Oh, yes.

We are all socialists now.

And we need to come together as a nation of patriots

and support our new National Socialist Party.

Senator Chuck Schumer, a great national socialist who loves his country,

said that in Biden's first 100 days he is urging him to take on an FDR-style agenda with executive orders.

He said that the Elizabeth Warren, another great socialist who loves her country,

is saying now that the first $50,000 of debt be vanquished if you are, if you have any kind of debt for college.

Now, for those of us who didn't go to college or had to pay for it ourselves or are already done paying, hey, that's not enough.

You've got to pay for somebody else's debt as well.

He's got a big, bold agenda.

that we're all really going to love.

In fact, he says it's super important that we get started.

We should start confirming his cabinet right now.

Yes, I know.

I know.

The electors

aren't even seated until December 14th.

But Schumer says, let's move forward, America.

We can waste no time.

And for anybody who thinks that there's something crazy going on with Dominion and

their crazy,

I mean, when I say crazy, they're crazy, great voting machines.

Georgia government, the lawyers for Georgia, are now defending Dominion's trade secrets to stop any forensic analysis of the machines and the software.

So you got to love the National Socialists that really respect

the

the sanctity of the free market system

and trade secrets.

I think that's wonderful.

Oh, by the way, another thing, stop the music because this, I don't even understand this.

A federal judge

who obviously doesn't like his country has re-approved the emergency order blocking Georgia from wiping the state voting machines.

Why would we be wiping the state voting machines?

Why does it take a federal judge to say, ah, no, no, no, no, let's not erase all of that data data yet.

Joe Manchin,

he came out yesterday and he said, I just can't believe that 72 million people were either that mad or that scared of the Democratic Party to vote for what I consider a very flawed individual.

Now listen to this.

This is Joe Manchin.

This is the kind line they're taking on 70 million Americans.

I can't believe that 72 million people were either either that mad or that scared of the Democratic Party to vote what I consider a very flawed individual.

Okay.

Well, let me flip this around.

I'll probably be called a conspiracy theorist or a racist or a hate monger for saying it, but I just can't believe that 80 million people were either that mad or that scared of Donald Trump that they would vote for somebody who is clearly in mental decline.

In fact, I'm going to go a step further.

I don't believe 80 million people voted for

Joe Biden.

Where was the ground game?

Where was the enthusiasm?

He won with 15 million votes more than Barack Obama, a historic election, one that a lot of people will say was won because he was black, our first black president, and it was history.

Remember everybody saying, well, they're making this historic, so it will be be historic.

There was nothing, there was no history made here.

Oh, well, I mean,

no,

is he our first,

is he our first on-the-road to senility president that has ever been elected?

There may have been that.

I was so proud to get out of my house and stand in line for our first senile president.

It was important.

It was an important barrier that we broke.

Here's the

Patrick Basham wrote a really great piece in the Spectator USA,

and he said, to say out loud that you find the results of the 2020 presidential election odd is to invite derision.

You're a crank or a conspiracy theorist.

He says, well, then mark me down as a crank.

I'm a pollster, and I find this election to be deeply puzzling.

I also think the Trump campaign is still within its rights to contest the tabulations.

Something strange happened in America's democracy in the early hours of Wednesday, November 4th, and the days that followed, and it's reasonable for a lot of Americans to want to find out exactly what happened.

First, he says, consider some facts.

President Trump received more votes than any previous incumbent seeking re-election.

He got 11 million more votes than he got in 2016.

It's the third largest rise in support ever for an incumbent.

By the way of comparison, President Obama was comfortably re-elected in 2012 with 3.5 million fewer votes.

Donald Trump got 11 million more.

Trump's vote increased so much, according to the exit polls.

He performed far better with many key demographic groups.

95% with Republicans, they voted for him,

as did the rural male working class whites.

He earned the highest shares of all minority votes for a Republican since 1960.

Trump grew his support among black voters by 50%.

Nationally, Joe Biden black supporters fell well below 90%,

the level below which Democratic presidential candidates usually lose.

Trump increased his share of the national Hispanic vote to 35%,

with 60% or less of the national Hispanic vote.

It's arithmetic, it's arithmetic, it's mathematically impossible for a a Democratic presidential candidate to win Florida, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico.

Bellwether states swung further in Trump's direction than in 2016.

Florida, Ohio, Iowa each defied America's media polls with huge wins for Trump.

Since 1852, only Richard Nixon has lost the Electoral College after winning this trio.

And that 1960 defeat of John F.

Kennedy was still the subject of great suspicion.

Midwestern states, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin always swing in the same direction as Ohio and Iowa, their regional peers.

Ohio likewise swings with Florida.

Current tallies show that outside of a few cities, the Rust Belt swung in Trump's direction.

Yet Biden leads in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Why?

Because of an apparent avalanche of votes in Detroit, Philadelphia, and Milwaukee.

Biden's winning margin was delivered almost entirely from such voters in these cities.

As coincidentally, his black voters spiked only in the exact locations necessary to secure victory.

Remember, he went down in black votes.

We're told that Biden won more votes nationally than any presidential candidate in history, but he won a record low of 17% of counties.

He only won 524 counties as opposed to the 873 counties that Obama won in 2008.

Yet, Biden somehow outdid Obama in total votes.

Victorious presidential candidates, especially challengers, usually have down ballot coattails.

Biden didn't.

The Republicans held the Senate, enjoyed a red wave in the House, where they gained a large number of seats while winning all 27 toss-up contests.

Trump's party didn't lose a single state legislature and actually made gains at the state level, even in California.

Another anomaly is found in the comparison between the polls and non-polling metrics.

The latter includes party registration trends, the candidates' respective primary votes, candidates' enthusiasm, social media followings, broadcast, digital media ratings, online searches, the number of especially small donors, and the number of individuals betting on each candidate.

Late on election night, with Trump comfortably ahead, many swing states stopped counting ballots.

In most cases, the observers went home, they were removed from the counting facilities, and then around 1 a.m., counting started again.

Statistically abnormal vote counts were the new normal when counting did resume.

They were unusually large in size, hundreds of thousands, and had an unusually high 90% and above Biden to Trump ratio.

Late arriving ballots were counted.

In Pennsylvania, 23,000 absentee ballots with impossible postal return dates, and another 86,000 have such extraordinary return rates that they raise serious questions.

The failure to match signatures on mail-in ballots, the destruction of mail-in ballot envelopes, which have to contain signatures.

Historically, low absentee ballot rejection rates, despite the massive expansion of mail voting,

the missing votes in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, 50,000 votes held on 47 USB cards are missing.

Non-resident votes.

The Voter Integrity Project estimates that 20,312 people who no longer met residency requirements cast ballots just in Georgia,

where Biden's margin is 12,670.

Serious chain of custody breakdowns, invalid residential addresses, record number of dead people voting, ballots in pristine condition without a crease, meaning they hadn't been mailed in envelopes as required by law.

Statistical anomalies in Georgia.

Georgia, Biden overtook Trump with 89% of the votes counted.

For the next 53 batches of votes counted, Biden led Trump by the same exact 50.05 to 49.95%

in every single batch.

It's particularly perplexing that all the statistical anomalies and tabulation abnormalities, all of them, went in Biden's favor.

Whether the cause was human error or some nefarious activity or a combination, clearly something peculiar happened.

For those members of the press that would have been all over half of this, half of this,

had Biden lost,

and this was the nut.

This is how it happened with Donald Trump.

There would be rioting in the streets.

Shut the pie hole.

There's something important that has happened.

The electors are not seated until December 14th.

Until that time, every single American, whether it changes the vote or not,

should ask themselves, do I trust

the election process in America?

because if we don't,

we're done as a free republic.

All right.

There's almost always a rise in break-ins during the holidays, but don't

There is a great story, a must-read story on Blaze.com today.

Go to theblaze.com and look for David Horowitz's new article.

New analysis shows Biden winning nearly impossible margins on mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania.

By the way, we have a few people today that you are not going to want to miss.

We have an interview with Carter Page in just a few minutes.

He was the guy that was the linchpin, really.

They needed to be able to spy on Carter Page,

to be able to get Carter Page to give them the inside, if you will, unbeknownst to him, on the Trump campaign.

This is where they were spying on Donald Trump, and it was all done illegally.

Well, he's started a lawsuit, $75 million.

We're going to talk to him in just a few minutes.

One of my questions is, why only $75 million?

That's nothing for the federal government.

That is nothing for the federal government.

And if you don't want to be spied on yourself, I mean, if they can do this to the President of the United States,

what do you think they'll even care about doing it to you?

Of course they'll do it to you.

We have him on also coming up next hour, the guy who held the hearings in

Pennsylvania.

Remember, they went to some hotel in Gettysburg and they held a hearing.

And I want to know,

why a hotel in Gettysburg?

Same thing is happening in Arizona.

Why aren't these senators and legislators calling a hearing in the Capitol?

My guess is this is all part of just discrediting anything that is happening.

If there's a hearing in a Capitol,

Well, then it has an air of credibility.

