This
is
the Glenback Program.
Well, hello, America.
It is Monday.
Oh, I am just trying to recover from the Obama birthday bash.
Oh, it was glorious.
Oh my gosh, I think I want to vomit.
We begin there in 60 seconds.
When you're dealing with pain on a daily basis, there are two things that you need to do.
The first is find out who has that voodoo doll of you, okay?
Find them, then beat the living crap out of them, take it away take all the pens out and you are golden my friend now if that one doesn't work it's time to consider trying relief factor when i started taking a relief factor i was at one of the most painful times in my life my hands were so bad i couldn't hold a pen i love to write uh and i i couldn't even hold a uh
a brush and i love to paint and i thought this is it What am I going to do?
My wife said, well, I'm going to stop listening to you whine about it until you've tried absolutely everything.
How come you're not trying this?
It's advertised on Blaze.
And I'm like, because it's not going to work for me.
Please, I've tried everything.
She said, I'm not going to listen to another word until you at least try this as well.
Just keep trying.
Don't give up.
So I did.
I didn't expect it to work, and it did work for me.
Within 30 days, it was really, truly miraculous.
And being a skeptic, I thought, maybe I'm just starting to feel better on my own.
So I stopped taking it.
And that was a mistake.
Sure, sure.
ReliefFactor.com, call 800-500-8384.
I take it three times a day.
I just took my morning relief factor a few minutes ago, so I'm feeling great.
ReliefFactor.com, 800-500-8384.
It's relief factor.com.
Oh,
my gosh.
What a scale-down extravaganza that was.
You know, when you're just going to have
a few close friends over
family to celebrate your 60th.
Well, it went all the way from 500 to 498.
So it's really deep.
They cut that deep to the bone.
Wow.
To the bone.
To the bone.
There's no way we can cut this any lower.
No way.
Let me just give you the,
let me just, let me, let me just read the article about this.
Seen from the sky, the sprawling setup of Barack Obama's 60th birthday celebration and on the ground, some of the creme de la creme of entertainment, sports, and political worlds are starting to arrive.
Now, I don't know if you saw the picture, but you know,
when I have a small get-together,
you know,
I don't think I've...
Well, no, we had a Christmas party here where we had a little tent outside.
Do you remember that?
We had a little tent.
It was the the size of my back porch,
not bigger than my $12 million mansion.
Which, by the way, I would really like to know how did he afford a $12 million mansion?
And the $8 million mansion he has in D.C.
Well, how does he do it?
I mean, really, he got into, remember, when he was running, he was just like us.
He had student loans.
They were barely making it.
And now he's got an $8 million home he lives in and a $12 million mansion.
mansion, strangely on an island.
Boy, I hope climate change doesn't come in the next four years or eight years or how many years away is it?
I just know it's going to be underwater soon.
Boy, that was a lousy investment.
Oh, well,
if you see his $12 million estate, the tents dwarfed it for a little get-together, you know.
With canopies and catering stations that dwarf Obama's mansion, the Daily Mail can reveal the true scale of the party that, according to the former president's spokesman, was scaled back from a 500-person extravaganza to a small affair, only for family and close friends.
The island's airport was abuzzed with private jets and helicopters flying in ahead of the party.
No, they couldn't have been going to the party.
They're all greenies, right?
I mean, you don't want to put more air pollution out there.
I mean, what is the CO2 footprint of a private jet and helicopter?
Anyway, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen flew in around 3 p.m.
on Friday.
Ex-NBA star Dwayne Wade and his wife Gabrielle Union and actor Don Cheadle were also spotted arriving on Martha's Vineyard.
They also learned that Jay-Z and Beyonce were already on the island, as is George Clooney, along with Oprah Winfrey.
Just some of the names believed to have made the final cut.
Oh, man.
Wouldn't you love to have seen the tension going back and forth with the Obamas.
Who do we cut?
Who do we not cut to get those extra two spaces?
Those extra two spaces.
How many, what did it start at?
Did it start at 500 or did it end at 500?
I think it started at 500.
Started at 500.
So what, who did, I mean, what was cut?
Because it was a massive crowd.
Exclusive images show that the vast marquee being erected behind Obama's waterfront property as workmen busily put up the canvas and set up catering equipment as the clock to the big event ticked down.
A sprung dance floor.
Now, this was over their pool.
What do you suppose it takes to build a dance floor over a pool?
You know, just for OSHA regulations.
It was laid next to the main house, leading onto a vast marquee.
Inside, long tables where guests will dine were visible along with shabby chic dining chairs.
A large raised stage at the far end of the marquee showed speakers and technical equipment unpacked and ready.
Purple sweet peas and cream rhododendrons sat in pots, and large circular light fixtures sat on tabletops.
A sparry tent had been erected behind the main marquee, and behind that, the catering tents.
Oh, okay.
A staging tent with just uniforms for servers and staff could be seen on the other side of the house.
So they had a huge tent with just uniforms in it for the people serving the close number of friends.
Musician Questlove of the Roots is among the guests expected to attend and perform.
And also,
They are providing a free meat menu for guests.
The menu is said to include spam wasabi made with plant-based faux beef and faux pork and just eats plant-based eggs.
Cheesesteak egg rolls made with impossible beef and cheese sauce from Perfect Day will be offered.
But for those wanting the real taste of what the vineyard can offer, they have learned now that they will be stations with oyster shuckers to provide the best of the Cape's fresh shellfish.
Notice they don't mention lobster is also one of
you know one of the main delicacies there on the island.
Preparations were scaled back for the birthday bash,
but the birthday boy was drastic, was forced to drastically cut the guest list, trimming it down to just family and close friends thanks to the surge in COVID-19 Delta variant.
Bologna.
No, they didn't have any bologna there.
No, I don't think they had any.
No.
But the president did go golfing.
The story was quick to point out.
He took to the greens on Farm Net Club at the edges of the town of Oak Bluffs.
The 60-year-old joined the club, which boasts that it is fully organic with groundkeepers using no chemicals or pesticides.
The course also encourages caddies and not carts.
And the president and his three companions towed the line and walked the course.
Membership is $12,000 a year on top of a $350,000
initiation fee and is currently full capacity.
What a, I mean, he's living your life.
Wow.
He cut a svelte and casual figure as he spent the afternoon with friends.
Then he rounded off his day with a trip to the family favorite, the barn, a bowling bistro and bar.
It appears to be boys' only evening of bowling and food and music at the venue.
It had been closed for the entire day to allow security sweeps, and the raining evening was peppered with many disappointed would-be diners and bowlers who hadn't got the memo that they would be turned away.
Michelle and the girls were not with him.
It seemed to be an afternoon of golf and a boys' night out.
The muted thump of music and bowling balls could be heard along through the night, with Obama finally emerging shortly before 11 p.m.
News that the party had been scaled down has been met with mixed response in the island's string of small towns, including Oak Bluffs, Edgartown, and Tisbury.
One resident said, I know a lot of people were counting on the income from all these people flooding in, and now they're disappointed.
But to be honest, the place is still busy and there's a lot of people who won't miss the traffic.
The streamlined
guest list will be
hosted to an event under the Canopy
catered by Nancy's in Oak Bluffs.
It's a takeout, the family eatery that provides seafood classics and frozen cocktails and whose menu is heavily influenced by Middle Eastern cuisine.
Guests at the 60th birthday can expect to enjoy all the fresh shellfish and seafood the vineyard can offer, as well as famous gyro plates, grape leaves, and falafels.
On Tuesday, two women were walking their dog and they were haranguing gawkers, who swiftly reported any unknown vehicles to the local police.
A spokesperson for the President, Ms.
Obama, issued a statement which read, due to the new spread of the Delta variant over the past week, the President, Ms.
Obama, has decided to significantly scale back to the event.
The president is appreciative of others sending their birthday wishes from afar and looks forward to seeing people again.
Wow, that's amazing.
By the way, they did, they, you know, they wanted to make sure they were hitting all of it, so they hired a coronavirus coordinator for the party that would make sure that they were covered on all of the CDC's latest guidance.
Sounds like a social justice party to me, doesn't it?
Oh, are you kidding me?
It's fantastic.
Yeah, sure, sure.
Few celebrities there, you know, Steven Spielberg, Tom Hanks, George Clooney, Jennifer Hudson.
But only the closest.
Only the closest.
And I want you to know they were all safe.
I mean, listen to the New York Times on CNN.
This is a New York Times reporter,
Annie Carney, discussing the controversial birthday bash.
Other people said, you know, this is really being overblown.
They're following all the safety precautions.
People are going to sporting events that are bigger than this.
This is going to be safe.
This is a sophisticated, vaccinated crowd, and this is just about optics.
It's not about safety.
Ah, okay.
So it's a sophisticated crowd.
And, you know, Muffy
never gets anything.
She was born with superhuman anti-vaccination and anti-COVID-19 antibodies.
She never gets sick, not on the island.
We don't allow COVID on the island, you know.
So, wait a minute.
They were testing everybody, but I thought even though you had a vaccination,
you still could carry it.
And even if you tested, even if you tested negative, you still still could spread it.
So why was everyone not wearing a mask?
Because they know it's bull crap.
That's why.
By the way, Nancy Pelosi, so brave.
So brave.
She
Sunday couldn't attend the president's birthday bash.
It's not that she wasn't invited.
She said she had other parties to go to.
And notice it's not another party, it was other parties.
