and Alyssa are always trying to outdo each other.
When Alyssa got a small water bottle, Mike showed up with a four-litre jug.
When Mike started gardening, Alyssa started beekeeping.
Oh, come on.
They called a truce for their holiday and used Expedia Trip Planner to collaborate on all the details of their trip.
Once there, Mike still did more laps around the pool.
Whatever.
You were made to outdo your holidays.
We were made to help organize the competition.
Expedia, made to travel.
What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
This
is
the Glenback Program.
Oh, hello, America.
It is Justin Barkley in for Glenbeck today and the Glenbeck program.
And it is, you know, it's strange to me because it used to be years ago.
Things are quite different.
In fact, they were quite quiet, especially on a day like today.
But boy, have things
changed.
It is like drinking from a fire hose.
A constant feed of news.
In fact, your mouth is like right on the thing.
And so there's no shortage.
It hasn't slowed down and neither have we.
We'll make sure that you stay up to date on all of the latest.
Plus give you a little good news, I think, today as well.
Coming up after this.
The Glenn Beck program.
Instead of just giving your kids and your grandkids more stuff this Christmas, give them the gift that will counteract leftist brainwashing.
It will help mold them into responsible adults and citizens who understand how our country, how our freedoms, how the economy works.
I'm talking about the growing library of resources from the Tuttle Twins.
They have toddlers and children's books that explore the principles of freedom using stories and pictures and stories about American heroes and entrepreneurship.
They even have a free market curriculum with lessons that can explore how the free market works.
So your kids at a very young age will understand supply and demand, inflation, and how government intervention affects the economy.
Giving these books in curriculum doesn't just help the kids you know, it helps America because our children will lead the fight against leftism in the coming generation.
Go to tuttletwinsbeck.com.
There's a holiday discount of 40% off, and you can get the workbooks for free.
Give your kids and your country the gift of liberty.
TuttleTwinsbeck.com.
Hi, welcome in, folks.
It's Justin Barkley from Wood Radio and Grand Rapids filling in for Glenn today, all across America.
Merry Christmas Eve.
You used to be able to say that.
Merry Christmas.
And you used to also be able to say, Merry Christmas Eve.
We're taking some time off for the holidays.
Everything used to shut down.
In fact, I talked a little about this, I think, back in Thanksgiving when I was filling in for Glenn.
Everything.
Do you remember that?
Around Thanksgiving,
the world,
in fact, the news cycle, politics, what happened in D.C.,
it all sort of
began to come to a standstill.
It all sort of
began to come to a halt.
Things would quiet down.
They would go on vacation in Washington.
In fact,
some might think that they should take a little more time off in Washington and do a little less damage.
Maybe that would be a good thing.
But it doesn't seem to stop these days.
There is a constant drumbeat.
It's a constant feed.
And in fact, you are
force-fed.
Much of it.
I say quite often, it's like drinking from a fire hose.
In fact, I think some days we've got our mouths right on the fire hydrant.
It never stops.
It never lets up.
And there is a reason for that.
I think most of that is intentional.
It is
really
intended to make sure that you and I
and the rest of America never rest, that we never really get a chance to take a breath, to pause, and regroup.
It's a constant attack.
Every single day, there's something new,
something new I've got to know about.
There's something new that I've got to make sure that I pay attention to, and much of it, I don't know, much of it's probably distraction.
Some of it, maybe a very small portion, a small detail,
is
actually information that we should be consuming and we should be aware of.
It is a fine line
every single day to try and figure out what matters, what you should be paying attention to, and what you can just tune out or turn off altogether.
It requires quite a bit of discipline.
And I talk about that actually
in my book, Good News, News, Hope and Encouragement for Trying Times.
But my point of this is, and I'll give you some tips on how we can do it a little later on in the program.
My point of this is, is that it's not slowing down
as much as we'd like it to.
There is no break.
And you can't just stick your head in the sand and ignore everything.
No, you must be informed about the things that are critical, not just for you, but for your family.
And so, as I said, there's no shortage of it.
Today, we're going to be talking about those stories that just kind of quietly snuck by.
And there's quite a few of them.
As we
are trying to enjoy the holidays with family,
as we're trying to take that time off, the pause,
stories like like this
millions are affected by the way
by the biden administration's osha mandates and those say that any company with a hundred employees or more must be forced
to take the jab or then submit to some sort of testing and really they give you a yellow star that you have to wear around the office apparently and
And a lot of folks are being forced out of their jobs over this.
Jab or job?
That's the question.
That's the choice that they're being forced to make.
But what's the legality of all of it?
Is it constitutional?
The Supreme Court says they're going to take that up.
We'll cover that story, but not just from the constitutional standpoint.
A little later on, what OSHA is doing altogether.
I mean, are they even
set up to do this sort of thing?
And is it legal?
Is that really how the OSHA process works?
Plus, the verdict is in in the Kim Potter trial, and it is
a scary time for police officers.
They come back in this case.
If you haven't been paying attention, I kind of tuned this one out a little bit as well for a while.
Because, I mean, how many of these cases can we take?
Written house.
She is guilty.
They come back.
Now, this is after hearing
that the jury was deadlocked.
So there are questions now about what happened during the process.
And in the case, if you don't remember, this is the woman, the police officer who had confronted the man who was trying to flee in his car.
Things were turning sideways fast.
He had a warrant out for his arrest, lengthy criminal background.
She says, please comply, in essence, or I'm going to have to tase you.
He doesn't.
She reaches for what she thinks is her taser.
Turns out it's her gun.
And now Dante Wright is dead, and she
is going to prison.
But is that really justice?
What does justice look like anymore?
And is it even possible
to really get there anymore?
It's all part of what we're covering today.
So I appreciate you being here with us.
Plus, I promise you some good news as well.
There are miracles literally happening all around us.
We'll get to those too.
I want to make sure that you get all the news, not just some of it.
And leaving little bits and pieces out is still lying.
If folks from CNN or MSNBC are tuning in today, it's still lying.
No matter what side of the aisle that you're on,
we've got to have all of the information so we can make the best decisions for ourselves and our families.
I'm going to try and make sure that you get it today.
And for Glenback Today on the Glenback program, it's Justin Barkley back after this.

You know, I just wonder, is justice even a thing anymore?
You can see the look on her face.
They kind of prepared her for this, I think.
I don't know.
I can't tell you.
Certainly, there should be some sort of consequence.
She made a mistake.
It's clearly an accident what she did.
Now, there are consequences to accidents, even if they're unintentional.
Certainly, she's going to have to live with some of those anyway.
But
there are consequences beyond
living with the shame and the guilt and all the other things
that a police officer has to go through after they're involved in something like this.
They don't, contrary, by the way,
to what the mainstream media and some folks out there want you to believe,
they just, they don't want this to ever happen.
They really don't.
That she's going to have to live with all of that.
But now she'll also have to go to jail, go to prison for quite some time.
So the question really is:
what is the appropriate consequence?
And can you really get justice?
We heard just the other day that the jury was deadlocked
in this case.
And it was not looking good.
And just
maybe a day or so later, we have a verdict.
I'm told,
I don't know, because, again,
you just know these days necessarily how much of this you can depend on.
There are reports that
inside the courtroom, you could hear
chants
from outside where folks were protesting.
Same thing happened in the Rittenhouse trial.
The question is: can you get justice anymore?
When a jury knows, when a jury knows that the decision that's being made
inside those walls
is going to be
nitpicked it's going to be criticized no matter what happens no matter the decision what whatever they know
that People are constantly going to talking heads are going to talk about it 24-7 on the TV news.
Bloggers are going to blog about it.
It's going to be tweeted about in the Twitterverse.
And all these things are going to be happening.
In fact, they now know, and so do we, after MSNBC was caught, literally caught during the Rittenhouse trial, trying to track down who the jurors were and find out what their identities were.
Oh, no, no, no, this was only for after things were over and then we could report on where they were going to be.
And of course, they got busted, red-handed, caught.
