Podcast is so good for networking, man.

Yo, best, it's phenomenal.

Last night, I'm with the owner of Boxable.

He said the company's worth three billion, and we met him through someone that came on the podcast.

He literally, literally, crazy company's evaluation is at three billion right now.

Dan Bazarin hit me up last night.

Like, crazy.

I'm on a social proof podcast, Atlanta.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

So, bro, he got a community called The Morning Meetup.

I think it's $79 a month.

He got over 400 people in it.

That's $31,000 a month.

Like me, I got programs that start at $8,000, $100, go up to $100K now.

What?

Welcome to the Digital Social Hour.

I'm your host, Sean Kelly.

Here with my co-host, Wayne Lewis.

What up, what up?

And our guest today, Brandon Boyd.

How's it going?

What's going on, man?

I'm excited.

What's up, man?

You know what I'm saying?

I'm excited.

Listen, I had to get in the car, drive about five hours, because you know, Tusa, you got a charge.

Right, right, right.

A couple little mini charges, and I'm here, bro.

I'm not sure.

All right.

So you drove from LA?

Yeah, drove from LA.

Okay.

Actually, actually, I don't mind

the LA to Vegas joint.

It reminds me of the Boston to New York because I'm from Boston.

Yeah, yeah.

So I would kind of do the same thing.

Yeah, the LA from Vegas drive is not too bad.

I kind of like the drive from Arizona to...

from Vegas to Arizona.

It's more scenery.

Scenery.

LA has some traffic sometimes.

Well, yeah, but it's just, it's flat just driving.

It's so boring.

I mean, you see the Magic Mountains, you see it out of Ben and Casino, you know what I'm saying?

But it's just, it's just vast.

Ain't nothing there.

Yeah.

But if you got a Tesla, you ain't driving, bro.

Oh, you're chilling.

Oh, you self-driving the whole time?

The whole time, bro.

Are you sleeping?

Huh?

Are you sleeping?

No.

Nah, nah.

Nah, nah.

He ain't going that far.

I ain't going that far.

But I do have a wheel weight.

Okay.

I put the wheel weight on.

Oh, you do?

So you could work.

Yeah, put the wheel weight on.

I work.

You know what I'm saying?

So that's so, you don't be nervous or nothing you're just like no stroke i'm good like it took like it took me like i ain't gonna lie it took me probably like a week to get comfortable yeah because i don't know how comfortable i would feel the first few times you're tripping a bit yeah

so the car is like literally pacing and you know it's doing this thing bro because i'm gonna tell you right now i haven't done it before it makes you appreciate morning ubers but then if you have the car like if you own a tesla if you if you you know get one like toro or whatever yeah you don't want to drive a regular car again bro yeah i haven't i haven't played we no i I have Toros, but I haven't really played with the Tesla like that.

Yo, Wayne, do it, bro.

I have a Tesla.

I would never go back to gas.

I'm telling you, do it, bro.

It's different.

No gas station, bro.

Yo, it's different.

And I don't even mind.

Look, I don't mind.

They'll be like, yo, but you got to charge the station 20 minutes, 30 minutes.

I don't mind, bro.

I don't mind because you could work.

Yo, you could work.

You could chill.

You could nap.

Yo, I'm a habitual charger napper, bro.

They put them in like good locations.

Good locations.

The community's fired.

I literally got my rap done

because I met someone at a charger station who does raps.

He wrapped my joint.

Right.

Right.

And I met a lot of amazing people.

Yo, it's a different community, bro.

Yeah.

What you been up to?

I saw you were just at Valutainment headquarters.

Yeah, yeah.

I was, well, shout out to my guy, Jerry.

Jerry out in Fort Lauderdale.

He's my plug over there.

I met, you know, Joey.

I met Joey.

I met

Adam as well.

Those are really good dudes.

You know, I didn't meet Patrick at that time because he was away.

But he's definitely like one of my digital mentors, mentors, somebody I look to just in the media space, but just like entrepreneurship as well.

But yeah, man, so I have flew down there, and I have a couple of clients because one of my businesses is a PR pod agency where I help entrepreneurs get in front of multiple audiences so they can grow their brands and also do more sales on the back end.

That's important.

So I went out there, had three clients that happened to be in Miami for a lot of day all at the same time.

And I got them all on like four podcasts.

So I was like, yo, I'm going to just pull up.

Yeah.

