and Alyssa are always trying to outdo each other.

When Alyssa got a small water bottle, Mike showed up with a four-litre jug.

When Mike started gardening, Alyssa started beekeeping.

Oh, come on.

They called a truce for their holiday and used Expedia Trip Planner to collaborate on all the details of their trip.

Once there, Mike still did more laps around the pool.

Whatever.

You were made to outdo your holidays.

We were made to help organize the competition.

Expedia, made to travel.

Thanks, Hillary.

I want to tell you about home title lock.

You know, you are probably having a little bit of a shorter

list of kind of asking what is possible for criminals to steal right now because they can't really break into your house.

You're usually always there.

So you at least have that going away.

But what you don't have set aside, unfortunately, is the possibility of home title fraud.

You have a situation where, look, your home, everyone's on the internet.

Probably all your documents are on the internet already.

If you have a home, you have a home title.

That's where the document is stored.

And now, look, we have hackers who are, they're just as bored as you are.

They're sitting at home and they're they have lots of free time to hack and go after all sorts of documents.

This is a big win for these criminals.

A little win is getting a credit card number.

A little win is going after a little bit, you know, some account online.

This is like home value we're talking about, big time money.

A home title lock is there to make sure that they don't do this to you.

Protect yourself with hometitalock.com.

It's 2020.

You can't afford to assume your home's title isn't at risk.

The fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

This is the Glenbeck program.

The coronavirus was real.

It wasn't staged.

It wasn't developed, as far as we know, in a lab.

I think it was just a bad, sloppy job from the Chinese in one of their laboratories, and it escaped.

And then it was lies from from the UN and the WHO and China.

That's what happened.

Now,

we did something that no one in the history of the world has ever done.

We shut everything down.

Well, I should say everything except essential businesses.

And most of those essential businesses were government or involved with the government.

You can certainly still get a lottery ticket in all 50 states if you have the lottery there.

So, what did we do?

Everybody's clamoring to get back to normal, but we are not going back

because

the actions we took, many of them were designed by a group of people that are not elected.

They were designed

last October

before coronavirus even became a thing in a war game

called Event 201.

Last night, I did an hour special on Event 201.

It's not a conspiracy theory, it's a fact.

A war game that I guess should have happened.

These people are concerned about a pandemic, but their goals are different than mine and most likely yours.

We go into Event 201 and give you some of the highlights in one minute.

This is the Glenn Beck program.

All right.

Our sponsor this half hour is Takovis Boots.

I want to talk to you a little bit about Takovis.

Takovis, the boots are really, really great.

They're all handmade, 200 steps, but

they're not like crazy expensive.

I mean, when you come down to Texas and you buy cowboy boots, you either buy crap because they're cheap, or you are, you know, somebody says, oh, you should go over here and you should buy their boots.

And you walk in and you're like, how much for a pair of boots?

I don't think so.

So Takovis knew this was a problem.

They're Texans.

And they knew people wanted a good quality pair of cowboy boots, but did not want to trade their car in for a pair.

So now they make them the way they've always been made.

They make them with the best leathers.

They make them by hand, 200 handmade steps, just to make a pair of boots.

And they're boots that you don't want to put in a glass case.

You'll actually wear them.

And they speak to integrity.

They speak to the West.

They speak to things that just never go out of style.

To Covis boots.

I want you to find your pair now at Tacovis.com/slash Beck.

That's T-E-C-O-V-A-S.com/slash Beck.

Go there now.

to COVIS, Western Where, for your frontiers.

A nation of sheep

will beget a government of wolves.

Civil unrest.

Polarization.

The disruption of technology.

economic destabilization, all culminating in a complete implosion of American trust.

The results?

Running to big government for help to save the day and scare away the big bad wolf of uncertainty.

The result has been a slow but steady merging of government and corporations.

But none of this has happened by chance.

Yeah, it's that threat to the Republic and to the order of American society bad.

The civil unrest we've seen, the polarization we've all experienced, the economic destabilization has all been conveniently helped along by our elected leaders in Washington who support a new world order, socialists, progressives.

It's all been spurred on by the socialists, all within our own borders who want nothing more than complete control over every facet of your life.

For a while, climate change was going to get them there.

After all, the Green New Deal had everything to do with furthering the tight grasp of big government that currently is hanging around your neck.

I can't find common ground if somebody says climate change is just not happening

when almost all the world scientists tell us it is.

I don't know where to start talking to you about this.

But it didn't begin there with sweet little AOC.

It began way back in 1992 with a plan called Agenda 21.

The plan about moving toward a centralized government with fighting climate change as the proxy to get us there.

Agenda 21 was later updated to Agenda 30, and now, all of a sudden, climate change wasn't enough.

And last October, the creators of this plan for takeover added preparation for a global pandemic to it as well.

Surprise, surprise, here we are in the midst of a pandemic.

And socialists declaring it an opportunity to reshape the way we do business.

This pandemic is giving our favorite socialists the chance to enact a new world order in a way climate change never could.

Prepare yourselves for event 201, the coronavirus war game.

The problem with America and Americans, conservatives, I think, is we don't think big enough.

We don't think bold enough.

We don't prepare for opportunities.

The left does.

The left has been preparing for an event like this for a very, very long time.

They thought they were going to get it through with climate change, but they decided just last year that climate change wasn't going to do it fast enough.

So they started preparing for something that we all knew would eventually come.

It's called Event 201.

Now, every year there are about 200 outbreaks of some sort of virus, but the big one that everybody is afraid of is the 201st.

Every year 200 and we're fine, but it's that extra one that when it hits we have to be prepared.

So Event 201 became a war game and it was to plan for what would be needed to prepare for the inevitable future.

It was a collaborative effort between Johns Hopkins Universities, the first progressive university in the country, Bill Gates, and the Economic World Forum.

Now, when the participants sat down to begin this war game,

this is the video that they were shown.

Listen.

It began in healthy-looking pigs, months, perhaps years ago.

A new coronavirus spread silently within herds.

Gradually, farmers started getting sick.

Infected people got a respiratory illness with symptoms ranging from mild flu-like signs to severe pneumonia.

The sickest required intensive care.

Many died.

They went on to talk about shortages of respirators and everything.

Now, if you just change pigs to bats, you have exactly what is happening right now.

So they started with that premise.

Here's a new coronavirus that starts with pigs and it is overwhelming everything.

Now, this is,

this is, I want to make clear, this was not a conspiracy theory.

This is not hidden.

You can find all this.

You can find the entire thing online.

Just nobody watches it.

But it's all out online.

And this is not some sort of conspiracy or Bildeburger plan.

These are people that actually believe in something.

They believe that the world should have a global government, centralized government.

They believe that a public-private partnership with corporations.

So, in other words, just like we just did when we bailed the airlines out,

the government insisted that we own now part of those airlines.

The government does?

Public-private partnerships.

This is not the free market.

This is not in our Constitution.

So they were doing this for years on climate change, and they had all of their goals, and they knew what they wanted to do, but they just didn't have the opportunity to do it.

So they started making their plans for a future crisis that would come Event 201.

Now, Bill and Melinda Gates co-sponsored the event.

They have made advocating for Agenda 2030, which is basically an updated Agenda 21, so Agenda 21, but worse, one of their main endeavors.

And they produce a report every year called Goal Keepers to ensure that all 17 sustainable development goals happen by the year 2030.

Now, multiple other participants are directly linked to Agenda 2030.

At this conference was

Sofia Borges.

She's the UN's Foundation Senior Vice President.

She was the chief negotiator from the UN, compelling

countries to adopt Agenda 2030.

There is also, because it's a public-private thing, we need to have corporations involved, Eduardo

Martinez.

He's an executive at UPS.

He serves on on Impact 2030, a coalition to, quote, advance the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and on the board of United Nations Public-Private Sector Coalition.

Did you have any idea that that little brown truck should maybe be a little red truck?

I had no idea UPS was in on all of this.

The merging of the private and public sectors.

That was a big, big theme.

And this is what you need to understand.

Other members on this panel that met for three days included government officials at the highest level, the heads of the CDC in China, even the director of the CDC here from the United States.

And the scenario provided a direct pipeline from the people who were pushing Agenda 2030 directly to targeted industries, businesses, banks, and our governments all around the world.

And if you watch the entire event, you will see an overriding theme.

It's this.

The scenario also highlights the very critical role that global business and public-private partnerships play in preparing for and responding to pandemics.

And we know from past responses that public-private cooperation will be essential.

We're at the start.

of what's looking like it will be a severe pandemic.

And there are problems emerging that can only be solved by global business and governments working together.

Okay.

Have you wondered why maybe people are pushing so hard?

Mr.

President, why won't you use your powers to dictate what these corporations are doing?

Have you wondered why everyone is sounding like fascists, except the guy they say is a fascist?

Because what they're talking about when they mean global government and private industry partnerships is fascism.

It's the definition.

Global crisis with businesses merging with the government.

And eventually, the government is the UN.

Now, no matter what the attendees tried to do, no matter what the solutions they came up with, the scenario was destined for catastrophe.

The scenario was going to burn itself to the ground and millions would die.

They said that 65 million people would die.

Global GDP retracted 11%.

Markets would go down 40%.

I want you to listen to their final scenario of what was really happening.

See if it sounds familiar at all.

Attempts to control media messaging, originally aimed only at health-related misinformation, became used increasingly to quash political dissent.

Economists say the economic turmoil caused by such a pandemic will last for years, perhaps a decade.

The societal impacts, the loss of faith in government, the distrust of news, and the breakdown of social cohesion could last even longer.

We have to ask, did this need to be so bad?

Are there things we could have done in the five to ten years leading up to the pandemic that would have lessened the catastrophic consequences?

