the Glen Beck Program.
Hello, America, and welcome to the Glenbeck Program.
So, I want to talk to you a little bit about China, but there are several China stories that have come out that I think we need to roll them all into one so I can give you a real China briefing, but then a choice.
Are you actually funding the concentration camps?
Are you actually helping China?
Some new information came out yesterday that
everyone should know because it looks like we may be helping China.
We may be funding those things.
We're definitely helping China spy on us and everything else.
So we have an ethical question to ask here in just a second.
And I'm going to introduce you to a CEO of a great American company who decided, you know what?
I'm not going to ship things overseas anymore.
About 10 years ago, ago, he realized, you know, the principles of this country are far more important than a five-cent profit.
And he's built something astonishing.
You'll hear from him all within the next 30 minutes.
We begin in 60.
The Glenbeck Program.

Has the United States ever tolerated more harassment, more theft, more spying, and more blatant hostility from any nation than we are tolerating right now from China?
It's really a rhetorical question because the answer is no.
At the height of the Cold War, the Soviet Union, even in its wildest dreams, never got away with the hostilities that China now gets away with on a daily basis.
I want you to know
the last thing we need is a war.
And a war with China would mean world war.
It would not be good for anyone.
But I think China even knows that at this point.
But China's fingers are in everybody's pie, and it is not good.
Yesterday, a report came out from the U.S.
Space Force General, said American satellites are attacked every day by China with lasers, radio frequency jammers, and cyber attacks.
Russia also participates in this.
He said the tactics approach acts of war.
That's all, just acts of war.
But our Congress and our president, the Democrats, obsess over building back better, the right to kill babies, and global warming.
That's all they're focused on.
This is China poking, jabbing, shivving you under the table while smiling for the cameras and getting ready to welcome the world to Beijing for the Winter Olympics in just two months.
Need I remind you that we boycotted the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow in protest of the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan.
Boy, does that seem quaint now?
We have known what China is building and doing and their real intent towards the West
for way too long.
And we've all just buried our head because we don't want a war with China.
We all said, oh, you can't do trade barriers because that would mean war.
That would just throw everything out of line.
Well, it didn't seem to do that with Donald Trump, did it?
Instead, we elected a president who we now know
is literally taking money from the Chinese Communist Party.
It's being funneled through his son.
He's made millions of dollars from the communists.
And we're not really saying anything, are we?
We've known for years about the concentration camps, yet it's business as usual.
John Kerry just told us, well, we can't do anything about the concentration camp because we really need them on global warming.
They're not going to do anything on global warming.
They are building one coal-fire power plant every single week.
They're not going to do it.
And really,
global warming with China, that's a bigger deal than the erasing of an entire group of people?
That's more important than genocide.
Wow, is this our priorities, America?
Because if they are, I begin to wonder if I want to be a part of this.
There's no serious consideration of even boycotting the Beijing and Olympics.
We are on the wrong side of history.
This week, leaked documents from China were published that directly link the state's brutal policies towards Uyghurs with top Chinese Communist Party leadership, including President Zi.
China has always denied any wrongdoing against the Uyghurs.
But now we have documents that show official state policies of A, forced internment, B, mass sterilization,
C, re-education programs, D, slave labor, and all of this was done with the top party officials, including President Z.
He is quoted in the documents as telling officials to respond to Uyghur separatists with, quote, absolutely no mercy, end quote.
Apparently, his command has been obeyed.
Earlier this year, former Uyghur detainees detailed how they were systematically raped, sexually abused, tortured, sterilized, and then thrown into the re-education camps.
By the way, they can free themselves by working as slave labor
and report back to the camp every night.
Speaking out about abuse in China gets you canceled.
I mean in a more literal sense, executed.
If you're not executed, you're stashed away in some camp or an undisclosed location.
Now that is what's happened just this week to Chinese tennis star Peng Shui.
Don't know if you've been following this, but early last month she dared accuse a senior Chinese government official of sexual assault,
and now she's been disappeared.
Now, let me ask you, all those on the left that say,
me too,
enough of this.
What is your response to an administration that won't even stand with this woman who is accusing a high party official of sexual assault, and then she just disappears.
The International Olympic Committee claims to have two video calls with Peng,
the second one earlier this week.
But even if the calls took place, it's only because the Chinese government is trying to save face with the Olympics starting soon.
There's no proof of Peng's safety or her whereabouts.
Even with so much proof with China, I mean, never again is now.
Even with the proof of the human rights abuse, American government and business continues to turn a blind eye and groups like
Google and Facebook and Microsoft
are doing all they can to partner with China.
Apple partners with China.
Apple Apple makes some of their products in the Uyghur territory with Uyghur slaves.
Billionaire Ray Dalio,
he runs the world's largest hedge fund.
He's a longtime investor in China.
I want you to listen to him trip over himself this week when he was asked on CNBC about China's human rights problems.
Clearly, there's human rights issues.
There's questions right now about this Chinese tennis player, Peng Shui.
There have been questions about Jack Ma.
How do you think about that piece of it when it relates to investing there?
Well, I can't be an expert in those types of things.
What I basically do, and for 50 years, I
invest all over the world.
I look to whatever the rules are.
If the government
has a policy that I should do a certain thing and so on, but I can't be an expert in all of those
particular dynamics of that.
I really have no idea.
Stop.
I mean,
that is our go-to excuse.
I don't know.
I don't know.
I'm not an expert in that.
I have no idea.
We know.
We know genocide is happening in China on a massive scale.
We know China
is much more powerful than the Third Reich ever was.
We know China is an enemy of ours.
We know China is attacking us on a daily basis.
We know our administration is in bed with China financially, illegally.
As long as the money is flowing, we're fine, I guess.
History is littered with tyrants and oppressive regimes that the world failed to confront before the mass atrocities occurred.
This is the information age.
We've known about China for years, but what difference does this information make if no one does anything about it?
And I'm not talking about going to war.
I'm talking about saying we can't do business with you anymore.
All of this information that we have,
well, now you have to make a choice.
But this information
not only
could save the people in China,
this information, if we don't act on it, will
doom our souls.
You can't know about this and then go buy an apple product
i'm sitting here with an apple product
it's hard let me give you one more thing about china quickly
consumers research
this has been around forever
They they're a nonprofit.
They share consumer information.
So you know, they just shared a letter that they have sent to 10 governors, the 10 governors of Washington, Florida, New York, Nevada, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Montana, Nebraska, and West Virginia.
10 states with the top 10 pension fund investments with BlackRock.
What is BlackRock doing?
BlackRock is funneling billions in U.S.
dollars to China, and they're doing them through your pension pension fund.
They are investing in China.
Well, I don't know what China is doing.
I can't be an expert on this.
Believe me, BlackRock is, and BlackRock has our administration by the throat.
They are the economic
advisors for the President, the Vice President, and the Treasury.
Do you want your money going
to fund China?
These are going to offshore accounts.
BlackRock is saying, hey, we only invest in what we invest in.
And we're just doing what's right for the customers.
You know what?
That's exactly what one of my financial advisors said to me the other day when he said, you've got to invest in BlackRock.
If you invest in BlackRock, the money is just off the charts.
And I said, do you know what what they're doing?
Do you know that they're buying houses from the American people?
They're coming in with $75,000, $100,000 more than the asking price so they can own all of it and we're all renters?
No.
He said, you're not going to make any money if you're going to have these kind of standards.
And I said, then I don't make any money.
this is a hard decision but they are only going to get harder how
much
is your soul worth
how much is freedom worth
how much
is
what is the cost of stopping genocide what are you willing to pay
better yet what are you willing to not make What are you willing to not have as an increase?
Oh, I made 14% on my dollar because I invested in what?
Concentration camps?
My soul's worth more than 14%.
I'm going to show you somebody who's doing something about it next.
Standby.
First, let me tell you, I've got a surprise coming for somebody for Christmas, so I don't want to go too deeply into this, but Legacy Box is the very best.
The very best.
Legacy Box is a way for you to take and

Now, you can do a couple of things.
You can put everything online.
You can get it as a hard drive or a
thumb drive, and you can have those permanently and you get everything back, all the originals.
Now you could do that and then present that as Christmas, or you could just buy the box and say, mom, dad, Merry Christmas.
Here's the box.
I want you two to go through all the pictures and just put them in there.
It's all paid for.
Right now, Legacy Box Cyber Week Sale is here, and they're giving you the best deal of the year.

And I just met him yesterday, and we did a
podcast with him.
He's Bayard Winthrop.
He is the CEO and the founder of American Giant.
American Giant is the company that is known for
this is the actual thing that they've been,
they've been calling these sweatshirts, not the company, the people who do reviews, that it is the greatest hoodie ever made.
The greatest hoodie ever made.
This is all made here in America.
All of this stuff done here, real, real quality.
And American Giant is doing just fine with
the slowdown.
There's no slowdown.
There's no supply chain problems.
And we talked yesterday for the podcast.
It's out now.
So please get it.
But we talked about the supply chain.
He doesn't have any supply supply chain problems and he lays out a plan for Americans and American investors and companies to start reinvesting in America and start all of this talent all of this skill is now idle and if we don't know now that geez you know maybe just maybe
we should start making some of these things so we're not sitting ducks for China and the rest of the world
You need to hear this podcast.
You're going to love it.
From the CEO and founder of American Giant.