You know, a little white glove.

You know what I'm saying?

I pulled up, made sure they was good.

I actually guessed it on a couple of podcasts, and then I built a brand new relationship and got them on a new podcast out in Boca.

But going through Value Tainment, yo, it's fire, bro.

It's like a really tight oil office machine.

There's two locations.

So Patrick shoots his in like the main, the main

building.

And then, you know, that's where the sales team's at.

marketing, like everything is all in the main building.

And then like a mile down the street, they got a second building, and that's where he does all the main events.

Adam shoots his podcast.

Uh, if they do PHP events, master classes, all that stuff happens there.

So, it's really dope.

Nice.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And you can pull up.

You could put, like, they want you to do tours.

Oh, for real?

Yeah, so you just, you know, just get a relationship in there.

They'll walk you through.

They want to see.

They want you to see what's going on.

So they just have studios everywhere.

Yeah.

That's a good strategy.

Yeah, it's a pretty good environment, though.

Bro, it's a really good environment.

I was thinking to myself, I'm like, do I want to work here?

For real.

You know what I'm saying?

Just because, like, the energy is infectious.

Like, so I'm a reader.

You know what I'm saying?

I don't know about you guys, but I'm a reader.

So, as soon as you get off the elevator, he has a wall of all the books that he read.

Wow.

You can go up there, tell them he has one of his notebooks, so you can see like all his notes that he wrote.

Yeah, you know what I'm saying?

You just walk further in, and it's like the sales team.

And yo, shout out to the sales team because there's some really good-looking women in there.

Maybe they aren't virtuous, but they're closing deals.

So they got really, really nice women in there.

They got a couple of like high-level guys in there.

And so I had a chance to meet everybody that was in the office.

And then on the lower level, they just got marketing.

And what's cool about them, and I think Patrick really

encourages them, from what I can see, to like make content and have a personal brand.

Because there's a guy in there who's a comedian.

He be making this fiery content, but it's in his own value tame, but it's like his own style.

Yeah.

You know what I mean?

So he really encouraged you to create, do your thing.

And I think it's a really good environment just to grow, absorb the information, and learn from one of the best to do it.

You mentioned you're big into books.

Yeah.

What books changed your life?

Bro, a book's changing my life right now is EOS.

I don't know if you know about the entrepreneur operating system.

No, I haven't read it.

Gene Wickman.

It's really a book about how to set up your business so that you don't have to be trapped in your business.

You know what I mean?

So if there's any entrepreneurs or business owners and you feel like you're doing everything from minimum wage activities to like closing your own deals, coming in early, leaving late, or you're someone like I had an issue that I've been working through just in the latter part of my entrepreneurship is just delegation.

Sometimes you just get used to doing everything.

you don't even want to do nothing.

Control free, you don't even want to do everything, but you just so used to like touching everything that you have to learn out of that.

Um, but that's a really good book.

It's a short read.

So, if you're an audio booker, I recommend it.

You can knock it out in the car, probably like a ride or two.

But if you're somebody that likes to touch pages, it's a great book to design your business so then it operates without you.

Right.

And you put an integrator in place, and you just out being the best way you could be.

You out here Sean Kelly in it, you know what I'm saying?

And your business is running and you're automation.

Exactly.

And you're growing it.

it, you know what I'm saying?

So, I recommend that.

That's what I'm on really right now.

But I try to do

two books a month.

Wow.

So, I'll do like an audiobook and I don't listen to music no more, bro.

So, I'll be in the cars and

hip-hop

or two.

So, I'll be audio booking, podcasting, and then

every day I do 20 minutes.

So, I'll call it 2020.

So, I'll do 20 minutes of a real book, 20 minutes of an audio book.

And if I'm driving,

I'll throw it back on.

Wow.

Yeah.

How important do you feel like the podcast space is

becoming?

Because

it's kind of taking over radio.

It's new media, bro.

I mean, Draymar Green kind of said it, you know, it's new media.

I agree with him.

And I don't think it's necessarily, I mean, he was saying it from a perspective is we're taking back control of like our messaging going out.

Yeah, yeah.

You know what I'm saying?

So when he says new media, I say new media because like...

If you're really passionate about something, whatever it is, right?

You can create a space for that, build a community around it.

