pulled and found invalid,
but it caused a real
a real problem and a real debate the first time it was introduced.
Now, Now, Woodrow Wilson brought it up again, but the first time it was used was during our second president, John Adams.
And
so the debate became: wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute.
Just because they're saying something about the state, or you, Mr.
Adams, or you, Mr.
Jefferson,
you think that the First Amendment doesn't allow you to
have those charges brought up against you?
Well, but these people know it's not true.
So, this amazing debate happened.
I invite you to look this up.
The debate was all around whether or not the state has a right to tell you what's true and what is not.
And the founders came to a place to where they said, and I'm practically quoting, if you can help me remember this at Alstu, but I'm practically quoting where they said, Look, if a person decides he's just going to be the worst person in the world and he has no scruples,
no moorings to anything ethical or moral, and he decides to make up the worst things that are known lies and he knows it,
we cannot
say
that he gets jail time or he needs to be shut up because of why?
Do you remember Stu?
Because the government can't be the arbiter of truth.
Why?
Because the government could be at the other end of a claim, right?
And then if they're the ones that are determining the truth, then you can't accuse them of anything because they can always say, well, my side is right.
Correct.
So you can't put it in their hands.
And they went as far as saying, look,
this is like if you have, and
they talked about it in their time because Adams and Jefferson went at each other.
And so the Democrats and the Whigs were at each other's throats, just like now.
And uh Whigs, not a huge presence these days, but I know what you're saying.
Yeah, so they were they were at each other's throats, and they said, Look, in a situation like we're in right now, where it's 50-50, and one side doesn't believe the other side,
you put something on trial to decide what's true.
What happens if you get all Whigs in there, or a majority of Whigs, or you get a majority of Democrats?
They're not going to be able to give a fair trial because they see the truth differently.
Now, think of this.
Having a trial for anybody in Washington, D.C., anyone who is a Trump supporter in Washington, D.C., are you going to get a fair trial?
I don't think so.
That's why the government can't decide truth.
They can play no role in that.
California is deciding what the truth is.
Now, California has been at some of the center of squashing the truth and lying to you.
They're using COVID-19
as an example of that they should be the ones that tell you what's true and what's not.
California, don't even recognize, I don't even recognize sanity with you anymore.
There's no logic to this at all.
But warning,
it is coming.
It's coming in California.
And if California adopts something, wait until you see how many others do.
By the way,
another story on this.
I was sued,
how many years ago, Stu?
You had to tarrow it down.
I was sued like 10 years ago for something that I knew
was true because I had the documents from a source inside of Washington.
And this was a very, very credible source.
And he was in the position to know what was true and what was not in Homeland Security because it all went through his hands.
But he couldn't be outed.
So I couldn't say who it was.
And I asked him several times, will you please testify?
I can't or I lose the access.
So I can't.
Okay.
So I took it.
But I had the documents and they were not redacted.
And I went to the judge and I said, these are the documents.
And she said, well, how did you get them?
And I said, from a source.
Who's your source?
I can't tell you that.
Then we can't tell you if these documents are right or not.
I said, then tell the government to produce these documents.
We had like six White House attorneys show up at the next hearing.
Six.
I had one.
Six.
And they told the judge to her face, we're not giving you these documents.
They're privileged documents.
We're not giving you these documents.
She said, well, you're going to turn them over.
And they said, no, we're not.
And they left.
It was over.
And then they didn't produce the documents.
And so she calls them again and says, you are going to produce these documents.
So they did.
300 pages fully redacted.
You could have the ifs, the ands, the buts, but almost everything else.
I mean,
it made Donald Trump's affidavit look like the encyclopedia.
And what was interesting about that is it wasn't like they were hiding what was in the documents because you had the unredacted documents.
Correct.
So, like, it was just all they needed to do was confirm whether these were real or not.
And they intentionally redacted everything so you couldn't tell.
I even went to the judge or my attorney did and said, okay, see on the bottom of the lens, see how it says page, you know, three, 301?
Okay, turn to page 301.
Notice the ands, the ifs, the buts are all in exactly the same place.
What are the odds of that?
Wouldn't accept it.
You cannot win against the government if they can claim secrecy, privilege, if they hold all the cards, which they do.
This is why we developed the Constitution, because these are the things that the king was doing to our founders.
That's why that document is so genius.
But the further we get away from that document, the more in peril you are.
Yesterday, my staff received word from Pre-Born that right now, this program, this audience
is responsible for 8,000 babies being saved from abortion just in the last few months.
8,000 babies live today
because of you.
And that's just so far.
My gosh, this audience is going to play such a great role.
You're going to be a beacon of light.
When truth is completely gone, light comes from truth.
You are going to be a beacon of truth because of the good that you do.
Over the last 16 years, Pre-Born has positioned their clinics in the top abortion cities where 50% of abortions take place.