So on Saturday night, Nancy was just, oh my gosh, making the rounds of the big parties she had to go to.
Oh, it's cute of her.
Cute of her.
There's a couple of people that spoke out this weekend
about masks that I think you should hear.
And we go there in 60 seconds.
American Financing NMLS 182334, www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org.
Did you know that only 22% of homeowners refinance their homes this year?
I mean, that's a really low number when you consider that interest rates in the housing market have been down like, I don't know, 2.5%.
Why?
What is happening?
I think it's because people just get busy or they just don't think they can save a lot of money.
But I'm telling you, you're going to save a buttload of money.
And especially if you roll in your high interest credit cards, it's something that's really easy to ignore because it's going to be a lot of work.
Give American Financing a call.
You will be surprised how little work it actually is.
And they come to you when you're closing.
No matter what your loan needs are, American Financing works for you, not the banks.
So find out if they can save you $100, $200, $500, even $1,000 every month.

May I may I play a little Buster Rhymes,
who was on stage and said this listen to this in the last 15 months
government policies and mandates suck the
trying to take our civil liberties away
Feels good to be back outside.
We outside for real
It's called the God-given right of freedom, right?
No human beings are supposed to tell you you can't even breathe freely
I might feel differently, but f your mask
I can't rhyme near you with a mask on.
We can't eat food with a fing mask on
We can't even see each other smile with a mask on.
Damn, no, i come from a time where before i used to even want to holler at a chick i used to have to do with my face to let her know that i'm into it
all of that energy get blocked when your mask is on
energy is important we are all conductors of good energy
you also got to be clear when a m trying to give you bad energy you can tell from only the expression on their
I want to see a face
mask.
I miss my people.
We got to talk.
We apart, but we got to talk.
We got to communicate.
We got to establish new understandings.
I ain't going through that again.
And make sure y'all prepared too.
If anything came out of this
was a lot of learning.
I learned so much in in this little time off.
Thank you for the one thing that came good out of this shutdown.
I have become more empowered.
And this energy right here is unfing winnable.
They can't f ⁇ with me.
That is Mr.
Rhymes, who we have invited on this program.
I don't think he's going to be taking me up, but I would love to talk to him about that little rant.
He said the best thing that came out of COVID was a lot of learning.
And the way he said it, and because he's not wearing a mask and I can see the full face expression, I think he was saying we learned a lot about the federal government and a lot about what people will do.
Somebody else spoke out against the passports this weekend.
It was Joe Rogan, who is on fire right now.
Listen to this.
When you give people freedom, you let people do whatever the f ⁇ they want to do,
actually find ways to succeed and grow and thrive.
But as soon as you put the boots to them, as soon as you tell them, you have to do this or you can't do that, you have to listen to me.
Now you have a mini dictator.
You have one step away from a king.
You have a one step closer.
You're moving one step closer to dictatorship.
That's what the is happening.
That's what's going to happen with a vaccine passport.
That's what's going to happen if They close borders.
You can't enter New York City unless you have your papers.
You can't go to here unless you have that.
You can't get on a plane unless you do what I say.
And people say, well, it's all about protecting people from the no, it's not.
It's not because we've shown this is a fact.
There's somebody else that spoke out, and I want to read this carefully and exactly.
He Rand Paul posted to his Twitter account a video.
He said, it's time for us to resist.
They can't arrest all of us.
They can't keep all of your kids home from school.
They can't keep every government building closed, although I've got a long list of the ones that they might keep closed or might ought to keep closed.
We don't have to accept the mandates, the lockdowns, the harmful policies of the petty tyrants and bureaucrats.
We can simply say no, not again.
Nancy Pelosi, you will not arrest or stop me or anyone on my staff from doing our jobs.
We have either had COVID or had the vaccine or been offered the vaccine.
We will make our own health choices.
We will not show you a passport.
We will not wear a mask.
We will not be forced into random screenings and testing so you can continue your drunk with power reign over the Capitol.
He said Americans should not accept anti-science positions that may be championed by the Biden administration, promising that if President Joe Biden tries to shut down federal agencies, he will stop every bill coming through the Senate with an amendment to cut their funding if they don't come back to work in
person.
There is a
feeling of,
as Busta Rhimes said,
empowerment.
People are not going to take another round
of lockdowns.
They're not.
And that's good news.
That's real good news.
However, you have a growing government and a growing police state.
And
I want to explain to you why no one is doing anything about the violence on the streets while they're building a police state.
Coming up.
This is the Glenback program.
So I couldn't help but notice you were sitting down thinking about the you know watching something with the family you know maybe watching a movie you know you want something good don't you you know uh something with a great plot and beautiful cinematography that's what i love uh you know something just beautiful and family oriented you know uh
with a lot of uh salty language and some violence lots of violence lots of blood and uh maybe some steamy adult scenes huh you know what i'm saying huh
that's the way it feels every time you go and you try to watch something on television.
Unless you have Vid Angel.
Video Angel is an algorithm that you actually control and you can set it so it will filter out what you don't want to see in your home.
You set the filters for exactly everything you want to see and then watch it with your family.
It's fantastic.
Over 250, sorry, 2,500 movies and 11,000 TV TV episodes, new ones added every week.

I want to talk to you a little bit about what's happening on our streets.
First in Minneapolis,
they have
looked at all of the donations that are coming from,
you know, local citizens
to defund the police to support that movement.
And most of the donations coming from out of state, which is weird.
And moveon.org is providing a lot of that money.
Who is funding all of this?
Where?
Why is moveon.org doing this?
And where do they get their money for this?
And what is their intent?
I want to show you something that just happened in Seattle.
This is a video of
a kid
who goes by Caliber Visuals online.
Don't know his name.
He's a freelance photographer.
He's 22 years old.
He was in the Mount Baker section of Seattle.
Do we have the video?
Here he is.
Watch this, Pat.
He's out on the street.
There he's walking.
And he sees another guy coming up to him
and he stops.
And the guy, he puts his hand out.
They shake hands.
And then the guy won't let him loose.
And then he just starts, he puts him down on the ground, throws him down on the ground violently, and then just starts kicking him in the head.
And I mean
full force, stomping on his head and then kicking him until he's down.
Then he kicks him a second time and then boom, one last time.
Kicks him unconscious.
Yeah.
The kid is still
coughing up blood today.
He was,
it was reported to police somebody was watching this.
So disturbing.
But so far they don't they haven't arrested anyone.
That is
that's what you have in Seattle now
Let me show you a video from this weekend
a video in Portland
That happened as a group of Christians were gathered to pray on the waterfront
and Antipha showed up
and They showed up dressed in black
and they were confronting the worshipers.
Do we have to have the video?
Now, look how many are dressed in black.
Peace to you in Jesus' name.
Knock him out.
Hey, come on, now.
Look at this.
They're just asking for peace.
We're good.
We're good.
We're good.
So look at all of these.
So
they threw a flash bomb into the group of kids who were out there.
They started saying all sorts of things and following it in the name of Jesus because that's what the people were,
the Christians were saying.
It is really bad.
By the way, Police were there.
They turned on the siren, but it had absolutely no impact on Antifa.
Why would it?
They're not afraid of the police.
They know they're not going to do anything, and the police did nothing.
There was
no response from the police, no arrests made,
and they said the police said nobody reported any crime that we're aware of.
So what's happening to us?
What's happening to us?
Well, if you really want to know, there is
a report out that I think everyone should read, and no one is reporting on it.
It is a report by the Major Cities Chiefs Association.
This is a network of police chiefs all over the United States.
And
they surveyed all of the police chiefs for the nature of the 2020 riots.
Now,
this has just come out, so you can understand why nobody's talking about it.
And when I say just came out, it came out in October.
But it absolutely takes apart everything, the media, everything
that
the
clowns in Washington, D.C.
are trying to perpetrate and say that We are violent and that was the worst attack on America, you know, and our liberty since the Civil War.
No,
Why won't they look into the other protests?
Well, we know why.
One reason is because they helped fund it.
They helped enable it.
Kamala Harris put bail money up for all of these people.
Have you seen anybody on the right putting bail money up?
No.
I haven't.
No.
I haven't.
Kamala Harris did.
So what do you find?
Well,
in this chief's report, they found clear evidence of nationwide coordination for violent protests.
I want to, in fact, I want to read right from the report on
what they found because it is, it's interesting about the weapons, about
what the percentages were of violent and non-violent.
Because remember, that's what we're supposed to believe, that this was all
really non-violent.
Non-violent.
Well, was it?
The weekend of May 29th to the following Monday, June 1st, was by far the most violent for any major city law enforcement agencies.
These events had thousands of people in attendance, including groups with suspected violent extremist ideologies.
Prepared and contro coordinated resistance was reported by some agencies, and similar tactics, such as the use of arson, looting, barricades, caravans, and specific types of weapons were seen in major cities nationwide.
Protesters seem to coordinate their movements and actions on these days as
if the violence and tactics were pre-planned.
For example, across the U.S., major city law enforcement agencies reported peaceful protests beginning in the early to late afternoon and violence beginning once it became dark.
The report confirms the presence of the far-left violent extremists and notes that 78% of surveyed police agencies identified such actors among the protests.
51% of agencies also identified far-right
actors at some protests.
Unfortunately, the report offers no details that would let analysts examine how the authors determined violent actors' ideological tendencies.
No specifics are included in the report.
This is
incredible that this report is even out there, that it clearly shows.
Do you know how many people were arrested during those protests?