And jurors know this now.
My question is,
is justice even
possible anymore?
Especially in a high-profile case like this.
I just don't know that it is.
You know, you've got your written house verdict, and I think that that helped restore for a lot of folks
maybe the faith in the fact that the system can work.
But in this case, did it?
These are all questions people are going to be asking,
not just today, but maybe sitting around the dinner table at some point and throughout the course of the next week or so.
They're going to be asking those, but they're already asking it in some cases.
Have you seen
the case of the Colorado truck driver?
There's another wild case right now
that's actually playing out along these lines.
He was given another accident.
Horrible, tragic accident.
And you know, I mean, I don't think we have to say these things in these cases that anytime someone loses a life, it's absolutely tragic.
But apparently nowadays, you just got to make sure you say that over and over again.
But the judge judge had to head down this 110-year minimum sentence for the guy.
He is a truck driver.
And I think the reason why it's getting so much scrutiny right now at this point,
a Colorado District Attorney,
even
moving for a hearing to examine whether a 110-year-old prison, 110-year prison sentence for this truck driver,
who killed four in the crash in 2019 should stand.
I think the only reason it's getting any traction is because this man
is
a BIPOC.
He's a person of color.
I think we ought to take a look at this because is this really the right thing to do?
Regardless of
any of these other extra issues,
is this the right thing to do?
Should someone for for an accident who didn't intentionally kill someone get 110 years in jail?
And should we even have these type of minimum sentences?
They certainly don't use these minimum sentences when it comes to locking away child predators and things of that nature.
Holy cow, I've seen some of the craziest things happen.
The people do some of the weirdest and worst things in the world, and yet they're let out.
Free to roam in society.
Right now, speaking of whether justice is a real thing anymore, right now,
out in California, there are armed gangs of these roving individuals who are going into these stores,
smashing and grabbing, running with the loot.
They get arrested,
and then the prosecutor lets them right back out on the streets.
Is justice real anymore?
At last time I talked with you around
Thanksgiving, talk with Jim Simpson, Simpson, who's the author of the book on Karl Marx, and he talks about,
as I mentioned when I bring these stories up, these cases up, and not so often with the Biden administration, too.
The incompetence, the level of incompetence is at an utter,
an all-time low
when it comes to these situations.
It's either sheer and utter, just absolute incompetence, or it's intentional.
He makes the case that it's all part of collapsing the system
and that it is intentional.
And yet here we have real people, real lives hanging in the balance.
And one of the questions that I have
is what happens now?
We already hear in this case in Colorado, the truck drivers are saying, I don't really want to go to Colorado if there's a chance that I could end up in prison for 100 years
because of an accident.
This guy's brakes went out apparently and he had to swerve and he swerved into, no whether he should or shouldn't have.
That's a whole nother conversation you can have.
But
there are real-life consequences that are coming out of this.
You can't discount the fact that this chain reaction crash, they say, and the fire, I mean, 28 vehicles.
He was traveling an estimated 84 miles per hour before the crash.
I'm not saying there shouldn't be any consequences.
But it is a question that is continually brought up now.
Is there a thing?
Is there a real thing?
Is justice even alive anymore?
And what are these unattended consequences?
Now we have police in a time, I think, that's more important than ever before.
We have police who are questioning
whether or not
every single day a new story pops up, whether or not they should be in the line of work that they're in.
What are they going through?
And we've heard so much about the Ferguson effect.
What happens when good police have to walk away?
We'll touch on that next
and hear from one man who's trying to make a difference.
You can too.
Back after this, Justin Barkley, and today for Glenn on the Glenn Beck program.

This is the Glenn Beck program.
Stick around more after the break.
Minnesota find the defendant guilty.
And the verdict.
Kim Potter guilty on all counts.
That is the verdict.
Another situation, another police officer.
And I think police for certain are
constantly having to ask these questions and confront this.
The situation that every day they leave their home, they don't know.
You kiss your family goodbye.
You don't know what
face when you go out there in the line of duty.
Will they even return home?
And folks, they're out there.
We talk a lot about you know front lines, but they're out there, they're out there every day,
even on days like today, even holidays, even the days they may not want to be, even days when they want to just be with family,
they're out there.
But how many of them are going to be willing
to do the job, a thankless, in a lot of ways, a thankless job?
How many of them are going to want to continue to do that
if they face situations where they're constantly being attacked
and
scrutinized in a way that even if they make a mistake,
that they may just not have the ability to even get a fair trial.
That's the issue.
Can they even get a fair shake?
Shouldn't she even have been charged?
Lots of those questions folks are going to be asking over the next several days and weeks.
Joining us right now, Adam Davis from theadamdavis.com.
He's an author, former police officer, and he is the author of several books that
police officers, first responders, and military read on a daily basis, devotions to help them in times,
sometimes when they seem the darkest.
Adam, appreciate you being here with us today.
Thank you for joining us.
Justin, thank you so much for having me,
having me on today, and Merry Christmas to y'all.
Hey, you too, my friend.
And so I got to ask you, because
you've written several of these books, and you're constantly dealing with these guys.
You were a police officer at one point yourself, behind the badge on spiritual combat.
But
my question is:
what these folks face on a daily basis
and the unintended, or maybe the intended consequences, who knows,
of the constant attacks that they're under, the Ferguson effect.
What does that look like?
We've seen crime, and that's one of the major issues over the last year.
Is crime is
through the roof.
Violence through the roof.
Not just in places like Chicago and the usual suspects, but all over.
And so their job is even more so dangerous, and they're even more necessary.
But will they continue to do it if they are faced with situations where they're constantly demonized in the media?
And
who knows?
They could lose
it all for one small mistake.
And Adam, the other thing I got to bring up, and I know you know this all too well,
but the suicide rate of these folks
is unfortunately through the roof.
We lose police officers
at a rate that's all too common.
Yeah.
Well, I can tell you this on the note of will they continue to do it.
If you're the praying type, you better pray
every day.
that good men and women will answer the call to serve as law enforcement officers.
Because while the world is increasingly evil
and is growing more evil every day,
good police officers are what stand between
you being affected by them and the evil that exists.
And I'll tell you this, you know,
on the issue of the Kim Potter case,
I watched the video and that's a really, really fast, rapid unfolding situation, and that's the way
most every single one of them go, right?
You got an officer hanging in and out of the car.
He's trying to get the car to get the keys out.
She says she meant to pull taser, and
it's a horrible situation.
Not only that, but on the video, she says to the guy, hey, I'm going to have to tase you.
I think that's where, you know,
quite frankly,
there's something that happens to your mind when you are in absolute overwhelming chaotic stress.
Now, granted, she's been law enforcement 26 years.
She's trained for this.
But has she ever been in a situation like that?
And I think that
I think there's a term, something like cognitive overload.
And that's where the fight or flight, everything is just, just, it's like everything is haywire.
And, you know, until you've been there, it's hard to Monday morning quarterback that.
Yes, she made a fatal mistake,
a horrible mistake.
And she's going to pay for it unless, you know, something changes.
But did they get it right?
I, you know, I don't know.
I don't I don't looking at the video, you got an officer who's obviously in danger.
He's trying to drive away and the officer's in and out of the car.
That, by definition, that's rules for lethal force, but why would she be using the taser and then be so distraught when she discovers he shot and killed him?
So, you know, there's so many issues there.
It's, you know, did they get manslaughter right?
I mean,
the whole thing is
cops are going to be
no fair trial forever.
forevermore.
They're not going to get a fair trial.
You can forget it.
Especially in a Democratic-run city,
places like Minneapolis and over,
you know,
you got to look at how can we get back to where America loves cops and we respect cops.
And when they make mistakes, hold them accountable.
They've always been held to a higher standard.
That's the way it's got to be.
But
let's not take out our issues in society on cops.
You know, the ones that do mess up.
We're going to burn them at the cross.
And I don't think that's fair.
If they mess up, hold them to a standard, hold them to a higher standard.
That's the way it's always been.
