Some people don't know that there are positive projections. Sometimes people think there's only negative.

Yesterday was fear of failure. Today is fear of being seen.
Speaker 1 So these masks that we wear in our lives, right? So I want to normalize this because there are so many reasons why we would do that, right? We need attachment as a child. We are survival.
Speaker 1
We're communal beings. So we need each other for survival.
So yeah, everybody's saying me. You are not alone in this.
It's normal.
Speaker 1
And a lot of the times people will say, don't seek external external validation. I don't align with that.
I think it's really innocent. Remember when you were a kid and
Speaker 1
you would almost like have your friends' parents come over and you're like, look what I can do. Like it's so sweet.
It's so innocent. There's nothing wrong with it.
Speaker 1 And actually, when you start judging that part of you that's looking to be seen, it further
Speaker 1
you are missing the missed experience. You're further moving away from giving yourself the nourishment that you really are desiring.
And thoughts and feelings speak a different dialect.
Speaker 1 So, if you're telling yourself you shouldn't be feeling something, it's just going to make more of a war inside of you.
Speaker 1 And so, rather than telling yourself you shouldn't want to be seen, and underneath you really do, my work is about embracing that part of you that does care, that does want to be seen.
Speaker 1 It's innocent, it's normal. And so,
Speaker 1
that way, you're not even craving it more by judging it. You're actually welcoming it.
And sometimes, when you have a coach, a friend, a lover, a therapist that truly sees you.
Speaker 1 It helps you learn to see yourself.
Speaker 1 And the only problem is if you don't see yourself and you're attached to only thinking it can come from them, that's where it creates issues.
Speaker 1 But if you're using them as a mirror to teach you how to see and accept that part of you, you not only feel better, you stop comparing so much, you feel more confident,
Speaker 1 you're not needing it so much, but it has to come back to ourselves. And I'll open it up to coaching on Monday, if I, because we're going to keep the party going on Monday and Wednesday of next week.

So, save all your coaching questions because I've packed a lot here today. Um, and try all these things out.
Don't believe me, but test it, be willing to test it.
Speaker 1 And so, what happens with this fear of being seen? It's like, I want to be seen, but I'm scared of being judged, right? So, we've got this push-pull.
Speaker 1 And part in my certification program, I give you tools to so that you're not in your own way, you get out of your own way, and then you, your strategy and alignment is a lot easier.
Speaker 1
And so, what happens with entrepreneurs and coaches, I hear this all the time. They'll say things like, I'm scared to put myself out there.
And I tell them, you don't put yourself out there.
Speaker 1 You put your services out there. They may tell me, I'm scared of being rejected, but could you ever be rejected? Are they rejecting you or are they rejecting your services?
Speaker 1 So part of this work is about slowing down to see what's actually true.
Speaker 1 When you know that who you are is separate than what you do, it's a lot easier to grow your business and you're less on this roller coaster.
Speaker 1 And so this fear of being seen, what comes up is people also think that it's people's opinions of you that hurt you, and it's not.
Speaker 1 It's anytime you're insecure about something and somebody has an opinion that's matching yours, that's when it hurts. So, think of it like this: salt on a wound.
Speaker 1 So, if the salt is other people's opinions, and it only hurts when you have an insecurity and a wound about it, the salt didn't hurt, right?
Speaker 1 So, if somebody calls me and says, Alyssa, you're the worst astronaut in the world, and I say, say, yeah, I can see that. The salt, their opinion wasn't what hurt me, right?
Speaker 1 But if they start to judge me around something that I'm insecure about, that's when it hurts. So I want you to start seeing that you have the power.
Speaker 1 The power is in you, not the person, not the situation, because you have the power to forgive or to accept that part of you. And then it doesn't sting so much when somebody has that opinion, right?
Speaker 1 And so we are human, but yes, we also have dominion and choice within us, how we hold it, how we're, you know, we've got hundreds of people on this call.
Speaker 1
The judgment, somebody's judging me right now, that judgment doesn't hurt me because I don't know about it. But if I have a judgment about that thing within myself, then I'm going to hurt.
Make sense?
Speaker 1 And so that's where when you start having safe people in your world to to kind of stretch the muscle of being more authentic because we
Speaker 1
conformed ourselves for attachment purposes as kids, it made sense. It was a safety strategy.
We can be compassionate with that strategy. I want to highlight four that show up now.
Speaker 1 We can be compassionate with it and start to reprogram feeling safe in certain relationships to authentically express.
Speaker 1 And as we do that, then we attract more of things that feel authentic and true for us-friends, experiences, life experience,
Speaker 1
our work. And so it's like a muscle.
It does have muscle memory. As you start feeling safe in one area, you can start going into other areas.
And you guys are an incredible community.
Speaker 1
And I want you to have community so that it helps accelerate your growth. And we are mirrors for each other, positively and negatively.
We'll talk about that.
Speaker 1 Because if you are pretending to get acceptance, then you're not really going to take in the acceptance because you know it's an act. It doesn't feel true.
Speaker 1 And so as you do the deeper work, it starts feeling a lot lighter, more authentic, and easier. Have you ever felt like there's something more you're meant to do?

