Trump vs. Goodyear | Guests: Donald Trump Jr. & Anna Paulina Luna | 8/20/20

2h 4m
DNC night 3 felt like a depressing infomercial, and Jason Buttrill has the rundown. Viral political commentator Christian Walker describes what it’s like to be a young, outspoken conservative and why the Democrats are the “party of mobs.” Florida congressional candidate Anna Paulina Luna joins after winning her primary. Trump is boycotting Goodyear, and new leaked audio proves that its “zero tolerance” policy is real. Donald Trump Jr. gives his thoughts on the DNC, Joe Biden’s campaign, and why the Left’s constant hoaxes only make his father’s accomplishments more important. Forbes magazine is telling its readers, “You must NOT do your own research,” in an attempt to convince Americans to take a coronavirus vaccine when it comes out.

Was last night bad.

You know,

bad for the Democrats.

48% ratings decline

year over year or convention after convention.

48% viewer decline.

Nobody's watching this thing.

It's unwatchable.

We are going to talk to Donald Trump Jr.

today and find out what is it that they're learning from this

because the Republican convention is right around the corner.

So how is that going to go?

What are they learning?

What are they not going to do that the Democrats have just done?

Also Christian Walker, Herschel Walker's son.

He's coming back home to Dallas.

Very excited to start his first year at UCLA.

Ah,

he's coming back because he's outspoken as a conservative.

We're going to talk to him and so much more all on today's broadcast.

We begin in one minute.

This is the Glenn Beck program.

All right.

Before we get started, let me tell you about My Pillow.

Did you see Mike Lindell on Anderson Cooper?

Yeah,

I don't get that.

I don't get why everyone feels like they need to scream at the My Pillow Guy.

I don't understand the instinct.

I don't understand why the guy's trying to help.

He's a big Trump supporter.

He's a big religious guy.

That's why, I think.

I guess.

I just don't, I don't, I don't get, I don't get why that's a good reason.

Yeah.

Anderson took him on and just shouted at him for 20 minutes.

I mean,

it was remarkable.

We should get Mike on

to talk about his side of of the story because Anderson was just screaming nonsense.

I know the story about what happened in

Minnesota that Anderson says, you have no credibility.

Look what happened to you in Minnesota.

I know the story.

It is absolutely because he's a Trump supporter.

We'll get into that later.

Anyway, if you just like to support a company that supports your values, And you want a great product.

I mean, there's no, don't ever support somebody that's just, they're not making a good product, but they agree with you.

That's, that's, that's actually bad for them, I think, in the long run.

Right now, you can get the Giza Dream Sheets from MyPillow.

They're back on sale, two for one.

You know,

it is amazing to me the way the Democrats are positioning themselves while at the same time standing against all of those things they say they're for.

Let me give you one example here.

The Democratic National Convention moderator

led the Pledge of Allegiance.

And

there was a discussion on Tuesday.

Now, during the Muslim Delegates Assembly,

the video that live streamed this event showed

that A.J.

Durrani led the pledge but left something out.

Listen to the Pledge of Allegiance, Tuesday, Democratic Convention.

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

And notice anything missing?

Hmm.

Now, this is the same group that denied God three times in 2016.

It's crazy.

It's crazy.

And yet, they try to position themselves as mainstream.

Last night, they were talking about taking guns away from people and how we need gun legislation.

Are you crazy?

Guns have gone up through the roof.

This is month after month.

It is record-breaking sales of guns.

I know people who never wanted to have a gun that are buying a gun now.

Why?

Because the Democrats who want to take your guns are also the ones backing Antifa and the riots that are happening in the streets.

They're trying to defund the police.

How are they going to thread this needle?

How is this going to work?

The only way it works is if Americans are just living in self-imposed ignorance.

And I think that's a possibility.

Because why is it we're not rising up and saying, we're going back to work, period.

All of us, we're going back to work.

How is it we're looking at the end of New York City in this nation?

How is it this is happening?

All of those hot dog stands, those vendors, all of those people

that have lost their jobs now, everything that is closed now in New York City.

Why aren't we standing up?

I'll tell you why.

Because I think we have cakes and circuses going on with Amazon, Prime, with

Netflix, with all of the movies that we could just sit at home and just watch.

We're just entertaining ourselves.

We better wake up.

Last night, in an incredible

moment, Obama said Biden and Harris believe no public official should use their office to enrich themselves.

Hold on just a second.

Brock, didn't you enter office with nothing?

You kept telling us about how you still had student loans and you just bought a $12 million

home in Nantucket.

How did that happen?

If you weren't using your office to enrich yourself, how did that happen?

Martha's Vineyard, Glenn.

What?

Martha, he brought it in Martha's.

Oh, yes.

Not Nantucket.

Not Nantucket, yeah.

Nantucket is probably too conservative for him.

They're a billion-dollar brand right now.

And if you want to talk about people enriching themselves, I mean, don't even get me started on Joe Biden.

We'll get into that in a second.

Don't get me started on the Obama's being a billion-dollar brand.

Don't get me started on the Clintons.

How about Bill de Blasio?

Have you heard the latest on Bill de Blasio?

His wife is now having to defend what is being called,

we're being told, is $1.1 million

in salary for her staff.

But the records show it's probably closer to $2 million

for 14 people on her staff.

Meanwhile, he's cutting basic services.

He's cutting all kinds of people's salary, but he's defending her million-dollar staff,

saying, well, you don't know what she does for the city.

Well, I'd like to know what she does for the city.

What does she do for the city?

And why is she doing it?

Is this kind of an enriching?

Is this a socialist again enriching themselves?

No.

That sort of thing does not happen, Glenn.

Yeah, okay.

Only in all circumstances.

Thank you.

Let me go to somebody who we have to speak gently to.

Don't make any sudden moves.

I think he has PTSD.

Jason Buttrell is with us now, our chief researcher.

And Jason,

it was his turn to watch the DNC convention last night.

Could you send me back to a war zone, please, Glenn, and not make me do that again?

Oh, my gosh.

You know, I don't, the GOP has really got to figure this out because what was what happened last night does not work.

I mean, they spent an entire hour just depressing everyone.

That's all it was.

Gun control.

Guns are killing the entire planet.

Then they shifted into the climate crisis.

The climate crisis is destroying the entire planet.

And to cap it all off, Billie Haley shows up as the little music video.

And I thought that was supposed to like perk everyone up.

She looked like she was there to appeal to the emo electorate.

She looked like her mom was there to go to a haunted house.

She really did.

She looks so spooky

again.

I mean, if you know who Billie Eilish is, you might like her, you like her music, whatever, but she's not exactly a pick-me-up.

You know what I mean?

No.

And she looks so damn spooky all the time and depressed.

She's not the person to bring the electricity into the auditorium.

You know what I mean?

Not,

it didn't look good last night.

It just didn't look good.

It looked like a giant infomercial, and I kept waiting for Phil Swift to come in through the door and saw a boat in half and sell us some flex seal.

I mean, that was the vibe, really.

Can I tell you something?

It would be funny if Donald Trump did something like that.

If he had the flex seal guy on and just say, Let me recap, let me recap the DNC.

Hillary Clinton was the first, I guess, big name really to step up.

And I didn't even really know she was going to show up, but I think she was added later.

But I mean, the only really, first off, her speech writer really dropped the ball on this.

She had like five minutes to get everything out.

And really, the only thing significant she said was you could tell that she was still very, very bitter about the election.

One thing that she said was she said, don't forget Joe and Kamala can win by 3 million more votes and still lose.

Take it from me.

She's still going after the Electoral College.

They're still going after Russia.

They're still accusing him of collusion with Russia.

That was what she followed that comment up with.

She said, vote for a president that we choose, not chosen by a foreign adversary.

I mean, I just about turned the camera.

I mean, turned the video off right there.

I was like, you got to be kidding me.

Got to be kidding me.

Pelosi was after Clinton.

She didn't really say anything.

Warren spoke, and again, sticking with not really saying much, but something to tease for next week.

She was in a classroom, and behind her was something kind of interesting.

It looked like she was like in a preschool kindergarten, probably a kindergarten classroom.

Behind her, just over her left shoulder, was a BLM

letters in an elementary classroom.

Now, I thought that, I mean, at first me, I was like, maybe that's product placement, but no, that's by design.

And next week, we're going to show you why.

Yeah, next week, we have a special on Wednesday that every American needs to watch.

If you have kids in school or you have grandkids in school, you need to watch this special.

It is the hostile takeover of our schools.

It's not even hostile.

It was a handover.

BLM now is controlling a lot of the messaging in schools.

And we're going to go over some of it today if I have time.

I want to go over some of the things that they're now saying in school that

if you knew what was happening,

you'd flip your wig.

You must be involved in your child's education right now, and you must be involved in a local

dialogue and the local school board.

You have to.

Our kids have no chance of escape if we don't stop this right now.

It's a little overwhelming.

Yesterday, Jason, you were here.

You were not the researcher for last night's TV show.

That was Nathan.

But

you were here while we did it and watched it.

It is overwhelming on how well planned this is.

Yeah,

I was just dying to show you something.

You got busy with something else.

But I was, we, so this is one of those shows, like you said, that you have to watch.

And this is one of those shows where we have smuggled documents.

So all of this is happening in schools all over the country.

One of the smuggled documents that I was just about to show you yesterday was a pamphlet on how to paint the Black Panther Party in a good light, how to point out the things that they stood for in a good light.

I'm talking violence.

Is violence ever justified?

And this is what they're teaching elementary school kids.

Elementary school kids.

Is violence justified?

Were the Black Panthers justified?

Also, Marxism.

But they do it to, again, they're talking to eight-year-olds.

They're saying, hey, what is this about

getting money from people that have abundance and filtering it down to people that don't have as much?

You know, what system does that sound like to you?

They're slowly trying to teach Marxism.

to children.

