Speaker 1 So claim how much you want to make in the next 12 months as a way to ground this. The ego likes things to be vague, like, I want to be,

I want to have a filled out practice. What does that mean? But claim a number.
How much do you want to make over the next 12 months? We're going to ground it and do some strategy. Okay.
Speaker 1 And so I want to give you some different examples of business models that you can see how easy and simple it can be. And that most of this stuff is in her inner work.
Speaker 1 So if some of the strategies that I'm giving you, you've already hit six figures because these are strategies to hit six figures.
Speaker 1 You can play with the number so it fits for you. And
Speaker 1 again, I just want you to feel confident in backing the fees that you're setting so that you are feeling really good about the work that you're doing in the world.

You know that you're deeply and profoundly helping your clients change their life. Okay, 125,55 Euro, 111, 111,250, 500.
Cool. So, we've got a range here, right? It's all subjective.
Speaker 1 Some of you want to work part-time, some of you want to work full-time.
Speaker 1
Let's dive into some strategies. So here we go.
We've got this, this clip, this, I've got a mirror behind me, so we get to use this.
Speaker 1 So here are some ways that you can break it down for yourself if you would like.
Speaker 1 So if you, I always say for new coaches, start with three-month and below packages because you don't want to be set in a container that you're going to outgrow.
Speaker 1 Plus, my biased opinion, people deeply and profoundly change their life
Speaker 1
around four to six months. So, but in the beginning, I think three months.
I also teach you inside my certification program how to move people through what I call the doubt and dip.
Speaker 1
And every human behavior in general tends to wane around three months. And so, you want to learn how to move them through that.
But let's just say you've got a three-month package, okay?
Speaker 1
So, you're brand new. I would say one-to-one is the easiest way to get started.
You've got 10 clients, okay, for a year at $833 a month. That's $100,000 a year.
And that's working part-time.
Speaker 1 Okay, so you could do this with one-to-one clients. You could also do this with groups, or you could do this with corporations.
Speaker 1 Lots of different ways that you can do this for yourself, if you would like. Let's give you another example.
Speaker 1
So, what about a six-month container? Okay, so maybe you want to work with 10 clients at $5,000 each. That's $50,000.
But let's just say that's 10 clients every six months. That's doable.
Speaker 1 So if you do that twice a year, that's $100,000. Okay, you can see it is possible.
Speaker 1 I'm like Vanna White here reviewing.

Okay, now you've got, this is harder to see the green. So this is a one-year package.
Let's just say for one year, you have 12 clients and it's $1,000
Speaker 1 a month per client. That's $144,000 working part-time.
Speaker 1 Okay, I want you guys to see this, to snapshot this, to remember this. I just want you to get the strategy is easy and oftentimes we overcomplicate it because of our
Speaker 1 inner, the inner blocks. And so it's easy and yet why do some people get really stuck on it? So let's support you in clearing what it's really oftentimes about.