We believe the answer is yes.

So are we as a global community now finally ready to do the hard work needed to prepare for the next pandemic?

Remember, prepare in their minds means global centralized control.

A global outbreak is exactly the kind of event that they have been waiting for to be able to enact these agendas.

It is the event that I warned would bring government and high-tech Silicon Valley into the same bed.

Government will never,

never release themselves from the information now being provided to them because of this pandemic on all of us.

The essential thing that is needed for global control is global information on all of the citizens.

We're now openly talking about tracking everyone, knowing exactly where they are, installing for your security all of the things that we abhor about China.

The scariest thing,

the scariest thing about Event 201 is that almost everything they predicted came true.

This global outbreak is exactly what they've waited for.

Climate change took too long.

In fact, listen, this is from their own mouths in Event 201.

The annualized risk posed by pandemics is on par and rivals with climate change.

They predicted overwhelmed hospitals, the lack of PPE, ventilators, experimental drugs like hydroxychloroquine.

They predicted everything.

Their predictions will be used as ammo to push their radical agendas.

See, we were right.

What bothered me so much being in the news media is they even wargamed on the last day how to deal with people like me in the media.

how to take those people who would say, these are draconian measures.

We've got to open up the economy.

They even talked about how to deal with or how to

position

those people who would go to the streets and gather together and say, we've got to open our country.

This is something that you need to be aware of.

And conservatives need to start talking about big ideas and making sure old, bad ideas like centralized government go nowhere on our watch.

You can watch that whole special now on demand at Glenbeck.com.

I'm sorry, at blazetv.com slash Glenn.

If you're not a member, you need to be one.

All right, our sponsor this half hour is Norton.

There are apps that you can use to gauge the time that you are, you know, spending on the screen.

I'm afraid to look at anybody's in my family's screen time right now this is where Norton comes in I don't know about you but I am having a hard time we have to put the we have to take all of the devices and put them under lock and key at nine o'clock every single night

If you're having a problem with your family, may I suggest Norton.com slash family.

Hey, by the way, there are a couple of things that you can binge on if you are a member of

the Blaze TV.

If you go to

the homepage and look under

shows, if you scroll to the right you're going to find Glenbeck archives and we have archived a few shows that I think you really need to see we're going to be adding some more the first one is the fourth turning

it's really important that you understand what the fourth turning is

and your role in this Also, there's, I think, a three or four part series on The Pendulum, which is a book that I found a few years ago that is really hard to find, but it is so

spot-on.

And it will also show you what you're up against and give you some hope as well.

But we all have roles to play, and we all need to understand them right now.

We are not going back to normal.

This is the time that we have, I've talked to you about since 2000,

what?

Two?

2001.

We have had several scares where we have come up close, but this thing is not over.

We're going to be talking to Kevin Friedman about the economy coming up in just a little while.

They're talking about a U-shaped recovery, and that's if it goes well.

They're also talking about the Nike swoop economy, where it will come back up, and then it's going to go go down and then it'll take like 10 years to crawl back out of that hole.

We are headed for tough times, but more important, and we'll make them through that.

More importantly, we are facing tough internal enemies that want to transform us.

You must be prepared and informed.

Find it all now at blazetv.com/slash Glenn.

You're listening to Glenn Beck.

So, how much of your shopping is being done online right now?

80% of it?

The entire economy, what's left of it

for the moment, has shifted towards online sales.

What's interesting is this has been coming for a very long time.

It just took the pandemic just to swing it all the way over.

If you're doing a lot of shopping online right now, please get honey.

Honey is the online shopping tool to end all online shopping tools.

It's like having your mom or your grandmother there on the online checkout.

You know, she had, oh, wait, I've got some, I've got some coupons in my purse.

And she had cut them out on Sunday and she was right.

That's exactly what honey is.

It's like your grandma or your mom with her purse and all the coupons.

So when you go to checkout, all of a sudden it applies all of the coupons that are available.

So you get the lowest price.

What the head of the UN's World Food Program just said should be making front page headlines all over the globe because if what he's claiming is true, and I think it is, we're about to see food shortages on a scale that is unprecedented in modern history.

Remember, before COVID-19,

there were locusts the size of major cities, not individuals, but

the whole swarm, that were eating the crops all over Africa and the Middle East and parts of Asia.

And that was going to really hurt us.

Now coronavirus has been implemented.

These measures have been implemented.

All of us are having to stay home.

It has brought trade to an absolute standstill, which means normal food operations, and we're going to start seeing shortages here in America.

Mark my words.

Please be prepared for this.

But

normal food production now is stopping as well, and transportation is breaking down.

The head of the UN World Food Program just said, and

this is the only time I think they ever talk about God or a Bible, he said, we are facing now in 2020, late 2020 and 2021,

famine of biblical proportions.

Geez.

So that leads me to

say, you know, you got the, okay, so you got the plague of locusts, right?

You have the pandemic.

I think it's time for Pharaoh to let our people go.

Yeah,

I think I'm getting the hint.

Let our people go.

Okay, go.

Get out.

I got it.

I got it.

But you know, Pharaoh would chase us on the, on the, across the desert and into the sea.

So yes, he would.

not not a lot is uh not a lot has changed um

you were uh we were just talking about event 201 uh and i know what's going to be said which is so crazy yeah because it it has its own website i mean you can look it up find it just just google event 201 it's exactly what i did and there it is the whole event there are conferences all there and you can see the things they were saying i mean right you know it's it's not like if they were just saying, you know, what we should do is prepare the world with more PPEs.

We should have more masks and we should have more gloves.

And we should say that.

Well, they did say those things.

Yeah, but it went way deeper than that.

Way deeper.

We need a world order.

It's that kind of stuff.

They met on, I think it was day two or day three, they met with banks, you know, heads of banks and economic experts and said, okay, so here's the scenario.

What do we do?

Well, we got to get the governments just to bail everything out because all of this, you know, it makes sense now when

you understand that the Fed came into the president's office when he said, I think I need to shut the economy down.

They just handed him a plan.

and said, here it is.

This is what we're going to have to do.

Right.

Because they had already done it.

And I appreciate the fact that they're wargaming, but I don't don't like the fact that everybody who is wargaming in this,

they don't really like the free market.

They don't like small government.

They didn't take into consider the Constitution.

This is all about passing these giant draconian kind of laws that are all part of Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030.

And what's going to be said about the presentation last night and what you're saying today is that Glenn Beck is saying that

they've spread the virus to make all this happen.

And that's not what you're saying.

That's not what you're saying.

That's not what they said.

They didn't do that.

Even though.

They're taking advantage.

They were prepared.

And as always, constitutionalists and conservatives were not.

As always, you're exactly right.

I did hear you say earlier, though, that the guy from UPS was spreading vials of disease all over the planet, just sprinkling it everywhere he went.

No, I don't.

And UPS travels to a lot of different cities.

and in every city, he's leaving another vial of COVID-19, that bastard.

In between him and the guy from Chick-fil-A, they're going to kill us all.

Damn Christians.

By the way, speaking of Christians, did you hear that the police, somebody ratted out?

And called the police on the Amish.

Did you see this?

No.

Okay.

So the,

I mean, first of all, I mean, you kind of know it wasn't your neighbor.

The Amish are like, well, it wasn't Jebediah because he doesn't have a phone to call the police.

But they actually, the police were called because they were having some sort of a barn gathering.

And there were too many people in that barn to be safe.

And somebody drove by and saw it and were like, the Amish have got to be stopped.

What are you talking about?

They actually arrested some of the Amish people.

Can we leave the Amish alone?

Good heavens.

And the Amish have probably already visited the guy who narked on him and brought him a plate of food and cookies and some churned butter.

They're such great people.

I know you just executed Soraya for not having a mask, but I'd like to build a barn for you.

That is the kind of people they are.

It really is.

The other one that I found interesting was the mayor of Vegas and how everyone says that it's reckless and dangerous for Vegas to open up.

And

you need to finish that sentence.

Now because of coronavirus, because I think it's dangerous and reckless to open Vegas up at any time.

I mean, it's riddled with disease.

It's just, it's,

I don't think you're going to have any more problems in Vegas than you already have.

No,

it's just me.

She just, they made her, Anderson Cooper kind of made her look bad, I think, the other night.

When really what she was saying was,

I'm going to let people exercise personal responsibility.

And the casinos that open, they're going to be able to decide on the social distancing thing to try to keep their customers safe.

And their customers, by the way, also can apply some personal responsibility to it by deciding how close they're going to get to other people.

It's kind of how, I don't know, we should be, right?

It's what it's what Christy Noam said.

You are a freak.

I know.

You're a freak.

You need to be destroyed.

I know.

You know, have you noticed how they're destroying Ellen DeGeneres now?

Yeah.

Yeah.

They are coming after Ellen, and I think it's because she

laughed with George W.

Bush in that box watching some sporting event.

And they were really mad at her about that.

Now, I mean, these rumors have been out forever that Ellen is just not what she's like on stage.

She's really a mean person.

I don't know if I buy it.

I don't really care, quite honestly.

But if you look, it is the left, and it's organizations like the Daily Beast, and they they're firing shots over her bow,

saying, yeah, I mean, you know, she's really kind of not playing ball anymore, and she's, you know, buddying up with George W.

Bush.

I mean, have you heard how mean she is?

We don't want to talk about it now, but it's starting to be talked about for the first time out loud.

I mean, it's

they just They just will eat anyone.

And if anyone.

And if it was conservatives saying that, it would be because they're homophobes.

Yes.

But they're doing it simply because it's in the interest of nice people.

And she's not one.

So that's good.

And you're right.

It all started after the appearance with George W.

Bush.