For felonies.
How many people were arrested for felonies?
Can you guess?
For felonies?
For felonies.
None.
2,735 total number of arrests that were for felony charges.
Wow.
Uh-huh.
Wow.
Total number of persons arrested:
16,241.
How many have been arrested for Washington, D.C.?
And they're not felony charges, only a couple of.
Almost all misdemeanors.
Yeah.
I think it's in the 400 range.
Yeah.
Most misdemeanors,
some felonies.
2,735.
the highest number of felony arrests for a single police troop in a single city was 639 people arrested for felonies wow for felonies I didn't hear that no I didn't either the the agencies that found protesters with violent far-left ideologies
78%
78%
if you look at how many people encountered, how many agencies encountered people that were not from the town?
So out of all the protests,
how many police officers said this group over here, they're not even from around here.
They're bused in.
No, I bet a lot.
90%.
Yeah.
How many were paid?
to be there?
I'm going to say a lot again.
29%.
That's a pretty good percentage.
Who's paying?
Who's paying?
Yeah, because we were told that was ridiculous.
Oh, no one was being paid.
Of course.
These are grassroots protests.
Are they?
Are they now?
Are they?
If you want to look this up, I think it's really important.
The Major Cities Chief Association, the Intelligence Commanders Group,
and it is the report on the 2020 protests and civil unrest.
It is amazing to read.
Amazing to read.
How many are peaceful?
How many are violent?
Mostly peaceful?
Nope.
No, not mostly peaceful.
Not mostly peaceful.
What kind of weapons did they have?
It's all in this report.
How many are belonging to some organization like an Antifa?
All of it is in this report.
Why is it the media is not interested?
More importantly, why is the federal government not interested in this at all?
But remember, we owe our lives to the policemen.
That's what Joe Biden said.
We owe everything to the policeman.
Then maybe we should read what the police are saying in their own reports.
Hmm.
I wonder why we're not.
Okay.
Let me tell you about Built Bar.
Let me give you some hard-hitting facts.
How about this?
Can you spell salad?
Yes, I can, but I can't spell it without S-A-D.
Look, I don't know.
I said to my daughter the other day,
she's cooking for me, and it's all this vegan stuff.
And it's really good.
I just hate it every time I look at it.
And I'm like, when am I going to start to look at this and go, yum?
I don't think ever.
It's 67 years.
No, 57.
Wow.
57 years of me just looking at salads and things and going, ick.
Now,
something that has changed for me is I've looked at protein bars and gone, ick.
But I see Built Bar more as a candy bar because that's the way they build them.
They build them with taste first.
So it's really, really good.
It's a healthy snack.
Don't say that because it networks it for me.
Nothing good for you is supposed to taste good.
This is really good.
Low in calories, low in net carbs,
and really high in taste.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
Today, filling in for Stew is Mr.
Pat Gray from Pat Gray Unleashed, the podcast you can find wherever podcasts are found.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah.
Still free.
Still free.
Wow.
It's incredible.
Good for you.
Trying to keep that price down.
Did you read about this
Formula One driver who seems to be defending pedophilia and sexualization of children.
No,
I don't usually go to my Formula One drivers for that.
You don't?
No, I don't usually either.
Yeah.
But I found this kind of fascinating because
is there nothing sacred anymore?
Even our children can't be left alone.
No, there is nothing sacred.
The Hungarian parliament just passed a law that protects children from pedophilia and sexualization.
And so this driver, Louis Hamilton from Great Britain, said it is unacceptable, cowardly, and misguiding for those in power to suggest such a law.
Everyone deserves to have the freedom to be themselves, no matter who they love or how they identify.
Oh my gosh.
Is that uncomfortable?
I would, if I'm sponsoring his
power, I think I would be canceling that contract today.
No question about it.
He emphasized everybody has a right to be themselves.
And in comparison, in the Hungarian parliament, it was almost unanimous.
There was only one out of 199 that voted against this law.
They decided that not, no, not everyone has the right to love whoever they want.
If it's children, no.
That's going to be forbidden.
Pedophiles are not going to be allowed to just love children in the way they want to.
Wow, that's backwards.
Yeah, right.
Right.
Right.
We are losing every single taboo that we have in society.
There's not going to be one thing we are
worshiping Moloch.
Yeah.
We just don't know it, but that's what's happening.
You know, I wrote the book, I am Moloch, as a novel years ago, and you should read it because
it is what's happening.
We are going into the Bohemian Grove, which is all of America, all of the world,
every single day.
And we are unknowingly doing the same practices as Moloch required.
Yes.
We just don't go into groves to do it.
No, the groves are.
You can go on the internet or
everywhere in society.
Everywhere.
Everywhere.
And it's phenomenal to see.
And people wonder why
people are
acting out and rioting in the streets because that's part of it.
That's part of it.
I mean,
we are
sowing really bad seeds, and what we're going to reap are really bad things.
I am
feeling more positive that there are more people standing up and speaking out, but it's going to be a hard schlog now.
We've missed the exits.
We're on a new freeway entirely now, and we're we're headed the wrong direction.
But more people are starting to stand up and speak out.
And not the people who have always been on our side either.
Right.
People like Buster Rhymes, you wouldn't expect that necessarily, would you?
No, no.
Wouldn't expect Bill Maher
to do it either.
He's been pretty strongly late.
Yeah.
You know, there are a few people that are calling it out and saying, look, here's where we're headed.
And it's no place good.
Back in just a second.
You're going to learn so much about what is happening with our jobs and our nation in the next hour.
It'll make your head blow up.
If you're a dog owner, you know taking care of your pet means more than just giving him food and water.
Dog is part of the family and his health and happiness are important to you.
I've been telling you for a while now about Rough Greens and how it's changed Uno, and it really has changed Uno.
He is a different dog.
He is always trying to play.
It is, I have to videotape.
He's got this weird way of playing.
He comes up with the ball, and he wants you to take it out of his mouth, and then he jerks away and he won't let you do it, and then he goes and hides, and then he comes back and does it again.
Anyway,
he races to his bowl now to eat, and it's because I am now putting rough greens on top of the kibble food that he gets.
All of the nutrients that are missing out of of most dog food are in rough greens.
You need them.

We have a power hour coming for you next.
It is Carol Roth, the author of The War on Small Business.
You don't want to miss a second of this hour.
What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
This
is
the Glendack Program.
Hello, America.
Welcome to Monday.
I have never done this, I don't think ever, where I have spent an hour on a podcast and released it, and then the following day had that guest on to do an hour with me on radio.
But I think this woman's voice has to be heard.
I think if you want to understand what's really coming your way,
this woman is a former investment maker.
She used to help small companies get big.
Now she is looking at the big companies going, oh my gosh.
And she's very worried about the small companies.
You know, the moms and pops, the people like you.
This is the only person that I have heard that has, can speak with real authority, that understands fully what is coming our way and is actually concerned about the average person, not about their stock portfolio.
You do not want to miss a word of my podcast with Carol Roth that came out on Saturday.
And this hour to continue our conversation, Carol Roth, the author of The War on Small Business in 60 Seconds.
The Glenn Beck Program.
So Terry lives right here in Texas.
He writes in about his experience with the Relief Factor.
He says, I struggled with pain for quite a while.
I mean, my lower back all the way down to my legs.
I heard about Relief Factor, decided to give it a try.
Within a couple of weeks, I was totally pain-free.
It is incredible to me how much, how many people I have told about Relief Factor because it has made a huge, huge difference in my life.
I think it will help others.
Tell them, tell them, tell them.
Thank you, Relief Factor.
Terry, I know how you feel, and you do kind of become an evangelist for it
once it works for you.
And it works.
Let me put it this way.
70% of the people who order Relief Factor go on to order more month after month.
They'll tell you, try it for the first three weeks.
And if it's not working for you, don't take it anymore because it's not going to work.
About 70% of the people go on to order more.
Relief Factor.

My surgeon told me last week, I've been having face surgery because of cancer on my face.
And he said to me last week, I think we're going to get to know each other quite well.
And he called over the weekend.
He said, I got to go back back in.
I'm like, oh, you ready for another round?
Okay.
Bring it on, brother.
Let's see how your face looks after this round.
But
I feel the same way without the scalpel, the knife, or the fight or the cancer about Carol Roth.
I think we're going to be seeing a lot of her, and we will become close friends.
She is somebody who I absolutely believe gets it on what's coming our way and a voice that needs to be heard.
Her book is called The War on Small Business.
She's here with us now.
Carol, welcome.
Glenn, thanks so much for having me back.
And I feel exactly the same way.
And I promise I may bring a scalpel, but it's going to be a scalpel on what is going on in financial markets and with the government and decentralization.
I had two very powerful Washington, D.C.
people write to me this weekend and say, I've never heard of Carol Roth before.
She makes everything make sense.
So let's talk about, let's talk about what you know.
Where do you want to start?
Well, let's just start with the overarching theme of what's been happening over the last, call it, 16 to 17 months, because we have seen the government use the excuse that one person's plight is going to justify disregarding the rights of others.
That's what they've been doing.
They have been picking winners and losers.
They've been deciding who is essential and who is quote unquote non-essential, the most horrible thing a government entity could tell a person or a business.
And they've been doing this not based on data or on science.
but based on political clout and connections.
And that has enabled the biggest transfer of wealth that we have ever seen in all of history.
And it's been going from Main Street to Wall Street.
And the power has been consolidated from the little guys to the big guys in the club.
