So, those are the people that I keep around me.
That's why Billy and I have such a strong relationship because we check each other when we're not doing right, right?
When I see one person falling or he sees me falling into negativity, it brings me right back.
You know, let's go meditate and just, you know,
transmute this energy.
I see something's going on with you.
If I see him going down a negative path, it's like, let's just take a minute, do some breath work, and send love.
All right, guys, got Elizabeth Carson back on today.
We are in Vegas.
Thanks for stopping by.
Yes, thanks for having me back.
Yeah, you left the fires yesterday.
Yes, yes, we did.
We flew into Orange County.
And you know what?
It's just, it's so sad what's happening.
I used to live in LA.
I lived there for three years, actually, when I was younger.
And seeing the parts of the areas that I used to hang out
and just, you know, it is so sad, so sad.
And just, I hope that once people heal and once people get over this situation that they hold the people accountable because what was done and not done is so wrong so wrong so it seems like a lot of negligence right absolutely absolutely and they're trying to make excuses as to what really happened and it's like these these these excuses they don't no sense whatsoever and then on top of that you have government, right, that sends all of these funds to other countries to support different things, right?
Billions of dollars elsewhere.
And then the people that went through the fires get $750.
It does not correlate in my brain.
It doesn't make sense at all.
Cali's also gotten a lot of funds in general for like homelessness and other problems, and it seems to not help.
In fact, homelessness is up in California.
Yeah, yeah.
I mean, skid row, you know, it's always been there.
And then on top of that, you have taxpayers, right?
Citizens and people that live in California, these high taxes so that they pay all this money so that when natural disasters and natural, when things like this happen, they can take care of it, right?
Yeah.
So what are they paying taxes for?
Why?
It just doesn't make sense.
I think it's the final straw for a lot of people in Cali.
I think a lot of people are going to move out.
Yeah.
And I, I, I, I hope so, to be honest, because it's unfair.
It's negligence.
I mean, it's, it's twisty.
It's just, it's so unfortunate what happened.
It's so unfortunate.
And, you know, I just, I hope that we can all gather together as a community, as people and and just try to help in any way possible yeah um i do notice that you know
in life you bump heads right everyone's after each other everyone's like talking crap and doing whatever whatever they they're they're doing but then when these things happen it's like people come together you know and that's the beauty of of something that a disaster is that people will tend to come together.
So I'm seeing that too.
Yeah, we need more of that.
I know you've been dealing a lot lately, right?
With the debate drama.
Yeah.
yeah.
That was the first major drama I've seen you guys part of in all your years on social media.
Yeah, yeah.
And you know what, Sean?
It has been so hard, to be honest.
It's been incredibly hard on my family.
It's been incredibly hard on my husband.
And just, you know, it's like people, people are only really getting one side of.
the story right now because, you know, these guys are out here and they're really the only ones out here speaking on on things and so
it's it's just it's unfair what's happening um and
it's like it's like we've had to handle this situation so carefully because people will take anything that you say and just run with it and then spin it into something negative and it's just you know it's it's so incredibly sad um
and it's not it's not the the bulk of the people that are trying to come at us right now.
It's really the betrayal of who we thought to be family.
We thought that these people were family.
I mean, I have known one of the guys for over, I think, 20 years.
Holy crap.
I actually used to talk to him when he was a teenager and talk to him about things, almost mentor almost.
And we've had these people, I mean, over at our house, at our parties, around our kids.
And
the betrayal, the betrayal from them is just so hurtful.
It's so incredibly hurtful because we don't tend to let very many people into our inner circle.
And, you know, it's our fault that we did, that we didn't see this coming.
We had 14 people at our wedding and the guy that started all of this was one of them.
Yeah.
And so it really caught us off guard and it hurt so bad because my son and their son are best friends still to this day.
Still to this day, our kids are best friends.
And to have a friend, quote unquote, a friend.

Do something like that after
telling me, oh, I'm not going to, I'm not, I won't release it.
After telling my husband, I won't release it
to do that.
It's like
the amount of betrayal and just the
it's unexplainable, Sean.
It's unexplainable.
And then it's like people don't understand the backlash from what they're doing.
It's like, you know, the stuff that
is happening behind the scenes that only we see is incredibly, it's scary for us.
I mean, we've had people show up at our office.
Wow.
We've had comments of people, I'm going to pull up on you.
You better watch your world travels.
I mean, we've had people talk about, I'm going to stomp your husband's face against the curb.
Like, I mean, it's, it's horrible comments.
It's horrible threats.
