What was the goal of this movie in particular?

To shed some light into biohacking, longevity, the best practices as we practice them.

We ourselves, when we went through our journey, I wished that there was a silver platter and all the solutions and tools served to me.

It's not just unreachable stars in our documentaries, they're real people who are open for business.

Well, we're doing another documentary called SHIED, which stands for She Healed, which also has female heavy hitters.

We have some male heavy hitters.

Del Bigtree and the Maha movement really was the tipping point for the catalyst, I think, for the presidential win.

All right, guys, we got the lollies here after a fun night of their movie premiere, a red carpet event.

Thanks for coming, guys.

I know you were up late last night.

Yeah.

I heard you were getting dinner at 1 a.m.

That was 2 a.m.

by the time.

Yeah, it was really funny.

Man, what an event, though, and what a premiere.

It was amazing.

Thanks for coming.

Thank you.

Thank you.

That's some great people.

There were some big hitters there.

So welcome.

Big hitters.

Yeah, It was never before, unprecedented.

And then the fact that it was at the American Academy of Anti-Aging, the prestige of the venue was a big deal.

Yeah.

So, yeah.

Yeah, all the top guys were there.

Biohack Yourself is the name of the movie, right?

Yeah, absolutely.

I mean, our goal was to really bring...

all the heavy hitters, like you said, and all the big names and all the incredible innovators and inventors and scientists under one roof and really kind of burst into the mainstream together as the Avengers of Longevity, I call that.

Yeah.

What was the goal of this movie in in particular?

The goal was really to shed some light into biohacking, longevity, the best practices as we practice them.

Yeah, and also to bring solutions, like specific solutions, because we ourselves, when we went through our journey, I wished that there was a silver platter and all the solutions and tools served to me, right?

So we did that.

We did the vetting.

We spent so much time in casting process and really hand selecting and cherry-picking all of our cast.

And so for our audience, we made it easier.

They could just watch and actually take action.

They can call the doctors, they can make appointments, they can go buy products from our cast people.

So there's not just unreachable stars in our documentaries.

They're real people who are open for business.

I love it.

We were just talking about this, but how important is biohacking before you plan on having kids?

Well, we're doing another documentary called SHIELD, which stands for She Healed, which also has female heavy hitters.

We have some male heavy hitters, like Del Bigtree, the CEO of Maha, which kind of elevated the documentary now.

Because if you understand RFK Jr., his involvement with the administration and Make America Healthy Again, Del Bigtree and the Maha movement really was the tipping point for and the catalyst, I think, for the presidential win.

Now that moms got involved and women and the cancel Kellogg's movement, all those eyeballs now are parlaying into the S.H.I.E.L.D.

documentary.

And so we're already, how many days into filming?

I think six?

Five days in.

Yeah.

We have another four days in Vegas, and then we have a few days in Florida.

But we are editing as we're filming.

Wow.

This is done for the first time.

So we want to get the message out as soon as possible because humanity is at this really beautiful revolutionary space where the change is here now with the new administration, but also the sickness is at such a horrible level where we just need to take action.

So the sooner we get this to our audience, the better, the faster the revolution will take off.

Absolutely.

Preparing for pregnancy.

I think that's where we're really learning now as we're filming in real time the amount of preparation the man and the female needs to do in order to kind of biohack their baby or their womb, really.

The sperm, the womb, the egg, the embryo, everything is so important.

And really understanding the environmental toxins.

to prevent, I mean, think about the microplastics.

You know, women are just used to heating up the baby bottle.

Microplastics, boom.

The diapers and the pampers, microplastics boom.

The preparing the baby room, the clothing room.

Just think about the off-gassing of the, you know, your freshly painted room, new babies coming, all that paint.

All the, you're already poisoning your kid while pregnant.

And then when you're giving birth, here, let me put you in a room.

Like, you just think about it.

it that way from that perspective.

And then like the amount of time moms and dads spend on organizing a baby shower, if they spent that many hours on just educating themselves on how to raise a healthy child, we would be at a better place.

But it goes beyond that.

It goes beyond even conceiving, right?

It's one of the most responsible things you're ever going to do is have a child.

So taking a look at your vitals, taking a look at your hormones, taking a look at your levels of glyphosates, levels of like parasites, everything, right?

Your mitochondria, your ATP levels, like we're learning all these terminology, but it's basically.

All right.

As a mother, you're responsible for this fetus'

emotional intelligence as well.