But if it's in a hotel ballroom, it doesn't seem to have as much credibility, right?

And the media doesn't cover it.

The media doesn't have to.

It's just a stupid thing at an airport hotel in their ballroom.

We're going to talk to him about some of the things that they found in Pennsylvania

as well.

There's so much to talk about.

Hollywood is now doubling down in Georgia.

You can bet that if they had dead people and people out of state voting last time,

if we don't correct this system before January 1st, actually before December 14th,

we lose everything on December 14th.

You have, as soon as they seat those electoral,

the Electoral College, it's over.

Nothing will change.

Because that's your only stick to hold on to.

We have to make sure it's a clean election in Georgia coming this December.

Otherwise, you're going to get guys like Jeremiah Wright in as our Senate.

Warnock is Jeremiah Wright.

He believes in, you know, black liberation theology.

This guy is

far beyond mainstream.

This guy is very dangerous.

He's a Jeremiah Wright supporter and still full-throated about it.

But he has to because he said some of the same crazy things.

This election in Georgia is critical.

Republicans, we are spending our time talking about the presidential race.

We cannot lose the Georgia race.

We cannot lose it.

It's our last line of defense.

Otherwise, you are going to get a completely different country.

They will transform America.

Back in just a second.

This is the Glenn Beck program.

American Financing NMLS 1-82334, www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org.

Over the course of the year, COVID has led more Americans to use credit cards for everyday expenses than ever before.

And it's all well and good as long as we're paying attention to the monthly statement because 17% or more at interest,

interest,

your bill adds up really fast.

And then it's tough to get out of that high interest debt.

You just never, you never break ground.

You never get out of it.

Now, if that situation sounds familiar to you, I want you to take a moment about just thinking about getting a refinance on your mortgage or a consolidation loan.

This is so important for you to do to be able to claw your way back out of debt.

Welcome to the Glendeck program.

We're very glad that you're here.

Thank you for listening.

We want to talk to the former Trump campaign aide, Carter Page.

Friday, he filed a $75 million lawsuit against the FBI and several former high-ranking federal law enforcement officials, including James Comey,

Andrew McCabe, alleging his civil rights were violated in connection with the unlawful surveillance and investigation of him by the United States government.

He was one of the first four people that the Bureau identified as possible suspects during the opening days of the Russia investigation.

Of the three, Michael Flynn, Paul Manafort, George Papadopoulos were all convicted of federal crimes, even though Flynn has now been pardoned.

This suit matters

because the DOJ's inspector general found the errors, and they weren't errors, they were out and out lies,

in the applications to acquire wiretap

for Page

using FISA, the Surveillance Act.

If they can do it to the President,

and Carter Page to get to the President, what won't they do to you?

The Patriot Act was put in for very specific reasons, and I don't think they're the reasons that any of us thought they would be used for.

Welcome to the program, Carter Page.

How are you?

I'm doing great, Glenn.

How have you been?

I'm good.

I'm good.

I wish we were going to see

an end to this.

Do you think we're going to see any repercussions from any of this, Carter?

Well, I have a very clear-cut case, Glenn.

So my hope is that this will be an important step forward.

Really, the problem that resulted in the huge violations of law that targeted the Trump campaign via myself during

the last election four years ago have now just you know it's another subset of a larger problem, you know, particularly after this month's most recent election.

And unfortunately, you know, a lot of Americans, similar to the battles I've been fighting for over four years now,

you know, people

feel like they are in some ways powerless.

And I think, you know, we really need to fight back for the integrity of our elections.

And this was all about an election interference campaign by some very dishonest people.

You know, if you look back where we were even four years ago, when we thought the Democrats were using FISA and they would,

you know, they were looking into Russian connections, et cetera, et cetera.

Very few people believed that what we've found out in the last year or the last four years could actually happen in America.

And

people would not go to jail for it.

No one would pay the price and the media would cover up.

Look at where we are now.

And

I think that's why your book, Abuse in Power, is

important, because I don't think people understand what happened here.

Yeah, I think you're right.

And unfortunately, I mean, there's a very fundamental problem, Glenn.

And that is, and

this is exactly what Chairman Lindsey Graham, what Congressman Devin Nudez, so many leaders in Congress have been trying to address.

And that's a lack of transparency.

We don't have the accurate information.

We don't have the full story.

And that is exactly the way that these criminal

attacks happened against me in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.

I mean, that is a top secret court.

And the warrants that were disclosed

were the first time ever that such warrants were ever uncovered in the history, the 40-year plus history of this court.

So, I mean, when you have this culture of, you know,

behind closed doors and, you know, behind the shroud of secrecy, it just creates the potential for a lot of problems.

And I think it's similar to what we're dealing with right now.

I was talking to the audience yesterday, and I said,

We do need a great reset, just not the one that the left is talking about.

We need to clean out our CIA, our intelligence, possibly DOJ,

and our State Department, because there's something wrong here.

And if you just take five seconds to take off your team jersey, you see that something's wrong, and it's very dangerous.

Is there a way to get out of this now at this point?

Well, I think it's exactly as President Trump has talked about.

I mean, people need to demand the truth.

And despite these costs, despite the inconvenience, I mean, there are two choices.

You can either just roll over and go along with it, which is exceptionally disastrous and problematic for everyone and for our country, or you can take proactive steps to, you know, demand the truth and demand that the right things are done.

And I mean, it's exactly as we're seeing across the country with several of the ongoing battles in this most recent election interference campaign.

You were

you graduated from the Navy Academy.

You had a scholarship there.

You've done really well.

You've worked for the government.

I think you even worked a bit for the CIA, right?

Not only the CIA, but also the FBI.

And again, this is part of the lies, and this is part of where, you know, if you have these false court filings submitted in Washington, D.C.

by government bureaucrats and their political allies in the Democrat Party, things can go really off the rail very quickly.

As again, we're seeing that.

You just said a minute ago that

you kind of just roll over.

If we roll over, it gets really bad.

At what point did you

realize, oh my gosh,

these are not the people I know or or I thought they were.

This is the FBI and the CIA and

the judicial system.

This is

I was wrong.

Yeah, well, look,

unfortunately, it's been a step-by-step process.

We learn more and more.

And I remember when you and I were talking earlier this year in that in-depth interview about

right after the FISA abuse report came out.

You know, Mr.

Horowitz at DOJ,

he comes out with this 400-plus page report last December, and we kept learning more and more.

And the last several years before that,

crime after crime was unveiled.

Particularly, a big shout-out goes out to Chairman Lindsey Graham and Chairman Chuck Grassley in the Senate Judiciary Committee, who put together

one of the first documents that really dug into this, as well as then-Chairman Devin Nunes of the House Intelligence Committee.

And this is going back, you know, with the Nunes memo and the Grassley-Graham memo, that is over two and a half years ago already.

So nothing has happened.

They haven't changed anything with FISA.

Nothing has changed.

There are, and this is the difference between President Trump and some of the Washington

establishment, right?

He has done a lot to be proactive and address the problems in our country, whereas there is this tendency in Washington going back for many, many decades, if not more, to just go with the flow and look out for

the chosen few and

the ones who are kind of politically protected in the Washington establishment beltway bandit class.

What do you think of Barr?

Do you think we're going to see any reports coming out before the end of the year?

Well, I'm hopeful.

Look, I mean, the bottom line for my case, which was just filed late last week, is it's a very clear-cut case, right?

I mean, this is

crimes have clearly been committed, you know, and there is definitively a number of people who

who got involved in this collaboration.

And so I mean, you know, vis-a-vis my particular case, I think I'm in great shape.

To the extent, again, you know, similar to the step-by-step process we're talking about, to the extent we do get more transparency and more information, I think it's only a

win-win situation for all Americans.

And, you know, I think people have been calling for this.

I can't tell you the question you just asked me.

I've constantly been asked going back many, many months, if not years.

and unfortunately the wait continues episode now.

So we'll see.

Last question I have to ask.

$75 million.

Why not a lot more?

Sincerely.

I'm not a suing guy and I hate these things, but if the federal government has anything to do with it,

that's a rounding error.

Well, look, Glenn, I mean,

I am up against literally some of the most powerful legal forces

in the world, right?

And

I'm lucky that I have a team of

attorneys who are doing everything they can.

I'm very fortunate that Lynn Wood and the Fight Back Foundation

has been helping in terms of providing some of the capital.

But these are long, ongoing battles.

And I'm up, you know, I've got the help of Lynn at Fight Back Foundation and

our small team of attorneys.

But again, we're up against literally dozens of

actors within DOJ and their former employees who were at the center of all this.

I mean,

to the extent people can help, fightback.law, there's

any small amount

would be appreciated, but

it's a long, ongoing battle.

So

you have to sort of

pick your battle side.

It says, you know, the complaint says $75,

you know, no less than 75 million.

So, you know, we'll see.

And I think if people do the right thing, then, you know, justice will eventually be served.