And by the way, I mean, it's not a commercial.

All right.
I know it took a while to get to this point, but I don't think that transentory inflation means what Joe Biden and friends
thinks it means.
They're now saying, get this, that it's not just going to run through next year.
Experts are now saying this kind of inflation could be with us for 10 years.
Hello, Weimar Republic.
We are looking at smoking ruin that is the American economy, and it can be turned around pretty quickly.
It can.
We are extraordinarily resilient and good, solid people, but until we have good, solid people in Washington, Until we have people that are actually working to fix this, not destroy it, you better refinance your mortgage.

Welcome to to the Glenn Beck program.
We have Matt Walsh on,
and he is from the Matt Walsh Show, which you can find YouTube, dailywire.com.
Welcome to the program, Matt.
How are you?
Good, Glenn.
Thanks for having me.
Let's start with the abortion proceedings.
You said yesterday, you know, you'd like to see it overturned to save babies, but also because it would make the worst people on earth so miserable.
And that's good enough for you.
yeah well i think that's i i think that's that's justice i mean you watch for example the people the women who are out front supreme court building supposedly taking abortion pills in an act of uh celebration you know that sort of thing i mean these are uh these are these really are the worst people
we're long past the point where they used to say in the the pro-abortion movement oh we want it to be safe legal and rare And of course, they still want it to be legal, and they say they want it to be safe, but you can't really have a safe abortion by definition.
But the rare part is out the window.
I mean, now they're full-on.
Let's just have abortions for everyone.
It's an act of celebration.
It's a celebration of a woman's autonomy and all that kind of stuff.
I tell you, Matt, I actually think, and you're a spiritual guy, so you'll understand this.
We're battling evil.
We're not battling our neighbors.
This is evil.
Evil has us by the throat.
It is his time of reign, he thinks.
But if this law goes away, you know that we are going to not, we're not going to stop at 15 weeks.
Of course, Texas, Mississippi, and about 25 other states are all going to say no abortions in this state.
But I believe that there will be an unleashing of evil in New York, Massachusetts, probably Illinois, California, where you'll see, oh, there's no limits.
We can decide.
All right, baby's born.
Mom, do you want it or not?
I think you're going to see evil like we have not seen before, which is a good thing for it to be exposed.
Do you agree?
Yeah,
I totally agree.
And that's something that I think still a lot of people don't understand because the media has obscured this point intentionally.
But obviously Roe v.
Wade is overturned, and that's exactly the point.
It doesn't mean that abortion is illegal across the country automatically.
And
I do think we'll see that because what we understand is that for, as many of us have been talking about for a long time, for the left, abortion is
their highest sacrament because it's, you know, leftism, I think, is basically, right, it's a death cult and
it's Satanism in a very real and literal sense because Satanism is not really, Satanism is not the worship of Satan theologically.
Satanism is the worship of the self, and that's what leftism is.
It's a celebration and a worship of the self.
And what better way to express your
worship of yourself than by sacrificing your own child on that altar.
And as many of us have also been pointing out, all of the arguments made for abortion certainly would apply.
Every single one of them applies to a newborn infant, a baby who's six months old.
And for so long, the left has been saying, oh, that's crazy.
No, no, no, no.
But then we always see this.
And in many other areas, we've seen the same thing where they say, oh, that's crazy.
It's never, that's a slippery slope fallacy.
And then you fast forward a few years and they're doing exactly what it is.
Well, there it is.
Yeah, did you see the news about Notre Dame
and how this is now the new Notre Dame is going to
have
a chapel for global warming, a chapel for social justice?
I think this is, you know,
in prophecy, it talks about a one-world government, one world church.
I think this wokeness crap, I think all of this is the new one-world church.
and Notre Dame is becoming its cathedral.
Yeah, they're turning, no,
from what I've read, Notre Dame is turning into kind of like a woke Disney World type of thing.
It's also,
there's a whole other part of this where there's kind of this, I think it's sort of a war on beauty in our world, and you find this especially with churches.
an uglification of everything, buildings, everyone,
even people, it seems like, are trying to intentionally make themselves look uglier.
But buildings, especially, especially churches.
So it does not surprise me at all.
This is exactly what, this is why I was, this is one of the reasons why it was so tragic when that fire happened because we just knew that our culture is not capable of and not interested in building anything that beautiful ever again.
And so it's going to end up being exactly what they're doing to it.
I've read your new book.
It's a kid's book, Johnny the Walrus.
Actually, it's not a kid's book.
It's really for the parents.
But as I read it,
Matt,
I thought, I can't believe I live in a society that needs this book, seriously needs this book.
Did you feel that way when you were writing it?
Yeah, I feel that way every single day, but it's necessary for.
Every day I'm saying things, you're saying things.
We're all saying things that...
that we shouldn't need to say.
And it still boggles my mind every day that I need to say it,
but we do.
I mean, this is just, this is affirming basic common sense and some really basic realities about children and also kind of the psychology of children and the fact that
little kids, when they say things, they make claims about themselves and about the world.
They don't really understand the distinction between reality and fantasy.
They live in a world where there is no distinction.
They live in kind of like a fantastical world,
which is one of the wonderful things about childhood, and that's why it's so, childhood is so beautiful that we want to protect it.
But now it's being exploited and kind of turned against these kids, and
we take a childhood fantasy or something that they say that's purely out of their imagination, and now it's turned into a lifelong identity crisis for them where it didn't need to be that.
So let me just give you a couple of pages here from Johnny the Walrus.
Johnny's a boy with a big imagination.
One day he's a dog, next day he's a crustacean.
One morning he came downstairs barking and clapping, wood spoons for tusks and sock fins a flapping.
I'm Johnny the Walrus, he said with a roar.
The wood floor's my ocean, and the carpet's my shore.
Johnny's mom loves her son's make-believe time.
You're Johnny the Walrus till you change your mind.
But Johnny's mom's phone said, it's not just pretend.
Only a bigot would say that.
How dare you offend?
Mommy was told to take John for a checkup.
The doctor says, you'll need to eat worms and put on gray makeup.
The worms will give you whiskers and the gray blends you in.
And a simple procedure cuts feet into fins.
It's gross eating worms, mom.
They're all so dang twitchy.
Wood spoons kind of hurt and the makeup is kind of itchy.
He eventually gets to the zoo and mom says he's a walrus and the zookeeper says, what the hell is wrong with you?
I mean, I'm not quoting from the book anymore.
What the hell is wrong with you?
This story
is so important.
I don't know if you remember just a few weeks ago with the parent who was saying, look, my boy's a girl.
Are you a girl?
Yeah, I'm a girl and I'm seven.
No, you're not.
You're four.
But you're a girl, right?
It's insane.
Why isn't that a seven-year-old girl if that's what he says he is?
I can't believe we live in a world that needs this, Matt.
Yeah, and by the way, thanks for reading that.
I mean, it's the greatest work of literature I've written.
And it took me many, many months to come up with it.
Yeah, I mean, the video you're talking about is just a perfect example of the incoherence of gender ideology in general, but especially as it pertains to kids, where, as you said, I mean, the kid says he's seven years old, but he can't be seven,
but he can be a girl if he says he's that.
I mean, and of course, with like age is actually a fluid changing thing.
So in some ways,
it makes more sense.
It still doesn't make sense, but it makes more sense to identify as a different age because at least eventually you will be that age, whereas your sex is unchangeable and immutable.
But then you also see in that video, like with so many other examples of this kind of thing, where the parents, and in the book, and Johnny the Walrus, I kind of was a little bit easy on the parent because she's more sort of hapless and clueless and
confused and she's convinced by society to go along with this.
And that does happen.
I also think there are many other examples where the parents choose to impose this on their kids because they want to kind of hold their kid up as some sort of trophy to the world to score woke points and everything, which is which is the most insidious thing of all.
Matt Walch, are you getting any pushback from this?
I mean, is it for sale on Amazon?
And where are you?
Can you only get it at dailywire.com?
Yeah, there's certainly plenty of pushback as expected.
Right now, you got to go to johngowalris.com to buy it from the daily wire.
We sold out on Amazon in a day, and so we're now in the process of trying to get it back on Amazon.
And,
you know,
they're having some complications there.
Yeah, they're very well flung sure.
Johnny the Walrus, it's johnnythewalrus.com.
Is where you can get it?
Yeah, johnnythewalrus.com.
Matt, always good to talk to you.
I hope you had a great Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas.
If I don't talk to you in between,
you as well.
Thanks a lot.
Appreciate it.
God bless.
Bill O'Reilly is coming up in just a second, and then Stu and I are going to take a look at all of the stories of the week that we might have missed and some of the funny parts of the week, all still to come.
Cindy writes in about her dog's experience with Rough Green.
She says, Roxy is my 14-year-old Minnie Schnauzer with kidney disease.
For the last few years, we've had to get on the floor with her food and pretend that I was eating her food.
I mean, we go from airplane with our kids,
open the hangar door, to getting down and pretending we're eating the dog food.
I mean, they are part of our family, family, and it sucks to have to do it, but I've, I've, I've, I've,
I've done it.
Rough greens.
Rough greens.
She said, I heard about rough greens on Glebbeck's show.
I decided to give it a try.
What a difference.
Five stars.
Thank you.
Cindy, thank you for listening.
Thank you for writing in.