So, like, what kind of state of mind are you going to be during your entire pregnancy?

And also, morning sickness, are you, you know, are you going to be at a place where you're going to get morning sickness?

Because if you're getting morning sickness, there's definitely something you should have done prior to getting pregnant.

So,

we are definitely bringing that home where it starts beyond, before conception, a woman's health, a kid's health.

And then during the pregnancy, it's so crucial to shield your belly with

shielding covers from Wi-Fi.

Yeah, from Wi-Fi, from radiation.

So important, can cause brain damage and cause a lot of things because we're holding our cell phones so close to the belly, it's almost criminal.

Wow.

And then you go about that.

Yeah, no, and then you go into, let's say, a lot of moms, I see them nursing and they just don't know.

And they're just on their phone while the kid's head is nursing.

You're literally radiating and frying your baby's brain and they don't understand.

But there's covers, there's Wi-Fi protective shield covers you can use to cover your, you know, to shield your child.

And it's just like every stage of the kid's life, right?

You're literally building your building blocks for the rest of your life.

And then we're just looking at teenagers in the 20s, right?

You can literally mess up the rest of your 70 years or 60 years on the planet with the 10 years of reckless life choices that you can make.

It's really like, you know, we're in real estate.

That's our background, right?

And most people have children for a selfish reason.

And so it's like, let's say you buy a piece of real estate and then you're like a slum lord and then it's just, you know, collecting fines and giving you headaches.

You just want to dump it.

If you think about it from a selfish perspective, if you raise an unhealthy child from the beginning, it's going to be a headache and ruin your quality of life, you know, going into your golden years.

And so, you know, our kids were at the event yesterday and they're running around.

Our son is only six.

He did 37 push-ups with RFK in the documentary.

Wow.

He did 60 push-ups with Ben Greenfield in the documentary.

Now he can do 100 push-ups.

Against six.

And they're running around at the event interviewing on the red carpet.

Our quality of life has exponentially improved because our children are solid.

And so just think about it from that perspective.

If you're a selfish parent or a selfish human being, Apply the science now while you're, you know what I'm saying?

So you can enjoy your life.

Most people that we know,

successful, like billionaire friends of ours, they have children that have autism that have really ruined their second half of their life.

Wow.

Because financially, it's expensive.

I don't care how rich you are.

Your kid is sick.

You're sad.

You're unhappy.

I don't care what kind of wealth, what kind of fame you have.

We have people that are truly unhappy because some of the knowledge they didn't know.

So hopefully these documentaries that we've done, Biohack, SHIELD, the biological dentistry, can really, really help you truly have success.

We're discovering and uncovering some real incredible procedures that are being done to reverse autism.

Things like,

you know, V-cell therapy, for example, by Dr.

Taravakaitis.

There's a ton of things that better these conditions, this chronic disease.

So, you know, we definitely, with our documentaries, we want to give that hope.

We want to give the actionable steps that people can take on and really better their lives, no matter where they are in their health journey.

Yeah, it's needed.

A lot of kids these days are being born with autism, right?

Oh, man, it's unprecedented.

I mean, Trump, RFK Jr.

talk about that a lot.

There's many different reasons.

It's not just, you know, someone getting some sort of a shot.

Those things, you know, there are some correlation, but it's the food.

It's the Wi-Fi.

It's this, it's that.

I mean, it's the water.

It's

the stress, you know, hormone imbalances.

There's so many different reasons.

But, you know, look, the information is out there, but what we've done is managed to curate it in in a very consumable way.

And it's up to you.

We substantiate all the information with our website.

We have like a platform.

So when you look at our documentaries, it's really introducing you to someone.

And then we support it with our website that says, okay, here's their podcast.

Here's their books.

Here's their website.

Here's their materials.

Here's the science and the studies that they use to substantiate their claims.

So it's up to you.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Leave it to the viewer to decide how to to feel, right?

Yeah.

Rather than telling them how to feel.

Exactly.

Exactly.

And now I know you guys touch on a lot of controversial stuff.

So will your documentaries get picked up by big platforms?

Well, we're it's on Amazon.

Our documentaries stream on Amazon, Apple, Roku, and Tubi.

And we try to stay away from controversy.

So obviously, you know, if you want to really dive deep, you can go on the website and see some of the stuff that doesn't get shadow banned.

Yeah.

So we kind of really play it safe where we kind of let you know.

So let's assume like this is the line.

We don't cross it.