But,
you know, cops are,
you better hope and pray to God that good men and women continue to answer the call to serve in law enforcement.
You don't want a world where cops don't exist.
You don't want to.
And I would say, Adam, here's the other thing, too.
I don't think people think about this as much.
But you don't want a world where cops do exist, even even more so where they don't exist, but where they do exist, but all the good ones are gone.
And the only folks that are left
are
left now.
You don't want that.
Yeah.
And
we are, when they say defund the police, in fact,
there's a couple of stories over the last couple of days where I think it was a couple of
defund the police Democrats were actually
two congressmen who voted to defund the police.
They both got carjacked and robbed at gunpoint in broad daylight the last couple of days.
I mean,
what do you say to that?
I don't believe in karma, but boy, oh boy, that has some sort of divine ring to it, doesn't it?
Well,
I don't.
I don't ever want to see anybody hurt or harmed.
No.
When you are such,
and there's really no nice way to put it, when you're such an idiot that you would fall for this evil notion, what most people call liberal ideologies.
Chad Wright, a dear friend of mine, he spoke at
Turning Point USA, and he said, you know, we got to stop calling this crap liberal ideology and call it for what it is.
It's evil.
And this notion that defunding the police is a liberal ideology or is the next evolution of our society.
It's absolute evil.
And they're not going to stop with removing cops.
They're going to come after you.
They're going to come after your families.
They're going to come after your possessions, your lives, your safety, your well-being.
And you need to let your voice ring loud and clear.
in every town hall, in every city commission meeting, in every state legislator, from local to state to the national level, you need to let your voices be heard and tell them to stop this nonsense and stop it yesterday.
Because if you don't have good cops, you're going to have a horrible world.
This world is evil.
It's full of pain.
It's full of brokenness.
It's full of people that have no regard for life.
And there's men and women that are willing to get up every day and put that uniform on and go and put their life in the way of yours.
So you can not ever have to worry about stuff like that.
And now, you know, you make a mistake.
You're going to go crucify you for it.
Adam Davis.
Front news.
Vadamdavis.com, author of several books on spiritual combat, behind the badge, Bulletproof Marriage.
I want to talk more with you about
what we can do to support those folks who are willing to still put their lives on the line.
Coming up here in just a little bit as And
if you're on the front lines, serving in some way, you're going to want to hear what Adam has to say when we come back.
Stick with us.
More after this.

Adam Davis is here with us right now.
He's an author, former police officer, and he's written several books to help police officers, especially folks who are in the front line during these times on spiritual combat, 30 missions for victorious warfare with Lieutenant Colonel Dave Grossman, Behind the Badge, 365 daily devotions for law enforcement, bulletproof marriage.
The list goes on and on.
I know you got a new one coming out or just hit, Adam, but
we'll let you talk about that.
But can you tell us
what are the things that we can do to help support law enforcement?
And where can law enforcement, maybe on the other side of the coin, where can they get the help and support that they're looking for right now in these evil times?
You know what?
There's help everywhere you look.
You know,
for my fellow law enforcement officers,
I am honored to be a part of some incredible, incredible teams.
And, you know, if you're dealing with trauma, I want to point you to Reboot Recovery out of Nashville.
I know I'm not supposed to plug ors, but but they're a nonprofit.
If you're dealing with trauma, if you're dealing with issues, reach out to them.
I'm actually their spokesperson, so
I talk about them freely everywhere I go.
They're dear friends of mine.
I want you to reach out to them because they're going to be able to give you some help.
If you're lacking training in law enforcement, I'm an instructor with street cop training.
And there's guys that can give you every type of training under the book.
And that's one of the issues that you see.
That's one of of the issues that Kim Potter was facing.
They'll say, well, she has all this training over 26 years of her career, and she knows better.
You know, that's what they're saying, is where she should have been able to perform under that type of stress.
And all the Monday morning quarterback.
Well, if you're in a department and you don't have training, then there's options out there, is what I'm saying.
And, you know, I've got Behind the Badge.
That is the best-selling book I have.
And I'm blessed over the past six years to being able to have mentor and coach law enforcement officers.
I don't want to see them the good ones I don't want to see them walk away
because of you know different issues that they're having whether it's family issues financial issues or issues related to past events that have you know that they've had a response to and so
there's there's help around the corner All you got to do is ask.
But I also think that we have to do a better job as a society
of respecting people who put their butts on the line for us.
And we've got away from being a culture of honor and respect.
And it's all about me and it's all a consumer society.
And if you don't do things the way I want you to do them, then, you know, if you don't make me feel or whatever,
then we trash you.
And we just got to go back to where...
you know, cops are the heroes again instead of the freaking criminals, man.
This is a jacked-up, upside-down reality scenario here.
It's like the Matrix or something.
I don't know what we're dealing with, but what world do we live in where cops are the bad guys?
And the criminals are the heroes.
This is the sort of the narrative they want to paint so that they can get their way.
At the end of the day, it's good versus evil.
And the good guys, well, they wear the badge and the duty belt.
And so I have a brand new book out.
It's called Prayers and Promises for First Responders.
I've been wanting to do something for all first responders.
And Lieutenant Colonel Dave Grossman and I co-authored this one together.
And it's done very well.
It was supposed to release in October and it just released.
It was stuck on a ship for 45 days thanks to the Biden administration.
And,
you know, we have to,
yeah, I got it December the 1st.
The book came in December 1st.
It's supposed to release in October.
Adam, I want to tell people where they can find you.

Merry Christmas
to all
and to all a good night.
Well, except for, you know, a certain group.
He is out once again, ladies and gentlemen.
The Rona Report, the High Priest of Health.
Mr.
Booster.
Zr.
Saint Anthony Fauci.
You know, it could be problematic.
The fact of the matter is, you know, we don't know.
What we don't know, what we do know.
And both we don't know, what we didn't know.
The guy makes notes.
Is anybody still listening to him?
He is out once again, trying to fouch who stole Christmas, trying to cancel Christmas again this year.
It's like every holiday, right?
They don't want us getting together.
That should be enough to tell you exactly what's going on.
They don't want you coming together
ever.
Because of the bug that has a 99.whatever percent chance of...
I mean, look, for some folks, let's be very reasonable, let's be very realistic.
For some folks, there are issues and there are concerns.
If you are immunocompromised, if you fall into a certain group of individuals that you need to look, maybe,
I don't know, be a little more aware of these things.
I've got friends and family, people that I care about that are, and of course,
you know, I support whatever decisions they're going to make, and I, look, I'm going to help help in
any way that I can.
But to say the rest of the world or the rest of
America should be canceling Christmas.
In fact, they're canceling flights right now.
I just saw the latest over 3,000 disruptions, a growing list, Christmas flights canceled for folks.
And part of this is,
I'm sure,
has to do.
There's no mistake here.
Has to be some of it that they just don't have enough personnel.
And I'm not sure exactly why
that might be.
Maybe it's because no jab, no job.
I don't know.
But Fauci, who is out of control, and I'm really not sure who, I don't think most Americans are listening to him anymore.
But that doesn't matter because he will talk
and talk
and talk into the echo chamber that is CNN or MSNBC.
He refuses to go on any other show where he might face questions or criticism and honest curiosity.
Serious questions.
Like, what about natural immunity?
You know, we're told we can't question the science.
In all reality, that's because I am the science.
You can't question me.
I'm the high priest of health.
This new religion has taken over.
And they're telling you when you can and can't worship when you can and can't come together with your friends and family.
All the things.
You know, they've got a whole list.
And now he wants to cancel Christmas again.
But this time, it's only for that group of filthy, unwashed.
If someone in your family isn't vaccinated, should you ask them not to show up?
Yes, I would do that.
I mean, I think we're dealing with a serious enough situation right now that if there's an unvaccinated person, I would say I'm very sorry, but not this time, maybe another time when this is all over.
Not this time.
Maybe another time when this is all over.
Do you ever, I mean, honestly, here's the next question.
Maybe you follow up with this.