Speaker 1 So, let's talk about the four things around
Speaker 1 helping you feel more free so that you don't let this fear of being seen hold you back from living whatever's true in your heart. The first one is playing small.
Speaker 1 So, I want you to slow this down because people think that playing small keeps them safe.
Speaker 1 Does it?
Speaker 1 Does playing small actually keep you safe?
Speaker 1 Does this comfort zone, is it really comfortable when you are holding yourself back or judging what you want to be doing, but you're not?
Speaker 1 That holding into that like fear of being unfulfilled by not following it, is that really comfortable? Does it really feel safe?
Speaker 1 So I want to encourage you to really start questioning that and realize that it's not the goal that and doing the thing that would hurt you. It's the fear that gets projected onto that goal.
Speaker 1 So what happens with the psyche is that the mind will project fear into the unknown. Anytime something is uncertain, it will unconsciously do that as a safety strategy.
Speaker 1 But if you don't move forward on the thing you want now, you're letting fear be an excuse to hold you back.
Speaker 1 It will still use that same pattern of playing small and projecting fear into any goal moving forward.
Speaker 1 And so my approach is why not use everything that's getting caught in your psyche to free you now so you live freer longer. And so that's the invitation to play some of this out and to test it.
Speaker 1 And as you start to shift it in one area, it starts to shift in other areas. And then game on, life starts to open up in beautiful ways.
Speaker 1
The second thing I want to talk about around how people hold themselves back is this idea of procrastination. Say, comment me if you're like, yep, that's me.
I've definitely had this.
Speaker 1 So procrastination, there's a few reasons why we procrastinate and one of them is the idea that i'm not ready yet so we tell ourselves all the time like i'm not ready yet and oftentimes that's a safety strategy so that you don't feel something like failure or not good enough unworthiness it's not bad but we want to see these things so that we don't let them take us out of the game and so
Speaker 1 There's this idea that if I say in the idea of dreaming about it or talking about it, then it's safer than actually doing doing the thing. And that's not true.
Speaker 1 Actually, by doing the inner work, taking the steps, that's where your life opens. And so
Speaker 1 the idea that
Speaker 1
feeling ready is a feeling is not accurate. Ready is a decision.
It's not a feeling. And the ego is, it's never now.
It's either I'm too young or I'm too old. It's not now.
It's like I'm too late.
Speaker 1 We start waking up from that and we start taking our power back. And so the other area and way that procrastination can show up that I'll identify identify here is this, it's almost like we have
Speaker 1 gotten procrastination wrong. So, instead of judging it, you want to start to get curious with it so you elicit the wisdom in it and with inside of it.
Speaker 1 So, with procrastination, oftentimes it's trying to support your freedom.
Speaker 1 It's trying to support your freedom. So, what happens is maybe we had an internalized authoritarian parent, and we start telling ourselves what we should be doing in our life.
Speaker 1 We're bullying ourselves, and then the pendulum swings, and this part of us procrastinates as
Speaker 1 a rebellion pattern to say, You can't tell me what to do.
Speaker 1
Not happening, and so this is the pendulum that starts to play out inside of you. You've got competing desires inside.
It's like, I should do this, don't tell me what to do.
Speaker 1 And the easier way, rather than willpowering or pushing through it, which creates burnout, is to see this, to even understand that these are different parts of your brain, and you come into alignment to see how you can shift it inside and then life reflects it more easily on the outside in your strategy.
Speaker 1
And so I want just to normalize if you have any of these playing out, there's an easier way and I'm so glad that you're here. This is totally me.
Good.
Speaker 1
Okay, so the fourth way that I'll share about how these blocks can show up to really take us actually, no, the third way, sorry. The third way is comparison.
This was a huge one for me.
Speaker 1
I don't know about you. Me, say me in the chat, if this is you.
This was big for me.
Speaker 1 I had a friend who had a very successful certification program and I kept comparing myself to her it was my unconscious way of trying to motivate me to do better I didn't see that and I'm so glad you're here so you can start seeing what I'm about to share with you so I would what I noticed was that instead of getting stuck on the person what was the what were they mirroring to me about what I also wanted Because comparison was showing me what I wanted, but it was I had a misunderstanding that I couldn't have what they had.
Speaker 1
So again, the power is in you, not the person. So get out of the drama of thinking about the person.
It's like, what are they a mirror for? Showing me what I also want.