There are moments where we'll wave our hands over it, but we don't cross it.

And so we don't want to do a disservice to everyone that's on the platform.

And we're not really controversial by nature.

You know, there are documentaries out there that do that, but we don't kind of do that kind of stuff.

We let them do that.

We kind of say, like Teresa said, here's the issue.

And by the way, here's who you can talk to to solve that issue.

Smart.

Yeah.

Yeah.

You're just presenting it.

You're not really going into the studies or anything.

Right.

Right.

that makes sense.

Yep, and you guys are working on a few right now, right?

Yeah, we're working on S.H.I.D., which we're filming here in Vegas, and then we're filming again in January in Florida.

And it's got some superstar big names.

We mentioned Del Bigtree, Gary Brecca's in it,

Sage Workinger.

It's really about her, that documentary.

We interviewed them, and it's mainly about we want to know what the most famous biohacker does for his wife, and what does she do under his tutelage?

And she's had some incredible pain-to-purpose stories, a back injury that led to really,

it's always the woman, right?

And so her injury led to the making of Gary Brecca, him wanting to discover.

We didn't actually know that kind of the real purpose behind his obsession over genes and mutations because she had all these gene mutations and that was causing all kinds of ailments.

She was basically almost disabled with these conditions.

We didn't know that.

So they broke the story with us.

But it goes beyond that.

I mean, we're discovering these women that are at the front lines of these new discoveries, such as, can you believe there is such a thing as mitochondria transplant?

Now, what mitochondria is, what we've learned in a simple language, it's the energy inside of your cell, because our cells need to have gas to move around, right?

Can you imagine transplanting mitochondria from some other source?

Like if you're tired and your mitochondria is tired, right?

And you're sick, let's say, and your cells just do not move and they're almost like zombified, right?

That's called senescent cells.

You can actually transplant somebody else's, well,

in bad situations, right?

When you actually have no other options and give your cells the energy they need to actually start acting the way they're supposed to act to make you heal.

So there's like incredible women that are at the front lines at a cutting edge of new discoveries that we were just in awe.

Yeah, I mean, we interviewed Dr.

V and we did some stem cell egg harvesting with Dr.

V.

So one of the things, Sean, that makes us different as documentarians.

I was a big personal fan of Morgan Spurlock.

I don't know if you remember him.

He did Supersize Me

where he ate McDonald's.

That's called an immersive documentary where you put yourself through the experience.

So, I did that when I did a weight loss documentary called Fat Lolly to Six Pack Lolly, where I was 315 pounds and I lost all the weight on camera.

With Biohack Yourself, we biohacked each one of our ailments in that documentary.

Wow.

And so, Teresa had hormone imbalances from competing.

We fixed that.

And then, of course, our son had mold toxicity that eventually we discovered through biohacking.

We fixed that.

They thought he was autistic.

Wow.

Well, he was misdiagnosed nine times.

Holy crap.

And every single time.

And he was a baby, you know, when he, when he was going through this.

And all it started with was just an eczema outbreak at seven days old.

And that started a whole chain of events where I started researching.

I took him to testing and everything like that.

Nine misdiagnoses.

With every misdiagnosis, I was provided and shoved the wrong supplements, none of which I took.

It happens a lot.

You know, women are misguided.

You see someone that says, doctor, this and that.

Well, I don't know.

They're the professional.

And most cases, they genuinely are giving you sincere solutions that they know.

Yeah.

But Teresa is just like an investigative journalist.

Like she will not stop.

And so, you know, one answer is not good enough.

She wants 10.

And when you get to the 10 answers you're like none of these people know anything wow and so we're like not only that though though every time they misdiagnosed us they gave us supplementation right had i taken them they would have made him that well that lends to gary breca's work right for example our son at the end of discoveries when i put the puzzle together he has two copies of the mthfr gene mutation so he does not methylate iron which means he's extremely deficient in iron and he has an overload of unmethylated iron, which is heavy metal, right?

Yeah.

So with the misdiagnosis, with the third misdiagnosis of him having restless leg syndrome, which NYU Langon gave us those diagnoses after a sleep study, thorough sleep study, their prescription was an iron supplement.

So I saved all of these prescriptions.

They're all in my files.

And I'm like, had I listened to them, had I taken them, he would have become on the spectrum.

He would have been restless leg syndrome.

So it's so funny what comes first is the misdiagnosis or the wrong supplementations that lead to the person becoming that?