So
Speaker 1 I want to normalize that as you take steps towards what you want in your life, whatever it is that you want, all of the stuff that held you back comes up.
Speaker 1 That's not bad, but that's what needs to be worked through to help you get free.
Speaker 1 And so when you expect it, when you have the tools to overcome it, then it actually makes it easier for you and your clients, especially if you're, if you are a facilitator, you want to expect it, you want to have your packages designed for it.
Speaker 1 Actually, what I would say is if you are doing, if you're following my process, doing clarity sessions, it's my seven-step sales framework.
Speaker 1 Doing what I'm about to teach you today in a clarity conversation is really powerful because anytime somebody says, this is the vision of what I want, the blocks come up that have, that have held them back.
Speaker 1
We tapped into this yesterday. One of those common blocks is fear failure.
because anything that you have done in the past that didn't work,
Speaker 1
if you haven't forgiven it, you project it into the future. So anything that you haven't forgiven in the past, you project in the future.
This shows up in relationships.
Speaker 1
It's like I loved so deeply and I got hurt. So then you're going to be hesitant to love again that much.
Or I went for it in my business, but then it failed. You're going to be hesitant.
Speaker 1 So we want to do the work to really clear that, which is what we're going to do today on this training, so that you can break free and then create safety for your potential clients to have the same experience and really hold them through this.
Speaker 1 So
Speaker 1 I want to context this and normalize it because a lot of the times people think that blocks or triggers are coming from an outside situation.
Speaker 1
And it's not true. And so I just want to give you a context that blocks or triggers are in us.
So people and situations bring them out of us, but they're in us.
Speaker 1
And so I want you to think think about it like this. Imagine that a block or a trigger lives inside of your house and somebody knocks on the door and that trigger answers.
It opens the door.
Speaker 1 They didn't give it to you, so they didn't, they can't take it away. It was already living inside of you.
Speaker 1 So my methodology is about helping you get to the root so that if life knocks on your triggers, it pokes at those blocks.
Speaker 1 It's knocking, but nobody's home. You don't have that trigger to be activated anymore because you really resolved it at the root.
Speaker 1 And what I love about, I'm biased, obviously, what I love about my method is that when you're really working it from the root, it's going to help you.
Speaker 1 Let's just say you don't feel good enough or your client doesn't feel good enough.
Speaker 1 If you start to do that work, it's going to show up where you feel like, yes, you can take greater steps to grow your business, to financially have that reflect.
Speaker 1 You're going to not put up with toxic relationship dynamics. You're going to go for a better quality of life, maintain your health because you feel your inherent worth and value.
Speaker 1 And so, and my methodology, the heart of what I do is around wholeness, because if you want to help somebody deeply and profoundly change their life, you work on the level of worth, helping somebody really wake up to who and what they already are.
Speaker 1
And as you do that, game on. Life gets easier.
It's more fun. It's more grounded.
Plus, this is just more powerful. And it's a more effective way to work.
Speaker 1
It's more bang for your buck, you and your clients. And so we're going to work it at the heart here.
Yeah.
Speaker 1 And so I just want to give, we're going to walk through three different blocks and then I'm going to take you through the fear of failure tool. And we're going to bring people up to coach.
Speaker 1 We're going to do a fun, high-vibe game at the end. So
Speaker 1 first one we're going to talk about is self-doubt and imposter syndrome. Type me if you can relate to having either of those operate in your life.
Speaker 1
That can sound like, am I good enough or can I do this? Really starting to question yourself. This is very common.
And I want you to know, people will say this all the time, charge what you're worth.
Speaker 1
I know that it has the best of intentions, but you can't. You are priceless.
Your services, on the other hand, are not. And when you know who you are separate than what you do, game on.
Speaker 1 It changes everything. And you start to wake up out of the
Speaker 1 two big misunderstandings, which is it's not possible or it's not possible for me. Question those, you and your clients, question those.
Speaker 1 Because as you wake up out of those misunderstandings, you're not getting in your own way. When you create a strategy, everything becomes a lot easier.
Speaker 1 And I want you to discover how much more supported you are, how much easier it is to do business when you do it from this place of wholeness and when you do it from doing the inner work along the way.
Speaker 1 I had a woman in my certification program this year, actually, who I was sharing my yesterday, I talked about my six-figure and beyond signature roadmap.
Speaker 1 I gave that, I gave it to my students, and I walked them through getting focused and clear. And she was having a hard time listening to my feedback because
Speaker 1 her nervous system was wired for survival. It was still really thinking it needed to survive, and it wasn't really founded and relaxing in safety, which allowed her to be successful.
Speaker 1
So I was telling her, choose offline or online. My biased opinion is offline.
And she was like, I want both. And I lovingly confronted her to hold to one of them.
Speaker 1
And you could see on a coaching call with the group, her body shaking. And it's important that you know it's not just the strategy, it's the state that you are in when you're executing it.
Okay.
Speaker 1 And so I helped helped her do the inner work, rewire her nervous system to feel safe being visible, to feel her inherent worth and value so that she could allow herself to receive.
Speaker 1
She allowed herself to let it be easy. And what happens is we first know it here, and then we know it here, and then we feel it in our gut.
It's like one of those rain sticks.
Speaker 1 It starts integrating deeper. First level of awareness here, and then your heart and your gut.
Speaker 1 And for her,
Speaker 1 this block had been coming up in other areas of her life, her relationships where she didn't feel worthy. And so I was really challenging her to let it be easy.
Speaker 1 And I see this happen every year in my program, where I'm like, here's a way to create income, sharing your gifts, doing it really easy. And then people unconsciously try to make it.
Speaker 1 difficult until they start doing the inner work to allow the strategy and the nervous system to operate.
Speaker 1 I teach somatic sales. I talked about it a little bit yesterday, but you really want to do it from a place of,
Speaker 1 I want to i'm teaching how to do business from a place of wholeness it's a new paradigm like anxiety gets to be there but it doesn't get to lead your business decisions or your life decisions and so we integrate all of this knowing that you're not held back by any of it it's not who you are but it's looking for your presence for your acceptance and it starts to shift in your experience and with this client specifically it had showed up in relationships Now it was showing up just in her business.