And there's people people that that are waiting for your voice right so it's so it's really powerful and then whatever business that you're in building a podcast really opening it's really a media business yeah so really having that media business arm you can control all the messages you want to your customers you can you could roll out like uh like uh service information how you know how they can uh you know work on your product real solutions testimonials and you could really take it to a high level or you could just build around what that business is or show them you know what what your lifestyle lifestyle is about right it is

i'm not saying everyone needs a podcast

you know what i'm saying because i've seen some funny customers i say everyone needs it but but if you really know how to uh

leverage or if you want to leverage and build relationships it's literally a cheat code yeah i feel like you got to be special to understand the actual concept of podcasting it's it's more that goes into it than what people realize you kind of you got to just sit here and just kind of shoot and really it's a combination of things understanding and how to have a conversation.

Yeah.

There's a lot.

You got to find guests.

You got to do prep.

Yeah.

You got to do research.

Yeah.

It's more than just sitting down.

We're in an amazing studio right now, but everyone don't have this opportunity.

So it's like, you know, are you going to buy your own equipment?

Right.

Are you going to rock virtual?

Do you know how to run the equipment?

What's your way around the camera?

You know what I'm saying?

So I always tell people that maybe you just want to start from your phone or your laptop because all you really need is software.

You know what I mean?

Do a couple of those, you know, get Riverside, get off StreamYard, maybe rock with Zoom.

You know, if you got a laptop, you want a little bit more clarity, get a USB camera, maybe like USB mic, you good.

You know what I'm saying?

Other than that, you just need BuzzSprout to upload your joint or pod beam, one of those joints, and you good.

Once you're used to that, you can then kind of evolve.

Yeah.

What made you actually

start to get in the space?

And what was your inspiration?

Like, I'm just going to do it.

Yeah, that's a really good question.

So I'm from Boston originally.

So I felt like I was kind of

the top of meeting everyone, top of knowing everyone, top of moving in the city.

Boston is a cool word in general, but it's small.

So, if there's a brand new restaurant, like you're talking about Delilah, if it's a brand new restaurant, it's on the same street as the old restaurant, the whole city there.

Yeah, you ain't meeting nobody new.

You know what I'm saying?

So, if there's, you know, whenever there's something new, everyone was there.

Yeah, yeah.

So, I'm like, man, I'm not meeting nobody.

I felt like, you know, like as we grow, it's important to continue to grow.

I felt like my senses weren't being developed.

I felt like I was just doing the same thing.

So, I'm like, man,

and I didn't have any millionaire friends.

You know, I didn't have no friends that were making like 40K a month, 50K a month, 100K a month, or even things like that.

So I was like, man, like, I need to meet new people.

Like, how can I do this?

So it wasn't even a podcast.

It was just interviews.

So, like, I just was like, all right, I'm a, you know, post on YouTube.

So my boy was like, yo, look what Casey Nasdaq's doing.

Look, look what he's doing.

So I started vlogging.

And like, I'm like, man, no one really cares about my life.

You know what I mean?

I ain't getting the views, bro.

So I was like, you know what?

I'm going to just interview my boy who's going through anxiety because he's a business owner.

He got a crazy story.

This is his third business, but it's thriving now.

I think that would be dope.

So I sat down with him.

He told his whole story.

That joint at the time did like seven, 800 views in like a weekend.

I was like, okay, this is.

Yeah, yeah.

All right, let me do another interview.

So I just found other people that I thought were interesting in the city where I was from.

Started interviewing them, highlighting them.

Then I was like, man,

what if I asked someone who I feel like I want to intentionally connect with and get them on a show?

And I did.

I got like someone that was making like a million dollars, got them on the show.

And I was like, man, all I had to do is like ask him to be on the show.

Right.

So, so then it just kind of dawned on me.

Okay, if I use this as a tool so I can build and leverage relationships, right?

Now, look, you and I have been kind of going back and forth from DM a little slower, text message a little faster.