Glenn, this is so bad.

I've set up, because my son right now is in high school.

He's just starting online school.

I wish I could turn the camera and show you.

I've set up him a little kiddie desk right next to mine.

I am going to monitor every single thing they say because guess what?

Even if the school board is not involved, we've got smuggled documents that BLM is actually saying, okay, that's okay.

If they don't, if your board doesn't approve it, this is how you sneak it in anyway.

I kid you not.

You have to monitor everything.

The documents that we have received,

we have tried over and over and over again to get this teacher to come on the program.

She or he, we don't even know, will not come on the program, will not

won't do anything.

Like, I did my job.

I got the documents out.

That's it.

They are terrified, terrified of what is going on and how the control of our schools is now in the hands of overlords, warlords, and unions.

And they will break bones.

I mean, we are in the last phase of

everything we talked about, of everything we talked about.

Jason, thank you very much.

We'll talk again.

And thanks.

I owe you combat pay, I think,

for that last night,

watching the DNC convention.

All right.

Coming up in just a second, we have Herschel Walker's son, who is amazing.

He's so articulate on Black Lives Matter and everything else.

We're going to get his view on what happened at the convention and also what's happening in his life.

It's pretty amazing.

He was going out to UCLA.

He's coming back home now.

Apparently,

you don't really want to speak out if

you're conservative in Los Angeles.

All right, Relief Factor is our sponsor, Paul.

He's 63 years old.

He lives in Minnesota.

One of his favorite pastimes is playing softball, but in recent years, he began developing pain in his knees.

It just got worse and worse and worse over time.

Eventually, and not that long ago, Paul was forced to conclude that his days of enjoying softball were nearing an end.

It just wasn't worth the pain anymore.

But a few months ago, Paul heard me talking about Relief Factor.

He's the guy in Minnesota that listens.

He decided to give it a try.

And what do you know?

Within a few weeks, the pain in his knees had begun to recede.

These days, he is back playing softball.

He got his life back, and you can too.

This is not a drug.

It was developed by doctors, and 70% of the people who go on to try it order more after the trial period because it works.

Now, if it doesn't work for you in the first three weeks, stop taking it.

But in three weeks, four weeks,

it really starts to show a difference.

Some people, it happens right away, others it takes a while.

But 70% of the people who try it find the relief they're looking for.

ReliefFactor.com.

That's relieffactor.com.

Call them at 800-500-8384, 800-500-8384.

It's relieffactor.com.

10 10-second station ID.

You know,

I want to thank you so much for listening.

A friend of mine was talking to me yesterday and said their father-in-law, who watches mainstream media all the time and is a conservative, was watching the Wednesday night special and was almost lost by it a couple of weeks ago and said, wait, wait, wait,

that can't be true.

How come I haven't heard about any of this stuff?

It's because we're way ahead and the media, both left and right in the mainstream, they are not covering the stories that matter.

They're not telling you the truth on what's going on.

And they're doing no digging past the surface.

It's all about the arguing of the left and the right.

So you are way ahead in the news, and I urge you not to miss a single episode of this program.

These are the days that we talked about and I've predicted coming for so long.

This is it, gang.

Yeah, this show kind of makes the world a little more of a boring place because there's no surprises.

You know, we've talked about all of this stuff.

Now the pandemic, I guess, is a big surprise, at least how hard it's hit.

But how many times have we talked about

a catalyst event that would set off a string of events?

And you have the chalkboard that's been sitting up here since the beginning.

I mean,

we had all of our candidates up on the board on this big chalkboard.

And over in the little corner, we left up these four points that Glenn put up.

So it had to be, what, last year?

Yeah, at least a year.

Yeah.

And these points, I mean, at the time, seemed mostly completely out of the blue.

But we are in the middle of all of them right now.

Yeah, this is, this was, I took 10 points that I feel were downloaded to me about a year and a half ago, and I tried to boil them down to something digestible.

And so I came up with these four points, and I put them up, and they did seem like they were a long way away and like they wouldn't happen.

And the first one was polarization and civil unrest.

And I said, the critical stage will come, the time we need to really, will know we're in deep trouble, is when we have 1930s, you know, European levels of riots in the streets with Antifa and communist and Islamist.

When they start really going,

that's the critical stage where point number one,

civil unrest and polarization, you can count that as destabilizing the country.

The next one was economic destabilization.

The stock market plunge, it hasn't happened, price collapse, it's about to.

Bank and central bank failures and business failures.

That seemed like craziness.

Yeah, but economic destabilization is absolutely obviously here.

I mean, everyone would acknowledge that.

Tech disruption,

communications, privacy, they would the critical stage, they'd be censoring everything.

And the last one was trust implosion.

No trust in government, media, tech, finance, justice, EDU.

We're there.

The last thing is the New World Order, and we now know what that is.

More in a minute.

This is the Glenn Beck program.

All right, let me tell you about our sponsor.

We want to thank Rough Greens for being here for us.

Giving your dog the healthiest, happiest life that you can give him.

isn't just a nice thing to do.

It's your responsibility as a pet owner.

And if you don't look at your pet as a pet, but a member of a family, you want to do that.

Our dog is part of the family.

I was looking at him the other day and I was like, oh, geez, he's getting old.

Now he's only like eight, but still, I've got like four years left with him, and I just love him so much.

So it doesn't come as a surprise, you know, what you eat, you become.

Well, they're eating a lot of crap in their food, a lot of fillers and everything else.

And nothing is alive in it.

There's no probiotics, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, omega oils, the things that

your dog needs every single day.

So there's a supplement.

It's called Rough Greens.

I've given it to Uno now for about six months.

It's the best.

He gobbles his food.

He loves mealtime.

And he has changed in all the good ways.

Welcome.

Glad you're here.

Last week I had Herschel Walker on, Sports Legend, and I'm not a sports fan.

And

I'm rarely

as blown away by somebody as I was by Herschel Walker.

He is one of the most fascinating guys, has overcome so much and has such a great attitude and really understands the essence of America.

Love this guy.

Last night, I was sitting out in the back porch with the guy who has been working on the sprinklers in our yard.

And Herschel is a neighbor of mine.

And we were talking about Herschel because he said, I watched your special last week, your podcast with Herschel Walker.

He said,

I worked in his yard and put his sprinklers in, you know, years ago.

He said, like a year ago, I'm sitting at some coffee shop, and this guy slaps me on the back and sits down.

He's like, hey, Brian, how you doing?

And he said, it's Herschel Walker.

He's like, I don't even know how he remembered me.

He said, he is the most normal human being I have ever met.

And I said, I feel the same way.

He's just a really great guy.

His son, we're going to do something that I've never done before.

We had the father on the last podcast tonight on Blaze TV.

You'll get it a couple of days earlier if you're a subscriber.

I want to talk to his son, Christian Walker, who is now a political commentator.

He didn't plan on becoming one.

He just decided that because he was going to school at UCLA, he couldn't take it anymore.

and he had to start speaking out.

Not sure he knows what's in store for him,

but I'm guessing he has seen a little bit of it so far because he's a very effective speaker.

When he talks about what's happening on the front lines with black America and the lies of Black Lives Matter, He is rock solid, just rock solid.

He's with us now.

Christian, are you there?

Hi, Mr.

Glenn.

How are you?

Very good.

Very good.

I think that's what your dad called me to.

The opposite of O'Reilly, Beck, and Mr.

Glenn.

So, Christian,

you're out in LA, and you were going to go to UCLA,

and now you're talking about coming home.

Why?

So, I started speaking out about a month ago when the riot started.

I was on the roof of my building in LA and I was overlooking the city.

We had eight helicopters in the air.

There were 12 police cars on fire and all anyone had to say about it was, let me go post a Black Square on Instagram.

There was no truth.

It was just deception.

And so it's been really heartbreaking being in this city that I love so much.

So I am thinking about coming home.

Are you getting much push?

Are you getting much push back?

Because I've seen a couple of your videos.

Let me, in fact, I have a 30-second clip here of You're Not a Racist video.

Listen to this.

You're not a racist.

You're not.

You're not a racist when you say you don't see color.

This idea that if we run around all day talking about celebrating people's color, racism will go away is deranged.

Stop talking about it.

As long as BLM is running around terrorizing white people for things they didn't even do, racism ain't going away.

It's going up.

Stop allowing blue-haired white liberals with mental health problems tell you who you are.

You know you're not a racist.

Stop accepting it.

You're not a white supremacist when you call the cops on someone who looks threatening.

If you feel threatened, call the cops.

You had another video out that just talked about the stats

and you combated Black Lives Matter, and it was really powerful.

What is the reaction you're getting from people out in LA?

Well, what I've noticed is people don't want to hear truth.

They want to believe whatever lie they're choosing to believe.

They want to believe that police are killing black people at such a high rate when it's simply not the truth.

The main issues affecting black America are father absence, are black-on-black crime, but they don't want to hear the statistics.

So that's what I hear a lot.

It's just a lot of cuss words.

It's a lot of

character smearing.

Yeah, yeah.

So

what are your peers saying?

I mean,

have they just bought into this and there is no way?

Or is there any light at the end of the tunnel that people are waking up to this?

Well, I've noticed there's such a young conservative base and there's such a young conservative group on social media that just feels stifled because politics and pop culture have merged together.

So everyone feels forced into posting a Black Lives Matter square, forced into posting a Black Lives Matter petition.

So they need a strong voice.

They need young voices that are willing to take some of the heat.

So I'm glad I kind of get to lead that movement.

And I've noticed a lot of people are starting to speak up now after I have.

So

tell me what you thought about the DNC.

And,

you know, what are the highlights or the lowlights this week?

And do you know anybody who's even watching it?