And I feel like that is the overarching.
So
let's break that down a little bit.
By picking winners and losers,
they said, don't go to your Ace hardware store.
Don't go to the local hardware store.
Don't go to the local paint store, whatever.
You've got to go to Home Depot.
They left these giants open while they closed all of the local businesses.
Absolutely.
They were the very first.
If you look at the very first mandates that came out, and Ohio led the charge on this, and a bunch of others followed suit.
They were all the small entities.
They were small retailers, they were gyms, they were restaurants.
And lo and behold, as you said, the big guys were able to be open.
The one that I found just so completely absurd was that you could get your dog's hair and nails groomed, but you personally couldn't get your own hair and nails groomed.
And there's no data or science to say that that was okay.
And then they doubled down on it.
So it wasn't like they did this for the 15 days to slow the spread that we're now like 500 days into.
They continued to double down on that messaging.
And it got so absurd that at later in the year, as they started doing reopenings, you would have places like New New York saying oh if you're a bar you need to serve food
but you know if you have chips that's not good enough you need to serve dip with it so like what's the science behind the fact that the dip protects you from COVID
so what is your theory on why they did this
So this is all about decentralization versus centralized power.
If you think about the economy and you kind of divide it right down the middle, you have half of the economy that is decentralized.
It looks a lot more like a free market.
This is the small business side.
And this before COVID was about 30.2 million small businesses that really exemplified the free markets.
The other half of the economy is in the hands of about 10,000 to 15,000 big businesses.
And this goes for GDP and jobs.
So if you are a politician who is trying to consolidate power, you are trying to get more under your purview, you are trying to get lobbying dollars, you are trying to get more support maybe for your own campaign, it is much easier for you to deal with 10,000 or 15,000 big companies than it is to try to corral the 30.2 million small businesses.
So I think that that is the driver.
But whether you think it's nefarious, intentional, or incompetent, the fact of the matter is that the big government has gotten so big and so out of control that the result would be the same, whether or not the intention is that the small businesses are too small to matter or too hard to control.
Aaron Powell, so
what's interesting to me is in 2008 they said these banks are too big to fail,
which implied we should make sure we support the smaller banks to
get these other banks to A, pay for their own mistakes and
grow the
banking sector, if you will, grow it out,
not up,
and it would provide some stability.
But that's exactly the opposite of what they did.
And it seems like they're doing that again, this time with small businesses.
Yeah, I'm so glad you brought this up.
This is the perfect example.
So back in 2007, 2008, the banks took on too much risk, and that created these horrible consequences for the economy, not just here in the U.S., but worldwide.
We all paid the price, but as you said, they were too big to fail.
So they got a taxpayer bailout.
The slap on the risk that they got was in the terms of legislation, Dodd-Frank.
And they said, ha ha, we are going to rein in these big banks.
Even though they're too big to fail, we've got to make sure that we make room for the little guy.
But the effect, the outgrowth of that legislation is it stopped the formation of small and community banks.
It put a bunch of smaller players out of business and it completely killed off small business lending.
At the same time, the big businesses now had no competition.
They also had basically free money from the Fed being pumped into the system.
And so
the big businesses got bigger and big business lending went through the roof.
So what was meant to rein in the big banks actually gave them free rein.
And now, contrasting that to what's happened this time, small businesses didn't take on too much risk.
It's not that they needed a quote-unquote bailout.
They were mandated shut.
So, compensating them is basically eminent domain.
Their property was taken, quote-unquote, for the good of society under the Constitution.
And so, that's not a bailout.
That's due compensation.
But they were told they were too small.
If they were told, they were non-essential, too small to matter.
I've never been,
I'm not a lawsuit guy.
I hate lawsuits.
But if there is one case that the United States government should
be sued and pay out, unfortunately, it would be all of us at the bottom of the ladder that would be paying it.
So it would just end up hurting us.
But it is for closing all of these businesses.
You put all of these businesses out of business.
You had no right to do it.
They only did it under duress.
At first they did it for the first 15 days, fine.
But once they started to say, we are not going to make it, they would try to open up.
They couldn't.
They went out of business.
Whose fault is it?
It's not theirs.
It's not their fault.
It is the federal government's fault.
Nobody's even really talking that way.
I know.
I I mean, they're gaslighting us.
These are the two biggest myths that are out there right now:
one, that we had these full lockdowns and we were all in this together.
We were not all in this together.
As we talked about at the top of the hour, the big companies were allowed to continue.
Wall Street was propped up.
If you had let Amazon get closed down, if you had had Walmart closed down, if you had your local liquor store closed down, if you had let the stock market actually act like a market and react to what was happening, this wouldn't have lasted maybe even two weeks, maybe three on the outside.
So we were not all in this together.
And then in terms of the compensation, people will say, oh, well, they got PPP relief.
People don't understand that the amount of PPP relief was not only a fraction of the overall like $6.6 trillion that had been spent on relief, but also a fraction of what was needed to shut these businesses down for months and months on end.
And the real tragedy of this entire thing, in addition to obviously the subjugation of the rights, is that they wanted to do this right to begin with.
They could have done compensation right out of the box to small businesses, let people stay on the payrolls, stay employed.
It would have cost them about a trillion to a trillion and a half dollars, I project, based on the numbers, and they could have bought themselves several months to figure out mitigation strategies, but no, that's not what they did.
This was not something that
they just gathered in the middle of the night and said, we've got to close everything down.
This is something that either the Fed or the Treasury, excuse me,
either the Fed or the Treasury walked in to the Oval Office when President Trump was the president and said, here's the plan to do it.
Can you talk to me a little bit about how much much of this was just, you know, throw spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks and how much of this was planned and why would you plan something like this?
We'll go there in just a second.
Give me one minute to tell you about Bilt Barr.
You know, a man reaches a certain point where he says to himself, self, I've had enough of working out.
I've had enough of these uptight gyms with their exercise machines and their weights.
Most importantly of all,
I've had it up to here with these vile, disgusting protein bars that taste like they were made to torture prisoners, you know?
Well, I reached that point.
I mean,
I've had enough of the gyms.
Oh my gosh, I can't take another second in one of those gyms.
Now,
that moment of getting sick of stuff that's good for you lasts or happens about every three minutes from the minute I wake up.
You can't find a good version of exercise.
I'm trying.
And you can't find a good version of a protein bar.
Aha!
I'm here to save the day.
Built.com.
Built.com.
Amazing flavors.
Low calorie, low carb, high protein, high fiber.
It is the next closest thing to the fat pill.
You know, we've all waited for that.
How do they make these things taste really good?
Using real chocolate and keeping them healthy for you?
I don't know.
I'm not asking any questions.
I'm just eating.

So Carol, how did all of this happen?
So I always like to follow the markets as a signal.
And if you look at what happened at the beginning of 2020 and, you know, kind of January into the beginning of February, you had the stock markets hitting all-time highs.
So even though this virus was going on in China and there was a little bit of spread, you saw that the markets here in the U.S.
said, you know, we're not really that concerned about it.
At the very end of February, all of a sudden the market took a nosedive and just went off a cliff.
And so at the time, we were trying to get our heads wrapped around it.
In retrospect, we found out
through an article that there was actually a leak, that there was a think tank discussion, and members of the administration had basically said, yeah,
things are starting to trend in this direction in terms of what we're planning to do.
And so the market got a whiff of this and the insiders were able to sell off before Main Street, of course, because that's what always seems to happen in our quote-unquote free market.
And so
you had
the Fed then come in and say it was going to stabilize the market and started providing support to the market before anything else was done.
And I thought that that was fascinating.
The most important thing they felt was to provide support to the market.
So that kind of tells you all that you need to know.
And then the administration came out with this 15 Days to Slow the Spread plan, which was absolute lunacy because it gave the blueprint to all of these governors to make these decisions.
And Ohio was was really early on.
And each governor thereafter kind of said, well, this provides us cover to do the same thing.
And it started like with this slow power grab, almost like testing the waters, like, can we really get away with this?
And then they just said, oh, really we can?
Okay, we're going to do more and we're going to do more.
And that sort of ballooned up.
And then the the government had an opportunity at the federal level to throw a lifeline.
So they were the ones that could have said, well, if you're going to do this, you know, we're going to backstop it and make sure that it's constitutional and make sure that we save these small guys because that's what we're here to do.
And they just chose absolutely not to do that.
And anybody with half a brain cell could have figured out what was going on.
I had raised the issue in March of 2020 before we even knew the numbers because it was so transparent.
But the way they structured the program, the first tranche of the PPP didn't even make it to the tiny small businesses.
It went to Kanye West and Tom Brady, employed Mayweather because of the way the government structured it to begin with.
So it was this kind of, you know, slow burn, could we get away with it?
And every time they got away with it, you know, it's like the slow creep.
It's like this blob that spreads and takes over everything.
How much of this is related to
the great reset?
Yeah, it's interesting.
So there's this concept out there from the World Economic Forum, and it's their projections for 2030, so not that far in the future, saying things like, you will own nothing and you will be happy, which as somebody who's very focused on property rights scares the bejesus out of me, and we would only have renters.
And so that kind of ties into everything that's going on with the CDC moratorium on evictions, which again makes so much sense that a health organization would be setting economic policy outside of Congress, right?
And that you've got these small landlords who are basically being thrown to the side, making it very difficult for them to keep
the places or even want to keep the places and keep renting, knowing that the government can interfere in this direction at the same time that you've got all of this money going to big professional investors who are coming in and buying up housing.