Speaker 1
And let me question the misunderstanding that I can't also have it. Okay.
So once you question that, you're inspired by them. You take action and game on.
Speaker 1 The fourth one around ways that we hold ourselves back so that we don't feel
Speaker 1 essentially pain, but essentially ways that we hold ourselves back around
Speaker 1
is one way is through judgment. So this is a big one.
And I think the critic has a bad rap. So, I want to unpack this.
I want you to really get a sense of it.
Speaker 1 So, anytime you judge a pattern, a person,
Speaker 1
actually, you're stuck with it. So, when you identify with something or you judge it, you're stuck.
That pattern is locked in place. We create what we avoid.
We create what we defend against.
Speaker 1 And so, I want you to start seeing this. So, instead of judging criticism, the medicine is really compassion.
Speaker 1 And how you can come to an authentic place of compassion is you can ask yourself, how is criticism trying to help me? Or whatever the pattern is for you.
Speaker 1
But critic, most people have a fierce inner critic. I used to have a very fierce inner critic.
And I started bringing a lot of compassionate self-forgiveness. And it changed the radio station.
Speaker 1
It was a set point. Again, it has muscle memory, so you have to go back to keep using these tools.
But your life, my experience is what feels good does good. So compassion is actually productive.
Speaker 1
And then we unpack what I mean by that. So if you're judging your inner critic, your critic is judging your critic.
It's another layer of criticism, right?
Speaker 1 And so the way through is to ask, what do I fear would happen if I weren't judging myself?
Speaker 1 Or how is criticism trying to help me? Maybe then the critic says, I'm trying to make sure you notice all the things you did wrong so you do better next time.
Speaker 1 So the deeper intention is that it's trying to help you do better, but it's using criticism as an effect, as an approach that's not very effective.
Speaker 1 And so once you see this, you can then, you have to, you know, Einstein says you can't solve a problem at the same level of thinking that created it. You have to go above it.
Speaker 1 So rather than getting into right, wrong, and judging the critic, you have to see above it. And that's through compassion and what I'm sharing with you here, which is how is it trying to serve me?
Speaker 1
And it's like, oh, it wants me to do well. Cool.
Thank you. So thanking that
Speaker 1 pattern.
Speaker 1 And then some creative ideas might be, let me just test out for one week what happens when I'm kind to myself and I experiment with getting an accountability partner so that I can see what I can improve on.
Speaker 1 Celebrate what's good, but also remove what's not instead of always looking at what's not, which creates a lot of freeze and then you don't move forward.
Speaker 1 And so that would be my encouragement to start playing with these patterns. So the four patterns again, playing small, procrastination, comparison, and inner criticism.
Speaker 1 Again, the medicine is compassion for criticism. And my experience is that compassion is productive, but test it.
Speaker 1 Try it out for yourself and then see what, discover what's possible for you as a result. And so just to give you context, these safety strategies are behaviors.
Speaker 1 They are ways that we try to support ourselves as a way to avoid feeling something underneath.
Speaker 1 So for example, if I'm people pleasing, or if I'm, yeah, people pleasing, maybe I'm trying to manage how people see me so that then I
Speaker 1 feel like I belong or I don't feel like
Speaker 1
I am out an outsider. Or I use perfectionism as this, the safety strategy as a way to avoid feeling unworthy.
I try to make myself perfect so I don't feel unworthy. Right.
Can you see this?
Speaker 1
Or I use procrastination so I don't feel failure. None of these are bad, but we want to see them and we want to upgrade our approach.
That way we can have compassion because these are just
Speaker 1
our survival techniques, our ways that our psyche tries to keep us safe. But when we judge it, we get stuck in the pattern.
Okay, so it's good that you start to see this.
Speaker 1 And then you have different things you can try out to take your power back.
Speaker 1 And the way that I would recommend that you do it is what i call insourcing where you insource safety you thank the straight safety strategy you say thank you criticism for trying to make sure that i did better i can see that now i don't need to judge you to get the lesson and then you bring safety to the part of you that's scared of not doing um well that's scared of failing or that's scared of not feeling good enough that shame you bring safety to it directly ironically then you don't need the middleman and you go direct with inside of you and And this is where we go deeper in my certification program to support you and not just knowing this, but really living this.
Speaker 1 And so
Speaker 1 oftentimes,
Speaker 1 you know, it's just about
Speaker 1 knowing it, practicing it, and then creating new ways of being over time that shift your life.