It blows my mind how many lives get ruined on daily by just misdiagnosing.

Yeah.

Well, third leading cause of death, right?

In the medical space.

And there's iron in a lot of vaccines.

Oh, absolutely.

And then our daughter, right?

She all of a sudden had this big lymph node.

A golf ball on her

lymph node at the age of two after having a high fever.

And I didn't pay attention to it first, but it stayed there for about five years.

What?

Five years.

So So I took her to many professionals.

They all wanted to cut it.

I was not going to cut it.

So all I did was pray on it, hope for it until we came to the world of biohacking where we understood her entire lymphatic was stagnant.

So we drained it and the lymph node is gone.

Oh, it's gone.

We did some hydrogen baths, some red light.

All biohacking that resolved her neck.

Now, had we gone ahead and cut that lymph node because, oh, it may cause cancer.

We don't want to scare you, but you know, it could become bad.

Had we cut that, can you imagine having that big scar tissue in your lymphatic system?

And now your entire flow is messed up.

Something else will blurt.

So you could ruin your life by listening to the misdiagnosis.

And so we're so blessed, honored that we came into this world of biohacking and we found solutions for our ailments.

And this is how we felt compelled to do this documentary, to provide this.

these tools and say, don't take any answers if it doesn't feel good with your quantum energy, with your gut, call it whatever you want.

You know, go all out and find other solutions.

There are solutions.

And another thing we found out, no matter where you are in your health journey, you can heal.

And you can not just heal to survive, but you can thrive.

We've met some people that were extremely sick growing up as a child.

And now they're in their 60s, 70s, thriving with vitality.

And that is really, really a message of hope for us.

Absolutely.

I meet so many people in the biohacking space that are in their 50s, 60s, 70s, and they say they're healthier than they were in their 20s and 30s.

Absolutely.

It's testing.

So there's a lot of testing that could show you, ourselves included.

We've tested ourselves multiple times.

People are so impressed with our health markers, our anti-aging protocols, and really how healthy we are.

But even like in the case of SHIELD.

you know we did a recent test in shield where we noticed my levels were low on carotenoids carotenoids this is a new thing we didn't even know after interviewing 114 people for biohack yourself now we're in SHIELD, still discovering new things.

Wow.

That goes to show you this is a rabbit hole, but it's an incredible rabbit hole.

And if you keep diving in, you're going to find new markers, new ways to optimize.

And it all works.

But carotenoids, it's basically the shield around the cell.

So that's like the antioxidant.

We're still kind of trying to understand it.

Oh, I did a palm test for this.

That's what it was.

Dr.

Stephen, Stephen Moore, and Ryan and Cena.

Yeah, he's in Shield.

They're incredible.

Yeah, I got the middle range, but my friend got red like all the way.

So you think about

it.

Right.

And so those are the like the simple things that you could test for.

And it'll tell you, oh, man, I got to really kind of up my game here because it's, it's almost like you're driving without a seatbelt, you know, and then an accident can happen and you're not going to be able to sustain it.

And the accident could be a common cold or this or that.

And without those kind of modern level of testing, you don't know what you don't know.

So we're really diving deep.

And so that shield is in production now.

We're filming that.

And then we're doing a biological dentistry one.

Have you met anybody in that space yet?

I've met three people.

Who?

Got it.

Who?

Damn.

Jagar Gandhi.

Jagar, yes, yes.

Jugandhi.

He's in biological dentistry.

Papa.

Yeah, he's in a documentary.

I think that's it, actually.

So two.

Dr.

Dumb.

He's here in town.

He's one of the best.

He's one of the best.

We had him as our panelist, one of the 15 people last night at the event.

And so biological dentistry is a whole nother world that we had no idea about.

We kind of brushed on it a little bit in Biohack Yourself with Dr.

David Minkoff and Jerry.

And Jerry Curatola, which basically said the root cause of all disease is in the mouth.

And obviously it's food and all that, but then the way the dentists fill your cavities with mercury.

So think about if I cut your arm and you are bleeding, would it be okay if I just patched it up with mercury and metal?

That's what they're doing in the tooth.

It goes beyond that, though.

Like, as a kid, right, seven years old, do you know how high the statistics are for root canals?

Root canal is when they remove the root and they leave a dead tooth.

And dentists are the only medical professionals that will leave a dead body part in your body.

So now you're growing up, you know, years go ahead and you are having cavitations and bacteria build up because there's a dead tooth.

