you're like a real small guy who stands on male high heels and you're challenging two guys who are who are a lot more bigger in life than you are in many ways, you got to ask yourself what the hell is going on.

So I think he's got to build a little bit of a Napoleon complex.

He's just mad because he's going to lose power and he doesn't know what to do with the rest of his life.

He's probably bossed around by his wife at home.

And no, for those of you who don't like it, you know, that's just my two cents on the matter.

All right, guys, got him back.

Joseph McBride in Vegas today for PowerSlav.

Are you ready for tonight?

I'm ready, brother.

It's gonna be a blast.

I can't wait.

Came here with the Tate Brothers, too.

Yeah, we sure did.

Flew in yesterday on the jet with the Tate Brothers and the Nelk Boys.

Wow.

So it was an experience.

That's cool, man.

It's cool to see them back in America because they haven't been here since they were eight years old.

I saw, right?

No, they were here a couple years ago because that's where all the stuff started.

But they moved when they were around that age.

But American citizens, you know, innocent to proven guilty.

we are wrecking the Romanian prosecution.

Great team out there.

We're working with them on a regular basis.

Good team in the UK, great team in the UK.

And of course, we have our defamation lawsuit in Florida.

So, you know, it was good to see them come home.

Very sad to see Ron DeSantis

tell two

African-American men that they weren't welcome in the state upon their arrival.

Unbelievable.

Did you see that coming at all beforehand?

No, we did not.

We saw in the weeks that were leading up to them coming home, I think that it was getting out in Romania, and I'm limited as to what I can talk about.

But, you know, we were getting some stuff done behind the scenes, and we knew that they were going to be leaving.

The plan was to come to Florida for a lot of reasons.

Trump being president, number one, proximity to Mar-a-Lago, number two.

Florida is great, number three.

So we saw the typical DeSantis influencers begin to pick up their attack against Andrew and Tristan online.

And we said, okay, you know, that's the anti-Trump sort of neocon space that was attacking Trump during his bid for the presidency in the primaries and stuff.

So fine, a little bit of an online war.

But, you know, we didn't necessarily expect the governor of Florida to say to two American citizens who were returning home,

you're not welcome here.

You know, it was very, you know, 1943, Oklahoma.

Yeah, I can't recall any governor ever doing that publicly, to be honest.

Yeah.

Crazy.

Well, it's backfiring, firing on him big time.

Huge.

I think he's going to lose support.

I think he already has.

He's lost support.

You know, what is interesting is that

DeSantis and his wife, Casey, were flying to D.C.

a couple weeks ago to go get President Trump's endorsement for governor.

And while they were landing, he endorsed Byron Donalds.

Wow.

Right.

So

Andrew and Tristan are widely considered

influential.

Let's call it that.

And they were able to steer a lot of young voters to Trump during the primaries and the elections and so on and so forth.

So he's associated with Trump, whether people like it or not, on some level.

So when we landed, DeSantis really paid the favor back and said, you're not welcome here.

It's petty.

I believe that they're in a proxy war between the Trump camp and the DeSantis camp.

And, you know, we look forward to seeing a sea change in Florida where the DeSantis family is no longer in power.

Yeah, yeah.

So he had a grudge.

That makes sense.

Now, I was wondering what his motive was with this move because it didn't seem like a good move.

No, I mean, you know, when you're like a real small guy who stands on male high heels and you're challenging two guys who are a lot more bigger in life than you are in many ways, you got to ask yourself what the hell is going on.

So I think he's got to build a little bit of a Napoleon complex.

He's just mad because he's going to lose power and he doesn't know what to do with the rest of his life.

He's probably bossed around by his wife at home.

And, you know, for those of you who don't like it, you know, that's just my two cents on the matter.

Yeah, that's something X has done great with is like uncovering the stuff going on, right?

Yeah.

You just saw Charlie Kirk go on Newsom's podcast.

Yeah.

And Newsome got obliterated, and it's all over X now.

Right.

He sure did.