And I can tell you, anything that I do get, I will give back tenfold in terms of, you know,

future philanthropy to help fix these problems which have plagued our country for at least four years and in reality.

That's many years longer.

Yeah, a lot longer than that.

Carter Page, thank you so much.

I appreciate it.

God bless.

Thank you, Glenn.

You're back.

We'll follow the case.

When they saw this, it's an adhesive paper thermometer that can be stuck to the forehead for hours of accurate temperature gauging.

They knew they didn't have to wrestle their babies anymore.

Then along came COVID.

Now, Tempentos, which has been in major retailers for a long time, now it's more popular than ever because it's got a lot more uses than just a kid or a baby's forehead.

The Ford Motor Company is buying them by the thousands, and they're just sticking them to the foreheads of the people who are going in so you know constantly what somebody's temperature is.

Glenn warned you about the Great Reset in August.

A worldwide open plot.

It'll affect every aspect of your life.

Now, the left says it's all just a conspiracy.

A conspiracy theory views by the old tribes.

There are no facts here.

Glenn exposes the global elite in their own words.

A great reset will happen with greater intensity than a lot of people might imagine.

The truth about the Great Reset conspiracy Tomorrow night, 9 p.m.

Eastern at policetv.com/slash Glenn.

This is the Glenbeck program.

Welcome to the program.

You see Stephen Crowder yesterday.

He went and tried to track his ballots for his wife and his grandmother in Michigan.

They had absentee ballots and sent them in.

And you're supposed to be able to go and see them and verify that that's yours and that it was counted.

Can't find theirs.

Can't find theirs.

They're like, hmm, we sent them in.

And he's trying to find out now if he voted in

Michigan.

You know, he's from Michigan.

He's registered to vote here in Texas, but somebody got,

they sent out his ballot to his old address because that's what they were doing.

You didn't have to request it.

If you were on the rolls, you just got got sent a ballot on your old address.

So somebody there got his ballot at his old resident.

Is Michigan one of those states?

I know they had there was a few of them that did that.

Yeah.

Some had you had to actually request them, but still, who knows how many went out?

Was he able to find it?

Nope.

Not able to find it.

So he doesn't know for sure if someone voted for him.

For him.

And he does know, according to the system, that his wife and his grandmother,

their votes didn't show up.

Hmm.

Fascinating.

It's a fascinating time.

Meanwhile, Bette Medler.

I bet her vote counted.

I'm sure it did.

Sure it did.

She said, how can Americans make any progress with Moscow Mitch as senator-majority leader?

He'll block every piece of legislation created to move us forward because that's the definition of conservatism.

We'll be treading water for years, except the rich sailing by us in their yachts.

I bet, I don't know if you know this, but

you're not exactly living on the, well, I was going to say mean streets, but the gentle sloping mean streets of Bel Air is not exactly

I have terrible news about your criticism of the rich bet.

Yeah.

You might be criticizing yourself.

No, no, no, no.

She lives.

No, she lives, I don't know, Bel Air, Beverly Hills.

Those are gang-ridden cities.

You don't, I mean, tough, tough streets.

Yeah, you have, you have, what's the beach up there?

Not

Pacific's Palisades, but

the beach that everybody lives in.

Malibu.

You go Malibu,

Bel Air,

and Beverly Hills.

That's a death triangle.

Especially ever since the Fresh Prince went there.

It's when it started taking out.

Whoa, what does that mean?

That's true.

Go back.

He was born in West Philadelphia.

Oh, shit.

He was born and raised.

But in the playground, he used to spend most of his days.

But then he went out to the Bel Air thing after it.

It was terrible.

Wow.

So

she's the only person in Bel Air living and apparently in a trailer, but she hates the rich.

Doug Mastriano, the state senator from Pennsylvania that held the hearings in Gettysburg over the weekend.

Next.

What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

This is the Glenn Beck program.

Hello, America.

On Saturday, we heard something, but you had to listen very carefully because this got almost no coverage.

In Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, one of the state senators and his colleagues decided to hold a hearing on what was happening with voter fraud or potential voter fraud in Pennsylvania.

And we heard this.

When we look at this Pennsylvania fixing the vote chart that they all have,

could you explain at the very beginning what that line means, Biden injection?

So at the very

beginning of the chart where there's a circle, it says on election day,

what that indicates is there is a spike in loaded votes, 337,000 plus or minus of some votes that were added in there in one big batch.

So that was an anomaly in the reporting.

Normally you would expect to see a smooth curve going up,

not any big spikes.

That's kind of what Greg was talking about, the anomalies of loading and uploading

those votes.

So that big spike that occurs there is a prime indicator of fraudulent voting.

And that's 604,000 votes in 90 minutes, is that right?

Correct.

This is

337 votes, 337,000 votes in

that period of time.

Yes.

And when you look at this entire curve,

With all these spikes.

Can you calculate how much of a vote that accounted for for Biden and how much for Trump?

Close to 600,000.

I think our figures were about 570, some odd thousand.

That all those spikes represented overtime.

For Biden.

Correct.

And how much for Trump?

I think it was a little over 3,200.

You heard it there.

Now you're going to talk to the guy in just 60 seconds that put that hearing together.

The state senator from Pennsylvania, Doug Mastriano, next.

This is the Glenn Beck program.

So I don't know about you.

If you did your Christmas shopping early, I mean, you could be in some real trouble.

You know, hey, honey, I got you the concert tickets that you really wanted to see and a dining gift card to your favorite restaurant in Los Angeles.

And

this, I told you Andrew Cuomo knew what he was doing, t-shirts.

So Merry Christmas.

We kind of suck.

Everything that has happened this year, I want everybody on the list to get a gift that they will actually appreciate.

And I know my family will appreciate the Raycon wireless earbuds because my kids steal mine.

The seamless Bluetooth pairing, comfortable, noise-isolating fit.

So when you hear a bunch of state senators put together some hearing in a hotel, who was that all about?

It kind of cheapens who this in particular state senator is who is in charge of this meeting.

His name is Doug Mastriano.

He is, listen to this.

I don't ever read resumes on the air, but this one needs to be heard.

Combat veteran, son of a career U.S.

Navy man.

He was an Eagle Scout, worked as a paperboy janitor, security guard, short order cook, pizza delivery person, and dishwasher.

Oh, so he's not very smart.

He didn't amount to anything.

Well, he was commissioned in the U.S.

Army in 1986.

He served on the Iron Curtain with the 2nd Armory Cavalry Regiment in West Germany.

He then served along the East German and

Czechoslovakian borders, where he witnessed the end of the Cold War, then deployed to Iraq for Operation Desert Storm to liberate Kuwait.

His regiment led the attack against Saddam's elite Republican Guard forces.

Then he went on to serve in Washington, D.C.

for the 3rd Infantry Division.

After 9-11, he was the lead planner for the operation to invade Iraq via Turkey.

He served four years with NATO, deployed three times to Afghanistan.

He is also, he was the director of NATO's Joint Intelligence Center in Afghanistan, leading 80 people from 18 nations.

He also, on his own,

has led seven relief operations to help Afghan orphans.

He completed his career as a professor of the U.S.

Army War College in Pennsylvania.

He taught strategic studies at a master's degree level.

He also is a doctor of history, Ph.D.,

and he has four master's degrees.

Not exactly a slouch.

In 2019, he was elected to serve as the senator for Pennsylvania's 33rd District, which includes all of Adams County, most of of Franklin County, and parts of Cumberland and York counties.

Welcome to the program, sir, and thank you for your service.

Thank you, Glenn.

I'm enjoying you.

I'm one of our local affiliates here in Chambersburg News Talk 1037, and my office is right above it conveniently.

So it's an honor to be on your show.

Well, thank you very much.

So, Doug, let me start with, before we get into the ins and outs of all of this,

why are these hearings being held in hotels?

There was a hearing yesterday in

Arizona.

Are these sworn in?

Are they not official hearings?

Why are they being held instead of in the state capitol?

So we're trying to find a venue large enough, obviously, with all the COVID restrictions from our illustrious governor, Tom Wolfe.

And this venue obviously is large enough to accommodate a fair amount of people.

We want the hearings to be public.

And if we do it in the Capitol, the hearing rooms, sadly, are too small to accommodate a good amount of the public.

I want the public in the room.

We wanted at least 100 people to eyewitness this, and we invited all the media.

And it's funny because this was an earth-shaking, earth-changing, historic-changing moment in Gettysburg, once again.

And they tried to ignore it, but they couldn't.

Because, as John Adams said, facts are stubborn things.

And we found a lot of facts here that are very troubling.

So tell me some of the facts that you found that

we may not know.

Because

there is so much disinformation, so much bad information.

And

who do we go to to be able to decide what's true and what's not?

Tell us what you know to be true.

So the nexus of this was last week when,

you know, like everyone else in America, I'm trying to figure out what happened on Election Day.

And we're hearing all this naysaying and we're hearing from the mainstream media, hey, just move on.

But I remember back in 2000, as you mentioned, you know, Bush v.

Gore, you know, hey, there's a process.

Be patient.