Another thing that they do wrong in the traditional dentist industry is they remove your wisdom teeth, and sometimes there's a dead root that stays in your in your mouth.

Now that's a again dead piece of root.

So these things can cause all kinds of bacteria that could go to your brain and cause all kinds of disruption.

And us looking at the biological dentistry world, we're like, why is this its own bubble with its own conferences as if it's two separate things?

And we're understanding how wholesome the body is and how we need to integrate everything.

So we're bringing the biological dentistry world into the biohacking world, where it's like, you guys are sisters and brothers.

Let's work together on the overall body health.

Again, another quality, if you're a selfish individual, let's say, I'll give you an example.

Her mom is 65 years old, right?

You know, she's really healthy.

She's starting to forget things.

Early onset dementia, right?

Yeah.

Now, we go and examine her,

take a 3D comb beam scan.

Turns out she has 17 metal fillings in her mouth.

17.

Can you believe that?

So her mouth is a microwave antenna right now.

And so, you know, we need to fix that.

We're going to do that in the documentary.

But just imagine the financial burden her mother's going to be on us when you have Alzheimer and dementia.

So if you're a selfish person and you don't want to spend money taking care of your parents or your in-laws, fix it with a biological dentist.

That'll alleviate your burden.

Because she's a prime example of several hundreds of thousands of dollars of care, right?

She can't afford to put herself in a home.

And then when you put yourself in a dementia, now she's going to swallow her tongue.

She forgets how to eat.

All these things are expensive.

So prevention is cheaper than cure.

So going back to just being a selfish person, fix it now or pay for it later.

That's just health in general, I think.

Health in general.

Right.

You know, you got to take action now.

You got to take action.

We're also producing a forever, forever faithful documentary for pet longevity.

And we both are pet lovers.

I mean, he grew up with so many pets, dogs, parrots, cats, you name it.

I had my first pet when we got married, actually, our Samoyed.

He's the love of my life.

He's our first baby, basically.

And just looking at him, we recognize, you know, he's getting hit with Wi-Fi, dirty electricity.

He's at that low level.

He's smelling glyphosates from the grass.

He's walking on pesticides.

Yeah,

and their food is crap, unless you're having a raw diet or homemade diet.

So they're dying out of cancer.

It's insane, the statistics.

So again, we met somebody in the biohacking world that is co-producing this documentary with us and really bringing tools and solutions for all the pet parents.

Well, you mentioned, Sean, that you have two pets.

They're like two dogs.

They're like your kids.

And so just imagine they get hit with some sort of a

health crisis.

You're going to go all out, spend the money, and sometimes unexpectedly.

And that's for years, too.

The healing is longer.

It's longer.

And they can't tell you what's wrong.

So you got to go through a full on examination.

And if you go to the wrong veterinarian, that's cha-ching, cha-ching, cha-ching.

I remember I had a pet that

died and they wanted to charge me to put him to sleep when he knew it died.

You know what I'm saying?

Right there in the room.

So, you know, veterinarians also take advantage.

They're a business for profit.

And so, you know, you really want to understand

biohacking your pet to prevent.

I mean, think about us, right?

We're drinking water out of the bottle.

Yeah.

But meanwhile, you go to a park, they're drinking all that toxic flora.

I actually give my dogs glass water.

I got the five.

You're kind of biohacking your dogs.

Yeah.

Well, my dog breed, Bernie's Mountain Dog, they only live to five on average, which is super young.

Yeah, the big boys.

Yeah.

The bigger the dog, usually the less they live.

So you should.

Well, there's actually clinics, there's biohacking veterinarians right now who have hyperbaric chambers for dogs, laser therapy.

I mean, there are pet parents that go all out and they biohack their pets.

So we're so excited to uncover that and bring that to the masses with our documentary.

Yeah.

I'd love to put my dog in the oxygen chamber.

I did it from ITBI, so I know how effective they are.

Nice.

Nice.

What was your issue when you were trying to fix in the biohack yourself?

Well, my issue really in the biohack yourself was really understanding what I needed to do to kind of reverse my aging.

And so we did a lot of intermittent fasting.

And turns out a lot of that kind of work can help you reset a lot of the damage that you do.

So I damaged my body for 40 years from eating like shit.

Yes.

The bottom line, you know, 315 pounds, five foot eight, you can imagine.

But then I damaged my stomach even further because prior to me losing weight the right way with diet and exercise, I did a gastric sleeve.