When is this all over?
I mean, obviously, you're setting the timeline for this, Doctor.
When is this all over?
What constitutes all over?
Because we can't get the truth
out of anyone in the mainstream media.
We can't get the truth out of anyone in the White House.
We can't get the truth out of Fauci for sure.
I mean, the man who allegedly locked the Beagles up in the cages and then had the bugs eat them
while they were alive in the middle of the desert.
This is the man who we're listening to.
I just
mind-blown by this.
But I think that the truth is that most Americans aren't.
There's a handful of kooks.
There's a handful of wackos that wait with bated breath for Fauci to pass down from on high the latest commandments for all of us.
One mask, two masks, no masks, three masks, double mask, triple mask.
How many jobs should we get?
Is it time for another booster?
Oh, in fact, it is time for another booster.
We'll tell you who says that coming up here in a second.
But, you know, the truth is, nobody's really paying attention or listening to this guy
as much anymore.
I went out.
I was.
I don't really do this.
I don't shop anymore.
I don't go out to the stores as much anymore because, you know, everything shifted and changed.
The pandemic, pandemic, you could get things delivered now.
You can go and pull up, and they'll bring it to your car.
And for me, just the expediency of it, just how fast and efficient I can be.
I'd much rather grab something, type it into an app, pull up, have them bring it out, and then I'm gone.
Now, there are some times
I like to get out.
It's not that I don't like people, I just like to be efficient.
In fact, sometimes I like the people watch.
I was in
a big box store the other day.
I had to go in for a certain thing I had to get.
And
a couple of things I thought kind of interesting to note.
But number one, I think it was about 50-50 on masks.
People still, even though science is telling it.
In fact, out of Michigan, where I'm at, I'm at Grand Rapids at W-O-O-D, Wood Radio.
They're telling us now that the state itself is admitting that there really is no difference between schools that had mask mandates and school districts that didn't within the state of Michigan
over this first half of the year.
In fact, there's even some, this came from the Blaze.
Look it up at theblaze.com.
The story that actually goes on to tell us there's even some of this data that would point to the fact that masks made it a little worse, maybe,
when it comes to cases and spread in schools.
We hear a lot about following the science, but we don't don't hear much about actual science.
We don't hear much about the truth.
What is the truth?
Well, the truth is what we know about Omicron,
the great and powerful Omicron.
Be afraid.
Be very afraid.
Well, we have to be afraid of all of it.
Delta, Omicron, Megatron, whatever's next.
It doesn't matter.
Fear is really the answer.
That's what they want us to do is be afraid of everything.
Afraid of our own shadows but we know some really good things that you don't hear in the news are reported
largely we have information out of the uk and south africa that omicron variant is
while it's more uh infectious it spreads easier more transmissible it's it's it's not as deadly It's not as bad when it comes to the symptoms.
In fact, they're telling us now,
I saw this meme floating around online, and I just had to chuckle.
It's perfect.
It says, you know, it's the television station's got the graphic up of top five Omicron symptoms, and it tells you runny nose, headache, fatigue, sneezing, sore throat.
And then at the top of the meme, it says, back in the day, we used to call this a cold.
Now, look, I am not downplaying COVID.
In fact, I know various different people that have had it.
In fact, I think my wife and I think we had it.
We didn't even realize it.
And
this was over a year ago.
We didn't realize it until her mom, who's a nurse, got it, lost her sense of smell and taste.
And this was a whole thing.
We thought, wait a minute, did we have it?
Now, we ought to probably go back and get the antibody test just to find out for sure.
But
what's interesting is I know.
various different people that have had it, and it's really impacted them in many different ways.
I have a friend
who I lost a friend, and now he was fine.
He went into the hospital because he had some issues breathing.
He told me basically it was gone, and then one day we were texting back and forth.
One day, he just disappeared.
And I found out about a month later that he had just died.
I don't know if he died because of the virus, because of complications from the virus, or because of complications from the treatment he received in the hospital?
I don't know.
And people want to know.
They have questions about that.
I know several people that have had those issues, and people
need answers, but yet we don't get them.
We get politics.
Throughout this entire process, we've gotten politics.
All meant to divide and distract us, politics,
pushing each other against each other so that, you they can push this great reset nonsense.
Here's the deal: in order to make the best decisions, this is the way the self-governance things work is you've got to have
all of the information.
Not just the bad news, you've got to have the good news.
The good, the bad, and the ugly.
We've got to have it all.
But let's just look at some of the facts.
Today, 500 million shots, they say it's a milestone day.
More than 200 million fully jabbed in America and 64 million with boosters.
And yet, Omicron is on the loose.
261,000 new cases yesterday.
So, what does all of it mean?
Well, no wonder people are so confused because they don't tell you the truth.
There may be some benefit to this Omicron.
I saw something, I was in earlier, I think 60%
they say of Americans, this is their model now, may be infected by March.
This is out of the Daily Mail.
140 million new infections.
90% will never show symptoms.
That's the other piece.
So you're telling me all of these people will be infected, but they may never show symptoms.
It's a disease so deadly, a virus so deadly that we must mandate that you take the jab or lose your job.
But 90% will never know that they even had it.
And then
this administration is out there telling people, you got to get testing, go to testing.
Everybody ought to get tested.
Everyone go get tested.
That drives the case numbers up.
Let me ask you a question.
When they're busy mailing free tests to everyone, do you think they'll just save some time and send out mail-in ballots along with it so the 2022 midterms can just be taken care of and handled right at the same time?
Can we just mail out the.
Because we know that's where we're headed, folks.
Let's just get those on out to the mail and hand it tests and ballots all at the same time.
The midterm variant or Omicron.
There might actually be some good news that we should celebrate in all of this.
But what about a fourth shot?
Is a fourth shot on the way?
Maybe.
According to someone you may want to listen to, coming up next, you'll hear the latest on that.
And what about these OSHA mandates?
The legality of it all.
We'll talk with some inside OSHA whistleblowers coming up on the Glenn Beck program.
And for Glenn today, it's Justin Barkley back next.
All right, so you've got the are you fully, are you fully endosed?
Because, you know, in some places, maybe not.
Depending upon whether you've had your booster, the booster,
or
the fourth, which may be coming
forthcoming, we'll just call it, according to the resident,
Joe Biden.
Let me ask you about what we heard from Israel overnight.
They're already moving forward with a second booster now.
So this would be the fourth shot for people 60 and older and for frontline medical workers.
Is that something you're considering?
I listened to the scientist,
and I'm sure the scientists are paying very close attention to that.
There may be a need for another booster, but that remains to be seen.
So it remains a possibility.
It remains a possibility.
I'm waiting to hear what they tell me at Pfizer.
And then
whatever Fauci says, I'll go along with
a force.
Come on, man.
I mean,
I mean I don't know look I think we've gotten this I'm not look I don't have a white lab coat I'm not a doctor if you want to go through all those things that people like to talk about online oh are you a dodge to your medical degree folks it's I don't you don't need it it's critical thinking that just makes some of these calls from the very beginning
it's very obvious what we should have done
It's painfully obvious.
We should have protected the folks who were the most vulnerable.
Instead, governors in states like mine here in Michigan, a handful of them, all Democrats,
sent some of those vulnerable folks out of hospitals into nursing homes, infecting and killing thousands in this state alone.
And yet, there's really not any accountability for any of that.
Even in Andrew Cuomo, who's now gone and out of the picture, it's only because of his Me Too moments.
We don't really see any accountability for that.
Although, I did see,
I think this is nice.
In New Jersey, it looks like there's a payout.
Janice Deen posted this today on Twitter.
New Jersey to pay out $52.9 million to families of vets who died in their state-run homes.
So maybe there's a little bit of accountability.
But who made that decision?
Are they still in power?
I think those questions are important.
They should be answered.
In fact, we are now talking about
a virus
looks like it's trending in a good direction.
Lots of folks are going to have immunity.
And 90%, according to the article we just read from the Daily Mail, right?
90% won't even know they had it.