There's

one other thing I'd like to address, unless you have something, Pat, do you have anything you want to bring to the table?

No, I wanted to talk about

your event 201 because

I found that chilling.

I found it chilling.

I think you're actually being sincere.

I am.

Yes.

Yes.

Okay.

That is what I came on wanting to talk about.

Yeah, it is.

Everybody, you need to watch it.

You need to do your own homework.

Don't listen to conspiracy theorists that say this was all planned and coronavirus isn't real because it is all real.

These were just, these are people that were prepared

and are taking advantage of a situation.

Never let a crisis go to waste.

And we have to watch our government, these public-private partnerships and all of this bailout.

I mean, it all of a sudden makes sense that the federal government, or I should say, the banks now, the Fed, is now the largest landowner in the world.

The Federal Reserve

is now the largest landowner.

What is the objective of Agenda 2030?

It's to be able to have the government own all of the land outside of the suburbs and in the rural area to push everybody into cities so we can save the earth.

And the one thing that I think we should get from all of this is why are conservatives, why are constitutionalists

so awful?

We're the worst planners in the world.

We don't plan for anything.

The progressives have been planning all of this stuff for over 100 years, whereas we don't know what we're going to do 10 minutes from now.

I don't know how we've gotten stuck in that rut, where

we don't have long-range plans, where they, I mean, they've taken over the educational system,

they've taken over the universities, they've taken over a lot of the science labs, the scientific labs and research areas, and they've been insidious in this.

And they've been planning for all of this stuff for a century.

So why are we, you know, so it's not not too late.

Why aren't we talking about bigger ideas?

On, for instance,

I think Mitch McConnell was absolutely right when he said yesterday: no bailouts for these states, file bankruptcy.

Let the states file bankruptcy.

Why am I in Texas going to carry the burden of the New York

payrolls and all of the

New York retirement plans.

Why am I having to pay for that in Texas?

I knew that was insane the minute they were starting to do it.

It was one of the reasons why I left New York.

Many people left

California because they knew it didn't work.

Now you're going to just put that on my back?

No freaking way.

You have to go through bankruptcy and you're going to have to tighten your belt.

And I think he's absolutely right.

This is a mantra that we we should all be saying right now otherwise it's just gonna happen because as I told you at Fox when I went over all of the pension funds and said they're all gonna collapse and they're all gonna push it to the federal government this is the event that they will cover that with no

no

here's an idea

I know it's kind of old-timey, but since we're headed for famines of biblical proportions, why don't we try something else of biblical proportions?

Why don't we try the 25-year or the is it 25-year or 50-year Jubilee?

You know what the Jubilee is?

The Jubilee, I think all loans had to expire every seven years, or you couldn't drag anything out over seven years.

And then there was the Jubilee.

And the Jubilee was a resetting of all loans.

Everything expired.

Everything was, any debt was wiped out.

Why don't we suggest a global jubilee that we don't owe any debt, the countries don't owe any debt, we don't owe any debt to the banks.

Everyone's debt is completely wiped out.

Saves us $25 trillion.

I like it.

Sure does.

Just start over.

What's crazier?

That?

Seriously, what is crazier?

That idea or just printing unlimited amounts of money and saying that debt doesn't matter?

Just wipe it out.

It's a great position for us because we're the biggest debtor nation, so it works out well for us.

I don't know that other countries that have made up everything.

Yeah, screw China.

Exactly.

All right.

Here's our sponsor this half hour.

It's Life Lock.

Pretty soon we're going back to work.

We're getting out into the world again.

We're going to go to restaurants and, well, not bookstores.

Nobody goes to bookstores anymore.

You know, it'll be all the places that we used to frequent.

We'll actually have Starbucks again.

Here's the problem.

Some people have already been at work.

This has been a boon for their business, and it's identity thieves.

For your sake and your family's sake, you need protection from identity thieves because identity, somebody's identity is stolen every two seconds.

Yours or your children's may already be gone.

Your children, if they're teenagers,

that identity identity may have been stolen years ago.

They're going to start their life with just destroyed identity.

LifeLock detects a wide range of identity threats and it will alert you and help you work to resolve all of them if they arrive.

Now, nobody can prevent all identity theft or monitor all transactions at all businesses, but Life Lock sees the threats you might miss on your own.

We're going to talk about opening the economy and what our economy really looks like.

What is it going to look like a year from now?

Coming up with Kevin Freeman from the Economic War Room coming up in just a few minutes.

But there's a new poll out that talks about how

we, you know,

how do Americans feel about opening the economy?

Are they itching to get back to work?

Yeah, so

the question is, do you think strict shelter-in-place measures are worth it in order to protect people and limit the spread of coronavirus?

Or do you think that strict shelter-in-place measures are placing unnecessary burdens on people in the economy and are causing more harm than good?

Okay, that's how they phrase the question.

That's a little unfair.

I could answer yes to both of those, except for that last part.

Right.

Is it causing more than that?

It's doing more harm than good.

Right.

Because I don't know that yet.

Right, but that's what we're all trying to judge, right?

Anyway, total voters, 80% say the strict shelter-in-place measures are worth it.

Only 19% say they're causing more harm than good.

Democrats, it's 94 to 5%, Independents 84 to 16, and Republicans 61.38.

So there's still, you know, it's one of those situations where I think, you know, talk radio as it is often is kind of ahead of the curve.

And when you listen to it all the time, you might not realize where everyone else is right now.

People are going to get there more and more with these unemployment numbers piling up and piling up, though.

Yeah, another 4.5 unemployed today.

You're listening to Glenn Beck.

Where do we all turn when things fall apart?

Well, if you're like me, you lean on things that stand the test of time.

Your closest friends, your family, or a cherished movie that re-inspires.

The classics are made to last, and that's why we turn to them in good times and bad.

I have one of those beloved things in my life.

It's my Tekovis cowboy boots.

At Takovis, they don't see themselves as just makers of quality boots and Western goods.

They believe that a good pair of boots can change the way people feel about themselves.

Now, why is that?

Why is it that something that you put on your feet can change the way you feel inside?

Because the boots are a manifestation of things that last, boots that can weather the storm and walk confidently to the other side.

Cowboy boots are and have always been for the frontiers ahead.

Find your pair at tocovis.com/slash beck and face the day comfortably and confidently like the generations before.

I was up on the roof of my barn.

I'm doing some repairs on the barn.

Yes, me with power tools.

And

it was great.

And right before I went out, I started up the RekTech grill, Grill, got it smoking, put a big old hunk of beef in there, closed it, did about three hours of work on the barn, came back, opened it up, turned that grill up to seared, threw that thing on a plate and ate it.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.

You got to try a Rectech Grill.

We are in a very precarious situation, and

we need to open the economy.

We need to do it safely,

but we will not have anything left.

We are headed for

a good long period of struggle.

And progressive ideas will make a depression into a Great Depression.

Remember, it's only called the Depression everywhere else in the world.

The Great Depression is because the progressives screwed with it so much.

It took us 10 years, over 10 years, to get out.

So what are we doing now?

Well, we thought we would talk to an expert on the economy, Kevin Freeman.

He is the host of Economic War Room that's on Blaze TV.

He's a guy who

was working with Sir John Templeton in the 90s.

He was managing $2.5 billion.

He has done reports for the Pentagon.

He has traveled all over the world.

He's advised presidents and everybody.

We have him for the next couple of minutes.

We do that in 60 seconds.

This is the Glenbeck program.

So there are a lot of packages being delivered around the country right now.

Everybody is shopping online from home.

And, you know, we don't all live in a fancy city like New York, like New York, where, you know, somebody has, you know, a package that you can deliver to the doorman.

Although I don't think I really want to live in New York right now, here's what you need to do.

Simply Safe is available for all of us that don't have a doorman.

And

it's available to us now.

We'll be able to see who's at the front door.

We'll be able to talk to the people on the front door.

We'll be able to capture it on video in case somebody decides to come.

And there is no Bill de Blasio to take a picture and say, my neighbor just sold my package.

What are you going to do?

He co-developed and managed the portfolio operations group for Templeton and managed nearly $2.5 billion.

He's consulted and briefed members of both the House and the Senate, present and past CIA, DIA, FBI, Homeland Security, Justice Department.

He has done critical, critical studies on 2008 that was used for the DOD.

And he is the host of Economic War Room that you can watch on Blaze TV.

If you are a member, just watch Blaze TV and Economic War Room.

You can also find all of his work at economicwarroom.com.

Welcome to the program, Kevin.

How are you?

Glenn, I'm doing great.

How are you doing?

Well,

I could be better.

Our economy could be working.

There There doesn't seem to be a shortage of money.

There seems to be a shortage of commerce.

And I don't think people really understand what we have possibly done to our economy.

Because we are all locked in our house still, people think we're going to go back to the way it was.

Can you give me some insight on what you think the world's going to look like here in the next six, 12 months?

Well, you know, the average person.

Sure, it depends on which perspective you take.

If you look from the perspective of the elitists, those that are sitting in their mansions like the Nancy Pelosis with the ice cream, their full expectation that we are going to not only go back to the way things were, at least for her, but that this is the opportunity to remake all of society in the vision that they have.

And that's frightening and depressing.

But if you talk to liberty-minded people, and I spend at least half my day doing that every day, they're scared, they're hopeful, and they're ready to work.

They're ready to change things in a positive way for this country.

So we have a path.

God gave us, I choose you, life or death.

Well, we have a path of tyranny or liberty in front of us.

And the liberty path is going to be harder to get there.

The natural forces push us to tyranny, but it is still there.

And if we cry out to God, I believe we have a shot at the liberty path.

So

you have seven steps

to open up the economy.

And I just want to hit on a couple of them.