This is the Glenn Beck Program.
I met somebody yesterday who I think we're going to become good friends.
CEO, Bayard Winthrop,
he believes buying American can solve our political divide and supply chain problems.
His company that he founded was American Giant.
This is the company that has made
the hoodie that the press has dubbed the best hoodie ever made.
He's dealing with a supply chain nightmare, except he's doing fine
because he decided to do everything in America, but that's not where his business career started.
It's an amazing story with twists and turns and a success story, but every entrepreneur should listen to it.
I want you to hear him talk just a little bit in this podcast about the entrepreneurial spirit.
John Huntsman Sr.
was a good friend of mine.
And
he's the guy who came up with the styrofoam, you know,
McDonald's containers and stuff.
He was a petrochemical guy.
And at one point, when he was trying to make that mold,
he was broke.
And he he just knew that those would be huge and he had to come up with a way.
Sitting in his office one day and there's a gold record on the wall and I said,
John,
I'm trying to piece together.
Did your company make the vinyl for albums?
What?
And he said, no, he said, I was down on money.
I had this idea.
And he said, so I thought, how can I make a bunch of money quickly?
He said, before there was K Tel Records, you'll remember that.
He said, I was the first one to come up with a compilation album for Christmas where I just put all these different artists on.
And he said, I made a fortune and I put it into buying the molds.
Yeah.
And he told me towards the end of his life, he said, I don't think we have to worry yet about China eating our luncheon business.
And I said, Really?
And he said,
My friends in China tell me over and over again, we we can clean your clock everywhere, except for that entrepreneurial, innovative, optimistic I can do it.
Yeah, totally.
And back to the trucks on the road,
it doesn't take us long to forget.
And I'm so concerned about
everybody saying you can't do it.
Oh, yeah.
All of this crap.
Come on, it's crap.
I mean, just, I say this to everybody, come travel the supply chain with me.
You get through our supply chain from the gins to the yarners to everybody.
You realize really quickly that optimism and entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well.
I think the risk is that you stifle that enough so that those businesses move overseas, those towns kind of wither on the vine, there isn't vitality there anymore.
And there's an entrepreneur in waiting in every small town across the U.S.
They just need the right the right infrastructure, the right school system, the right opportunity to go unlock it.
And so what I worry about is that I think that if we buy into this narrative that we don't need to make things in this country anymore and we don't need to invest there, I think that has much broader implications beyond just where stuff is coming from.
It's got implications in towns and communities and that entrepreneurial optimistic drive that I think is so inherent in this country.
So
I don't buy it.
It's there.
But I do think we have to start paying attention to it and start to address it because if we let it go for another 10, 15 years, I do get worried about it.
I think that you begin to take away that vitality and that entrepreneurial spirit.
Just maybe.
That is America.
That is America.
That is America.
That opportunity and that ability to do something and have an idea and pursue it with vitality.
And I worry that that's the more that we deaden all the towns and communities all across the country, the more worried I get about that.
So I think that's something that we do need to begin to confront.

All right, the weekend review with Mr.
Bill O'Reilly coming up next.
Stand by.
What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
This
is
the Glenback Program.
Hello, America.
It's Friday.
Bill O'Reilly is next.
The Glenn Beck Program.
With Roe v.
Wade hanging in the balance of the Supreme Court, I cannot wait.
Cannot wait to hear Bill's take on this.
It's a good time to remember that even if it does get overturned, abortion will not end in this country.
And the leftist entities like Planned Parenthood will continue to do everything they can to continue the practice of wholesale murder.
Let me suggest if you are with Big Mobile, if you, especially Verizon, they send money to Planned Parenthood.
Change this.
Drop that carrier.
Go to Patriot Mobile.
If you make the switch today, they're going to give you a free month of service.
The offer ends, I think, at the end of the weekend, December 5th.
You can get reliable nationwide coverage for less.
And you're not paying for things like Planned Parenthood.
Patriot Mobile shares your values, supports the organizations that are fighting for religious freedom, constitutional rights, and the sanctity of life.
It's patriotmobile.com/slash Beck or call 972 Patriot, 972Patriot, patriotmobile.com/slash Beck.
Do it now.
Mr.
Bill O'Reilly is with us now.
Today, the justices will decide initially the case
before the Supreme Court in the last couple of days.
Today is the day that they'll meet around 1 o'clock.
If you're a praying person, you should pray for this meeting because they'll make the initial
decision on this case, which we won't actually hear until probably June or July.
on where we stand with Roe versus Wade.
I can't wait to hear from Mr.
Bill O'Reilly on, I assume this is the biggest story of the week, Bill?
In some precincts, I think the Trafalgar poll on Biden, you know, for the country is a bigger story.
Okay, so let's let's come.
Can we come back to that?
Let's start with whatever you want.
Start with abortion.
Okay, so I don't think a Roe v.
Wade is going to be overturned.
I think that the
five,
maybe six,
of the justices will say the states have a right to regulate abortion under public safety provisions.
So that's what the case is about.
It's Mississippi wanting to cut off abortion at 15 weeks.
And I think that that's going to happen, that the states will be allowed to do that.
And then, you'll know, you'll get certain states that push it to eight weeks or whatever.
And I don't know how the justices are going to deal with that.
But there will still be states like New York and California and Illinois where you can have an abortion up to 10 minutes before birth for any reason.
And I bet you it goes after birth
in some states.
That man is barbaric.
There's no doubt about it.
Right.
But it was interesting.
It was interesting to see Sodomayor, Justice Sodoma,
basically try to pin
people who are pro-life as religious zealots.
You know, that's what she said.
Oh, this is a religion question.
And, you know, she did that because there's a separation between
the government and religion in America.
That's what she was trying to do.
But you can make an argument, and I certainly would if I ever got to speak with her, that this is a human rights issue.
So is Sodomayor saying
a fetus isn't a human?
I'd like to hear her say that.
I think she is, though.
She's saying that.
Well, I want to hear it.
I want to hear the words.
Yeah.
Because if you say that a fetus is not a human being, then you have to back it up.
And what are you going to back it up with?
That's your opinion,
but you don't rule
on opinion.
You rule on facts.
And there are just as many facts that say
that a fetus
is a human being or at least a potential human being.
So,
Bill,
I talked to Mike Lee yesterday and he said he really believes that Roe v.
Wade is going to be overturned.
And, you know, he's clerked for two separate justices
and know them real well.
He said, however,
things can change.
And
I went back and looked September 4th, 1992, an article in the Washington Post from Robert Novak.
The Supreme Court on June 29th affirmed, instead of overturning the Roe v.
Wade abortion standard, because Justice Anthony Kennedy changed his vote, a flip attributed to court circles, to liberal constitutional scholar Lawrence Tribe's pulling of strings backstage.
So today they're going to vote, but then they have all of these months in between, and that's what happened in 1992.
That Justice Kennedy flipped his vote.
Do you, Do you?
I mean, I'm concerned because of John Roberts last time with
the flipping of his vote on Obamacare.
This kind of stuff happens, doesn't it?
Yes.
Again, I'd be very surprised if the Supreme Court overturns Roe v.
Wade.
Well, it's kind of the only.
I'd be very surprised that that happens.
But there is, according to Mike Lee, there is no middle ground.
And it's not.
See, this is.
Hang on just a second.
Hang on just a second.
It's important to understand, flipping Roe versus Wade is not an end to abortion.
It just means the states get to decide.
But you don't have to even bother with it to give the states more power.
All you have to do is rule that Mississippi has a right to cut off abortion at 15 weeks.
Right.
Which will be an effective end to Roe versus Wade.
I mean, I think we're arguing the same thing here.
I don't know if it's going to be an effective end because Roe v.
Wade is a federal law.
Okay, so if you were to end Roe v.
Wade, then you could go to California and New York and Illinois and basically say you can't do it.
And I just don't see that ever happening.
No, no, no, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
But this is according to the
attorneys for the abortion clinic.
Their statement is, and it's true,
because Roe v.
Wade says this number of weeks, it has to be, if you take that out, then you're returning the control back to the states.
And
that's what Roe versus Wade did.
It took that power away from the states.
So, in effect, so state could not ban abortion
under Roe v.
Wade.
Correct.
That's going to stay.
I'm almost 100%.
That
you cannot
ban abortion.
Right.
So, a state like Mississippi, Alabama, Oklahoma,
the state legislature passes a law, we don't want any abortion in our state.
That goes up against Roe v.
Wade.
Federal takes precedent, and that's how it goes down.
So, Roberts and the others, they're going to try
to give the states more power to regulate abortion.
I do believe that will happen.
And they'll word it in a way that leaves Roe v.
Wade as established law, but allows the states to have limits.
That's what I think will happen.
Okay.
Bill, you think that the new poll out
is the most important story of the week?
Right.
Tell me about it.
So Trafalgar is a pretty accurate polling crew.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
They don't get a lot of publicity, but they're fair in their polling.
Their sample, you know, takes into account Republicans, Democrats, and Independents.
Yeah,
they've cracked the code on how to get people to respond in today's world, and they balance it.
They've been accurate the last two elections, the most accurate.
So now you got Biden at 36% job approval approaching Richard Nixon territory during Watergate.
Wow.
And
unlike Trump, whose numbers were always below 50
job approval, the Trump people, people who liked him, were fanatical about liking him.
Okay?
