In today's world, attention is currency, but getting people's attention isn't enough anymore.
You need to build loyalty.
So let me go ahead and break down how you can create a following that sticks with you no matter what. First, start with being real.
People can smell fake from a mile away. When I began sharing my story, I went from working 80 hours a week as a detective to running multiple eight-figure businesses.
It wasn't about being flashy. It was about being real.
You got to be yourself. You got to share your journey and people will connect with you not some version of you you think they want to look second provide real value your audience isn't just following you for entertainment okay they're looking for something that benefits them whether it's advice inspiration or education make sure to check out my youtube channel officialpaulalex.com, for more motivational episodes.
So give them something they can use. When I started posting content about building residual income, I wasn't selling.
I was teaching. The more value you provide, the more people will trust you and follow you.
Lastly, engage like it's a conversation. Don't treat your audience like numbers.
Treat them like people. Respond to comments, answer DMs, and ask questions that sparked dialogue, guys.
When people feel seen or heard, they'll stick around because they know you actually care. That's what it is, guys.
The bottom line, building a loyal following from scratch takes time. It actually takes consistency and heart.
So you gotta be real. You gotta give value.
And you gotta engage with your audience, guys. That's how you go from being just another voice