Pre-born's work of saving babies' lives is going to continue at greater level as they fight Planned Parenthood, defending the centers against the radical hate groups who do, you know,
you've got the state of New York working with Google to get them delisted so you can't even find them on the internet.
Could I ask you to help us save babies?
A gift of any side makes a difference.
$10, $50, $100.
I met somebody the other day, said we bought an ultrasound machine.
They're like $12,000.
That means a clinic has an ultrasound machine that they can, once you show the mom the baby, once it becomes real, 80% chance she's going to say, I want to keep the baby.
Keep the pre-born centers safe and open.
Help us, will you?
Dial pound250.
Say the keyword baby.

The Glenn Beck program.
So, Rob Schneider was trending yesterday, and
what was trending was a clip from The Blaze that was amazing.
He did a podcast with me.
If you haven't seen it yet, see it in case you don't remember, Rob Schneider, movies, SNL, blah, blah, blah.
Very funny guy.
And what he said on the podcast,
I'm absolutely willing to lose it all for what I believe.
I don't care about my career anymore.
I care about my children and the country that they're going to live in.
That's the quote.
Well, that didn't sit well.
with the left.
And they were after him yesterday.
And I'm not sure if people understand what it means to come on to my podcast.
It is there is a Glenn Beck tax.
You can go on with a lot of people.
You go on with Glenn Beck and you pay a high tax.
Don't say that out loud.
Oh, yeah.
It's great.
You're sunshine and lollipops.
You come on and nobody says anything except good things.
Your income will double.
Now, it's hard.
I mean, I honestly think, and I know this for a fact, that we've had a bunch of people who over the years wanted to come on and have a conversation with you because they thought it would be interesting, they thought it would be, you know, an impactful conversation, but they don't do it because they just know down the line, who knows what's going to happen.
And, you know, you're going to wind up with the Glenn Beck repercussions where you're no longer allowed in polite company.
Yeah.
So, Rob Schneider, who like me, I think
it did happen in my life.
So, Rob Schneider is, I mean, you really have to watch this podcast.
I really like him.
He is a good, solid citizen.
He's just a decent man
and
really heartfelt when he was talking about, you know, our challenges and how we have to treat each other.
I mean, he broke down in tears.
It just, he's, it's great.
It is really great.
But,
you know, when I asked him, are you willing to lose it all?
He didn't even think,
absolutely.
Because if we don't have it, then we have nothing.
If we don't have freedom, we have nothing.
And
I told him, you know, this is pretty much the end of your career.
Nobody's ever had on their resume.
Well, I started with the podcast with Glenn Beck.
And then it was all great after that.
So
I'm sorry if you're a Rob Schneider fan.
Yeah, oh,
well, I mean, he was talking about his movie and how this movie would be made by a big studio.
I mean, you know,
you know, it might not be,
you know, Maverick, but I mean, you know, Rob Schneider has a good record and
he's been in a lot of huge movies.
Yeah, huge.
And he can't get any of his former friends to make it because he is who he is.
Yeah, and I don't think it was his friends.
I got the impression that his friend friends are still there.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
I didn't mean to single out because he obviously has a tight circle, not those guys.
They're not the problem.
And it is his, it's the people that he has made, as he said, I've made these people millions of dollars.
And he said, I know this film.
And it comes out, I think, next week or this week, maybe.
Look it up.
Look up what the name of it is.
But it's only playing in one theater chain because no one in Hollywood would pick it up.
No one in Hollywood would pick it up.
So now I think it's at Lowe's, isn't it?
I thought it was Harkins.
Harkins, that's it.
Harkins.
So it's only in Harkins Theater.
So if you live in a town, I mean, they just closed our Harkins town, so I can't go.
But if you live in a town with a Harkins theater, go see the new Rob Schneider movie.
Daddy Daughter trip, right?
Daddy Daughter Trip.
It looks funny
and help support this guy because this is crazy.
And he said, Look, I, you know, I don't care anymore.
I do like that, though.
He, he's not like, gosh, I, my,
I'm getting beat up for what I believe.
And I need you to come out and see my movie because I'm the target.
He's just like, I've already made my money.
I don't care.
I'm going to say it or in the podcast.
He didn't even, he didn't even bring it up.
No.
I asked him, what are the repercussions?
And he's like, well, I just made a movie and nobody's going to do it.
So it's a limited release, you know, because they found out, you know, oh, wait a minute, you're a conservative.
That's the only reason why he even brought it up.
He wasn't asking to do this because he was trying to hype it.
I really like the guy.
Check out the podcast on my YouTube page.
It's the podcast from last week and last week.
It's Rob Schneider.
And look for Daddy Daughter.
Daddy Daughter
trip.
Daddy Daughter trip
at a Harkins movie theater near you.