Well, Biden's 36.
There are no fanatical Bidens.
I mean,
the 36%
who think he's doing a good job as president are divided into two categories.
The progressive liberal zealots, okay, and the people who don't even know what state they live in.
All right?
Those are the two crews that when you sample, are going, it's it's not like, oh, I love this Joe Biden.
I mean, you know, we've talked about this before, but I have a lot of liberal friends, and I mean, and I'm like taunting them.
And on billorilly.com, I have a bumper sticker.
Do you regret your 2020 vote yet?
And so Biden doesn't have
any kind of real firm backing.
And for a president of the United States after 11 months to have no firm backing, I mean, the Democratic Party would love to dump him.
Do you realize that?
Oh, they'd love to, but who are they going to replace him with?
They don't have anybody to replace him with.
If you look, you cannot replace him.
I mean, they've got to get him on steroids, Disney animatronics.
I don't know what, but you can't have him leave before the end of the day.
There's nobody else.
No, but if there were a reincarnation of
JFA,
there's not.
Okay.
They'd dump Biden in a heartbeat.
Yeah.
Because they understand, and we're talking Democrats now, they understand this is a disaster,
a disaster.
So I went back to do my research and I looked at the first year of all 46 presidents.
No one has been worse than Biden in our history.
No one, that includes Millard Fillmore,
you know,
great names of the past.
And it's getting worse.
It's getting worse because
he cannot process information.
That's the key to Joe Biden.
He can't process information.
So it's like a student in a class, and the teacher says, hey, George Washington was the commander-in-chief, and then he was elected president.
And 10 minutes later, you asked the kid, what was George Washington?
I don't know.
Can't retain information.
So therefore, if you can't retain information, you can't strategize to solve any problems.
And therefore, the problems are going to get worse, particularly economically.
And I think that the Democrats, I mean,
it's like they've lost their mind.
Did you see the
chart?
where gas prices are down 1.8 cents
since when?
Since Thanksgiving?
They found a couple of days where the price went down by 1.8%.
They put a chart on that only shows it in decline.
We're showing it if you're watching Blaze TV.
Only shows the price of gas in decline.
So it's only like a three or six day chart.
And I mean, it's humiliating what they're doing.
Do they really think that they can get away with this stuff and people don't know?
No, they don't think that.
The hierarchy in the Democratic Party is panicked because they have less than a year to the midterms, and it's going to be a wipeout.
And Republicans are going to assume both houses in Congress, and that'll be the end of the Biden administration.
Without getting anything passed.
What happens to
the election if
just go with me here, if Roe versus Wade is overturned?
I don't know.
I mean, I'm not a speculative kind of guy.
I think that would give momentum to the progressive left because they'd say, oh, women, you know, you're persecuting the women and women aren't full citizens because that's what they do anyway.
So there'd be a big gender war.
That's what they gin up on it.
And I don't think that's going to be effective, honestly.
I think the days of the gender stuff and the race stuff, I just think it's just so
trite now that you're like, oh, shut up.
Yeah, in certain parts of the country, but in the big cities, that's still alive and well.
If you feel that way and you're not surrounded by people like that, move, move, move to Texas.
All right.
Thank you so much, Bill.
We're going to take a one-minute break.
Come back with more with Bill O'Reilly in just a second.
American Financing, NMLS, 1-82334, www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org.
There's a great phrase that goes a little something like this.
You don't know what you don't know.
And it's true.
For instance, if you haven't called American Financing and talked to one of their mortgage consultants, then you don't know how much money you might be saving on a monthly basis.
Hundreds, maybe as much as a thousand.
What would $12,000 do to your life over a year period?
That's a lot of money to save.
And you can save it.
Just call them and have them look at your finances.
Have them look at your mortgage.
You may be paying too much for your mortgage.
If you're paying over 3%,
you are probably paying too much.
And they can work with you to get a new mortgage without resetting your loan at a much lower rate.
Then if you put your high-interest credit cards on top, that's 12% interest.
Put that high-interest credit card on top, and you could be saving up to $1,000 a month.
Please take 10 minutes.
No obligation, no pressure, anything else.
Just take 10 minutes today.
Call 800-906-2440, 800-906-2440, AmericanFinancing.net.
10 seconds, station ID.
Bill O'Reilly is with us.
Bill, I want to ask you a couple of questions on things that we found out about the media this week.
I want to start
in Wisconsin, where NBC was pulled over.
One of their producers pulled over after going through a red stoplight.
He was trying to follow the van of the jurors.
The chess cam, the body cam of the police have just been released.
MSNB or NBC said they weren't trying to follow the jurors.
But I want you to listen to this tape.
It is shocking.
They pull this guy over.
The police said, what were you doing?
He says, I was following somebody.
Who are you following?
Well, I was just following directions from New York.
My producers in New York, and they put the producer on the phone.
Listen to this: the cop never says that you were following the juror or the jury.
The cop never says that.
Listen,
what's the significance of you being here?
I work for NBC for NBC, NBC, yeah.
Okay, you're a reporter, producer, producer, okay.
All right,
yeah,
I don't know.
So were you following a vehicle?
I was trying to see, I was being called by New York going, maybe
we need to follow her, but I don't know.
I was trying to.
Okay.
So he's here saying he doesn't know I was just following orders.
Okay, Yavol.
Here's where he hands the phone over to the police officer.
Listen to the producer from New York.
This is Officer Jones, Knose Police.
We're trying to figure out what's going on here.
Why you have a reporter or a producer following vehicles out here?
Hold on, I will put you on speakerphone because you're connected to
this car.
Now, can you go again?
Hello, can you hear me?
I can hear you now.
Okay.
Hi, Officer.
My name is Irene.
I'm a booking producer with NBC News.
We were just trying to respectfully
trying to see if
it's possible to
find any leads about
the case.
And so
we were just keeping our distance
just to see
where
people involved
in the trial are positioned.
By no means were we trying to get in contact with any of any of the jury members or whoever is in the car.
We just were
clear evidence.
Yes.
Well,
look, what NBC was doing was following the jury's bus in the hopes that when it stopped and the jurors got off, the producer would pop out, introduce himself, and say, would you talk to me after the trial is over?
This happens all the time.
It shouldn't happen.
But this is disingenuous BS.
But look, NBC has collapsed as a news agency.
I don't think there's anybody in the country that believes what NBC says.
Well,
this is why I wanted to ask you about this, because there's several things.
A, the New York Times is doubling down on the Russia gate stuff
this week.
I think there was a story in today about it.
You have CNN and Cuomo,
which is crazy.
And they didn't fire him.
And Brian Stelter said he's coming back after the new year.
They can fire him back.
And why is that, Bill?
How much time do we have?
You've got about three minutes, I think.
Okay.
No, how much time?
I don't want him to start.
You have 90 seconds.
Do you want to wait?
Yeah, let's wait till the afternoon break, but I'll set it up for you.
Okay.
So, Cuomo's got a contract, right?
And in the contract,
there are clauses that say, if you do this, that, and the other thing, we can dismiss you and not pay your contract out.
Moral turpitude.
Well, some of that, and there's other things, too.
Okay.
But what CNN did was allow
Chris Cuomo to do it.
And I'll explain it very vividly when we come back on the break.
So CNN really is the villain.
Now, Cuomo, yes, he doesn't know.
He's not a journalist.
He has no understanding of how you're
I'm not a journalist and I know.
Stop giving them the benefit of the doubt.
You're brilliant, Beck.
I mean, you're brilliant.
All right.
So.
All right.
Well, we'll come back with that because I really want to hear.
And you're a numbers guy, and I want you to tell me about the ratings collapse of these places because I think there are still a lot of people that get their news from either there or basically the
Twitter feed or the Facebook feed, which is all really controlled by many of those people.
By the way, Bill O'Reilly and I and Donald Trump are going to be in Florida next Saturday.
You can go to billo'reilly.com and find out all about it.
I think, I think I might be there in the front row heckling.
I'm trying, I'm trying.
We'll give you more with Bill O'Reilly coming up in just a second.
This is the Glenback program.
You use your car every day and if you don't think that putting miles on it is wearing down wearing it down over time, think again, especially this time of year.

Welcome to the Glenbeck program.
It's Friday.
Bill O'Reilly is with us.
Hello, Bill.
Hey.
Before we went to break, we were getting into the details of Chris Cuomo and what is happening over at CNN.
They're holding on to him for some reason, and you say you know why.
Yes.
So if you're a judge and your nephew is charged with a crime and he appears before you, what do you do?
You sentence him the way you're supposed to sentence everybody.
You recuse yourself.
Oh, yeah, okay, yes, yes.
That's excellent.
Yes, you recuse yourself.
If you have a personal tie and you're a judge, you recuse yourself.
Correct.
Same thing in journalism.
Same thing.
Okay, so if you're covering a story, interviewing someone, and you have a personal tie,
you don't do that.
Correct.
That's journalistic ethics 101.
So CNN allowed Chris Cuomo to do all kinds of things that were journalistically unsound.
They knew
that he was tied in with his brother, defending his brother,
all of that.
They knew it.
And then when the New York state investigation released the data that Chris Cuomo was making calls on his brother's behalf and all that, CNN was shocked.
Just like Casablanca.
Shocked, there's gambling here.
Shocked.
Right.
Okay.
