to shoot back and I think he shot one.
He got one.
So it was just crazy.
And so
he actually had the audacity to ask me because he vacated early.
He terminated his lease, which in any lease agreement, if you terminate early, you don't get your deposit back.
And he had the audacity to ask for his deposit back.
He's like, I got robbed and you
all right guys, Savannah Storm here.
We are in Vegas.
It's a new year.
Hi.
Are you excited for this year?
I am.
I'm really excited.
I love the start of a fresh year.
You know, new goals and just,
you know,
new, I always try to better myself every single day.
So I'd like to see what I can, what I can crush this year.
You have any New Year's resolutions this year?
I do.
I do.
I don't really like to share them because I feel like sharing your goals before they're reached creates like an evil eye and blocks your blessings.
I actually agree with that.
I stopped sharing my goals recently.
And you know what?
And people are like, well, that's crazy.
Well, no, you share your goals after you reach them.
You know, so then people are happy for you.
And the ones that aren't happy, well, let them not be happy.
At least they can't block it.
Yeah, I truly I'm super spiritual.
So I believe in like the evil eye and you know, just like don't block your blessings before they happen.
No, I 100% agree with that.
I used to flex a little bit when I was younger and dumb and like I stopped doing all of that.
Yeah, I honestly, I try not to either.
You know, I've seen some bad things happen to people for flexing.
It's not worth it.
It's not.
It's not.
It's just, I like to be humble, you know, and my house is like, um,
it is like my safety zone, you know, it's like, it's, it's where I go for my tranquility and my peace.
And it's just like, it's not to share with the world.
Absolutely.
You got crystals everywhere.
I do.
I do.
My moon waters.
I do my moon water.
Yes.
Like every full moon or new moon, you set a bottle of water outside.
You write your intentions on an index card, tape it to the water.
The new moon like feeds the water energy, you know.
And then the next day, prior to drinking your water, think your water.
Show gratitude because it sends energy to the water, the vibration.
So it sends energy to the water.
You drink it.
And then it says that you're drinking your goals, like you're drinking the energy the energy from the new moon.
That's interesting.
I just,
oh, sorry.
And putting your crystals out around the water actually charges the crystals.
Every full moon charges the crystals.
I've heard that.
Yeah.
I just bought sound bowls, actually.
Me too.
Really?
I did.
You can look at my Amazon account.
I just bought them.
I love.
I actually attend a lot of sound bowl
healing ceremonies with Rooted Lounge here locally.
I need to look into that.
Yeah, Rooted Lounge.
It's downtown.
And they also have cacao
ceremonies.
They have special tea ceremonies.
Yeah.
Is that a psychedelic?
Cacao is like the raw, like chocolate, like raw cacao.
Yeah.
And drinking it in pure form has a lot of like healing benefits.
Really?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Look, check out Rooted Lounge.
They have some really, really cool ceremonies.
I'm super spiritual.
One of my favorite stores in Vegas is herbally grounded.
Me too.
That's where I go for everything.
Yeah, I literally messaged them yesterday on Instagram.
Are you serious?
Yeah, the founders coming on.
I'm like, no, no, no.
Oh, that's awesome.
I go there, the one on Eastern.
So I'm always there.
I'm super, like,
I have a super hippie side to me.
I am like an onion.
I have like my extravagant side, my glamorous side, then my hippie side where I've done like ayahuasca.
I do Cambo regularly.
Wow.
I have hoppe at the house.
Hape?
Hape, yeah.
I don't know what that is.
Here is a form of tobacco that's preyed upon for many, many years by shamans.
It's grown in the amazon in the amazon and you basically hold your throat and you blow it into each nostril and what it does is it clears any panaya which is dark energy and it's kind of like a reset
so when it comes to spirituality i really try to stay grounded um grounded and in my own
you know, in my own energy.
Yeah.
Especially being in,
you know, the adult world, the
sacred exchange of sexual energies, it's real.
And you take on other people's traumas and you take on, you know, energy from them.
So I really, really try to stay grounded and, you know, release any negative energy that doesn't serve me or is that not, or is it my energy?
Yeah, my buddy's in the adult industry and he got some Reiki healing done.
Oh, yeah.
And the girl said there was like eight souls attached to him.
Yeah.
And his previous sexual partners.