So I I don't know if this is
happening at a global level on a coordinated basis or if they put this idea out there and others
acted upon it here in the U.S.
or if it's just a coincidence because at the end of the day, big entities want to grab power and that's human nature and that's why we resist central plan.
I just want to go over what you just said because I don't think people really understand.
Right now, prices have gone up through the roof 25, 26 26%
for a new house.
And that's not just because all of a sudden we're buying again.
It's because the Fed is making money so easy for big people to get that these giant hedge funds are taking the money with no real risk and they're buying up entire neighborhoods.
Entire neighborhoods.
Yeah, there's actually a great article in the Wall Street Journal that came out in April talking about this.
And I believe it was a D.R.
Horton neighborhood that instead of selling them to individual investors, they sold the entire neighborhood to a hedge fund at twice the price that they would have made selling it to the individuals.
Why would they do that?
Why would they do that?
All right, back in just a second.
Her name is Carol Roth.
She
will join us for the back half of the hour in just a second.
This is the Glenback Program.
If you love cooking outdoors, taking a thick marbled steak and tossing it on the grill, if that doesn't get you excited for dinner, I don't know what will.
If you're going to cook outdoors,
may I highly recommend RechTech.
RekTech, once you've given RechTech a try, you will, you'll, I guarantee you, you will say there is nothing else on the market like it.
I think it is head and shoulders above any competition.
And the reason why is because they're not paying a third party.
They're not paying the middleman.
You can only buy them online.
But these were designed by grillers.
They were designed by people who go and do competition of the best barbecue, et cetera, et cetera.
They are rough and tumble.
They are so sturdy.
They'll last forever.
They have smart grill technology that keeps track of the internal temperature.
It adjusts itself as necessary.
I mean, it is just the best of the best.

Check out my show, Pat Gray Unleashed, every week, day 7 to 9 Eastern, 6 to 8 Central, or anywhere and anytime you get your podcast.
Carol Roth is the author of a must-read book, The War on Small Business.
If you want to understand what our country is doing to the little guy, you need to read this book written by Carol Roth.
She was my podcast on last week's podcast.
Came out Saturday for wherever you get your podcast.
Listen to that.
It is a really
fascinating hour that has, I think, more truth to it than you will find in most podcasts, especially when people are talking about the economy.
I have been looking for somebody like Carol Roth that knows how to break it down to people and who sees the same style or same, we may not agree on everything, but she sees the same growing state as the problem and the end end of capitalism if we don't wake up.
Carol is joining us now.
And I wanted to talk to you about a little bit more about the CDC, but I want to talk to you in a different way.
The CDC, everyone knows this is blatantly illegal.
The CDC cannot make laws.
But this is, I mean, this is after, you know, FDR.
This is Woodrow Wilson.
This is everything the progressives have wanted for a long time.
Take it out of the hands of Congress and put it into the hands of the
elites and the scientists and the experts.
But this is not going to stop.
The real question is:
if we're going to allow this to continue and set this precedence, what laws will the FCC begin to write?
What laws does the DHS have
the DHS have in store?
The FDA, the Department of Education, the Department of Energy.
The precedent is set.
They now can write laws themselves without Congress.
How dangerous is this, Carol?
I mean, there's nothing more dangerous than this.
And the fact that Biden himself said, quote, the bulk of constitutional scholarship says that it's not likely to pass constitutional muster from somebody who pledged and affirmed to protect and uphold the Constitution is absolutely mind-blowing.
And it is blatant tyranny.
And this is all part of what we can get away with, what rights can we subjugate so that we can put more power in the hands of a few people, whether or not they have the authority, the legal authority to do so, and have them make decisions with force, with coercion, with control, with opacity
that basically affect all of our lives.
And this moves us away from freedom, whether it's overall freedom, economic freedom, towards central planning.
And this is absolutely frightening and something that everybody should be pushing back on.
Fortunately, we are seeing lawsuits.
But even though we had them previously, and even though the Supreme Court said, yeah,
you shouldn't be doing this again, they're still testing the waters.
We all should be standing up and saying absolutely not to well, they're doing other things.
They are killing the farmer and the small rancher.
They are just killing them right now.
I'm afraid, you know, I have a farm and I'm afraid I'll lose my land
because I won't be able to afford the taxes because of Green New Deal or something like that.
Am I going to be able to drive my own car?
They're now, they said this was not going to happen, but there is
in the infrastructure bill, there is now, what is it, miles traveled or miles per vehicle traveled, something like that.
This new tax where they're going to track your mileage
and then charge you a tax for the miles that you're doing.
They are just, they're closing the doors everywhere.
I'm afraid if I don't have a green house, if my house isn't weather stripped the way they want it, if it's not
efficient enough, that they will tax me even more or force me to do that.
Is this the kind of stuff that's coming?
I mean, I think it's already here.
I mean, if you think about the fact that we've had members of Congress go out and personally attack individuals, whether or not you agree with the big guys and and think what they're doing are correct, you shouldn't be having someone like Elizabeth Warren saying Jeff Bezos who are coming for you.
I mean, that's frightening just on principle, the government singling out individuals.
And we're seeing them interrupting wealth creation opportunities.
We're seeing that lead to disruptions in economic freedom.
That then leads to disruptions in overall freedom.
And if you look at what they're doing in terms of the laws, the purview, the amount that they're spending, I mean, this is looking less and less like a free market, like a free nation, and much more like something that, as that, I call it central planning, but socialist, whatever words you want to use, where you have that scary control, which is, you know, exactly what the founders did not want for this country.
Well, it frightens me when they say they need to get a hold of those people who
are not experts, people like me, you know, who are spreading disinformation.
No, I'm not.
I just disagree with your information many times or the conclusions that you
come to.
You know, when they want to silence people like that, they're coming again in the infrastructure bill.
They're coming after Bitcoin.
Why would they come after Bitcoin?
I mean,
they're coming after Bitcoin for the same reason that they come after small businesses is because decentralization threatens central power and control.
And that's exactly why people are focused on Bitcoin, because they see what the government and central bankers have been doing to the currency.
And they want something that's outside of the scope of politicians and decentralized, that they believe can't be manipulated by government entities.
And that is a threat to the people who control the money system.
Because if you control the money, you control the power.
And they don't want to see that happen.
Not only that, but they want to be the ones to have not a cryptocurrency that would be on a blockchain and be transparent, but a digital currency, something that they control digitally that's very opaque, where they can make the decisions on whether or not you can access that money.
This is all about, again, control and getting to, are you a good enough person?
Can you be deplatformed?
Can you have access to your money?
These are the kinds of things that we do not want the government to control, and that's why they see crypto as a threat.
Because they will say
the way that modern monetary theory works is if they can control the money, then they can control inflation
because they can just have people not buy any of that.
So your dollar will not allow you to buy that on Amazon or at the store.
You can't buy it for a while because there's too high of a demand on it.
I mean, that's the thinking, you know, if you can call it that, behind the inflation ideas behind modern monetary theory, which we are absolutely doing right now.
I was just going to say that.
I mean, the worst part about modern monetary theory is that we are enacting it.
We are doing what's called monetizing our debt, which means that the government can spend and then we don't have to go out and find an investor to put up the money for that spending.
That the Federal Reserve goes out and buys that debt and puts it on its balance sheet.
It's like, you know, robbing Peter to pay Paul, putting it from one pocket into the other, and assuming that that's not going to have any consequence.
And you don't have to be an economist to know that actions have outcomes.
And it may take a little while for those to work its way through the system because it's very complex.
But there is an outcome that happens when you do that.
And unfortunately, I think it's part of the reason why the Federal Reserve has been keeping these interest rates artificially low and facilitating this transfer of wealth because they know that right now we're headed towards $30 trillion
in debt and that's going to continue to grow.
We can barely afford to service the interest on the debt now as is.
When interest rates start to rise, that is going to become untenable, and they don't have a plan for that because there isn't a really good plan for that.
And so they're trying to figure out what to do and kicking that can down the road.
Isn't that where the digital dollar comes in?
You know, everything that they're doing right now is based on smoke and mirrors, right?
When you print money, they're not actually printing a dollar.
They're just putting in a digital account entry.
It allows for this manipulation.
Again, we've talked about
if you and I went in and put money into our account digitally and fudged our accounts, it would be considered counterfeiting.
But when the Fed does it, it's considered monetary policy.
And yes, I think that anything, any tools they have to continue to fudge and to prolong whatever that outcome is, they are going to use because it's how they keep the power.
So,
any idea on what the average person can do to prepare for this
or to
fight back?
You know, I think
this is the $30 trillion
question.
Certainly,
in terms of spending your own dollars, I'm an advocate of keeping the decentralization in mind.
So if you have the opportunity to support small businesses and make sure that they have as much strength as possible and not just support the big companies, I think that helps to some extent.
But some of these are bigger policy issues.
Most people don't go around calling their representatives and saying, reign in the Fed.
I think it's time.
I think it's time that we educate people to call representatives and say reign in the Fed.
They're past their mandate.
The fact that they've got more than $8 trillion created out of nowhere on their balance sheet and that's coming at the expense of savers and retirees and small businesses in Main Street is absolutely disgusting.
We need more people to stand up on that.
And we need to be supporting people who are really going to start to focus on ways to pair back the government.
Because a lot of people on
one side of the aisle have said, oh, I'm a fiscal conservative.