So we were combing it through. And those are my two specialties.
I love business and love. And really with the way that I work when you're working it at the heart, it shows up in both.
Speaker 1
Like, you couldn't imagine how similar sales and dating are. And again, when you're working it at the root, it just is a lot more fun.
So, that's
Speaker 1
that is around self-doubt, that's around imposter syndrome. I want you to know you are priceless.
Your services, on the other hand, are not.
Speaker 1
Okay, second thing: we're gonna dive into over-responsibility. Type in the chat me if this is you.
If you've played into people pleasing,
Speaker 1 overgiving, hyper.
Speaker 1 I find a lot of people that are overgiving, overextending are oftentimes high-functioning. Because you know that you can, you tend to do it.
Speaker 1 And I want to just normalize, it's a lot of healers, therapists, coaches, people that have a big heart, but then sometimes that can, if you don't do the inner work, can really backfire on you as both a facilitator, but also in your relationships.
Speaker 1 And so I'm glad that you're here.
Speaker 1 So you know that you are in an over-responsible pattern when you feel bad for somebody, when you want to do it for them either you want to or you do do it for them and i want you to know it has good intentions but it actually doesn't serve them because essentially what you're saying is i don't believe you can do it let me jump in and do it for you and i know this one deeply and so
Speaker 1
Part of this work is realizing that you want to call somebody forward into what they're capable of. That's what they want.
That's what empowers them. That's what helps you not burn out.
Speaker 1
And then you can serve more people as a result. So call them forward.
See their wholeness. don't buy into their limitations.
I will talk to you about this.
Speaker 1 I've got two bonus days next week, Monday and Wednesday.
Speaker 1 We're going to talk about how to overcome objections with grace on Wednesday.
Speaker 1 And I will tell you, people will try to tell you they can't afford it and really have you buy into their limitation and lack. And sometimes their stories are really convincing because
Speaker 1 they get benefit from it. And so sometimes people can't afford it and we will talk about both ways, but sometimes it's an excuse.
Speaker 1 And so you still either, even if somebody couldn't afford it, or even if something, somebody's going through a hard time, see them in their wholeness and call them forward into their resourcefulness.
Speaker 1 Yes, and so it's coming from a different place. And so
Speaker 1 with
Speaker 1 this pattern of overgiving, again, it can be really related to high functioning, over functioning,
Speaker 1 or hyper-vigilance.
Speaker 1 I want you to be really aware of that so that you know it if it's happening in you and you don't play out that with your clients, but also in your relationships, personally and professionally, or if you happen to work as a couples coach and you're working with different couples.
Speaker 1 So, oftentimes, you have heard some of my work. I used to be a couples therapist, so I'm at a couple therapists, and you will attract somebody that's the opposite.
Speaker 1 You are like puzzle pieces for each other's wounds. And so, in the dynamics working with couples, one person may be over-functioning, over-talking.
Speaker 1 They were the one that brought their partner to couples work, and the other person is really quiet.
Speaker 1 And there's nothing wrong with that, but there's a way that that dynamic, if you just allow it, hurts the relationship because the one that's over functioning is going to get resentful and so you want to interrupt you want to take leadership to say thank you so much I love you have so much clarity on it and I'd love to hear from the partner talk to me more so you're calling the person that's under functioning forward they're not calling they're not coming forward because they have a fear whatever it may be that they don't feel good enough and if they make a mistake then that will be exposed it's a safety strategy so but you want to start shifting the dynamics in the relationship and in the session right then and there i could go on on all of it and I do in my program, but just so you know, don't let people get away with just playing them out in a sales conversation or in your sessions because you want to shift the dynamic right there and then while you are with them, it will bring up their stuff.
Speaker 1 So, and that's good so that you can then work it. And I don't think we have a lot of good examples of clean boundaries.
Speaker 1 So I'm going to share two from my life because I just think that these are really powerful stories and I would love to hear more examples of people that are in their heart and have really clear boundaries.
Speaker 1 So I used to work at a master's program in psychology and the woman who really ran the company, her name was Mary. I worked on faculty there and I got to experience a dynamic that was really powerful.
Speaker 1 So
Speaker 1
think of Mary like Mother Mary, but she's got incredible style. So she's incredibly loving.
She's very much in her heart, but you also know you don't mess with Mary.
Speaker 1
Like there's a, there's a interesting dynamic there. And one day this guy came up to Mary and he was furious.
He was projecting onto her. It was really rare somebody would do that.
Speaker 1
He was so triggered and he was yelling. And she just stayed in her center.
And she said, I hear the feedback. What do I do with your energy?
Speaker 1 Like, wow.
Speaker 1
What a response, right? And so to me, she was true to herself. She was in her heart.
And she said, this is important. This is helpful.
All this, not needed. No drama needed.
She stayed in herself.
Speaker 1
Another story that I love hearing or sharing is a friend of of mine hired a high-ticket coach. And I think it was, I think he paid $50,000 for six months.
This was 10 years ago.
Speaker 1 So I'm sure the guy charges a lot more now. And my friend sent him, the coach, a long email about his victim story, about all these negative things happening in his life.
Speaker 1
And you would think that a high-end coach would want to really be there for his client. And he was, but in a way that was somewhat surprising, at least to me.
It was more of a fiery approach.
Speaker 1
And as a coach, you want to develop your range. Bring fire when it's supportive.
Bring water when it's supportive. So this coach brought fire.
Speaker 1
So my friend emailed him a long email how bad things were in his life. And the coach responded with nine words.
He said, I have compassion for what you're putting yourself through.
Speaker 1 That was exactly what my friend needed to hear to pop out of buying into a victim story. He knew it would serve him, so he offered it.
Speaker 1 Somewhat can be risky, and we are more committed to serving our clients than them liking us okay that's real power and so my friend got it right away he didn't get caught up in being coddled for his victim's story and it called him forward into his power beautiful right so good okay
Speaker 1 so the last one that i want to get into is around the fear of failure so this is what i'm going to take us through a process together but this is one of the biggest blocks that hold people back from following their dreams and so i just want to normalize if it comes up for you again anything we haven't forgiven from the past, we project to the future.
Speaker 1 So we want to do the work to free ourselves, get out of our own way, and know that you can have a healthy relationship with failure, that it doesn't mean anything about you.
Speaker 1
The ego would love for you to think, I'm a failure. No, maybe your action failed, but we fail all the time, if you're honest.
Kids fail all the time. They have a healthy relationship with failure.
Speaker 1 And when you when you haven't forgiven something from the past, it subtly projects.
Speaker 1 Even if it was like, I didn't get picked for the soccer team or the cheerleading squad or that person didn't like me or i didn't get the job all of those start windling away inside and then we're hesitant to really go for it again so we get to do the inner work to just bring um compassion to any part of you that bought into it took it personally and really start getting free so that you have your power back to really create what it is you want um
Speaker 1 because
Speaker 1 The fear of failure is a protection mechanism. It's trying to have you not feel that.