Shelter the vulnerable is the first step.

The second one is use data-driven approach to open up certain parts of

the country.

You say there's a data tool that can tell you which counties can open right now.

Oh, absolutely.

Why aren't we...

Go ahead.

Yeah, it's a tool that Navigo has developed.

I'm looking at it right now.

State of Texas.

If we open the entire state of Texas

right now, we might have have 451 additional COVID deaths than keeping it shut down.

That was the estimation that this tool has.

But we would have 986 more suicides.

And that's an estimation.

And then you take that data and you look down to the county level and you say, this county has young people.

They don't lack ventilators.

They don't have people with lots of diabetes.

They have an important and critical industry.

We could open in a county-by-county basis and we could get the economy.

It's like after the lights go out, you go with the breaker switches.

You want to turn on

the most important things first so that you get your house back up and powered properly.

So, Kevin, first of all, what is the name of this?

Is it an app or what is this?

Well, it's

a pressure engineers.

Yeah, Patriotic Group of Engineers at Navigo started.

You can see it at restartnow.io.

Anybody can go there.

I've got Texas pulled up on mine.

There's a little green button when you go to Texas.

It says turn on the economy.

You press that button and it shows you the counties that can be opened and then it shows you exactly what the data is telling us of how much savings it's going to bring in jobs, in lives, and so forth.

And there are some counties that need to be.

Go ahead.

It's called Restart.

What is it?

Restart.

RestartNow.io.

Now.io.

Okay, go ahead.

Yeah.

There are some counties you were saying.

Yeah, there are some counties that need to remain shut.

I mean, there's no question.

The idea of opening all of Texas or all of New York or all of Florida doesn't make sense when you can go down to the county level.

And I worked with this team and said, let's make this done by

entrepreneurs, by patriots.

It's funded by an Indiegogo campaign, not federal money.

I told them, reject the federal money and reject the big data money.

Big data's been in trying to buy this tool.

And so we started an Indiegogo campaign where people can say, hey, I want to see what my county's doing.

Here's $45 or $9 or, you know, it doesn't matter what you give, just people giving.

And all of a sudden, people want to know, is my county one that's safe?

This is a tool that has the data that you don't have to worry about it being manipulated for political purposes.

I have to tell you, this is such a, I'm looking at it now.

You end the shutdown now, end the shutdown in 30 days.

It shows if you end the shutdown now, how many dollars have been lost, how many jobs have been lost, and how many COVID deaths versus suicides.

Then, if you end it in 30 days, how many additional dollars, how many additional jobs, and increased suicides?

I mean,

this one is at least trying to balance both the heart and the head because we have to open this country back up.

And I don't know if the average person realizes the damage that is being done done every day that

we are sitting on our hands.

Well, there's no question.

If you watched

Vice President Pence gave the commencement address at the Air Force Academy, and you saw those

thousand patriotic seniors graduating, there were two that were missing because they locked all the seniors in their rooms, and two of them, unfortunately, took their own lives.

They were healthy, they were young, there's no way they would have died of COVID, but because we put that enormous emotional burden on those seniors, two of America's finest took their own lives.

And that's happening across the country as people are facing abject poverty

or the virus.

And they're trying to make this Sophie's choice here.

The problem is that seniors, and I talk to lots of them, say, hey, look, give me liberty or give me death.

But elitists say, you can have my liberty.

Just don't let me die.

We've got to go back to that.

Our American people realize there's a risk to all of life.

whether we're driving at 75 miles an hour or 55 miles an hour.

You can save lives by lowering the speed limit, but you cost living.

And people say we've got to restart the economy.

So I say if that's the case, let's shelter the most vulnerable, number one.

And number two, let's have a data-driven approach, a scientific approach to opening the economy starting immediately, not from political reasons, not because of marches, not because of totalitarian dreams.

Use data-driven approach and get it started now, saving lives and saving the economy.

Yeah, and there are lives to be saved with the economy.

We are looking,

where do you stand on the

warning from the UN that we are looking at global famine, quoting the U.N.

of biblical proportions because of COVID and other things like the plague of locusts and everything else that happened?

Well, that's where you go to 2 Chronicles 7, 13 in the Bible, where he says, if I send a drought, if I send locusts, and if I cause literally a pandemic, a plague,

then we should turn to God.

And that was my seventh step.

You know, I go through the six steps, and the seventh step is cry out to God.

Yeah, we are,

we're in real trouble because I think this is what God is telling us, and I'm not sure if that is happening.

We need a massive awakening.

Kevin,

I don't know if you're aware.

I did a special last night of Event 201 where

the people, you know, Bill Gates and Soros and everybody else and the UN, they are looking to move their Agenda 21, Agenda 2030 goals forward on a plague event like this.

And

they talk a lot about public-private partnerships and how the government and the

private sector need to start working hand in hand and working as one.

You know, that's great if you don't have fascism where one is telling the other what to do or where the government is owning part of that.

But I think this is where we're headed with a lot of these these bailouts.

The Fed now is the largest landowner in the country.

We now, because of these bailouts, now own part of the U.S.

airline industry.

Where is that in the Constitution?

Where are you seeing things happening that we really need to be aware of and stop?

Well, Glenn, the first thing is the special you did last night was fantastic.

I sat and watched it with my wife last night before I went to bed.

It's scary.

It's really well done.

One thing that most people don't realize, on January 23rd, published on CNBC, George Soros warns Trump of potential economic doom before election.

And he's crowing the stock market's all-time highs.

And George Soros is saying, you know, you don't realize it, but we're going to have economic doom before the election.

How did he know that?

My answer is what you showed us last night.

Soros at Davos was told this is worse than we think.

They knew it at the World Health Organization.

They knew it in China.

He had access to that.

And so he just came out and just tweaked.

President Trump and said, you know what, there's economic doom coming.

And I think that is one of the smoking guns that says these guys, I don't think they caused it.

You made that clear.

But I think they were prepared for it.

They were prepared with a game plan to take away our civil liberties and to remake the world in their image as soon as the pandemic hit.

And they were aware that a pandemic was on its way because of what happened

in China and the World Health Organization they knew was covering it up.

So, Kevin, hang on for one minute.

I got to do a commercial.

I want to come back.

I want to ask you a couple of other things on what we should be pushing for as a people.

And one of them is what Mitch McConnell said yesterday.

The states should not be bailed out.

They should have to declare bankruptcy, and we should allow the states to declare bankruptcy.

And I'd like to hear your opinion on that when we come back in just a minute.

Kevin Freeman from the Economic War Room, which you can watch online at blazetv.com.

All right, I want to talk to you a little bit about RecTech Grills.

I was just telling Stu a few minutes ago, yesterday was a mandate for me.

Yeah, I don't get them very often.

But I took out the ladder and my power tools, and I was up on the roof of my barn yesterday doing some work,

fixing the gutters,

cleaning some stuff up because I'm getting ready to repair the barn.

Yes,

I am going to repair the barn.

That's probably be why nobody will ever use it again.

And then

before I left the house, I put a big old piece of meat on my new RekTech grill, and I started the smoker up.

Took about three hours.

I came back, turned the heat up, seared that thing, sat down for a big old piece of meat.

Yeah, it was a man day.

If you'd like a man and a man day, all you have to do is get a rech tech grill, rektechgrills.com.

These are the best money can buy.

They're sturdy.

They're smart.

They have smart technology.

So, I mean, it's not exactly.

I mean, I wasn't out chopping the wood to be able to go put it in the smoker.

I mean, it's...

I pushed a couple of buttons after I put the meat in.

That's it.

But a man did it.

Do it now.

10 seconds, station ID.

We're with Kevin Freeman from the Economic War Room on Blaze TV.

And Kevin, I want to ask you quickly a couple of

ideas that I think we should be pushing for.

First of all, Kudlow came out yesterday and said businesses should not be held liable for employees and customers getting sick, coronavirus.

I don't think you're going to have businesses open up until you get some protection because they can't afford the lawsuit because they opened up and I got sick in his store or I was going to work and I got sick.

We need protection from lawsuits.

Do you agree?

Absolutely.

I mean, we went to Disney World over the Christmas break, and three of my family members came down with the flu.

They got it at Disney World, no doubt.

We didn't sue anybody.

That's just the unfortunate reality.

And it could have been deadly.

It wasn't, praise God.

But the point is, is that you're right.

Businesses won't open unless they have the ability to have the assurance.

This isn't their fault.

They didn't cause this.

If anyone's to be blamed for this, and that was one of my seven steps,

if you broke it, you buy it.

China broke it.

They are the ones that should be paying for this, not American businesses.

The other is the states, you know, they're all crying poor mouth.

We knew these pension funds were coming undone.

They're using this crisis to get bailed out on their pension funds and put their house in order with our tax dollars.

I don't live in California for a reason.

I knew that was insane and would collapse and I didn't want to be around for it and didn't want to put all my money into it.

Now, if they get bailed out, they will be taking not my money, but my children's children's money.

What do you think about

allowing them to go bankrupt?

I don't think states can go bankrupt, can they?

No,

you don't see states going bankrupt.

You've seen municipalities where New York was on the verge of bankruptcy back, I guess, in the 70s or 80s.

But no, you've never seen that.

But here's the reality on pension funds.

They've been playing with our money for a long time.

If you're a pensioner and you have money in a state fund, they've been using ESG, environmental, social justice and governance, to determine the decisions rather than getting the best possible returns.

The problem is the leadership in all of these states is so far left they want to push us to the brink of failure and collapse so that they can institute socialism.

And this is when we have to stand up with a liberty answer.

We have a $5.50 to $6 trillion hole in our economy already from COVID-19, and every quarter we stay under, it's going to be another $6 trillion.