You know, Charlie Kirk is a force, a brilliant dude, smart dude.

If you're going to engage with somebody who has that kind of mental capacity and knowledge about American history and politics, you better come correct.

Newsom, just, you know, he operates in that Kamala Harris universe.

It's just not reality.

And before, as a governor, you could not do any interviews, kind of go behind the scenes and get away with stuff.

But now, with podcasts and long-form content, you know, you got to show your hand.

Nowhere to run, no way to hide, baby.

Yeah, it's great.

I love it.

And with X, like the news, it just cycles so quick now.

You can't really hide anything these days.

You can't hide anything.

You know, it's great.

All the information is there.

It's available for digestion.

And

it's really being left up to to the consumer of said information to make a value judgment as to what's valuable what's not valuable what i like what i dislike and uh you know it turns out a lot of people like the truth all right shout out to today's sponsor specialized recruiting group navigating the professional job search is hard you know the perfect job is out there you're just not sure how to find it the good news is you don't have to go at it alone You need specialized recruiting group.

Absolutely.

A couple people called out Tates recently.

Ben Shapiro.

Yeah.

That was pretty interesting.

No surprise there.

You know, Ben Shapiro is Ben Shapiro, right?

So Andrew

has been vocally pro-Palestinian and anti-genocide for a very long time.

Ben Shapiro's position on many matters is that Israel has a monopoly on the word genocide.

That is just not true.

Genocide happened in Armenia.

Genocide happened in Rwanda.

Genocide recently happened in Palestine.

And you need to call it what it is, right?

So, you know, my personal opinion is that Israel has a right to exist, but not at the expense or at the genociding of other people, right?

It needs to be fair.

It needs to be equitable.

And the Catholic position, I'm a traditional Catholic, the Catholic position is that the Holy Land belongs to Jesus Christ.

So that's my position on the matter.

And you don't get to murder our people

on an industrial scale, no matter what happened.

October 7th, tragic day, horrible day, right?

But when you juxtapose it to, let's say, 9-11,

you know, we had a justifiable war and we fought the war

with courage and with moderation and often taking into account the civilian casualties that would happen if the American military took action in a given place.

We did not see that.

We have not seen that in Gaza.

It's just been the absolute annihilation and destruction.

To his credit, Bibi basically said that they were going to flatten a place into a parking lot, and that's what he did.

And, you know, depending on where you're at on that, people have strong opinions.

But I think that I'm pro-life in every set of circumstances.

I'm anti-war, unless war is absolutely necessary.

I think that that situation could have been

remedied quicker, faster.

And

the human rights crisis that we're seeing there right now is tragic.

So I pray for the people on both sides.

I pray for Israel.

I pray for the people of Gaza, both the Muslims and the Christians and the other people who are there as well.

And I hope that we see peace in that situation in the near future.

Are you confident Trump can help put an end to some of these wars?

Of course.

Of course he can.

Trump is already putting an end to these wars.

I mean,

Hamas said they didn't want no more smoke before he even got into office.

We see what happened with Zelensky and what's happening with Putin over there.

Zelensky turns out Zielinski and his supporters don't actually want to end the friggin' war over there.

Yeah, that was apparent on that interview.

Very apparent, right?

Putin wants to end it.

Trump wants to end it.

And anybody else who's in the world, who's a reasonable person and has a fair mind, wants to end the bloodshed as well.

Trump is going to put an an end to most wars, and I don't think he's going to have to fire a bullet.

And that's exactly what his position was in 2016.

He didn't send us to no new wars there either.

So I am thankful to God that he is in office.

Please, this foreign aid stuff is blowing my mind.

It's absolutely insane.

I mean, I was watching Elon on Joe Rogan the other day, and he was saying that there's $100 billion a year of excess funds that are going to places, contracts, people are gone, dead.

These organizations don't even exist.

Where is it going?

It's just abject fraud.

And, you know, when Joe asked him and said, you know, is this hard?

And Elon was like, it's not rocket science,

which I thought was a funny pun.