So,
what should have happened and would have happened in any decent, honest news agency is that from the very beginning, CNN would have said, you can't cover your brother.
Correct, correct.
Okay, didn't do it.
And then that weasel, Jeff Zucker, puts out this self-serve.
Oh, I had no idea.
Yeah.
Okay.
So, Cuomo's got a contract.
All right.
In the contract,
there's language that we discuss, but we don't know exactly what the language is.
But Cuomo can make a very good case in a court of law that they, CNN, knew what he was doing and allowed it to happen.
You see what I mean?
Yes.
And then CNN would be on the hook for all kinds of damages,
not only from Cuomo, Cuomo,
but from all the other people that accused
Andrew Cuomo, the governor.
Okay.
So, Bill, tell me, because
I'm not convinced that the collapse of the corporate media ratings are bad.
You follow them all the time.
I don't follow them.
I know they're really bad, like ever before, or never before.
But they're still getting these stories from Facebook and,
online.
So, is their influence really shrinking that much?
I think so.
You're always going to have social media spitting out stuff that's not true,
and people will believe it because people believe what they want to believe.
That's always going to you're never going to be able to regulate that.
But there's a tremendous shift in power
in the corporate media.
So,
CNN and MSNBC
barely, barely in prime time
get
MSNBC about a million and CNN is down around 600,000.
I can't tell you.
I can't tell you the last time I watched network television.
Really?
Yeah, this is a huge country.
All right.
And there are more than a hundred million homes with TV.
Now watch it.
Now, Fox remains number one, but Fox has changed its programming.
So it's not
when I was there, when you were there, we tried to appeal to everybody, get as many people as we could.
That doesn't happen now.
It's the same 3 million people every night.
Okay, it's the hate Biden people.
It's, you know, I like so-and-so, whatever.
But it's not a diverse crew.
You're not getting that.
You're getting conservative ideologues to listen to you.
So that, therefore, the wide influence of the media is in tremendous decline.
I mean, CBS Evening News with Nora O'Donnell barely reaches 5 million people a night.
Barely.
So here's the problem we're having right now.
We are looking into these camps in Australia, and we think that they're not concentration camps.
They're not even close to a concentration camp.
But are they close to an internment camp?
I still don't think so.
But I don't know a credible individual anywhere that we can look and say, I trust them and that reporting unless we're there.
That's a problem, Bill.
Oh, boy, it's a huge problem.
Every single day, you know, I do a newscast on BillO'Rileilly.com and we distribute it wide all over the world.
Every day, I have to have my staff
go and confirm what is in print, what is on social media.
I just can't take it
because odds are it's not true.
And because there's nobody there that's demanding the truth.
Correct.
I mean, let's get back to CNN again.
You have a worldwide organization there, and you have
it's supposed to be a news channel, okay?
And they allow Chris Cuomo to interact with his brother who's under investigation and unbelievable accusations against him and they allow that
i mean come on so all standards have collapsed and you can pretty much put anything you want on the air and people don't know what to believe or not to believe
um let me just get your thoughts on the deal that was passed last night uh in the senate to keep the country open
yeah i I saw Chip Roy last night going, why are we?
I mean, look what they're doing.
Why would we do this?
Your thoughts on that.
Well, the Republicans just don't want to screw it up now.
So they're going to give in on these budgetary matters, and they might even pass the bill back better.
No, it gets down.
I don't think so either.
I agree with you.
But if it gets down to $1 trillion or a trillion two,
they'll peel off some Republican votes.
No.
and they'll be healthy.
It's a millionary, and it's a big welfare bill.
But the Republican Party said, look, we can't screw this up.
We have a historical chance next November.
So you don't want to give them anything.
Like, we're going to shut down the government.
You're not going to get your Social Security check.
And that's what's going on there.
All right.
Bill, one last thing.
The CIA,
some newly released information has come out.
Declassified CIA Inspector General report shows a pattern of abuse and repeated decision by federal prosecutors not to hold CIA agency personnel accountable for sex crimes, including crimes against children.
These kind of stories have been underground for a long time,
and
you haven't had the evidence per se in any of these, but now we have the evidence that the CIA is just
being like the Catholic Church was doing, just reassigning and just turning a blind eye to it.
The impact of this, especially with the Q stuff, the QAnon stuff?
Not going to be much.
I mean, the FBI scandal is more important
because
the FBI inserted itself
into
the election under Comey, Okay?
And they lied about it and they got false warrants.
And anybody held accountable for that?
No.
That's what the swamp is.
The swamp protects itself.
And, you know, you have an FBI now.
Do you trust the FBI?
No, not at all.
Not at all.
Okay.
So the CIA, the problem with the CIA is it's decentralized.
They hire a lot of people that are really not CIA, even though they're working for the CIA on contracts.
So you really don't know the extent of it.
I can't comment with any authority on it.
All right.
Last thing.
I'm going to be in New York.
I mean, sorry, I'm going to be in Florida.
Yes, Beck.
Friday.
Thursday or Friday, I'm doing an interview for January with the president.
And then I'm staying over so
I can see you two on stage and you set history straight.
Yes, on December 11th, we open up in
the FLA Live Arena in Sunrise, Florida.
That's Fort Lauderdale.
And then on Sunday, the 12th, we go up to Orlando and the Amway Center.
And then the next weekend
in Texas and Houston, Toyota Center on the 18th and the 19th, the big show in Dallas at the American Airlines Arena.
So we sold about 30,000 tickets,
which is amazing.
And Mick Jagger
mentioned the show in his last concert in Florida.
Did you know that, Beck?
No, I didn't.
Yeah, Nick,
I hate to leave Florida because of the Trump Bill Riley show is coming.
Under my thumb, Nick.
I tell you, he is, he's, I think, 89.
I just saw him in concert.
He is fantastic.
He is truly fantastic.
The minute he leaves the stage, the Rolling Stones are over.
But he is fantastic still.
It's incredible.
I don't know how he gets into the pants.
That's what I'm after.
I don't get me.
He may not have ever been able to.
They may be the same pants from like 1973.
I don't think you can take them off.
I think so, too.
You can take them off.
Bill, thank you so much.
God bless.
All right, back.
We'll see you in about a week.
You got it.
Bye-bye.
Bye.

This is the Glenn Beck program.
Welcome.
Job report just came out and a little disappointing.
The president is now speaking.
Can we bring up a little bit of the president speaking about the jobs report?
I'm sure it's going to be riveting.
Whatever it is.
He's a little disappointed.
He's a little disappointed, but he's seeing dramatic improvement for workers.
Now, more outreach, more appointments.
Great, that's great.
Thank you.
He sounds like he's asleep.
He is asleep.
He is asleep.
This is amazing.
Unemployment is down
only 2%.
2%
since he was inaugurated.
Think about the world in December of last year.
Think about where we we were still just
on the horizon of the vaccine being distributed.
No one was going out and doing things.
We were still there.
With all of this and the way people are interacting with each other, except in deep, deep blue states.
Only 2%, you've only dropped unemployment, the highest unemployment we've had since the Great Depression, and it's only down 2%.
It's so easy to lose track of where we were, too, back then.
Oh, I know.
In January, I was in Florida, Ron DeSantis is Florida in January, and they had a horse racing
track.
They literally let no fans in.
Zero.
They weren't even letting fans into the stadium outdoors at that point.
So think about
how many people didn't have jobs.
Yeah.
I mean, you didn't need anybody there.
There was no one working there.
Correct.
You know, I mean,
this has come the first full attendance, full capacity sporting event in America happened here in Texas in April of this year, of this year.
So he's had all of this benefit of everything opening up, and we've dropped 2% in unemployment.
That doesn't even matter.
And he's bragging about it, by the way.
Yeah, I know.
He's saying it's the fastest ever.
But they also bragged about literally 1.8 cents drop
in gasoline prices since last week.
The chart doesn't show
how it's gone up under him.
It just showed like a four-day period where there was a little fluctuation of 1.8 cents.
Yeah, they zoomed in so far that it looked like it was dropping dramatically on the chart.
But I mean, it was so bad that even the Washington Post
produced the actual chart where you could see it going up, up, up, up, up, up, up, and then the slight downtick at the very end and then highlighted where Biden's team highlighted it.
It's amazing.
Here's the president right now saying wage growth and tax cuts give Americans more money.
Yeah, except 64% of the American people now say in the recent poll that inflation is causing real economic hardship on their families.
It's outpacing it.
I mean, they think that what are the wages are up something like 4% and inflation is up 20-something percent.
Oh, that doesn't help anymore.
That's not a net positive, guys.
These are not things to brag about.
Do they not know?
Aren't you supposed to pick the things where you look good?
They don't have anything.
They don't have anything.
So I guess, you know, trying to make the bad seem less bad, maybe, is good.
I don't know.
We've never seen a president in this situation before.
The lowest poll numbers ever.
He looks terrible.
He looks beaten down.
He looks like a president that has been taking L's ever since he walked into the Oval Office.
And it's true.
It's what he is.
I don't know what L's are.
Losses.
Oh, okay.
Okay.
I thought it was a drug.
I I thought you're you and your hippie drugs speak.
I know I take some L's before I go out on the town.
It sounds like something he maybe should take.
Yeah.
It would elevate him a little bit.
But yeah, no, it's been constant loss after constant loss.
And at some point, I mean, yes, I know you have to walk out there and act as if this is going well, but they all know.