I believe it.
And it's true.
Entities.
Entities also come through drinking alcohol.
That's why why it's called spirit.

Spirits,
because you are allowing different spirits into your soul, and typically it's dark entities that attach themselves to you.
And it's easy to get these, and a lot of people don't know how to read them.
Wow.
So also bathing in dead sea salt.
That rids them or rids negative energy as well.
There's a lot of like things that I try to do.
And I have my house crystal gridded.
What's up?
Crystal gridded is every entryway or point of entry in your home.
So like bedroom doors, garage door, front door, sliding doors.
I have, gosh, I can't think of it.
Oh, is it selenite?
Yeah, selenite.
Yeah, we did that too.
Yeah, yeah.
And it's good for like, you know, protecting your home and certain rocks and corners, too.
I'm just super spiritual.
I did not expect this out of you.
Yeah, a lot of people don't.
Yeah, not to generalize, but like people in your industry, like, you don't really see this in the adult industry.
I've done a lot of work on myself.
I have a lot of self-awareness.
I'm not perfect by any means, but I want to be the best version of myself.
And I want to be, if I'm going to do real estate, I want to be the best realtor I can be.
If I'm going to perform, I want to be the best performer I can be.
You know, I want to be the best partner to who I'm with.
I want to be the best version of myself.
And you have to have a lot of self-awareness and a lot of working on yourself.
Absolutely.
And doing ayahuasca,
that really opened my eyes.
You know, ayahuasca was so intense.
Yeah.
What was your big takeaway from that?
Oh my gosh.
Other than crying for 12 hours straight.
And I was called to go back up and drink and drink seconds.
Ayahuasca is the mother plant for healing.
And, you know, there's,
she just opens your eyes.
She goes in and everyone's experience is going to be different.
She goes in and she goes through your roots and she kind of mends your roots like where you need healing.
And so you purge.
In order to heal, you must go through.
You go through to heal.
So what that means is you go through the pain and that hurt again and you relive it.
And reliving that is the only way through it.
You have to heal from that.
Wow, that's deep.
That was intense.
Yeah, a lot of people.
Well, yeah, I bet.
A lot of people don't want to accept their past.
They kind of just put it to the side.
And you'll never heal.
And you'll never heal if you don't work through it.
Just like ibogaine is the father plant.
And that is the only known cure for like heroin addicts, methamphetamine addicts.
And they won't obviously legalize it here in the States.
You can go down to Mexico or you can go to Costa Rica.
You can go other places and do this with shamans.
But there's,
you know, here on earth, whether you're spiritual or you believe in God or whatever you may believe in, everything you need to heal yourself and your body is here on earth.
Like we have all of the healing properties we need.
Go to the ocean, go to the forest, put your feet down, ground yourself.
Like you, you can feel it.
Absolutely.
I'm big on holistic remedies.
Yeah, me.
I try not to take any pills.
I had to take a, uh, like an Advil the other day.
I don't believe it.
And I hated it.
It was my first one in like 10 years.
Yeah.
And then like the color coding on it,
that's poisonous, you know?
It's like, I don't believe in pharmaceuticals whatsoever.
I do a lot of intravenous
medical grade peroxide and that cleanses your blood.
Wow.
I just did an ozone colonic the other day, which that goes in, kills parasites, worms, and you can see sometimes them coming out.
Damn.
I need to try that out.
Yeah, healing waters.
Ozone colonic.
I've heard of colonics.
I've never heard of ozone.
The ozone goes in and it also repairs red blood cells and stem cells.
Wow.
So it actually goes in and it does a lot of repairing.
So I read a lot.
Like I really do
a lot of work.
like from the inside out.
Yeah, I can tell.
This is serious stuff.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And it's a lot, I like to share because a lot of people are like, oh, she's probably just a hot girl that just wants Botox and this and it's well, I'd like to look maintain my beauty, but I also
cleanse the inside as well.
Yeah.
Botox has been controversial lately.
It has been.
Yes.
I did not know that.
It shuts off certain emotions.
Yes.
That and also like some receptors to the brain, they said too.
I was shocked.
That's scary.
I know it's so scary, but I'm like, oh my God, can I live without my Botox?
I mean, it's like,
and I know people can say, well, that's like hypocrisy.
But like I said, I'm not perfect at all.