I'm for small government.
Yet the debt continues to grow.
The purview of government continues to grow.
That strategy hasn't worked.
We need to get more people in there that are going to pair this back.
And then
besides that, then we're getting into
crazy ideas.
Yeah,
national divorce and whatnot.
And
I don't know where it goes from there.
Yeah.

Glenn, thanks so much for the platform and for supporting small businesses and the little guy on these ideas.
I truly, truly appreciate it.
Thank you.

All right, let me tell you about Car Shield.
Used to be a time when something went wrong with your car, you could pull it into the garage, grab your tools, go fix it.
I mean,
not me.
I mean, this is when men were men, and I was still kind of me.
You know what I mean?
But you could go and you could get the parts.
Now you can't do that.
You can't fix it.
They don't even want you to open up the hood.
It's crazy.
There are what 50 million chips in my car now?
I think it's all made made with chips.
And they are out of stock.
So when you go to fix your car, you are probably in for
probably a pretty big bill.
Know what I'm saying?
Especially if you're out of warranty.
Get car shield.
For a covered repair with car shield, it is the best.
They'll take care of the repair with your choice of the mechanic.
You get the roadside assistance, the rental car.
It's a breeze.
It'll save you thousands of dollars, and you're not waiting for the insurance company to kick back so they'll cover your check.
They write the check to the mechanic.
CarShield, it's a win-win.
They'll help you get back when you are in a pinch, get back on the road without having to be on the hook to pay thousands of dollars.

You are listening to the Glenn Beck program.
All right.
You're going to have to help me out.
Now, I am a doctor, right?
I'm a Kentucky colonel, so I'm a colonel.
Yeah, I'm a, well, we both are reverence from the Church of Universal Life Modesto, California.
Right.
So I've got a lot of titles behind me, okay?
And I can't figure this one out.
And so I just need some help.
Female prisoners
in the state of California
apparently are finding themselves pregnant in the Central California women's facility.
And
we can't figure out why.
Now, some haters would say, because you just put men into the prison.
Oh, those people are
such hate mongers.
They monger.
And they mock science.
Yeah, they do.
They do.
Because those are women.
Okay.
Now.
They identify as women.
Right.
And I don't, yeah, because they're, well, they're not women.
Well, they are women, Pat.
Gosh, I was almost falling into that hate monger strap.
Don't do that.
Even though they still have male parts.
They still have the man unit.
Yeah, but they don't.
But they're women.
Yeah, and they don't identify with that part.
So,
well, I mean, they probably identify it.
Find it for a night or for a night, you know, but it was just
So now the all-female prison is having to pass out condoms.
Now, I don't know why you would need a condom
for women-on-women,
you know,
sex.
So
it is something that we can't answer.
You know, science doesn't have all of the answers yet.
No, they don't.
And this is just something that we should look into.
Not too hard, but we should look into.
We should just mark as one of those mysteries of the universe
that when men
become women,
they apparently can still
impregnate another woman, even though they're women.
Yeah.
As long as the man unit is still attached to their body, they can indeed
weird.
I don't know how that happens.
Maybe she was trying to just say, let me see if I can help it fall off.
Maybe that's what was happening.
I don't know.
I don't.
Again, it's a mystery.
It's a mystery.
Wow, when will science catch up?
I just don't know.
May never.
We may never.
Yeah.
At this rate.
Well, so.
Congratulations on all of the babies that will be being born soon in the California women's prison system.
This is the Glenback Program.
Hello, my friend.
Today,
we have already shared with you a miracle.
A miracle that science cannot explain.
A woman in a women's prison in California is now pregnant with a baby.
And all of the inmates in the women's prison in California are women.
Yes, some of them were men, but they identify as women.
It's a miracle.
Science can't explain it, kids.
And I'm not even going to begin to try to explain it other than a miracle.
But I have a coming.
I have a coming miracle in 60 seconds.
The Glenn Duck program.
Yes.
You know the guy standing there pointing a gun at you?
You know, saying, hey, can I just borrow your wallet?
I just want to borrow it for a short time.
You know,
when that guy's standing in front of you with a gun in your face, it's kind of hard to, you know, take the idea of cyber criminals seriously, you know?
But if you don't, you're apt to find yourself in a world of financial hurt when they sneak in and take everything from you and and you don't even have any idea that anything has been taken from you.
Cybersecurity.
Take it seriously.
Cybercrime and identity theft will affect your life.
And we put everything on the internet and it is at risk.
And that's what cyber criminals and the federal government, I think, are counting on.

We just had the miracle of two women somehow or another
having a baby
what would you say if i told you that ben and jerry had a baby as well another miracle
uh except this baby is uh
kind of stillborn um this baby of theirs is the uh boycott of israel's illegal occupation Oh, wow.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
The illegal occupation of Judea.
Judea.
Judea.
Which, as we all know, has nothing to do with Judaism.
Or Jews.
Judea?
Why would it?
Why would it?
Where would you even get that?
You know?
In Samaria, nobody's ever associated that with Israel.
Never.
Not like Judea.
No.
Yeah.
Anyway, the illegal occupation,
they have, Ben and Jerry have decided they're not going going to do any business and have any part of Israel's illegal occupation of Jew Daya.
Apparently, the franchisees are a little upset.
Now, this is something I've been talking about for the last few weeks.
I'm telling you, the franchisees are the ones that will change everything.
If the parent company decides to do something, these are local chains.
They're owned by your McDonald's, your Burger King, whatever it is.
They're owned by local people.
Coca-Cola distributors.
Bottlers.
What?
Yeah,
Coca-Cola bottlers and distributors are usually locally owned.
Ha ha.
Yeah.
In fact, they're always owned.
They're always locally owned and operated.
That's weird.
Your local Coca-Cola
bottler and distributor.
I wonder if they agree with Coca-Cola.
Anyway,
I've been talking about this
for the last few weeks.
Let me give you an update on Ben and Jerry's.
So Ben and Jerry's, we know, have been getting heat from their franchisees, and they're saying to them, you're killing us.
Okay, 30 of them have sent a letter to Ben and Jerry, owned by Unilever,
asking him to, can you re-examine and withdraw your boycott decision?
Because it's killing us.
Now, Unilever,
of course, a big company, they don't care.
Ben and Jerry, they really care.
So, you know,
Unilever said to Ben and Jerry, hey,
should we stop this?
Well, Ben and Jerry sent out a company memo to the franchisees inviting them this last weekend to join us for a listening and learning opportunity and respectful discussion with author and Middle East expert Peter Beinhart.
Oh my gosh.
The guy who
called for the elimination of Israel.
Yeah, well, he said he doesn't believe in the state of Israel.
Right.
So,
you know,
I don't believe in Canada.
You know.
You don't?
No.
No, I'm pretty sure it's there.
No, I don't believe in it.
Okay.
All right.
I haven't believed in it.
So if I went up there and just be a vast wasteland, there's still still no city.
I mean, there might be people up there claiming to be Canadians, but they're not.
They're not.
They're not.
I don't believe in Canada.
Anyway, so
he's
kind of a little bit
or maybe a lot into the boycotting of Israel and the destruction of Israel.
So now I'm putting myself, put yourself in the place here, Pat, of you're just a local franchisee owner.
Okay.
And I'm Ben or Jerry.
Yeah.
And I say to you, hey, local franchisee owner,
would you just join me for a learning opportunity?
With the guy who's calling for the elimination of Israel?
Yeah.
No, I will not be doing that.
You will not be doing that.
No.
But it's going to be a civil and respectful respectful discussion.
Yeah, no.
I mean, it's a learning opportunity for you.
Yeah.
Yeah.
No.
Now, do you feel as though Ben or Jerry might be talking down to you a little bit
from their ice cream castle?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But it's a learning opportunity.
You can learn from Peter and me, Ben or Jerry.
Wow.
So sounds like a great opportunity.
Yeah.
But again, I'm going to say no.
No.
No, thank you.
Well,
they got on and they,
you know, he,
you know, he he
well, he said a few things about, you know, the occupied territories that it was an offensive war.
And now I don't remember the 67 war.
You know, how old was I?
Three.
So I don't remember Israel on the offense of that war.
Do you?
No, I remember that they were attacked by many Arab nations.
In fact, all of them.
All of them.
All of them.
And they did finish it.
They didn't start it, but
they did finish it.
They finished it quickly.
Yeah.
Actually.
And then they got sick and tired of being attacked from Judea and Samaria.
And that's why they now say, yeah, no, we're not giving it back.
Yeah, it's not yours anymore.
It's ours again.
Yeah, you want to kill us.
So anyway, so here's the thing.
Concerned franchisees of the ice cream company recently sent a letter to Ben and Jerry's asking leadership to reconsider the decision to halt product sales in the West Bank.
It only distorts the situation on the ground.
It has imposed and it will continue to impose substantial financial costs on all of us.
Now see, how is this happening?
Unilever
is not done with this, I guarantee.
Now, if we all called Unilever,
what's it going to do?
Really?
What's it going to do?
But if you went to a local franchisee
and let's say,
I don't want to target anybody, Coca-Cola,
and you went to
the local distributor, maybe you even know them, you know?
Maybe they go to your church or they go to your
whatever you do.
And they do.
I don't know Coca-Cola bottlers, so I don't know what their lifestyle is like.
But you happen to know
happen to know them.
Chances are they don't agree with be less white.