And I mean, on my son's, like, my son is trying to build his YouTube page and he wanted to build a podcast.
And we had to remove all of his videos online because I was going to his videos and there were hundreds of comments.
Holy crap.
Hundreds of people talking crap about a 12-year-old.
And so it's, it's, it's incredibly heartbreaking that people can be so cruel because of a difference of opinion and belief.
And you know what?
I've, I've watched my husband since I've met him.
He is the hardest worker that I've ever come across.
The hardest.
He works night, day, middle of the night.
He doesn't stop.
I mean, we've traveled to over, I mean, so many different countries doing research, right?
And I watch him research, just sit there and research, travel to these locations, talk to indigenous people, talk to homegrown people from the places, researching, doing research.
I witnessed this and it's like, how can you rag on a man that has spent his whole life researching?
He's not, he didn't go to school and get all these fancy degrees to do this.
No, he's had real life experience from the research that he's done by himself, spending his own money to do all of these things, to gather this information.
It's like, how can you rag on somebody because they came up with a different result than you did?
Yeah.
That, that's so backwards because this, this life is so dynamic and interesting because we're so different.
I love watching people and just really like.
trying to understand different people because we're so complex and so interesting.
If we were all the same, everything would be so boring.
You know what I'm saying?
So it's like,
we have to stop getting mad at each other because we believe different things.
It's like, Billy is not out here attacking people.
He's not out here trying to hurt anybody.
He's trying to help people.
He's trying to wake people up to see that they have power inside of them to create and whatever life they want to.
And people are getting mad at him for that.
It's, it, it doesn't make sense in my head.
Yeah.
And
it's, it's just been, it's been horrible, Sean, to be honest.
It's been horrible.
And
I just, I hope that the people that have been attacking, I just, I give it a break.
It's like, figure something else for your energy.
Like your energy can be spent so much better elsewhere.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
It's like
feeding into the negativity, it just doesn't serve anybody.
It doesn't.
So you're still getting attacks?
It's been, it's been a few weeks now, right?
Yeah.
Well, months, it's been two months.
Two months.
Wow.
I went by fast sheets.
Yeah, I know.
I know.
Two months.
Yeah.
Yeah.
We're still a bit because, you know, I don't really discredit what's going on with the guy that's doing the podcast tours.
You know, he took an opportunity, ran with it, and I, all props to him.
I got nothing, nothing against this guy.
You know what I'm saying?
It's like, what I really have a problem with is the fact that we had close inner circle friends, and they decided to try to destroy us.
Over nothing.
Like, we've helped both of them.
I mean, we've sent,
you know, the guy and his son, my son's best friend, to basketball games we let them use our cars to go out on the town you know i mean it's like all of these different things that we've done and we both sit there and rack our brains like how could you turn on us like this what did we do to you to make you turn on us like this it doesn't make any sense in my brain so i have i've had to allow myself to you know let it be what it is, understand that people have their own reasons for whatever reason that they did this, you know, and I'm trying to take the higher road as well as my husband trying to take the higher road of just focusing on the work, focusing on our mission.
Our mission is to help people.
Our mission is to save people, to wake people up.
And so that's what we're focused on.
And we're trying not to even turn that way, not to focus, you know, on it because I mean, you create your own reality and we only make that reality real when we focus on it and when we pay attention to it.
So every time that something pops up, I try to remind my husband, I try to remind my kid, like, hey, you know, we have our own universe that we've created for ourselves and nothing outside that exists.
So let's stick to the mission.
How can we serve people better?
That's what this has really taught me.
It's like, what am I, what am I not doing right?
Then all of these people are coming at me.
They're so mad, right?
So how can we serve them better?
How can we alchemically change this energy from negativity and turn it to positivity?
How can we serve better?
So that has been the goal.
That's been the focus since all this has happened.
We've had team meeting after team meeting after team meeting.
How can we serve people better?
Because something that we're doing just probably wasn't in alignment.
It probably wasn't in alignment.
I think that everything has a purpose and a reason.
All this happened for a purpose and a reason.
It taught us lessons, great lessons.
You know, it taught us to be more careful about who you let in.
I mean,
We sat 20 feet away from the man that started this whole ordeal a couple nights ago.
And he just sat there willy-nilly at the bar eating his food and i'm like how can you just sit there while we're
and you know that you're you're trying to destroy our family and you can just sit there and eat your meal like nothing ever happened it's just really it's it's it's wild to me sean did you approach him or no
did he see you guys yep yep he saw us he stared at us a good minute um yeah yep he saw us and you know we live in the same community i mean i'm great friends with his wife and your kids are still best friends oh yeah.
