First, let me tell you about Rough Greens, Vitasmart.
It's an unbelievable additive that you put on your dog's food.
Uno is a different dog.
He is up and at them every day.
He has gained weight, which was his biggest problem.
He hated eating, and so he would never gain weight.
But he has gained weight, but it is in muscle and he's toned.
He's not getting fat.
That's because he's much more active since he's been eating rough greens.
And all you do is you just put it on top of the food and you just kind of mix it in.
It's probiotics, enzymes, vitamins, healthy microbacteria, all of the things your dog needs but doesn't get from his food because basically it's all been cooked out of his out of his food.
It's rough greens.

Well, the people are starting to stand up and say enough is enough.
This is good news, but also I perceive real trouble on the horizon because I'm not sure that the people in Washington even get what people are angry about.
We'll start in Michigan, and we do that in one minute.
This is the Glenn Beck program.
So you're driving home from getting groceries, singing along to the radio as you pass through the streets, so empty it looks like, well, a plague has come through or something.

the Mauis are
announced tomorrow.
We have the national maui the
state maui and the local maui and uh the maui is this beautiful statue if you happen to be watching us uh on uh blaze tv it's a beautiful statue of mao uh right directly from jenna
and we're just looking for uh your nominations now of who should get those mauis uh who is the greatest corona dictator in america America?
So we have those three categories.
They're national, state, and local Mauis.
And we announce those tomorrow night.
And then we'll vote on them all through the weekend.
And we have our big awards ceremony next week.
So you don't want to miss that.
You can just hashtag coronadictors and let us know who you think should be nominated.
And we'll vote over the weekend.
Now, it's going to be pretty hard to beat the Michigan governor.
I think she is a leader in the state race for
the coveted Chairman Mao.
And
I think the people of Michigan have had enough.
Yesterday, thousands surrounded the Michigan Capitol.
This is...
I don't know.
Pat, by the way, is joining us.
Stu is off for a couple of days.
I'm not sure.
Do you think she got the message yesterday, or do you think it just pissed her off even more, Pat?
I think it probably just pissed her off even more.
I think so, too.
People were saying, as adults,
we know
what we need to do.
I mean,
this is phenomenal to me how we are all being treated like babies.
They don't trust the American people at all.
I mean, if you look at poll after poll after poll, if they open the economy right now, we're not going back to restaurants.
I mean, we're just not.
People are not ready for that now.
We're smart.
We can figure these things out.
But she has been cracking down on people traveling between homes or planting or landscaping or golfing.
You can't even go and check on your parents or anything else.
It's really bad.
Now,
it's kind of falling apart for her because not only did they have a whole bunch of people that were there in Michigan surrounding the Capitol, and everybody was told on this Facebook group, you know, stay in your cars, but a lot of people just got out of their cars and they surrounded the Capitol.
And today
we find out that four of the sheriffs
from
Michigan are now saying they're not going to enforce her orders.
Let me read a little bit of this.
We write today to inform the public of our respective counties our opposition to some of Governor Whitner's executive orders.
While we understand her desire to protect the public, we question some restrictions that she has imposed as overstepping her executive authority.
We'll deal with every case as an individual situation and apply common sense in assessing apparent violations.
Her orders are prohibition on large retailers selling non-essential items such as paint and outdoor supplies, meaning stores like Home Depot have to tape off those sections from customers.
I was just in Home Depot yesterday.
I went to Home Depot yesterday.
I wanted to get a power washer.
They are being very, very careful.
Everybody was six feet away.
It was really weird.
Have you been out to any of these stores, Pat?
I've been to the grocery store where people are doing that.
Everybody's kind of staying away and keeping their distance from everybody else.
Now, nobody told us.
By the way,
you know better, right?
You just know.
Yes, right.
And it's, it's ridiculous, these little marks on the, on the ground, but Home Depot, you got to stand in line, and they only let so many people in, uh, and everybody's six feet apart, and nobody's, there's, there's no little markings on the ground of how far we have to be from each other.
And it's, it's, it's instinctive at this point.
It was so weird because people would be coming out of the aisles, and they would stop and look both ways.
I mean, nobody is, nobody's getting close to anybody.
And when we were talking about,
you know, I said, hey, I'm coming in, I'm looking for this particular thing.
And I held up my phone, and the guy just kept six feet away.
And he's like, can you expand that a bit?
And so I expanded it.
Can you roll that up a bit?
I mean, everybody is being smart.
What is the problem?
By the way, I think think cutting people off from
other people entirely is a dangerous thing to do.
Suicide, depression, all of this stuff.
And if you can't go outside and work on your own house, if you are sitting at the home and you can't buy paint to paint a room, what are you doing?
All we're doing is just sitting and watching Netflix.
That's not healthy for a nation.
Anyway, so you can't get paint paint or outdoor supplies.
Home Depot has to tape off the section from customers.
Lawn care services have been temporarily shuttered.
My gosh, every place is going to look like Detroit.
The order prohibits people from traveling between residents, even to their cottages in the northern part of the state, where there are a few COVID-19 cases.
Residents of other states, however, still may travel to such properties in Michigan if permitted by their respective home states.
Individuals may not use motorboats.
Why?
Individuals may not use motorboats, but they are authorized to use boats without motors.
What?
Wow.
The order bans public and private gatherings of any kind, except, and I love this, this is happening in state after state after state, except it does allow for the sale of lottery tickets.
So I can't buy paint, but I can buy a lottery ticket because that's essential.
And you know who is essential for?
The state
because the state is making money.
By the way, just to show you how
much, how good of hands we're in,
Whitmer is on the short list
for Joe Biden as vice president.
So she could be our president.
Wouldn't that be great?
I want to play this.
This is from Tucker Carlson.
He had the Democratic
New Jersey governor on, the Democrat Phil Murphy.
I want you to listen to
what he said.
So you made that decision, and as I noted before, 15 congregants at a synagogue in New Jersey were arrested and charged for being in a synagogue together.
Now, the Bill of Rights, as you well know, protects Americans' right, enshrines their right to practice their religion as they see fit and to congregate together, to assemble peacefully.
By what authority did you nullify the Bill of Rights in issuing this order?
How do you have the power to work that?
That's above my pay grade, Tucker.
So
I wasn't thinking of the Bill of Rights when we did this.
We went to all of the...
Stop,
stop, stop, stop, stop.
Wow.
It's above your pay grade?
I don't think so.
I'm not even getting paid, and I'm standing up for the Bill of Rights.
I'm thinking about the Bill of Rights above your pay grade as a governor.
That's what you're, that's your response.
Oh, we didn't think about it.
We didn't think about it.
I think that's pretty obvious they weren't thinking about the U.S.
Constitution or the Bill of Rights when they issued those orders.
Wow.
How do you, did you not raise your hand when you took your oath of office and say that you would protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.
That is the number, that's the only thing I think you swear to when you're getting into office, is it not?
Which pretty much is not like
I'm going to show up every day at 9 o'clock.
I'm going to make sure that the snow is off the streets and the garbage is picked up.
What else do you swear to, Pat?
I would say that's pretty much a removable offense for a governor of a state.
You know,
if you don't even consider the Bill of Rights, you need to be impeached.
You need to to be removed from office.
That should be the end of it.
It's crazy.
It should be, but it won't be.
No, of course.
But it should be.
Yeah, absolutely should be.
I mean, that's one of the most outrageous statements I think I've ever heard from a governor of a U.S.
state.
We didn't even think about it.
And you know what?
It's not like he said, listen,
we didn't think about it.
We were in a panic.
We were in this.
He laughs about it.
Yeah.
That's what's so offensive to me is,
well that's about my pay grade we didn't think about the bell of rights tucker i mean like it's like it's a joke like oh yeah and uh i didn't look at all those laws about uh tying up horses in the street either
i mean what is that
So
can we play the rest of it?
Because now I want you to notice how he starts to backpedal.
And Tucker throws him a lifeline.
I don't think he means to, but he throws him a lifeline, and the governor understands that.
Listen.
We went to all, first of all, we looked at the data and the science, and it says
people have to stay away from each other.
That's the best thing we could do to break the back of the curve of this virus that leads to lower hospitalizations and ultimately fatality.
And I'm not contesting that, though.
I think it's I do.
Stop, stop, stop, stop.
Okay, okay, okay.
We didn't look at the Bill of Rights, Tucker.
We looked at science.
Okay, well, we can look at science and the Bill of Rights
because, you know, that's the science of human beings that put that thing together.
So, why don't we look at both of those?
Well,
we can't do both, Tucker.
We looked at science, looking at laws, you know, and
something something that I raise my hand to protect and defend.
We don't have time.
We didn't have time to look at both of those things.
Who could possibly do that?
You know, what's really frightening is no one,
no one in the governor's office or in the circle even stood up and said, wait, wait, wait, we can't do this.
That's what's more frightening to me.
is there is no one, and I hear this from politicians in Washington, D.C.
all the time, the people who actually respect the Constitution tell me all the time, Glenn, it's a joke.
It is a joke here.
Nobody even thinks about the Constitution or Bill of Rights.
It's some outdated, antiquated thing that nobody even, when they do talk about it, it is only to get re-elected.
It's only to sell something to people.
Or they're talking about it as a joke.
That's the America we're in today.
And,
we are at a place right now, as you will see.
I mean, today we have Jim Jordan coming on in just a few minutes.
I have Harry Dent coming on.
He's a guy who, in fact, you know what?
Let me take a quick break and then I want to play what he said on this show.
He's a guy who on this program about four months ago said, there's a depression coming.
I'm telling you, a depression is coming.
And he'll explain why.
We're also going to talk about how dead people are getting checks
right now.
If you haven't gotten your check, you can just Google get my payment.
You can go to the IRS now and get my payment.
If you don't have direct deposit with the IRS, Google Get My Payment.
Make sure you're on the IRS.gov website, and you can give them all of your banking routing information, and they will get that check to you right away.
But
money has no meaning anymore, as you will understand by the end of the program.
And when money has no meaning and rights have no meaning, only power has meaning.
And that is a frightening thing.
So I congratulate those in
Michigan.
Also,
the
state Senate voted to override the governor's stay-at-home order in Pennsylvania as well.
So thank you for those patriots that are standing up against growing tyranny in America.
Well, we are all shopping online a lot right now.
I mean, a lot.
My wife does most of the shopping online.
I cannot take the security codes and the passwords and all of that.
I just, I get so frustrated.
I just stop.
I just stop.
It saved me a ton of money because I'm just like, I don't know.
I don't know what this one is.
So my wife does most of the shopping online.
She uses Honey.
And it is, it's a great tool to save money, especially right now.
What Honey is, is it's a free online shopping tool.
It automatically finds the best promo codes and then implies them to your cart when you're ready to check out.
All you have to do is download the free app.
Just go to the app store and get honey and then shop like normal.
When you're ready to check out, all you do is you just click on the app and it automatically goes and finds all of the current savings and applies all those coupons and codes.
to your checkout so you get the lowest price it doesn't cost you a cent and they never ever use your information for anybody else this is information they have you have and no one else There's a hundred thousand reviews on the Google Chrome store, so it's secure and reliable as much as anything is on Google.
But the bottom line is
not using honey is literally throwing money out of the window.
This is a really easy thing to do.
Get your free app for honey free at joinhoney.com/slash back.
That's joinhoney.com slash back.