I just know a bunch of conservatives who are watching to get get nervous about what happens if our great president trump doesn't get reelected right um

but some of the highlights uh last night when they were talking about climate change but refused to address antifa and black lives matter going around lighting federal buildings on fire i'm sure that's not good for the climate

um

or

this praise for kamala being a black woman, being a woman, being all these different things.

And this is what the left does.

They uplift minorities.

And then anytime you go to criticize them, they say, you can't criticize them, you're being misogynistic.

You can't criticize them.

You're being a racist.

No, equality means we can all criticize each other equally.

We don't like Kamala's policies.

That's why we're criticizing her.

And then

Michelle Obama,

how do you feel about Michelle Obama?

Because

a lot of people feel the same way about Michelle Obama as they do about Kamala, that,

I don't know, I can relate to her.

She seems nice.

You know,

how do you relate to her?

Well, I read a quote yesterday by Thomas Sowell.

He's a really famous black economist, but of course, Black America doesn't know about them because they uplift drug-dealing rappers instead of people who are educated.

But he said something like, The Obamas are really great if you don't know anything about policy.

If you know about policy, if you know about what they've done, then you see all the lies.

So, when Michelle Obama talks after knowing what they did during their presidency about how they, the policies that they implemented, the neoliberal policies that destroyed middle America, it's just offensive to come be lectured by someone like her.

Yeah, you know, I've been saying, Christian, this week that I think this

shows what the DNC actually,

how they actually view the voter that is out in the rest of America, because they're saying things and doing things that they're standing against

with their policies.

They're saying,

you know, we're for law and order, yada, yada, yada.

No, no, no, no, you can't be for Antifa and

cutting the police force.

And BLM.

And BLM and be for law and order.

They say that they're for a restoration of America's Constitution and our rights and our principles.

That's the exact opposite.

It's almost as if they just think the people who are voting, and they may be right, the people that are going to vote for a Democrat who are watching this thing are so

stupid that they have never heard what's actually happening in Washington.

And that might be true.

What's your take?

Well, I think Democrats genuinely think American citizens are stupid.

If you look around the country, who has the most dangerous cities?

It's Democrat cities.

I said last night, they're really not a pro-America party.

They're an anti-Trump party.

Anything to take Trump out of office, anything to undermine his presidency.

I mean, another highlight from last night was Elizabeth Warren talking in the kindergarten classroom, and you look behind her, and there's kindergarten blocks that say BLM.

Yeah, no, that doesn't equal law and order.

BLM's been running around burning buildings down and beating up American citizens.

That's not, but the media is so against us that people really believe everyone's just a peaceful protester.

It's not the truth.

I don't know if you really remember the Tea Party.

It was happening when you were pretty young, but

I was part of that movement and I saw millions of Americans, total grassroots, and we were snubbed and called names

every time, every day, everything we did was radical, destructive, anti-American, yada, yada.

And we were just trying to get the Constitution to rule supreme again.

That's all we wanted.

What's amazing to me is

in three weeks of BLM, all of a sudden, the NBA is repainting the floors, the NFL is completely bowing down.

I've never seen any grassroots movement

have that kind of control.

And now in our schools,

it's clearly a business.

It's clearly not grassroots.

Well, one thing I like to always point out to everyone is

the Democrats are the party of mobs.

One of the most famous ones was the KKK.

Hate to say it.

BLM is just the KKK in blackface.

It's the new KKK.

They go around destroying destroying things.

They destroy people's businesses.

They put Americans' lives at risk.

They kill police officers.

This is a radical domestic terrorist organization.

So to have sports teams and companies kneel down and worship this org as if they are doing something great for Black America or doing something great for the country is offensive and it's almost treasonous, I would say.

Your dad is

remarkable, absolutely remarkable.

How much of a role did he play in your life and who you've become?

It's been always really nice to have a role model and be able to look up to him and look up to his accomplishments.

Luckily, he really never pressured me into anything.

He let me kind of become myself.

He let me do my own research on things.

So that's been another cool aspect, but it's always nice to have someone to lean on.

Yeah.

I don't know what I was thinking about the podcast.

I think he might be scheduled for a podcast later.

And I just kept thinking that he was doing the podcast with us today.

He's actually not.

We have James Lindsay doing the podcast.

He's got an unbelievable book that he wrote with Helen Pluckrose, Cynical Theories.

It's a look at critical theories, how

activist scholarship made everything about race, gender, and identity, and why this harms everybody.

These guys are so brave.

Yeah, and they've been punished for it already.

Oh,

significantly.

Yeah.

If you don't remember them, by the way, they're the people who they placed a bunch of fake studies in real academic journals that were just a bunch of nonsense based on like overly woke theories.

And they're not conservatives, by the way.

Not at all.

Not at all.

That's not what they do.

They just are saying, look, we're going down a road here that is not right.

Academic journals are just approving nonsense and acting as if it's science.

And so they went in there and they said, okay, you know, the one I remember off the top of my head was that they basically reworked

Mein Kampf

from Adolf Hitler and just changed some names and some

references and submitted it to an academic journal.

They're like, this is brilliant.

Yeah.

It's like, you know, because if you're saying the right groups are horrible leeches on society, Jews to white men or something like that.

Then it's okay.

It's approved.

And they got a bunch of them.

It was like more than half of the ones they submitted actually got approved.

And it was all nonsense.

Some of it was like, you know, just random word generation.

Rape at dog parks.

Yeah.

That your dog is raping another dog in a dog park.

I mean, these guys were.

It was brilliant.

It was brilliant because they were so absurd.

And And it worked too well.

Yeah.

Because it worked so well that everybody in the academic community got pissed off at them.

Yep.

They said, you're exposing something that you shouldn't have exposed.

Well, they're doing it again.

Critical Theories.

They say cynical theories.

That's the name of the book.

And they are the podcast tonight at,

well, whenever we release it.

As soon as we're done, we'll post it on Blaze.com.

What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

This is the Glenn Beck

program.

So there is something happening again, I think, with the GOP, where these young people that have no political experience are speaking a different language and they are cutting through.

What does the GOP need to learn from the latest round of elections, especially those in Florida?

We have Anna Paulina Luna, somebody that we introduced you to on this program several months ago, thought she was really great.

Well, she just won her primary.

She's going up against Charlie Crist.

We reintroduce you to her in 60 seconds.

This is the Glenn Beck program.

So whether your kids are going back to school in person or God forbid continuing to attend school from home, they're apt to be bringing all sorts of delightful new devices into your home.

As if there's not enough already sucking the soul out of your child.

Unfortunately, there's not a lot you can do.

You can't get rid of these things, but the new devices like smartphones and tablets and laptops can mean risks to your family's privacy.

Your personal information or theirs can be exposed.

And mere password protection doesn't block cyber criminals from hacking into those devices when they are on Wi-Fi.

Obviously, you want to keep the prying eyes out, especially when it comes to your kids and their safety.

Believe me, believe me, no matter how much security you think you have, it's not enough.

Believe me.

With Norton 360, you are getting real-time protection from existing and emerging cyber threats, as well as a VPN with bank-grade encryption and a password manager.

Norton has you covered.

Nobody can prevent all cybercrime, but Norton is committed to making the back-to-school time easier and safer for your family.

Ana Paulina Luna, congressional candidate.

She has won her Republican House primary.

Now she is going to face Charlie Christ, and we welcome Ana Paulina to the program.

Ana, how are you?

Good.

Thank you so much.

I remember when I saw you in Texas a few months back, you said, I think you'll do it, but

we'll find out.

And here I am.

Yeah, that is so great.

That is so great.

Tell the audience, refresh the audience's memory if they may not remember you and they're not in Florida.

Tell us who you are.

My name is Ana Paulina Luna.

I'm a United States Air Force veteran.

I am a conservative before I'm a Republican.

I am pro-life, pro-God, pro-gun, and I'm anti-socialist.

And I'm taking on Charlie Chris this November.

And that's very good.

I gather you've said that a few times.

times.

So why do you think you can beat Charlie Christ?

What is it that you have that

the former governor of Florida doesn't?

So I can tell you that what I find, and mind you, I'm not, I haven't done this before, but what I find is that the most effective way to really gain people's trust and to really want them to vote for you is one, tell them the truth, but also to be humble.

And what I'm doing and how I'm running my campaign, I did kind of take some notes from President Trump in the sense that I do use social media very heavily, especially during the initial lockdowns with COVID.

But also, in addition to that, I am doing everything that I can to make myself a grassroots candidate and accessible.

So where people think you can just go in and buy a seat, you can't do that anymore.

I outworked every single one of my competition through the primary, and I will say that it was tough.

But I was going to doors, I was going to the people, I was hosting protests and rallies against socialism, and it worked.

And so that's the fighting spirit that I'm bringing to the table.

For those of you who might not know, Charlie Chris is, and he has been in office for 33 years.

So he's been in office for longer than I've been alive.

He started out as a Republican, and then he became an Independent, and now he's a Democrat.

But we did hear that he tried to come back as a Republican, you know, before the 2020 election cycle, and the party wasn't having it.

So I will say that, you know, I might not be a perfect person, but I bring a fighting spirit, and I'm a hard worker, and I'm going to protect the American dream, and I will be taking him out of office to get the American people.

What is the difference, policy-wise, between you and Chris?

Everything.

You could not be more different.

I mean, I'm pro-gun.

He's not.

He is,

you know, he says that he fights for black black rights and black lives, yet he's the first person to go out and embrace Planned Parenthood.

And we all know that Planned Parenthood, the most aborted demographic, would be black children.

And so I will say that, you know, everything that he stands for, if he, you know, decides to change his mind in the moment, it's polar opposite of me.

And he has, in fact, changed changed his position on everything you can imagine, as I'm sure you know, he has changed every single party.

Well, he says that the extreme right wing has hijacked

the GOP.

Would that be you or?

I'm sorry, you broke up there for a second.

He said the extreme right wing has hijacked the GOP.

Yeah.