But I do try to be, I'm probably healthier than 99%
of people.
Probably, yeah.
I mean, I remember when breast implants were big, they're still pretty big.
Now they're finding out the health issues.
So many health issues.
So many health issues.
And I have autoimmune too.
So I'm like super sensitive to a lot of
I do have breast implants.
Did you start feeling weird after you got them?
Like kind of sick?
You know, I got them relatively young.
I got them, I believe I was was 19
and i've always like in like my 20s i always like suffered from different sicknesses and different things and doctors would just it's crazy they just prescribe yeah antibiotics antibiotics antibiotics and it wasn't until you know later i realized i was fighting candida whoa candida which is severe severe fungus which would cause like bloating in my face bloating everywhere inflammation And that's when I got really big on like cleansing my blood, doing the ozone colonics and doing like the oxygen hyperbaric chambers and just a detoxing.
And the best I've ever felt is like detoxing, watching what I eat, watching, I don't, I haven't had a soda in over 10 years.
Nice.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Oxygen chambers are awesome.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I mean, all of this stuff works, guys.
No, 100% works.
I had a TBI.
Yeah.
Fix it with oxygen chambers.
I believe it.
I believe it helps inflammation.
So many people are inflamed from, you eat breads here, you go to Europe and have bread.
The bread here, you're going to bloat.
You're going to, because of the ingredients, all of the processed stuff in there, you know.
But Europe, it's like the ingredients over in Europe, you look at a Doritos bag, you go to McDonald's, and it's crazy the difference.
Yeah.
How drastic.
I just looked up this morning.
There's 19 ingredients in McDonald's french fries.
Yeah, that's crazy.
It should be one ingredient.
It should be a potato.
There's two ingredients with salt, I guess.
Well, three because the grease.
So the grease, the salt, yeah, the oil, and then the potato.
Yeah.
Like it's wild.
But there's 19
disgusting.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And your space, you got to be healthy, you know.
Yeah.
You got to perform.
You have to.
I always say, like, you want to put cheap gas in like a Bugatti.
Your body is your Bugatti.
Your, your body is your vessel.
You have one, you know, so why not take care of it?
Yeah.
How do you balance both industries at the same time?
Real estate and this.
Well, I'm a workaholic.
I
go to sleep thinking about work.
I have goals.
So prior to getting into the adult industry, I was,
I have a name here selling luxury, luxury real estate, like high-end homes.
Also, I was working with the developer, selling lots in like McDonald's Highlands and these prestigious communities.
And I was selling to you know, the typical wealthy man, single, wants to go buy his $20 million home or, you know, and a lot of girls in the adult industry, OF models, dancers, porn stars, you know, I sold some pretty big names.
I sold Sophie D, Carmen Karma, Natalia Starr, Rena Scott.
And
I,
you know, they seen my success and they seen, wow, she just bought this.
She owns this.
I had my own real estate portfolio of like Airbnbs and rentals.
And so they would come to me.
I'm a woman.
They like, you know, trust, you know, they would trust me with their money and advice.
And
then between doing that that and then OnlyFans, I realized, oh my God, I love performing too.
And I'm already selling.
So the point of that is I was already selling to that genre of people.
So it really hasn't affected real estate at all.
I don't focus on real estate as much, but I will always be licensed.
Yeah.
Well, it's good for networking too.
Oh, yes.
Yes.
So I would hold a lot of like red carpet events.
I've held some big events at like Christopher Vu Model Homes, $5 million homes, Blue Heron, 15 million dollar homes um i did a lot of charity events for the veterans um also the animal foundation so i i did a lot of big things in real estate and i actually you know i built my brand and um you know i have a picture of me holding up my first million dollar chat key you know what i mean i love it so yeah so Real estate is something that comes natural to me, that along with interior design.
Yeah.
So it goes hand in hand and it's something that I'm good at, but I'm, you know, I'm kind of like a perfectionist.
I love it.
There was an incident at one of your properties.
Yeah.
No one's ever seen your side of the story.
No one.
And I never shared my side of the story, actually.
This is going to be my first time sharing it.
Wow.
And it's been a while since that happened.
It was a couple of years, actually.
Actually, no, it happened this time last year.
Okay.
So January of 2023.
I turned to one of my homes in a prestigious community called McDonald's Highlands, guard gated.