What'd you say, Pat?
Welcome to the program.
We have,
I'm not going to be able to have time to play this Harry Dent thing, but Harry is coming up in about an hour from now.
I also need to tell you about something that has been happening behind the scenes that you don't know.
And USA Today is a fact checker.
USA Today is a Facebook fact checker and if USA Today says something is not true then it's not true.
China lies exposed is a
special that I did what two weeks ago.
And two weeks ago we told you that the virus was believed to come from a biolab not bat soup and we told you this information and we played all of the video from China we we gave you the whole case
well this was all new information two weeks ago and
Facebook listened to USA Today and USA Today decided that what we did was false information
And so we got a notice, false information found on Glenn Beck.
Glenn Beck shared information that has been reviewed by USA Today.
And we've added a notice to the post so others can see that it is false.
To fight false
news, Facebook reduces the distribution of misleading content while showing additional reporting on the same topic.
So, what they did, we received this notice that said that
your page has been reduced in distribution and other restrictions because of repeated sharing of false news.
People will also be able to see a page has a history of sharing false news.
So, this meant until we changed it because of USA Today and said we were wrong, our content, our distribution, our monetization, all of it was reduced and all of the strategies that we utilize on this page suffered.
So we refused to back down.
We said this is true.
USA Today is still saying it's not true.
They're using a story from like March 15th that said that
there was no lab involved.
Well, as we all know,
facts can change.
Facts can change.
In the middle of March, I was with them saying, yeah, you're right.
It probably didn't come from a lab.
It looks like it came.
But facts have changed.
Now the federal government, now the government of the UK, now the government of France, now the government of every place except for China understands that this came from a laboratory
and we're still being punished for it.
This is why it is so important that you subscribe to Blaze TV because they are silencing our voices and you don't even know it.
And if you ever shared that episode, if you shared that with anybody on Facebook, your voice has also been silenced and you didn't even know it.

You're listening to Glenn Beck.
So somebody asked me this morning, how many times have you gone out and mowed the lawn?
And I said, well, none, but
and he said, well, how many times have you been on the hustler?
And I said, now that's a different story.
I've been riding that thing around like it's a race car.
It is fantastic.
I was at Home Depot yesterday and I looked at the other zero turn mowers and the price and everything else and they just do not compare to a hustler.
They don't.
If you are mowing your lawn, you got a lot of lawn, a hustler turf zero turn lawnmower is going to save you a ton of time.
I guarantee you, this is going to be the last mower you ever buy in your life.
It's going to save you money.
It's going to save you time.
And you're really going to enjoy it.
It is, these are the people that back in the 1960s started the zero Turn lawnmower and they were making it commercially.
They've started making them now for residents, and
they're just great.
They're fun to drive.
Listen, right now you get an extra year of extended warranty coverage for going to hustlerturf.com, clicking on the radio offer button at the top of the right-hand corner.
Enter my name back in the box for details about the warranty offer.
It's hustlerturf.com.
Promo code back.
Need a good read while stuck in quarantine?
Grab Glenn's new book, Arguing Socialists.
It's out right now
this
is the glenn beck program we want to go to uh congressman jim jordan from ohio he's the gop house ranking member which is got to be a trip to be in the house right now uh welcome jim jordan how are you sir i'm i'm fine glenn Good to be with you this morning.
Thank you.
I've got so much I want to talk to you about.
But thank you, first of all, for your service, and thank you for being on.
We were just penalized on Facebook because of USA Today.
They said that our report two weeks ago that this virus looks like it came from a lab.
And I'm not even saying that it was intentionally done, but but we have the videotape of them collecting this bat virus and bringing it to that lab.
We were just demonetized and called fake news, and so our distribution has been greatly decreased because of that.
Can you help me out, Jim?
Is that story true or not true?
Well, it sure appears to be based on what we've learned here of late.
Of course, a lot of people kind of suspected that
when you first reported it.
But now it looks like, in fact, lots of sources in our government are saying that's what they think is exactly what happened.
So,
you know, but it doesn't surprise us that time is not being square with us.
It doesn't surprise us that the mainstream press is trying to
go after conservative organizations.
We've seen that before.
I remember
it was
probably, I forget,
about a year and a half ago, there were
Twitter shadow banned four members of Congress, Gates, Meadows, Nunes, Jordan.
And, of course, they said, oh, it was just a glitch in our algorithm.
And I said, well, you know, what did you put in the algorithm?
The names Gates, Meadows, Nunes, Jordan.
Four conservatives, and it was all about during the whole Trump Russia thing.
So, yeah, it's not surprising that those kind of things happen.
I have to tell you, this is a problem.
For me, this is a problem with USA Today.
They are a news source.
They understand the news.
They were quoting something to use against us that was over a month old.
We had all brand new evidence.
This story is evolving.
I was not on this conspiracy theory that this is
something that they cooked up in the basement to collapse the globe or anything like that.
And yet our media seems to love China, and China has clearly demonstrated itself as an enemy, I think, to all freedom and common sense in the world.
Yep.
And look, look at the world.
Look at Pelosi defending the World Health Organization.
How?
You got to be kidding me, who's out there shilling for China, who is out there parroting the false statements we got from the Chinese Communist Party.
I love what my colleague
Louis Gomert says.
He says, you know, because the president now wants to stop payment to China, which I'm all, or excuse me, stop payment to the World Health Organization, which I'm all for.
My colleague Louis Gomer says, Yeah, we don't have to pay organizations to lie to us.
They'll probably do it for free, right?
So let's cut the fucking coffee people.
I have to tell you, I don't understand.
When I saw the memo that Taiwan had sent to the WHO, and the WHO rejected it because, quote, Taiwan doesn't exist, is insane.
Yeah.
How are we paying the lion's share of that?
And how are people, your colleagues in Congress, how are they possibly justifying this?
Yeah, well, they just I think Pelosi justifies it because the president's for the other position.
So it doesn't matter what the president's for.
They're going to be for something opposite, even when we all know the president's position is exactly right on this.
That's just who they are.
They never miss a chance to advance their left-wing craziness, you know, trying to put the Green New Deal stuff in the package that we had a few weeks ago to help small business owners and families across this country, trying to insert all kinds of crazy things in this.
They never miss a chance to try to advance their crazy left policies during a crisis, and they never miss an opportunity to attack the president.
So
that's what drives the Democrats now.
We've seen it for three and a half years.
You are calling now for a halt for using Zoom for oversight committee business because you are afraid China is, what, hacking in?
Yeah, well, it's happened where
some of these conferences have been hacked into.
So uh look,
when you're doing a business for the United States Congress on behalf of the American people, it seems to me you should be doing that in a in a in a more secure way.
So we've said, look,
let's just do conference calls.
And more importantly, what we've called for is let's get back to work for goodness sake.
Farmers are getting in the fields right now working.
You got food processors processing food.
You got truckers hauling the food.
You got people putting it on the shelves and working in these quote essential businesses.
But the United States Congress can't meet.
So why don't we just get back in session lots of other people are working but oh the the the the I said this the other day we have all kinds of task forces Glenn doing doing good work but the task force that's supposed to address big issues in our country is called the United States Congress and we are missing in action so maybe Speaker Pelosi instead of critiquing the president all the time and sitting out there in San Francisco why don't you put together the plan that says how Congress is going to get back to work so we wouldn't even have this zoom question hanging out there we could actually be in committees doing the work we're supposed to be doing on behalf of the American people.
So, Jim, why doesn't the, why don't you as
the GOP, why don't you all go to Washington and every day stand, you know, in front of cameras saying, we're all here.
You know, Congress is essential if we're going to pass bills.
We all need to be here.
Where are you, Democrats?
Yeah.
Yeah, and we're actually looking at doing that.
I think
our leaders back there today, our leaders back there today, and it seems like we should be back.
But particularly, think about this.
Think about the work of the Judiciary Committee.
We got a great memo from the Attorney General two days ago where he said, look, you can't, if you can go to the grocery store and shop at the grocery store six feet apart, you can certainly go to church on Easter Sunday and be six feet apart.
You can't discriminate like some of these governors are doing.
So
why shouldn't the Judiciary Committee be back there talking about the First Amendment, talking about fundamental liberties that are being infringed around this country?
We're the House Judiciary Committee.
We're supposed to be that one one committee that is most focused on defending fundamental liberty fundamental freedom and we're seeing all these crazy we had a prosecutor in ohio say he was going to charge people with felonies if they violated the shelter and home uh law felonies he also said if i was the governor this is he's a prosecutor of a big county he said he said if i was governor i would call out the national guard to stop people from going to church what what are you talking about so yeah we should be back in session.
The speaker needs to have a plan, but we should be back in session talking about these kind of issues, particularly the Judiciary Committee.
Jim, I have to tell you, I think that Donald Trump and every single person in Congress, don't matter which party, I think there is real trouble brewing.
You know, you've got these banks that got all of their money and then made it harder for small businesses to get a loan.
You have all of these people lining up for money that aren't getting the money, small businesses that
they're going under and they can't wait until the end of next month.
They don't have the money.
And I think the perception is going to be, if it's not already, once again, Wall Street gets their bailout.
Oh, look, Wall Street's up.
Of course, they got all the money.
And yet we're not getting anything.
And then we're being treated like children and told to stay inside.
No, a quarantine, you quarantine the people who are sick, not the people who are healthy.
And you're stomping on rights.
And if the president is not hearing that, he's the best gut of anybody I've ever seen on the people.
Are you guys seeing what's coming over the horizon?
Yeah, well, all that underscores one fundamental point.
We have to get back to work.
We have to.
The president said this a few weeks ago.
You're exactly right.
The president's instincts are spot on.
When the president said the cure can't be worse than the disease, the cure can't be worse than the problem.
He said it three weeks ago, and he's reiterated several times since.
That has to be our focus.
It is time to go back to work.
I'm from West Central Ohio.
West Central Ohio is not New York City.
West Central Ohio is not even Columbus, Ohio.
So for goodness sakes,
why can't people go back to work in West Central Ohio and follow the guidelines?
Lots of people are working.
Everybody else is there.
There's people stacking the shelves right now.
They're working.
There's healthcare workers on the front line working.
There's truckers taking the supplies and the goods and things that have to be trucked and moved.
So why can't other people go back to work and follow those same guidelines?
That is what I don't understand.
I think more and more Americans are starting to ask the same question.
And you saw it on display in Michigan when they went to the governor and said, what are you doing?
Yes.
The protests that took place there.
I think more and more people are getting exactly what you're saying.
Yeah.
So let me ask you one last question because I know you've got to run and we've got to run.
But
the
rush into
modern monetary theory,
where we are just printing money and now Nancy Pelosi wants a $2,000 basic universal basic income is what she's talking about.
All of these things that are being put in,
even the White House, when they got the airline bailout money, they demanded that they pay a portion of it back, which they should have paid all of it back,
but pay part of that back and give us a piece of the company for the United States to own.
I don't want to own any of these companies.
Are you concerned about this
fast slide into things that are deadly for America?
Yeah,
the spending has to stop.
What we did in the bill a few weeks ago, now that needed to happen.
When you tell companies you can't operate, you tell small business owners you you can't run your business,
I view that as almost a takings.
And so you have to compensate people.
So that made
a lot of sense.
And we need to make sure that's there.
But
we can't keep spending money like Pelosi wants to do on all kinds of crazy things
beyond that.
So let's focus on helping the families and small business owners, but let's not go crazy with the spending.
We already know how bad our debt situation is currently.
I mean, Jim, we gave these banks all the money.
I mean, really, literally all the money in the world.
And I don't understand why we didn't say to them, in exchange for that, there's a moratorium on mortgages and
loans for the next three months.
And
you can't foreclose on anything for three months because we just gave you $2 trillion.
So we need something
back.
Why didn't we just do that?
Instead of writing people's checks, if we didn't have to worry about our mortgages or restaurants worrying about having to pay that payment for
the equipment that they had to buy, it would take a lot of pressure off.
Why didn't we do any of that?
Well,
the program that was put together was designed to keep people on payroll, keep small businesses afloat during this difficult times.
And I keep coming back to the fundamental issue is we have to go back to work.
You You know, people talk about, oh, the fundamentals were strong in our economy before this happened.
That is true.
Things were going great.
The Trump economy was booming.
But the most fundamental thing of an economy is people get up and go to work and provide the goods and services that make us the greatest economy in human history.
And if that's not happening or only happening partially, and we now know 22 million people have filed for unemployment, that is a bad position to be in.
So until that fundamental thing changed, all these other things
are short-term things that sort of had to be done.
But let's get to the fundamentals.
Let's get people back to work and understand lots of places in this country are not like New York City, and we can get back to work soon and get things moving in the right direction.
All right.
Thank you very much.
Thanks for standing up and thanks for
trying to hold some lines here.