Well, okay, we want to have the process also.

And just out of frustration, literally, no exaggeration, no hyperbole, tens of thousands of Pennsylvanians are reaching out to me and my colleagues about fraud, abuse, being excluded from polling, being pushed out from observing.

And I'm like, I'm a senator.

We're a co-equal member of this government.

We have responsibility to the people for transparency.

So I called together this hearing and I wanted eyewitnesses.

And by God, we got eyewitness here.

He spoke about, as you saw with, of course, a data analyst, you know, 337

ballots being counted at one spike.

And then in total, almost 600,000 ballots, almost all for Biden in the end in one particular day with only 3,200 for Trump.

You know, mathematically that's almost impossible.

And then of course we had firsthand testimony from Leah Hopes and others who tried to do their constitutional responsibility and what is right by the law to watch poll workers, to watch the collection of ballots and the submissions of ballots.

and were forced out.

One guy was almost attacked by several members in Philadelphia.

It seems like most of the bad things sadly happened in Philadelphia.

We see bags and bags of ballots showing up without any good chain of custody, and all this smells very rotten, and something's gone wrong.

So is there any way to

tackle this and change this?

I mean, you don't have a friendly Supreme Court.

They've been very unfriendly even in the lead-up.

Is there any way to

find out the truth on this?

Is there any force out there besides a group of

ragtag soldiers like you that are trying to fix this and really want true answers no matter where the chips fall?

Yeah, and that's just the thing, Lund.

You know, any American, and for me, this is a bit of an alien concept here when so many people in America view things through partisan eyes.

You know, people like you and I try to look at things as through American eyes.

What's best for the Constitution and the United States?

We might not like certain outcomes, but you know, if Biden won fair and square, so be it.

And that's the big question here.

And so our challenge is, you know, what does the Pennsylvania legislator do?

And we have a lot of issues, obviously, because our governor, Tom Wolf, has declared that there's all but no cheating in Pennsylvania because he's happy with the outcome as it stands, and he doesn't want to do an audit or an investigation.

And his Secretary of State, of whom I've called for her resignation, Kathleen Bookvar, she as well agrees with her governor that there's nothing to see here.

And to make matters worse, you'd think our attorney general as a senior law enforcement officer of her state would care.

Because if there's one viable claim of disenfranchisement, cheating, fraud, if Republican or Democrat, you'd imagine they'd want to investigate that.

Nope.

In fact, he declared Biden the winner before one vote was counted.

So with the legislator, it's time for us to rise up and to exercise our constitutional powers under Article 212.

I know there's been a lot of talk about it on your show, but

the ebb and flow of this, sadly, our General Assembly has delegated that power to the very same people now who seem bent not to look into any of these

accusations of fraud.

In 1878 and 1938, they've delegated the power to the Secretary of State.

So we have to figure out a way to get that power back under the federal constitution.

Well, that's not going to happen.

I mean, it's not going to happen by, you know, January.

Yeah, time is against us.

And that's the problem.

You know, Democrats, they're very loyal.

They stick together and they know how to run out the clock.

You know, we try to abide by the rules and all that.

I feel like we're the red coats sometimes, you know, in 1776.

Yeah, we're still going to march in lines.

Yes.

Yeah.

Can you tell me why Dominion Dominion backed out of the hearing?

I guess they lawyered up and then backed out.

Why?

Yeah, can you imagine this?

So my colleagues in the house led the way in this investigation.

They wanted to ask Dominion questions because I think it's about 14 counties up or 67 in Pennsylvania actually use Dominion voting machines.

And they want to find out just the details.

Hey,

are they susceptible to fraud and can they be reprogrammed and all that, as we know they can be.

And yeah, the morning of the hearing, they bailed out.

they refused to answer questions from a customer on how safe and secure the machines were can you believe that i mean what do you got to hide

you would you again like you said transparency is all people want i will abide by the voice of the people i will i i just want to know it's the voice of the people I want to know, I want to make sure that it is, you know, here in Texas, our voting machines, we fill them out on computer, then it spits out paper, you're supposed to double-check it, then you put it in the vote counter.

You see it go in.

It spits out a ticket that says on the machine and on your ticket

who you voted for in all of the details so you can walk out with it.

I don't know why we don't have those voting machines all over the country.

And that's what we need in Pennsylvania and elsewhere here.

You know, for far too long, shenanigans and cheating and fraud has happened and people look the other way.

But I want to mention some obscure case.

In 1994, there was a state Senate race here in Pennsylvania, in Philly of all places.

And, of course, the Democrats could easily win that seat.

And the majority for the Senate was at risk in the balance.

And so the Democrats couldn't help themselves.

And they rigged the election cheated with so much fraud that their guy Stinson won.

And he was sworn in.

The Republican, who lost overwhelmingly, did a lawsuit and demonstrated

without any doubt that there was extensive systematic fraud and abuse and cheating.

that the district judge threw out the results, took the Democrat senator out of the office, and put the Republican who lost in because the results were so corrupted.

That was upheld by the Third Circuit.

So right now where we are in this whole process here in Pennsylvania, it's really up to the Trump team to demonstrate with such strength and with so much information that likewise in 2020, the presidential elections in Philadelphia were so corrupted that the results need to be reconsidered.

Corruption in Philadelphia.

I mean, who would have thunk it?

Do you feel comfortable?

Have you spent time with the Trump team?

Do you feel comfortable?

They've been saying they've got all this evidence, but then we don't see anything being filed or anything actually being argued in court on this.

Do you feel comfortable that they have it?

They do have this.

They do have the witnesses.

When they were in Gettysburg on Wednesday, Glenn, the Trump team, threw 250 affidavits, like 500 pages of information in front of me.

Obviously, I didn't have time to go through it all.

But if that is presented to the U.S.

Supreme Court, I do believe it is very compelling.

And maybe, maybe there'll be a similar outcome to 1994.

You know, the irony, Glenn, is not lost on me here.

You know, where it all happened, you know, and we know we're a republic, so I forgive people who say we're a democracy.

But there was a guy in Philadelphia that had a sign a couple weeks ago, democracy dies in Philadelphia.

And the irony of that's not lost on me where it all began in 1776.

Doug, thank you very much.

I really appreciate everything that you have done.

You've tested positive for COVID.

How are you feeling?

Yeah, I'm feeling fantastic.

If I could part on a final thought here, and I know you've spoken about this here, but 1775, George Washington commissioned really what was the first flag.

And it's a white background with a Douglas fir tree and an appeal to heaven.

So I'm asking people to appeal to God to intervene on behalf of our country, that the truth will prevail.

Senator, thank you very much.

God bless.

Bye-bye.

Senator Mastriano from Pennsylvania.

I liked him.

I don't know why I didn't expect to like him, but I liked him.

Well, because he's a politician.

That's why he's not.

He expected to like him.

Okay, that's it.

That's it.

Okay.

All right.

They say the devil is in the details.

And nowhere is that truer than in the timeshare game.

You know, if you, if you actually showed up to one of these things and the guy that was talking to you was like, hey, I just want you to sign up for this timeshare.

You'd kind of get it, wouldn't you?

You'd get it.

The devil is in the details with the ridiculous maintenance fees.

For what?

Could you book even this time?

This year, could you book because of COVID?

Did you use it?

How about the year before?

Did you get times that you want?

Or are you a slave to the system?

All right.

Welcome to the program.

I'm looking for, because there was some big journalistic things that were breaking yesterday.

Do we happen to have this from MSNBC, from, or not MSNBC, but from NBC, Dateline NBC?

Big, big news.

And now some breaking news.

President-elect Joe Biden and his wife Jill won't just be bringing their German shepherds, Major and Champ, to the White House.

What?

The Bidens tell us exclusively that soon they'll be joined by a cat.

No!

Yeah.

Yeah.

What?

And NBC got that.

That's an exclusive news story.

Exclusive.

I'm glad to see journalism is back where it belongs, just doing puff piece stories on, you know, the the Democrats.

There's some digging going into that.

I mean, oh, yeah, you didn't just get that.

I mean, they're not just handing that information out.

No, what kind of connections do you need inside the White House to get information like that?

Well, here's some more information.

This is coming from justthenews.com.

The pet psychic,

the pet psychic, Bethlehem Crowther,

says that Joe Biden's dogs, Major and Champ, have told her they're excited to live in the White House, and they say their master will be a great president.

Wow.

Are you serious?

Yeah, stake that.

That's confirmed?

That's confirmed.

Well, by Beth Lee Crowther.

She's the president.

It's confirmed that he's going to be a good president.

I'm saying it's confirmed that the psychic actually talked to the dogs.

Oh, yeah, no, no, no, no, talked to the dogs.

The psychic talked to the dogs.

I'm saying it's confirmed she said she talked to the dogs.

Yeah.

And they're excited to live in the White House.

And they also, this is key.

they also say their master will be a great president.

And I think that's key and critical and kind of heartwarming to think that the Robinette Bidens are called master still

by

somebody.