Speaker 1 And I want you to know my methodology is about embracing all of you, but you're not letting disenfranchised patterns and parts of you lead your business decisions and your life.
Speaker 1 This is where everything changes as a result. So I want to, I've told you, now I want you to start feeling it in your body as an experiment.
Speaker 1 So I want you to comment in the chat, what is a pattern or a behavior that has been holding you back?
Speaker 1 Type it here and we're going to do a little experiment together. So
Speaker 1 and you're going to have your own wisdom and answers because sometimes you have a safety strategy to play small and it's to avoid feeling unworthy.
Speaker 1
I would say 99.8% of people have something around unworthiness. Even when it looks like arrogance and narcissism, it's still unworthiness.
The The pendulum swings two different ways.
Speaker 1 So, some people are saying fear,
Speaker 1 procrastination, playing small. So, whatever yours is, the second question I want you to write once you've got that is: what do you fear would happen if you didn't do that? And just pick one.
Speaker 1
Someone's like, I got all four. That's fine.
Pick one for now. What do you fear would happen if you didn't procrastinate? What do you fear would happen if you didn't judge yourself?
Speaker 1 Then we're going to start highlighting the wisdom inside of the pattern, how it's trying to help you, but maybe not effectively.
Speaker 1 So
Speaker 1 it's procrastinating because,
Speaker 1
yeah, so it's a little delayed here. So how is it trying to support you? It's trying to help you in some way.
So identify what that is.
Speaker 1 And then identify, so it's like, okay, so if I am people pleasing, I'm trying to manage how people see me so that people
Speaker 1
Because if I don't do that, I don't think people will like me, for example. Or I'd fail.
That's right. I'd be judged.
Yeah.
Speaker 1 So then deeper than that, you want to identify in chat, what do you fear would happen? What is it that you don't want to have happen? Again, what you avoid, you create.
Speaker 1 So we're identifying, what are you avoiding feeling?
Speaker 1 What are you avoiding feeling? Failure.
Speaker 1 Unworthiness.
Speaker 1 Criticized. But if you're criticized, then you would feel what?
Speaker 1 Go a little bit deeper, okay? What are you trying to avoid feeling? Maybe rejected, right? I don't, I don't grow my business. I don't
Speaker 1 pitch in sales conversations because I don't want to be rejected. As if who you are is
Speaker 1 your service. No, you are not rejected, right? Maybe the service, maybe not, maybe it just wasn't their time, but identify what is it, the feeling that you're trying to avoid.
Speaker 1 And then for an experiment, very quick experiment, I want to invite us to try something together.
Speaker 1 If you're open, if you're in a safe place to do so, I'm going to encourage you to close your eyes, just take a nice, slow, deep breath in through the nose,
Speaker 1 and just letting it go, releasing, relaxing, just settling into this moment just for right now. Just as an experiment, seeing what happens when you just say thank you to the pattern,
Speaker 1 to the ways that you were holding yourself back, because you can see that it was trying to help you,
Speaker 1 but it just wasn't as effective. So you're thanking that safety strategy, the protection of procrastination,
Speaker 1 of people pleasing, whatever it is, just saying thank you. I see that you're trying to help me.
Speaker 1 I appreciate you. Just taking a moment to just breathe into and acknowledge it.
Speaker 1 And just notice what settles in your nervous system as you say thank you
Speaker 1 to the ways that it was trying to protect you.
Speaker 1 Maybe not effectively, but...
Speaker 1 It tries.
Speaker 1 And then I want to encourage you to bring safety to that vulnerable feeling underneath. Maybe the shame, the rejection, the betrayal.
Speaker 1 Breathing safety into that vulnerability inside of you.
Speaker 1 Instead of rejecting rejection, you're letting rejection belong with inside of you directly. You're accepting it.
Speaker 1 Breathing in, knowing that this is a part of you, not the whole of you.
Speaker 1
And just allowing yourself to notice whatever arises is allowed. If resistance comes up, that's just a safety strategy too.
That gets to be welcomed here.
Speaker 1 And if any part of this deeper vulnerability is here, you're just saying, thank you, I'm here and I've got you now.
Speaker 1 With the breath, with your acceptance, welcoming it fully,
Speaker 1 letting it go.
Speaker 1 And when you're ready, you can gently open your eyes and then comment: what did you notice? What happened as a result of opening to it?
Speaker 1 So, this is where we insource and create safety for the part of us that's scared.
Speaker 1 And what happens is you start to hear these sub-beliefs around, oh, wait, if I don't criticize myself, then I won't be motivated to change.
Speaker 1 I would question that. It highlights some of these subconscious beliefs that are keeping the pattern in play so that you can see them and then you can live beyond them.