Our kids are best friends.
That's a tricky situation.
His wife and I are born on the same day, Sean.
Wow.
We have same beliefs.
I mean, we're almost the same human.
You know what I'm saying?
Like we created a great relationship and still have it.
So it's complicated, all of this.
It's complicated a lot.
Yeah.
And it's just so surprising that, you know, so many people want to grab onto the situation and run with it because it's viral.
So for the views, let me do this more.
For the views, let me bring this person on so he can destroy, try to destroy this man a little more you know it's really backwards the mindset of of people unfortunately it's a short-term way of thinking right getting views because that's not going to last no so if you're going to sacrifice a friendship over views it's not really like a good idea in my opinion yeah well it just shows your character if you can throw your friend your best friend under the bus for views knowing that Your son's best friend is getting attacked, that your wife's friend is getting attacked, and your best friend is getting attacked.
And you're still moving forward and doing this.
It's like, why, why?
You know?
Yeah.
It just, it shows the pain and anguish and trauma that people have not addressed is really what the situation showed me.
I've watched a lot of debates.
This one just felt like it was a personal like level, like something happened.
You know what, Sean?
It's like, you know, my husband shows up for things and he's prepared, you know, for the last 20 years, his face has been out here and he is prepared.
I mean, people come up to us, hundreds of people asking any questions and he'll answer them.
Any question he has the answer to.
I mean, he's known for that.
Yeah.
So it's like you can clearly see clearly in this video that my husband was not the same person as he normally is.
Something was going on.
And so
to take that small little hour, right?
and compare it to 20 years of the hard work, the research, the talks, the shows, the countless people that he's changed lives for.
And you're taking this one hour and you're trying to throw it in this person's and trying to destroy a person because of this hour because he didn't show up as his top, you know, optimized self.
It's like people got to give people a break sometimes.
And that was his first debate ever, right?
No, he's done other debates.
He actually did another debate, a live debate on the news
before on Armstrong Williams' show.
I mean, he's done debates before and he's shown up and he's held his own because he was prepared.
He didn't know this was going to happen.
He didn't know the guy was going to be there.
He thought he was just going to have a conversation with a friend of his.
That's literally what he thought was going to happen.
He didn't, he had no right, no pre-knowing that this was about to happen whatsoever.
And he was deathly ill right before it.
So it's like your brain and on top of that, pneumonia, it restricts oxygen to the brain.
His oxygen levels were at 86 when we got to the hospital.
They're supposed to be at between 98 and 100.
So his brain was not, was starved of oxygen.
He was still recovering.
So it's like, you know, he obviously didn't show up as his optimized self.
He was, obviously, there was something going on there.
So it's like,
you're taking one hour and comparing it to 20 years.
And it's just, it's, it's really crappy to me.
It's crappy that people would take that and judge a person off of that.
And then I know that
he, he reacted a bit, you know, and he said things completely out of his character.
And, you know, I, I, I feel so bad about that because when you're in fight or flight, you lose 30% frontal lobe capacity where you process information, where your logical thoughts are at.
So your blood rushes to your hind brain, which is your emotional brain.
So it's like you're not thinking consciously.
You're reacting to what's happening.
And because of a traumatic past, I mean, Billy has had a rough life.
And for him to be able to succeed and be so successful and just calm and peaceful after everything that he's been through is so impressive to me.
But I also understand within him that stress is there.
So if something attacks him to a level where he feels stressed like he used to feel back in the day, his reaction is going to be big.
And
unfortunately, he didn't have a good response and it made us, you know, it looked, it looked pretty bad.
And i feel so terrible because that's not who he is i mean my husband is one of the the nicest most gentle people that will literally give his shirt off his back for a person i mean his heart is so big i have to stop him from helping people sometimes you know yeah it's like
the biggest hurt and i'm so sad that that showed up his trauma showed up you know not him And so, I mean, as far as right now, we're just trying to move forward from the situation, learn from the situation, know that, you know,
we just got to be a little, we have to be better.
We have to be better, more prepared.
And I just want to keep on serving people, Sean.
Like, I just want to keep on helping people.
That's all really like the initiative is, is to change collective consciousness so we can shift into better days.
Because right now, the collective is
destroying people for views.
You know, that's what we call interesting drama right right we we focus on wars we focus on drama we focus on the negativity whereas we could focus on the positivity of life and create a better one for everybody because energetically no amount of stress is ever going to help anybody right that's just adding on to the negativity of the energy of the world right so if we can learn to get healed within ourselves, to accept ourselves, because when we don't accept others, we're really just not accepting ourselves, right?