Me and Wayne bought to lock in.

but what happens is we spend this time together right 20 minutes 30 minutes 60 minutes or more yeah you start making a connection with the host and the guest right i learned more about wayne we you know what you got going on you i learned another layer of sean yeah and now we now we locked in right we might have we might be able to do business together might be a collaboration i might be able to connect the dot so now what that does is it just it speeds up the relationship in real time way faster facts so even if you don't have a product or a service right you may just okay i know sean got these things popping i know wing got these things popping i might then go somewhere else oh look let me connect them with wayne yeah right but bro it gets dangerous when you actually got a product or service

you could do it very intentionally you know what i'm saying right it's like oh i know that i can help this person you know let me let me strategically and intentionally get them on the podcast learn what they got going going on and then float them value float them power and then offer my product a service right right it ain't a sales call bro no right yeah if i ask you to come on on a sales call you ain't showing up right if i asked you to come on a podcast you showing up you hitting me up like yo yeah are we doing it today yeah

so once once i started to really see that then it got powerful and that and that's one of the things that i do for lead generation is i have this whole thing called pod close and i leverage podcasts to um bring in leads right nurture the relationship fast in real time and then and if it's a product market fit They float over to the closer.

The closer flows some more value.

Make sure they're good to go.

Close the deal.

I ain't even in none of that.

That's sick.

Podcasting's so good for networking, man.

It's crazy.

It's phenomenal.

Last night, I'm with the owner of Boxable.

Yeah, you know, for what?

They do the homes, right?

Four hours, yeah.

Yeah, they do the homes.

He said the company's worth three billion, and we met him through someone that came on the podcast.

He literally, literally, crazy.

Yeah, company's evaluation is at three billion right now.

It's fine.

You could tap him.

Like, you could text him right now, right?

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

From the podcast.

Yeah.

From the podcast.

Dan Bazarin hit me up last night.

Like, it's crazy.

I met yesterday.

I was on Ulysses' podcast.

Shout out to you for setting that up.

I was on his podcast.

And right when I got off, coming through were these two owners of a stem cell.

They literally developed stem cell science, nine-figure earners.

But that's because of the podcast.

Now I'm talking to them.

They want to come on our podcast.

They want to get on more shows.

But that's just because of what's going on in this space.

So you're talking about Dr.

Rick?

Yeah.

He was on ours last year.

So

if you really understand how you can leverage, you know what I'm saying, this thing, it can really grow your network

and your revenue, but then also the relationship capital, which is really the most important thing.

Literally,

a guy said millionaires focus on execution, billionaires focus on relationships.

Yeah, facts.

That's heavy.

You might have to say that again, Wayne.

Millionaires focus on execution, billionaires focus on relationships.

That's crazy, bro.

So, how can podcasts make money outside of relationships?

Like, what do you see the top podcasts making?

So, I mean, you know, you got

a million dollars worth of gain.

What they they sign a hundred million dollar deal i think yeah i think 150 if you watch which is yeah look at look under barstool yeah so you got you got them um call her daddy signed 20 mil right yeah

call her daddy right joe rogan yeah joe rogan's 100 mil day

100 dave ramsey dave ramsey you know i'm saying and then um what's homeboy i can't think of pump it up oh academics no the other one pump pump pump it up joe button joe button

right yeah so we're floating these people that people know crazy numbers right but if you're listening and watching i don't want you to think like i can't it's crazy you only name five people yeah we only that's not but that's what i'm saying

but that's what i'm trying to say yeah wild numbers right less than 10 people yeah that means there's crazy money in this there's a lot of space in there so so what i like to share is that listen you're not gonna make money in podcasting through brand deals through sponsorships through large audiences or or youtube money that's not how you make the money right if you're a brand new podcaster for you to even position yourself to make money with youtube you need 4 000 watch towers and a thousand subs just to get in position to make money from google accents right and then if you don't eclipse a hundred dollars you ain't getting no money they're gonna show you oh you made 99 this month you ain't getting it though because you had to eclipse a hundred you know what i mean so what you want to do is one of the most powerful thing literally if you if you got a podcast right now if you're starting or if you may be at episode 75 ain't made no bread right what you want to do is the number one thing i would do get affiliate partnerships but not just any affiliate partnerships partnerships, get high-level affiliate partnerships that got a really romantic, sexy-ass payout, bro.

Right?

So, check this out.

I just connected one of my podcasters that's in my academy, right, to this gentleman who his product is editing video, right?

So, we charge, he might charge like, I think, two bands or $2,500.

His payout is $1,000.

Whoa.

Just for editing a video?

So, listen, if you need edits,

I connect you.

You register for the referral.

You get a thousand bucks.

it's a thousand so look so what you do is you align with someone like that and i got a bunch of other ones but you align with someone like that either live reading your podcast or take the next step shoot a commercial

install that commercial in your podcast you just run your podcast literally you just run it yeah have the conversations start stacking now you got that commercial going every single time somebody need editing bro right what are they gonna do they're gonna click the link they're gonna do exactly what you told them to do you ain't even doing it they're gonna register 30 days later, you get a thousand dollars in your bank account.