And if you said, you know, we're going to stop ordering all of the stuff from you
because you're a Coca-Cola bottler.
And so we don't want any of your product in it.
Not that we won't have any Coke products.
We won't have any of your product because you are doing business with Coca-Cola.
And they'll say, but we don't have anything to do with it.
We're just a local, I know, and that really sucks, doesn't it?
But I won't have anything to do with you, my local neighborhood friend.
And the minute they change or you change, I'm doing business with you because I like you.
I just don't like Coca-Cola.
And because of that, you are a big reason Coca-Cola exists in my neighborhood.
So I'm not going to do business with you.
Now, I'm just thinking that the phones start to ring, you know?
Yeah.
Because they start losing local customers.
You can't affect Coca-Cola's bottom line.
You can't.
I mean, if we all did it, but we're not doing it.
So if we all did it, maybe, but they're a global, they care more about China than us.
so why
would the franchisees have an impact
because they cannot lose their distributors they don't own the trucks they don't own the bottles they don't own the water they own the formula and the name
It's the local bottlers, the minute you hit the franchisees, the minute you hit the local people, and you just love them to death.
I just love you, and we're not, you know, yes, we are protesting, but we're not going to be violent or anything like that because that's not who we are, neighbor, because we love you.
We just don't like the company you're doing business with.
And so we're spreading the word: every company that orders any Coke product, every restaurant that does it that owns, that has a Coke product, we're asking them in our local area not to do business with with you.
With you.
Everything changes.
We keep thinking that we have to have some big massive 30 franchisees are now causing Unilever to sweat because of Ben and Jerry's.
30.
30.
Why?
Because most likely these 30 Ben and Jerrys are either owned by people who want nothing to do with that,
or in the case of New York, they're in Jewish neighborhoods.
And everybody has come by and said, we're not doing business with you.
Get rid of Ben and Jerry's and we'll be back, but we're not doing business with you.
And you know what the franchisees are now looking at?
Ways out of their contract so they don't have to carry Ben and Jerry's.
So they put all this money to be a Ben and Jerry's,
you know, franchisee.
Well, you know, if one of the burger places started, you know,
saying, you know, we're going to start making it with people meet,
I think I might want to get out of my franchise and say, yeah, you know, that wasn't part of the deal.
So I'm getting out of this.
That's what's happening.
You have more power than you think.
You have the ultimate power.
You just have to start thinking locally.
Who gets the most amount of pain and has the actual voice that can scream to the company the fastest?
Not the people behind the counter, not the people delivering stuff, not the people making it, unless it's the franchisee.
That's where you have to concentrate.
And believe me, Coke will squeal like a little pig
so fast and suddenly they won't be teaching that you should be less white.
It'll be really weird.
Trust me, focus your effort there.
Okay, our sponsor this half hour, we still have not solved.
Can we do it before the end of the show?
How these two women in a California women's prison.
Now, one of them is transgender.
She identifies as a woman.
She's not the one pregnant.
No.
Which I knew that transgendered women could get pregnant.
Science states that clearly.
But I don't know how she impregnated the other woman.
Yeah.
Don't know.
It's confusing.
It's a mystery to science.
Gold and silver, hard to believe that people still
don't know you can retire on this stuff.
let alone that it is such an important hedge against insanity in an insane market.
But when you see the dollar
and how how they're spending, by the way, listen to today's podcast, listen to hour number two, Carol Ross.
She was fantastic explaining exactly what's going on in our world financially.
You are going to lose so much money on your retirement.
If you have all of your retirement in dollar denominations
or any kind of paper fiat currency,
you're going to lose a lot of it quickly, quickly.
I want you to call Goldline and see if it is right for you gold or silver this week only gold line will ship you five free one ounce silver gold line bars just for completing the application so you get you get some of these these are silver bars you get five of these silver bars you ask them uh how to get those delivered directly to your door they're standing by to take your call all you have to do is just complete the application that you're interested in gold or silver they uh they're also bonus metals when you complete the buying process.
So they're doing everything they can to sweeten the deal.
So you will at least look into it.
Please look into gold or silver as a hedge against insanity.
866 Goldline.
Call them.
They're waiting for your call right now.
866Goldline or goldline.com.
10 seconds station ID.
Yeah.
We are known for our science, too, here.
And I just can't figure it out.
You can't really
still
can't do it.
Maybe like a scientist could call us and let us know how this happens.
Because it is strange.
We have a scientist.
We could maybe, maybe, maybe.
Maybe.
By the way,
I don't know if you know anything about Dr.
McCullough.
Do you know who he is?
No.
He's a guy who has been talking about,
they say he's spreading false information about COVID.
Okay,
whatever.
Okay, so don't go to Dr.
McCola.
I don't even know this guy, but I was really disturbed by what he said online.
I want you to listen to this.
Cut one.
My goal and passion has always been about supporting you and helping you take control of your health.
And I'm beyond thrilled that there are hundreds of millions of people who have benefited from what I've shared over the years.
These were the times when many of the views I presented were criticized and controversial, but that's to be expected.
That was one of the great freedoms we enjoyed.
We could have different views and we could speak openly about these views without any fear of retribution.
But we are now in a different time.
It's a much darker time.
In fact, the silence of free speech is now deafening.
Never in my life would I believe the media would call out 12 Americans in a McCarthyism-like attack in the United States.
And as you are aware, I was placed at the very top of this list.
The last week has brought a tremendous amount of reflections to me and a lot of unacceptable threats to a company full of amazing people that have helped me support you in this journey.
By now, I'm sure you know that there was a recent New York Times article attacking me, and it was one of the most widely distributed stories in the world.
The article was loaded with so many false statements made about me and my organization.
So the course of action I am now forced to take is to remove my entire archive of articles.
I know.
25 years worth of blood, sweat, and tears coming down.
I can hardly believe I'm saying these words.
It's a testament to just how radical things have degenerated in the recent past.
We are at a crossroads where change is unavoidable.
We all must make choices that determine our future.
And to many, this looks like war.
But what we need is to find peace.
And I'm going to find peace through this sacrifice.
Stop.
So I just want you to know, I don't, again, I don't know or care what this doctor says.
Okay.
He's an osteopath.
Osteopaths sometimes believe in things that I don't believe in.
You know, Chris Cuomo was being treated by a doctor who uses astrophysics, power from the stars.
I'm not making that up.
That's fine.
If that's what he wanted and he thought was the best thing, fine.
She treated him with soup.
Soup.
She's not under attack.
Now, this guy is.
He's been okay for 25 years,
but now because of COVID, he's banned.
He's got to stop
all of his talks.
The AFD has to take them all offline because now people are going through it and saying, ah, here's another thing, I assume.
Oh, okay.
What
world do we live in?
What America do we live in Where the CDC can write laws?
What happens when the Department of Defense wants to write a law or two?
Or the Department of Education wants to write a new law?
Or
the Federal Securities Commission wants to write a law?
Or the FCC wants to write a law?
When does this stop, gang?
When?

Several stories I still want to hit.
The teachers union head,
Randy Weingarten, has said they've got to get the kids back into school.
And
she has worked hard to, she's pledging that the kids are going to come back to school, you know, as soon as they negotiate the vaccine mandates
and other COVID-19 mitigation strategies.
But as soon as they do that, they are ready.
You know, she says the combination of vaccines, I think, are a big game changer.
And it's good, but so many kids aren't able to get the vaccine, so they have to have the mask mandates, you know, in schools, in schools.
Then there has to be, you know, test and trace and track, and we have to have good ventilation.
We can't be expected to go back to work like the rest of America and do that.
And she says, you know,
our teachers just want to see more proof on these vaccines and they want to hear from their doctors.
And
that's why we have to negotiate these.
Also,
you know, she reiterated her union's commitment on teaching political agenda,
you know, called history.
She said the history that, you know, they're now producing is patriotic.
It's patriotic for students to analyze truth from propaganda.
And we're just giving them context to analyze what's going on these days.
And they'll have their own opinions, but they need to know what slavery was.
They need to know why we have the 13, 14, 15th Amendment.
You know, we need to know the reasons for the causes of the insurrection on January 6th.
And it's our obligation to teach the causes of January 6th.
So let's just teach them honest history and accurate history and let them draw their own conclusions.
And by the way, stop trying to bully teachers to keep them from teaching the truth.
Critical race theory is not being
taught in K through 12 students.
Hmm, that's weird because that's the opposite of what she said several times.
In Virginia, an elementary school shared on its website and then removed a radical educational video during the summer that suggests police are dangerous to be around.
Now,
again, this is an elementary school.
This was for kindergartens classes and students.
And in the clip, woke kindergarten
safe.
I feel safe when there are no police.
Hmm.
That's weird.
That's weird.
Now, a lot of people are standing up against it.
In Virginia, they've just about had enough of it.
And we're watching those parents and what's happening in Virginia.
But there's also a mom that is in Rhode Island, and she just wanted to know what the teachers were going to teach her daughter.
Well, it has been interesting to watch.
We've had her on before, and you know,
they said, Well, we can give you all that information, but I think it was $75,000 to be able to get all of that information.
They had to charge her that just to tell her what they were going to teach.
She didn't do it, and now
the teachers' union is now suing
this mother for asking questions about CRT, the curriculum, at her daughter's school.
We decided we would talk to her attorney,
general counsel from the Goldwater Institute, John Riches.
Hello, John.
Hey, thanks so much for having me on.
So I can't believe this story.