It's all a projection of what is going on inside of us.
So, when we can learn to heal that part of ourselves, to fill ourselves up with that love that we deserve, right?
That we might not have gotten when we were children, if we can learn that to give all of what we need to ourselves, then we will not be out here trying to attack people or trying to get views for clout because, you know, this thing is viral right now.
If it's adding negativity on to somebody else, you know, like it won't even be a thought.
For me, I have done
over two decades worth of healing work.
And so I don't have it in me to go to another's page and troll on them or just spit negativity on people.
You know, I've wanted to respond and do this and do this.
It's an initial reaction.
But I know within myself that these trolls and the people that are coming and saying these awful things, they're saying it to themselves.
because within them is some sort of pain and distortion and just toxicity that they are just gassing off onto other people because they feel so uncomfortable.
So it has nothing to do with us and everything to do with their inner world, to be honest.
They're probably just kids that got bullied when they were younger.
And now they just want to bully people because they couldn't do it.
They had no power.
So now they're trying to use their power through negative words and comments, hiding behind screens.
Yeah, I think there's a big difference with hate and criticism.
I think like when it's hate, it's usually coming from below that cliche quote, right?
Yes.
But criticism I like.
I love criticism.
Sometimes it's good, you know, sometimes if it comes from the right person, it could really help you.
Yes, I agree, Sean.
I mean, I have friends around me that check me when I'm not doing good, you know, because we need that to be able to grow.
If you're not resisting some of the things that I'm doing, I'm not growing.
So those are the people that I keep around me.
That's why Billy and I have such a strong relationship because we check each other when we're not doing right, right?
When I see one person falling or he sees me falling into negativity, brings me right back.
You know, let's, let's go meditate and just, you know,
transmute this energy.
I see something's going on with you.
If I see him going down a negative path, it's like, let's just take a minute, do some breath work, and send love.
Send love to those who are hating, right?
And that's really how we got over the whole debate situation.
We deep meditations, sending love, covering these people in all of the love and all of the light, and wishing the best for them.
Yeah.
And that has really taken the darkness out of my heart, the anger out of my body.
And, um, you know, I don't really have those feelings anymore for them.
It's just, you know, I'm upset about the situation and what happened, but, you know, I, I'm not really angry anymore.
It's just, I, I, I wish them the best.
I'm not a fan of the hate and the threats because I think debates are a valuable form of learning, but the way it got, it got a little too personal with that one, I think.
Yeah, yeah.
Well, people haven't seen all of the thousands of negative comments and threatening comments that we've been getting because that's not productive at that point yeah no i mean they they don't know that people have been showing up at our office you know it's messed up yeah it started to get yeah yeah when it gets too personal like that it's it's too much yeah it's too much this is it's supposed to be sharing of the minds a meeting of the minds you know right sharing different different perceptions of the same thing you know what's wrong with that there's nothing wrong with that but the aftermath is just you know it was it was too much yeah well sounds like you're getting over it.
So I hope you guys heal and move on from Thank you.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Where we just saw Dr.
Amon yesterday.
Billy had a great conversation with him.
Very, very healing conversation with him.
Shout out to Dr.
Amon.
He's a godsend.
Did you guys get some scans done?
Yeah, Billy had scans done.
Actually, I had a scan about three years ago.
Billy had two scans done with Dr.
Amon.
The first time they discovered a brain injury.
And then the second time, after doing his protocol for about a year, the brain injury was gone.
Crazy.
Yeah, that stuff stuff works.
Oh, it does.
I highly recommend getting your brain scanned because you don't know what's going on.
No, you can visibly see it.
Yes.
For me, that was a wake-up call.
Oh, yeah.
Because I was told I had ADHD growing up.
I never believed it.
Didn't want to go on medication.
But to actually see like why I have it was pretty interesting.
That's really what gives you the awareness.
I think that the awareness of Billy knowing that he had a brain injury,
specifically in his navigation center and his brain.
Just the knowing of that is what brought him a lot of awareness to that area.
And I think he was doing meditations, thinking about the area, shooting blood to the area, you know.
Yeah.
And now he's perfectly healed from it, which is incredible.
I love it.
Yeah, you guys are on the forefront of a lot of biohacking stuff, right?
You're getting into peptides now.
Yes, yes.
Peptides, oh my God, these are game changers, Sean.
Game changers.
So peptides are short chain molecules of 50 or less molecules.