We're going to have to fill that hole.

We have to do it the liberty way.

Every decision is made should be made with a liberty in mind of what is best for the American people.

What would the founders do?

What are some of the things that, you know, because

I think constitutionalists and

conservatives need to take a bigger role and start proposing proposing some things.

For instance,

there's got to be a lot of red tape that could be cut right now that would spur on economic growth when we do go back to work.

Is there anything big that jumps out at you or would you be willing to look into those and make some recommendations?

I think the easy low-hanging fruit is healthcare, and that was another one of my seven steps.

Right now, you can get on the phone and you can talk to a doctor in any other state, and if they're a licensed physician in that state, there's reciprocity in a lot of these states to where they say we'll allow that because of the health care needs.

And so that is something that's a reform that we could institute right now.

You can have simpler access to medicines.

You can have simpler diagnosis.

You can have cross-state lines with insurance.

And we should have price transparency.

The benefit of reforming the health care system in a liberty-oriented fashion right now would help offset that cost.

And if we would stop China from stealing our intellectual property and combine those two things, we could have this $6 trillion loss paid for in maybe four or five years.

Quickly, Kevin, you've, you know,

you've advised the Pentagon, the DOD.

You kind of can think like they are.

Are we headed towards, is China

picking at us for war?

Are we itching for war?

Do you think that's on the horizon?

Well, China is certainly going to be pushed there because the world has woken up to what they've been doing, how they've been stealing from everyone.

And so they're going to try and fight back.

And we've got to prepare for that.

Thank you so much.

All right, here's an uncomfortable question.

How many times a day would you say you pick up your phone and scroll through Facebook or something else for for at least 10 solid minutes?

If you're being honest, the answer is probably not zero.

In fact, it's probably several.

And it's fine.

No judgment.

I mean,

same thing.

But it's, I want to use that to illustrate a really important point here, and that is 10 minutes goes by and you waste them and it hasn't changed your life.

10-minute phone call right now, if you are paying 4% or more on your mortgage, you are overpaying and you can save hundreds of dollars right now

if you refi your mortgage.

If you have high interest credit card debt, if you refi and consolidate, you will save tons of money and it will take you 10 minutes.

That's it.

They're not a bank.

It's American Financing.

They're waiting for your call right now.

You have access to Economic War Room and this show and so many others at Blazetv.com/slash Glenn.

This is the Glenn Beck program.

Protests are happening all around the country.

And what are these protests about?

I think these protests are about the draconian

laws and

the way people are being handled because they don't make sense.

I can go in and buy a lottery ticket, but

I can't go to

a store to buy a handgun.

How is a lottery ticket going to help me out now?

Where a handgun might help me out to stay safe.

There was an incident up in Idaho.

We have the mother who was arrested in Idaho at this park.

And I don't necessarily agree with her, but I don't necessarily disagree.

I think the police were in a really bad situation.

And

it's the mayor.

It doesn't make sense.

How can I not take my kids to a park, a public park to play, but I can take my kid in to buy a lottery ticket.

I can take my kid into

Walmart.

Yeah, I know that

the virus lasts on

playground equipment, but it also is sitting there on boxes at Walmart.

It's just not consistent.

Now, what's happening are you have places like the banning of protests at all California state capitals and all California

state land.

They're not giving any more permits.

Well, if you can't go protest your leaders at their place of business, if you will, the state capitol, What good is your protest?

People just want to go back to work in places where they know they can.

Nobody's fighting to open up New York right now.

Not fighting to, nobody wants people to die.

They just want common sense.

And the media is making this worse.

The governments are making it worse by being draconian.

And the media is making it worse because they're trying to paint everybody into some sort of evil George Soros figure that is plotting all of this.

I saw a story the other day that I found fascinating because

this guy named Ben Dorr,

he is a political activist, and

he's probably worse than George Soros because he's just stirring things up in Minnesota.

And

none of these

Facebook groups are real.

All of these things are just stirred up by the evil right-wing gods.

And it's AstroTurf.

We've heard this before.

Well, I had never heard of Ben Dorr before.

He's a political activist.

Okay.

He's the director of the Minnesota gun rights.

I decided to call him up and talk to him.

And here he is.

Ben, are you George Soros?

Significantly less well-funded.

Significantly.

Yeah.

Significantly.

Well, that's been the question we've been getting, and thanks for having me on, Glenn.

I appreciate it.

That's been the question we've been getting from, well, frankly, left-wing media for the last 48 hours is who's funding this big cabal?

Who's, you know, what puppet masters are behind this?

Is President Trump paying you to put on these protests?

Who is doing this?

And, you know, it's simply grassroots Americans who are standing up.

They want their jobs back.

They want their lives back.

They want their freedom back.

And it's not a hard stretch to imagine that hundreds of thousands or millions of Americans are standing up to say that enough is enough.

So, Ben, there is a new poll out that shows that it's about 80% of the general population and about 60% of Republicans that

say, no,

I don't think this is bad, the shelter-in-place rule and I don't think it's doing more harm than good

on the economy now I think many people are dismissing the parts of the country that can go back to work that aren't seeing real bad things

so what are you saying should we open New York up right now

Well, I mean, I'm not going to suggest that we, you know, put people in a dangerous situation,

not by a long shot, but the fact of the matter is, well,

there's all these polls, people talk about polls, like, well, the poll said that Hillary Clinton was going to win.

You know, I had 90, 98% chance of carrying the presidency.

So it's classic for polling to more or less ignore the common man.

I mean, we started a group in a Facebook group in Wisconsin called Wisconsinites Against Excessive Quarantine.

And who paid for that Facebook group?

Who paid for that Facebook group, Ben?

Nobody paid for it.

Facebook groups don't cost anything.

They don't cost anything.

You know, we start the group.

I put a handful of my friends in there and 105,000 Wisconsin citizens have joined that group in just a handful of days.

You know, so when you sit there and say that 80%, if the polling suggests that 80% of Americans are happy with having no income, that they're happy with having their jobs, you know, basically destroyed, that they can't even go, you know, sit on a boat by themselves on a lake and go fishing.

You know, I call, I think that's kind of nonsense.

So are you,

because I think this is where people are,

if you just tell them and say, hey, here are the recommendations.

The vast majority of people will do it.

They don't have a death wish for themselves or for their neighbors.

The problem is, are these rules and regulations that make no sense whatsoever?

No sense.

You're going to stop me for driving my car.

You actually going to just see if I'm an essential worker or if I'm driving in my car just because I want to drive around?

What right do you have to do that?

And it's making people more angry than it's doing good.

If they would just treat us like adults and as the owners of the government and the country, I don't think we'd have these protests.

Yeah, absolutely.

I think that the precedent that's being set here by some of these draconian

governors in states across America, like Tim Walls and in Minnesota and Tony Evers in Wisconsin and Wolf in Pennsylvania.

I mean, these are decisions being made by them setting a precedent to take people's rights and freedoms away in the future.

In Minnesota, most people cannot get permits to carry firearms anymore because, well, under this

mandated health order, most sheriff's departments are no longer accepting applications.

People's rights are being suspended at an incredible rate in states all across America.

And like you said, you can't even do some of the basic fundamental things that Americans do

without basically

show us your papers.

And so what's to stop this stuff from happening again in the future?

What's to stop them from, say, another shooting takes place, another date in Ohio takes place, and all of a sudden you have the health director issuing

a public health order and saying that the Second Amendment is going to be suspended because

it's now a public health crisis.

Where does this end for Americans and their freedom?

So I'm reading an article by Matt Binder.

Over the past few days, protests against stay-at-home orders have sprung up all across the country, blah, blah, blah.

But these protests aren't exactly organic.

They're being organized and promoted by connected right-wing figures on Facebook, including a gun rights group.

Five of these groups are being run by a single family, the Door family.

Facebook displays the administrators for both public and private groups.

As the Washington Post points out, the group run by the Door family have a combined 200,000 members in counting, and they were all created in the last week.

The Doors have a history of supporting right-wing causes.

Ben Doerr, who's an administrator for every one of the groups, is the political director of an organization called Minnesota Gun Rights.

The Doors have been promoting corresponding websites such as Reopen Minnesota, Reopen Pennsylvania, and their Facebook groups.

They say that you are a scammer and people should stay away from any group that the Door family is behind.

So who's in your family?

Sounds scary.

Yeah, well, you know, we're not surprised to see left-wing media and politicians, politicians, they particularly love to smear us, but that's simply because my family, I'll tell you, you know, we love America.

We love our freedom.

We love our flag.

We love our founding fathers, our gun rights, the rights of the unborn.

It's what we're all about.

It's what we've always been about.

And, you know, yeah, I'll tell you, years ago, we started out on this on this path.

We started gun rights organizations in states like Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio, Pennsylvania, the blue wall, to be to be totally honest with you.

We want to change the conversation in America.

We want to give a voice back to the people whose voices have been snuffed out, who have been forgotten by politicians, by the media, who pretend these people do not exist.

We draw a hard line in the sand.

We fight hard.

We fight nasty.

We really do.

We're very aggressive in our defense of the Second Amendment and so many other issues across America and in these states in particular.

And so when we sat here and watched these governors just shove their thumb down on the people of Ohio and Minnesota and Pennsylvania and take away their freedoms like this, we launched these Facebook groups, Ohioans Against Excessive Quarantine and Pennsylvanians Against Excessive Quarantine, Minnesota, Wisconsin, New York, and others,

to give a voice back to the people, to give them an opportunity to get in touch with their lawmakers and tell them what they expect.

And we're very proud of it.

We're very, very proud of it.

We've never hidden it before.

I know that some of these left-wing media outlets, they're saying, revealed.