You can type it or you can just set it in your heart.
Speaker 1 And then I want you to identify what is a dream that's true and alive for you right now. So choose something specific, something that you want, but maybe you're scared to step into.

Well, we're going to normalize that. Again, I always tell my potential clients, I want you to be scared and excited.
That's like a really great sign that you're on the edge. It's not bad.

And so then identify what is a specific goal that you want to step into.
Speaker 1 What's something that you're like, yeah, I want to use this for this, but I want it, but I'm scared.

Speaker 1 And then I want you to start writing down for yourself or typing in the comments, what are some things you feel like you failed at? So again, any, so it's so important that you see this.
Speaker 1 Anything that you have avoided, you create.
Speaker 1 Anything you've avoided, you're actually creating. So if you're avoiding failure,
Speaker 1 oftentimes it shows up as procrastination, right? Because procrastination is the safety strategy. So you avoid feeling failure, for example.
Speaker 1 Anytime you're avoiding something, you're actually creating it. So if you're avoiding failure and you're procrastinating, not starting, you're going to fail.
Speaker 1 Do you see this so having a an open you can't see my whole hands having an open uh relationship open palm to life you get your power you get free so we're gonna embrace the thing that you've been afraid of and find your true power discover what you're really capable of okay what you avoid you create so let's test the exact opposite All right, so things that you feel like you failed at.
Speaker 1 And I want you to write them down in a sense where it's like, I should have or I shouldn't have. I shouldn't have
Speaker 1 hired that person i shouldn't have um i should have been better on that on that sales call i should have whatever it should or shouldn't have write your failures in that way so that we can work it together i should avoid asking for help yeah okay good
Speaker 1 okay so what of whatever you feel like you have i'm afraid of being vulnerable yeah and

Vulnerability is not what hurts. It's the resistance to feeling the vulnerability that hurts.

Speaker 1 All right, so now we're going to do some. Choose one that's alive for you, that has energy, maybe five to eight instead of ten, like ten being the most triggering thing in your life.

Again, you know, keep it safe. Keep yourself in your window of tolerance.
We're going to do a little bit. of somatic mindset.
We're going to play with it.
Speaker 1 So find, now that you've got your one belief I should or shouldn't have, whatever that failure was, I want you to find a specific memory in your mind where you were believing that thought.
Speaker 1 So, it's like maybe you were looking at your bank account, or maybe you were hearing from a friend that was doing really well in their business, and you thought, I should be further along.
Speaker 1 Take us, just take a moment to just pause on the movie in your mind to find a specific example so that you can work through what I'm about to tell you,
Speaker 1 take you through. Okay,
Speaker 1 so
Speaker 1 here's what happens.

We tell ourselves stories as a way to avoid feeling something. That's when we're staying lost in our mind.
We're avoiding feeling something.
Speaker 1 And so, maybe you tell yourself that you shouldn't have done that because you want to avoid feeling regret.
Speaker 1 So, what would you have to feel if you weren't telling yourself this story of failure?
Speaker 1 What would you have to feel?
Speaker 1 Another way to say this is,
Speaker 1 what are you afraid? What are you trying to avoid to feeling?
Speaker 1
So think, find the one feeling that you're really avoiding underneath telling yourself this story. I should know what to do.
I should know what my
Speaker 1 sorry, I should be further along, I'm imagining. Okay, so are you avoiding feeling regret? Are you avoiding feeling disappointment?
Speaker 1 What is the feeling that you're avoiding by telling yourself that story? Really important.
Speaker 1
Grief. There you go.
Awesome. Failure.

Failure probably will very common on this one. So here's what we're going to do.
If you are willing to run an experiment with me right here, right now, we're going to test something else.
Speaker 1 Don't trust me, but test it. See if what happens when you actually feel the thing that you've been avoiding with safety.
Speaker 1 So I want to invite you, if you're in a safe place, again, we're just going to do some of this process and then I'm going to invite you into coaching a high vibe fun experiment.
Speaker 1 But I want you to, if you're in a safe place, go ahead and just notice right now, if you are open to feeling the thing that you shared that you were avoiding, but first just put your hand on your heart or feel some level of safety in your body.