That's just one click funnel, that's that's one way, one affiliate, that's just one, yeah, right?

Yeah, what if you line with affiliates that give you recurring revenue, bro?

There's CRMs right now, SaaS products, right?

Where if you if you become an affiliate, let's say you get a CRM or just another SaaS product, they might pay you out 40, 40, I mean, out $40, $60, $75 a month

just because Wayne signed up for a CRM that he needs in his business.

What if Sean needs payroll?

ADP paying out a thousand, bro.

Yeah, right.

And they pay it out in lump sums, meaning like every 10 clients that Sean registers, right?

He gets 10 bands sent to him.

Wow.

Guess what are you doing?

Digital social album?

Yeah.

Podcast.

He ain't selling nothing.

He ain't fulfilling nothing.

Right, right.

Right.

So that's number one.

You want to get affiliate partnerships that got really sexy, romantic payouts.

Like, don't sign up for nothing that's giving you low, low bar bread.

It don't make sense.

Now, if you're going ClickBank and you go on JVZoo, there's hella affiliates.

But go find some that got you, that have you really good payouts.

$250, $150, $500, $1,000,

right?

No fulfillment.

Right?

And you ain't selling nothing.

You're just running your show.

Second thing that you want to do is build a community around your podcast.

You build a community around your podcast.

The views don't matter.

And I'll give you an example.

If, let's say you got a product or a service, right?

And the podcast is like, oh, I got the views, man.

I only got 50 views, 100 views.

Yeah, they're more concerned with that.

They're more concerned with that.

But if I put that same podcaster in a room with 50 people, they're gonna be like, yo, this is lit.

Like, yo, 50 people?

Yeah.

100 people?

Right.

But it's different when they think about the podcast.

But if I put Wayne in a room, let's say Wayne, you got a product $99 a month.

Right.

You're in a room with 50 people.

Right.

Right.

Let's say 10% conversion rate close.

Right.

Five sales.

It's $500.

But guess what?

It's a community.

It's $500 a month.

Now your pods make it six grand.

You know how many podcasts make it six grand?

No.

Less than 10%.

You know what I'm saying?

We're talking about just that.

Now you got the affiliates going crazy, right?

You're building a digital social hour community, or let's say, you know, the Wayne community, you know, whatever you guys want to do.

Or if you're listening out there, build a community on your podcast.

You're like, yo, what should be in the community?

Well, access to exclusives.

Maybe Sean asked me some questions that are not going to be in the direct episode.

You put it in the community, right?

Maybe they get access to you guys for an hour.

every other week right talk about products service businesses strategies or whatever right how to set a camera up or or or whatever um maybe they get access to any digital products you guys might have right maybe you kind of uh dissimilate like high-level talk like you was talking about like you know you you you were in a room with some really people yeah yeah high-level people so maybe you break some of those conversations down and say hey these are 10 things i learned from xyz person for pbd I'm bringing it right to the community.

Maybe you have in-person meetups.

This dude's always throwing fire ass always.

Oh, he does.

So maybe he made it something special for the people in the community where they can pull up 30 minutes early or something.

Or maybe they're in a roped-off area or something.

And it's $99 a month.

Right.

So now you got 50 viewers, 50 listeners, 10% close, 6,000 if it's 99.

What if you don't believe yourself?

Like, I don't know if I can do the 99.

Do 49.

Right.

So you know, David Shins, right?

No, who's up?

Social proof podcast, Atlanta?

Social proof.

Yeah.

Yeah, Black Dude, right?

Yep.

Yeah, Glasses.

Yep.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

So, bro, he got a community called The Morning Meetup.

I think it's $79 a month.

He got over 400 people in it.

That's $31,000 a month, which is like $360,000 a year.

That's recurring revenue.

Officials.

Exactly.

Off of one

offer.

Right, right.

Wow.

Now, I'm not saying it's easy, right?

You got to build it up.

You know what I'm saying?

But if you just offer it, because the offer you don't make is an offer they can't take.

Right?

You can do a deal.

So we talked about affiliate marketing, right?

Now we're talking about the community.

What's the next thing?

What about a digital product?

Right.

What if Sean Kelly put together?