50 or more is called a protein, basically.
So they're
signaling molecules that make cells do different biological processes within the system.
So
we've really dove deep within the past year with peptides.
Specifically, we have done epitalin, which is great.
They have shown research with epitalin that grows telomeres, actually.
Really?
Yes.
And I know that you've talked about telomeres on your show and Billy talks about it all the time.
But, you know, as your telomeres shrink, that's basically aging.
So if epitalin can extend telomeres, then you're not aging as fast.
So really, really good one.
We've tried.
um we keep bpc 157 which is body protective compounds 157 it's actually a molecule that's made and found in your gut and it's very healing so we keep that one with us um all the time when we travel the world and everything and what that does is it actually brings blood flow to different areas that are wounded in your body um for healing so it regenerates tissue i mean they're finding out so much good stuff about about this specific peptide and then also if you take it orally if you have like leaky gut or if you have acid reflux, really, really good for that too.
Another one that we take is TB500, which is great for inflammation.
So we'll take TB500 and BPC together as, you know, kind of like a protocol when, you know, after we get done working out really hard and we have a ton of lactic acid, lots of inflammation.
So the next day we recover faster and can work out as hard the next day.
TB500 is also very good in healing injuries.
So Billy actually got injured when we were in Egypt this last tour.
He hit his knee extremely hard.
Yeah.
And, you know, he couldn't even walk.
Damn.
And so I injected him a couple of times with BPC and TB500.
And he was able to finish the tour and basically heal within a couple days.
Holy crap.
He had pneumonia too during that, right?
Well, he had, yes, yes, he did.
He was recovering from pneumonia in Egypt, but he caught pneumonia actually in Turkey.
So yeah, yeah, that was also a crazy, crazy time.
We covered that last episode.
That was nuts.
Yeah.
Near-death experience.
Man, near-death experience and everything and then it's like it's like one thing hit us after another like i almost lose my husband and then we get this drama with this new thing
i'm wondering if last year was his enemy year man you know it's it's like last year was so rewarding for us but at the same time it was so exhausting but it was probably one of the years that we learned the most yeah we learned so much stuff last year like just about the business and i mean we ran ourselves ragged which is why i feel like he got sick because right before we went to Turkey, we went on a podcast run and hit probably 12 states in like 10 days.
Crazy.
Yeah.
Right before we took 40 people on tour to Turkey.
So his immune system was low.
Yeah, because when you're traveling, all that radiation, right?
Every time I travel, I get a runny nose.
I get a little sick.
Yeah.
Well, you know what's really good for that, Sean?
So, you know, when you're traveling, especially on planes,
you want to take, I think it's a, you can order it off of Amazon.
It's like called xylitol or something.
It's a nose spray.
Xylitol.
I have gum xylitol.
Awesome.
I thought it was for cavities.
Yeah, yeah.
You can use it as a gum too, but I think it comes in like a spray too.
And you mix a little bit of college silver in there and shake it up and then squirt your nose while you're on the plane.
And it prevents some of that sickness because, you know, your nose is straight up to your brain.
That's the easy way for people to get sick.
So if you squirt that in there, you know, you get rid of the bacteria.
I mean, a collateral silver is an antibacterial, antiviral, antimicrobial.
So you're getting rid of, you know, some of that stuff that can get in you when you're sick.
Yeah, you got to be aware of what you're breathing in.
Yeah.
I was watching Brian Johnson on a show yesterday and he put tap water in his humidifier and he did a test like tap water versus filtered water in the humidifier.
And he said the one with the tap water set off all his alarms.
Oh my God.
Just that toxic too.
Yeah.
And people take warm showers with the tap water.
The tap water, exactly.
I would recommend and any and everybody get filters.
get filters because it is so disgusting what they're finding in tap water.
And then, I mean, even plastic bottles, it's like the more research that they're doing on microplastics and nanoplastics, they're finding out that these, these plastics, it causes cancer.
Yep.
And I mean, it's an endocrine disruptor.
So you wonder why guys' testosterone levels are dumping, right?
In the past 10 years.
I mean, plummeting.
You got to think about all the toxicity in the world.
And then you got things like peptides that can help people, but then you have the FDA blocking the peptides.
They banned them, right?
Banning them, right?
I think that they just re like let BPC 157 go after it was on a ban for months.
Wow.
And it's like, why are they doing this, right?
Because
their
company, I mean, it's all bullshit.
It's all bullshit.
The FDA gets paid off by these different companies, which I've done multiple, like so much research on this and the medical community and just how all of it works and big pharma.