I find that very ironic that he says that because I don't know if you know this, but Charlie actually had asked Donald Trump to host a fundraiser for him when he was a Republican and to say that to be extreme right-wing you mean I support and defend the Constitution I mean at least I have a backbone this guy sitting here telling his voters what he wants to hear but or what they want to hear but he doesn't even go out into the district so I can tell you that I'm every single day out in the community and I'm seeing that it's not just young people but it's minorities it's older people that can no longer align with the identity in what has become the new Democrat Party.

They are realizing that it's so progressive, so far left, and I would even say Marxist that they are now saying that, hey, we're going to be supporting the president, we will be voting for a conservative candidate.

And I will say, I'm attracting independents because I've now raised one, and this is what's incredible.

I've been able to raise over $1.1 million on dollar donations for people, not corporate interests from Washington, D.C.

And I'm going to continue to stay true to that because I want to only represent the people, my community, and the American people know their groups or interests aside from that.

So you've raised $1.1 million

a dollar at a time?

No, no, on small dollar donations.

On small dollar donations.

Okay, okay.

Yes, meaning that my average donation is $20.

That is quite remarkable.

So something is happening

that I think the GOP needs to pay attention to because I don't think they didn't change in the Tea Party.

I don't think they've changed with Donald Trump.

Many of them are just tolerating Donald Trump.

I think the GOP establishment doesn't really like their voters.

They don't like those people that live out there,

you know, out there in the dark lands of the country.

But there is something happening with the non-establishment candidates, especially those who are winning primaries in your state.

What's happening in Florida?

And is there a trend or a message that the GOP really needs to wake up to?

And

is this something that we're going to see grow in November?

Absolutely.

What you're finding, not just in Florida, but across the nation, is that they are candidates getting elected that are not part of the Washington, D.C.

establishment.

And I think that that's exactly what this country needs, because the problem that's been in existence for so long, I think on both sides, is that you have people that don't leave their circles of being elitist.

They forget who they serve and they look at being an elected representative as if it's a job.

It was never anticipated by our founding fathers to be a full-time position.

It was never supposed to be an elitist position.

It was to be that you were elected by your people to go represent their vote in Washington, D.C., and then you came home and you continued your work.

And what's happened now is that idea has been really perverted.

So to see this happening not just here in Florida and in different, you know, in certain areas that I believe that will go back to red, but we're seeing it in areas that we never expected before, even like California with Mike Garcia.

He's a prime example of someone who was not part of the D.C.

establishment and he came in and he crushed it.

And guess what?

He's going to do some incredible things.

And so I'm very happy to be a part of this.

It's not just myself.

There's so many others like myself, like Madison Cawthorne, Alicia Andrews, Tamika Hamilton.

I mean, so many people across the nation that are really crushing it.

But I can tell you one thing: it's not going to be easy, and I'm going to need all the help that I can get because when you go out there near Maverick like that, you become a target.

And I do believe in fighting for this country.

I'm a patriot.

I'm not a politician.

And I will be flipping the seats.

By the way, if if you would like to find out more or help, voteanapaulina.com.

Voteanapaulina.com.

So,

Ana Paulina,

what is the message that the GOP needs to hear to win?

What is

I mean, there's a, you know, poll after poll is showing that the Democrats are going to win.

I don't, I just can't imagine the America that I have always known and loved is going to go with a party that is supporting BLM and won't call out the riots for what they are.

I mean, protests are protests.

Those are protected.

These are riots, and these are really, really bad Marxists that they are dismissing.

What is the message the GOP needs to push forward to be able to win?

The GOP needs to, one, be pushing forward that everyone, it doesn't matter where you're at, but you need to be taking a stand right now.

People want strong leaders that, even in the face of

adversity, will sit there and they will tell you the truth, even if they're the only one saying it.

And I can tell you that in everything that I've done, if I would have gone by saying, I'm bending the knee to mob rule, I wouldn't be here today.

So the GOP needs to make sure that every single one of us is locked up in standing for the Constitution, standing up against this radical behavior, the mob rule that's really taking effect, but also to ensuring that we are using the truth and we weaponize the truth.

Right now, I can tell you that when I even debate people, the biggest takedown that I get is when I'm putting the cold, hard facts out there.

Incorporate your stories, own who you are, but don't be afraid of telling them exactly what they need to hear, sometimes if you're the only one saying it.

And I mean, it's not easy.

Again, Glenn, I've never done this before, but I can tell you that, you know, I'm not giving up.

I believe in fighting for this country.

And I think that regardless of what the media is saying, I can tell you what I'm seeing every single day when I go out to the community in places where they said that

people would not be voting for Republicans, people would not be voting for President Trump.

And you know what?

I'm getting a great response, and I believe in that, so I'm going to continue to fight.

Anna Paulina Luna, a congressional candidate in

Florida,

studies show that the best guys that get into Congress at first are military

because they are willing to fight.

As the time goes on, they become more and more big government because

they've been born

and really kind of raised in the military, so they see government as a solution.

And you become more and more like John McCain, who I think was a hero, but I think he lost his way towards the Constitution at the end.

How do you view that,

and what would make you stay close to the founding idea of small government?

I've actually, you know,

I do share your perspective on that one.

I've met a few great veterans, but I've also met some veterans in Congress that use their vet card that I've been very disappointed in.

And I can tell you that what I'm finding is that a lot of people end up pivoting and changing and becoming these big government, you know,

pro-PAC hacks is what I call them, because of the fact that they're really controlled by the lobbyists and they're controlled by the special interest groups.

And so, I've been fortunate enough to amass this profile on social media to where I am able to fundraise and stay clean from that.

But really, I do believe that, you know, that amount of money coming in, it can be a problem.

And ultimately, some of these people, it's easy to just go up to Washington, D.C., and take money from the special interests.

It's not easy to go out and say, I'm not going to do that.

I'm going to do it from the people.

And I hope to be that person.

And that's what I'm doing so far.

And I'm sticking with that plan.

And I will say this too, though, Glenn: you know, the longer that you're there, the more difficult it becomes.

So I don't want to be in office for that long.

I think that we need term limits.

And I'm trying to do my part right now.

But I do look forward to the day where I can retire and throw my cell phone in the ocean, or not the ocean, but walking.

You really sound genuine.

I know several people in Congress who say this is the worst thing they've ever had to do in their life.

And they despise it because

it's just riddled with infection on both sides.

Are you prepared for

losing everything that you kind of thought you knew about the good things about Washington and really look at it and not become the abyss as you stare into it?

Yes, I am.

And I say that, one, I have a really strong faith in God, but also two, I mean, I'm not doing this because it's, you know, my end-all-be-all plan.

I actually sacrifice a lot to do this to include, you know, when you go into this arena and you set foot in it, you realize that you're going to come under some serious attack.

And I will say the reason I'm doing it is because I genuinely feel that it needs to be done.

I feel that if we don't take a stand now that we will lose this country.

And so for me, it's not because I necessarily am you know chomping at the bit to go get trashed in Washington, D.C.

I'm not.

but I do believe that it's my public service and I really did seriously, I'm not trying to be cliche right now, I took my oath of enlistment very seriously and it says to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

And when you have people

systematically using legislation to really take down and dismantle the Constitution, they are no longer friends of the people.

They're no longer defending the Constitution.

And so we have to rise to that occasion, whether or not we want to, because it's the right thing to do.

Ana Paulina Luna, congressional candidate in Florida.

Ana Paulina, thank you so much.

All right, so now we're removing Goodyear tires from the presidential limousine, The Beast, and I'm actually glad.

I mean,

I hate boycotts, but

why support these companies that are working against what you believe?

The

Goodyear Tires had a training training session, and somebody

took a picture of their training program, one of the screens,

and it said

the do's and don'ts, if you will, of working at Goodyear Tire.

So they had zero tolerance.

What was acceptable, Black Lives Matter, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, pride, what is unacceptable, blue lives matter, all lives matter, MAGA attire, political affiliated slogans or material

wow that's uh huh

because you see blm is not political and the lgbtq agenda no politics no politics there no but supporting police officers you know staying alive that's political and everyone's staying alive that's certainly political

you know look it's a terrible policy they tried to deny it and say that it wasn't really it wasn't wasn't from their corporate office, but there's some new audio

which is coming out now from internal Goodyear deliberations, which not only say the exact policy as printed on

this document, but also extend it, I would say.

You know, it's pretty blatant,

and I don't think it's illegal.

I don't think it's legal for

what they're I don't think it's legal what they're doing.

You can't discriminate based on color of skin.

Now, I know the California Constitution is attempting to

remove the idea that discrimination is wrong because they want to be able to discriminate against the right groups that they want to discriminate against.

My understanding is that as an employer, you're not really allowed to do that.

We kind of got rid of that a while ago.

We all sort of agreed that it was a good idea to get rid of discrimination based on color of skin.

Yeah, but that's when we were stupid and racist.

Okay.

So, Goodyear, I have to tell you, if you're looking for tires, and I hate to say this because there's a a lot of good people that are working at the Goodyear plants in Ohio.

And that's the problem.

It's like the people who came up with that policy are not losing their jobs.

No.

The people who are going to lose their jobs if people stop buying Goodyear tires are random, regular people who work at the factories and the offices.

It's not going to happen.

And that's when those people need to decide what's important.

If they rose up.

I think they are, though.

That's what leaking this stuff is.

Yes.

Right.

I mean, it's important to expose it.

And it is the type of thing that sometimes does get reversed

when the sunlight hits it.

Maybe that'll be enough.

This won't.

You don't think?

This won't.

No.

BLM is,

look, we have to talk about it, and we have to talk about the organization

and expose it.

Because if you don't, people are going to think it's just this wonderful.

It's not.

It is a corporation, and

it's a really, really bad anti-family, anti-West, anti-capitalist group that really is using George Floyd and Black Lives for their own agenda.