A lot of high-profile names live in there.
Yeah.
And I rented it out to a well-known YouTuber.
His name's CJ Socool.
Maybe you've heard of him.
Yep.
And renting it out to him.
And one morning I wake up.
He's in the hospital.
He's like, Sven, I'm in the hospital.
The detective's going to be calling you.
I was like, wait a second.
Whoa, you're in the hospital.
Why?
And why is the detective calling me?
Like, how am I involved in this?
And he's like, well,
the home was broken into.
I was robbed and I got shot.
I was like, holy crap.
Like, what the?
Immediately, I head over to the house.
Sure enough, detectives, police,
they said, you don't want to walk in there.
I said, well, I'm the owner.
I have to obviously walk in and handle and see, you know, deal with my homeowner's insurance.
And
wow.
There was puddles of blood,
gunshot holes in the wall, throughout the like furniture, everywhere.
It looked like there was like someone had died in this house.
It was insane.
Well, how does one get into McDonald's Highlands, a beautiful guard gated community?
It was four or five suspects from Compton.
They came,
it was set up, they hiked the back of the mountain.
Well, CJ Sokool, is a lot bigger in person than I think he appears on his YouTube, which I think he has like nine million followers
so he sleeps with guns under the pillows in the nightstands he even when i rented the house he told me he had all these guns and asked if i was okay with this i didn't think anything of it but he failed to tell me that every house he lived in prior to mine had been robbed wow never told me this
So Henderson police get involved, which they're amazing.
They end up catching the victim, or not the victims, they end up catching the robbers, these people,
and they had dropped a backpack full of cell phones and stuff.
And apparently, they were going to communities and robbing.
Well, how they found the house is he thought it was untouchable living there.
And on one of his YouTube channels, he said the address to the house.
Whoa.
With it being a rental, all you need is the address.
And then it comes up on Google Images, you know?
And I had a mural of my face huge on the wall
and a bunch of purple Venetian plaster.
So the house stood out.
So,
you know, you say that if you really want to hurt someone or get into anything, you're accessible.
It's accessible.
They hiked the mountain.
They went in, they were planning on killing him.
Wow.
He got shot four times in both of his legs.
But what they didn't expect is he was going to come out with a huge gun and shoot back.
So he shot back at them, scared the living daylights out of them.
They ran so quick back out the back door that they dropped their backpack that had all their cell phones and everything in it, which was the evidence needed to catch them.
Wow.
Well, the only thing that they got away with was his Lamborghini key.
So what they were going to do was try to kill him, take his jewelry or take whatever, probably get in the Lamborghini and drive out through the gate.
Luckily, he's alive.
He's walking.
He's not paralyzed.
Nothing happened like that.
Thankfully, he's good.
They got caught, but I asked him, I said, CJ, please don't take this to the news.
I said, It would be so difficult for me to like resell the house, rent the house after this.
Like, this is traumatized.
This was traumatizing for me.
Mind you, I dealt with the homeowner's insurance.
I had everything repaired back to normal.
I mean, you have to understand this is a million-dollar home.
Yeah.
You know, and I've never dealt with this.
So I was traumatized myself.
And not only did he take it to the news himself for clout
to make another YouTube channel, he goes and makes a rap video talking about the shooting in my house and posting it all over the internet.
So, I mean, after that, and then I had an NBA player in after that, and there was incidences with that.
I was like, you know what?
I just want to sell the house.
I was like, I'm done.
I don't want to rent this house out anymore.
So, it was a traumatizing experience.
I mean, had all the blood foot, like his bloody footprints up and down the stairs in every single room because he went through every corner looking for these guys with his guns to shoot back.
And I think he shot one.
He got one.
So it was just crazy.
And so
he actually had the audacity to ask me because he vacated.
early he terminated his lease which in any lease agreement if you terminate early you don't get your deposit back and he had the audacity to ask for his deposit back i he's He's like, I got robbed in your house.
I said, you got robbed in my house because you told 9 million people on YouTube your address.
You flaunt your chains, you flaunt your diamonds, you flaunt your cars, you flaunt your money, and you expect not to have haters, haters that are going to want to come in and do this.
This is why I don't flaunt anything that I have.
And then, you know, it was just like the audacity.