I mean, that is
great news, yet you're not hearing that.
It's a doom and gloom,
constant drumbeat of fear.
Anytime you turn on CNN or the rest of them,
you have to ask your question yourself: why?
And how many boosters?
As Biden says now, maybe a fourth.
Well, if they can mandate that you get the first jab or two,
certainly they can mandate whatever else that you might be
forced.
Or they may be so inclined to tell you that you have to take,
whether it's one two and how many for how long
is it possible is it conceivable to think maybe based on past experience here and performance that you may have to take one every three four five six months whatever it is at least yearly and you may be mandated to do so
because of the osha Department of Labor mandates
and speaking of those
are they even legal?
We'll talk with some OSHA whistleblowers who say not so fast.
They'll tell you how things work behind the scenes with OSHA and how you can fight back
if you're so inclined.
That's coming up, Justin Barkley, and for Glenback today
on the Glenback program, back after this.
This is the Glenback Program.
You've heard me talking about my pillow for years and how it's changed the way I sleep.
Mike Lindell, the inventor of MyPillow, fitted me personally for my own MyPillow because I told him, I said, I don't think I really like him.
And he said, wait, I think you have the wrong one.
Got me the king-size pillow.
It has changed the way I sleep.
It will not go flat.
You can wash and dry it constantly and it stays the same amazing shape.
You fluff it once before you go to sleep and it's that way.
Best of all, it's made right here.

There's much more after the break on the Glenbeck program.
Welcome back in.
It is Justin Barkley, and for Glenn today on the Glenbeck program, and you can get me all over social media at Mr.Justin Barklay, B-A-R-C-L-A-Y.
Send me a message at justinbarklay.com, or you can shoot me one over.
And also on a text message, I've got this really cool text line that you can text me, 616-201-3353.
Text me a message during the program, and then I can see it and also send things back to you.
616-201-3353.
So in all of this, as we've just kind of been breaking out, part of the question is what happens next, especially as we've got these mandates who were
caught up in the courts in a lot of of different ways.
SCOTUS now, the Supreme Court has agreed that they are going to hear arguments on Biden, specifically OSHA.
Next, I think the deadline is coming up January 7th for oral arguments.
Kavanaugh asked the Biden administration to give all the information they had
as to why these things should move forward.
And I got to tell you,
I don't know how
confident I am
that the Supreme Court will do the right thing.
However,
I am very confident that other folks are out there doing the right thing and they're speaking up.
In fact, a couple of whistleblowers
who have extensive,
I think, extensive time with dealing with OSHA
in their professions are on the line.
A couple of them right now.
Kristen Megan and Tammy Clark, who are from Michigan, where I'm at.
I've been very fortunate to meet these two individuals and get their credentials here in just a moment, but they have been all over the country testifying on things like masks and now, specifically, these mandates.
Kristen and Tammy, thank you so much for being here with us.
Can you give us just a breakdown, if you can, Kristen and Tammy, of your credentials?
And Tammy, we'll start with you so that people know who you are and
what they're dealing with here some professionals
yeah sure hi and thanks Justin it's great to be with you today
yeah so I am an occupational and environmental health and safety professional I'm OSHA credentials I'm a court-approved subject matter expert PPE respiratory protection expert I've owned my own consulting business for nearly 20 years And I've worked with many different industries from construction to manufacturing, educational facilities, food service facilities, hospital systems, sitting on infectious disease control boards, planning committees, and basically advising industries, looking at what hazards would be in the workplace, and how do we mitigate or control those hazards that employees might be exposed to.
So, much of this involved PPE usage, respirator usage, fit testing, health hazard analysis, workplace analysis.
And so, I have actually been credentialed through OSHA, the EPA, and the DOT,
as well as having a typical bachelor's degree and that kind of thing.
So that's been my world for the last nearly 20 years.
And so when I heard about the mask mandates going into place, I thought this is a joke.
There's no way that this can actually happen because it actually violates OSHA's own PPE and respiratory protection standards that have existed since 1979.
So that's a little bit about me and my background and how I got involved, stood up and became a whistleblower against this agency and became involved as an activist to expose the illegality and really criminality of all of this.
Kristen Megan, a little bit of expertise and experience there, Debecca.
What about you?
Well, thank you, Justin.
So glad to be on.
Yeah, so I have been working in the field of occupational and environmental toxicology for almost 20 years now.
Nine of that was on active duty in the Air Force, and I also have combined involvement in public health, decontamination, site management, hazardous material management, and just like Tammy, I'm credentialed through OSHA, through my science degrees.
I'm an an exposure scientist through the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
It's basically preventive health.
This resonates so strongly with my profession because like Tammy said, we are the ones, you know, doctors treat, we protect,
and we're preventative.
So we go in and we basically anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and control health hazards in an occupational setting and also what can attack the average layperson in an environmental setting.
So I personally have managed the respiratory protection program for well over 76,000 people, and I've tested well over 10,000 masks and respirators for their efficacy, fit factors, and protection factors.
So, I also study the movement of air, which is very boring, but I guess right now it's exciting because I can explain to you through Stokes Law calculations not to bore the viewers, but I understand the airfalls stay in the air suspended for days.
So, a lot of what OSHA is trying to do completely violates the knowledge that they have had for decades.
And this is how we know that they're guilty of revisionism, and they're being strong arms by this current administration.
Kristen Megan studies the air.
I'm just wondering, how about hot air and things that come out of Fauci's mouth?
Any expertise?
Let me just say this because I think it's very interesting.
Throughout this entire thing, people have asked questions, and when you ask those questions, you're automatically demonized.
But I'm a kind of kid that, you know, I asked questions when I was in school, and I used to get in trouble for that.
So it's really no different nowadays.
I'm just curious.
I like to know the answers to these things.
One of the questions we quite often hear from doctors who will be propped out on television in white coats, et cetera, telling us
the efficacy of this, that, or the other thing, specifically masks.
I'm just curious, Kristen and Tammy, who actually tells the doctors
which form of PPE to wear or use and in which setting?
Do the doctors decide that for themselves, or is there someone else out there that might instruct them there?
Well, I'll answer that first because another thing in being embedded in healthcare for 12 of my 20 years is I sit on the infection prevention and control committees and
everyone says like who tells doctors what to wear but what you have to understand is we don't just tell doctors what to wear.
We follow something called the hierarchy of controls and we have things like ASHRAE standards that are ventilation and engineering standards like if you've had surgery and you go into an OR it's like a wind tunnel because you have negative pressure and positive pressure rooms and isolation rooms that are designed.
That's an engineering engineering control.
So, we do other things first before we even put healthcare workers in PPE.
But masks historically are not counted as PPE.
They're considered source control, but they're only source control for bodily fluids to keep a clean, sterile environment so that you're not getting fit and futum and you sneeze droplets.
You don't want that going into a body cavity during sutures or surgery.
What it doesn't do is stop airborne particulates and aerosols.
If you are a doctor, a healthcare worker, or a surgical assist, and you're in an isolation unit where you have to give provide surgery for a known infectious disease patient, let's say an active COVID-positive patient or a TB patient, those people are in personal protective equipment with respiratory protection using things like powered air purifying respirators and controlled air purifying respirators.
People like myself and Tammy are the ones that tell healthcare workers what to wear, when, and why, because it's just like saying wear a shoe.
Well, no, what kind of shoe?
Steel toe, like you have to fit a protective factor to the hazard, and it has to be rated to protect against the hazard at hand.
And masks, vaccines, all of this stuff is not going to stop the spread.
It's improper fault sense of protection.
It's a slap in the face of this profession, which is actually being ignored.
And they're interviewing the white coats instead of the actual exposure scientists.
So again, I thank you for having us on.
All right, so we got that out of the way.
Some of it goes over my head, but most of it I can hear is pretty much common sense.
So ladies, let me ask you this.
Kristen Megan and Tammy Clark, you're experts in this field.
You're OSHA whistleblowers.
This whole idea seems like
I can poke holes in it just using critical thinking.