You're listening to Glenn Beck.
Dear Glenn, I'm a 25-year-old living in the great state of Texas, and I just wanted to tell you, Blaze TV has made a huge difference in my life.
Since finding the Blaze back in January and watching all of the different shows on the platform, I have really learned what it means to be a proud American.
As you well know, socialism is pretty popular among those my age group, to say the least, but listening to your program has really given me the knowledge and passion to stand up for American values unapologetically, even among my most opinionated friends.
I've also been able to change the minds of some of my Democratic socialist friends by passing on information I learned from your show and others on the Blaze.
I just really want to thank you and every other member of the Blaze team for the positive impact you guys have had on my life.
You provide such essential service, and I recommend the Blaze to anyone and everyone I come across.
Thanks for everything you do.
I can't thank you enough for being a member of the Blaze.
We need you more than ever.
I built this so we couldn't be demonetized, we couldn't be shut out,
we wouldn't lose track of each other,
and we couldn't have boycotts or advertising.
We weren't reliant on that.
We do rely on some advertising, but that is not the lion's share by any stretch of the imagination.
You are the lion's share.
You are what is keeping all of us employed and on the air and our bills paid.
We know times are tough, but as I told you just a few minutes ago,
we have been demonetized and also
our distribution on Facebook has been greatly, greatly restricted because of USA Today.
USA Today insisted that we weren't telling you the truth two weeks ago on my special on Wednesday night, and so they had us demonetized and
massively banned.
As it turns out, we were right.
And now everyone is reporting that that is right.
But this restriction and this mark against our credibility has not been restored yet, and it needs to.
But this is why you're so important, because no one stands between us if you're a member of Blazetv.com slash Glenn.
Join us now, Blazetv.com slash Glenn.
You're listening to Glenn Beck.

Hello, America, you sick freak.
It is Thursday.
Yeah,
I'm keeping track so you don't have to.
It's Thursday, and we've got quite an hour for you.
We have the state rep from Detroit, Karen Whitsett, who was with us, I think, on Monday.
She traveled to meet with the president.
She's from Detroit.
We're going to get an update on her meeting with the president in just a second.
Also, Harry Dent, he was on our show about four months ago and he said, I'm telling you, 2020 is the year of the Great Depression.
It's coming this year.
Well, how right he was.
There's another 5 million people.
That brings our total of 20, 21 or 22 million Americans now out of work filing for unemployment.
We are in a depression.
When are we going back to work?
All that and more begins in one minute.
This is the Glenbeck program.
But first, let's Pat and I talk about our dogs for a second.
I've got a real dog.
I've got a man's dog.
I have a glorified rat.
You do.
What kind of dog is it?
She is a
morky, a mix of a Maltese and Yorkie.
So she's one of, she's one of these.
Oh my gosh.
Anytime anybody walks by the house, anytime anybody knocks on the door, I can't take it.
I can't take it.
And I don't know if it's worse to have that or my dog who almost bursts my eardrums when somebody comes by who.
Woof.
You're like, oh, ow, ow, okay.
Anyway,
both of our dogs have gained weight and changed on rough greens.
Yeah, my dog Bell has gone from four
to five pounds.
Wow.
Yeah.
I mean, that's actually a lot.
That's a lot of weight for a lot.
That's a pretty big percentage.
My dog's gained about 10 pounds, but I don't know about yours, but mine is
healthy.
He's not getting fat.
He's much more active, which might be a bad thing for your dog.
But he is outside running.
I mean, he's running the fence line.
We have like four acres, and he is making loops around the fence line.
He is active and healthy, and a huge difference.
You put your dog into a shoebox, so they run in the shoebox, the corn all four.
Well, it's kind of a long way for her, but yeah, she tries.
She tries.
All right.
So, Rough Greens, it is a supplement that you put on your dog's food.
It's really healthy for them.
Just try it.