He's a crazy networker connector.

What if he wrote down, you know, the 10 ways to build a high-level network?

That was an e-book, and he sold it for $49.

Yeah.

Right.

Make a commercial for that.

Inserts into the digital social hour podcast.

Again, no fulfillment because it's automated now.

He did the work one time.

Right.

He ain't selling nothing.

He's building a community.

Now the episodes are compounding because because you're releasing what you said, four a week?

Four week, yeah.

Bro.

Yeah.

Right?

Four times 30 is 120 episodes.

Yeah.

You got 120 episodes every single month that's marketing this book, all their affiliates, over and over and over, multiplied by your average viewer, you're viewer ration.

Right.

It's crazy.

Yeah.

What if you're like, man, that sounds cool.

Sean is out of level.

Wayne's out of level.

Brendan's out of level.

I can't do what they got going on.

Okay, cool.

What if we just take your fire episode?

What if your fire episode is episode six?

Okay, cool.

We're going to use some AI.

Yeah, most people don't make it to episode six, though.

Okay, let's say it's episode.

Let's say it's episode two.

We're gonna use some AI, right?

We're gonna go to a website that's called audiotype.

Yeah, let's take your main file, upload it in there.

It's gonna create a transcript.

Maybe, maybe from time 10 minutes to 20 minutes, it was just some heat.

Yeah, yeah, right.

Take that transcript.

Go to fiverr.com, right?

Have somebody turn that into an e-book, right?

Get a formatted to turn it into an e-book, right?

Now you didn't write nothing.

you just took the same information that was in the fire podcast put it in the ebook put it in the e-book pay somebody to turn it into format it pay somebody to uh you know uh do do the copy make sure it's clean yeah uh if you're nice on canva get a cover if you're not nice pay for somebody to to make you a cover right now you got a product

all you did was repurpose a podcast episode that you already did

Put that in your podcast.

Now you're making bread with that.

You got no excuses.

That's only three ways, bro.

Yeah.

Right?

That's only three ways.

This, like, I got over 25 ways for you to make money with the podcast.

We got some work to do, right?

And then the highest level, leaving a lot of money on the table.

The highest level, I feel like, if you really want to go crazy, have a high ticket.

Yeah.

And you don't even need.

So people might be like, yo, what's the high ticket?

You know, you something that might be like 4K and up.

You know what I'm saying?

It might be a program, it might be a package.

But you don't need that many people to pay for it.

You don't need.

Well, if you want to make, if you want to make $10K a month, you got a $4,000 product, you selling like two, three.

Yeah, yeah if if if it's twenty five hundred you selling like four if it's two thousand you selling five right but what if you like i don't have a high ticket i don't know how to make it run with an affiliate on a high ticket

that has an affiliate payout like me i got programs that start at 8800 go up to 100k now right what i'm gonna tell you about that okay right

guess what yeah what if you just close one for me

you you closed the 100k 10 is 10k bro yeah easy so podcast is

you don't have to feel like it gotta be a way right i'm just sharing you four ways that i figured out that i know that work

you can find your way or you could take one of my strategies start making money by your next episode you know what i mean and again you could design it where there's no fulfillment or low amount of fulfillment or maybe you want to fulfill maybe you are like a digital media entrepreneur or business person you have a high level product and this whole podcast space has been intriguing to you leverage it to sell more of your products right invite your ideal clients, sit down on the couch with them, you know, design your question to ask where you're flowing value and flowing power, but you're still qualifying them.

And if it makes sense, close them on the deal.

Right.

Bro, I do it all the time.

I'm inspired, bro.

For real.

So tell us about your 88.

You said 8,800 to 100K pro.

Yeah.

So, so

I have a pod PR agency, right?

And honestly, shout out to Ulysses because just kind of looking at what I didn't even know was a PR agency, right?

So what I do is I help entrepreneurs get in front of more of their ideal clients

by using podcast guesting, right?

So, we focus on the video aspect, you know what I'm saying, primarily, right?

So, podcasts, YouTube shows,

you know what I mean?

If there's any influencer marketing, that they got platforms.

I find interesting platforms to get you on and really blow you up.

So, I structure it where it's packages.

So, 8800 is about 12 shows and two bonuses, right?

You got

13.5 is 24 shows, three bonuses, right?

You got 36 shows and four bonuses.

That's 17.5, right?