And then you make a rap video about it.
Then you call the news.
And then you want your deposit back.
I was like, you traumatized me me as well i'm the one that had to deal with this cleanup i'm the one that put the house back together you know it was just it was a lot that's crazy and then he tells me that every single house has been robbed
i'm like is this what you do for clout is like is this such a good clout i wouldn't want to live like that no matter how much money i got either it's that was terrifying So yeah, it was, you know, and I kept my mouth shut.
I don't like to shame people or bad mouth people, but it was messed up.
And the way he went about it, it was just, it was, it wasn't right.
Yeah, that's wild.
It was so crazy.
So you got to really vet who like you rent your place out to.
Yeah.
And I was managing it myself.
And I was like, it was a very high-end property.
I mean, the rent wasn't cheap by any means, you know, like I was building, I, I lived in the home first.
And I decided when all the team players, like the Raiders and everyone started moving to Vegas, I said, wow, Las Vegas does not have any luxury rental properties.
Let me capitalize on this.
I'll rent my house out.
I'll go live in a different house and I'll start building my dream home.
So I capitalized on all the athletes and everyone.
Like I had
DeJounte Murray rented the house, you know, so I had some pretty big names in the home.
And
you wouldn't think that at a certain price point in a certain community, you would have these crazy experiences.
But.
Yeah, especially guardgated.
Guard gated.
It was guard gated.
Beautiful, unobstructed city views.
i mean super modern and henderson's actually one of the safest towns in the country yeah oh their police they come instead they come within five minutes they you know i actually made friends with a few of them from this incident so i was like hi it's me savannah but yeah it was insane so right now my my real estate portfolio i've kind of sold off some of my rentals because i was so traumatized I still have some Airbnbs, but
I kind of want to reinvest somewhere somewhere else right now because I was just, you know, when I start investing into real estate again, which I always do, I will be sure to have a property management company
manage the property because that was, I've never experienced anything like that.
And that's how I started off my year last year.
Wow.
Oh, no, it gets even better.
So after that, I decide to go on a vacation.
So I'm like, oh, I want to take my honey and I, we're going to go to,
it was a little island, Eleuthra off off of the Bahamas and um
get this beautiful villa and I was like I want to go swimming with the pigs I need a break I am feeding the pigs and a big pig comes up because I didn't know I had to have my hand flat and nearly took my finger off I have this scar isn't that insane last year was a crazy year Like I will say that like I felt like that energy with that house like it was just like coming down it was so bad it was bad i had to do a lot of detoxing about like cleansing yeah you need a ayahuasca trip yeah that was right after the shooting happened and then i got picked by uh attacked by a pig i was like oh my god what's going on geez well life is always kind of cyclical right like there's gonna be good and bad it is it's it's your perspective though and it's how you look at it i didn't cry i didn't go get stitches i took a shout out to kila and i said we're not gonna ruin our trip
and i'm like i'm a tough cookie though i love it yeah well this year's a new year you got abns coming up yeah you're nominated right i'm nominated for xbiz yes favorite new performer of the year i've only been performing for eight months oh that's it eight months wow not even a full year yet not even a full year i'm at over 70 videos holy crap you're grinding on
always yes i am i've shot with some really big names in the industry i've shot with browsers nice uh vixen naughty america new biles and i'm pretty proud you know my name has just been growing in the industry.
And
I'm excited to be so new, not even a year,
already
on my way to 100 videos and nominated.
Yeah.
And even if I don't win, I'm just appreciative to be nominated along so many talented people because performing is much more than than what a lot of people think that it is.
There's a lot that goes into it.
It's a full-day shoot, right?
It's a full-day shoot.
You have your directors.
I mean, with Vixen, I was on set for, I believe, almost 10 12 hours there's like 15 people on set i had someone buttoning my buttons and i had someone fixing my hair my makeup i had my stylist i mean it's like really being on a on a movie set they had a guy in charge of the fog machine like the smoke machine like
yeah i love it
i love it i love being in front of the camera and i love performing are you ranked yet on the leaderboard um i don't know i don't know i know like every company has like a rating system.
Like New Biles tells me I'm almost a 10 out of a 10 for my the viewers and the fans and they keep calling me back.
So I fly to Arizona a lot.
Nice.
Yeah.
I put my all into it.