welcome to the program on Monday We had a Michigan state lawmaker who said
she had the coronavirus and she was cured by hydroxychloroquine and she
credited Donald Trump.
Well, she's a Democrat and apparently you can't say anything nice about somebody if you're in the wrong party.
Well, that didn't stop her and she went to meet with President Trump on Tuesday.
She was asking for help for the people of Detroit.
Detroit is really,
really
suffering right now.
And so I wanted to get an update from her on how that meeting went and what was decided, if anything.
Welcome again to the program,
Democrat State Representative Karen Whitsad.
Hi, Karen.
How are you?
Hi, Glenn.
Thank you for having me back on again.
I really appreciate it.
Sure.
So tell me what happened.
Well, it was an amazing experience to be able to be at the White House, not for myself, but for the city of Detroit and for the people that I represent, that I call my family.
So
to be able to speak to the president as well as to the vice president was
first off an honor
that I did not expect.
But to be able to let them know firsthand that I did not feel that they were being handed the truth of what was going down in the city of Detroit and that they needed to be made aware that we need to put people over politics and that I'm not going to let my people in the city of Detroit believe be a political pawn in this game.
This has been going on for far too long and we know that as far as history goes back, that people will be used as a political pawn, whatever the issue may be.
And that is what I'm not going to allow.
So I am on here, and I went on there, and I went there to talk about the fact that my people will not be used
for the Democratic Party.
That's not going to help.
So, Karen, they shouldn't be used for the GOP either.
And I know you mean that as well.
But
it is such an honor to talk to you in a time where we are being trained to stay away from each other.
This is affecting all of us.
It doesn't matter who you voted for.
Coronavirus doesn't care.
It doesn't care.
When you went, did you feel the president and the vice president listened to you and headway was made?
Absolutely.
I mean, they were actually stunned by the information that I gave them.
They were not aware that we were in such bad shape.
And that was
very disheartening to me to hear that directly from the vice president.
How do you think that that happened?
And do you think that was genuine?
I honestly were genuinely surprised.
Oh, they were genuinely surprised.
They were absolutely genuinely surprised.
It was not a game.
It wasn't an act.
They were genuinely surprised that they, you know, because up in the upper part of Michigan, in the upper part of Michigan, everyone is doing what they need to do the executive they're honoring the executive orders in the lower part of michigan where i am in detroit dearborn area the executive orders are not being honored but they can't be honored if you don't have what you need i'm tired of getting the phone calls that i'm receiving yesterday i got the most heartbreaking phone call from bemont hospital nurse who is crying and she's at home she's sick with the with the virus
and she's talking about how the reuse of equipment at at Beaumont Royal Oak.
She's talking about how babies are being tested positive for the COVID virus.
And she's talking about how she's at home sick and how I have to do something and please do something and to stop this and how we're losing Wayne County sheriffs to this virus and how many are sick because they don't have not even thermometers, not even proper PPE.
how people are still having water shutoffs here when we're not supposed to have water shutoffs.
How people have started evictions here in February and they're still being carried out in March and April.
And
this has to stop.
We have, and we have pipes, pipes that are not connected in people's homes, so therefore they still do not have any water.
We still have problems in Flint, Michigan.
We still have problems.
And let's not talk about the hot beds in our senior citizen homes.
and our charter schools.
Our charter schools.
So, Karen, kids are not getting food.
You are at the level that no one in this country is really talking about, except, I think, like my friends and neighbors, we are.
We're talking about how are people doing it that are at the very bottom level that don't have, they don't have computers, let alone have internet access for their kids.
They don't have food.
Their kids go to school to get their food.
They don't have a stove.
Have a stove.
You're talking of, I mean, they get the food they don't have a stove they don't have we have drop-off points where you can go pick up food but if you don't have access to go and get it how are you supposed to get in and this is what's happening to my seniors as well they don't fall in the category for meals on wheels and yet they can't get out and go get the food either
I mean, I'm in here fighting a war, and I feel like I'm fighting by myself, Glenn.
I mean, this is insane what I'm going through.
And it's like, my God, this is the city of Detroit.
We are one of the biggest cities that there is.
And I'm fighting by myself.
And I'm tired of getting beat up because I care about the people of my city.
So what did the president say and the vice president say to give you comfort that help is on the way?
They gave me comfort and help is on the way.
I don't want to talk about specifics, but I can tell you that help and comfort is on, it's coming.
It is coming.
Okay.
Okay.
I want you to know that after we spoke on Monday, I reached out to my charity, Mercury One, and I said, We have got to help the people of Detroit.
And so
we will work with your office.
If you will take a call from my charity, we will work with your office.
I don't care if we have to, you know, send truckloads of food up to you or if you need PPEs or whatever you need, we will help you.
This audience is one of the greatest groups of people ever.
Oh, my God.
Oh, my God.
Oh, my God, Glenn, thank you.
We're all in this together, Karen.
Glenn,
from the bottom of my heart, from the people of the city of Detroit,
I thank you so,
so very much.
You tell us what we need to do and we will do it.
And if you need people that are there, I can guarantee you that we can send volunteers up there that will deliver whatever needs to be delivered.
You tell us what you need, and we will do it as a community.
I need, I need,
you know,
for my mothers and my fathers that are at home with their kids in these charter schools that have fallen through the cracks that don't fall under Detroit public school system.
They have no iPads.
They have no means of trying to do their homework and they're trying to do it on a single phone.
They don't have even toaster ovens would be a benefit.
Even the cheapest, smallest toaster ovens would be a benefit.
Trying to get cleaning supplies for our jails and for our prisons and testing kits.
Partnering up with Mark Campbell that I was with yesterday, partnering up with him because he does have the testing.
He can do the test.
If we can get
more testing kits, if we can test, if we can get thermometers, if we can help the Wayne County sheriffs, if we can help our Detroit police officers and our first responders, we had over 1,600 nurses walk out and staff walk out of hospitals and more than one hospital, even Sinai Grace Hospital.
I mean,
I have a laundry list.
Well, right now, what you've offered is a lifeline.
Karen, I'm going to put you in touch with my charity.
They will reach out to you today.
And we will figure out what we can do.
And I ask every member of this audience to please go to mercury1.org slash donate and donate now.
I want you to know that if you market for COVID or Detroit or whatever, 100% of your donation will go there.
It will not be used for any 100% of your donation.
So please donate now and let's make an impact in the lives of these people who everyone has forgotten in the great city of Detroit.
Karen,
we will talk again.
Glenn and your audience, thank you for making the United States united.
Thank you.
God bless.
We'll talk to you again.
I just, it's rare that you talk to somebody who is not a politician.
You can tell she deeply cares about the people she represents.
Let's see if we can really make an impact.
How cool would it be?
I know we're at home and we're thinking that we can't make an impact or that we're not doing enough or whatever it is.
This is something that you can do and get involved with.
Organize your friends.
Just do a fundraiser yourself and send the money to mercury1.org and we will get it to Detroit.
We will get them food and toaster ovens and PPEs or whatever else they need.
Please donate right now.
$5
makes all the difference in the world.
When you're talking about people who don't have a stove, when you're talking about people who have no way to get food, we have the trucks, we can get the food, we can get these things.
We just need your support.
Mercury1.org.
All right.
I want to talk to you a little bit about blinds.com.

I called them on a Saturday and
left a message, and I thought, I'm going to have to make an appointment.
They called me right right back, and we were using my wife's maiden name.
I don't ever like to identify myself when I do business with a client because I want to make sure that I'm treated exactly the same way you are.
But they called me right back, and I mean, we had that meeting right away.

Wow.
Is that one of the greatest things you've ever heard?
God, she's fantastic.
I mean, look at the difference between her and if I were to say that to Nancy Pelosi about helping people in San Francisco,
do you think she would have that same reaction?
No.
No, I don't.
This woman is amazing.
Just amazing how much she cares about the people.
And I don't care about her politics.
Right.
Yeah.
I mean, you could feel that.
She was just so elated
that
you offered to help and that there was help on the way, not just
from the president, but from Mercury One.
I mean, she broke down in tears immediately.
Amazing.
Just amazing.
She had me tearing up.
I was choked up.
I couldn't speak.
Anyway, please help.
Again, $5 even makes a huge difference.
You know, you could become a monthly subscriber, if you will, to Mercury One just if you can only do like
do five bucks a month.
And you become a loyal member of Mercury One.
And we are currently working with cities.
I think we did 10,000 PPEs for New Orleans.
We are delivering food to food banks.
We are all over the country right now, and we are currently really focusing on domestic abuse and suicide.
It is the domestic abuse situation in America.
Nobody is talking about this yet.
But you want to talk about, you know, it bothers me so much when people say, we got to get a country back working again for the economy.
Well, that's not the only reason.
There is also a ton of suffering going on and more than economic.
Imagine those who are in right now abusive relationships.
They're locked in their house with the abuser all the time.
Child abuse and spousal abuse is off the charts.
Depression is off the charts.
I mean, I'm having a hard time staying at home and just,
you know, not going into depression.
It is really, really difficult.
This is something that humans are not used to doing this.
We are social beings.
You know, I have friends who are trapped in their house by themselves.
Yeah.
Are you kidding me?
Did you see the report that Americans right now are spending an average of eight hours a day on Netflix?
Yeah.
Eight hours?
Yeah.
Wow.
I mean, so, I mean, that's
if that's what you have,
yeah.
If that's what you've got to stave off the uh, the depression or the anxiety or whatever you're feeling, you just want to get your mind off of it.
Or just the boredom.
Yeah.
Or just the boredom.
There's, I mean, if you were there by yourself,
you know, what else are you going to do?
Right.
I mean, I've cleaned out all of my closets.
You know, I've cleaned my garages out.
I've done everything that I can do.
I mean, mean, I'm power washing my house today.
I'm out.
I'm out of stuff to do.
So,
you know,
it's a difficult time, a really difficult time.
And you just want to feel normal again.
And if it takes, you know, some show that you're binge watching, then that's what you're going to do.
You're just fine.
Well, yep.
Although I don't know if it's some of the stuff we're binge watching, like, you know, Ozark, if that's making you feel normal again.
Probably not.
That's a different issue.
If that's making you feel normal,
that's probably a bad thing you might want to look into.
We have Harry Dents coming up in just a second.
He was on this show
a few months ago in the fall, and he said 2020 is the year of another Great Depression.
He said, we are headed for a Great Depression.
And at that time, all of the metrics said there's no way.
He called it.
We just got another 5 million people out on the unemployment rolls for the week.
And they are still, you know, what a surprise in Michigan.
People can't get through to the unemployment line to be able to file.
So there are more people that are even backlogged.
We're at about 20 million people now that
are officially unemployed for the first time.
Our unemployment is at least 10%, maybe 15, maybe as high as 20.
Harry is here to tell us, okay,
what does all of this mean?
What do we do as individuals?
And does our economy come back
next?
All right.
My pillow is, you know, I don't want to talk about the pillows or sheets or anything.
I want to talk about this company.
Mike Lindell is an amazing guy.
You know, I did a sit-down interview with him.
There's one of our podcasts with Mike Lindell.
You have to see it.
But he is passionate about helping people.
In fact, the reason why he sobered up and got help and changed his life and started My Pillow is because he was convinced that MyPillow was going to be the vehicle that would fund
help for people.
And that's exactly what he's doing.
And when he heard that we were short of masks, he retooled his entire company.
And they're making, what is it, 5 million masks a week, something like that.
That was at least a couple of weeks ago.
MyPillow is a special company.
They have great pillows.
Their sheets are unbelievable.
Right now you can get buy one, get one free on their sheets.