But yeah, look, this stuff of U.S.

aid is

intense.

It's corrupt.

You know, there's a point of intersection between U.S.

aid and Soros, what's happening in Romania, the persecution of free speech, Andrew Tate, Tristan Tate, what's happening in the UK, the Romanian election.

So, you know, it's ugly, but we're getting to the bottom of it.

Yeah, this fraud goes deep.

Elon even said on Rogan that if he exposed all of it, they would have him killed.

Yeah.

That's how deep it goes.

Yeah, I believe that.

I mean, I could definitely see that.

When there's billions of dollars on the line,

probably a lot more than that.

Trillions of dollars.

Jeez.

And look, they knew this was coming.

That's why they tried to put a bullet in Trump's head.

Yeah.

But they failed.

Yeah, failed multiple times.

Yeah.

Crazy, man.

Yeah, these investigations, I mean, they were funding condoms.

$50 million for condoms in Zimbabwe, whatever it is.

Look, we get it, you know, like safe sex is good, but especially in areas where they have, you know, they're still dealing with the AIDS epidemic, let's say.

But you got to be reasonable.

$50 million is not even reasonable for a Diddy party.

Can't even picture how many

condoms that is.

That's nuts.

One of his first executive orders was about the J6 years, right?

Trump?

Yeah.

That must have felt good for you because you were representing some of those guys.

Representing those guys since Ash Wednesday of 2021.

So I'm very happy to see that happen.

I participated in pioneering the pardon conversation.

We always believed that President Trump was going to grant the pardons because that was the word in the inner circle.

That was the word on the street.

President Trump had significant interior and external operation for the opposition for the way that he dealt with the January 6th, which was, you know, with compassion and consideration and care, or remembering who they were standing up for that day, remembering that the election was stolen.

He did not retract on his word, and he issued that pardon, those pardons on day one, and all those guys are free now.

Thousands.

Thousands.

Some of them were still locked up, right?

Some of them were in ISIL.

Some of them were still locked up in solitary confinement for a long period of time.

And lots of guys who went in and came out are now dealing with the effects of incarceration.

We know that mass incarceration to any group of people, if you look at the African-American male population or the Latino population, it destroys families, it destroys minds, it destroys opportunity.

People are disenfranchised from being able to participate in voting and certain jobs, gun ownership.

And when you're institutionalizing, you're in solitary confinement for a long time, it's torture.

It changes the actual fabric of your brain.

Your brain physically changes from it.

It's not just like this ethereal change.

There's a physical change that happens to your brain.

So, why these guys were pardoned and they don't have to deal with the societal effects of cancellation and not being able to own guns or vote or work, they still have to deal with the psychological, emotional, and physical effects of being incarcerated wrongfully for that period of time.

Yeah, we talked about this the first time you came on with your brother, right?

It ruined him.

So I know this resonates for you.

It ruined him.

It ruined him, and he hasn't gotten gotten any better.

So

it's sad.

Yeah, that's super sad, man.

Did you see what happened with Zachary Aaron Bonfilo, aka Misfit Patriot?

You know, is yes.

So

is what happened true?

It appears to be true.

The fault was there on the police record, right?

Yeah.

So, you know,

that's some quick karma.

You know,

my policy with people who come after me online for my religious beliefs, political beliefs, the people I represent, it's always been just disengagement.

I don't engage with those people.

I don't platform those people.

I learned early on when I tried to engage in constructive dialogue with them saying, okay, let's agree to disagree.

Let's have a conversation about it.

They just never really wanted any of that.

They just wanted to, you know, curse you out and to be heard.

And, you know, there's not a scintilla of reasonableness in them.

So I blocked him long ago because I just don't want him in my energy field.

Be that as it may, he likes to talk about me and my clients in the president and

Andrew Tate, you know, fairly regularly.

So when I saw the report, I wasn't surprised because guys like that are a joke.

Yeah.

They're soft.