The Door Brothers, the folks behind the curtain.

Well, we've never made a secret of it.

We're very proud, very honored to do the work that we do.

So we make no apologies.

Well, I just want to give you one last quote and a chance to respond to this.

This is from a sociologist at Drexel University who's been doing a lot of research,

focused on climate lobbying, by the way.

He says these are extreme right-wing efforts to delegitimize government.

It's an anti-government crusade.

Well,

I think that the power of government rests in the palms of the people, and the power of government resides with the people.

And so when power is taken away from government and goes back to the folks who are paying these taxes, whose lives are being destroyed by these excessive quarantines, whose small businesses are being annihilated by these excessive quarantines, whose jobs aren't going to exist when the quarantines are lifted here, I mean,

if that's delegitimizing government, no, I think it's simply giving a voice back to the Americans who make this country tick.

They make it work.

They make it great.

And we're just trying to give that voice back to them so they can reclaim their freedom, their jobs, their livelihoods.

And again, we couldn't be more proud to do it with them and for them.

Why are they so afraid of you, Ben?

Why is the media feel so threatened?

Well, they need to make this look like it's a couple of puppet masters pretending that this is a grassroots movement.

They don't want to acknowledge that Americans are rising up by the hundreds of thousands and trying to take their country back.

They don't want to acknowledge that Americans aren't satisfied with having their jobs destroyed.

They like the economy being down in the dumps.

They don't want it to come roaring back before the 2020 elections.

We're not surprised to see this at all.

We think President Trump has done a wonderful job.

The left-wing media, they love to keep down patriots.

They love to attack everyday Americans, Trump supporters, conservatives.

We're not surprised to see these things.

And, you know, it's an agenda.

I mean, the Washington Post, they put out this article about us.

There's a reason that President Trump gave them a fake news award a short time ago.

We're not surprised to see this because government and media always fight back when the power is being taken from them and returned to the people.

They want the power.

They want the control.

They don't want Americans to have it.

And the Door Brothers, well, we're pretty good at giving the power back to the people and helping to give them a voice.

Ben Dorr, thank you so much for talking to us.

Minnesotagunrights.org

and

a guy who started a lot of these Facebook pages to give voice to those who want to go back to work.

Ben Dorr, thank you so much.

Appreciate it.

Life is difficult enough without having to spend your whole day in pain as well, piling misery on top of the stress that we normally feel.

And our pain is generally caused by inflammation in the body.

It can drive us to depression.

It can drive us to bad decision-making.

It's just, it's wicked.

It's wicked.

If you suffer from regular pain, I know I've been there.

I can feel your pain.

Relief factor is something that got me out of pain, and I was ready just to give up.

Just couldn't do it anymore.

Relief factor, not a drug, but developed by doctors, and 70% of the people who try it go on to order more.

I'd like to ask you just to take $19.95.

I know the value of a dollar, but take $19.95 and try it for three weeks.

See if it works for you.

70% go on to order more because it works.

It's worked for me.

Get out of pain.

Just try it.

It's relief factor.com.

You're listening to Glenn Beck.

Elizabeth Warren's brother, older brother, apparently has

been taken by COVID and the coronavirus.

Our condolences and

thoughts and prayers go out to the Warren family for that.

Do we know anything?

Did he have complications?

Because he's got to be 70s, 80s?

80s, yeah, he's in his 80s, or he was in his 80s, yeah.

But I don't know about his health situation, but he was older.

They've just done a study that has estimated how many years have been cut off the average life for a COVID death, and they think it's about 10 years average.

So there's some that may have been 10 minutes before they were going to die otherwise, and some that may have died in their 40s, right?

But the average is about 10 years per person, which backs up the idea that mostly older people are dying from this.

However, it's not like they're losing a week of their life on average.

You know, we're talking about a decade of life on average, which is a lot.

It's a lot.

All right, I want to talk to you about some bigger ideas.

Why are we just expecting to go back to normal when the left is trying to use this

to further entrap us in big government?

Shouldn't we be thinking the other direction?

Hello, America.

It's Thursday.

Welcome to the program.

Coming up in a minute,

I want to explore this idea that I know very little about, but I think we should be looking at big ideas, things that are actually going to change our situation for the better.

Yesterday,

Mitch McConnell said, something I agree with, the state should have to default and go bankrupt.

If the states, their pensions are failing, why are we going to make everybody else's children's children pay for it?

They should go bankrupt and restructure.

100%

agree with that.

You guys voted it all in.

I didn't.

If my state fails, well, then my state fails and we got to restructure.

But everybody knew this was a game that was going to come to end.

This coronavirus should not bail everybody out.

But I would like to think even bigger than that.

We do that with Daniel Lapin in one minute.

This is the Glenbeck program.

All right, I want to talk to you a little bit about gold.

Gold

is

being snatched up everywhere, all around the world.

There's actually a shortage, and it's not mainly Americans that are buying it.

There's a, believe it or not, a shortage of U.S.

dollars all around the world.

And everybody wants out of their currency because they don't believe their currency is going to be any value.

So gold is going up, and so is the value of the U.S.

dollar.

Eventually, eventually, that is going to change, and the U.S.

dollar is going to come down.

The U.S.

Mint West Point facility, New York, has just shut down.

Shut down.

They've halted production indefinitely thanks to the coronavirus.

The state of New York has extended lockdown till at least May 15, so we don't know when this is going to change.

The Royal Canadian Mint remains open, but their production is shut down for the moment.

You see what's going on here?

Gold for the moment,

at least anyway, is running out.

Some analysts are saying it can go up to $10,000 before the economy fully recovers.

God help us.

I hope that's not true.

JP Morgan, Chase, and Goldman, I think, just said that they were targeting $3,000

in the next year.

That's about double the price now.

Give the people at Goldline a call right now.

Goldline is one of the the few places still shipping on demand.

They have a sufficient inventory to cover millions of dollars in shipments.

The clock is ticking, however.

Please find out if gold or silver is right for you.

It is for my family, and the only people I trust are Goldline.

Call one of the representatives now.

They're waiting for you.

Tell them that I sent you.

They'll give you all of the information.

They're not going to pressure you or anything else.

Just if you're ready to begin your search on whether it's right for you, call them for more information.

1-866-Goldline.

1-866-Goldline or Goldline.com.

Before I get to Daniel Lapin, I want to read an amazing email that I got last night.

I mean, I have to reach out to this guy because it's almost too good to be.

It's almost like, it's like, Stu, did you write this?

Dear Mr.

Beck, I want to take the opportunity to tell you that I've returned to my conservative ideals and you returned me to them.

I grew up in a rural East Texas little town in a conservative household and I listened to you with my parents, but I didn't understand at the time what you were explaining to us, why it was so important.

I think this is because it's a product of youth, but like many of my age group, once we went to college, we were indoctrinated with the leftist ideology.

I'm now ashamed to say that not only I had socialist inclinations, but I was also a card-carrying communist.

Communist Party, USA, People's World, all of it.

I had memberships and I was active.

I was even part of the delegate for the Communist Party of Texas that went on in the national convention in the past summer in Chicago.

I, like millions of Americans now are at home, and because of the COVID-19 panic, I discovered your voice again through a chance download on my iPhone podcast app.

I went and I listened to you, and then I purchased your book, Arguing with Socialists, just so I could see how to attack conservatives.

However, after each chapter, I began to understand that it was I that was grossly mistaken.

This rediscovery has caused me to rethink religion as well, and I'm on the path of rediscovery there as well.

I find myself today ashamed of my past ideological beliefs.

This comes in from Isaac.

Isaac, don't be ashamed of them.

Those beliefs got you where you are right now, and where you are is exactly where you're supposed to be.

Thank you so much for your email, and thanks for giving us a shot.

And even if you had the wrong reason for reading the book, I'm glad that you actually did read the book.

Thank you.

The book is arguing with socialists.

It is available everywhere.

We have no...

No paper tiger arguments in it, no strawman arguments.

This is the best argument from the socialists and the communists and the best arguments against them.

And you can decide for yourself.

All right, let me go to Rabbi Daniel Lapin because I have a religious question

for the rabbi.

And it revolves around Jubilee.

And I was thinking, how do we get out of this mess without just strapping the entire world to a debt that no one could ever pay?

Because we're already there.

Rabbi, welcome to the program.

How are you?

Hi, Glenn.

Good to be with you again.

And before we even go any little further, let me just congratulate you and thank you for being the only one to deeply and honestly probe Tedros Adanom's links with the Chinese.

Tedros Adanim, of course, being the first ever non-doctor head of the World Health Organization.

Yeah.

And

the health has uncovered some of the things you have.

Yeah,

we just, it's a main story now on theblaze.com, or you can watch this from the Blaze yesterday.

I did a monologue on it.

This guy was

part of the Politburo.

He is deeply in bed with China,

part of

the political party, the communist political party that he was a part of.

It was deemed a terrorist organization, and he's the head of the WHO.

I mean, it's insane.

Insane.

It really is.

And his distortion of the early weeks of the coronavirus just prove whose pocket he's in.

But it's fascinating because the Chinese have successfully colonized Africa to a far greater and also

to a far more

extractive way than the British or the Germans or the Belgians ever did in the 19th century.

Yeah.

You're exactly right.

Exactly right.

So, Rabbi Lappen, I have a question on Jubilee, because we are racking up the debt.

The world is.

The rich are going to get richer on this.

The banks are going to get their money.

Everybody's making money except the actual people.

And

there's no way to pay any of this back.

It's making all of the people into slaves all around the world.

And I remembered there was

some sort of a system in Jewish law that, like, loans had to be repaid by seven years or something like that.

And then every 25 years or 50 years, there was something called a jubilee where all debt was wiped out.