This is the Glenn Beck program.

Shame on Goodyear.

And I hate to say that because of all the good people that work there, but shame on them.

Well, we have the leaked audio now that proves that Goodyear's statement was

bogus.

and shows that it was actually worse because it is race-based.

If you don't know what we're talking about, let me recap before we play the audio.

Yesterday, there was a slide that

was being showed to employee training in a class for employees.

And it,

on this unbelievable slide, it showed that you, what was acceptable and what was not acceptable.

And the things that were not acceptable

were Blue Lives Matters, t-shirts, hats, anything like that, all lives matter, any MAGA attire.

Wow.

Politically affiliated slogans or material.

What was acceptable, Black Lives Matter, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, pride, LGBT.

So you could wear anything you wanted with that.

But if you did anything, you know, pro-cops or MAGA,

they had zero tolerance.

Okay.

You know,

we can't lose Goodyear and we can't lose jobs at Goodyear.

But unless the employees stand up,

and the way to get the employees to stand up, I think, because I'll bet you most of the employees disagree with this.

If we can't get the employees to stand up at the beginning, then you got to apply pressure.

And I hate to say it, but if I were buying tires today, it wouldn't be a Goodyear

because they came out and said, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

The visual in question was not created or distributed by the Goodyear Corporate.

And

it wasn't part of a diversity training class.

Uh-huh.

Okay.

So an oddly worded denial from the start, right?

Yeah.

What do you mean?

So what if

it wasn't a part of a diversity training class?

In some ways, it's worse.

Right.

What was it?

What was it for?

Like you're just giving it to people on a normal day.

That's even worse.

At least people can can tune out on your diversity training days.

So now let's play the audio.

And this is the audio from Goodyear.

Listen.

Stop, bro.

Stop.

Stop.

Let me give you the full statement.

Some people may wish to express their views on social justice or inequality or equity issues such as Black Lives Matter or LGBTQ pride on their face coverings, shirts, or wristbands.

That will be deemed approved because it applies with a zero tolerance stance.

However, go ahead.

The associate wears all

blue

Black Lives Matter shirts for face

coverings.

That will be not appropriate.

There's rules now around what you can wear.

Let's try to comply with these so that way

you know everybody feels good in this factory.

I want to make sure guys think about what we do in this factory, right?

We all work together to make tires.

That's what we do.

That's what we get paid to do.

So let's continue to do that and do the right thing.

Keep this place what it's always been, a good place to work.

Well, you've lost that because you've caved in.

There's two things going on.

Let me finish what he said.

You can wear anything Black Lives Matter, et cetera, et cetera.

However, any associate that wears all or blue or white lives matter shirts or face coverings, that will not be appropriate.

Now, he references in there the zero tolerance policy, which...

The only thing different in the zero tolerance policy slide than what he just said

was what?

MAGA.

Well, oh, yeah, he didn't mention what MAGA, and he did mention White Lives Matter.

Was the White Lives Matter in the initial one?

I don't remember.

I don't think so.

Let me look.

Not a lot of people wearing White Lives Matter.

No, Blue Lives Matter, All Lives Matter, MAGA attire, politically affiliated slogans or material.

So it doesn't look good for Goodyear.

And, you know, Martin Luther King said, if you don't do boycotts, your movement doesn't have any teeth.

And,

you know, everybody has to decide on their own what they're going to do.

But if I were buying tires today, I would make it very clear to Goodyear that I am intentionally not buying a Goodyear tire.

It's amazing, too, that these companies keep doing this.

It's like,

you have, you realize that this is not a 90-10 sort of split you're talking about here.

Like, you know, you're MAGA gear.

Half the country's is going to vote for this guy, whether you like him or not.

You can't just eliminate, unless you're a partisan organization, right?

Like if you're the Huffington Post, you can do all sorts of things to piss off conservatives because no one cares.

Your Goodyear tires,

half your employees or more than half of your employees probably are going to vote for Donald Trump.

I know that doesn't make you happy, but like you have to be able to understand that you're a business.

You are not a political activist organization.

Everyone seems to want to be one.

That's understandable.

That's the second message from this, I think.

I mean, here's this guy, and you can hear it in his voice.

He's like, Come on, guys, let's just remember what we do here.

We make tires.

Right.

There's no passion behind it in this guy.

He's like, Look, guys, can we just please just make the things that roll in the bottom of cars?

Right.

So

he's basically defending this policy and making sure that everybody knows because

he's forced to, or they're forced to, because they are giving in to the minority of Black Lives Matter.

That minority is going to get smaller and smaller and smaller as time goes on.

Because as more people see them for who they really are,

it's going to become very unpopular.

But they are doing the same thing that the

dispassionate Nazis did, the people who just ran a business or a store and they just wanted to be left alone.

They hung the Nazi flag in their store window and they did it only to say, Nazis, leave us alone.

Just leave us alone.

We're not going to be a problem.

We just want to make tires.

Leave us alone.

And that's what he's saying here.

However, he's expecting

the white people.

He's expecting

the people who, black and white, that believe in the police.

He's expecting the people black and white that vote for Donald Trump.

He's expecting the people, black and white, that know that Black Lives Matter is a Marxist company

that wants the destruction of the traditional family and the Western way of life.

He's expecting those people just to go along with it.

And that's where he's pleading, please, guys, can we just...

Can we just all know that this is just a bunch of vocal minority here that we're just placating so we can get back to business?

That's what he's saying.

If he would have said that, it would have fit perfectly with his tone.

You know, his tone is like, look, you know, we want everyone to be happy.

We want to make some tires.

It's a good place to work.

Can we just go along with this and not whine about it?

And I'm not saying that you should whine about this.

You should.

But like, as someone who's trying to get himself through this announcement, and he's just, he was probably the guy who was sitting in, and I bet there were lots in corporate boardrooms all across the country that are like, guys,

we make tires.

We make tires.

Why are we making a statement about what

political stuff you can wear?

Right.

Can we stay out of this?

We make tires.

We make tires for people who drive cars that, you know, are going to an Antifa rally and we drive car, we, we, uh, we, uh, uh, make tires for police cars.

Can we stop?

Can we stop?

We make tires.

And you know that's happening all over.

I am so blessed to work for my own company company where we haven't had to have any of these, and nor will we have any of these kinds of meetings.

It's ridiculous.

I don't know how you're doing it, America.

And think about this, too.

What party is closer aligned with what Goodyear is actually doing?

You know, the other party is trying to get rid of cars.

So, you know, there's not a lot of value in Goodyear tires when none of the cars are on the road.

And if you want to say, oh, well, that's not true.

They want electric cars.

Okay, fine.

But, I mean, what are the tires made out of

right like this is these are this is a they're made out of fossil fuels

that's what they're made out of this is a this is such a ridiculous thing and every company you know when this started back in the day glen because we were right at the cutting edge of this and when i say cutting edge i mean on the knife like the side getting stabbed by these movements you know these sort of fakey movements that would say oh, well, you know, we get five calls from some random activist group because supposedly Glenn said something on the air.

And it was always Glenn.

Glenn said something on the air.

Never you.

Never me.

That got us in trouble for some reason that someone didn't like, some crazy activist.

And they would call and they'd get, the same five people would call.

This is back when they were doing it via phone.

And then they started doing it via email.

And then the same people would get all these emails come in from the same activists over and over and again.

They're form letters.

And I remember thinking at some point, these companies learn that what is happening to them is a scam.

There's not a large movement saying you can't

learn.

They never learn.

They didn't learn.

They learned.

Because they got into the system and they are in positions of power.

So they are, I mean, Black Lives Matter.

They are in positions of power now.

All of their supporters, they have them in Washington, D.C.

They've taken over one of the two political parties.

So you can't ignore them anymore.

And yes, that's exactly how they built it.

And it was all built on Soros money and everything else.

And it's dirty as hell.

And it's Marxist.

But all these companies, they go with it because what are you going to do?

What are you going to do?

We did a quote from Ibrahim Kendi.

He's one of the big white, he's in that white fragility sort of world, this new racism.

And his quote was fascinating and so honest and so very much where we are today, which was the only solution for past discrimination is present discrimination.

The only solution for present discrimination is future discrimination.

They are outwardly advocating for discrimination.

It's why California is pulling out of their state constitution

clause about you're not allowed to discriminate against the race or color of skin or whatever.

They want to be able to discriminate based on the color of skin.

Think of that statement.

They're pulling it out of constitutions.

They're bringing us back 400 years.

This is in progress.

This is taking us and dragging us back 400 years.

All of the worst instincts of human beings these people are trying to bring back.

When I mean these people, I mean left-wing activists.

Almost a very small percentage of them are actually black.

This is a bunch of white elitists who have wanted this for a really long time.

And they're using the death of George Floyd, using black people who have been killed, some

in valid circumstances, some in completely horrific circumstances, and saying, you know what, we're going to build this movement on their backs.

It's disgusting.

All right, let me tell you about changing window coverings.

Changing them in your house is actually no small feat.

Promo code Beck.

You're listening to Glenn Beck.

This is the Glenn Beck program.

We have Donald Trump Jr.

on, joining us here in just a few minutes.

I can't wait to hear what it's like to

watch it.

Are they watching it together?

I mean, wouldn't you love, I think if Donald Trump would have

done a live stream of him just watching the convention, it would have been bigger than the convention itself.

You know what I mean?

That's the one I would have watched.

That's the one I would have watched.

You know, imagine if he was just sitting on the couch with the family and you were just hearing him go, oh, come on.

Oh, geez.

Yeah.

You know what I mean?

And just raw like he usually is.

That would have been huge.

Yeah, I think it would be huge.

I might do something like that on my Instagram page or something tonight.

Just

watch the speech and just rant about it because

that's how you watch it.

It is.

It's impossible.

If you have to watch it, that is what you do.

You just sit back and you make fun of it and you comment on it and you pick it apart piece by piece as you go.