And anybody who beats up on old women, women, old women, their grandmothers,

and then wants to make a moral argument about how other people live their lives, you know, a classical

throwing stones in a glass house.

Just ironic.

I feel like he was just projecting big time.

Now looking back on it, it's like, wow, that makes so much sense.

Yeah, projecting, clout chasing.

Andrew said it pretty well

when he was on Patrick Bed David's podcast.

And he likes to say, and he has said, and it's the truth, I'm the hero they all want to be.

The youth follow me and all these guys who are coming after me, they're just jealous.

I'm the hero that they all want to be.

I'm not necessarily Superman.

Maybe I'm more analogous to Batman, but they want to be me.

They can't be me, and they hate me for it.

And, you know, we call it main character syndrome.

You know, they all have like this complex, like they want to be the main characters, and because they can't be the main characters, they attack the main characters, try to bring them down.

Right.

Yeah.

I think with social media, that's just natural, right?

Yeah.

Yeah, it's natural.

But, you know,

look at what social media is doing to this guy now, right?

You know, Misfit is living up to his name.

Yeah.

What was it like kicking it with Roger Stone?

I saw you with him the other day.

So Roger Stone and I are close friends.

He's an advisor, a mentor.

I've hung out with him.

I know his wife.

Every time I'm in his presence, I'm grateful for it.

I mean, you were talking about a guy who's been involved in politics since Nixon.

Crazy.

Right.

So his level of connectivity, his level of influence, and his just knowledge about things that are currently happening and things that have happened in the past.

I just don't know anybody in the political world, in the American geopolitical world,

who is like him.

So

it was a natural, Roger's always been very pro-Tate.

He's always been very pro-Trump.

So we wanted to make that one of the first things that we did on the Tate tour.

And

we went out for some good food.

Roger,

you know, he's been around long enough and he's been to

every high society function and gathering and dinner that you could possibly think of.

So it's real nice.

So every time we hang out with him, he always goes to these really understated places that are authentic and have really good food.

So that was the vibe.

And then we went across the street.

We had cigars that night.

And it was just hours and hours of constructive dialogue, planning, agreements, good conversation.

And, you know, just a reiteration that what we're seeing with the troll armies on X right now against Andrew, against Roger, sometimes and other people, isn't real life.

And everywhere we go, I mean, Roger is a big-time celebrity.

And everywhere we go, I've been out with him in Florida before.

People always thanking him.

People always are coming up to him and asking him for his autograph and thanking him for this and for that.

And everywhere we go with Andrew and Tristan, it's the same.

So when these three guys walked into the room and I was just there watching it, and everybody was like, oh my God, right?

Just a very, very cool experience.

Yeah.

Legendary.

Powerful legendary alliance.

Yeah.

And he's the perfect kind of role model right now because the legal system was used against him.

He was like the first guy to have it to, right?

Of course.

And now that the Tates are dealing with it, he's like perfect to be in their corner.

Yep.

We sat down at the table and at some point I was like, you know,

let's share stories here.

Let's talk about our different experiences.

And, you know, Roger, can you walk on through what happened?

He walked them through everything regarding his arrests and the way he was mistreated.

And Andrew and Tristan were talking about what happened in Romania.

And, you know, and then we were talking about DeSantis and the neocon powers that be that don't love America.

They love war,

they love poverty, and they're selfish, and they hate Trump.

And, you know, we're against all that.

Yeah, because politicians can profit off war, right?

Big time.

It's the military-industrial complex.

Of course.

Yeah, they profit off of war and pain.

It's unfortunate and it's wrong.

And, you know, we're against it.

Man, I believe in karma.

So if you make money dirty like that,

that's coming back to you, man.

It comes back and sometimes relatively fast.

Oh, yeah.

When is Tate going on, Rogan, man?

You know, that's a good question.

You know,

I don't know.

It could happen at some point.

You're seeing him tomorrow at UFC.

Yeah, it's going to be interesting.

I hope, you know, let's see if they can make that connection.