They all know it's not.
They are aware, just as you are aware.
Yeah, go walk through the grocery store, stop to get gas.
You become very aware.
I really think Donald Trump's only campaign should just be on the gas pump videos where he's like,
maybe look to the price?
Yeah,
not me.
Oh boy, days have changed.
I remember a time when Pat and I worked together years ago and said abortion is just something we're not willing to take on because we're carrying so much other water and they'll slaughter us on this.
And I just asked the boys Pat and Stu,
what do you want to lead with here this hour?
And
everybody said abortion.
And I said, is there anything fun?
And they're like, nah, we'll make abortion fun.
And I think that's...
You know, I think that's where we are right now.
So we'll give you the news of the week, some of the stuff we missed, and Chip Roy joins us this hour.
In 60 seconds, we begin.
Where did I leave those abortion jokes?
Unless you happen to live in China or a country formerly known as Taiwan, you're going to find yourself in some trouble if any of the computer chips in your car go anytime soon, especially if your warranty is out of date.

Do you remember when the elite said we have to be more like Europe?
Gosh, we have to be more like Europe.
Europe is in our rear view so far behind, you're about to see it slip over the horizon.
We are so far beyond the liberal attitudes of Europe.
In fact, the French are now saying, don't don't go and try to be more like America.
And not because of our freedom, because of our insanity.
Let's look at abortion and the stats, where we are
compared to Europe, because a 15-month or a 15-week ban on abortion is much closer to Europe.
Yeah.
So, for example, there's a bunch of states that there are no
time limits at all, completely legal at any point in a women's pregnancy.
Washington, New Jersey, New Mexico, Colorado, Vermont, Alaska.
Just a surprise.
Alaska, no, Alaska is, you know.
It's a red state.
Hey,
you know, you might be dinner for, you know, it might be a second course with a polar bear.
So whatever you want to do.
I mean, it's.
You know, it's so cold.
It's really unfair to let them be born.
Yeah.
I think it's just a little bit of a bad thing.
I think it's just this, you do what you do, leave me alone kind of attitude.
That baby has something to say about that.
Yeah, it does.
It does.
Some other states, just to give you an idea where we are in America, New Hampshire, legal up to the 24th week.
Virginia, 25th week.
South Carolina, 20th week.
Iowa, 22nd week.
Every state basically is 20 weeks or later.
Obviously, Texas is in a kind of a weird legal status right now.
But what is Europe like?
Let's start
in England here, just to give you a sense of that region.
You have up to 24 weeks in England, but no time limit if there's substantial risk to the woman's life or massive problems with the pregnancy.
Okay, so
that's about our policy, roughly.
Yeah, congratulations.
The Netherlands, on-demand abortion until the 21st week, if you can get it up to the 24th week with medical reasons.
Okay, about roughly our policy, but that's where we are now.
Socialist Sweden, which is not really socialist, but that's what they love to say,
allows abortion until the 18th week of pregnancy and bans most after the 22nd week.
Gosh, why do they hate women in Sweden?
If you are in a four-week gray period, the woman can get abortion only if it is approved by the National Board of Health and Welfare.
Can you imagine telling women in this country on the left that they have to go to the National Board of Health and Welfare to get approval for their abortions?
That's Sweden for you.
Spain, 14 weeks.
They will allow up to 22 weeks with cases of fetal deformities.
In Denmark, abortion is available on demand up to 12 weeks.
Afterward, exceptions are made for cases of rape, threats to women's health, and risk of fetal defects.
Germany, abortions after 12 weeks are banned, except for cases of serious threat to the mother's physical or mental health.
Women who want a first trimester abortion are subject to a mandatory three-day waiting period and a counseling session.
You know,
is that in Germany because, I don't know, they were, you know, not giving any anesthesia and just taking the baby out of women, you know, back in the 1940s.
And they're like, you know, these kinds of things probably don't work out well.
We should probably
kind of calm down on that.
Yeah.
But, I mean, think about that.
That makes Germany more restrictive than Utah.
Wow.
Right?
I mean, so this is like
not even close.
Wow.
In Belgium, it's abortion legal till 12 weeks after conception, and it is required for women to have six days of counseling prior to the abortion.
How dare that?
Can you imagine that being proposed in this country?
Wow.
In Fashion Forward, France.
Ah, yes,
it is legal up to 12 weeks.
Later stage abortions can be allowed if two physicians certify that abortion will prevent grave permanent injury to physical or mental health, life of the woman or of child will suffer from an incurable illness.
In Finland, abortion is also available up to 12 weeks.
Again, these are all more restrictive, not only than the United States, but of the Mississippi law that is controversial right now and may or may not be approved.
We are in the category.
I mean, we're just out of this category, but we are closer to North Korea and China than we are Europe.
Yes.
I mean, as far as the West is concerned, we are way out of step.
Way out of step.
Finland, abortion available up to 12 weeks.
Again, more restrictive than the Mississippi law.
And a woman has to provide a social reason for seeking to terminate her pregnancy, such as extreme distress or having at least four children.
Why are they trying to stop
women's reproductive rights?
Right.
Why don't they want women's health care?
Amen, bro.
Why?
And if you're a fifth kid, you got to be like, wait a minute.
Wait.
I'm a reason for an abortion.
Like, have you
anything over four?
Jeez, I could probably make that case.
Yeah.
Unfortunately,
only around the time they're teenagers.
Right.
In Italy, a woman has 90 days from the date of conception to request an abortion.
Under the law, in Italy, the termination must be due to social, family, health, or economic reasons.
You can't just do it.
In other words, you have to come up with a reason.
And look, are people going in there and giving VS reasons?
I just can't afford it.
And getting it?
Probably.
But we don't require that.
You just get it whenever you want.
In Switzerland, abortion is legal up to 12 weeks.
If a woman files a written request stating that she is in a situation of distress, then the doctor has to give her comprehensive information about the procedure.
Then the doctor has to discuss the decision with her in detail.
Then the doctor has to give her an information sheet with the addresses of counseling services where she can get moral and material help to be informed about adoption.
Wow.
Can you imagine that proposal?
No.
In this country.
In Portugal, a woman can get an abortion only up to the 10th week, and that's after a mandated three-day waiting period.
Abortion is illegal in Poland, except for rape, fetal malformation, or serious threats to the woman's health.
Andora, abortion is illegal in all cases.
Okay, in Portrait.
In the bewitched mom?
That's really weird.
Yeah, that shit is weird.
Didn't know she had her own country.
I didn't either.
Plus, then she would have aborted the bewitched lady.
What the hell is Andorra?
It's a very tiny, you know, okay.
I think when we get down to Endora, we got the point.
How about this?
Ireland
was illegal completely until very recently.
Now they've given it to the 12th week, but still, that was this big win in Europe.
Yeah.
Liechtenstein, there are exceptions.
No, this policy is great, though.
We got it.
No, you got to hear this policy.
Because it's illegal in Malta, too.
I won't even give you that.
But in Liechtenstein,
it is illegal unless you have been raped and you're under 14 years old.
So if you're 15 years old and you get raped, no abortion for you.
But if you're 14 or younger and get raped, then it's legal.
Oh my god.
In the other case, it's illegal.
That would cause rioting in this country.
Rioting.
Cities would burn to the ground.
Cities would.
You burn to ground when you don't have Pop-Tarts.
That's true.
I mean, geez,
before you win an NBA championship, then too.
Right?
I mean, good or bad.
It's an American tradition.
Let's burn everything we love and make our life great.
Let's burn it to the ground.
Jeez.
It's amazing, though.
I don't think the American people have any idea that's the status around the world.
No, they don't.
No, they don't.
Because
they don't even know that we are the greatest place to live even today with all of the crap.
We are still the best place to live as a human being.
And nobody even knows that.
So, I mean,
can I ask you the Jeffrey Epstein thing?
He He visited Bill Clinton at the White House at least 17 times.
And,
you know, a couple of times he made a couple of visits to the old Bill and the Oval Office a couple of times a day.
I think this whole thing is being swept under the roof.
You know, I hate to go out on a limb here, but I think this is, there is so much that is in this Epstein case that no one, no one is willing to touch.
And it is, it's evil.
It's really evil.
They have CDs full of information that are actually labeled with
the celebrity's name and the young girl that they were with.
And why haven't we heard anything about that?
What?
Yeah, they've got all kinds of information that they took a treasure trove out of his, out of his safe a long time ago.
And we've still not heard anything about who those people are.
Wow.
I have not even heard that.
I have not heard that.
That's so.
Oh, you haven't?
Yeah.
Where did you get that?
They're actually labeled.
Where did you get that?
Yeah.
National Inquirer.
Yeah.
Okay.
All right.
Weekly World.
See if we can find that.
See if we can find that.
Okay.
So yesterday,
CIA files that come from the Inspector General of the CIA, they were declassified yesterday, and they show a pattern of abuse and and repeated decision by federal prosecutors not to hold agency personnel accountable for child sex crimes.
Now,
this makes
the QAnon thing very,
it keeps pumping
fresh blood into stuff like that because they're not going to do anything about it.
And this is the kind of stuff that built QAnon.
And now this is out.
And because nobody will go into it, they won't actually do anything about it.
It's just going to make those conspiracy theories even worse.
Because we have, you and I both know, Stu, I think you were with me.