Speaker 2 And where's that tenderness inside your body this one that's scared of being seen it's right here it's really here yeah yeah and if that if that tenderness could just speak and express first person raw and authentic and it's not who you are but we're just going to give it space to express yeah

Speaker 2 it would just say i'm so scared of being seen Yeah, it's really scary. Yeah.
Speaker 2 And I want to acknowledge the fact that you have this and you have the courage to come up live with me right here, right now.
Speaker 2 I can, I can, I'm imagining the vulnerability of that and your courage to follow through, even if this fear is here.

Yeah. And so feeling this activation in your throat.
And just notice if there's any images, any stories, anything else that goes with this.
Speaker 2 You don't need to dig for it, but we're just going to presence the energy in your throat just to see if anything else is here.

Speaker 2 and this kind of ball that's stuck here.

Speaker 2 Yeah. And if this could express, it could be a sound, it could be a movement, it could be a younger part, but we're just going to get curious what it wants, tuning into the intelligence of the body.

Speaker 2 And so, you can see how all of the ways that you look to get that safety strategy of belonging in the world, and yet it's still not quite feeling that. Is that accurate? Yeah,

and so we're going to do what I call insourcing that safety. You're doing really beautiful.
We're going to insource that safety. So

Let me let me play it with two, because we have a little bit more time today. So I want to play with two angles.
What is it avoiding feeling? What is it that you don't want to feel?
Speaker 2 I think it's exposed.
Speaker 2 and vulnerable like i want to be vulnerable but at the same time it just feels really

Speaker 2 life
Speaker 2 yeah and where do you feel that kind of life-threatening grip or tension in your body
Speaker 2 i i honestly i feel it like in my chest yeah in my chest and my throat my my neck my shoulders yeah yeah there's like that holding pattern here and so just tuning into that energy that you've avoided we're just gonna we're just gonna get curious bring curiosity into it
Speaker 2 and if it were raw and authentic and honest, if it had words, what would it say?
Speaker 2 I feel like it would say something like,

I'm right here. Like, I'm, I'm, it's okay.
I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm here.
Speaker 2 Um,
Speaker 2 you know, I think it's it's, yeah,
Speaker 2 I don't think those drop in.