I know Rogan's been busy.

Tate's been busy.

It would be

an epic podcast if that happened.

You know, Andrew's controversial.

You know, it takes a really,

you got to

have a real open mind and

be ready to have a constructive debate with somebody who's going to come at you

if you disagree with stuff.

And I hope Joe's ready for that and wants that to happen.

And if he does, he should let us know because it would be awesome.

Hell yeah.

I saw him on, I think, Full Send podcast.

His electronics got seized when he got to Florida.

Yeah.

That's crazy.

Yeah, it's nuts.

What the hell?

Yeah.

So, you know, the touchdown

and

Border Patrol and customs, Homeland Security.

Holy crap.

They knew you were coming in.

They knew we were coming in.

And, you know, we believe that it was DeSantis who tipped them off.

Said alleged human traffickers are

coming in, seize their phones.

The problem is, is that...

We have what's called a reasonable expectation of privacy under the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution to be free from warrantless intrusions by government.

So if they want to stop you and search you and seize your items, they need a warrant, right?

A warrant has to be based upon probable cost.

Depending on where you are at in the world, your reasonable expectation of privacy is high or low or in the middle.

So it's highest when you're in your home.

It's pretty low when you're in a car.

And it's even lower when you're at the border.

So they're able to do things at the border that doesn't necessarily happen.

when you're on the street or when you're in your home.

So that's why they took advantage of that situation.

It was wrong.

No warrants have been produced to us.

I've reached out.

We haven't heard anything about a warrant.

We haven't heard anything about finding a probable cause.

We haven't heard anything about anything.

I put in the request for the devices to be returned or for the warrants to be produced and for the affidavits of probable cause that were produced to a neutral and detached magistrate to say, hey, where'd you get probable cause from?

These guys haven't been in the country for several years.

Tell us what the facts are.

And if the warrant is legit, then fine.

And if it's not legit, we're going to challenge it.

It hasn't been produced because there's something, you know criminal probably afoot and uh you know we're going to keep drilling down on it until we get the results that we need holy crap so they took your stuff too no not my stuff oh okay not my stuff dude yeah it's insane it is insane it's wrong but um you know what are they going to find on it nothing you know these guys aren't criminals you know if they were criminals if they were guilty of anything that they've been accused of they would have been locked up in perpetuity in romania but as we're seeing that case is falling apart blows my mind because james o'keefe had his phone seized by the FBI, I think, five years ago, and they still have it, even though he beat the case.

They'll probably keep it.

They do that.

It's nuts.

And if you get it back, it's smashed.

Wow.

Yeah.

They're just...

I can't believe that's allowed.

They do it because they can.

Who's going to check the federal government?

No one.

Right.

But thank God we got Trump.

We got Cash Patel in there now.

Right.

They're cleaning house.

You know, what's great is

a lot of these January 6th prosecutors have all been fired.

They've all been fired, every one of them.

The FBI agents, they're all gone.

So we hope to highlight the people that were involved in the improper seizing of Andrew and Tristan Tate,

their belongings, and to see what happens.

Because I've reached out to multiple members and the federal government.

I've reached out to the FBI, the Department of Justice, saying, look, you know, is there an issue here with Andrew and Tristan?

And the resounding answer has been absolutely not.

There is no issue here with them at all.

There's no open investigation with them at all.

We don't know what the hell Ron DeSantis is doing in Florida.

It's a local thing by clout chasing midget who's trying to to make a name for his wife, and it'll probably all go away soon.

That's crazy.

So no federal agency has wanted involvement?

No.

I mean, so the governor can tap a federal agency and say, hey, I'm the governor of Florida.

Homeland Security, ICE, you know, help us out, seize these people.

So when I've reached out and I said, you know, what's going on, we haven't heard anything back in terms of, yes, there's an investigation.

All of my contacts who I've spoken to have been like, this is DeSantis acting on its own.

You know, sometimes the governor can use the feds to see stuff, but you got this AG in Florida saying there's an open investigation.