So at 325 pounds, I did the sleeve surgery and then I lost 50 and then I gained 70.

But the issue was that I was unable to eat protein, meat, and solid foods because my stomach went from a football to a banana.

So that means I was full faster.

So then my BMI was even higher.

So I was more fat and less muscle.

So when I decided to lose weight through diet and exercise, I was almost handicapped because I couldn't really eat the kind of foods I needed to eat.

So I stretched my stomach back out by gaining weight.

So I created even further damage.

And so all that damage I recognized through all the testing.

And I was able to kind of recycle and repair all my organs one by one by one and then the specific area of concentration was my brain towards the end we worked with dr.

Daniel Amon and a lot of brain experts and almost felt like my wife and I were on the limitless pill it's almost like we did the limitless movie there's that my brain and her brain have lit up and I was able to kind of

reconjure a lot of information that I consumed in my early 20s and apply it so it was really a renaissance and reassurgence of my brain activity.

It's next level.

Nice.

Yeah.

That's exciting.

So both your brains are really optimized now.

Super optimized.

Yeah.

I mean, we're believers in peptides and red light therapy.

We don't do cold plunge.

Really?

Not yet.

Not that we haven't done it.

It's not like a religious regimen.

Red light and PEMS.

We ground a lot.

So we ground a lot now.

Barefoot walking is almost a must.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And

we take supplements.

You know, we take algae, we take NMN, peptides, hormone optimization, and those things all work.

You just need to go to the right person and know the combinations and the stacks.

And then you start really understanding your body.

So we kind of became the masters of our own body.

And we really are so empowered to understand we are in charge.

We're literally in charge.

We can do the research and understand how is this metabolizing?

What is this doing to our body?

And make scientific choices every single day on what you put in your body.

And on the brain optimization side of things, I'll give you an example, right?

Let's say, you know, an old computer with a slow processor versus a brand new computer.

That's what it is.

Brain optimization is about, let's say you and I want to go out into a business venture and all three of us are having a conversation about it.

Within seconds or minutes, we're already modeling it out in our head.

Something where first you got to think about it, talk to some people, really think about what the next steps are.

We already know the,

it's like quantum computing, just figuring things out fast.

That's what brain optimization is.

Firing on all pistons and being able to make fast decisions, seeing the future, the good, bad, and ugly, and coming up with a game plan and moving forward.

Yeah, a lot of people have brain fog or they feel tired, right?

So, brain optimization is a big deal.

That's what it is.

Yeah, Amon changed the game for me, man.

I got that scan done, had all sorts of issues.

I was like, holy crap.

Yeah.

Wow.

Yeah.

I had like six different issues from one scan.

Wow.

Isn't that insane that all your childhood falls can actually manifest into?

Oh, yeah, I had a TBI.

Yeah.

Like all these childhood falls, they can manifest into incredible brain issues as you age.

Yep.

The bruising actually stays there and caused.

So that was the discovery that we made.

It's incredible.

But you can actually reverse those things.

You can help your cells regenerate in the brain.

I had so many parts of my brain that weren't getting blood flow.

Wow.

Did you have that on yours too?

No, you know, her and I had similar brain functionality.

It was very easy to do.

It was the cerebellum in the back and it was the dopamine in the front.

Yeah.

We both had shorter dopamine, which was like constant achievement.

Like you have to have constant achievement.

Right.

And both of us are like that.

We're very much like

gamifying everything.

We're competitive.

So we actually love it.

We're like, okay, thank God our dopamine is shorter because we love this lifestyle.

But then the cerebellum is in the back that is responsible for memory later in life.

So we really took action to fix that.

And that could have been from a fall, you know, as a kid.

You never know.

Yeah.

How many times?

That's interesting.

Speaking of kids, your six-year-old just bought a house.

Yes.

Yes,

they partnered up together.

So since they were 14 days old, so I was an actor and a recording artist before we met and got married.

When we got married, we really wanted to focus on our relationship and building a beautiful family.

I come from an Armenian heritage.

So family is first, parenting is first, mothering is first.

And everybody calls me Mother Teresa.

So I stopped all of that.

But it was funny because as we were pregnant, my agent just called me randomly.

He's like, hey, you want some pregnancy gigs before you really, really quit?

I was like, oh, sure, that would be fun.

So we did a few and I was on the cover of Babies Are Us and it was fun.

But then I had the baby and I was like, yeah, guys.

So I had the baby.