It's like big pharma will pay the FDA to do these research trials, which aren't fair.
So they're proving what they want the outcome to be through their funding of these trials, right?
So now the FDA and Big Pharma are against the things that actually can come in and really do some healing at the core level because Big Pharma wants you to stay sick so you can continue to pay them every single month.
I mean, my brother, right?
He, they didn't catch his kidney disease young.
And so he lost his kidney kidneys at a very young age.
My mom actually doned him one of her kidneys.
And I've watched him, his life, his whole life, just become a shell of who he used to be because he takes 100 prescriptions a day.
And it's like, you know, his brain is gone.
He's not there anymore.
It's like there is no consciousness.
There's no spark in there anymore because he's so dependent upon these drugs that
make him unconscious.
And it's like, you know, that's what they want.
He is the perfect person for Big Pharma because he's paying them thousands of dollars every single month.
So, why would they want to provide the public something that can heal these symptoms and then heal from the system level?
Why would they want that?
So, you can heal and not have to take your thousands of dollars that you're paying and shoveling to them every month?
I mean, we have to take
capitalism out of healthcare.
It's backwards.
They're getting capitalizing off of our health.
We're a dollar sign to them.
We're not humans.
We're a dollar sign.
How much money can we get from them?
Let's spray off all these toxins in the air, not worry about microplastics, not worry about asbestos in schools and lead in the water and mercury in the water and promote eating fish, which is extremely toxic right now because of all the stuff that we're dumping into the oceans.
Let's do all of these things so we can make these people very sick, disconnect them from the earth, disconnect them from nature so they can be extremely sick and depend on us.
for health.
That's what they've created.
And that's what we've played into.
It's like we got to wake up.
I think it's our country's biggest revenue stream, healthcare industry.
And it profits by a lot too.
Absolutely.
Do you know that 70% of adults are on at least one prescription drug a day?
70%, 40% of adults are on two, two prescription drugs a day in America.
Can you believe that?
That's crazy.
I mean,
that's over half.
I mean,
it's ridiculous.
And that's adults, so 18 plus or 21 plus.
18 plus.
A super young.
Yeah, I got friends in their 20s taking stuff.
Yeah.
like what the hell exactly i mean sean there we've we we did a long show billy and i a long time ago about how they're prescribing benzos to babies
how can a baby have anxiety how how tell me how please please tell me how this baby has anxiety that needs a benzo come on it's just it's it's so backwards it's it's backwards they're they're poisoning us and they're refraining from providing us real healing methods so that's why i hope that rfk comes in and he really really does what he's talking about because it'll change our life.
You know, I mean, over half of America is obese.
I mean, come on, we need help here.
I'm scared to eat anything.
I'm terrified to eat anything these days.
I can't even eat out at most restaurants without feeling the shit anymore.
Without feeling horrible.
Seed oils are killing us.
I mean, it's like, come on, man.
We have to choose better so that these industries provide better because we're allowing this to happen to us right now because we're feeding into it.
We're feeding feeding into it.
We're still going out to the restaurants, eating the seed oils, creating inflammation in our bodies.
I mean, the minute that we stop and we demand for better,
then they'll give us better.
Yeah.
But we have to stop participating first.
For real.
You got to be really aware these days what you're eating because if you just trust the grocery stores and the restaurants, you're going to be sick.
Oh, it's bad.
It's so bad.
And something very interesting that I just have been doing some research on lately.
So back in the day, 100% of people had this specific probiotic strain in their guts called L.
ruteri.
And only 4% of the population on the world, in the world, has this bacteria now.
And so what I've been doing recently is making homemade yogurt with this specific probiotic strain because it's shown to decrease depression.
It has shown to heal gut lining.
It has shown to help metabolism and get rid of, you know, hard belly fat, gain skeletal muscle and muscle mass.
I mean, so many benefits to this one little microbe.
So I've been making my own yogurt.
You know, it's like we have to, as people, do our own research and find out the things that work for us, you know, find out these things.
I had to do deep research to find out about this probiotic strain, but it's so easy.
All you do is order it, make the yogurt, and then eat a little bit every day.
And boom, massive change in your life.
Wow.
Yeah.
Yeah.
We make our own sourdough now.
My fiancΓ© makes sure that because the bread here in America, I mean,
you're screwed.
Yeah, no,
you're screwed.
And starch is the only thing that's worse for you than sugar because it's harder to break down than actual sugar.
Yes.
Starch is in everything, everything.
So it's like, we just have to make better decisions and do the deep research, you know, and then listen to your body.