He should put up or shut up.

It's what he should do because he's running his mouth and he's defaming and slandering my two clients, Andrew and Tristan Tate, who are plaintiffs in a defamation suit against a woman who used sex stortion as a plot to destroy their lives.

The laws that protect citizens of Florida or members of Florida, people in the state of Florida from those types of crimes and those types of actions are there to protect Andrew and Tristan.

And this guy is acting like they are somehow not the victims and are the predators or traffickers based on some crap that he heard from either the UK or the Romanian government in some faraway land.

So he's wrong.

He should retract his statements before it becomes a bigger problem for himself.

Otherwise, he'll be out of office in a few years.

It makes you wonder if they're all working together, Romania, UK, and Florida.

Oh, they definitely are.

Right?

So when you say Florida, right, we got to separate the federal government from the state government,

the Department of Justice and their offices in Florida from the people who are under DeSantis' control.

And so when you speak to the people in Florida, you speak, I speak to law enforcement in Florida, like I said, everywhere we go,

police officers are taking pictures, moms are taking pictures, kids, whoever, right?

These guys are adored.

You're loved.

Not everybody loves them, but they get a lot of love, right?

It's just DeSantis.

It's DeSantis and his neocon deep state partners.

You know, the same people who went after Trump.

You saw DeSantis' commercials.

They were Soros-funded, Soros-based.

They're all part of that deep state network that hates Trump, hates free speech, hates Tate.

So is Romania or are Romania, the UK, and the DeSantis can't working together to destroy these guys?

Of course.

Will they be successful?

No, they won't.

Romania is pretty much beaten, right?

Last time I heard about it?

Yeah, that case has fallen apart.

I mean, they were under various forms of what they call judicial control in Romania.

Their freedom of movement was restricted for the past few years.

They shut off their power too, right?

All kinds of stuff.

They shut off their power, raided their house several times, put them in jail a few times, seized like $20 million worth of cars and assets and jewelry.

Damn, did they get that back?

They should be able to get it back, but I'm not sure what's going to happen in Romania.

What I can say is this.

If you're on house arrest

or in jail, and if you're a human trafficker, point to one example in the history of the world where anybody who was a legitimate human trafficker has ever been, yeah, you can go travel the world now, right?

But the prosecutor just said, he made a very independent, legitimate decision and said, look, after all this time, I've decided that, you know, we don't have what it takes to hold these guys.

So enough is enough.

It's been a wild ride, but I'm going to let these guys loose.

So they technically have an open case there.

That case is going to be

fall apart.

Andrew and Tristan have a tremendous respect for the Romanian people and the good members of the Romanian government.

But just like any other reasonable person, they don't like corruption, and they're angry about the consequences of corruption in their life.

And, you know, hopefully, we'll see what happens.

You know, they just put the leading candidate for the presidency in jail the other day.

Really?

Yeah, Georgescu.

He won the previous election.

They decided they were going to nullify the results.

The same day that Andrew and Tristan flew to America.

He went to go re-register to run, and they threw him in jail.

Holy crap.

Yeah, so I think he got out and he's supposed to re-register again today.

I'm not sure if he was able to or if they jailed him again.

But it's corruption.

It's deep state stuff out there.

Deep state is real.

The Matrix is real.

I think we all know that at this point.

And it's just a matter of

how long will this go on before

more countries like Hungary and Italy say, look, enough is enough.

Yeah.

How does it say, man?

What's going on in the UK?

They opened up a case too out there.

In the UK,

you can go to jail for a tweet right now.

You can.

I've heard that in the UK.

You can get 10 years.

Wow.

Look at what they did to Tommy Robinson.

You know, know, they used Canada as a proxy to lock him up.

They lock up

people who pray in front of abortion clinics or pastors or preachers or priests around the street.

Some old senior citizen the other day got years in jail for speaking out against the government.

Wow.

So do they want Andrew and Tristan there to be able to prosecute them for mean tweets?

Of course they do.