It seems like there might be some issues.
Let me just ask you what they are because when I look at a mandate coming from OSHA in a situation who's saying that everyone must get the jab or no job, that type of situation, that you've got to take this thing.
They don't even say which one you have to take.
There are three, I guess, and you can take any of the three you want.
I think they're all different.
Who knows?
They probably all perform differently in different ways.
But we've got to do that.
So then there's really, that's kind of an issue because as you said earlier,
if I'm told I have to wear a certain part of protection, I'd be very specific on what that would be.
I need to wear a very specific type of mask in a certain situation or a very specific type of work boot in a certain situation.
So I think maybe there's a problem there.
But the other issue that I see is there's
you've got to either take the jab or you have to be tested.
Well, what's interesting to me is that what we know now directly from the CDC, I mean, I'm not, you don't have to go down a rabbit hole, but the CDC will figure this out for you and tell you that if you've been jabbed, you can still get
it
and you can still transmit it.
So if I can get it and still give it, what's the point then of taking two different groups of people and saying one has to test, the other doesn't,
and some of these other issues that we're seeing inside these mandates, are they legal?
No, absolutely not.
And this is why we've had three federal courts and judges rule against these mandates.
One of the judges actually said that Congress did not authorize CMS to enact this politically and economically vast federalism-altering and boundary-pushing mandate.
The Fifth Circuit stated that there are grave statutory and constitutionality concerns with what OSHA is trying to do.
So, of course, we know that the Biden administration went court shopping and they requested that the Sixth Circuit Court
actually, instead of the merits panel, they requested a special motion turned merits panel with two liberal judges and one conservative judge.
The two liberal judges ruled in favor.
They basically lied and said that OSHA does have the authority, the statutory authority to do what they're doing, when in fact they do not.
Only Congress gives OSHA, CMS, any regulatory agency the authority to do what they're doing.
The Biden administration or the executive branch cannot simply turn to a regulatory agency and say, go make me a new standard or go do this.
We're going to use you to weaponize against the people.
to enforce what we want to do, our mandates or our new plan.
It doesn't work that way.
And the judges, the three courts, ruled very much along those lines saying that Congress did not authorize any of this.
So, OSHA is way out of line.
So, for the three-panel judge, the two-to-one ruling that came out of the Sixth Circuit,
the dissenting judge, Judge Larson, her analysis, her dissenting analysis was spot on that OSHA absolutely is acting outside of their authority, and especially when it comes to vaccines, because OSHA has no authority over vaccines.
Historically, even according to their own letters of interpretation,
they have stated, they responded to a state representative and stated that they do not have the authority to mandate vaccines.
The employer can mandate, in fact, in the healthcare industry, employers can mandate the HEP B-shot or the flu vaccine.
But even then, the employee has the choice to say no.
So they can require that, but if the employee then says, no, I'm not comfortable with that, they don't have to take it.
And OSHA will never, and they have never, cited the employer for not forcing or mandating it on the employee because it's always the employee's choice.
So this is way outside of the scope of OSHA's jurisdiction.
It's way outside of statutory authority for the Biden administration.
And vaccines are just simply not a control measure.
And I'll let Kristen get into that.
I'll pass it back to her to explain the controls because in our field, we always look at the hierarchy of safety and controls to control or mitigate hazards.
And we start at the top.
If you imagine an upside-down pyramid, we start at the top and then we work our way down to find which control measure will work.
So
hang on one second.
Got to take a break.
We'll come back and do that.
We'll explain that.
Plus, I want people to know because there's some good news in all of this, too.
How do you fight back?
What can you do?
And how can you make sure you're armed with the facts in these situations, especially if you or someone you love is in a situation where these mandates are affecting you, whether it's your job or maybe your business that's impacted?
Millions are, and they're hanging in the balance as the Supreme Court takes this up.
Justin Barkley, filling in for Glenn Back today.
We are back on the Glenn Beck program right after this.
The Glen Beck program.
Happy holidays from the Fed.
They just gave us some, well, somewhat truthful reading about inflation for the first time this year.
What a way to wrap up the year, right?
Consumer prices and inflation have surged to a 39-year high.
It's the fastest pace in nearly four decades.
Energy prices up 34%.
And you know how fast food costs are rising.
We all feel it.
On top of that, Biden is now trying to throw another $1.7 trillion into their social and climate plan, which could potentially accelerate inflation even more.
At this point, it's just a matter of when and how bad.
The U.S.
dollar is in extreme peril.
Gold and silver are a time-tested and conservative hedge against insanity.
unrest and potential hyperinflation.
Call Goldline today.
Ask how precious metals can protect what you've worked so hard to earn.
Ask Goldline about their special Christmas offers and a very special bonus for listeners of my program.
Be proactive.
Call today, 866Goldline, 866Goldline, or goldline.com.
We're talking with OSHA whistleblowers who are talking about the mandates.
The Supreme Court set to hear oral arguments on this on the 7th.
I want to give folks
the tool that they may need to fight back, but also the way to get all the information that these ladies are talking about.
Tammy Clark and Kristen Megan with us right now.
So, Tammy, there is a tool that has been specifically designed to help folks.
It's a white paper written by you two and a doctor as well that goes into great depth and detail on this.
Can you tell us about that and where folks can find it?
Sure.
It's standupmichigan.com.
That's standupmichigan.com, all one word.
You can find the paper that Kristen and I put together.
It has been peer-reviewed by several of the top exposure scientists, preventive health specialists, doctors,
professional engineers,
university professors.
And this basically gives you all of the information.
It goes through the talking points that you need to take to your HR department, the information, the science, the data, the statutory authority that OSHA has violated, how this is so outside of the law, about what is legally allowable.
And you can take that to your employer and put them on constructive notice that what they're doing is breaking the law by going along with these illegal and unconstitutional mandates.
If you organize your like-minded colleagues, you organize a strike, you organize a walkout, there is great power in that, and that's how we, the people, take our power back.
Then you go give them this information and you put them on constructive notice, and you don't allow it.
You basically inform them that this is medical tyranny, and we will not go along with it.
Everywhere that people have organized and striked or walked out, they have had those mandates rescinded within 24 hours in those workplaces.
So, this is how you finish it in your own workplace while it's being finished at the court level.
We'll wait and see what happens.
Oral arguments coming up on the 7th, but in the meantime, you can get to work.
Go to standupmichigan.com, download that paper, and you'll be able to fight back.
Tammy Clark, Kristen Megan, thank you so much for joining us today.
People are standing up.
And I tell you, I just, I think there's some good news.
We'll share some more of that coming up.
Ladies, thank you so much for being here with us.
We appreciate you

You know, oftentimes
we hear about the doom and gloom, the constant drumbeat of fear.
The mainstream media is always telling us about how bad it's going to be.
And even worse, there's nothing you can do about it.
Well,
that's not always the case.
In fact, there are plenty of good things happening
all around us at every moment.
You just got to know when to look for them and how to find them.
Sometimes it's not so hard.
That's why I'm happy to share some of this really good news.
I don't know if you even followed this story.
It wasn't as widely reported, but there's a great story out in New York now
that has to be shared because I think you need to know that your voice matters and that people are making a difference.
She's a writer.
Kay Smythe is with us right now and has some of this story out of the national pulse.
Kay, thanks for being here with us today.
Merry Christmas.
Oh, Merry Christmas.
Thank you so much for having me, Justin.
I really appreciate it.
I'm very excited to share this story, too.
I think, you know, we all need a little bit of good news.
It's been another rough year for most people.
And
I mean, it's kind of a big one.
Like, I was really surprised that my reportage, you know, I'm just a writer, like, that's all I do, but it was.
It's kind of exciting to see my writing actually have a real world impact.
I don't know if you want to kind of describe what happened or if you'd like me to.
Yeah, so tell us the story and where this came from initially, because this is a spooky story.
And it kind of went out under the radar largely.
Other than folks like you who are reporting this, out of New York State, there was a law, a really draconian law bill that was being proposed.
