Day 211: Presence of the Holy Spirit
We have an opportunity to deepen our relationship with the Holy Spirit through today's meditative prayer and the Rosary. Fr. Mark-Mary invites us to personally engage with the Holy Spirit by offering areas of our hearts that need healing, courage, or comfort. He reminds us to see the Holy Spirit not merely as a symbol, but as a divine person who listens, responds, and loves. Today’s focus is the mysteries of the Finding of Jesus in the Temple and Baptism of Jesus and we will be praying two decades of the Rosary.

Speaker 3 Hello and welcome back.
Speaker 2 Today we'll be praying the fifth joyful mystery, the finding of the child Jesus in the temple, and the first luminous mystery, the baptism of our lord in the jordan
Speaker 1 so we'll be continuing our first couple of days here in phase five building up the mysteries practicing
Speaker 10 relational prayer
Speaker 9 namely today praying in the presence of the holy spirit
Speaker 1 and in some ways for a lot of us Praying to having a conversation with the Holy Spirit may be a little bit new.
Speaker 11 The images we have of the Holy Spirit, of a dove or fire,
Speaker 11 are super helpful and they're revealed for us in scripture.
Speaker 10 But also, they can lead to a certain struggle of a depersonalization of the person of the Holy Spirit
Speaker 13 as an object or an image, substance, animal, as opposed to
Speaker 9 a divine person who can hear us, who can speak to us, who loves us, who is worthy of our adoration.
Speaker 7 Personally, my own prayer with the Holy Spirit, which I will propose today, is
Speaker 15 there's a movement I experience to reveal something of my life, of my heart, to the Holy Spirit.
Speaker 14 And I ask for
Speaker 1 him to come and to fill and to touch.
Speaker 3 and to warm and to bless and to console
Speaker 5 that part of my life, that part of my heart.
Speaker 1 So, I'll invite you yourself to
Speaker 15 perhaps call to mind one of the names of the Holy Spirit, the Comforter,
Speaker 11 like our advocate, the paraclete,
Speaker 11 promise of the Father.
Speaker 7 Bring to the Holy Spirit, perhaps, like some part of your life, mind, heart that needs truth spoken into it.
Speaker 7 May the Spirit of truth
Speaker 17 speak God's word there.
Speaker 9 Perhaps there's an area of fear, which needs God's boldness, his courage, as we saw manifest on the day of Pentecost.
Speaker 11 Is there an area of your life where you feel lukewarm, where you need it to be lit on fire?
Speaker 9 Is there an area where you feel alone?
Speaker 9 And you need consolation and comfort.
Speaker 5 So, whatever it is, let's bring it to the Holy Spirit
Speaker 3 as we pray.

Speaker 18 and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