I just got a notification that Facebook is going to be alerting people if you have come up and
crossed misinformation about the coronavirus.
I warn you, be very careful.
They demonetized us and throttled us way back at Glenn Beck, my Facebook page, because I posted
the show two weeks ago that it looks like, not as a weapon, but it looks like the Chinese were doing a study on bats and they brought them back to this
laboratory in Wuhan, and that's where this thing came from, not from bat soup.
Well, two weeks ago, that was new information, and USA Today deemed that fake information and fake news.
We are still
being penalized for that and been on the list of fake news.
You might get a notice saying Glenn Beck has been passing around fake news that is not fake news and we stand by it and we demand that our ban be taken off.
But this is one reason why please, please become a member of Blaze TV because you're going to get information in real time.
And if the media decides they don't like that information for instance AP is now saying that it's just the far right that has a problem in Michigan no I think there's a lot of people that are having a problem with the governor of Michigan and they're not all far right just because you believe in the Bill of Rights is not far right
And I say this now because I've asked Harry Dent to come back on the program.
He is a guy who was here in the fall, and he predicted that we would hit a Great Depression.
At the time, that looked like it was insane.
Turns out, not so insane.
It looks like that's exactly what we're in right now.
So we wanted to talk to him about what he's seen and what we should do as individuals.
And
is there an exit on this one?
Welcome to the program, Harry Dent.
How are you, sir?
Nice to be back, Glenn.
It's good to have you back.
Harry, I wish that I could say you were wrong,
but you're not.
You are a bit like me.
You might be wrong on timing sometimes, but you're not wrong on the direction.
And this one is quite a call that you made on this program.
You said
we are going to be in a depression in 2020.
And
what was it that you saw?
that predicted this because it's now being brought on by this virus.
Well, you you know, Glenn, last time we talked, you were contacting me because you were seeing the same thing I was.
Oh, this little repo crisis.
You know, this was not a total full-out resumption of quantitative easing.
It was.
It was a total panic.
It gotten up to $700 billion in a matter of a few months to cover these leveraged investment stuff, overnight stuff that banks are supposed to cover themselves, wouldn't.
Fed had to step in.
They panicked so much.
They not only did that, they bought a bunch of T-bills, and now they're buying everything, and then they had a $5 trillion credit line this was the system breaking down the federal reserve and central banks have had us now since early 2009 on emergency support endless money printing to keep the whole banking system and weak demographics and excessive debt here and around the world from breaking down which it wants to do so we can get healthy again and get rid of a lot of this excesses and and and so in you know 2017 they said well we'll taper well you know you know this is this was just a short-term black swan and we're over it now by the way that step
nine nine years later then and of course when they started to drain the reserves the bank stopped funding the repos and then and everything went that and here we are now what what happened what I saw then right as we were talking, this was what I call the final orgasmic phase.
This bubble's been going and going and people like you and I warn against it and they just print more money, but I saw this final orgasmic phase with this repo thing.
The The market was going up directly in step with every dollar they printed in that repo panic.
And I knew that I was saying this is going to peak by early March to mid-May at the rate it's going compared to past final phases.
And the only thing that cut it a few weeks early was this great virus.
And I hate to say it.
I like this virus in one stupid way and that it's the perfect trigger because
it's the one thing the central banks can't stop by just printing ever more money.
It doesn't stop the virus.
It may cushion the economy less and less.
Didn't stop this virus, and the virus took this thing down.
And I always said,
I mean, way back, you'll know this bubbles over when you get a first, sudden, 40% give-or-take crash in two, two and a half months.
And that's exactly what we just got.
And I think we still have,
chances are we got one more leg down in this until we get a rebound that allows people to get out.
And that's going to be the real retrieve here.
A lot of people are going to miss this person, but there is going to be a better chance to get out and reposition.
Okay, so hang on just a second, Harry, because I don't believe in the stock market at all.
I mean, we didn't.
We're not getting healthy.
We're printing even more money.
The Fed owns almost everything now.
They're the largest landowner in the world.
They own our treasuries.
They're buying them up.
I mean, how is this getting us more healthy?
And Japan and Europe's done this more than us.
Japan's been buying stocks for a long time.
We're going to end up doing that.
And now the Fed's buying all types of bonds, corporate munis, junk bonds.
They're propping everything up and they've been doing it for now 11 years and it doesn't work.
Japan has never come out of a long downturn 30 years later and getting ready to go deeper and we're getting ready to finally see the deleveraging
and
getting rid of debt and excessive bubbles that should have happened in 2009 and 10.
We would have been over this by now if they hadn't stepped in and just goosed everything up artificially.
You're right.
The stock market has nothing to do with the economy.
It is 120% overvalued at the recent peak.
Ten times more any time than history because of this money printing has only created asset price inflation, especially in stocks.
It has not reignited the economy, which has been growing the slowest in all of history.
Okay, so
I said a couple of years ago that I felt that stocks could go 30,000 to 40,000 40,000 and we would have a melt up
and then it would just shut down.
I don't think we're,
we haven't hit that.
And I think with all this money printing and everything else and everybody is just screaming about, oh my gosh, look, the stocks are up today.
I think we're still going, we're headed for a melt-up.
Do you agree or not?
You know, I think you get a semi-one.
I think this was it.
I think this was the top.
The reason is, and remember what I just said, this is the perfect trigger.
Last time the trigger was the subprime mortgage crisis, and that was minor in the global scale.
It was only four states.
It was only 14% of consumer debt only in the United States only.
Nobody else had a subprime crisis, but it triggered a worldwide collapse because the world was heavily in debt.
Demographic trends were turning down, which is something I can easily predict decades in advance.
And so that's what caused the it was a trigger, but the bigger thing was a change in demographic trends when the world was awash in debt, way more than in time in history.
Well now we're way more awash.
Another 90 trillion in global debt, most of that in emerging countries who are less credit worthy, most of it in corporate debt and government debt, not consumer this time.
And so we're just worse off, more overstretched.
And what I think happens here, and it is possible we have one more new high in the markets, but I think only the NASDAQ may make that.
And I don't even know what that, because we're going into this deep shock.
I mean, I went through this at the hurricane
in Puerto Rico.
Three months of total zero.
The economy knocked out.
No internet, no TV, no phones, no nothing.
I had to go to New York for three months and come back for a slow recovery, but it was dead.
This is a deep freeze.
Now, what that does is it shows how weak the economy is, how many corporations are going to default, and even if they get some level of government assistance, which is going to be too little and too late, and consumers that get laid off for the third time in the last 10 years, and baby boomers, a lot of them, very close to retirement anyway, and just decide, I'm not coming back.
We're not going to come back full way.
So, markets are going to try.
They're already bouncing a little stronger than they should with this.
But I don't, I put the odds of a new high not that high.
And by the way, Glenn, the Dow got within points of 30,000.
And
my target was 10,000 on the NASDAQ, and we got within points of that too.
So I think that was the top.
This is the first 40% crash.
I think we got one more leg down when the reality sets in.
And then we're going to rally like we did in the first 1929 crash, the biggest bubble before this one,
the last tech bubble that crashed in early 2000, that first crash.
We got a little more to go.
Then we have like maybe three, four, five months rally into the election, and that's when, boy, we can, yeah,
get out of stocks, let them bounce, and then get out, and boy, really play it safe.
Okay, so Harry, I want to talk to you beyond stocks
because
I don't see a way out.
They're debasing our currency.
We are headed headlong into
socialism and everything else,
everything bad.
And
we
lost another, what,
5 million people joined the jobless roles this week.
Any guess what our unemployment number is going to be when it comes out next month?
Yeah, I think we're between 14 and 17 already percent.
And it's going to be, just in this first shock, as high as 20.
Now, the Great Depression had a 25% peak early on and an 18% second peak.
That is great depression levels.
And again, now, I think we're going to get this first shock for the second quarter, maybe bleed bleed in the third quarter.
There will be some sort of rebound, but
there's no way, Glenn, no freaking way the economy even gets close back to normal.
Travel plans have been canceled.
I had speaking engagements around the world canceled, and nobody's even thinking about anything the rest of the year.
Nobody's thinking about traveling anywhere on a jet.
Jet travel passengers are down 95%.
Cruise ships annihilated.
Hotels, I mean, this, you don't come back from this.
So the only thing that will try to come back will be, like you said, stocks.
I bet stocks don't make it to new highs.
And the only index that might be that NASDAQ, and it might make a slight new high.
It might just go up and ring 10,000.
And then I would run and get out of stocks.
They're going to go down for two some years after that.
They're going to be down 80% or more.
I've been forecasting this for 20 years, not just recent years.
When this great boom and bubble peaks, stocks will go down 80 to 90 percent like they did in 1929 to 32, not 50 percent like they did in the long recession in the 70s or any other time.
So you've got to get out.
Real estate's going to go down.
It just goes down later than stocks and less, but it's going to go down.
And now, you know,
last time it was 34 percent in the U.S.
I think it's going to be 40 to 50 this time.
Imagine the foreclosures and the bank problems from that.
So this is this is the biggest thing in our lifetimes.
If you don't get out of the way of it, and again, I've studied these things.
Everyone in history, particularly the two big ones of the last century in the U.S.,
you are going to get, because of this mass stimulus, you are going to get some sort of reprieve probably into August, September, October, right in maybe as much as the election.
I'm telling you, after all the stimulus election and Trump getting reelected or not or whatever happens, this thing's going to fall apart.
All the smart money in Silicon Valley are trying to get any IP PO out while they can because they all know after the election, this thing's going to hell.
That the smart money is
the smart money.
Okay, Harry, hold on just a second.
I'm going to ask you to stay for the full hour.
I'm going to move our coronavirus update.
In fact, we may even blow it off today
because I think this is important.
If we can get out of stocks and we can talk to the business owners and the small business owners and the people who are looking for a job, Harry, just spend a few minutes thinking about describe what America looks like in three months, in six months, and a year from now.
what do we look like at the end of this?
Harry Dent, from, he's an economist.