Tell us what that was about.
Well, this bill, A416,
was proposed proposed actually sort of like six years ago, something like that, during the Ebola epidemic by assemblyman out of Brooklyn.
His name's Nick Perry.
And
this piece of legislation, I mean, it's the kind of thing that you wouldn't even put in a dystopian Netflix series or something like that, like, because it was just so insane.
The way that it was written, essentially, anyone either suspected of having a contagious disease, who's been exposed to someone with a contagious disease, groups of people who may or may not have even been exposed, but again, were suspected of being exposed to any kind of contagious disease.
This bill would essentially allow for the governor and his or her
you know, people of choice,
it would allow for them to remove and detain those individuals suspected of having a contagious disease from day-to-day life.
And the way that the language in the bill was scripted essentially allowed for that detainment to go on indefinitely.
So, like,
sort of like an example would be, you know, say,
you know, we ended up having a Christmas party together.
Someone at that Christmas party contracted COVID, went and got tested at a hospital.
The person that was positive, tested positive for COVID could have been held indefinitely, would have had forced vaccinations forced upon them, so all of their sort of medical free will would have been removed.
And then all of us at that party could also have been detained and held indefinitely.
And the way that the law was written,
had it actually passed into law, you know, there was sort of like one of the first clauses was something like, oh, you know, people can only be held for three days, but the governor can actually hold them for 60 days and then you're allowed to appeal every 90 days and i was like well how does that apply to people who have contagious diseases that can't be cured like what happens to hiv positive individuals and other other kind of long-term
what what you know what becomes contagious for chronic conditions and i don't know if this was nick perry's office just you know throwing out a hail mary Like, I, it's the logic behind this law that is really spooking me.
And I don't, I don't know if we'll ever really get an answer as to why
Nick Perry thought that this would be a conceivable piece of legislation.
I mean, it could have landed his own mother in, you know, quarantine detainment for the rest of her life.
Like the way it was written, was just, it was either put together very haphazardly or very purposefully.
And either way, I mean, that's kind of terrifying.
But so this piece of legislation has come up in the news every sort of couple of years or so, someone's like, why is this being reconsidered?
And actually at the start of this year, someone else reported on it, I guess.
I didn't find this out until later whilst I was actually researching the bill.
But someone else reported on it and it kind of circulated a little bit through social media.
I didn't hear of it at the time.
And then when I was actually sent some information on it by the team at the National Pulse, I was like, well, this is absolutely ridiculous.
And all I did was describe the language in the legislation in this piece that I wrote.
Again, went viral online.
And even though people have been calling out this piece of legislation for years that it needed to be removed and destroyed, I guess
something changed this time.
Two days after the article was released,
Nick Perry went and called us all trolls and misinformation spreaders.
And I was like, dude, all we did was report on the thing that you wrote.
But he actually pulled the piece of legislation and it's done.
He's not going to throw it back into the session.
I'm hoping it never comes up again.
But it's done.
It's gone.
No one's going to be detained for contracting COVID or refusing medical treatment or vaccination.
So it was a piece of good news, you know?
Like, we pointed a finger at something that was seriously wrong with leadership and their treatment of people, like something that was inherently anti-freedom, anti-American ideals.
And they said, oh, yep, sorry, okay, we're done.
We'll get rid of it.
Well, he didn't say sorry.
Like, he's not going to accept ownership for the fact that he tried to institute this insanity.
But yeah, the piece of legislation was pulled and won't be coming up for consideration in New York.
So, yeah,
Merry Christmas, New York.
It was a nice little surprise for us.
That's a piece of good news, especially in places like New York.
And I think it was San Francisco.
I saw that now at kids five and up will have to prove that they've been jabbed in order to go into restaurants and things like that.
I mean, these types of things that are happening on the surface, you know, Nick Perry calls folks that were talking about this conspiracy theorists, but you really don't have to go too far down the rabbit hole to see things that are happening in other places, not just America, but, you know, Australia and some of these other places.
You never thought you'd see them.
And we hear quite a bit when people see these things and say, ah, it'll never happen here.
But I mean,
really, what's it's already, yeah, it's already keeping it like we've already done that, like, like throughout our history, and it happens everywhere.
Um,
yeah, I wish I could have that kind of optimistic mindset, but the data just doesn't allow for it in this day and age.
You know, there are bad actors who want to do whatever is possible to, you know, remove members of the population.
It's
It's kind of scary.
And, like, look at it, like, even the language that he used.
He was like, oh, these people are conspiracy theorists.
I was like, again, dude, all we did was report on a law that you were proposing.
We didn't change the language.
We didn't even add any hyperbole.
It was just, this is what your law could allow in reality.
So that's not okay.
And, you know, the people spoke and he listened and he got rid of it.
It is a piece of good news and some hope, I think.
Much needed in this day and age.
Kay Smythe is a writer.
She writes for the National Pulse, amongst other places, the NationalPulse.com.
Kay, where can folks find you on social media?
Wow.
Oh, wonderful.
So my social media is just, this is the beauty of having a ridiculous name.

I've also got a podcast, which is Kay Saves the USA.
Has some really fun guests on there.
You know, I try to use it as an opportunity to
just have conversations that I would have in normal day-to-day life with like very cool, very influential people.
So it's at K Smythe, K-A-Y-S-M-Y-A-T-H-E.
And then K Saves the USA.
And yeah, you can find me at the National Post.
You can find me at the Daily Caller.
I've written some stuff for the spectator.
I'm sort of all over the place.
I just put words in order and hope they make a difference.
Hey, thanks for reporting those things because we have a choice nowadays.
Folks aren't reporting everything.
And in fact, they're leaving large amounts of the truth out of their reporting a lot of times and that makes a difference.
Thank you, Kay.
I appreciate it.
Well, thank you for everything you do too, Justin.
I really, really appreciate you having me on today.
You know, God bless you, your family, everyone there, and have a very Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas.
More of the good news coming up.
We'll shine a light on some of the great things that are happening.
Yes, miracles too.
Some stories that are absolutely miraculous.
I think there really is no better day than today to talk about those things.
Christmas Eve.
Merry Christmas, folks.

Hey, Justin Barkley back here for Glenn Back today on the Glen Back program.
And as I mentioned earlier, lots of good news
still to come.
In fact, a story.
I don't know if you've been paying attention to this,
but it has roots
in in my backyard
a story
of missionaries kidnapped and held hostage
in Haiti
they were there for quite some time
they were there to uh
to do the lord's work
And in fact,
as they were making their way through one of the suburbs
near Port-au-Prince, I believe it was,
they were taken hostage by a group of gang members
who then went on to demand a $1 million ransom for these folks.
And we had, where I'm at in West Michigan,
a group of these folks who were from our area.
These missionaries
weren't just adults.
There were children.
In fact, I believe an infant with them as well.
The kidnappers demanding a $1 million ransom.
And as you know, in a time, a day and age when
maybe the question of whether the federal government here, the United States, is going to protect
their people and bring them back home safely in any situation is is being
questioned.
I mean, you can imagine what these folks and their families were going through.
Kidnappers wanted a million dollars ahead for each person.
Given that these were American citizens,
they may get it, especially with this administration.
So, the news that came the other day that these folks had been released, as I know, folks in Michigan had prayed for their safe return home.
People were very excited about this.
I was one of them.
But then,
as the question started to come in, wait a minute, did someone pay a ransom?
You know, we don't negotiate with terrorists, we don't pay ransom, that sort of thing.
What happened here?
Oh, the story slowly started
to sneak out.
These folks weren't released,
but something much, much bigger,
much more miraculous happened.
According to Christian Aid Ministries, that's the group that sent those folks on the mission there.
And CBN News,
those kidnapped evangelists
didn't get a ransom.
They weren't released.
They chose a much bolder path of escaping
their captors
under the dead of night
with their children in tow.
And folks,
it is
a God-filled and miraculous story.
Here's what they say.
The hostages were sensing God
nudging them to an attempt an escape.