It's like.
Everybody wants to follow along these fads like, oh, I'm going to go on this diet.
It is popular.
I'm going to go keto.
I'm going to do this, this, this.
I'm going to be a vegan.
I'm going to be a carnivore.
It's like, dude, stop following the fad and follow what feels good to you.
Eat intuitively.
That's what I tell people.
Even if you don't have the money to even send in labs and figure out what exactly is tailored to you that you need, eat intuitively because your body will tell you what feels good and what doesn't.
Your body is so intelligent and we have gotten so far and disconnected away from it that we don't listen to it anymore.
And it has all the answers within it that we need.
All we have to do is tap back into our bodies.
That's it.
Yeah.
And the deep research is crazy because if you go on Google and you search any disease and you search remedies, remedies, it's only going to provide Western solutions.
Yeah, exactly.
So you need to follow the right content creators to find the right information these days.
Absolutely.
1,000%.
And again, eat intuitively, feel intuitively.
I mean, I have been eating this yogurt strain and it's disgusting.
I don't like the taste of it.
But guess what?
I feel amazing afterwards.
I mean, brain fog is lowering.
It's like so many benefits that I've felt just in the past couple of weeks of doing this.
And it's like, you know, the information is there, but you have to research.
You have to find it.
And I love yogurt, but unfortunately, most of the cows in America, you know, if you're eating that poor quality yogurt, it's not your own.
Yeah, just make your own.
Make your own.
And it's so easy.
Get a yogurt maker off of Amazon or a SUVI and just make your own.
It's really easy.
And then that way, you can put your own probiotic strains in it.
So do the research of what probiotic strains are great for you and then make your own yogurt with it.
It's phenomenal.
Yeah, that sounds good.
I love yogurt, man.
Yeah.
Love me some good yogurt.
I don't really like it, but.
Y'all like it?
No, I forced myself to eat it because it's healthy, but
it's awful.
I don't trust most superfoods, but yogurt's good.
Yeah.
I like yogurt, but acai is too sugary.
Yeah, acai kale is not good for you.
Yes.
Well, they're finding out that,
you know, sugar spikes are the reason pretty much for aging.
I saw that.
Yeah.
So it's like, watch how you eat sugar if you choose to eat sugar.
But I would recommend everybody don't eat it.
It's so bad for you.
It's addictive.
It gives you brain fog.
It creates inflammation within your system.
It causes autoimmune disease.
It's like we have to stay away from these things, even though they're so good.
They're so good.
I used to love smoothies.
Yeah.
Oh, my God.
Well, there's a way to do it, right?
So there's a way to eat so you won't spike your blood sugar.
So if you have a plate of food, right?
And you want to have like a roll, you know, restaurants are smart.
They do this smart because they'll give you your roll first.
And so you consume this starch and now your blood sugar is spiking.
Now you're hungrier and you want to eat more and more, right?
So they do it smart.
But whereas if you were to get your plate of food, you eat the protein and the vegetables first, fiber, protein first, then you can eat your starch and you won't spike your blood sugar.
So it's like the number and way that you eat your food can prevent these spikes too.
So it's like, you know, we have to watch our sugar content.
We have to watch what we put in our mouths, eat intuitively.
And then also even with stevia, you got to be careful with stevia these days because look at the first ingredient in stevia.
I know a specific company that the first ingredient in the stevia packet is dextrose.
And what is dextrose?
Sugar.
Yeah.
It's another name for sugar.
So make sure you're doing the research and reading the labels too, because you know, things can be packaged all pretty, but then when you look at it, it's like, oh, wow, well, that's cancer-causing agent.
There, I'm going to, I'm going to.
There's so many names for sugar these days.
And they just renamed the food dyes.
Yep, exactly.
Oh, they just renamed that.
Yeah, all the food dyes got renamed.
Hopefully, they banned some of them in the next term, but we'll see.
Oh, man.
It's like, I feel so good when I go to other countries and eat bread and food.
I'm like, wow, because you feel it.
You go to another country and you eat their bread, it's like delicious.
And then you don't feel all crappy afterwards.
But then you eat bread here.
It's like, oh.
I also think the top water here, because that's going to the bread and the pizza and stuff is affecting the food.
Absolutely.
I mean, the old infrastructures in so many different cities.
I did a lot of work in Detroit with water.