You have a couple grifting attorneys, a bunch of nobodies, just real low-hanging, low-level people out in the UK who have made it their life's work to go after Andrew and Tristan by resurrecting old allegations from years ago that these guys are alleged to have done something.

Anytime you are accused of a crime that involves rape or sex trafficking or anything like that in the UK,

the law enforcement, the police take everybody's phones.

So they took the phones of the accusers way back when, and just by going through the phones, realized that there was a plot to extort them.

So they dismissed the case.

They said, we're not going to prosecute this.

This is in bad faith.

He's trying to resurrect those claims and some other things because he's got nothing better to do with his life.

It's unfortunate.

It's wrong.

There's also a few videos floating around the internet, people alleging that Andrew, you know, had the sexual relationship with a 15-year-old from Slovakia, debunked.

The woman herself

said that she was 18 or older at the time when she left Slovakia.

Her father even weighed in on the issue.

There was another video where

he's like

with a belt and he's saying, I'll do this.

I'll do that.

But the first,

the five seconds before that

are not included in the video.

And that five seconds, what does it say?

What would you do if a woman hurts you, beat you, rob you, and paraphrase and what would it be like that?

Would you fight back?

Oh, I would do this.

I would do that.

It's all wildly taken out of context.

A lot of it was done in jest.

These guys were trying to make a name for themselves, trying to put themselves on the map through shock value.

They did it.

It's not necessary.

It's certainly not an accurate representation of who they are.

And, you know, if you juxtapose a lot of things that they say against

Howard Stern, let's say, a lot of it's not very different.

But I don't see anybody clamoring to put Howard Stern in jail.

And he's done a lot of wild things on his show.

Yeah.

Right?

Quite a few.

Yeah.

so it's just

you either love free speech or you hate it.

And when we defend free speech, if I defend a Muslim's right to

cry out for whatever he wants, right, I'm simultaneously defending a Jewish person's right to say whatever they want.

When I defend an atheist's right to say, I don't believe in God, I'm defending a Christian's right to preach the gospel, right?

Because once you begin to clamp down on free speech for somebody, for one person, you begin to do it for everybody.

One man's gospel is another man's hate speech.

That's why, and I'm a free speech near absolutist.

Other than crying, you know, the law says you can't cry a fire in a crowded theater.

There's a few other exceptions to the rule.

Other than that, people should be able to say whatever the hell they want without going to jail for it because it's just words.

I mean, Twitter has the most traffic out of every platform right now.

And I think a big part of that is because of free speech.

Yes.

You wouldn't be able to say any of that on other platforms.

Tates are still banned everywhere, right?

Yeah, there's been trouble with meta.

Mark Zuckerberg,

who has

professed to the world that he has changed his tune when it comes to censorship, has still not reallowed Andrew and Tristan back on the platform.

Andrew and Tristan Tate are the litmus tests for free speech.

Until they are allowed on your platform, you are not a platform that endorses free speech.

Yeah, you guys got to talk to Dana this weekend about that.

He's on their board now.

Right.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Something tells me that might be happening.

Yeah.

That's one phone call.

Yeah.

I hope they get back on there because I used to see them every day on TikTok, Instagram.

I think they have an algorithm that detects their face now.

It's crazy.

They do because even when I would post stuff about them in my account, I would get banned.

You'd get shadow banned, right?

Yeah,

they would tell me I'm posting hate speech.

Holy crap, just a photo of them.

Oh, yeah, on TikTok, forget it.

That used to happen with Trump, too.

Yeah, big time.

Anytime you posted a photo of Trump, you would get 90% of your views would go down.

Right.

Now, Trump isn't the looming threat anymore because

he's only going to, he's got one more term, right?

It's either going to be J.D.

Vance or I heard that Don Jr.

may be making a run for it, right?

So anybody who can support those guys is the threat.

So that's why they're still disallowing these people on.

But no Andrew Tate, no free speech.

Yep.

People are saying Newsome is going to make a run in 28.