Am I even close on that?

Yes, no, you're definitely close.

And you and I spoke about this years and years ago, and you're exactly right.

There is it is a 50-year program,

but it's not quite the socialistic dream that some of our

left leaning friends might dream of because

there were ways to make certain that

business loans

were exempt from this payback rule.

And the reason was because business would have just slid to a standstill for the last few years of the Jubilee cycle, because who's going to extend credit when we're close to it all being wiped out.

So it wasn't a sort of band-aid to irresponsible behavior in the preceding years.

It didn't quite work that way.

And it also

didn't extend to return of mortgaged land that had been developed, only undeveloped.

And so there again,

it goes back really to the big idea which

really we're exposed to for the very first time in the fourth chapter of Genesis where God punished Cain for murder.

And because the punishment is supposed to fit the crime in God's system of justice,

you'd have expected, well, you know, what was the punishment to Cain?

And the punishment was, interestingly enough, twofold.

Most people only remember part of it.

People are familiar and remember the bit where God says, well, you're going to have to be a wanderer.

You're never going to be able to stay in any one place for any period of time.

But the second part of it was that you will never be able to grow anything because whatever you try and plant will not yield its strength to you.

So now it gets kind of interesting because what Cain is being told is, hey,

there are only two uses of land.

The good Lord made a certain amount of land, and there's two uses human beings can put it to.

Agriculture and development.

We can grow things or build things.

Mining falls at the growing.

So those are really the only things you can do.

Now, if the land is not going to yield to you, then you can't plant anything.

And if the land

is not going to be available to you because you have to keep moving, well, you can't really build a skyscraper if you can't stay in any one place long enough.

So somehow or another, God is saying to Cain, you thought that the secret to wealth acquisition was getting rid of the competition.

You thought we're going to get rid of Abel, and now you're going to be able to have everything.

And guess what?

Your land is worthless without other people.

It doesn't mean anything.

Land in unpopulated areas of Somalia and Ethiopia, for that matter, is cheap.

Really, really cheap.

But there's a good reason it's cheap.

The location, nobody wants to be there.

Land in very populated Hong Kong or Switzerland is very expensive, it's where people want to be.

And so one has to be very cautious when tampering with this divine system of human-economic interaction.

And obliteration of debt is a huge, huge problem because of the blow that it strikes to the system of confidence on which all

economic and financial interaction depends.

So

when you say it can never be repaid, well, unfortunately, there are many people in government who think it can because, and

there's a professor at State University of New York who was an advisor to

the Sanders campaign, who said

there's nothing the government can't do.

It just prints more money, no problem.

Right.

Literal failure to understand that that's just another way of stealing our money, the citizens' money.

And so this is unquestionably a huge problem.

But, you know, look, England came out of World War II with huge debts.

Germany came out of World War I and II with huge debts.

Eventually in fact, the last installment of one of these debts was paid, I think, as recently as the 90s.

So, you know,

it will get paid.

It can get paid.

It'll just take a long time.

And if it's not done very wisely, you can precipitate another crisis.

That is the situation.

The big picture is that you can't destroy the system of economic development.

And the big picture that it's been extraordinary to watch is that the default position is people will happily exchange freedom for security.

And so big organizations get bigger.

And I think we're all very concerned about the alacrity with which authorities have seized extraordinary power.

Certainly questionable whether it's constitutional.

It's certainly not American tradition.

You know, over something which is admittedly

there's a disease, it's a problem.

It's going to be solved.

There was

AIDS was a problem, they found solutions.

Ebola was a problem, there's a vaccine.

Flu was a big problem, there's a vaccine.

You know, I I don't know when or what or how, but

it's going to be solved.

And things are...

Well,

the problem here is that

we're not just trading our liberty for security, but

we're actually flipping the sense of rights on its head.

You don't have a right to be safe.

from all things.

That's not even possible.

Right.

and so it's not a right

right and so the government is is taking our enshrined rights and taking those away to prop up a right that doesn't and cannot exist

and you know you're probably on top of this as well but there's a professor James Dwyer at Williams and Mary College I mean like one of the very old schools in America who just recently wrote that

the rights that parents have with respect to their children are granted by government.

And that's all,

you know, pretty extraordinary.

So, you know, you thought you have a special relationship with your children.

No, that depends on whether the government wishes for you to retain that right with respect to your children.

So

the fearsome and terrifying alacrity with which people seem to accept this extension of, in many cases, arbitrary

application of governmental power, such as the woman in the park.

I mean, my goodness,

the speed with which, you know, the cop on the beat used to be your friend.

You know, he was the one your kids could turn to if they were lost.

And now, what, I mean, becoming a terrifying instrument of

applying state power,

it's frighteningly quick and easy.

Daniel Lappin, thank you so much.

Everybody needs a rabbi.

Mine is Rabbi Daniel Lapin.

You can follow him at Daniel Lapin

and his website, rabbidanielappin.com.

Also, he has a podcast on Blaze Radio, and we just love him.

Rabbi, thank you so much.

We'll talk again.

So,

I got a hustler turf, and I was looking on the back of it because I thought, I wonder if there's a hitch on this thing because I could use this because I've been doing man stuff.

Yeah,

and it doesn't have a hitch, it should.

It doesn't have a hitch because I was about to use that thing as a tractor as well.

But hustler zero turf lawnmowers, man, this thing is-I mean, it's it's like a

uh

some sort of an off-roading SUV, man.

It is comfortable.

It is sturdy.

It's, I mean, it's made really,

they did all the engineering so you could cut to the highways and everything else.

It's made for somebody who's mowing lawns, you know, eight hours a day, six days a week.

And so they had to get it right so it never flips on itself.

And I mean, the engineering in these things, they did them for the giant industrial lawnmowers, but now they're making them for your home, and they are built to last.

It's the last lawnmower you're ever going to buy.

Go ahead, do your own homework, check all the other lawnmowers out, and then check a

hustler out.

You can find them at hustlerturf.com.

That's hustlerturf.com.

I want you to click on the radio offer button when you get there because I want you to read about the special they have going on.

If you just use the promo code Beck,

they're going to give you an extra year of warranty on it, but these things are built to last.

I mean, it is the best of the best.

Hustlerturf.

Go to hustlerturf.com right now.

Make sure you use the promo code back in the box at the top of the right-hand corner.

It's hustlerturf.com.

10 seconds station ID.

There's an interesting story that is out from the New York Post about how rich people are having to do their own chores right now and how in New York there are some rich people that are paying their staff 30%

more just to quarantine with them so they don't have to do the work.

And they were talking about some of the rich people, you know, in the Hamptons, et cetera, et cetera, that, you know, they didn't know where the garbage

even belonged.

They still don't know where that garbage just disappears to.

I can't imagine being that out of touch.

But I will tell you,

I don't get a chance to go out and do things on my own.

And

we're repairing a barn and going to paint it and everything else so we just don't all kill each other.

And so I've been out working on the barn.

And there is something about

physical labor.

that is really good for the soul.

And I think it goes into one of the reasons why people are protesting now.

There is something about work

that

fuels people.

Um,

many of us, and I'm not saying this is a good thing, but many of us get our identity

from what we do.

I mean, you know, from we're kids, what do you want to

do?

What do you want to be when you grow up?

I want to be a fireman.

I want to be a policeman.

Um,

it gives us identity, and our whole system is revolves around that.

And when you take work away from people,

it's not good for the human psyche.

And I think a lot of people are going through that right now.

And I have to tell you, I work hard.

I'm a hardworking guy.

But

there's nothing like physical labor

that

I think that changes you as well.

Going out and doing physical stuff

is, I don't know, is there something different about coming home and being dead tired, not mentally, but physically, because you've just put in a hard day's of labor?

I think

there's one asterisk on all of this, which is in limited amounts.

Like it feels good to go out and do a project every once in a while, but man, that hard work is hard.

I'm

too much of a wuss to do it on an everyday basis.

I don't know how our grandparents are.

No, I don't want to do it.

I mean, I think of my grandfather and how hard he worked and how hard my dad worked and physical labor and what it did to his body.

So I don't want to do it, but something good about it.

Selling your house or buying another house.

Yesterday, I saw a report that if you're looking for a jumbo mortgage and you have perfect credit, you're not going to get it.

All the banks are walking away and they don't want any jumbo mortgages

on the line.

Hopefully, you're not into that situation, but you're next.

The people who just want a regular mortgage, if you don't have perfect credit, you're going to have a hard time getting a loan.

Well, what happens if you have to sell your house?

You got to sell your house.

All right.

You need the best real estate agent that has the best

system of marketing that are driving a lot of people in to look at houses.

Right now, the real estate market has kind of fallen apart, but it's going to come back this summer.

It might fall apart again next fall.

If you need to sell a house or buy a house right now, I want you to go to realestateagentsicantrust.com.

Realestateagents I trust.com.

The name kind of says it all.

Check out Blazetv.com slash Glenn.

Use the promo code Glenn.

Get 30 bucks off.

It's the biggest savings ever offered.

I want to talk to you about a Republican governor,

Brad

Little.

I keep thinking of Chicken Little of Idaho.

He is

this guy, I don't even understand it.

Now,

I have connections to a very small town in Idaho, and nobody's paying attention to the Idaho standards up there because everybody's just working and doing what they have to do.

And they all use common sense.

They're farmers, for the love of Pete.

There's been 51 deaths in Idaho.

Now, that's from COVID-19.

51 deaths.

That's 0.002% of the population.

Every year, they have 250 people die from drugs and 417 people die from suicide.

I can guarantee you there will be more suicides in Idaho because of these measures than there will be COVID deaths in Idaho.

It's on full lockdown like the Democratic states.