You know, I really, I really strive to, I go to work, I work, and I go home.
You know, and that's my happiest is working and going home and being with like my family.
No partying or?
No, not really.
I mean, I do go out and attend events a lot, just like I'm hosting at Sapphire for
avians.
And I'm a big socialite, but I try not to drink really anything, a glass of wine here and there, and nothing crazy.
Like, I like to be in bed typically before like midnight.
I mean, I'll stay out worst case till two or something, but I like to go home and wake up early.
Yeah.
I'm the same way.
Yeah.
I'm really like.
I'm the hot nerd.
Like, you don't think I'm a nerd, but I love to read and I love to like educate myself.
And
yeah.
What type of genres do you read?
Right now, I'm reading the art of communication.
So it's about properly communicating,
learning not to speak over somebody and learning to listen to listen.
A lot of people need that book.
Yeah.
A lot of people
listen to answer.
They just want to get their point across.
They just want to hurry up and say their point without really listening to what you have to say and taking it in and then responding appropriately.
They say that
hypothetically, you're upset with me and you're enraged and you're yelling.
Okay, I'm going to sit here.
I'm going to let you get that rage out.
And then I'm going to respond with love.
And when you respond coming from a place of peace and love, you generate that love feeling to where now you don't want to be angry anymore.
But now if I respond back in the same manner, you just, you know, were yelling and freaking out.
and then that's my response then it's going to be like a war yeah of like who can speak over the other one so when you come from a place of love and compassion the response is better from both ends that's great advice yeah rage against rage rarely works out it doesn't ever work
i have a first-hand experience with that because i used to have a problem and i'm not perfect i still you know speak over someone sometimes i'm like oh crap i did it again but i'm aware of it and i'm trying to work on it that's the first step that awareness Some people aren't even there.
Yeah.
They won't even be aware of their yelling or whatever.
Yeah.
A lot of people weren't put here in this matrix system to evolve.
You know, there's certain star seeds and certain people here that will evolve and certain people that haven't learned their lessons yet.
And it's just not meant for them to evolve.
So I think it's up to that person, like, if they want to take on their healing journey or not.
But when you do that, comes enlightenment and healing.
And then you evolve.
Yeah, because you're just going to repeat the same life.
Be stuck in the matrix.
Yeah.
And different forms, because I believe in reincarnation.
Same.
I've done past life therapy.
Yeah, really.
Oh, that's awesome.
I believe in it.
So I have to have to use like I have the Catholic cross right here.
And then I have the Buddha here.
And a lot of people are like, well, that's hypocrisy.
That's hypocritical.
That's this.
That's what.
And I said, no, it's not.
I said, we are all
one.
You know, we are all one.
No, I believe in different forms of everything.
You know, I lean more with spirituality and I listen to a lot of Neville Godard, Joe Dispenza.
Yeah.
And so that is like more like spiritual and like science.
But I believe that, yes, we all believe the same thing.
We all believe that there's something, whether it's the universe or God or whatever it may be, but it's one something.
Absolutely.
Have you seen the theory on birthmarks?
No.
So do you have any birthmarks?
I have a little one right tiny, right here.
So some people have bigger ones.
And apparently that's how you died in a past life.
Oh, really?
Yeah, I never heard of that.
Yeah, it's pretty interesting.
I've done a lot of studying on blood types.
So, I have a rare blood type.
What's your blood type?
A negative, which is the resuscitor is negative.
So, an Rh-negative woman, as myself, can't procreate with an API with a positive man.
Whoa.
And if you do, you are injected with something called the Rogam shot.
If you do not get this Rhogam shot, your body, the woman's body, will
essentially destroy the baby because it's known as like a foreign invader.
With the Rogam shot, it does help a certain percentage that you will not miscarry the baby.
But majority of women that carry
a positive baby, they come out
with problems.
So also I've been reading a lot and looking into like procreation, like
the different blood types, like, oh, are we different species?
Because it's just like a dog, what is it, like a donkey and a goat meeting?
They're not supposed to, right?
And it creates, like, what is it, oh, like a mule.
And it's the same thing with two humans, a negative and a positive are not supposed to procreate.
Wow.
And yeah.
So that's why there's something called a Rogam shot.
I need to find out my fiancΓ©'s blood type.
That is interesting.