And, you know, and finding out about that is like the craziest thing to me because like the whole flint crisis happens okay so everybody knew about the flint conspiracy the crisis out there but no one was talking about detroit and how the same thing was happening in detroit just getting swept under the rug i mean these kids are going to school every day getting toxic water toxic lights lead-based paint in the wall asbestos you know it's an old infrastructure city yeah so you expect these kids to go to this toxic environment and consume this toxic stuff and then graduate and be the best kids ever i mean a lot of this stuff is neurotoxins So it's preventing kids to be the best that they can be.
Wow.
And so, you know, you look at inner cities and then people want to rag on inner cities and, oh, this is dangerous.
And these kids don't know and they're just hoodlums.
No, their environments have caused them to behave and act like that.
And it's our fault for not going in there and changing these things to provide them a better environment so they can succeed.
It's almost impossible to succeed when you're drinking lead water every day, you're looking at toxic lights, you're breathing in asbestos, it's almost impossible to succeed at that point because you got ADHD.
Now you got behavioral problems, you know, can't focus autism.
Autism is on the super rise, you know, it's like
so many different reasons.
It's like we have to come together as a country, especially America, and demand change.
Plus the school lunch.
I mean, I grew up upper middle class.
That lunch was so bad.
It's so toxic.
So toxic.
I had no idea.
I can't.
Looking back, I can't believe I even ate that.
I can't believe that.
And I was an athlete too.
So I'd imagine if I ate healthy back then, I would have been like a D1 athlete for sure.
Yeah, 1,000%.
That's crazy.
You know, now my son goes to a public school or not a public school, a private school.
And, you know, he gets fresh meals every single day.
But it's unfortunate that we are taxpaying citizens that shovel out, you know, a big percentage of our money, but yet kids get lunches at school, public schools that cost like less than a penny.
Like, come on, where's our money going?
Why do we have to pay tens of thousands of dollars for our kids to go to a school and eat healthy food?
That doesn't make sense.
Right.
What are we doing?
There's just so many different things in this country that don't make sense to me.
It's like, where is our logical mind?
Let's jump back online and create change by not participating in these different things.
Yeah.
It's.
That's crazy.
Where's that money going to?
Because yeah, it's affecting even rich neighborhoods.
Like their kids are eating dominoes or whatever, like the poorest quality meat.
We got the poorest quality meat in our school.
See, and that's so bad.
It wasn't even USDA choice.
It was like below that, I think.
I mean, you got to think about it.
Antibiotics, you know, you got, you got steroids going into this.
I mean, women and girls are getting their periods at eight years old these days.
It's like, why, why do you think that is?
They're pumping all this stuff full of hormones and now we're consuming this stuff.
I mean, the biggest drug that they found in tap water, do you know what it is?
Fluoride.
No, it's estrogen.
It's birth control.
What?
Birth control is the highest toxic compound found in tap water.
Wow.
So boys are consuming this.
You got to think about testosterone dumping.
Of course, because you're getting estrogen.
You're getting birth control.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, no wonder our hormones are all jacked up.
Yeah.
You're showering in it.
You're drinking it.
It's in your food.
It's in your bread.
Yeah.
And pasta and everything and everything.
Even your fruits.
They're watering it.
Yes.
Fruits and everything.
I mean, you can't even drink a bottle of water in plastic because of the nanoplastics and the microplastics.
Crazy, it's just you know, they're setting us up for failure.
Yeah,
yeah, it is.
Well, let's end on a positive note.
What you got for the rest of this year?
Where can people keep up with you?
Yes, so oh man, we're um
um you can find me at Elizabeth Carson spelled with the s.com, also on forbidden knowledge with the number four.com, forbiddenknowledge.tv, and forbidden knowledge.shop and Elizabeth Carson on Elizabeth I Carson on Instagram.
And the new book, right?
Yes, yes.
So our book just came out, The Mother Earth Effect Volume 2.
I co-wrote it with Olivia Ramirez Smith and it came out, it hit bestseller and it's doing phenomenal.
We actually just partnered with Earthing to do a series.
We're turning our books, volume one and two, into a series.
So it's going to be so much fun.
Yeah, grounding is everything, guys.
Yeah, no, grounding will change your whole existence.
I mean, it significantly changed changed my life, my husband's life.
It's something that I will continue to do for the rest of my life.
And on top of that, I'm so excited that Earthing is coming out with a new product that you can actually ground without having to plug in to anything.
So you can stay grounded all day long.
That's cool.
Yeah, yeah.
So that's coming out, I think, this November.
So I can't wait for that.
Perfect.
Stay tuned for that.
We'll link everything below.
Thanks for coming on again.
Awesome.
Thanks, John.
Appreciate it.
Thank you for watching, guys.
See ya.