Yeah, that's okay. Yeah, we're gonna drop in.
We're just getting curious. I'm in the exploration with you.
So we're just dropping in.
Speaker 2 There's this tightness in the chest that feels vulnerable to be exposed.
Speaker 2 And if you were to speak in first person, I feel I'm scared. What does that sound like?
Speaker 2 It sounds like I'm

Speaker 2 I'm small and I'm
Speaker 2 not safe, you know, I'm
Speaker 2 vulnerable, you know, I'm at risk. Yeah,
Speaker 2 I'm vulnerable, I'm at risk. So let's feel that together
Speaker 2 just right now, to not try to fight it, to not try to make it go away,
Speaker 2 but just to breathe safety into this exposed vulnerability.
Speaker 2 And you are not alone in this. There's a lot of love for you in the chat.
Speaker 2 But just having the courage to actually breathe that safety into this feeling of being exposed, of being vulnerable,
Speaker 2 welcoming it exactly as it is.
Speaker 2 Breathing into
Speaker 2 the sensation in your chest without trying to get rid of it, without trying to heal it or fix it, or just saying hello, welcoming it.
Speaker 2 What do you notice as you do that?

Yeah, I'm noticing it's kind of moving down. Yes.
I can feel it sort of in my,
Speaker 2 I can feel it in my solar plexus. Yeah.
Speaker 2 Yes, good.
Speaker 2
Good. And so let's trust that.
Let's follow. the direction of where it wants to go.
And as you bring your awareness and curiosity into your solar plexus, just notice
Speaker 2 what goes with that.
Speaker 2 What's here? There are images, feelings.
Speaker 2 And anybody that's watching can just follow along as I'm going. Go ahead.
Speaker 2 Yeah, it's feeling a little more settled, actually. It doesn't feel as hot.
Speaker 2 Yeah.
Speaker 2 Though I can still feel like a warmth and a movement.
Speaker 2 Yeah.
Speaker 2 And so we're just allowing this that naturally the body knows exactly what to do.

And all we're doing is saying yes to it. We're not pushing it down.
We're not trying to create a strategy to make it go away.
Speaker 2 We're just courageously, with an open heart, welcoming what's actually here
Speaker 2 without trying to get rid of anything, just breathing into, allowing opening,
Speaker 2 just somatically welcoming
Speaker 2 and was present.
Speaker 2 It kind of feels it kind of feels quite good now it's there.
Speaker 2 I feel it's settled there. And I feel like
Speaker 2 it's almost like it's been wanting to sort of
Speaker 2 find a place for itself. You know, maybe it was constricted and really tight,
Speaker 2 you know, like held.
Speaker 2 The tightness was just in response to your resistance.
Speaker 2 Because you didn't realize that actually the thing thing that you've been desiring
Speaker 2 is by going into the thing you've been avoiding.
Speaker 2 So, to feel safety wasn't through how you managing how other people saw you, it was about how you were with this energy in your body right here and right now.
Speaker 2
That's your power. That's the paradox of transformation.
It's the game of opposites. It's like, what?
Speaker 2 The thing I've been avoiding held the key to what I deeply desire. Oh,
Speaker 2 right.
Speaker 2 Yeah.
Speaker 2 Yeah.
Speaker 2 Thank God. And that it doesn't have to take long.
Speaker 2 But your courage and your willingness to go there, to discover that for yourself, not as a concept, but as an embodied experience,
Speaker 2 just take a breath
Speaker 2 and just notice what's available in your experience right now, energetically, mentally, emotionally, having embraced and welcomed all of yourself.
Speaker 2 Yeah.
Speaker 2 Yeah.
Speaker 2 That's really funny. I mean, I kind of feel like I want to laugh because,
Speaker 2 I mean, I literally, I think I've just been hiding, you know, like flirting with being visible and then running away and hiding like for a month and then hiding it again and then hiding again

and hiding from yourself. Life is a mirror.
So, if we're scared to expose certain parts of us, that's because we haven't exposed them to ourselves.
Speaker 2 And if we want acceptance in the world, we start with accepting that part of us that's scared of being rejected.
Speaker 2 That's the paradox of transformation that I've been speaking to in the certification program. This is the game of opposites, and that you gave that cell that to yourself.