We're not doing this anymore.

Like, I'm taking a big break.

He's like, speaking of that,

Pampers is looking for a Mediterranean mom with a real newborn.

You guys want to do that?

Just as a last gig.

I was like, okay, okay, just last gig.

So as we did that, I loved it.

I was like, wow.

So I can continue to do that.

And my kids can actually like make money and be in adult environments and stuff like that.

He loved it.

He's like, oh, this gives us something fun to do instead of just going to playgrounds and stuff like that.

So their careers picked up so fast.

I mean, they've booked about 100 jobs together, Love and Legend.

Legend was the co-star of Martin Scorsese's daughter's movie, nominated at Khan Film Festival.

Love is the national spokesperson for Care.com.

She was on Broadway.

Like they've done so many projects.

And in the interim, they made so much money that when we decided to take a break from acting and focus on the Biohack Yourself documentary and the kids were touring with us and interviewing, we looked at the UTMA account.

That's a child actors account.

We looked at each other.

We're like, holy crap, they can buy a property.

So quickly we found a location, you know, we found an amazing property.

They bought it.

So now they're the youngest landlords.

Holy crap.

Yeah.

So that's cash flow.

I mean, that's a world record.

We looked up.

You got a hit.

We did.

We're in the application stage.

It's its own separate category because whenever you break a record, they have to see if they have the category.

If not, you're making it, and then somebody has to break that record.

So I'm going for the world record right now for most podcast episodes.

No way.

I love that.

So Rogan has it right now.

It's unofficial.

I don't think it's in the Guinness yet, but he's at 2,400.

Oh, wow.

What are you at?

130, 1,400, somewhere around there.

Yeah.

In two years.

He's got a 15-year-old start on me.

Wow.

That's amazing.

It's always been a childhood dream of mine to have a world record.

That's amazing.

Yeah.

I used to read the Guinness every year when it came out.

Yeah.

Wow.

That's great.

We also submitted for another Guinness record.

I had 105 people tattoo my company logo on their body when the real estate friend.

So I think that's a world record.

We're waiting to hear back from then because there are people that have tattooed Yankees and stuff like that, but no one, like with a founder of a company, just imagine you had digital social and 105 people.

Someone actually got one.

Yeah, I believe it.

He came on the show with that i was like that's pretty wild i tell you yeah you know so we we had a viral moment at that point somebody tattooed my face on their back i was like it

people really you know get uh affected by things and you know they it means something to them for in the case of digital social hour they might have learned and changed their life watching it you know these these programs are very effective well you know people should start tattooing go biohack yourself i know that'd be cool because that's our slogan you know instead of saying go screw yourself we say go biohike yourself Although studies show tattoo and ink and stuff like that is not necessarily the healthiest thing.

Even though there's like a biohacking tool now that they laser it off.

We heard about

it.

You saw that.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

That's crazy.

Well, that's the next documentary, right?

Tattoo.

Let's see.

Let's see.

I'm glad that's getting exposed, though, because it is on your skin for life.

It is.

But, you know, it's just, it boils down to your lifestyle, right?

Like, you know, we, all three of us could take one bee sting in the morning, but can we take, you know, one bee sting in the morning, afternoon, at night, before we go to sleep every single day for 30 years, compound it over time?

It's going to do something.

Right.

So, a tattoo, yeah, if you have a healthy lifestyle, you're going to have your whole body tattooed if you're not exposing.

It's all whatever your toxic load is.

Yeah, absolutely.

So, yeah, I quit drinking because just to people, I was doing it a lot in college, you know, almost every day.

So, that could really affect you.

I was getting sick a lot back then.

Really?

I was a heavy drinker, you know, three jack and cokes a day.

Damn.

I was really deep into it.

Like, you know, combined with a pint of of ice cream and

ice cream, pizza pie, pasta.

That was my lifestyle.

I knew.

And then when you get to a certain financial status and stature, you're doing business meetings at Morton Steakhouse and this and that.

And it's steak and Jack Daniels and cigars and all that kind of stuff.

And you're now, you know, hanging out with older men and they like steak and cigars and whiskey.

And you're doing that consistently.

It's, it takes a toll.

Absolutely.

Yeah.

Cigars are no joke, man.

Yeah.

I'll be coughing up a lung when when I go to the cigar lounge.

Yeah, it's not my thing.

But

we go.

It's social.

Well, what's next for you guys?

What's next, I think, is going into the new administration and really supporting everything there.