And then you got for 26K, I'm putting you on 48 shows, right, plus five bonuses.

But guess what, bro?

Those are all virtual.

So when you want to go on it on a, I call them premium shows.

So when you want to go on the in-person, you're like, this is premium, right?

You know, there's a fee potentially associated with the show.

Boom, you pay that fee, a la carte, you're on the podcast.

So that's how it works.

So let's say after this podcast, you're like, yo, bro, Brendan, I got some.

I mean, all the guests that we got, they might be guests, they might be class for you.

Cool.

You set something up.

They closed on a 13.5.

You just made $1,350.

All you do is make a connection, bro.

Yeah.

You know what I'm saying?

That's dope.

100K offers what I call.

What are you doing with the 100K?

100K offer.

They get flown out of the private jet.

Almost, bro.

So the 100K offer, we call it rapid audience growth system, rags, right?

And

you kind of made a little joke on it.

White rags will be the white glove.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Right.

So what we do is we'll put you on like five, six high-level podcasts that we know is going to light you up.

Yeah.

You know what I'm saying?

Like we know you go on there, they post it six, six-figure views, seven-figure views.

So you're paying for like that concentrated amount of high-level podcasts.

Right.

Right.

And then to your point, what we do is we do, we kind of design it almost like a tour.

So we'll market it as a tour.

I'll bring a videographer out with you.

So they'll start recording the behind the scenes of you going on those shows.

It's more like a campaign style.

Exactly.

It gives you another look.

So now you might go to Philly.

You might go to Atlanta.

You might go to Miami.

You might go to Vegas.

You might go to L.A.

Right.

So online, it's like you're hitting spots.

But now you got a story behind it because now you got

the BTS for that.

Those get broken down to one-minute videos that you can run.

We still give you the virtual support, right?

And one of the biggest things that we do is, because I actually had a client that I spoke to earlier this morning, and she was like, yo, I've been on news, I've been on TV, I've been in all these different episodes, but I can't really, I can't track.

I don't know where the lease is coming from.

So we give you a funnel, bro.

We give you a capture funnel on a back end.

So now you turn a podcast into lead generation assets, right?

So it's not just I'm coming on this podcast tour and it's like, yeah, I just went on 30 shows and now the podcast is old.

If you have a keyword funnel set up and you give them some value, flow some game, right?

And then have either a low-ticket offer or something for free that you can give them,

now you're going to get their data.

And guess what?

Podcasts age well.

Like you're going to keep getting views.

Absolutely.

They ain't never.

Six months from now, a year from now, four years from now, that podcast can still be bringing leads into your business.

If you got a system on the back end, you can close more deals.

And your email is growing, your text message is growing, right?

More people know who you are.

Brand awareness.

Brand awareness, digital footprint, all of that.

Back awareness.

Now you're on the front end and the back end.

You can see where the leads is coming from.

So that's the 100k offer.

But they got to put 50k down.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Brandon.

The other ones is

monthly.

So if you do the 88, you can do a 4-pay, $2,200 a month.

Okay.

Drop some major value, bro.

Appreciate it.

It's been a blast.

We got to do a part two.

Yeah, that was awesome.

That was a lot.

Any closing thoughts?

Yeah, bro.

One of my mentors, Nehemiah Davis, he always says, just start.

So I would just say that, man.

Believe in yourself.

just start.

It's not going to move how you think it's going to move because how you think it's going to move is what's stopping you from moving.

Because you're like, oh, I got to look like this.

But it can't look like this if you don't start.

You can never get to that picture if you don't just start designing the picture.

So you got to start.

I would say that believe in yourself and get around a Wayne, get around a Sean Kelly.

If you that light and you're around a bunch of dark, guess what?

Your light going to go dim.

Absolutely.

And you don't want that.

Yeah.

I relate to your Boston story because I grew up in Jersey and no entrepreneurs there.

Have you ever met Gordy Gronk?

Nah.

We got to connect you guys.

Yeah, Gronk's brother.

He has a club in Boston that's doing pretty good right now.

Yeah, it's like a rooftop club.

I'm actually going back to Boston

in June for a wedding in Providence.

I'm going to just go home.

I try to only be home for like 48 hours.

He got a club out there that's going to connect you.

Yeah, that'd be dope, man.

Wayne, any closing thoughts?

You guys can follow me on Instagram at the Creator.

It'll pop up

somewhere.