There was a period of time in our history in which the Robinette family also

all the way up to the Civil War when they were forced to

have people stop calling them master.

So that was really raised the cost of labor for the Robinette family at that time.

One of the unforeseen downsides of the Civil War.

Exactly right.

The cost, they have not been able to afford a pet psychic for generations.

Yeah.

They now have to pool

resources with other wealthy families.

By the way, the pet psychic has not ever met the dogs, but she says viewing their pictures, she has formed a close relationship with the Biden dogs.

And

they said that

they're really upset because President Trump won't concede.

Oh, gosh, they've got to be pissed.

I mean, these dogs want to get into that White House.

They want to see their master become a great president.

And it's going to be difficult, according to the dogs, according to the psychic who talked to the dogs, not talk to the dogs, but talk to the picture of the dog.

Not talk to the picture of the dogs, but bonded with the picture of the dogs.

She said they're very upset because their master is usually very calm, but because President Trump isn't conceding, he's very upset about getting everything into the White House

on time so he can govern the way he should.

How many times have we talked about we need a peaceful transition of power to the new pets

going into the Oval Office?

Well, we know nobody has talked to the cat.

Maybe we can get a psychic on that has talked to the cat.

Because cats are very different than dogs.

Do your work, journalists.

Cats may see things entirely different than the dogs.

Thank you.

Let's get both sides, cats and dogs.

Well, I am anxious to hear to a friend of the program, Patrick Byrne.

He is the founder and former CEO of Overstock.com.

He now has assembled what he calls an army of hackers and cyber sleuths that can prove Trump won the election.

His website, where you can find some of the stuff that he's working on now, is deepcapture.com.

Always fascinating.

Patrick Byrne.

Hey, Patrick, how are you?

Glenn, no long time, no speakey.

How's it been?

I know.

Very good.

You kind of fell off the map and you went, you know, kind of

in your own direction there for a while before you surfaced again.

I want to talk to you about deep capture, but first, let's talk about what you're doing with

the election.

Great.

Yeah, the truth is I've been on this.

I did go overseas and hit out for about six months, came back.

I've been working on this since August.

The truth is,

this is what's happened.

In November of 2018, there was an election in Dallas that had irregularities, and the state government of Texas hired a blue-ribbon governor's commission, studied it, hired a top-flight cybersecurity team filled with military intelligence and

federal law enforcement and those kind of people.

And

they've been studying what happened in Dallas for two years and how do you hack an election running on Dominion servers.

They came up with a dozen ways you could do it.

These systems are very porous.

And as a guy who built a $2 billion e-commerce company that never got hacked the whole time I was running it, that's not an, I'm telling you, these systems are a joke in terms of security.

I got involved this August with them and another cybersecurity team and a related, sort of attracted a related army.

I'm not sure I should call them an army so much as the bad news bearers.

We're like the bad news bears.

I'm the team coach.

Various ethical hackers and other kinds of, and

these two cyber groups and other kinds of operatives.

And we knew this was coming.

And we, like I said,

one of these groups had two years to study this and had reverse engineered exactly how you hack an election using these systems.

And everything that we expected to happen happened in spades on November 3rd.

By about November 5th or 6th, we had the whole puzzle pieced together from a data point of view.

And I want to make sure that everybody understands.

You went to the DHS in August, or this team did, and said, you've got to prepare because this is how it's going to happen.

Yeah, I misspoke, by the way.

And when I said they didn't take the meeting, I said that on one show.

It wasn't quite true.

There were multiple meetings of this cybersecurity group in August and September with DHS representatives in Texas, and it got briefed up two or three levels up the chain.

But CISA, or SIZA, people pronounce it both ways, the CISA, which is a group within DHS that does cybersecurity.

Are you familiar with SIZA?

A little bit, yes.

And it's this guy, Krebs, who came out a couple of weeks ago and said, this is the most secure.

yeah, who's he's a Microsoft lawyer, incidentally.

So that group refused to attend the hearings.

It got to the point that it was being kicked up, and it got crammed down from up above in DHS, and it was crammed down by the side, the size of guys refused to attend.

Just, you know.

Okay.

Tell me what you, how did they do this?

And can you prove it?

Yes, we can prove it.

And

our understanding of how they did it is evolving.

I've got more information that I've not really yet shared publicly.

I'll share on your show.

So about 10 days ago, I came out and started explaining how they did this.

How they did this was they picked, they realized there were six counties to steal the nation.

So this is a soft coup.

Make no mistake.

To steal the nation, you don't have to steal elections everywhere.

You have to steal six counties.

But those you have to steal like crazy.

And

those six cities really are Atlanta, Philly,

Detroit, Milwaukee, and Maricopa, which is greater Phoenix, and Clark, which is greater Las Vegas.

Okay, so hang on just a second.

Those are the same counties that do not perform like other big cities.

Those counties completely break with all of the other big city counties in the country, I believe.

Is that right?

Yes, and that's correct.

And what I'm explaining,

the story I'm telling you explains why, But good for you to catch that.

Those six counties are also the places where you heard these crazy stories of polls being, counting being shut down in the middle of the night.

And we never heard of that.

And the reason those six counties are so important is if you steal them, you flip the states that they're in.

And if you flip those six states, you flip the Electoral College and you steal the nation.

Those sit so and they also picked four of those counties are heavily black.

And that is not to say, I want to be clear, this is not about voter fraud.

I'm not claiming that the voters committed fraud.

It's the election officials and the system that did.

I think they picked six cities also, or four of those cities being heavily black, also played into their hands because the elites love to use

the black people population to hide behind.

And they, just like in Vietnam, that there were VCs who would shoot, go to a village and shoot at U.S.

soldiers to get us to attack the village.

Or in Iraq, there were guys who would go into mosques and shoot at soldiers to try to get us to hit a mosque.

They did this from

four heavily black cities, African-American cities, which is not to say that the African Americans committed the fraud.

They did it so that when all this gets exposed, they're going to be able to say, wait, wait, you're trying to suppress black vote.

It has nothing to do with the black people.

So it's just the cry of racism that will be held up.

Yeah, and I will have nothing to do with anything white identitarian.

I'm making nothing.

You're a libertarian.

You didn't even vote for Trump, right?

I've never had voted Republican or Democrat for president in my life.

I'm a straight libertarian guy.

So this is purely on constitution.

If they had done this to Barack Obama, if they had done this to Joe Biden, I'd be doing the exact same thing I'm doing now.

So it's purely on principle.

So they realize if you jack those six counties, and so those counties are the place you see this extraordinary

the shutting down of Maines and such.

We've uncovered something new.

We've not really exposed to the world yet, but because it's your show, I'll tell you first.

Besides that kind of theft, what they did in those states, so they took places that were blue and they cheated to make them intensely blue.

They also took places that were intensely red and cheated to make them just red.

And that way people wouldn't notice.

So if you go across, for example, the north of Georgia, there are a number of counties that are normally intensely red.

Instead of

this, they cheated in rural areas, stealing 300 votes here and 600 votes there.

By the way, we have affidavits.

We have people who are involved.

And they typically, we see the kinds of people they prayed on.

They found rural areas where you have some 75-year-old guy running something who's not too, you know, who's not o-cron in technology.

And they did, and we have, I mean, we have the

paper, we have the paper rolls from machines that show things like this.

They absolutely were switching votes, absolutely shake.

What they did in those kind of places was shave votes off.

So Trump goes from winning from 65 to 60 percent.

Doesn't look too strange.

You know, yeah, it's still

intense red.

It doesn't look strange to people.

What they avoided was taking a place that was only, say, light red and flipping it blue because that would have alerted people.

So they took intensely red counties and made them slightly less red.

And they took blue counties and made them more intensely blue.

So I was just talking to the state senator in Pennsylvania, and he said, said, we're running out of time.

I don't know if we can prove this in Pennsylvania only because we just are running out of time.

When are you going to release all of this and put it out for a court?

Well, that's up to Sydney's got her path, Mayor Juliana has his path.

I'm not working for either or aligned with either.

This army, we constructed a system where this bad news bearers is generating the information and we were piping it.

I've tried, of course, to pipe pipe it to mainstream media, but you know how that went.

And I opened it up to the people around the the Trump administration.

And so I'm not trying to take credit for anything.

Sidney Powell

had already figured out conceptually what had happened.

We showed up with some missing pieces, the data and the technology explanations to help her.

So it's really I don't want to get in front of her headlights.

So it's up to her if she's filing these things to reveal the evidence she wants to believe.

But this is 100%.

I will bet, you know, if the normal legal processes could play out, there is no question in my mind, this would all be revealed for a massive election swindle on a scale we've never anticipated.

So, this is a coup.

This is a coup against the United States, got to tell you.

And I put my name, my reputation, everything on that.

Well, that is, I mean, that's going to happen just because you're doing this, no matter what you said.

You are headed for a meat grinder, but knowing you, you don't care.

Come get some.

Bring it on.

It's like when

I came out against Wall Street in 05, and I had the same experience, but I knew the facts were on my side.