We should just get together and just do that.

Yeah, that would be great.

It'd be fun.

Yeah.

So we have him on

coming up in just a second.

And I mean, there's so many questions to ask.

I'm not sure we're going to be able to get to everything because I want to hear what he thinks about the convention, how the Republicans and his dad is not going to repeat the mistakes of this convention.

What are they going to do?

What have they learned from this convention to make sure that it's better?

Doesn't it come off like a terrible info version?

Boy, that was bad.

And then how hard must it be to sit there and hear them talk about your dad stealing the election when they're doing everything they can to steal the election?

How they say he's not a great unifier when they are pushing that all white people are racist.

I mean, it's

unifying people and hating white people.

Right.

And that's unifying.

That's the unifying factor there.

You know, if you're...

If you don't agree with them entirely, you are just the worst person ever and should be banished into...

I don't even know if the hills are good enough for you.

Yeah, you'll never be seen again, that's for sure.

It's remarkable.

Well, let's uh, we should do this tonight on Instagram at Studos America at Glenn Beck.

I don't know if we can put it on the same

at the same time, but follow it on Instagram and we'll put something up maybe tonight.

That'd be fun.

Yeah, it'd be great.

All right, Donald Trump Jr.

is coming up next.

Let me tell you about our spotlight sponsor.

It's Built Bar.

Oh my gosh.

I just had my favorite is Mint Brownie.

Have you had that?

I don't think I've had mint brownie.

No.

Yeah, it's one of the new flavors, I think.

Mint brownie, my favorite ice cream is mint chocolate chip, and it is my,

it's my fat burden.

I mean, if it's there, I'm eating it.

If I go to the store, I'm getting it.

This is a great

dessert snack for me that I can have every night, and I get my fix.

It's like a hundred and I don't know, let's see what this one is.

It's like 150 calories or something like that.

So you're not pounding the calories at all.

And it's healthy.

It's a protein bar, but it's flavor first.

They're built bars.

Check them out with all of their great new flavors.

Do it now.

What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

This is the Glen Beck Program.

Not a lot to say this hour.

Donald Trump Jr., his comments on the convention.

We begin there with him in 60 seconds.

This is the Glenn Beck program.

I'm going out on a limb here and thinking that maybe you pay too much for your mobile phone service.

I mean, of course you do.

You're way overpaying and you're paying all kinds of hidden fees and everything else.

And then they're taking, the big mobile companies are taking portions of what you pay and they are applying it to Planned Parenthood and anti-First and Second Amendment stuff.

They're working against you every time you make a phone call.

Switch because you have an alternative.

You're not only going to get the same reliable nationwide service at a low rate because everybody's on the same cell towers now, but you're also going to support a company that shares your values.

And switching is really easy.

You can bring your own phone or get a new one.

And now, until September 12th, during their school days promotion, you can choose either a free phone or a free month of service when you switch to America's only conservative cell phone carrier, Patriot Mobile.

Do it now.

Plus, Patriot Mobile is going to donate a portion of their profits to students for life.

PatriotMobile.com/slash Beck.

Use the promo code Beck and choose a free month of service or a free phone.

Veterans and first responders, save even more.

972 Patriot.

That's 972 Patriot or PatriotMobile.com.

Promo code Beck.

Man needs

no introduction.

Donald Trump Jr.

is joining us now.

Don, how are you?

I'm doing well.

I also need no interruption.

If you give me the mic, I'll just go for hours.

That's right.

Okay.

So, Don, tell us, first of all, are you watching this convention

with your family, with your dad?

You're watching it separately?

No, I've been watching it alone.

I'm in New York and my father's in D.C., but I've been trying to watch it.

It's not easy to get through.

Oh, my gosh.

It's painfully boring, and this is from the party that owns Hollywood.

They have all these directors involved, and this is the best they can come come up with.

It's almost like ever since Harvey Weinstein went to prison, the Democrats have lost their flare.

I will tell you, it's making a lot of conservatives very nervous is because if this is the best they can do,

oh my gosh, what are the Republicans going to do?

What is your debt?

But it's different.

I think you expect you know, again, you expect that artsy nonsense from the Democrats.

Instead, you're seeing hateful drivel, long, boring speeches,

hypocrisy that knows no bounds.

I mean, you talk about Obama,

Bill Clinton talking about the sanctity of the Oval Office.

Obama talking about enriching themselves from public office.

I mean, Obama went in as the community organizer.

He's buying a $20 million home in Martha's Vineyard.

Please

spare me the nonsense.

It's sort of amazing.

So

I hesitate to even bring this up because your dad just might do it.

But I think your dad would beat the ratings of the Democratic Convention tonight just online if he just live streamed and just off the hip just commented all the way through.

I think more people would watch that than are watching the actual convention.

Well, 100%.

I actually said something similar during the Democrat debates, being like, we should just set up a fundraiser, which is just a live stream of DJT watching the Democrat debates and commenting in the way that really only he can.

It would be truly special.

So that brings me to

your dad being kind of handicapped here because of COVID.

I saw your dad speak at, I think it was CPAC.

And when you watch him live, it is a totally different experience than seeing that live

speech on television.

You see him live, you understand him much more.

He listens and he learns from the audience.

And it's a remarkable thing.

He is really, truly remarkable live.

That is his strength.

Now with COVID,

you don't have the opportunity for him to play at his strength.

And I think that's part of the deal here,

to handicap him.

How is he going to

maneuver around this so he can use his strength?

Well,

I think you're 100% right in many sense.

I think there's definitely a political element of this.

The Democrats are loving that.

You've never seen a political campaign like Joe Biden's where they're actually thrilled that they can have an excuse to not put their candidate in front of the American people who would be voting for him.

You know, that's literally never been done in political history.

You know, Donald Trump, that's his polling.

When he's speaking to a crowd of 25,000, you know, he sees what they're into.

He sees their reaction.

He doesn't go to a pollster where, you know, as you've seen, they haven't been right about much in the last few years.

He gets that directly from the American people.

So they're trying to cut that out.

I think the difference now, I think it would have been much more problematic if this had happened in 2016, because now the American people see it.

But more importantly, Donald Trump made promises to the American people in 2016.

And unlike most of our politicians, since we're accustomed to promises, Donald Trump's actually delivered.

I mean, I could understand, you know, if you're pro-life, you know, I could understand being skeptical of sort of the New York City brash billionaire.

Like, is this guy going to really fight for pro-life?

Like, if you're pro-religious liberty, if you're pro-2A, if whatever it may be, the reality is Donald Trump's been as strong on those issues, if not stronger, than any president in modern American history.

So now for conservatives, they see that.

More importantly, for everyone else, they also see that a president came in with no experience, no Washington ties, was able to get to the greatest economic numbers our country has ever seen, most number of new startup business, lowest unemployment for every demographic and every minority.

Your 401ks through the roof.

Even in a global pandemic, the numbers are still better than many of the ones under the Obama administration.

So I always say, if Joe Biden, like if he knew how to fix anything, why didn't he tell Obama?

Why didn't he do it?

Why did he wait 50 years as a Washington, D.C.

swamp creature, half a century, Glenn, to now, now he's going to deliver?

I'd ask you this.

Name a single Joe Biden accomplishment that was good for America.

His accomplishments are he built up China.

He pushed for them to be in the World Trade Organization.

They grew their economy from one that was the size of the Netherlands to the behemoth that is today because of people like Joe Biden pushing for it.

But like other than for China, name a single Joe Biden accomplishment.

And now we are to believe that this guy is going to fix America coming out of a pandemic.

brought to us by a country that he spent the last half a century building.

It's asinine, and I think people see it.

And it's not only that, I don't think he's really making the policies.

I mean,

and I don't mean this with any kind of glee or anything else.

I want to ask you

this way.

If your father at any time became as

addled as I think Joe Biden is,

wouldn't your family gather around and say, hey, Dad, Dad, stop.

You don't.

Correct.

Let's not.

Let's not wreck here.

100%.

Right?

100%.

But it's grotesque.

Hunter Biden's taking $1.5 billion from the Chinese government.

Now, was he an investor?

No, not really.

He never did that.

But the brothers making multi-million dollars from getting housing contracts in Iraq.

Minor detail.

He's never built a home.

I actually literally wrote a book about it.

I mean, it's coming out first week of September called Liberal Privilege.

because that's the kind of stuff that's going on.

So if their entire family's livelihood wasn't dependent on Joe Biden's taxpayer-funded office, you know, they would have the decency to do it.

And again, I don't mean to make light of

dementia or any sort of those.

By the way, I think he could be a great grandfather, maybe a great guy, but like, are we really going to trust the nuclear football?

Are you really going to trust your children and your grandchildren's futures on this guy because we want to be sensitive and kowtow around the issue of mental decline?

I mean, I get that it's a sensitive thing for many people, but that doesn't mean you should be like, yeah, you know, it's sensitive.

I want to be right about this, so let's just give him the presidency.

I mean, it's sort of insane, right?

It's very insane.

And I think your dad's going to have a minefield to be able to point that out

without

having everybody pounce and say, look how mean he is.

But it has to be pointed out.

In the debates,

it has to be made clear.

He's not there.

He's He's just not there.

Now, listen, Glenn, if Donald Trump made one of the daily Joe Biden-type errors, you know, like forgetting where he is, confusing his wife from his sister,

not being able to speak to a group of five or six people.

And now, if you're a 50-year Washington, D.C.

politician, you can't speak to a group of five people without a teleprompter.

And even with the teleprompter, you screw it up.

It's a problem.

If Donald Trump did one of those things, you would have every television psychologist in America on TV immediately saying, he's in the later stages of Alzheimer's and dementions combined.

I've never seen anything like this.

It's terrible.

25th Amendment with Joe Biden.

They're like, nothing to see here.