That's why he's starting this podcast to start gaining eyeballs.

Look.

Anybody who wants to

vote for a guy who turned off the water on people in COVID for having too many people at a house and who threw people in jail for

going to mass during COVID,

who

his state has some of the most restrictive measures on speech and assembly and on religious worship, while simultaneously removing a father's right to say, Hey, you should not be able to talk to my son about gender-affirming care when he's five years old.

My son's a man, and he'll continue to be a man unless he and I have a conversation and the mother uh when he's an adult uh to to determine otherwise but if you tell my son and you put this stuff in my son's head and then take my son to a hospital to chemically castrate him uh you can do that in in in california uh and and you can go to jail if you're the father who objects to it that's crazy i was talking to a guy in texas the other day who who whose wife moved to california and uh chemically castrated his son there's nothing that he can do about it that's terrible it's horrible elon lost a kid to that too He did, and I think that's what started all this.

100%.

Oh, man, that's terrible.

Yeah, I'm glad that Kirk, even his own son supports Charlie Kirk.

Sorry.

Did you know that?

Yeah, that makes sense.

Nuts, man.

Yeah, it's a shame because Cali's got the best weather if we're being objective.

Cali's a great state, man.

I love it.

I think L.A.

is a cool town.

I'm in love with San Diego.

I think San Diego is close to paradise on earth that you get.

It's just real unfortunate with the politics there.

Absolutely.

What's next for you, man?

Oh, well, right now we're just focused on the Andrew and Tristan situation.

I have a consulting company that we have recently started called Power Dynamic Strategies.

I have a friend and a partner with that,

widely known in the crypto world as Leo.

He is from

He's an American lawyer who now lives in Dubai.

He's in background with me on the take case.

So we're doing some heavy consulting work

both domestically and internationally.

I've been in the e-commerce space for a while.

I sit on the board, and I'm a partner at a company called Wholesale Universe out of Texas.

That's going well.

So it's been a bit of entrepreneurial work, investments.

We've got about four or five companies now, my wife and I,

over the past three years, and we're just really trying to diversify what we do to increase our impact on the world, to generate as much wealth for our children as we can going forward, and to continue to fight for freedom and for justice, whether it be for Andrew and Tristan Tate or the Muslim, Jew, or Christian who wants to, or atheist, who wants to have their voice heard in the free marketplace of ideas without being canceled.

And of course,

you know, we're going to continue to support President Trump and everything that he's tried to accomplish in this administration.

And we're interested to see who's going to be the next frontrunner in 28.

I think that really election season, the conversation for that has to start soon.

Whoever it's going to be, I think that the pick should be clear, whether it's J.D.

Vance or Don Jr.

There's, you know, I know there's some people who like Tulsi as well.

I think any one of those people would be great.

I think J.D.

Vance, what he's doing right now, is absolutely phenomenal.

I know Don Jr.

personally.

I think he'd be great for the job.

I'm a big fan of Tulsi Gabbard's as well.

So I think we need to figure out who that person is going to be and get behind them very early and get assurances from whoever that person is going to be that they're going to carry the mission into the future.

We don't need somebody who's going to undo or not carry out the America First and the Trump agenda going forward.

So we're excited, obviously.

And, you know, we're happy to have Andrew and Tristan back.

And, you know, it's just no retreat, no surrender.

You know, we've won many battles.

The war still rages on.

And until the victory for free speech is absolute, we're going to continue to fight.

Powerful.

Thanks for everything you do, man.

It's super important.

Appreciate you, man.

Thanks for what you do.

I appreciate your podcast, man.

The way that you interview people, you platform people, and you have people from all walks of life who all types of successes from the left and from the right on.

And you guys really let the viewer decide.

And I think it's real important that, you know, that what you're doing.

And hopefully, you know, we'll get a a couple of my guys on here in the near future for you.

Let's do it, man.

Thanks for popping on again.

We'll link yourself below.

Yeah, good to see you, brother.

Absolutely, you too.

Check them out, guys.