I knew 08 was going to happen.

So they can do all.

They can sing and dance and swear at me all they want.

I knew the truth, and I knew the truth now.

And you know what's funny?

Wisdom of crowds.

The Americans are not buying the lie on both sides of the aisle.

It's remarkable.

45% of people last I saw a few days ago were saying they did not trust this election.

That's just going to grow and grow as more of this information comes out.

Through hearings, you saw what happened in Arizona yesterday.

That colonel who was speaking, did you see him?

No, but I have the audio.

I'm going to be playing it and going through it here in a little while.

Go ahead.

He's a member of the, he's a leading, he's one of the sluggers on the Bad News Bears team, but he's become a friend.

Just listen to that guy.

He doesn't have enough time to lay out all that we have.

But we have everything from the affidavits of 400 people or more who were involved, the videos.

We have completely

reverse engineering is what the Chinese do normally, where they take something that we make here, they take it to China, they take it apart and see how it was built so they can copy it.

We have reverse engineered this whole scheme.

There's no question how it was done.

And anyone who's telling you know, any any election official who's now signing circ to certify results deserves civil and criminal prosecution because until they are they are telling the public, I have looked into this and I know something XYZ to be true,

There's no way they can know what the truth is until they examine the evidence of how these machines are both gameable and, in many specific cases, have, in fact, been gamed.

Patrick Byrne, always good to talk to you.

I'd like to talk to you again and talk about deep capture because what you're doing at deep capture is a lot of the same kind of stuff that is exposing

I want to play the two CNN clips because they discovered some things yesterday.

Here's Jake Tapper introducing a report.

Listen to this.

We have some breaking news for you in our world lead.

CNN has obtained leaked documents from inside China, documents that reveal the missteps and the chaos of the Chinese government's early response to the coronavirus pandemic.

The documents are from Hubei province, home to the city of Wuhan, where the pandemic is thought to have started.

They show authorities released misleading public data on the number of deaths and the number of cases.

They took, on average, three weeks to diagnose a new case and much more.

Hey, stunning.

They have this.

Because remember, you can't make fun of China.

You can't say anything bad.

You're just a racist if you do.

Jake Tapper finally ran into some evidence that China was not necessarily our friend.

Gee, would have seen that coming, Jake.

Besides everyone.

Daniel Horowitz is with us.

He's a Blaze podcast host, the Conservative Review, also Conservative Review senior editor, which is part of the Blaze Media family.

We welcome Daniel to

the program.

Hi, Daniel.

How are you?

I'm doing all right.

Great to be with you, Glenn.

There are two stories that I want to talk to you about, if I can get enough time with you.

One is the Johns Hopkins analysis showing that COVID-19 had no effect or relatively no effect on deaths, and then it was retracted immediately.

And you wrote a good story on that, and I want to talk to you about that.

But the other story I really want to look at is what you wrote today.

New analysis shows Biden winning nearly impossible margins on mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania.

Can you take us through this?

And I want to ask you some questions that I think my friends who don't believe that there was fraud, there's Trump supporters, but they don't believe that there is enough fraud out there to change anything.

Let me ask you those questions as we go.

Can you take us through this?

Sure.

So this is a matter of making an opening argument, not a closing argument.

And obviously, a lot of allegations of fraud are going to be scorned upon.

Some of them might be legitimate, some of them not.

But what I try to do is just take the basic data that we all have, the number of ballots that were actually counted, breaking down how many were Mail-in, how many were Election Day, how many votes were cast for Biden and Trump respectively of each kind, which the Pennsylvania Secretary of State does break down, and just to take a look at that, at that, if it passes the smell test.

Now, one thing that's very interesting is: had I slept through election night and just woke up the next day, I wouldn't have noticed anything.

You had to have really lived through it.

I have this tradition every election for like 20 years with my brother.

We're on the phone until four in the morning, you know, going through stuff.

We're not looking for fraud.

Our hearts are beating.

We want to see what's going to happen.

And things just didn't add up.

And what happened was,

Republicans always have a lead in Pennsylvania and Philadelphia comes in later.

And we know by now how many votes you need to withstand that kind of collapse of the lead late in the night.

And Trump had well over what he needed, even with all the mail-in ballots.

He should have had an extra 200,000, maybe even 300,000 vote lead at the end of all the counting.

But then they came in with even more ballots.

Well, now we know it was a total of 2.6 million mail-in ballots.

All I did was basically say, look, if the Secretary of State tells us how much each candidate won of each form of balloting, and that is mail-in and election day,

it would mean that assuming he got 2.6 million mail-in ballots, and they're all valid, we're not even talking about fraud yet, it means that Trump, that Biden would have had to have won 21%

of mail-in registered Republican votes and 80% of independent votes.

In addition to, of course, 95% of Democrats, which is obviously a little bit more believable.

Okay, so hang on.

Let me show you in the exit polling.

In fact, Stu, you do this because I'll screw this up.

The election day voters for Biden and the early voters for Biden, so the ones who are voting by mail, because the numbers are striking.

Yeah, I mean,

the early voters for Biden on election poll showed 19% of Republicans voted for Biden and 78% of Independents, which is pretty close to what the numbers you were saying needed to happen.

19 versus 21 and

what is the second 78

as opposed to 80.

So, I mean, Glenn, here's the problem with that.

We have never seen that in our history.

Now, there's one thing to say that in general, more Democrats vote through Mellon, or certainly did this time, and we know that.

But there's quite another to say qualitatively there is that much of a difference between the type of independents and Republicans that did mail-ins and the type of Republicans and independents that voted on election day for example with independents in order to say that he got 80% from mail-ins you would have to say because overall the exit polls say Biden won 52%

it would be something like winning 40% of election day independents and 80% of mail-ins.

And again, it doesn't prove fraud, and we're going to have several other pieces of evidence that jive with this.

Right.

But that alone is something that is worth inquiring about.

Wait a minute, we've never had 2.6 million mail-ins.

We know from the Carter Baker Commission dating really back to 1864 with McLellen that mail-ins were the largest source of fraud.

Wait a minute, that's something to look into as a baseline.

But that's obviously not the main point.

Okay, so, and I agree with that.

I just want to take these as we go.

There's one other thing that I think my, you know, my friends or those in the mainstream media who are not my friends

would ask, and that is, isn't there self-selection this time unlike ever before?

Because you had Donald Trump saying pretty much don't vote by mail.

So those people who were Donald Trump supporters generally didn't vote for him by mail.

And the Biden people did and didn't go to the polls.

Sure.

So, I mean, obviously, that statement was made much later.

A lot of people wanted to change their ballots, which is why there was the whole problem with people that originally filled out something that was a mail-in and they wanted to vote in person.

That was a decision Trump was pushing very late.

That was not something he was pushing early.

Remember, these ballots were built up for months in Pennsylvania.

So I understand that that certainly is, there's logic behind it, but I don't think we have seen that in other states like Ohio and Iowa, in the Rust Belt, in the Midwest, where there was that much of a qualitative gap between the types of Republicans and Independents

that turned out.

And also, it really is very unlikely to assume that he got that many Republican votes, just because we're not seeing that anywhere else, down ballot,

and we're not really seeing a massive crossover.

in this election.

It was talked about in the pre-election polling, but based on the results, which seemed to be a lot better than the polls were suggesting, Trump doesn't appear to have lost a lot of Republicans.

He lost some independents, not a lot of Republicans, but I would argue he didn't lose 80% of independents.

Tell me about the down

ballot, because the down ballot is historically

a phenomenon, like a miracle.

I don't get it.

And again, this is just something that to me, as everyone's saying, look,

the election's over.

We cast the ballots.

It's already December.

Let's move on.

What is there to see?

You just don't like the results.

This is what I would present as a source of inquiry, not a source of finality, but of inquiry.

And basically,

a lot of people have noted that in some of these states that are highly contested, Michigan, Wisconsin, you see a lot of votes that were just cast for Biden and nobody else.

And it's kind of suspicious.

And people respond to that by saying, Well, you know, a lot of people don't bother with other races.

They don't care.

The presidential race is the whole enchilada.

Well, why is it more of the Democrats?

Well, I guess they'd say maybe Democrats are more low-information voters.

I don't know.

Let's just say that.

The problem with the Pennsylvania numbers is when you have an apples-to-apples comparison, race-to-race among Republicans and then among Democrats, and then comparing only presidential ballots of mail-ins to

Election Day, they all contradict each other, but are consistent in one way, that Donald Trump always seems to be at the short end of

the mail-in ballots,

even compared to other Republicans, and Biden seems to be at the high end even compared to other much more popular Democrats.

And what I basically show by juxtaposing the auditors and treasurer's race to the

Attorney General's race is this.

When it comes to the auditor and treasurer, little-known Republicans wound up winning those seats with fewer votes overall than Donald Trump.

But basically, even though Trump got many more votes than them on Election Day, they seem to have more votes cast for him on mail-ins.

Now, I thought, okay, that kind of makes sense.