And it's because the media can push Joe Biden as the moderate.

They could try to sell to the American people.

Look, it's moderate Joe from Scranton.

They don't talk about the fact that he left Scranton at seven.

They don't talk about the fact that he was an elected Washington, D.C.

official since his 20s and has done nothing else.

He's not blue-collar Joe, but they can try to sell that image to the American people while you have people like Kamala Harris with the most liberal voting record in the Senate, even left of Bernie, in there, while you have the Biden-Sanders joint unity platform, the Biden-Bernie Sanders joint unity platform on Joe Biden's website.

So when I say that he's a radical and all the people, no, he's not, he's a moderate, I'm like, you're not a moderate if you have the Biden-Bernie-Sanders joint unity platform on your website.

$4 trillion in taxes so you, the American people, can have the privilege of paying for free health care and education for illegals.

Now, you don't have the privilege of getting that for yourself, but you can pay for it for others.

I mean, this is insanity.

And so, Joe is the perfect sort of puppet for the left.

The real darling of this thing is Kamala Harris for the media.

That's who they always wanted, and that's basically who they'll get if Joe Biden's the president.

He's not going to be the guy to do it.

I know.

We have such little time left.

I know you have to get to your uncle's funeral today, and

I'm so sorry for what happened over the weekend, the way that was handled by so many.

It's really despicable.

I don't know who we've turned into.

But let me just ask you a couple of questions on the election.

I don't know how

you just don't lose your mind between the Russia hoax and then the Ukraine phone call hoax and now the post office hoax and all of these things.

It's what they're doing.

It's what they're doing.

They're self-diagnosing every time, you know, there's something going on in Ukraine.

Yep, there is something going on.

You're doing it in Ukraine.

You know, there's a somebody's trying to steal election.

Yep, you're trying to steal the election.

What can you, what is the, what is the president going to do?

Because if he doesn't win in a landslide,

they're going to tear this country apart.

How can he assure?

He's been doing it anyway, guys.

I know, I know.

No, no, no.

They're unifiers.

No, no, no.

We learned last night they're unifiers.

Well, they're unifiers if you agree with 100% of every ridiculous thing they said.

Now, if you veer off a little bit, like if you're like, okay, I agree with you 99%, but I like my Second Amendment, you're persona non grata, you're canceled, they'll destroy your business, they'll cut you off, you know, it's over.

So, you know, it's interesting you brought up sort of all the hoaxes that continue, and you even see the post office hoaxes that do the latest outrage.

It's crazy.

And it's nonsense.

He literally is on the record saying, hey, I'll fund the post office, but I want to do that while simultaneously funding the American people.

Unlike Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats who literally, they want millions of dollars for the Kennedy Center for the Arts.

Now, hey, I'm sure the Kennedy Center for the Arts is wonderful, but in a time like this when Americans have lost jobs, where businesses were struggling,

how about we give the American taxpayer money back their money?

The other problem with all of the hoaxes is that it actually only makes Donald Trump's accomplishments all that much more significant.

Think about it.

The economic accomplishments, the geopolitical accomplishments, getting a peace deal done in the Middle East.

But while he's they spent three years trying to throw me in jail,

they pushed that he was an agent of Russia somehow.

They continue to do that to this day, Glenn.

You have the impeachment hoax.

You have all of these lies.

And he was still,

despite more incoming fire than any president has ever taken, he was still able to deliver for the American people.

Now, imagine what we could do if we had the House.

If we get the House back.

We had it once, but we had weak leadership in the House.

They weren't going to push for any of these plans because they were more concerned about some liberal in Washington, D.C.

writing a mean article about them that was going to happen anyway.

So this time around, you could do it.

But I mean, to me, the incoming that he took makes his accomplishments that much more important.

I want to respect your time.

I would just urge that you please look into

a way to

keep accounts on high-tech.

They going to sway the election and they're already doing it.

And, you know, there's.

100%.

Listen, this has been an issue that has been one that's really important to me.

I've been probably one of the most vocal conservatives on the issue.

I've been doing it for three years.

I mean,

I was canceled two weeks ago off of Twitter.

I was thrown off Instagram a few times.

They censored my posts even when they're 100% accurate in the general theme of the things.

The social media censorship has been a disaster for conservatives.

And honestly, unfortunately, not a lot of Republicans have even been aware of it till guys like me started breaking it up because they do the, oh, no, it's free market.

Oh, I know.

Not free market when you get liability protections from the U.S.

government, but then you're acting as a publisher deciding who's getting to do what and when.

You notice you've never heard of a single left-wing organization, regardless of how radical, who's been thrown off a social media platform.

But everyone can name 50 conservatives who've been thrown off, censored, demonetized, deplatformed, or just outright thrown off the platforms.

So it's a scary thing.

Please.

And they're definitely putting their hands on the scale of this election.

Please look into Dr.

Robert Epstein's work up in Boston.

He is, for $10 million, he can monitor what's happening that will be immediately erased.

It's ephemeral stuff.

And he's got it down.

He just needs some support.

So look into that if you can.

One last thing.

Deep state.

Are we going to see people go to jail for what happened with the impeachment and Ukraine stuff?

I sure hope so.

I mean, God knows I was one of the, you know, other than my father, I was probably the number two target of their hoax.

You know, so I hope so.

And, you know, if it's taking a long time, I hope it's because they're getting their ducks in a row to do it right.

But, you know, if you didn't believe in the deep state in 2016, I'd forgive you.

If you don't believe in it now, you're an idiot.

And so, you know, we do have to combat these kind of atrocities because, by the way, this should be a partisan issue.

It's not because they can manipulate it against Donald Trump.

But like no american regardless of your political affiliation should want or think that this could ever happen again to any president to any president uh what happened was an absolute disgrace uh and too many people in washington dc are more concerned about preserving the institutions of government rather than the constitution itself and that should scare all of us because you see that honestly you see it a lot from people on the right uh oh you know well

i've known him for a long time he's my buddy so I'm not going to do anything.

I'm like, your buddy, you know, literally,

he was involved in the first non-peaceful transition of power in 240 plus years, and you're going to give him a pass because you've known him.

That's pretty sad.

You know, the FBI corruption at the top.

And again, I want to make the distinction between the door kickers, the guys on the ground, who come up to me all the time.

I mean, I'm a competitive shooter.

I sort of go in those circles.

I mean, they come up to me just, and they literally apologize for the disgrace of what's happened to leadership at the FBI for those sorts of things to happen.

You know, the media makes Comey their darling.

I mean, the guy is the most sanctimonious joker I've ever seen in my life.

It's almost embarrassing that this guy could actually ascend to the top of the FBI.

But that's because, again, to get anywhere in D.C., you have to become a bureaucrat.

You have to sell out yourself.

You have to be one of them.

And that's scary, and it needs to stop.

Donald Trump Jr., thank you so much for being on the program.

Appreciate everything you and your family have gone through

in our name.

Thank you for that.

And congratulations on the Middle East.

It is an unbelievable accomplishment.

Thanks so much.

We'll talk about that.

You bet.

Bye-bye.

He's a great talk radio guest, Donald Trump Jr.

He was really good.

There was so much that I would have liked to spend time, but they're on their way to the funeral for his brother, for his uncle, Donald Trump, Donald Trump's brother.

And

I can't imagine.

You know, they were saying that they were going to have the funeral at the White House.

They were thinking about having it at the White House.

Would you want to go out to a church, to that circus?

For a funeral?

Really, no matter what you do at this point.

I mean, any president, but certainly this one more than others.

I mean, just a circus.

Just a circus

to be able to do that.

And you know what they're, I mean, you know what they just already did to your family.

Yeah, the media was disgusting about that, as they tend to be.

This is what they do.

They tend to exploit death in any way they can to try to.

It's not just the media, it's the left generally.

It is a death cult.

It really is.

And in many ways, the left is a death cult.

They cheer for it,

they

egg it on,

they use death whenever they can to scare it.

It is a death cult.

It really is.

It's a terrifying philosophy on the Uber left.

All right, back in a minute.

This is the Glenn Beck program.

Bill's a type of runner he usually places, you know, second or third in his age group at the races, and he lives in Colorado, so we're talking races through the mountain passes.

I mean, I don't even like driving through the mountain passes.

I mean,

oh, it's so uphill the whole time.

Naturally, because I'm convinced that God wouldn't have invented cars if he wanted us to run, Bill started having, you know, a lot of knee and leg pain, which, you know, I don't have because I don't run.

Of course, I'll probably have a heart attack.

Fortunately, he listens to this program.

So when the pain began to get bad, he already knew about Relief Factor, and it didn't take long.

Within a couple of weeks, he said the pain was already beginning to subside.

Bill could go back to running his stupid races.

Bill, stop making me look bad.

Relief Factor, not a drug, but developed by doctors, and 70% of the people who try it go on to order more.

You can order the three-week quick start for only $13.90, or sorry, $19.95.

Wow.

I want to share with you

one of the most incredible

stories

I've ever read.

This is from Forbes magazine.

And the headline is, you must not

do your own research.

So the exact opposite of what I have said to you is now Forbes.

I tell you all the time, do not believe me.

I can make mistakes and information is not fully yours and you can't fully support it or dismiss it unless you have done your own homework.

And I've also said, when it comes to this, question with boldness even the very existence of God, for if there be a God, he must rather honest questioning over blindfolded fear.

Those two things I have been saying to you for 20 years.

Now listen to this article.

Research both sides and make up your own mind.

It's simple, straightforward, common sense advice.

And

when it comes to issues like vaccinations, climate change, and the coronavirus, it can be dangerous, destructive, and even deadly.

The techniques that most of us use to navigate most of our decisions in life, gathering information, evaluating it based on what we know, and choosing a course of action can lead to spectacular failures when it comes to a scientific matter.

The reason is simple.