Just breathing into and allowing a sense of safety. You can even look around the room.
Maybe there's a color that nourishes you. And just let yourself feel calm or safe.
Speaker 1 And then whatever, whenever you have access to that, know that that is here and available for you. no matter where we go to in this process, you can always come back to it.
Speaker 1 And then now notice where in your body, if any trace of that thing that you are avoiding, that feeling that you're avoiding is here. Maybe it's in your throat, your heart, your gut.
Speaker 1 And you can place your hand there to just hold your presence, to feel into
Speaker 1 what's activated.
Speaker 1 Any part of that feeling is here now, just notice it.
Speaker 1 We're going to become curious about it you can place your hand there take your awareness into it with openness and curiosity as if you were experiencing this for the first time breathing into it
Speaker 1 allowing it to be here just with full permission for this moment and we're saying hello to this energy as if this were you're an alien for the first time feeling it discovering what it is fresh in this moment letting go of the story just breathing into the sensations that are activated here and now.

Speaker 1 welcoming.

Just letting the body do whatever it wants to do, just saying yes to it. If resistance comes up, that gets to be welcomed too.
All of it is allowed.
Speaker 1 And you're opening your awareness to just notice what already allows it to be here, even if you don't.

Speaker 1 allowing,
Speaker 1 letting go
Speaker 1 and just notice what happens when you start to welcome what's here without any story you're just saying yes you're saying i'm no longer willing to resist you i see you
Speaker 1 again thank you for arising breathing in letting it go really settling not fighting with life, just saying yes.
Speaker 1 And if it tends to move, allow all of it. Trust the wisdom of the intelligence of the body breathing into it, letting it go with no agenda, just saying yes to what's here.
Speaker 1 And now I want you to go back to your mind's eye, to that movie in your mind where you press pause, where you used to believe this thought that you should or shouldn't have.
Speaker 1 Okay, where you thought you failed. I want you to go back there in your mind's eye right now.
Speaker 1 And I want you to look again. I want you to ask yourself the question, can I absolutely know without a shadow of a doubt that this was a failure?
Speaker 1 That this should or shouldn't have happened? Can I know without a shadow of a doubt just a yes or no?
Speaker 1 And it's your truth. Where is
Speaker 1 if
Speaker 1 If you said yes for any reason, it's like, where's your proof other than your mind? We're just looking.
Speaker 1 Would would you bet somebody's life that you loved on the validity that you can absolutely be sure that this was a failure, that this should or shouldn't have happened? No.
Speaker 1 Right? So we're just allowing ourselves to see that, to soften into that seeing.
Speaker 1 And I want you to then visualize yourself in that same situation, being there right now with whatever that past failure that you felt like you had, same situation, but now we're going to press mute on the interpretation that your mind made that situation mean.
Speaker 1 So you're in that same situation, nothing's different, but you're pressing mute on the interpretation in your mind that it should or should not have happened.
Speaker 1 Notice what that's like. What does it feel like?
Speaker 1 What becomes more available in your experience as a result?
Speaker 1 Just notice.
Speaker 1 Notice what you notice. What becomes available.
Speaker 1 What do you feel?
Speaker 1 Same situation without your mind telling you this should or should not have happened.
Speaker 1 It becomes lighter, easier, more graceful,
Speaker 1 more expansive. That's right.
Speaker 1 That's your power. Nothing changed outside of you.

That's yours. And you can come back to this.

So now we're going to move into some compassionate self-forgiveness. Where, if you feel called, you can follow along with me or fill in your own.

You can put your hand on your heart if that helps anchor you. It's about the quality of compassion.
It's like I forgive myself for buying into the misunderstanding, can repeat after me
Speaker 1 that I should be anywhere else other than where I am.

Speaker 1 Maybe my actions, but not me.
Speaker 1 And then let yourself, I forgive myself for whatever specifically you thought should or shouldn't have happened. I forgive myself for buying into the illusion that it should have happened.
Speaker 1 Truth is, I actually don't know what should or shouldn't have happened.
Speaker 1 If I'm honest, I really don't know.
Speaker 1 Find your truth. Forgive yourself if that feels right.

Letting yourself really wash through your own love and compassion. Sometimes people say, well, I knew better.
You knew in one level. You didn't know in your heart or your gut yet.

There's different levels of knowing. Give yourself grace.
See what happens when you do.
Speaker 1 It's like I forgive myself for buying into the misunderstanding that I'm not good at sales or I'm not good at business.
Speaker 1 The truth is I was courageous to go for it and I need that to have a successful business.
Speaker 1 That's right.
Speaker 1 Just breathing in
Speaker 1 and letting go.