If you're in the comfort of your home,

you're not pressured, you're not waiting online, you don't have election officials around you, you'll take your time, you'll look at the ballot questions, you'll look at the funny races no one ever heard of, auditor, treasurer.

Sure.

Heck, maybe you'll look on the internet to see who they are.

You'll do some research.

You'll fill it out.

You're more likely to fill it out than you are

with Election Day, which is why there was a drop-off of the down-the-ballot votes on Election Day.

But then you go to where the Democrats won down-ballot, and that's Dan Shapiro, the very notorious Attorney General, who is certainly a lot more known than those other Republicans are.

He's incumbent.

He's been very high-profile in the media.

And he actually won overall by the largest margin of anyone statewide.

And indeed,

he won by four or five points.

But then you look there, and it's the opposite.

He got more votes on election day than Biden did, but less than Biden

for mail-ins.

And again, I don't get that.

You're waiting in line for an hour.

You'd think you'd be more jaded, less time, but you filled out Dan Shapiro, the down-the-ballot stuff for the Democrats, but the mail-ins, you just did Biden when it was the opposite for Republicans.

Again, I don't have an explanation for that other than to say it really doesn't make sense.

And it sure seems to me that Malins really, really loved Biden and really, really hated Trump.

Okay,

I appreciate the way your article is written because it says at the end, this is not a closing argument.

This isn't proof.

These are questions that just should be asked and answered.

And I really appreciate your look on that.

I want to go to the COVID scare, the article you did there, and find out what happened at Johns Hopkins.

And we'll do that in 60 seconds.

Standby.

All right.

I want to think for just a minute.

Have you think about the food that you've been feeding your dog?

How healthy is it?

If it's kibble food that you're putting in the dish, the answer is probably not very healthy.

Kibble food is sterilized and your dog just isn't getting that much out of it.

You could get better.

You could

buy really expensive food.

You're still not going to get all of the nutrients and all of the probiotics that you will get just by taking a package of rough greens and putting a scoopful of it in the dish with whatever you're feeding them now.

Rough greens, it's not a dog food.

It's a supplement.

10 Second Station ID.

So, Daniel, tell me about Johns Hopkins University and the study that came out that they published, COVID-19 has, and I'm quoting it, relatively no effect on deaths in the U.S.

Then it was retracted.

Tell me about this.

Sure.

It's funny that it seems like the retraction is always in one direction.

It's always when there's any good news, so to speak, to sort of say, hey, maybe the virus is not quite as deadly, as bad as we thought.

That always gets dinged, but it's never the other way around.

When, you know, demonstratably, they overstate the number of deaths.

We've already seen that with the Imperial College.

It's been overstated.

Somehow that never gets retracted.

So that in itself is very interesting.

Basically, there's nothing really new here other than it originally came from someone associated with the economics department at Johns Hopkins.

But basically, even the New York Times, many publications have been pointing out that heart attacks and other common causes of death seem to be down.

And that's very puzzling, and it's something that needs to be studied.

And what this economics professor did, it was an hour-long video presentation, and then it looks like a student in one of their newsletters wrote up kind of an interview and an article on it, which is not necessarily synonymous with everything she said, as any article is,

that if you take everything in totality, what it seems to be is that the virus is mainly killing those who were slated to die within the year, which is why she noted from her data, it doesn't appear that there are excess deaths this year, in the year 2020, that are over and beyond the baseline that we traditionally have.

So, in other words, if you would have the same amount of, let's say, five-year average of heart attacks, strokes, pneumonia deaths, you would have 260,000 COVID excess deaths on top of that.

What you're seeing is almost a displacement that almost commensurately with the drop in deaths from those other common causes is the official number of 260,000 or so COVID deaths, which would suggest, at least according to her research, that it's primarily people not just that were maybe unhealthy or had underlying conditions.

Some of them certainly get sick and maybe are hospitalized, but the ones who ultimately die, for the most part, with some exceptions, seem to be those who were slated to die anyway.

And

that's sort of, and one of two things are happening.

And I think it's a mixture of both.

To a certain extent, there is misclassification.

So this is your case of someone testing positive, but they didn't really have such a symptomatic case, but they died of other things.

That's automatically a COVID death.

That we already know from CDC guidance, or others that legitimately were gotten by it, but they were in hospice.

For example, just on Sunday, a bunch of Rutgers University

immunologists came out with a study of two hospitals in New Jersey from May, where they looked at 650 people who died there, and they found 90%

of them had DNR orders on them.

Now, if you're the typical 65, 68 year old guy, maybe has some diabetes and heart condition, and you get sick with COVID, you're in the hospital, you're not going to have a pre-existing DNR order on you.

No.

No.

You don't, because

if you're 65 years old,

most likely you haven't been in and had those giant conversations yet with your family on just, I don't want to be on a machine for a long time.

It's a

great piece also on Blaze TV or theblaze.com.

You can hear Daniel's podcast also on The Blaze, the Conservative Review podcast.

Daniel Horowitz, thank you so much for being on the program with us.

Really enjoyed it.

Thank you.

Thank you, man.

Thank you.

So, Stu, I want to switch to you on the news that you were talking about yesterday.

We only have a minute.

That we're going to see numbers go up on COVID cases, and they're going to be blamed on Thanksgiving.

Yeah, it's just a quirk in the data that basically a lot of places, I mean, like Texas didn't report for several days any numbers because of the Thanksgiving break.

So, what we're seeing, if you look at the charts the last few days, you might be encouraged by them because you're seeing a downturn in almost every measure.

And what is likely going to happen, and today's the day it's going to start, is we're going to see all these deaths and cases piled up from last week that were not reported all get reported in the next couple of days.

And they're going to say, look at

Thanksgiving.

Everyone went and they didn't listen.

They didn't listen to us on Thanksgiving.

We need to have more restrictive measures, more lockdowns.

You're going to see that call because these numbers are going to go through the roof and maybe hit all-time highs over the next few days into the coming weeks.

So it's something to look forward to as we get these numbers today.

And I don't mean forward as you're excited, but like looking into the future.

Because if we don't know the facts on that, they're going to use it against us.

And now that you know the facts, you can look forward to

straightening out the narrative.

All right.

What do you get when you combine Santa Claus and Antifa?

Santifa Claus.

Go to SantifaClaus.com for your new Christmas merchandise.

I just want to run down a few stories.

In fact, can you get the new AOC song out for me?

Because I think

it's going to be very, very apropos here.

Rick Wilson, the Daily Beast editor-at-large, said he and presumably others will not forget and won't forgive what Trump supporters did to America.

He said there is overdue penalties.

It's not enough to merely enjoy their agony and their humiliation.

Not enough.

It's not enough to hope they'll be shamed and correct their behavior.

The dark is rising for Trump's sycophants, toadies, and enablers.

This is so

Orwellian or National Socialist.

It is terrifying.

Their tough guy acts and their F your feelings talk have become a furious whine of complaints and recriminations as a toxic slurry of rage and despair has left a stinging bile in the back of their throats that won't go away.

Trump lost, he continued, and they can't spin their way past it.

Then, he said, even as lawyers are all but chased out of each town where they file their absurd, doomed lawsuits, the true believers still imagine some miracle emerging from the wreckage of Trump's campaign.

Yeah, you know, because you called him a um you called him a Russian operative for about two years.

Oh, and then what happened?

When we got all the facts, we found out the truth that you were hiding.

The media apparatus that monetized the moronic state of religion of Trumpism, oh my gosh, is pumping their slow coach followers full of stupid, easily disproven lies.

Wow, that's what they think of us.

We are pumping you full of lies,

and that's what they think of you.

Well, gee, if you have an apparatus that is monetized, the moronic state of religion of Trumpism,

there's no redeeming value for us.

You can't let that go on.

That's why they had to make lists of everybody who helped in any way, and they needed to make sure they never got jobs again.

Yeah, well, he says the professional class of Republicans.

Oh, who doesn't love those guys?

The professional class of Republicans know the bitter end is here, that their dirty half decade of personal degradation is coming to a sick, sad finale.

It would leave them with a sense of shame if they had any.

Most of the GOP ink types lost that long ago.

Still, America is watching them experience the combination of fury and humiliation as Trump heads to the door before even dropping the cash on the nightstand.

I'm losing track at all the different groups within the GOP we're supposed to hate or think are grifters.

I guess this is what happens after an election, but you have this like weird civil war that's constantly brewing between 9,000 groups within the right oh you mean like the one that went unreported by the mainstream media in the Democratic Party and is still going on today yeah yep that one's that one's much more fierce in some ways oh yeah yeah I mean everyone seems to hate each other on the GOP all the time but I mean that's just a constant feature that whole idea of the that Reagan coalition

is really

dead, right?

I mean, like, you don't have, you don't have that anymore.

I mean,

these groups just can't be nice to each other.

So it's not, you can't have a coalition.

I I think you did, I think you did, for the most part, under Trump at the end.

I mean, you can't get 71 million votes

without being pretty united.

Yeah, but in totally different ways, right?