Most of us, and even those of us who are scientists ourselves, lack the relevant scientific expertise needed to adequately evaluate that research on our own.

In our own fields, we're aware of the full suite of data, how those puzzle pieces fit together, and what the frontiers of our knowledge is.

When laypersons espouse opinions on those matters, it's immediately clear to us where the gaps are in their understanding and where they've misled themselves in their reasoning.

When they take up arguments of contrarian scientists, we recognize what they're overlooking, misinterpreting, or admitting.

Unless we start valuing the actual expertise that legitimate experts have spent lifetimes developing, doing our own research, could lead to immeasurable and unnecessary suffering.

Stu,

why did no one see the 2008 crash coming and I did?

What did the guy from Columbia,

the professor from Columbia, economics professor, say to me when he came up, he said, where's your degree?

Where'd you get your degree in economics?

And I said, I don't have one.

He said,

I knew it.

Because it was, you were looking at it from a different perspective.

You weren't lost in the same metrics or whatever.

He said, I cannot get my students to think like you.

He said, because they're so

trained to all think like a monolith.

They're all trained to say, oh, no, this is what the truth is.

And so only an outside observer can look at it and go,

the emperor has no clothes?

Hello?

This is so destructive to not just society, but to your own personal power.

You know what this is?

You've got to go to the high priest

because you don't understand Latin.

Okay, you don't understand Latin.

You say, oh, well, God, you know, Jesus came to rescue us as individuals and he wants a personal relationship with me.

Yeah, yeah, well, that's a cute little understanding, but you don't know all of the rules because you don't understand Latin.

So come to me and I'll tell you what those are.

That's total control.

Total control.

Now they say, let's start with a simple low-stakes example.

Fluoride in the drinking water.

On one hand, fluoride is a simple ion that shows up in various concentrations, including naturally through calcium fluoride in bodies of waters all across the world.

When humans ingest too little of it, particularly at a young age, it leads to weakened tooth enamel and greater rates of cavities.

When humans ingest too much of it, it leads to tooth discoloration and various severities of dental

fluorosis.

In extreme cases, significantly too much or too little fluoride can also lead to other problems, blah, blah, blah.

In most places in the U.S.

and Canada, our drinking water is fluoridated at specific levels that's safe and effective for humans of all ages.

But in places like Colorado Springs, Colorado, significant amounts of fluoride are removed from the water, bringing the levels down to acceptable values.

In other places like New York City, fluoride is added to the water.

Controlling the fluoride levels of water is safe and effective public health intervention, reducing dental carries in children by 40%.

However,

there are major cities in the world like Portland,

where the public or city council, respectively, has voted, in the case of Portland, repeatedly not to add fluoride to their drinking water.

And it is expected the typical cavity rates are about 40% higher where the water is fluoridated.

There's an old saying I've grown quite fond of recently.

You can't reason with somebody out of a position they didn't reason themselves into.

When most of us research an issue, what we're actually doing is formulating an initial opinion first time we hear about something, then evaluating everything we encounter after that through that lens of our gut instinct, finding reasons to think positively about the portions of the narrative that support or justify our initial opinion, and finding reasons to discount or otherwise dismiss the portions that detract from it.

Of course, that's not what we think we're doing.

We think of ourselves as the hero of our stories, cutting through misinformation and digging up the real truth on the matter.

We think that just by applying our brain power and our critical reasoning skills, we can discern whose expert opinions are trustworthy and responsible.

We think we can see through who's a charlatan and a fraud.

We can tell what's safe and effective from what's dangerous and ineffective.

Except, for most all of us, we can't.

Excuse me?

First of all, what he described is not critical thinking.

That's not critical thinking.

That's not an honest questioning.

If I go in and I'm trying to prove what I think is right, right,

that is not investigating and doing your own homework.

That's convincing yourself.

And there's a great deal of difference.

I've told you many times, I have started down a road of research and I realized halfway in, boy, if I continue to go down this road, I'm going to find things that are going to have to make me re-evaluate a lot of stuff I believe.

And do I really want to do that?

Because it's really hard.

I'm proud to say, in all cases, I've said yes.

Yes, I do.

I want to know the truth.

The question is, do you want to know the truth?

Why is Forbes telling us that you can't figure out what's right and what's wrong?

That you shouldn't question anyone?

Well,

here it is.

If we would only listen to them, it's absolutely foolish to think that you, a non-expert, who lacks the very scientific expertise necessary to evaluate the claims of experts, you know, like the experts that said the world was flat,

the experts that said

the world revolves around the sun,

the experts that have told us all kinds of stuff.

Butter is bad for you, butter is good for you.

If we don't listen to them,

we're going to be having trouble.

We can't do a better job than the actual bona fide experts of separating truth from fiction or fraud.

When we do do the research ourselves, we almost always wind up digging deeper into our own positions.

When left to their own devices, a substantial fraction of people will choose not

to fully vaccinate themselves or their children.

This is all about the COVID vaccine.

This is, and I'll bet you, this was written with the help of the research that we told you was being done about a month ago, where they were testing how do we convince people to get the COVID.

And the first part is just to nudge.

It's to make people feel like, you know, a little guilty, make them feel like, ah, you're not so smart.

Other people are smarter.

You should just kind of go along with it.

I bet you this is part of that research.

This article's written.

It's interesting because now they're saying the big group of people who don't want to get the COVID vaccine, because there's a lot of people who don't want to get vaccines for various reasons and have been in that area for a long time.

The new group of people who don't want to get the COVID vaccine are liberals because they don't trust Donald Trump.

They think Donald Trump is trying to force the vaccine through to win the election, and they're terrified of it because they think he's going to force everybody to cut corners and it won't be safe.

So, people who are actually pro-vaccine are turning against it because of Donald Trump's involvement.

That's a fascinating development to me.

I have news for you.

You're only really a nonpartisan if you don't trust this COVID, this

possible vaccine.

it wouldn't matter if Obama did it or Bush did it or Lincoln did it or Trump did it.

This has never been done before.

We've never moved anything this fast.

And they are moving hell in high water.

And I think it's great that they try it,

but I'm not taking it.

I'm not taking it for a long time.

I want to see what everybody else is happening.

Get Donald Trump Jr.

back on the phone.

Tell him to send me the first dose.

I want the first dose.

I really tell Donald.

Donald Trump Jr.

can send me any needle he wants and I'll just give it a whirl.

I'm sick of this.

I want to go to movie theaters again.

I want movies to come out.

But no, I mean, this is much more my position than I think a lot of people's, but

I am totally fine with the vaccine.

Although, again, this all means this is all qualified, right?

Like, am I taking the one Vladimir Putin just came out with?

Yeah.

You're taking the one, the one from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which they're actually in the middle of making one of.

Correct.

It makes me a little more doubtful of it.

I mean, I'd want to know if

you're not going to be able to do it.

How else would I do this too?

I would come up with

my own determination of my situation and what my health might be.

That's what you're supposed to do as an individual, right?

You don't want to take it.

I want to take it.

Whatever.

You make up your own decisions, and that's how at least America used to work.

Right.

Not anymore.

Right.

I mean, look, if I'm 70 years old, I might be one of the first to stand up and say, you know what,

give it a whirl.

I'll give it a whirl because I want to have my light back.

I want to be able to go out.

And they're saying it's safe, knowing that if there's any long-term problems with it or something like that, that I don't really have long-term plans, you know, anyway.

But I have to tell you,

you know, 55, I'm not taking it.

I'm not taking it.

And not because it's Donald Trump or the government or anything else.

No one's ever done anything this fast.

Yeah, it's true.

So we record by a significant margin.

And it would be great if it if it works and it is it.

I'm I'm not that concerned about dying from coronavirus.

I mean, I hate to say it, but I took my

hydroxychloroquine and zinc when everyone in my family,

everyone in my family who I was not social distanced from because we were all in the same house,

when everyone in the family had it, I took zinc and hydroxychloroquine before I got any symptoms,

and I was fine.

And I have a compromised immune system.

Are you kidding me?

What was that?

That was either God, which you don't believe in, or it was hydroxychloroquine and zinc, which you don't believe in.

Or I'm just Superman?

How is that?

You are in peak physical condition.

I will say.

Oh, yeah.

Look at me.

You don't get into any Hall of Fame if you're not really in physical condition.

This is the Glenbeck program.

This is the Glenbeck program.

So,

Stu, you looked at me like, I can't believe you were surprised that I would take the vaccine.

Well, no, I mean, you are a guy who drank weed killer.

I drank Roundup.

That's

so you did do that, okay, which I wouldn't have done.

It's a, you know, yes, I would, I would not recommend it.

It's not delicious, I will tell you that.

Not designed to be tasty.

Sure.

And I think you also drank

fracking fluid.

Yes, again, not designed fluid.

So again, I'm not surprised that you would line up to take it, but you are a science-minded guy.

And my only thing is not that you are anti-vaccine or I'm anti-vaccine.

No.

It's that, or I wouldn't trust the government one way or another, which I don't, but that doesn't even come into play, you know, on this statement of I'm not lining up to be one of the first.

I want to see what happens.

We've never rushed anything.

this fast and it's noble that we're doing it but you know maybe those who are really concerned about getting it should be the ones that get it.

I mean, we're taking probably three years off of the research timeline.

Yeah, and part of the reason why, and you know, I volunteered

for studies for this.

Did you really?

Yeah, I'm on the list.

Haven't been called.

I don't know what that says about me.

They're like, yeah, well, let's not save him.

But actually, part of the reason why is because I'm incredibly impressed by this whole operation.

I mean, Operation Warp Speed, something that the administration put together, is

a scientific marvel.

It is.

And if they do come up with the right vaccine and it works, Donald Trump deserves an incredible amount of

credit for it.

They have a lot of the corners that they have cut are not scientific corners, they're money corners.

So I'm comfortable with that.

And we should talk about that more tomorrow, about the whole process.