Philip Haney,
right?
Phil Haney, yeah, the guy who used to work for the Department of Homeland Security.
He was one of the most upstanding guys I've ever met.
He was killed on the no, I'm sorry.
He committed suicide on the side of the road one night in California.
He told me that he had a
disc drive or a thumb drive that he wore all the time that had evidence of
Hillary Clinton's State Department covering sex crimes of our ambassadors and people that worked in the embassies.
He said it also went to the CIA.
When he died, there was not a thumb drive found around his neck.
I've seen the thumb drive that he gave to somebody, and it had none of this information on it.
I don't know because Phil is dead now,
but we've heard credible information about some of this stuff for a while, and no one seems to be willing to go into it.
And I don't know why that Pulitzer is not being, nobody's willing to go pick up that Pulitzer by into this stuff and exposing it.
Is it too dangerous?
Is the media involved in the cover-ups?
Have they known for a long time like they did
with
Epstein in the first place?
Why wasn't it covered in the first place?
Nobody's willing to see now I'm out on limb all by myself.
You guys are like...
I'm contemplating why.
I think it's it's because there's too many really famous really well-known people involved I mean when you got Prince Andrew and Bill Clinton who are probably you know deeply involved in this there are people who don't want that to get out and you're going to do everything they can to make sure it doesn't you know they say that he was a CIA operative that he was there to get dirt on people
so the United States government could manipulate him that's one theory I don't know if that's true or not
but that ties into the CIA, you know, turning a blind eye to sex crimes with children in their own ranks.
Fundamentally, though, this is just a lack of trust of institutions.
We don't believe them when they say that's not a big problem because we've seen so many times they don't tell the truth.
And the only thing that will correct this is an open, honest, transparent
viewing of this.
You know, if you want to do the trial, trial, then put it up on television and let everyone see it.
Let everyone see it.
The Rittenhouse verdict, if it would have come back and we couldn't see the trial, we only maybe even heard the
audio, or
we relied on the mainstream media to give us the report from the courtroom every day,
the Rittenhouse verdict would have set everything on fire.
But it was because we could actually watch questioning and the testimony and the event and the event and the event in question, which is really if all of those things did not happen, he probably is in prison for the rest of his life.
I think almost certainly.
Yeah, because
you would have bought into all of the uh all of the agenda that the left was spewing.
You wouldn't know.
You wouldn't know.
And that's the problem.
All of these cases, if they have them so they're not televised, nobody trusts.
Nobody trusts.
You've got to open everything up.
You have to.
The only reason we even knew about the Epstein stuff initially is because eventually the Miami Papers got a hold of a lot of the documents that were underlying that case.
Again, a local paper.
Yeah.
A local paper.
It was not a national new and they covered it.
Yeah.
I mean, it was partially, I think it was partially the Miami New Times, wasn't it?
And then also the Miami Herald as well.
The Miami Herald was the one that really, I think, cracked the case.
But still, I mean,
it's local.
Yeah.
And, you know, how many cities do we have now that don't even have papers like that with those sorts of resources?
I mean, you know, that's all, a lot of it's gone.
Chip Roy is coming up in just a second.
Pat's going to give us some of those abortion jokes that
he's been working on.
I always have them in my back pocket just in case.
I know, just in case.
People love them.
They love them.
Oh, can't get enough of them.
Slay them.
You slay them.
First, let me tell you about RekTech.
If you're not cooking on a RekTech yet, you really are missing out.
This holiday season, lots of foods you're going to want to make.
And trust me, making them on a RekTech makes them much better.
It's grilling, smoking, even baking.
The things you can cook on a RekTech come out tasting like a chef made them.
I know, because everything I make comes out great.
And that's not me with a grill.
That's the smart grill technology.
You know, sometimes, you know, you walk into a door and you're like, got to be smarter than the door.
I'm telling you, I'm not smarter than my tech i am absolutely not in even the same category order your grill for the holidays today makes a great christmas gift it's rek tech r-e-c-t-e-q.com rek tech with aq.com 10 seconds station id
Yeah,
it's Friday and we're trying to find something fun.
And we're like, I keep looking at everything and there's nothing really fun.
There's a lot of death and destruction and end of world things, but not a lot of fun.
You know what is kind of cool is yesterday we had the story about the Xenobots.
Did you guys see the story about the Xenobots?
Oh my gosh.
Yeah.
Hello?
Wow, is that something else?
That they're replicating on their own.
Uh-huh.
Without manipulation from human beings.
So these are small, tiny, tiny.
Yeah.
They're like...
They're made of flesh from a
in part they're flesh from a frog.
Part biological from a frog and part machine.
And they're replicating.
It's like Star Trek stuff.
And
you can't replicate them.
I hope we just let those things out to be free.
Yeah.
Right?
Because, I mean, imagine.
Now, there's some people who might bring up the outlying possibility that dangerous research like this could turn into something very bad.
Have we learned nothing?
We know we haven't.
And the best part about this story story is they're doing it because they can.
They just want to see if they can do it.
That's a bad thing.
I want to see if I can burn my house down.
You know what?
I bet there's a chance you can.
Why would you?
It's like the line from Jurassic Park.
Yeah.
Life
finds a way.
Plus, it was the same DNA from a frog that he was talking about in the first place, if you remember correctly.
From the documentary.
Remember that?
From the documentary Jurassic Park.
Did Matt Groening have anything to do with Jurassic Park?
Probably.
Probably.
I think he's probably predicted this.
Jeez.
Wait, let me give you the wildest stat that you're reminding me when you're thinking of these nano boxes.
Is it about Europe?
No, it's not about Europe.
All right.
First of all, let me take that line.
Because we did it.
This one shocked me.
If you take all of the COVID
in all of the world and all of the patients and you combine it all, it would fit in one soda can.
This entire pandemic could fit within one soda can.
That's how small it is.
The particles are.
Oh, wow.
And
let me just say, I've seen Fauci with soda cans.
I've seen video where he's like,
did it come from Fauci's soda can?
All right.
We have Chip Roy on because they passed a budget to keep the government open.
I don't know why we would do that.
And that was his point last night on the floor.
And he's right.
Chip Roy, who's kind of turning into,
I don't know,
a Superman that, you know, can't jump tall buildings or go as fast as trains, but Superman nonetheless.
Chip Roy coming up next.
This is the Glenback program.
Have you ever noticed that if you do a job right the first time, you don't have that irritating hassle of having to do it over and over again, you know, because you did it the wrong way the first time.
Yeah, I've tried to explain this to my son and daughter.
They don't get it yet, but neither did I.
Listen, do your home sale or your buying of a home right the first time with the right real estate agent.
So, how do you find that person?
I am happy to say that I formed a company about five or six years ago, and it is a free service to you, and it is fantastic.
We look for the real estate agents with the best practices in your area and the best track records.
And then we recommend them to you.
They don't work for us, but we monitor them and we won't recommend.
And we monitor them even if they've been with us for a year.
We're still monitoring everything.

Wow, that's true.
Yeah, it's called Pat Gray Unleashed Blaze TV.
Wow.
Yeah.
Hello, and welcome to the
Glen McC program.
Welcome to Friday.
Congressman Chip Roy is going to be joining us here.
Oh, he's on?
Good, good, good.
Chip, how are you, sir?
I'm doing great, Glenn.
I hope you're having a blessed Christmas season.
I am.
I have to tell you, you are becoming a rock star in my mind.
I watched you last night when you stood on the floor and you're like, why would we give more money to this government?
We should shut it down.
And I was cheering for you, man.
Tell me what happened.
Well, I appreciate it.
Look, I think we learned a couple of things this week.
I mean, first, it was really really important that it be clear that Democrats in Congress support the president's unlawful, unconstitutional mandates that are depriving people of health care freedom, forcing them to get a vaccine against their will and against their doctor's choice, potentially, or lose their job.
And so now the American people know that.
Why?
Because we forced a vote in the Senate, because Mike Lee, Roger Marshall, Senator Cruz supported it, and others,
forced that vote in the Senate, and we supported them in the House from the Freedom Caucus.
But what did we also learn?
This is the second important part, is that Republicans need to fight.
We cannot assume that we're just going to waltz into victory next fall and then have the majority and quote, take back the House.
The American people expect us to fight for them.
The young man, the 13-year Army veteran who is facing discharge because he believes that the vaccine is not in his health interest.
The nine-month-old, I'm sorry, the nine-month pregnant young woman who's a frontline nurse who is going to be fired from a hospital because the CMS mandates.
Now, you and I both know we're winning in courts.
That's great.
But Article I, Congress, should never punt our responsibility to the judiciary to use the power of the purse to restrict the authority of a tyrannical executive.
Yep.
It's our job.
Damn it.
I'm going to force these guys in my party or the other side of the aisle to deal with the fact that it is our job in Article I to do that.
And that's something that's important for Republicans to understand.
And it's the last point.
Sorry, I'm filibustering.
No, go ahead.
We should not fund tyranny ever.
And we do it all the time.
When we vote for a continuing resolution, as 20 Senate Republicans did last night, after voting on the amendment to strip out the vax mandates, they then turn around.
20 Republicans voted to fund this CR that funds tyranny.
And not just the vaccine mandates.
We're funding the FBI that's targeting parents.
We're funding the Department of Defense that is indoctrinating our service members with climate change propaganda and chief diversity officers.