I mean, like, there's, there, you know, it's not to say that they won't vote similarly.

I think they will generally, but, like, to try to get things done.

Done, yeah.

There's just no agreement.

And everyone, you know, everyone's so focused on their Twitter feed and how they can trash someone else who may or may not agree with 90% of their values.

I just, I do think a lot of that gets overblown, right?

Like there's just so, like there's so much focus on these like tiny, tiny groups, you know, like the Lincoln Project, for example, who everyone,

I must have seen hundreds of headlines about what they do and who they are and what, you know, what their plan is.

And it's like,

did the Lincoln Project move a vote?

No.

I doubt it.

I can't imagine.

I can't think of the profile of the person who was won over by, hey, we're Republicans.

You should vote against the Georgia Senate candidates.

Again, I can understand.

You might think Trump is particularly bad or they may think he's particularly good.

Trump is a well-defined figure, right, that people have passionate feelings about.

You know, two Republican Senate candidates, like, do you want the Democrats to have control of the entire government or not is not a tough question if you're a Republican.

You know, I mean, even Larry Hogan, who's known as a moderate governor and, you know, kind of a guy who's totally in the other meld, is outside saying, hey, guys, we should probably vote for the Republicans in Georgia or they're going to have control of the entire government.

And shockingly, the Democrats don't like him anymore.

Right now, all of a sudden, it's almost as if they're using all these people

for their own ends.

Strange.

Well, a good thing that they're going to put those guys into the timeout corner.

And we're not going to hear from them anymore.

You're in good company if you're in that timeout corner.

Eric Clapton.

Eric Clapton is now being shunned.

Along with Van Morrison,

they announced that they're going to do an anti-lockdown song released in early December.

And it didn't sit well.

With all of the powers to be

all over the world,

they are currently working hard to discredit Eric Clapton.

I don't know how you discredit a guy who, like, didn't he do heroin for a long time?

I think he's beyond caring what you think about him.

He's done heroin.

He's off it now.

I think he got that monkey off his back.

He's going to put you on his back?

No.

No.

I don't think so.

He's not going to care.

I can't imagine he cares.

Van Morrison has already done several protest songs.

And where is he from?

Is he from Scotland or Ireland?

Our Scottish listeners right now are going, it is not Ireland.

These are totally.

I don't know.

Anyway, he's already written three.

He's from Ireland.

Born to be Free, As I Walked Out, and No More Lockdown are the three that he has done.

And the UK government has come down hard and said his songs are dangerous.

Really, Elvis?

Are they?

The songs are dangerous.

How is the song dangerous, but Cardi B, none of her stuff is dangerous?

No.

No, it doesn't affect anyone.

But this new Eric Clepton Van Morrison song, dangerous.

What did Alan Tipper Gore feel about this?

Yeah, well, they were still looking to ban, still looking to censor and ban.

By the way, Cardi B, I don't want to just throw her out here without telling you that she has apologized now

because she on Instagram posted some videos of people dancing and eating.

Okay.

I guess you could call it dancing.

And she just posted Thanksgiving 2020.

She confirmed later on Twitter that she had 12 kids and 25 adults over for the holidays.

And, quote, it was lit.

She's rich, though, and she's famous.

She's allowed to break these rules.

It's not about them.

It's about us.

Us little peons are not allowed to have those gatherings.

But you know what?

Gavin Newsome can.

Andrew Cuomo was planning to bring up

his mom, who's very elderly, to have a Thanksgiving dinner until he got called out on it.

He was so sure no one was going to say anything that he just like blurted it out.

Well, what about the L.A.

County supervisor

who voted to shut down all outdoor dining for all 31,000 restaurants in L.A.

County?

Okay.

Shum down.

Two hours later, went out to a restaurant and ate.

at an outdoor restaurant

in Los Angeles.

It's shocking.

Yeah, it is.

It's pretty shocking.

Let's just make our list and check it twice.

Song we premiered yesterday:

the Glenbeck Christmas Orchestra.

Hey, why don't you come on in a little closer, folks?

I want to tell you a little story about AOC.

Oh, you better love Marx.

You better shun Trump.

America sucks.

She's telling you, chumps.

AOC is shutting

you down.

Oh yes, she is.

She has a blacklist.

She's jacking it thrice.

Gonna throw down when Kamala is vice.

AOC is shutting

you down.

She sees you when you're tweeting.

She knows when you're not woke.

She knows if you've been pimping Trump.

And for that she'd like you choked.

Oh

You better recant

if not then you're toast She's got you a spot down at Guantanamo.

You better believe it.

AOC is shutting

you down

Oh yeah

With greenest new deals plus taxes galore

Lopping off heads and packing the court

AOC is shutting

you down

The Nantifar will rally

Burn down the GOP

They're gonna build you Toby once they cancel you and me

So you better mask up

You better lock down

Turn that MAGA smile into a calmie frown

aoc

is shutting oh

aoc

is shutting

listen aoc

is shutting you down

yes he is

you know I've been talking to you about retrek tech a sponsor of ours for a while let me just uh read you something I just got a message from Jeff Foster he said Glenn, I heard your ad for RecTech Grills several days ago.

I went on their website and I was impressed by what I saw, so I ordered the RT700 Bull.

It was like a great grill.

He said, You are 100% correct.

It is the nicest, best cooking, and easiest to use grill we have ever owned.

Thanks for the recommendation.

Jeff, you are welcome.

I wouldn't recommend it if I wasn't using it myself and loving it.

It is, I mean, it is so sturdy, it is sleek, it's got the latest technology.

So

you can do everything from an app.

You don't even have to be around it.

You don't have to be outside.

If it's going to get too cold to smoke or barbecue something, don't worry about it.

Put it on.

Start the app in the house early.

Just get it all preheated.

It watches the temperature for you.

It alerts you when it's done.

It's fantastic.

It's a RekTech.

R-E-C-T-E-Q.com.

That's rektech.com.

You're listening to Glenn Beck.

This is the Glenn Beck program.

Hey, our thoughts and prayers, and we would ask for you to share them.

Justin Barclay from Wood Radio, he filled in for me last week.

They're having a baby, and it's a little premature.

And just keep the Barclays in your prayers, if you will.

Also, today is Giving Tuesday, and we would love for you to help us meet our goals this year

for Giving Tuesday by going to mercury1.org.

We're doing the Nazarene Fund.

We're rescuing slaves from all around the world.

We are part of the first responders here in America.

We've done an awful lot of stuff that I'm sure you're aware of.

We would love to have you donate to mercury1.org.

We are currently building our virtual school

for generations to come.

We need your support.

Mercury1.org.

Let me see.

Can we go to the

Warnock Laughing at Churches that use guns?

Now, this is the guy who is running

in Georgia.

He's a minister, but he is Jeremiah Wright.

Listen to this.

And so somebody decided that they had a bright idea to pass a piece of legislation that will allow for guns and concealed weapons to be carried in churches.

Have you ever been to a church meeting?

That's the last place.

Finally, got about a second later, had a clear shot, and I took the shot.

The shooter went down.

It's the guy who shot the guy in the church in Texas.

There's a man in black tactical gear shooting up the Baptist church.

those people are my friends those people

when I opened up the safe I pulled out an AR-15 ever been to a church meeting that's the last place

so he's the kind of guy who doesn't care to look at facts

you know I can tell you that we've had some scares in the past and

I've had friends in the congregation that were carrying guns.

And it was a great relief, not only to my family, but to everyone who was in the congregation.

Never had to pull them.

We just knew that if something happened,

that guy wasn't going anywhere and he wasn't getting a shot off.

And I hate to think that way, but that's the way things are now.

Yeah, it's odd that you'd make that point when this has actually happened.

Yeah, it's been over and over and over.

pretty extreme, though.

Yeah.

No, you think?

You think?

How much time do we have?

Do we have time to play the Arizona witness that has been suspended on Twitter that

testified yesterday?

Do we have a bit of that testimony?

Let's play it.

Go ahead.

If you could just tell us

in the simplest way possible, as an expert,

what is your opinion as to the validity of the numbers that were certified today by the Secretary of State and the governor about this election?

If I was an executive at a publicly traded company, I would never sign that because I risked jail time and having all my money taken from me in lawsuits.

So to answer your question, I would never ever have certified.

I'd rather resign than have certified those results.

So your professional opinion is that the numbers are fraudulent?

I believe they're fraudulent based on the data.

And my sister asked me a simple question this morning.

She goes, how sure are you?

And my sister's a pretty stubborn person like me.

And I said, I'd be willing to put my life on it.

I'm that sure about the analysis, assuming that the data that I got from the state and everything else was accurate.

So, you know, if you're giving me all inaccurate data from everywhere, then, you know, that's my only caveat.

But you got it from the state.

So where does that stand?

We're going to continue to watch these as they go.

Hopefully, they go somewhere.

We're running out of time, but we will give you all of the news on the latest attempts to make sure that this was a fair and honest election.

Every legal vote counts.com.

Go there now.

This is the Glenn Beck program.