According to the ministry spokesman, Weston Schoalter, over the time of their captivity, God gave various hostages a desire to attempt an escape.
After much discussion and prayer, they became solidly united that God seemed to be leading them this way.
It said they sought specific signs from God, and he confirmed over and over that the timing
just wasn't quite right yet.
And then something changed.
The night of Wednesday, December 15th,
they sensed
the timing was right.
They found a way to open the door
that was closed and blocked where they were being held.
They filed silently to the path that they had chosen to follow.
Quickly left the place they were held, despite the fact that numerous guards were close by.
I mean, can you imagine?
If they're caught, if they're found trying to escape, what what could happen?
We're getting reports of what happened and what the conditions were like when they were there,
what they were fed, and it wasn't great.
Many of them not being able to actually take showers because the water wasn't really
clean.
They developed sores.
I mean, these folks could have been killed.
Their lives were on the line.
And it's not just them,
they're kids, too.
So when they they sense the timing was right, they open that door.
Can you imagine the courage,
the boldness, the faith it takes
to move forward?
What happened next
is, in fact, a miracle,
and they are now home.
Safe, sound,
them and their children.
Just in time for Christmas.
And that story
coming up,
it's the good news
that I believe you need to hear.
Especially this time of year, because we're constantly being bombarded
over and over again with fear.
Constantly being bombarded with the negative news, the horrific headlines.
And what's missing
on purpose is the hope.
Don't feel hopeless.
Don't feel helpless.
Because miracles are happening
all around us.
And boy, is there some good news to share.
The rest of that story
and a little more hope
after this.
It's Justin Barkley filling in for Glenn Today on the Glenback program on Christmas Eve.

Yes, folks, it is a Christmas miracle.
And I believe one of the stories we ought to hear more about.
In fact, it kind of got swept a bit under the rug.
They told us originally that these missionaries being held hostage in Haiti
were released.
But that wasn't the full story.
In fact,
they had escaped.
And there's a little more truth to this story
than I think probably the reason why we're not hearing it all.
I told you that the folks from the
organization that sent them on the mission had a little bit more to the story.
Christian Aid Ministries.
CBN News reports that these folks had prayed.
They had asked God for signs.
All while they were being held hostage, I think this goes back to October.
Should they escape?
Eventually,
through that prayer,
they believed they received
the sign that it was time for them to go.
And so they did.
After much discussion and prayer, I told you that they
opened the door.
Normally, this this door closed and blocked, they found a way to open it.
That's when they slipped out
the hands of their captors.
They filed silently
into the night.
Despite the fact that numerous guards were close by,
they could have been killed, beaten.
Who knows?
And their children as well.
There must have been some
divine protection.
In the distance, they could see a mountain feature,
one they'd recognized and identified days before.
They identified that landmark
and knew that
was the direction they needed to go.
They also used
the guidance of the stars,
according to the report as well,
as they traveled through the night
to safety.
After a number of hours walking
with their kids, some of them even carrying
these children,
day began to dawn.
Eventually, they found someone who would help them make a phone call.
The man describing the story
as his voice began to choke.
They were finally
free.
What a story.
Break open the door in the middle of the night, they sneak past guards, follow the stars on a mountain to safety, walking hours,
their kids,
even an infant.
What a story.
One that I know I need,
especially in days like this.
As dark,
as dark as it may seem,
there are moments
of bright,
brilliant light
shining through.
And you know, it doesn't often really take
that much.
This is a story
fit for Hollywood.
Now we know how they work.
Whether they will produce this film
or someone else with a faith-based background.
Those stories keep getting better and better.
The productions
have made giant leaps lately for those types of films.
But I can tell you,
it will be hugely profitable.
Why?
Because in the times that we're in,
what we face on a daily basis,
people
are hungry, They're starving
for this type of news.
The fact that miracles are happening all around us
is just something that we need to know.
You know, and I hear this story and I think to myself.
being held captive,
constantly bombarded with fear.
If they try to escape,
if they make any sort of move, they face
some sort of retribution by their
captors,
And yet
they had faith.
They believed that they would make it out
that God had a plan.
And they just
trusted
that he would provide
and protect.
And so they took the first step.
They opened that door,
and their journey to freedom began.
And folks, I can't help but think
how many of us
in any
situation we might be facing today
might parallel exactly what they were going through.
Sure.
Look around on the surface.
It seems grim.
Times seem dark.
Being held captive.
But their faith held the key to set them free.
All they had to do
was trust God
and take the first step.
How many of us are in the exact same position
today?
What a miracle.
What a story.
Just in time for Christmas.
Merry Christmas, folks.
And God bless.

Justin Barclay in for Glenback today on the Glenback program, and I saw this story, and it really, it struck a chord with me.
A baby thriving,
not just surviving, but thriving after surgery
to remove a tumor while still in the womb.
This is from Yahoo.
Baby at 25 weeks pregnant.
Sam Drennan learned that her unborn baby had a tumor compressing the heart.
Her doctors would need to perform surgery to keep the baby alive.
Everything was perfectly fine.
It wasn't until our second anatomy ultrasound, which was 27, April 27th, that's when we found out there was something wrong,
according to Sam.
She and her husband David were told that they needed surgery to remove the tumor which was pressing on the left side of the baby's heart and causing issues with circulation.
It was hard.
Even after the day we found out about him, I had to go to work and take care of other people and act like nothing's going on.
She said she works at a hospital.
Just 36 hours after a meeting with a specialist at Cleveland Clinic to discuss her options, the surgery was underway.
Surgery, which had only been performed successfully once before, presented plenty of its own challenges.
There's not a ton of
cases, Dr.
Daryl Cass, the director of fetal surgery, the Cleveland Clinic told the folks at the Today Show, we want to be sure that we're going to do the right thing.
The tumor was growing, and they wanted to remove it.
to remove the tumor the team had to surgically open her abdomen the mother's abdomen and uterus then they were able to lift the baby's arms into the chest cavity remove the tumor and restore blood flow the surgeons then repositioned the baby in the womb to continue the pregnancy
although she wasn't able to hold or console her baby immediately after the surgery she talked to him every day I would talk to him all the time, she said.
I would just tell him that everything's going to be okay.
And I got got you.
We're going to get through this and come out strong.
She delivered the baby, Rylan, ten weeks after the surgery on July 13th.
She said, looking back, the surgery was wild to think about.
We tell the story to people, and they're just like, wait a minute, they did what?
Yeah,
they did that.
They saved him.
It's amazing.
It's a miracle.
And he is a beautiful baby boy today.
Looking at his pictures today, five months old.
Something that my wife and I
know a thing or two about is our little girl was born three months early, about this time last year.
We spent 77 days in the hospital.
Christmas looks a lot different this year.
If you or someone you know
is going through a rough time, I can tell you, I know
what that's like.
I've been there.
Christmas songs,
boy, they just
sound
different
when you're going through something.
But I just want to encourage you that no matter what you're going through, you're not alone.
God's got a plan.
I can tell you, I felt that peace.
I can't even hardly describe it,
but I felt it throughout
those 77 days.
And now, our little girl just turned a year old, and she's almost walking.
She is pulling herself up on things and standing by herself now and clapping and
giving kisses, waving.
And just last night,
we discovered something
special.
A little tooth
poking out of her bottom
gums.
God is good.
Folks, I know it's easy this time of year to get wrapped up in everything else, the hustle and the bustle, and maybe to feel bad or down
because of these things that are happening.
But I just want to encourage you to think about the things
that are going right.
To think about the blessings that you do enjoy,
because it has the incredible ability to shift your perspective at any moment in time.
I can tell you, this Christmas
is even more magical
because I am so grateful
to be able to hold my little girl while she's not strapped to monitors, tubes, and wires.
Although I was grateful for those folks, those angels on earth in the children's hospital last year.
I am just so grateful that I've got my little angel back home.
Folks,
I want to wish you the best and the merriest this Christmas to you and your family.
God bless.