He's not, he's supposedly going to be announcing something today.

Just a couple of days ago, he said that they're going to be opening up all non-essential businesses, but

there's businesses that are opening up right now going, screw you, man.

There's no problem here.

How come you can have the city golf courses open and where you're making money, but I can't do that?

There was a family that is now facing prison time for holding a yard sale outside.

of their home out in the open air with no large crowds.

They were arrested and they're facing prison time.

Somebody else that you might have seen yesterday

went viral.

A woman, a mom in Idaho, took her kids to the park.

She was arrested.

Her name is Sarah Brady.

She's facing possibly up to six months in jail.

Sarah, welcome to the program.

We're glad you're here.

Thank you, Glenn.

Happy to be here.

So,

Sarah, I want to start.

I want to start right off the bat because I saw your video yesterday and I was horrified by it.

And then I saw some additional stuff where the cop was really trying to be cool.

I mean, he was really, he's like, I look, guys, I don't, you got to talk to the mayor about this.

I can't help you.

Just, it's closed.

The city has a right to close the parks.

They close them every night.

So,

where do you stand on this?

Because the cop really wasn't trying to be a bad guy.

And

I understand that it's stupid to say your kids can't play in the park.

But where do you balance this?

Well, so there's two.

There was actually three officers there.

And there in the park area where

I was arrested, there was two.

And the gentleman that didn't have a hat on, I actually felt like was pretty reasonable.

The person that I

the escalation occurred with, I actually felt like was much, much less reasonable.

And I can completely see

the frustration of being in the middle of citizens who are upset about a park being closed and then feeling like you have the pressure from the mayor or the governor that you have to

enforce orders.

And I want to make this clear, too.

You're not anti-police or trying to make them look bad.

You are married to a police officer.

I am am not anti-police at all.

I love law enforcement.

I mean, obviously, I'm married to one,

you know, but I also, I

don't like to see government overreach.

And it is frustrating to see

police officers being put in this position that they're having to enforce

what I feel to be unconstitutional orders.

So, what is what

did you call the mayor or

anybody prior to this?

Have there been efforts to get the mayor and to get the governor to stop this?

You know, there have been efforts.

I personally haven't called the Meridian Mayor.

There have been efforts to

like there was a rally last Friday with a bunch of Idahoans at the state capitol.

I attended.

My understanding is there'd been a protest at the governor's house.

I did not participate in that.

So there's a lot of Idahoans that are very upset about what's going on.

A lot of Idahoans that are upset that some people are considered essential, other people are not.

And I mean, quite,

I think anybody that's trying to provide for their livelihood is essential.

Oh, I 100% agree.

And if there is a state that could be opened, I mean, there's a few of them.

Texas, we've only had 17 deaths, and we're an enormous state.

You are, you know, Idaho is one of those states as well.

You have more than Texas does, but still, it's not New York City.

And

I don't understand, and this is a

Republican governor.

I don't understand why these governors in places like Idaho

feel like they need to

treat everyone in the state like a child.

Well, you know, it's interesting because

I think people should have the

ability to make choices for themselves, right?

I mean, every day, every day we take risks, right?

If you get in a car, you're taking a risk.

And I think Idahoans are smart enough to know what risks they want to take for their family, quite frankly.

When you went to the park, this was

a planned protest.

I mean,

there's

a post.

I don't know if you posted it.

There are a bunch of us taking our kids to the park in Meridian today at 3 p.m.

Tear the tape off the playground.

Anyone can join us.

Kids, no kids.

Let's take a stand.

So this was, I mean, you knew that there was going to be a confrontation of sorts, right?

So, yes.

And let me tell you actually what happened.

So there was actually,

from what I remember, two different

events,

and I was involved in both.

I did not make that comment saying, hey, come to the park.

I did not make that comment.

And let's tear down the tape.

I didn't.

I actually, I was on the fence about going.

I mean, quite frankly, my kids have been cooped up in the house for over a month now.

I have a special needs child.

They've been asking to go to the park.

They want to know when things are going to return to normal.

And so I was on the fence.

I honestly was like, oh, you know what?

I don't know if I want to go down there.

I don't, I don't, my concern was this, honestly, are people going to be, you know, acting inappropriately?

Are they going to be vandalizing things?

That was my concern.

So I was kind of on the fence.

And,

you know, I had friends messaging me.

Are you going to go?

I'm like, I don't know.

You know, I'm not sure.

So that day, I'd kind of forgotten about it a little bit.

Like, it just wasn't high on my priority list.

And I sat down on my couch to catch up on social media.

And up popped a video.

A friend was like, hey, Hey, we're at the park, you know, and I see all my friends there with their kids.

And they said, Oh, the tape's down.

I was like, Oh, you know, and this park is so close to my house.

So I thought, you know, it's literally, this is like, I think the event time was three

and

3:45.

And I'm like, Yeah, if nothing, if nobody's come now to, you know, break up people, you know, playing at the park, I'm probably safe to go down there and hang out with my kids.

And so that's literally, I was like, Yeah, I'm going to go down to the park with my kids.

If the city would have said to you as mothers, hey, listen,

the virus lives on plastic for 72 hours or whatever, and there's plastic on the playground,

we recommend that you just take some Clorox wipes and you wipe them down or whatever, because I got news for you.

It's on the shopping carts and every place else when you're going out to buy groceries.

That's reasonable, isn't it?

Would you have brought Clorox wipes to wipe everything down if that was their objection?

And

I mean, it's supposed to die in the sunlight, and it was a very sunny day yesterday, so it didn't matter if you had Clorox or not.

But

I mean, absolutely.

If that would have been the requirement, please, please wipe down the equipment or, you know, try to keep it clean.

I wouldn't have had a problem with that.

So, the governor is supposed to talk about reopening the state today.

What are you expecting?

Well,

you know, quite frankly, I didn't expect all of this.

So

this is what I'm hoping.

I am hoping that he does what

Idahoans want him to do is reopen our economy, reopen the parks.

Let's get back to normal because we can't do this forever.

And I, you know,

I don't think,

oh, go ahead.

No, go ahead, please.

I was going to say, I don't think protecting people and then wanting to open the economy have to be exclusive to each other.

Like, I think that we can have both.

There is always going to be vulnerable people in our population, right?

Then there's going to be another virus, right?

I mean, viruses exist everywhere.

But we also need Idahoans to get back to work.

I mean, I have friends who are being laid off,

you know, people not being able to provide for their families.

And it's a scary time to think, how am I going to put food on the table?

So, I mean,

I think it's reasonable to reopen the economy and reopen things.

And people can take precautions.

Businesses can choose to take precautions.

You were bailed out yesterday.

You were bailed out yesterday.

What do you think is going to come of your case?

So it was actually the day before yesterday.

But yes, I was I bailed out.

You know, I don't know.

I would hope that they would drop the charges because

how can someone like me be considered a criminal?

Because I just wanted to take my kids to the park.

I don't understand that.

I mean, like, that's not the America I know or want to pass on to my children.

But, you know, time will tell.

I'm not going to plead guilty.

What were you charged with?

I was charged with trespassing.

Six months in jail and $1,000 fine.

You say this isn't the America that you know.

It's shocking when things like this are happening in Idaho.

Thank you so much.

I don't.

Sir, go ahead.

No, I was just going to say I don't understand how we can let...

you know, criminals and pedophiles out of jail, and

I'm getting in trouble, you know, for being at

But

thank you so much.

Yeah, go ahead.

Yeah, I just want to say, you know, there was a protest at the police officer's house the night that I was released from jail.

And I just, you know, I want to say to people out there, we're all in very tough times, right?

There's escalated emotions.

And I just want to say that I had nothing to do with that protest.

And I want to apologize from one police officer family to another that I'm sorry that happened.

And I don't want people to make people feel unsafe.

Thank you.

Yeah, well, you've been doxxed by the left, so your family feels unsafe.

And I think it's wrong whenever we take it to somebody's house and to their family.

And I'm glad to hear you say that.

Thank you so much, Sarah.

Appreciate it.

Tonight on Stew Does America here on Blaze TV.

You can also get it on YouTube and wherever you get your podcasts.

Going to be talking about the latest drama and just agonizing behavior from the Cuomo family, which has become basically my personal jihad at this point.

I just can't deal with the idea that people think either one of the Cuomos are competent in any way.

I'm having a real problem with people who keep saying that.

And it's just so irritating.

We'll get into that tonight on Stu Does America.

Also tonight, many of us will gather around the television to watch an incredible event in which various people's names are read on Zoom conference calls.

And then

may or may not play in a league that may or may not play later this year.

The NFL draft happens tonight.

And I will say,

it's an easy event to make fun of because it is basically just people reading names, which isn't exactly the most exciting thing.

However, this year, it seems like the 4th of July times 20.

It's about the most interesting thing that's happened in the world in a long time.

I like the draft anyway.

I'm a sports fan, but to go without sports for, what, six, seven weeks now?

And we finally have something that's kind of considered a sporting event,

that's exciting for me.

I want anything in that world right now to get away from talking about creepy little viruses.

And I will say this:

it's an interesting thing that happened in Tampa as Tom Brady went over to pick up his paperwork from one of his offensive coordinators,

one of his offensive coaches, Byron Lefwich, walked into the house, set down his duffel bag, and looked over

and

he said, hey, how's it going, man?

And

sarcastically, the guy answered,

I don't know.

You tell me, dude, like, who are you?

Apparently, Brady had walked into the wrong house.

Now, he did just go to he just moved to tampa so i you know he's not particularly familiar with the surroundings yet it took the guy a minute to realize that he had just had tom brady walk through his front door uh he said hey you know look people make fun of me because i play the lottery but somebody has to win the lottery