We're funding a Homeland Security that refuses to carry out its duty to secure the border of the United States, a Defense Department that left $85 billion in Afghanistan.
We're funding the Department of Education that is telling our kids that America is evil and that all of us are racist because of the color of our skin.
Why do we fund that?
So, Chip, I have to tell you, you've just outlined for me the contract for America that if you guys guys would put it together, you know, it's time.
The Department of Education has only made things worse.
And the Department of Education is in bed with these unions
and these radicals.
It's time to end it.
It's time to say no to the FBI and no to the State Department and clean house.
If
you guys took a strong stand,
I think you would do yourself real favors because the American people are just waiting for somebody to do it.
Amen.
Glenn, I could not agree more.
And there's been a lot of conversations up here and ongoing about what we should do in terms of developing a contract.
My brothers and sisters in the Freedom Caucus are taking it very seriously.
Good.
And to the credit of some of the leadership folks here, there's some different groups that are working on
ways that we can come together as a conference behind certain ideas.
But what I'll tell you is, of course, they get lost in all of the egg headery up here and all of the sort of swap ways of doing things, and they end up putting together the usual words on paper.
We don't need that.
We need to start with the people and go fight for them.
They want us to fire the bureaucrats up here instead of funding them.
They want to get the bureaucrats out of their schools.
They want law enforcement not to be targeting parents.
They want their border to actually be secure, not lip service.
And we would like our law enforcement not to be targeted, our local law enforcement not to be targeted by radicals.
Correct.
Amen.
And so there are a group of us working on those sorts of things.
I'm going to be a voice for it either independently or in group form.
But we've got to go run on those things.
And again, this week, what I kept trying to point out, and I've got some of my colleagues on my side of the aisle, they were going, oh, there goes Chip again, forcing another vote.
Why are we going to have to do that?
It's useless.
Why are we going to have a motion to adjourn?
Why are we going to go do another vote?
And the Senate and
we can't win this fight.
Look, man, that's how we lose.
When we win, is when we go down and we say, we're going to stand up here for the American people.
We're going to force every vote we can force.
And damn it, if we do that, then we can extract something.
Even without leadership support, Mike Lee and Roger Marshall on the Senate side, myself and my friends in the Freedom Caucus on our side.
But without leadership support, we forced Democrats to have to eat a vote on an amendment.
Good.
And now we know what side they're on.
Good.
If the entire Republican Conference had been fighting, we could have shut down these vax mandates.
Americans like an underdog fight.
They like it when people stand up and they have no chance of winning.
They like that.
Watch Mr.
Smith goes to Washington again.
Let me ask you, what are the chances and
how could we help you become the Speaker of the House?
No offense, and I'm not asking you to comment on I think worthless McCarthy because he'll just do everything that's already being done.
What does it take?
How can we get you to run?
And how could we help you?
Well, right now, and I'm not punting, and that's your very kind.
I think leadership takes care of itself, right?
Leadership up here is a term that's such an oxymoron.
We have these people that we call our leaders.
Leaders are born by going out and taking action.
And so, what I'm going to do is keep fighting.
And what my friends in the Freedom Caucus are going to do is keep fighting.
And what my friends generally in the Senate who want to fight, well, we'll fight.
And what I need from the people and what I know that your listeners want to see,
we need action.
We need the phones to burn down.
We need senators to feel the heat.
Let's take next week.
We've got the National Defense Authorization Act that is still being debated in the Senate and the House.
In that bill is language that would, of course, add our daughters, our women to the draft.
I think that's wrong.
A lot of people here in Washington are hand-wringing about that.
A lot of Republicans saying, well, you know, equity and women have served honorably.
I know women have served honorably.
Of course, that's great.
And let's go, let's prop them up and celebrate that.
But I'm not going to celebrate my daughter, who's 10, being forced to go sit in a foxhole because the Democrats, you won't even tell the difference between men and women, you don't think that they're not going to draft my daughter and put her in a foxhole if China invades us in a decade?
I bet they will.
No way.
And so, I mean, they'll do it.
And so no way am I going to trust.
the future federal government not to draft my daughter.
So we need every American to light up our senators, light up our members of Congress and say, don't do it.
And oh, by the way, don't fund a Department of Defense with an authorization bill.
Don't give them authority when they haven't held anybody accountable for Afghanistan, when they still run trainings on climate change and trainings on the state of the United States.
So what do we ask for?
What do we ask for on that?
When you call your congressman or senator and you say, listen, on this defense bill, I want somebody held responsible.
So how do we, what do we ask for?
If I were asking my constituents, I would say, call your members of Congress, call your senators and say, do not vote for the National Defense Authorization Act unless they take out the draft of our daughters, unless they take out language that is going to allow the continued funding of
climate change and diversity,
CRT stuff, and if they don't hold them accountable for Afghanistan.
Those are the things that I think our folks need to hear about.
And they need to hear it loudly.
Now, that matters because the defense industrial complex and the members of our body they just reflexively go vote for this crap why because nobody wants to go look at veterans and go look in their community and say i'm not pro-defense but do you think i'm going to be told somebody's going to go run to my right and say chip roy is not for defense because i'm trying to hold them accountable our defense department is undermining our defense with this lunacy so why are we giving them more money why are we where are we funding them and giving them and authorizing them more power when they're not doing what they need to to do to defend us rather than doing woke politics?
I mean, if it, if, I mean,
I mean,
I could just weep and hug you all day after this.
Let me ask you, Chip, is the Build Back Better bill going to pass in the Senate, do you think?
So last night was also instructional for us with forcing the vote because Joe Manchin all day yesterday kept saying how, oh, well, you know, I don't support these OSHA mandates.
Well, guess what Joe Manchin did last night?
He voted against.
Oh, against.
He voted for it.
He voted against Mike Lee's amendment to strip it or Roger Marshall's amendment.
It was the two of them.
So in other words, he voted for continuing the mandates.
He said, well, I'm for other, I'm co-sponsoring a bill, and I'll vote for that bill.
Well, you know what, Joe, you had your chance last night, right?
He's a lot of talk.
So I'm not putting a lot of eggs in the Joe Manchin basket, but
we're waiting on what he and Sinema are going to do in the Senate.
They're going to pass the BBB at some point, I can guarantee you.
The question is going to be, what does he get for it?
Now, I'm hopeful.
Have you seen the
BBB bill yet?
Have you even seen it yet?
Well,
we voted one out of the House right last week.
The Build Back Better deal got we voted it out, and it's just filled with all sorts of garbage.
But we're still learning, by the way.
Yeah, I know.
For example, there was an expansion of the premium tax credit for Obamacare to the tune of billions of dollars that would massively fundamentally alter health care even further.
We didn't even know about it when we voted on it.
Of course, I voted no because there's a thousand things that are terrible in it.
But it's got a $500 billion in there to remake our energy, totally takes a massive step towards Medicare for all, has all sorts of woke politics stuff in it.
Bottom line is we've got to continue the heat to make sure the Senate fights it and throws every obstacle they can at it, make sure they run out the clock, deny them consent, force Manchin to have to own every bit of it, and make sure that Joe Manchin knows that in West Virginia, if he supports BBB, he is supporting an anti-West Virginia, anti-coal, anti-natural gas bill, and make sure he feels the heat.
Chip, I would love to have a closer relationship with you like I do a few of the people that I really support in Washington,
and I would love to help you in any way possible as long as you stay on this course.
Please count on me as an ally.
Well, Glenn, I appreciate it.
You know, I'm just down the road in Austin.
Let's get together in Dallas or in Austin and, you know, keep it up, keep the fight.
You know, everybody, all your listeners out there, you know, we know what's at stake.
So let's remember that.
When our grandfathers and our great-grandfathers took bullets going into the beaches in Normandy, when our founding fathers signed that document, signing their death warrant,
let's stand up for that.
Let's stand up for our wives and our sisters and our mothers.
Let's stand up for freedom and a limited government.
We can save this, but we've got to own it.
I will tell you that there are many people within that are listening right now who want to do that, but they don't believe calling Congress or their Senate will make any difference.
Well, but right now what I'm going to tell you is this.
There are three things we need to do, and I don't want to take up too much of your time.
Number one, we need a strong Texas.
And if you're not in Texas, we need a strong state wherever you live.
We can't win this fight if states don't win.
We're winning at the local and state level.
DeSantis is doing a good job.
Abbott's been pushing back on some of the mandates, and we could probably go a little further in Texas.
That might be for another phone call.
But
we need to win at the state level.
Texas needs to be strong.
We need to hold Republicans accountable.
You're right about a contract.
We're going to work on it.
Don't give up, if you're a listener.
Hold their feet to the fire.
Make them fight.
Don't let them get away with it.
And third, win the culture war.
We're winning it.
We won it in Virginia.
Go knock out those school boards.
Let's go even further.
Let's go take on the public school establishment.
Let's take our schools back at the grassroots level and let's win this fight.
We can do it.
But we got to, we can't give up.
I mean, look, our grandfathers got off of boats and water with bullets flying at their head.
Don't give me, we can't win this crap.
Pick up the phone call, call your members of Congress, call your school boards, run for office, stop doing and giving in to the establishment, your local communities, and fight and win.
Congressman Chip Roy.
You can follow him on Twitter, repchiproy, roy.house.gov.

Nice.