Right now, we are all fighting with our kids.
The average person is spending about eight hours.
Was that right, Pat?
Was it eight hours online?
The average person.
Yes.
I mean, that is, that's craziness.
Eight hours online.
Our kids are online all the time.
Norton knows this, and they know you need help.
So they are offering their family, their Norton family program for free for six months.
Now, you don't even have to put payment information, even if this just helps you at this time keep control of your kids and make sure your kids aren't being sucked down the drain, they know that's worth it.

So he'll be back in just a few minutes.
And I want to get specific with him on what does the entrepreneur do?
What does the small business owner do?
What do you do?
Are we going to have, I mean, 20% unemployment, if it is like that for very long,
that's going to destabilize our entire society.
And
how do we rebound from
an unstable society?
This is a mess, a total mess.
We're going to skip our coronavirus update today, and we'll keep Harry Young because I think his information is really, really important to be heard.
Also, we want to thank you so much for getting arguing with socialists.

You're listening to Glenn Beck.
Hello, America.
Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
We are going to skip our coronavirus update today because I have Harry Dent.
I held him over from last hour.
Harry is a guy.
He's a best-selling author.
He's a financial editor, one of the most outspoken.
He is also usually right.
He's got his MBA from Harvard Business School, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
But he has learned a way to read the graphs and the tea leaves, if you will, and be able to see things before they happen.
He was on our program this fall, and he said 2020 is going to be
a crash, and it's going to put us into the Great Depression.
So, what does all of that mean to you, a business owner?
We are probably between 15 and 20% unemployment today as we stand.
Another 5 million people were
added to the unemployment rolls today.
So, what does that mean for all of us?
Forget about the stock market.
How about you on Main Street?
What do we do?
What do we look like in three months, in six months, in a year from now?
We talk to Harry in one minute.
This is the Glenbeck program.
I want to talk to you about Gold Line.
I cannot tell you what is coming.
Do not listen to me for investment advice, but I will tell you that I, a long time ago,
have been telling you to invest in gold because gold is at the end of it all
the world always returns to gold i do not buy it as an investment although it has been a very good investment for me and i think millions of our listeners uh as well
things are going to get worse before they get better uh and i don't know and i'd be interested to hear from harry what he thinks will happen to the u.s dollar i i don't even know if we get out of this in five years with our currency that we currently have it's so debased please consider gold.
And if it works out to be a great investment, great.
If it doesn't, you have something of real value.
And I want you to at least consider it.
Please do your own homework.
We've all been devastated.
And do not run headlong into anything and say, I'm going to take all my money and put it into whatever.
Don't do that.
Diversify as much as you possibly can because nobody can predict the future.
866 Goldline.
You're smart enough to get all of the information and figure out if it's right for you or not.
Call Goldline now at 866Goldline.
They're standing by.
They'll give you all the information.
866Goldline or Goldline.com.
Harry Dent, the author of the book Zero Hour, he put it out quite a while ago and it's beginning to look like, oh,
now's the time.
We should have all read that book.
He was on the program in the fall, and he said we are going to hit around March, and we're going to hit a Great Depression.
He did, you know, nobody knew about the coronavirus, but that was the trigger that forced this house of cards down.
Harry, we talked about the stock market and everything else last hour.
I want to talk to you about things like, for instance,
inflation versus deflation.
We're probably headed for deflation, where
nothing has real value.
Our homes are worth about half, right?
Is that what we're headed towards?
Yeah, yeah.
Basically,
when the central banks inflated all this money, they didn't give it to consumers or even put it into the banking system or businesses or anything like they're finally doing this finally.
They just bought financial assets from banks to give them liquidity to keep them from going under, and they ignited a huge financial asset bubble.
So, stocks and real estate, stocks the most, then real estate,
those type of investment, and most bonds are way overvalued, and they have to reset back down to reality.
That's going to destroy a lot of money.
There's money in your bank account,
but there's money in your brokerage account that's going to disappear even more.
That's money.
So,
if you can sell your house or have to sell your house, now is the time to do it.
I mean, you know, there's no better time than right now.
But if you don't have to, can you ride this out?
I mean, what does it look like?
Does it come back in five, six years?
It does not, Glenn.
For the first time in history, we have a smaller generation following a larger one.
The baby boom peak around the world, and particularly here in the United States, in births in the early 60s, and in their inflation impact 20 years later when they hit the workforce in the 70s.
So that's done.
We're never going to have that much growth again.
And now the baby boomers are dying faster than the millennials coming along to buy.
Real estate will not come back fast and will not come back new.
I advise selling all non-strategic real estate and real estate that's bubbly.
Even
I'm not owning my primary home, but I own my vacation home on an island because it's going to better zoning and it's a special place.
I don't even own my primary home right now.
I'm willing to buy after this.
You're going to get the bargain of your life.
Here's the difference in real estate.
What you said is to sell real estate right now.
You've got less time.
Real estate freezes up in a crash.
Stocks, even when you're late, you can still sell.
They're very liquid.
Same with high-quality bonds and stuff.
You've got to move on real estate now.
Stocks, I'd say more like August, September, October into the election is going to be the time to sell at an even better price, especially if we go lower first.
So real estate is the hardest to get out of, and you're going to get the biggest penalty if you wait, because it just freezes up, and nobody wants to buy it.
So we have 20%, let's just say, 20% unemployment.
When does that number start to come down, Harry?
Okay, first of all, three scenarios in the past, the 80 to 82 deep recession, the 29 to 32 bubble crash, and the 2000 to 2000 tech bubble crash, all have the same shape.
There's nothing black swan about this, Glenn.
It starts with the first crash when the reality sets in and the bubble bursts.
We're in that now.
That's going to cause a sharp, sudden downturn in the economy like happened in the first half of 1980.
Then all the stimulus will cause a quarter or two of rebound, but that won't work because too much damage has been done.
And we go into a two-year slide into deleveraging, deflation of assets.
That's when deflation sets in before inflation follows after.
So deflation does come first and then inflation.
That's important to understand.
The deflation is about loans being restructured and financial assets coming down to reality.
And that's where you lose your money.
That's where your business gets in trouble if you're not ahead of it and hunkered down.
That's where people get unemployed and all this sort of stuff.
And so you have to be ahead of this every minute.
If you've got a good job,
be nice to your boss and keep it.
If you can do something on the side for business, do that.
If you can hunker down on your business, cut costs ahead of your competitors.
The point of this whole thing is to get the economy healthy again, out of debt, into reality, prices back to where people can invest in the future and afford to buy a home healthy, but that's going to be painful.
You've got to get out of the way of this ahead of everybody else.
If your business just survives this downturn, you're going to have double the market share for years and decades to come.
You're going to come out stronger than ever.
If you
like Joseph Kennedy, sold his stock to the top and then rebuy when they're down 70, 80, 90%,
you're going to have the greatest gains in your life.
Yeah, my my grandfather used to say he lived through the Great Depression.
He said, those who had money, those who didn't lose it right at the beginning, they made a killing.
In the business, General Motors passed Ford forever and became the largest corporation in the world
out of that.
Right.
General Motors, everybody in business should read about what General Motors did in World War II and the Great Depression because they were the real winners.
They were really, really ahead of the game.
The other big winner was the mafia.
The mafia played the boom, the Roaring County bootlegging, and became the lone shark for small businesses in the Depression and just hit a home run both ways.
The mafia probably played, Mafia General Motors, and Joseph Kennedy are the three great examples of how you make a fortune in a crash instead of losing most of your asset.
And only one of them was really legitimate.
So,
Harry,
let me go to the people who are,
and I mean, what do restaurants look like?
I mean, I don't know how the mom-and-pop restaurant survives this.
Okay, look, I went to the, again, the hurricane in Puerto Rico.
We were totally out for three months.
When we get back, you crawl back, and guess what?
I had 21 restaurants within a block and a half of my condo, and six out of seven good ones went under and never came back, and one out of three of the bad ones went under and never never came back, the cheapos.
And they just don't come back
because a lot of businesses are already over-in-debt or have weak market positions.
This just brings that a lot.
So, people who think, oh, this is just the virus, and when it goes back, all this stimulus will come back, a V-shaped recovery.
There is no V-shaped recovery to this.
No way.
Only stocks will try that, and they will fail.
All right.
So
let me go back to the unemployment.
When do we start seeing?
Because we have significant unrest if we have 20% unemployment for very long.
Another reason I'm glad I'm in Puerto Rico, Glenn, we've been in 14 years of recession and no civil unrest.
Okay, 80-82 is a great example.
So was the 30s, but that's more reasonable.
The first shock, unemployment went up to 8%.
And then when GDP came back for a quarter, quarter and a half, all it did was kind of edge back down to like 7%
because it's still the economy's weak, like I said.
You don't come V-shape out of it and then in the next phase late 81-82 it went up to 11% so double those figures this time let's call that 15% plus in the first shock and then you go down a little bit and then you go to 2025%
in the longer shock this is serious there is going to be civil unrest it's going to get a point where the government can't backstop every small business and every person like they're doing that.
You've got to realize, the government this time after the last shock and stimulating for nine to 11 years, nobody knows better than the central banks how weak the economy is because they keep pumping Viagra into this thing and nothing happens.
And so they're blowing their whole wad right at the beginning.
What else can they do?
And there's nothing, I tell small businesses, get every subsidy or loan you'll get right now.
Consumers, get anything you can get.
Be first in line because this is going to run out.
And don't have your money in normal
bank accounts other than pay your bills.
Have it in a brokerage account in safe haven investments under your own name that cannot be lent against and lose that money.
The government can't back all the bank accounts in the country either.
So you have to get safe.
You can't listen to Warren Buffett or the experts or Wall Street or politicians the least.
They're all going to tell you this is okay.
Don't panic.
This is one time you should panic and cover your assets.
So wait, wait, wait.
So where is the
what is the safe haven?
Okay, number one.
We just saw it, Glenn.
We just saw it except for one exception.
I told people the number one is the 10 and 30 year, yes, U.S.
Treasury bonds because they won't default, even though they have to print money to pay them off.
Second is AAA.
Only the highest quality corporate bonds don't have the default risk when interest rates go down.
So bonds like interest rates going down, but only the highest quality.
Well, guess what in this crash?
The Treasury bonds did great.
The AAA corporates didn't do so well because when you see your cruise line or an airline or a retail store and you see 50 to 80 percent declines, your AAA rating turns into junk overnight and you trade like a junk bond.
So really it's the treasury bonds at first and then when things settle down, the triple A.
So that is the best.
So wait, wait, wait, wait.
But how do you do you have belief in a long-term treasury?
I mean, you know, you say, well, they'll just print their money.
They have to pay out.
I mean, money money has no value.
No, no, that's not true, Coin.
Currencies trade relative to each other.
And I can tell you this, I've said this for years.
Nobody gets it till it happens.
It happened in 2008.
When the Lehman Brothers and things went to worst, the U.S.
dollar went up 28%, and all the other currencies went down.
We are not a good house.
We're just the best house in a bad neighborhood.
Japan has printed 105% of their GDP.
Now we're at 20%.
Europe's at 42%.
Now we're all amping up again.
We are the best house.
We're still the reserve currency.
Loans around the world are made in dollars.
When those loans go bad, especially in the emerging world, dollars are going to disappear.
There's going to be fewer dollars, which means they're worth more temporarily.
I say the U.S.
dollar, and particularly the U.S.
Treasury bonds and highest quality corporate bonds, hold up the best in deflation.
At first, after that, no,
I'm not in the dollar.
The dollar just does well as the best house in the crisis like it did in 2008.
When we go into the next boom, it's all going to be about Asia and even less about China.
It's going to be about India, Southeast Asia.
There's no way the U.S.
is going to be the reserve currency in the future.
I'm just saying the U.S.
dollar, I mean, there's not enough gold to back everything, and cryptos, cryptos are the biggest bubble of all.
I've been saying the cryptos are going to be down the most when this happens.
Cryptos have already proven not to be.
Now, just recently, in just this first crash, Treasury bonds did the best.
The U.S.
dollar went up.
Other currencies went down.
Gold went up in the early stages, as it did in 2008, and then retreated some.
Gold was still the next best to those high-quality bonds because it held its value better than other commodities and way better than stocks.
But the ultimate safe haven, I'm telling you, it's going to be the 10 to 30-year treasury bond during the crisis.
After that, those very treasury bonds and all bonds are going to go into a 20-year-plus bear market with rising rates.
Inflation is going to follow.
Not high inflation, but gnawing inflation is going to follow this crisis, and bonds are going to be trash.
But in this crisis, only the best ones are good.
And of course, cash, just sitting in cash.
So I would have cash like I'd have high-quality bonds.
I'd have some gold.
It's also a great diversify.
And that's it.
And if you want to hedge, you can put some money in a simple, unleveraged inverse fund.
SP 500, you know how to bet against that?
You buy SH.
SPY on the way up?
SH.
Will just go down.
If the S ⁇ P goes down 40% here, then you're up 40, and then ultimately it goes down 80, you're up 80, and you're not on leverage, you're not going to get margin calls.
You just sit on it, and maybe you put 10 or 20% of your portfolio in that.
So small amount in inverse funds, small amount in gold, a lot in high-quality bonds.
That's where I would be.
But you have now.
You're going to have several months to prepare for this.
So it's the real estate you should focus on first because that just dries up.
And I've seen that happen time and time again.
Nobody wants to buy a house and no bank will lend to buy a house even if somebody wants to once it starts.
Okay, Harry, thank you very much.
I really appreciate it.
Harry Dent from HarryDent.com.
The name of the book is Zero Hour.
It came out a while ago, but it's describing everything that we're going through right now.
And he backs all of it up with charts and graphs.
And I mean, he said that it would be probably about March that we would hit the Great Depression.
And that's pretty pretty accurate.
Pretty accurate.
So
we'll keep in touch with him.
And you should read Zero Hour by Harry Dent.
HarryDent.com.
Well, you might not like the truth, but I think that is the truth.
And we all have to really prepare for that.
By the way, we have a really great story of a small business and what they're doing to keep their employees employed.
I mean,
it's a great story.
It's coming up in just a second.
All right.
I want to talk to you about Patriot Mobile.
We all have to invest in the things that we believe in.