Speaker 1 All right. So I want to just invite you, what if you trusted life? What if this you trusted this was a redirect to where you're meant to go?
Speaker 1 I think when we're so focused focused on what we think should or shouldn't happen from our limited point of view, which we know later oftentimes change, like I need to be with that person later, you're like, I'm so glad I'm not with that person.
Speaker 1 So,
Speaker 1 our minds change. And so, if we just stretch the capacity to open our mind a little bit to find how could this be a redirect, so that this is actually showing me
Speaker 1 how life was better for not continuing in that direction. Let's find specific examples for you.
Speaker 1 Science proves that when you find specific examples of how the opposite of what you were believing is true, it helps ground the evidence more than just doing power postures or affirmations.
Speaker 1 So we want to ground because here's the thing, the mind's not that intelligent. You tell it one thing and it finds all the evidence for how that's true.
Speaker 1 You tell it the exact opposite, it finds all the evidence for why that's true. So we're going to say, how is it that my life is better for not following in that direction?
Speaker 1
So maybe it's like, I'm so grateful I didn't sign that client because now I have more time with my kids. I can see that.
That was really important for me to have time with my kids.
Speaker 1
So, by far, this is my favorite day. I'm so glad.
Yeah,
Speaker 1
I'm doing less of the tech stuff. This is a little bit more how we do it in my program.
So, but find how you find how it's actually true for you. It's just got to be true for you.
So, find examples.
Speaker 1
Open your mind. The evidence is there.
How is it more, maybe like you hired somebody that didn't feel in alignment? Well, Well, now it's showing you how to hire somebody that is in alignment.
Speaker 1 Or maybe you thought you failed, like you
Speaker 1
should be further along. It's like, no, I'm exactly where I am.
I'm learning lessons that are going to support me. I remember I used to feel like I should be further along.
And
Speaker 1
there was, it's almost like bamboo. You're growing roots and then you spike and you can trust the timing of that spike.
How is my life better for not being married yet?
Speaker 1 Because now you're learning to marry yourself.
Speaker 1 And that's the love affair that no no one can take away from you and your physical marriage is only going to be a reflection of this inner marriage your the marriage with your mind with your heart so if you were married maybe you would have gotten caught in the projection in the mirror rather than looking directly inside and as you do this work now you no longer have to play that out with someone else just offering
Speaker 1 so not being chosen
Speaker 1 So then if you're not being, if you're not being chosen, you're learning to choose yourself.
Speaker 1 Then nobody can take that away from you.
Speaker 1 You've got you, and you give permission to people to choose you or not choose you but you know that has nothing to do with your worth okay so find the examples and the evidence
Speaker 1 I think you've actually helped me understand why my company had to close now oh I'm so happy to hear that yes
Speaker 1 Let's extract the wisdom of the moment so we get the lessons. I don't like this analogy, throw the baby out with the bathwater, but we get the lesson from it and we let go of the rest.
Speaker 1 So we're going to, this is gold. I'm so glad.
Speaker 1 How is your life better for having have it not having a job yet let's find the ways this is where this is the work where we're doing muscle memory to open to see what else may be true beyond that belief um
Speaker 1 i actually don't ever think you can be with the wrong person i don't believe in that everyone is a mirror for you and so if you see what they're reflecting to you and you learn to accept that in yourself doesn't mean you don't have boundaries doesn't mean you need to stay with them but you see and accept that part of you then you're free that's how i do it Okay, so I can coach you in a moment when we open it up.
Speaker 1 But I want you to find what was good about what you did. Because oftentimes, like we throw the baby out with the bathwater, we're going to find what was good about it.
Speaker 1 So it was good that I took, I took a risk, I showed up, I was willing to learn while I was in action.
Speaker 1 I learned by
Speaker 1 as I went, I didn't wait for perfection. So, what was good about what you did? Let's get the nuggets from what was good.
Speaker 1 What worked from what you originally spoke to to and wrote about.
Speaker 1 And that way you can find what I can use moving forward to set me up for success.
Speaker 1 You know, life will show you contrast.
Speaker 1 What you don't want informs you about what you do want, right?
Speaker 1 Good. Okay, so now I want you to really clarify after you see what you do want.
Speaker 1 So

I learned to let go. So good, Abby.
Yes, I would have not had the experience of risking creating a member, a mediumship. Beautiful.
Speaker 1 So this is about you learning to be in life, be engaged, give yourself permission to learn as you go. So good.
Speaker 1 Now, just as important, let's look at what didn't without the judgment because anytime we judge something, we're stuck with it. So what parts didn't work from what you were doing?
Speaker 1 Maybe it was like you didn't do a test project before you hired someone, or maybe you didn't actually learn business before you started it.
Speaker 1 And it doesn't mean anything about you, but it means like, oh, now I learned that I just need to invest in my skill set. If I want to have that dream, I can learn from that.
Speaker 1 We're not going to judge it, but we're going to get the learnings. Okay.
Speaker 1
So I got to enjoy my life so much more. Good.
I got to value myself. Let's identify what didn't work and what the learnings are.
So that you can use this to set you up for success.
Speaker 1 Maybe it's, I've learned that judging myself only stunts my growth.
Speaker 1 I learned how to be resourceful in hard times. I mean, that is a skill set that I make sure my coaches have because that will support you for the rest of your life in business, in love.
Speaker 1
Good, you guys. I learned to be more discerning when I was hiring mentors.
Good. Ask the questions.
Feel empowered. Don't also abdicate your power to something else, right? Good.
Speaker 1 And then two more questions. How has what you've gone through made you stronger? How is it going to make you more successful moving forward? Right?
Speaker 1 So, this isn't like, oh, these are, these blocks aren't it, they're not in the way, they are stepping stones to get you to your next level. We fail, quote unquote, all the time.
Speaker 1 And yet, all of those failures, our willingness to feel it, to forgive the judgments, to learn from it, is what sets us up.
Speaker 1 So, maybe you grew by delegating. Maybe you grew so that you didn't have to do it all yourself.
Speaker 1 Maybe you grew by investing in your business and being willing to take a risk and learn how to work within a budget.
Speaker 1 Maybe you learn that your inherent worth and value has nothing to do with your results.
Speaker 1 Right? So maybe that quote-unquote failure was a gift to come back to a deeper truth that who you are is separate than anything you do.
Speaker 1 I see that rejection as fuel. I would even inquire into that anybody could reject you.
Speaker 1 I won't go too deep, but I would sit with that one. Can anyone ever reject you? And if you're also not rejecting that part of you that feels rejected,
Speaker 1
none of it matters because you've got you and that's what you were really looking for anyway. Okay, beautiful.
So ground this, the last question I want to ask you is what? Trust myself first. Good.
Speaker 1 So what is it that you will do differently now moving forward? What is some result that you want to take that action into, that have that insight into an action to change your way of being?
Speaker 1 So what will you do differently moving forward? So maybe it's like
Speaker 1 instead of just, you know, when somebody says yes on a sales call and I feel nervous, instead of just letting them go, I might just slow the conversation down to create more safety for both of us, to have an honest conversation.
Speaker 1 Or if it's about hiring somebody, maybe you will have them do a 30-day trial.
Speaker 1 Or if it's about
Speaker 1 love,
Speaker 1 you know, maybe you're learning to love the part of yourself that you were wanting them to love.