And that it can be that simple and that quick and freeing. That's your power.
And as you wake up to it, nobody can take that away from you

Speaker 2 you know, not wanting to show up because just not feeling that it was good enough or that i'm good enough and that comparing myself to others and everything that you mentioned so so hiding just so just not even playing at the end of it and so from this experiment what is an insight you're going to take how are you going to move forward differently with procrastination perfectionism playing small
Speaker 2 I want you to ground a new way of being with them.
Speaker 2 Yeah,
Speaker 2 so,
Speaker 2 you know, your questions that you've, you know, that you've given, like that process that you've shared and like, what is it that I'm actually trying to avoid?
Speaker 2 And welcome it and embrace it and actually let it be there.
Speaker 2
And then let and trust that the body is going to let it move because it really did. It was magic.
It was like melting, you know, I could feel it.
Speaker 2 So, so I hope that you get that when playing small comes up, that was just a safety strategy, the best way you knew how until this moment to keep yourself safe.
Speaker 2 And now we can let go of the strategy and go direct to say thank you to that part that was playing small because it was trying to help you.

But we've upgraded the approach to breathe safety into that exposed vulnerability. And from here, we create, we follow our dreams from a totally different place.

You got it. It's in you also.
Speaker 2 So what we're going to do is we're going to help you, yes, honor the calling of your heart, but do it from a place of wholeness, okay?

So integrity, speaking their truth. Identify what's the quality so that we can really support you.
Confidence, initiative, beautiful.

Speaker 2 you own your voice, you live in integrity. How? And so tell me three grounded examples scientifically proven.
Speaker 2 If you find three grounded examples, it's way better than like power postures or anything else, like affirmations, finding specific examples of how you already.

So compassion, the way that you are with yourself. Yeah, beautiful.
Okay, good. Because as you start to own your greatness, not only can you take in compliments, you feel more confident.

It's important and you compare less. Right.
So it's, you have the medicine within you. I'm just helping you redirect so you can experience that more fully.
Speaker 2 And then you, anytime you have jealousy, envy, envy, comparison, you can question that you can't have what they have and you're inspired by them. This is how you do it.

This is part of positive projections. We want to own all of it.

Okay. You'll have one action step from here that you can more fully live into, but from this place of fullness.

Speaker 2 The last exercise I want to do is a really beautiful high vibe visualization to help you feel into an embodied experience of owning the vision that you have for yourself and for your life, however you want to use this challenge, whatever's most important and true in your heart.

And so you can close your eyes if you're in a safe place to do so. If you're not, then take care of yourself, as always.
What I'm going to do is a guide us through a visualization.

If you want to tap on your chest, you're welcome to do that. So you feel it all the way through your body.
And I'll tell you when to start doing that in a moment.
Speaker 2 But if you're in a safe place, go ahead and close your eyes.
Speaker 2 Take a nice, slow, deep breath into your heart space, just really owning how you already demonstrate these qualities in your life, feeling the appreciation that you have for yourself, for having shown up for this five-day immersive experience.
Speaker 2 This is your self-care in action. You're following your dreams.
Speaker 2 Let yourself take that in.
Speaker 2 Let every cell in your body just say yes to your own appreciation, your own grace, and just letting yourself sit in your chair right now as if you have already stepped into all your heartfelt desires and dreams.
Speaker 2 You are here. You're doing work that deeply and profoundly impacts not only yourself, your community, but the world at large.
Speaker 2 Let yourself feel in your body taking up space, knowing that you are adding to this space, that it is safe to be seen. To let yourself feel the safety of seeing yourself, creating safety for

Speaker 2 Knowing that they are allowed to be here, that you can open your heart to them, that they don't need to be any different, but you get to welcome them.

Speaker 2 experiencing your radiance, letting yourself feel safe in your already open heart, letting yourself authentically express
Speaker 2 and just checking in with your heart, like what's most true and alive right now for you.

Speaker 2 And if you want to start tapping on your chest, you're welcome to do that just breathing in as i guide you through this process and just knowing what it feels like to wake up feeling on purpose and alive