It gets more and more bizarre and completely out of control.
She asked for some documents.
They first centered documents, said she has to pay $9,000 for them, all almost entirely blacked out, like it's a Pentagon paper.
Right.
Yeah, I mean, this is truly one of those this can't be true types of cases.
Yeah, as you said, at first, all she did was ask her superintendent, what are you going to teach my incoming kindergartner?
And is it going to include things like critical race theory?
Instead of just answering her questions, they channeled her into this formal legal process where they stonewalled her, told her they were going to charge her thousands of dollars.
And then, as if that wasn't enough, the NEA, the National Education Association, a $300 million a year organization, filed a lawsuit against her simply for requesting these records.
It's just an astonishing assault on open government, on parents' right to know what their kids are learning.
So this isn't, John, I don't know how you look at this
because this is much, much more than a lawsuit against
a mom.
This is game-changing if this is allowed to stand, right?
I view it that way.
I mean, look, I mean, just on the legal side, this is nonsensical.
It turns the public records law in its head.
These laws were meant to open government up.
They're meant to protect the public.
They're not meant to be used against the public.
But yeah, I mean,
this is a real brazen assault on parents everywhere.
I mean,
and I think what it shows, Glenn, look at this group has so much money.
Do they have nothing better to focus on, like maybe perhaps educating our students, than harassing and intimidating parents?
It's a pure harassment technique.
This union doesn't care about kids.
They don't care about the parents.
They care about driving a radical political agenda.
So they're saying that they had to sue her
because of the sheer volume of requests and concerns about teacher privacy.
So they're saying they're protecting the teacher's privacy.
Well, yeah, I mean, here's what's interesting about that.
That's not the way the public records law works.
I mean, typically what happens is a member of the public will submit a records request, and then the government entity, in this case the school district, will review the request.
If there's anything in there that involves private information, and by the way, she didn't request any private information.
She requested public information about public teaching duties.
But if anything is in there that's included in an email string or something like that, the government entity redacts it, takes it out, and produces the records.
Here you have a third party that's not even part of the public records process coming in and saying, no, no, I'm going to sue to stop you, records requester, from getting public information.
If this is allowed to stand,
it completely inverts the presumption of transparency and the way public records processes work.
So you, I mean, this is the kind of stuff you do for a living.
Odds that this actually even makes it to court?
I do not see this getting very far in court.
I mean, we are going to immediately move to get this
offensive case thrown out.
And then what?
How do we get access to our own children's information?
We're still pursuing, so we have
sort of of some parallel options as well.
We're still pursuing the underlying records, and we're going to get answers to Nicole's questions.
I mean, she has a right to know what her daughters would be taught, and we're going to find that out.
So, you know, we're going to do that through the public records law, through the open meetings law.
We're going to hold this district accountable, and we're not going to stand for this union special interest.
I mean, this is so pervasive now.
We have the CDC
writing laws about
renters and landowners.
If that's allowed to stand, the Department of Education can write its own laws.
Every administrative office can start to do that.
And it doesn't seem to be getting better.
How convinced are you that our courts are going to handle these things the way they should?
Well, we spend a lot of time thinking about this problem, Glenn, this problem of the administrative state state of unelected bureaucrats creating the law, interpreting the law, enforcing the law.
Look, I don't know about you, but when I was in high school civics, I learned that we got three branches of government.
The legislature creates the law, the executive enforces it.
But when you have things like the CDC creating rules, investigating the rules, enforcing alleged violations, you have one branch of government making all the decisions.
And that's not the way separation of powers works.
I think there's all sorts of legal opportunities out there to challenge this sort of overreach.
Many of of these cases are
moving through the process.
I think we have a very good U.S.
Supreme Court that gets the problems of administrative law.
And I think there's going to be a lot of positive developments in this area.
The optimistic side of me believes that this is an area that's very ripe for reform.
We're talking to John Riches.
He's general counsel for the Goldwater Institute that was started by Barry Goldwater, if I'm not mistaken,
a trust that he started.
And, John, you know, you say there's there's a lot of opportunity, but are there the attorneys out there that are looking for this fight?
I mean,
I've talked about it on the air before.
We had one of the best First Amendment right attorneys.
I've had him for 20 years.
They just dropped us because it will cause too many problems with other clients that they have.
Yeah, I mean,
that is an unfortunate case where that comes up frequently in private practice.
Look, if we want to look on the bright side of this, Glenn, there are an enormous amount of public interest groups.
So private organizations like the Goldwater Institute, like the Institute for Justice, Pacific Legal Foundation, you name it, that have lawyers on staff that take cases specifically dedicated to limited government, protecting individual liberties.
I think that that is a very positive development.
But look, we need more than that.
We need private sector lawyers willing to take these cases on and not be afraid of the consequences to clients or whatever misperceived public appearance issues they think might exist.
Trevor Burrus, This kind of stuff where you're being sued by the NEA, that scares regular parents and makes them go, I don't want to get involved in all of this.
I just want to keep going.
What advice do you have?
Well, I mean, that is exactly why the NEA did it, right?
The process is the punishment.
My advice, and
I think it's difficult, but it's to be tough, to stand up, to ask questions.
We all deserve a right.
We all have a right to know what our parents are going to learn.
We all have a right to know what our government is up to.
Nicole Solis, our client, is an incredibly tough, dedicated
person.
She's not going to take no for an answer.
She's going to keep the fight going.
And it requires active, actively engaged citizens like that to get these sorts of answers and to hold our government accountable.
John, thank you very much.
John Riches, General Counsel for the Goldwater Institute.
Thank you so much.
We'll talk again.
Let me tell you about Patriot Mobile.
We have gotten to a very interesting place in our history as a nation where our technology is so amazing, we can literally choose between businesses that connect us to the entire world.
So given that you have a choice, let me ask you this.
Why are you staying with the big mobile companies like Verizon when they actively promote and donate to leftist causes like Planned Parenthood?
Why are you still with them?
Stop dealing with big mobile.
Make the switch because you don't need them anymore.
Patriot Mobile believes in the kind of conservative causes, the kinds of American causes that you and I do.
They're on the same towers as everybody else, so you're not sacrificing anything.
Patriot Mobile has affordable plans.
You're probably most likely going to save a good deal of money.
The service, the customer service, is
better than the big guys, with the coverage about the same.
Why wouldn't you go with a company that donates to causes that you believe in?
Let's ask Big Mobile.
Do you hear us now?
PatriotMobile.com/slash Beck.
It's patriotmobile.com/slash Beck.
Use the promo code Beck and save.

on tomorrow's program uh
I want to do a couple of things I want to know what your red line is I think I found my red line and we are unfortunately approaching it um but uh I want to talk a little bit about our red lines what do they have to do before you go okay
That's enough.
The other is, I also want to talk to people.
You know, I'm so tired of people saying that they can't make it, they can't make it, they can't make it, and they've been oppressed.
I'd like to talk to some people who have been oppressed.
I want to open up the phones tomorrow to you.
Let's take it by category.
You grew up as
a dirty little orphan, and you had all these things go against you.
Did you make it?
Tell me how you made it.
Tell me where your life is now.
I want to hear from people who have made it from the the worst, most discriminated for any reason,
the worst situation to where you are now.
And that could be, I'm still not in a great financial place, but I'm happy and I feel successful
like that on tomorrow's program.
I want to leave you with Ben Shapiro.
He was on
Politically Incorrect over the weekend, and he was talking to MSNBC's Malcolm Nance, and they were talking about CRT.
Listen.
You know, when when my great-great-grandfather ran away from slavery to join the 111th U.S.
Colored Troops and fight against the South, keeping human beings as slaves, he didn't think, you know what?
In 150 years, my great-great-grandson is going to have to sit on stage and argue with a guy who thinks all that's bullshit.
All right?
I'm going to say it, Malcolm.
There is no controversy.
The controversy that's made up is people saying that this is being discussed, this is being taught in schools and that kids should be tested.
That's not true.
It's not even a real controversy.
Malcolm, the fifth largest school district in America, Clark County, just decided that they were going to lower standards with regard to testing because they wanted to alleviate disparities in outcomes.
That is an outgrowth of critical race theory.
Can you draw a straight line to it?
Yes.
100%.
Because when you say that the meritocracy is an outgrowth of white supremacy, and then you suggest that I'm somehow denying that slavery took place or that your great-great-great-grandfather was a hero because I'm saying that I want people people tested when they are in school to see if they are good at school and then what you're supporting to push for is just nonsense and
it's just no it's but I think it's also a leap to say that he thought that was
because that's not what it is I mean we're talking are we talking about 2021 are we talking about 1861 because the point is can we talk about 1861 and 2021 yes we can and just I don't know who I don't know who is I don't know who's against talking about history well I mean I understand that they want to remove you know in Texas, they're talking about having references to the Ku Klux Klan.
They're talking about removing, I mean, come on.
That's Texas.
I mean, how can you watch Forrest Gump without even knowing who Nathan Bedford Forrest is, right?
I mean, these are people who are historical figures who did bad things.
No one is actually saying we want to go back and erase everything and restart and talk to you about these things.
Critical race theory is a subject because the Republican right has made it a subject.
Unbelievable.
I have to hand it to Ben Shapiro.
I don't know how his head doesn't explode because mine would.
Mine would.
I've been asked to be on Bill Maher a thousand times.
Nope.
My head would explode.
But congratulations to Ben Shapiro
riding in and setting the record straight.