Speaker 1 write down what was an aha you had from this as a way to ground it for yourself and for others following along i love this quote of like when the tide rises all ships rise so be asked be willing to ask for support be willing to hear a no that's right no's are no big deal they don't mean anything about you they're often they they don't mean anything about you whether you're in relationship If they say they don't want to be together, it's just because your wounds don't match theirs.

That's it. If they don't want to work together, maybe it's not the right time.
Or maybe it wasn't the style that they were being called towards, but it doesn't mean anything about you.
Speaker 1 Yeah, how can no one reject me? That's the inquiry.
Speaker 1 That's a whole other training. Maybe if I have time tomorrow or even today, I can go into it, but really question, could they ever reject you? Or are they rejecting a story about you?

Okay, good. Keep tending to me.
Okay, what are your insights? So don't offer so much. Let them ask for me.
That feels like a safety strategy. I would go a little bit deeper with that.

I'd go a little bit more vulnerable. I give myself permission to release the guilt that the guilt that I'm successful.
Yeah, we've got these upper limits.
Speaker 1 Like if I'm successful, will I fit in with my family or friends? Or
Speaker 1 will I emasculate my husband or my father? Whatever it may be.
Speaker 1
There's lots of unconscious things that we play out. So I just want you to really get from this training that you are more capable than you realize.
You are more supported than you realize.
Speaker 1 And when you see that failure doesn't mean anything about you, the ego would love for you to think it's about you, then you know that you're not a failure, but maybe your action was, but then it's not emotional.
Speaker 1 It's not challenging for you. It's a lot easier to move through it.
Speaker 1 And once you can see it's just a skill set, then it's so much easier for you to gain that skill set for you to step into your dreams. Okay, good.

People are saying everything is a reflection of where I am and what I need to learn from. Beautiful.
That's incredibly empowering. Yeah.
Speaker 1 And so I want you to see that this work, when you do the inner work, it's a lot easier to step into your goals and that you don't need to be perfect, but you do want to be in integrity if you're doing this as a profession.
Speaker 1 to really lead with yourself first, to be in integrity and really trust that wherever you are going to your next level, the blocks will come up.
Speaker 1 And as you start getting the tools to move through them, it makes it easier to get to your next level without them taking you out of the game.
Speaker 1
And you really do invest in yourself and your dream and whatever that is for you. I would encourage you to follow your heart, trust the calling.
There's an intelligence within it.
Speaker 1 I always say there's a divine design within desire. As you say yes to what is calling you forward, it will help you heal and remove anything that's been stuck in the way.
Speaker 1 It up-levels your life, and then you can be of greater service in the world as a result.
Speaker 1 And so, give yourself permission to want what you want, to let yourself know that you are exactly exactly where you need to be, to learn from whatever the lessons are,
Speaker 1 saying yes to where you are, but also giving yourself permission to want whatever is next, big or small. You can give yourself permission for that.

One of your insights was, what I'm avoiding is what I'm actually creating my life. Good, good insight.
I'm so glad that you got that.
Speaker 1 And I want you guys to get that know, like it.
Speaker 1 More than any amount of money that you make, knowing your resourcefulness, knowing your ability to make an impact in the world, really feel good about the work you do and support yourself financially is priceless.
Speaker 1 It's one of the greatest gifts that I stepped into. And I think that's important for any entrepreneur to embody.
Speaker 1 And as you feel your inherent worth and value at that core, again, it elevates your business, your relationships, your life. Everything gets better as a result.
Speaker 1 And so I want you to know that everything you need for a happy and successful life is already within you. And It's only your image of yourself that could be threatened.

Tomorrow we're going to talk about overcoming the fear of being seen. We're going to go deeper into it, but you can't be threatened.
Just the image of who you think you are can be.
Speaker 1 And so when you get that you don't lack anything, that nothing could be added to or taken away from who you truly are, it's a game changer.