And it is being used against you if you are part of one of these big cell companies.
These big cell companies are taking their profits and they are plowing them into things like Planned Parenthood, anti-Second Amendment stuff.
Every time you pay your cell phone bill, most likely you are helping something that you are diametrically opposed to stop.
You have a better system.
You have all of the same kind of coverage.
Everybody uses the same cell towers.
So you have the same coverage.
You have a better price, but it's not the name brand.
Okay, it's Patriot Mobile.
I'd go with that name over the name that I know is doing stuff that is against what I stand for.

You know, Pat, I don't know about you, but
the most disturbing part of this
is
the fact that there is no one you can trust.
The media is not telling you the truth.
You know, right now, I just got this, just got this from Facebook.
I mean, this is absolute craziness.
Facebook said Thursday it'll be alerting users if they've interacted with harmful misinformation about coronavirus, part of a series of new aggressive steps to combat what health authorities have described as global infodemic.
The messages which will appear in users' news feeds will direct people to official credible information from the World Health Organization in an attempt to ensure dangerous myths about the disease and its origin.
So they are doubling down on the WHO.
We know what the WHO is doing.
There's no one you can trust.
Thomas Massey came out and he just tweeted that his friend's deceased father just got a stimulus package of $1,200.
They're dead.
When you have high unemployment, a wasting of dollars, Wall Street doing well, and a press that is telling you information that we know is wrong.
Yeah.
How do we survive?
Well,
the WHO, just on January 14th, was citing China's line that you couldn't pass this coronavirus from human to human.
There was no human-to-human transmission.
That was January 14th from the WHO.
You can't trust the WHO as far as you can throw them.
But Facebook is, and they're alerting you.
If you listen to people like me, or if you get
any of my posts on Facebook we are going to be severely throttled and a campaign is going to start saying that we are giving you false information about the whole it's not true
geez geez louise all right uh relief factor if you want to uh get out of pain if you are a frequent sufferer of pain may i suggest you try
relief factor relief factor is truly a miracle drug At least it was for me.
And I shouldn't call it a drug because it's not.
It's drug-free.
It was developed by doctors, and our main source of pain in our body comes from inflammation.
When something is wrong, you get inflammation, and that is what causes pain.
So Relief Factor goes in, and it reduces inflammation, and it does a number.
Like, I don't even know how it works.
I don't care how it works.
It works.
It's healthy.
You can take it every day.
I take it three times a day and it keeps me out of pain.
Please give this a try.
If you're in pain, just try it.
Get your life back.
I've gotten mine back with Relief Factor.