You know, our company is now a news outlet.

So the biohackyourself.com website is hosting and holding all the documentary content and the not allowed to be seen content.

But in addition to that, we're reporting on all health news, the latest FDA approvals or denials, the latest NIH.

You know, we have a team of journalists that work for us now, and they're really

taking notes and really reporting on all the breakthrough brands.

Like what's the latest cold plunge product, what's the latest red light product.

So it's there to report on the news, but also support the products, services, and founders that we introduce through our documentaries.

And also what's next is our magazine.

It's the vogue of longevity.

We say longevity in biohacking and staying healthy is demur.

And that is really demur.

Now that you see all the successful people are actually biohacking.

They're staying on top of their health.

Like everything has changed.

So we're here to kind of facilitate that

new phase of humanity.

So Biohack Yourself magazine that's going into 10,000 locations starting 2025.

We're really excited to make biohacking and longevity and health and wellness fancy, fashionable, approachable.

So our magazine makes it super simple to understand what these tools and solutions are all about.

We're very excited about that.

Yeah, I just saw the first one.

Was that the first one?

That was the inaugural edition with Eamon, our friend.

On the cover.

And then we have a bunch of other longevity superstars slated to be on the covers of the next edition.

So it's a very bespoke.

If you make it in the magazine, it's because you went through a tough, rigorous screening process.

You know, you won't see an uncredible company in the magazine.

They have to go through our board.

And we have

peer-reviewed faculty.

So we really take pride.

So whoever's in that magazine, number one, number two, the locations it's in.

It's in the most bespoke and respected longevity clinics around the world.

So the people that open up the magazine, they already made a choice and a decision to better their health.

So a person looking at it is likely to be a consumer or someone that wants to engage with that company.

So it's a very top-level value.

So we're also going to have it in some of the private airlines and because most people

that actually get to this part of longevity have reached a certain economic status.

You know, they're now looking to not only have longevity and wealth, but health.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I noticed that at the conference.

The cheapest ticket was like a thousand bucks to A4M.

But hopefully it could get the, get to the masses down the road.

It will.

I mean, you know, it starts with expensive.

Like, you know, the cell phone, I remember back in my day when I was 16, it was $2,500.

Damn.

Yeah.

To have a cell phone and

even a monthly plan and to have a car phone, like a satellite phone, that was a big deal.

But now the technology is cheap.

So it takes a market like what Jeff Bezos is doing and Elon Musk with, you know, their spaceship programs going to Mars.

I mean, those tickets are hundreds of thousands of dollars, which eventually will be, you know,

our approach is omnimedium.

We make our documentaries that are super entertaining while being super educational.

We have our magazine that is the Vogue of Longevity.

We have our news platform that's reporting and staying on top of the cutting-edge new information coming in.

We've collected incredible contributors that are contributing to our platform on weekly, monthly basis, and they feel so protected

on our platform because they're like, you guys are protecting the validity of this platform and legitimizing it.

And not only for the people who can afford it, right?

Now biohacking can be available to people from middle class because a lot of new gadgets are now coming in and being affordable.

And a lot of the holistic ways are actually free.

So we're bringing those advice, those concepts into the masses.

Yeah, I agree.

I saw a post today on Instagram, two-person sauna at Costco, $1,800.

Not bad at all.

Infrared sauna.

Yeah, not bad.

It's going to be available for the masses very soon.

So we're prepping everybody with our platform to really take action and start to go biohackers.

I love it.

Trademark that we'll make all the links below, the documentaries.

Anything else you guys want to close off with?

Well, no.

I mean, we appreciate the opportunity here to kind of, you know.

showcase what we have going on and introduce the world to our world.

And it's a safe space.

It's a safe place.

And it'll be very informative for people to really kind of, you'll find something for someone, either yourself, your loved one, or a relative relative or a friend everyone's suffering or everyone wants to optimize and feel better so there's a place on our platform for everyone absolutely and you can start today with even the smallest biohack and you can start to biohack yourself because vitality is what we all want and this is what we recognize from the biohackers all they want to do is live healthy as long as possible and just drop dead one day with no pain and suffering.

So that's that's the goal here, right?

So once you start taking action one by one by one, it's not that overwhelming.

We've simplified it for everyone.

All we're asking you to do is take action in your longevity.

Absolutely.

Check out the links below, guys.

Thanks for coming on.

Thank you.

Thank you.

See you guys.