You create in the world from so much more wholeness and abundance and play. It doesn't feel so heavy.
And I want you to get that and to honor the calling. It's calling you forward for a reason.

you just become more of who you really are. You let go of what you are not.
And that's the gift. And then you maintain at a new level.

I don't know if you know about this, this book called Mastery, where you grow, you spike, and then you plateau. And most people give up.
That's where self-doubt comes.
Speaker 1 And oftentimes, people that are questioning themselves are the most capable because you can see where you're going, but you're comparing where you are. Don't get caught by that.
Speaker 1 Right before you plateau, you're going to jump again. And so learning how to be with yourself in those valleys is really important.
Speaker 1 And as you answer the call, it will call you forward to just clear whatever's in the way, whatever's not true, for you to more fully embody your truth and create from that place.
Speaker 1 All right, so let's do another fun high-vibe game. We're going to, I'm using this, these five days as think about what, like, think about it like

the inner gym. Like you're going to the gym, but you're shifting ways of being.
So most of us are wired to worry, but it's a complete waste of time.
Speaker 1 And so things, what we're doing here is we're going to just reprogram those ways of being.
Speaker 1 And I think about these to support you and actually stepping into what's true for you and what you feel good about, but also to shift these programs inside.
Speaker 1 Because I think of it like this: these five days are like a rubber band, we're just stretching how you are,
Speaker 1 these, like this immersive experience, how much you can hold. And even if you let that rubber band go, it holds more space.
Speaker 1 So, we're, we're, we're tending seeds now that are going to continue to blossom in your life by you showing up. Okay, you guys are ready to play.

Fun. So, we're going to take dominion over the mind.
Rather than the mind using you, we're going to use the mind. So I play with us.
Yeah, neuroplasticity. That's right.
Speaker 1 So oftentimes the mind will look at what we can't do and it looks at lack. And so I don't want you to believe your own stories of lack and limitation.

And so we're going to play a game to start shifting this. It's a fun, quick, high-vibe game.
And then I'll open it up to coaching and then I'll set us up for tomorrow's challenge as well.
Speaker 1 So we're going to play, as we're going to play this game and it's going to elevate your energy.
Speaker 1 And then what's going to happen is you're going to start having resourceful ideas for how you can create your dreams and they're going to come in really random times probably in the shower you're going to be like ah had an insight i had an idea okay so I want you to type, I'm going to say, wouldn't it be nice if?
Speaker 1 And then you're going to type in the chat what how you would respond to that. Like, it wouldn't be nice if I just woke up and felt so on purpose living my gifts.

Feel it in your body as I'm even saying this. Feel the group field and the magnetic force.
So wouldn't it be nice if I woke up tomorrow and my phone doesn't stop ringing with booking clients?
Speaker 1 Wouldn't it be nice if I woke up every morning knowing that I am in the right place pursuing my gifts, feeling like I am deeply and profoundly helping people change their lives?
Speaker 1 Wouldn't it be nice if I woke up with money in my account? If I let go of the drama and, and I would say, embrace your ego, right? Only the ego judges the ego.
Speaker 1 Wouldn't it be nice if I and so focus on what you want, not what you don't want, instead of holding yourself back? Wouldn't it be nice if I let myself follow my heart even if fear was here?
Speaker 1 Wouldn't it be nice if I embraced the fear? Wouldn't it be nice if I had deeply loving and accepting boyfriend? Yeah, and it starts with you. Wouldn't it be nice if I had work
Speaker 1 that I loved doing, that I felt secure and and free. Wouldn't it be nice if I woke up every day feeling empowered and confident that I can do it, do whatever I want to do? You absolutely can.
Speaker 1 Wouldn't it be nice if I had so many clients that I got to hire a team?

Feel this in your bones. Feel it as you're saying it.
This is going to somatically re-imprint.
Speaker 1 It's nice for me to say, but also feel it as I'm saying it in your body so that you can get high on your own supply. Wouldn't it be nice if I woke up with $50,000 in my bank account?
Speaker 1 Wouldn't it be nice if I let myself let go and feel free?
Speaker 1 Sometimes we're trying to get rid of criticism, but what if we embrace criticism? That's more my method. Wouldn't it be nice if I could,
Speaker 1 these are coming in fast. Wouldn't it be nice if I wake up in love with a job and a life that I love? Okay, you absolutely can.
Speaker 1 Would it be nice if I wake up every morning having a successful business, feeling so grounded in myself and the work that I feel called to do in the world?
Speaker 1 Wouldn't it be nice if I I could have money to create awareness and
Speaker 1 do my program? I would love that. Wouldn't it be nice if I could wake up with millions in my account? Wouldn't it be nice to feel so on purpose?
Speaker 1 So take a moment and just feel that, breathe that into your body,

You don't have to get caught in drama or negativity. You can also be like, wouldn't it be nice with your kids? I remember one time

I've I've got three stepkids. We were going, we were all negative in the moment in the moment.
I was like, let's play this game. And we just shifted the energy.

It's a way to connect through abundance and creativity rather than fear, lack, and scarcity. And so you always have that option.
I just want to share with you guys.