It's out right now.
Welcome to the program.
We're so glad to have you here.
It is Thursday, a big show on tomorrow.
Tomorrow night on the exclusive exclusive show on Blaze TV just for
subscribers, we're going to be making the nominations for for the Chairman Mao Award for the biggest corona dictator in the country.
There's a national award, a state award.
I'm thinking that might go to the governor of Michigan, but I'm not sure.
And then a local award.
Each of them will receive the coveted Chairman Mao statue for being the corona dictator of the, well, I was going to say year, but.
I think things could get worse.
So we'll do that tomorrow on Blaze TV.
You don't want to miss it.
Boy, if you've missed a second of today's show, you have missed a lot.
Please go and listen to it either on Blaze TV or you can get it wherever you get your podcast and download it.
You don't want to miss a second.
We had Harry Dent with us for about an hour.
We had Jim Jordan on, who talked about what's happening in Washington, which is mind-boggling.
We had that great
state rep from Detroit on with us in a thing that made Pat and I both cry.
Her, I mean, it was just an amazing, beautiful, beautiful segment with her.
Um, that you just, you have to hear.
We'll post that.
Um, and there's some really spooky things going on with information that we'll tell you about some more here before we, before we vacate our, our chairs.
But I want to spend some time with Jennifer Knox.
She is the owner and manager of a small bar in Georgia.
It's called the Sand Bar, And
she's on with us now.
She has allergies.
She made it very clear that she may cough during this interview.
And she wants everybody to know she does not have coronavirus.
I think she might be lying to us on that, that it's just allergies.
Keep your distance, Jennifer.
Keep your distance.
How are you?
Hi, Glenn.
Thank you for having me.
I'm good.
Good.
I know you're really nervous.
You don't need to be nervous.
It's just you and me and millions of others.
You are the, you're the owner and manager of the sandbar.
Tell me about your
restaurant or bar.
So we, if you're not familiar with Tybee Island, it's a very small island, about three miles long,
mostly just bars, restaurants, and small hotels.
no big chains or anything like that.
And so I started bartending at the sandbar about seven years years before I bought the bar six years ago.
And we're just a really unique bar.
We're extremely small, probably the smallest bar on Tybee.
But I like to say we've got the biggest heart.
We have bar church there.
We've got sign language classes.
So we do a lot of really neat extracurricular things other than serving alcohol and food.
So it's crazy.
Okay, so you have bar church?
What is that?
Because, man,
as an alcoholic in recovery, I may decide to go the other way.
A bar church.
What is that?
It's crazy awesome.
It's
come as you are.
We start around 10.
We can't start serving alcohol until 11 on Sundays, but it's a very non-denominational, laid-back, band, pastor.
It's freaking awesome.
And it's definitely one of a kind.
When people hear that term, they're like, huh, what?
Huh?
So, yeah, it's.
gosh i would
i don't know if i'd be alive today if there were bar churches when i was drinking but uh that sounds fantastic um
so uh you obviously have been closed down and uh you've had to you've had to try to you know make due and and uh make payments on things uh I read this story that you were standing in the the bar and you're like, how am I going to pay everybody?
And then it suddenly dawned on you.
Can you tell me the story?
Well,
as many good stories start out
drinking with a few good friends and coming up with some wild ideas, we locked our doors on, I guess, March 23rd.
We had what I call our board members, B-O-R-E-D,
my little group that I just sort of got quarantined with.
We had no TV on, no music.
We just were sitting there sort of in shock, you know, like what in the the heck is going on in this world right now?
And looked around and we're like, oh my God, we have money on the walls.
We have time on our hands.
We've got, like, we just felt a sense of urgency to get the dollars down and into the hands of the people that needed it now.
And we
were
doing it.
They stapled money to your walls.
They've been doing that for how long?
It's been a tradition, I'd say 15 years.
It started before I bought the bar, and we call them love notes.
They're all over the walls, all over the ceilings, all over everything.
And people come back year after year to see their dollars.
And
I have mixed feelings.
It's hard to keep your walls and ceilings clean with money all over it.
But we've all been the bars to have it.
And, you know,
it gives it character, but, you know, it's dirty.
So there's that.
Right.
So you took down how many dollars, how long did it take you?
And how many dollars did you have?
So the board members, it was about five, including me, five people.
It took us
three and a half solid days around the clock to get these dollars down.
There's an iconic picture of my friend Gage up on a ladder.
He still found a way to cross his legs, which I thought was funny in his pink shorts.
But
they wouldn't take my money.
They just wanted beer and pizza.
And they knew that they were doing this, quote, labor of love for the right reasons.
And if it wasn't for them, I mean, my mom and I, it would have taken us two years to get those dollars down.
So
it's a huge shout out to the volunteers that did this.
And we,
go ahead.
Go ahead.
No, no, no, go ahead.
I was going to say, we ended up getting $3,714
off the wall.
So, yeah.
Wow.
And then, and then other people donated.
So you had $4,100 or around there.
And
that allowed you to pay all of your employees and
keep everything
ready to be opened again when you open.
So at this point in time, we were thinking, okay, we're going to be closed for two weeks.
We've got to get this going.
I was able to give six people $600 each.
And that included two of my weekly musicians that play there.
And, you know, that was a game changer for all of these these people.
They were crying.
We were crying.
I mean, it was a game changer for these people.
Pay rent, eat, you know, the basics.
And
one of my bartenders actually said she was okay for a couple weeks and donated her section to another bartender that works on the island.
Another crazy, you know, the story of love just keeps getting better and better.
And
then
I realized the need was just so much more than beyond my bar.
You know, I want to help the whole island get through this.
And so then that's where we started our Venmo account,
which is now close to $3,000.
So I was able to go back to Katie, give her her section.
She cried again.
You know, it's just
the more donations that come in, the more people I can help.
And these are all people that heavily rely on tips, and you know that.
And
everywhere in the country, everywhere in the world is feeling this.
And,
you know, any way that people wanted to support
if people wanted to help you, Jennifer, how would they do it?
So we've started a Venmo account, and it's at Jennifer-Nox-61.
And all of that money is going to my people.
I did get my stimulus check, and I am waiting to see about this unemployment thing, which is so weird because I've worked since I was 10.
But
I got to take care of my people.
And this island is very much a community.
We are all in this together.
You know, hashtag tidy strong.
We've been through hurricanes.
We've been through other crap.
But obviously, this is unlike anything any of us have been through and ever lived through.
Jennifer, I hear you're a fan of the program.
I am.
I've got some of your books.
I just remember watching you on TV.
I've followed you a long time.
That's why I'm here.
Thank you very much.
Oh, well, you shouldn't be nervous.
And I'd like to send something to you.
So
thank you so much.
Thank you.
Oh, my God.
Thank you so much.
Jennifer, we wish you all the best of luck.
And this Sunday or when you open this back up, have a drink for me, will you?
Oh, I will, Glenn.
Thank you so much.
Thanks for my people.
And thank you.
Thank you.
God bless.
Jennifer Knox.
You find her on Facebook, the Sand Bar Tybee.
That's T-Y-B-E-E.
All right, I want to talk to you a little bit about grilling.
Pat,
have you ever smoked meat?
Have you ever done any of that?
It's so hard to put it into the wrappers that I have a rubber.
I haven't.
I haven't.
I've not done that very, very Texas thing quite yet.
Okay.
I have not either because I'm not going going to, you know, tend the logs and the fire and the coal.
And, I mean, there's a reason why I don't use charcoal briquettes anymore.
I'm far too lazy to do all of that, let alone.
Yeah, I'm going to go get wood and bring it in to smoke it.
Rectec grills is a set it and leave it alone.
It's an amazing grill.
It feeds in the little wood pellets that smoke everything.
You just put your meat there on the grill.
You turn it on.
You can turn it on with your phone.
You can check it with your phone.
I mean, it's so high-tech and so great.
And you can set it and turn it on remotely.
And then you come back five, six hours later, and it is perfect.
I mean, perfect.
It's built by grillers for grillers.
This is the best buy for your buck.
There is no grill better than this.
And the reason why I can say that is because, you know, the best-selling grill in the Home Depot or wherever you buy your grill, you're not going to see a RekTech there because they put all of that money into building it and they're not splitting the profit.
They're selling directly to you.
You will see this thing is built like a tank.
RekTechgrills with an S dot com.
That's rechtechgrills.com.
Check it out.
You will not be disappointed.
RekTechgrills.com.
This is the Glimpeck program.
Hello, and welcome to Wednesday's Glenbeck Program.
We're glad you're here.
Next week, we are going to be doing something very special on this very radio program.
Hit it, Sarah.
Yes.
It is the first ever Maui's.
The Chairman Mau Award for the greatest Corona dictator is coming out.
It's a beautiful award.
We're trying to.
It is, isn't it?
It's a nice...
It's about a foot tall of Chairman Mao on a little platform.
I have no idea what it says in Chinese there at the bottom, but we're trying to get the Grommens Chinese Theater to let us hold it there, but
no word on that yet.
But we'll be holding that the award ceremony next week.
You don't want to miss it.
Tomorrow on television, we're going to be taking all of the nominations from you, and we're going to be giving you the nominating categories, and then we will start voting over the weekend.
If you would like to nominate your local, state, or national leader for Corona Dictator of the Year, please just hashtag Coronadictators and make sure you tell us which category.
You can vote for all four, all three.
You can nominate, I should say, for all three, state, local, and
national dictator.
Corona dictators.
Make sure you do that right now.
Hashtag corona dictators.
Just tweet it to us.
Okay.
There is a really, and I know I've talked about this a couple of times today, but I don't think I have seen anything more disturbing than this.
And it is what has come out now from the media.
They are actually
taking the side of WHO,
and I think because of Donald Trump, Facebook announced today that it will begin alerting users if you have interacted with harmful misinformation about the coronavirus, part of a series of new aggressive steps to combat what health authorities have described as a global infodemic.
The message which appears in users' news feeds will direct people, listen to this, will direct people to official credible information from the World Health Organization.
That is the least credible.
And
Facebook and the media have decided to pick the World Health Organization as their credible source.
So I can guarantee you you and I are going to lose touch on Facebook because we will be penalized as a fake news site because we don't agree with the World Health Organization.
It is more important than ever that you become a Blaze subscriber.
Please, please, let's not lose touch with one another.
We built this so we could have one-on-one communication and we wouldn't lose touch because of some algorithm or some protest or anything else.
This is, this is insane.
Remember when you staunchly defended Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg?
Like to have the shut up.
I'd like to have that back.
He turned out to be.
I mean, this is unbelievable.
The steps he has taken lately in the last six months or so have been amazing.
I tend to be not a good judge of character because I see the best in people and I see what they want to be or could be, and I don't see necessarily what they've allowed themselves to become.
Look, Facebook is not all bad.
They've been working with us on something they
USA Today deemed us an unreliable source because we said that
this was coming from a lab in Wuhan two weeks ago.
If you listen to this program, you know that I have been telling you from the beginning it did not come from a lab.
It was not a bioweapon.
Nobody released this.
However, we have information, including videotape, from the Chinese government itself in December, showing them collecting the specimens of horseshoe bats, and it went back to that Wuhan lab.
Not the bio lab, but another lab that works in conjunction with the bio lab.
And we have been called a fake news site for that.
I challenge USA Today to show me what's fake about it.
Show it to me.
Correct me.
I will gladly retract anything that we got wrong.
But you are wrong, USA Today.
And anyone who is taking their word of the WHO
is a fool, an absolute fool.
Anyone who says Taiwan's not a country, it doesn't exist, has no place in the world of accurate information.