That's huge.
Yeah.
So a lot of negatives, RH negatives, are from a small village in Spain.
And it's called,
oh man I can't can't remember it and we all have similar characteristic facial characteristic traits interesting yeah what's the trait like like cheekbones light eyes like fair skin and we all resemble each other almost like alien like wow yeah so you're part alien I am are you a starseed I am that's cool I know a few star seeds
it's um
And I am very intuitive.
Like I can feel things and I know things and I don't know how or why I know them.
And I just, it's a feeling.
Like I have the strongest sixth sense.
That's cool.
And I've used that in my life.
Like I'll give it, I'll share an example of
manifestation and the things that I believe in.
It's, I believe in
the proper way for manifestation is the law of assumption first.
You have to live in the end as if you already have your desired fulfillment.
Like your life is already the way that you want it to be, but you have to feel these feelings so deeply and know it without a doubt.
You assume it's already yours.
With the law of assumption comes the law of attraction.
The universe has no other way but to
you attract this then because your mind doesn't know the difference between reality and figmentation.
It doesn't know the difference.
So your mind is so strong and so powerful, you start to attract your thoughts.
So if your thoughts are, I drive this Bentley, even though you might be driving a Honda, but you get into that Honda every day and you visualize you getting into your Bentley or whatever it may be that you want, you are now attracting that.
And the universe has no other way but to give you that one way or another.
So yeah, it's not about working harder.
It's about working smarter and learning to train your brain and program your brain.
to attract the lifestyle that you want.
I always say you are the creator of your own life.
Yeah.
You know, if you don't like something, change it.
I'm big on manifestation.
I'm doing vision boards tomorrow night.
Oh, I made one.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, I do them every year.
And I always look back at the, like, December 31st.
I looked at the one I made on January 1st.
Everything came true.
Yeah.
And it does.
I'll give you a story real quick.
I was 16 years old.
I'm pregnant.
I didn't have a pot to piss in and I didn't have a daughter.
I was working at Sonic Burger.
And the father of my baby was an underground laborer, like digging dirt, like to lay the pipes, the water pipes.
Okay.
I would say, take me around and show me the houses you're building.
Well, at 16, he drove me around these $800,000 homes and I just fell in love.
And I said, I will have that one day for my daughter.
And he kind of was like,
okay,
how are you going to manage that?
And I was like,
don't doubt me.
Don't doubt me.
21 years old, I bought that same exact house.
I called him.
I said, come meet me at this address.
And I gave him a key because I never stopped knowing and assuming that that was already mine.
And so I attracted it.
And one way or another, I bought that house at 21.
And that's how I started my real estate portfolio.
That's impressive.
Yeah.
And I ended up paying it off cash and then pulled out the equity and flipped and bought more.
And I monopolized.
And that's how I built my real estate portfolio starting at 21.
I read all of LegalZoom.
I incorporated myself.
And then here I am today.
I love it.
Let's go.
Well,
what's next for you, Savannah?
You know, I want to buy a jet.
Yo, I did not expect that answer.
I do.
I do.
G4?
Yeah.
I wouldn't mind starting with something small, even like a citation 10.
Yeah.
Something small that I could charter out, use when I want to.
I already price gasoline.
I'm vague on when you're not using something, rent it out, profit off of it, let it pay for itself.
Right.
You know?
yeah, you can actually make jets profitable if you write it off in a certain way and you charter it out like a couple times a week.
Exactly.
I wrote off my G-Wagon from real estate because I weighed a ton, and that's what I use for work.
I mean, there's so many.
I'm writing off my pool because I tore a muscle in my arm and I got a prescription for pool therapy.
Whoa.
So I'm able to write off a percent of my pool.
I'm very creative.
I'm a businesswoman.
That's awesome.
I'm trying to figure out how to write off my wedding.
Yeah.
Well, I have a great CPA.
It's like a hundred grand.
I believe it.
Oh my goodness.
I believe it.
People have done it too.
No, I'm sure there's a way.
There's a way to, you know, you just have to get creative, you know.
I try to be as creative as possible and think outside the box.
And
with street smarts and book smarts, it worked out.
I love it.
Well, we'll link your stuff below.
Thanks for coming on.
Yeah, thank you for having me.
Absolutely.
Check her out, guys.
Peace.
